This ascent isn't for everyone.
You need grit to climb this high this often.
You've got to be an underdog that always overdelivers.
You've got to be 6,500 hospital staff, 1,000 doctors all doing so much with so little.
You've got to be Scarborough.
Defined by our uphill battle and always striving towards new heights.
And you can help us keep climbing.

Prime Minister Mark Carney is en route to China tonight on a mission to reset relations with Chinese president Xi Jinping.
Canada is trying to find new markets amid a trade war with the U.S.
The CBC's Ashley Burke is traveling with the prime minister and filed this report from the Vancouver airport.
This visit to China is a big test for the prime minister.
Mark Carney has to decide what deals he's willing.
to make and how he's going to manage the risks.
Carney wants to diversify trade away from the U.S.
and that includes re-engaging with China after years of diplomatic tension,
including Beijing detaining Canadians Michael Kovrig and Michael Spavar.
A public inquiry also found China is the most active perpetrator of foreign interference in Canada
and China's been accused of intimidating and harassing members of the Chinese-Canadian community.
But a Canadian official tells journalists traveling,
with the Prime Minister that the government wants to move on from those years of friction
while still prioritizing national security concerns.
That official said that Carney is expected to meet China's president during two days of talks
and signed memorandums of understanding, including some new agreements.
Ashley Burke, CBC News, Vancouver.

Lieutenant Colonel Arthy Prabhakaran is the technical assessment team commander.
Right now we're on receive mode.
We're trying to absorb as much information and understand the problems.
The area's power was cut on December 28th.
It's since been restored, but cold weather froze pipes and caused thousands of water and sewer leaks, affecting hundreds of homes.
Bo Beardy is a plumber born in Pimichikamak.
We just got to get the water going because everybody needs water.
Water is a part of our life, and we need it to survive.
It may take months for the community to recover from the outage, but the work must continue.
4,000 people in Pimichikamack left their homes when the power went off.
Some have returned, and leaders hope the rest can soon.
