The SUV they were in was hit by a minivan. That van's driver, a 19-year-old man, now faces impaired driving charges. The CBC's Ali Chyasson has more. A memorial of flowers grows at a junction of highway off-ramps and service roads. This is where three children were killed in a suspected impaired driving collision just after midnight on Sunday. A 19-year-old driver was arrested at the scene. Ethan LeHoulier of Georgetown, Ontario faces several charges. The children's mother, the family friend, and a 10-year-old are expected to live. Jennifer Neville Lake, the woman who lost her three children in an infamous drunk driving incident back in 2015, posted her support for the family on X, saying, quote, I am so, so sorry, in grief and solidarity. All of the animals now have new barns if just temporarily. The fire department is currently investigating the cause of the fire. And that is your World This Hour.
