Josh Hawley in his prime, Senator Holly, really taking down the Attorney General of Minnesota, who may have had just a little too much to do with Ilhan Omar and his friends. Yeah, you guys know what I'm talking about. Welcome to the big show, everyone. I am Trish Frigin. Good to have you here. Wow, this was something. I'm telling you, like there's going to be lots, lots. Lots. to come and Ilhan should be very, very scared, but also Keith Ellison right now should be pretty darn scared because they seem to be angling to put him behind bars. And they mean it this time. They're taking no prisoners. We're going to get to all of this much to discuss. Plus, plus, okay, Tom Homan's setting the record straight on Minnesota. And believe me, a lot of good was done there. We're going to talk about that. They're not pulling out the way some people are trying to characterize it, like the New York Times. No, no. They're actually just saying, okay, we're not going to have the surge of troops there in Minnesota. So there's a

this was one heck of a day there on Capitol Hill. Keith Ellis and getting absolutely destroyed. This is the Minnesota Attorney General. And if you haven't seen them before, you're about to. you're going to see more of them than you probably would like to see. And I think that when it's all said and done, what you're going to possibly find out, and this is just my speculation, but having listened to the entire, what, 54, 55 minute-long call that he had with defeating our future representatives that came into his office to try to get a little bit of special treatment, and then he apparently accepted a $10,000 contribution to his campaign after the fact,

I mean, that just doesn't look good. He eventually had to turn that back in as it unfolded that they were indeed investigating this group. But knowing that he was willing to entertain this idea, all for a sum, is quite alarming and something that Holly rightly pointed to. But as I said, you know, I mean, I think they've got big designs for this guy, and it happens to be behind bars. Listen. Whistleblowers came to you as early as 2019. Let's look. As early as 2019, whistleblowers.

Don't talk over me. As early as 2019, it's my hearing, pal. As early as 2019, don't call me, palers came up. Well, I should call you a prisoner because you ought to be in jail. Well, we'll see what you can do. Okay, sorry. You see, I told you, I told you, I ought to call your prisoner because you should be in jail.

My goodness, Michael Russell, thank you so much for the generosity and appreciate having so many of you here. You know, I've been traveling, so I haven't been able to be live with you guys, and it really bugs me. We had Steve Forbes on the other day, and boy, did he tear Ilhan Omar apart and the alleged money laundering operation to Steve. It's one big giant scam. He thinks these people are all, all sort of in on it and all on the take, and they have sort of an Al Capone version of how they want to live their American dream. He's not having it. So we had that episode. If you got a chance to catch that on Tuesday, really insightful stuff from Steve.

But today, I want to bring to you, of course, all of these big fireworks, big ones. $9 billion in historic fraud out of your state, including the $250 million in the feeding our future program alone. You familiar with that? Don't turn to the pages in your book to get your potted answers. Are you familiar with it? Yes or no? Yes, I am familiar with it.

Very familiar, aren't you? Because the people who ran the feeding our futures program came to you in your official office in the state capital of December 11, 2021, and asked for your help in getting investigators off their backs. They complained to you for upwards of an hour about state investigators going after them, and they begged you to help them. And you agreed to it amazingly. And we know you did because it's all caught on tape. Every single sentence is caught on tape. Here's what you said. Let's take a look. You said it's not a question. You said to them, send me the names of all these folks who are investigating them. You said to them, send me their names. And I'll take that list and I'll call the

over at education, it was investigating them and say, what's going on? Why am I getting these complaints? Then you went on to say, I already have my team working on this. What day should we get together to discuss it again? You made pledge after pledge to them. You said, we've got to make sure this guy who's investigating them stops it. You said, you have my attention. I'm concerned about this. You said, let's go fight these people, meaning the people who are investigating the fraud. Why'd you do it? Why'd you help them? Are you going to let me answer? Please. We're all ears. So first of all, you're a cherry picking quotes out of there. Why did you help them? I thought you were going to let me answer. Why did you help him? Are you

going to let me answer? Why did you help? Why did you help? Tell the truth and I'll let you answer. I will tell the truth. Good. That'd be a nice change. Why'd you help? Now see, Mr. Chairman, I didn't come here to be insulted. I came here voluntarily. You came here for the truth. Let's have it. Why did you help them? The quotes are here. They're in black and white, and everything this audience and listen to the recording. It's 54 minutes long. It's all in public. You can Google it right now and listen to it. Right. And listen to it all. Why'd you help them? First of all, I didn't help them. No, I did not. I certainly didn't. You're saying you didn't do anything for them. You didn't. Well, wait a minute. I already have my team working on this again. That's not you.

I have my team, my team assisted with the information that led to the prosecution and conviction of these people. No, you didn't. You didn't look the finger to prosecute them. No, you did not. No, because it was a federal prosecution. You had, oh, BS. You had whistleblowers come to you as early as 2019. You're the one talking BS. Hey, listen, it's my time. Doesn't know what you're talking about. Oh, you know, sir. You're the one. Cherokee-cotecheting quotes. Why'd you take their money? Why'd you take their money? I didn't. You took $10,000. Wow. So what he's referring to is the campaign donation that was actually made by that group that was.

involved in feeding our future. You know, Ilhan's peeps, the majority of all came from Ilhan Omar's district. Heck, you even had the former campaign worker on her campaign. He was buddy buddies with the hubby, right? Timmy Minet, who's, I think, going up and smoke. And not the kind of the cannabis company that he used to run. That he was alleged to have engaged in fraud with too.

I mean, multiple fraud allegations on that guy. But anyway, feeding our future, those were the people, Ilhan's peeps, that came to him and said, hey, we need a little bit of help. And the whole thing's got on tape. I've plagued you, the tape. I mean, we have the transcript. And you saw Holly there saying to him, wait a second. Like, I mean, this just reeks of corruption, okay, reeks of it. So he's saying, yeah, you belong in jail, buddy boy. Like, I should be calling your prisoner because this is not what a normal attorney general would be doing. Keith Ellison's like, oh, no, that's not true, that's not true, that's not true.

Why? Because he's saying, I gave the money back. Well, he had to give the money back, you see? Because at some point the story became so big, and those guys were all going to jail that he couldn't look like he was taking money from the fraudsters. So, yeah, eventually, eventually he had to do the right thing and own up to it and turn the money back in. But, you know, I keep going back to this. For goodness sakes, you had $700 million. dollars, I repeat $700 million, leaving in suitcases out of the city of Minneapolis over a two-year

time period between 2024 and 2025, the largest of any single airport in the country. That was actually what they told the TSA about. That was the cash that they were just taken right out of the country and telling everybody about it. I mean, it's unbelievable. And yet this is the place where we now have estimates of $19 billion worth of fraud, all from, well, mostly Ilhan Omar's peeps. It's really pretty darn gross.

And you just saw Keith Ellison getting absolutely positively destroyed as he rightly should be. Meanwhile, you know, Comer's not backing down either. I want to go to some sound of James Comer, who just last week came forward and said, all right, we're moving forward with this investigation, and we're going to take it out of the Ethics Committee and put it into the House Committee. And now apparently it's going back to the Ethics Committee. It's going all around the Mulberry bush. But bottom line, I don't care which way you slice it.

Ilhan Omar, you are getting in. investigated. And by virtue of that, Keith Ellison, you're getting investigated. And while they may not be able to indict you in the Senate, they're calling for Pam Bondi for sure to indict you. They're calling for the Justice Department to do its job. And they're calling for also the Court of Public Opinion to basically call all of these individuals out. Let's go to Comer. We've been informed in the last few hours that the ethics committee is probably going to have to be the committee that takes that investigation up. I'm disappointed to learn that.

We thought that the oversight committee could do that. So we're going to be writing a letter in the morning referring this to the ethics committee. And it's basically, it's a simple investigation, Sean. There are two companies listed on Omar's husband's financial disclosure form. Both were worth, one was worth between $1,000 and $5,000. And then the very next year it was worth between one and five million dollars. Another one was worth, I think, $25,000. And the next year it was worth between $5 and $30 million based on the ranges on the financial

disclosure form. Either way, those are significant increases in value. And we just have questions that any American would have, what type of businesses are these? We know that the Department of Justice in the Biden administration was investigating Omar's husband for reports. of fraud. We know there's a winery in question that has a big value on there that some believe isn't worth anything. So there are a lot of questions. This investigation shouldn't take a lot of. She should have just willingly come in. She and her husband and answer these questions. It shouldn't take more than 15 minutes. But thus far, over the last two weeks, it's been

crickets from Omar. Yeah, I've noticed that. She stayed actually quite, quite silent. And she's not willing, right, to answer any of these hard questions. And you got to ask yourself why. And I think because she doesn't want to incriminate herself. I mean, so this is the hubby, right? Tim Minnet. We've been through this before. You've got Comer sending the letter. You got Comer sending the letter just the other day saying, hey, you know, we need to know all this. And he, I guess originally was sending it from the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform. And then it went to ethics and then back to Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, which is a little bit more partisan. Now it's back in ethics, and that's five Dems, five Republicans. So the beauty of this is this is not at this point

a partisan investigation. This is just an investigation into figuring out exactly what went down because you can't do this, not what they're suggesting and what has been suggested by, well, just Steve Forbes right here on this show last week earlier. Gosh, no, just two days ago. track of time. Okay, it's Thursday, everyone. Good to have you here. But on Tuesday, Steve was saying, look, this is extremely scandalous because as we consider what she filed in her application, suggestions that somehow her husband's venture capital firm was worth $25 million, and that that winery, which has no wine, has no website, has no vineyard, has no grapes, all right? No sales, apparently. How is that worth $5 million?

I think we all know it's not. And I think Ilhan knows that now she's caught, which is why Comer's saying she's been super quiet and she's not willing to talk. I think it's outrageous that they even called their winery. East Street. East Street crew as in easy street as in, you know, this is easy street. Because it's easy money, right? Easy, easy, easy. Like you just go around and you say, hey, who wants to be part of the is feeding our future. I'm being hypothetical. These are allegations at this point, okay, but you know how this would work. Who wants to be part of feeding our future? You know, we'll help you out. You just invest in the winery, or you put money into buying some kind of wine, or you invest into Rose Lake Capital, our venture capital fund. You buy shares in that, and we'll, in turn, do you the favor of making sure that you're part of the crew, the Easy Street crew, right, that's going to actually be part of the feeding our future or any of the other programs that they were putting for. Don't forget, just three weeks ago, she was still trying to get a million bucks for another

Somali restaurant owner who claimed he had mental health facilities above the kitchen. That was like three weeks ago in the middle of this chaos. So there's some funny stuff going on, and there's some funny stuff that went down, and you can't tell me that you go from zero to 30 million in just a couple of years. And so this all relates back to feeding our future, which is again what Mr. Ellison was there on Capitol Hill for today. And why he was being questioned by Josh Hawley so, so, you know, emphatically, because it just doesn't make any sense. And it wasn't just Holly who got it. There was also some questions about the influence campaign that actually resulted in all of the, the horror that you saw unfold over the last several weeks in Minneapolis. We'll get to

home and et cetera in a second. But I think that you've got to remember where the money is coming from. And that's what they're also trying to get at. We've talked about this repeatedly on this show as well in terms of what the responsibility of this China sort of influence peddling organization might be in all of it. And I want to get to that. But I would just say, hey, you know what? But right now, right now, can we get my camera back? We'll get the camera back in a second. So back to what we're seeing

here with following the money. It's important to follow the money. I, as a financial journalist, love following the money. So I'm a little bit like a dog with a bone. I'm looking at treasure. I love what treasury is doing. You have the IRS now going in and saying, okay, we're going to put this puzzle together. We're going to look at all of those fraudsters, and we have now informed all the banks that worked with those fraudsters that the IRS is onto them, and they're going to go through those records because you know what they're trying to figure out. Just exactly what the money trail is. Did any of that go back to Ilhan Omar and her hubby? That's the the concern because if they can prove that one out, I'll tell you. Ilhan, you got real trouble ahead.

And certainly the hubby has real trouble ahead. I mean, maybe they were really clever and they did some things with the Hawala network and they were trying to shift it here, there, and everywhere and use cash. But I don't think they're that clever. I don't think they're that smart. I mean, for goodness sake, the guy claims he's got a private venture capital fund. And, you know, he says he's had $60 billion assets under management. in his experience, that in and of itself tells me he's not very smart. Now, Timmy Minet is not the brightest bulb from New Jersey, I think, originally went to school in Albany, New York, and somehow wound up in Minnesota politics.

I mean, I guess he was smart enough for a while to get into Minnesota politics, so we say. Just not smart enough to pull it off in the long run. Anyway, following the money, it's really important to watch. all the money that's going through the system and figure out just exactly who is funding all of these protesters. Because we've said before, they're paid protesters. I mean, you may have some that are organic, but the majority of them, they're all organized in a very significant way. They are all paid to do this. And this was revealed as well today on Capitol Hill. I want to go back to Josh Holly's hearing. Terrific hearing, by the way. I mean, I'm not really one for hearings

because, you know, I like to sort of take the snippets of them and that's what we're doing here. But like, I watched the whole thing, and I was like, this is amazing. It was really, really important stuff. Holly, talking to a gentleman who has actually spent his career tracking all of this money. I want to go to this exchange because it's very important, especially when you hear about the role of China in all of it. Our organization specializes in following nonprofit funding and organizational network. So based on your research, what organizations have been active on the ground in Minnesota? What can you tell us?

Yes, we have tracked over $60 million, according to the latest 990 disclosures, to approximately 14 groups, some of them national, others on the ground. Groups like the ACLU provide the legal defense, as well as facilitate the trainings for some of the tactics that Senator Corrin just described, a group named Democracy Forward. Take Action, Minnesota has gotten over $10 million from these large NGO networks, including the Neville Roy Shingham Network, Indivisible, National Lawyers Guild, C-TUL, the Council on American Islamic Relations, Minnesota, CARE, Minnesota-Min-Soto, Voices for Racial Justice, on and on, like I said, over $60 million, just according to the latest 990 disclosures. $60 million, $14, at least, 14 different groups. That sounds like a pretty broad ecosystem here. Where's this money coming from? I mean, how is it flowing to these groups?

Do you have any sense? So we've built a database that contains hundreds of thousands of rows from grants, from networks like the Soros Network, the Arabella Funding Network, as mentioned, the Neville Roy Singham Funding Network, many others, Tides, the Ford Foundation Network, the Rockefeller Funding Network, these massive NGOs that have billions of dollars to spend on all kinds of coordinated protest, or in this case, riot activity. Wow. Okay, so you know, you weren't crazy. When you're like, really,

do people actually feel this way? The truth is the majority, no, don't. They wouldn't be able to get that big a crowd. But when you put together these serious operations funded by the likes of China, you start to see that these quote unquote organic movements take on a life of their own. Because you know what? Guess what? They're not organic. They're actually rooted in something pretty frightening and pretty, pretty scary, right? So this is the Singham network. We've talked about this before. Neville Roy Singham, his network operates through a web of U.S.-based non-profits, shell companies, and donor-advised funds exploiting tax-exempt status to obscure funding sources. He's donated at least $65 million to pro-Bijian groups since 2020, with totals

expected to be even higher than that. So that's one of the things that came out today. in that discussion. You know, the New York Times has done a big expose on him. They've talked about his $275 million that he has taken from the likes of, well, himself, right, because he's actually personally wealthy because of a company that he sold as well as China and distributed that throughout the world primarily to U.S. political groups. So you have this, this, you know, not so organic movement that's being funded by the the likes of Singham's network. He's also provided funds and dark money to, apparently,

according to legal support for ACLU and groups like care out of Minneapolis. And so all of this is pretty concerning and is now on the State Department's radar. In fact, the Undersecretary for State said today that, and this is Sarah Rogers, in an exclusive piece in the New York Post, that they are zoning in, honing in on these groups, including things like Code Pink, which, by the way, is run by the woman who's married to Neville Roy Singham. And they're very concerned because, you know, you heard about Russia, Russia, Russia, as she points out, for years, that was the only thing everybody was focused on. In the meantime, China was going wild with this left-wing protests and its left-wing influencers,

trying to influence social media, et cetera. And this is the real concern right now, and this is what was happening. Don't kid yourself out there in the likes of Minneapolis. So according to this story, again, in the New York Post, the State Department transmitted a report to Congress on Tuesday, linking these lefty nonprofits like Code Pink,

that would be Singham's wife's group, which, by the way, used to protest against China because of the treatments of the Uyghurs, minority group there in China. and then stopped, of course, once she married him. They're linking this to Chinese influence operations. Quote, partisan hacks spent years peddling the phony Russia collusion while turning a blind eye to the sprawling web of far-left activist organizations

who pushed the agendas of the CCP. Under Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy, Sarah Rogers, as I said, said this. Organizations like Code Pink in the People's Forum denigrate the U.S., whitewash the violence of Marxist regimes and run cover for China while enjoying an influx of cash from a donor network with connections to the Chinese Communist Party. So this is pretty sinister stuff. It's pretty bad. We've reported on this a lot before. Oh, I see that. Yes, Richard M. Lull. That was great, too.

We digress from China for just a minute. Richard is pointing out how wonderful it was to see Pam Bondi shut down the likes of Jasmine Crockett. I saw that too. That was fantastic. I think that was in yesterday's hearings, right? Pam did a very good job. She kind of had a lot up against her. We know that, but she did a very, very good job. Anyway, it is very clear that they have to do something about this, and this is what the goal is right now.

I want to go to Senator Ron Johnson, who pointed this out too, because, you know, he said, look, bottom line, lives are at stake, and he took down, Allison. Rightly so. So you and you, should you agree to be in a lot of, in favor of the First Amendment. And two people are dead because you encouraged that to put themselves into harm's way. And now you're exploiting those two martyrs.

A tragedy was going to happen and you encouraged it. And you ought to feel damn guilty about it. Smirk. Smirk. It's sick. It is despicable. Are you asking me for comment, Senator? Because everything you said was untrue.

It was a nice theatrical performance, but it was all lies. Yeah, all lies. Every single bit of it, right? Now, the truth is that Ellison knew had to have known where this money was coming from and yet looked the other way, just like he did in my estimation, with feeding our future. So we know these links are out there. By the way, this is not my reporting even. I mean, my reporting is pretty good, but I say this because you have all kinds of liberal organizations like The Daily Beast and the New York Times that have done reporting on Neville Singman and these groups and the funding of these left-wing protests and influence campaigns.

So this is not Trish Regan, who's clearly right of center saying this, this is a lot of real lefty organizations that have pointed this out. And so you can't sit there and say that this is a whole bunch of, you know what, when your own team, by the way, Keith Ellison, has been all over this story. And now the State Department coming out and saying all this, so pretty, pretty important in light of everything that's happened, right? I want to also, you know, it's sort of been, in my estimation, misconstrued what is going on in Minneapolis at this moment right now, because we have learned that the administration is not pulling out as some have.

tried to insinuate. The administration is just not allowing for a surge, okay, a surge in troops there in Minneapolis. So, you know, obviously this has been a big contention point. You've had Christy Noem getting replaced by Tom Homan and Tom Homan now, Tom coming out, setting the record straight as he should on the good things that ICE has been able to do, even in the face of all these protests, et cetera. This is really, really important. You know, they accomplished a lot, even just getting a lot of kids,

back to their rightful parents or families or track down period because you think about all the missing people in this country, including these kids that had come over the border. I want to go to Holman on this as he set the record straight. In addition to taking public safety threats off the street, ICE, here,

in this state, have located 3,364 missing unaccompanied alien children. Children that the last administration lost and weren't even looking for. That's because the leadership of President Trump, these children were located. Which was important and good. And, you know, to sit there and say that somehow these kids didn't deserve to find their right homes, I mean, that's pretty messed up. But, you know, you have kids

that were lost in this country and you have ICE doing what it needs to do. I mean, we were in a situation where you couldn't get any cooperation, right? Let's be very, very clear from local law enforcement because they had been instructed not to do so. But we're now in an environment where I think a lot of people are coming to the realization that, hey, you know, ICE is trying to do some good stuff. And this is what Tom was explaining today. Let's go back to him for a moment.

Something about the very unfounded complaints I'm hearing about ICE enforcement operations. During the surge operation, ICE has not around. anybody inside a hospital. We have not arrested anybody inside of a school, an elementary school. We have not arrested anybody inside a church. As a matter of fact, the only one is a disrespect to the sanctuary of a church or the agitators that have been arrested and prosecuted. So far, we have nine of them. However, those locations are not off the table. I said in the day one. There is no sanctuary for a significant public safety threat or national security threat.

But as far as those stories about ICE going into churches, arresting people in hospitals, it simply as not... Yeah. So, ICE didn't do those things. I mean, we had other groups going into churches. Don Lemon's group going into churches. That wasn't ICE.

But he also said something important. He said, look, we're not taking that off the table. If it comes to it, if we have to go and we will. But the idea is you ought to be able to get the bad guys out. Like this should not be a partisan thing. Again, he reiterated this, and I want to go back to Holman. Partisan issue that you arrest public safety threats and the safety threats and the safety threats back in the public.

It's just stupid. And I've been arguing this for years. And I hope Congress takes action on sanctuary cities and sanctuary stays. It makes sense. If you think about it, the argument I hear will victims and witnesses of crime that are in the country

illegally want to feel safe to come to law enforcement and to report those crimes without fearing that this law enforcement agency is working on ice. That's just, that's a bunch of crap. Because victims and witnesses of crime don't want the bad guy released in the neighborhood either. It's ridiculous.

We want access to the person that you chose, the local jurisdiction chose, to lock in a jail cell. And we have that cooperation here now. It's the right thing to do. It makes this community safer. This community is safer because we arrested 4,000 illegal aliens. And it's over 4,000 illegal aliens here, many of them, public safety threat. Not all of them.

As I said, we're going to force immigration law. But this community is much safer because of President Trump's leadership. and the men and women standing on this stage. He's so good at this, right? I mean, he's really kind of the voice of calm in this environment and the voice of reason. But let's not forget that when you don't cooperate with ICE, you're actually putting people in harm's way.

Ron Johnson, very pointed on this earlier today. I freely admit being in favor of the First Amendment. And two people are dead. Because you encouraged that to put them themselves into harm's way. And now you're exploiting those two martyrs. A tragedy was going to happen and you encouraged it. And you ought to feel damn guilty about it. Smirk. It's sick. Are you asking me for comment, Senator? Because everything you said was untrue. It was a nice theatrical performance, but it was all lies. So again, I'm just saying like we need to actually, I think, be very

fair and honest with each other. And back in the day, let's be clear, the Democrats very much wanted strong borders. Now, let's just say, let's go with theoretically, okay, they want all these people coming in because they figure it's votes, votes, votes, and more votes. Fine, but don't you still, at some point, isn't there any part of you that wants to keep your citizen base safe? I really question this. Because if you're willing to import all of these people in, have no idea who's here, yes, you're putting massive economic drain on various communities, but apparently you think you can just solve that with the stroke of a pen

and just more money from Uncle Sam to go to who knows what. I mean, think about New York right, in the hotels where you got daily maid service. Not bad, not bad, right? Daily maid service and those little cards for your special food because they had to have ethnically appropriate food. Wow. And his cell phone? I mean, hey, come one, come all.

And they want free health care in California. Well, you know, we're not going to pay for it. Everybody else shouldn't have to pay for all the illegals that they're importing into California that they're going to offer free health care for because, you know what they want to do? They want to get more electoral college votes and they want to get more representatives in Congress. So that's what that's all about. But think about what you're doing. Think about what you're doing to your society and the endangerment that you're putting your society

and it just doesn't even make any kind of logical sense. And then when you do things like we've seen them there, they have all this money funding this, right? Because of course China wants all this going on. And of course China wants to see us coming apart at the seams, attacking each other. They want these ice issues to be bubbling up. And they saw Ground Zero there in Minneapolis. You got to say to yourself, like, what is the right thing for our country in the here and now?

And it's not that. It's definitely not that. Anyway, it is good to have all of you guys here. Forgive the camera issues. We're on the road, so it's a little trickier than normal. But I wanted to at least touch base with you. And we'll be here on the show again tomorrow because these are some important considerations, I think, at this moment in time.
