This September 11th, 2026, marks 25 years since the biggest terror attack on American soil. We remember the ones who died on 9-11, the responders who lost their lives trying to save Americans, and of course the armed forces who fought the Middle Eastern wars that followed. We prayed for their families, and we continued to pray for peace. All these years later, though, it is clearer than ever that 9-11 was used to justify a much larger and much more sinister agenda. and it makes you wonder, why don't we know exactly what happened that day? We don't know because the government is continuing to hide the 9-11 files. That's not the behavior of an honest organization.

Tucker, it's great to be back with you, and I thank you for allowing me to do the interview one year ago since that interview, a lot of information has come forward. And as I explained when we first met, my commitment here is not just as a 20-year member of Congress, but I'm a firefighter.

I devoted my life to the American Fire Service. I was a fire chief. I was a state fire instructor. and I was at the World Trade Center in 93 with the Fire Department of New York, and I was there on 9-11, not as a politician, as a firefighter. My good friend, Chief Ray Downey was killed at 9-11, and I feel to this day responsible that I allow bureaucrats to deny the information that could have prevented 9-11 from happening. I now have that factual information because of my position in Congress, my position is Vice Chairman of Armed Services, and Tucker, I'm not going to be silenced. They'll have to kill me.

I'm not going to be silenced. Well, the FBI famously tried to silence you by going after your daughter in the middle of congressional race, which you lost thanks to the FBI. So they have a track record of trying to make you be quiet. It hasn't worked. So at this point, 25 years later, what are the big facts about 9-11 that most Americans don't know? The 9-11 commission, one, was established as a cover-up. The brother of one of the commissioners endorses my book, Chris Lehman, who was a White House National Security Advisor for Ronald Reagan. You can see his comment on the cover of the book.

In addition, the facts are that we had a dedicated group of intelligence officers in a special program credit in the Army called Able Danger. They identified a year before that the New York cell of Al Qaeda was in New York. They tried to transfer that information three times to the Justice Department and were blocked. That's all factually documented. And they're all coming out publicly with me. All 10 of them are publicly behind me openly stating the facts are true. In addition, Louis Free wrote an op-in in the Wall Street Journal saying that the 9-11 Commission ignored ABLE Danger. General Keith Lambert, Jeff Lambert, the head of Special Forces Command.

In his book called Horse Soldiers, New York Times bestseller on page 27 was asked the question, what were your thoughts for 9-11? And he says in the book, within seconds I knew who had done the attack, and I knew it involved Mohamedada because I had been briefed on a top secret army intelligence program that had tried to transfer the information three times. That's not me saying that, Tucker. That's our top military commander of special forces, and that's the FBI director. 9-11 has been covered up to the American people by our own government, not by the entire government, not by all the members of Congress, but by a few leaders, and unfortunately the Congress is I'm willing to take it on.

I'm not backing down. Why do you think the U.S. government would cover up 9-11? Why do you think they would certain officials in certain agencies, not the whole government, not all agencies, but certain officials in certain agencies, I think your book, makes it very clear, indisputable, knew that an attack of this kind was coming and didn't do anything meaningful to stop it. Why? Tucker, I think it's more than they knew it was attack was coming. I think there were officials in our government who planned the attack. And I have documents in the

book, one of which I've explained to you, that I've uncovered to me. On the day my daughter's home was raided, six hours after they raided her house, I was warned by someone from the Pentagon as to why the raid was occurring. This wasn't some thing where we knew it. This was a planned effort, Tucker, a planned effort that not just killed 3,000 people and 343 firefighters who were the reason why I'm doing this. 9,800 people lost their lives because we then sent 2,500 soldiers to Afghanistan looking for bin Laden.

2,500 came home in body bags. 3,600 came home in body bags who were contractors. The total death toll from 9-11 is almost 10,000 innocent Americans because bin Laden wasn't in Afghanistan. He was roaming in Balochistan, Iran. I have all the details in my book, and it's all backed up with facts. What do you suppose the motive was in, as you say, planning this attack? If you're a U.S. government official, why would you want thousands of your countrymen to die? Tucker, when I was at 9-11, I could never have imagined emotionally looking for my

friend Ray Downey and other firefighters that anyone in America could ever, ever plan an attack that would kill innocent American lives, especially firefighters, but any American. I can't in my deepest imagination fathom how anyone could plan to do something like this. I don't understand. Now, maybe they wanted to have a reason to send our soldiers to war. And if that's the case, then those Americans need to be held accountable. and tried for treason. Now, some of them are dead.

But the ones that are alive, the same ones I believe that when after me and Donald Trump, they need to be held accountable. And I'm not going to back down, Tucker. It's not our entire intelligence force. I had many friends in the intelligence community. A handful of people thought they were so arrogant, thought they were so all in self-control

that they could get away with this and hide it. And you know what they're doing? They're having the 9-11 concerned people fight each other over the buildings, over the planes. It's like a game they get them playing. The real story is Tucker. Did America plan? And did America just initially come up with the operation through a handful of people, an operation that would kill 10,000 innocent Americans?

That's what my book's about, Tucker. And you know what? The documentation's there. I want Donald Trump, the president. I respect to convene a presidential 9-11 commission of people with integrity, not people tied to any nonprofit that gets defense money, not people tied to either political party. I want a new, not new commission, independent, and I'll give them every piece of data I have. And I'll tell you, Tucker, the American people will then have the truth.

And if they take my life in the process, so be it. That's what I'm here for. I owe that to Ray Downey. This is a 290th anniversary of the first fire company in America. We celebrated everything else in this country this year, except for the fact that firefighters were in place 40 years before America was a nation. Ben Franklin, 1736, Union Hose Volunteer Fire Company in Philadelphia. Today there are 55,000. That's all right.

Excuse me. Not at all. Play there are 55,000. In every community, they're taking for granted. Those firefighters in New York families, it's not enough to raise money for their loved ones. They shouldn't have died. They shouldn't have been killed.

The same thing they did to that fire chief in L.A. When the wildfires occurred, what did the governor and the mayor do? They blamed the fire chief, and it was a woman. They fired her. I'm not having that anymore, Tucker. The backbone of our country are the men and women in the fire service. They reflect one of them.

America's all about. They do what they do to protect other people. They don't demand anything. That's why they're 98% support in every poll. I'm doing this for them. But the last thing I'll do, so be it. I'm sorry. No, you don't have to apologize.

And I think anyone who lived through that period, even those who weren't firemen, feels that rage. It's justified because, an enormous number, probably the majority of 9-11 related documents are still classified. Why do you think that is? What's the justification for that? Because it's the big cover-up, Tucker.

Because the people, what I now have and the information I have in this book, the one document, now shows as someone in the Pentagon knew what ABLE Danger was all about. I have that document, and that person was a supporter of mine, and sent that to me six hours after they raided my daughter's house. warning me that I was stepping into the fire. And I'd pay the price for that. And I have a second document, Tucker, where a senior Senate intelligence,

a senior Senate, a lawyer, knew I was 100% correct. That's in the memo. And yet the Senate Oversight Committee, brush the side and accepted the 9-11 Commission. It's all there, Tucker. And I'll provide those facts to the investigation committee that Donald Trump appoints.

I'm not going to point to any other country. I don't want to get into that game. I'm not going to point to any group. If American people plan this, they need to be held accountable. Those Americans are the ones we have to go after. And they're only a handful. And they're still alive in this country, even though several of the top people that plan this are dead.

And Tucker, I'm not going to stop until we go after a name. And I have the ability with my information to prove this now. And that interview, that interview with that woman that No one talked to. They've hidden her. I have the interview. It's digitized. It's annotated. It's index. It wasn't done by me, Tucker. It was done by the past president of the National Association of oral historians. It was done 10 years ago. That interview now, I'll make available to President Trump. And we can see the real facts behind the screen. These games that these intelligence people play have got to stop. The problems of America are not from the American

people. It's from the manipulation of bureaucrats who go beyond. what their job is. They think they're above us all. They think they can do things. The manipulate us. That we have no control over it. That we're stupid. And they play members of Congress one against the other. I have one of the most powerful Democrats in the country and one of our biggest metropolitanaries send me a text just a month ago. He said, Kurt, you were right then and you're right now. I'm behind you all the way. I won't name him publicly, Tucker. This is not a partisan issue. It's an issue about control of our country. It's an issue about taking the country back from the scumbags that have taken over the intelligence community and they're

making money off it thinking they're going to get away with it. It's got to stop, Tucker. I couldn't agree with you more. And this is a, I think, very important first step. If we can get transparency on 9-11, I think we can begin to fix everything that's happened since.
