This ascent isn't for everyone.
You need grit to climb this high this often.
You've got to be an underdog that always over-delivers.
You've got to be 6,500 hospital staff, 1,000 doctors,
all doing so much with so little.
You've got to be Scarborough.
Defined by our uphill battle and always striving towards new heights.
And you can help us keep climbing.

We have the conditions, the possibility of a just and lasting peace.
Sitting down for a bilateral meeting in Halifax,
Prime Minister Mark Carney is pledging Canada's support
for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's plan to end the Russian war.
The attack on Kiev shows just how important it is that we stand with Ukraine.
While condemning Moscow's latest missile strike,
Carney is also promising $2.5 billion more in loan support for Ukraine
to help with reconstruction if and when this nearly four-year-long conflict comes to an end.
And this attack is, again, Russia's answer on our peace efforts.
Zelensky's next stop is Palm Beach, Florida for a meeting with President Donald Trump.
Ukraine wants the U.S. to sign off on security guarantees to protect it from future Russian attacks.
So far, Trump has been non-committal.
