Hey, YAC listeners.

Prime members can listen ad-free on Amazon music.
One out of all of us.
Hello, it's the YAC.
Welcome in Estelle blue coffee.
Go buy it.
Amazon, 7-Eleven, Circle K, Estelle Blue Coffee, Amazon.
Target.
Best Buy?
Best Buy.
We should get them Best Buy.
That would be good.
Stillbluecoffee.com.
Thank you for everyone purchasing.
Speaking of Best Buy.
Nick is out.
Titus is coming.
Dana should be here for the first hour,
Eddie's second hour.
Okay.
Nice.
All right.
It's a good crew.
All right.
Also, my cheese pizza that I order on Wednesdays after advisors is late.
So if anyone wants a slice, it's going to be here in a minute.
Cheapy?
Cheapy.
Well, as long as Kyle Bauer's here, we're going to be okay, guys.
That's a fact.
He's the bedrock of this company.
Long as fucking Kyle Bowers here.
We're just fine.
He holds this place together.
Thank you.
Interesting tone, yeah.
What?
I'll think about that later.
Kyle, I'll just like to, thank you for her.
Dissect the tone later.
I think it was sarcastic?
No.
Wasn't sarcastic at all?
I don't think so either.
I actually mean it.
I fucking love it.
You can't give your boys big ups on the show anymore?
Okay.
Feel free to do it to me.
I had a chance to kill Kyle yesterday, and I didn't.
That's how much I love him.
Wow, that's really.
I was about to kill you.
Well, I was going to kill each other.
first because you had a city bike
and a divvy bike and I had
a eight ton range rover.
That's probably
you were driving
right beside. I feel you in my preference.
He didn't know that I was following him. You're breaking. There's nothing
I ate more than
unnecessary posterior
proximity. It's like my
pettest of peaves when someone is
behind me. Were you trying to pet up as
that? Can I just ask you a question? How do you
see so many of us after hours? I don't
know. It's infuriated. But it's just because
become my new favorite thing is like, I just, I saw him leaving, saw him getting on the bike,
and then for the whole street, I just, I like slowly was maybe 10 feet behind him the entire
time. And he didn't look back and he was like, I could see his frustration. This fucking happens.
Midwestern drivers are patient to a fault and it drives me crazy. What are you saying you want
them to do, go around you? Pass me. They're afraid to pass. They're afraid to let pedestrians pass.
They're slaves to the octagon.
Are you too far into the lane?
They like stop at the...
No, he was in the bike lane.
These drivers, they stop at the stop sign for so long.
Yeah, not me, brother.
You don't...
What are you doing?
You're waiting for invisible people to pass.
You didn't even stop at the stop sign.
Using a tiny paint brush to brush the dust off a fossil.
I could tell it bothered you.
I'm sorry.
But then it was funny because we had a laugh.
Oh, I bet the laugh was good.
It was pretty...
Was it Hardy?
He's kind of like, oh, God, Scott again.
Yeah, that tan cats.
Oh, he got me for those 50 yards.
Did you pet him?
No, I should have.
He didn't touch me.
But yeah, that's how much I love you, dude.
I could have fun.
Imagine if I just hit the gas right there?
So you're saying if you had been behind a bicyclist you didn't love, you would have killed him.
Yeah.
Okay.
If I'm, like, behind, like, Hitler on a bicycle, I'll hit the gas.
Yeah, there's a.
big difference. I mean, there's a big gap when Kyle and Hitler.
Baby Hitler on a bicycle. Baby Hitler, run
him right over. Okay. Squish his little baby head.
Okay.
Baby Kyle, kidnap him.
That's bad too.
Would that be bad? I think so.
But if it was baby Kyle and he was like, I was like, hey, dude, listen, when you get
older, don't worry, we're going to, like, be on a daily show together and we're going
to be friends. So, like, it's fine that I kidnapped you.
Oh, that does make it feel normal. Yeah.
Like, I got this.
That doesn't trust the process.
That's not crazy at all.
Yeah.
Someday this will all make sense.
Interesting.
Yeah.
And here we are.
Here we are.
I almost swiped up Brandon's child.
Yeah.
I did too.
I gave him a slice of cheese pizza.
I was like, I could take you right now.
Yeah, he's around.
He's a great kid.
He's in there.
He's a great kid.
I told him I accidentally swallowed a mermaid's moon pearl when I was scuba.
driving in Key Largo when I was 12, and now I can breathe underwater through my urethra meatus,
which is, but for only 10 second spurts.
You threw a lot of words at him.
He didn't probably understand.
He agreed that it was a futile skill.
Breathing underwater for 10 seconds?
Through my urethra.
Miatis.
Meetus.
Meadis?
Mm-hmm.
Yeah.
Huh.
He got my, he did how much.
slice of cheese pizzas.
I could see that.
I bought him lunch and I noticed he wasn't touching his nuggets.
So I knew somebody he had gotten him somewhere.
Yeah.
Was he a problem during advisors?
No, not at all.
Okay.
He was upstairs giving Spider and Kedek the business.
Yeah.
He was really putting him through the ring.
Not a fan of Katic.
Oh, really?
No, he's calling him some good name.
Good.
I think Big Mike and my son are immortal enemies.
Oh, I love that.
But I also think that's due to Spider's influence.
I think spiders turned him on people.
Spider was, yeah.
Yeah.
Called him the F word.
No, he did.
Fat.
Oh.
Okay.
Heesh.
Kate.
Yes.
Pat.
Bad guy.
You let him know and what happened?
Because that is very fine.
I saw your tweet last night and I was giggling to myself.
Like, we did, Steve, does Steve even know?
I know Pat got kicked out.
I do not know why.
The whole reason we sent you yesterday was we wanted you to get kicked out.
I didn't do anything to get kicked out
Pat got kicked out just for having his phone out
and taking pictures
So we're like if we have Stephen walk around with his phone out
for 25 minutes he'll get kicked out
DoorDash
You not getting kicked out means that Pat
was doing something like really bad
Didn't realize Pat wasn't up to speed
on the yak from today and just informed him
Chase spent 25 minutes filming in the same Best Buy
and everyone was lovely and he's beside
himself. This is total bullshit
I was informed that this kind of behavior
was strictly forbidden in the Bucktown Best Buy right before I was forced to leave the store by store security.
Best Buy Buckdown needs to release a security team.
Yeah, we did like undercover boss, but it was the reverse effect.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So what do he was he pissed?
He was like, he was laughing really hard.
Yeah.
He was like, what you did what?
I don't know how I forgot to, because my phone was dead so I couldn't like let him know like, oh, Jay's at the best buy.
And we just like the day got away from us.
And last night like 1130 in the kitchen, we were like closing up.
shop. I was like, oh, by the way, we said
Che, full camera out the whole time.
25 minutes straight, nobody
had a problem. I was like, we think
you might be a bad person.
Security guard gave me a friendly wave
on the way out.
The Beave's going to
start being like, resume Asian
hate. Yeah.
Start it again.
It was interming. Bring it back.
He couldn't believe it. Oh, man.
He couldn't believe it. Yeah, Chee, I was
I got a few texts from
like friends outside of like here who were like chay at the best buy i'd say i never know
what's going to hit with this show and it was it was special so we got to get you somewhere else
that you've never been people liked me walking around best buy yeah because it was like you landed on
march yeah yeah i said you were you were you were basically uh retail and seno man i admit you weren't
here yeah which i enjoyed so what what other stores have you never been to we're not going to do
it today but like what other stores of you oh wait a minute we might do it
I just don't think I've been to best buy since I bought Madden last, which was a long time.
When's the last time you've been to a Petco?
Petco?
Oh, yeah.
I mean, we go to those type of stores regularly.
I still think it's a hardware slash something like that.
I agree with you about the farm store.
Yeah, like a tractor supply.
I've never been a tractor supply.
So when you think of the word tractor supply, you think of the store you're thinking of is not what it is.
Right.
I think you would be amazed at what's in there.
Tractor products.
And that's what you would think.
If it's not, then that's a really dumb.
name for the story.
Yeah, he's going.
We got to find one.
Gotta go.
What do they have there?
Guess.
We got to wait for you get there, pal.
Yeah, just make one more guess
of what they might have.
Overalls?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Or Ace Hardware.
Yeah.
They have.
They sell.
They have more things
than you think they have, yeah.
They made keys?
Do you, are you a Costco member?
I know.
My parents go regularly.
So I've been a bunch.
Costco would definitely blow.
someone's mind who had never been to Costco.
Can I say something?
Yeah, they sell like, cold a sack.
Yeah, they have like, oh, here's a, here's a t-shirt, and then here is a...
I think they sell life insurance.
Here's a pool that you can buy that's indoor, you know, in-ground pool.
What are you saying?
I've never been to Costco.
What?
And Mark Titus has been on me for a year saying I'm the most Costco guy ever.
Brandon.
Yes.
I've been meaning to get a membership.
For kids.
It's...
It is incredible.
I need to go, yeah.
It's like how people say they won't even try Coke because they'll love it too much.
But there's not one in my, there's not, there needs to be one like near me for me to go anywhere.
There's one off the highway too for you.
Yeah, but it's off the highway.
I think I have the same problem he does.
He's don't want to get off the highway.
Once you get on that highway.
I could see Che being mesmerized by like a restaurant depot.
Oh, yeah.
The large sizes.
Go with Chef Donnie.
I was a little surprised by my first Menards.
Oh, that's a great story.
I didn't realize I was going to have groceries and stuff.
It's a strong store, yeah.
I bought a book there.
Yeah.
I was just looking around and I said, oh, I like that book.
I got it and I bought it.
It's a hodgepodge of things.
I've never been to a bass pro shops.
I assume they have fishing equipment.
You assume correctly, they also have millions of other things.
Yeah.
And they're gigantic.
So many other things.
Right.
It's like a pyramid or something like that, right?
No, that's the, there's one of them.
That's the Memphis Bass Pro shops.
Yeah.
They're not all pyramids.
You thought...
Yeah, there's just one of them.
Right.
Okay, all right.
I think we have like three or four weeks worth of show.
Yeah.
I'm excited.
Che, you're just...
You're special.
And Che learned Photoshop last night?
Nope.
There's no way that happened.
I know Photoshop a little bit.
That was Instagram, just story editing.
What made you...
Just trying to poke up people.
Che on the fantasy league that we were in,
that Che is a commissioner of with Mike Trout and Alex Bregman and Kyle Schwerber.
Last night, Che just started hitting up the text chain
with fake Adam Schaefter tweets reporting on the fantasy league.
And he thought it was the funniest thing ever.
But you photoshopped the tweets?
He photoshopped the tweets.
It was like Adam Schaefter reporting like Eric Hosmer's got the hottest team in fantasy.
after a big win this weekend.
He basically was doing the, you know, like when you're,
when you were like in the Little League
and you got put on like the cover of the fake magazine,
your parents could buy, yeah, yeah.
Yeah, he was doing that.
He wasn't trying to troll.
He was trying to.
He was really undefeated Mike Trout,
lost a duel first place teams after the fantasy manager
decided to start Bo Nix over Drake May,
which costs his team 37.5, four points,
and the win.
And this post-game press conference trial called the Gaff
a minor setback for a major comeback.
He was just sending us these, like, they were the funniest things ever.
I was laughing so much.
What did the boys think?
He's sending us to Mike Chow.
That kind of is, like, that's what I would assume Mike Trout would get a little.
No, Mike Trout did not think it was funny.
I don't think so.
Was it getting a lot of.
Nobody was going at him.
I like to go.
Blutman just kept on replying, why is chefs are reporting on our league?
And no one was falling for that either.
So it was.
Yeah, I don't really know what he was into him.
He's in a silly mood.
I like that, Che.
Get these boys laughing.
My wife had plans. Baseball is on, so I was just goofing around.
The wife had plans.
You're just goofing around.
That's got to be so nice to be.
Did they react in any way?
No LL. L.L.
No, nothing.
No thumbs-ups.
Anybody like, what is this boy?
Actually, Trout was kind of mad that.
I think he was mad that Che was talking about Hosmer's team when Trout has the best team.
Think about like being.
Jay's wife and being like I'm going out to dinner.
Like, oh, my husband going to cheat on me.
No, no, he's going to just do some fake Schefter tweets and laugh to himself on the couch.
Or as Major League Baseball buddies.
That's got to be comforting.
Yeah, I know.
Chey and Blutman having a back and forth in the MLB chat.
You got to, yeah, you just always know where Che is.
He's just laughing and thinking about football.
I'm like most of us who.
do cheat
is that a real worry
for wives
probably not on a Tuesday
depends on the
no I don't think
it's a stressful life
no
there was one time
or for a husband to assume your
your heart's delight is
my wife
needs to cheat on you
my wife started taking a pottery class
and I was like what's up with this
and then but then she produced
like a ton of mugs and bowls
and I was like, all right, cool.
Yeah.
Yeah, because I hadn't seen anything for like a couple weeks.
I was this?
Then again.
What's going on?
But where was she?
Yeah, she came out with no pots.
Yeah.
No urns.
I need a couple of mugs to prove it.
And then I'm good.
No calluses.
At least an ashtray.
Where was she stopping to get the mugs?
I don't know.
But they look like they were made in a pottery glass.
So she did like that's the thing is I, she just has to do enough that I can be like, hey.
Yeah.
I'm not going to pry here.
You produce the.
few mugs.
Yeah.
We're good.
You even put a price tag on one.
Yeah.
We're good here.
I don't know where people find the time.
It's a cheap?
Yeah.
Yeah.
If I have extra time, I'm taking a nap.
A nap is so much better than strange.
Also,
a nap is so much better than like having to have a nap.
Yeah.
Oh my God.
I was saying I don't even, I don't even like qualify them as naps anymore.
It's just if I'm horizontal, I'm asleep.
Yeah, that's just sleep.
Yeah.
If I lay down for any amount of time, I'm going to fall asleep.
So I have to stay, like a horse has to, I have to stay upright.
I do.
If I lay down on this floor right now, I'd fall asleep.
No, I know.
You're going to start shaving my legs again?
No way.
Forget it.
Also, you'd just be always terrified you're going to get caught.
That would be stressful.
Do you guys share your location with your spouses?
I would if you wanted to, but we've never gotten there.
It's like a millennial thing because that ends game over right there.
I'm just, I'm either there.
or here. Yeah, it's pretty much it. I'm never
anywhere else. Well, that's the other thing
is like, our jobs are
on camera. Yeah, when I'm like, oh, I'm
going back to work tonight.
She's going to, the podcast is going to come out.
I can prove it. Yeah. Yeah.
Hey, Dana. Hey,
how often do you cheat on your wife? What the
fuck? Well, that's the conversation
you walked into. Why are you guys talking about
that? He's stalling. He's doing. David Stern shit right there.
Never. Jim Rome.
Never, ever. Dana actually got a ton of props
once in a video. I did?
Yeah, a bunch of women were like, some girl asked you something about cheating or asked you something.
Oh, yeah.
It was a Cincinnati video.
He shut it down right away.
Yeah, but his second answer was Megan Fox.
Oh, yeah.
Never mind.
Well, that's just a funny clip.
Oh, it's a great clip.
Yeah.
What on?
We were legitimately talking about cheating on our wives.
I didn't make that up when you said out.
Kate was considering it.
Yeah.
Kate is cheating on the B right now.
Mark has cheated and Kyle is a serial cheater.
That's not true.
I don't think I could.
That's just factually.
I apologize.
Mark is a serial cheater.
KB.
is cheated.
This is not true.
Respect.
Danny cheats.
It's not true.
Not respect.
I don't know why would you say respect?
Oh, well, fucked up.
Yeah.
Definitely not respect.
You imagine feeling unironically, like, can you imagine trying to feel sexy for something?
No.
Dana, how did you like the haircutting place?
Fantastic.
Yeah. Except I fucked up. I went to Brandon's haircut spot and he did a wonderful job. But then I got home and I tried to like make my beard a little bit shorter.
Yeah. Because I just pussy it out and I didn't ask him to make it shorter because he says everything good. And I'm like, yeah, but in back my head I'm like...
You didn't get the beard detail? No, he did, but I wanted it shorter and I didn't. I was too much for pussy to ask him. And then you did it by yourself and I did it by myself. And I did it by myself.
I went way too long.
Yeah.
Like nearly, like, I don't get it, though,
because I put a six on the, on the,
the Manscape thing.
And if you push too hard,
can it go down to like a two?
Push hard.
Yes.
I've only used that on my pews.
Yeah.
Did you use a nut tremor on your face?
I might have.
Did you do six nuts?
Yes.
Yeah, six face and six nuts.
Yeah, two different levels.
Totally different.
That probably makes sense.
Yeah.
You got funked up?
Is that my fucking...
I got funked?
Is that my...
What's the car?
Is that mom?
Okay.
Brandon, she's on the phone with your mom.
Why are you talking to my mom on the phone?
She called me, dude.
She phased on me, too, but I didn't answer because we're on the yak.
I know.
I was putting out my pizzas and she FaceTimbing.
She heard he was considering cheating.
We're live on the yak.
I love it.
No, that's not what you can call me anytime.
What are you doing?
What's the cart?
What's cart?
Stop eavesdropping.
It's rude.
That's my mama.
Mama.
What the fuck is going on?
All right.
Nice.
Can we get back to...
Okay.
How often does your mom call you?
Well, she called me just before.
I didn't answer because...
I love you, too.
Bye.
I love.
That didn't...
Love each other.
What does she want?
She has a card that she wants to send you.
What kind of?
card.
I signed
Oscar Robinson
card.
Oh, that's amazing.
Yeah, so I told
her sent it to me.
Why I said it to you?
Sure, I'll send it to you.
What's sent it to me?
You're going to give it to me.
You should pick up the FaceTime.
But I'm on the yak.
I was on the yak too,
but then I had to get my pizzas.
She looked good.
She looked good.
I don't like
any of this.
Should they go like,
yeah.
Like tasteful?
Yeah.
Tastefully. Yeah.
That's the best kind.
She's 16.
She's the best kind.
Yeah.
It's not about the age.
A refined.
She's 69.
She's knocking on 70's door.
Leave something to the imagination.
She's hollering at 70.
A refined eroticism.
Yeah.
Right.
Emenating.
You guys ever watch Gilf?
What?
No.
What do you?
Does that stand for grandmother?
What channel's that home?
Guilf porn.
Never know.
Or grandpa.
God damn it, Dana.
You do it, Tina?
No, I've checked it out.
Grandmother or grandfather?
I don't know if I've ever fully cranked hog to it, but I've looked at it.
Oh, dang.
Why?
Every now with that, a mature, a mature could do it.
Was it like a 40-year-old game?
I know, I'm talking about it.
No, I think he's talking about, like, legit.
Jay's back there, fucking laugh.
I know he knows.
Jay?
Gilf is crazy.
No, not.
But, like, like, an older or one?
Yeah, why not?
No, no, no, no, no, no.
There's a difference what we're talking about.
I'm not talking about like wrinkled old grandma.
Yeah, yeah, you are.
No, I'm not.
I'm talking about mature.
What age?
65.
That's pretty old.
That's pretty old, dude.
That's not wrinkled.
That's grandma.
Yes, it is not, dude.
That was wrinkled.
Senior citizen.
Okay.
You should check out this Joe Gao video we got.
Yeah.
What did you say, Stephen?
Who's 65 that's not wrinkled?
Yeah, give me a joke.
Joe Gow is five years.
I mean, you wouldn't, like, RIP, but you wouldn't
bust to Dolly Parton?
Like, she was 80. Exactly.
Now you've made it a little confusing in my brain
because yes, I would.
Wait, wait a second.
What? No.
Where, give me a woman.
Jennifer Coolidge.
She's the original milk.
Billy Ray Cyrus.
And for the record, I'm not, I'm not searching it out, but sometimes it pops up.
Oh, uh, oh, we're in trouble.
Oh, yeah.
She's like my one-one.
Yeah.
We're in trouble.
I love her.
Yep.
She's a billionaire, too.
She looks fantastic.
Always.
She's a what?
A billionaire.
How's she a billionaire?
I'm pretty sure her family money.
Oh, okay.
But no, but she has.
But through her acting.
No, but she has billions.
Yeah.
Huh.
Yeah.
She's probably as unwrinkled as a 65-year-old's going to get.
She's gorgeous.
Beautiful woman.
Love her.
Yes.
And also, I'll say this, the only one in Seinfeld who made a better, a second.
show that was better or just as good.
Maybe not better, but Veepe is
Even just as good as Craig.
Fantastic. Yeah. Beep can be.
Veep is like.
Veep is very good but does as
Seinfeld's a lot. I don't know. Does Larry David count though?
Yeah, I mean, I guess that counts.
Curb. Yeah. But Veep is so
awesome. Veepe is so funny.
Veep is very good. But, but
you're talking about Seinfeld might be the
number one sitcom of all time. Yeah, I probably
have it there. You don't have office?
Well, no, I didn't, I can't say the actual best
of all time.
I, yeah.
What are you talking about the rapist?
Were there laughs to be had on that show, the Cosby show?
Yes.
At the time, yes.
You know what I've been watching later?
No, I don't.
Fresh Prince, first time.
Very good.
First time, really.
First time.
Wish I could watch Fresh Prince.
It's the first time.
How far are you?
I'm like third season or so.
It falls off at the end, but you're good to about season five.
We really should get the technology that are like, I know you don't want the full men in black,
but to erase.
like specific media from your brain to be able to enjoy it again for the first time would be
incredible incredible i saw an ai of uncle phil dunking of basketball and it really it really
made me smile i really enjoyed it okay uncle phil just good finishing on a break and then just
it was it was like it was perfect i loved it so much i watched it like five times what is what is the
story about why an viv was replaced uh will hated her yeah they didn't get along they didn't get along
Yeah.
There's a reunion special on, I believe, HBO Max, whatever they call that.
There's a reunion special where they bring her back and they have a sit down now and they talk about it and they straighten it out.
But yeah, he hated her back then.
I always wonder they couldn't find anyone who looked a little closer to her.
No, it was crazy.
It was crazy.
But like that's the first amphib is just better.
She wasn't actually an aunt, right?
Well, yes, she was.
Something like Uncle Joey?
No, no, no, she was, she was Will's aunt.
Yeah.
Yeah.
She was Will's aunt.
No, and her sister was his mom.
Yeah, Vi.
V.
Oh, hell yeah.
Oh, can't tell me that's not awesome.
Oh, you got the swag.
I watched that.
I watched that all morning.
Oh, hitting the ball.
That's really good.
That's what we, let me see it again.
We should be using AI for this.
Yeah.
Oh.
Oh.
Oh, I fucking love watching Uncle Phil do this shit.
Oh.
That's a visitor's a finish.
There we go.
That's so good.
That's good.
Did you win yesterday's all?
3-0.
There you go.
Yes, sir.
I was in hell for a little bit.
Yeah.
But, yeah, now we got it done.
Let's go.
Got it done, man.
It's exciting.
See what I'm saying?
This is great.
So good.
Oh, don't do it.
it to him uncle Phil
step back
don't do it to him uncle Phil
those feet behind the line
wet
wet
hopefully it goes in yeah
oh yeah
uncle Phil
so sick
he looks so happy
I love that man
RIP
he looks so happy
um
uh
Dana you've been thinking about
signing him for a marathon
oh no that was a conversation
we had on BBC
I said I could
I couldn't run a
full marathon obviously but if the rule is you can walk some yeah who can't do that i agree with you
right right i can't i can't i could walk a marathon right now i could jog what eight miles and walk the rest
but it would take you how long to walk a marathon when do they shut it down like six and a half hours
yeah it would take you 10 hours to walk a marathon wouldn't it six and a half hours yeah okay
you could i'm obsessed with marathons now what i'm doing the math what i say it takes you let's say it
takes you 30 minutes to walk a mile.
That's insane.
Are 20, 20?
No, you could do it in 15.
20-ish at the most.
Wait, so six and a half hours, you could walk.
Yeah, you could walk a marathon.
Yeah.
So that's three miles an hour.
Yeah. Yeah. A mile every 15
is not a, yeah. That's not a crazy fast.
That's fast for 26.
Even, yeah, you would get tired, but it's not a crazy.
You're not like, I think that's, that's pumping it for.
That's pumping it.
But you also could just run for five months.
miles and then 20 minute 15 minute mile you're like consciously thinking like I got to like you're keeping a pace you got to keep a pace you're not like casually yeah you have to consciously be like and I think after 10 miles you start to it starts to weigh on you I'm with you though Dana no I respect marathon runners I just I don't okay in no world do I think I could run 26 miles in a row it's if you can walk though do you think you have a discipline to make yourself train long enough to where you could run 26 miles no I don't absolutely not you should just
walk the whole time and still shit your pants
I was obsessed with my experience
observing yeah it really is
intoxicating uplifting
and inspiring
oh are you being for real I'm talking about the people
well my fiancee did it oh okay
my bad it was a blast following her
yeah like you could up
refresh and see all and she had a goal
that I'm cool with
like I was people who run it and they're like
I was actually stressed as fuck
Yeah.
She was going for, she has no long distance running experience and did a 3.32.
That's impressive.
An eight minute and six second pace.
That's anything under four hours to me is very important.
Do that.
Yeah.
And we signed her up for the LA one in March.
And now I'm going to be, I want to do it.
I want to watch.
I want to be a marathon husband.
And I want to get really into it.
I want to get all my.
I was doing math.
I was dividing 26.1.
I was trying to, it was, it was so fun.
I feel like this is my calling.
I need you in like, the belt with like the waters and the gus.
And just like meeting her along the mat.
I referred to us or her as we.
Yeah.
We're going to try to qualify for Boston.
Dude.
You as a marathon husband would be so funny.
It was the most fun I've ever had.
But it was stressful as fuck.
The, I should clarify.
because I don't, I think I don't respect
anyone who's like five hours or more.
That's to me like, what even is that?
Anything under, anything under four is wildly impressive.
What was her goal, Kyle?
Her goal was eight minutes, which was like, I was like,
there's no fucking way.
Like, you're not a runner.
You just started, like, training a few months ago.
You've never been to run her first one.
Wow.
And now she, like, she's got it.
She has the stamina of somebody.
who isn't fucking me
like a true champion's endurance
I need you to come in on like Fridays
and be like what do we do what's everyone
or maybe Monday's like what did you do this weekend
like my wife ran yeah we did 20
we did 20 I was
yeah we had to prep all morning on Saturday for the 20
I was our goo guy
I actually failed as the goo guy
you got to get a bike
yeah get a bike for training
I know what's a goo guy
like an e button her energy goo
I was supposed to hand off
and I missed the hand
so you don't have to pedal so hard
yeah
I saw some guy that had
26 drinks
I saw that too
there's a lot of novelty
I don't know
that's insane
I saw he was met with some hate
from the community
why
people don't like the shenanigans
it's like if you could do that
do it and get your
get your views
I think he raised money for charity too
you did
yeah I thought it was sick
I'm gonna say this too
I think
there can be as many
shenanigans is you want marathon
if you do the triathlons
then like Ironman that shit
that's when you're serious but a marathon's
for the people yeah do some cool shit
yeah people doing it barefoot
yeah people doing it costumes like
who's policing that shit it's crazy
and now I'm obsessed with like
the elites
oh my god they're insane
like this dude
Vinnie Mori he's a
young whippersnapper from Youngstown
he's also never done
a marathon until like a month ago.
He trains at a planet fitness
and does all of his runs
on a treadmill.
What?
He's doing full marathons
on a treadmill and planet fitness in
Youngstown.
He goes to his first one in Toledo
and does a 205
which is like a four minute
and 40
a sub five pace.
Can we see this guy?
He's a wily whippersnapper.
top 10 at the 2026 Chicago Marathon.
Vinnie Mori coaches himself and does most of his training on Jim Treadmills.
This was only his second marathon.
Hi, I'm Tony and I cover stories that are shaping the running world.
And six months ago, not many people knew who Vinny was, nor did he have a sponsor.
Then he entered a local marathon and ran a 205-54 on his debut.
Essex have since signed him, but he still works part-time in a running store and he writes
all of his own training plans.
But let's just look at some of the things that he did to prepare for Chicago.
A peak week of 138 miles, seven consecutive weeks with runs longer than a marathon,
and one day where he covered 45 miles across two sessions.
This guy is an absolute machine, and he is only 25 years old.
In Chicago, he went through the first 18 miles on American record pace.
Then his hamstring started cramp him.
He stopped several times to stretch, leaving Clayton Young and Charles Hicks to pass him.
But he did keep going to claim a very, very respectable finish.
10th overall, third American, 206, 45.
can get the record he was chasing but finishing top 10 in a world marathon major in only your second
marathon that deserves some respect he stopped so what pace is that 448 so that means that he could
beat me in a race in like his marathon pace is faster than me sprinting 100 meters exactly that's
that's why i'm so dumbfounded by these guys like to me they're the equivalent of only
Alex Honnold, the free
solower. That is insane.
What's the world record?
What was the winning?
An African did it in like maybe
two hours. But like these guys
aren't far behind. I think someone broke
the two hour mark, didn't someone?
Recently. Chicago was 201, I think.
159.30. What?
What is that pace?
I need the pace.
Did you get to see the super fast guys go by?
No, I didn't get to see them. I'm watching
and clips and footage and it's
fucking crazy.
I don't think
4.5. 4 and a half.
4 and a half.
I don't know if I could beat him
on a bike.
I think I'd feel pretty confident
that you probably could. I would run out of gas. I'd get too tired.
Yeah.
Holy shit.
Yeah, these guys should be
bigger stars. It's just, unfortunately.
Right. It's extremely boring
to watch. And also I think
They run in the same pack for two hours and then, like, making a move is just like, oh, he's slightly...
The oppressive to exciting ratio is way out of the way.
This is why we need, we need, like, people who finish the marathon over four hours, like, we got to call it something different.
Because it is, that, that's what kind of, the amount of people that run a marathon, these guys aren't doing the same thing.
Oh, not at all.
Right.
I think this is our world's best
Jesus Christ
Four and a half
That is so fast
I wonder how tired they are after
Right
You could see them like not even really being that tired
This guy is like he'll finish a 20-mileer at like a five minute pace
Just for like training
And he's talking about like dude
I feel nuclear
Yeah
Yeah they get the runners before his marathon
He was like my my legs feel crunchy
I feel nuclear
Which
Kind of make
I think they're fucking cool
Yeah you never really see them
They're not the ones that are
Sprinting to the finish line crossing
Right
collapsing and fuck
I mean I guess it probably is happening a time or two
But like that's how I envision most
People that are like running as hard as they can
Yeah have you rid of low there though
Have you run a marathon?
No it's a great shame of mine
What's a great shame?
I run all the time
What's the distance you run?
I do like five is the furthest I usually
You just do an accidental one sometime
I haven't been running for a couple months just because I'm lazy.
And every year when the Chicago Marathon happens, I wake up feeling like a piece of shit that I didn't sign up for it.
And every single year I go out and do like a long run.
And it wrecks me.
Yeah.
So my legs are very sore because Sunday I did six miles.
And get into coaching with me.
I should.
I should do that.
But yeah, every year I wake up in the marathon, I'm like, God damn it.
Why do I sign up for this?
I'm such a fucking.
Yeah, you should do it.
I want to do it, but...
But that's the problem is that, like,
Mincey says he ran a marathon,
and then this guy says he ran a marathon.
That's not...
That's what's ruining...
It's ruining it for the really good guys.
Yeah.
Mincey walking around being like, I ran a marathon.
How did Rizzo do?
I don't know.
I think Arieta beat him by an hour.
But they...
Oh, really?
Yeah.
Herietta is insane shape.
Yeah, that doesn't surprise.
Yeah.
Areeta is a free.
I don't know what his final...
He struggled, but, like,
If you're not a runner, like, it's, I respect any time that you can do 26 miles in.
Also, Rousseau is big.
How many big marathon is?
Yeah, there's not.
Like, they're all built like Tim Burton corpses.
I followed a guy who was like a bigger dude who had actually like really trained and I don't know what his account is.
But like he did really well.
He was like a big guy.
Well, that's the new wave is these hybrid athletes.
Yeah.
But would you ever run one, Kyle?
No, I can't run.
I don't think you can.
I legitimately cannot run.
Yeah, marathon.
I'm just a trainer.
Yeah.
Oh, my God.
You mean, you can't run?
You can't run?
You got bad knees or something?
I don't have the body for it.
I've seen you run.
I want to see how this goes.
I want to see how the next couple years go with you.
I want to get like a set.
And then I might hire you.
Yeah, I want to hire you to be my trainer.
I want you to be my husband.
I saw a cool.
Do you guys follow the, it's an organization Achilles.
It's really cool, but they help people with,
disabilities, they'll pair you with somebody.
So, like, if a blind person wants to run the marathon.
I saw this live.
Yeah, it's so cool.
And she was blinder than I thought.
Like, totally blind.
She was, like, veering off toward me.
I was like, oh.
And they'll, they pair them, though, with people who can see or people who can do
whatever and help them finish or whatever.
And Neve Schulman from Catfish, I think, was like somebody's, they were like,
they link you, like physically link you to somebody and you run them through the whole time.
But I just picture like, imagine running 26.2 miles and you can't see shit.
Like, that's so impressive to me too.
It's really cool.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah.
The whole, my whole algorithm for days has just been.
And I feel so good watching it.
I'm like, oh, this is so fucking awesome.
Yeah.
All right.
I think Vinny's going to join.
Oh, sick.
Yeah.
I hope he doesn't have to work at a shoe store too much longer.
That's cool.
He got sponsored already.
That's so sick.
Yeah.
It's insanely fast.
How quick we got.
got him. Oh, we got a...
Josh's... We got a dude.
Josh is the best.
Best member of the act.
Yeah.
Easily.
I mean, yesterday we had Lee DeWise and the Mexican-Italian guy.
Yeah.
I did.
You had him on?
Yeah.
I saw him on.
Dude, he was awesome.
He was on here.
We watched the clip.
We had him on 20 minutes later.
Yeah.
He's talking about.
Just talking Italian?
Yeah.
Uh-huh.
Fuck yes.
Oh, I missed that.
I'm glad.
I'm not.
He was the man.
How did he get him?
He just DMed him?
Yeah, just gets him.
Wow.
Fines can get anybody.
That's crazy.
Do you get any of the ultramarathon stuff on your pages, Kyle?
That's just too much for me.
I'm not ready for it.
That's 100 miles?
I'm saving that.
The big one recently Moab 250 is a 250-mile all-hours race.
How?
Through the mountains, through water.
Like, it's people like die on it.
Yeah.
Why?
They probably get lost.
That's trying to.
Oh, but why do it?
Something horrificly wrong has to go
to happen to you to get it.
Yeah.
Did she Danielle ran a triathlon?
Yes, I've been following her.
She's insane.
She did like a...
She's a beast.
An ultch or...
The Iron Man.
It's not quite the biggest Iron Man, but still crazy.
Yeah.
Whatever it is, it's just too much.
How far is Ultramarathon?
I think it's just anything over a marathon?
Oh, okay.
I thought...
100 miles?
Was it O's that said 100 miles?
I feel like O's said he ran a marathon.
hundred miles one time.
Didn't he say he ran a marathon every day?
Yeah.
He said something like that.
I was like, what?
Got to get Pablo, check that out for us.
Yeah.
Hmm.
By the way,
Roeback.

Hmm. I guess I respect
marathoners. Why wouldn't you?
I don't know. Maybe it's just like the ones
that it just takes a really long time and I'm just
like, like,
like the 13 minute paces.
I think I respect them more.
Really?
Yeah.
It'd be so easy to quit.
Yeah, I guess.
Yeah, Cody.
Or not Cody.
Lucas.
Lucas.
Lucas quit.
But Lucas is a quitter.
He is a quitter.
I saw it this one,
at some point,
they have to shut the marathon down.
Right.
To open the roads again and stuff.
And there's still people,
even after the streets are going,
who are just like on the edge finishing.
And there's still people cheering them on.
It's like the sun is going down.
And they keep going.
Vinny's on.
Oh, Vinny.
What's up, man?
Oh, my God.
How we doing?
What's up?
Pretty good, pretty good.
We're just talking about marathons,
and Kyle brought up that you are, like,
maybe the most impressive guy ever,
which I happen to agree with.
Yeah, you're my number one American at the moment.
Based on just, you know.
Yeah.
All right, so you just ran the Chicago marathon.
So when did you start running?
I mean,
been running for
shoot 13 years now.
I mean, I started in middle school, but I did go to college.
It wasn't like I, like, jumped off the couch and was screwing around and just ran a
marathon.
But, yeah, I went to ASU and then Notre Dame and had been removed from college for about
a year and a half now.
And I've been marathoning for six months.
So I guess that it has been pretty short in that aspect.
And you train on a treadmill?
A lot of the time.
I'm based in Youngstown slash Warren, Ohio right now.
So the weather has been a little bit less than favorable.
But, yeah, I mean, I like going on the treadmill for, I mean, a ton of different reasons,
but more of a standpoint from being healthy takes a little bit of the stress off my bones.
I've had a lot of stress injuries in the past.
But, yeah, I mean, a little bit 50-50 of both, but a lot of it is on the treadmill.
It's a little bit more unconventional than most.
Yeah.
What did you run in college?
What were your distances?
I ran, I mean, shoot, I ran anything from the half mile up to the 5K.
Would have liked to run the 10K.
There's the, I guess, the standard distances in the NCAA, but kept getting banged up.
But I was a little, I was pretty successful, but not as successful as this whole marathoning venture has been.
Yeah, 205 is insane, right?
So you finished 10th in the Chicago?
Marathon?
Yeah, Third American.
And then Toledo was your very first ever marathon?
Yeah, that was in April.
So I ran 206 on Sunday in Chicago.
I ran 205 in April, kind of solo effort.
Chicago was a, if I'm going to call it a big risk event, I was like, hey, I'm just
going to go after it, ended up paying for it a little bit later in the race because, of course, is a two-hour effort.
But, I mean, it was a blast.
It was, I'm getting to do what I love for a living.
And, yeah, that's running.
And it was amazing.
It was fun.
It is fun.
So I was going to ask you that.
Like, for most people, the marathon is fun because it's the only time they'll ever do it.
They have, like, their loved ones are cheering them on with the signs and everything.
And it's like a whole experience.
At your level, it's like competitive.
You're going so fast.
I feel like you're not necessarily paying attention to the people that are,
ringing the bells for you or maybe you are like what is is it all a blur did you have time to like
look around and enjoy oh the architecture of chicago or it's like the weather like are you just
locked in for two straight hours where you're just running as hard as you can straight ahead and that's
it yeah um i think my competitors um would probably have better answers for you of course this is
my second one my first my first marathon um was definitely more of a local marathon um
Chicago is, of course, what they call a world major.
So definitely one of the bigger marathons around the world.
My competitors definitely seemed like they were locked in from the start.
I was kind of a 45 minutes, so just honestly enjoying the moment,
knowing that it was a not a once-in-a-lifetime experience,
but I guess my first experience is a professional athlete.
So if anything, yeah, that's first 45 minutes.
It's like there are people either scream my name, seeing my family, friends, the workers, etc., that came and probably a little bit more than I should have been.
They were making face at me.
I was making faces at them.
But once it got hard, definitely you start to tune out a lot more.
It starts to get a little bit quieter.
You're not looking around as much.
But, I mean, in the early stages, I was just quite literally probably enjoying it more than anyone else out there.
What about the, so, like, you finished 10th.
The 11th to 20th guys, are they like, where the fuck did this guy come from?
So I'm sure everyone got that in Toledo.
So I think, I mean, in Toledo, they would have been fourth American all time.
That's the time that I ran.
And I'm sure everyone had that response to come from, yeah, in the U.S., in the U.S.
So, I mean, that was the kind of the standpoint.
I'm sure everyone else had.
So people kind of knew that it was pretty fit coming into here.
You're cutting out.
I need everyone.
Yeah, you're cutting out.
You hear me still?
Yeah, yeah, now we can hear you.
What part of it either actually competing or training is.
But.
Go ahead.
I still love you.
I don't know if you have a.
Wi-Fi that you can get on or
it's cutting out.
I can hear you guys.
Okay.
It was cutting out.
So when we picture what you do, we picture like just true misery.
Is there any part of your training or a competition that you are in full-blown agony
and it resorts to just mental toughness?
Or are you at a point where it's all just in the body and you got it?
I think there's a really good happy medium.
Of course, if you're a professional marathon,
or that first hour shouldn't be that difficult.
You've been there several times in training before.
And then, I mean, as the race progresses, they say it starts at 30K, which I found that out pretty
drastically on Sunday.
But, I mean, the whole thing was, my mindset was I want to make the marathon feel as short
as possible.
Of course, it's a task in itself.
It's a hell of a mountain they climb.
so in training I just kind of worked as hard as I could and if anything it was a little bit of a peace of mind showing up on race day
knowing that I put in I mean harder work to get through that first hour and make that first hour and a half feel as tolerable as possible and then I mean yeah
shit can hit the fan that last 30 minutes but I mean you're you're ready for it you're expecting it um
but yeah being the second marathon I mean it didn't go as well as I wanted it to
but I learned a lot and it's going to be a it's going to be a battle for the next one too
what is the next one
I have to talk to my agent and a couple people around me about that because I honestly
have no idea right now I'm done I'm done racing for the year it was a long training block
tried to put I mean I think I did put pretty much all my eggs in a basket for Chicago
and past that I'm just going to take a couple of
days, maybe a couple weeks to really let my body reset and get ready for the next one.
And I guess we'll go from there.
But it'll probably be something in the spring, probably either Boston, Paris, something like that.
Do you get bored on the treadmill?
Oh, yeah.
I mean, that's got to be like, that's insane to be running 20.
What's the longest you've run on a treadmill before?
So I've run I've run 30 on the treadmill before I've done 45 in one day on the treadmill so 25 in the morning 20 in the p.m.
So I mean yeah that that that's the mental toughness that I kind of brought into it.
I was like hey at mile 16 I was like yeah this doesn't feel good but I had 29 more miles at one point about 10 weeks ago.
So we can put one foot in front together for the next 50 minutes.
And what are people at the planet finish?
Yeah.
They're like that guy is just running on the treadmill.
This guy is on something, dude.
Yeah, it's a lot of fun.
I do have like some friends that are there, of course.
And I mean, if you've been to any gym, you know, like you'll see your regulars around.
And at the end of day, everyone feels a little bit, I feel like everyone's a little bit numb to it at this point.
It's like, oh, he's just here running pretty fast for a long time.
but yeah i mean i keep myself busy i throw on um anything from like edm when i'm running hard
to like watching the news when there's a bunch of garbage going on um people watching is always
pretty fun um i was going to ask that you don't you don't wear headphones during the race do
no you're not i mean at the in the lead field you're not allowed to yes you're just
straight up looking around and there's nothing going on in your head or what's what is it just
mental topness?
I mean,
realistically,
you're supposed to run with people,
like with the pack that there's pacers out there.
So, I mean,
what the pace was supposed to be is 445 per mile.
In my eyes,
it felt a little bit slow,
so I took off at nine miles.
Probably,
that was the rookie mistake,
but I'm glad I made it
because I kind of learned a lot about myself
in that next hour that I let alone.
But, I mean,
like you said,
though, I mean, there's people for 26.2 miles.
Like, through all, like, the different, I guess, towns of Chicago.
I mean, like, you go through Chinatown, everything.
It's really cool, and it kind of kept everything fresh.
It was loud, so if anything, it felt like, I don't know, like a base drop on, like, an EDM track or something, like a party mix.
You're starting to get ready.
I mean, like, when you're at a college party and something.
drops me like let's get after but Toledo though you're running by yourself through that town
oh my god how did you yeah there's not much there but you but before going into that race you said
you felt nuclear you you felt like almost superhuman is that true yeah that's got to be a good feeling
i knew i was i knew i was going to do something good i didn't i knew i was going to i was ready to do something good
I didn't know I was ready to do something great, which it ended up being great for me, of course.
But, I mean, it was just really trusting the process.
And if anything, I was like, hey, why not me?
Why can't I do this?
I've been seeing a lot of people my entire life do great things.
I'm on the verge of one, so why not just keep pushing a little bit further and a little bit further throughout the race.
But, yeah, it was definitely, I wouldn't call it.
It was definitely bleak compared to Chicago.
But it was also, I mean, two hours from my house, it felt like home.
It felt like it felt a lot more familiar than, of course, a big city in Chicago did.
Yeah.
All right.
So are you sponsored by Planet Fitness yet?
You need to be.
I am not.
I'm sponsored by A6 and now the feed, which is kind of like a marketplace for sports nutrition,
especially for endurance athletes.
All right.
We got to get you sponsored by Planet Fitness.
We have a Planet Fitness gym in the corner of our office.
We got to figure out something with Planet Fitness where you come and run a marathon.
This show usually lasts about two hours every day.
But be like, we're going to do the show and Vinny's going to run a marathon.
And like, we got to set this up.
Like that would be so awesome.
I love that.
You have it in the corner, like in the corner of the studio.
In our offices, we have like a big basketball court.
Yeah.
So, but yeah, that would be fucking awesome.
awesome if we're like, all right, today's
episode of the yak, Vinny's
going to run a marathon.
We're going to set this up, Vinny. We have
to do this. It might not be the most glamorous
thing you guys ever see, but it would be interesting.
Yeah, we have to do it.
That would be so much fun.
Whose fault is it that your first marathon
came just six months ago? Like, you've had this ability
in you the whole time, and all
your coaches around you are making you do five
K's and whatever else? Like, why,
how did this happen?
So yeah, I mean, I graduated college.
I just got hurt a lot.
Was over-training, really wasn't figuring out, like, the whole nutrition side of things,
longevity side of things.
Had several coaches in college.
I think I took some, like, good things, bad things from every coach.
And I was like, hey, if I'm going to do this thing, then I'm going to do it, I guess,
the way I want and the way I enjoy if I want to go out and have a beer with my friends.
A couple nights a week I'm going to.
I feel like running's grueling enough.
We can't just, yes, you can be locked 100% in, but I feel like at that point, like, you're just not having fun.
You're not enjoying it.
So I think I reset my mindset to just enjoy the entire process and find a way that I just liked running.
And I guess branched into loving running.
And I work at a running store.
That's where I am right now.
So I hear customers upstairs, but thankfully we have enough people to cover the floor.
when you guys called me but um yeah i mean it it just kind of grew and grew the my mindset just
kind of grew and grew i started racing again um just i guess local races that we were putting on um
and from there it just progressed to hey i've run a fast four mile i've run a fast half marathon
um from the store why don't we just go do a marathon and see how it goes um probably i have a little bit
of a like I guess excessive mindset maybe obsessive if you want to call it when I when I put my
mind to something I want to do it all in you're crazy you're a psychopath when you think when you
think about your future and your goals it's it's number one yeah it just gets I mean I'm I'm not
fun to play a board game with sometimes but yeah I mean that that's it's not the most fun
answer in the world but it just progressed naturally and I think that's why
I'm enjoying it so much.
And I mean, I found this more recent success than the past.
It's just because, I mean, yeah, I'm doing it on, I guess, my own terms and enjoying it more than I ever have in the past.
Only question from me, since this has obviously blown up and it's on a lot of people's radars, I know you said you've got a sponsorship, a couple sponsorships already.
Have you heard from anybody that, like, really surprised you?
Like, has anyone reached out that you're like, oh, my God, or any opportunities coming up that surprised you?
Yeah, I shoot, actually someone just, sorry, I'm touching the camera now, that's ridiculous.
I've been like all over, like Instagram's been crazy.
Like I think I had like 2,000 followers before these past couple, I guess, weeks.
But like even in Chicago, there's, I mean like Sean O'Malley, like yeah, Sean O'Malley's at the top of my inbox right now was talking about like from, like from.
I was like what is going on.
Like just people that I would never expect.
I think the more cool thing was people in the past that I mean didn't like not that
not I don't really care if you run or not.
I don't care if you're good.
I definitely don't care if you're good or not.
But people like, hey like just seeing you do this really cool thing, I like went out in a run.
And I've been running for three weeks now.
I dropped my 5K 6 minutes.
And I just enjoy it a lot.
Seeing a lot of people around me, like, I guess taking a little bit of motivation from that has been, I guess, the biggest surprise to me.
Like I was like, this is just my, this has been my life for 12 years now.
Of course, it's progressed into something that I would honestly have never thought about.
But yeah, I think honestly the people that are around me are more surprising than the big names, because of course, yeah,
I'm gaining several followers and, I guess, supporters.
But it's really cool that day ones are, I guess, getting motivated.
It's awesome, Vinny.
All right.
So, Will, I think Josh was the one who hit you up.
Who does a really good job.
Maybe we can get, you can send Josh your agent's info.
We got to set this up.
It would be awesome to have you come visit us and run a marathon.
I just want to see it.
Like, that's insane.
Yeah.
Even like kind of what you said, like we do a challenge where you're,
You just set your marathon pace on the treadmill
how long some of us could last.
Yeah, it would be so fun to watch.
We'd make it a quarter mile running his.
We all go full speed for as quick as long as we can.
Oh, man.
Have someone.
I don't think we could beat him off this wide going in 10 seconds.
No.
Sprint first.
Yeah, no.
But he sprint.
Definitely not.
A hundred meters at a time.
Also, just having him do the gauntlet after running a marathon.
Never been done.
Yeah.
All right.
Well, Vinnie, thank you so much, man.
We'll be in touch.
we appreciate it.
Best the luck, Vinny.
Hey, ladies and gentlemen, thank you so much.
Really appreciate it.
All right.
See you, ma'am.
Yeah, have a great one.
That guy rock.
Kyle, good fine.
He's a god to me.
What is that speed on the treadmill, you would say?
His, it's in the...
Four minute pace.
But like what number is like a 12?
It has to be the highest.
It has to be in the 13.
Yeah, I would last 45 seconds of top.
You want to try right now?
No.
I don't have...
Dana, I wouldn't last anywhere near.
I don't have a terrible feeling of foreshadow.
It's like a 12.5, a little more than a 12.
Yeah, I would last 45 seconds.
Miles per hour.
You think you could do 45 seconds?
I ain't know what I.
I mean, I don't have shoes all time.
That's even kind of long.
I go on socks.
You have shoes on.
Whatever you want.
I don't think you can do it.
It's between a 12, 5, and a 13.
Between a 12, 5, and a 13, Dana.
Oh, my God.
I don't think no shoes is the way to go.
I mean, his explanation makes sense to me,
but I still think someone failed him in his life.
One of his coaches failed him.
I was wondering if his coaches were like, we had him running.
There's got to be a coach.
It's like, why the fuck?
Yeah, why did I have him doing five years?
Well, I guess like none of the college competitions come close to 26 miles.
Would there be no reason to train it?
That's true.
But he wasn't even doing the 10K, I guess.
They had him doing shorter.
I don't know if Dana can run this pace for three seconds.
That sounds.
I don't know if his feet can just, why would it?
How do you take off?
Sounds like an airplane gearing up to take off.
Oh, no.
Oh, big cat.
Yeah, that's what I'm saying.
Can't even physically do it.
He had the Flintstons walk on.
The what?
What walk?
The Flintstones?
The Flintstones?
The Flintston's.
Is that the Flintstones where they?
Yeah, Flintstone, yes.
Flintston's.
The Flintstones.
Chicago accident.
What, did he come out of the treadmill?
Yeah, he couldn't get all.
No, I'm talking about this guy.
Colby Armstrong's here.
Hey, Colby Armstrong.
Hey, hello.
Hello.
What's up, man?
NHL fame.
Yeah, right here.
Almost 500 games played in the NHL, no big deal.
Pretty good.
Damn.
Dana didn't know.
By the way, that was five, that was a five-minute mile pace.
So that was even.
That was faster.
If you did that pace for the marathon, you would have gotten smoked by him.
Correct.
When we get him here, we're going to have to get a different treadmill because it doesn't go faster than that.
That's insane.
So.
Our treadmill is not fast enough for him?
That was not, that was, that was as high as 12.
That was 12.
Wow.
We have to modify.
Oh, wow.
Colby's your Dana, by the way.
How many hamstrings have blown out in here?
Oh.
One Achilles.
I've had a calf.
Yeah.
I tore my MCL here.
I've had a shoulder blown out.
Yeah, you did turn.
I did turn it.
That was right before you got married.
Yep.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I went to, took my kid to a Ben Rothlisberger football camp in Pittsburgh,
and they did a dad's race for, like, fun, which is hilarious.
and a guy just absolutely bundled down, ripped his hammy.
That's like the worst idea ever.
Ever.
For like a bunch of dads who don't run.
Like if you're old.
Yeah, if you're 35 plus, is that a good age?
40, you're done for you.
Yeah.
35, you're going to start thinking about it.
You're going to blow something.
Yeah.
That's why I don't run.
Dana, Dana, this is Colby.
Remember last week?
I know. Why?
Who was it last week who brought up Oldie?
That wasn't me.
No, that wasn't you?
I know Colby.
Somebody brought me.
Maybe stupid.
I have them.
I got him as my goalie for the segments I do up in Canada.
Yeah, so someone brought it up.
I think it was on this show, and I was like, yeah,
Colby works for Barstool.
And they're like, oh, shit, who was that?
It was one of our pathetic Titans, I would assume.
Yeah, maybe it was Eddie.
What an operation you guys have here.
Is this your first time coming to the office?
It's my second.
I came during the outdoor game when it was here with all the boys.
That's right.
So I was kicking around in here, but you got more stuff in here now.
So are you doing every game for the Penguins?
No, I do, I think, like, 45 games on TV, some on radio, and then I do TNT and up in Canada as well on Saturdays here and there.
And game notes with...
With Murls, yeah.
Spitting chicklets and Murals, yep.
So wait, so last night you were doing TV?
Yep.
Yep.
I did the Hawks game and they...
That was a bad goal that was given up at the end of.
Yeah, it was a tough one.
That kid's played sick, too.
This Murashov, this 22-year-old Russian kid, the Penn's Ev.
He's nasty.
that was like his first thing of the year this year.
He's had five games previous,
so this is the first season up with the team,
but he's going to be a stud.
But Padard back.
Badard started his career against Crosby,
and then he broke his jaw,
came back and in here in Chicago,
came back and played against Crosby's first game in the Penguins.
And then surgery on his shoulder back again last night,
picked up an assist.
He's wearing the C now.
Yeah, pretty cool.
You look good.
You look great.
What is it, is it weird for you?
Like, you travel with the team, I assume.
I'm in the NHL, but I'm not in the
NHL anymore. Right. Is it weird?
Like you played with Sidney Crosby.
It is kind of weird.
And it's like, but you're, you've been out for a while and he's still playing.
Yeah, he's still going 39.
I'm 43.
Yeah.
But yeah, it is kind of crazy.
All three of those guys.
Yeah. Malkin, Latang, Crosby.
They're still going 21 years together.
Longest in all sports that those three have been together 21 years.
So, yeah, it's pretty lucky in Pittsburgh, right?
Yeah.
to have that longevity, but like for them to be like that awesome too.
But yeah, I'm like I hide on the plane.
I sit in my seat.
I don't say a peep.
I stay out of the way.
Like I'm kind of in their space, right?
Right.
Travel with the team.
But you also.
But it is juicy traveling though like that way.
Yeah, but you're also not like traditional media where it's like you were literally
their teammates.
Yeah, I know.
It's kind of weird.
Like I just try not to bug them.
Like you imagine.
Like you guys know how it is.
You guys deal with sports and athletes and stuff.
And I know you guys like.
like bugging them though that's the thing right yeah yeah well i try to stay out of the way i just try to do
my job they never like be professional you're never like colby like get in a card game or anything
no i i wouldn't even go close to that oh i should start budding in a little bit more but yeah
it's just not my like i feel like the weirdest thing when you finish playing is going into the locker
room is like now like a media guy because it's like their area and space and i know when i was in there
like i never thought of that but like self-consciously i'm like psyching myself out that i'm like
liking myself out that I'm a loser now.
Right.
You're not.
Well, I might be.
You played almost 500 games.
Yeah, it might be a loser.
But yeah, it's an awkward thing in my own head as an ex-player.
But at the same time, it's like the best job, man.
Yeah.
Like, I don't have to be in great shape, although it does help because, right?
TV adds 10 pounds.
Yeah.
Why are you looking at me?
Because I know you're on the peptides.
I know you're trying to take care of yourself.
I know you're trying to take care of yourself.
So, like, you do kind of have to.
do that but like eating good like the food on the planes are sick yeah yeah yeah so like being able
to travel outweigh is i i just give up anytime i'm on at a hotel or anything like as soon as i'm on
the road i there's there's no way i'm trying yeah don't you yeah the road's hard no i work hard
when i'm in in my city in this city when i'm away from the city i give up how often do you're just fast
food like weekly yeah where are you guys off to next
We go tomorrow to Colorado, back to back against Vegas.
So Colorado, Vegas finish in Utah, little road trip.
Then right to Atlanta, do a little TNT.
There you go.
You guys share studio space with the NBA guys.
Oh, my God, those guys are awesome.
Yeah.
That's super cool being in there.
I feel like I don't belong in there either, too, with all those guys.
There's crazy Shaq and Chuck.
Those guys love hockey, too, which is really cool.
Yeah.
I was going to say, do they ever mingle and come on over?
Oh, yeah.
Chuck loves out.
Chuck goes on their set like three times a year, I think.
But he'll be like watching hockey and not the game that he's actually working.
He's wild.
He loves hockey.
He's buddies with all hockey guys, though.
He's one of a kind, you know?
So being into with those guys and like just how big they are and how crazy is.
And when you go in there too, they have like a change room locker and they have like Isaiah Thomas shack, like all the names.
So it's like you're in a locker room.
It's, it's awesome.
What's that old like serial process?
stars? Which one? Pro star
serial. You remember that? Well, that was a cartoon.
It was a cereal, too, wasn't it?
Are you talking about special?
Cheerios? Wheaties?
No, weidi.
I remember a pro-star cereal.
Is there a pro-star cereal?
And it's like all the big cars.
Oh, yeah. But is this a Canadian thing? Oh, is it a Canadian thing?
It might be a Canadian. Look at Gretz. Look at the hair on that.
Yeah, this might be a Canadian. Oh, yeah, Gretz is in there, too.
There's the cartoon. Yeah, that was a good cartoon. A bow jacks.
What a, what a suit he's wearing.
That's a throwback, hey?
Holy shit.
Wow, I need the pros.
Look at the feathers.
Yeah.
Feathered hair.
Those were the days.
I love how hockey guys talk.
The mudflash.
Dual exhaust out the back.
Yeah, you got to have that.
That's the hockey hair.
Those were good.
That's a good cereal right there, guys.
That's a good.
It's like, Pro Star is delicious.
Yeah, it is.
Is that what it said on the box?
I don't know that.
It's like
it's like honey nut chirios.
Yeah, that's what it's like.
Maybe it better.
It gets you to the show.
It'll help you get to the show.
Do you want to do the gauntlet?
I heard about, yeah, I'll give it a go.
Let's go.
Hell yes.
Hell yes.
Thanks for having me.
We've never had.
I don't think anyone on chicklets has done the gauntlet.
Yeah, yeah, he'll send it up.
Do I need like a coach or anything?
Brandon will be out on the court with you.
His kid's just destroying Kedek running around.
Like he's destroying him.
Do you ever play pickup basketball?
Your son's just destroying Kedik.
Did you ever play pickup basketball growing up?
I actually played high school basketball in ninth grade,
but I was playing hockey.
So if you didn't show up for practice,
you couldn't play in the game.
So I didn't get to play sometimes.
I was kind of nasty, but I'm not good.
I love the.
I'm smart.
I was smart.
I could pick off play.
A rebounder.
I was like a steel guy, like anticipation.
You set up hard screens.
You play hockey on the basketball.
Yeah, exactly.
You wear a backwards hat.
Yeah, no, I was brutal.
I'd be the guy that would, I'd get a lot of steals because I could read the play is good from like hockey stuff.
Yeah.
So I'd pick it off and I'd be running in for a layup.
But as the guy that like laid it up and it hit the backboard and end up back at center, like just no touch just boom.
I'm going to say, you got to shoot some basketball.
I heard about this.
I love seeing hockey players shoot basketballs.
It's always the same.
That's one thing I'm nervous about, I guess.
It can't be as bad as R.A.
No, R.A. is the worst.
That's all time the worst.
Oh, all time the worst.
He looked like a person who never, like, use his arms before.
He was the line drive.
I can't believe, like, and I watch all airball stuff,
but, like, he couldn't even get the ball look like it weighed a thousand pounds for R.A.,
which is wild.
Do you have that clip, T.J.?
You got to put the clip up.
Poor R.A.
Oh, my God.
Oh, man.
Oh, this is cool being in here.
Bloody hockey guy.
I had Chief on our show today on Game Notes.
Hockey guy loves it.
Yeah, Blutman is the, I mean, he loves hockey.
He's just Vegas.
We need more hockey guys here.
He's embedded.
We don't have enough.
We've got to, I'm lucky enough we're on a, oh, here it is.
And JV.
Don't worry, guys, I got these.
I'm very good at free throws.
And then senior year I was going to go out for, I was going to play.
I was going to play.
The chick I was falling in for off the side of play.
And they said, no, who.
What? Chibbred.
Chick played instead?
Look at these arms.
Handling it, right?
I've never seen that.
That was a chess pass.
Did he do a redemption one, too, where it was just as bad?
When we were at Chicklet's Cup a few years ago after that video came up, they had like the pop shot thing,
and it was like RA's head in the background of it, and people could play RA at the Chicklet's Cup.
And we made him do like a 30 second shot competition to get as many in.
I forget what the number was that he had to get.
I think he got like, he maybe got one.
Play it again.
Play the end again.
It got worse after that.
I forgot about the clapping.
It's so funny.
It's crazy how his arms are.
Like I'm nervous that I might have arms like that when I shoot, but that's wild.
Played again, DJ.
What was he saying?
His kid's
Biggley
No problem
He's
That's
Oh,
I have to
Oh,
I'm not
There's kids
cheering
Oh,
Oh,
Oh,
Oh,
man.
Is that insane?
Did you hear him
at two?
And he's slowly
Like,
I don't know.
All right,
so the gauntlet,
so you're going to do,
uh,
you got to get one bag in.
So,
Oh, shit.
Brut with that,
too.
And you got to score
a goal,
soccer. So those three balls, you kick
them, you kick from there, but if
you don't make any, you can score from
anywhere, so you can get closer. Is there a goalie?
Yeah, there's a goalie. And we'll
roll your balls. And then you've got to hit a home run
with wiffle ball. The home run is just above
this level. So you don't have to
hit it like over the fence. You just have to hit anything on this.
Oh, up there. Yeah, yeah. You get the white parts
fine. Three-pointer, three-pointer.
Oh, shit.
I forgot football. Oh, football.
Sorry, football through the flash IV.
Okay, yeah.
Three-pointer, three-pointer, and then you come back and you do trivia.
Right here?
Yeah.
And the trivia, you want to show them a trivia?
So trivia, you can bounce around to any of these.
You just have to get 10 total.
Okay?
So you could be like, you could rip off like, all right, lightning, panthers.
And then you could go, oh, you know, states bordering Pennsylvania, New Jersey, West Virginia, you know.
So you can hop around.
to any of the topics that you see.
You've got to get 10 total.
Oh, my God.
How long do I have for this?
What if I get stumped and I can't do it?
You'll get it.
You'll get it.
We'll help you on that part.
Holy shit.
Yeah, you're feeling a little heat now.
Do we have any hockey players who have run it?
I know Chicklets hasn't, but do we have any?
DJ, we pull it up, I think.
Wow.
I can't picture.
Chicklets guys had Pat Maroon in here one time and Taylor Hall.
I don't know if they did any of that.
No one was in here when we were here.
I know hockey guys have come through, but I don't know.
I don't know.
No.
No.
Who's got the best time?
You're going to be the best.
You're going to be the best.
You're setting the tone to beat for hockey guys.
Titus has the best time in the office.
Matt Olson from the Braves has a minute and five seconds.
He was so good.
Holy God.
And he did the trivia too.
Yeah.
He's got a banner.
All right.
All right.
All right.
No matter what.
You're going to be number one.
Are you going to go now?
Yeah.
And I'll count you down.
You can't hold.
Don't touch the bags to like count you down.
Surprising lack of hockey in this off.
I know.
I know. Representation.
We got to get the guys in here.
We got to get a home by three dudes in here.
Oh, actually they just texted me.
I got to read the time.
Game three.
They just, I'll read it when we, after we're done with Colby.
Because they both just text me.
I think we got to get game three going.
They have a show here in December.
That's what I think the text is about.
Love it.
Their show in Boston looked like a fucking.
circus.
They said the entire theater
got cut off from the bar
like 10 minutes in a sense.
I fucking love those guys.
They're so funny.
I love them.
I think their fans are just
insane.
Schmalti had an unreal tweet yesterday
about he's thinking about going back
to he's bringing Chew back.
Yeah?
He's like, I will read it after.
It was so fucking good.
Like Red Man? Yeah.
Like Copenhagen?
That needs to happen.
Yeah.
We might be here all day.
All right, you got this.
You got this.
All right.
You ready?
Yeah.
Three, two, one, go.
Here we go.
Here we go.
You can pick up as many bags.
Oh, oh, there we go.
Let's go.
He played 500 at NHL.
Yeah, almost 500.
He played for a long time.
Yeah, he was with Crosby and the Penguins.
Like, that's how he knows.
Yeah.
Whitney.
He has a very funny, like, neurotic and timid sitcom energy.
Yeah.
For a pro athlete.
He's a very funny guy.
Uh-oh.
Oh, no.
They're not ball guys.
Oh, he's close.
Not a football guy.
All right, this one, Army.
There we go.
Watch out, Titus.
You're right in front, Titus.
You're on it.
He's on it.
He's on it.
He's on it.
I know.
He's got to be this one.
This one, Army.
Come on.
Got to be this one.
You got to hit this one.
Shooting righty, but
through left
There we go.
Yeah, maybe he's
Up, bump,
right.
Trivia, trivia.
You got a good time going.
All right.
Oh, here we go.
Eight NHL teams
most wins.
Just start ripping those guys off.
Like all time?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Montreal,
Toronto, Rangers,
Detroit.
Three flavors
Neapolitan ice cream.
Strawberry, vanilla,
chocolate.
There we go.
Two.
players to chase the home run record in 1998?
Sosa.
Yep.
McGuire. Yep.
Wow. Wow.
251.
Did I get 10?
Head up. Yeah, that was it.
21.
That was pretty good. Not like 10 minutes.
Yeah, the basketball can really feel like a dress.
I struggled with the football.
Yeah.
But if you ever see a hockey player, like, throw out the first pitch.
Yeah.
It's rough.
Yeah.
I got a question.
Could you maybe be a lefty in basketball?
No, I know.
Isn't that weird?
Yeah.
You're like a Hank thing going on here?
I don't know.
Yeah.
Lefty throwing, lefty, riding,
shoot right, golf right.
Wow.
Should I put him as Barstool or as NHL?
I never thought of it.
I think NHL, we got to get some hockey representation.
There's got to be better than me.
I'm brutal.
Oh, look.
Let's see.
You beat some, like, big names.
I thought the basketball screwed me.
Yeah.
Or the football, actually, too.
Football was not great.
Football, we're not going to put on your highlight tape.
I can't believe I got the beanbag on the first one.
Yeah.
That's big.
And you were good at soccer.
I played in a beanbag tournament, 4th of July, with my son.
And I don't think I got one even close.
But I was actually pretty cross.
All right.
So you beat, oh, you beat Brooks Kepka.
Zach Martin.
He's a future hall of famer in the NFL.

He was just sitting there

Yeah
But I didn't say hi to him or anything
I just left him
Because he was like deep in meditation
Like he was just staring out into your gym
And he had his feet up
I think he was like
brainstorming something
Yeah
I just daydreaming
Yeah
Maybe.
Well, Kobe, thanks for stopping by, dude.
Appreciate it.
That was cool to do that.
What an operation you guys have in here.
It's awesome.
Yeah.
I bought a couple pizzas for advisors.
So if you haven't had lunch, there's pizza there.
I'm in the NHL, so I eat better than that.
Yeah, okay.
All right, that's fair.
You guys love the pizza, buddy.
You know that.
So thanks, you guys.
Yeah.
Thanks, man.
Everyone tuned into game notes with Merles.

hmm nothing on Jared I don't think he no I don't think he knows who he is
Is it Canada?
Was Jared as he creeping on just American kids?
That's what you wonder.
Canada feels like.
I think his brain is just frazzled.
He's cleaned up in Ontario.
It feels like Canada's just like us, but then you learn about pro star cereal and lack of knowledge of Jared.
And you're like, wait a second.
Yeah.
Got a different life.
It's a foreign land.
I don't think hockey guys, as far as athletes go, they're not watching the news as much in season, right?
They're head down for hockey guys.
I'm asking.
Yeah, they're not watching the news.
But not head down.
Not head down.
Head kind of down?
They go to a lot of dinners.
I would assume so, yeah.
I know that.
I can't speak on hockey guys.
Why do you know that hockey guys go to a lot of dinners?
I've spent a lot of time with hockey guys.
Have you?
Yeah.
At dinners?
Yeah.
I did the West Coast Wagon Tour in 2018.
I learned all about hockey guys.
What was the West Coast wagon tour?
It was Chicklets.
They went to the West Coast.
They went to San Jose.
I was with them from.
like two weeks and I learned everything about the culture.
In two weeks?
Yes.
They explained everything to me and then I lived it as well.
Played games.
What's something unique to the hockey culture that you learned?
A stereotype.
Just put like an ask why at the end of her name?
Beersy?
Yeah, it's a lot of.
Did they call you Beersie?
Not, I wasn't Dana Beers back then.
Okay.
I was just Dana B back then.
But what did they?
I don't know what they called me.
I don't know what they did with the name Dana in hockey culture.
That's not a lot.
much.
Daner.
Just a lot of dinners.
A lot of drinking, a lot of laughs, a lot of, like, busting balls and nicknames and words for things.
Like, hoop.
Hoop is an asshole.
Hoop is an asshole.
Yeah.
I fucking love hockey guys.
They're the best.
I wish I was one, but.
Old beersy.
Old beersy.
Don't they have a lot of dinners in hockey?
I mean, I think everyone eat.
Yeah, like almost every night.
Whatever.
Yeah.
Yeah.
That's the thing people do is dinner.
Like basketball team.
Anything different?
NHL guys do.
Yeah, they eat dinner.
Dinner.
A lot of dinner.
A lot of dinner.
I do big, big dinners too.
Well, yeah.
I know you're saying.
The amount of, like, it's the NFL, when they travel, they just travel the night before.
Yeah.
NHL year.
I mean, they've been here.
Yeah.
Colby hit text me on Monday.
He's been here since Monday.
Yeah.
And they still haven't left yet.
I had an amazing dinner last night.
Yeah, Chicago Cut.
Chicago Cut was unbelievable.
Had the lobster cargo and then had the porterhouse for two right by the river.
It was my wife's birthday.
Unbelievable spot.
Fantastic.
Couldn't have been better.
You said lobster cargo?
Yeah, that's their kind of their main appetizer there.
It's just lobster on a crustini covered in cheese.
And it was unbelievable, amazing.
First-rate restaurant.
One of the best I've had in Chicago.
Covered lobster and cheese for me.
Yeah.
Yes.
and put it on a piece of breath.
Yeah.
It was just amazing.
And the rebu or the porter house for two was amazing.
Unbelievable.
I'm doing my first Gibson Steakhouse in a week and a half.
Hell yeah.
With 10 people.
Hockey players?
No, but that's a hockey dinner.
Wow.
Oh, yeah.
A hockey player.
Okay.
So which one?
Like, Gresky in town?
No.
Okay.
A lot of buddies from home going to the Pats Bears.
Going to Gibson's the day after.
Sounds amazing.
Yeah. Okay, so here's what Schwalt said.
It's a Big Cat 93.1 here in the lab cooking like a young Bobby Flay before he got divorced four times.
Something to be said about a guy that has been divorced that many times and his capability to not quit on love is truly beautiful.
Anyways, we have been thinking internally at HB3 of possibility of hosting games 3, 4, and 5 after our live show in Chicago on stage December 3rd at Park West Theater.
adding an element of our fans in play, a rather hostile environment,
easy travel for you guys.
Logistically could be prime time television, live streamed.
This could shape up to be Eastern Block hardcore type of porn.
If executed correctly, I think we've got to get something on a books for this.
It might take a decade to finish.
Let us know, I love this.
I think we got to do it.
I love it.
The only problem I have is I want it to be astronomically difficult travel,
not easy travel yeah we can do game three and four yeah but it's on it's they're hosting yeah you don't
you don't get to choose i know i want this to be the most difficult series ever why don't you i mean if
it goes to game six we can make it hard yeah yeah yeah move it to like india or something
they got to win a game you know i got i mean i got gregg and Greg hasn't gone any better at
anything since game two they got to throw hot dogs on the mix or something yeah yeah
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Roofie's beer in a tomato.
It will be in Chicago.
Chicago dog on the stage, maybe.
Greg is a little hot, though, right now.
Greg can't lose.
All those teams are good.
Yeah.
That's true.
I just beat him two weeks ago.
Yeah, but then they won.
You guys lost.
It's true.
I guess you're right.
Chiefs are undefeated.
Yep.
They've only got two more wins on them for the rest of the season.
But he's coming off.
Four so far.
He's coming off a tough Deeran Fox season or ending.
What?
He's a Deeran Fox fan.
What?
Wait.
Green Greg is a Deerregg is a...
What?
Why?
Yes.
He didn't play at Kansas.
I don't know.
Missouri.
He's...
What?
Yeah.
He's from...
That's like his favorite player.
Why?
Why?
He's not from...
He's not from there.
He's not...
He played in Kentucky.
I think he's a Sacramento.
He's a Kings fan.
That is right.
Yeah.
Oh, Ian Gregg is a Kings fan.
Wait a minute.
Is he an old, like, is the family also Kansas City Kings fans?
I don't know, but I know Greg is a Deeran Fox slash Kings fan.
Die hard.
He's a fox guy.
Deeran Fox is my reason.
Yes, I know he isn't on the team anymore.
But, I mean, Kings were in Kansas City.
Just a Fox guy.
Watch his high school highlight.
and said wherever he goes in the NBA all support.
So isn't he a Spurs fan now?
It was just his high school highlights?
Wherever he goes, I'll support.
I mean, I'm sure.
He just saw one high school tape and he was like,
that's it for the rest of my life.
I'm Deerran Fox.
I'm sure Deerrin Fox has great high school highlights,
but like the question, pull that back up.
Greg is a highlights guy.
Wait, how are you a Kings fan?
He says, I watched DeHaron Fox in high school,
decided wherever he ends up, I'll be a fan of.
And he didn't.
Why are he not a Spurs fan?
Yeah. He's still a Kings fan.
It got too confusing.
Poor Greg.
He stopped in Sacramento.
I can't.
Oh, my God.
Can't make it out of Sacramento.
Like, he sounds with San Antonio Greer's like, wait, what?
Wait.
What does this mean for me?
Deeran Fox is in his first ever NBA finals.
Deeran Fox is in the NBA finals.
The San Antonio Spurs are in the NBA finals.
Deeran fucking Fox
I'll tell you one
What?
What?
This is
This is bizarre
One of the first things I ever learned about
Does Deeran Fox have like
Exceptional highlights?
I don't
I'm sure
I'm sure he's got good highlights
But like
Maybe that was Greg's introduction to highlights
He had no idea what highlight
Take for
There's definitely been better high school highlights
Oh shit all of his plays
Can we see his high school highlights
He probably thought it was just one game
And he was like
Oh my God
How
But of all athletes, Deerrin Fox's high school highlights got to him.
Unreal.
Is Deeran Fox like top 10 in the league?
No.
No.
And he also was like, like, severe.
Dog shit in the finals.
Like he was a big reason.
They would have lost anyway because the Knicks were better, but he did not help.
He's a good player, but yeah, he had a.
How did Greg stumble upon his high school highlights of all high school highlights?
Yeah.
Not bad.
All right.
I'm sorry.
He's got great highlights.
It is a pretty viral mix tape for the time.
Oh, that's 1.5 million views.
So it was probably up there with like the mixed tape of the time.
I'm seeing where Greg's coming from.
Yeah, I guess it.
I'll follow this guy.
Yeah.
His first NBA team.
Does anywhere else I'm out.
This guy's so fucking good.
I'll follow him one NBA team.
I'll follow him to his contract.
But so Greg still roots for Sacramento.
It seems like it.
Okay.
Confusing.
What?
The question is, the tightest.
was asking why didn't he go with him?
Why not just be a Spurs fan now?
Get him, Zoom in, TJ.
We got to ask him what's going on.
Oh, you sure?
I mean, he's getting ready for poor decisions.
Yeah, he's fine.
He might have a bunch of Deeran Fox rookie cards, I don't recall.
I'm sure.
But he also, maybe he's, is Greg left-handed?
No one knows.
I don't even think Greg.
No, yeah.
It all makes sense why he would like Deer and Fox.
What does not make sense is why he would not go to the Spurs.
Not just be a Spurs fan now.
He said he'd follow him anywhere.
And he didn't follow it.
Good, good highlights, no doubt.
Maybe a player, but probably not a top 50 highlight tape.
He's good at basketball.
Who isn't the same recruiting class, Mark?
Who is he choosing between?
Bamadabio and Malik Monk were on the team with him at Kentucky.
I bet Malik Monk has a just highlight.
Malik Monk's highlights are probably disgusting.
He had a crazy.
He was a dunker, right?
Yeah, a shooter, both.
I mean, hell, he scored 47 on North.
Carolina. Wait, did he? See him on the king
with him too? No.
Is Manka King? He was.
Oh, boy.
What? What?
You got some explaining to do, buddy.
You got the Che hair going.
What hand is dominant for you?
Left.
Yeah. Okay.
But even so, there's a lot of...
What's on your...
Yeah, what's going on? What's happening in May, Greg?
It looks like you're swamped in May.
That's what's going on.
St. Louis.
did you make that calendar
yeah
boy it really dropped off after April
huh can we see it
what does May say
it's that St. Louis
no Greg it doesn't just say
St. Louis
there's another word there
five okay
let me see April
it's just whenever I'm in town
I don't know I can't really do good on my
Greg on the streets
that never happened
you went yet that one did
wait this is this is last year
this is old? You went to the Masters or you just have Masters?
That's just when the Masters is or was.
This is a 10-month calendar.
What is W-S?
We ran out, Greg.
What happened in November and December?
I don't know. We got to figure that one out.
Greg, do you know what?
90% of your calendar has already happened.
No, it's already all happened.
The last event was last Friday.
Oh, so it's all, all right.
You're done for the year.
Calls that much.
Maybe a race.
Great 2026. It's over.
Congratulations.
Do you know why we've called?
No, I'm scared.
You are a fan of one NBA player, correct?
Deer and Fox, yes.
I guess the question is, how did you fall in love with Deerne Fox?
And why didn't you follow him to all of his teams?
One of the YouTubers I grew up watching played him in a 1v1.
I realized I liked him.
watch his high school highlights
was like, I'll be a fan of him.
He then went to Kentucky, so I couldn't be
a fan of him, or a fan of Kentucky,
so I was just a fan of Deering Fox,
and was like, wherever he goes,
I'll be an NBA fan of.
And it happened to be the Kings.
All right, but then he left.
Yeah, what about the Spurs?
Because I don't want to be like a bandwagon
because I knew they were going to be good.
Yeah, but you're not, but you're just a Deerran Fox fan.
But that's...
I know, I had like a 30-minute conversation with my dad
about the pros and cons about that.
this.
What?
And what were they?
Yes.
What are the cons?
The cons are you can be labeled a bandwagon
because you knew they were going to be good.
But you're not a bandwagon.
You're a Deeran Fox fan.
And you also...
Yeah, and I still like Deer and Fox.
You chose...
I never said I don't like him.
You bandwagon the Kings.
You bandwagoned like one of the top recruits of McDonald's all...
Three playoff games in eight years as a fan.
But didn't you banwag...
By being a fan of Deer and Fox, isn't that bandwagon?
you saw you saw this viral
mixtape of the best recruit in the country
who's going to Kentucky
McDonald's All-American.
That's all I did.
It was never low.
It was never low.
So do you still watch Kings games?
Yeah.
Oh, Jesus.
Oh, my God.
You don't go to Sacramento?
I guess credit to you.
Yeah, you stuck.
Hey, I'm ready for A-Cuff ladders this year.
That is one of the things.
All right.
So what happens?
What happens when the Spurs and the Kings play?
Uh,
I just probably won't watch that.
Oh, that's true fandom.
Why would you not watch your favorite player of your favorite team playing each other?
I don't know.
The Kings are just a shit organization.
Do you see the disconnect here?
You're a Deeran Fox fan.
That got you to the Kings, right?
Yeah.
You stay with the Kings, but you're still a Deerrin Fox Superfan.
Correct.
So why not just go with him?
I can't now.
But you did before.
Yeah, but he wasn't on an NBA team.
so it's like I wasn't bandwagging.
So he dropped you off.
De Air Fox dropped you off into Kings family.
Yeah, he dropped me off and left me.
But then you, but you posted a video of him when he was in the finals.
Yeah, because I was happy for him, even though he abandoned me.
So you were rooting for him in the finals?
Oh, yeah, heavily.
So you're rooting for the Spurs?
No.
So why not just be a Smurz fan now?
But if it was the Spurs versus the Kings in the Western Conference Finals, I'm rooting for the king.
Why?
Why?
No, is it?
No, because he's sticking with the Kings.
But that's the Aaron Fox.
But you don't actually like the Kings.
When the Kings make it out of the playoffs for the first time in, what, 20,
I think it would be 24 years, that will be one of the best ones as a sports fan.
But what if they beat Darren Fox?
What if they make it out of the playoffs because they play the Spurs?
And Deer and Fox is terrible.
I haven't thought that far because we've only made the playoffs once.
So if you had to pick one, Gunterer Head, is it Deer & Fogg's?
Fox or the Kings. Kings? Oh. Jesus.
You were pretty consistent for the entirety of this. Yeah, because I want the Kings to do good,
but it's like, I want Deer and Fox to be happy. What if Deer and Fox made a video and was like,
Greg, come with me? Would you go? I would join. I would join the Spurs. Okay. Did you say you played
them one-on-one? No, I wish. What is your fear of being a Spurs fan as people will think you're
bandwagoning? Because people are just going to be like, oh,
now you like you the kings were so bad you had to abandon shit and no but you believe saying just
simply i'm a daren fox fan and have been for a long time is more difficult than you're currently
because you're currently explaining your king's fandom that seems to take forever like people on
twitter will ask you and then you have to fire off these tweets explaining how you're right yeah i'll just
wouldn't it be a lot easier to just be a spurs fan of people like you're just bandwagon and you go no i'm not
i've been a derron fox fan since yeah people would expect that well i mean there's like a million
LeBron fans that do that.
Up in the internet.
They just go with where
LeBron goes.
If I went for the Spurs, will I
get in trouble?
No.
From who?
Maybe your dad?
I don't know.
Are you grounded?
When you were talking to your
father, what was like,
what were you saying?
Because I've been watching the Kings for what?
I think this is like...
I think you should stick with the kids.
Yeah, because Dier and Fox isn't
going to play forever.
You should stick with the kids.
No, exactly.
Yeah.
When he retires, then what do I do?
Just find the next Daron Fox?
Well, that's interesting.
Yeah.
I could be interesting.
What did your dad for 30 minutes?
Yeah, what was minute 27 like?
Where were you talking about?
I was just telling him exactly what I was thinking.
And he was like, well, the Spurs could do good and then you would enjoy life.
But you also like kind of cut all the corners.
Because like.
But you did because you're Deerran Fox fan.
You're not giving you yourself enough credit for being the only dear.
I don't even think his wife is as big a fan of Deerran Fox's role.
Yeah, is Riescia?
Well, she would have gone to San Antonio with it.
He might be.
Yeah, true.
You know, I have a connection to Deeran Fox, like one away.
Pretty pretty.
Ooh, really?
Luke Locke's who is the coach of Florida State.
He's like best friends of Geron.
Oh, yeah, he was an assistant coach at the Keynes.
He went on their honeymoon.
Yeah, he went to train him in Greece.
Yeah, he went on, Deeran Fox's honeymoon.
Third wheel?
He said that they just stayed in.
They stayed in, like, a town next to it, and he would just come train for, like, two hours, and then he'd go back to his honeymoon.
You knew all this, Greg?
Yeah, and then Deering Fox got traded the spurs the next year.
Yeah.
And that was it.
You knew about Luke Lauchs?
Yeah, I watched Kings game.
They talked about him.
Okay.
Yeah, I think you should stick with the Kings, but also don't forget Deer and Fox.
Oh, yeah, that's what I do.
I watch, like, when Deer and Fox is on national television, I'll watch Deer and Fox.
Has there ever been another high school highlight tape that got to your desk and
you're like, no, I'm not going to be a fan of this guy.
What was it about this high school?
No, two high school players that I'm like, I'm going to be a fan of.
Well, one of them is because I'm biased.
Michael Porter, Jr.
Sure.
Only three games at Mizzou, but that's neither here nor there.
Sure.
And Aaron Fox.
What, how did, how did the finals go?
Not great.
No, it was bad.
Not good, but hey, you live and learn.
They'll be back.
Yeah, but he.
Not we, they.
But he played pretty bad.
Who would you be in trouble?
with his dad i think
i think his dad i think his dad
i know people on twitter would be like
hey i but my point is
they're already doing that because like you being
a king's fan is unnatural so you're already
getting shit from people on tv well they were in kansas
city that's what i can tell them too the kings are
but you don't tell them that
no correct
how did deer
and vonsky brought up just wondering
we don't know
you're having a good year for some reason
Yeah, I said you're hot right now.
I said you're having a good year.
Mizzou football is good.
And I said that you had a bad.
New basketball will probably be okay.
Summer's bad.
Summer's bad.
You know, Missouri is overrated, but.
Okay, well, time will tell.
All right.
Well, thank you, Greg.
Always a pleasure.
Yep.
Good seeing you guys.
It's four decisions today?
Yeah, 45 minutes.
What should we expect?
There's your.
Did you just look at the calendar
that has nothing on it.
Sheldon 45 minutes you can't.
Burns is probably going to talk about the Bears for like 20 minutes
and then I'll probably talk about Missouri
and going to...
I pulled a Malasak last Friday,
so talk about that.
Brandon was mentioning earlier on mostly sports
that poor decisions
has kind of fallen off for him a little bit.
So do you need to
like do something to get him back
somehow? How would you win Brandon back?
You didn't say fall off.
Like it's not on your rate.
are like he used to be.
Yeah.
Is that right?
I'm not in my circle as much as.
Yeah.
I don't know.
We got to be better.
I would agree with that.
Are you guys going to a game together soon?
Did I hear?
Yeah, we're going to Ames, Iowa.
Iowa State versus Oklahoma State.
And we're bringing Gino and Deutsch.
And are you doing a wheel for that?
If the Chiefs or Bears lose one more game in the month of October,
we're spinning a wheel on costumes we have to wear.
Love it.
Yeah, I'd like to see a group copy.
But if they don't.
lose you're not going to work no we'll still have costumes just you get to choose i'll have
yeah i think yeah what yep well i think that's fun yep do something do some do some do something
awesome today gregg yeah shake shake shit up yeah okay have a moment make a loud noise over there
Greg do you have any i'm just being give brand walker wants a clip get him a clip you know
All right.
Do you promise a clip today?
Yeah.
What are you going to say, Kyle?
Greg, do you have any weird phobias?
Bless you.
No, just the regular ones.
What are the regular ones?
Such as?
Like spiders and shit?
Yeah.
Spiders and shit.
Snakes?
Hites?
Snakes?
No, heights I'm fine with.
Okay.
Like, when I go to a theme park,
I'm like, I can get on the roller coaster because if it fell over,
it would kill me, so.
No.
Yeah, that's the best timing with that.
Not great.
timing. Have you read the news recently?
Oh, yep. Nevermind. Sorry.
There's the clip.
All right, Greg. Thank you. All right. See you.
See you guys. Go to you and Fox.
What a guy.
He's got my funny bone.
I really, I really want to talk to his dad.
30 minutes.
That's how many times Greg gone to his dad with like a life
problem? And his dad's like, all right,
we go again.
All right, Greg,
take out the fucking piece of paper.
All right,
those and cons.
Make sure Greg's dad
tuck in a minute
night still.
Being like,
dad.
Go pros and cons on
pros and cons for 30 minutes.
I'm being a fan.
What if I'm not a fan
of the Kings anymore?
Greg.
Dad,
I'm thinking of turning my back
on the Sacramento Kings
and he's like,
son,
before you do,
make a pros and a cons list
because you'll have to live
with this the rest of your life.
The touching sitcom music starts to
I love that the schedule he made.
He had to have first made the five slots on top and bottom.
Yes.
So 10 to begin with.
I think he made a calendar of things that...
No, I...
As a three.
There's a retro calendar.
12 is an even number.
You still have top and bottom.
But I disagree.
I think he definitely made the boxes, started writing the months,
got to October, was like, fuck.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Oh, shit.
Fuck.
12 months.
He's like, I've gone this far.
Dad.
Dad should hire races.
Well, make a pros and cons.
Oh, Greg.
Just fucking root for the spurs.
I would love to talk to his dad's dad.
Yeah, I learned that, you know, when Greg was a young boy to get him to stop bothering me.
I just tell him to do pros and cons.
He'd be gone for two days.
I don't remember the last time I made a pros and pros and cons.
I want that to be a poor decision segment.
Proz and cons.
He also, great promo on poor decisions.
Burns is going to talk about the Bears for 20 minutes.
I'm going to talk about Missouri for 15 minutes.
Awesome.
Got it.
Way to fucking sell it.
Coast to coast.
TJ, you want to bring up that tweet I sent you?
This is the least shocking thing you've ever seen.
Yeah, so read that.
This is from an Ole Miss, you know, pay,
Pays side, I think. This is Chase Parham, who, if you're in Southern media or college football
media down in Mississippi, you know the guys, right? So Ben Mintz definitely knows the guys. He's been
affiliated with guys. Let me read it now. Chase Parham. I have known Ben for 20 years. I hired him as a
columnist when I was the Daily Mississippi Sports Editor in college. That's the newspaper at Ole Miss.
We've been in the same room and interacted at least 100 times two years ago on a football weekend.
I saw him in City Grocery. It was one of the years he did the gambling.
segment with Neil on the MPW Digital Extra podcast each week.
I walked over to him and told him thank you for doing the segment with Neil and giving
his time.
He looked at me.
Didn't it all register who I was and said absolutely love Neil and I really appreciate
you listening.
Do you want a picture?
Speechless is, I guess, a word for it, but I was so confused, I just walked back over
to my table.
Even that clip you had on your show with Billy, his story?
Yeah.
Jesus.
Yeah.
Yeah. That's, that's, I'll say this about Ben Mintz. He's not faking it. He's not faking it.
He's, he's, he's that, he's that. Nice of them to ask if they want a picture.
I bet he's, like he said a hundred times, but like you couldn't be in sports media down there and not, that would have been his circle of people he's in constantly.
Brando, speaking of sports media, is there a little back and forth if you and Nick Wright and,
for Roane?
I'm not really as involved as Roan is.
I think Roan got a wild hair up his ass yesterday to promote me for like these
Fox shows and get me on first things first or something.
And he had me on Roan.com today to talk about it.
He talked about me going on first things first and squaring off of Nick Wright,
Nick Wright answered him.
So I wasn't as involved with that as anybody else.
It's crazy as BFW is on our future potential analyst list, but then Pepev's sidekick.
Ron.
To shots at Manjean.
shots at my appearance are always fine and actually encouraged and now brand is out sorry bro can't abide that type of disrespect
Brandon Walker would lay you at my feet like a cat bringing a baby bird he killed back to his family
he puts you and your three co-hosts heads on spikes outside of this his worm farm for decoration you don't want these problem yeah
oh yeah so roan is acting as my kind of agent for these things and I love promoting me for uh for these shows
I love that.
I'm on the outside looking end of it.
Rohn just decided he was hell-bent on this.
The little media beef.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Danny, you got another episode coming out?
I do.
4.30 Central with Chef Donnie.
Fuck yes.
A lot of laughs.
There's a shocking moment.
Two shocking moments.
I won't say them.
But one, something that he ate in his travels abroad, allegedly or not allegedly.
What would non-illigidly?
I guess I'll just say it.
Is he the one who said it?
Give us one, not two.
That was the shocking moment.
Well, the two is, whatever.
He said that he had dog in Cambodia.
Oh.
And I said, no, you didn't.
He said, well, I don't know if I did.
I could have had it.
And I said, what does that mean?
And he was like, I don't know.
We were eating a lot of things, and it could have, like, snuck in there.
Oh, absolutely.
Yeah.
Sneak in.
All right.
So then tune in for the second shocking moment.
Eating dog is the first.
He said he did.
His final answer was he didn't eat dog, but I don't believe him.
Did he introduce the idea of eating dog?
And then you reacted that way.
And they said, actually, no, I didn't.
I said, did you eat anything weird in India?
And he said, dog.
And I said, I was speechless for about 15 seconds.
And he's like, well, I didn't really eat dog.
I might have eaten dog.
So he ate dog.
Yeah.
I don't know.
it was a very very funny i just finished it up so it's a very funny episode um go watch it on my
youtube at 430 hell yes awesome the yugsta i'll just say this the yug station the yug station
haters are going to be happy you're gonna be the second now right wait they're going to be happy
all right somebody's been drinking my beer in there in the middle of the show it ran out oh
i know it's a horrible look you're saying since you put it in the studio the teabob
in every day. Somebody has
drinking your beer. But I think I have to put a sign up
or something that says like... Don't drink the beer.
Don't drink off if it's not for content.
But I want people to enjoy it. That's the problem.
I'm in a weird spot. You didn't do that
since... Last one was January.
Has the same beer been in there since...
No, no. I cleaned the lines. New keg.
We just got another keg. So it
was weird because I did my episode with Tate.
And I maybe had like four or five beers
in between that in my episode with Donnie.
And I'm pouring it. And it's
out. Like halfway through the episode.
So I was like, what the hell?
I didn't have 40 beers and like a pony keg or whatever.
And so I assume some people indulge, which is cool with me, but I'm professional to run out a beer on the beer show.
Are you sure it wasn't you?
This isn't a Patrick's not.
I'm sure it wasn't me.
What is the future of the Yugg Station show?
The short form?
Yeah.
That's what I'm worried about.
What do you say to the fans of the Yugg station?
Yeah, that's...
I'm still open to it, but...
I'm a long-form guy.
Yeah.
You know?
Yeah, of course.
I'm an editor.
I'm a long-form guy.
You still got a sprinkle in some.
I could sprinkle in some.
Yeah.
Yeah.
But like, I don't know.
I'm just...
We'll see.
Okay.
I wouldn't put it...
I wouldn't put it under the ground yet.
Keep you want to Dale Blaze one-of-one?
Dale Blaze?
Mm-hmm.
Is that Marcus's uncle?
This is a jockey?
I don't know who gave me these.
Dale Blaze is a good name.
1992 Jockey Guild trading cards.
Oh, my, 5-3.
Type of food, nachos, and beer.
Oh, hell yeah.
That's on this trading card?
Yeah, look at these.
Oh, you're a jockey card.
Give me a jockey.
Oh, he looks cool.
I'm going to give you a...
Oh, Dale Blaze.
Dale Blaze.
Fuck, yeah, Dale Blaze.
Bays.
Oh.
Damn it.
Jose.
I'm going to say, blaze.
I'm going to give you a Rudolfo Baez.
Fuck yeah.
Yeah.
How about Amelia Earhart's plane?
Oh, yeah.
Purdue thinks they're on to something.
The Purdue boys.
They're going to get lost.
They're going to get lost.
So what's the update on that, DJ?
Seems kind of random.
It is.
It is also.
Kate.
Uh-huh, earmouse.
It was a little late.
It's very funny.
Oh, that, okay.
The most famous female pilot got lost.
Mm-hmm.
Wait.
I mean, you have to say, like, looking back, it's like, could have been a guy who got lost.
Well, they do all the time.
Yeah.
It's rare for a lady to, you know?
After five days at sea, the Teraya Object expedition team is getting to work on a Nicomaru.
The crew cleaned a path to the lagoon in just two hours with at least four coconut crabs encountered along the way.
This doesn't seem important.
No crabs posed to threat to the operation.
Now the team is setting up operations to investigate a visual anomaly that could be the remains of Amelia Earhart's missing aircraft.
Wow.
This is their best shot at getting a woman to pay attention to waterlog.
She's not going to fuck you, bro.
We've tried everything.
else. What if we're so close?
Would it be the most shocking story ever if she just came
out of those bushes? Yeah.
It was like, hey?
Fairly Dickinson's
Marine Biology Department's going to end up
fine. Oh, there it is.
Oh, they already found it.
Human body, bones discovered there
in 1940 and artifacts from the 1930s
including a woman's shoe compact case.
Freckle cream jar and medicine vile have kept the
hypothesis so they
know it's
this.
Well that is substantial.
Yeah.
What could go wrong?
Freckle cream.
What's freckle grain?
To get rid of them?
We put it on our freckles.
I guess so.
Freckles hurt?
Every night I dab every freckle.
To keep them from spreading.
Yep.
So they did
they did not.
They're about to.
Was she a Bermuda
Triangle victim?
No, I think she tried to fly
across.
Pacific, right?
Yeah.
Um.
, pretty crazy.
considering what plane she probably was in.
Yeah, wasn't it open air?
It's like, what you're wearing goggles?
No thanks.
Nicaramuro.
Nicaramororo.
Island.
Where the hell is this?
Kira boss, which spans every hemisphere.
Is there a chance this is just a boondoggle?
Wait, where is there?
They're going out.
Kierboss is everywhere.
They're in a fucking amazing island.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
That they're like, all right, it's it's almost November and West
enough yet.
Going to take us a couple more weeks, guys.
What if we said we should go investigate?
That is so...
Tropic wild.
How would you get there?
Do you go... Do you...
I guess you're flying to there and boat over?
That is so fucking far away.
How did they get Amazon deliveries?
I don't think anyone lives there.
What do?
There's a book.
Sex Lives of Cannibals.
It's an atrocious place to live.
They have nothing.
They have no restaurants.
They have no cafes.
You can't get coffee.
there's no amenities.
It's brutally humid, the worst weather possible.
If you want to go for a dip, it's riddled with sharks in the ocean.
Jesus.
Sounds awesome.
Yeah.
The sex lives of can't, why did it?
There's a 2004 book?
Why did you just pull that book off the rip like that?
Also, is that fiction?
No, it's a real guy's travelogue about, he's like, I'm going to move to a tropical island.
No way.
And start my life anew with my wife.
And he was like, oh, my God, this is.
What's your wrong.
Wow.
is the worst.
Wow.
You just pulled that book off the top of your brain.
Kyle's a world traveler.
Kira boss is fascinating.
Impressive.
It's where Christmas Island is.
Never heard of Kira boss.
Is that where all the crabs are?
Yes.
Like the great crab herd.
The Rebans.
They go migrating.
Hmm.
This, the Kelly Clarkson story is insane.
Oh, boy.
What's the update?
I've never seen a more.
polarizing.
I'm firmly on
side store.
It's not even like
side Kelly.
Political.
It's like everyone is on a
different side.
Did you know the guy
who she's beefing with
wrote Dragons Love Tacos?
I love that book.
A lot of people apparently
fucking hate that book.
Oh, what?
Wait, I was on the store's side,
but this guy wrote Dragon.
No, that book is awesome.
Oh, what?
Just don't give them peppers.
Yeah.
Right.
They can't stand hot jalapeno peppers.
They can't stand the jalapeno.
Wait a second.
Yeah.
jalapeno pepper then we read this like twice a week yeah well it's a great book so they gave them
peppers kb and then the dragons started shooting fire and then the whole house burned out then they rebuilt
it's gonna they love taco part they're titus never dragons they do dragons you love tacos
well i mean i i wanted to let you know titus because fuck me i guess i guess you had dragons over
for taco party you'd probably give them habaneros and then they would burn your house down
You would think that they would like them.
Nope.
They love tacos.
Isn't it convenient?
The video we got had no audio?
We got some mom.
I can't. I'm...
Go ahead, sorry.
Go ahead.
I'm less...
At this point of the story,
I'm less concerned about what happened
between Kelly Clarkson and the store
and more concerned about why Brian Walker
is going...
So hard for Kelly Clarkson.
I'm trying to figure that out.
I need Pablo on that cake.
I love Kelly Clarks.
She's got stands.
Are you one of them?
I love Kelly Clark.
Clarkson.
Small business, Brandon.
That small business had a $15,000 bird.
They're doing fine.
Not for sale.
Well, they had a price tag on it.
Not for sale.
Then why's it have a price tag?
You could buy it the companion one.
Sure.
The guy in Washington made.
But they still had the bird.
Pretty easy.
So they have the original bird.
$15,000 bird.
They're doing fine.
What's the video we saw?
It's no audio and it's basically...
Where's Kelly?
That's the yellow.
He's the bird.
The guy like points of the tag and kind of like
this kind of dismissive points of the tag and walks away from her.
It's a short interaction.
You gotta think something happened for her to have this much of a
an outburn.
Just walks right off.
Okay.
Bird?
Can I have that bird?
He's like, no.
Not for sale.
But we can find you another one.
You think that's what you're saying?
Yeah.
And then she says, oh, but I want that bird.
He's smiling?
He says, yeah, no, I understand you want that bird, but we don't have that we're not selling that bird.
Why is there a price tag on it?
Well, we just put a price tag on it
because if you want it for $15,000,
you can talk about,
talk to the guy in Washington.
And she's like, oh, okay,
so not this bird, but a different one.
But I'm Kelly Clarkson.
But I'm Kelly Clarkson, and I demand a bird.
Well, sorry, I'm not a big
Kelly Clarkson fan, but also we can't just
give the bird to anyone.
And then she says, no, but I want this bird now.
Why is it on display with the price tag?
I understand. I get it.
And then she says, all right,
I'm out of here, but I'm first going to tweet something really mean about you.
Okay, so that was it.
Then she has another interaction here at the end.
She didn't seem disrespectful.
And then she says, okay, so I really can't have this bird?
And they say, no, I've told you you can't have the bird.
Oh, no, I was just saying, no, I wanted this bird.
I'm Kelly Clarkson.
Oh, shit.
Give me the fucking bird.
And then he says, dude, we told you the bird's not for sale.
Yeah, that's shit.
Jesus, she's wrong.
That's a bummer, because I had her in my box of, like, Conan O'Brien, Weird Al, Kelly Clarkson.
I had to take Dave Grohl out of that box.
What do you mean?
It's a bummer.
We didn't see the audio.
He just made the audio up.
How did that show?
No, I think I did.
They interviewed the guy.
Pretty accurate.
Yeah, that was accurate.
He seemed kind of annoying.
Yeah, the problem is he seemed like a cock.
Yeah, he seemed like kind of a douchebag.
His legs were crossed.
Yeah.
Yeah.
There you go.
Cancer removed from my face.
last week I'm getting the stitches out tonight.
Okay, now...
Put us in danger.
God damn it.
Kelly Clarkson has put us in danger.
This.
Not just are people showing up in person,
but our neighbors are getting doxed.
Oh, man.
Now I'm...
People are getting threatened on the street.
I wish you didn't show me this.
Guy brings up cancer right away.
Can't do that.
We didn't know this was going to happen.
Is there a world where they're both kind of wrong?
They're both kind of wrong.
Bringing up the cancer right away is a sign
that he's wrong.
Yeah.
You don't...
You don't...
You don't know.
do the cancer thing. There's also a world where it's just
a small dispute and it's not really that big of a deal.
Nope. He's the Brooklyn night shopkeeper
of a swanky doohickey shop.
There's no world where I'm
going to like him, but is he in the wrong?
I don't know. But think about, he's got the cancer
on his nose. The cancer on his nose.
He seems like someone who tried
to get into cycling, but...
It's gotten too much.
Does it feel a little bumming?
It will, but we found her...
Completely reprehensible. A regular customer couldn't get in touch
with us if they wanted to.
So from here, like, do you think you're going to have to, like, change your number or anything?
Honestly, I have no experience with this.
I don't know how we move forward with it.
I just want to say we hold no ill will against Kelly Clarkson.
We invite her to come back and enjoy the store, but we find her gross abusive power to be completely reprehensible, and she should face social consequences.
And what you're going on?
Welcome back to Chief Kelly.
God damn it.
I should have just left to that statement.
Oh, man.
had me on your side
Titus
I'm so with him
it's not any the worst of what she tweeted
she started the whole thing
she tweeted the whole thing
it's true
I mean they're both terrible
there's no question about it
pros and cons
you tried to buy a fucking bird
you couldn't buy the bird
you say to yourself you know what
I didn't need that bird
and you go about your day
you don't poop your pants
over it
If this goes the way things have been going in America,
next week he'll be on our show.
And they'll be like, surprise,
we're actually working on an app together for a new game.
Yep.
Yeah.
Super Bowl commercial.
Have you guys talked about bonds?
Fake.
It's it.
Yeah.
We had them on the hook for a minute, but 15 million now.
I'm considering it.
Yeah.
Send Lee DeWise there.
I wonder if they're afraid someone's going to sabotage the bird.
I don't even want to speak that into existence.
It's probably going to get way more.
business.
Yeah.
Like not people can't go there and buy less.
If I was walking by with my friends, I'd be like, oh my God, that's the Kelly Clarkson
Bird Store.
Let's go in.
Because I'm a fucking loser like that.
Friends.
Okay.
That's your friends.
Flor?
All right.
Group of girls.
Look at the time.
206.
Yeah.
There's a marathon time.
Okay.
We're done.
Yeah, we're done.
We'll see you over tomorrow.
Thanks, Dana.
Yep.
See you, Mara.
I love you guys.
