you finally have the energy to focus on your own life.
You stop reacting and you start living.
Instead of driving yourself crazy,

From CBC News, the world this hour, I'm Riley Lechuk. Prime Minister Mark Carney is expected to ask the Governor General on Sunday to dissolve
Parliament, marking the beginning of a federal election campaign.
Sources have told CBC News that April 28th will be Election Day, but that
doesn't mean the trade war will be put on hold.
I'm very much aware as Minister of Foreign Affairs that the world isn't stopping to turn.
Speaking in Montreal, Melanie Jolie said she, her fellow ministers and the Prime Minister
will do their jobs at the same time.
We'll be there for April 2nd when President Trump is coming up with his new tariffs.
And there's an important meeting at NATO on April 3rd and 4th.
And I'll be there notwithstanding that I'm also a candidate.
Carney has said it's crucial that the government have a strong mandate from voters as it goes
into battle.
Meantime, we now know which riding the Prime Minister will be running in for that upcoming
federal election campaign.
Sources with knowledge of the decision have told CBC News and Radio Canada that Mark Carney
will be running in the Ottawa area riding of Nepean.
The riding has been held by Liberal MP Chandra Arya since 2015.
The Liberal Party announced earlier this week that it had revoked Arya's nomination and
removed him as a candidate in the riding.
CBC Radio will have special coverage on Sunday when that election is called.
It will be hosted by Your World Tonight's Susan Bonner and Pia Chattopadhyay of the
Sunday Magazine along with Catherine Cullen of The House.
You can catch that at 11 a.m. Eastern, 8 a.m. Pacific on CBC Radio 1 and on the CBC
Listen app.
The detained mayor of Istanbul is dismissing allegations against him as immoral and baseless
as he appeared in a Turkish court. Ekrem Ememoglu was arrested four days ago by the Erdogan
regime on corruption and terrorism charges. The opposition leader's arrest has led to massive protests in many cities, which President
Recep Tayyip Erdogan condemned.
They attempted to provoke our nation over this corruption operation.
They have been doing everything they can for four days to disturb the peace of the nation
and polarize our people.
They're trying every way to create an atmosphere of tension and chaos in our cities, especially
in Istanbul.
The deputy chairman of Turkey's largest opposition party, the CHP, says it will stand by its
decision to nominate Imamolu as its candidate in the next presidential election.
Back in this country, thousands of people wearing Canadian flags on their hats,
painted on their faces, and wrapped
around their bodies rallied
at a mass demonstration of patriotism
and defiance in Toronto Saturday.
As Philip Lee Shanock reports,
it's in opposition to US President
Donald Trump's repeated threats to annex
this country.
Born in Brooklyn, New York, Louis Pike
came to Canada in 1968 to
escape the draft. And he says he's here today to show that Canadians are united.
Won't be bullied by capitalist, imperialist Donald Trump who sees the world like a monopoly
board. Like a hockey player heading into the corner to battle for the puck, people here
say elbows up is the rallying cry against the unprecedented threat to our sovereignty. These rallies
are nonpartisan and grassroots say organizers. Ali Solari moved to Edmonton
from Iran. He says he hasn't been here long but felt it was important to wave
the maple leaf. And I proud to be in Canada for one year, actually.
And we don't want to be part of the U.S.
And organizers hope other communities will throw their own elbows up events.
Philip LeChanoc, CBC News, Toronto.
Venezuela's president Nicolás Maduro says his country has agreed to resume accepting flights
deporting its nationals from the United States on Sunday.
A senior Venezuelan official said this was to protect the migrants' human rights.
Caracas had stopped accepting them a month ago in response to President Trump's accusation
that Venezuela was reneging on a deal.
Diplomatic tensions have risen since Trump deported Venezuelan migrants to a prison in
El Salvador.
And that is Your World This Hour for CBC News.
