When they predict we'll fall, we rise to the challenge.
When they say we're not a country, we stand on guard.
This land taught us to be brave and caring, to protect our values, to leave no one behind.
Canada is on the line and it's time to vote as though our country depends on it.
Because like never before, it does.
I'm Jonathan Pedneau, co-leader of the Green Party of Canada.

With just three days to go until Election Day, the gloves are coming off.
The leaders of the four main parties, all making their final campaign push into the weekend as polls show a narrowing race. Cameron
McIntosh has more. At whistle stops in Calgary and Saskatoon, conservative

Sault Ste.
Marie, asking for a strong mandate.
I'm asking for your vote to stand up to Donald Trump.
The NDP and Bloc Québécois both hope to hold the balance of power in a minority government.
NDP leader Jagmeet Singh taking aim at the Bloc.
Sadly, the Bloc is basically a useless party.
Bloc leader Yves-Francois Blanchet brushing that off, urging Quebecers not to hand the
Carney liberals too much power.
He is a different person from Mr. Trudeau, though his people around him are exactly the
same.
And only three days to go. Cameron McIntosh, CBC News, Ottawa.
A new jury has now been selected for a sexual assault trial involving five former World Junior hockey players.
It happened after the presiding judge declared a mistrial in the case and dismissed the previous jury.
The reasons for that decision are under a publication ban.
Mistrials are declared when a trial is perceived to be unfair.
Criminal lawyer Sam Pahala says it was not influenced by the case being high profile.
It's not because it's Hockey Canada, it's not because of these accused individuals.
It really is an issue that presented itself that affected the fundamental fairness of
the trial.
That was the view of the judge and that was an application that was made and those are
applications that frequently happen in the courts.
The five hockey players were charged last year in connection with an alleged assault
that took place in London, Ontario in 2018. The Kremlin is blaming Ukraine for a car bombing
that has killed a senior Russian general in Moscow. It happened shortly before a U.S.
envoy met with the Russian president to push for a ceasefire in his war on Ukraine. Krystal Gumansing has the latest.
How are you Mr. President?
A smiling Vladimir Putin responded to Steve Witkoff in English saying,
good to see you.
It's the fourth visit to Moscow for US President Donald Trump's envoy.
America has been applying more pressure to reach a peace deal between Russia and Ukraine.
Very fragile. Before boarding Marine One, President Trump said he hopes a deal gets done, insisting
talks are coming along.
Exactly what's on the table has not been made public.
President Trump did tell Time magazine that in any deal, Crimea will stay with Russia.
It was illegally annexed in 2014.
For the peace, temporary peace, maybe can be solution.
Speaking to BBC, Kiev Mayor Vitaly Klychko said temporary land concessions are being
talked about, but added Ukrainians would likely never accept their territory becoming Russian.
Crystal Gamancing, CBC News, London.
The man accused of murdering the CEO of America's largest private health insurer has pleaded not guilty.
Luigi Mangione is federally charged with stalking, gun offenses and murder.
The 26-year-old also faces state charges to which he has also pleaded not guilty.
Prosecutors allege Mangione shot and killed Brian Thompson outside a Manhattan hotel in broad daylight last year.
Prosecutors have indicated they intend to seek the death penalty.
A judge in Wisconsin is charged with helping an undocumented migrant evade arrest.
The FBI accuses Hannah Dugan of obstructing the enforcement of the Trump administration's immigration policies.
It alleges Dugan directed federal agents away from the courtroom where the migrant was attending a separate case.
Speaking to Fox News, U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi says judges are not above the law.
If you are harboring a fugitive, we don't care who you are, anyone who is illegally in this country,
we will come after you and we will prosecute you.
Dugan's attorney says the judge wholeheartedly regrets and protests her arrest.
And that's your World This Hour.
