The Vault Unlocked - How Military Technology Became a Pain Relief Patch (The Accidental Breakthrough Nobody Expected)

Episode Date: August 26, 2026

Most breakthrough products start with a problem. Signal Relief started with Navy SEALs, an 80-pound backpack, and a five-foot antenna. Mike Hammond had already built and sold one of the largest Dish N...etwork retailers in the United States when he was pulled into a very different world: advanced antenna technology being developed to help reduce the weight soldiers carried into the field. The goal was straightforward. Shrink the antenna, reduce the power, make the signal travel farther. Then something happened that nobody on the team was looking for. Before the antennas were even connected to a radio, they started picking up what the engineers thought was electrical noise. The noise wasn't coming from the building. It was coming from the human body.  In this episode, Mike walks through exactly how that discovery led to Signal Relief, a wearable wellness patch that redirects pain signals out of the body rather than masking them. No chemicals. No medication. No side effects across 800,000 units sold. He breaks down the science in plain terms, the five clinical trials that keep landing at 85 percent efficacy, the White House cabinet member whose foot pain vanished in two days, the horse that was going to be put down and stood up walking two hours after the patch was applied, and the mother's email that is posted on the wall of Signal Relief's corporate office because it says everything the company cannot say in an ad. This is also a story about what happens when an entrepreneur from the satellite industry stumbles into health and wellness and refuses to let regulatory friction stop him from getting something real into people's hands. This episode is for founders who want to understand what a hardware-based health innovation actually looks like to build, for operators who study how a product with military origins crosses into consumer markets, and for anyone who has watched someone they care about manage chronic pain without real relief. The conversation covers how pain works at an electrical level and why that matters for non-pharmaceutical solutions, the growing landscape of stacked wellness modalities and where wearable technology fits inside it, what FDA clearance requires versus what a health and wellness designation allows right now, and how Signal Relief is being studied at the Georgetown clinical level following its debut at a MAHA event in Washington D.C. It also gets into what the product does not do, which matters as much as what it does, and how Mike thinks about building trust in a market that has been burned by inflated claims too many times.   Questions Answered in This Episode How does the Signal Relief patch actually work? What is the science behind electrical pain signals and neural pathways? Can a wearable patch replace pain medication for chronic pain? What did five clinical trials show about Signal Relief's efficacy? How did military antenna technology lead to a consumer wellness product? What is phantom limb pain and can Signal Relief help? How is Signal Relief different from a TENS unit? What conditions has Signal Relief been tested on? What does FDA clearance for a pain patch require? Is Signal Relief a legitimate product or an MLM?   Looking to dive deeper into these conversations and connect with our host and guest? Starting point is 00:00:00 Pain is one of the most misunderstood problems in business and in life. Not emotional pain, but actual and physical pain, the kind that stops people from sleeping, from showing up, from doing the work, chronic pain that doctors have written off, pain that vets have carried for 30 years. My guest today built something out of a military antenna project, originally designed to shrink an 80-pound backpack for Navy SEALs jumping out of planes. What came out of that is a patch, no drugs, no electricity, no side effects, 800,000 units sold, clinical results across five studies, and a track record that now has the White House paying attention.
Starting point is 00:00:50 Mike Hammond is the founder of Signal Relief, and this conversation is going to make you rethink what you thought you knew about pain, the body, and what technology can actually do for people. This is the vault. Let's unlock it. Mike, welcome to the show. How are you? I'm fantastic.
Starting point is 00:01:21 I'm excited because I know there's a little bit different episode we're going to be having, but we're going to be talking about a product that you've created. I can't wait to talk about the story because we talked about a little bit earlier and it was fascinating story here. but all the way from signal relief, you and your company are doing some game-changing things right now. In a world of AI where all this technology is happening, you are actually doing some physical game-changing things for human beings.
Starting point is 00:01:48 Absolutely. It's, uh, I wish I, I wish I could have like three hours just to like put on testimonials, right? Um, we're, we're very limited. Um, because it's, because we're a health and wellness patch, we're very limited. we can't target diseases as such. And usually when people are talking about their problems, they're always telling you exactly what the problem was,
Starting point is 00:02:12 which makes it so we can't use their, but man, the testimonials, it's like game changing for these people. It's life changing. And I know. And you didn't even know what you were building when you first started. So let's go back.
Starting point is 00:02:27 Let's reverse back to where did this all begin? Like who is Mike Hammond, by the way, right? Who was Mike Hammond, right? But when you were trucking, right, with the, I think it was the military and all of a sudden, things started happening. Let's, let's, we, uh, so I've been an entrepreneur my whole life. I've ever since college, I've never worked for a person in my life. I always had my own businesses.
Starting point is 00:02:51 I have 13 right now. It's just kind of been my thing. One of them was a large satellite retailer. And it's called Dish One satellite, but we were the, by 2010, we were the largest in the United States. And DISH Network ended up buying us in 2012. So to just kind of give you an idea, I have, I got my MBA at the U. it was an executive MBA.
Starting point is 00:03:15 So most of my classmates were entrepreneurs and business owners or executives. And as soon as I sold my first company, Dish 1 to DISH, it was like all my MBA buddies started calling me saying, hey, you should invest in this. Hey, bro. we should go do this, you know, it's just how it works. So one of them was, actually, he's a Marriott. His grandpa built the Marriott hotels. Okay.
Starting point is 00:03:42 And so he runs Spectre Symbol, which basically it's a company that was funded. It's funny. We actually researched them in our MBA class. And I'm looking through the financials. And I noticed that it was the Marriott Foundation that originally funded him. And that's like, I'm like, he never tells anyone. And I'm like, who's the Marriott? Like, is this your grandpa?
Starting point is 00:04:04 He's like, yeah, it's my grandpa. So anyway, he was the CEO of their company that builds tech. And what they do is printable electronics. So smaller stuff. Like usually the motherboard of like an oil rig or a rainbird sprinkler, smaller stuff like that. And so he said, hey, I'm working on a new project right now that I know you're going to want to invest in. You got to come out here. well at the time i'm now the CEO of dish one satellite which is owned by dish so i work a lot with
Starting point is 00:04:37 charlie ergan in those guys so they fly out like i think six seven or between six or eight engineers with me come out to go see this new tech these guys are building and uh what they did is they brought us to heber and what happened at the time you got to go back in time back in 2012 when they deployed a team of navy sales one guy in that group had to carry around a five-foot antenna and an 80-pound backpack. So, dude, these guys are jumping out of planes sometimes, right? Or like an 80-pound backpack's a problem. And so the Department of Defense was asking,
Starting point is 00:05:15 they're trying to figure out a way to shrink this down and get rid of the weight in the backpack. So what happened is these guys claimed they had built an electrical antenna instead of magnetic. So our current antenna is you point it in a direction. more power you put behind it the farther a signal goes. Electrical is like a light bulb. Turn on a light bulb. It's like everywhere. But it goes 300% farther on like one-tenth of power. But the problem is it picks up way more noise. So it's hard to get a signal from A to B, right? And so these guys have figured it out, supposedly. So what they did to show us their tech is they had too little antenna is the size of a credit card that they taped on on a cell phone you know those cell phone
Starting point is 00:06:00 antennas like the like the towers yeah okay the big towers yeah so they had two towers on each side of heber and they pointed them each other and they would they basically just sent ones and zeros across the city and then when the ones and zeros hit the other tower you would record how long it took and then they had two credit cards with a nine-volt battery and it was 300 percent faster across the city and these engineers are like, this is impossible. No way. So I was like, I gave him my almost a million bucks. I'm like, I'm in because I'm just kind of wired that way. I'm like, oh, this is awesome. I'm in. So I invested into their tech and they ended up building it and it kind of did what they said. But something that happened out of that is when we were putting the antennas on the soldiers,
Starting point is 00:06:46 before we ever hooked it into a radio, the antennas were picking up electrical, what we called it noise and we were like where's the noise coming from so we'd go into another building and do it again and it'd pick up noise and we're like what the heck's going on well come to find out it was the body we just aren't doctors but the body's electrical and it basically we were just picking up and and the antennas were naturally interacting with the body's electrical field so so we got to stop there because that like that's there's so much here right and I and I really want to understand this because this goes to a lot of stuff that I personally love, which is like, you know, we, we have spirit, we have energy and all, you know, and that you're really touching on this,
Starting point is 00:07:30 but like in a scientific way. So we're talking about Navy SEALs jumping out of a plane with satellites, you know, as long as whatever, right, 80 pound backpacks. And this team and you guys were tasked was how can we take these satellites? It was an antenna. Yeah, an antenna. antenna and shrink it down and shrink it right down so you guys figure out well we know how to shrink it right down so we get it down from this huge antenna to a size of a credit card is that correct yep that's what they did so now now i'm jumping out of playing with an 80 pound pack and not an antenna anymore just a little credit card that sits on my chest or something and actually the the amount of the pack was cut i mean it's one-tenth the power so way down way so it changed everything for those guys right
Starting point is 00:08:18 And so when we noticed that it interacted with the body, that's actually what kicked off us being like, well, I wonder if we could do something. If the body, so what's pain? Like Google, you should type it in your AI right now. What causes pain in the body? It's going to be an electrical frequency that your nerves generate that go up your neuro pathway and hit the brain. The more energy, it's just energy that hits the brain, the more pain you feel. So coming from the tech world, we're like, that's easy. So I'm going to explain this in layman terms.
Starting point is 00:08:55 Lightning, everyone understands lightning. Lightning hits a house or a tree, boom. But if you put a stupid little lightning rod on your house, it will go across your house to the lightning rod into the ground. Why? Why does that work? Most people don't understand it, but energy always follows the path of least resistance. And so you're giving it an easier path to the ground.
Starting point is 00:09:18 So all that energy can just focus into the rod and then go to the ground. It's easier travel. What's kind of what our neural pathways create, right, with the blood and the veins. And they degenerate that energy. It travels up the neural pathways to the brain. It's easier. When it hits this patch for 85% of people, there's 15% that are just a little bit different. And we've built this basically, we can cover about 85%.
Starting point is 00:09:45 We've done five clinicals and it's 85% every time. So I want to be very clear. This is very, wow, wow, very interesting. Yeah. So you're saying 85% of the population in our clinics. Sorry? Yeah, 85% of everyone in our clinicals, this works for. This works for meaning there's a set of a population where it doesn't work.
Starting point is 00:10:09 Why is that because they don't generate? They're just a little bit different. We'd have to tweak it, right? So frequency attracts frequency. So this is a collection of certain products. I have to be careful with our patents that we basically put together that create a certain frequency. And so for what happens is when, so if I hurt my hand and I stick this on my arm, usually 85% of the time people are like, oh, it's getting warm or they fill a tingle.
Starting point is 00:10:40 the reason why is that energy is going up and hits the patch and all of a sudden it's easier for the energy to just go into the patch. So it is sort of going into the brain or going somewhere else. Instead of going all the way up to the brain, we give it a highway out of the body. So this is what's cool. So chronic discomfort or normal discomfort, any of that type of stuff, pain is a disease. We have to get FDA cleared before we can be a pain patch, but discomfort. when it hits this patch and they fill it start to warm up for 85% of people, they're going to have a 60% or better decrease in pain in less than 15 minutes
Starting point is 00:11:23 decrease in discomfort without actually, like literally without putting anything into the body. So we've sold 800,000 of these and we haven't had one person have a side effect yet. Zero side effects because we're not putting in, Like, even a TENS unit is, is shocking your nerves and scrambling them so they don't work for a while. There's nothing. It's just allowing that energy to leave. So what happens, what you saw in that picture I sent you is when you get rid of the cause of what causes you to hurt, right?
Starting point is 00:11:57 Inflammation leaves immediately. And so that's where you're seeing. It's like it's, there's two sides to it. Not only does it not hurt, but the inflammation leaves, they get their maneuverability back. and then things heal faster. Like you sprang your ankle, you wait three days to get the inflammation out of your ankle, and then it starts to hill. Well, what if you can make it go away in 10 minutes?
Starting point is 00:12:20 How much faster does it hill? So we've been testing this out with athletes. We did the national soccer team down in Mexico used it. And they went, their main injury was a quad injury. That's what professional soccer players get the most. It takes 28 to 30 days for a quad injury usually to hill. eight seven to eight days they said with the patch that's nuts these are these are crazy listen it's absolutely nuts these are big claims uh i love them because i'm easy to sell as a sales guy they you know
Starting point is 00:12:53 the easiest guys to sell our sales guys uh but i i just know people are like bullshit they're saying bullshit right and they should they should because that's what i said yeah right so that's why i i'm not saying it, I'm giving you, there's such an opportunity to actually to, to discuss this. Like what, like how is this so different? And then the reality is, like I said, on the first call, if it's as good as it is, why, why has not everybody heard? Like, why, you know, the whole world should need to hear about this, right? Because I was going to ask that one question. There, there's so much science that a lot of pain, you know, disease, right, comes from the mindset more than actually what's actually happening in the body. Now, like, you know, I always
Starting point is 00:13:36 say. There's caveat. Like, cancer's cancer. Like, that's, you know what I mean? But how you approach cancer, how you go through cancer, how you get over cancer, that has a lot to do with the state of mind. A broken bone. Like, nobody's coming in fixing a broken bone. So I want to be very clear. And you said it, this patch doesn't kill a broken bone. But what the patch does is it takes the trauma around the broken bone away faster, aka the inflammation, so that the body can start healing itself at a quicker rate, which then allows you to heal the bone quicker. So the patch isn't necessarily, I want to be very clear on this because I think it's important. The patch isn't the miracle drug that's automatically healing, healing this bone.
Starting point is 00:14:25 It's the miracle drug that's healing the inflammation around the broken bone, which allows the body to heal faster. I don't think this replaces anything that you actually need to do to, fix the problem in the first place. It's just one of those tools. I mean, one of the things we're figuring out right now, right, in today's world is there's different therapies that everyone used to be like, this is what you do for cancer. Now some people are like, well, yeah, let's do that, but let's stack these other seven things on top of it. And now, and then you have people that are, I mean, I just met a lady has nothing to do with our, they use our patch in their clinic, but there's a clinic that stacks modalities like crazy out in
Starting point is 00:15:04 San Diego. And I met actually a supermodel from L.A. She had stage four breast cancer, four tumors. And in 12 days, all four tumors were benign. Seems impossible. But it's like what they're doing is they're stacking multiple things. And it's just like we can do things better by bringing it all together. Right. Right. Yeah. And so this, this is really only doing one thing. And that is, it's allowing that energy that causes people to hurt. It's basically allowing you to get rid of that, right? Pulling that out of the body. But that's so applicable to so many different things.
Starting point is 00:15:44 That's what I wanted to get across to people is whether you're an athlete or whether you're 70 years old and you're just dealing with chronic discomfort at the point where it hurts to get out of bed. This is one of the tools everyone should have in their toolbox. Because, I mean, the thing lasts a year. You can wear it every day for a year. But this is the other thing I was going to get at is we're not here trying to, we're not trying to like sell snake oil.
Starting point is 00:16:12 And so most people know in 15 minutes if this is working, there's a few of them that have to wait a day or so. But most people in 15 minutes, we give people 45 days and they get every dollar back. Yeah. And so it's like, it's a no brain. You don't have to believe me. If you don't believe me, just try it. and see like yeah you think i'm full of crap we'll just order it and then tell me if i'm full of crap
Starting point is 00:16:38 in 15 minutes so let's talk let's talk about the story if you can i don't know if you can and if you can't that's fine but there was something about a pretty big public uh government official uh that used this that had foot pain yeah use this all of a sudden you're getting calls from the uh the u.s government saying you got to come in we got to do studies on this is is that a story that we can say or no. I can tell you what happened. So back to last year in July, I think, there was a Maha event at the Microsoft building in D.C. And I was actually one of the speakers that spoke at that event.
Starting point is 00:17:20 And so right before me were two of the coolest products. There was a heart surgeon who had actually taken a pig's heart. And they'd done three of these already. but they were injecting it with stem cells and turning it into a transplant human heart that matched your blood type in six months, which, dude, this is game changer, right? Wow. I was like, dude, that is so cool. And then the next guy was actually one of the partners with Bill Gates on Microsoft. He had built this cool device, it looked like a clock, and you stick it in your house.
Starting point is 00:17:53 And you know, like they have those penance for older people. When the elderly fall down, they'd hit it and it calls 911. well you get rid of that this thing scans through the walls and floors and it locks on to like your mom or your dad and it watches them wherever they go and it and it looks at their heartbeat and they're breathing and all their vitals and then if they fall down it calls 911 and sends them all the vitals which i was like dude this is so rat like these are cool things right yeah that's what i love about um rfk actually in this group of is they're they're pushing they're speeding the process up it used to take 10 years for stuff like that to get to market, which is insane.
Starting point is 00:18:34 And they're figuring out how to get these, this really cool advancements to people. Well, dude, I'm already, I'm like up next. I'm after the Microsoft guy. And I'm thinking literally like, I'm going to look like it. I have a patch. So, so luckily my marketing guys were geniuses. And we had this, we had this.
Starting point is 00:18:56 It was by pure luck this happened. but earlier, we're in D.C. vets. We love vets. And what happened is I was in Walmart just earlier. And a vet was actually, I'm right by Yellowstone National Park. So we're on the border of Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming. It's all right here. And this vet was sitting at Walmart and he had a sign.
Starting point is 00:19:20 And he just said, it just basically said, can anyone give me money? I'm trying to get to the vet hospital in Bozeman. anything helps. And I see someone hold $20 out there window, and he stands up to get it and just grabs his leg and sits back down and lets the car drive off. So me, because this is like my world, I'm like, no way. This is awesome. So I run to the office and I get all my customer service people because they hear stuff
Starting point is 00:19:49 on the phone, but I want people to see it because one of the things that's like a miracle every time is Phantom Lake, like missing limbs. this thing's like changes lives in 10 seconds. So I get these people. Well, one of my employees pulls out their cell phone and records it, which we don't know at the time. So we go up to this vet and it's like, authentic is authentic. And we're like, hey, how you doing? He's like, not good.
Starting point is 00:20:15 How long's your leg been hurting? He goes, 30 years. What happened? It was a submarine explosion in Vietnam. Yeah. Okay. And he's like, I'm like, so how bad is it? And he goes, he looks at me and he goes.
Starting point is 00:20:27 I haven't slept a single night in 30 years. Wow. And then you realize like, this guy's hurting. Well, we put the patch on his leg. And I'm like, hey, I want to see if this actually will help with the discomfort you're filling in your lower leg. And so I put it right in his knee right on the prosthetic where his leg goes into the prosthetic right on top. Because it doesn't even have to touch the skin. Just has to get in your electrical grid.
Starting point is 00:20:55 Wow. Well, he's like, in 10 seconds, he's like, that's crazy. And he's like, it doesn't hurt. And I go, why don't you try walking? He goes, because in my mind, I'm like, it doesn't hurt. So you get up excited to try and walk. He's like, no, you don't understand. I can't walk.
Starting point is 00:21:11 I can't walk. And I'm like, why don't you just try it? So he gets up. He takes three steps. He turns around and tears just come down both eyes and he salutes us. So we're like, we give him the money for the bus ticket. We take off. We get back to the office and my employee's like, I just recorded that whole thing on my cell phone.
Starting point is 00:21:30 And I'm like, no way. I need to get a release. That's so awesome. So we go back to Walmart to find this guy. And this is my favorite, dude, my favorite part. He's running circles around his wheelchair. He's just like running around his wheelchair and we get up. And now it's not crying.
Starting point is 00:21:47 It's a huge smile. And he's like, can you believe this? I can't believe this. Look what I'm doing. And he's walking around his wheelchair. and it was just like life changing, right? So we showed that video standing ovation. Even though those other things were so much cooler in my mind.
Starting point is 00:22:06 Yeah, this is life changing. Absolutely. We had senators. We had everyone in that room standing up and just like standing ovation because people realize everyone knows someone like that. Yeah. Who's in some chronic pain for sure. My question as we go through that,
Starting point is 00:22:20 I go how much of that, you know, like I'm not a skeptic, But I guess I am because these thoughts come through my head. I'm hearing all that. And I'm like, yeah, but how much of that is like placebo or, you know, he, whatever it might be versus real? I don't know. I'm just wondering. I'm asking.
Starting point is 00:22:38 It's great question, right? And so that got really everyone interested. So then we got asked to go meet with, yeah, one of the cabinet members and he had really bad foot. For six years, it's been killing him no relief. And so we made those little significant. no step insoles. And two days, two days after I gave it to him, I got a text from a doctor that actually is his personal doctor over at the White House. He used to be the Joint Chief of Staffs physician.
Starting point is 00:23:10 Now he works with a bunch of them. And he just goes, Mike, we need to talk. Blank just got a hold of me and said his feet aren't hurting anymore. This thing's amazing. I want to get some trials going at Georgetown. When can we talk? And that's a lot. where that started, but it was like, it's just got it rolling. So we still have, we still have, I mean, to get FDA to be like where doctors can prescribe it, right? Like we have, we're far away, but that's the end goal. What's cool is that it qualifies as a health and wellness patch because it's so non-evasive. And so in our mind, I'm like, hey, we got to get there eventually. But right now, what we can do is we can make it. I'm not allowed on TV to ever say risk-free, but we can make it so
Starting point is 00:23:53 people don't have to risk a whole lot. Yeah. They can buy it, right? And they can try it. And if it changes their life, awesome. I mean, everyone has a grandma, grandpa, and ankle and aunt. They know someone. And if this can change their life, I, here's the placebo question.
Starting point is 00:24:10 This is the best part. So we actually had this right here is the Jovey. You notice any difference in there now? I'm seeing it. I'm wondering it does, does it do referring pain? Does it switch the pain elsewhere? It will. Your body can actually move it.
Starting point is 00:24:25 And so you just, you follow the patch with it. Yeah. Okay. Because it does stretch. Yep. Yeah. That works.
Starting point is 00:24:31 That's exactly. The body's like, wait a minute. I'm not getting anything there. So then it will start to move it. But the other thing that happens is when that relaxes, you fill it where you used to not fill it because it used to be worse in the other area. So you just,
Starting point is 00:24:44 just let it migrate. But we launched this on social media. It was for menstrual cramp. Or. Okay. Yeah, that time of the month, right? And so that kind of discomfort, basically, this thing is awesome. So we launch it and it sells like crazy.
Starting point is 00:25:03 But then this lady texts me back. So she sends us a video and says, hey, did you guys ever try this on a dog? And then she has a video of her dog and it has arthritis. It can't walk up the stairs. And then she had taken a bandage, like the brown wrap bandage. Yeah, yeah. And she bandaged one of these around its back. and the dog was running up and down the stairs.
Starting point is 00:25:24 Come on. So I'm like, no way. So this is like not random at all, but this is exactly how this worked out. So two weeks before we launched this, two weeks before this dog thing gets posted, my brother-in-law dies in a car wreck. And he's a big hunter. He was on Steve Outdoor Ventures. And he had this horse called Moose, was a walking horse.
Starting point is 00:25:50 and so my sister comes to me and said, I'm a huge horse guy. She's like, Mike, I don't know how to take care of this horse, but his boy, Ryan's, our son, wants this horse. So will you take care of it? I'm like, no, for sure, who wouldn't, right? So I'm like, bring it over to my house. I got it.
Starting point is 00:26:11 So the horse is at my house. It's this 17-hand huge walker and it breaks through the gate. I didn't have it tied enough. And it gets into my 50 gallon drum of grain and starts eating the grain. Well, for anyone that knows horses, if you give them more than a couple scoops, it gets so hot that they basically will found her. It will, like, create heat. And that heat will go and blow out their feet and they're usually done.
Starting point is 00:26:38 Oh, no. So you'll notice on July, I think it's the 22nd in this picture. I'm going to send you the pictures. July 22nd, the horse is on the ground. you'll see the pain in its face because it's got all that heat. And then four days later, you'll see its legs perfectly white. Four days later, I'll send you another picture. And you'll see it still on the ground.
Starting point is 00:27:03 Only holes have been blown out both of its back legs. It's still on the ground. Hasn't got up. Vets telling me, I don't know if we're going to be able to save this thing. It's pretty bad. The girl posts this thing about this dog. Well, I'm instantly like, oh, my. gosh, I got it at least, what do I have to lose? I'm going to try it on the horse, right?
Starting point is 00:27:24 The truth is, is, yeah, placebo is a real thing, but you'll notice when you look at our clinicals that we're so far above the placebo, like, our results are high. And so there's always placebo for sure, but it's hard to fake placebo with a horse and a dog. Yeah, I agree. And so it's just a really cool game-changing product. I mean, we have a new one coming out called the Signal Core that's for it's like a back brace and so you can actually get support plus it's twice as big so it absorbs more energy and so that's game changer for the older generation and then the one that i have that i have on here you're saying i can get that to my wife when it's you know that she's having that time of the month there and it helps alleviate the pain oh dude like game changer we did a trial one
Starting point is 00:28:12 of our trials actually it was uh it's just health and wellness trial so not like clinical but we took we basically interacted with the endometriosis society and they gave us 200 women with endometriosis that wanted to try it. Right. So it worked again for 85%. Same exact percentage. But the average decrease was only a 40%. So I thought we failed. I'm like, dude, we suck.
Starting point is 00:28:39 40%. We gave it to 80 women. 80 women tried it in that trial. And I think it's on the website. Well, I can. call the president of the endometriosis society and I'm like, hey, this doesn't work then? Is this? We're struggling it looks like.
Starting point is 00:28:57 And he goes, I've never seen something work this good ever. He goes, you don't understand people that have this live in pain. There's no, there's nothing you can do to get rid of it. And he's like, we've never seen anything like this. So we're in the middle of an actual IBR clinical right now for that very thing. Wow. That will be done this end of this year. But it's just a really cool product.
Starting point is 00:29:20 And I mean, I'm glad we came across it. I think it can do a lot of good. But I think ultimately FDA clearance medical, like getting into the medical, building one that actually can be issued by doctors is that's what you want to do. That's great. But why do you need one to get issued by doctors? I mean, this is a pretty low investment from what I'm from what we talked about. We're talking about what, like 80 bucks, $100? It's literally $120 for a year.
Starting point is 00:29:50 $120 for a year. With your discount, because you have a discount code that gives people a huge amount off. I think it's normally 160, but we're doing like, they have a normal discount and then you get an additional percent off for all of your listeners that's on top of what's out there already. And so it's, it's nothing. And it's like, if it doesn't work, you get your money back. That's the great thing.
Starting point is 00:30:15 But if it does, that's probably the best 120 bucks you've spent all year. And so, dude, I wish I could send you my voicemails from guys that I got. I bought a large construction company from this old, old. I mean, you can imagine. So it was a huge construction company at the time when I bought it out in Jackson Hole. The guy has all the means in the world. But he's like, man, he was sitting down. He's like, I just can't sit anymore.
Starting point is 00:30:44 It hurts too bad. And he's like, I have to go to, he had to go to church. He called it State Conference and sit on a wooden bench and he was so nervous. So I gave him my patch. He's one of the first guys I ever gave one to ever. And I've kept his voicemail now for four years because I get his voicemail and he goes, his voicemails like, Mike, I don't know what to say. He's like, I don't know what the hell you put in this thing.
Starting point is 00:31:10 But this is crazy. It was just a surprise in his voice. He's like, this is crazy. I sat on the bench for three hours. I sat up and shook hands for an hour. And I haven't had to take any ad bill. And he's like, this is just, this is amazing. And he actually was one of our first investors.
Starting point is 00:31:27 He told me back and was like, how do I invest into this? But it's just such a cool product because I think, I feel like Western medicine has taken this shift over the last few years where we just give people more stuff to get rid of a problem. But the side effects are almost more damaging than the, the problem itself, right? And so we have a lot of addiction now that we're dealing with everywhere. And we have something right here that's non-evasive, non-addictive, and probably for some people, even more effective, which is crazy. And so I just say, man, what do you have to lose to try it?
Starting point is 00:32:06 Especially with the deal you're giving everyone, like, they should try it. Yeah, we're going to have that in the show notes for sure. I'm just going to. going to say this. I was excited to have you because if if we're if what you're saying is happening and you're changing lives at the rate you're changing, then like I just want to be part of that, you know, that whole program basically. And to have you on here and hopefully if listeners are sitting here, I'm just going to say this like legit. If you're sitting here and you have chronic pain or you know someone who has chronic pain and or feeling with discomfort, you really have not. nothing to lose. This could be the thing that actually allows, whether it's your grandma,
Starting point is 00:32:50 maybe your grandfather, your mom, your dad, to be able to walk again, to be able to get up with vitality, your wife to not have the pain that they have to feel every month. Like, I mean, what you're saying is this is, this is like the miracle patch here. And the science proves it. And you're changing lives. So I think it's a no-brainer. That's why I was excited to have you on and hear about this because you don't hear about these stories all the time. And it's hard because you can get marketed to really well with this stuff. And it can actually backfire because at some point when it's too good to be too, too good to be true, people don't, it's too good to be true. But this is one of those situations where too good to be true is true. And you just got to actually
Starting point is 00:33:37 invest and do it. Dude, I got a, I had a story once that was emailed to us. It was actually I'm going to keep names off of it, but a mom emailed our customer service. This was, gosh, three years ago. And we've kind of like pasted this up in our corporate office because this is like what we're all about, right? But when you think about like, I have six kids. And it's like, it's one thing when you hurt, but when you watch your kids suffer, it's like a whole different game for the parent. Right. Like it sucks.
Starting point is 00:34:11 And it was the emotion that I felt with this late. that it's just this is like the biggest game changer for us but we got this email she says uh hello i want to just say thank you thank you for giving my daughter her life back seven years ago my daughter who was eight at the time started complaining about her feet and her lower legs hurting she was a competitive dancer and tumbler so i figured it was from that after a little while it got worse to the point that she quit dance i took her to a pediatricist who sent her to an orthopedic surgeon who sent her to a vascular specialist who then sent her to a rheumatologist at primary children's. The rheumatologist finally diagnosed her with amplified musculoskeletal pain syndrome,
Starting point is 00:34:52 extreme and constant pain. After five years of doctors MRI's physical therapy wearing special boots, compressing socks, it was determined there's nothing that could help her. The pain averaged an eight on a scale of one to ten. There's days she had to call us from her friend's house two doors away because she couldn't walk home. She had to turn down birthday parties, trampoline parks, ice skating rinks. She even had her friends leave her in the middle of the mall because she couldn't walk anymore and they wanted to continue shopping.
Starting point is 00:35:20 Through it all, she's always been happy, hid the pain as much as possible, but her life's never been the same. Six weeks ago, I was browsing Facebook and had a neighbor talking about cramps. Someone suggested your patch. I decided to click on the link and as I read the description, I had tears streaming down my eyes because I just knew I needed to try one for my daughter. I ordered them right away, and when they came, we were excited and also a little skeptical. I helped my daughter put one on her leg, and within seconds she started sobbing uncontrollably.
Starting point is 00:35:49 I started to panic, thinking she was hurt. But she looked me in the eyes and barely managed to say, Mom, it's gone, completely gone. This sweet girl who's not had one minute of relief in over seven years, and it's gone in an instant, we put another one on her other leg, and the same thing happened. After she stopped sobbing, she stood up, jumped around the kitchen. She hasn't been able to do that in so long. She's been wearing the patch on both legs every day since, and it's been the biggest miracle in blessing our family's ever experienced.
Starting point is 00:36:17 I've been meaning to write this for a few weeks, but my emotions about it are so strong. I'm even crying now. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Words of gratitude for the patch will never be enough to express how we feel, but you forever changed my daughter's life. That's what it's all about. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:36:34 And that's like where we're so excited, our passion for is it's like, Dude, you allow parents to do that because I can't imagine. I can't imagine what that woman felt like watching her daughter not be able to do anything. Hey, my daughter just broke her tibia. I'm putting this on her. I'm not on. I'm putting this on her. My wife's thinking, I may think I'm crazy, but I'm going to put this on her.
Starting point is 00:37:00 And I'm going to, uh, absolutely. I love it. I'm going to make sure my wife listens to this. And I'm going to make sure everybody hears this. I really do believe that I think if this is the life, if this is the stuff that you're doing and the like the lives you're changing, we need to be louder about this. We need people.
Starting point is 00:37:18 I mean, there's too much hurt, too much pain in the world. People just suffering with pain. They don't need chronic pain that the doctor said, oh, this is just what it is, you know,
Starting point is 00:37:27 writing them off. And we're, we're helping people who had from, you know, the war, 30 years of pain now dancing around the wheelchair. Yeah. A daughter. I can't imagine those stories. You know, two to two doors down, can't even walk home, friends in the middle of them all dropping to the floor and can't move forward. Like that's painful for everybody. And that this patch is fixing that. It's crazy. And so it's it's one of those things that's it's not the answer to everything. Right. Like there's we have so many good things in the world right now. But it's I just feel like and that's what I always pitch. I just say it's, it's one of. one of the tools that everyone should have.
Starting point is 00:38:10 Like, you're going to have a medical cabinet full of hydrogen peroxide, right? Like kind of a no-brainer and your knee is sporeen. It's like, this is one of those things that should be in that medicine cabinet because it's awesome. And is there any, is there, was there any indication of wearing it too long or having it on too much or is it just something? No, I wear mine all the time. In fact, so I actually, this is what's funny. So we never, no one ever tells their whole story, right? So I invest in this company.
Starting point is 00:38:41 They're building the antennas. It wasn't me that figured out how to make it not like help with discomfort. It was my business partner, Daniel, that ran the factory. So he calls me and he's like, dude, you need to come check this out. He's like, you, you'd be floored what this does actually for back discomfort and leg discomfort, knees, shoulders. He's like, this is crazy. And I was like, yeah, I'm not interested.
Starting point is 00:39:03 I literally was the guy saying, dude, this is stupid. Like, I'm not, this is dumb. And finally, I'm out visiting him. I'm just visiting him at his office. And I had back pain. So what had happened for me is I'd blown out a disc in my, I was a crossfitter.
Starting point is 00:39:22 We owned a CrossFit gym. And we were doing those overhead cleans. Yeah. Oh, yeah. And you know how you're competing? I did too much. And it just is bad. So for eight years.
Starting point is 00:39:33 years, if I put more than 100 pans on my back, it would pop back out. It was just a weak link at that point. And so, Dan Marriott got me to put one on. And back then, it looked like a mouse pad. It's what he'd build it into. It looked like this mouse pad. I'm like, it's so dumb. And I stick it on. And like, 10 minutes later, I'm like, what the heck? It doesn't hurt anymore. And that's what got me to invest and like start building the patch is that he put this mouse pat on me and I experienced it. And then I was like, no way. And so I started from there. And I just think, I understand why people go there because there's so much crap out there anymore. And everyone says they have something
Starting point is 00:40:17 that does miracles. Like, MLMs, like they're everywhere, right? And every MLM's product, I swear, like, changes your life. Yeah. And so I'm there. I get it. But that's why we do the money back guarantee. It's like, I get it.
Starting point is 00:40:32 but like try it it's it's a no-brainer well i mean here it is right it's signal relief is a signalrelief com yep and then you have the discount coupon code everything in the show notes for sure again i'm just going to say you you have nothing to lose and from the sounds of it everything to gain either for yourself for someone you love your your parents whoever it might be mike yeah i mean changing lives I mean, waking up and getting messages like that, I can't. Like, that's, those are, that's what we call is priceless. Oh, it's, it's the best. Like my, my CEO on Thanksgiving when you're sending out your Thanksgiving text,
Starting point is 00:41:16 he was like, dude, I've always wanted to have a job. This is a guy that actually I talked into coming over here, but he'd already retired. He's already very successful business guy. He'd graduated from Columbia. and he just done well with nursing homes. And he's like, I've always wanted a job that I just woke up every day excited to go to work. And he goes, signals giving me that. I just want to thank you for this opportunity.
Starting point is 00:41:45 This is different than anything I've experienced. And I just think when you can work and it's not about money, finally, right? Then it's really fun to go to work every day. And that's what this is done for us. And changing lives. I love it. I love it. Well, Mike, it's appreciate to be.
Starting point is 00:42:02 I really appreciate you stopping in and being here and letting us be part of this journey of so many people's lives. So I'm going to even say this. If you buy from from the links here and it changes you, I want you to send me a message. I want to hear about this. I want to hear about who is helped so we can get the message out to more people. That'd be awesome. Thank you, man. I appreciate it.
