And Israel will release 2,000 Palestinians who've been imprisoned.
As part of the ceasefire agreement,
600 aid trucks are supposed to enter Gaza every day,
but far fewer shipments are currently coming in.
And in Han Yunus, some of the trucks that entered Gaza today
were swarmed by desperate crowds.
They have to find a solution for us, said Salome Barbeck.
The trucks have to be secured.
There have been reports of clashes between Hamas and a clan in Gaza City,
which left several people dead.
Part of the peace framework calls for an international stabilization force
to immediately deploy to Gaza.
But that's not in place yet.

Prime Minister Mark Carney is among the world leaders
gathering in Egypt for that summit
chaired by U.S. President Donald Trump
and Egyptian President Abel Fate-El Sisi.
They are set to discuss ending the war in Gaza.
Neither Israel nor Hamas will be there,
though Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas will be.
There were clashes overnight
on the Afghan-Pakistan border.
Kabul says
58 Pakistani soldiers were killed in this confrontation.
while Islamabad has confirmed 23 casualties.
Afghanistan's foreign minister says mediation efforts by Qatar and Saudi Arabia
succeeded in bringing the situation, quote, under control.
It came down to the wire, but France's reappointed Prime Minister has named a new government.
Sebastian Le Corneu's cabinet will include some members from President Emmanuel Macron's centrist camp,
several allied conservatives, as well as people from outside of politics.
But it is unclear how long as people.
long this will last. The government is under enormous pressure to get a budget passed and
quell growing political turmoil in France. Opposition parties are calling for new elections. Vancouver
police are urgently looking for a suspect accused of randomly attacking at least seven people
in downtown Vancouver. Carolyn Bargut has the latest. In the surveillance video released by
Vancouver Police, you see a woman who looks to be in her 20s or 30s walking down the street.
approaches a stranger. The woman extends her left arm and makes contact with them. It's not clear from
the video if the victim was stabbed or punched. Either way, officers say the woman is a risk to the
public and they want to track her down. Here's Sergeant Steve Addison. This happened at a busy
location, close to downtown Vancouver, people who did absolutely nothing wrong who were attacked
by a complete stranger. That's concerning to us as police officers, but it's also a great concern to
the wider community. It is the priority, the biggest priority for our police agency right now.
Especially when police arrived on scene, they found three people who had been stabbed.
They later learned four others had been injured in additional random attacks committed by the same woman.
Caroline Bargoot, CBC News, Vancouver.
And for the first time since 2016, the American League Championship Series will be played in Toronto.
Canada's baseball team is getting set to host the Seattle Mariners tonight in game one of this Best of Seven series.
Jay's manager, John Schneider, was asked about his advice to his players.
heading into tonight's game.
Do what you're good at, be you.
This game and this spot comes with a lot of scrutiny and pressure and all that kind of stuff.
But I think as long as you're being who you are, whether it's myself, staff, or the players,
you're going to be just fine.
The winner of this series will head to the World Series.
Tonight's game gets underway shortly after 8 o'clock Eastern.
And that is your world this hour.
For CBC News, I'm Kate McGilfrey.
Thank you.
