This ascent isn't for everyone.
You need grit to climb this high this often.
You've got to be an underdog that always over-delivers.
You've got to be 6,500 hospital staff, 1,000 doctors,
all doing so much with so little.
You've got to be Scarborough.
Defined by our uphill battle and always striving towards new heights.
And you can help us keep climbing.

The former Prince Andrew will be stripped of his last remaining military title.
Here's British Defence Minister John Healy.
We are working now to remove that last remaining title of Vice Admiral that he has.
This is a move that's right.
It's a move that the king has indicated we should take,
and we're working on that at the moment.
This comes after new revelations about Andrew's ties to the late sex offender, Geoffrey Epstein,
