Prime Minister Mark Carney says he wants to accelerate
how quickly major infrastructure projects

He also wants to remove mobility restrictions for any federally regulated professions.

Prime Minister Mark Carney on the heels of his first meeting with the country's provincial
and territorial premiers, wanting to show they're taking action.
He says they came to an agreement the federal government will no longer double up when it
comes to signing off on major energy projects that already have the nod from a province
or territory.
We are creating a one-window approval process.
He also intends to allow more people to move across the country while keeping jobs they're qualified to do. We are going to remove
any labor mobility restrictions for federally regulated professions. Carney
also intends to get rid of all restrictions for free trade within
Canada by July 1st, but these are all promises he can only keep if he wins
the next federal election, which sources tell CBC News will be called on Sunday.

Emerging from today's meeting, Ontario's Premier Doug Ford called for unity among provincial
and territorial leaders.
Ford says Canada needs to forge new economic partnerships in response
to U.S. tariffs that have been imposed by Donald Trump.
When we're under attack by one person in economic war, all the rules have changed.
We have to get to market on everything.
We have to build those big infrastructure projects, start shipping our goods all around
the world.
We can't be so reliant on one country, the United States.
We need to diversify our trade and make sure that we partner up with other countries around
the world.
Meanwhile, Trump has ordered federal agencies to revoke more than a dozen security clearances,
including former Vice President Kamala Harris and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. The move comes a month after Trump revokes
security clearances for former President Joe Biden. A young woman is speaking out
after she was secretly recorded at a mall and the video was posted on TikTok
that seems to celebrate men who denigrate women. Kendra Segan has her
story.

That's surprising.
That's from a video posted on a TikTok account called Five Star. It's one of dozens where a
young man approaches a woman in public to ask her relationship status. No matter their response,
I don't.
Yeah, I could tell.
They're mocked. One of the women said she had no idea she was being filmed.
She says it's not just about the video, but the response it's getting.
People in the comments saying like, yeah keep humbling these girls.
You can really see how deeply uncomfortable many of the women look.
Kaitlyn Mendez is a sociology professor at Western University.
She says women being approached by men is nothing new, but now women have to think about
how they respond, knowing the exchange could end up online.
While it may be unwelcome, filming people in public is not against the law.
One lawyer says proving an invasion of privacy can be difficult.
Kendra Segan, CBC News, London. Boxer George Foreman has passed
away. His death was confirmed by his family in an online statement the cause
of death was not released. Foreman was a two-time world heavyweight champion, Olympic gold medalist, entrepreneur, minister,
and author.
Among his most famous fights was beating then undefeated Joe Frazier in 1973 and the famous
Rumble in the Jungle in 1974 when he lost to Muhammad Ali.
His entrepreneurial ventures included the famous Foreman Grill, which has sold over
100 million units. George Foreman Grill, which has sold over 100 million units.
George Foreman was 76.
