Secretary General Antonio Guterres is calling on Israel to reverse its decision to occupy Gaza City.
He warns the operation will have devastating consequences for hundreds of thousands of people.
Gutierish is once again calling for an immediate ceasefire and release of all hostages held by Hamas.
