winning. This is what you call winning. It's like win after win after win after win. I think this
has been perhaps one of the most incredible, most significant weeks in political history. Is that fair
to say? I mean, I'm just blown away. One thing after another, Riley Gaines is blown away. Gosh,
guys, did you see what happened at UPenn? We got to talk about that. Meanwhile, you get all kinds of
good stuff going at CBS. I mean, that's going to be a heck of a library by the time it's all said
and done when you're done with all these media members, right? And all their rather hefty
legal fees that they're having to pay to the Trump administration. Just incredible stuff
all around. And I'm super excited for the country. And you know what? It's coming in a really
important time as we approach the July 4th holiday. Good to have you guys here. Welcome to the Trish Riegen
show. We are climbing. We're winning here, too. We are once again up on the top 100 YouTube podcast,
but I'm counting on you guys to home and get to top 10. All right. So let's see if we can get that done.
And to get to a million subs. Wow. All right. So everybody's winning here. We like these kinds of days.
Lots going on here on the headline front. Trump poll, just stunning the media. I mean, you are not
going to believe this poll when I show it to you. It is historic, which CNN had to admit.
As I said, CBS is settling with Trump. You get the big.
beautiful bill looking like it's going to happen in time for the July 4th holiday.
You got UPenn coming out with their big apology.
I mean, it's one thing after another.
AOC under investigation, you know, you can't really make this stuff up, but let's begin
with the massive historic poll numbers.
I mean, this is incredible.
We have not seen anything like this, really like ever, certainly not in my lifetime.
In modern history, you don't have polls like this showing so much approval.
from the base. The GOP is loving every single thing Donald Trump is doing, and all CNN had to admit it.
Let's watch. I mean, I think politician would like this number here, especially to see it go up.
How about compared to other presidents who were Republicans? Yeah, it's history making. It's history making.
What are we talking about here? So why don't we look back? We have all the presidents,
Republican presidents going back over the last 35, 36, 37 years. What are we talking about?
GOP, who strongly approved five months in. Look at this. George,
H.W. Bush, Bush 41, 46%.
Bush 43, 59.
You see Trump, the first term, 53.
But look at this. 63%.
He beats all the other Republicans on the board here,
and I was looking even back since Reagan.
And get this, Donald Trump beats Ronald Reagan
when it comes to the strongly approved five months.
And, of course, Reagan was coming off that high
after that assassination attempt.
So the bottom line is Donald Trump is making history
with the Republican base.
He is more beloved by this Republican base
than any Republican base loved any GOP president five months.
And it is history making.
Wow.
You know, I could have told you that.
I really could have told you that.
I think the base is looking at Donald Trump and saying,
thank goodness, he's delivering on all those promises.
He said he'd bring energy prices down.
What do you know?
Energy prices are coming down.
We've got a CEO of an energy group coming up.
then I want to bring to you a little bit later, but we've got energy prices coming down. We've
got the stock market really since April on a total tear. You've got UPenn saying they're apologizing.
They're coming out and apologizing to Riley Gaines and every other female athlete that had to
compete against a naturally born male. And so sure enough, you combine all of that with what's
happening on the immigration front. And granted, he's running into challenges. Every,
every sort of Letitia James or want to be Letitia James in the world is trying to challenge him on that stuff.
But he keeps winning there too.
And so the party, the base is like, finally, finally.
I mean, if you look at the Dems, they're scrambling, they're putting out the socialist commie guy who wants to, well, guarantee some kind of affordable housing for everyone by just taxing the white rich neighborhoods.
His quote, not mine, okay?
It doesn't work.
They tried it in Venezuela.
They tried in the USSR.
I know it sounds really nifty, but it never works.
And why is America the country we are?
Because guess what?
We actually respect property rights.
We actually respect the individual.
And we respect and love capitalism, which may not be perfect, but it sure beats the alternative, right?
New York City is about to find that one out.
But you look at what Donald Trump's doing.
it's success after success after success after success. And so consequently, yeah, he's looking at historic
historic poll numbers. Now, I mean, the left doesn't like him, right? We get that. The left is
actually coming apart at the scenes. Wait till you see some of the sound I'm going to show you
from them because, ooh, this Alcatraz thing, alligator Alcatraz is really, really, really
upsetting them. But I just have to say, as we begin this show, when you consider,
in all seriousness, guys, what, 10 days ago with the strikes on Iran?
If that, you look at the upside in the markets that we saw all last week that we
are seeing continue into this week.
When you see the energy prices have come down, albeit they're up slightly today,
but that's a bet on a growing U.S. economy.
This is all very good news.
And so it does not surprise me, though it may surprise CNN,
that he's looking at historically high numbers.
numbers. People are like, you know what? I took a gamble. I went with him. I bet on him and I love him.
All right. So that's good news for Donald Trump, good news for the GOP. And well, bad news for anybody sort of
standing in the way, but who's going to stand in the way? In fact, now we're talking about 2028.
Looks like Eric is interested possibly in a run. He did an interview. We talked about this in the
show with the FT. And Eric Trump is talking about somebody in the family, maybe him, maybe somebody
else running for office in 2028 because you know what the good stuff needs to continue and I don't know,
I don't know.
You know, would Marco Ruby be able to do it?
J.D. Vance, I'd like to think so.
Ron DeSantis, I don't know, right?
But maybe if you have somebody that is a family member just saying, who knows, he's making
the point that if he wants to or another family member wants to, it probably wouldn't be that
hard.
Well, it's not that hard considering these historic levels.
levels, he's higher than Reagan, five months in. What do you know? Oh, the MSNBC
crowd's going nuts. Or I should say the ex-MSMBC crowd. Alligator Alcatraz has been a
particular trigger, shall we say. One Joy Reid, remember this woman who was fired from
MSNBC? Well, now we know why she was fired. We'll get to her sound in a moment, but first,
just to refresh your memory, we went through this yesterday, but what is Alligator Alcatraz
and why is this considered a win by the GOP base?
Here's a clip from Fox.
President Trump tracks down to Florida to celebrate the latest accomplishment
in his immigration crackdown.
He joined Governor Ron DeSantis to mark the opening of Alligator Alcatraz,
a high security detention center for illegal immigrants.
Let's bring in Trisha McLaughlin.
She is the Homeland Security Department Assistant Secretary.
So let's put up the stats for this alligator Alcatraz.
It's going to have 3,000 beds aimed to detain process and deport illegal migrants.
migrants, one-stop shopping, as the governor put it, plans to fly migrants out directly from the facility,
which is built on the property of the date, call your training airport.
Florida National Guard will play a role in the deportations as well.
How much of an asset will this be to DHS and ICE and Border Patrol in terms of getting out of this country?
Some of the people that you're really trying to move back to where they came from, order with third country.
Like you said, a one-stop shop, it's going to be a key asset.
It's an operational key for us to have that detention bed space, but not to mention, they got this up and running in eight days.
It'll have 3,000 beds.
As you mentioned, this could be a blueprint for what we have around the country.
So major kudos to President Trump, Secretary Nome, calling on these state and local governments, hey, we need bed space.
We need help so we can turbocharge that arrest.
And that's exactly the Governor DeSantis and the Attorney General of Florida just did.
Wow, it's sort of amazing, right?
And we talked about yesterday how they're trying to expedite the judicial process as well.
So Ronda Santis is sort of knighting a bunch of people that are effectively, I'm using
an incorrect term, but you get my drift, so that they can be sort of upgraded in status in
order to help expedite some of the deportations that they would like to see.
Now, keep in mind, these are people who have been deemed to be here not only illegally,
but to have committed violent crimes while being here illegally.
So it's a very sort of special class of people and one that the administration would like to
actually be able to see.
leave the country. You think about Barack Obama. He actually did this more than anyone. He was deporting
about a thousand people a day. But, you know, it's like everybody has amnesia. Nobody remembers that.
Certainly not over on the really lefty side of things. You get Joy Reid, who lost her job in MSNBC
because she was, well, how do I see this nicely? I mean, she was really out there, okay?
Like, we're talking left, and then you're talking Joy Reid left. I mean, she must love the
socialist guy, right, that's coming into New York City. Of course, then she's going to have to give
her a little bit more of her paycheck if she still lives there. Nonetheless, I digress. Joy,
Reed, flipping out about the detention center for people who have committed crimes who are here
illegally in the country. I want you to hear her interpretation. Once again, going all the way back to
1930s, Germany, which I find really, really, really disturbing. Again, like, that is a heinous
comparison for anybody to make, considering you're talking about five, six million people that were slaughtered.
You're talking about how many people that we lost, that we lost our young boys, right, that fought in World War II, our allies.
She is just basically slap in the face of history when she says this.
And I need to show you.
I had to forget about him, but Ron DeSantis is still governor of Florida.
He took the comfy couch hosts on a tour of the concentration camp that he's building in Florida in order to round up.
Okay, the comfy couch, I guess that would be a reference.
Would that be a reference to Fox?
Is that the morning show?
I don't know.
So she's got all these sort of like innuendo things that she does,
but you can't be that sloppy when you're talking about the Holocaust.
Okay, you can't be that sloppy when you're talking about what she's talking about.
But she's sloppy all right.
She's really sloppy.
So let her slop it up.
herself. People, brown people and throw them in a camp because he doesn't want them in Florida.
Surprise, surprise, the economy of Florida is going to be severely harmed by rounding up brown people
who, by the way, all over this country, Latinos are afraid to go to work.
Anybody who is perceived or looks Latino is afraid to go to work, I know people who are.
Okay, you see what I'm saying?
So she wants to once again divide, divide, divide, divide, divide, and somehow convince.
anybody that, okay, if you don't look like a blonde, blue-eyed, who knows what, I'm just going to
point out, like, look at the administration for goodness sakes. I mean, look at J.D. Vance's wife, right?
Look at the people he's surrounded himself with. Look at the new head of the FBI, okay? Like,
this doesn't, you know, it's not reduced to that with Donald Trump. He's full on meritocracy.
Like, he's Americana, right, at its best, because he's like, what can you do for me? Can you succeed? Can you get the
done. If so, he doesn't care about anything. Look at all the women in his administration. You get
Scott Besson, right, who's getting kind of caddy these days with Elon Musk. Who,
Scott, we didn't know you had it in you. Apparently, he's got a good shot too, good aim,
the Treasury Secretary. Well, he is married to another man, okay? I'm just saying this to point it out.
I don't need to broadcast it from here to kingdom come. Certainly the president doesn't.
He's like an equal opportunist. Hey, in a real meritocracy, we don't care what
color you are, what your sexual orientation is. We don't care about any of that, but in Joy
Reeds, very narrow little world where she is doing her very best to try to divide and conquer,
then it's male versus female. It's, you know, your sexuality, it's your color, it's everything,
right? This is what they're doing. And they're totally losing the sight of what Kelly Ann Conway
so articulately says, and that's reality. Listen.
These are criminals, and I wish the Democrats to start focusing on the word criminal.
Right?
Criminals.
You have people who are criminals.
But Joy Vee does not think that they should be rounded up because they're criminals from another country,
and therefore that's somehow discriminatory.
You see her line of logic.
It falls apart pretty darn fast.
But this is where they're taking it.
And so now they're trying to get you to believe that somehow, oh, Donald Trump is racist.
He's this, he's that. The whole GOP is, well, been there, done that.
We have seen that movie played out over and over and over again.
We're not falling for it anymore, no matter how much you try.
AOC, who's now under investigation, spinning the same lies.
About how this is about illegal versus legal immigration.
They are attacking legal status and removing legal status.
The Republican majority is anti-legal immigration in the United States.
I want to make that very clear, and I yield back.
All right.
what they are attacking are things that should not have happened.
You should not have had what's estimated some 20 million people come here during the Biden presidency.
That was uncalled for.
You shouldn't have people here that can't take care of themselves or that you're not tracking.
Again, uncalled for.
We don't have the money.
We don't have the infrastructure.
And we certainly, from a national security standpoint, cannot allow
for things to just run wild.
It's open season, open borders, here you go.
I mean, as much as they want to have their sanctuary states,
no, that doesn't fly.
And AOC's trying to make this into something else.
That's what they're all trying to do,
to try and turn everybody once again on each other.
But it doesn't add up.
What does add up, honestly, frankly,
is that they're looking to see if they can get some people in
that are non-citizens to be able to vote.
We showed you the article, the headline.
In the New York Times, just yesterday, it was an old story.
They had actually tried to get 800,000 people that were non-citizens to be able to vote in New York state elections, except fortunately, you had the appellate court shoot it down.
But it's emblematic of what they're trying to do and where they're trying to take us.
I mean, think about it.
If you've got a bigger population in New York, then you get to have more Congresspeople from New York.
you have a bigger population in Texas, which they're desperately trying to turn blue. Good luck with that one,
guys. Well, maybe you get more Congresspeople, therefore you have a better shot at trying to tilt
things in your favor. I mean, there is a method to the madness. This was not born out of some kind
of altruistic state. I mean, maybe for some people, I don't know, but I don't buy it. I don't even
think socialism, communism in any way, shape, or form is altruistic. It is all about serving the
individual that's going to succeed.
In other words, remember AOC on her oligarchy tour where she's there with Bernie and they're flying private?
Oh, don't ask, don't ask Bernie about that.
No, no, no, he gets all mad and his feathers get really ruffled.
He also can't ask him about AOC because he's a little jealous of her too.
He's like a little jealous girl himself.
Yeah, he is.
He really is.
I mean, when the ABC reporter asked him about ABC and her future, he got all mad and he stormed off the set.
It's like, Bernie, come on.
be a little bit above it now. He also got all freaked out when somebody dared to say, well,
why are you flying private? He's like, what do you think I'm going to do? Sit around in New Jersey?
No, we'll let La Monica do that. Maybe 17 years in prison in New Jersey. Thanks for her antics there.
Delancey Hall right outside Delancey Hall in Newark, New Jersey. Yeah, she's facing 17 years.
Where's AOC and Bernie when you need them? They're not going to be there because
Socialism is not about the people. It is about the individuals that want to be in charge.
Never forget it. All right? Never forget that. Meanwhile, the Trump administration, with all these wins,
is trying to get a few more. So they are announcing that they are suing the DOJ, Pam Bondi's DOJ,
is suing Karen Bass and Los Angeles. You know Karen Bass. She's the one who was like,
how dare you try and nationalize our National Guard? We got all.
these protests, these no king protests, totally under control. Yeah, right, you saw the video,
I saw the video, she saw the video, that was not under control. But Karen thinks, you know,
everything's just going fine.
Los Angeles, as you know, Jonathan, is 500 square miles. The problem that we had over a couple
of days was about one square miles. It was about four blocks in Los Angeles. You know, and it
wasn't that, I mean, after you have a major sporting event, you might have a lot of celebration,
and then there's a few people that hang around and create confusion.
There was vandalism for a couple of days.
Our police department, sheriff department, and other surrounding agencies
had the situation completely under control.
And by the way, the only thing the National Guard is doing here is protecting one building.
That's all.
They're not involved in crime control.
So if you look at why we have peace in Los Angeles,
it's because of me as the mayor, our police chief, our sheriff.
had the situation completely under control, this was unnecessary, which is why I call it an experiment.
They are testing to see how far can they go as the federal government in seizing power away from
the state and local authorities. So I got news for her. They're going to be able to go pretty far.
You know how I know they're going to be able to go pretty far last Friday? The Supreme Court came out
and said that there can be no single judge that makes a nationwide injunction against an executive order
from the President of the United States.
And so as I speak to you right now, a judge is rejecting Donald Trump's attempt to stop asylum
claims, saying that the law gave the president the authority to adopt an alternative
system, and now the federal judge is coming out and saying, no, that is not the case.
We'll see what happens to that once again.
Because I'm not so sure a single judge, based on what the Supreme Court said last Friday,
can actually get away with saying, okay, this is going to change everything.
The other thing I'd point out is it's pretty defined how you can apply for asylum. We went through
this yesterday, but maybe I'll put this back up on the screen. Again, you basically have to,
well, you have to meet two criteria. One, you have to be very much in jeopardy in your home place.
And you have to be in jeopardy in your home place, in your home country for very, very specific
reasons, okay? And this is the law. Again, this is the law. Like you guys want to change it.
go look at change in the law.
But, you know, people need to enforce the law, like Christy Noem tried to explain to you the other day.
My only question to you, I'd say a question back to you is which laws in the United States should be enforced and which ones shouldn't.
I mean, my job, here's the deal, guys.
My job is not to pick and choose which laws we enforce and which ones we don't.
We have laws in this country, and they matter.
If you want the law changed, go to Congress.
Once the last time you went to Capitol Hill and told your senator or representative to change?
change it. That's what they need to do. This is the perfect time for Congress to make a decision
on how they want people in this country to be able to have an opportunity to come here legally
and to fix this. We as law enforcement officers and as a national security department and agency,
my job is to uphold the law. And that's what I will continue to do.
Los Angeles, as you know, Jonathan, is 500 square miles. Yeah. Well, it's 500 square miles.
you're apparently not doing a good enough job protecting it because now the DOJ is suing you over
the sanctuary status because you're not enforcing the law.
As the DHS secretary advised you to do, I mean, and so now you're going down with New York
and with Illinois and all of these places that are sitting there clinging to their sanctuary status
despite the fact that the federal government has said you've got to help ICE.
You've got to help the federal government.
you can't work in defiance of the federal government.
AOC learning that the hard way as an investigation is being announced into her.
Here is Pam Bondi talking about New York's problems.
The same exact stuff applies.
This is a new DOJ and we are taking steps to protect Americans, American citizens,
and angel moms like the mom standing right behind me who you're going to hear from in a moment.
Yeah. Okay, it's a new DOJ. It's a new president. It's a whole new world. And guess what we're winning, winning, winning, winning. We are and we're going to keep winning. Because, you know what? Take a look at what happened in California recently. Donald Trump said, I'm calling up the National Guard. Karen Bass and Gavin Newsom went totally ballistic. And they said, no, no, no, no, no, no, you can't. And so they sued. And guess what? That initial judge looked at it and said, okay, well, maybe you can't. So then immediately the Trump administration,
came back and took it all the way to the appellate court, the federal Ninth Circuit appellate court,
okay? Think about that. Ninth Circuit, historically, very, very lefty court. They said, no, you're right.
You know what? You have the power to call up the national guard. Well, of course he is the power.
Gosh, darn it. Of course he has the power. He's the freaking president of the United States of America.
Thank you very much. What do you think had to happen? Back in 1962, Alabama, George Wallace.
You weren't going to integrate. Gas well out. The president said, you bet you will,
and we're going to overtake your national guard. We are going to federalize your national guard.
so is to enforce national federal law.
Big as federal law when it comes to immigration,
guess what?
Trump's a every single day, pun intended.
And you know why?
There's this little thing called, oh, what do you know?
Article 1, Section 8, Clause 4 in the Constitution saying,
the Congress shall have power to establish a uniform rule of naturalization.
It gives Congress the authority, right?
To determine who can become a citizen, how the application goes,
who may enter and remain in the country,
courts have consistently interpreted this to say, you know what, the feds, they control immigration
laws, not just naturalization. Oh, but there's more, there's more, you get the Commerce
Clause. I mean, we can walk out all day on this. And this is why all of these sanctuary,
cities and counties and states will lose. Because you cannot have a United States of America
if you don't have one person in charge, if you don't have some rule of law, some kind of supremacy.
Oh, reminds me of the supremacy clause.
But the one I have on the screen right now is, guess what?
My favorite, the Commerce Clause.
Article 1, Section 8, Class 3, the Congress will have the power to regulate commerce with foreign nations.
That immigration has been taken to be part of this because it involves foreign nations.
But guess what?
It also means they have the power to regulate Congress.
Congress does.
State to state.
So if Congress is making the decision that someone can't just show up and be here and, well,
I don't know, commit a crime and be here.
If Congress makes that decision and they have made that decision, then heck, you know what?
It is the job of the administration to make sure that this is forced via DHS.
I can't believe I have to explain it, but apparently you do because these people, AOC, Karen Bass,
Leticia James, Kathy Hokel, they don't get it, or maybe they do.
Think about that guys.
They do.
And they're trying to push us towards something, which, again, I'm just going to tell you,
the law's not on their side.
They're not going to win.
But they want to bring us to the edge as some kind of, I don't know, civil war,
state versus fed.
And that's why Karen Bass is like, oh, he's trying to push us to the edge.
He's not pushing you to the edge.
He's actually just trying to get you to do what you're supposed to do as a state,
as a member state in the United States of America.
And this is me, okay, like live for your die in New Hampshire.
I'm all about small, limited government.
But at some point, somebody's got to be in charge.
So you think about the constitutional basis for federal power over immigration
being also Article 1, Section 9, Clause 1,
Migration and Importation Clause.
Okay, now this actually goes back to the ban of the slave trade.
but, again, it's a clause that gives them the power to have the authority over immigration.
And then the Supremacy Clause. I love this one, quote, to make all laws, which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into execution the foregoing powers.
Article 1, Section 8, clause 18, and then there's, oh, I mean, we could just go all day.
You see where I'm going. You get the foreign affairs and national sovereignty clause, the implied powers clause.
I mean, and by the way, this was actually challenged and challenged specifically as it related
to immigration back in Arizona.
I think it was 2012.
And what was decided?
Dant-da-da-da-ha.
The federal government has the power.
Okay?
Over-immigration.
That's just the way it is.
And I'm sorry, AOC.
I know you want to think otherwise.
But, you know, AOC herself is facing her own challenges.
She's under investigation.
That was confirmed by Tom Holman this week.
she is under investigation because, one, she allegedly had an illegal working for her in Congress,
which would actually spark some national security concerns. But hey, you know, the Democrats,
they're like, woo, I mean, you had the guy, uh, Swalwell with Fang Fang. Yeah. So, I mean,
there's precedent for having people that maybe shouldn't be working for you, working for you in
Congress, I guess. Oh, in that case, maybe she was a, well, we don't know what she was. We'll leave it at that.
Anyway, AOC, one, allegedly had somebody working for her that was here illegally and had access
us to some pretty important things and people and stuff.
And two is out there over and over and over again trying to impede law enforcement and trying
to tell people, hey, hey, you know what?
You don't need to abide by the law.
You don't need to answer the door for ICE. Watch.
principle number one in what you can do is that when one of these things comes to your backyard,
you can resist.
I'm going to jump in because that's really important.
We've talked about this before.
She's trying to dehumanitize, like, you know, ice.
They're things.
They're not people.
That's not a guy who has a wife and three kids who's out trying to earn a living for his family
and have an honorable job.
No, no, no, no, no, no.
In her estimation, that's a thing.
It's not a person.
I think it's just important to remember and note the rhetoric
that you're hearing right now from the left
because it's pretty bad, it's pretty gross,
and yet this is her.
You can resist.
And what that happens over millions of people
is that you generate enough friction
that they cannot go as fast as they want to go,
Okay, so I'm going to give you some examples that have already been working.
Let's start with immigration and ICE.
When people say, what can we do?
In my community, we are a heavily immigrant community.
ICE raids deeply affect and disrupt our community.
So, number one, if you live in a community with a lot of immigrants, know your
rights. That's one tangible thing you can do that I want you to do. And that means know your rights
if you are a U.S. citizen as well. Okay? Here's one way that we're going to...
All right, so it goes on and on and on, okay? You get the point. She's trying to teach people
that they need to know their rights. And so then this had become and still is a very big deal.
She can't seem to figure out whether or not she's under investigation. So,
let's let Tom tell her, okay?
Shall we, guys?
So we just let Tom break the reality to one
Alexander Ocasio-Cortez who goes on to PBS saying,
I don't know, I've been sending letters to the DOJ, I just don't know.
Well, here you go.
Tom has it.
You are, honey, you are.
Here's the article of the criminal alien staffer that AOC had on staff.
Maybe you could, like, maybe you could just start here, you know,
as an explainer to me and to this audience, like, how does this even possible?
It's not possible.
And I know that's, I know that's being looked at.
I can't comment on past that.
I'm aware of it.
We've asked, I should drill in on that case.
It's my information that they're actually, can't really comment out.
We don't know if it was an illegal status or not at this point.
It looks like it might have been temporary status, but I can't comment on the case because it's under investigation.
Oh, well, that tells you something.
Does it not?
That tells you a lot.
So AOC, under investigation, and it's important.
part because she may have had somebody who was here illegally and he kind of clamped up.
He didn't want to explain. But you heard what AOC was saying earlier, right? All that stuff about
here's what you need to do with these things, human beings that may come and possibly arrest
you because you have committed a crime and you're here illegally and somehow they all forget
this. I'm just going to keep playing this soundbite from Kellyanne because don't forget it.
These are criminals. And I wish the Democrats to start focusing on the
the word criminal. Yeah, that might help. I mean, criminal actually, you know, kind of helps reframe it
a little bit, but no, AOC is like, here's what you need to do. Don't whatever you do, give in,
make sure you call someone, et cetera, et cetera. Resist, resist. That's what this is all about. That's their
motto now. So Homan said, yeah, you try that and you're actually going to be in a whole lot of
other troubles. She's actually instructing people to, to break the law.
As far as the, her educating people on how to evade ICE arrest,
she's really educating them on how to be prosecuted.
Because there are statutes on the books, federal statute,
when you knowingly hinder your removal, that's a crime.
When you take steps to prevent your removal after being ordered removed by a federal judge,
it's a crime.
We have instructed ICE to start prosecuting these cases.
If you don't want to open the door,
and we have a final order removal,
If you don't want to participate and get travel toxins for your home nation, you take steps
to hit your own removal that it's a crime.
You'd be prosecuted.
So she can claim she's, you know, educating people of the constitutional rights.
I'd argue she's educating many people on how to be prosecuted.
You're going to see that happening.
Wow.
Okay.
So Holman, by the way, our thanks to Benny for that interview.
Benny, Benny's great.
I actually have known his producer for many years.
And Benny's been on the show.
He does some interesting stuff.
He's just exploded in this new media world, right?
Like, this is all great.
Reminder, subscribe, share, like, all that good stuff.
Make a comment.
But I think what Holman is getting at is, one, she's impeding law enforcement, right?
Numorono by saying get in the way of all this.
And then, too, she's actually giving some really bad instruction to people.
And yet, and yet, she's out there going bonkers because, mm-hmm, Karen Bass,
Los Angeles, New York is all being hit with investigations and sued in the case of Los Angeles by the DOJ.
If anyone's breaking the law in this situation, it's not members of Congress.
It's the Department of Homeland Security.
It's people like Tom Homan and Secretary Christie No.
You lay a finger on them, we are going to have a problem.
Well, Tom had a little teeny something to say about that.
This is good, okay? This is really, really good. He went out to CNN. Look at Jake Tapper's faces. He's listening to him. But he called her out and he called her out good.
You can't intimidate me. Come on. Give me a break. You know, I was enforcing him. I was wearing a green uniform, Bortvatured agent for five years before she was even born. I had more than three decades enforcing immigration law before she came a member of Congress. I've worked for six presidents. I've seen policies. I've seen hundreds of policies. Some work, some didn't. But you can't deny the success of the Trump.
administration when comes to border security again the most secure board and history of this and i said from
day one and she knows this you can not support ice shame on you you can support sanctuary cities shame on you
but you can't cross the line you can't knowingly impede a lot of ice law enforcement officers that is a
felony you can't harbor and conceal knowingly harboring conceal it will go alien from ice that is a felony
and you certainly can't commit criminal trespass you know and as far as in new york her district
This administration has done more to protect her districts, and she has.
The number of criminal aliens we took out the streets of New York made her community much safer.
She ought to be thanking the members of this administration.
The men and women are ICE who protect this country and make her community safer.
So, you know, politics over public safety.
It's just ridiculous.
She ought to love her community more than she hates Trump because we're doing a lot to protect her community.
I just love it.
I love it. I love it.
I came out a few weeks ago, but I had to play it again, you know, and I'll do but a goody.
Oh, Janet, Schumacher, thank you so much for your generosity.
We so appreciate it.
And I love the compliment.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
So Janet here on the channel, listen, guys, AOC is in a lot of trouble.
I think she knows she's in a lot of trouble.
She's been a little bit more quiet lately.
She's been backing off the socialist commie guy there in New York, even admitting yesterday that
really it was just a wake-up call for the party.
just a wake-up call, okay, just to let you know what we really could do. We could really take
you to Crazy Town, Crazy Town, USA. Well, it's not happening. Not happening yet because we got more wins.
We got more wins we got to talk about. We got to talk about this huge win for girls. I'm loving
it. You know what? I have two daughters. They're both athletes. I've watched this whole thing
with, and I'm like, like, I'm a pretty reasonable person. I really am. I know. Everybody's like,
As soon as you like Trump, apparently you're not reasonable anymore.
I'm a pretty reasonable person.
I'm a pretty empathetic person.
I have not gotten this whole athletic thing at all.
Okay?
And so I have really felt for Riley.
And I'm so thrilled for her.
And I am so thrilled from every girl and every woman in America today.
We're going to get to that.
But first, balance in nature.
Speaking of athletics, I try to take good care of myself.
if I try to go to the gym at least three times a week. I'm working on that. It would be great to go five.
I walk a lot. I drink a ton of water and I try to eat well. I also make sure that I get all my
nutrients and vitamins in part through balance of nature. So you can take it every day. Fruits and
veggies are kind of good. I get 35% off. If you use my code word, Trish, you also get a money back
guarantee and you get free shipping, which is important, right? So all.
of this is good stuff. It is called balance in nature.com. There's a ton of success stories. And by the way,
it's not just the fruits and veggies. They have lots of different stuff on their website. So I'd
encourage you to kind of peruse through it. You get 35% off everything with my discount code,
but you have to use my discount code. And it helps the show. And it helps you. Helps me.
So thank you. If you're interested in trying to kind of, you know, take it up a notch and
make sure you get all those vitamins. I'd encourage you to take a look at that. But like I said,
are winning, winning, winning, winning, okay? I love this. Again, I'm a mom. I have two kids. I was not
much of an athlete, but I'll tell you, if I was, you know, singer. If I was, do you know how
demoralizing it would be to know that I didn't just have to compete against myself and other women,
but I had to compete against somebody who had been born with a very different genetic
profile and thus a different hormone profile and thus the ability to make and grow muscle for years
on end in very formative years much more than I could. Not to mention somebody who wouldn't even rank
in the women's division, forgive me, in the men's division and the only time the person ranked was when
the person decided to go for the women's division, right? And I'm talking about swimming,
I'm talking about running, I'm talking about all the sports that's,
somehow now have been infiltrated by people who aren't really sure who they are, think there's
something else, and we don't even have to get into that debate. Okay? Like, let me just keep it simple.
It's not fair. It's not one bit fair. And it took Donald Trump coming into office to change this.
The fact that this is even something we have to talk about, the fact that poor Riley Gaines was standing
there. You remember? I mean, remember? Do we have the, we do? We have the, I think the, well, this is,
this is the one that beat her out, but I think there's a picture. Here, I mean, she's coming in second to
Leah Thomas. Leah didn't go through the whole thing. I mean, there's still body parts there. I don't
mean to be too graphic, but I'm just telling you, okay, that's not fair. It's not fair. It's not right.
And you know what? It was so wrong. It's in part why Trump won this election and he's winning, winning, winning some more because the University of Pennsylvania just had to come out. This is great. And say, you know what?
Sorry. We are sorry. We are sorry, Riley. We are sorry to every young woman that had to compete against a transgender because it wasn't fair.
But the only reason they did this is because they had Donald Trump breathing down their back
saying, you know what, no more federal money for sports.
Because what you're doing is against the law.
Here's Linda McMahon, head of the Department of EDU education talking about exactly this.
The university will be sending a personal apology to every female athlete who was forced to compete against a man.

Right? I'm going to get my own round of applause. You guys, awesome.
And it's sad that we even have to be here. But think of how crazy things were.
I mean, Leah Thomas was like the Sports Illustrated athlete of the year and, oh, we could go on and on.
Or maybe it was ESPN, you know, the Disney company that's got its own DEI challenges.
It's still facing Brendan Carr, that investigation he's got going on into Disney and ABC and everything they did.
That's not over.
Not over.
But anyway, it's a good day for America.
And certainly, Riley, I want to get to her reaction.
She deserves this, right?
She took this on in a huge way.
And the vitriol that came her way as a young woman being brave enough to stand up to this
to say, hey, something's not right.
And what she went through, even as recently as a couple of weeks ago at that Simone,
gymnast girl trying to tear her down. I mean, that was wrong. Really wrong. Here she is.
I feel vindicated. I feel like pigs are flying. I feel like hell has frozen over. So it is a fantastic
day, of course, for sanity, for common sense. But I think more broadly for women, for humanity,
for the little girl that I'm growing inside of me right now, that I will welcome to the world in
just a few weeks. I think of her. I think of her future. That is what Donald Trump.
Trump and of course Secretary McMahon and myself, that is what we are fighting for.
So very, very excited about today's news.
I got chills.
Like, I have chills.
Like, it's really good.
It's sad that we had to go through that.
It's really, really sad that we had to go through it.
And look, it's not over, right?
Like, this is good.
UPenn is following through.
They're trying to protect women now because they have to.
But remember, there's a lot of places that still aren't.
even though legally they have to consider the state of Maine.
Uh-huh.
Right, north and New Hampshire.
Just south of Canada.
I wonder if they need to join Canada or something.
Here is the governor of Maine talking with Donald Trump,
saying no, she is no interest in complying.
The NCAA has complied immediately, by the way, that's good.
But I understand Maine.
Is the Maine here, the governor of Maine?
Are you not going to comply with it?
Well, we are the federal law.
Well, you better do it.
You better do it because you're not going to get any federal funding at all if you don't.
And by the way, your population, even though it's somewhat liberal, although I did very well there,
your population doesn't want men playing in women's sports.
So you better comply because otherwise you're not getting any federal funding.
Every state, good, I'll see you in court.
I look forward to that.
That should be a real easy one.
And enjoy your life after governor because I don't think you'll be an elected.
politics.
It will be an easy one because you know what?
I'm going to go back to the Commerce Clause again.
They have the power over, Maine, in part because of the Commerce Clause, because of the
supremacy clause.
Oh, what about equal rights?
How about that?
How about Title IX?
For goodness sakes, dream on, Maine.
You keep dreaming on, but you know what?
It would be nice if somebody would just do the right thing for a change rather than having
to get forced into it.
But, you know, bottom line, winning.
Things have to change.
They are changing.
CBS is finding this one out the hard way.
You get the winners and you got the losers, right?
CBS News, parent company, Paramount, is now caving to Donald Trump.
They're paying 16 mil, just like ABC.
$16 million to settle that 60 minutes lawsuit because the president said,
basically, you guys are trying to manipulate the election by manipulating Kamala Harris.
We don't need to go back and listen to it.
I've played it so many times. It's practically ingrained in my head. And if you are not familiar with it,
I encourage you to go and look at one of the 60 Minutes chapters we did. But anyway, she effectively had this
word salad answer when she was asked about Netanyahu and Israel. And then somehow miraculously,
by the time the real segment aired on Sunday night, they made the mistake of airing the raw tape
on Face the Nation that morning. And then by Sunday night, it was all cleaned up and pretty. And what do you know?
she sounded like she actually made sense.
But, you know, it was Kamala.
She couldn't possibly have made sense.
She rarely makes sense on anything.
So Kamala Harris, getting exposed rather brilliantly by CBS itself.
Like they didn't intend to, but they had her on Face the Nation.
And then the next thing, you know, right, she's on 60 minutes sounding very, very different.
So Donald Trump said, hey, you can't do that because this is interferes.
if you would in the election. You are CBS, you're 60 minutes. You got to actually, you know,
have some responsibility to present things fairly and clearly. So as a result of this, not only are they
paying the 16 million for his library plus the legal fees, they're actually going to now
have a new precedent. They're going to release written transcripts. I'd kind of like the actual
video, just saying, but they're going to have to actually release all of the,
transcripts for presidential candidates going forward. And so that's a good thing. That is actually a
win for America, because in the interest of transparency, we don't need CBS News buttoning things up
and trying to make Kamala Harris seem like she's a PhD in nuclear science. No, no, no. That would be
Elon who's got that, right? Brendan Carr, the FCC chairman, has said the president's lawsuit,
meanwhile, is not in any way linked to Paramount's deal with Skydance.
So don't forget, in the backdrop, right, you have CBS News, which is really faltering,
and it wanted to sell itself and the entire company Paramount to Skydance, which is owned by
Larry Ellis and Sun.
And so they're going to do this big deal.
It was going to put like $9 billion in the pocket of the head of Paramount, Redstone.
So Sherry Redstone's like, I want this, I want this, I want this, and can't you guys just figure it out with Trump?
And so then it became, oh gosh, well, if we figure it out with Trump and we give him some money, does it make it look like it's a bribe?
Well, that's what the left is saying.
So this company is damned if it does and damned if it doesn't.
So my sort of moral of the story is here that CBS is kind of screwed.
So we wish them all the luck in the world, but now they have to deal with Elizabeth Warren out of Massachusetts,
as well as Bernie Sanders out of Vermont saying that any payment, any payment at all,
to Paramount would be considered a bribe because they have to get this FCC approval. Wow. I mean,
it's a stretch. It's a stretch, but I just kind of find it amusing because poor CBS, no matter what it does,
is still up a creek without a paddle, kind of a fall, if you would, for the Tiffany Network. I mean,
they've lost the EP of 60 Minutes, no big loss. They have lost the president of the News Division.
Again, no big loss. And now they're in a situation where they're going to be taken over,
likely by Skydance. And here you go. Here's the kicker. Skydance has a group that wants to run CBS
and kind of make it into the new great thing for the internet age. Good luck. And it's Jeff Suckers group.
Talking about six degrees of separation. They're putting Jeff Suckers group in charge of it all.
and the guy who used to run NBC, another Jeff, in charge of CBS.
So, I don't think you're going to see enough change that's really going to help one CBS.
What do you guys think?
Probably not.
Probably not.
Well, we wish them well.
And, you know, anytime you're up against Elizabeth Warren, I guess I kind of feel for you.

Meanwhile, as we look at this market, we just published a new note over at 76 research,
looking at all the tremendous winning we got going on.
And, hey, we're kind of winning too, right?
The American Resilience portfolio killing the S&P.
I love it, right?
I want you to be part of this.
Guys, go and look at this.
We've got lots of ideas for you just in the basic newsletter.
It's a dollar a month for the first two months.
It goes to $9.95 thereafter.
You know what?
We'll refund the dollar if you don't like it.
So, hey, you know, that's all you're really going to be out.
Take a look at those names, though, because I think there's a lot that you can use.
And I try to make sure that we're writing it in a way that's digestible and entertaining
and exciting for all of you, especially if you haven't invested before.
I was actually with one of my girlfriends last night, and we were talking about this
because she is trying to invest.
And she's like, I don't even know where to begin.
And I said, go to 76 research.com, use code word dollar.
Just sign up for the 76 report.
You should get the model portfolios because that's where the real value is.
The American resilience, the inflation protection protection and the basic income builder
portfolios.
I want you to do that.
But in the interim, at least get the cheap stuff, okay?
At least do that.
You know, the markets have been on a tear, as we've said, right?
since April. It's been wonderful, wonderful, wonderful stuff to see. We've had oil declining a lot.
It's actually moving up a little bit today, which is, I guess, good, because this is a bet
on the optimism for the American economy, right? Well, I sat down with the Prairie Operating
Group CEO to ask him a little bit about this just moments ago and get his thoughts not just
on where oil's heading, but this winning, right, for the American energy sector because it is
so important. I know it's gotten a bad name with ESG stuff. You know, we hate fossil fuels,
etc. It's not all bad. And I think Ed does a really good job of explaining this. This industry,
it matters. And we need to think about that, right, when we're thinking about policy and supporting
what works here at home. More winning. Joining me right now is the CEO of Prairie Operating Group. Ed
Kovalik, Ed, good to have you on the show. Hey, it's great to be with you. I'm watching oil, right?
It's kind of doing the antithesis, if you would, of what I thought it would do. But that's good.
I mean, I'm like, you know, this is winning, winning, winning, winning, because oil prices are coming down,
which I imagine is going to be really good news for the U.S. economy. Yeah, you know, I think oil
prices are already pretty low, historically speaking, just in the context of where they've been in
the past since the advent of shale, for instance, and taking inflation into account. So
not quite sure how much cheaper they're going to go, but they're at a pretty healthy level
for the economy. One of the things I love that you guys have sort of undertaken is this campaign
to educate Americans and the world, frankly, on fossil fuels are not that bad. I know that the
ESG environment wanted you to think so. I know that you weren't supposed to invest in them.
I know it was like totally taboo. But the reality is if I didn't have them, can you imagine what
the world would look like? No, I can't because it would be pretty horrible. And I mean,
it's almost blackhearted to think about what it would be like because half of the world's population
probably couldn't survive, you know, fossil fuels power, all of our food systems. And they power
just our modern way of life. And actually half of the world doesn't really have access to
inexpensive, abundant fossil fuels. So, you know, the average home in the developing world uses as
much energy as, you know, our refrigerator, for example, in an entire year. So can you imagine
living like that? No, no, I can. I mean, look, I'm all for, you know, whatever, you can be more
conscious of things. My husband gets mad because, you know, me and the kids were terrible. Well, we'll
leave the lights on, right, all over the house. He's like, for goodness sakes, you're just, you know,
just throwing money out the window. And there are other cultures that are certainly better maybe
than Americans at being more cognizant of it. But, you know, I don't think it's fair to just sort
of tar and feather the entire industry. And that was going on for a while. I know it's partly
why you started this company. It's partly why I started my financial research firm because we wanted
to be anti-ESG over at 76 research. I just, you know, when you get to the point where you
are not able to invest in certain things that are huge opportunities because somebody else from up on high
is saying it's bad. I think, you know, you're reaching a breaking point. And that, as I understand,
it was a part of your experience? Absolutely. 100%. You know, I think that fossil fuels have been
incredibly demonized really over the last five to 10 years. Fossil fuels really power most of our
electricity systems and then they're in everything that we use in you know the makeup that you're
wearing and the surfboard that I ride I mean pretty much everything in our life is some way
shape or form made with fossil fuels so you know this false narrative and the demonization of
our energy system is really dangerous I was so proud years back that America had become energy
independent. And I, you know, I thought it was such a tremendous accomplishment. And then over the last
four years, again, during this demonization process, it was like, no, no, no, we don't want to. And it's like,
why wouldn't we want that, right? Because one, it's economic security. And two, it's national,
international security, right? You know, foreign affairs security. We don't have to be so reliant on the
Middle East. Hey, if we got it at home, why not? Absolutely. I mean, the entire world,
operates based on energy security.
And so the idea that we somehow shouldn't
is, again, a really dangerous idea.
But we only became energy independent
because one of the great things about our country
and our culture is that we're tremendous innovators.
And innovation didn't spare oil and gas.
It's in fact what allowed us to be energy independent.
You know, when you look at what companies like ours do
in terms of drilling shale and drilling horizontally.
We drill one mile down and then we drill two or three miles
out horizontally and we keep that drill bit
within a six inch kind of area as we drill.
And what we're drilling through is hard rock.
And if I showed you a sample of that rock,
you'd think that what we do is alchemy,
the fact that we can make oil out of rock.
But it's that innovation and fracking
that's allowed us to do so
and made this country energy independent.
It's amazing. I remember traveling down to Venezuela to the Orinoco region, which is said to possibly rival Saudi Arabia for the oil reserves. The problem is they didn't have the innovation or the technology to get the stuff out of the ground. And Chavez kicked everyone out. And so, you know, there was no way to take this very heavy tar-like substance. And literally, I remember like holding a coffee cup and like turning it upside down and nothing would come out. So again, it's that innovation of being able to get to it. You have the innovation with your company.
to get to this shale and it's kind of just an amazing thing. But, you know, what do you do when the whole
world is sort of turning it away and shunning it and, oh, we're not going to invest in this because
Larry Fink doesn't like it? That's all changed, though. I mean, what does that mean for you guys now?
I mean, given that you have an administration that's actually pro-US energy, and I think people are
coming around to the idea that, you know, technology is going to help make all of this better and
cheaper or more accessible and make the U.S. as a result of it stronger.
No, I think it's a great time to be in the oil and gas industry for those reasons.
And, you know, as an industry, we're constantly striving to improve how we operate.
You know, at the end of the day, we in Colorado, for example,
produce the cleanest molecule of oil anywhere in the world because we don't flare our gas.
We put it all in pipe.
We've got extremely sophisticated methane reduction systems that we employ.
And so, you know, that's the kind of thing that we want to advocate for the rest of the world because guess what? I mean, we all share one atmosphere. We all live on one planet. So the idea that we could somehow, you know, scale back or do away with oil and gas production in any one country. But China's building, you know, multiple coal plants every week. And India's growing their population and doing the same. It's sheer insanity.
No, and I would just think that, look, you know that U.S. producers are going to do it better, smarter, cleaner, et cetera.
So therefore, wouldn't you want more U.S. production from that standpoint?
But anyway, thank you for being here.
And keep up the good fight, Ed.
I think you guys are doing a great job at educating everybody.
It's not all that bad.
No, no.
It keeps us a lot.
Thanks for having me on, Ed.
Really appreciate it.
Appreciate it.
Our thanks.
Ed. You can learn more, actually. Let me make sure I put this up for you. If you're interested at
oilfax.com, more about the truth of our wonderful, amazing energy sector, because we are going to
win this. We're winning, winning, winning, right, right, right around the block.
76 research, don't forget 76 research. My company, don't forget one of our great sponsors,

I get some big news.
I'm super psyched because we did it again, guys.
Like, I don't know how it's happening, but you know what?
It shows it.
You will build it and they will come.
I have been doing this show.
One of these days we're going to commit to the same time every day.
In the meantime, you've been very patient with me.
We're doing this show live every single day.
And you have come and you have helped build something.
We are part of a movement.
I keep saying we're on the front lines of history.
and what a week it has been.
What a 10 days it has been.
What a year it has been.
And the success goes over to the Trish Regan show as well.
We were just named again.
They came out with a list every Wednesday.
So it's always a little bit nerve-wracking.
But I wasn't sure we'd make it this week.
Believe it or not, because, you know, it's been a tough week.
And here we are.
Here we are once again in the top 100.
So thank you for pushing the show and everything you do.
If you haven't subscribed, make sure you subscribe.
please do me that favor.
We'll have lots more content coming your way.
Aunt Andy, good to see you here again,
and I appreciate the comms, David Lango.
I'm seeing all the familiar faces.
It's wonderful.
We're building a real community here,
and I get a kick out of everything you guys write.
I do read them all, believe it or not,
and I respond to quite a few of them.
So thank you for all you do.
We're going to be back here live again tomorrow
with a whole lot more news.
I'll see you then.
