The countdown is on for Joe Biden's remaining time in office.

In a speech at the State Department today, Biden says America is stronger and its adversaries

                                         One more time.

The 46th President of the United States, Joe Biden.

Joe Biden wanted this speech to frame his foreign policy legacy.

On his watch, wars broke out in Europe and in the Middle East.

Territorial and trade disputes dominated Asia.

But Biden says America is stronger and its adversaries are weaker.

                                         Just consider Russia.

When Putin invaded Ukraine, he thought he'd conquer Kiev in a matter of days.

The truth is, since that war began, I'm the only one that stood in the center of

                                         Kiev, not him.

He also says Iran is in shambles, Syria's leader is in exile, and China's economy

                                         is flagging.

But in just a week's time, a new administration with a decidedly different take on the state

of the world will take office, aiming to undo much of what Biden says he's accomplished.
