Oh, and Alina Haba, you know, who's over in New Jersey. Alina Haba is making the New Jersey governor's life suddenly very difficult, and she's sending a warning to everyone. We've got Doge that's on the case finding us $152 million. Forgive me. Billion. That would be with a B, ladies and gentlemen, billion dollars. savings from fraud and abuse. And we've got some good news for the actress Gina Carano. Remember her lawsuit with Disney? A great show today, a big show today.

She actually just filed yet again another lawsuit. We've been talking about lawsuit after lawsuit after lawsuit, right? And they keep getting struck down. I mean, the Supreme Court said, sorry, sorry, Tish. You know what?

All that money that you want to put towards DEI, this, that, and the other, that's not going to fly. She had joined with 21 other states in D.C. And was all worked up about that. The latest and greatest today, the new lawsuit that she's filing is about education. She said, you can't take our education funds away. And Donald Trump's like, oh, yeah? You know, maybe Tish, you should have thought of that before you started to go after me

for literally nothing to the tune of half a billion dollars, and that thing's still hanging out there. Don't get me started on the Court of Appeals. But we saw her the other day. She was melting down. This was right before the Supreme Court and said, you know what, Tish, no go here. It's okay for Donald Trump to take these funds. Well, she's going to do it again just at another angle with like these 15 states.

It seems like a few states wised up. Here she is with Rev Sharpton. moments before she got the bad news that she's about to get again. Again, I apologize. Listen, 57 years after the assassination of Dr. King, and Dr. King talked about that stone of hope, and it's that stone of hope that gives me a fire in my belly each and every morning. It's that stone of hope that allows me to wake up and to stand to Donald Trump

and to say, Donald Trump, I'm not afraid of you. It's that stone of hope. It's that stone of hope that gives me power, that's that stone of hope and the belief in each and every one of you to let you know that I'm not going to allow my ancestors, all of those who died for me to be in this position, I am not going to disgrace them and disappoint them. I am going to use the law both as a sword and as a shield and challenge Donald Trump. And each and every time he issues an executive and illegal executive order, I am going to stand up. to him because he represents to me sincere, ignorant, and conscientious stupidity. Really, because we all feel like that's exactly what you represent, Letitia James, bringing a case that never should have been brought.

And you're rabid, you're just going after him, after him, after him. She's so proud that she brought over 100 lawsuits last time around. Well, now she's doing the same thing again on steroids complete with the theater. You know, she thinks she's up there preaching. Okay, she's got the crowd going. She's all excited. Sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity. And so, DEI, as far as I am concerned, is more than about just black people.

Let's be honest. That's right. DEI is about paid parental leave. DEI is about disabled children. DEI calls a number, includes a number of categories. So when they talk about DEI, let them another. that they're not only coming after us, but they're coming after all of us.

And we've got to stand together, a stand in community, stand with this great organization under the leadership of our civil rights leader, Reverend Al Sharpton, who has been a light, a bright and shining light in the darkness. But I don't know about you. It's that stone of hope that inspires me each and every day. And listen, faith and fear can never share the same space.

And so I'm covered by, by the blood. And I'm not afraid of Donald Trump. You can come after me. But no enemy, nothing formed against me, will perish. Nothing formed against me. Nothing formed against me. Nothing formed against me.

I mean, it seems a little unhinged. Just a little bit unhinged. Oh, Rev's proud of her. Listen, this is a new lawsuit, OK? This is the brand new one that she's bringing, because the Department of Education said, you know what, we're not going to give you money. because you don't actually have priorities that are aligned with what the federal government believes in.

We actually think that your federal priorities are inherently discriminatory. So it's unbelievable. She's got a press release out. I'm going to share with you a quote. The Trump, I'm surprised you didn't get it in front of the cameras with this one today. The Trump administration's latest attack on our schools will hurt our most vulnerable students and make it harder for them to thrive. Cutting school systems access to vital resources that our students and our teachers rely on,

is an outrageous and illegal move as a proud graduate in New York City public schools or New York public schools are going to continue to use every tool at my disposal to fight for our schools and to make sure every children has access, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. I mean, it's the same thing she keeps saying over and over and over again in different ways. And what is she doing but wasting taxpayer dollars? She's out of money, right? She doesn't have any money for her state because she can't put it to the DEI programs and she can't put it to the education programs.

They had a certain amount of money that they were supposed to have spent, remember, because of COVID and everything, they made these allocations, and a lot of these school systems, they never spent the money. So Donald Trump's like, okay, thank you very much. I'll take that back. And by the way, your agenda does not fit with my agenda, and we have the federal purse power, so to speak, over this, and thus she finds herself up a creek without a paddle.

I would imagine that she's going to get the same result on this lawsuit that she got on the other lawsuit, though it's not going to stop her. Not only does this administration's new policy put people at risk, but it is plainly unconstitutional. The president does not get to decide which laws to enforce and for whom. When Congress dedicates funding for a program, the president cannot pull that funding on a whim. Later today, well, in this case, he's not actually pulling it on a whim, Letitia.

he's pulling it because your values are not aligned with, well, I don't know, the Constitution, when it comes to the DEI stuff, that's what he would argue. When it comes to immigration, again, that's what he would argue, because what does the federal government have the power to do? Patrol the border. So if Leticia is not going to comply with that, if she's going to say, no, no, we're going to hoard our criminals in Rikers Island and you can't have access to them, them, then she's going to find herself in a bit of trouble, right? They're so mad about this.

The idea somehow that you're not allowed to export anyone, you're not allowed to deport anyone who's done something wrong and here illegally to begin with. That's kind of like coming down to some sort of foundation issues. Like, that's a pretty big split. Even, dare I say, Whoopi Goldberg on the View was like, oh, I'm not against deporting criminals. I mean, if somebody's a criminal, but these guys are really taking a stand because anything that Donald Trump wants, they don't. Listen to Eric Holder, the former AG for Obama speaking about this issue on MSNBC. I mean, let's cut right through this. This is disgusting.

It's shameful. It's inconsistent with the rule of law. and it's also inconsistent with who we say we are as a nation. And every American citizen, every inhabitant of this country should be offended by what this administration is doing. But beyond that, every citizen in this country ought to be afraid. Because the reality is, if they are successful in doing this to immigrants, and now they're doing things against American citizens, as you talked about before, who criticized the president, it won't be too long.

And the president himself has said he had no objection. to taking convicted criminals and putting them in the same jail in El Salvador, there is a treadmill that we're potentially getting on here that could result in the erosion of rights for American citizens. Now, I'm not saying that's the only reason that we should be concerned about this. People who are in this country deserve the ability to go before courts and have courts make determinations about whether they can stay, whether they should leave, how they should be treated.

and this administration wants to take upon itself to the derogation of the ability of the courts and certainly of the legislative branch the ability to decide everything. This is how you get authoritarianism. This is remarkably similar to kind of what happened in Europe in the 30s. It's consistent with what we saw happen in Hungary and in Turkey in later days over the course of the last 10, 15, 20 years. And that's not a path that this country wants to go down. And I want people to understand this. If you don't stand up and fight now. If you don't take a position now, it's going to be too late. We can't say we can wait just a little longer. No, no, the time is now to stand up and do all that we can to fight this administration. Now. It's all about fighting, right? It's all about trying to gin up this sort of war, if you would, so that all common sense goes out the window.

And when I say common sense, if someone is here illegally and they've committed a crime, I'm sorry, Eric Holder, you're supposed to uphold the law, right? You were the former attorney general. And didn't you, by the way, because Obama, he deported a lot of people. But now suddenly, just because it's Donald Trump, anything he does is on the verge of authoritarianism. Guys, that doesn't make sense. You know, it's like the little boy who cried wolf. And like, after a while, you just kind of lose us there.

We've got breaking news right now. We have just learned that the court has ruled that Donald Trump can deport that Colombian, that Columbia University student, not Colombian, but Columbia University student, Kahil, Mahuma Kahil, who has been kind of a rabble-rouser, shall we say, to say the least, because they had to actually shut down classes and they had to actually shut down graduation. They're at Columbia University, and it's a movement that took off all over the country, and the administration's like, you know what? We don't really think that this is appropriate.

We think that if you are going to go out there and you're going to do this kind of, of stuff that is not in sync with what our foreign policy is in this particular case. He's accused of handing out propaganda about Hamas, well, then you're going to have a problem. You're definitely going to have a problem. And so this is what has just been announced in New York Times here reporting that Muhammad Mahmoud, forgive me, Cahil, who is a permanent resident here in the United States and had been a student at Columbia University, that he can, in fact, be deported and that the federal government has the right to do so. This is a big deal.

They're using a law from 1952, I should point out. We've talked about this before here on the show, but just to review, especially for anybody who's new, please make sure that you subscribe, join, like, all that stuff. This is Section 237A. You have an Immigration and Nationality Act in 1952 that says any alien who is engaged, or is engaged, or at any time after admission, engages in any activity that the Secretary of State has reasonable grounds to believe would be potentially seriously adverse, foreign policy consequences for the United States is deportable.

Okay? So there's the law. It came about back in 52 because they were concerned about communism. Right. So this is, like someone said to me the other day, and I think I've repeated it on the show, you know, the McCarthyism era was awful, and you were shutting down speech, and that's always wrong. But what McCarthy was onto, this surroghism. of hate to the United States that was coming from a global community and perpetrating itself

in here, and festering in here, he wasn't entirely wrong. I mean, granted, as an American, you're allowed to hate your country and burn the flag and all that stuff, I mean, not a great thing to do, but obviously you can because you have a First Amendment. But do you have the same kind of access to those rights if you're coming here from another country? And if you have, say, an allegiance to an organization that we have deemed a known terror organization. I don't think you do. I think it's pretty clear. Just look at the Section 237A of that law, 1952.

We have precedent for this. And this is what Marco Rubio said just about a week and a half ago. He came out and said, you know what? This is not okay. Like, nobody actually thinks this is okay. We revoked her visa. It's an F1 visa, I believe. We revoked it, and here's why.

And I'll say it again. I said it everywhere. Let me be abundantly clear. If you go apply for a visa right now, anywhere in the world, Let me just send this message out. If you apply for a visa to enter the United States and be a student, and you tell us that the reason why you're coming to the United States is not just because you want to write op-eds,

but because you want to participate in movements that are involved in doing things like vandalizing universities, harassing students, taking over buildings, creating a ruckus, we're not going to give you a visa. If you lie to us and get a visa and then enter the United States and with that visa participate in that sort of activity, we're going to take away your visa. And once you've lost your visa, You're no longer legally in the United States and we have a right like every country in the world has a right to remove you from our country.

So it's just that simple. I think it's crazy. I think it's stupid for any country in the world to welcome people into their country they're going to go to your universities as visitors. They're visitors and say, I'm going to your universities to start a riot. I'm going to your universities to take over a library and harass people. I don't care what movement you're involved in. Why would any country in the world allow people to come and disrupt? We gave you a visa to come and study and get a degree, not to become a social activist that tears up our university campuses.

And if we've given you a visa and then you decide to do that, we're going to take it away. I encourage every country to do that, by the way, because I think it's crazy to invite students into your country that are coming onto your campus and destabilizing it. We're just not going to have it. So we'll revoke your visa, and once your visa is revoked, you're illegally in the country and you have to leave. Every country in the world has a right to decide who comes in as a visitor and who doesn't. If you invite me into your home because you say, I want to come to your house for dinner, and I go to your house and I start putting mud on your couch and spray painting your kitchen, I bet you you're going to kick me out.

Well, we're going to do the same thing if you come into the United States as a visitor and create a ruckus for us. We don't want it. We don't want it in our country. Go back and do it in your country. But you're not going to do it in our country. I mean, I hear him, right? Like, what do you guys think?

Curious. I'm looking at your comments here in real time is we are live. We are live. But this is a big deal, right? Like this guy that they, the judge down in Louisiana said, no, no, no, no. Absolutely. There is a right to deport them. So now this is going to get escalated.

Apparently they can't do it just yet, although you never know, right? Like with this crowd, remember they had those criminals that were on the plane and route to El Salvador. And then you had the judge come through and say, no, no, no. And then you had all these questions about when did the plane leave and why didn't you turn it around? And they said, well, it had already touched down in El Salvador. door, so it was sort of game over, and people are all worked up about that. In terms of, again,

students that come here are people that have visas that are here, and now they're just kind of trying to agitate, I think that actually the State Department has a pretty wide birth in terms of being able to go after them and deport them. I mean, hey, you know, go back home and do that. You don't need to do it here. And that is what the judge decided. So, again, another huge victory for the Trump administration. I mean, it's like one after another after another. And this whole team on the lefts keep saying, oh, this is authoritarianism, this and not the other. No, guys, you know what? You were doing that. You are suggesting, it's like this weird psychop where they're gaslighting everybody to death. It's like, no, no, that's what you were doing.

Somehow, we're supposed to tolerate it. We're supposed to deal with the fact that classes get shut down because this guy from another country that wants to promote a Hamas agenda is creating an environment in which American students don't feel safe, that the university doesn't feel safe, and somehow that's bad of Trump to want him out of the country? I'm sorry. You know what? This is why he got elected. You guys are just so freaking stupid. Honestly, I mean, between that and the sports, I'm just blown away. But they're going to make a big stink about this. You heard Eric Holder, this is somehow the equivalent of Europe in the 1930s. They always go back to that. Europe in the 1930s, which really ticks me off because guess what?

Guess what? That is so insulting to all the people that lost their lives, whether it be members of our military, our allies, the millions of Jews that were massacred in that, for goodness sakes, that's where you go every single time. After a while it wears on people, which is why he was elected. And you know what? He'll continue to see that MAGA movement thrive, the more. you guys do it, which is why I think, you know, you start to see some acquiescing, maybe by the

left from Gretchen Whitmer there. That was weird in the Oval Office yesterday. Gretchen Whitmer, you know, Governor of Michigan, the one that just loved all those shutdowns and she, you know, was policing things so that you couldn't even go to your vacation home down the street there in Michigan. She wouldn't allow you out of the house. She is now maybe sort of kind of coming on board because, well, she's got manufacturing jobs that she needs to protect there in the state of Michigan. And then you have Gavin Newsom out in California who had Steve Bannon on his program recently. And oh, everybody's horrified by that. But I think what some people on the left are realizing is that Donald Trump has stolen their thunder because you can't just sit there and say,

no, no, no, no, to everything that he suggests when so much of what he suggests is actually just being normal and practical. But no, they want to have sanctions. cities and allow for criminals to stay. And by the way, you taxpayer dollars are going, your taxpayer dollars are going to support those criminals that are then in prison. It's so twisted and messed up. We've got new news on Alina Haba. Alina Hava. You remember her? Well, I'm Trump's attorneys. She's out there in New Jersey now, and she's got a gig there as the top prosecutor. And she's going after the governor, the governor, Phil Murphy, there in New Jersey as well as the AG, because she's saying, you know, you guys can't do this sanctuary thing.

it doesn't fly. It's against the law. So I guess we can hold you accountable. And you know what? That's going to fly in court, guys. That's not going to be a problem because Alina's right when she says, and she said today, anybody, anybody who gets in the way of President Trump's, I mean, you don't even have to, it doesn't even have to be Trump. It could be the federal government's efforts, right, just to take some of the sort of hostility and emotion out of this. Let's just say it's, the federal government period, who gets in the way these efforts to deport migrants will be charged for obstruction, for concealment. I will come after them hard. So there's a threat there from Alina. Don't forget Pam Bondi's going after Latisha James, there in the state of New York, as well as

Kathy Hochel. So same thing going on. They're in New Jersey with Alina going after Phil Murphy, the governor, as well as the AG there. I mean, these sanctuary states are going to have to get with program or else, by the way, you're going to be cut off too. No more money. No more money. Tom Homan on with my former colleague over at Fox Business this morning said it well. Sanctuary state governors, Tim Walts, J.B. Pritzker, Kathy Hokel, they've been called to testify in front of Congress that they're investigating, Congress is investigating sanctuary status for these places. When will we see an end to sanctuary status? Can't be soon enough. Because sanctuary cities or sanctuary for criminals.

Here's what people need to understand. Every time they reach a public safety threat, illegal handling public safety threat back in the community, it puts the community at great risk of crime. They like to say, well, we do this because we want victims and witnesses of a crime to feel safe to come to law enforcement without the field of work with ICE. That's just a bunch of malarkey.

Because the victim and witness of crime don't want the bad guy back in their neighborhood either. So help us make these communities safer. For instance, Chicago, when I went to Chicago, within two days we arrested, I think I was nine members of TDA, turned to Iowa. We arrested seven child sexual predators. We arrested two illegal aliens who committed murder. So we are trying to make the community safer, and sanctuary cities should be helping make their communities safer. We're not asking you be immigration officers.

We're asking you to do the job you're supposed to do. Your number of responsibilities protect your communities. Help ICE protect your communities. I mean, ICE is a job to do. Why are you going to get in the way of what the federal government has to do? Like, it's kind of an important thing, the borders. And they're there to help keep everybody safe. And yet you want to get in the way of this. It's really, really getting bizarre. I'm just saying. So Alina Haba is now making this her platform in the state of New Jersey. I told you guys the other day, as soon as she got this gig, I said, this is going to be really tough for the Dems because she's going to actually go after all of them that are effective. in the way, as much as she can on the state level, right? So she has to go after there,

the governor and the AG, that they're in the way of helping the federal government, not just helping. They're in the way. They're impeding the federal government from doing its job. And so these things are going to go all the way up through the court, and guess what the court is going to decide? They're going to decide that constitutionally, yes, the United States of America, the federal government has a right to make sure it knows who is in the country. And when you got criminals that we don't want to have in here, yes, the federal government has the ability to send them out. Reminder, subscribe, share, like, all that good stuff. This was unbelievable, Doge, finding $152 million.

Oh, and then there were all those Social Security numbers that were somehow being given to people who were migrants. That was weird, right? And it's kind of tied to what we're talking about here. Because you've got to say, why? Like, why? I get it that they just want to hate on Trump and that anything that Trump does is therefore wrong and bad. and we need to kind of do the opposite. But, but, like, at some point, is it about something else?

And you look at these numbers and you start to say, hmm, maybe it is. I mean, Elon Musk has suggested this. We know that the New York Times has reported, well, the case actually went all the way to court. They wanted 800,000 people that were in the state of New York here illegally to be able to, or non-citizens, I should say, to be able to vote in elections. So that got shot down, thank goodness, but you look at these social security numbers that were issued, and that's kind of a big uptick, don't you think, from 270,000 back in 2021, and then it's growing to nearly 600,000 in 22, nearly a million in 23, and then you get over 2 million, come 2024?

You know, of course, once you get a Social Security card, then you can vote, then you get access to lots of benefits, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera, and I keep saying, wait, do they mean taxpayer ID and they're like, no, no, these are social security numbers. So that's wild. Elon just last night, saying at the White House in one of the meetings there, the cabinet meetings, how diligent Doge has been about trying to find all this money for Americans. Thanks to your fantastic leadership, this amazing cabinet and the very talented Doge team, I'm excited to announce that we anticipate savings in FY26 from reduction of waste and fraud by $150 billion. And, uh, I mean, and some of it is just absurd, like people getting unemployment insurance who haven't been born yet.

I mean, I think anyone can appreciate whether, I mean, come on. That's just crazy. So, you know, some of these things, people ask me like, well, how are you going to find Waysing Ford in the government? I'm like, well, actually just go in any direction. That's how you find it. It's just, it's very common. It's, as a military would say, target-rich environment. So I think we're doing a lot of good in excellent collaboration with the cabinet to achieve these savings.

And it will actually result in better services for the American people and that we're going to be spending their tax dollars in a way that is sensible and fair and good. And your people are fantastic. In fact, hopefully they'll stay around for the long haul. I would like to keep as many as we can. They're great. Smart, sharp, right? finding things that nobody would have thought of.

Very computer savvy. Yes. You said there's a little bit of an olive branch there because Elon is allegedly going to be leaving at the end of May, but I think the president recognizes he's got a talent pool there, a really great talent pool in Doge, and they're able to go in and they're able to look at this massive mess. I mean, it's a colossal mess that is the federal government,

and they're able to find, well, 150. $62 billion. That's a big deal. We need more of that. This is also very interesting. I want to show you what the Labor Secretary was saying Elon's team had found for her, if you have to turn up the volume, do it because it's worth it. Let's watch it together. Unemployment insurance fraud. That trust needs to be whole for the American people. When we need it, we need it for who deserves it. That's not what we're seeing. And the numbers that we saw last night, again, exposed by our partners at Doge at the Department of Labor. Since 2020, over $400 million of payments have gone out already. And when you hear these numbers, apparently in the United States, we have almost 25,000 people who are over 115 years old, who are collecting $59 million that we have sent out to people.

Talk about fraudulent behavior. Mr. President, 28,000 people between 1 and 5 years old have collected fraudulent. payments at the tune of $254 million has gone out. And lastly, 10,000 people who have not been born yet, 15 years into the future, $69 million, and they haven't even been born yet. In one case, they will be born 129 years from now. The United States government sent them $41,000, and they're not born yet. So under the Department of Labor, those are the things that we're uncovering.

I couldn't be more honored to tell the American people that we're bringing back their and we're saving them and returning them to the United States Treasury. Wow. I mean, that's something, right? I mean, that's a big, big, big deal. Thank you, Constellation Pegasus. It's true. Donald Trump never ever sleeps.

I feel like I don't sleep since Donald Trump came back into office. You know, we always said this in the news business. We were like, oh, my gosh, because it's like constant, constant, constant. And he's just like a dynamo. I mean, this is completely different, right, than what we saw for the last four years. Completely different. It's amazing. And then Elon, finding all this stuff, you know, you heard what the Labor Secretary said,

he gave us some insight into this recently out in Wisconsin. I just want to remind you of this short clip where he kind of detailed some of this problem. And I'm telling you, guys, like, it should not, you shouldn't have so much as $1, let alone $152 billion, billion, forgive me, billion dollars that are going to, fraud, waste and abuse. One interesting statistic was that 40% of the calls into Social Security

were fraudulent, like meaning that it was someone trying to get a Social security payment that was going to a senior to go to a, instead to go to a fraud ring. So that was almost half of the phone calls were fraudulent.

Probably the other half were people asking, what happened to my Social Security? This is true, actually. Like, hey, where do my... This is bananas. Yeah, I mean, we found this, actually, the people there at Social Security News was going on, and they had been complaining about it for a long time,

and no one fixed it. Because, and these were most of criminal rings outside the country in other places in the world that are jamming up the phone systems, calling in, using just these six simple security questions, because you can actually, this was how crazy it was. You could change your direct deposit information

at Social Security by simply answering six questions on the phone like your mother's main name, your date of birth, et cetera. Like stuff you can find on the internet. Easily found on the dark web. That's why it was so easy. It was a huge, huge exportation, super open door. I mean, the bank fault was open,

and the criminals ran right in and took the money, and they took it away from our seniors. Right? So what happened is, like my dad's 84, he'd go get it, check to us from the bank count, wasn't there. Then he's got through a whole process

to get the money back in the government, which takes a long time. It's the government, right? So we put in a very simple 2FA system. All this nonsense you've seen in the media about, we turned off the phone lines that are not true. All we did, all they did, actually, we recommended it to Social Security that they put in a very simple

2FA system. And they will... It's two-factor authentication. They say, they've got to use the banks. Like, pretty simple. You have a bank count. You do this. And you know what?

They did it. They said, yeah, you're right. We should do that. They went and did it. Good for them. They did it. No one had the will to do it. They did it.

and they're going to keep increased security. We've got, we've gave them a lot more recommendations, and they're on the road. And they're going to keep doing it. And you know what? This is so important because you just can't have this kind of fraud going on, and somebody had to discover it, right? I think, I mean, you look at, this is a colossal mess.

And we saw some other things, right? Remember the PPP stuff and all that. It's not okay. It's not acceptable. But it still gets back to all of the, I'm struck by this number of social security, numbers that were given out. And if those aren't just employment identification numbers, if those are Social Security numbers, which is what they're saying, then I think, you know, that is indeed

pretty darn peculiar. There is such a desire. The left is so adamant. It has to have all the migrants here. It's fine with open borders. It's fine with people being here illegally. Think of what Joe Biden did. I mean, you had 250,000 people a month coming here, crossing illegally into the country. And so the estimates are just in the millions, 11 million plus. I mean, we've seen all kinds of numbers in terms of how many people came here. And Jasmine Crockett, you know, the Democrat congresswoman from Texas that just can't help herself. She just opens her mouth and just says something stupid, almost daily, almost daily. There's like always something to be talking about with this woman.

I mean, she's putting AOC to shame in the stupidity department, and we didn't think that is so easy to do. Anyway, Jasmine Crockett is out there saying, you know what? We have to have open borders. We have to have people here illegally. And you know why you're getting inflation now? Because we don't have enough of them. I just want to point out to her, you know what? We just got inflation reports. Oh, look at that. PPI. Way down. You've got no consumer inflation right now. I mean, it's like 2.4%. I mean, that's why people are saying, hey, maybe the Fed cuts rates and stuff. you kind of have no inflation, but that doesn't stop one crock it from saying this. Alphonse, good to see you.

So I am telling you that this is a failed thing, but we've got to do better to connect the dots and let people know the reason you can't afford a home is because of these failed immigration policies. The reason you're not going to be able to afford your food is because of these failed immigration policies. And the same can go for the hospitality industries where we have so many of those in the hospitality industry that are saying they do not have the workers that they need right now.

Come on, right? Come on. Unbelievable. This is who the Democrats are putting out as their next big thing. Somehow she thinks that inflation that actually doesn't exist right now because inflation has been dropping like a rock. And by the way, just take a look at oil prices. And, you know, we can get into the markets in a little bit.

But wow, Jasmine, somehow you think that because we don't have open borders right now, it's going to create more inflation. I do remember 9.1, 4% that we had at one point during Jobbine's administration, Consolation Pegasus, thank you for the generosity pointing out that, you know, that Musk, how Musk like Trump was loved before getting involved in anything conservative. And then he became an enemy in the state overnight, Tesla. vehicles were loved and now they're hated overnight. It's all too predictable. No kidding. It's unbelievable, right? All the lefties. They loved their Teslas. And now they're like, how do I get rid of these?

In fact, I know someone who knows someone who actually sold their Tesla back at a huge discount. Like they lost money on this deal with. They just couldn't possibly drive around to Tesla because, well, that was somehow suggesting that they may be sympathetic with Elon Musk. The left loved him. Like, freaking loved him. He was like, oh, you know, because he basically created the entire EV industry. He's a smart guy. When things started to really take a turn and you know they took a turn,

and he started to realize we were losing our First Amendment rights, when they took the president off Twitter, did they not? All while leaving the Ayatollah, because that was what the deep state wanted. They didn't like Trump. Obama didn't like Trump. He had all his peeps there. And he's like, okay, no, no, no more Trump. And so as soon as Elon came in and said, well, I'm going to play a role in this, they hated him. So it's a good point, Constellation Pugacist. It's a very, very, very good point. I'm just going to add that to the broadcast. I think it's

kind of hard to see. But you guys, you see what he's saying. It's nuts. I'll tell you this, though, the left, they are nuts. I mean, they're just furious over this voter ID act. So Donald Trump recently introduced this Safe Act for voter ID. Now, you've got to ask yourself, again, going back to the common sense issue, doesn't it seem like logical that when you go to vote, you should probably show an ID? I mean, like, you can't even get on Greyhound bus without showing an ID. So why is it that somehow this is considered racist or Jim Crow?

like, I mean, they've got all the things they're going to tell you in the world about how bad this is. It's like, no, no, no, guys, everybody has an ID, like everybody. But they're furious over this. How dare he, because they want the open borders because, well, don't kid yourself. They want, you know what they want. They want the ability to, in my estimation, rig elections because they think that everybody who comes in that they give free stuff to is going to then go out and vote for them. And with the ability to actually cut through the networks and the fancy publications like Time Magazine or the New York Times or any of these things,

with the ability to go straight to all of you, that's what makes a difference. So Hillary Clinton here is actually sending out a tweet that she doesn't allow people to respond to. Hillary's like, nope, you're not allowed to respond. That's really weird. She turned off all comments. I don't even think I know how to do that.

So if you make a comment, I'm going to see it, right? She tried to allege that any woman who had gotten married and changed her name would not be able to vote and would have to find her birth certificate. I mean, this is a new one. Are you a woman who changed your name when you got married? Congress is considering a bill that would make it much harder for you to vote. Call your rep. This is not a dream.

This is not a drill. Gosh, she sounds like Eric Holder, who we were just seeing earlier. You have to stand up to this. Well, they did pass it, right? And so this is ultimate fear-mongering. She is actually just dead wrong. I'm sorry. You know what? You get married. You change your name. You change your license. You change your credit cards. You change your passport. You change your documentation. So, I mean, unless you just got married yesterday and none of that has happened yet, you basically are fine. I'm not sure what she's talking about, but it's just more the same, right? Fear-mongering, fear-mongering. Here, the White House had to put this one out because the Save Act, they say, would prohibit, well, they were saying would prohibit married women or anyone who had

changed their name from voting. And they're like, no, no, no, no. You know what? Everybody should have an updated documentation of their citizenship. Everyone has that. And so I don't know what Hillary's really, I mean, we know what it is. It's fair mongering. It's why she had to turn off the reply. You couldn't actually reply to this because she didn't want to hear the truth. But they've been spinning this, you know what, forever. I want to go back to 2002. Schumer's saying, oh, no, we don't want ID. We don't want to, I mean, again, common sense, people, this is bizarre. He doesn't want ID. He didn't even want ID for first-time voters that were going to be voting by mail. Typically, you know, you have to go in, you register for voting, and you give them an

ID, if you're going to get an absentee ballot the first time you do it, Schumer's like, no to heck with that. It disenfranchises so many who aren't typical middle class Americans. And I would ask my colleagues to think about that. Not to say, me and my 20 best friends, we can vote easily. And the only reason we wouldn't want a photo ID is because we'd be committing fraud. You're right. That's not true of a poor person who doesn't have a car.

It doesn't have a phone, it doesn't own a home. It's not true of a disabled person who cannot drive, can't operate their own bank account. It's not true of an elderly person who has to have most of their things done for them by somebody else. And yet, our Constitution, not Chuck Schumer, not Ron Wyden, not Chris Dodd, says their right to vote is every bit as sacred as ours. That's what this bill seeks. Would the Senator New York yield for questions? Happy to yield to the Senator from Kentucky.

Would the Senator from New York think there would be hundreds of thousands of people, as I heard him say, who would not have one of the following? He keeps talking about a valid photo ID, but as I read the underlying bill and the provision put in by the Senator from Missouri, any one of the following would satisfy. We're only talking to first-time registrants here. That's all we're talking about. First time registrants by mail. Valid photo ID, utility bill, bank statement, government check, paycheck, or other government documents.

Oh, my gosh. How many people in America could there be who wouldn't have had one of those things? Gotten a welfare check, some kind of, I mean, who in America would not have had one of the things that the senator from Missouri insisted be part of the underlying bill? Okay, I would answer my good friend. Don't ask me. Ask the groups that represent them. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. You know what? I have to have more than that just to like get a Twitter account or get a Facebook account or like I said, if you want to take a Greyhound bust, you could be able to show some ID. I mean, this is unbelievable. We live a different day, okay? People have IDs. Trust me. You know what? They need some kind of proof of where they live

or whatever and you get a cell phone. I'm sorry. I'm tired of that argument because in this day and age, that argument makes no sense. And yet they're clinging to it. And they're clinging to it, ladies and gentlemen, why? Oh, I think we know why. Because they want non-citizens to be able to vote in elections. They want to make all of that possible with the thinking, oh, well, they're here. They're here. They're participating in our community.

They ought to have a voice. It's like, if I go to Mexico, do I get to vote in their elections? I mean, I'm going to Ireland this summer. Do I get to vote in their elections? No. Okay? No. And so there's just like no sense of common sense and it's really starting to get darn annoying, darn annoying, shall we say. They're furious about the safe act. It's something that we need.

There are a lot of things that we need. But thinking about how ridiculous they are, thinking about how crazy all of this is, it leads you to the reality that yes, Donald Trump needs to make sure that he has the right people in charge in his administration. because you have a lot of nut jobs that are willing to take him down. They just release the crossfire hurricane stuff. I'm going to get to that. But first, the Space Force Colonel way up in Greenland is out of a job. Because Susan Myers, the colonel in charge of this operation in Petufic.

Am I saying not right? Petufic Space Base in Greenland is all worked up that Donald Trump is talking about buying it. well, let's just face it. I realize the Danes don't like the idea, but it's kind of strategic. It would be good if we could actually have some security there, because it kind of runs interference, right, with China and Russia. And, well, I think even Greenland thinks that Denmark's not doing necessarily the best job looking after. Anyway, this woman sent out an email saying that, you know, she didn't agree. Here, I'll show you the email. So she actually said in this statement, the concerns of the U.S. administration discussed by Vice President Vance on Friday are not reflective

a petufic space base. And she said that over to the Danes as well. So she sends this out to everybody and then to the Danes. And I'm like, aren't you like part of the military? Isn't he the commander in chief? I mean, you kind of got a toll the line, right? You know, your boss says one thing you don't agree. Either go get another job or do what the boss says. I mean, this is so wild. This is so, wild. So she is done. She has been fired. She has been relieved of her duties because, well, the administration has lost. They said confidence in her ability to lead. Yeah, because she doesn't agree with what the commander-in-chief wants. Doesn't agree with the policy. Commanders are expected to adhere to the highest standards of conduct, especially as it relates to the remaining non-partisan

in the performance of their duties. Colonel Sean Lee has assumed command. So, she's out of Greenland and rightly so. I mean, this is just bonkers to me that anybody would do this and think about like how brazen they must be. If you know anything about the military, right? Think about how brazen you got to be to say, I am going to defy orders here and I am going to go and I am going to speak to another country as well as my people here and say that we don't agree with anything the administration is saying about the strategic importance of Greenland and the need to actually have it. Unbelievable. Well, you know, it got me. me thinking. And I think that this is in part when you, when you consider what went down, say,

with Signalgate and Mike Waltz saying, oh, I take the blame, because somehow he had a contact in his phone that happened to be Jeffrey Goldberg, who happens to be a super liberal reporter at the Atlantic magazine, very highly connected to Democrat circles. And somehow, some way, Mike Waltz winds up putting Jeffrey Goldberg on a chat, which was just bizarre because he said, I didn't even know Jeffrey Goldberg, and I didn't even know that I had him in the comments. contacts. Well, everybody's looking around saying, we're going to do an investigation. We're going to do an investigation. And people were like, Pete Hagseth has to go. Mike Waltz has to go. John Radcliffe has to go. Tulsi Gabbard has to go. And nobody's saying anything

about the guy who's the NSA director, Timothy Ha. Now, whether it's Haas's fault or not, he is the head of the NSA. He is head of cyber operations. And if you believe that this with some kind of hack, then, you know, I get it, right? You want to have your own people there. You want to have your own team. You got to have people that are actually on your side. And I'm not convinced, I'm really not convinced that he has enough of that. I mean, when you've got the commander up there in Greenland coming right out in an email, like there's an actual physical trace and saying, yeah, we don't agree with this policy at all, you've got some issues, right? So, you're going to have to shore this up. You're going to have to get a handle on this.

And you're going to have to make sure that the troops, so to speak, are actually aligned with what you believe in. Otherwise, you're going to keep running into problems over and over and over and over again. You know, they need to know who's actually there. And when someone exposes themselves like this, this is not free speech, ladies and gentlemen. You're working for the President of the United States, okay? Come on. Enough. So you don't have the right in that case to say, I'm going to do something different vis-a-vis policy. You absolutely do not.

You know, Laura Lumer brought this up. She's taken a lot of heat for this, but I want to just go to her. We've played this before, but it's important what she's saying. She's like, you've got to know who's there. You've got to vet people. And we need a lot more vetting. And for whatever reason, you know, everybody's doing this, that, or the other. She actually apparently went into the president and pointed out the lack of vetting

among some of these folks, I mean, including, in her opinion, the NSA was part of this because in her view, you had somebody who had been appointed by Biden, who was actually one of Millie's guys. And so why do you want that? It goes back to the simplicity of you need your own team, you need your own people. I just think that there needs to be more appreciation demonstrated to Trump loyalists because unfortunately, we do see a lot of gatekeeping in the GOP. And the thing that I harped on the most during the campaign season was, you know, the importance of vetting, vetting, vetting. We need to vet people so that we don't have the same nightmare that we saw happen in the first administration where people who are disloyal to president.

Yeah, I mean, she's not wrong. So this is actually something that's done in corporations, right? You make sure that you have your own team there. And in the case of Susan Myers, she's definitely not on the team. She's out there doing what she can behind the scenes to make sure that she's undermining whatever the administration's policy might be. That's not going to fly, just like it didn't fly with James. Danny. Remember him? He was the top FBI field agent in New York. He was the one who told everybody to dig in and to not reveal who was actually associated with the investigation into the president.

I mean, again, sort of like saying, we're going to just stand in the way of any orders or anything we're being asked to do. If Cash Patel or the president wants this information and you tell your underlings don't do it, I don't think you're going to have a future there. Not to mention. and they wouldn't get the Epstein files. Remember that? Over to Pam Bondi, and she was furious. And so he got fired, and then on Monday morning or whenever it was, she got all the files. Anyway, here's everybody just freaking out there in the New York field office. He got a bagpipe send-off in everything. An extraordinary scene outside of the New York FBI office in the last hour, assistant director in charge James Denehy, who was forced to resign under pressure this week,

left the building to cheers from hundreds of his colleagues and the sound of bagpipes. He was forced out after clashing with Donald Trump's Justice Department after the removal of senior FBI leaders and requests for the names of agents who worked on the January 6 cases. He told those gathered that he will be their, quote, best cheerleader on the outside. We'll be watching for that.

Another break for us. We'll be right back. I know a lot of people were upset that he didn't get fired because by retiring, he was given that optionality, he still keeps all his benefits. And they were saying, you know, this is somebody who really wasn't playing by the, but I would just go back to this. You're either with him or you're against him. And if you're against him, you probably shouldn't be in the gig. And I think he's got to figure that out.

I mean, you look around at the federal government, and there's all these Obama types. Obama came in, everybody loved him, everybody worshipped him. Really? I mean, he was the be-all end all. And somehow his legacy just persevered and continues, frankly, until today. I mean, you've got like a lot of Obama holdovers that are still highly connected within the administration. Today, I'll show you something funny, guys. Check this out.

How do you like this? This just happened today. Guess what? They replaced Obama's portrait with the very iconic photo of Donald Trump. in that fight, fight, fight moment there in Butler County, Pennsylvania. So Obama, you know what? I think the handwriting is quite literally, quite literally on the wall. And it's really, it's kind of symbolic when you think of it in a way.

But this is what's important right now. He's got to get rid of all these Obama holdovers and all these people that are actually, I mean, total libs that don't agree with his policy. And if you don't have people that are on your team, it's like, you know, any CEO, right, is going to do that. It's partly why I think it's really important the new information that we're learning right now in this moment. I have a busy weekend ahead, 700 pages, my gosh, of the Crossfire Hurricane documents. So these were just released. We told you the other day that they were going to be coming. Crossfire Hurricane was the operation that they ran to basically deliver that Russia,

Russia, Russia story with the fake dossier that Christopher Steele had assembled. And they, they were running this whole thing, this whole apparently like 20-some-odd people were being targeted on the Trump campaign, where they were trying to use different agencies around the world to target these people and to get information about the opposition, which was Donald Trump. So that kind of seems a little weird to me, right? You're using the federal government to basically pick up intel on the other campaign and you're doing it under this disguise. Well, maybe he's just an op for the Russians. Maybe he's a, he's a Menturian candidate. he was mad. I'll never forget that day when he found out that Carter Page had had his phone tapped. He was mad. And he knew a lot more about what was going on, but not everything, right? This is partly why he sued all these folks, Hillary Clinton and company. He was trying to get discovery.

He wanted the information. He didn't get that case through. They threw it out. And so he would have loved to have had that discovery. But now he's back in office. So guess what? He's got all the information. Now, this is all coming out, and we're going to learn exactly what went down. What I can tell you is basically Hillary Clinton's campaign hired the Perkinscoy law firm, which hired a company called Fusion GPS, which had investigative reporters. They went out and got Christopher Steele, who then went in turn and hired a whole bunch of people. Christopher Steele, who was an ex-British spy who used to have Russia as his beat. So he assembled this thing. It read like a piece of total garbage, like something you'd pick up in the Inquirer magazine, not like something that you might actually see circulated in the

Intel community, which was my first red flag. When I saw it, I was like, this doesn't even make any sense. But they like jinned it all up. And the next thing you know, somebody's signing off on a FISA warrant. It never bothered to do the background check to even see if the information was real. It turns out one of the guys that had a hand in contributing to this information that worked for steel was suspected of being a Russian spy. I mean, you can't get more convoluted than this one. Here's the news as it broke today. Todd, this report from substax sizing multiple unnamed sources claims the U.S. intelligence community asked foreign spy agencies to help spy on more than two dozen associates of Donald Trump in the run-up to the

2016 election. It reads in part, quote, President Barack Obama's CIA director, John Brennan, had identified 26 Trump associates for the five eyes to target. A source confirmed that the IC had identified them as people to bump or make contact with or manipulate. They were targets of our own IC and law enforcement, targets for collection and misinformation. Now, the Five Eyes nations are the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Here's one of the reporters, Michael Schellenberger, who spoke to Jesse Waters last night. If this binder contains what we have been told that it contains, which may include raw intelligence, information showing that the U.S. government, the CIA,

in the intelligence community of the U.S. government initiated the Russia collusion hoax, that it did not occur in the way that the official story, including the Durham investigation, had portrayed it, then that's extremely serious information. The report was released at the same time House Conservatives are preparing a bill that would reauthorize Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act that allows the government to collect communications from foreigners abroad. And today, the House Rules Committee is set to meet over that Pfizer reform bill, guys. Unbelievable. Unbelievable, right?

I mean, his girl, right? His gal. Hillary Clinton was supposed to win. Hillary Clinton with all her dirty entanglements and her lies. And, well, you know, this goes back to her. What do you think Crossfire Hurricane was? But her operation from her team being run by her law firm that worked for her campaign. Unbelievable. And Comey, Comey, he was so proud of the fact that he had sent out all these honey. We had George Poppidopoulos on the show the other day. He's like, I was a victim of three of these things.

Even on Ben Carson's campaign, they were coming after me. And I'm like, why Ben Carson? He said anybody that they thought could possibly win, they wanted Intel on. So the intel community was all over this. Why? Because they didn't want to turn over, have any kind of change in power. They had had Obama there for eight years. They liked it that way.

Here's Comey back in the day going on MSNBC to say, why you can't vote for Trump? Because he's going to go after me. Yeah, you better believe. leave. He's going after you and I hope he really, really goes after you because I really hope that we find out, like I said, I got 700 pages to read what is happening. You know what, Mandova, thank you for the generosity and I agree with you. I'm glad Biden's gone too. Here's coming. When you think about a second Trump administration, what do you think the implications would be for

the FBI? Oh, serious. For the Justice Department and the FBI, because Trump is coming for those institutions. He knows their power, and I think he has regrets that he didn't work hard enough to corrupt them last time. So he's coming for them, and that's a danger for all Americans. He's going to put people in positions in those organizations. He didn't have All-Stars the last time. He'll have the bottom of the barrel this time, but people who will want to do his will, and that should worry every American. This election matters because of a reason like that. People have to participate. You cannot sit on the sideline. I don't care how you feel about Joe Biden. must vote for him because the consequences on the other side are too severe.

Really? Really? That's why, because, well, you might wind up in a whole lot of trouble, Mr. Comey, right? Because if it turns out this thing has all your fingerprints on it, like we suspect it might, then you're going to be in a lot of trouble. So again, 700 pages. So we do have a lot of reading to do. it here. They were running a whole operation, a whole operation to figure out what the other side was doing, the other campaign was doing. I don't think this was about whether or not they believed someone was a threat to America and a Russian plant. No, and they made the whole thing up. That's one of the things that we learned, right, from the Mueller report, was that the whole thing was made up. I suspected it from the beginning. I'll tell you, I got good instincts. I really do.

So I trust them. I trust them. I trust them when it comes to investing, too. 76 research. We'll talk about that later. but I'll tell you this, Trump needs his own people. He needs his own people there. He's got to actually do this vetting. I get it. You know, maybe the NSA guy was great. I don't know, but something happened under his watch. And he was in charge of cybersecurity and look what happened with that signal gate chat.

So I just go back to you need the right people that you believe have your back. Because you've got to believe in them as much as them believing in you. I mean, it's a two-way street, right? And this again, I'll just go back to business, a good CEO. Make sure that you're not. You know, he or she has his or her people around him. And that's just how it is. You know what? Bob Iger, great example. Over at Disney, Disney, which is struggling. I mean, think about when Bob Chapick came in and poor Bob Chapic, he didn't have his team. He had all IGERS people. Iger apparently still kept an office right there in the building, was entertaining people having lunches, board meetings, this, that, and the other. He never got a chance to actually run it himself.

So it was like, remember Obama getting a house down the street from the White House? After Trump came in and like Obama's still running the show, you can't have that. You can't have that. You've got to have your own people in there that you trust. Speaking of Bob Agar, oh, Disney is in a tough new spot. Gina Corona, you remember her, right? The actress that got ousted from Disney, they ruined her career because, well, she put out some tweets that they didn't agree with around the time of March 2020.

She used to have a role in The Mandalorian. so she's an MMA fighter. She's like really, really talented woman, but she had some values that did not, say, align with where the Disney company was back then when they were all about DEI and ESG and this, that, and the other, and masks and vaccines and COVID and lockdowns. And so she made the fatal error of also refusing to acknowledge pronouns. And she talked about it, actually on Fox back when Tucker was still there.

Let's listen in. when I wouldn't hashtag trans rights and I wouldn't put my pronouns in, like they kept on it pressuring. And finally, I just said, I'm not, I'm not doing this. You know, like, I'm not, like, what are the pronouns? I didn't even know what people were talking about. I was just not clued in to the pronouns thing,

which apparently, that's been happening for like, like seven, eight years now, right? But no one has ever explained its purpose, what, I mean, I didn't know. You're just supposed to know. Yeah. And if you don't know, you're a bigot. Yeah.

Well, then I put B. Bop boop in my... Beep bot boop. Yeah. So that, if I'm translating, that just means middle finger to you, right? Well, that just meant I can put anything I want in my bio. I can do whatever I want. That's all that was.

Because you thought it was a free country. Yeah, because I thought it was a... Yeah, right. Just trying to follow your train of reasoning here. Yeah, I just... You can put anything in your bio that you want, and the whole, you know, meltdown that that caused was just, I mean... And then, you know.

In a bad way or are people impressed? No. I mean, it's cool now. But while I was, this was, mind you, this was like one and a year and a half ago. So this was like, I was speaking out about lockdowns, mass vaccinations and pronouns way before anybody was even like saying a word about it. And so I was a little bit ahead. And you couldn't. But you know what?

She sued. She sued. And she just got at least an incremental win here in her big lawsuit against Disney after they, like, destroyed her career. because she's saying, look, she had a right to her own political opinions and that she couldn't, I mean, she's not like the colonel up in Greenland who's saying, I disagree with my commander-in-chief. She's an independent person, and she's like, I'm protected in California to have my independent view on things. You can't actually fire me for that on top of it. Apparently, they weren't paying her the same as the guys or something like that. They're trying to get discovery and information on this. And you know what? Disney wouldn't turn it over. They wouldn't turn over actor pay records to her and her attorney. So now the court just came out and said, guess what, Disney, you got 20 days. You got to do this. And her lawyer is saying this about it.

While the court's order did not give Gina access to everything she was looking for, it made clear we can seek further evidence on actor compensation if our expert concludes such evidence is still necessary. After we review what Disney produces in response to this order, the court also required Disney to move quickly, giving them 20 days. So this is a good thing. This is an incremental win. It's actually a big win.

It's a big win for her because this case gets to live another day. Don't forget Elon's with her on this. She actually thanked him on X today because Elon is the one that's been funding her lawyer. He said, listen, I'm with you. You can take this on. I mean, he does not like Disney, right? Don't forget the history here. Do you remember back when, oh, this would have been about a year and a half ago or so,

or maybe it was two years now? When did he buy Twitter and make it X? Shortly after it became X, He was at a CNBC New York Times conference, and he told Bob Iger off to his face because Disney had said, you know what, we're not going to advertise anymore with X, you know, because we're all about the deep state, I guess, controlling X. And now that Elon had it, to one of the viewers, you were saying this earlier, you know, the left used to love him until all of a sudden he represented a threat. Elon represented a threat to the system. Bob Eager said we're pulling our Disney advertising. Everybody pulled their money, and you know what, Elon wasn't having it.

Let's go back to that moment. It was great. There's advertisers leaving. We talked to Bob Eager today. I hope they stop. You hope? Don't advertise. You don't want them to advertise? No. What do you mean? If somebody's going to try to blackmail me with advertising, blackmail me with money, go fuck yourself.

But go f*** yourself. Is that clear? I hope it is. Hey, Bob. You're in the audience. Well, let me ask you then. That's how I feel. That's how I feel.

Well, you know what I like about Elon? He always tells us how he feels. So he's got to be happy today, happy for Gina. She's obviously really, really happy. Again, this still needs to keep moving forward. I mean, she's only asking, I think, for like $75,000 in damages. So that's like sort of nothing. But we might find out a whole lot more once we realize how much everybody else was making.

Disney really doesn't. like that. I wonder if they're even going to try and settle. They may try and settle because they don't want to have to reveal the pay scale and the differentiation there. And, you know, that could be more problematic. So this is a really, really good thing for her. And I applaud her and wish her lots of success. Disney, not so much. Welcome home. Thank you so much. That's so wonderful. So this American Russian ballerina, Cassania, Carolina, forgive me if I said that wrong, she's back home. So she had gone over to Russia on a vacation. She had apparently contributed $51 to a Ukraine charity, and they discovered that, and they found her, and they held her for, like, a while, like a couple of years.

Biden was not able to get her out. I don't even know if he tried. It was kind of a crazy story. And maybe it worked for Biden's agenda in some way, right? Because he could say, oh, see how terrible. See how terrible Putin is. And anyway, it was a priority to Trump of Trump's to get her out of there. And sure enough, he did. So it's wonderful. She's back home. She's so happy. She's reunited with her husband and her family. And I just wonder if this actually creates a little bit of a thaw in terms of the negotiations that are going on vis-a-vis Russia and Ukraine and Europe because you see what he tweeted out. He put this on truth. And then it was also on Twitter. Russia has to get moving. Too many people are dying thousands a week in a terrible

and senseless war, a war that never should have happened and wouldn't have happened if I had been president. I mean, that's actually really true. I think he would have found a way to have diplomatically managed that. Because it's just, it's really, it's actually a tragedy what's going on there. Anyway, his envoy was over in Russia today meeting with none other than Vladimir Putin. The Kremlin put this one out. Anyway, this is Steve Witkoff there in Russia. Let's just take a look.

You can see he's waiting for Putin and Putin comes out and says hello, they shake hands. And this is a good, it's a good photo up, it's a good opportunity. we have the American ballerina, you know, back here at home, that's a good sign. These guys are talking. And you know what? Talking's important because we want this whole ordeal to end. Do we not? Do we not? I mean, I think we do. Does Europe? I don't know. I mean, and that actually begs the question of where Europe is in all of this, because I suspect there's more fragility than you would believe with the EU. We saw it tested with the European debt crisis after 2008. You know, They weren't so happy because the Germans had all this money and the Greeks, they weren't paying their taxes, and it just looked like a mess.

And I always said, I don't understand this. You have that many different countries with that many different languages. And they're all committing to the same structure, financial structure with the euro, the same currency. But you don't have like an Alexander Hamilton that's really and truly uniting them as a nation, right? We are the United States of America, even though it doesn't feel like it sometimes, even though you get your lefties, that are constantly suing the Trump administration because they want to be able to keep the criminals here and open the borders, go figure.

I mean, at least, you know, we are supposed to be one. Europe is really not. And so that becomes a very, I think, precarious thing when you're tested on issues like trade. And they are being tested on issues like trade. Very interestingly, Georgia Maloney, who's the prime minister of Italy, and she seems to have a little bit more, dare I say,

in common with, well, Elon Musk and Donald Trump and seems to be, well, she's more of a conservative. If you can be a conservative in Europe, Italy's got one. So she's coming here next week to help negotiate a trade deal. Theoretically on behalf of Europe, but some people are like, gosh, is Georgia Maloney going to negotiate something else for Italy? So Italy comes out on top.

I mean, there's going to be a lot of speculation, again, because I think that people wonder whether or not the EU is as fragile as we think. I was amazed shortly after we announced that we were going to put more tests. Don't forget, if you go through how that went down with China, it was like, okay, we're going to put 67%. And then they came back with, let me see if I have these numbers, right, maybe like 34%. And then we came back with 104%. They came back with 84%. And we came back with 145%. We come back with that. And what happens? Europe runs and kisses up to China. They're like, we love you China. We love you China. I'm like, oh, really, guys? I mean, didn't we spend like a ton of money?

We spent a lot of money. You know how much money it would cost if Europe has to defend itself against Russia? Minimum 250 euros. And that would be like three and a half percent of GDP. So that's not going to be so pretty for Europe. But look, they don't care. They don't remember. You had Ursula von der Leyen out there in Brussels saying that they were going to hold a big deal like EU China summit. Diplomatic relations between EU and China were going to be great because they were going to promote all these high-level dialogues about green energy. I'm sorry. Like, it just makes me laugh because they're so delusional on this stuff. Anyway, they kind of sort of tip. their hand, if you would, at that moment in time. It's like, hey, who needs enemies in China

when you have friends in Brussels, right? I mean, come on, guys, we matter that. We matter to China. We're like $500 billion. Actually, this number's updated. I'll give you more updated numbers. It's like $580 billion that we're worth to China, which is a lot more. Well, it might be almost, you know, the EU is catching up in terms of its consumer abilities, but we're still the number one and by country, we're certainly, certainly number one. So new questions now about what happens if, in fact, the 90 days come and go, and we haven't reached enough agreements, certainly with biggies like, you know, important blocks like the EU or others. Here's what Donald Trump said on it, very transparently in a press conference yesterday.

If you aren't able to reach the deals that you want to see at the end of the 90 days, will you put those higher tariffs in place or will you extend the pause? I mean, if we can't make the deal that we want to make or we have to make or that's good for both parties, it's got to be good for both parties. And then we go back to where we were. Go back to the numbers that you announced last week. You wouldn't extend the pause? No. We'll have to see what happens at that time.

Thank you, Mr. President. So we'll see what happens at that time. I would say this. He's very flexible. He remains flexible. I mean, the market went up today. The market's going to go up. The market's going to go down.

is in a little bit of danger from an economic perspective, put the tariffs aside for a second, because of the Republicans not being fully united. Now, they got that budget resolution thing through the other day, so now they can start getting down to brass tax and come forward with the tax plan, right? They want to basically have an extension of the Donald Trump tax cuts. And that seems to be increasingly in jeopardy.

And I've been hearing this since, like, January, And I'm like, I don't get it. Like, he was elected. Like, why would anybody not want these tax cuts? And I called my buddy, um, Ken, Kent, forgive me over at AFP and I have a wonderful partnership with those guys. And I said, you know, what do you think about this? And he's all about this because they're working aggressively to make sure that those

tax cuts do stay in place. I want to share with you what he had to say. Bringing into the conversation, my friend Kent Strang, he is the managing director for federal priorities at AFP. Kent, it's good to see you again. Trish, thanks for having me. I appreciate it. Good to be back. Yeah, well, I'm like, you're perfect today because we get a tax day coming up right around the corner and everybody's like, oh my gosh, you know, my taxes again. I guess the reality is, you know what? It could be worse and it may be worse because as I understand this, yes,

they got through the budget resolution. That's one part of the puzzle. But now the real work begins and what disturbs me and I think really disturbs you. And you can explain. is that there are a lot of Republicans out there, say rogue Republicans that are actually not for renewing the Donald Trump tax cuts, which were such an enormous success for our economy. I mean, why would we get rid of them? We have him back in office. Well, tax day is coming up. And if Congress fails to extend tax cuts, it will result in a $4 trillion tax hike over the next decade. And a lot of those key pro-growth provisions that were in the 2017 tax cuts and jobs act would go away, the doubling of the standard

deduction, and those sort of priorities and saved the average American family $1,500 on their taxes. He's in the Oval Office. The Republicans have the House. Like, I'm sort of dismayed. I heard about this a couple of months ago. It might have been through you, Kent. And I was like, really? Because I'm pretty sure the American people voted for tax cuts. I don't understand how this gets gummed up. I mean, you know it better than me, but what's in the way of this? Well, this one big, beautiful bill really is President Trump's agenda on the line as as we get ahead of midterms. And so that's 100% right. We elected Republicans to cut spending, to deliver lower taxes, to secure a border, and a lot of that is going to be in this package.

But because of the slim margins in the House and even in the Senate, this could get gumbed up if a few members decide that they want a pet project in it or if they want a specific way that it needs to be paid for. And so what we really need to do is continue to drive to the American people that we need to deliver on the promises of lower taxes. And Republicans can do that now. Yeah, I hear you. Are there any particular Republicans that you're really worried about? Maybe you don't want to name names. I don't know.

I mean, I know this is a process. And by the way, I encourage people if you want to get involved with this process, you can go to Protect Prosperity. I know you guys have tons of events coming up. And protectprosperity.com. It just gives you a chance to be part of this grassroots effort, which is so important, like so, so, important because you want to make sure that your member of Congress

is not doing something funky and not planning to stop what's going on. But what's your thought on Mike Johnson, whether he can corral some of these guys? And who might you be worried about? I've been so impressed with Speaker Johnson so far. people have counted him out many times on being able to get slim margins in the house. And he comes through time and time again. And what we want to see is they start crafting this language is to bring in pro-growth tax cuts because the market and families and businesses need certainty. And

passing tax cuts now will result in more certainty because we know what's coming ahead of us. And we don't have that looming tax hike if these provisions expire if they get it done. The other reason to get it done quickly is to show the American people that tax cuts work. And ahead of midterms, Republicans need to show that to the American people that these provide pro-growth. They help small businesses. They help small families. Tax cuts are good for the economy. So with that in mind, and obviously the elephant in the room right now is China and

tariffs and trade negotiations, people are worried that prices will go up on stuff because you've got these tariffs, which kind of act like a tax. Could this help negate some of that effect? I believe so. I think we need to take a beat on the tariffs and see how this plays out. I know they're paused right now. But yes, this is absolutely a way to bring stability to markets, to families. Again, deliver those pro-growth tax cuts because that's what Americans need. And the American people elected President Trump and members of the House, remember the Senate to lower prices. Remember, just in our rearview mirror is Bidenomics, which made everything more expensive. Bidenomics cost the average American family $11,400 more just to maintain their lifestyle.

And so this is Republicans' opportunity to make good on their promises and lead by delivering tax cuts for the American people. Well, I've seen some of the inflation data, and that's been impressive to me. We got CPI out just yesterday. And what you saw was a 2.4% increase, which was less than what was expected, which was 2.6% and less than we had seen, which was 2.8% the month before. But it's been coming down. And I look at oil prices today, and they've certainly been coming down. Maybe not for the right reasons.

And everybody's like, oh, my gosh, are we heading towards recession? But listen, if you're heading towards recession, seems to me you want the tax cuts. Absolutely. We need the tax cuts. and also that abundance and energy. Again, a failure of the Biden administration was out of control regulations where President Trump and his EPA are looking at ways to deliver abundance in American energy. That's a great resource for us, reliable energy that helps prices go down.

And we need the White House and Congress to deliver on those promises. Realistically, now that that budget resolution has passed, now it's time for the real language of the bill to come in. And I would love to see it tomorrow. I would love to, I think maybe more realistically, we could be looking at Independence Day or as late as August recess for the House. Okay. But the idea being you want to be enough ahead of midterms, given that, once again, I'll just make it really simple.

Americans elected Trump because they believed in his economic policy. They didn't buy binomics. And this is a big component of it. this was his signature thing, lower taxes for everyone. If that doesn't get through, I think it's going to be really problematic for, you know, well, for a variety of reasons. I agree. You have to pass it early, which will give Republicans enough time to show the good that it does,

to give the certainty to businesses, show the American families that they're fighting for lower taxes, fighting for lower prices, deliver it early. we were going to stand with Mike Johnson to do that. Ahead of Tax Day at Americans for Prosperity, we just launched a seven-figure ad buy ahead of tax day to encourage members of Congress to pass these tax cuts, to deliver on the promises they made the American. Okay. So look, I mean, you heard Ken,

he was making a pretty valid point there. You had binomics costing because of terrible policies, the average American family 11,400. I know the Democrats are all over this tariff. saying, they say, oh, this is going to lead to inflation, et cetera, et cetera. Listen, I think everybody needs to take a deep breath. What we saw the other day was the president pivot. We talked about this at 76 research.

It looked like the bond markets were getting really, really, really, really stressed. And I think basically he was willing to say, okay, let's do a 90-day hold because I don't need to scare the live-in daylights, right, out of everyone and out of the market. That's not the goal here. The goal is to actually, probably, if you really think about it, Thank you so much, STS, regarding terrorist Trump is not playing any form of chess. It's a high-stakes poker. Remember poker is where you just, you don't just play your cards.

You play the other people at the table. Like, look, look, if you, I don't disagree with you. And I actually think what's incredible about what we saw with the whole tariff thing was the EU move to totally kiss up to China, right? Then they're like, okay, we'll do a China EU summit for green energy. I'm like, well, that tells us a lot. It tells us a lot about you. There are things that can be massaged here. Look, we need to do what we can to protect American jobs and American workers in high-tech manufacturing. But there's also just the reality that, you know, when you look at trade

deficits, you also have to look at the capital account. So in other words, you know, Switzerland's great example. They actually don't charge us any tariffs, zero. And we stuck like a 30-some-odd percent tariff on them because we do have a trade deficit because apparently we buy lots of Swiss watches or who knows what, Swiss chocolate. But you know what they do with those dollars when they get them? They reinvest them in the United States. And so our capital account, if you look and compare, that's where it zeroes out. So they're sending a lot of dollars back here. And that's why it's sophisticated stuff. Scott Besant gets it. He's a sophisticated financier. And he's now sort of taken the bull by the horns, if you would, because it seemed like Peter DeVarrow had a lot

to do with everything. Nothing against Peter, you know, but I think that it's good to have the smartest people in the room always there. Buddy, thank you so much for the generosity.
