The following is advertiser content from Audible. Take charge of your life and reclaim your power with
podcaster and number one best-selling author Mel Robbins,
The Let Them Theory, your guide to breaking free from the opinions, drama, and judgments of others.
Listen to a sample now. Stop wasting your life on things
you can't control. If you're struggling to change your life, achieve your goals, or just feel a little happier, I need you to hear this. The problem isn't you.
The problem is the power you unknowingly give to other people. We all do it, often without realizing
it. You make the mistake of thinking that if you just say the right thing, then everyone will be
satisfied. If you bend over backwards, maybe your spouse won't be so disappointed all the time.
If you're friendly enough at work, maybe your coworkers will like you more.
And if you keep the peace, maybe your family, they'll stop judging you.
I know this because I've lived it.

From CBC News, the world is sour. I'm Khalil Hassan Ali.
Sources tell CBC News the federal election will be held on April 28th.
Prime Minister Mark Carney is expected to go to Rideau Hall tomorrow to ask the Governor-General
to dissolve parliament and call an election.
This time, election integrity will be front and centre.
US President Donald Trump says conservative leader
Pierre Poliev was leading in the polls
until he quote, got involved.
Trump has said he'd rather deal with a liberal leader.
Prime Minister Mark Carney says he trusts Canadians
to make the right choice.
No foreign leader is going to determine who's best.
One of the factors is going to be, in my judgment, who is going to be best for Canada in the
negotiations with the Americans, which will come.
But they're, from my perspective, they're not going to come until we get the respect
we deserve as a sovereign nation.
By the way, this is not a high bar.
Carney has released details of a relief plan for those affected by the terror of war.
He's promising to make it easier to get employment insurance and to allow companies to defer corporate income
tax payments. The federal government is also expanding the dental care plan. Kamal Khera
is the new federal health minister.
Starting in May, eligible adults between the ages of 18 and 64 can begin applying for coverage through the
Canadian dental care plan and for those eligible coverage under the plan could
begin as early as June 1st. The plan is open to any Canadians with a household
income under $90,000 and no private insurance. Applications will be available
in three stages based on age.
Kamal says the average savings for eligible families is $870 a year.
After almost a decade as the liberal candidate for the riding of Nepean just outside Ottawa,
Chandra Arya was told the party would not be signing off on his nomination. It says the
decision was made after new information came to light. Luke Turjan teaches politics at the University of Ottawa. He says it's not surprising.
In this specific case, it's perhaps less surprising because we knew this candidacy
to be the leader of the party had been rejected. It wasn't clear exactly why it had been rejected,
but there was a sense that there was a certain uneasiness in the party about his presence
in the caucus. There had been some controversy about some of his actions over the last few years and perhaps
with that regard, it's not that surprising.
Terjean speculated Prime Minister Mark Carney could run in the solidly liberal riding.
Pope Francis will be discharged from hospital on Sunday after more than a month of treatment

will be discharged tomorrow with a prescription to partially continue drug therapy and the rest period at least two months. The 88-year-old Catholic leader was admitted to Rome's Gemelli
Hospital on February 14th with a severe respiratory infection, the most serious health crisis of his
papacy. Despite the prescribed two months of rest and advice against large gatherings, Francis
still plans to make a brief public appearance, offering a blessing from his hospital window
at noon Sunday.
The Pope has not led his usual Sunday prayers in St. Peter's Square since early February.

Boxer George Foreman has died. It is over, it is over, it is over in the second round.
George Foreman is the heavyweight champion of the world. Foreman was a two-time world heavyweight
champion, Olympic gold medalist, and entrepreneur. In 1973 he defeated the then undefeated Joe Frazier, but in the famous Rumble in the Jungle
in Congo, formerly known as Zaire in 1974, he lost to Muhammad Ali.
He also lent his name to the famous Foreman Grill, which sold more than 100 million units
worldwide.
George Foreman was 76 years old.
That's the World This Hour.
