Too many students are packed into overcrowded classrooms in Ontario schools,
and it's hurting their ability to learn.
But instead of helping our kids,
the Ford government is playing politics,
taking over school boards and silencing local voices.
It shouldn't be this way.
Tell the Ford government to get serious about tackling overcrowded classrooms
because smaller classes would make a big difference for our kids.

Tensions are growing between Alberta and British Columbia over the possibility of an oil
pipeline to BC's north coast. Alberta Premier Daniel Smith is accusing BC Premier David Eby
of being un-Canadian, while Eby is slamming Smith for advancing what he calls a fictional
pipeline. Katie DeRosa reports. It's a spat that escalated quickly. Last

Following a meeting with the Prime Minister Monday, Danielle Smith insists that Mark Carney
pledged to reach an agreement on the proposed pipeline by mid-November.

not what he calls a fictional pipeline.

sabotage or accidents. Allies aren't sure, but are concerned about a Russian intelligence ship
found loitering near those cables in the Baltic and off the UK. NATO has established a mission
known as Baltic Sentry to monitor threats, but instead of divers, it's drones. Germany's
armaments minister, Jens Plotner, who has met with Canadian defense and naval officials to talk
about possible cooperation on drones. Plotner says securing such a vast underwater network
is going to have to be a responsibility shared with private pipeline and cable owners.
It's certainly also the responsibility of the companies.
Can they do it alone? No, but they should significantly contribute.
