When they predict we'll fall, we rise to the challenge.
When they say we're not a country, we stand on guard.
This land taught us to be brave and caring, to protect our values, to leave no one behind.
Canada is on the line and it's time to vote as though our country depends on it.
Because like never before, it does.
I'm Jonathan Pedneau, co-leader of the Green Party of Canada.
This election, each vote makes a difference. Authorized by the Registeredleader of the Green Party of Canada. This election, each vote, makes a difference.

From CBC News, the world is sour.
I'm Neil Kumar.
World leaders are in Italy, ahead of the funeral for Pope Francis, which will take place in
a few hours from now.
Chris Brown has more from Rome.
More than 50 world leaders and reigning monarchs
will be here for Saturday's funeral,
including Donald Trump, who flew out Friday.
Canada's delegation will include diplomat Joyce Napier,
who recalled the Pope gave her some Catholic books
when they were introduced 10 months ago.
And then he paused and he said to me,
you can read them.
Or you know, if you have a table that's a little bit unbalanced, you can use it to balance
your table.
It took a few seconds.
I kind of look at him.
You can't imagine that the Pope would be cracking a joke, but he did.
Francis' funeral will be unique for Popes.
Not only will it be held outside, it will involve a procession out of St. Peter's
Square and through the streets of Rome.
The procession will end six kilometres away at St. Mary Major Basilica, where the pope's
tomb has been prepared in a church that was special to him.
Chris Brown, CBC News, Rome.
The countdown to Election Day is on. The leaders of the four main parties all making their
final campaign push into the weekend,
as polls show a narrowing race. Cameron McIntosh has more.
At whistle stops in Calgary and Saskatoon, Conservative leader Pierre Poliev shoring up
support as polls show a handful of Prairie Conservative seats in play.
Are we going to give them a fourth liberal term?
Still leading the polls, Liberal leader Mark Carney is in vote-rich Ontario,
starting in Sault Ste. Marie, asking for a strong mandate.
I'm asking for your vote to stand up to Donald Trump.
The NDP and Bloc Québécois both hope to hold the balance of power in a minority government.
NDP leader Jagmeet Singh taking aim at the Bloc.
Sadly, the Bloc is basically a useless party.
Bloc leader Yves-Francois Blanchet brushing that off, urging Quebecers not to hand the
Carney Liberals too much power.
He is a different person from Mr. Trudeau, though his people around him are exactly the
same.
And only three days to go.
Cameron McIntosh, CBC News, Ottawa.
A new jury has been selected for the case against five former World Junior Hockey players
accused of sexual assault.
A London, Ontario judge declared a mistrial on Friday morning, dismissing the previous
jury.
The highly unusual move comes shortly after court proceedings began Tuesday.
Karen Pauls has the details.
The jury had just started hearing evidence in this high-profile sexual assault case when something happened, resulting in the
decision to declare a mistrial. The reasons for that are under a publication
ban. The jurors are now dismissed. Essentially you drop the mic, you're done,
everyone's gone. Nick Cake is a former Crown Attorney in London, Ontario, now a
local defense lawyer. He's not a part of this case but is following it closely.
Cake says the decision is about preserving the integrity of a fair trial.
It's not a conspiracy, it's not a cover-up, it's how the justice system works
and it is there to ensure that all parties in the justice system can get their day in court
but can get their day in court, but can get their day in court fairly.
A new jury of nine women and five men has already been selected,
with hopes a new trial can start on Monday.
Karen Polz, CBC News, London, Ontario.
The woman who accused Prince Andrew and other men of sexually exploiting her as a teenager
trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein has died.
Virginia Joufray was 41 years old.
According to a publicist, Joufray died by suicide on Friday at her farm in Western Australia.
People in India staged candlelight vigils and protests after an attack in Kashmir earlier
this week killed more than two dozen people. The attack has triggered outrage and grief and calls for action against Pakistan. New
Delhi is accusing Pakistan of harboring and encouraging terrorists in Kashmir.
India and Pakistan both claim the region and have fought two wars over it.
Indian authorities are hunting for four suspects.
