From CBC News, the world is sour. I'm Neal Kumar. Israeli strikes have killed at least
46 people in the Gaza Strip, including 31 in a school-turned shelter, according to local
health officials. The military says it targeted militants operating from the school.
Israel renewed its offensive after ending a ceasefire with Hamas back in March.
It is vowed to seize control of Gaza and keep fighting until Hamas is destroyed
or disarmed.
With parliament about to begin a new session, the liberals and conservatives
held caucus meetings on Sunday,
details from Rafi Boucher-Canyon. This government failed to table a budget pretty soon.
Conservative Gérard Deltel ready with criticism before MPs returned to the House of Commons,
a theme for leader Pierre Poilieuvre as well. We're going to be demanding a spring budget.
But the opposition cannot force the government to do that. Polly ever also

Hundreds in the Central Ontario community of Walkerton came together in morning last night
where a vigil was held at the high school for four students and a popular teacher.
On Friday, the five were killed in a car crash near London, Ontario as they returned home from a softball tournament.

friends. Rowan McLeod had big plans for life. She always wanted to be a mom and
Cadence Ford was sweet and bubbly and lit up the room when she walked in.
15 year old Keegan Padfield says even though they were older, the girls made time for him.
They're all really kind and when I first started out in grade 9, they were all really supportive.
On their way home from a softball tournament in Dorchester, Ontario, their SUV collided
with a transport truck.
Ontario Provincial Police say the students and their 33- old coach, Matt Eckert, were killed. The Blue Water District School Board said councillors will be at the
school this week to assist students and staff. Middlesex OPP say they are still investigating

U.S. President Donald Trump says he is not really out putting sanctions on Russia, saying he's not happy with Vladimir Putin, after Russia launched its largest air assault on Ukraine since the start of its invasion.
Ukrainian authorities say more than 30 cities and towns across the largest Russian attacks in this conflict.
Ukrainian officials say roughly 370 drones and missiles were involved in the assault, killing at least a dozen people, including children.
