When a body is discovered 10 miles out to sea, it sparks a mind-blowing police investigation.
There's a man living in this address in the name of a deceased.
He's one of the most wanted men in the world.
This isn't really happening.
Officers are finding large sums of money.
It's a tale of murder, skullduggery and international intrigue.
So who really is he?
I'm Sam Mullins and this is Sea of Lies from CBC's Uncovered, available now.
From CBC News, the world this hour.
I'm Tom Herrington.
Starting today, Canada's largest province is changing its screening test for cervical
cancer.
Ontario laboratories will now test for HPV,
the human papillomavirus.
It's a more accurate screening method
than the PAP test that's been the standard for decades.
Mike Crawley reports.
Ontario is following the lead of BC, Quebec, and PEI.
The new cervical cancer screening method
tests for the genetic material of HPV.
It's roughly 90% accurate, much higher than the PAP test.
The PAP was just looking at pre-cancer changes,
and it could miss them.
Dr. Amanda Selk is an obstetrician gynecologist
at Toronto's Mount Sinai Hospital.
With HPV, we're actually finding the root cause
of the cancers.
What isn't changing in Ontario is the collection method,
a health care provider using a speculum to swab the cervix.
Selk calls that unfortunate.
It feels exactly the same as a pap test,
and I've yet to meet someone who thinks that's a really comfortable test.
British Columbia has switched to at-home sample collection kits,
aimed at encouraging more women to get screened.
Screening participation rates across Canada have dropped in recent years,
while cervical cancer rates have been rising.

The British Prime Minister says President Donald Trump has a sincere commitment
to finding peace in Ukraine.
Keir Starmer told Parliament,
Europe will need strong American support to ensure that peace is lasting.
Once again, we live in an era where peace in Europe depends upon strength and deterrence.
Stahmer updated MPs on his blueprint to strengthen Ukraine's defenses.
He also promoted an effort to put together a coalition of the willing to counter Russian
aggression.
The Prime Minister and other NATO leaders spent the weekend hammering out a plan of action.
Their renewed efforts come in the wake of Friday's dramatic clash between Trump and
Vladimir Zelensky.
Meantime, in his first comments since the exchange, Trump repeated the Ukrainian leader
is not ready for peace.
He warned America was not going to put up with it for much longer.
At least two people are dead and several others were injured
after a car drove into a crowd in Mannheim, Germany today. The incident occurred as street
celebrations began to mark the carnival season. Rebecca Collard has more. Emergency vehicles
blocked streets in the German city of Mannheim and officers redirect traffic after a car drove
into a crowd in the center of the city.
This was supposed to be a day of celebration here in Germany as Germans mark Rose Monday,
a festive day in the middle of carnival, a week of floats, parades and celebrations.
Instead, a police spokesperson asked residents and visitors to stay indoors as they secured
the area.
Police say they have a man in custody but have only said he is a 40-year-old
German national. Security services were already on high alert after social media
accounts linked to the Islamic State group called for attacks against
carnival events in Germany. Rebecca Collard for CBC News, Berlin.
The Prime Minister's office has announced
Dennis King has been appointed Canada's next ambassador to Ireland. King stepped
down as Premier of PEI just 10 days ago after almost six years in office. At the
time, King said he never planned to seek elected office again and had no plans to
run federally. This year's Academy Awards were handed out last night in Los Angeles.
The Oscar for Best Picture was presented by Billy Crystal and Meg Ryan.
And the Oscar goes to...
Are they playing us all?
No.
Well, maybe.
Anorah.
The story of a young stripper who marries a Russian oligarch was the big winner.
Anora took home five Oscars in all, including Best Picture and Best Director for Sean Baker.
The film's star, Mikey Madison, was named Best Actress.
Adrian Brody won Best Actor for his role in The Brutalist, and Zoe Saldana was named Best
Supporting Actress for her role in Amelia Perez.
All the Oscar winners can be seen on our website cbcnews.ca.
And that is Your World This Hour. For CBC News, I'm Tom Harrington. Thanks for listening.
