Welcome to the big show. I am Trish Regan. This is Trish Regan show. We get a lot going on at this hour, of course, as more transpires overseas in the Middle East. We're hearing some good things. We're hearing some not so good things. But overall, I'm going to tell you, this was what had to happen. I repeat, it is what had to happen. It had to happen because we had gotten intelligence that they were very close to getting a nuclear weapon. And it was a now or never kind of thing. We're going to get into all the reasons why.
recent success that has just transpired. First, a quick shout out to my other company. That would be
76 Research. You know, I'll tell you, the market's been holding up pretty darn well in light of
what you read in the mainstream media, but we could have told you that, right? This is why I
want you to get 76 Research. Go to 76 Research.com. Get the 76 report just a dollar a month
with my gift to you code word dollar or, or take a look at those portfolios because we have
been doing really well. I'm going to get to that a little later in the show because I want to
brag a little bit on our success in those portfolios. But first, we begin with some of the really
strong reports indicating a lot of success there in the Middle East. Listen, they don't have much of
a military. They don't have much of an army. They don't have much of a Navy. And now we've just
taken out their nuclear capability there in Iran. We have also taken out their entire Navy.
So that's all really good news. We have also learned that Israel just took out a whole bunch of
people that were all contenders for the next Ayatollah. Let's go to the president speaking earlier
today. We will talk about Ilhan Omar and we will talk about Rashida Talib. But first, news of day.
Here we go. Problems with it. Also hitting only civilian places, hotels and apartment buildings,
and we're hitting them where it is much more appropriate. We're heading them very hard.
And the big scale heading goes now.
They no longer have air protection.
They no longer have any detection facilities at all left.
And so they're going to be in for a lot of hurt.
These are bad people.
These are people that killed.
I guess it's 35,000.
It's coming out.
35,000 over the last three weeks protesters.
35,000 violently killed.
So these are bad people.
and the leader of the pack is gone.
And as you know, 49 people were taken out in the first hit.
And I guess there was another hit today on the new leadership.
And it looks like that was pretty substantial also.
Pretty substantial, yes.
We've learned that Israel has targeted, in fact, Tehran,
and indeed took out some of the people that were considered to be contenders there
for leadership positions in the future.
But we're also getting some breaking news in just right now,
that the son of the Ayatollah has just been named as the new supreme leader there in Iran.
So this is the Ayatollah's son.
You know, they wanted to get away from monarchy, don't forget.
And it seems like they're just getting right back to it because they went with the sun.
That has just been confirmed.
But, you know, let's consider some of the wins here.
Again, we've learned that they have targeted multiple Iranian officials there in Tehran
who were actually counting votes to pick that next Supreme Leader, which allegedly is the son of the
Ayatollah. And that is some very good news, because you're taking out their leadership, you took out
the big guy, right? And now you're going, you're taking out their Navy, you're taking out their nuclear
capability. We also just yesterday took out their mothership. The mothership, as they were calling it,
this is where they were launching so many of these drones from. It's been a pretty significant and
pretty massive attack, but there's more yet to come. And the more they're more they're going. And the more
strike, remember this, the more they strike and they've been going after embassies all over the
Middle East, the more they do that, the more it gives us license to go back at them, the more it gives
Israel license to go back at them, and they're going to, oh, they're going to feel the pain.
Listen to Marco Rubio.
They're suffering a tremendous amount of damage.
Honestly, again, I'm not going to give away the details of our tactical efforts, but the
hardest hits are yet to come from the U.S. military.
The next phase will be even more punishing on Iran than it is right.
now. Someone was screaming, how long will it take? I don't know how long it'll take. We have
objectives. We will do this as long as it takes to achieve those objectives, and we will
achieve those objectives. The world will be a safer place when we're done with this operation.
Indeed. You know what? The world will be a safer place because we don't want a nuclear
power like Iran. Nobody wants it. Okay, not us, not Israel. Frankly, not Saudi Arabia, not Russia,
if you ask them, if you really put it to them, nobody wants this thing and certainly nobody in Europe.
not even the snobby French.
They don't even want to listen to the NATO chief.
The Germans, forget it.
I mean, Spain, well, we'll get to Spain.
They're another thing entirely.
But trust me, nobody wants a nuclear Iran.
That would be a bad thing.
And the NATO chief is saying they were so close to getting a darn weapon.
As to that question, of course, NATO is not itself involved,
but let's be absolutely clear eye to what's happening here.
Iran is close to getting its hand on a nuclear capability.
and on a ballistic missile capability,
which is posing a threat not only to the region, the Middle East,
including posing an existential threat to Israel,
it is also posing a youth threat to us here in Europe.
Yeah, and he just yesterday said,
all of Europe appreciates what President Trump is doing.
I guess Europe is appreciated more than some members of the Democrat Party.
Ilhan Omar, I'm looking at you, Rashida Taleb, you as well.
because we have some serious suspicions, which I'm going to get to in this show.
But remember this.
The president told us, telegraph this, over and over and over again,
that this would be happening.
This day would come, remember?
What's the message to Iran?
Don't.
What is your message to Iran in this moment?
Don't.
I'm going to bomb the shit out of them.
It's true.
I don't care.
I don't care.
Well, he's bombing all right.
2,000 strikes already.
More from Israel today.
They've also been going into Lebanon, taking out Hezbollah there.
It's a big one, guys.
It's a big one.
We're getting all of our diplomatic personnel out of the region and other Americans there as well.
You're encouraged, if you have any loved ones that are over there to contact the State Department.
They are arranging for flights for people out of the region.
I want to go to Marco just moments ago.
there on Capitol Hill.
The last update I had with seconds before getting before these cameras was that a drone unfortunately
struck a parking lot adjacent to the to the chancellery building and then set off a fire in that
place. All personnel are accounted for. As you're aware, we began drawing down personnel from
our diplomatic facilities in advance of this. In the cases, for example, of Beirut, we basically
drew down to bare bones as well as in Baghdad.
and in Urbeel and in a couple other posts as well.
We have identified and continue to identify charter flights, military flight options,
and expanded commercial flight options,
meaning working with the airlines to send bigger airplanes with more seats
and the combination of those three things.
The impediment we're facing now in many cases,
we've had a couple instances in which we have planes in the air and on the way,
and unfortunately the airspace gets closed and they have to turn back around,
so we're working through those challenges.
But as you heard from the president,
one of the good things that has transpired today is that we have shut down their capability
to basically defend themselves against any of these incoming missiles.
So that's a really big deal.
He has already indicated this is going to take probably four weeks.
Four to five weeks is the estimate.
And yes, you know what?
Things are going to get challenging and we're going to run certain risks.
But think about the bigger risk overall.
Just think about that for a minute.
If Iran has a nuclear weapon or is closer to getting a nuclear weapon,
and wants to continue waging war on America.
Don't you want to take them out before they take you?
I'm just going to be the realist in the room
because apparently we don't have a lot of adults,
at least on the other side of the aisle, it seems.
Look, they recognize it.
The gang of eight kind of gets it, it seems.
Chuck Schumer's worried about this is going to turn into a long war.
I don't think so.
I think we have a lot of improvements in military technology
that's going to actually make this pretty expedient.
And I think it's going to happen very quickly.
And I don't think there's going to be a lot of economic pain.
We're going to get into that in greater detail in part because of some of the things the president just put through today,
including the promise of insurance for all those cargo ships going through the Strait of Hormuz.
They will be insured by the United States of America.
This is a big deal, ladies and gentlemen.
So that is going to enable the continuation and the flow of trade.
So if you're there for four or five weeks, mission accomplished, us and Israel together on this one,
I'll tell you, there's some people in Washington,
you see that don't like that very much.
And I'm going to start with Rashida Talib under fire at this hour
because her district's mosque in Dearborn, Michigan,
was caught on camera today in a giant memorial service
to the Ayatollah, praising him,
and saying that America is the devil.
And America was founded by devils.
We're not going to play too much of this because I don't like it one single bit.
It's kind of freaky.
All right? I'm just going to tell you. But these are her peeps, okay? These are her people.
These are the people that got her elected. These are the people that have come here,
taking advantage, frankly, of our country in so many ways and yet hate our country.
I got a real problem with that. We've had some real problems. Let's be honest,
with Dearborn Michigan and some of the mosques and, well, facilitators that you have out there.
So this is concerning. Watch.
We're gathered here today to commemorate the martyrdom of the great leaders.
of our time,
Sayed Ali al-Husaini al-Khamenei,
Rhamata Allah,
It's pretty great.
When my goodness was an attack led by Zionists,
Jews, but the commander of their mission
is the very one who is trying
to prove that Adam was not worth
prostrating to.
Iblis
is the one behind the scenes
leading their camp, in the shadows
lurking, irking, in their
symbology, their ideology,
their psychology, their economy, claiming they follow the laws of Moses and pseuderonomy.
A police is the hidden commander of today's society.
You see.
And then they go on and on about America.
It was founded by the devil.
I mean, I got like three and a half minutes, but we're not going to watch it because it's just disgusting and pathetic.
And I'm sorry, but you know what?
You came to this country for a better life, for a better chance.
You know what?
You can't hate it simultaneously.
You can't hate its founders.
You can't hate your fellow.
Americans, and if you do, you know what, you really don't belong in this country.
I'd include Rashida in that because she really doesn't seem to like America,
nor does her little girlfriend on the squad one, Ilhan Omar.
They really don't seem to like us.
And I realize they have their own religion and their own country that they came from,
that they still wish they were back in for some reason.
And they don't seem to appreciate the opportunity that they've been afforded right here.
I mean, Rashida's out there trying to indoctrinate our kids.
They're in Detroit staging a public school walkout, telling these kids, you know what, they're
coming after all of us.
Not just me.
They're coming after you too.
Listen, Rashida, I wish they'd come after you a little bit more, frankly.
Because you don't seem to be in support of the country that has offered you so much opportunity.
Take a look at what she put on Twitter over the weekend, both the U.S. and genocidal.
Israel.
It's always about Israel, right?
Don't care. Oh, forgive me. I'm actually speaking proper English. This woman can't write it.
Doesn't care about the laws. This is who they are. A lot of people asking, you know,
why is she referring to the U.S. as they? It's her country. It's her country. But, you know,
you wouldn't know it. Now would you? Not by the way she carries on. This woman is pretty darn
disgusting in many, many different ways. I think we're all in agreement on that. But don't forget,
you know, she was afforded these opportunities because she did grow up in the United States of America.
And yet she's longing for her homeland, clearly in some major way.
I'm going to play a soundbite for you of her on the campaign trail talking to her peeps there in Dearborn, Michigan.
For example, people that could be at that mosque that's in her district.
And she's, listen to the language.
It's kind of important to listen to this because, again, it does not feel to me anyway.
Like she's on the side of the United States of America.
It seems like she's living someplace else.
Longing for Palestine for some reason.
Raise me.
Makes me emotional because you need to know.
This is the city.
The city that sent the granddaughter of Shamaad Dijani from Bait Hanina.
The granddaughter of Muftia and Aza Abdullah from Bataur al-Faka.
They sent this granddaughter of full esteem to the United States Congress.
Detroit sent the descendant of C.D.
Abdullah, Aisa, who wouldn't leave his land even after they shot him multiple times.
They thought they could kill us, rape us, imprison us, violently uproot us from our olive
tree farms, starve our children to death, and we would disappear.
Well guess what?
Now we're in Congress and we're every corner of the United States.
They just don't get it.
They just don't get it.
They will never truly comprehend, even after seven decades, that we aren't going anywhere.
We are just getting started.
Look at this room's, mother-f-ha-ha-ha.
You hear that?
You're not going anywhere.
What's your plan?
You're going to take over the United States?
I'm just curious, what is the plan?
I would point to, and we're going to get into this, 2024, when someone in the Biden administration
leaked the entire operation that Israel had planned for Iran.
Someone in the Biden-Harris administration leaked that operation,
everything in it.
There would be a U.S. citizen did that.
So you've got to be aware, right, of who's out there and who your problems are.
Now I'm not saying she did that.
But I am saying that I'm concerned about the loyalties of some members of Congress right now.
And by the way, you have only to look at the display the other night.
This was concerning.
You should be ashamed of yourself, not standing up.
You should be ashamed of yourself.
That is why I'm also asking you to end deadly sanctuary cities that protect the criminals
and enact serious penalties for public officials who block the removal of criminal aliens.
in many cases drug lords, murderers all over our country,
they're blocking the removal of these people out of our country.
And you should be ashamed of your saying.
Really ashamed.
I mean, but, you know, think about even just what transpired
in the beginning of the evening when you had all of the hockey team for Team USA come out,
and everybody's shouting USA, USA, and it looks like it's going to be a really good time.
And yet you got Rashida out.
there doing what? Seemingly mouthing the words KKK? I mean, I think if you look at what anybody
was saying that reads lips, deaf people online, etc. They were in agreement. She was saying one thing.
She did not dispute that she was saying this when she was asked, which again, I would just say,
you got people shouting USA and she's saying this. I mean, what the heck? Why is she in Congress?
We might have to worry about a few things.
Look, Donald Trump's already onto it.
He gets it.
I mean, immediately after that one, he put this out, remember?
And he said, look, they're low IQ.
Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tili.
They screamed uncontrollably last night at the very elegant state of the union.
Such an important and beautiful event.
And then he went on to say, you know, when people behave like that
and knowing that they are crooked and corrupt politicians that are so bad for our country,
we should send them back to where they came from as fast as possible.
They can only damage the United States of America and can do nothing to help it.
It certainly feels that way these days. Does it not?
I don't feel comfortable.
I got to tell you, I don't feel comfortable with these two ladies having such tremendous access
because I really do question the patriotism.
I question the patriotism of Ilhan Omar, Rashida Talib.
But consider Ilhan Omar.
Ilhan Omar, as this entire ordeal broke out, really showed where her alliances were, and they were not with the United States.
Quote, Trump has launched an illegal regime change war.
It's not illegal, by the way.
For the last 80 years, for goodness sakes, presidents have launched strikes against countries.
This is the way it goes, because you can't tell people like you, Ilhan Omar, you might just give us up.
As someone who has survived the horrors of war, she writes,
I know military strikes will not make us safer,
they will inflame tensions and push the region further into chaos.
When we abandon diplomacy, we choose destruction.
Okay.
Well, you know, Nancy Mace, we talked about this a little bit yesterday.
She kind of wasn't having it.
Not having it, not having it at all.
She's like, gosh, you know, my heart goes out to you.
I feel so bad, right?
We're shooting to leave.
And Ilhan Omar, I'm sending them thoughts and prayers as their
Supreme Leader has just fallen. Ilhan responded immediately saying, oh, she got nasty of this one here.
We're going to make this big. Quote, I hope you aren't drunk and took your staff's advice for
Shida and I don't know this man. Oh, she felt like she had to tell us that. That's kind of interesting.
And feel confident he didn't care about us. Please restrain from drinking too much if you've been
worn by your staff to stay on social media when you're drunk. I pray in this holy month that you find
peace and respect for yourself. Well, Nancy had a few more things to say. Let's watch on Newsmax.
He's complaining that the attack came during Ramadan and received to leave, by the way,
is attacking both the United States and Israel, another member of the squad, and saying they shouldn't
have done this as if the U.S. is a foreign country to her. Could you unpack some of that?
Well, I don't give a damn if it's Ramadan. I don't care if Muslims are fasting right now.
This was the right time with the right intel, the right president, to go in there and do this.
And he'll have his chance to explain it over secretaries to Congress.
And she was also responding because I was complaining about that.
Where was she when Jews were slaughtered?
Over 1,000 Jews were slaughtered in Israel by Hamas, by Palestinians on a Jewish holiday.
I don't remember her complaining about that.
And when she said that very defamatory statement about me, in the middle of the night, by the way,
what was she doing in the middle of the night?
But I asked her what it was like to be married to your brother.
I mean, like, she has no room to attack anyone on any issue, quite frankly, and I'm ready to denaturalize and deport her to Somalia.
There you go.
You've said that before, and it sounds like you mean it.
Congresswoman Nancy May.
She does.
A few others mean it as well.
Congressman Emmer, for example, means it.
Senator Marsha Blackburn means it.
And they all have legislation that's been introduced in both the Senate and in the House to get rid of people that engaged in fraud.
That's what's being alleged, at least as far as Ilhan Omar goes.
Rashida Talib, she's not out of the woods either because there's a study that emerged last year
suggesting she has financial ties.
Her campaign is supported by organizations that it shouldn't be supported to by organizations
that are not in support of us.
And that's the concern.
And I'm sitting here going, when is somebody going to do an investigation into that?
Because that was a private study that had been done.
pretty darn concerning stuff, leading us to think, yeah, there very well could be some traitors among us.
They're very well could be.
I mean, you consider, for example, what the president has said.
The president of the United States in October 2024 was calling out the fact that Israel's plans to annihilate,
well, I don't know if it was exactly annihilate.
I might be using some poetic license right there.
But anyway, Israel's plans to take down Iran?
Yeah, that was all exposed.
by someone in the Biden-Harris administration.
Think about this.
And think about what he's up against right now.
Watch.
A bad thing happened today, you probably heard.
Now, the press is in covering it very much,
which is just incredible.
Possibly our Defense Department or somebody, anyway,
it was leaked the entire military plan of Israel,
the military plan,
the plans they have at the highest level,
it was leaked
highly confidential information
it was leaked by
our somebody they have no idea who did it
can you imagine you're
fighting a war and you have your
Americans
Carlos can you imagine anything like that
did you hear this you know they leaked all the information
about the way that Israel's going to fight
and how they're going to fight and where they're going to go
somebody who did that
can you imagine somebody doing that
that's the enemy I guess that
maybe is the enemy from where
within as I talk about, we have an enemy from within. They hate to talk about it.
An enemy from within. Taleb, according to a report that came out for the Institute of Study
for Study of Global Anti-Semitism reported and policy action reported that she had some very
sketchy associations, that she had engaged with and amplified figures in groups that
describes as linked to ideologically or institutionally to extremism, including both Hamas
and the PFLP, groups designated by the U.S. government as known terror organizations.
The report alleged that her campaign paid significant money to a consulting firm led by an
activist association that had, forgive me, an activist associated with these groups that had been
scrutinized for past links to extremist networks. And it characterizes some of her public rhetoric on
Israel and Palestine is reflecting or reinforcing narratives used by extremist entities.
It also recommends that Congress, the DOJ and the FEC, review her conduct and review her campaign
finances for ethical or legal concerns.
I would recommend that they do that much pronto right about now, considering that we are at
war.
Well, maybe it's not quite war, but we have certainly taken on our enemy, which apparently
she does not believe to be hers.
Back in 2024, those plans that were released by a traitor among us were basically a set of highly classified U.S. intel documents describing Israel's preparations for a possible military strike on Iran.
It was leaked online in mid-October of 2024.
It contained U.S. intelligence assessments of Israeli military planning, including Israeli Air Force preparations, including munitions movements and positioning.
drone and UAV activity linked to possible or potential strikes against Iranian targets and plans for long-range air operations based on satellite imagery and geospatial intelligence from U.S. agencies.
It was intended for our allied partners within the Five Eyes network, but it was posted, I guess, on telegram, and it was posted by someone who really was a traitor to the United States of America.
Now, again, we're not calling out Ilhan Omar or Rashida to leave in this specific incident. In fact, they believe strong.
that they know who did this.
But I am just saying that in light of concerns
of where we are in this present day,
as we are striking Iran,
as Iran is taking on every embassy it can find
throughout the entire Middle East that belongs to us,
I would just say we ought to think about
who's in Congress, like this lady who doesn't like our country.
The one place where we thought we would never experience this
is the U.S. goddamn states.
You had to say it like that.
Right, Ilhan?
Yeah, apparently, because you don't like this country very much.
You know, it's too filled with white men.
And people who give you microaggressions, you know, I'll tell you, she is suspicious,
in part because of where she goes immediately.
Instead of like taking a beat, taking a minute, and saying, all right, let's see where this is going.
She immediately shows her hand and shows where her loyalty lies.
She wrote this just a couple days ago when this first unfolds.
She said, President Trump is unilaterally dragging this nation into an illegal and unjustified war with Iran.
Oh, she's such a smarty pants.
Not, okay?
Again, not.
He has full constitutional authority to do this.
And by the way, this is how it's been done for 80 years.
Why is he the one and only since FDR, right, that you're going to attack on this?
Anyway, she goes on without a clear objective and without any imminent threat to the United States.
This is a reckless abuse of power that puts both innocent civilians and American lives on the line for the conflict that the American people do not want.
I'm just going to say one more thing.
You know what?
You don't have access to the intelligence, Ilhan.
At least we hope not.
So you don't know what they actually saw.
And I realize you're perfectly fine and willing to wait for us all to have to convert to Islam.
Because that's what would happen, basically.
You know, it's kind of us or them.
That's what's going down here.
We learned from Marco Rubio that Iran is producing.
a hundred plus ballistic missiles per month and thousands of one-way attack drones aiming to build
a retaliatory shield that could have made its nuclear weapons program untouchable. I mean,
that's not okay. And all the sanctions that we put in place, they didn't do much to stop the
weapons buildup because guess what? Money's fungible. So they're still getting paid for their oil
from the likes of China. Sanctions in some way just helps lift the price of oil, right? So the
sanctions weren't really working. The operation, he told us, was timed while Iran was weakened,
and before it reached that stage of immunity, immunity being that it would be able to basically
shoot down anything and protect its nuclear weapons program, and we cannot let them get a nuclear
weapons program. So again, all of this information about the Israel plan to attack Iran was
leaked by a traitor amongst us. They believe they found him. This person was a CIA analyst.
sent us the 37 months in prison, I sure would have given him a heck of a lot more for leaking these
Israeli attack plans. Unbelievable. Unbelievable. And they say, oh, you know, why didn't the president
tell us that this was going to happen? Why didn't he let us know? He did. He let the gang of
eight no, for goodness sakes, right? He did. A little bit of good news. I know the market was down
a little bit today. It could have been down a lot more, right? Here we are, allegedly going into war.
And so that's the time when you'd see the market's down like 10%.
We're not. We're down like, what, a half a percent there?
I actually bought when we were further down this morning because we were down about 4% on the
NASDAQ.
And it's just not happening.
So, okay, we ended the day down 1% on the NASDAQ.
We were down not even 1% on the S&P and down 8 tenths of a percent on the doubt.
Listen, if that's what war is, like I'll take it for goodness sakes.
Really and truly, that's nothing to be really.
that concerned about. And the markets are always trying to work ahead if you would. Let me just show you.
I told you I was going to have to do a victory lap here because these are all model portfolio
performers. And if you look at the last 12 months ending 228, we're up, what, 139 on one of our
material stocks there. Pretty incredible. This is the inflation protection portfolio, the American
resilience portfolio, seeing tremendous upside as well, as well as the income builder. So we've really
been killing it. We just added a brand new stock. I think it's up 60% actually. If I look at
today's trading given where it ended today, but brand new stock got put in two of our portfolios,
and since we added it just a few weeks ago, it's up 55%, 60%, maybe today.
So look, there are ways to protect yourself and help yourself in the future.
And I am a firm believer in the economic policy that this administration has,
not to mention a firm believer in the American economy and its resilience.
So go check that out there at 76 Research.com.
but Ilhan Omar, she's got other kinds of problems she's got to face.
Consider her marriage, for example.
Oh, her multiple marriages.
Hubby number one, he might have been legit,
but she never actually married him legitimately, I don't think,
in an actual court of law.
That was just a religious ceremony in her community.
Hubby number two, well, that's a sketchy one.
In fact, that's what some people in the DOJ are actually looking at,
along with her original asylum application, because it's not really known whether or not her dad was exactly who he said he was.
Therefore, if he wasn't, his transfer of citizenship onto her would not be valid.
So hubby number two was kind of suss because he came into the country for about a year and a half.
They were married for about a year and a half.
I believe she went back to the other husband in that time and maybe had another kid with him as well.
So little suss, right?
And then he left.
So I've kind of wondered about that.
What kind of deal was that?
they actually married in the court of law.
So that was the official one.
Everybody believes it might have been the brother.
She emphatically denies that and says that's just bogus nonsense, et cetera.
And then she somehow divorced that guy and then wound up back, I think, with the first one?
Yeah, she reconciled with him in 2012.
They stayed together for a few years until Mr. Monack came along.
He's the guy that engaged in alleged fraud at his cannabis company and alleged fraud at his winery.
and, you know, good Muslim woman that she is, she thought, this is it.
True love.
So Timmy Minet comes along, and they got married.
And, well, that's a whole other can of worms for Ilhan Omar and Mr. Minet now, isn't it?
Because the IRS and the Treasury Department are looking into whether or not some real serious,
sketchy fraud went down with his companies.
In the meantime, DOJ, according to Hermit Dillon, who did an interview with my friend Benny the other day,
she said, hey, we're looking in, not her division specifically, but we are looking into her citizenship,
and it's been well publicized the concerns about her asylum that was originally given to her as well as concerns about marriage.
Asylum would be an issue if her dad, you see committed war crimes, participated in persecution,
committed crimes against humanity or engaged in any kind of terror activity.
These are all at issue, because it would make his citizenship null and void, and thus her citizenship, null and void.
well, not to mention that she may just be, you know, not on her side.
I don't know quite how else to say that.
You know, well, it's not on her side.
The ladies at the view definitely don't seem to be on the side of America these days.
They really make clear that their allegiances with one Ilhan Omar, and apparently Iran.
Trump has launched an illegal regime-change war, said Ilhan Omar, and Sonny House and ate it up and spit it back out.
Watch.
Yeah, yeah.
Right.
Finish your sentence.
I was just going to say, you know, the bottom line is that this is an illegal war.
This is an unconstitutional war.
Only Congress can wage war and declare war.
And so that's the first thing.
I think we have to call a thing of thing.
So this is an illegal war.
This is a presidential war.
I will also say, I think what Anna was about to say, did the regime really change?
No.
At this point, Donald Trump has come out and said, I had some choices for who would lead, but they are dead now too.
And so now you have people that are in Iran picking their own people.
So you don't have a regime change, just like you don't have a regime change in Venezuela.
Also what I'll say is it's very easy to start a war, right?
Without a plan, it's very difficult to end a war.
We've seen in Russia invading Ukraine thinking that it was going to be over.
It's five years later, 610,000 Russians are either maimed or killed.
No, 1.2 million Russians maimed or killed.
we've got 600,000 Ukrainians maimed or killed.
That war is not over.
I thought this was going to be the president of peace.
I thought this president wanted to win a Nobel Peace Prize for peace.
That is not what I'm seeing.
I am not seeing America first.
I think people that voted for Trump, I was not one of them.
I think you were.
Those people wanted America first.
I proudly voted for Trump because the alternative was not great,
and we would absolutely be under the wrong power if the alternative changes.
But let me just finish.
No, I'm going to.
stop everybody because we're going to go and come back and we can continue the conversation next.
I would just say that she's apparently a lawyer by training, not a very good one,
because, again, the constitutional authority does actually exist.
You may not officially be able to declare a war.
We can't say, okay, this is World War III, but he can engage in strikes.
And when he has the intelligence to be able to take out a threat against the United States,
absolutely he can go and take that threat out.
And by the way, many, many presidents have done that before him.
I got a whole list.
And we're going to get to it.
But, you know, look, she wasn't the only one.
Anna Navarro had to double down too.
But I also have such anxiety.
I am furious that we are going into war yet again
without congressional approval.
I am furious that the American people have not been brought into this.
I am furious that we are doing this alone.
Yes, Israel is part of it.
But, you know, I look at Donald Trump.
and I look at Netanyahu, and I see two leaders who I think, think politically, they benefit from war.
Netanyahu is facing criminal charges for corruption back home.
Donald Trump is facing very low numbers and Epstein files that will not, are not, and we will not let go away.
And so this is absolutely bogus.
I'm just going to say, and yes, I agree.
One of you guys writes, Rosalind 4618 says, does the view of a paid audience?
for a friend, it certainly seems that way. I know that they do book those audiences months in advance.
I don't know if those guys are actually paid. I would think so because who would actually
devote any time out of your day to watch that show live, right? Like, who would actually want
to go there and watch that live? You know, back in the day, some of the entertainment shows,
like the David Letterman Show. I remember once when I was a young analyst at Goldman Sachs,
it was one of the outings they took us on, and that was like, who, you know, you get to go to the
David Letterman show, but for the most part, I don't know as they're paid. It wouldn't be surprising
to me if you got some kind of trinket for going there, but they do tell them when to clap. That's what's
funny. Like the claps are not real. That is all orchestrated. That is all scripted. So you've got
Ana Nararo, they're joining in. Let's continue to listen to her because, again, I just want to point out
that, yes, the president has the legal authority and we'll get to that.
That's where a lot of Americans are. We're happy that the Ayatollah is dead. We're happy that the Ayatollah is dead.
He's brutal, brutal regime.
And let me just say one more thing.
Trump has, I think, changed since Venezuela.
I think Venezuela, I think he thought Venezuela was incredibly successful.
And he's been making comparisons with what happened in Venezuela, with what's happening in Iran.
I don't know Iran.
I know Venezuela.
Maduro was a piddly little third world dictator.
Venezuela is not Iran.
Iran has terrorist cells all over the world that they can activate.
Venezuela was won and done.
They went in there, they extricated Majoro, and that was the end of that.
This certainly is not that.
He's already told us it could be four or five more weeks of strikes.
We are seeing retaliation by the Iranians that the Venezuelans didn't have the ability to do.
So I think that he's in love with his idea of being the conqueror and the emperor after Venezuela.
He's got this Napoleonic complex.
He thinks he's Alexander the Great.
But Venezuela is not Iran.
So her point being that this could be longer.
He's already told us it's going to be longer.
He told it it was before five weeks.
Okay, Anna?
And no, I think everybody knows it's not Venezuela.
It's a little tougher than Venezuela.
That would be a little bit obvious.
So thank you for stating the obvious.
I think the president is well aware of that.
Which again is why he prepared everyone saying this could be a month-long ordeal.
But it's now or never, folks.
What are you going to do? Sit around and allow them to get the nuclear weapon. And then you give it
into the hands of religious extremists? I think not. You're going to empower them to lord themselves
over the entire Middle East? No. And yes, he has the power to do this. Let me be really, really
clear. Marjorie Taylor, Green, you're wrong. All those little influencers out there saying,
well, I don't think he can do this. Why is he doing? You're wrong. Okay, you're wrong. You're wrong.
because just take a look at all of the ops that have gone down.
This is amazing, right?
We've had a lot of them, and we can go back a lot of years, guys.
But basically, it's all under Article 2.
This is the presidential authority, and here's a complete review for you of all the major
military operations.
Don't worry, I'm not going to read them all.
If you're watching this on video, great because you can see them all, but I'll just shout
out a few, one of which is the Operation Epic Fury that we just did.
and this is based on the president's constitutional power as commander-in-chief.
They often cite self-defense or imminent threats.
It is believed that Iran was an imminent threat.
By the way, don't take my word for it.
Don't take Marco Rubio's word for it.
Don't take the president's word for it.
If you're that concerned, go listen to the head of NATO, who just told you.
I ran it at the top of the show.
Yes, he said they were close to getting a nuclear weapon,
and they support.
NATO is in full support of the president and thanks him.
for this sacrifice. Current massive strikes against Iran that are ongoing. These ladies and gentlemen
are being done because of the imminent threat of Iran. If you go back to 2011 Operation Odyssey Don
with the air strikes against the Libyan regime, or if you think about El Dorado Canyon, 1986,
targeting, again, Libya and retaliation for state-sponsored terrorism, or if you think about
praying mantis in 88, naval engagement against Iran to protect U.S.
shipping in the Persian Gulf. I mean, you go right down to the Korean War, for goodness sakes.
1950 to 1953, described as a police action under UN Security Council Resolution 84,
Operation Allied Force in 1999, NATO-led air campaign in Kosovo to stop ethnic cleansing.
I mean, on and on, you can go back quite a ways. In fact, here's one in 1973, 63 to 74 to 73,
okay, the Vietnam War, for goodness sakes, conducted primarily under the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution,
until it's repeated in 1971.
And basically, since the 1940s, the U.S. has moved from total war declarations to a mixture of these various, you know, declaring them under this authorization or that authorization.
So why are you going to tell me that he's the only president in the last, what, 80 years that has to do it your way?
Ilhan Omar's way, Rashida Tlib's way, and Sonny Houston's way, or MTG's way, or all these little influencers way.
No, no, no.
You have an imminent threat.
He's the president of the United States.
You elected him.
You elected him for a reason.
Now you're going to tell me you're going to strip him of power.
When he, the head of the Pentagon, Pete Hagseth, and Marco Rubio, our secretary of state,
are saying, along with the head of the CIA, John Radcliffe, we have a problem.
They are going to take us out if we don't take them out first.
You want us to go to Congress with that so that Rashida and Ilhan and any other traders that may be in there can tip everyone off?
I don't think so.
Marco Rubio.
You want to do, all right?
This is your statement.
Go ahead.
What do you make of the war powers resolution that's being considered here in Congress?
I mean, Congress votes on those.
They can if they want.
There's mechanisms for it.
We've complied with the War Powers Act, even though we believe it's unconstitutional, as has every other administration.
Every other president has found the War Powers Act to be unconstitutional.
Nonetheless, we notified Gang of 8, which is an appropriate mechanism by which to notify Congress.
We sent the notification within 48 hours the way the law requires.
I'm here today to have, I don't know, my sixth or seventh briefing before.
the entirety of the House and Senate, which is far more than I ever got from any administration
in the time that I was here, certainly when I was a member of the Gang of Eight. And so we've
complied with all, we've over-complied with law and what it requires. This is an action by the
President to address a real threat, a real threat. This is hostilities designed to eliminate
a threat to the safety and the security of the United States and to our allies.
Was there a plan in place to evacuate Americans before the attack?
Okay, we already talked about there.
plan in place. They do have planes right now leaving. They have 9,000 Americans that they want to
evacuate. If you know anyone that is overseas right now that needs an evacuation effort, it's
getting tricky. Tricker and trickier. I believe that Mike Huckabee just said yesterday,
the ambassador to Israel, Huckabee saying they are not able to get any more Americans out of
Israel at this moment. But again, the State Department is trying. So you should be getting in
touch with the State Department. Go to their website. They have all the information there.
I say that kind of is a public service message right now. But again,
Again, they told the gang of eight.
Remember, Chuck Schumer looked so shell-shocked when he walked out of there, but they didn't tell everyone.
They couldn't tell all 500-plus members of Congress because we do have some people that, let's just say,
for their own selfish reasons, are not on the side of the United States of America, even in times like that.
But I would point out, remember who you elected, and you've got to have some faith and trust in the person you elected at this really big and important moment.
I'll tell you, this had to happen under the circumstances because, listen, I get it like it's not easy.
And our military, I thank God every day for our amazing, brave men and women in our military
because they are, and their families are willing to make the ultimate sacrifice.
And we have lost six wonderful members of our military in these strikes.
And it's possible we will lose more.
But I'm just telling you, what is the alternative?
Again, you're going to allow Iran to get a nuclear weapon and to then take us out?
Because they would.
Okay?
They just would.
Ayatollah, he's getting up there in age, getting a little crazy.
He's got a lot of religious stuff going on.
They're all, you know, looking for the end of the world, for goodness sakes.
Well, guess what?
They can keep the end of the world all to themselves over there.
They can fight among themselves in Iran.
And they will, right?
Because they have all these militias right now that are going at it and everybody wants to have power.
and they're like, why is the Ayatollah's son getting the power?
We should have the power.
And don't forget, I was doing a lot of research into the history of Iran
into their various monarchs.
And I was like, okay, so this is a different kind of monarch than you think about monarch.
It's not a monarch like you have in England where it all goes back to the same exact family.
No, it's like whatever family can muscle their way in and get rid of the other dynasty.
That's who takes over.
So they've always been a fighting culture.
So guess what?
They're going to get to fight it all out again, themselves.
all unto themselves because we're not going to be involved in nation building.
Trust me, the president wants no part of that.
I've had conversations in the past with him about this.
And by the way, you don't have to trust my my conversation.
You can go and listen to him on this.
He has no interest in nation building, but he does have interest in decapitating an extremist regime
that wants to hurt us.
And he made it clear and he was elected.
I'm going to tell you, this is one of the reason.
I elected him because I want to know that the person in charge is going to do the right thing to protect me and my family and future generations.
What's the message to Iran? Don't.
What is your message to Iran in this moment?
Don't.
I'm going to bomb the shit out of them. It's true. I don't care. I don't care.
I love that sound like. I'm sorry. I can't get enough of that soundbite. I think I played it on that soundbite. I think it played it on.
on my shorts feed. I played it in yesterday's show. I played it twice already in today's show. So
sorry if you don't like it. I just could keep listening to it on a loop all day long.
I want to get to the role that Obama played in all of this. And the reason why we're here now,
the president speaking out about this earlier today. But first, one of our great sponsors on
this show, Balance of Nature, you know, nutrition isn't that complicated. They try to make it
complicated for goodness sakes. There's so many things out there, right? And you can't even read
the back of any ingredients.
I'm always like, wait, what is that?
You know, the truth is you just kind of need to eat your fruits and vegetables.
It's like what they told you when you were kids, right?
At least my mom always told me that.
I really didn't like peas.
That was my problem.
I would go, kid you not.
We have one of those big box TVs because it was the 70s.
I remember, like, it was the 70s.
We're talking Carter in the 70s, all right?
So picture that up in your minds.
Like a gold carpet, really like, and not like a nice gold, like a mustard gold in the study
where my parents' TV was, and my mom would make me eat peas. I had to eat my fruits and veggies.
And I hated these things. To this day, I cannot eat peas. And I would go and I would spin them out
behind the television. And she's told me like years from now, she's like, yeah, I used to find all
these peas like, you know, and she'd be vacuuming behind the television. Because she'd say,
you have to eat them. Well, now guess what? I can eat all the peas I want and I don't actually
have to taste them the way I taste peas. And I can eat peas and I can eat every other vegetable
that I can possibly need and want and not want to have to eat.
And it's all thanks to my fruits and veggies that I take with balance of nature.
It's why I take it because I want to make sure I get those nutrients.
It's important to get those nutrients, but it's not necessarily easy
or always enjoyable to get those nutrients.
So you can get it tailored.
This is what they do.
They tailor vacuum press these vegetables.
So it's like a very specific vacuum cold press process that stabilizes the phytonoenobes.
that stabilizes the phytonutrition in fruits and vegetables. See, now I sound complicated,
right? Phytonutrition, there's a big new word for you, so that you get real whole food nutrition,
not any kind of synthetic substitutes. Their whole health system includes fruits and veggies,
plus fiber and spice, 47 ingredients in one simple routine. As I said, I take the fruits and veggies
myself. If you want to have phytonutrition, all right, go to balance of nature.com,
subscribe and save today. Use my name, code word Trish. It helps the show. It helps us.
everyone. Wow, this is a good sight to see. Ladies and gentlemen, take a look. People are thrilled.
These are the kids dancing in Iran. We had the kids dancing in L.A., dancing in D.C., dancing in New York.
I mean, you don't always see this in the mainstream media, dancing in Texas, and there's a lot of
excitement about what can come because you got rid of the oppressive regime that was threatening the
entire world. But why did it get to be so big in the first place? How is it that for 47 years,
the Ayatollah and his cronies were able to rule over this quote-unquote kingdom.
That's what it had always been seen as.
They like to call themselves Persia.
How did they get there?
When you think about the fall of the Shah, the Shah who was very Western, you think back to those days,
you had women in bikinis and mini skirts, and they were being educated, and it was such a
cosmopolitan place.
But his challenge was he had a lot of wealth, he flaunted that wealth, people got mad,
academics got mad, religious clerics got mad, a lot of liberals got mad. I guess conservatives too. Everybody was
mad, okay? Everybody was mad. The economy was not doing well. And you had this uprising. He was out.
And then the bad guys, I mean, the real bad guys, some people would say the Shah was kind of a bad guy too, because, you know, he suppressed everybody.
It's kind of tough in these really wacky countries where everybody wants to still live in these little kingdoms and fiefdoms and hurt each other badly.
So you had a lot of suppression going on, and then you had the new team come in.
And so now, what, 47, 48 years, you've had all kinds of other suppression.
So the hope was along the way, gosh, if we just open them up and make them more Western
and show them how great money is, maybe they'll come along.
Trump's like, hey, you know, he's not like saying you can't ever join the real world economy,
but he's like, you're not going to join it as long as you've got a nuclear weapon.
Thank you very much.
I want you to see him commenting just earlier today on Iran.
Barack Hussein Obama made maybe the worst deal I've ever seen because he gave all power in the Middle East to Iran.
He went the exact opposite way.
And I terminated that.
If I didn't terminate that deal, they would be sitting with a massive nuclear weapon three years ago,
which would have been used already on Israel, at least, and other countries also.
And we wouldn't be talking about it right now.
but if I didn't terminate, the deal that Obama made giving them everything,
including plane loads of cash.
Do you remember the airplane flew over there?
It was a Boeing 757.
There was two of them loaded.
They took out all the seats.
It was loaded with green cash.
So much cash that you could, it was in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.
They got all the cash from all the banks.
they put it and they flew it to Iran.
I never knew a president
had that power.
I'm going to maybe try it sometime if it's okay.
I think I'm going to do it. I'll fly it
somewhere. Nobody's ever seen anything like it.
Two planes loaded
from floor to ceiling,
big planes, Boeing
757s, taken
over there and given cash.
In addition that he was given him billions
of dollars, but worse, he was giving
them the right to have
the path to a nuclear weapon.
And that deal expired.
A lot of people said, oh, you're terminated.
Well, it was going to be terminated anyway because it expired.
It gave them the right to have top of the line nuclear weapon.
If they had, because they're crazy, they're crazy.
Just like the people on my right during the state of the Union.
I looked at them, I said, you're crazy?
These people are crazy.
And if they had a nuclear weapon, they would have used it.
Crazy.
Yeah.
That would be Rashida and Ilhan.
Most especially. Anyway, he's bringing up a good point, the $56 billion, you know, being sent to Iran. It was nuts. Like, what was that deal really about? How naive were we? How naive was Barack Hussein Obama? Listen to him back in the day.
It is true that if Iran lives up to its commitments, it will gain access to roughly $56 billion of its own money. But the notion that this will be a game changer, with all this money funneled into Iran's pernicious activities,
misses the reality of Iran's current situation.
Iran's leaders have raised the expectations of their people,
that sanctions relief will improve their lives.
Even a repressive regime like Iran's cannot completely ignore those expectations.
And that's why our best analysts expect the bulk of this revenue
to go into spending that improves the economy and benefits the lives of the Iranian people.
I don't know.
Was that from like Middle Eastern television or somehow?
somehow. That's why I got it. Did you see the big graphic at the end? Anyway, they
were so excited. They had this deal with Obama and everything was going to be great, except that
then they held up our own troops. Remember the infamous footage that we all saw? And for some reason,
you know, look, Trump was smart enough to get rid of the deal, but for some reason,
Biden decided to bring it back in a small way, offering up $6 billion of what he claimed was
their own money, okay, because the sanctions, whatever, we release.
the sanctions on $6 billion that they had here. But that wasn't really that smart.
Now, was it? Because look at what they went and did. October 7th. So the left always thinks that
you can just appease and you just give them money and everything's going to be better. Donald Trump says,
no, like, you know, maybe we'll work with them in business one day, but we're going to make sure that
we declaw them, defang them first. Kind of seems prudent in my opinion. What about you? Right?
I mean, I would say this.
The president is prepared for a challenge.
You saw us, we were playing some sound bites earlier in the show from the likes of
Sonny Howston and Anna Navarro, Annavara from the View, suggesting that this might be just a ploy
to kind of divert attention away.
I believe Joy Behar on the view.
Okay, don't worry, I won't show it.
I won't show it tomorrow.
But Joy Behar today was like, oh, this is just a ploy to like, you know,
show a shiny object over here to kind of divert attention away from other things. And I'm like,
divert attention away from what? You know what the attention was on? The attention was on fraud,
fraud and more fraud. So the heat was on the Democrats. And it's still on. I mean, Ilhan Omar's
feeding our future, $250 million fraud program. Now we're getting wind that they're doing a big
investigation into the state of New York and Medicaid fraud happening in New York. We know that
80 billion is potentially the number that's associated with fraud in California.
So was this really just, okay, let me pivot to have something else to talk about?
No, no, no, no, no, no.
This isn't necessarily politically like the most brilliant move, right?
Because everybody gets nervous and you run the risk that you're going to have challenges
in the economy, et cetera.
I would say right now we're doing okay.
You know, gas prices are going to go up a little bit.
but remember that for every $10 a barrel increase in the price of oil,
you're looking at about 24 cents of an increase in the price of gasoline.
But one of the reasons why you're seeing oil prices spike right now
is because oil has to go through this area.
And I'm telling you, Donald Trump has just effectively saved us from what could be.
So this is the Strait of Hormuz, and we've talked about this before.
Basically, you got oil going through here.
If you can see it, it's what I outlined.
in yellow. That's my highlighting technique. So you've got 20% of the world's oil supply that's
going through the Strait of Hormuz right next to Iran. So Iran effectively kind of shuts it down
by saying, hey, we're going to make things really, really difficult and nobody's want to go
through this area because, well, you could lose your entire ship, right? Think about all those
pirates that could be attacking you there. So Trump just did something really interesting today.
This afternoon, he came out with a memo. I like how the memo,
are on two social, and so we all get to see the memos, right? Like, it's not just a memo to the Treasury
Secretary. No, no, it's a memo to everyone. He said, effective immediately, I have ordered the U.S.
Development Finance Corporation to provide at a very reasonable price, political risk insurance
and guarantees for the financial security of all maritime trade, especially energy traveling through
the Gulf. This will be available to all shipping lines, if necessary. The United States Navy
will begin escorting tankers through the Strait of Hermuz as soon as possible, no matter what
the United States will ensure the free flow of energy to the world.
The United States economic and military might is the greatest in the world.
More actions to come.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
President J. Trump, that's a pretty powerful thing that he just did there today.
Very, very powerful.
Because what does this tell you?
It tells you that it's not game over as far as the economy and the markets are concerned.
I mean, look, the market reacted, as they said, very positively.
today, we're very happy with our portfolios and my other company. 76 research. I produced the
Trish Regan show, but I also, together with my colleague and co-founder Rob Horton, who spent
decades on Wall Street, produced these three newsletters with stockpicks for you. I encourage you
to get them because we've had tremendous success. Look at this, 12 months, ending 228. We just
completed our monthly, so I'm doing my little victory lap, right? I might as well, right? Because,
hey, how often do you have your material stock up 139% people? Thank you very much.
Plus, the stock that we just added to two portfolios, actually, it's up better than 55% now since we added it.
So I do encourage you.
You know what?
You've got to invest for your future.
It's a big, important thing to do.
But continuing on here with what the president has done, promising cargo insurance is actually one way to really help control the concerns of these cargo ships getting taken over.
And, you know, they're not going to go through.
They're just not going to go through the Strait of Hormuz if they're at risk for being taken over.
And so this is a big deal.
On the flip side, he got a little aggressive with Spain today.
Spain, what are you thinking?
You know, it's such a nice place to travel.
What are they thinking?
They seem to be siding with the wrong players on this one.
I'll let the president say it.
But some of the European, like Spain has been terrible.
In fact, I told Scott to cut off all dealings with Spain.
Spain, first of all, it started when every European nation, at my request, paid 5%, which they should be doing.
And everybody was enthusiastic about it, Germany, everybody.
And Spain didn't do it.
And now Spain actually said that we can't use their bases.
And that's all right.
We could use their base if we want.
We could just fly in and use it.
Nobody's going to tell us not to use it.
But we don't have to.
But they were unfriendly.
And so I told him we don't want to.
Spain has absolutely nothing that we need other than great people.
They have great people, but they don't have great leadership.
And as you know, they were the only country that in NATO would not agree to go up to 5%.
I don't think they wouldn't agree to go up to anything.
They wanted to keep it at 2%.
And they don't pay the 2%.
So we're going to cut off all trade with Spain.
We don't want anything to do with Spain.
Pretty smart.
I mean, smart on the cargo front.
And smart on the Spain front, I'm looking at some of your comments.
Somebody writes, Spain is falling to the Islamists just like in the past.
Yes, it did have a very strong big, think about the Moors, right, that conquered Spain originally.
So there's a tradition of this affinity with Islam there in Spain.
I would also say that they have been very sympathetic to Palestine.
They have been very anti-Semitic throughout history.
But especially now, if you travel in Spain, you'll see this pretty clearly.
the anti-Semitism is pretty rampant.
And so here they are choosing to side, of course, with,
it's not a very good move.
I'm like, Spain, you know, what are you thinking?
It's just not a smart move,
but they are choosing to side with Iran,
effectively over the United States and over Western powers.
Not a good move.
You know what?
This is going in a very good direction for us,
in a very bad direction for all of our enemies,
because we have enormous capability.
If that's not clear right now,
just think about the advances in AI
and our military technology.
Think about companies like Palantir
and what they've been able to accomplish.
And what we're doing now,
the very precise, precision of these attacks,
where you're able to just go in
and get exactly who you want.
You don't have to send in a whole ground off.
I mean, even when we want to take out Obama,
forgive me.
Forgive me.
When we wanted to take out Osama bin Laden, it's been a long day.
When we wanted to take out Osama bin Laden, we did that by sending in ground troops.
And we don't need to do that now, okay?
We don't need to do that.
So this is a whole new day, a whole new era.
And I would just say, you know, if you're one of these little countries, good luck.
Cuba.
I do think he was taunting you the other day.
We're apparently in talks with Cuba.
And he said, you know, Cuba, you don't want to get taken over now, do you?
We might have to get taken over because we are the Western Hemisphere.
Monroe Doctrine lives on, okay?
Sorry.
Oh, Dr. Oz is looking into New York State.
Kathy Hokel.
Comramam Dami.
Letitia James, you better watch out, okay?
They're launching a giant fraud probe into the $124 billion Medicaid program that they believe has rampant
Fraud. Dr. Oz announcing this today, a huge probe into New York City's massive Medicaid program.
It's kind of amazing. I'm going to go to Dr. Oz. You're going to hear from him.
Suddenly everybody has become a hospice worker, home care worker. Well, again, Dr. Oz says it best. Watch.
The techniques that we're using in Minnesota can be applied in other states, but it's the fraud, however, that will drive that.
And so there are some states, I mentioned Florida. That's a red state where there's a big fraud problem in the southern part.
They're trying to get their arms around it.
We've sent a letter to Minnesota, which has a Republican senator.
We're very concerned about New York, where the single most prominent job in New York is a personal care service.
Retail is not the top job in New York anymore.
In California, there are more hospices, I believe, in Los Angeles County alone than the rest of the country.
So these are aberrancies that are hard for the states sometimes to see, but your first inclination, if you're the vice president and he's running a task force,
is to look at those areas and say,
how can you ignore that kind of a discrepancy,
especially when there's been a massive uptick
in some of these services in a short period of time?
Great. We'll take just one more question here, sir.
Pretty amazing, okay?
So Kathy Holk was got to get a little bit nervous right about now.
I imagine Memdami is too.
Oh, gosh, he wants to spend all kinds of money.
Well, I mean, look,
the problem we have with you guys spending all of our hard-earned money
is that it's going to.
to fraudsters, for goodness sakes.
Yeah, that's what we've discovered, $19 billion in the state of Minnesota,
possibly $80 billion in California.
You're talking about fraud in Ohio.
You're talking about fraud in Maine, fraud in New York,
fraud in Massachusetts.
Vescent is now running a program, a whistleblower program,
so that they all tattle on one another.
We will find out who's done this.
We are going to put in effect a whistleblower program,
and my sense is that the rats will turn on each,
other. It's like the scorpion. It's in their nature.
Ouch. So New York, get ready. Get ready for some probes. Ilhan's already dealing with them.
Ilhan Omar is under investigation. Well, I think they might want to consider her alliances
and allegiances and whether or not she's really loyal to the United States because I think we have every reason to be
concerned about possible traders within, but this may all relate back together because if they're
able to prove out that somehow the money that she was possibly allegedly getting for these
fraudsters via the $250 million feeding our future program, if any of that money was going back
to terror organizations, and that's what the thought is, right, because it was going through the
Hawala system and Hawala always takes its cut. The terror team always takes its cut. So
treasury is looking at how much of that was going overseas to these terror organizations. And if it turns
out the biggest funder of al-Shabaab, the terror organization in Somalia, is actually the Minnesota
taxpayer and the U.S. taxpayer. We're going to have some problems. And you know, Ilhan Omar, you're going to
have some problems. Because the question is whether or not you and Mr. Timmy are clean or not. I do
realize she thinks that somehow anytime we say any of this is just because of who she is in the color
of her skin. I'm here to tell her it's not. We don't tolerate fraud of any kind from any one,
period, end of story. And don't tell me that I can't do this story just because you are from
Somalia. I'm not having it. There is a lot of hate in this country for Muslims. There's a lot of
hate in this country for black people, especially black woman. And there is a lot of hate,
severe hate for immigrants. And so I fit them all.
Thank you. Is the audio back? Hope it wasn't gone too long.
Robbie Vincent, thank you for flagging that. Good. Uncandy says audio is fine. So glad we have it.
Anyway, look, Ilhan Omar, and I was saying something really good. I was like, I'm not having it
because she seems to think that just because of the color of her skin and because she's
Somalian that she's in a protected class. No, anybody who committed fraud, I'm sorry, you're not
in a protected class. And right now, if you came here and you were naturalized as an American
citizen and you committed fraud, you're definitely not in a protected class. In fact, Representative
Emmer is making it his business to make sure you get out of that protection and that you're denaturalized
and deported. We're expanding and clarifying existing law to include anyone who comes to this country
and defrauds the generosity of Americans and our government.
And in this case, you know, the feeding our future scandal is one of the many in Minnesota,
but that's the largest pandemic fraud case in the country.
It was $250 million.
Over 90 people were charged, and 85 of them are from the Somali community.
If you come to this country, and I understand that in Somalia, you've got to lie, cheat, and steal just to survive.
But if you come to this country and you continue to lie, cheat, and steal, you should not be allowed.
to maintain your citizenship.
You should be denaturalized and shipped back to where you came from.
And by the way, that would include marriage fraud.
Woo!
Thank you, Akandi, for updating me on the audio.
We apparently did not have an issue, so that's good to hear.
Anyway, whoa, right?
That would include marriage fraud.
So this is the third hubby that you're looking at on screen, Timmy Minet.
And, you know, I think that she's going to have problems with a few of these guys.
Number two, there may be some problems with.
number three, there may be some problems with, well, because he's got a lot of problems.
Okay, we're talking a lot of problems, including the fact that he got paid by his wife,
so darn much money as the campaign manager, $2.8 million during the 2020 campaign cycle.
That was after they got married.
You see, before they got married, she was a little bit cheap.
He only got $873,000 between 2018 and 2020.
Well, what do you know?
As soon as they were married, who-hoo, she's raking it in.
2.8 million. I mean, this is just wrong, guys. Like, it's just so flat out wrong. I can't even
begin to tell you how wrong it is. And they were looking into her on this last time around with
the Biden administration. New York Times did a big story on this recently saying, hey, you know
what? It all began under the Biden administration. They started examining her finances.
She's already been accused of money laundering now in the here and present by many people who
believe there were some funny stuff going on with feeding our future. And her husband's
venture capital firm. That really is not a venture capital firm. There's no way this thing is
venture capital firm. I was looking at it. And I know what a venture capital firm is. I was reading it.
And I've told you this before. If you just look at the website, here, we'll go to it.
Take a look at the website. He claims he's had $60 billion assets under management.
My, you know what, okay? Like, there's no way this guy has that much money under management.
That would make him one of the largest funds in the world, okay? Like, that's just not, that's not the
case. Here is his partnerships for global operators. Now, what do you think that is? Is that a partnership
with feeding our future?
That doesn't sound like a venture capital firm to me.
No, not at all.
And keep in mind, let me see if we can put this graphic on the screen
without totally covering my face.
If you're listening to the audio version, thank you.
But you should check out the full video version.
We're on Spotify and we are on YouTube every day.
Ilhan, under investigation, because you know what?
She may be possibly laundering money.
with her husband's help.
After all, as I said, he's got a sketchy past.
He apparently misrepresented himself to a wine investor.
He told the wine investor that the wine investor would make 200,000, 200% returns
on a $300,000 investment returns that never materialized.
By the way, anytime somebody says that, like look at it with such skepticism.
I mean, here I am saying, oh, you know, 76 research, we did, by the way.
And we are like legit.
And we actually publish our reports every single month.
And we're not invested.
We never take any of your money other than the fee that you pay for the research.
Okay.
But yeah, we did have a stock.
Oh, where is that?
Where is that?
Let me show you back on screen.
We did have a stock that was up 139%.
So here, I'm about to tell you, nobody can ever tell you they're going to make you 200%.
And I'm not going to promise you I'm ever going to make you that much.
But I am darn proud.
Okay, because Rob and I put a lot of effort into people.
picking these stocks. And so I'm like, woo, you know, we're up 139% with our top pick in
materials over the last 12 months. That's not bad. All of the portfolios are beating the
S&P quite handily this year. So again, go check them out at 76 portfolios or 76 research.com.
Anyway, I digress. Usually I'd like to tell you nobody should offer you. I will say this.
You know, you should not be giving somebody your money and expect a return like that.
I mean, that was really pretty aggressive marketing on Timmy Minet's part. I want to go
back to the graphic though, let's see. Okay, so we have this one. We were talking about the 200%
returns that never happened, and then he gets sued, and apparently they settled out of court,
but I just think it's interesting that he was constantly accused of fraud, both with the cannabis
company and then again with the wine company, it just strikes me that he may not be all on the
up and up. Because the fraud accusations, that's a big accusation, those things are just
lingering out there. And then, well, we found this. Forbes reported this. And actually, if you didn't
see my interview with Steve Forbes, that happened a couple of weeks ago. I encourage you to go back
and look at that episode because Steve was just terrific and he had a lot of really interesting things to
say. He's convinced. This is money laundering. Absolutely convinced. Anyway, this Rose Lake Inc.
It goes by Rose Lake Inc. It goes by Rose Lake Capital. This is the Hubby's company.
He said somehow they missed their $403,000 tax bill. They never,
paid. They're $403,000 in taxes. I mean, I don't know what kind of financial firm that is.
They're not registered with the SEC. I mean, and I also question her religious
conviction, given that she's married for the third time to a guy outside the faith
who runs a winery in name only, okay, because they're on a vineyards, and a cannabis
company. Ha-ha. Okay. He said,
The investors were really mad because they lost money in the cannabis venture with him.
You know, again, the ethics committee was investigating her back in the day because of the massive
payday. You don't pay your spouse that much money because then effectively you're paying yourself
that much money. How is she getting away with this, you guys? She can't. Like somebody's got to put
a stop to it, all right? And that's why we're not giving up on this. Right here, you know, this guy,
I have my suspicions about the two of them.
I will tell you this, of a private individual, look there on the screen, this is the law,
solicits funds, claims they can secure access approval or guarantees tied to a government program,
does not actually have lawful authority to do so.
That would constitute wire fraud, false pretenses, conspiracy to defraud the United States
if this is for a government program, and then it becomes even worse if that person has influence
over a member of Congress, someone like Ilhan, Omer,
If that person, Timmy Minet, has inside access, if that person, Timmy Minet has political connections to the likes of Ilhan Omar.
So, yeah, things are going to be looking kind of bad.
As the IRS and the Treasury Department look at the possibility of kickback schemes, money laundering, consulting fees, it aren't really consulting fees.
This could get ugly and she knows it.
And this is why she's shutting down when she's asked questions about it.
into your net worth, you and your husband's net worth.
They're claiming that it's risen rapidly.
What's your response to what they're saying?
Do you think they'll find anything in their investigation into your network?
Despite that, Omar denied being a millionaire earlier this year,
posting on X, quote, I barely have thousands, let alone millions.
House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer tells Fox News an investigation is underway, writing quote.
The committee is working on addressing ethics concerns regarding Representative Omar and her spouse, and we hope to have an update soon.
But Omar says she's being targeted.
Ever since I've gotten to Congress, they have been doing these sort of weird ethics investigations.
None of them have yielded anything because I have been as transparent.
as I can be.
I kind of would beg to differ.
I think that sometimes whether there's smoke, there's fire.
And the reason they keep doing these ethics investigations is because you're doing
some really sketchy, suss stuff like paying your husband, $2.8 million.
Nobody makes that kind of money.
I've told you this before.
Look, $4 million was like, whoo!
When they were talking about Joe Biden's campaign.
It was so astronomical that the New York Times did a giant front page piece on this.
Nobody could believe that he was being.
paid $4 million. You think a little teeny tiny congressional campaign out there in Minneapolis
is worth $3 million, which is effectively what she was paying him? No, no, no, no, no, no, no,
no, no, no, but she was paying herself, okay? Because she married the guy, so it's all in the
family, for goodness sakes. She's got to be out for that reason alone. She's not the only one.
AOC now being accused of being involved in some shady stuff yet again. I mean, there were the salsa
of dancing lessons, right? That was one sort of tip off. Well, now there's trips to Puerto Rico to go
hang out with Bad Bunny or at least see him perform for goodness sakes. Watch Newsmax reporting on it.
Here we go. Campaign spending nearly $50,000 in Puerto Rico on hotels, meals, and a venue
rental at the arena where she was seen dancing it up during a Bad Bunny concert. These newly
filed federal records show that AOC's campaign spent nearly $50,000 in Puerto Rico over just a few
months, fueling criticism, of course, of a lawmaker who has built her entire brand railing against
wealth, privilege, elites and excess. Now, federal Lerching Commission filing show for the
third quarter that AOC's campaign reported nearly 50 grand in spending in Puerto Rico just between
the months of June and September. The filings list.
high-end hotels, meals and catering, and event-related expenses paid for, all with campaign
funds.
It's amazing how these commies just like to live high on the hog, right?
They like to go and have a real good time and get a special box for themselves at a concert
and stay at really fancy hotels.
Jasmine Crockett comes to mind, too.
I believe she had quite a bill at the Ritz-Carlton.
Anyway, it's sort of astonishing because I don't know how you quite do that.
You must have one heck of an accountant, AOC.
And I don't know why your campaign people that are donating so you don't get a little bit annoyed,
especially all those little serfs there in Queens that are struggling to get by
and you're relying on their $10 donations and then you take it and you go stay at the fancy hotels
and go to bad bunny concerts, it gets worse.
The records also show about $23,000 spent on a venue rental in Puerto Rico, the same venue, in fact, that AOC was seen in a private suite at the Bat Bunny concert in August, a moment that went very, went rather viral online.
Now, the appearance coming the same month, she delivered a speech condemning gentrification in Puerto Rico, an economic inequality further intensifying criticism.
that her personal choices undercut her political message.
Now, under federal campaign finance law,
it's important that we do say this.
This spending is actually allowed.
Campaigns may legally use donor money for travel,
adding lodges, meals, event spaces,
as long as it's tied to political activity.
There is no cap on hotel or venue costs,
making this less about legality and more about credibility here.
Now, we have reached out to AOC for comment yet to hear back from her, but in a previously published statement,
her campaign manager said that she regularly travels to Puerto Rico to support local causes
and that the spending reflected legitimate campaign activity.
But for critics, this just reinforces what they see as a familiar pattern of a progressive lawmaker,
condemning excess.
But of course, this is what I just said.
I mean, you know, she's living high off the hog and then she expects all her little serfs out there in Queens
to support her doing this while she goes to the fancy bad bunny concert.
All in the name of the cause.
I'm telling you guys, like, we actually, we do have a problem.
The lefties have gotten out of control, and they've been defrauding us.
And I'm sorry, but if you're stupid enough to give to AOC's campaign, this is what you get.
She's going to live off of your hard work.
And this is why it's very dangerous to put these kinds of people
in more prominent positions, like a Mamdami getting into New York.
Listen, it never works. They try it over and over again all around the world.
The commies keep trying and trying and trying. Why? Because they're all obsessed with power.
Just look at what just went down in Minnesota with good old Timmy Walsh. He's the quasi-socialist
that said, yeah, sure, we'll give more money to this, that, and the other. All of a sudden,
you got 30,000, like a 30,000 uptick in the number of autism cases because they're all fake.
They're all fake because somebody else has, like, got their hand.
out. Uh-huh, yeah, thanks, I'll take that money. I mean, look, capitalism isn't perfect,
but it sure beats the alternative, and it guards against the reality of selfishness. We're human
beings, for goodness sakes. All right, we just can't be that naive and think that everybody's
going to be like, oh, Kumbaya, and like, I'm going to look out for my neighbor. I mean,
maybe the majority of people would, but you're going to have a handful that just don't.
And that's what we saw in Minnesota. So they have to crack down on that.
And AOC, you know what?
I hope she runs for president, for goodness sakes, because then it's four more years for us.
Thank you for watching everyone.
It's a very important time.
Remember to go check out my other company, as I said, 76 research.
We did see markets recover late in the session as investors were a little more courageous and got back in.
Of course, the president saying that he was going to promise insurance there for all of those cargo ships, a big part of that.
This is not going to be over tomorrow, but I don't anticipate a job.
giant regime change coming. I don't think he cares who's running the place as long as they
don't hate us, as long as they don't have nuclear weapons. And it sounds like they're not going
to get nuclear weapons. That's been taken off the table, at least for now. Thank you for being
here. We're going to be live again tomorrow. I will see you then.
