AOC, one, allegedly had somebody working for her that was here illegally and had access us to some pretty important things and people and stuff. And two is out there over and over and over again trying to impede law enforcement and trying to tell people, hey, hey, you know what? You don't need to abide by the law. You don't need to answer the door for ICE. Watch. principle number one in what you can do is that when one of these things comes to your backyard,

you can resist. Okay. I'm going to jump in because that's really important. We've talked about this before. She's trying to dehumanitize, like, you know, ice. They're things. They're not people. That's not a guy who has a wife and three kids who's out trying to earn a living for his family and have an honorable job. No, no, no, no, no. In her estimation, that's a thing. It's not a person. I think it's just important to remember and note the rhetoric

that you're hearing right now from the left because it's pretty bad, it's pretty gross, and yet this is her. You can resist. And what that happens over millions of people is that you generate enough friction that they cannot go as fast as they want to go, Okay, so I'm going to give you some examples that have already been working.

Let's start with immigration and ICE. When people say, what can we do? In my community, we are a heavily immigrant community. ICE raids deeply affect and disrupt our community. So, number one, if you live in a community with a lot of immigrants, know your rights. That's one tangible thing you can do that I want you to do. And that means know your rights if you are a U.S. citizen as well. Okay? Here's one way that we're going to... All right, so it goes on and on and on, okay? You get the point. She's trying to teach people

that they need to know their rights. And so then this had become and still is a very big deal. She can't seem to figure out whether or not she's under investigation. So let's let Tom tell her, okay? Shall we, guys? Shall we just let Tom break the reality to one Alexander Ocasio-Cortez who goes on to PBS saying, I don't know? I've been sending letters to the DAJ. I just don't know.

Well, here you go. Tom has it. You are, honey, you are. Here's the article of the criminal alien staffer that AOC had on staff. Maybe you could just start here, you know, as an explainer to me and to this audience. It's like, how is this even possible? There's not possible. And I know that's, I know that's being looked at.

I can't comment on past that. I'm aware of it. We've asked, I should drill in on that case. It's my information that they're actually, can't really comment out. We don't know if it was illegal status or not at this point. It looks like it might have been temporary status, but I can't comment on the case is under an investigation.

Oh, well, that tells you something. Does it not? That tells you a lot. So AOC under investigation, and it's in part because she may have had somebody who was here illegally, and he kind of clamped up, he didn't want to explain. But you heard what AOC was saying earlier, right? All that stuff about here's what you need to do with these things, human beings that may come and possibly arrest you because you have committed a crime and you're here illegally and somehow

they all forget this. I'm just going to keep playing this soundbite from Kellyanne because don't forget it. These are criminals, and I wish the Democrats to start focusing on the word criminal. Yeah, that might help. I mean, criminal actually, you know, kind of helps reframe it a little bit. But no, AOC is like, here's what you need to do. Don't whatever you do. Give in.

Make sure you call someone, et cetera, et cetera, resist, resist. That's what this is all about. That's their motto now. So Holman said, yeah, you try that. And you're actually going to be in a whole lot of other trouble. she's actually instructing people to break the law. As far as, you know, her educating people on how to evade ICE arrest, she's really educating them on how to be prosecuted.

Because there are statutes on the books, federal statute, when you knowingly hinder your removal, that's a crime. When you take steps to prevent your removal after being ordered removed by a federal judge, it's a crime. We have instructed ICE to start prosecuting these cases. If you don't want to open the door, and we have a final order removal, if you don't want to participate and get travel doctors for your home nation, you take steps to hinder your own removal, that it's a crime, you'd be prosecuted.

So she can claim she's, you know, educating people of the constitutional rights. I'd argue she's educating many people on how to be prosecuted. You want to see that happening. Wow. Okay. So, Holman, by the way, our thanks to Benny for that interview. Benny, Benny's great. I actually have known his producer for many years, and Benny's been on the show. He does some interesting stuff. He's just exploded in this new media world, right?

Like, this is all great. Reminder, subscribe, share, like, all that good stuff, make a comment. But I think what Holman is getting at is, one, she's impeding law enforcement, right? Numorino by saying get in the way of all this. And then two, she's actually giving some really bad instruction to people. And yet, and yet, she's out there going bonkers because Karen Bass, Los Angeles, New York is all being hit with investigations and sued in the case of Los Angeles by the DOJ. If anyone's breaking the law in this situation, it's not members of Congress. It's the Department of Homeland Security. It's people like Tom Homan and Sotomay. Secretary Kristi No. You lay a finger on them. We are going to have a problem.

Well, Tom had a little teeny something to say about that. This is good. Okay? This is really, really good. You went out to CNN. Look at Jake Tapper's faces. He's listening to him. But he called her out and he called her out good. You can't intimidate me. Come on. Give me a break. You know, I was enforcing him. I was wearing a green uniform, borvatured agent for five years before she was even born. I had more than three decades enforcing immigration law before she came a member of Congress. I've worked for six presidents. I've seen policies. I've seen hundreds of policies. Some work, some didn't. But you can't deny the success of the Trump administration when comes to border security. Again, the most secure

board in history of this nation. And I said from day one, and she knows this. You can not support ICE. Shame on you. You can support sanctuary cities. Shame on you. But you can't cross the line. You can't knowingly impede ICE law enforcement officers. That is a felony. You can't harbor and conceal knowingly harboring and conceal. It will go alien from ICE. That is a felony. And you certainly can't commit criminal trespass.

And as far as New York, her district, this administration has done more to protect her districts. And she has the number of criminal aliens we took off the streets of New York made her community much safer. She ought to be thanking the members of this administration. The men and women of ICE who protect this country and make her community. community safer. So, you know, it's politics over public safety. It's just ridiculous. She ought to love her community more than she hates Trump because we're doing a lot, protect her community. I just love it. I love it. I love it. I love it. I love it.
