following what they call an active shooter situation police say the threat has been contained to residents in the 500 block of crescent road northwest in the crescent heights neighborhood they're asking local residents to stay inside and lock their doors police are also advising them to go into a below ground level floor of their home if possible residents who cannot actually their homes are being advised to go to the Crescent Heights High School. In Minneapolis, police investigating the suspect in Wednesday's shooting, say she had a dark obsession with killing children and a fascination with mass shooters. Ashley Burke reports.

O'Hara says Westman was a parishioner at the church and former student of the school, but her motive still unknown. We're trying to see if there was some sort of triggering event.
