I'm Joe Cummings. The United States and Britain have come to terms on a trade deal. The final details are being written up in the coming weeks. We'll have it all very conclusive, but the actual deal is a very conclusive one.

As U.S. President Donald Trump making the announcement this morning in the White House, he was joined virtually by British Prime Minister Keir Starmer. As Trump suggested, the details will be rolled out in the coming weeks. But it means Britain is the first country to cut a deal with Washington since Trump announced his global tariff campaign last month. For a second straight day now, India has fired multiple drones and missiles into Pakistan. A Pakistani military says multiple cities were targeted along with a military installation
Starting point is 00:01:25 in Lahore. Here Mustafa has the latest. General Ahmad Sharif is Pakistan's military spokesperson. The international community can visibly see the path that India is treading through these extremely provocative military aggression. India is confirming it targeted air defense systems in Pakistan. China and the United States have both offered to mediate, an offer that neither Pakistan or India have accepted. Hira Mustafa, CBC News, Islamabad. Canadian police officials are warning high school students about the dangers of a real-life game known as Senior Assassin. It involves tracking down fellow players and shooting them with water guns.
Starting point is 00:02:30 But as Ifel Moussa reports, police say the game can become dangerous when toy guns are confused for the real thing. It's supposed to be all fun and games, teens ambushing their classmates with toy guns. But police across the country are warning. Replica firearms look an awful lot like real firearms. Constable James Dixon is with York Regional Police just north of Toronto. The service has recently received numerous reports of young people carrying
Starting point is 00:03:00 what appear to be guns. And Dixon says that kind of misunderstanding can lead to serious trouble. Whether it's a police-involved shooting, whether there's criminal charges of either assault with a weapon, whether there's mischief to property, there's a lot of different things that can come out of here that we're very concerned about. Last year in Kansas, a teen was paralyzed when the father of a target shot him. In February, an 18-year-old in Florida was shot by an off-duty police officer who mistook his water gun for a real one. Police are

They beat the Florida Panthers 4-3 to take a 2-0 lead in that series. Meanwhile, the women's hockey and the PWHL playoffs.
