The law imposes a new pay system on doctors, where at least part of their compensation will be based on meeting performance targets. As John Engela tells us, doctors and patients, are worried about the impact on Quebec's health care system. Menlo-Apelle is a family physician in Sherbrook, an advisor to the Eastern Township's General Practitioners Association. The organization surveyed its members and found that many are considering making changes to their practice or leaving Quebec.
