Starting point is 00:00:00 Hello, hello, welcome to the show a little bit earlier today, but you know, we got a little bit of breaking news vis-a-vis that show that we all love to hate, right? It's significant, though, because it's the SEC stepping in and saying, you know what, ladies on the view, you have two choices here. You can either follow the rules, the equal-time rules that for some reason you don't think apply to you. Yeah, very typical of the ladies on the view, you know, the rules for you, but not for them. Anyway, they're going to have to follow the rules or they're going to be off the air. It's actually that simple. Disney has just faced an ultimatum amid its lawsuit. We're going to talk about that along with new developments in the precious metals market. Apparently, gold is the place to be for
Starting point is 00:00:44 China right now. Prices have been coming down and yet China is going in, in, in, in Venezuela. Meanwhile, demanding its gold back. Delsey Rodriguez is actually going to the King of England now for this one because it wants to repatriate its gold in light of the tragedy that just happened. And then Well, France, we know has already been doing that. Make sure you subscribe, share, like, all that good stuff. Check your alerts. Make sure that you have your alerts on so you know, especially when I pop up unexpectedly on a day like today.
Starting point is 00:01:13 The FCC launching a new attack on the view. This just out, Brandon Carr making it very clear he's not going to put up with any of the shenanigans that he's getting from the likes of whoopee, from Sonny, from joy, from the rest of them. He is arguing that there is no way in H-E-D-L you can tell him or anyone else that this is not a political show. It is not a anything like a bona fide news program, even though it is housed under the news division at ABC. So here he is. He's out with a brand new tweet. Take a look, guys. He said ABC is arguing to the FCC that the view is a bona fide news program.
Starting point is 00:01:50 Like meet the press, right? Or face the nation. And you can dispute those sometimes. But, you know, let's be clear, it's not a news program. Don't tell me. That's a news program. It seems to be just an arm of the Democrat Party. And thus exempt from political equal opportunity rules. He writes, the views. Sunny Hauston, he's quoting her from, I guess this was yesterday's show. We're in an existential crisis. We need to flip the Senate. Oopsie, Daisy. Was that on like, fast? We're in an existential crisis. We need to flip the Senate. Maybe so we don't have to listen to it any longer than we want to. Anyway, she said we are in an existential crisis. We have to flip the Senate. Does that sound like a newscaster to you?
Starting point is 00:02:43 Not to me. That sounds like a partisan hack, frankly. Okay, if you want to be a partisan hack, go work in cable. You know, maybe the DNC will pay you. Oh, didn't the Rev? Yeah, Rev Sharpton have a little deal like that. He was getting paid by Kamala Harris' campaign like 500. grand right before he did that interview on MSNBC.
Starting point is 00:03:04 Oh my gosh, I'm sorry. Like, Rev, go do your own thing on your own little podcast somewhere. You're actually using corporate airways and then collecting a little kaching on the side. That's really, really bad taste. That was what was alleged with Rev. Al Sharpton. But here's the thing, guys.
Starting point is 00:03:19 You know what? You can actually, as unseemly as it is, you can actually get away with that. Well, I don't know about the 500,000 while you're using the corporate airways. But you can get away with it a little bit more in cable. You can't do that in mainstream media. You can't have a partisan hack show. I mean, and this woman, Sonny Housen, along with the rest of them, she's nothing but a partisan hack. Frankly, I mean, for goodness sake, she's afraid for goodness s.
Starting point is 00:03:43 I'm a U.S. American flag. And I said this on this show many, many years ago, because this is my 10th year on the show, and I said there are times when I walk into a community and I see American flags all over the community, and I suddenly feel unsafe because there is a section of this country that has co-opted the American flag and they equate being an American or an American flag
Starting point is 00:04:07 with white supremacy and that should never be the symbol of white supremacy but they have weaponized because the flag belongs to all of us it does belong to all of us but those men were wearing a flag on their
Starting point is 00:04:21 on their... Okay, she's welcome to have an opinion, right? And she should share her opinion, You see, because it's governed by FCC regulations, the Communications Act of 1934, the government says, hey, if you're going to use our airwaves, and they are using their airwaves that all of us U.S. taxpayers own, then we want two sides. You've got to have two sides.
Starting point is 00:04:46 If you're a bona fide news program, however, like meet the press, and it happens to be that one side is in the news more than the other, then you can get away with a little bit more wiggle room. I can tell you, I've worked in network, I've worked in cable, I'm working. over here. All right? For myself, let me just point out. And I know the sort of challenges that network faces versus cable. And trust me, it's very highly scripted at network television. It's very highly sort of regulated in that, you only have this much time for this little block and we're going to script it all out. Even look at those ladies on the view and you can see they're always,
Starting point is 00:05:24 always, always looking at their notes. They get their earpieces in, so their producers talking to them. That's kind of how it goes, right? It's tightly wound, tightly scripted. And the view is more of a talk show, so a little bit less so than you would get, say, on World News Tonight or the Evening News or Nightly News, I've worked for all of them, all right? So I know this. I also know that when you're working in network television, you know what, guys? Historically, at least, and we're going back because I started my career a long time ago back in 2000, so 26 years ago, and I was working at CBS News. I've worked at NBC News, and I've also worked on World News tonight as a guest economic commentator. As a reporter at the other two, during political seasons especially,
Starting point is 00:06:14 we were very cognizant of putting one side on and making sure we had the other side too. We actually were, even though we weren't bound to. by those rules because we were bona fide news programs. But still, there was a sense of duty there, right, that you were going to have both sides. They don't have that sense of duty. You got a woman who's afraid of the American flag. You got whoopee who's telling everybody it would be better to go live in Iran today. Serious. I'm not going to play that one for you because it's actually really painful to listen to. And it's a little bit grotesque what she's saying. But bottom line, she's saying you as a woman would be, oh, forgive me. No, no, no. As a black,
Starting point is 00:06:52 person would be better off living in Iran today. And I'm just like, okay, lady, now you've really jumped the shark, so to speak, the reference being to Fonzie, for those of you that watched happy days back in the day. Anyway, this show is now coming up against the FCC, which is in litigation you see with ABC because of the diversity, equity inclusion stuff that was actually discriminatory towards other groups. And so because of that, they have requested. well, not requested, they've required ABC to look at the renewal of those licenses. Then they've asked the public to weigh in on this. ABC's freaking out because they know there is a chance now that these licenses could be revoked
Starting point is 00:07:36 and they could be revoked because of, da-na-da, the view, the view not giving equal time. Back to this little number. Mr. Democrats saw dumping him, whereas Susan Collins was one of the major votes to put Kavanaugh on the Supreme Court. and he had also allegations exactly like this. Okay, here Joy Behar is talking about Graham Platner in, I believe this was yesterday's program, and they're all upset, right?
Starting point is 00:08:01 Well, they've got mixed views. I think Sonny was still coming out saying she'd vote for him anyway because it was too important to the Democrat Party. Again, partisan hack. Joy Behar, also partisan hack. I've got video I want to show you of her going on some podcast saying, the enemy of my enemy is my friend. It's why she's suddenly gone rather close to circuses.
Starting point is 00:08:21 town MTG. Yeah, that was quite a show the other day. I'm going to spare you the clips from that one, but MTG, you can go back. We watched it together a couple days ago here on the show, but she has become now a bestie of all of the ladies on the view because she hates Trump. So that's their idea of having two sides. I don't think so. I really don't. And listen, I'm all for freedom of speech. You've got it. You've got it in spades over in cable. You've got it here. Thank you for subscribing. If you haven't subscribed, please do that. Check your alert so you know when I'm here. You have that in many, many different mediums, but on FCC-controlled airwaves, you're still governed by the 1934 Communications Act. You're welcome to go and rewrite it. But in the meantime, you've got to have both sides.
Starting point is 00:09:06 And I think they're starting to get nervous. I think they're starting to get nervous because wait till you see what happens next. Sonny Haston decides to go after Pete Hegg Seth and others and watch what she says. and then I'm going to show you what the producers had her do. Apparently, they're getting the mess. If I would call it correctly, am I wrong? Well, the allegations were a little bit different, but they were of a sexual nature. Exactly.
Starting point is 00:09:33 And you have someone like Pete Hexeth, who is actually in the cabinet, who was accused of rape and actually settled with that woman, paid a $50,000. But I will say this. You know, to Whoopi's point about the main voters will speak, They've interviewed a lot of main voters after he's going to tell you, you know, why Graham Platner was the best thing since sliced bread.
Starting point is 00:09:57 But you heard what she said there, kind of libeling some people. And then not just a just a short time later, not too long thereafter. You can tell one of the producers is back in her ear with a legal note. And he's in the cabinet, but I should say that Pete HECF. That wasn't voters. Pete HECF and Brett Kavanaugh have repeatedly denied all allegations of. sexual assault. It wasn't the voters, but it was certainly there. Oh, okay, okay. So they know that they're in a lot of trouble. Okay, so this litigation is
Starting point is 00:10:27 ongoing right now. It is because of the DEI stuff. That's how the federal government was able to say, hey, you know what, we have to look at whether or not we're going to renew you. We don't know if we're going to give you these license. That was an early call for renewal because they're basically, and they hit the O&Os, the owned and operated ABC stations. O&Os are the big, big markets like L.A and New York and Chicago are all O&Os. And those are sort of the stability, the anchor, if you would, for the network to get all of its programming out everywhere else. There's like many, many, many little ABC affiliates all over the country. I mean, I grew up in New Hampshire where we had only one network affiliate, and that was the ABC affiliate, WMUR, out of Manchester, New Hampshire.
Starting point is 00:11:15 Now, that's not owned by the network, that's owned by another company. And there's like lots of examples of that. They're not going after the affiliates. They're going after the O&Os because they're going after Disney. They're going after the top because these are the ones that create the programming. They create and pay for the view, which then gets disseminated to hundreds and hundreds of all of these little O&Os all over the country. And so the O&Os, forgive me, not O&Os, the affiliates.
Starting point is 00:11:39 So the affiliates then say, hey, yeah, you know what, we'll take your programming. They pay for the programming and then they don't have a choice. they have to run the view. That's one of the mandated things. Now, the network may say, gee, you know, we'll offer you up. I think, does Tamron Hall still have a show over there? I may have the wrong network. It may be over on NBC. But they have these other programs that they'll offer up and say, hey, do you want to take it? And you have the option of taking it or not. The view is one of the mandatory ones. And so Brandon Carr is like, yeah, you know, maybe this show should not be mandatory because per 1934 rules, unless Congress is going to change it, they have to have
Starting point is 00:12:18 what's called equal time. And they're not putting equal time. They have become an arm, a wing of the Democrat Party. And here's more proof. Okay. You heard what I said earlier about Joy Behar. Joy Behar is now in a lot of trouble because she's effectively just exposed herself. She went on to some podcast somewhere and said the following. The Fed. The first ever all-electric 2026 Subaru Trail Seeker is the EV for the Trail Obsessed, with up to 444 kilometers on a full charge and DC fast charging from 10 to 80% in about 30 minutes in ideal conditions.
Starting point is 00:12:59 Plus, ample ground clearance and symmetrical all-wheel drive make the 2026 Trail Seeker the most capable EV Subaru has ever built. Test drive it at your local Subaru dealer or visit Subaru.ca. If you want a $3,000 a month payday for life, what would you feel free to do? Through government, meaning Brennan Carr and the FCC, will be able to use this against her because they're making this case that they're not offering equal time on the view. James Tolariko, remember they brought James Tolariko on when he was running for Texas Senate, the preliminary race, and he was running against Jasmine Crockett. They had Jasmine Crockett on as well.
Starting point is 00:14:02 They never brought anybody from the Republican Party on. So yet again, another example of that partisan bias, and Joy just admitted it. watch this is going to be evidence if needed we've had two really great shows this week which is odd because sometimes you guys come back from vacation a little loopy not so much you were ready to go today we had former congresswoman marjorie taylor green with us it was an interesting segment to say the least what were your pick a list she's turned on trump yes big time which is usually enough for you to embrace somebody it is I mean
Starting point is 00:14:35 the enemy of my enemy yes is my friend yes whoa the enemy of my enemy is my friend. So she is calling the president of the United States her enemy. All right, listen, I may not have liked Biden. You know, I didn't like Biden. We don't need to pretend around that one. Have I ever called him my enemy? My enemy? I mean, that is a pretty drastic thing to say. And that's, that's kind of showing it all. She's letting it all hang out. Stuff we don't really want to see. That's how I feel in this case. And, um, and, um, and I'm, and I, I really appreciate that she's sticking up for the Epstein victims. Yes.
Starting point is 00:15:15 She seems a little bit on the thing with the Jews I don't like about her. It's like, stop blaming the Jews already. No, I agree. But still, she doesn't care because the enemy is my friend. Whoa, joy, joy, joy, joy. You know what's going to happen here, guys? They're going to have a choice at Disney. They're either going to have to play by the rules.
Starting point is 00:15:38 And that means equal time. They're going to have to try to get enough members in Congress and in the Senate to change the rules so that the FCC doesn't have jurisdiction over this equal time thing anymore. They're going to have to flip that law from 1934, or they are going to have to cancel the view in all seriousness. This is what they're looking at right now. And so they're very, very nervous at ABC, which is why you see them now saying,
Starting point is 00:16:07 well, let's be careful, Sunny Houston just said this. about Pete, she's going to come on with the legal note right after. They don't want to poke the bear, so to speak. But the poking has already happened. And it has gotten to a stage now where this program is in fact in serious jeopardy of being taken off the air. Now before, you know, somebody says, oh, well, Trish, you know, it's freedom of speech. Again, I just want to go back to this. I am all for the First Amendment. I am all for you being able to say, whatever you want to say, heck, I've lived through it. I'm living proof. Remember, subscribe, okay? I need you. I need you. I've been through this. I mean, there are times when I'm like, do we live in North Korea or something?
Starting point is 00:16:45 I've seen it with my own eyes. I've experienced. I've, I've been shadowed. I have been cut off. I have been fired for goodness sakes. I mean, you know, I mean, it was the best thing that could have ever happened to me, but I had to leave Fox because I happened to say some things that some people were not, we're not so comfortable with the time. And I was at cable, but you couldn't say, hey, you know, maybe this is not such a smart idea to shut down the entire country right now. Why is the market trading off 2,000 points a day? For goodness sakes, people get a hold of yourself. Don't you know that the Democrat Party is just trying to use a lot of this or will use this?
Starting point is 00:17:21 That would be March 2020, to actually hurt the president. And was I or was I not right? You know, sometimes I'm just a little too outspoken and a little too ahead of my time, shall we say. So I believe in that. But I knew I was on cable. By the way, my bosses had actually reviewed my script before I went to air a little tidbit for you. So I thought I had their backing apparently not because when you have Anthony Fauci calling up the network and this one and that one and Congress people and senators and they want to scalp, you know, good luck.
Starting point is 00:17:50 All the more reason to work for yourself, right, with you guys who I know always have my back. So that is something that is very important to me. Like it is intrinsic, right, to everything I do. I wear my heart on my sleeve and I just say exactly what I think. And they should be able to too. but you're going to have to construct some kind of mechanism where by which you, A, B, C, and Disney, make sure that you get the other side.
Starting point is 00:18:15 I mean, I don't have to have the other side. I show you the other side all the time just because it's kind of fun to see how crazy the other side really is. But you know what? I actually could just do my own little bubble here and be perfectly fine. I can do the same over in cable. You can't do it on network television, all right?
Starting point is 00:18:33 So move the show to the internet. or move your show. Do you have a, you get a few cable channels over there. I know you're trying to get rid of them. Remember Bob Auger was desperate to get rid of those things? I have a feeling the new Bob may want to do the exact same thing because the cable industry isn't what it once was, shall we say, none of it is. You know, the future is here, here, here. Make sure you subscribe, share, like, let everybody know. I am live daily on the Trish Regan show. China, this is an interesting one to me. Okay, China's like out there buying gold at a record pace. You know that I like gold, right?
Starting point is 00:19:05 Like, no, Trish loves gold and silver.com. You know that, you know that about me. I have my company 76research.com, and, you know, one of our portfolios has just, I mean, it's been going gangbusters in part because there's a lot of sort of focus on precious metals in it. But China is now buying gold as it kind of softens a little bit in price. I mean, don't forget, we were nearing $5,000 an ounce. people were expecting that. And then, you know, $4,000 an ounce was a new priced target. And now you're hanging out around 3,800 and who's swapping in to buy? I find this very interesting.
Starting point is 00:19:44 I actually find it very comforting. I'm actually somebody personally in my own personal life. And everybody, you do you, right? And I do me, and everybody has a different tolerance for this kind of stuff. But I look at gold as one of those long-term investments for a long time. And so I am somewhat encouraged to see that, what do you know? There's a lot of central banks around the world that kind of agree with me. China being one of them. I want to show you this article from Bloomberg just out this week saying, here we go. China's central bank bought more gold in June, extending the longest buying streak since at least 2015. Wow. So you're going back nearly 10 years and underscoring a commitment to diversifying its reserves despite volatility in
Starting point is 00:20:23 bullion prices. Bullion held by the People's Bank of China rose by 480,000 Troy ounces to 75. for 4 million ounces last month, according to data released on Tuesday of this week. The purchase is the biggest since October 2023 and brings the buying streak to 20 straight months. So what does China know that we don't know? Maybe they're just being thoughtful about pricing, right? Because you want to buy low. And in my case, you never really sell the gold. Like, you know, with any luck, that's going to the grandkids one day.
Starting point is 00:20:58 But, you know, it's, again, I think one of those great hedges against international volatility. It's a hedge against some of the concerns about tech. Like, I love tech, believe me, and I'm investing heavily in tech. But gold then serves as a counterbalance to that for me and my own portfolio. Again, you know, everybody has their own risk tolerance. But I find this really interesting that China's doubling down on gold. And it's coming at a time when actually we're seeing Venezuela as well, demanding its gold back. So Venezuela had been, of course, subject to all those sanctions that we put in place,
Starting point is 00:21:35 and those were global sanctions, the UK put them in as well. Well, now they've had this horrific event there with the earthquake, and Delci Rodriguez, the president there, is demanding that the UK give back the gold. She wants it, and she's going all the way to the king of England. Check this out. among others, to the King of England, asking for the gold being held at the Bank of England to be released. That gold belongs to our people, and it must be used to address the terrible, tragic consequences of this double earthquake. Venezuela has the resources to recover and to get back on its feet. Okay, did you see who put that out, by the way? CCTV.
Starting point is 00:22:25 It would be the Chinese network. So just kind of interesting. China's buying gold, and they're highlighting the fact that Delsey wants her gold back. I mean, that's worthy of news to me. It's interesting, and apparently it has to go all the way to the king of England to get the gold. I noticed this the other day, and I told you about this, France is repatriating all of its gold. A number of countries are, but I found that very interesting that France is one, and the F.T. was reporting on this conflict sanctions, decline in trust,
Starting point is 00:22:53 have made the institutions more cautious about storing bullion in other. other countries. Wow. Okay, so China now is buying up gold and, of course, housing a lot of it in China. You've got Venezuela demanding its gold bag from the UK. You've got France, which has already repatriated everything. So they basically liquidated their gold in the U.S. and they bought it up in France. They weren't even getting it out of London. They liquidated London as well. So very interesting sort of moment in time and relevant right now, relevant. Don't forget, I do have one of my wonderful sponsors here on this show, which happens to be a precious metals company.
Starting point is 00:23:35 I do this story regardless because I'm fascinated by it, but nonetheless, if you're as fascinated as me and you want to actually start doing something about it in terms of your own portfolio, go check out Trish Loves Gold and Silver.com. Those are my friends over at KEPM, and they can help you out. They've got a great guide there. They'll talk to you. wonderful service. Trish loves gold and silver.com. Speaking of which, my team caught up with Dr. Kirk this week and exclusively, and he had this to say about silver. Don't forget silver is
Starting point is 00:24:05 his point because that is a great play on some of the tech opportunity right now. Let's go to him. You know, everything in life boils down to supply and demand, the price of everything. And we have to ask ourselves this question. Just because of the Iran conflict, does that mean supply and demand for silver, for example, changed. No. You look at where the world is going, AI chips, cryptocurrency, mining, solar, battery, technology, electric vehicles. The demand for silver is sky high. But what we've seen since December of 2025, when silver was $59 an ounce, we got this overbought status. It did extremely well. We've basically recovered. It corrected and came down to that level, which to me, when the demand and supply hasn't changed.
Starting point is 00:24:57 In fact, demand has gone up, supply has gone down. This, to me, is the best buying opportunity on earth for a commodity where the demand is still going up, but yet you can buy it at a discounted price at today's levels. Okay, so go check them out. Trish loves gold and silver.com. Don't forget it. Everybody's repatriating. Very, very interesting.
Starting point is 00:25:21 right now and buying it, buying it. I saw your comment, piece of my mind. I get it. Not everybody has eternity, right? And I don't, you know, I guess it's one of those things. I hope that I'm never really selling my gold, right? Like, it's kind of like the underpinning of stuff. It's just how I think about it. But, you know, I'm not, I'm not a day trader like Don back. I see in the comments. He's always willing to get in and out of this stuff quickly. Great. So make sure you subscribe. If you haven't, we're going to get to another story here because we have new arrests daily, daily, Donald Trump is ramping this up. The DHS isn't fooling around. Don't forget, a lot of concern about commercial driver's license is you have now Mexico coming out, suing the United States
Starting point is 00:26:06 because of ICE. Claudia Seimbaum never met an opportunity to go after Donald Trump that she didn't want to welcome Mexico. I'm just telling you, you know what, if you're going to read the handwriting on the wall, you should try. You should try because I would just say, oh, we're going to get to these socialist candidates as well. I would just say, Claudia, Toyota's leaving Mexico. All right? Toyota gets it. You apparently don't. I mean, it's going to take some time. Eventually, the Mexican people are going to be like, we don't need this lady anymore. She's working allegedly for the drug cartels instead of for us. She's now suing the U.S. because of ICE. I mean, she and Ilhan Omar and Rashida Talib ought to join forces for goodness sakes. This is nuts.
Starting point is 00:26:49 But anyway, the commercial driver's licenses are getting revoked. Donald Trump is all over this. You've got Tom Holman, who's like, no way, Jose. This is changing. I want to go to Tom, speaking actually on Fox about this and about how the DHS is getting so darn serious. They aren't going to, they're not going to fool around. So if you're here illegally, game over, period.
Starting point is 00:27:11 They're not even going to wait to find out whether you committed a crime. Like, this is a significant change in policy, guys, because in the old days, it was like, actually commit a crime. Now they're like, you know, sorry, you're getting scooped up with everyone else. No more illegal migration. Back in the spotlight, Michael Bond, an illegal immigrant from Haiti, was arrested last week for a crash that killed a Pennsylvania state trooper. Bonn has been charged with vehicular homicide and involuntary manslaughter amongst other charges. Now, ICE says it lodged a detainer to keep him in jail. Let's bring in Borders, Tom Holman. There's just too many of these stories that we cover, but they're out there, so that's why we do.
Starting point is 00:27:50 Here's what Department of Transportation said. Department issued a final rule stopping unqualified and unvetted foreign drivers from obtaining licenses to drive commercial trucks and buses. States that operate recklessly and fail to enforce our common sense rules will be held accountable. And if you could pull up call for number four, please. These are other incidents. I'm just going to put them up on the screen for people to see that have happened that
Starting point is 00:28:12 have a similar story. You're trying to stamp it out. us where we are on that. Well look we we've we we're moving a thousand thousands of aliens with CDLs we're working very closely with many states. DHS is working hand-to-hand with Sean Duffy and his department so the problem is we're working very well with red states blue states are still struggle right places like New York I mean ICE and CBP can't even get access to the DMV database to run the check so you know the continuation of sanctuary state sanctuary cities no thank God you
Starting point is 00:28:44 know top blanche is soon these cities has it come and we gotta keep sullen but we're out there you know Dana and force and law we're out there looking for these illegal amy the last five days I said the rest over 10,000 illegal aliens which is a record for the agency so we're hitting on all cylinders there's just a lot of these people are fine but we're out there every day looking for them the number of illegal commercial driver's license revoked as of May 1st was over 28,000 which seems significant but out of how many like what do you know what the
Starting point is 00:29:14 denominator is That's a work in progress because again, getting information from some of the sanctuary states is a struggle. And Sean Duffy soon, DOJ soon, so we're trying to get all this information we can. We got a lot of it. We got a lot of people looking for. Actually, some states were actually working way stations with the troopers trying to get these people that are coming through. So it's a work in progress. President Trump's serious about this.
Starting point is 00:29:41 Isis out there with local law enforcement and state law enforcement wherever they will allow us to work with them. to ideally people and take them off the street. Tom, I want you to listen to Governor Healy, that she's the governor of Massachusetts. Yeah, Governor Healy doesn't want this. Governor of Massachusetts, who, by the way, grew up in my hometown. My sister went to high school, my little sister went to high school with her,
Starting point is 00:30:03 and she played basketball or something. Anyway, she kind of looks like she did, right? Oh. A round of James and Ginger and Lime arrives at a table. Smooth enough for kickoff, smooth enough for extra time. New friends pulling up a stool. Debates about whether that was a handball.
Starting point is 00:30:54 Cheers rising like a roar around the room. Because match days are about the shared moments. How did Jameson to your match day lineup? Jameson, it's what you bring. Please enjoy our products responsibly. This episode is brought to you by L'Oreal Group. Beauty is a powerful force that moves us. That's why L'Oreal Group has built a business

Visit Loreal.com to learn more. I'll tell you, she's no Sophie Cunningham. Okay, okay, guys, she's no Sophie Cunningham.
Starting point is 00:31:41 Anyway, they are revoking all these. 28,000 licenses, commercial driver's licenses, has been revoked. But here's the tricky part. You don't even know if that is the extent. Like, we don't know how many of these commercial driver's licenses have been revoked because these states aren't willing to comply with the federal government. I'm telling you, this is going to be huge.
Starting point is 00:32:00 This is like an interstate commerce violation. The federal government has every right to go after every single state that is not disclosing the immigration records vis-a-vis the commercial driver's licenses that are being issued. I mean, how stupid can they be? Here's Tom again. The number of illegal commercial driver's license revoked as of May 1st was over 28,000, which seemed significant.
Starting point is 00:32:27 But out of how many, do you know what the denominator is? That's a work in progress because, again, getting information from, you know, some of the sanctuary states is a struggle. And Sean Duffy soon, DOJ soon. So we're trying to get all this information we can. Yeah, they've got to get it. They got to get it. And they're going to sue, and they're going to win. They're going to win all day long.
Starting point is 00:32:51 If it goes to the Supreme Court, they're still going to win. And have a similar story. You're trying to stamp it out. Tell us where we are on that. Well, look, we've removed thousands. Thousands of illegal aliens with CDLs. We're working very closely with many states. DHS is working hand-in-hand with Sean Duffy and his department.
Starting point is 00:33:08 Okay. So again, again, you get the drill, all right? You have blue states that are not complying, and they're going to be forced to comply. And in the meantime, what is this administration doing? They're saying, we don't care. You're here legally? It's game over.
Starting point is 00:33:24 Okay? And they're going to deport you. So this is a new sort of tactic. This is a new sort of ramping up of this. And the answer from some countries is like, well, we're going to sue you. Mexico is going to sue us over ice. Mexico. Like, do you think you're entitled to something?
Starting point is 00:33:44 send people here? I mean, remember when everybody was complaining about the Latin American countries just flooding our borders and telling people to come up and Tom kept complaining about that? He was right. He clearly was right. Meanwhile, you get socialist trying to take over. Oh, my gosh. Did you see the one out in Michigan? They had the debate the other night and here he is trying to blame everything on the boogeyman being Israel. What a loser. This guy's got to go. The Islamic socialist doubling down on hate. Gosh darn it. Surprise, surprise.
Starting point is 00:34:18 Muhammad al-Said. To make sure that we have health care here in Michigan. And so long as our politicians continue to be bought off by A-PAC, do not be surprised when we fight wars that are in their best interest to annex Israel, to annex Lebanon, or to do genocide in Gaza. Congress on 30 seconds. Well, Abdul, I would say no one is afraid of you. And in fact, the GOP is spending thousands of dollars to prop up your campaign because they think they will make it easier for Mike Rogers to win if you are the nominee.
Starting point is 00:34:48 I do not plan to make anything easier for Republicans or Mike Rogers. What I do is I take on tough fights for Michigan, tough races, and I win for us. Well, I certainly hope the Republican wins. And if the Republican doesn't, you know, she might be the next best choice. This guy too, of course, same old, same old wants to get rid of ice. If not ice, how would we, how should we, how could we deal with the estimated millions of people in this country that didn't come through the proper channels that we don't necessarily know who they are or where they are. I'm going to start with you, Dr. El-Sahed, with 60 seconds. What do we do with that situation?
Starting point is 00:35:32 Besides I want to be clear, I went to Minneapolis at the height of Project Metro Surge. I watched as our government laid siege to a city in our own country. It was awful to see. ICE is not about immigration. Ice is not about the southern border. I was on nearly the northern border. ICE is about normalizing paramilitary force on our streets. I've been clear that you can't reform ice.
Starting point is 00:35:53 You can't retrain ice. You have to abolish ice. These people are honestly, they're like a bunch of loony tunes crazy. You see, there's a video out. I think we're putting it on my shorts feed today of all the socialists, like talking about how they want to, yeah, get rid of ice and then have, you know, Medicaid for all and, you know, taxes for all. They're going to get rid of the Senate. They have all these crazy, crazy ideas. I mean, these are crazy people. And they're liars. They're flat out liars. I played this yesterday. I'm going to show it again to you. This guy is such a liar. He's being asked in this podcast,
Starting point is 00:36:30 are you a doctor or a physician? Because being a physician means you have to have gone to residency and you have to have passed your medical board exams. If you don't do those things, then it's the same as being a doctorate of law, okay? I can go to law school and get my doctorate. I can go get my PhD and be a doctor. It's an education, not a profession. This guy lies. He says that he is a physician, and then he gets caught in the lie by a liberal host and
Starting point is 00:36:56 doesn't know what to do. Do you define yourself as a socialist, a democratic socialist? I don't, and it's largely because I'm a person of faith, and then everyone else has to bring empirics. You would like to reform capitalism. I would like to restructure a lot of the financialized incentives that sit right now that keep us making bad decisions both for consumers and for the workers who actually do the work. But you do support Medicare for All.
Starting point is 00:37:17 You wrote the book on it. You would like to see it universal government-funded healthcare system. Absolutely. Okay. He's just a liar. He's just a liar. And I wouldn't trust anything. Anything about him.
Starting point is 00:37:29 And you know what else? He's lying about his taxes. He just got caught on another liberal place. MSNBC, take a peek. Why not just release it and take her talking point away? We absolutely will, and we intend to. These are his taxes, okay? Listen again. Sometimes finances are complicated, and I can only control what I can control.
Starting point is 00:37:47 And unfortunately, when it comes to tax documents, sometimes they're really complicated to get. Ah, okay, buddy boy. Remember to subscribe. You lied about being a physician. And now you're like, oh, the tax documents, they're coming, but they're complicated. I mean, do you make that much money? Or maybe, oh gosh, darn it. I know I shouldn't go there, but maybe you got something going on behind the scenes like we suspect. They're just allegations. Ilhan Omar may have going on. Maybe there's a feeding our future version
Starting point is 00:38:22 in Michigan. Is that why you're not giving your tax? I mean, I'm just asking the questions. Just asking the questions because I wonder why somebody who's a socialist isn't actually providing his tax documents. I mean, can it be all that complicated? Maybe you're not really a socialist. Daycare scandal imploding out there in good old Minnesota. Boy, oh boy, remember this lady? Five months after she shut down her daycare, booked a flight to London, and was arrested by the FBI. This Mahamud, are you here to plead guilty today? 50-year-old Fahima Mahamud admits she committed daycare fraud. Hmm. This is the lady who tried to actually get out of the country. After Nick Shirley showed up on her doorstep, you know Nick, he's the one who exposed all of this fabulously so.
Starting point is 00:39:11 I mean, doing the job that 60 minutes wishes it could do. So Nick Shirley knocked on her door and then guess what she did after she got hit with an investigation from the feds. She tried to flee the country to the UK and they stopped her. And now she's pleading guilty to daycare fraud. Wow, wow, wow. I wasn't kidding about Nick. Remember, and I showed you this in real time when he shut up on her doorstep for her daycare.
Starting point is 00:39:38 I'm actually not certain. He's saying, I think he put out a tweet today, so I want to share it with you, that this is her. I'm not entirely positive about that. It may just be her daycare. I was trying to look at the image and compare them. Maybe you guys can tell me. Take a peek.
Starting point is 00:39:51 Here at Future Leaders Early Learning Center. This building received $3 million, over $3 million. Hello. How are you? I would like to see if I could bring a little Joey, my son, little Joey here. Is there a paperwork or can't check out the daycare? No. Why can't I check out the daycare?
Starting point is 00:40:12 Okay, but if I can't get paperwork or anything to submit my son, little Joey, to come in here to daycare? We'd really like to put Joey in this daycare. We've heard great things. No, I would like your business card, actually. You talk to you in a manager. Okay, can I speak with somebody? Where are the children at? Are the children here today?
Starting point is 00:40:46 No. No children? Yes. Why are there no children? You're too up in school. Mm. Would my son little Joey have friends to play with here? No.
Starting point is 00:40:57 No? No friends for little Joey. Yes. Dang it. Well, have a great rest of your day. Thank you. So little Joey would not be accepted to that daycare. No.
Starting point is 00:41:08 Joey's still looking for daycare. No, he's not going to get it. No daycare for Joey because the daycare doesn't actually exist, which is what we have now found. So I'd like to know, they're talking about $19 billion worth of fraud out there in Minnesota, the $250 million feeding our future scam that was introduced by Ilhan Omar conveniently. On the day she announced her marriage to Timmy Minet, I have so many questions about that, you guys. Timmy Minet, who was already suspected of fraudulent adventures, with his cannabis companies that were all cash businesses,
Starting point is 00:41:44 and he had these investors that kept going after him, and they would say, you know, I have $500,000 or a million dollars missing, and his business partner, his business partner, Haler, came forward in court documents, and this was reported by Washington Free Beacon saying, well, sorry, gee, we can't give you your money back because the Treasury Department's frozen it. This is Biden's Treasury Department,
Starting point is 00:42:05 and the particular arm of the Treasury Department that was freezing these funds, it's the terrorist financing investigation arm. Woo! Okay, so that's like blowing my mind. It's actually what deep down, like I am kind of convinced might be going on. I think there's some funny business going on. And don't forget, Biden's DOJ was investigating her for her alliance
Starting point is 00:42:28 with some kind of foreign national. And she was on the Foreign Affairs Committee, right, at the same time. Like, this is really, really suss stuff. You look at Timmy Minet's venture capital firm. the website, and I've showed you this repeatedly. I actually have the screen grabs somewhere because they've taken it down. I'm glad I took little screen grabs of the whole thing. But when I showed it to you, I was like, this doesn't even make any sense. It's not a venture capital firm. This is some kind of lobbying firm. It's paying for access. Paying for access to who, to what?
Starting point is 00:42:54 Gosh, darn it, it might be Ilhan. You know, whatever happened to that winery? They're asking her, here's a clip that was just put out by Fox this morning. Ilhan Omar, what happened to that winery? We inquiring minds would like to know. Since your net worth dropped on the new forms, the new financial disclosure forms, could you tell us if your husband still has the consulting business and the wine business? I remember you were saying it was an accounting error before, but the new forms are even lower in terms of the net worth. Does he still have those companies, the business, consulting business and the wine business? Silence! She's just looking straight ahead.
Starting point is 00:43:44 Anything you can say on that, Congresswoman. They're going to get Allison in there. Allison always gets an answer out of her. You know, from Michael Dell's show. Anyway, she's not saying anything. You know, she doesn't want to incriminate herself, I imagine. Ilhan Omar, I'm telling you, the walls are closing in on her. I know that we don't have, you know, I'm frustrated every single day.
Starting point is 00:44:04 I have like a Google alert on her, okay? Like, I'm not going to miss it. If it happens, you're going to hear it here first. I'm just frustrated because I have, um, spent a lot of time in my career covering things like terrorist financing, actually. And it's challenging because there's this thing called the Huala Network, and it's sort of person-to-person exchange of money, and it's a lot of cash. And so it makes it a little bit more opaque, a little bit more challenging.
Starting point is 00:44:31 You've heard the Treasury Secretary talk about this, but he's got a team on the ground out there in Minnesota, and they're investigating the daycare fraud. They're investigating all of the feeding are future fraud, et cetera, and what they're trying to piece together is whether or not any of these people were exchanging money, say, for example, with Timmy Minet or some kind of entity or business associated with Timmy Minet. That would be the husband of Ilhan Omar. So I know that they're trying to connect the dots there.
Starting point is 00:44:59 And they have ways of doing this because even if it's cash, they can figure out somebody's buying an apartment over there in Dubai or in Somalia or they're buying a car. At some point, there is a record of this stuff. And so it just takes more time and it's hugely frustrating. I would think the IRS would also be looking at her, but they can't actually disclose that to us right now. That would be a huge no-no, and it would actually give her the upper leg. We know, of course, that J.D. Vance and his team, they're looking into whether or not Ilhan Omar can be deported
Starting point is 00:45:34 for a fraudulent immigration scheme. The belief there is that the second marriage to her alleged brother is kind of suspect. I keep maintaining. It doesn't even have to be her brother. If it was a fake marriage, if it was a, if it was a scam, then guess what? It's game over. That in and of itself, you know, they've done sitcoms on this. You know, you've heard this isn't popular culture. If you're going to get married to someone who's an American for citizenship purposes, you better be married because it is a humongous problem and you will be deported ASAP if they're able to prove that. So that's something that. That's something that.
Starting point is 00:46:12 we know is ongoing as well. But in terms of the financial stuff, I would have to think that the IRS is in there. I know that Treasury is, again, this has just come out. And Treasury didn't disclose it. Biden's Treasury did not disclose that they had frozen the accounts of Ilhan Omar's husband and his business partner, the business partner,
Starting point is 00:46:29 disclosed that in legal filings, which was then reported by the Washington Free Beacon. So I'm just saying there's a lot there, and I think that they're going to be continuing to investigate all of the law. of it, which is so important right now. We've got to get some answers. We've got to get the truth on this. You know, don't forget, J.D. was actually talking about how you've got to think about what's really at stake here because you have all of these fraudsters. And what's the next step? I mean,
Starting point is 00:46:57 are people actually going to lose out on things like Social Security, which is obviously so important to folks because you have these fraudsters that are there making off with our money? I mean, think about the money that we could actually be saving a lot of money, right? If we're actually able to find all of this stuff. He gave a speech yesterday, and let me see if I can find you the soundbite, because it was actually kind of interesting what he was saying. Do I have it? Do I have it? I might, or I might not. We may have to do that one over the weekend.
Starting point is 00:47:27 I'm going to be back with you over the weekend because, you know, there's just so much more I really want to get to in terms of the socialism stuff, et cetera. This is not good. Like they are trying to take over this country in a way that is very, very, very. scary for all of us. You know, we are on the 250th anniversary of this great country and my friends over to Americans for Prosperity, one of the great sponsors of this program. They are helping us to celebrate it. Forgive me, not God Bless America. That was Irving Berlin. That was Irving Berlin who wrote, God Bless America. And the reason I actually haven't sung that on the show is I think it's still under copyright. Yeah, it's still under copyright. You guys were asking me if I'd sing it, and I'd love to, but believe it or not,
Starting point is 00:48:52 there's this music thing, copyright rules that really can get in the way of a few of these things. But Star-Spangled Banner is free for the Taken, as is America the Beautiful. And America the Beautiful is actually one of my favorite songs. Anyway, lots of ideas there at 8250 Toolkings. to celebrate this 250th magnificent year. We're going to pray that it doesn't fall to the Socialists, right? That's really important. Starting point is 00:49:22 This is the year to be patriotic. I'm not seeing enough patriotism, for goodness sakes. I need a little more of it, right? So maybe it's where I live. Maybe it's the Northeast. And it's a problem over here. Maybe you've got more of it down south. I'm hoping.
Starting point is 00:49:37 I know that you have a new airport, by the way, in Palm Beach. Uh-huh. PBI is now, DJT. Maybe that'll make all the liberals move out. Good to see you all. Thank you. I'm looking at your comments here in real time. Yes, we were a little bit earlier today.
