The union's national president making his position on the federal order clear.
To legislate us back to work 12 hours after we started, I'm sorry, snowstorms have shut down
air Canada for longer than we were allowed to strike.
Air Canada had planned to resume operations Sunday.

Ukraine's president is now in Washington for what could be a pivotal meeting with the U.S. president on Monday.
Donald Trump's special envoy, Steve Whitkoff, says,

NATO's Article 5 states an attack on any NATO members consider an attack on all NATO members.
In New York, three people are dead and nine others have been wounded,
following a shooting at a Brooklyn nightclub on Saturday night.
Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch spoke about the incident.
Currently, we have identified 11 victims ranging in age from 27 to 61, eight males, and three females.
Three of the victims have already been pronounced.
The eight remaining victims are at local area hospitals with what is being described right now as non-life-threatening injuries.
In Montreal, a 22-year-old man has died after being stabbed at a person.
Park in the St. La Roe Borough. Montre Police say the incident took place on Saturday night,
where two other nine-year-olds were also stabbed in the upper body. All three were taken to hospital.
One victim is in critical condition, and the other is now in stable condition. It's the city's
homicide of the year. On Vancouver Island, fire officials and residents are cautiously optimistic
about the Mount Underwood fire just outside of Port Elbernie. A few days of rain has slowed the
fire's growth, but it wasn't enough to bring it under control. Cody DeRosier is with the BC wildfires
service. We're certainly trending in the right direction, but as it stands, given that this
is a 3,600 hectare fire until we get containment in those priority areas with the return
to hot and dry conditions, we can't necessarily predict when those will be able to come off.
There may be a little more rain, but the hot and dry conditions will be back this week.
And that is your world this hour.
