Episode Date: February 10, 2026

ABC’s daytime talk ‘The View’ show is facing serious scrutiny over alleged violations of the FCC’s Equal Time rules—even after prior warnings. Now, the show finds itself in truly precarious ...territory, with major implications for Whoopi Goldberg and the network. And, ‘The View’ isn’t alone. Lawmakers are now calling on the FCC to investigate controversial content tied to NBC’s Bad Bunny performance at the Super Bowl—as audiences are signaling that they want something different. Millions craved an alternative, and they found it: Turning Point USA’s Alternative Halftime Show delivered staggering numbers—possibly the largest live event in YouTube history. Congratulations to the Turning Point team! Trish Regan explains what this seismic shift means for legacy media. Meanwhile, the cultural divide stretches all the way to Cortina, Italy, where American athletes representing the U.S. openly express disdain for the country they compete for. The Justice Department unveils a jaw-dropping $15 billion healthcare fraud ring, as federal authorities cut off more than 100,000 borrowers in California over fraud concerns. And Congresswoman Ilhan Omar is back in the spotlight. Starting point is 00:00:01 And we're live. I hope you had a great weekend, everyone. Hope you watch the Super Bowl. Hope you watched the halftime report. If you did over on Turning Point, you'd be with like many, many millions more of people. We're going to talk about those explosive ratings over on Turning Point and just the incredible, incredible turnout. 25 million plus. They're saying it's like the biggest event ever in YouTube or at least number one or two. They're trying to finalize that right now.
Starting point is 00:00:26 Anyway, it's great to have you here on such a busy day with so much. going on. If you have not subscribed to the show, please make sure that you do that, subscribe, share, like, all that good stuff. It's really important. Important for the algorithm as well. As we begin here, the full edition of the Trish Regan show live, the view is in serious trouble. I know I keep saying that and saying that, but this time I'm telling you, you know, it's not just a big, broad investigation into ABC overall. It is an investigation specifically into one show helmed by one Whoopi Goldberg, and that would be the view. And they don't have Bob Agar around to protect him anymore, okay?
Starting point is 00:01:04 The CEO of Disney. No, no, no, he's going by bye-bye. He's being, you know, replaced by a guy named DeMorrow, who came from the parks business, who cares about the bottom line, and doesn't really care about everything that they care about over on the view, which is just, you know, stirring up, you know what. And now they've got a problem because Brennan Carr over the FCC, he's already come out with warning after warning after warning.
Starting point is 00:01:23 They've ignored those warnings. And consequently, they're now looking as though they're in violation of what's called the equal time Act, something that was put in place years ago when they started regulating the television business. Broadcast, by the way, I want to point out, is regulated. We're not regulated over here. No, I can do whatever I want, say what I want, whatever I want. And they're not regulated in cable, but broadcast television, of which ABC is a member of, of which produces, of course, the view. They are regulated by the FCC. So when people say, oh my gosh, they're clamping down on free speech, this, that, and the other. It's like, no, because you know, the view could go over to
Starting point is 00:02:03 MSNBC and do that show all day long and have no problem whatsoever. But you're going to have a problem. Yeah, you better believe you're going to have a problem, especially with this new head of the FCC, Brennan Carr in charge, over on regular mainstream broadcast television. So the issue that they're confronting right now is, well, of course, overall bias, but some very specific bias. Before I get into the very specific bias, consider, ladies and gentlemen, what we're dealing with, okay? I'm not sure if we moved on to another amendment. Right, it's time. 25th Amendment is time. It's time.
Starting point is 00:02:43 You would be in a lot of company. You believe at this point that the President of the United States may not have his full faculty? I felt that before now. Yeah, but the cherry on the cake was yesterday. Well, no, there's been a lot of cherries on the cake. There have been several The cherries on this cake are enormous. There are so many. The lines in the sand.
Starting point is 00:03:09 I just want to point out that it looks like a stamp. Whoop for all her chit-chat and talk of the 25th Amendment, her desire for the vice president to invoke that in the cabinet to go along with that. And oh, she wants the vice president and gone in the cabinet gone too. I mean, we never said she was the brightest bulb, right? She's somehow fairly commercial, though, because she still has this job, but not for long, because she may be effectively getting a version of the 25th Amendment, and this one is going to take her off the air.
Starting point is 00:03:34 Again, I want to point out that Brennan Carr is very serious about this. A lot of these laws had just not been really paid any attention to in the last, however, many years. And he's coming back with a vengeance, and he's like, wait a second, you guys are having an unfair, sort of unequal advantage point over the political arena because of the repertoire of stuff that you keep putting on television. And so he had come out recently with what he called a public notice.
Starting point is 00:04:05 And this is what the FCC put out. Basically, they had renewed their guidance on political equal opportunities requirement for broadcast television stations. And the way that this always worked in the past was if you put, say, a Democrat on, you also had to put a Republican on. If you put a Republican on for eight minutes, then you would have to put a Democrat on for eight minutes. And the idea was you needed to provide both sides
Starting point is 00:04:29 with a kind of a quality, fair time, and give them each that opportunity. So especially relevant when it comes to candidates. If you're going to put X candidate on, then you need Y candidate. And that historically was always the process until, oh, I don't know what happened. 2016, 2016, Donald Trump, and then all of a sudden things changed drastically, and nobody cared about equal time anymore. You remember this became an issue when he was running against Kamala Harris in the sort of days, weeks leading up to the election
Starting point is 00:05:00 because Saturday Night Live gave her a big platform and they did not give him the same kind of platform there on NBC. And so his campaign went and said, hey, hey, equal time, equal time. And sure enough, they had to devote a certain amount of time than to Donald Trump and a more favorable coverage of him given what they gave to Saturday Night Live and Kamala Harris. So this is the public notice. They're just reminding everybody that under Section 315,
Starting point is 00:05:26 of the Communications Act, which was put forward in 1934, broadcast station permits any legally qualified candidate for public office to use its facilities. It shall provide an equal opportunity for other legally qualified candidates for that office. That statutory requirement is there and corresponding to FCC rules in order to ensure this fairness, right, in the political landscape. Well, they're not exactly doing that on the view, right?
Starting point is 00:05:55 No. The view is not doing that at all because they have this Texas election, which is kind of a big deal. Jasmine Crockett is running for Senate. And she's got to, you know, run and get the primary spot. She's running against a guy, James Telerico, if I said that name, right. And James Tilarico is, you know, if you ask me, frankly, a far better candidate than Jasmine Crockett. I mean, he may not have the notoriety, the notoriety. infamy of one Jasmine Crockett, but he's probably got a better shot at getting there. And I think
Starting point is 00:06:31 that that may have been one of the things that upset in all fairness, right, this administration, because they're like, wait a second, now they're making a big deal out of this guy that actually could be a real contender. And considering what just happened, right, in the other election in Texas that shocked everyone, it was a community that had historically been like forever, very, very red, and it suddenly turned blue. So they're on the look up for this kind of stuff. So they're like, why are you elevating this guy? I think they would have like taken it and dealt with it if it was just Jasmine, but the idea that they're trying to elevate this guy as well is kind of a problem. And again, Brennan Carr making the point that decades ago, Congress made the decision to
Starting point is 00:07:08 prevent covered broadcast TV programs from being used to advance certain partisan political purposes. And that was a good decision way back when. And so when I worked in network television, it was very much about, okay, let's try to. And it was, it was, it was, it was, it was, it was, CBS evening news and at one point NBC nightly news. So of course the bias was extremely very, very far left, but they at least would try, right? Like there was kind of a semblance of, okay, let's try to walk this down the middle and show both sides it's due. They'd at least pretend, right? They're not even pretending anymore, let's be honest. And he said, well, some may have been ignoring or misreading this law in recent years, enforcing the statute passed by Congress is not
Starting point is 00:07:51 weaponization. You had a representative there. on the left saying that this was a weaponization of the agency. This is a violation of the First Amendment. It's like, no, no, no, lady, like learn what you need to learn, okay? You can do that all day long in cable. I repeat, you can be the view 24-7. I don't know who's going to watch you, but go for it, all right? I think MSNBC's learned the hard way that, you know, and CNN as well.
Starting point is 00:08:17 That nobody really wants to watch that. But if that's your thing, you can go do that in cable. You can do that online as well, but you can't actually do that. broadcast television. And he's reminding people of that. He's like the adult in the room saying, hey, you know, kids, it's out of control. This party has gone on way too long, and we're going to, we're going to wrap this thing up. Jasmine Crockett, she was on in late February, I believe, forgive me, not late February, late January, we're in early February. So she was on recently talking about her candidacy there on the view. I want to go to her soundbite.
Starting point is 00:08:49 As we mentioned, you're running in the Democratic primary against U.S. rep, representative, Crockett, and there has been a lot of discourse around her electability. And some would say that is code for they don't think a black woman can win statewide. Should she win this primary against you? Do you think she can win a state right? And forgive me, this is the candidate that's running against her. In Texas, he looks like he's about 12. But, you know, I think basically anyone could beat Jasmine.
Starting point is 00:09:20 I don't think that the Republicans are going to have to worry there. but this certainly ticked a lot of people off. So again, James Tolarico, I'm sure I'm not saying that right, but the view trying to get his name out there and his presence out there. And as far as the FCC is concerned, artificially trying to influence an election, unfairly trying to influence an election there in Texas. Wide race. Absolutely.
Starting point is 00:09:44 You know, Congresswoman Crockett is my friend. I have deep love and respect for her. She is a leader in our state. And I've said before that if she wins this nomination, I will be behind her a thousand percent, and I will do everything I possibly can to get her over the finish line. We're on the same team, Jasmine and I. We're trying to change the politics of our state and take back this country. And we're both putting forward our experiences and our skill sets in a healthy competition.
Starting point is 00:10:11 And what I think I bring to this primary something unique, I have a history of winning these kind of races. I got elected the statehouse by flipping a Trump district that, no one thought was winnable in a county that was so red, it hadn't voted for a Democrat for president since Jimmy Carter. And I did that by building a big tent, by inspiring Democrats to get off the couch, bringing in young voters who were disillusioned with politics, and peeling people off from the middle and even from the right. That to me is the winning formula.
Starting point is 00:10:40 That is how we win Texas, and it's how we save this American experiment in November. Yeah, okay. And, Allie, I hear you. I want to get to that in a second because she's actually saying, you're right, and Sunny was quoting her, she can't win anything because, you know, if you don't vote for her, then somehow you're a racist, which had come up when she was on that show. And so she had been on the show, right, like a week prior. And then they put in the candidate that's running against her another Democrat.
Starting point is 00:11:08 It's like they're saturating with Democrats for Texas. You've got to vote Democrat. And then he's talking her book on top of it. I mean, he might as well be voting for Jasmine himself, for goodness sakes. Here's Jasmine. You know, there are those that have their own motivations for critiquing. And, you know, I think that the people are smarter. Is it just racism and sexism?
Starting point is 00:11:28 Like, what do you think it is? I mean, I think there's a lot of things. I think it depends on who is coming from. But I've been a black woman my whole life. So this idea that I'm going to go and be like, oh, well, they're being racist or misogynistic towards me. Like, you think I didn't know I was a black woman when I woke up and decided that I was going to run for the United States Senate?
Starting point is 00:11:45 You think I didn't factor in and make sure that we had enough room to account for that. We did. All right. So you see where this is going. You don't vote for me. It's it's because you're racist. It's because you're sexist. And then, you know, that's, that's her stick. And then they're continuing that line of thinking, right, on the view. And they're putting on the candidate, the other Democrat that's running opposite her there in Texas. And they're not given any time to the Republican in Texas who's going to be, I mean, like, no. So this is, this is, this is wrong. Okay, this is a violation of FCC rules. And so finally, you have somebody coming out and doing something about it, about time, right? Because again, that show really does not deserve to be,
Starting point is 00:12:33 can you believe it's actually produced by ABC News? So they're trying to say this is a news show. Are you kidding me? Anyway, Bob Iger's not there anymore, or at least, you know, he's on his way out. He's got a lot of other things to do. He doesn't need to worry about the view. So they don't have their protector in chief anymore, the CEO of Disney who oversaw all this and would kind of run interference for them. They don't have anybody there to back them up. And so at some point, they've got to make a decision there at ABC. Do we keep this show? Do we keep these very expensive salaries? Do we keep this overhead with the live studio audience and all the production that goes into that, plus the zillions of people that are working behind the scenes? Probably, just from an economic standpoint, I would say no.
Starting point is 00:13:18 because I don't think it does a lot for your business. And this is what the new head of Disney may actually be considering. When he comes in, tomorrow is going to say, okay, where are we making money? Where are we not making money? And there's no way they're making money on the view.
Starting point is 00:13:31 I mean, it's just become such a toxic environment. I was going to say investors. Investors don't like it. But certainly advertisers don't like it. And so why? Like, why have a show like that?
Starting point is 00:13:42 It's all downside, no upside on the view. Get rid of it. Once and for all. NBC is dealing with a little FCC challenges of its own. That would be because of Bad Bunny. Did anybody watch Bad Bunny? Or did you go and watch The Turning Point Show?
Starting point is 00:14:00 Because that's where it was at. Kid Rock singing some nice music, by the way. Very, very nice, wholesome music. This Bad Bunny is bad news. And you know what? It's going to catch up to NBC because you now have members of Congress coming out and demanding an FCC investigation. The president weighing in saying the Super Bowl half-time show,
Starting point is 00:14:18 is absolutely terrible, one of the worst ever. It makes no sense. And it's a front to the greatness of America and doesn't represent our standards of success, creativity, or excellence. Nobody understands a word this guy is saying, well, you know, he's saying entirely in Spanish. And the dancing is disgusting. I'd agree with that. Especially for young children that are watching from throughout the USA and all over the world. This quote-unquote show is just a slap in the face to our country, which is setting new standards and records every single day, including the best stock market. And 401K's in history. You better believe it.
Starting point is 00:14:50 Gosh darn it. He thinks it's going to $100,000 by the time he leaves office. Wow, wow, wow. 76research.com, my company. Make sure. I think I put the show link in the notes. So go check that out. 76 research.com.
Starting point is 00:15:02 Go look at those model portfolios. I feel like your mom, but go do that. Okay, after the show, of course. Including the best stock market and 401K is in history. He said there is nothing inspirational about this mess of a halftime show and watch. It will get great reviews from the fake news media because they haven't got a clue what's going on in the real world. And you know what? He's totally right. I was looking over it all the reviews. I mean, here's one from CNN. Bad Bunny Super Bowl, halftime performance.
Starting point is 00:15:30 Redefined what it means to be in America Patriot. You had MSNBC actually trying to equate Bad Bunny with Ronald Reagan. Mm-hmm. I kid you not. You know, CNN, though, writing in just over 13 minutes worth of music stars and symbolism, Puerto Rico, superstar, Bad Bunny, rewrote what it means to be an American in a time of strife. My gosh, they'd think the guy was Shakespeare, right? For months, conservatives from the president on down have painted him as anti-American. Bad Bunny asked, what if I'm the real American?
Starting point is 00:16:06 Bad Bunny, who introduced himself with his full name, Benito, Antonio Martinez, Ocasio, brought the Puerto Rican culture to life, right? Puerto Rican culture to life in his Super Bowl halftime performance a joyous and high energy affair. Okay, CNN, we know you love him. We know you love him, but I bet you can't speak Espaniel now, can you? No, no, no, no, no. But, you know, that's actually a problem. He was speaking so much Spanish and singing so much Spanish that actually could come back to bite.
Starting point is 00:16:33 NBC in the you know what. Randy Fine, representative from Florida, is disgusted by the whole darn thing, and he's calling for an FCC investigation. Oh, or more. I think he actually wrote, lock him up. Okay. So he's really fired up. I mean, listen, it was gross, right?
Starting point is 00:16:50 Like, and Bad Bunny, I don't even know if I want to have those lyrics. Do I have them? I'm looking. Gosh, I don't even know if we want to have those lyrics on set, but or on the screen. The lyrics are so bad, okay? I speak Spanish, but I don't even know the words that they're saying. Like, those words are really, really bad. That would take a more, or shall we say, less sophisticated,
Starting point is 00:17:15 version of Spanish for me to know that. Whoa. Okay, so you don't even want to look up the English translation. I mean, they're just really, really bad. And so this is okay. This is who you're going to put up. Now, he, I was going through my head. I was like, is he going to say this bad stuff in Spanish? Because if he is, that would be an FCC violation. I went and looked it up. So you can't say bad words in English or in Spanish. So I was like, if he does it, if he says it, now somehow they altered everything. They made it sort of the radio edit, right, for, because that's another FCC rule. You can't say those words on anything that's federally controlled airwaves. So he somehow cleaned it up, but now this congressional member is saying it was so bad. I mean,
Starting point is 00:17:58 those things are so bad. Like, you know, you're an American as a Puerto Rican, you live by the same kind of rules. What's going on with the NFL, with NBC, and Bad Bunny altogether? And I think actually, he might have a leg to stand on here. Now, let's just think about it for a second again, because don't forget what the FCC is there to do. They're there to look out for the public interest. And that standard means that they need to focus on the community itself. And the FCC requires broadcasters to operate, as I said, in quote the public interest, convenience and necessity,
Starting point is 00:18:30 as per section 307 of the Communications Act of 1934. So this means stations need to address the needs of their local community. Okay, well, in this case, you're talking about local community being all of America, So all the stations, all the individual stations on NBC that carried this and had everything being broadcast in Spanish. Well, how's that ain't good if you don't speak Spanish? Right? I mean, you can't even like understand what he's saying. So they're not even broadcasting in your language.
Starting point is 00:18:58 Maybe they can get around with that, around that by saying, okay, well, we had some lower thirds, the closed captions that were trans. Actually, I don't think they even had a translation. Did they? I didn't see a translation up. Well, nobody wanted a translation in that, frankly. Thank you very much. Anyway, most people went over and they watched, not most people, but a lot of people, at least the people I know, went over and watched Turning Points show, which was fantastic
Starting point is 00:19:21 with Kid Rock and some others. But many members of the mainstream media got somehow offended that Turning Point had something else going on. And it's like, listen, it's a free country. Anybody can program against the Super Bowl. I mean, why not, right? It's a free country. You can do that, but they were so offended.
Starting point is 00:19:40 You should have heard them on MSNBC just knocking it and knocking it and knocking it and knocking it because somehow, well, you know, their parents, the mothership that they've somehow split off from because the mothership is like, oh my gosh, we don't want anything to do with those people right about now and they can't make any money. So they've been spun off and they're somehow trying to defend their mothership. And it's like, guys, you know, you don't sound very good. As John Solomon, my friend pointed out, listen to his take on it. I want you to hear.
Starting point is 00:20:08 he and his guest kept trying to portray what bad bunny did as inclusive if half or three quarters of the audience or even more doesn't understand the words it's not very inclusive so i thought morning joe was more like a propaganda machine again today it's supposed to be a new show he should at least have some semblance of fact when he makes his claims he's a making-up sort of guy these days yeah yeah yeah so um they're broadcasting the whole thing in Spanish. I speak Spanish. I don't have a Spanish. I speak Spanish. Yeah, the Irish girl that speak Spanish. I speak a lot of languages, actually. Italian, Spanish. At one point, I was really good at German, but so much for that. I don't get the chance
Starting point is 00:20:52 to practice it that much. I was a singer in another life, the classically chain singer, so that's part of the deal. You kind of need to be able to sing in all those languages. So I would just say, the majority of America doesn't speak Spanish. You're broadcasting to every single household.
Starting point is 00:21:08 in America, it's all in Spanish, that could be a problem. And then, of course, the content itself, even if there weren't actual swear words, just some of the content, the dancing, et cetera, could come under scrutiny. And listen, again, it's FCC. You're on nationally controlled airwaves. It's not the same as cable. It's not the same as YouTube. But you know what? YouTube killed it. Charlie Kirk's Turning Point, God rest his soul, they killed it. Wow, this was amazing. Did you see the numbers on this thing? Incredible. They're talking about over 25 million people tuning in live to watch Kid Rock and others just with a tremendous, tremendous show that was about good, wholesome values and belief in Jesus Christ.
Starting point is 00:21:53 It was really, really good stuff. That's what you want to be watching, certainly with your kids, right? When you're doing a wholesome family thing like watching the Super Bowl and then you get Bad Bunny doing bad stuff in the background. Well, you know what? You could have gone over and on YouTube or on Rumble. You could have gone and watched Kid Rock and the Turning Point team. They just did an amazing job.
Starting point is 00:22:13 And the guy who's now sort of running into the spokesperson, Andrew Colvin, he's Charlie's former producer, good guy. He was talking about how amazing this is. I mean, think about what they were able to accomplish. And how scared the big guys are, like the mainstream media networks. They didn't like this one bit. That's good, Andrew. I think there was like a million people before the show even started. And YouTube for just the turning point.
Starting point is 00:22:38 channel alone got as high as 6.17 million live concurrence. If you add that up, we're actually working with a third party firm right now this morning to find out what sort of a Nielsen equivalent would be for this. But when you add up that live stream plus Rabs live stream plus on just YouTube, we're just talking YouTube. We're not talking about other broadcast channels or anything like this. And so it's Charlie's Turning Points, Rabs. If you put those three streams together, I think you already have the number one YouTube stream of all time. We're going to confirm that. I'm not here definitively saying that, but it was easily number two. We'll see if we were the number one live stream in the history of YouTube. That's not counting
Starting point is 00:23:25 rumble. That's not counting broadcast. That's not counting all of these other areas. So we know for a fact that about 25 million streams last night, which is like amazing. And the way Nielsen does their numbers is they'll usually put a 2.5x on that because they're they're depending on groups watching it together. And I had people texting me, you know, parties of 50 watching the watching the game saying, hey, we're tuned into the halftime show. So it was, I mean, we really, it's going to be an estimate, but we're talking 40, 50 million people tuned in to Turning Point USA is the All-American halftime show. So just an amazing, amazing success. And I will tell you, this is a shot across the Bough, Steve. There are media executives, advertising executives all across the country that
Starting point is 00:24:14 took a note last night, and some of them are pretty nervous this morning. They know it, right? They're really, really nervous this morning. Anyway, just a phenomenal showing. Congratulations to all of them. And forgive me. And Lee Bryce was there, a few others in Brantley, Gilbert, as Don Baca is pointing out. Listen, it was just fantastic to see so much appreciation for what they were doing. And so my congratulations to all of them. And of course, in Charlie's memory, he would have loved this. He just would have loved this. Anyway, you know, look, the divide continues. Consider the divide we're seeing in the Olympics right now. I mean, for goodness, it's just sports, right? From the Super Bowl to the skaters and the skiers over there
Starting point is 00:24:58 in Cortina, Italy. Nice place, by the way. Very, very nice place. But I'll tell you, they don't seem to appreciate it. I mean, wow, you're representing you. your country for goodness sakes and you can't say a nice thing hunter hess what's it go with the name here's trump slamming the olympian hunter hess as a quote real loser after skiers shares mixed emotions about representing the u.s right now yeah he has mixed emotions can you imagine that you're representing your country it's like the greatest honor ever just be psyched say thank you god for this opportunity and all the hard work that i put into this and now i've been afforded this opportunity to represent my country and be enormously successful as they were.
Starting point is 00:25:37 I mean, this is fantastic news. And yet this guy, proven, you know, he's drunk all the woke collade of the kiddos, and I think he's from Oregon, so there you go. It brings up, he said, mixed emotions to represent the U.S. right now, I think it's a little hard. Oh, it's hard. Well, you know, I'm sure you could forfeit your spot to somebody that would like to represent the United States of America. Quote, there's obviously a lot going on that I'm not.
Starting point is 00:26:03 the biggest fan of and I think a lot of people aren't. Okay, we get it. You don't like the ice stuff. Got it. Okay. All right. Do you really have to go there? While you're just trying to ski and win us a gold medal, thank you very much. If it aligns, quote, with my moral values, I feel like I'm representing it just because I'm wearing the flag doesn't mean I represent everything that's going on in the U.S. Okay. Again, could you not have just said, I'm psyched to be here?
Starting point is 00:26:36 Donald Trump weighing in, as I said, saying U.S. Olympic skier, this is the original truth he put out. Hunter Hess is a real loser. Says he doesn't represent his country in the current Winter Olympics. If that's the case, he shouldn't have tried out for the team.
Starting point is 00:26:49 And it's too bad he's on it. Very hard to root for someone like this. Make America great again. It is hard. It is hard to root for somebody like. that. I mean, on top of which you get the skaters piling on. Byron dance. We love Byron. He's out of Florida. You know, Byron. He's been on the show before. I think Byron's going places. Anyway, he said, you choose to wear our flag. You choose to represent
Starting point is 00:27:11 our country. You choose to compete at the Olympics. If that's too hard for you, go home. Some things are bigger than politics. You just don't get it. This guy just doesn't get it. It's true. Some things are bigger than politics. And you ought to put a smile on your face and say, I love my country. I'm thrilled to represent my country. Well, people felt the same way the president does and I do and Byron Fields. So they actually went to work saying, hey, how dare you? Why don't you just go home on his social media accounts? And so he's like, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. And he suddenly disabled all of the comments on his social media accounts. He didn't account for that. Well, you know, for a free speech is that everybody's get a voice, right? And then he put this one out with a very
Starting point is 00:27:58 lovely picture of himself. Quote, there is so much that is great about America, but there are always things that could be better. One of the many things that makes this country so amazing is that we have the right and the freedom to point that out. The best part of the Olympics is that it brings people together. And when so many of us are divided, we need that more than ever. Yeah, We do, right? Which is why you would have been better off just keeping your mouth shut and saying, I love my country and I love representing. I cannot wait to represent Team USA next week when I compete. Thank you to everyone for their support. Listen, I'm just saying, you know, you should be a little bit more grateful. This is another one, this Olympic skater Amber Glenn, who identifies not as gay,
Starting point is 00:28:44 not as lesbian, but as queer, which I don't know. Is that like a statement in of itself? I have to up. It's hard to keep up. You know, I got a lot I'm doing here with the show and my own kids and, you know, the terminology, I can never quite get it straight. But I don't know what the difference between queer and gay is, but apparently she's queer. So she's representing the queer community, and it's really hard to do that, she said, because the queer community is, like, in a really bad shape. Now, that Donald Trump is president. I don't know, you know, like last time I checked he's actually got the first gay treasury secretary of the United States of America. Will that be one Mr. Scott Besson? Amber. So I don't think this is like, you know, gays don't have many rights. Like, I think actually
Starting point is 00:29:26 this president's like, whatever, okay? He's sort of libertarian in that sense. He's like, you do you. Just make sure that, you know, you get the job done. And so she's on and on about, you know, her, how she identifies, et cetera. It's really kind of nauseating. Don't you think? I mean, I think. I mean, here we are. It's a very important year. We're coming up on a very important birthday. It's our 250, right? 250 years. of this wonderful great country. So it's worth asking as we approach July 4th, and you know, I'm patriotic, so I'm getting in on the stuff early. And so are my friends and Americans for prosperity. We're all like, you know, we got all year to do this. So why not talk about it all year?
Starting point is 00:30:06 What does the Declaration of Independence really mean to you? What does it mean to us? It's worth going back and reading it. It doesn't take that long. And, you know, it just takes one small step. Okay, one small step. Our friends over to Americans for Prosperity has launched this idea. One small step. It's a year-long celebration marking America's 250th birthday, and it's all built around this simple idea that every major turning point in our history started when ordinary people took responsibility for the country they love, including our founding fathers, right? So to kick it off, they've released the one small step toolkit, and it's all centered around the Declaration of Independence and the founding principles. It's still matter.
Starting point is 00:30:47 today. Freedom, self-government, civic duty, duty, imagine that, civic duty, that's an important one. And they're asking you as an American to do something symbolic. Why not sign your own declaration of independence? You can get one right here. Go to A250toolkit.com. Check it out there. Sign up. Take one small step, if you would, towards America's next chapter. Go to A250toolkit.com. their sponsorship here on the Trish Regan Show, and it's an important time to really, you know, bask in this birthday. We've got a whole year to do it. I can just keep singing my national anthem over and over and over again. That's the other thing. Did you see that? Guys, at the Super Bowl, I forgot to even talk about that. They had the black national anthem again. I'm like, guys,
Starting point is 00:31:39 you really, really, really want to be divisive, right? This is like something for all of America, but you have to go with your own national. I mean, I'll tell you, great new poll out today showing that more blacks have voted for Donald Trump than any other Republican in recent history. And yet the Democrats, they just want to dig in and divide and divide and divide. I'm sorry, I think Donald Trump, he's won that battle.
Starting point is 00:32:03 So you're going to have to find a new trajectory, okay? A new way to divide. I guess this ice thing is your latest and greatest. But, you know, Americans, they're not over what you did, with all this fraud. And more and more, every single day keeps coming out. This is unbelievable. So late Friday, I didn't get a chance to talk to you about this. Yet, late Friday, the Justice Department came out and said, wow, we have nearly $15 billion worth of health care fraud. We're talking Medicaid, Medicare fraud to report to you. They stole this money from you, the American taxpayer.
Starting point is 00:32:40 Watch. We are announcing today charges against 324 defendants for their alleged participation in health care fraud schemes involving approximately $14.6 billion in false claims submitted to Medicare, Medicaid, and other health care programs. Every fraudulent claim, every fake billing, every kickback scheme represents money taken directly. from the pockets of American taxpayers who fund these essential programs through their hard work and sacrifice. So it's not okay, all right, and we're pretty darn angry about it. Really angry. $650 billion is the estimated loss to American taxpayers, according to the GAO. Marshall Blackburn, the senator from Tennessee, puts it at somewhere around $750 billion, and Dr. Oz is on the case he's been uncovering lots of money that's going to,
Starting point is 00:33:43 of fraud out in the Southern California area. Watch. You know, there have been accusations by the Democrats that that's not really a thing, that money from the federal government's not going to illegal immigrants. Maria, just in the last few months, in the few states that we've examined, less than half a dozen, we've identified more than a trillion, sorry, more than a billion dollars, with a B, more than a billion dollars of money, federal tax dollars that have gone to illegal immigrants. We're actually clawing that money back from those states now, but the fact that that could still happen is very frustrating to all.
Starting point is 00:34:13 of us and why would you want to repeal that after all the work that was put into ensuring that these programs that work so well for vulnerable populations would remain intact financially? Yeah, I mean, unbelievable stuff, unbelievable stuff. So look, Dr. Oz, he's been on it. He's done like a little mini documentary. It's like Nick Shirley's not going to get anything over on Dr. Oz. Dr. Oz is like knocking on doors out in California. and he's uncovering this stuff. And you know what? He's finding a lot of it.
Starting point is 00:34:48 Well, California is going to have to wake up because the feds are breathing down their neck. You not only have Dr. Oz out there knocking on doors, you have Kelly Loffer at the Small Business Association saying, you know, we're going to pull the plug. We've got over 100,000 people that we believe have committed fraud and they've taken out these nice, hefty loans that they didn't have to repay. Well, we're cutting them off big time. Watcher.
Starting point is 00:35:13 I'm here in San Diego standing at an address that is registered to 14 businesses that took $2 million in pandemic-era loans. Those loans haven't been paid back, but this is just the tip of the iceberg. Today the SBA is announcing we're suspending 112,000 California borrowers who took potentially upwards of $9 billion. We're going to continue to work with our federal partners to ensure accountability for COVID-era fraud that the Biden administration tried to sweep under the And just like Minnesota, California is another state whose socialist welfare policies have invited fraud.
Starting point is 00:35:50 While the buck stops here, we're not looking the other way, we're prosecuting, there's going to be more to come. Wow, so they got a nice little promo you saw that at the end. Nice little graphic for SBA. Small Business Association now onto this as well. I mean, my goodness. So over 100,000 Californians. And I see you guys are saying, you know what, they got to publish the names, and they will. all these people are going to be in huge trouble. But what happened in 2020? I mean, aside from
Starting point is 00:36:21 the Democrats trying to use that, you know, horrible, horrible, horrible virus that came to us courtesy of China. Like, let's not forget that, right? Don't forget where that came from. And they took that and they ran with that, as I told you at the time they would, as a political sort of vendetta. and they used that to try and help get Donald Trump out of office. And then what did they do? They turned around and apparently created all these sweetheart deals for themselves and their friends. I mean, that's what we saw out in Minnesota, right? Ilhan Omar's feeding our future, $250 million scam.
Starting point is 00:37:03 They're talking about $19 billion total out of Minnesota. And then we have it in Maine and we have it in Ohio and we have it in California and we have it in Massachusetts. It is spreading nationwide. Iona Presley getting caught up in some of the Massachusetts stuff. Another, what do we call her, squad member? Did I see something on Cory Bush's husband? I'm kind of wondering if there's like a husband theme here.
Starting point is 00:37:29 Between Ilhan's husband, Iona Presley's husband, you know, the husbands, they might have been raking it in. You know, your wife goes to Congress and you set up a shingle. and say, I'm open for business, or rather she's open for business. You want access? Talk to me. I mean, they'll have to prove all this out, but I have a feeling this is what's going down, okay? I have a big feeling this is what's going down. Iona Presley getting cornered by my friend Chad, who's a reporter there at Fox,
Starting point is 00:38:04 who's a producer for years on Capitol Hill, and now he's on camera. It's a big step-up. He's a good guy. He deserves it. Anyway, he's hounding Ayana down. and he's tackling her with the hard questions. Check it out. From the rental property. Sorry, I submit a financial disclosure, just like everybody else. There's nothing to see here.
Starting point is 00:38:26 Thank you. Is it appropriate for members to make so much money? Good question, Chad. You know, because she's always like, oh, you can't make that money. We're all a bunch of socialists. Nobody's making any money, except for me. I'm going to go from zero to $8 million in the span of a few years. I mean, I'm not as good at it as Ilhan, for goodness sakes.
Starting point is 00:38:42 I mean, she's up to $30 million. But, hey, Ayana, not bad for you. yourself, you know, considering that the hubby's a former drug runner that was convicted and thrown in prison for years, you know, you guys really figured it out. Now, didn't you? When they're in office, should there be rules there? Financial disclosure report showed that the wealth of Presley and her husband Conan Harris swelled from $12,000 in 2019 to as much as $8 million. Five rental properties earn them up to $350,000 annually. Presley once advocated to suspend rent during the pandemic. She pushed policies for struggling homeowners. These little to no
Starting point is 00:39:20 cost bills help people remain housed. Presley's husband is an ex-con who went from serving a decade in jail before they were married for drug trafficking to raking in up to a million a year as a business and management consultant. I'm sorry. I like how Chad says that with a straight voice. Wait, let's play it again. You got to hear that. The hubby. I mean, she really knows how to pick them. Wow, that's quite a due. Spills help people remain housed. Presley's husband is an ex-con who went from serving a decade in jail before they were married for drug trafficking to raking in up to a million a year as a business and management consultant.
Starting point is 00:39:58 Now, nobody thought to look at O'On Over, like everybody just thought that was perfectly fine, that he's suddenly making a million bucks. Ex-con out, you know, that's what you call rehabilitation. Courtesy of, I'm guessing, Ayana Presley, and who knows what was going down. where we can see that the spouse is the person who may be bringing in the most income. Some lawmakers resist restrictions on outside earnings. Do you think that there should be changes, some different rules about what members can make while they're in office?
Starting point is 00:40:30 These are presumably right-wing reports designed to try to undermine our members, and there's nothing credible that has been suggested that I've seen. But other members worry about their colleagues cashing in on congressional service. The idea that people's net worth balloons at that level is yet another erosion of public trust. There was one of the first aphorisms I learned is politics is the art of turning influence and affluence. Now, the money also followed Presley's fellow squad member, Ilan Omar, to Congress. A House committee is probing how assets belonging to Omar's husband grew into the millions. Brett?
Starting point is 00:41:08 Oh, my goodness. I'm live on Capitol Hill. Chad, thanks. Oh, my goodness. Okay, so we got Iyana Presley's husband who suddenly, you know, built a fortune. They've together now amassed $8 million in net worth. We've got Ilhan Omar's hubby who like doesn't even hide it. It flons it.
Starting point is 00:41:25 It says his company's worth some $25 million in their disclosure forms, oh, even though like we can't really seem to find any clients and he's not registered with the SEC. You got Corey Bush's husband who she had paid a ton of money to for security services. Oh, kind of like Ilhan paid her hubby, 2.8. million dollars to run her campaign. I mean, that's a heck of a lot of money to run a campaign. Nobody makes money like that running campaigns, unless you happen to be married to the candidate, in which case, that would suggest she's paying herself now, right? So Cory Bush's husband, another squad member, he was in trouble because he apparently did some funny stuff with some of the COVID small business loan stuff that they're now
Starting point is 00:42:03 investigating out in California. I mean, you just can't make it up. Like, what is wrong with people? Like, how can you possibly be so corrupt? I know it only pays 175. grand a year, but you know what? That's the sacrifice you make. We were just talking about the importance of civic duty. You chose to go into this. You could have gone into a real business and been a real business person like Donald Trump and his kids were before you decided to go into politics, but no, you thought you'd do it the old-fashioned way. You'd pull Barack Obama and be a community leader and then hope that that barlaid yourself into, oh, I don't know, some real estate in Hawaii and on Martha's Vineyard. Hey, it worked for him, right? Look at this. We got all kinds of
Starting point is 00:42:41 going down in Massachusetts. So, you know, Iyana Presley's now tied up in this. We have the woman in Minnesota, Ilhan Omar, tied up in her version of something like this, given the fraud that's been exposed in Minnesota and her hubby's very sketchy business records. And I've got to say, like, they've got to go to jail for this. In Massachusetts, you're looking at nearly $12 million in fraud, identified directly to Massachusetts. I have a feeling a whole lot more will come out because $12 million. That's like small potatoes right now.
Starting point is 00:43:14 We're talking about $19 billion in the state of Minnesota. Wow. Reminder to subscribe, share like. It's really, really important to do that. It helps the algorithm. We got more fraud to be talking about because I get new stuff on Ilhan Omar. I want to bring you today. Before I do that, let's give a nice shout out to our friends over at Balance and Nature,
Starting point is 00:43:32 one of our very wonderful sponsors that we've had for quite some time now. So we love that. And I love that you guys are getting your Balance of Nature because it's good for you. And it's good for the show. So we want to support our sponsors, of course. Balance of Nature is a wonderful product. I take the fruits and veggies and they have something that I want to tell you about called the whole health system where you can get a variety of whole food ingredients and work that into your routine,
Starting point is 00:43:58 much like I work the fruits and veggies into mine. You know, it's great because it tastes like really sort of nothing, right? You can just put it on top of your food. you can mix it in, in some cases, if you have a cup of tea and it kind of adds some depth if you get the spice supplement, it really gives a nice spice to your tea. And it's a great way to know that you're getting all of those nutrients that you would otherwise get from real food. And we're talking about flaxseed, cinnamon, turmeric, mango, pineapple, wild blueberry,
Starting point is 00:44:26 shataki mushroom, spinach, kale, much, much more. In fact, the whole health system by balance of nature, those supplements include 47 ingredients of 100% real, whole fruits, vegetable, spices, and fibers, perfect for your daily routine. If you cancel in the future, you lose the price. But good stuff. It is good stuff.
Starting point is 00:45:05 balance and nature.com. Ilhan Omar is under serious investigation and I'm telling you, it just got ratcheted up. So it was the House Ethics Committee that was looking into Ilhan Omar and her husband, well, mostly her husband because he's, you know, purportedly like worth millions of millions of dollars, like $30 million they now have a net worth thanks to his fantastic businesses and his investing IQ. You. Anyway, it just went from bad to worse because the investigation has now been transferred to James Comer's committee that is looking into not just the ethical violations, but all of this data in a way that, frankly, I think the House Ethics Committee wouldn't have been as well positioned to do. So this is a big deal and very, very bad.
Starting point is 00:46:01 for Ilhan. Let's go to James Comer explaining this detail. Before he say, oh, wait, it's out of House ethics. I'm telling you, at this particular stage, this is actually going to be good for the discovery. Your committee investigation with Ilan Omar, when there is a process in the House, if people have questions about their conduct, this would go through the Ethics Committee. Why is this under the... And I've spoken, I'm glad you asked that question. I've spoken with the Ethics Committee.
Starting point is 00:46:26 The Ethics Committee has jurisdiction over members of Congress. The two businesses in question are owned by Ms. Omar's husband. So the Ethics Committee does not have jurisdiction over a spouse, only a member. So that's why we just asked, we would have questions. I don't think anyone would. I didn't pertain to her overall finances. That is listed on her financial disclosure report. Well, we've run this by the Ethics Committee and we think this is the appropriate route.
Starting point is 00:46:57 So given that this is now the appropriate route, what is the significance of that? Listen, I think Minot is in a whole lot of trouble. I've said this before. I think Ilhan is in a whole lot of trouble because it just doesn't add up. Any which way you look at this, we've talked about the lack of SEC filings. We've talked about him claiming he's got $60 billion assets under man. management experience, like there's no way. We don't know who's investing with him. That's not really clear. We don't know what he's investing in. I mean, he said he had a winery, for example, and they
Starting point is 00:47:43 were claiming like it's worth between one and five million as recently as a few months ago. And yet, apparently the thing like dissolved over a year ago. So none of this adds up. And he's clearly not the brightest bulb because he didn't figure out exactly how to manage all this ahead of time and not have it sort of explode in his face. But that's where we are right now. I want to go to a Fox commentator on Ilhan Omar and her husband and the nefarious activity. Watch. His investment firm, it has no known clients, no known investment deals. It doesn't even have an active SEC registration. And his winery, which is also purportedly making him millions of dollars per year, has no online presence. It has no marketable products available for purchase online. And get this back in 2024.
Starting point is 00:48:30 investor into that winery actually sued Manette and his business partners, alleging that they had fraudulently misrepresented the winery as a legitimate business operation. I look at these events, and I think they have cracked the Hunter Biden playbook. And I think that there are many other people in Washington, D.C., who watched the success of the influence peddling scheme that the Biden family ran. And more importantly, they saw that the Biden family faced zero consequences for that scheme, and they decided to try and replicate the results themselves. So now it's moving into the oversight committee, all right?
Starting point is 00:49:07 And by the way, she's absolutely right on all that stuff. I think that that's part of it. You know, people have said, oh, they made it so easy. They made it so easy. I'm sorry, it shouldn't be that easy, okay? Especially if you are married to a member of Congress. It should not be that easy. So that's another conversation for another time.
Starting point is 00:49:23 But just because it's easy doesn't make it right, okay? Just because it's easy doesn't make you any less guilty. of what I think he may, in fact, be guilty of, which is, oh, I don't know, fraud, money laundering, misrepresentation, whole bunch of stuff. I just want them to find the money so we can get it all back. Because $700 million left the city of Minneapolis. I still can't get over that one over a two-year time period in suitcases. We're talking cash stat in suitcases, and this is what they told us about.
Starting point is 00:49:59 This is what was declared to the TSA. I mean, red flag or red flag. You combine that with Ohio, second largest Somalian population, where they have the second largest amount of cash leaving the country. Listen, these Huala networks are about to get busted. And Treasury is going to blow them all wide open as they should. But back to Comer. Okay, so he's got the House Oversight Committee.
Starting point is 00:50:19 They're going to conduct all the investigation at that level right now, and they actually are able to request more in terms of documentation. So it does make sense. Before he say, oh, you know, it's out of the House Ethics Committee, which, by the way, the House Ethics Committee was originally willing to take it on. And that's five Dems and five Republicans. So that's not what you would call partisan. But bad news for her, she's now landed in kind of partisan territory
Starting point is 00:50:43 because you have more Republicans than you do Democrats on the House Oversight Committee. So Oversight's going to look at this, and they're going to try and figure out just exactly. Convierte your passion in a business with Shopify and bathe with the form of pay with a better conversion of the world. You've heard well.
Starting point is 00:51:02 The best conversion of the world. The incredible system of Pago of Shopify facilitates the website on your
Starting point is 00:51:08 website, in the social and in the world. That is music for your ears.
Starting point is 00:51:14 No, you'll do you make your new success with Shopify. Empeas
Starting point is 00:51:18 your period of per year for a year at Shopify. combe
Starting point is 00:51:22 BOR Records. What went down? Comer thinks he has a clue. There's a thing called money laundering where people have businesses and they deposit, you know, lots of cash. Again, I'm not accusing them of any wrongdoing, but she should answer a simple question.
Starting point is 00:51:37 If any member of Congress is asked what business their family's involved in, I've never seen one fail to answer it. That's not a hard question. My husband has a private equity firm and he's done exceptionally well in the last 12 months. She won't answer that question. And everybody in America suspects foul play. And again, we're going to find out. It's not going to be hard to figure out what business he's in and where the money came from. So that's going to be a central part of our entire Minnesota fraud investigation because she is the leader in Congress in the district, in the congressional district, where the overwhelming majority of the welfare fraud is taking place. Her name, as well as the Attorney General Keith Ellison's name, have been mentioned as people of interest. I'll put it like that. She's going to have some. difficult questions they answer. I love that soundbite.
Starting point is 00:52:30 I really do. I think that he really sums it up quite well there. But there's a lot of questions, okay? And so he came out on Friday. He said, listen, we're going to get to the bottom of this. He sent her husband a letter, and we had a copy of the letter. We went through all that already. So, you know, go back and watch Friday's show if you want to see more on that.
Starting point is 00:52:47 But it just doesn't make any sense. You go from $51 million to $51,000, I should say, to $30 million, forgive me in one year with no information. Like we have no information. We don't know what he's investing in. I don't care what you're investing in. You're not seeing an increase like that. You just aren't.
Starting point is 00:53:06 And you know what? I say this as an investor myself. And by the way, I encourage you guys to go look at 76 research. Let me see if I can get that up on the screen. 76research.com, my company that I started with a dear friend, if you want to learn to make money the old-fashioned way, right? You know, invest. And dollar cost average into the.
Starting point is 00:53:25 market because there's a lot of opportunity for everyone. Listen, if you listen to the president, for goodness sakes, he says it's going to 100k by the time he leaves office. So I'm going to put that on the screen. Go to 76 research. Try to look at the model portfolios. If you can go to 76 research, look at the model portfolios. That's where the real value at is. I just put it on the screen. So take a good peek at that. Or go get the 76 report. That's my investing newsletter. I really do encourage you to do that because there is a lot of opportunity. And, you know, you don't have to do this the way that Ilhan Omar's husband is alleged to have done it because that's just gross. But, you know, here he is.
Starting point is 00:54:03 Kind of a, oh, I won't say it looking guy. But this is Timmy, Timmy Minet, and Timmy decided he would marry, leave his wife and he'd marry Ilhan Omar. And I guess she left the other husband that, well, there have been all kinds of allegations about him. We'll leave that for another day. because, well, he's reported to possibly have been the brother. That's not my reporting. That's actually Daily Mail and New York Post. So take it with a green assault.
Starting point is 00:54:36 But that's actually, it's a concern, especially in terms of her citizenship, because if they're able to prove that one out, well, it's going to be game over for her. But these are her financial records, and it just doesn't make any sense. Let me see if I can go back, because we're seeing here, if you go back and you look at this Rose Lake Capitol, I mean, it's just bizarre. Five million to 25 million. There is no way that that thing had $42 in its bank account two years ago and is now worth up to $25 million.
Starting point is 00:55:03 So you have to ask yourself, why is he doing this? Why is he saying this? Why is he doing this? And again, here's the website. We've talked about this. It's called Rose Lake Capital. It's not much of a website. He had to take a whole bunch of people that were originally on it down
Starting point is 00:55:16 because all those people were Democrats. And I guess once all the Minnesota fraud came out, they didn't want to have their name associated with anything to do. with Timmy Maina and his big business, big business that he's got there. Ilhan says in response to all of this that, you know, there's nothing to see here that it's just politics as usual and that Comer's just playing a political game. But I'm just saying, like, it doesn't add up at all. And they can track this stuff pretty easily and they will. I mean, you know, if you've got a private individual with an LLC saying, okay, it's worth this much, it creates this sort of murky and
Starting point is 00:55:53 environment where they can solicit funds. You could buy, say, a share in his Rose Lake Capital Fund, which is worth, oh, I don't know, he's got a pretty high valuation on it, right? Up to 30 million bucks that they're worth. So these numbers are kind of getting fudged. And so you can go back, you should go back, and this is what Comer's committee is going to do. They're going to go back and try and investigate all this to figure out what's what. I mean, she doesn't want any part of it, right? She just ducks for cover when anybody asks. you and your husband's net worth, they're claiming that it's risen rapidly. What's your response to what they're saying? Do you think they'll find anything in their investigation into your
Starting point is 00:56:38 network? Hmm. She's silent. I mean, there's nothing coming out of her mouth right now because she knows, I mean, she's got to know deep down that this is really sketchy, that she and her husband have gotten themselves an enormous amount of trouble. And it may just be because they don't really understand financial markets. They don't really understand how a venture capital fund works. They don't understand how these valuations work and they maybe thought it was perfectly fine. I'm just going on a limb here. Okay, this is an allegation.
Starting point is 00:57:08 This is a Trish Rican special. I think that the $250 million feeding our nation project that they put forward that was just riddled with fraud everywhere, including by one of her former, campaign workers. Now, isn't Timmy, her former campaign manager, so one of their staffers engaged in this fraud as well, made off with millions of dollars, has been convicted of fraud? And all the people are from her district and you mean to tell me that she didn't know anything about it? Well, simultaneously, my net's, my net, his net worth, went way up during the same exact time period? I mean, this is not okay. Now, again, she's like, don't, you know, don't look at
Starting point is 00:57:52 this, nothing to see here. Comer's just being political. She spoke through a spokesperson on Friday, and her spokesperson, a woman named Jackie Rogers, sent in a statement that Comer's letter was just a political stunt and part of a campaign meant to fundraise, not real oversight. No, let me tell you. If he pulls that, oh, I'm coming out for blood, okay? And like, so are you. Because you better not sit there and sweet talk me and tell me you're doing this investigation at the House Oversight Committee and not actually get the financial records. Okay, I'm not by buying that. No one's buying that. So it's not about fundraising. Jackie, it's not. Because he's actually smarter than I think the whole kitten caboodle of Ilhan Omar office assistants put together,
Starting point is 00:58:39 all right? And that's not saying much. But Comer actually came from banking. He ran some banks. He knows what this is. Okay. And he's not going to sit by and just allow for this to go on. You know, who else is not going to sit by? Treasury Secretary Scott Besson, who's not exactly a slouch, and he's totally on to y'all. He just came out last week and announced what Treasury was doing, because, you know, Treasury's going to get to the bottom of this, too. They're coming at you from every angle, Ilhan.
Starting point is 00:59:09 The best civil enforcement is auditing financial institutions that facilitated the laundering of Minnesota funds in addition to helping support criminal and civil, enforcement efforts. The IRS will also soon announce the formation of a task force. Okay. So the IRS is going in. And they're going to get bank records and they're going to get texts. I don't think, you know, I mean, was she saying, Timmy, what do you want for dinner tonight, hon? No, no, no. I think there may be some other texts in there. They're going to get emails. They're going to get wire transfers. They're going to get nonprofit filings. They're going to get
Starting point is 00:59:47 vendor invoices. They're even going to go and check out all those whole walla networks. And wasn't at Scott Besant, who so eloquently said, we're putting in a system so that they can rat out each other, and I have a feeling the rats will turn on each other because the scorpion always shows its sides. Ooh, okay. So you guys are in trouble. As you should be, absolutely as you should be. I mean, on top of which, you couple that together with the deportation legislation that was introduced last week in both the Senate and in the House. And I think we're looking at a big old problem for Ilhan Omar and a few others there in Minneapolis. I did mention 76 research, didn't I? Because you get the markets doing some pretty good stuff and the president saying
Starting point is 01:00:33 he thinks it's going to 100,000 on the Dow. Anyway, if you haven't, go check out my company, 76research.com. Use code word dollar, DOLLAR to get the 76 report. Do look at those model portfolios. We've got three of them and they've all beaten the S&P, okay? Which was not so easy to do recently, right? Because it's been kind of rocky. Reminder, please make sure you subscribe, share, all that good stuff. Comment because I have a big story to tell you about next. This is a biggie, okay? We've been talking about Fulting County, Georgia, but had you heard of Alabama? I mean, this caught me by surprise. Listen to the local news report. Three thousand registered voters in Alabama just got booted from the state voter rolls. That's after the Secretary of State, West Allen,
Starting point is 01:01:18 ordered the removal of all non-citizens who were registered. But how did non-citizens get registered in the first place? Dump, okay? Kind of a good question, right? 3,000 non-citizens in Alabama registered to vote? What the heck is going on? Okay, this is mainstream media. This is local news.
Starting point is 01:01:35 This is the Secretary of State in Alabama telling this television station they have a problem. And I'm like, yeah, because, you know, we thought Fulton County was suspicious, and now we're getting wind of Alabama. So let's watch this report. together. This just came out today. So hot off the presses, ladies and gentlemen. Alabama's got some problems. But how did non-citizens get registered in the first place? WAAFF 48's Nick Ballinger
Starting point is 01:02:01 spoke to the Secretary of State to get to the bottom of this story. Nick? Yeah, Margo, when I asked Secretary Allen how these people got registered to vote in the first place, he couldn't give me a clear answer just yet, saying it was still being investigated. But when he gave me a breakdown of how many there were in each county, the numbers were glaring. This is a list from Secretary of State West Allen of how many non-citizens were registered to vote in our counties. The state found 3,251 people. 742 of them were from North Alabama.
Starting point is 01:02:31 We got the information. We crossed checked it against our centralized data file here in the state of Alabama and found those 3,200 individuals. The information he's talking about are people with alien registration numbers. Those are issued to immigrants who intend to live in this country. permanently and have already applied for a green card. However, you're not eligible to vote with just an alien identification number. When I asked Alan how 3,000 plus were able to register in the first place, he couldn't give me the answer. But it's our belief that only American citizens
Starting point is 01:03:00 should be allowed to vote. Nine citizens, whether they're legal or illegal immigrants, cannot register to vote. It's a federal offense. To vote here. Yeah. This is all coming, by the way, is we talk about the SAVE Act, and the president's pushed to have identification. Like, it shouldn't be that hard, right? Like, let's make sure we know who's voting when they go to vote. And you'd think that, holy moly, that they had just, well, brought back Jim Crow. In fact, they've actually said that.
Starting point is 01:03:32 They go on and on. This is Jim Crow 2.0. Come on, guys. I'm sorry. Like, if you've got 3,000 illegals or non-citizens on the vote. voter rolls in Alabama. What's going on everywhere else? By the way, there's a guest on CNN today who brought this up saying, really, if you look at the census, for example, the census disproportionately favors blue states over red, and that has an effect, of course, on the electoral college, on
Starting point is 01:03:59 congressional seats, et cetera. Let's go to this right now. One of the big things is it helps decide congressional maps. Does this have everything to do with redistricting? Well, it does. In fact, we know the 2020 census, the errors were almost always to the detriment. of red states. Blue states like Rhode Island. We do know that. The Census Bureau's own audit of its work has proven that blue states like Rhode Island were overcounted. Rhode Island then doesn't, didn't lose a seat. Red states like Alabama were undercounted. Listen, that's, this is just a fact. It wasn't all red blue, but it was disproportionately red blue. Okay. So did you hear so, did you hear say, okay, do we know that? Do we know that for a fact? And he's like, yeah, yeah, we know that for a fact that
Starting point is 01:04:40 the census is disproportionately favoring blue states over red. And we just learned, of course, and this isn't a red state, right, Alabama, that they've actually got a problem there with 3,000 illegals or non-citizens being on the voting block. So you want to tell me why you think that this is Jim Crow 2.0 to ask for ID? I mean, you don't think that we might need it, Chuckie Schumer, in light of everything that's going on? Apparently not. No, you should have heard on MSNBC. So Leader Schumer, this talk about election security has revived discussions of the SAVE Act, which you have said you oppose.
Starting point is 01:05:17 Proponents of it say that it's, you know, to have ID, you have to prove U.S. citizenship to be able to vote, though some of the claims they make, to be clear, are overstated. We know there's not widespread election fraud. But polling does suggest there's a new Pew Research poll that 95% of Republicans, but also 71% of Democrats, like this idea. So why do you not? It's Jim Crow 2.0. And I called it Jim Crow 2.0 and the right wing went nuts.
Starting point is 01:05:48 Okay, you see that 71% of Democrats actually support this. Oh, so, Chucky, do you know better than your constituents? I guess unless there's something else going on, unless you're looking for more Alabama-style votes. All over the internet. That's because they know it's true. What they're trying to do here is the same thing that was done in the South for decades, to prevent people of color from voting. For instance, if you can't, if you change, you're a woman who got married and changed your last name, you won't be able to show ID.
Starting point is 01:06:17 I thought this was about blacks. Now it's about women. Boy, you guys better get your story straight. Okay, now it's all about women. If you change your name when you get married. Oh, gosh. They're really running out of excuses now, aren't they? I think they know that we all see through them.
Starting point is 01:06:34 So they're running out of excuses. They're completely panic. And meanwhile, you've got the president saying, stay tuned. We're going to find the truth out about Georgia. But let me ask you this. If China or any of these countries are involved in our elections, that would bring her into it. And everybody knows that Russia, they talked about Russia, it turned out to be a hoax. It was Hunter Biden.
Starting point is 01:06:56 It wasn't Russia. Look, we have to have honest elections. There should be nothing wrong with the fact that they went in, got ballots from a while ago, and they're going to look at them. And now they're going to find out the true winner of that state. Rememouth? We know the true winner. Oh, we know the two winner. Listen, I don't know if it's going to have a change or, you know, on the electoral outcome.
Starting point is 01:07:25 I mean, and by the way, Ben, they're done that, right? 2020's over. But what's interesting about what the president and Tulsi Gabbard, who you heard him reference there, what they're doing is they're bringing criminal charges. Okay. said the FBI, they had a criminal warrant to go in there and get 700 boxes worth of ballots out of Fulton County to the point where, you know, you've seen the Fulton County Commissioner just absolutely losing it. This is Mo Ivory. We won't watch all of it because some of you
Starting point is 01:07:49 have seen this before, but watch. Hey, everybody. So here's an update. We're at the elections hub right here off Fairwin Road, and they did correct the warrant, and they are now in there getting the documents. 700 boxes of 2020 ballots and accompanying things that go with it. absentee ballots, all the things, right? So our clerk of superior court, Che Alexander is in there making a log of everything that they're taking, but this is like all wrong. So we're trying to figure out a legal plan and we should have one, whether that's an injunction, whether a motion to quash, I mean, whatever it is, we're trying to figure it out right now because this is an attack on our elections, meant to keep you from trying to go to
Starting point is 01:08:28 the polls in November, being too afraid to change what's going on in our nation. So instead of worrying about people dying in Minnesota, here we are at the Fulton County elections. hub. So let me go find out what the legal plan is. She's going to go find out the legal plan. And she comes back and she's still got no legal plan. But the point is, now you get the FBI, you get Tulsi reviewing those ballots. Now there are new questions about Alabama. I'm just saying even if it doesn't change the outcome of the election, wouldn't you actually want to know if something fraudulent is going down? It seems to me that's sort of a no-brainer. And by the way, it's not just fraudulent. It's like criminally fraudulent
Starting point is 01:09:05 if that's what they're able to prove. So we shall see they're going through all those boxes as we speak. And, of course, we're learning about new places with new problems. Gosh, pretty bad. I mean, it's really, really, really bad. But we're all over it. And we're going to continue being all over it, guys, because it's really, really, really important.
Starting point is 01:09:32 I love seeing so many of you here. Thank you for all the likes and the huge response. I am back on the show tomorrow. Guess who we have coming on? We've got Steve Forbes. Big deal, you know, former presidential candidate and somebody who knows a lot about the financial arena. And so we're going to talk to him all about Ilhan Omar
Starting point is 01:09:54 and what may have happened here, because he's got some ideas. To quote him, he says it's not the American dream, as we all think of the American dream. He has every inkling that Ilhan Omar, and her husband engaged in an American dream that is straight out of Al Capone's version. So we will talk with Steve Forbes about all of that. I also want to get his view on the Federal Reserve and the overall economy right now.
Starting point is 01:10:23 You know, Trump thinks the market's going up, up, up in a way. I hope it is. I hope it is. Listen, I think there's a lot of sort of good structural things to be excited about right now. It's one of the reasons I want you to go over to 76 research and look at the model portfolios, it's really important for you and for your family that you're saving and you're engaging in this prosperity. So please check that out. And don't forget to subscribe. Subscribe and you can see the whole show, you know, on Spotify as well because they have video
Starting point is 01:10:52 there. So go check it there and do subscribe if you would because it's important. We have a lot, a lot to get through. And I need to make sure that this audience is there and that I can access you. It's very important right about now. Thank you so much for being here and I'll see you tomorrow with Steve.
