Canadian lumber producers are taking another hit from Donald Trump's trade war.
A new 10% U.S. tariff on Canadian softwood lumber takes effect today.
That's in addition to the 35% tariff already in place.
British Columbia Premier David Eby says the new surcharge is unfair
and is an attack on the Canadian forest sector.
