Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim opened the ASEAN summit with a message that almost felt like it was directed at Canada and the U.S. Across regions, we see rising contestation of growing uncertainty. He says Canada was, quote, caught red-handed putting up a fraudulent advertisement on Ronald Reagan's speech on tariffs. Meanwhile, in his address to ASEAN leaders, Carney says Canada believes it can dramatically expand and strengthen trade links. Murray Brewster, CBC News, Kuala Lampur, Malaysia. There have been arrests in connection with the jewel heist at the Louvre. A Paris prosecutor says at least one man was taken into custody at an airport north of Paris. Earlier reports stated that at least two suspects were arrested, but the prosecutor did not confirm how many people were arrested. It was a week ago today that four people broke into the Apollo Gallery using power tools. They stole more than $140 million Canadian in crown jewels. Hamas has repeatedly said it needs time and equipment to locate the bodies in the rubble. Many in Israel, including hostage families, say they're being deliberately with health. Metropolitan Police say Hadush Kabatu was found in a North London neighborhood early this morning, two days after he walked out of prison.
