Starting point is 00:00:01 Who's ready for some fireworks? Because that's what we're getting, okay? Serious, serious fireworks. We're looking at a giant purge that's coming, and it's going to involve, I suspect, a lot of people within the Intel departments, I also suspect we're going to learn a lot about what Russia, Iran, China,
Starting point is 00:00:21 and even Venezuela, their name has been thrown about into the mix, what they may, may not have done vis-a-vis trying to interfere in our political process, and all of that is coming this week. It all happens as, of course, we are witnessing the confirmation hearings of two biggies. We're talking about Jay Clayton, who's taking over for Bill Pulte and Tulsi Gabbard.
Starting point is 00:00:43 And guys, I get a lot to say on him. He's the real deal. What did I say? We need like a real attorney, like a real attorney from like a real place, like Sullivan and Cromwell. What do you know? We're getting a guy from Sullivan and Cromwell.
Starting point is 00:00:53 So we got him going in to run DNI. And then you've got Todd Blanche getting confirmed at DOJ. So we are rolling up our sleeves here. This president means business and Washington is terrified. Welcome to the show. Make sure you subscribe, share, like all that stuff. And wow, Washington preparing here for a massive Intel purge. They're anticipating that there's going to be some arrests here too, okay?
Starting point is 00:01:17 And I think that maybe Jack Smith might be on the short list. Yeah, yeah. Comey might also be on that short list. I mean, I'm just going on a limb here. but the president says, we're going to have a lot coming. By Thursday, the big reveal, it's a prime time address. Let me go to his preview of this. It's really big news.
Starting point is 00:01:41 It's really, really big news. And our country has to shape up. But what we're going to be talking about Thursday is it doesn't get bigger because without free and fair elections, you don't have a country. We'll be discussing other things, too. But it's going to be a very big announcement. Big announcement indeed. Again, think about China, think about Russia, think about Iran, think about Cuba.
Starting point is 00:02:08 Oh, didn't we just have a little thing, a little shindig going on in Cuba with Ilhan Omar's daughter, right? She went down there along with that streamer guy on Twitch, Hassan Piker. I know you don't watch him. Maybe you've occasionally seen one of his sound bites here on this show. I watch so you don't have to, right? Well, he kind of seems to be in bed. with anybody who's not American. Okay, just not American.
Starting point is 00:02:33 So he was down there and Code Pink was down there and he got that Neville Singman who has been reported. Oh, not just by the right, but actually by the Daily Beast and the New York Times and all these left-wing media organizations. They've also reported out on him saying he is basically a gigantic Chinese spy and he seems to be paying a lot of money
Starting point is 00:02:53 and a lot of attention to some of these people on the other side of the aisle. Yeah, you know, there's a lot of. of parties now, socialism, right, suddenly gaining some steam. What do you think that's about? It's about some people being paid. Yeah, I mean, it happens. I'm sorry, some people being paid to do some things to try and influence public opinion. You know, for years, think about it, our CIA did this. All over the world, they were trying to influence opinion because you'd much rather influence opinion than fight wars. Well, that's what other countries have decided to do here.
Starting point is 00:03:26 that's what they're doing here and this is what I think is probably going to be exposed. I mean, we'll see. But again, some biggies to think about this is already out in the public domain. You've got Russia, you've got Iran, you've got China. China allegedly said, yeah, we were thinking about doing it, but we didn't do it. Well, did you have to? I mean, you had TikTok. And I can tell you from personal experience that up until recently, it was very clear what their biases were on TikTok.
Starting point is 00:03:54 And let's just say anything that was very anti-American would go, woo, skyrocket. You'd get millions of views on that little puppy. And anything that seems a little more patriotic, forget about it. You might even get hit or slapped with some kind of infraction. Every time I stopped checking my account because every time I turned around, it was like red, red, red, red, red, red, red, red, red, red, red, red, red, red, red, and I'm like, really? You're offended by that?
Starting point is 00:04:15 Oh, China was offended, but maybe it was because they were trying to push a certain narrative. So if you ask me, that was their way of interfering. You had Iran doing whatever Iran is still trying to do. Good luck with that Iran. But, you know, they get people like, I don't know, Hassan Piker in their back pocket. They got Ilhan Omar's daughter out there doing her fair share. They've got, you know, they get MSNBC.
Starting point is 00:04:38 Heck, just saying, right? Russia, Russia. Well, I think they actually like the MAGA movement, believe it or not, because I think they like that the president is actually saying, hey, maybe we're not going to fortify NATO anymore. So, you know, you might actually get a mixed bag on that one. I think in fairness, it's safe to assume that every single country in the world is trying to manipulate us in our elections. But who is cooperating with them?
Starting point is 00:05:06 Who in the deep state, in the swamp, is actually cooperating with them? And that's what we're going to start to learn. And this is why everybody is freaking out right now in Washington. And you're already starting to see, if you would, a certain narrative come out. a narrative come out that is designed to basically discredit the president, discredit his intel team, discredit everyone. Let me go to this because this is MSNBC reporting this morning that this is nothing but misinformation, disinformation.
Starting point is 00:05:36 I mean, I'm sorry, at some point it's going to be hard to argue with the emails, etc. I read the entire volume one, volume two, Mueller report, okay? I've read every single page of it. You know, my conclusion, it was no different than what I thought in the beginning. because, you know, being a reporter, I looked at this thing and said, this didn't make a whole lot of sense, the so-called dirty dossier. It really didn't. It read, like, something straight out of the National Inquirer. It didn't read, like, any kind of real opposition research. Oh, forgive me, maybe opposition research. It didn't read, like, any kind of real intelligence assessment, which is why I was like, yeah, I wouldn't trust it.
Starting point is 00:06:11 From the very beginning, I said this. And apparently, you know, the powers that be, I don't know, they decided to trust it. Well, they trusted it for a reason, you see, because they actually commissioned it. Yeah, don't forget, if we go back in time, you know how that all went down. It was Hillary Clinton's team. They commissioned all that through Perkins Coy, through the guy that used to have, wasn't he, British spy, right? Christopher Steele, but he had been hired by some research, opposition research group which was filled with a bunch of ex-Wall Street Journal reporters.
Starting point is 00:06:45 Very interesting stuff. So it was layered, layered, layered, layered, layered. but basically they made up a whole bunch of Crapola that was really disgusting and really terrible about the president. And then they presented that as fact. And then they leaked it, right, so that it would then get out into the media and they'd have something. Comey's a bad guy. Comey's a bad guy. This is all going to come out in a very epic way. Just get ready. So that's why you have these MSNBC reporters out there doing overtime going on the early morning show that nobody watches so that they can say the following. They want to spin it already. They haven't even seen it, and they're spinning it.
Starting point is 00:07:21 There's a whole of government effort that's just unprecedented of what they're doing. I have a list here I want to. So the acting director of National Intelligence Pulte, this task force that the president has created, they're going through thousands of pages of intelligence documents, and they're going to start releasing them within weeks. It could be sooner than that. And they will essentially be looking for documents that back the president's conspiracy theories. And this is one element of what we're going to between now and November, a constant flow of disinformation that tons of people who weren't citizens vote. Who is this guy?
Starting point is 00:07:54 David, Rodey. So Rody wrote some piece on, oh, forgive me, is the MSNVC or Ms.Ns? The Ms.NATwork. Ms. Now. Okay, so Ms. Now gets some kind of inside scoop from the White House. Why on earth the White House is inviting these people in? I have no idea. You know, they try.
Starting point is 00:08:12 You know, in fairness to them, they really are trying. all the reporters like a little bit of a taste here. They're bringing even in the quote-unquote opposition, because that's why, I'm sorry, what is MSNBC? They are the opposition. They really are because they hate this president. No matter what he does, he can discover the cure for cancer tomorrow. They'll hate them. I mean, really, don't forget. Don't forget. So many of those people on the left, they don't actually see clearly on any of this. They're unwilling to actually see facts for what they are because they are so inherently biased. So this guy is one of them. And somehow he gets exclusive from the White House. They bring him in. And then he turns around and says, okay,
Starting point is 00:08:56 you're going to get a lot of misinformation, a lot of disinformation in the next couple of months. And this is going to be how they try to win the election. Wow. Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow. We, you see, it's not that simple. Ms. now. It's not that simple. lefties, and now you get some real people that are coming into the administration. The new head of DNI is a total badass, excuse my French, and he's going to launch a massive, massive operation, on top of which you're going to get DOJ, Todd Blanche, officially confirmed. So they're scared, and they're scared because it's all coming out. Consider what we just learned.
Starting point is 00:09:44 Just last night and into today. Yes, in fact, there was real actual spying on all those senators. You have 44 texts, 44 people in law enforcement. They had their text information read. I mean, remember this came out a while ago? This was the Arctic Frost thing. Remember Chuck Grassley was saying back in fall of 2025, hey, I've just been informed by AT&T, that Jack Smith tried to get all of my text messages.
Starting point is 00:10:16 And now it turns out that it wasn't just the metadata that they were gathering. Remember for a while there, everybody was like, oh, it's fake news, it's fake news. I had to correct myself every time I was like, oh, they're spying. They're spying. And then people are, oh, no, they're not spying. They were just getting toll data, metadata. Well, that would still be technically spying. So they were trying to like put a map together, basically.
Starting point is 00:10:37 if, you know, Grassley was talking to so-and-so, who was talking to so-and-so, they would have all that information together and they were going through that. Well, it turns out they weren't just going through that. They were going through actual text messages of 44 members of Congress. So this, just being released late last night, Grassley reporting on Twitter, I received records from DOJ confirming Jack Smith's Investigation investigative team reviewed the contents of text messages sent by 44 members of Congress. I'm one of the 44.
Starting point is 00:11:10 He said, I'm alerting my colleagues who were impacted and will release the records with Senator Johnson. He was another one that was hit. Senator Blackburn also hit with Senator Johnson so the American people can see the evidence. This is bad. Jackie Smith, you are in trouble. You might get arrested for this.
Starting point is 00:11:32 And by the way, I think you might have actually lied under oath because I've seen that tape. We're going to get to that. But first, Senator Kennedy, telling us exactly what he thinks about Jack Smith. He caught up with Mike Lindell's Allison in the news, her Twitter handle. You should follow it.
Starting point is 00:11:45 She's terrific. Great, great reporter. She always gets these guys to answer the question. The one on the left, well, in this case, this was a layup because it was Kennedy, and he was happy to talk to her. But take a peek at this. I think...
Starting point is 00:11:58 Before the next track starts, have you ever wondered, who are the people in my old family photos? Or what brought them to Canada? With Ancestry, you can start finding answers. Start with a name and we'll guide you from there. For just 499, try our new 30-day Beginners Pass and uncover generations of family stories.
Starting point is 00:12:16 No experience necessary. You've got questions? We've got Ancestors. Offer ends July 22nd, 2026. Visit Ancestry.ca slash beginners for details. Terms apply. I don't know, Mr. Smith. I've never met him.
Starting point is 00:12:30 I've just watched him operate. I think he is a, I think he's a, I think he's a, political zealot. I think he's an ideologue. I think he hates Republicans. And I don't think he deserved to be, nor does he deserve today to be anywhere near power. He exercises power emotionally and immaturely.
Starting point is 00:13:02 And he's just not the kind of guy you want to be a prosecutor. in my opinion. And I think the facts are starting to bear that out. And I think you ought to hide his head in a bag. Should Jack Smith be compelled to testify under oath regarding Arctic Frost? Fine with me. I think it's a swell idea. Okay. And by the way, I should point out that Kennedy's not the only one. Everybody now is calling on Jack Smith. to be forced to testify under oath because Marsha Blackburn, she was another one that actually had her stuff messed with. She was another one that they spied on and she's likely one that they read text messages with. I'm laughing because, you know, I'm like, well, you know, I've had
Starting point is 00:13:52 some correspondence with some of these people, right? Probably some of the 44 on the list. So does that mean I'm included too? I mean, this thing could go really wide, right? It turns out they were wrapping in thousands and thousands of people and thousands of phone numbers. I want to go to Marsha Blackburn who spoke today with Harris Faulkner on her show on Fox and Marsha's not taking this lion down either. I'm telling you guys, Jay Clayton's in there. You got Todd Blanche coming in there and Jack Smith might just go to prison over this one. Here we go. If your lips are moving, you're lying. That is what I look at Jack Smith and think. He got those phone records. We have this list so far of the members that he also got text messages from.
Starting point is 00:14:41 And Harris, just like with the phone tolling and those records, that, that list grew. We certainly expect text messages, emails, banking records, all sorts of information that he got on members of Congress. And the thing we see, they're all Republican, and the people they went after were people that were talking to President Trump and his administration. So, you know, his lips are moving, so he must be lying. That I think is something that we need to think about. Any time we hear Jack Smith come up and try to play another game of CYA, the American
Starting point is 00:15:32 people are on to what he did. They are on to how he tried to circumvent the law. They are on to the fact that he broke the law to help Joe Biden and to go after Donald Trump. Yeah, I mean, this is sick stuff. So don't forget, they were trying to figure out who was involved with possibly trying to make sure that Biden didn't come into office back in 2020. It was very, I'm so glad I can talk about this. You know, I can. And actually, I want to point out that YouTube and Google, they actually came on a while ago. I mean, going into the election process saying that this was suddenly not, this was allowed again. In other words, it was not one of those no-go territories. But, you know, I reported on it even back when it was no-go. What do I carry? You know, look, I'm over here on my own. All the more reason. Make sure you subscribe, share, like, all that good stuff. Make a comment. I'm curious to know what you think. But here's the reality of it. Everybody had a lot of questions about things. and you weren't allowed to question. I mean, that's what was so amazing about everything. You had to kind of just, you know, drink up whatever the left was saying. And the same thing with the dirty dossier, right? You had to believe that, Russia, Russia, Russia. Hillary Clinton wanted you to think
Starting point is 00:16:46 that the only reason Donald Trump won was because the Russians, like, somehow broke into the D-Bold voting machines. And you had to just, like, accept that narrative? I don't think so. So some of us aren't so accepting of all of this. And now we learn that it, If you were one of those senators that maybe wasn't so willing to ratify the election, I can think about Josh Hawley as being one of them. Josh Hawley came out today in those hearings. And he told Todd Blanche, I want you making sure that you figure out what the heck Jack Smith did. I want you going after Jack Smith.
Starting point is 00:17:15 Jack Smith is going to get arrested, guys. He really is. I think he's in a lot of trouble. And he's in trouble for perjury among probably the violation of the law because you can't actually do what they were doing to sitting U.S. senators. Again, 44 members of Congress that had their records blown open. We first learned about it from, thank you, AT&T in the fall of 25, Grassley getting a call from those folks over there. Listen. I've recently been informed by Verizon that at least 11 members with.
Starting point is 00:17:48 Forgive me, Verizon. Verizon accounts were affected. That includes a hard line for Senator Cruz. office and a staffer's cell phone for former Senator Leffler. AT&T informed me they challenged the legal basis for Jack Smith's efforts and Smith back down. Wow. So yeah, AT&T it sounds like they challenged it which is great. I was correct in that but Verizon I guess. kind of panicked and they figured we better come clean with this stuff. Yeah, because this is a big deal. So now, again, just to remind you, 44 members of Congress had their text messages being delivered
Starting point is 00:18:40 to Jack Smith. Now, here's why Jackie Boy is in so much trouble, okay? This is the most important clip of today's show. I'm taking you back to December 2025. Jack Smith, under oath. Here's what he said. Did the toll records that you requested from the senators, did they include the content of the phone calls? No. The records that you requested, the toll records from the members of Congress include the content of text messages?
Starting point is 00:19:11 No. Can you explain for us on the record? No content. I mean, so you get why Marsh is saying, this guy just lies through his teeth. He opens his mouth on his lies. He's saying they did not take any. any content. In other words, they were just tolling. They were just getting the metadata, which is bad
Starting point is 00:19:32 enough in and of itself. Okay? That's pretty bad because they were trying to map the MAGA movement and figure out who was talking to who, who was doing what. Well, this is even worse because now we learned they're actually looking at the text messages in their phones. Wow. Okay, just wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow. This is so unbelievably illegal. You cannot do that. I mean, I would assume you'd need some kind of fysol warrant. They didn't have it. So what were they doing? They were doing something illegal. And then on top of that, Jack Smith, when he was asked, were you doing something illegal, sat there and lied and said, no, we weren't getting any of their text messages.
Starting point is 00:20:09 And now we have heard something quite to the contrary. So you understand this is going to be a big problem. You understand this is why everybody in Washington, D.C. is like freaking out. Well, people on one side of the aisle, that is. Let me go to Blumenthal. Senator Blumenthal, who seemed a little like, shell-shocked by it all. He's a senator from Connecticut, and he went on to CNN, and I guess he didn't anticipate this question. I mean, even CNN is like, gosh, this is kind of bad. Do you have anything to say? During this hearing, I mean, you heard it. Senator Kennedy asking Blanche to check for him if Jack Smith, the former special counsel, had spied on his email, Senator Kennedy's, after Republicans released. documents ahead of this hearing purporting to show that Smith had access communications from
Starting point is 00:21:02 dozens of lawmakers, Republicans, and some Democrats. Do you have questions about the emails and or the text of the legislative branch that Smith accessed in his investigations of President Trump? Like many of my colleagues, I would welcome more information, but as of right now, there's no real evidence of wrongdoing here. And I am hoping that the Department of Justice will focus on real wrongdoing, like the potential bribe. I asked Todd Blanche to explain involving a pardon, $2.5 million paid by David Gentilly to possibly... You see how they try to deflect? That's a real question she's asking. And unfortunately, this is the problem with CNN and so many of these mainstream media organizations,
Starting point is 00:21:51 because instead of saying, no, no, I asked you something about that. You still haven't, like, let me... I mean, he just, he turns it. He always, this is what they do. This is what they're trained to do. And most of the reporters, they're just giving lip service, frankly, to the White House by even asking the question in the first place. But they're not going to hold him accountable. Let's see, maybe she does. I haven't seen the entire clip.
Starting point is 00:22:12 I'm watching in real time with you. Let's take a look. A priest, father, man, who then spoke to Donald Trump, the Department of Justice shut down the investigation. But the implications are real because that... Can you explain why you? Do you think there's no evidence of wrongdoing in that? I mean, Republicans are so... Good. Okay. Okay. Okay. I stand corrected.
Starting point is 00:22:33 She's doing her job. Let's keep watching. Concerned about this. Why do you think there's no evidence of wrongdoing? I would welcome more information, but there's simply been no evidence that there is lawbreaking involved in the emails and law breaking of an intention. What about norm breaking? There's simply no evidence. This is rough. Well, anytime there's interference with legislative branch communications, it would violate basic norms.
Starting point is 00:23:12 Can I just say? He did not expect that. Okay, way to go. Hats off to the CNN reporter. I like to see reporters doing their jobs, asking the tough questions and sticking by it and trying to get some answers. So again, they're freaking out right now and you want to know who's really freaking out? Besides Comey, besides Jackie Boy Smith, it would be Adam Schiff.
Starting point is 00:23:37 Oh yeah, yeah. So that brings us to the Senate. We've got confirmation hearings going on today. We've got the new head of DNI coming in. He's a smart guy. He's a real lawyer, Sullivan and Cromwell, and then he was over at the SEC. I hear nothing but fabulous stuff. So that's Jay Clayton I'm talking about. And then you got Todd Blanche. Now, they're just doing anything they can to take Todd Blanche down because they know between the two of these guys, you get a dynamic duo and it's going to be, oh, you got Cash Patel over there as well. So between FBI, DNI and DOJ, good luck Comey, good luck Smith, good luck to the entire Biden administration that contributed to any of this illicit, allegedly illicit activity with the spying, et cetera.
Starting point is 00:24:25 So what are they going to do? They send in one of the most inarticulate, most ill-informed members of the Senate, Senator Horano, to ask a wild question that kind of just came out of left field, and she dropped it as fast as she asked it. But she just wanted to tunnelize it and kind of like put a little drop out there in case anybody maybe has anything they want to say against Todd Blanche. She's getting it out there like this. Wow, weird, fast, but it is Heron. So questions. Since you became a legal adult, have you ever made unwanted requests for sexual favors or committed any verbal or physical harassment or assault of a sexual nature? No, Senator.
Starting point is 00:25:08 Have you ever faced discipline or entered into a settlement relating to this kind of conduct? No, Senator. Mr. Blanche, over the... Okay, and now she moves on. Thanks for that. Maisie. Oh, boy. Okay, so this shows, I mean, they get nothing. They get really and truly nothing. So they're just throwing these things out there. And then Adam Schiff, who is terrified, like, he's got to be like, oh, I won't swear. You know what he's saying at home, because this isn't looking good. I mean, you get Jay Clinton coming in, who's a real lawyer. Todd Blanche is a real lawyer, too. This is not Pam Bondi, okay, anymore. Look, Tulsi, I love her. You know, she, she's a lovely woman, and she did a good job at getting a a lot of this information out, but it needs to now kind of rise up to the next level in terms of prosecution. And that's why you need somebody who's really smart, who's got the right kind of
Starting point is 00:26:03 background legally, and that would be Clayton to be able to handle this alongside Todd Blanche, alongside Cash Patel. So Adam Schiff knows he's got like three aces that he's going to now be up against. This is not Pambondi who wants to go on TV. No, no, no. This is Todd Blanche, who's like, a real lawyer who doesn't really care that much about TV, which is the way it should be. All right, he goes on here and there just to communicate with the public, but that's not his main purpose in life, and that means Adam Schiff. His main purpose in life is probably going to be going after you for all the bad stuff that you did, all the misinformation you fed, and all the allegedly, well, misdemeanors and breaking
Starting point is 00:26:44 in the law that you may have engaged in. So it's no wonder Adam Schiff tried to get Schiff. 50 on Blanche. Watch. You didn't recuse yourself from that matter. No, there's no reason to, from the proud boys matter? Yes, it was. Oh, you know the rules. There are rules to say when I have to be recuse.
Starting point is 00:27:05 And that's not one of them. There are rules. And when you're told to recuse yourself from investigations that you handle for the president, you're supposed to recuse yourself. No, what I represented the president. You have also said, no, no, no, no, no. I'm just going to jump in here, okay, because I'm familiar with what he's talking. about. He's talking about when they were prosecuting the probos, etc. And he's like, Blanche's like,
Starting point is 00:27:27 why would I, why would I be recusing myself? Just because you thought I should? Yeah, Adam Schiff wanted him to recuse himself. All the Democrats wanted him to recuse himself. And he didn't recuse himself. He technically did not have to. I mean, sure, maybe you can debate because he had worked for Trump in personal capacity. You can have those debates. Maybe it's not like perfect, but do you think he's going to do what Adam Schiff wants him to do or the Democrats want him to do? Absolutely not. And legally, did he have to? Absolutely not. Therefore, why would he? Come on. Refused to release volume two of the special counsel's report. That was an investigation into the Mar-a-Maralago documents case. How is that not an abundant conflict of interest? Refusing to
Starting point is 00:28:13 release to the public an investigative report of an investigation into your client? I am not a judge. A federal judge. No, no, no, no. The department's position under you, Mr. Blanche, the department's position under you, Mr. Blanche, was do not release the report. So that position... If you went into court asking them to release it,
Starting point is 00:28:33 it would be released by now. The judge would have needed to do that, just to be clear. So you can see the frustration. When they cut away to Todd, I mean, he's just like, you've got to be kidding. Is that not a patent conflict of interest? What you're saying happens to not be true.
Starting point is 00:28:48 I did not do that. What you're talking about, happened before you support the release of law two? I don't, but I'm recused and had nothing to do with that case. You can't accuse me of violating my ethical rules and then lie about what I did. But he's shifty shift. Of course he's going to. He's going to lie through his teeth all day long just to kind of score a point.
Starting point is 00:29:09 But here's the problem, Adam. That ship is sailed. It's over. Todd Blanche has the votes. I mean, assuming nobody defects or anything, I don't anticipate that happening. So he's going to be confirmed. And perhaps your even bigger nightmare is Jay Clayton coming in. He's going to be confirmed.
Starting point is 00:29:29 So, gosh, you know, between all of these people, I think you're going to be up a creek without a paddle. And this is why the Democrats are just circling the wagon here. I mean, here's this question. Talking about obnoxious, which is exactly what Todd called it out as being. Look at him right here having to deal with this Senator White House. White House. How long do you intend to put up with that Cash Patel character? Are you good with his airplane jaunts?
Starting point is 00:29:59 Are you confident he's not drinking on the job? Are you sure none of his travel is a pretext for vacation activities like snorkeling Olympics and visiting girlfriends? Are you sure he knows what he's doing? Do you vouch for him? Are you willing to look at whether he lied to this committee? That's an extraordinarily obnoxious question, Senator. And I have full faith in Director Patel.
Starting point is 00:30:21 the work that he's doing every day. Great. You've got to own that. You see, they're trying to say, look over here, look over here, look over here, at this shiny little toy because they don't want anybody focusing on the elephant in the room, the elephant in the room, of course, which is what we just learned last night, Chuck Grassley telling us about the 44 members of Congress that had their text messages read by Biden's DOJ. and Jack Smith.
Starting point is 00:30:54 You see, that's the biggie here. That's why so many people are going to be in so much trouble. That's why arrests are coming, and this is what they're scared about. Senator Kennedy hitting the nail on the head, as usual here today. This is the issue that everyone who's on the left and in those hearings is most afraid of. Listen. Have you ever seen a president of? of the United States appoint an enemy to be Attorney General?
Starting point is 00:31:31 I have not. Usually they appoint their qualified friends, don't they? Yes. I mean, one president appointed his brother, right? He did, Senator. And I can think of another president who appointed his former law partner. Is that right? It is correct.
Starting point is 00:31:52 Okay. Are you responsible for all the president's decisions? No, Senator, I'm not. I mean, does the president get up in the morning and give you a call first thing and say, Todd, tell me what I ought to do today? He does not. Does he ever ask your opinion on actions he should take? Yes.
Starting point is 00:32:24 You tell him the truth? Every time. Have you ever disagreed with him? Yes. And have you ever disagreed with him and he did it anyway? Yes. And did you go call a press conference and announce that the president made a bad decision? Absolutely not.
Starting point is 00:32:49 That's not what Attorney General do. Correct. Okay. Has he ever asked you to do anything? No. Would you do it if he asked you? Absolutely not. So you have a very important job. I want to highlight a few things that you've done in your time as acting Attorney General. Hopefully, as Attorney General, you're confirmed. You created the National Fraud Enforcement Division. I think this is very, very important. I think it's the tip of the iceberg, what we're seeing in Minneapolis, in California, in places that I,
Starting point is 00:33:34 I think the work will continue. Carried out the largest health care fraud take down in department history, expanded the fight against Medicaid fraud after the $90 million Minnesota fraud take down. You secured six fraud convictions involving more than $1.1 billion in less than three weeks. Cleared the backlog of immigration cases allowing for deportations, more deportations. You filed a historic number of denaturalization cases. You secured major anti-DI wins against IBM and PayPal. You ended the EEOC's racist disparate impact regime.
Starting point is 00:34:14 You secured 450 years of prison time for Antifa members involved in the terrorist attacks against ICE. You prosecuted the Southern Poverty Law Center for secretly funneling millions of dollars to the KKK and neo-Nazis. That's a pretty, that's a hell of a record. in a hundred days. You see, a hell of a record in 100 days. And that is what scares them so badly. Combined, of course, with the reality that, of course, he can get the gig.
Starting point is 00:34:48 I mean, you've had presidents appoint their brother, right? JFK, or you've had presidents appoint their law partners. I mean, this is not out of left field. You typically do appoint an ally as Kennedy so well articulated. but I want to get to something else as well because this is what they're so fearful of. They know they're in trouble. They know they have been exposed.
Starting point is 00:35:12 They know they spied on 44 members of Congress and they know it's all coming out and the heads are going to roll. Let's go to Josh Hawley. I want to start with Jack Smith and the latest revelations of his illegalities which seem to have no end. I mean, listen, I've had my text messages,
Starting point is 00:35:32 did have my text messages by him scooped up red, who knows what he did with them. I've had my cell phone monitored. He tracked my incoming calls, my outgoing calls. He tracked my metadata. He tracked my location. I mean, Lord knows what else. The part that really offends me, though, is he didn't just do it to me and members of Congress. He did it to ordinary Americans. I've had Missourians come to me and say, I had FBI agents show up at my door, knock on my door, and say, were you in Washington, D.C. in January of 2021? These are people who did nothing wrong. they weren't even here. They come to me and they said,
Starting point is 00:36:03 what is going on? What am I going to do? I can't afford an attorney. What really gets me at the end of the day is he lies about it. I mean, he has lied and lied about it. And I want to just make good that claim. Here is a record. I'm going to read it to you,
Starting point is 00:36:16 a record of Jack Smith's responses under oath now to members of Congress. He has asked question as it relates to members and their staffs and senators. It's just the toll records as far as you remember. Smith, that is my recollection. Question. Did the records that you requested include the content of text messages?
Starting point is 00:36:40 Smith, answer, no. Now, maybe there's some nuance I'm missing here, but it sounds a lot to me like this guy didn't tell the truth. Have you thought about investigating this guy for perjury? We take testimony in front of this body very seriously. Yes. Good. Well, I think he absolutely should be investigated. I think he absolutely should be prosecuted, if at all possible. And based on his responses under oath, I think he should be. And I think it's time that we say that these people who did this, who engaged in this mass illegality, blatant violation of the separation of powers, blatant violation of the Constitution, we know what they did to President Trump, we know what they did to everyday innocent Americans. And that's before we even touched the issue of trying to recruit spies into Catholic parishes, sending members of the anti- terrorism division to go hound parents who went to school board meetings. It's unlike anything we've
Starting point is 00:37:33 ever seen in American history. And my view is there needs to be accountability for it. I hope that you will investigate Jack Smith for perjury and I hope to possibly go prosecute him. Yes, Senator. Woo! Okay. So this is going to get ugly, really fast, but it's important. And guys, it just has to happen. It has to happen because think about it, you know, from either side of the aisle, right? You cannot have one team spying, literally spying on the other. And when somebody from one team raises their hand and says, gee, you know, maybe this isn't adding upright or we have a few more questions and can we just dot the eyes and cross the T's and they say, how dare you? This is a violation of everything. You're suddenly then persona non grata to the point where then the government is going to spy on
Starting point is 00:38:22 your text messages? That's not okay. You have to. have a new head of the DOJ. You have a new head of the DNI about to be confirmed, and suddenly everybody in Washington is waking up to the reality that they might be in a whole lot of trouble. Jay Clinton going through his hearings and his testimony here today, and you got a lot of people on the left that are quaking in their boots. I want to ask a follow-up question to the vice chairman, who won the 2020 election? I've answered that question. I'm not going to get into that.
Starting point is 00:39:05 You have not answered that question. Could you answer the question? Who won the 2020 election? Pretty simple question. Yeah, I said, I'm going to give you the same answer. The answer to the chairman was, he asked me if I was an election denier. I am not an election denier. Joe Biden was certified as the president. He went through his process.
Starting point is 00:39:25 We went through our electoral process. And I can tell you that I was in my seat at the SEC and I'm just asking a really simple question. Who won the 2020 election? As I said to you, we went through our processes and Joe Biden became the president of the United States. And that's not an answer to the question of who, if, I'm asking you one more time. Okay. I don't, I don't, I'm not, this is like, I'm just not, I'm just not, I'm here to talk about my qualifications.
Starting point is 00:39:56 One of your qualifications is you told us you're going to tell the truth to power and you won't answer a very simple question. I think I've answered it many times. You have not answered it. Okay. You have not answered it. Saying Joe Biden was certified is not an answer. Wow. So when you think about in the context of what is expected on Thursday, it's very interesting that he very deliberately said I'm not going to answer that question.
Starting point is 00:40:26 Because one of the things that's being talked about and that we heard from the MSNBC reporter, remember what they told? Oh, it's misinformation, et cetera. The MSNBC reporter saying, forget about it, you know, anything that they're saying, we got the big exclusive and it's none of it's going to matter. You see, because, one, they're trying to basically affect what you might think of whatever the president says before it even comes out. to downplay it. And two, because I think they're going to come up with something on Thursday, guys.
Starting point is 00:41:02 I'm just saying that it's going to be mind-blowing. That's probably very concerning about the role that Iran, China, Russia, Venezuela possibly may have played in this whole process. And then you couple that together with what Jack Smith was doing, et cetera. And anybody who dared to ask a question was then getting taken out by our own people? Come on. So, you know, Clinton ought to be able, forgive me, yeah, Clayton ought to be able to say, hey, you know what? I'm not going to answer this because, and this is my own conjecture here, do they have more stuff coming? More stuff coming on Thursday. Again, remember what MSNBC told us.
Starting point is 00:41:42 I told you what I think, that they're going to come forward with some evidence of foreign countries and their attempted interference, but it might be more than that. Here we go. Ms.NBC, it's like Ms.MIS. No. There's a whole of government effort that's just unprecedented of what's what what they're doing. I have a list here I want to. So the acting director of national intelligence Pulte, this task force that the president has created, they're going through thousands of pages of intelligence documents. And they're going to start releasing them within weeks. It could be sooner than that. And they will essentially be looking for documents that back the president's conspiracy theories. And this is one element of what we're going to see between now and November, a constant flow of disinformation that tons of.
Starting point is 00:42:25 People who weren't citizens. Okay, misinformation. You can't trust anything that they're going to come out with. I'm just going to tell you. So a couple things. Jay Clayton is a very, very well-respected attorney. He worked at one of the most famous law firms in the world, Sullivan and Cromwell, where he was in the Mortars and Acquisitions Division.
Starting point is 00:42:49 It had a very, very esteemed background there. I know many people that worked with him there. they have nothing but the most extraordinary things to say about him. And he's really a very, very top-notch, very good individual and an outstanding attorney. Okay. So if you're the left, if you're Adam Shifty Shift, like, you're no match for Clayton, okay? Like he's just going to do little pirouettes around you as an attorney, just as an attorney. So there's that.
Starting point is 00:43:18 So they're kind of freaking out. You know, you get all these lefties that have made their careers on this nonsense about Russia, Russia, Russia. And now you get a Sullivan and Cromwell attorney coming out here. He is very well known in financial circles for his very successful tenure there at S&C. On top of that, on top of that, you know, this is the guy who brought down Maduro, right? Because he went on to become an attorney for the federal government there in New York following his position at the SEC. So you couple all this together. Like he's got. quite, quite a resume, all right? And plus like Ivy League schools in the whole bit, I think he went to
Starting point is 00:44:00 Wharton as well, or at least you penn. So you're talking about a very top-notch guy. So the fact that he won't say, yeah, Biden won 2020, is interesting on the eve of what might be coming on Thursday and what the liberal media thinks is coming on Thursday. Let me go to, Christian, Justin Dillibrand out of New York who tries to read him the riot act, when again, he won't say, yeah, Biden won. The second thing that this committee is concerned about are this issue of election security. Senator King tried to get you to say, did he win or not win the election? President Trump has an issue with whether he wins or doesn't win elections, and it's affected your office, and I need you to understand how it's affected your office. After the 2016 election, there was allegations that there was foreign interference by Russia.
Starting point is 00:44:59 And President Trump was very concerned that somehow his election was not on the up and up. And so what he did in response when he became president was he eliminated every aspect of your office's oversight of the election process from cyber threats. You had personnel that were very knowledgeable about cyber threats, especially foreign influence. There were personnel at SISA, there were personal at the FBI, and they were all fired. And then President Trump now wants to make sure that the 2020 election that nobody says Biden won the election. So you can understand why this committee is concerned that you won't say Biden won the election, because it just reeks of this insecurity by the Trump administration about election security. So when you say election security is important to you, I want to make sure that you understand the OD&9,
Starting point is 00:45:51 has a responsibility towards cybersecurity, towards election security, that's not about voter fraud, but about the influence of foreign countries on our election security. Do you understand that? Can I just say? Of course he does. Of course he does. This is what we're talking about, lady. Yeah, foreign countries intervened. That's exactly what we're talking about. The problem is not only did they intervene, but you all made it so darn easy for them to do so, given everything that you engaged in after they just kind of lit the match for goodness sakes. That's how it turned into a total explosion. Back to Clayton. Absolutely. And it is a significant concern of mine. One of the things that I did not get an opportunity to talk about before, cybersecurity has been part of my
Starting point is 00:46:44 private sector and public sector practice for well over a decade, going on close to two decades. So will you add that back to ODNI because it was taken out by Gabbert? When I was talking about processes and integrity of our election, cybersecurity is front of mind. So will you restore the cybersecurity complement to your job as well as the biosecurity threats and as well as the formaline influence center. I can commit to making an assessment and to the extent that more resources are needed or more focus is needed or more coordination is needed.
Starting point is 00:47:25 Well, we would urge there are more resources and focus needed in those three areas. And I look forward to dialoguing with you on that. Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Yeah. We're going to figure that one out, guys, because we're not going to allow that to happen anymore.
Starting point is 00:47:44 There's going to be no more of that. This is big, okay? This is big. And I get it. Cat crazy Sam saying, hey, but you know, we've been here before. We've been here before. But what did I say? We needed a better team.
Starting point is 00:47:55 We needed the A team in there. I'm sorry, I like Pam very much. I've been on TV with her many times. Over the years, Pam Bondi is lovely. And she's a beautiful woman, and she definitely cared about the president and was loyal to the president. However, however, she wasn't cut out for that. I'm sorry, you know what? You could put me in there and I'd be a disaster because guess what?
Starting point is 00:48:13 I do this really well, but running an entire team where I get to make sure that everybody turns in their homework on time and I got, you know, all of those U.S. attorneys all over the country and then some, that would be hard for me. I'm just going to be honest, right? Like I'm a, I'm a podcaster, right? I'm a reporter. This is what I do. She was a political person. She wasn't really an attorney that came from a big firm that had that back. background. And yet, you know, I'll tell you, Blanche has all that, right? Like he's actually worked in those spaces. He's got all that. So Todd Blanche is a huge upgrade. And then look, we love Tulsi. She's lovely. You know, I'm sorry for what she and her husband are going through. That's rough.
Starting point is 00:48:58 She did discover a lot of information. We had Bill Pulte, who's a little bit like a pit bull. And he did a nice job, you know, with his sharp elbows, getting some stuff out as well. And now you're going to get the real deal in there with Clayton who's going to come in and say, okay, now how are we going to go about going after all? I hope all of these people and like shore this thing up so that you get Russia out of there and China out of there and Iran out of there and anybody else who has any ideas about trying to tweak us and get inside our heads. I mean, what do you think this whole communism thing is about?
Starting point is 00:49:29 Okay, what do you think that's about? China, Iran, anyone who doesn't like us wants to see us turn. communist. They do. And gosh, it's such an attractive, romantic kind of thing to some people. Some people who aren't so smart. But, you know, this is what we're up against. And when you've got foreign money and foreign actors and foreign algorithms and foreign bots that are trying to have some influence, it gets more and more challenging. For sure. Hey, make sure you do me this favor. Did you see the inflation news that came out today? No, what inflation? producer prices. Yeah, nothing. I mean, consumer prices. We just keep going down. This is great. I mean, we'll see, you know, because we get some stuff going on in Iran. Of course, this is my 76 research.com. We've got three portfolios, 10 to 15 stocks in each one of them. I spend a lot of time and a lot of effort working on this with my colleague Rob Horton over there, who's a brilliant stock picker, worked decades on Wall Street. Please go check it out when you have a good chance to do so, because there's just a lot of valuable information for you to have there. I want you to be part of it. I want you to be part of it.
Starting point is 00:50:36 of this rally and part of this success in America in this sort of new era, this new dawn. And it's going to be, in my estimation, as a long-term investor, I think, a very positive future for all of us. On that note, you know, you consider what's going on in Iran right now. We just got word that we have engaged in the third bombing there, the third attack in 24 hours. So the president isn't messing around and he's going to continue these attacks. We have put the embargo back in place so no oil can get out of Iran, which means all of its customer base has been shut off.
Starting point is 00:51:15 China, you're not getting any oil for now, not out of Iran. You're going to have to buy it from Texas. Good for Texas, right? And we're going to be sort of policing, if you would, the Strait of Hermuz in the interim as we try to increasingly build these pipelines to find a workaround away from Iran, right? That's the goal here. You don't ever want to be dependent on that country. You never want them to have the nuclear weapon, and you've got to keep choking them off. So you've got to choke them off economically with that embargo. You've got to make sure that you can secure it the best you can
Starting point is 00:51:47 with everybody else getting through. And in the interim, what do you do? You build, you build, you build. Three to five years it's going to take for some of those pipelines. The president knows this is the way to go. He's been talking about it at length. And that's the plan that is in motion. We'll get more details on it, of course, on Thursday night.
Starting point is 00:52:03 And we'll see. Everybody's asking if I'm going to be here on Thursday night. I may just have to be at this point, but I'm also back here tomorrow early with you live on the Trish Rican show. Make sure you subscribe. Hit the alerts so you know exactly when I'm live.
