Starting point is 00:01:03 I'm good. How are you? Long day. I mean, I didn't say that, but yeah, a little bit. I could see it on your face. When I was leaning against the wall eating pizza, sadly. Yeah, I walked to grab a drink, and Brandon was just standing by himself in the hallway, eating a slice of pizza with no plate or napkin or anything.
Starting point is 00:01:25 And I was just like, damn, dude. Times are that tough. It does these, it's not actual work, so it's not that hard. But like you wake up, you do a web, and then you go right into one thing, one thing, one thing. I was like, oh, shit, I hadn't eaten. Yeah. But I just grabbed a piece of pizza and right at like 1158 and then just didn't have time to get a plate. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:01:44 Saddest meals when you need it. Yeah. So it's not actually, I'm not complaining. It's just like. No, no, you just, yeah. I just saw it. And I was like, oh, damn. Well, you caught me during a lean too.
Starting point is 00:01:54 Yeah, you were leaning against the wall, eating a slice of pizza with your, like, uh, old. old school letterman jacket and I was like damn that old five-star quarterback has hit some tough this guy is up against it and I looked up and I saw I was like anybody could see me right now but you yeah yeah you ever been sitting anything for free that you didn't wear
Starting point is 00:02:14 that was kind of mean I liked it I felt like so probably not I mean that to be mean yeah no that's to be cutting I didn't mean that probably not but you have to wear this you have to wear blue him jacket but but but like no i don't know that i've ever been nope never never mind who got me the national predator's shirt leum leum got me up predators in the community it says predators in the community
Starting point is 00:02:41 and i actually thought about wearing it but i can't it just says predators in the community and right doesn't i haven't worn that there's a lot of shit i just never yeah yeah your whole office is full of well actually not now but wait they cleaned it i mean it's not as bad as it is your pile used to be Yeah. I'm in a pile program right now where I can't clean this pile until I clean my at-home pile. You have an at-home pile. Oh, multiple. Either too, yeah.
Starting point is 00:03:10 Is your stench gone? Yeah, that was just one day. That was just the whatever was in the fridge. Do you pee pee pee on that pile? Which pile? Any of them. You're going to have to be more specific. It's not that gross.
Starting point is 00:03:23 It dries up. It's right there. Yeah, it's right there. It's right there. Off your pedestal. you guys whatever a lot of people a lot of people have my back with the two blanket thing yeah i have two blankets we can't be taking blanket but i don't have your back on the pig and in the sink thing yeah i don't care that one i'm fine being our own wolf that one i know
Starting point is 00:03:44 Kate at home sleeping with the beave yeah uh what a cat big cat goes he has his own comfort her comfort her his wife has her own thing do you all do two two sets or just one you're all under one I actually saw the clip and I was like, how is that never occurred to us before? Because I think it would be a game changer. Yeah, it is. He's sweaty. Yeah. He's like so sweaty and like moist in the morning.
Starting point is 00:04:08 I want to do sleep studies on all of you. Like what is going on in your beds? I move around and I like to have my own. I don't like my blanket. It's like a fucking war zone the way you guys talk about. Yeah, some nights it is. Do you ever feel respite? No.
Starting point is 00:04:22 You ever just like go to sleep? No. Dude. Go to Dreamland. Also, there's fire in the shit off. You were just like, some people were like... An express train to Dreamland?
Starting point is 00:04:32 Wish. Some people were like, how do you make the bed? I don't know. We fucking put one blanket on and then one blanket on top. Oh, it's on top. I've made it before. Really? Yeah, there's no sheets, so it's easy to make it.
Starting point is 00:04:45 You go... Oh, you have like a robotic... $100,000 bed? No, dude. I take a blanket and I go... only is, and put it over yourself. No, put it over the bed. You have the self-making.
Starting point is 00:04:58 And take the second blanket and I go, huh. You have the Waymo. Why do you make that noise? Because it's, you know, it's heavy. I have a blanket. I have a nice of comforter. I'm like, Linus, I have a blanket that just carry around with me in the house wherever I stop to lay down for a little while.
Starting point is 00:05:12 I just carry the blanket. Why? Really? Is that weird? Okay, it is. No, that's what like a throw blanket is for the couch. Yeah, but I have my own. Okay.
Starting point is 00:05:22 Is it like dragging behind you or on your shoulder? So you're just B-Y-O-B at all times. My wife. You said the line. My wife, for Christmas a year and a half ago, got me a custom blanket that is the map grid of my hometown that has all the streets and the landmarks. Like, this is where this is. And so I drag it around and I sleep under it wherever I go at the house. Is that weird?
Starting point is 00:05:51 It is weird. No, it's fine. That's a nice cat. Great fucking blanket. It's your own house. I love my map blanket of West Point Mississippi. Nobody else has that. I'm going to get one.
Starting point is 00:06:00 No. No. You wouldn't even know where Commerce Street starts and ends. You're right. No, you drew out the map for me. I did. I draw it a lot. How many?
Starting point is 00:06:10 Is it Main Street? Yeah, we have a Main Street. Is that the Main Street? Main Street is Main Street. Love that. I like when towns are just like, hey, we're just going to do what everyone thinks. Yeah. Main Street.
Starting point is 00:06:21 Ours is. Main Street, Broad Street. Yeah, I like that. Using someone else's blanket is a pure adrenaline rush. It's like getting ready to jump off a cliff. I would say, how often do you do that? Yeah, because sometimes it's like, how does it smell like this? When are you doing this?
Starting point is 00:06:40 Is it a bad smell? It's not bad. It's just a- Who's blanket are you using? When you go to someone else's house. Yeah? Their blankets smell so foreign and unfamiliar and pungent but not necessarily bad. Right.
Starting point is 00:06:54 everybody's house in general has its own smell. Yeah. And I'm bummed down. I never know what mine smells like. Yeah. It's true. I wish I could if I had one wish. When I was like 12 years old when my grandmother was getting old, she lived with us for a little bit before she died.
Starting point is 00:07:10 And she had a closet. And it smelled like her for like 10 years after she died. Grandma smell will stick. Yeah, you just open the closet. You're like, oh, that's her. She's been dead. All grandmas kind of smell the same, though. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:07:24 They do. Smell like liniment. What's that? Liniment. I do smell like liniment. Linnerment and Werther's. It's liniment. Liniment.
Starting point is 00:07:33 I know, but what is it? Because I recognize. Medicated lotion. Is that what liniment is? Like a medical applied lotion? That makes sense. Liniment. Ben Gay's a liniment.
Starting point is 00:07:44 Liniment. I see hot is a liniment. Okay. You learn something new every day, boys, and now you know what liniments are. Jim. Thanks for teaching. You too. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:07:57 The Lions episode. Oh, yeah. That was shockingly watchable. Awesome. I texted him last night. That's awesome. It shouldn't have been good and it was great. Well, it was funny.
Starting point is 00:08:07 We recorded that like three weeks ago. And then like yesterday on Rhone.com, Rome was like, I have this idea where we just wait in all these lines and blah, blah, and we were like, fuck, we want to put it out. Did you tell him? I texted him before we posted him. I'm like, are you cool if he's like this? Well, his will be like on his live show.
Starting point is 00:08:23 It won't be like social series like ours. you two have shockingly good chemistry suspiciously good the line flew by for me it was an hour and a half what about you Danny you have suspicious I thought it was four hours celery and peanut butter I know shouldn't work but it does
Starting point is 00:08:38 it does they're Will Ferrell and Kristen Whig he's Kristen yeah not worth the weight really I mean what well no coffee is worth the weight right yeah we have to like come to an agreement like it's rarely
Starting point is 00:08:53 ever worth the weight right How can a coffee place have an hour and a half wait? There's so many coffee places. When I texted you guys last night, I said there's a place by my house that I always see a long line. That's a coffee place too. I don't understand it. Yeah. Well, this is a Filipino bakery.
Starting point is 00:09:07 They have like specialty desserts. It was in the bear, which really said it popping. What time did it open? What did that mean? It's a sandwich. It opens at nine. All right. That's the problem.
Starting point is 00:09:18 But it's also been open since 2020 and they say it has a line every single morning. But nine o'clock is like if it opened a lot. at six o'clock, I feel like there'd be a better flow. Right. 9 a.m. is just like... They know what they're doing. You know what I mean? They know what they're doing.
Starting point is 00:09:32 A sandwich. It has a line. Also, if you want the hack, you could pre-order online and just pick up. It would have been nice to know, Kate. Well, that looks so... Did you guys plan on doing this when you saw the line, or did you want to go try the sandwich when you saw the line? I've driven by that line several times.
Starting point is 00:09:50 I kind of live near there, and I was always like, what is the hype? And it's been years now. For like three years, I've driven by this line. And I'm like, I've got to get in this line. It's been a line like that for the afternoon, no line? I've only ever passed it in the morning. But I mean, people in the pouring rain, people, when it's 10 degrees out. That's so impressive to me.
Starting point is 00:10:08 Yeah. I know. We got there like 845 and it was already a block long. Remember hot dogs? They used to have the line. And I was just like, how is this possible? How, like, everyone in the city has to have had this by now? I just wouldn't go there.
Starting point is 00:10:20 Right. That's what I'm saying. Yeah. But the line I think gets other people. Nine to three. It gets good marketing. Honestly, that's a good business. You could buy people.
Starting point is 00:10:29 You can have people hired. They'll make a line for your business. Yeah. Create a little hype. Wait, were the sandwiches good? What? Oh, I'm not trying to be a hater, but it was... If I was hung over and the texture of those eggs hit my mouth, I would have...
Starting point is 00:10:45 Nasty. Even Kate, Kate was like, hmm. And that, in her language, is this fucking sucks. What if you guys killed this business? You're there. You'll never see. a line again. You're the first one who waited in the line. You're not even saying nasty. Nasty is crazy. You're saying
Starting point is 00:11:00 if there was no weight. Nasty. Dope. This egg is crazy. If there was no weight and you got the sandwich for free, you still are like, you wouldn't eat it. And why don't other people think that? Beats me, Brian. You're only supposed to use one hand when you use that. We didn't get the meat on the sandwich, though, so
Starting point is 00:11:16 we may have messed up. But it was the texture of the egg. It was like, so smooth. The meat would just help and overpowering the gross egg. I thought the baked goods were great. He got, we're gay. I thought the big kids were gay as fuck. He got the corn coffee. You got corn coffee? I got the Ube coffee. Corn flavor. It sounds gross. It didn't taste corn at all. What makes it corn coffee? I don't even know. Kate just said choose one. Did you guys talk to anyone who's in line with you? Yeah. Did anyone have a job? The guy in front of us was
Starting point is 00:11:46 like, fuck, I'm going to be really late to work for this. But he also got in the line because he'd been seeing it for a while and finally was like, I can't take anymore. I got to get in the line. see what the hype is. Yeah, like, what? I don't think anyone, everyone now, the norm is like, you have to go into the office two days a week. That's true. I don't really think about it how, yeah, ever since COVID. It's definitely changed. We're the hardest workers in America. Yeah, yeah. There was people with suitcases that had to get out of the line. They were almost there, and they had to get out of the line to, like, catch their flight or whatever. So it was definitely like a mix of tourists. And then Chicagoans who just like couldn't take it anymore.
Starting point is 00:12:19 Had to see what it was. Have you all filmed anymore? we have Oh, hot yam It was good I liked You're a hundred two dollars Yes Maze conalice
Starting point is 00:12:32 Whoopi pie Anson Yamada What? I can't tell you Anything you've been It's Filipino I know Ham and Stick
Starting point is 00:12:41 But I didn't know They made one together First Filipino Restaurant in the world To get Michelin Star It has a It's a Michelin Star
Starting point is 00:12:50 It's nasty a restaurant? It's a high-end restaurant at night. It becomes a high-end restaurant at night. During the day, it's like this takeout breakfast. Or you could eat in and have a fancy Filipino breakfast. But Danny said it was nasty. Danny. Nasty egg. Danny. I'm sticking by that. I did not like that. You said the same thing. Just that one particular sandwich. I thought the rest of them is great. But anyway. Wait, let's get the owners on and you guys could talk to it. Sir, we heard your sandwich is nasty? But I mean they have to be cleaning up.
Starting point is 00:13:23 They've had a line for three years. Oh, yeah, they're doing great. For $10 baked goods. Yeah, they're not worried about Charles Loll. No. Were you in the wrong frame of line, Danny? Because of the line? No.
Starting point is 00:13:32 This was gross egg. Wow. But that makes me want to try it. It was so thick. It was weirdly like smooth. See that bitch again? Thick and smooth? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:13:44 That looks so good. That looks so fucking good. Go get in line, Danny. Go get them one. That looks incredible. You really think if it was good, Kate would be saying that does look like it's on like a McDonald's hamburger bun. Yeah, wait, what's the bottom? It's an egg, hash brown, and the meat?
Starting point is 00:14:00 Longganisa is the meat. Oh, it's perfect. It's my favorite meat. Longoniza's sausage. If someone went right now, would there be a line? Yeah, it would probably be a line. Should we make Mincy go stand in the line and guess the sandwiches? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:14:12 He's going to the socks game, dude. I thought he wasn't. He has a ticket update. Oh, yeah. Yeah, he tried to, he actually, I asked him about the tickets, and then he goes, and I got one other funny thing for the yak, and I was like, I didn't invite you on the back today. So that was, that's the fastest way for him to get no invite. The reason he's sticking around is just in case he pull him on for the funny story. Nope.
Starting point is 00:14:37 It could be funny. When he presumes, I just, I immediately shut down. Nizzi's ticket connection is still alive. He cannot transfer them, but he's meeting minutes at a bar near the stadium at 2.15. He has gone from getting him eight tickets to two tickets, but he will for sure. give him the two tickets plus $300 to make it right. So Mincy started this by saying I could get everybody's tickets. And it just ended up Mincy getting his own.
Starting point is 00:14:56 And Mincy just got his own tickets. Yes. Wait, no, no, hold on, hold on. Time out. White Sox State still believes. Yeah, he's always believed. We might have hope. I hope it works for you mince, but heads up, we had to get tickets to the same game.
Starting point is 00:15:11 Maybe Stu would go with you. No, we don't, Ben. No, we don't. I will take one of them if so, though. He believes. That's the most. huh he absolutely still believes I kind of believe
Starting point is 00:15:25 if you get them I got dibs on one no white talks safe cannot say he's never not believe if he gets God again he can't be like I didn't I didn't get God's the white So white Sox day's special he was saying yesterday I was out of the room He was saying I don't believe but
Starting point is 00:15:37 I won't take a ticket yeah But does why does take him have tickets Yes oh he does okay I don't hate the play Yeah these are better yeah he's just playing both sides Yeah yeah Covering out on top yeah whatever But you have I'm fine with him
Starting point is 00:15:49 Both sides for his team to get a better ticket, but then when he comes in tomorrow, he can't be like, if there's no tickets, he can't be like, I never, ever thought there were tickets. Yeah. But he also can't come in. He can't come in. He's like, I told you. Oh, boy.
Starting point is 00:16:02 Oh, man. He's got the eyes already. Menace. We got to zoom in to Eddie at some point. Eddie's going? I think Eddie is the one tweeting, right? I believe so, yeah. Did you see they brought cases of beer to bring into that bar?
Starting point is 00:16:15 And Dave said they could. They could. And they cannot. Oh, really? Who thought they could take cases of beer into a bar? We've arrived at Corby and Kerry where White Sox State swears it's okay that we walk in with multiple cases of beer. Why would he think that? He's been there so many times.
Starting point is 00:16:29 I don't know. No bar in America. Any bar. A B-Y-O-B bar is the worst idea. That's just a room. That's a room. He was a thousand percent like, I know the owners. That's the owners.
Starting point is 00:16:42 No, that's not. That was the loneliest staff. A B-Y-O-B. Yeah, it's a living room. That's it. It's a house. I just thought cork and carry was his house. It'll be cool if we bring beer.
Starting point is 00:16:56 Come in here, take up all of our space and give us no money. Yeah. So we can't bring in customers. And make it really confusing for our waitresses who keep coming and see if you need something, but you have a case of a fellow under the table. Don't pay us anything. I think they're going to be wasted. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:17:12 Is it three or four? They're having like a race. Nicky Smokes and Tate's uncles. They've been going since like, 8 a.m. Yeah. I've seen. It says disaster written all over it, which I'm excited for.
Starting point is 00:17:24 Is Nikki smokes the White Sox fan? I mean, he, for Twitter. Okay. He's not going to like that. He went to a bunch of games, I think, this year. Okay. And also, I mean, the White Sox aren't like a... Yeah.
Starting point is 00:17:37 Three years ago, they were the worst team in the history of baseball. But he came from, you know, Browardt, Dave. He's Browardt. He came from South Florida. He's a die-hard heat fan. He's a diehard Dolphins fan. He's a diehard Florida Gators fan. He doesn't care about the Marlins.
Starting point is 00:17:52 And he never picked up a baseball team at all. I think the Marlins are like one of those. He's Stephen Chey. Are the Marlins the least consequential franchise with two championships? And it's like Florida outdoor, like baseball should be. Agreed. Their thing. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:18:12 Or is it too hot to attend the games? They're indoors. They are indoors? Yeah. That should be their sport. Is there not, like, there's, think about it. Like, they're an inconsequential franchise, but they have actual history. Yeah, they're the kings and the clippers who have won.
Starting point is 00:18:27 Right. Yeah. That's crazy to think about. Never won a division. They've never won a division. They've won two World Series. If you never, it's their first year. No, it was 97.
Starting point is 00:18:38 Close. Yeah, like fifth year. Close. I was right. Close. Close. But yeah, if you went two World Series, you have history. That's right.
Starting point is 00:18:45 You have a throwback jerseys that means something. Yeah. But they're still on level with like the Rockies. Yeah, but they're not even because Rockies tours is full. Yeah, Rockies have fans. Course is awesome. Miami is such a big metro area. It produces probably more pro athletes than any other city in the country.
Starting point is 00:19:08 Probably. Broward County. A lot from Broward. If you look at Southern. So many. California, NFL especially. Texas. You're like L.A.
Starting point is 00:19:19 That whole area produces a shitload of baseball players. L.A. is so massive, though. Southern California. It's in the discussion. If you look at NFL hometowns, which I've done. You have? Pahokee. So many players are from the Miami area.
Starting point is 00:19:35 Yeah. Speed? Is he from Cincinnati? No. Yeah. That wasn't that. No, I thought it was. It was a little work.
Starting point is 00:19:46 I enjoyed it. It was good. It was good enough. I didn't know where speed would fun. I enjoyed it. Since we're talking baseball, Stephen, you had a tweet last night. He confused me in my sleeping, my sleepy state. Which I guess is factually correct, but also very funny.
Starting point is 00:20:00 Titus, what was the tweet? I didn't see this, so you're asking the wrong guy. He said, uh, Zander Bogartz made the best defensive play he's ever seen. That wasn't a clean catch. Yeah, it was sick. Saved a run. That was the best defensive play you've ever seen. Can you pull?
Starting point is 00:20:18 No, no, no, no, no. What is your tweet? Okay. Let's bring me to do it. All right. I would like to see the tweet. This might be the best defensive play that wasn't okay. All right.
Starting point is 00:20:26 All right. There is a qualifier. Yeah. That wasn't a clean snag. Let's see this. Second and third. Runs about to score. The slow motion.
Starting point is 00:20:37 The slow motion was very good. He reached behind him. The ball's behind him. But that was a clean snag. What's not clean about that snag? Oh, did he bobble it? Yeah. Watch the game.
Starting point is 00:20:48 Yeah. Well, no, we just watch the clip. They show replays. It's not a clean snag. Otherwise, he would have had a shot. Watch a clip again. He saved a run. It was awesome.
Starting point is 00:20:57 It was a good play. He like reaches behind him. Oh, is that ball kind of trickle? Yes. Okay. Sorry. Like, they were waving him home on the third base coach. Like, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
Starting point is 00:21:08 At 10, at 10, at 10, 30, 11, whenever this game was really popping, I just, as soon as the Blackhawks went off, I started, you know, falling off to bed. And I woke up and maybe looked at my, because I was, always check scores and keep waking up to check scores. And you had a tweet that said, and I don't, it said, Manny, exclamation points and then Brewer's exclamation points. Did you have that? Yeah, I said Manny, F the Brewers.
Starting point is 00:21:29 I don't like the Brewers. I didn't see the Brewers. But it's funny because Stephen, like, Ken say this is the best thing I've ever seen when it comes to baseball. And probably be right. Because he's only seen a year and a half of baseball. Can I ask you a question, Shane? Well, I know the answer to that.
Starting point is 00:21:45 Never mind. I was going to say, you've gotten into baseball. right you're in Chicago you got in with the Cubs but you never you never gotten into college football on Saturdays you've never tried to dive into that I'm kind of jealous of them that's the weekends just if I could dedicate my whole weekend and just kind of because I don't want to give up any NFL but like you know I have kids I have sports and stuff I got to do so yeah one day the weekend sacrifice so the other one can thrive I'm kind of jealous of those people who are just one or the other I don't know how you do it I don't either I've never been that in my life I don't either
Starting point is 00:22:17 but like being one or the other and being like I actually have a full day. Where I grew up, college football was not a big deal on Saturday. That's fine. Yeah. What if I went to a school that, yeah. Yeah, if I went to a school, it would have been all in. But like, I went to a school that wasn't a big deal.
Starting point is 00:22:33 Really Colon Island. Like, the program folded. But you know what? In Quebec. You know what's so fascinating to me is when you do draft prep. Holy fuck. Holy fuck. We're talking about Hofstra.
Starting point is 00:22:44 You're talking about. When you do. draft prep you were literally seeing these guys for the first time no no like i pay attention like especially there's a very big game like i will pay attention to it but like yeah i'm not like locked how many college footballs can you name right football players can you name right now can you name 10 yeah okay um 10 college football players right now oh archmanning yep yep um trinida chamblis yeah dante more yeah sure uh jeremiah smith okay julian san yep so it slow down soon Um
Starting point is 00:23:19 Carmio Taylor Six guy Yeah Um Where are we Six Four more I know I'm trying to go like
Starting point is 00:23:29 By schools You're in Mississippi Yeah Um Boy oh boy I'm going geographically I'm awful good Quarterbacks out there
Starting point is 00:23:40 Yeah Boy oh boy No there's a very good Pass rusher at Texas That's right Mm-hmm You have to name him Yeah
Starting point is 00:23:48 Um the running back you supposedly hate it, Florida. You got to name them. Sure. He has a name. We're stuck at six. Yeah. The buck season's not over, so I'm not in draft.
Starting point is 00:24:01 You said it was over. You said it was over. And you said it was over. You said you can name 10. Well, oh yeah, Bryce Underwood. Okay, seven. Who's whispering back there? Who said that?
Starting point is 00:24:12 Who's whispering? Well, Wyatt just said the name of school. Oh, shut up, Wyatt. What is why wearing today? Well, stand. What? Walk out in the light. It's the grill.
Starting point is 00:24:22 That's his grail? Yeah, that's what you talked about on the show last week, that we were two and no when he wore it, and then they lost when he wore it. That's a sweater? He's been trying to get this sweater for years. What's? What do you mean? I don't know. How much?
Starting point is 00:24:36 Yeah. Whoa. With the turtleneck underneath. This is my custom turtleneck. Oh, God. Okay. I made this one myself. Turn a little bit.
Starting point is 00:24:45 You made it? You made that yourself? What do you mean? Ironed on the patch. You followed Blue Turtle Neck and ironed on the Yankee patch. That sentence has never been said by a man who's been in a close. Was that a lonely 20 minutes? I don't, I even think you were a C-section.
Starting point is 00:24:59 You've never felt a pussy. What about the sweater? What's the journey to get it? This was just, I've wandered one of these for probably like three years, vintage cliff angle Yankee sweater. So then you're like, what it needs in turtleneck. Well, it's October. Yankees fans, we wear turtlenecks.
Starting point is 00:25:15 It's like 80 degrees. No. Do all Yankees fans? fans wear a turtlenex? It's like in the 90s, all the players would wear majestic turtlenex. Majestic turtle net. They'd wear them in the 90s?
Starting point is 00:25:33 Bernie Williams. That's too hot to be wearing a turtle leg. Oh, all right. You're been fucking roast. Fucking Thunderdoll. I get the bark. Mark 90s, me, speed. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:25:47 We're on fire. Are we done? Take the rest of the day off. Who's a tight end for LSU? Green. Yeah, close. Give me a first name. Something.
Starting point is 00:25:56 You know what? I'm going to count that. Seven. Trey Dez? Trey Dez. Trey Dez Green. Malachi, Tony. Okay.
Starting point is 00:26:03 It seems like you did research while weird. It did not. I. Yeah. Did not. You really called a second wind here. No, I just remember Miami. I knew the LSU tight end.
Starting point is 00:26:14 Megan bets on him a lot. Okay. Um. I'll get back to you. I will not look. And I'll produce, I'll produce. Time. I'll produce.
Starting point is 00:26:22 No, there's no time. Yeah, no, there's time. Fuck. Time is. I didn't know that I was going to avenge you so much. There's always time. You can't just have forever. There's quite literally always time.
Starting point is 00:26:32 True. I have a sports question. Okay. I feel like you guys are talking about all these incredible new quarterbacks on the come up. And there's always these great new quarterbacks. Then why are these teams using these rickety old dudes still? Like, Aaron Rod. Like, you don't have anybody else but Aaron Rogers.
Starting point is 00:26:48 There's no. You have no idea how talented Aaron Rogers is. Like the levels these men are at. So he's so talented. There's no, but there's so many quarterbacks out there. There's not a single one. I think what I'm saying now. Yeah, no.
Starting point is 00:27:04 You would think listening to some of these guys speak that there's a wealth of options. And there's not. There's not. Okay. There's also a theory, which I actually, I prescribe to. I think you do as well, Brandon, that, college football has done a pretty poor job of getting guys prepared for the NFL. Because there is.
Starting point is 00:27:25 It does seem like a big flop off. Better than it used to be, but it's not. I think it's worse than it used to be. Bringing Philip Rivers back was. Yeah, they don't play under center anymore. They play RPO like shit that doesn't work. But I do think there was a couple of year period where NFL offenses were going more toward the spread, the four and five water.
Starting point is 00:27:41 Yeah, but now you've got to be under center. They are the guys are under center in college. I'm not saying I'm not saying Roger stinks for anything. But I'm just saying there seems like there's so many of them. There's so many because the standard is so high that there's only a select few that get labeled as like, you're good. Yeah. And then the rest of them, they just cycle through. How many is that like 15?
Starting point is 00:28:02 Seems crazy to me. 15 guys in the world that can be classified as a good NFL quarterback. Yeah. You're allowed to have like three bad games in a row without losing your job. Yeah. They're like 10 guys. Everyone else. It's pretty much the Kirk Cousins line.
Starting point is 00:28:18 Yeah. Are you better or worse than Kirk Cousin? If you're better, you're one of the best 15. If you're worse, you're garbage. What they're doing to poor Justin Herbert. Their AI and the fuck out of him. They're making him like slap asses and they did the, get his ass slapsed. What is that?
Starting point is 00:28:32 That was a, just a. Why'd they do that? Kyle, I think he might. He threw, he had a bad game. You think Justin Herbert stinks? I think he might stink. Yeah, my argument for like Herbert and Murray were never like, these guys are exceptional NFL players. I'm saying they're.
Starting point is 00:28:48 exceptionally talented beyond the layman's understanding of sports. I agree with that. And that's how hard it is to be good in the NFL. Look at Drake May. Yeah. Three bad games. You categorically rule out everything he's ever done. He's a bum.
Starting point is 00:29:03 Then he has one good game. It's like, oh, maybe never, never mind. Yeah, that was like there was an article about Jonathan Owens, who's Simone Biles' husband. And it was like he's failing upwards, uh, eight year NFL career. It's like, no, no, no. if you're in the NFL he's not a very good player if you stick around in the NFL for eight years
Starting point is 00:29:22 that's like exceptional a hell of a fucking career most guys are like two years like they that's an insane run the NFL is the one league where like they don't care who you are they will cut you in a second
Starting point is 00:29:33 yeah NFL quarterback is one of the few professions where you can be like the 19th best in the entire fucking world and you're a bum people fucking hate you I mean that's all sports really Not like quarterback.
Starting point is 00:29:47 No, but basketball, we're like, James Hardin stinks. That is true. Basketball has even worse. James Hardin is like one of the top 25 best players. You never watched James Harden. You're like, that guy sucks. You would think that he's in orbit. Or they'll be like, yeah.
Starting point is 00:30:05 Westbrook too? Yeah, Westbrook would just get shit on and be like, that guy's Westbrook. He's like, dude, he is so good at basketball. That's so good. You know what? You're right. Basketball gets a way worse. haven't looked into it enough.
Starting point is 00:30:19 Russell Westbrook may have got it worse than anybody. Yeah. Got it bad. And he had an insanely good career. Hardin gets it. Hardin gets it bad. Yeah, those are two guys. But every, I mean, every athlete gets it.
Starting point is 00:30:30 Like baseball, you know, Farron Judge went 0 for 12 this October. He'd be a fucking bum. Yeah. Really baseball guys can kind of get away with like. Yeah, but Kershaw. Baseball. For years couldn't win in the postseason.
Starting point is 00:30:42 He was just a fucking bomb. Oh, post season is another thing. Baseball definitely has the most leeway in the fact that it's such a hard sport. And like if you hit 2.30, you're good. Yeah. But they're all hard. Yeah. No, no, they all are hard.
Starting point is 00:30:54 But baseball, in its weird way is like you are the failing 75% of the time is like a given. I feel like in baseball you could have one play that changes everybody's opinion on you. That might be true. Yeah, I'm trying to think of an example. Got two more. Andy Pahez. Kikei Hernandez is insane. He just doesn't play in the regular season and just
Starting point is 00:31:22 destroyed. 17 home runs. He has Kiki Hernandez has the same amount of postseason home runs as Aaron Judge and David Ortiz. Oh, oh. It's fucking insane. Yeah. Are you laughing at? That fat. It's a funny.
Starting point is 00:31:36 It's a funny. Like Kiki Hernandez is like their 12th best player. Yeah. And every October he's just the most clutch guy in the world. Which that has to be probably. That might be the best. spot in all sports. It'd be like remarkably average but insanely clutch.
Starting point is 00:31:52 Robert Orr. Eli Manning. Yeah. Yeah. It almost helps their reputation to be bad during the season. Yeah. It's like we'll always love the clutch guy. Yeah. Yeah. The reverse is torture. The guy who hits 40 home runs and doesn't do anything in the playoffs.
Starting point is 00:32:08 That's torture. In the wrestling world, when our superstars fail in the big stage, we we weep with them. What's the big stage? Like an auxiliary gym in Kazakhstan. Yeah. I'm looking on the world championships at 3 a.m.
Starting point is 00:32:31 And they're just in like a fucking fire department in the caucuses with no fans. KB., I saw that wrestler with the tall life that I like, they moved to Philly. Yeah, he's coaching at Penn. Yeah. I'm glad to have him there. No, he got done dirty by the national news. Why? I think someone, like, made up a story that they got married and, like, photoshopped him to be even smaller and her bigger.
Starting point is 00:33:03 Oh, no. They went off on, like, how big of a, like, a cock he is. Oh, jeez. He seems like such a nice dude. She's tall, tall, though, right? Yeah. She's tall. in the sense that she'd be tall for anybody
Starting point is 00:33:18 yeah but especially for would you fellows be comfortable being with a taller I think it would be awesome significantly taller like not like an inch like that's not just said it's awesome yeah that'd be awesome yeah that'd be awesome I don't like answering these questions
Starting point is 00:33:38 due to my relationship status yeah yeah I don't want to like see you're going to come home she's like you wish I was taller should have fatter eyes I think as long as the dude is confident about it and it's like yeah wear those heels I don't give a fuck as long as he is like confident
Starting point is 00:33:53 with it I think it's kind of cool what did you guys you're at boob height that being said I had a short girlfriend one time and that was it was everybody noticed if you're if you were married to a woman
Starting point is 00:34:06 everybody noticed no yeah we get my congregation congregation gets bitter but like brandy if you were dating a woman taller than you that's a that's a tall that's a big woman a tall ass woman what did you guys uh talk about mason miller on mostly sports uh about the charity yeah yeah what did you guys do you guys dance around there's no there's only one way to think on this so it's not really yeah there's one way to think well yeah what was the way go to the go to the birth yeah what do you mean what do you think yeah yeah go to the birth yeah go to the birth yeah yeah go to the
Starting point is 00:34:42 Earth. Yeah. What do you think? It's good that they won. I actually think he wasn't going to pitch anyway because he pitched 40. Yeah, yeah, yeah. 40 pitches the other day. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:34:51 So it was like just a way to get a roster spot. Yeah. But I did ask my wife and she was like, he should just pitch his inning. Like, just go pitch his inning and then come back. Yeah. Yeah. She says that after having three kids. Right.
Starting point is 00:35:07 I don't know. Was this their first? That's, yeah. No. And also you can't, you can't comment on it. because health complications do are a thing. Yeah. So you don't want to be the ass.
Starting point is 00:35:16 Also, wasn't this one early? I think so. Okay. Yeah. You got to go to the birth. I'm sure they have the facilities to birth a child at Petco. Right. They should start having them.
Starting point is 00:35:25 They should have brought her there. Isn't Max Fried in the same boat tonight? Isn't his, like, girlfriend about to a baby? Why? Where do you stand? Max Fried said he's pitching whether she has the kid or not. Oh. But they're not married.
Starting point is 00:35:40 Alford. Did Mason Miller have his child? I think the I believe it's a Chinese baby I think the baby's out What? Oh, okay What about Chinese baby? Speak to me
Starting point is 00:35:50 We don't have to cross Shows Yeah I don't think you need to see it Being made Well Being made Being born
Starting point is 00:35:59 You're definitely gonna be there for the first one You got to be there You can't risk the first not being there It's the greatest It's the greatest thing you'll ever experience Yeah, it is Yeah It's unbelievable
Starting point is 00:36:11 And again, I don't think he was, I don't think he was going to pitch regardless. Like, again, fourth one? Like, when we had our fourth, if I had had a ballgame pitch, my wife would have said, go pitch that ballgame. First one, I would have been in dear trouble. I just can't imagine. Like, that's crazy. That was funny.
Starting point is 00:36:28 Do you see Tate's tweet that his dad was like, yeah, I missed my softball championship for the birth of your brother. Yeah. He's like, it's bullshit. I mean. Yeah. Mason Miller's out tonight on paternity leave despite the Padres being down 02. Heism says she let me pitch since it's an elimination game.
Starting point is 00:36:48 Dad says, well, your mother made me miss my championship slow-pitched softball game when Jake first. He's not still bitter. You flew back from Rough and Rowdy. Yeah. Yeah, I almost missed the birth of my third child. I got there probably 30 minutes before he was born. Yeah. How early was he?
Starting point is 00:37:09 No, he was on time. It was just, well, he was like, two. two weeks early. And I literally landed in West Virginia and my wife called, like, no joke walked in the green room. She called me. She's like, my water just broke. I was like, well, I'll be back. I got to do the anthem.
Starting point is 00:37:24 I got to go. I did the anthem and I got the fuck out of there. Have any of you been on the verge of your wife, like, having the kid in the car? No. No. I mean, it was, the first one was a race against time that she ended up having it like three hours later. But her water broke when we were an hour away from a hospital. Oh, where were you?
Starting point is 00:37:43 We were, well, an hour away from the hospital, our doctor. It was Thanksgiving Day, and we were down in West Point. The doctor was in Tupelo. And we called the doctor, should we go to the nearest hospital? They said, no, you got time. Get on up here. Yeah, there's a lot of time. Stress aside, immense stress aside.
Starting point is 00:38:00 That's like kind of a dream for like a automobile driver to have like full carp launch. Yeah, I got pulled over. You got pulled over? But like that's, that would be part of the fantasy. Yeah, definitely. fucking asshole. Guess what? We got a baby.
Starting point is 00:38:13 Look here. I got a... And they escort you. I stopped at the red light, gave it a look, and just went through it, and the guy came up and got me, and then he pulled me over and he said,
Starting point is 00:38:24 you know why I stopped you? I said, yeah, then let me tell you why I'm going. I showed, and he said, all right, get behind me. Do we just find a hack? Yeah, always. Always have a...
Starting point is 00:38:33 Have like a balloon? Depregnated enough people to have them... Just have a balloon in your car for... Yeah. Mook will never get a speeding ticket when he's on a date. Never. He's starting to get pissed about that night
Starting point is 00:38:44 He pulled me aside What is that? What does that? Explain it? I mean, I mean, yeah, I had heard the same thing. He only dates pregnant women? Yeah, that's it.
Starting point is 00:38:54 Yeah, that's it. Yeah, that's it. Yeah. Hard work's done. Yeah, right? Cut out the middle man. He shows up after the Christmas gift is built. He only has completed Lego set. All right.

I think Eddie's going to zoom in at some point from the tailgate. I'm excited. Yeah. I want to see how drunk White Sox Dave is.
Starting point is 00:40:01 Oh, Eddie's on. Oh. He just left. He just left. He was on for last five minutes. Oh. See, Eddie. shit.
Starting point is 00:40:12 Did you see Tate's tweet about the first pitch tonight? No. Yeah, who is it? White Sox Dave says it's Obama. Yeah, that's what they were saying. It's a big one. Obama or Pope then. Well, Pope?
Starting point is 00:40:25 Wait, has she done it before? Oh, no. Oh, Barack. Yeah. Love doing that gives you brownie points. Nice. Is that why there was helicopters, like, information over the city yesterday? Maybe.
Starting point is 00:40:39 Eddie. I can't hear I care the college football show For some reason What? What? I'm drunk aren't You're hearing the college football show
Starting point is 00:40:50 What am I saying? All right Okay The boys Hold on Dave Can you hear us Can you hear us now
Starting point is 00:41:02 Oh That's like a family football show He's hearing the football show He wasn't lying Why was What? How? What the fuck was that?
Starting point is 00:41:14 How did the Grewd family football show zoom into the show? It's one of the stranger tech things. It's somehow Dave's fault. I can't talk. I'm hearing the Grudens. That was weird. It's kind of funny. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:41:25 This isn't Fox News. I don't think the Pope is, ALDS is beneath the Pope. You got to wait for the World Series. Well, it should be below Obama too, right? He should be at least CS. But this is the first game back in a long. time.
Starting point is 00:41:42 What has he already done, like a papal stamped letter? Yeah, he said one of Jerry Rinesdorf that was basically like God is on your side. That's pretty good. Wow. Yeah. Why do we think it's Barak? Because White Sox Dave said so. They said it was someone big. I thought it was going to be like Paul Canerico or something.
Starting point is 00:42:00 Yeah, and it still might be. It's my master in Dave's world. Yeah. Yeah. Did he just guess that because there's helicopters? I don't know. You're asking us to interpret White Sox Dave. We should be asking you. I need to know what he's basing it off of because there's a great chance. It's not Barack Obama. What other famous socks fans are there? Cusack. Cusack would drive Dave so bad.
Starting point is 00:42:22 Awesome. Oh my God. Bill Murray. Oh. Chance a rapper. Eddie Vedder. But even those guys. Chance could be, yeah. It has to be like. I thought it was going to be like Canerico or like maybe Hawk. Yeah. So he was on ESPN 1000 yesterday. Hmm. The White Sox haven't clinched a playoff series at home since 1906.
Starting point is 00:42:46 1906. Damn. Maybe they'll bring that nun back. This is Pope's. This is Pope's world series only. Definitely. You can't. But I think Pope wants to be here. I agree.
Starting point is 00:42:58 At what point did people start getting pissed at the Pope? For making the White Sox win? I think we're a series away. They go to the World Series. Actually, like, protesting. But at what point do people start? will start to believe in God. That's what I'm saying.
Starting point is 00:43:14 If the White Sox win the World Series. Yes. I think enrollment will go up. Like, I don't know how you enroll in the Catholic Church, but I feel like it'll. That would actually work. Here's the only thing. What if the Pope like, what if his first pitch just sucks?
Starting point is 00:43:29 Oh, that would be. Like, you can't. What if he's, what if he, what if he, Kate, hold, don't listen to this part. No. What if the Pope throws like a girl? Don't say. Oh.
Starting point is 00:43:40 Dude, that nun, when I was there on Pope at night, the nun crushed it. You can't like... She was doing little tricks. She threw it perfect. Pope needs to get like a pitching coach right now. You can't be the Pope and... He's coaching the Pope hard. Like a meatball.
Starting point is 00:43:56 As long as it was good, would you accept an underhand from the Pope? No. Absolutely not. Pardon me. The only bad pitch the Pope could do is like if he throws it like high. But if he bounces one... Mm-hmm. Oh.
Starting point is 00:44:11 But if it's down the middle, 85. Oh, my God. If it's George Bush, it's like 85 miles. With a little movement. He might be God himself. He starts out of the zone. He throws a slider that comes back in. Oh, my God.
Starting point is 00:44:25 Oh, man. Catches them. It throws a backdoor slider. Yeah. Holy shit. They get the ABS out there. They review it. It's in.
Starting point is 00:44:34 Yeah, he caught the zone. Pope caught the zone. Huge dip in his lip. Oh, my. my god, Ron. I want to believe. I put our Pope hat in the window this morning. Yeah, but we're Obama right now, right? I mean, this is what we think for today.
Starting point is 00:44:49 What's, okay, let's say that. Is anyone else? Is there a list? It's what they can do over the CS? Yeah, I know. It feels like that's... What's between Obama and the Pope? Can't follow up the Pope. What is between Obama and the Pope? Nothing is between Obama and the Pope? What's like directly between Obama and the Pope?
Starting point is 00:45:03 Not like closer to one. Carrot just got out of the hospital. Oprah? Oprah. Oprah? Oprah is more, yeah, Barra. Oprah would work. Oprah, I think, is bigger than the Barack. Really?
Starting point is 00:45:20 Yeah, I think. I don't think. It might be Jim Belushi. Oh, if they could bring him. Bring him back. Or if it was like Kanye. No, Jim. Oh, okay.
Starting point is 00:45:29 Oh, Kanye. Kanye. Northwest. Jim's still kicking around? Yeah, Jim's always around. M.J. M.J. Me.
Starting point is 00:45:38 Oh. Hey. Hey, what's up, sorry. Jim's here. Hey, what's on? How are we doing? Jim. Gino, hey, what's up? Jim or Gina? Gino, what's up?
Starting point is 00:45:51 That's all the same, Gino, Jim. By the end of the night, I might be Lucy after the socks win. Hell yeah. What are the? Oh, Tate's fucked up. Yeah. Yeah. Oh, man.
Starting point is 00:46:07 The place is. place is rocking, Big Cat. The place is rocked up. He's fucked up. Why is there nobody there, Chuck? Chuck. We're good to see him. Oh, it's a zoo out here.
Starting point is 00:46:22 Where is everybody? Yeah, where is it? Why is nobody here? We left a tailgates. To be fair, it's a goal, because there was a lot of music, so we went to a quieter spot. Who's a drunk assetti? Nikki smokes by far. I was going to say, I think Nikki smokes is playing a dangerous game where he might just
Starting point is 00:46:38 not remember a single second of the game. He might not remember first pitch, but I would like to see what's behind White Sox Dave's Steve sunglasses. We might be a little. Oh, let's reveal. Dave, let's see us. I'm doing it right now. He looks okay. No, even though he was one of sacks, Dave.
Starting point is 00:46:52 He's kind of rabid. This is my white socks. You even know his white socks? We're about to leave this morning. So this is like my third of beer. Take them off. Oh, did you do a shot of whiskey? We got Gino taking the 30 kick with Dave.
Starting point is 00:47:07 Eddie, is Obama thrown out the first pitch? So Dave says he believes it could be Obama. Why? Why? Why? I got a text last night that said, that said, that said, security has been heightened tenfold. So in my head, I don't know if it is Obama. I'm not saying it is.
Starting point is 00:47:28 I'm saying that makes sense because he's a socks fan. Who texted you? Was it Derek Rose's limo driver? No, it was not. It was someone with the organization. Okay. He was the guy that hooked us up with the Field of Dreams game, actually a few years ago when we did that with Carabas and Dallas Braden. So he knows something, but...
Starting point is 00:47:45 Maybe it's Luigi Manjone. Jesus all I got. Was that Gino? What? That was funny. Hold on, hold on. Is he a Sox man? Jone.
Starting point is 00:47:58 I think that guy's in prison right now for... And not a socks. Maybe that's why security's heightened. Dave, what happened with trying to bring the beer into cork and carry? What do you mean? What happened with trying to bring the beer into Cork and Gary? Thank you, Nick. We didn't try to bring it in.
Starting point is 00:48:13 We just left it outside for a second. But did you say? Gina would have let us bring it in, yes. Yes, but we left it outside. Got it. I'm more confused. All right, what else, Eddie? What else is going on?
Starting point is 00:48:27 So, honestly, it was Tate's uncle tricked Nikki smokes every time he would, he would say he was on a beer that he wasn't really on, so Nikki would chug his. Oh, no. Nicky thought he was on like eight and Tate's uncle was on like four. So he just played him like perfectly. Correct, yes. So there's that.
Starting point is 00:48:43 What? Leitex, I don't think I've seen him smile more in my life. He hasn't. I love it. The smile off his face. The gut punch guys, friends are here. So I'm trying to get Dave to take a gut punch. But so far, he has rebuffed my advances.
Starting point is 00:48:56 Because I have only had a couple of beers. You didn't do a shot of whiskey, Dave? I got to get the beer blanket, the beer balls to do something like that. If it's like the second or third beer, This is like 30 minutes still. All right. So I'm not wasted. All right.
Starting point is 00:49:09 So, this is, I think my fourth beer. Yeah, you said, where's Tate? Hand smokes. How did your hip
Starting point is 00:49:15 went to get Wynsted after the shot? Tate. This is caught. Tate, you don't think it's going to be Obama? He's so drunk. So drunk.
Starting point is 00:49:26 Why would he throw game three of the ALDS? Why would I get a taxed that security is heightened tenfold? Okay. Why don't you guys? If it's Obama. If it's Obama. then, Tate, you have to do the Yes, we can speech for us.
Starting point is 00:49:39 If Obama throws... Tell the Erica story real quick. Oh, my God. Oh, I got one. Dave's wasted. All right, I'll do the Yes, we can speech. If I'll do the Hope Poster, yes, we can, if Obama throws the first pitch of game three.
Starting point is 00:49:51 Dave, what if... Hey, what if it's John Cusack? Wouldn't he warrant 10x security? He would get food out of the park. What do you talk? He would get food out of the park. No, when I ran into... That's why we need the security.
Starting point is 00:50:03 confrontation, he didn't have an ounce of security around him because he's a nobody. He's a has been in the fucking 90s. Dude, it's going to be like, I know who it is. I know who it is. I think I know who it is, but I won't break the suspense. Who is? Who is it? Don't break the tape.
Starting point is 00:50:19 Yeah, break it. Break the news. I'm fairly certain it's going to be the off campus guy, Belmont, whatever, you know what I'm talking about? The guy from off campus? What? Yeah. Oh, the guy who's at the Hawks game last night? Yes, I'm pretty sure it's going to be him if I had to guess.
Starting point is 00:50:33 I know I'm pretty sure it's going to be Obama. I'm pretty sure. I didn't say it's going to be Obama. Yeah, you did. You did on video. You have a pretty reliable source. Security was heightened with an Obama gift. Obama Giff?
Starting point is 00:50:50 Wait, he sent you an Obama Giff? Yes. This guy's on the same level as Obama. You should have mentioned that. Yeah, so he said it's Obama. If he alluded to that, yeah. That's more than a... I think that's not a, yeah.
Starting point is 00:51:05 Speaking of, it actually is him or not? Are you guys aware that Mincy is going to the bar at 2.15 to wait for paper tickets from a guy? Yes. No, he don't accept. Hardback tickets. No, White Sox, Dave. White Sox, Dave, you can't say that. You believe.
Starting point is 00:51:19 You believe. You called dibs on one of them. You did call dibs. So I can get down to see my people. Right. But if you call dibs, that means you believe. No. That doesn't mean I believe.
Starting point is 00:51:33 Yes, it does. In the 1% of 1% chance that he should run into tickets. That's literally believing. That's literally not. I have a ticket. I do not plan on seeing mince at any point today. But in the lightning chance in hell that he should run into these tickets, I have to. So you're saying there's a chance.
Starting point is 00:51:52 That's like writing a letter to Santa. There's a one-year-dance. You guys-so there's belief. You guys need to go back to college or whatever and take a statistic course. This is a non-zero chance. So a part of you believe. That's belief. A part of you believe.
Starting point is 00:52:08 Oh, you fucking degenerate gamblers over there. Oh, Jesus. All right. You guys know about throwing hell Mary Parway. You guys know all about throwing out of Mary Parley. Yeah, when we do, we believe. Yeah, we believe in those. Jimmy Obama and White Sox.
Starting point is 00:52:23 There's a chance. See, all you're responsible gamblers over there. Oh, you think Mitzio boo Obama? Oh, he might. I want the Mincey Obama parlet. Okay. Mintz he's going to end up bumping into Obama. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:52:37 Mincey curses don't count for the lights. That's fake. Yeah, he, Dan's trying to curfing. Dom, Pope curses count for the guardians, though. That's all. Yeah. Or the guardian? And don't you think the Pope is going to reach out to his main man up in heaven
Starting point is 00:52:52 and smite the Indians because of that. I would do. I already did. I think, yeah, no, that was a fan. Anifest destiny. You are a winner. He's such a winner. You're such a winner.
Starting point is 00:53:07 Katha Scherald. Yeah, Patty Fisher's called me to wish me luck today. Fuck yeah. Which responded to best wishes to you, too. Ghost party, all that stuff. You're getting squeezed out here? Well, he called you or texted? No, he called me.
Starting point is 00:53:22 Oh, nice. He phasedime me, actually. Hell yeah. He's so drunk. All right. Eddie, will you call back in if he, man's up and does the gut punch? Wait, where's Nicky smokes?
Starting point is 00:53:34 Where's smoke? I do one. Where's smokes? He's probably face down in a porno potty right now. No joke. I thought he was going to peek in my house, actually. Any ideas where he is? He's actually calling me right now,
Starting point is 00:53:46 so he's probably long. Yeah, I already ignored his call. All right, call. Get him to come to you right now, Eddie, and then call back in. We want to see smokes. Sounds good. All right, bye. That's chaotic. Yeah. Oh, man. Oh, my God. My dog.
Starting point is 00:53:59 Why is Dave tried to fight us through the phone? I may to hold him back. How do you not mention the Obama Giff? Yeah. I'm thinking he was Obama. Also, to be like, you guys put in a Hail Mary Parley. It's like, yeah, and we believe. Irritating.
Starting point is 00:54:15 Oh, man, he's just a winner now. You guys know the gut punch story, right? What's the gut punch? Oh, the guy? Yeah. Yeah. Like, I know, actually. But they went round for round one day at the bar.
Starting point is 00:54:25 The kid just went up, he was a stool. He went up to Dave. He was like, I don't really like you. And Dave's like, what are you going to do about it? and they just went round for round with gut punches. Who won? I think they were both puking. Oh, no one.
Starting point is 00:54:34 And then they ended up being friends, right? Yeah, I know. The boys. Sometimes you've got to settle things like that. All right, so we need the gut punch. I'm happy for the boys. They look like they're having a good time. Yes.
Starting point is 00:54:46 Tate's wasted. They're all wasted. Yeah. But like, Tate, he hasn't gotten to have fun in a long time. This is a good thing for him. So wasted. Yeah. The minute I saw his eyes.
Starting point is 00:54:58 One eye. Just smiling. Like a river trout. It's just one eye just got lower. I think it just, I think it also like when Tate gets wasted, is like he loses his troll. Mm-hmm. He's just happy.
Starting point is 00:55:08 Yeah. That's bad. Yeah. He looked happy. I'm excited for the boys. That's going to be a hell of a, it's perfect, perfect fall day. Oh, it's so nice help. Is smoke going to make it to the game?
Starting point is 00:55:21 I don't know. He's not going to remember a second of this game. That's a vet move by Tate's uncle. to just lie about the amount of beers and have smokes. Yeah, but I think Smokes has a magic elixir that can bring them back. You're going to say where do you wander off by himself. I just like, I know, like, smokes is too young to realize, like, getting in a drinking battle with an Ohio. I don't want to say the A word, but they like to throw them back is a bad eye.
Starting point is 00:55:55 They don't use it over there. There's a different level of drinker that he is going up against today, that he, does not realize. Oh, folks, how are you feeling? No, I just got fucking ditch for 20 minutes, so yeah. What? By whom? Oh, ditched.
Starting point is 00:56:11 By the people I'm with. I call Eddie, no answer, called Dave, no answer, called Tate, no answer. If you don't want me, I'll just be fucking... What's on Zoom? What do you want me to do? What's up with Tate and Dave? They can't pick up the fucking phone? They said they ignored you on purpose. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:56:25 It's fine. It's fine. I get my role. Here. It is what it is. What's up, guys? How are you pacing yourself? I'm in a hole right now fucking Tate's uncle put me in the blunder Yeah I'll be fine now I'm a grown man
Starting point is 00:56:37 I'll fucking rally Did you puke No I'm not a bitch Come on now A little respect What did What's the score at It hasn't started yet
Starting point is 00:56:45 No I'm sorry You and Tate's uncle How many bears I don't know I think you stopped counting Smokes Who do you think's throwing out the first pitch
Starting point is 00:56:55 Not Barack Why not Because we'd have that like security credentials. It's probably gonna be like fucking George W or some shit. Yeah. I think you would still
Starting point is 00:57:06 know, I think you would know after that's good. You could have picked anything on you. George W. Brandon. What did you think?
Starting point is 00:57:15 What did you think? A biter. You muted me on Twitter. You're a bitch. That's what I think of you. Honestly. Is he talking to me? Did you meet him?
Starting point is 00:57:24 Yeah, I'm talking to you old fucking geezer. Yes, I did. Why did you mute him on Twitter? Because he's, I did. He's a plus. I didn't want to see it anymore. How did he know that you mutered him?
Starting point is 00:57:33 I told him. Nice. Smokes, is there any chance that you will outdrink the Tates? Only if the White Sox win. Okay. Honestly, I'm not trying to do this as like a popularity contest thing. Like, Tate don't drink like that. I love his dad.
Starting point is 00:57:50 He don't drink like that. Like, Pat's the only demon in that family. So it's basically me versus Pat. And the only way I win is if the White Sox win. So they're going to stop drinking? Yeah, like, I mean, you lose a lot. You're in Mississippi State. What's happening?
Starting point is 00:58:08 You only have a couple beers, like after and you go to bed. But if you win, you party. So if they lose, I'm praying like Pat calls it early and I just bury them at like 12 1 a.m. Are you going to make it that long? Are you going to make it through the game? Yeah. If I get paid that long, yeah.
Starting point is 00:58:25 Of course. Come on, KB. You know what it is. You know what it is, Kyle. You know what it is. God. I don't know what it is. Shout all Vegas Kyle. Oh. All right. All right.
Starting point is 00:58:35 If need be. I'm not there yet. I'm not there yet. Oh, okay. He just are you guys done with smokes? Are you guys done with him? Yeah, why? What do you want? I would like to take him back to tailgate. He's so aggressive. Yes. I want nothing to do with this.
Starting point is 00:58:50 This is why you guys left us. I mean, we're here for work. I know we're here for work. But like, it would have been like, hey, smoke, we're on the yak. I would have went with you instead of calling He's just now realizing. Hey, Kate, you look great in Conrad's video, by the way.
Starting point is 00:59:06 Oh, thank you. I'll help the White Soxswain today. Oh, no. He's a real drunk. Now, how many beers are you deep, Nikki? What do you think, Tay, like 10, 11? So there's your answer, right? So there's your answer, hey.
Starting point is 00:59:19 Nice. 10 in a shot. How many beers? That's the answer. Hey, if you wait. Get me off the act. Give me up the act. All right.
Starting point is 00:59:29 Come back to us if Dave gets gut punched. All right. I'm trying really hard. Okay. All right. See you, Eddie. All right. See ya. He's so aggressive, Dave.
Starting point is 00:59:40 Dave is. This is what I want. He's like a snarling, like, uh, English bulldog. Also, he's wasted. He, that's not three beard. Yeah. Dave's way, yeah. I'm happy for the guys.
Starting point is 00:59:55 Yeah. What a crew. We got two hours before the game or three? Uh, The game starts the three. So Barack's got to be warming up right now. Oh, yeah. Barak thrown out the first pitch on an afternoon game too.
Starting point is 01:00:08 Baroque's good. Yeah. Why would you waste it on that? I know. He's a CS guy. But why would the guys send a Barack Giff if it's not Barack? It might be George Bush. Could be George Bush.
Starting point is 01:00:23 Has the acting president ever thrown out a first pitch? George Bush. Oh, he did? Oh, he did? Oh, Barack. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, bra. But I mean, I mean for like...
Starting point is 01:00:32 But by acting, do you mean like... But you used to do that all the time. Do you mean that? Oh, sorry. No, George W. Bush in 2001 World Series. It used to be a tradition. Duh. Am I just like not paying enough attention?
Starting point is 01:00:43 Have the Dodgers had like any heavy hitters? Like, do they have a run of heavy hitters thrown out? I don't think... I haven't really paid attention to the Dodgers. I don't really do it. Pay attention till the World Series. Like, the Dodgers themselves are like, all right, we'll do this. But even in the World Series, we're saying, right?
Starting point is 01:00:58 The last couple of years have they have they. had anybody i can't remember i can't remember like dodgers first pitch people yeah consideration of the dodgers and i feel like that that's that's a franchise in a city that should have access to very much very big heavy hitter yeah the uh i i like the old times when the president used to throw out the first pitch of the first game but he would not leave his seats yeah that's the best the first base line yeah they just throw from from from the stands yeah really in taft yeah that's a fucking cool but they used to open the season in washington every year so the president could do Oh, really?
Starting point is 01:01:31 Way back in the day, yeah. Oh, huh. I think was Teddy Roosevelt the first one? It's way back there. Taft. Yeah, look at that. He's just standing in the seats. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:01:43 That's awesome. Oh, dude, FCR definitely through like a girl. Look at that. Go up. No, no, go up. Go up. Couldn't get his license. Yeah, look at that.
Starting point is 01:01:56 Oh, look at that. Floppy wrist, bro. Oh, bro. Oh, no. That's a little bit better. He's got a little curveball going. He's never going to win the war. Oh, man.
Starting point is 01:02:11 Imagine going to a baseball game in a full suit and everyone else is in a full suit. I think people should bring that back. One fan base should bring that back. Soutes? Yeah. Holy shit. Also, I feel like nobody drank water back then.
Starting point is 01:02:24 No, no, no, no, no. It was not like a thing. Probably disgusting. Water drinking didn't start until the night. Yeah. I think later. Well, water fountains. Okay.
Starting point is 01:02:33 Yeah. Bottle water, though. Bottle water was, yeah, it's like the last 10 years. When were? What? Water fountains? Yeah. Brannon's eyes of the lovely.
Starting point is 01:02:41 Yeah. I like water fountains. Yeah. How much does anybody else does? You like your water fountain? I like everybody's water fountains. Uh-huh. But you're specific.
Starting point is 01:02:55 No. No, no, no. I didn't, I don't go back that far. I missed it by. I'm just a by a toddler A couple months I missed it by a toddler Oh man
Starting point is 01:03:11 I don't know that those boys Nicky smokes ain't making it until 3 o'clock No If he's continuing Yeah They're gonna eat something White Sox Dave Oh man I fucking love him
Starting point is 01:03:21 He's just in his element right now If they win That post game video is going to be unbelievable He is like I know this is stupid to say, but it does feel like the White Sox are playing a game just specifically for him. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 01:03:39 It's like it's his day. Birthday party, yeah. Yeah. And he did believe they were going to win 65 games this year. Actually, wrong. 60? 60. 59. Okay.
Starting point is 01:03:51 No. He thought they were going to win 60. He thought they were going to win 62. I remember that. You were talking them up. I was trying. You're like, the White Sox are going to be good. That's why I get banana bread every week.
Starting point is 01:04:01 And yeah, Dave was like, you're so wrong. Yeah, he said they're going to lose 100 games. I said, okay, if they do, I'll give you $1,000 if they don't, banana bread every week. I should have got something out of that deal. Yeah. You can have my banana bread. You have slice my banana bread? I can only have once every seven and three-quarter months.
Starting point is 01:04:18 What? That's about the amount of time I need between banana breads. I had two different banana breads on Monday. I just had a snafu. at home. We forgot the flour. In the banana bread? But it just ended up tasting like a really, really good banana.
Starting point is 01:04:36 Pudding? As opposed to... You made a banana sweet? Yeah, you made, like, banana pudding. No, like, it wasn't pudding consistency. It was like the consistency of a banana. Oh. I actually recommend you.
Starting point is 01:04:47 This is kind of close to pudding. A little remix, yeah. Your boy made you a cheese cake? My 14-year-old boy made me a cheesecake the other day. Wow. To dad, if you tried my Oreo cheesecake. Oreo cheese? That's the best.
Starting point is 01:04:56 To bring me that cheesecake. It was delicious cheesecake. They're hard to make. I'm going to make money off that boy. Bring me my cheesecake and also grab me my binky. My blankie. Yeah. Who's the one that's going to, you know, take you in once you get old?
Starting point is 01:05:13 That's him. It'll be him. It's not the daughter? I feel like that's what it... It could be the daughter. The daughter and him will probably have a committee. And Tommy will be doing whatever. And then the younger one...
Starting point is 01:05:26 I don't know. We'll see. But the 14-year-old boy will run Walker Enterprises soon. Soon. It's good you hit on one. Yeah, I hit on two. Daughter's good, too. I'm not betting 500.
Starting point is 01:05:40 Since we were just talking about Chicago sports fans, we want to talk about the number one Bears fan. What do you did yesterday? Oh, yeah. Yeah, we should probably get him in here. Maserati Michael. If he wants to throw things, he can do the gauntlet, right? Nice.
Starting point is 01:05:55 Yeah. What do you do? You didn't see this in the group chat. Don't play it until he. Margarity. Is he? He's not with the White Sox boys, is he? No.
Starting point is 01:06:07 No, he's Roman. Is that him? Oh, he was red. Somebody was a murder. Yeah, there he was down here. Mike. Have a sit down, Mike. It's on that jacket.
Starting point is 01:06:22 I don't know. He didn't. Did you guys approve of Connor's shirt? No, I've been bothered by Connor's shirt all day. I like Connor Griffin. Connor Griffin's a dear friend of mine. shirt sucked a lousy shirt
Starting point is 01:06:36 lousy well what he did was he took the football fashion report we had somebody with a cow print shirt last week and he went on Amazon spent $15 and thought he could recreate it that doesn't look like cow print it looks more like a horse looks like my period underwear yeah it's period out of my mouth mazorati mic
Starting point is 01:06:53 your flow is crazy well I'd set I know to keep the I guess we'll let Big Cat get back before we Mike Mike Mike Mike
Starting point is 01:07:05 Do you have anything to say for yourself before we Reveal what you did? Hard being number one, host a fucking fun house? No. Have you offered to pay for anything? Well, I would I told you to have I'm okay, he's back.
Starting point is 01:07:18 Now we can talk about what you did. All right. What did you do, Mike? I broke something. Michael. On purpose? No, no. Why did you say watch this?
Starting point is 01:07:30 Mike. I did not say watch this. It was not on purpose. I mean, I... What happened? I threw a ball. Yeah? And did it hit anything?
Starting point is 01:07:41 It hit the neon barstle sign. Well, it didn't break, right? No, it shattered. Oh, no. But it only into like one or two pieces? No, right. If only we had another area in the office where we could throw balls. No.
Starting point is 01:07:53 So the sign that says where we work, the big barstle in the middle of the... The beautiful sign? That wasn't custom made. They bought it for us. Oh. Oh, for this office. That is the one. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:08:06 Do we have video? Well, you didn't throw the ball on purpose? Is that what you're saying? Oh, okay. Oh, wow. The ball was thrown on purpose. I was not aiming for it. Just tall the ball.
Starting point is 01:08:14 Okay. I'm mad. Oh, my God. Jesus. That sounds like a cartier. You mean a sound defense. Oh, no. Oh, no cold all sound board.
Starting point is 01:08:25 Oh, shit. What that again? Michael. Who never stopped playing pinball? Is that Spider? Spider actually, he kind of started this. Every time something breaks, Spider is close. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:08:49 Were you passing it to someone? I was trying to hit Spider. He's trying to hit the sign. He was trying to hit the side. There was like four inches of space between the machine that's in front of it and like what was actually sticking out from. the sign and I thought you had it all right let's see let's hear it again
Starting point is 01:09:06 I want to hear that again that was so loud are you sorry are you sorry yeah no I'm very sorry I do feel really bad I've been stressing I had like a nightmare that Blutman was driving me to work. Oh, that's scary.
Starting point is 01:09:36 Like, he was. Blutman's in your dreams? Blumman driving? Yeah, I couldn't sleep. How much is the replacement you've ordered? I don't know. All right, so how should we, I mean, what's the punishment? I think you have to do the gauntlet, and there's got to be a time that if you get under, no punishment.
Starting point is 01:09:51 He has to come down the Bears list. It has to come down the Bears list a little, right? Yeah. No. We, there can be other punishments. Give us your tailpipe. from your Maserati? No.
Starting point is 01:10:06 I really don't have anything, I just, I, like, tried writing a statement. I couldn't come up with anything. It was just a list of excuses. How many suits do you own Michael? Yes. No.
Starting point is 01:10:18 He just has a Maserati. No, he doesn't. That's why they call you Maserati, Mike? You didn't know this? Because you fucking have one? Yeah. I thought it was Maserati Marv last year, and they were just doing ironically,
Starting point is 01:10:28 because they call you Maserati Mike because you have a fucking Maserati. Yeah. Yeah. Was it getting serviced yesterday at all? Maybe. Were you frustrated? What part of the car was getting serviced? The windshield. Oh, no. You've been on a run.
Starting point is 01:10:43 And that's why he was at the office late, and that's why he broke the class. That was one of the reasons I wrote down. Wow. I also think that kind of like Guardian caps. In football, there's an argument that they're bad because it makes players play more reckless because they think they're being safe. we should not have foam footballs in the office. If that ball was not foam, if it was a regular football.
Starting point is 01:11:05 We have a giant basketball court or we can throw till our heart's content. And we have a yard now. We have a yard. It's bad. Solie's going to fucking hate me. Yeah, you broke the stool, man. What's the punishment?
Starting point is 01:11:21 Put it back together? That's not bad. No, it's gone. I don't know what Betts did with it, but it's not. How much do custom neon signs go for? I imagine a lot. There's one of a shop on Western that does custom
Starting point is 01:11:38 That's right. You could design like Just so we're clear, Michael. 10 grand, I think probably. Yeah. I actually don't give a fuck. Nobody does. But we still have to punish.
Starting point is 01:11:48 Yeah, no, that's understandable. Like you could have thrown that sign out and I never would have noticed it left. It hasn't been on in like over a year. Yeah. It's been broken. How many suits do you own? I have a suit.
Starting point is 01:12:00 It's a little small. One suit? Small? Yeah, I just have a viable. Is it small or is it tight? It's a little, like it's a little small. I've gotten longer. Do you like how it fits?
Starting point is 01:12:10 You've gotten longer. You've gotten longer. I've noticed. Okay. I kind of want to see you in a suit for a week. Oh, okay. Yeah. Well, no, you get to do the gauntlet to decide if there's no punishment.
Starting point is 01:12:23 Good reminder that this is a place of business. Yeah. Yeah. Right. That's what I'm thinking. Don't throw something. up between the pinball machine. So, all right, so what's a fair time? Have you ever done the gauntlet? Yeah. What was your time? It's a good time. What is it? It's like 149.
Starting point is 01:12:37 Whoa. You gotta beat it. I'll give you 140? I'll give you two minutes. Two minutes. I'll give you two minutes. But what if he goes over that? Well, no, no, no. Under two minutes, no punishment, don't care, because I actually don't care. Yeah. Over two minutes, suit Thursday, Friday, all next week. that's fine i'll try and get maybe i'll get some more suits if you're over five minutes would you no i want the tight fitting suit i wanted to be european yeah i wanted to be if you're over five minutes would you wear packers jersey no no you're not going to i won't be over five minutes you're not but so then would you you're if you were over five minutes i'll i'll wear packersersersersers you're not going to do that i'm not yeah no i'm not tj what is this actual time tj can you look it up
Starting point is 01:13:23 140 wow there's a third in night football in two and a half weeks yeah okay all right
Starting point is 01:13:34 so under two minutes no punishment over two minutes suit okay okay for about over
Starting point is 01:13:42 three minutes pack or shirt no no but you're gonna beat that three minutes I'm not gonna I don't really care I have
Starting point is 01:13:50 I think the sign was already broken that I would I would rather buy a new one yeah the sign was already
Starting point is 01:13:57 broken all right Michael, you got this. Come on, Mike. Under two minutes. Him in a suit would be very fun. I would like that a lot. Suit and tie.
Starting point is 01:14:06 Yeah. And Sunday, too. Yeah. Do you throw a monocle in there? A jeweler's loop, perhaps. Do you want to take off your sweatshirt? Might help. You don't want him in this suit.
Starting point is 01:14:27 What? You're helping him. I like Michael a lot. really can't stress enough that I do not at all. The sign was broken already. It wasn't shattered, but... His punishment has already been served in the fact that he was, like, beat up for
Starting point is 01:14:40 a night. I didn't like that. Yeah. Like, did you think I was going to be like, oh, my God, how could you do that? I thought there was a chance that that was really important to the office considering that's right one of the person. There's nothing here that's important. Okay.
Starting point is 01:14:57 You ready? Is the body armor flash IV gauntlet? This segment is brought to you by body armor flash iv flash iv is packed with electrolytes delivering faster longer lasting hydration without any artificial dives flavors or sweeteners whether you're training traveling or just feeling the heat work hard and hydrate hard with

Starting point is 01:15:28 okay whatever all right let's go michael you got this ready ready three two one go oh oh he's feeling the pressure already suit time oh no that unique away he's got a suit time Packers jersey this is suit jersey suit for sure
Starting point is 01:16:06 Mike. Oh, Packer's on Packer's time. Oh, no. Oh, Mike. Oh, okay. Oh, come on. Reed. Make sure it's a Barstle logo.
Starting point is 01:16:19 Oh, Reed. There we go. Come on, Michael. He was so cock. He was like, it's a pretty good time. Let's just say it was good. Oh, I would love if he broke something right now. Oh, he's mad at me.
Starting point is 01:16:35 What is he doing? There it is. Oh, football. You're good at this. There you go. Oh, he's good. Come on, Michael. He did that one.
Starting point is 01:16:51 Let's make the Sporkel top 10 Bears fans in the office. Come on, Michael. Come on, Michael. Oh, no. Dead. Suit. Go, go, go. You still got time.
Starting point is 01:17:18 Yep. Go, go, go, go, go. Here we go. Sixth state support. Black hawks. Red wings. guitar violin
Starting point is 01:17:31 four grand slim tournaments and tennis don't know okay u.s. open okay yeah Australian open yeah flute oh fuck six state supporter Utah go quick
Starting point is 01:17:45 Colorado Wyoming oh oh oh oh oh why you fuck oh no he had that J. Falked him.
Starting point is 01:18:00 Tiny little suit time. No way. All right, Michael, I'm going to go, because I actually think you actually had that. Suit tomorrow, Friday, Sunday. Okay. Three days. I could do that.
Starting point is 01:18:17 I am sorry. I do feel really bad. You shouldn't. Yeah, I can't stress enough how little it means. I suck. pocket backs. Yeah, that was tough. That was.
Starting point is 01:18:31 That was tough. All right, Michael. All right. Thank you. Repent. Yeah, I don't know what, like, I guess if you break equipment, I'd be mad. If you broke a camera, if you broke a TV, if you broke. Like knocked your microphone off.
Starting point is 01:18:46 Yeah, something like that. Broke your headphones. Spider is, really. He always is there. In the mix. Agent of Chaos. Always. You broke the TV with Spider near?
Starting point is 01:18:59 Probably. Yeah. Odds are very good. What about when Ewell ran through the glass door? That's still the best breaking. Yeah. Best break. That was so broken.
Starting point is 01:19:08 Shattered. Explosion. And then a little crouch. Didn't we knock over some sort of expensive camera? Mincy. Mincy. But someone saved it. You're right at the last second.
Starting point is 01:19:23 What's the most expensive thing that you can recall that we have someone has broken? Oh. Moresh an entire call. Yeah, that's true Tides in the video board By accident Video board Carved up the video board
Starting point is 01:19:37 By accident How? Remember? The easel for the dozen tournament Like tipped over Yeah And it was like we couldn't figure out What happened
Starting point is 01:19:45 I think Spider was behind the curtain On that one right there The door for the conference room Ebo Yeah Oh that's a good one I had to see about that one Oh yeah
Starting point is 01:19:53 Good call you Sorry I learned Did you guys update on the cards Uh they're gone Gone. Not to do them. No, wait.
Starting point is 01:20:02 I thought there was a new update. There's a new update? They've been found. Yeah, yeah. What? They'd been found. There's hope. What did that happen?
Starting point is 01:20:07 Read the group. Oh, I saw that. I don't be. Okay. FedEx? Um, you received a FedEx email that says we found your package. Let's go. So in five to seven days, we'll know if the package, it could be in, it could have
Starting point is 01:20:20 gotten run over by a truck. What do you mean in five to seven days? Apparently the label fell off. Like, if they have it, they have it. How would they have it? How would they have found the package if they hadn't found the package? Right. Shouldn't they have it?
Starting point is 01:20:31 A little suspect. Shouldn't they be able to say, we know what it is? After the second transit, the shipping label came off, so we're routing it to our recovery warehouse to get sorted. Our team needs five to seven days to validate the package and print a new label. Everything's there besides mine and Kate's cards. Yeah. Those are for me.
Starting point is 01:20:48 So I think we'll be good. We'll see in five to seven days. Hell yeah. I think this actually drives value up. Right? Definitely. Good thing. Some might say.
Starting point is 01:20:58 story. Never happened at all. It's artificial heist. We drove up the value of our own cards. Perfect crime. Stephen, what do you got for us today? Anything good? I like to one of his questions.
Starting point is 01:21:14 Hold on. Let me get it. Do you guys see the Dramon Green Giant Ted's video? Yes. I did too. So is this just going to I guess this is just going to be forever.
Starting point is 01:21:24 This is going to be a thing? Yeah, yeah, yep. Mm-hmm. What do we think about this? Great set. You know, we're getting a better shape. We're getting in a better shape. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:21:38 Kind of spab up. Let's just say, I'm sure it will be less funny in a year, but that's good now. Yeah, and also great set. Oh, you like them like that? That was big and perfect. Show them back. Yeah, pig perfect. That's your style?
Starting point is 01:21:58 Big and perfect. Pecks. Does anybody not like it like that? Those look They're a little low. They hurt. Yeah, those do look a little too fake. I'm starting to think those aren't real.
Starting point is 01:22:11 What else can't believe? Chee, I would like to discuss one of, two of your questions. Go ahead. You said are Corgi is the most universally cute dog? They're certainly in the conversation. There are other dogs, but I would like to go to your second question. Can a cat be cute? Absolutely a cat can be cute.
Starting point is 01:22:27 Yes. This is the life we were, yeah, this is, yeah. Yeah, we don't care. They're for us. But they can be cute. Why can't they can't be... Kittens are the cutest things on earth. Kittens are the cutest things on earth.
Starting point is 01:22:39 What's cuter than a kid? All cats are cute. Have you never seen a cute cat, Steve? A puppy? No, I used to have a cat. I mean, I thought it was fine. Cats are cute. I feel like dogs are described more as cute.
Starting point is 01:22:48 I feel like I don't hear cats being described. Well, because dogs you see, cats, you don't. That's true. nobody who ever has their cat on there What do we text each other every now and then? Pictures of our cat? When they're doing what? Mr.
Starting point is 01:23:05 He's described as cute. Yeah, but he's just describing. Oh, oh, curly paws. Curly paws. We send each other. We say Mr. Curly paws alert and it's our cat doing a Mr. Curly paws. It sounds like that's something that's important to you, Brandon.
Starting point is 01:23:17 I haven't had my cat a while. Oh, that's your number? I haven't had my cat in a while. Now it's just one way. Me sending him my Mr. Curly paws. You haven't said it one in a while. Chey, do you not? Because you don't send me?
Starting point is 01:23:26 No, Stephen Chey just realized that like he doesn't see any cats being walked because cats don't get walked. Yeah, I don't really see any cats anymore. They just don't exist. They're in people's houses. What about a photo of a cat? You have to remember that Stephen Shea, if he doesn't see it with his own two eyes, it does not exist. Remember, he has no inner dialogue.
Starting point is 01:23:46 Right. So he can't think of a cat. Right. He can see a dog because his dog's walking in front of him. He's like, oh, that's a cute dog. Can cats be cute? Did you see that video? That'd be like a cat.
Starting point is 01:23:57 That'd be more sense if you're a cat. talking about like a snake or something what what video they did like a mass like where they chopped the balls they did a mass neutering and they needed volunteers i guess when the cats are coming out of the neutering they need to be like gently shaken so a bunch of volunteers had to come into this room and like gently hold up and shake all these live cats no that doesn't sound good at all okay a mass neutering of these cats is that like a animal clinic because you don't want stray cats everywhere yeah but now see now as i'm saying it out loud i'm like did i get a i i get a i again This is weird
Starting point is 01:24:29 Well, also, you weren't on animal kick today, Che? You said, what is the most beautiful kind of bird? Yeah. We've talked about this. Yeah. There's so many beautiful birds. The corgi thing is from the, uh, we had a corgi discussion on PMT and the corgi husky is maybe my one-one.
Starting point is 01:24:44 It's cute. It's cute dog. I don't know if I've seen it. I don't know if I can place a corgi husky. I mean, I can take a corgi in my mind and a husky in my mind and put them together. Yeah, now just think about a short husky. That does sound awesome. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:24:57 Doesn't it? Yeah. Because a tall corgi would just be a dog. Right. Wow. Holy shit. Fuck. Corgi husky.
Starting point is 01:25:06 Do you have any new favorite cats, Brandon? Show us that. No, but I saw my cat over the weekend and I spent two hours just holding it. And it liked that? Oh, about to die or something? You all know the text that I sent the, I don't feel like a big dinner? Yeah. After the game, they all went out to dinner and I drove to my mom's house and I just sat and held my cat.
Starting point is 01:25:26 And it was fucking amazing. Yeah. And I just stroked it right here and then behind the ear. And then I would take my hand away and then it would put its face up on my hand. Oh. And we would play, yeah. You should get a new one. What's your, like, favorite type that you don't have?
Starting point is 01:25:40 Of cat? Mm-hmm. Well, what are you doing? You lost a football game. It wasn't like a school shooting. You went to your, you needed an emotion. Therapy animal. Therapy animal, no big dinner for Brandon.
Starting point is 01:25:54 Yeah. I needed to see my head for two hours after a football. I need to see my cat. I need to see my cat. My cat's in Mississippi. I never get to see my cat. He didn't have his blinky. Fluffy.
Starting point is 01:26:03 I haven't seen fluff in over six months now. And I had to go see fluff. And I just rubbed her. It's not a bad idea to have therapy dogs. Outside of a stadium. Yeah. Every time Mississippi State has a big game. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:26:16 You know, next time you, just bring the therapy. You lose a big bet or something. You wouldn't want to like a dog there? Yeah. A little puppy. If I said, Dan, I know you just lost $300,000. Here's a puppy.
Starting point is 01:26:27 Two hours is a lot of time. I don't know if I held the cat the entire two hours. I stayed at Mama's house for two hours. Imagine if it was a Maine Coon. Oh, my God, yes. Or would that bring back memories of a seven to nine loss? Oh, no. That happened over 20 years ago.
Starting point is 01:26:48 What happened, Brandon? Let's be state lost to Maine in 2004? Hell of a battle. Nine to seven? I was back and forth. I watched your second half from the Ruby Tuesday. We lost to Maine, 9-7? In football?
Starting point is 01:27:02 Yeah, 9-7 in 2004. That's not that long ago. It's a vest of Croom's first. How is that? We lost to Maine. I don't know what to tell you. Was it in Maine? Me and my girlfriend, no, I was in Starfle.
Starting point is 01:27:13 We left the game, went to Ruby Tuesday, and I had a big salad. You left the game? You don't act like yourself after bad loss? Yeah. No, I used to love going to Ruby Tuesday and get the salad. They had a salad bar and just all the ingredients. Oh, yeah, that's just a way to eat bacon. I put bacon.
Starting point is 01:27:29 They had potato sticks as a topping. Yeah. Then it would just be chicken, cheese, ham, bacon, a lot of ranch, potato sticks, or ranch. Did you have lettuce? A little bit. At the base, yeah. Was it the same X that you ran into this weekend? It was.
Starting point is 01:27:47 You ran into an X? I did. I don't want to tell them. She might be the curse. You said it on your show. That's why I brought it up. Yeah, I know. I know.
Starting point is 01:27:54 But you ran into an ex-girlfriend? in Chicago or Starvone Yeah that makes sense Yeah To catch you off guard It did It did
Starting point is 01:28:02 Well a lot of people Were coming up and saying Brandy one picture And I was like I'd say yeah And then she came up And I went yeah And she said
Starting point is 01:28:09 And then she looked at me And I forced me to look at her And I was oh fuck And then yeah So And then She have a husband She introduced me to her son
Starting point is 01:28:18 And her husband And the son shook my hand And the husband I went to I did like this And then he didn't move his arms And then I said, okay, fist bump, and he didn't move his arm.
Starting point is 01:28:27 No way. I was like, all right, dude. He froze you? How long ago was this relationship? 22 years ago. You should have said to the son, I could have been your dad. Well, I'd rather. Imagine how you'd feel.
Starting point is 01:28:39 He acknowledged you, though, right? Like, was he death staring you? Yeah, he told me, we lose every time you come. And I said. No, I lose every time I'm with your fish wife. I said, weren't you here too? And then because he was here. And so, like, I don't know.
Starting point is 01:28:55 weird seems like he's over it yeah he was angry she must speak fondly I don't know god I don't know she watches the yak every day uh-huh big customer yeah that would have been a great too slow yeah you're right but I couldn't because he never stuck his hand back it was it was an awkward interaction yeah now that I'm thinking about it if you're if your ex-girlfriend told her husband I used to date this guy named big customer that's a problem That's tough. Big problem. Brandon, you're not a jinks, but how many more losses until you'll start believing it?
Starting point is 01:29:33 Mark, here's the thing. Because everyone is blaming you, but I don't think you are. But also, some part of you, if you keep doing this, you're going to start believing. If you told me I could stop going to Mississippi State games and we'd win every game, I'd never go again. Yeah. But I've been going since the 90s and everybody else at that stadiums. Like, we just historically haven't won very many football games. Nobody's a jinx.
Starting point is 01:29:54 And I'm going to keep going to Starvon and keep Don't you just go to videos You got to see one go through Yeah go to Tennessee Tech Eli Manning was saying that I was like oh are you going to the Ole Miss Texas game? He's like no I don't I only go to the games
Starting point is 01:30:07 I know we're going to win Huh You got to try one of those He's like it ruins the week Break the curse All right well maybe Oh what if you lose the Tennessee Tech though We can't
Starting point is 01:30:18 Then the curse is real The curse if I were to go Tennessee Tech And we lost I would I would never go again Yeah Wouldn't Maine have been that? No, Maine was, that was different.
Starting point is 01:30:29 I wouldn't shit then. Not that I'm shit now, but I, you're the shit. You are. Nobody gave a shit if I was, if I was, nobody was saying, oh, Brandon, you're here at the main game. You're the shit. Yeah, you're right.
Starting point is 01:30:42 You are. You're right. BFW. That's accurate again. You got to remind you. That also, that, that, that ex-girlfriend encounter was five minutes after the other encounter with the guy who told me to stop cussing so much and challenging me to a because of it. It was, it was.
Starting point is 01:30:57 On your show? He said he cussed too much on your show. He said I cuss too much on Barstall. He can't share my stuff on his social media because I say GD. And I'm like, dude, I struggle with my language, man. I almost stop being a pussy. I called him fat. That's a fat guy. And then.
Starting point is 01:31:10 Stop being a fat pussy. Yeah. It was, it was an ugly 10 minutes. You have been working on your cursing, though. I have. I've been trying, but I still struggle with it. I don't want to say those things, but you know, I get worked up. Sure. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:31:24 Shit happens. It does. It really does. All right. Stephen, what else? That's going to be cute. Yeah. Oh, it shows the husky corgi.
Starting point is 01:31:36 Corgi husky? Corgi husky. Look at that. Oh, wow. Yeah. Is that real? Yeah. That's an amazing thing if it's real.
Starting point is 01:31:46 They can, like, cross-breed him with anything, right? That's kind of like a wolf. How fucking cool is that? Look at that guy. That's a cool-ass dog. but oh my god look at that puppy are there any bad dogs could I show you a dog you're like oh that's not a good dog
Starting point is 01:32:06 I have certain dogs that I don't like really yeah I hate to say it because I'm sure they have good souls the white ones with all the crust yeah and they're real crusty eyes and also I'll say it certain of the doodles really I agree with you
Starting point is 01:32:22 the doodle revolution has been I'm a little loud on it I don't like the ones with the the face that kind of goes I don't know what it's called Oh oh yeah they're weird looking The face is kind of like the target dog? The terriers? Yeah
Starting point is 01:32:34 Target dog I like my heart bursts for ugly pets too though Yeah There's more to this than No I had a Sharpay once That's cute Yeah our name was Molly
Starting point is 01:32:47 Rinkly face Smush her face Smush her face I don't enjoy pugs too much Oh Now you've lost me I feel like they're Buttholes are always out.
Starting point is 01:32:58 Well, everybody's a butthole is out, though. I know, but they're out in a way that's like it's stamping on your couch and stuff. I don't know. Maybe that's the pug I knew. I don't know. Evan? I'm sure they're great. I'm also kind of out on Boston Terriers.
Starting point is 01:33:12 Wow. You hate those. They're mean little shit. My old neighbors had one that would, like, tear your shoelaces right off your shoes. A lot of dogs. It was terrifying. My dad had a Boston Terrier that would attack everything. Yeah, it was kind of scary for a small dog.
Starting point is 01:33:27 I had a Shih Tzu that just barked for 14 years straight. Never get one of those. Shih Tzu's my favorite. Brutal. Shih Tzu's your favorite? That's crazy. My first dog. Chip.
Starting point is 01:33:39 He never barked. Chip's a great name. Thank you. My favorites are bass of hounds. Yeah, those guys are good. I had another neighbor with a Britney Spaniel that, like, trashed broke her hip. What's a Britney Spaniel? They're like real high-energy dogs, I guess.
Starting point is 01:33:54 I don't know. There's certain dogs. You know how, like, there's certain names. names you don't like when you're naming your kids that you're like, that's a nice name, but I couldn't stand this kid on my school bus in third grade. Yeah. Like all it takes for me is one experience in my past and I'm like, yeah, I'm out on Britney Spaniels now.
Starting point is 01:34:07 I'm out on Boston Terriers. Yeah, I like cash. I don't fucking name them that. Yeah, yeah. Ash is it. I don't know. Britney Spaniel, can we pull that off? They're beautiful dogs.
Starting point is 01:34:16 But if you're old, if you're an old lady with delicate hips, I wouldn't recommend. I'm getting such a thing. Hmm. If you're about to have a kid and the, your partner pitches a name of somebody it's the name of somebody you dated do you tell them? Yeah I think so
Starting point is 01:34:34 You have to because when it comes out It's yeah Every name she pitches Yeah I think you say it Okay would they be mad if you didn't it Yeah they found out later Yeah if they found out later that's what I mean Like the Maroon 5 guy
Starting point is 01:34:50 I named my daughter after you That was crazy Oh God you're so fucking hot You're so fucking fucking hot Oh, so fucking. Holy fucking fuck. Holy fucking same. I was comforted by those leaked messages because he doesn't have to do that and he still does.
Starting point is 01:35:07 Yeah. You can't sound cool sexting. No. Any text while horny will always look bad. It's just a fact. Oh, fuck. Oh, your body is so incredible. Oh, fucking fuck.
Starting point is 01:35:23 I can't believe there was a time where, like, celebrities really thought no one was going to like screenshot that. Yeah. That wasn't, how long ago was that? Still happens. Yeah. The Michigan tight end. That's crazy.
Starting point is 01:35:34 He's like, yeah, no one share this on the internet two seconds later. That will happen. A voice memo doing that would be better. Brin, we do. Oh. Fuck! Oh. Just.
Starting point is 01:35:56 I can't even fucking die. Can you reply to stories on like Instagram? Instagram with voice memos? Oh, I don't know. I don't know. That would be dangerous. That would be dead. Just like, just going.
Starting point is 01:36:11 All right, that's one d. You can. You can. I'm sending a voice memo to Barstool Pat right now. I'm sending a voice memo to Barstow Pat right now. Okay. And let me tell you about Noble. Maybe in like a minute.
Starting point is 01:36:26 Okay. You know when you groan? Brandon, what's your favorite flavor of gum? Peppermint or winter green? Winter green. Winter green? Yeah, I love the winter green. Same.
Starting point is 01:36:42 That's awesome. My grandma always chewed clove gum. Really? Yeah. My mom loves fruit strike gum. No way. Really? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:36:50 You know what that giraffe's name is? It's yipes. That's crazy. Now read the ad. No bull. This podcast brought to you by No Bull, as are my feet right now. I got the no bull zone. No bull is at the end of the day a bunch of no bullshit people working hard to get better.

Starting point is 01:37:48 Use code yak for 35% off. Oh, man. I had my first La-Bal gobbler of the season. Saw that. The Philly Burbs over the weekend. How was it? How did it hit? I put it in the fridge for later.
Starting point is 01:38:04 Oh. I got it before the wedding, and then I was like, when I get to the hotel after the wedding, I'll have it. How much later is later? Like seven hours later. And then it's a lot of gravy and cheese and stuffing and stuff. And so I think you have to have it in the moment. I was a little bummed. I'm not familiar with it's a wah-wa.
Starting point is 01:38:23 I think it's Thanksgiving on a roll. It hits when it's hot. There's a Thanksgiving sandwich that's popular here, right, Danny? I'm all about them. That's some of my favorite sandwiches of the year. Turkey, cranberry sauce? What are we talking? Oh, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 01:38:35 And also, oddly enough, mayonnaise really heats it up. Huh. No. Really blends it all together. When I was back home this summer, we have a neighbor, just call him Robert. He told me I have to come try a spaghetti sandwich. We made fun of you for that, right? Did I say that?
Starting point is 01:38:54 No, no, you said chicken spaghetti. Yeah, that's the different, yeah. What he does is they have spaghetti one night. spaghetti with the sauce and everything. They put in the fridge. You ever seen spaghetti get hard in the fridge? Yeah. You know what I'm talking about?
Starting point is 01:39:07 You can almost pick up the noodles in one little block. Sure, you can do a spaghetti casserole. Do they? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Eat it like a brownie. This man puts mayonnaise on two pieces of bread, puts that stiff spaghetti in there, puts it, heats it up, and that's a spaghetti sandwich. And he says, if I try that, I will change my life.
Starting point is 01:39:26 And I said, no, I'm not going to do that. Hear me out. He did it between two pieces of Texas toast. That's not that far from bread, Kate. I thought you were going to... I thought you were going to really reinvent the world. Yeah, I thought you were really going to do something there. Maybe some garlic bread for spaghetti.
Starting point is 01:39:40 That would have been something. I remember when I was, like, really drunk down the shore, came back and, you know, it's like a hodgepodge, because a different family remember staying there. And I made a Chinese food sandwich between Texas toast, and I still think about it. All right, walk me through this. What did you put on there?
Starting point is 01:39:54 General Sos, Lomain, a bunch of soy packets on two pieces of Texas. Texas toast. Hey, that sounds amazing. It truly was. China really, they've invented everything but the sandwich. Yeah. They don't have a... Bow? Except it? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:40:12 Little bowel buns? They don't have sandwiches? Not a big bread. They're not a big bread or cheese people. Not at all. They're not. And that's the major... They got Bonnese, but it's not specifically Chinese. That's more... It's Korean, isn't it? Vietnamese. Vietnamese. Excuse me.
Starting point is 01:40:27 That's got carrots. Yeah, fuck a carrot. Why isn't there bread? I don't know. They're not bread in China. Because there's a lot of rice and isn't that wheat? Why are you actually so suspicious? Rice is a...
Starting point is 01:40:40 What are they doing over there? Did you say rice is wheat? Wheat is wheat. Rice is rice. There's a lot of tall plants. I think they're all the same family? That's fine. You don't have to know what rice is.
Starting point is 01:40:54 Kate don't know what rice. Never heard of the rice fields? rice yeah yeah the patties okay rice like just google rice yeah yeah they're similar looking plants i would say i don't know what i honestly don't know what rice plants look like i know they grow in fields but i don't know what
Starting point is 01:41:18 our field or i don't know what a rice field looks like i just know they exist does that not look like wheat to you that's not that far from wheat looks like wheat yeah thank you they're both grains it's they're in the same family yeah yeah they're not they're two different items. Okay, well. Half apology. Thank you. Was that a half-hearted apology or just a...
Starting point is 01:41:37 I'm giving her half. Okay, all right. You know, hold the other half for later? I'm offering a full apology. She's not taking it up. Okay, so never... No. It's too late.
Starting point is 01:41:48 Bucker, then, yeah. I also have the best cookie in my life. We got to bring bread to China. We do. We could. We could be the Johnny Appleseat. We would make so much money. Well, let me call up Adolf,
Starting point is 01:41:58 Bradler. Let's see if he wants to... But Brad's, obviously gotten there. What bread would you show them first? Well, they... What do they eat their subways? Is there a Chinese subway? It's got to be. Yeah. What about, what do they put their
Starting point is 01:42:12 Big Macs on? That's got to be on bread. Can't put them on rice patties. Talking about bread in China? Yeah. Have you been thinking about this too? Yeah. There's only one thing that could have is this perplexed. Stephen, you're not going to weigh in at all? I'm going to say sweet rolls. They would like that? I think that's all they have.
Starting point is 01:42:32 Yeah, we have sweet rolls Don't say work buns. Do they have weight bread? I don't know. But we'll just eat bread. Like, I'll just toast them up and eat bread. What's their... What don't we call toasted bread?
Starting point is 01:42:48 We've got to bring toast to China. Does China have... China's got to have bread and stuff. China's got to have tons of bread. They do. China has a long issue. But do they like eating bread? They don't like it.
Starting point is 01:43:00 Oh. But it looks and cooked to your... Definitely from Western oven-roaked roll. That's Chinese bread. Oh. Okay. That's garlic not. That's pretty fucking good.
Starting point is 01:43:10 No, that shit sucks. Really? Yeah. Why? It's not as good as regular bread. It is, like, sweeter. They have Chinese, like, um... A pig and a blanket.
Starting point is 01:43:21 Uh, bakeries, like a... Oh, they don't use ovens. Yeah, and their cakes are different. They use steam, pan frying, or griddles. Why not? Huh. Like if you get a Chinese cake, it's much different. It's more candied.
Starting point is 01:43:38 Do other countries? The Junction people love to sell scam people for fake cake. Do other countries have French fries? France does. Canada does. Well, every one has... Mexico doesn't.
Starting point is 01:43:52 Well, a lot of countries have American restaurants and chains. Right. Or fries like foreign to them? Well, yeah. Would that be like a... Like going out for... sushi is like, hey, let's go out for fries tonight. Yeah, probably exactly that.
Starting point is 01:44:05 Yeah, it's like conveyor belts and you can grab a fry or like a nugget. Yeah. England has fries. England has fries. Yeah. They call them chips. Chips or chips. Chips are chips.
Starting point is 01:44:16 Chip. Chisps are chips or fries. That's right. That's right. Zimbabwe, they doing bread and fries? What's happening? Chips like potatoes. A chip is thicker than then.
Starting point is 01:44:29 So French fries are very thin. A chip is tradition. need thicker. What was that Zah, when we went to that restaurant, what was the stuff we were picking apart? Is it yam? Oh, oh, foo-foo. It was foo-foo.
Starting point is 01:44:42 Oh, I was trying to think I was a Nigerian place. Yeah, foo-foo, pounded yam. That's pounded yam. That's called fufu. Are we the only country that does it all? We got to be. This is another case of American exceptionalism? If we figured out what's good, why hasn't everybody out? We brought everybody here, though.
Starting point is 01:44:58 We do it all. But it's fond deal. It's not like you can't get We just brought everybody here You can't get a cheese steak in Italy Huh no You're right
Starting point is 01:45:10 Right You just can't Is Kenya? No not Kenya either No you go Thank you I don't think so Can you get it
Starting point is 01:45:20 Like if you were in India And you're like yeah I want an Italian with extra Jardinary They'd be like what You're right But I'm sure they have Saudi Arabia You could
Starting point is 01:45:29 You think so Saudi Arabia The Middle East loves like western chains they don't have a good like deli but they just have to have stuff we don't know about
Starting point is 01:45:40 do other countries have deli meat I don't think Saudi Saudi Arabia does I don't know yeah that's an actual question I'm asking are we the only ones doing hoagies
Starting point is 01:45:49 I know Spain has humon but can you get a pizza in Mumbai you can have pizza I feel like you'd be able to get anywhere and maybe not good pizza but pizza anywhere
Starting point is 01:45:59 but I'm talking like yeah like an Italian stuff If you're just stuck in Kazakhstan, you're like, I am fiending a buffalo chicken sub. No chance. You're terrible. No. That's a fate.
Starting point is 01:46:12 You're just screwed. Stuck in Kazakhstan. Yeah. Stuck in Kazakhstan. It's an NFL Sunday. Oh. Fuck. All you want is buffalo chicken dip.
Starting point is 01:46:21 Yep. Cassia. The Ravens are about to line it up against the Texas. You're like, I need a buffalo chicken. But I'm in fucking Kazakhstan. God damn it. You can't make plans for fucking thorough bread sliders. Sunday morning rain it
Starting point is 01:46:36 I like that Steal some covers Share some skin I like that We're in five Good album Did you see Titus Dana Altman just retired
Starting point is 01:46:51 I did yeah This is bullshit Guys can't Shouldn't be able to retire Right before the season I know It feels like they're just trying to screw over their team Trapping them
Starting point is 01:46:59 Yeah Get the assistant hired Yeah, they're trying to help out the assistant, but it's just like, that shouldn't be allowed. Yeah, it is annoying. Bosco's on it. Cody was telling me Bosco had this for three years. Three years? I don't know if he tweeted that.
Starting point is 01:47:13 I didn't. Never wronged just early. Yeah. Bosco knew about this three years ago. He was a good tournament coach. He was. Really good tournament coach. It was.
Starting point is 01:47:25 That's our Dana-Hultman talk. Yeah. It's about all I got to. Good tournament coach. Mm-hmm. He did a lot with a, like, Dana is a chick name. It's a bad name. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:47:37 Dana Olman is a bad name. Is it? Yeah. I think I didn't work guy, Dan. Yeah. White, ballry. Harvey, Holgerson. But, yeah, you're right.
Starting point is 01:47:48 I think I probably know more guy Danas, yeah. Yeah, I guess so. But the first Dana, the first Dana I met was a gal. But Dana by itself is fine, but Dana and Altman, they don't fit. But it also is like you just, you were right there. You had Dan. Dan is just a traditional name. And you just added an A.
Starting point is 01:48:03 Dan Altman's such a much better basketball coach. Ken Altman is a coach that, like, yeah, you guys are slapping the floor for him. Jackie and I were talking in the most too popular Jackie's. Oh, you guys are still dating? Most two popular Jackies are men. Chanon Robinson. What about Jackie O? Gleason?
Starting point is 01:48:21 Jackie O. Jackie. I forgot about Jackio. She had a dog truck. Join her cursie. Oh, Jackio was fucking thick. I love a girl's helpful. I'm not wrong.
Starting point is 01:48:33 You love when what? Like my son has a little girlfriend named Frankie. I love that. Yeah, that's a good thing. I like that. Oh, girls with boys' names. Yes, I like that.
Starting point is 01:48:42 I think guys named Jesse are instantly cool. Yeah, that's because of Uncle Jesse and Uncle Danny. Yeah. McCartney. I met a girl named Kevin Kaye Y N-N-E.
Starting point is 01:48:54 Oh, that's bad. Yeah. No, Danny was the dad. That's my father. Uncle Joey. That's right. Uncle Jesse. That's right.
Starting point is 01:49:01 Uncle Jesse and Joe. Uncle Joey was married to who? He wasn't married. He was never married. Joey was not a good old. But he was Danny Tanner's. He was just the best friend. They don't say Uncle Joey one time on the show.
Starting point is 01:49:12 Yeah. Uncle Joey. He's my favorite uncle. Uncle Phil. Uncle Phil's the best dad. Cut it out. Yeah. That's Uncle Joey.
Starting point is 01:49:23 Kate does a good Uncle Joey. It was. You're not doing this time. Best Uncle Joey. What was his, what was his beaver's name? Did somebody say Oh, would?
Starting point is 01:49:34 Yeah, that's... I can't do that anymore. That's good uncle. Well, did you know, boy? I did it, yes. Fuck yeah. Yes. Good.
Starting point is 01:49:46 Good. Grand. Fantastic. Wonderful. I wonder what the boys are up to? You got Sunday morning stuck in my head, Kyle. Yeah, me too. God damn it, Kyle.
Starting point is 01:49:54 You guys knew that reference? I can't wait to get to the car and play that. You knew that was a Maroon 5-Sand-old? Yeah. I know the album was from. Oh, I thought you thought that was. I was like, we thought you were freestyling? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:50:03 No, we got it. Oh. Freestyling but not rapping. It's funny. Yeah, freestyle. Freestyle pop. Free style. R&B.
Starting point is 01:50:15 Sunday morning. Nobody loves me like the piano. Are you freestyle singing? Yeah. That's good. In my mother's room. Still a bit to the beat of Sunday morning. That's all he can do.
Starting point is 01:50:34 Every freestyle is Sunday morning. Fukuoka karaoke. Marikami Kaiushu You're fucking good. You're really good. As long as to the tune Sunday morning, you're fucking solid.
Starting point is 01:50:58 Yeah. I'm kind of like married to that beat. That's like a melody that I love. Do you guys like karaoke nights or do you pretend you don't? You're like, I guess I'll get up there, but deep down you can actually do?
Starting point is 01:51:13 I've only gone once. I like it if you're drunk. The Japanese do it right. The private pod. The private. Private room. They do everything in there. And you can just hit it. And they stay the night. Yeah, because the actual most annoying part of a karaoke is like signing up or like writing it
Starting point is 01:51:29 down and then just having to sit there and be like My next? My next? Being able to just hit it. They get a full room. Worst part is when somebody's a good singer. Right. But the full room is the way to go because then you can like do a song and hit a vibe and be like, how about this song?
Starting point is 01:51:42 How about that song? Yeah. They have like smorgas boards, beds, computers, video games. In the room? Mm-hmm. Damn. And if you don't live in the city, they'll drive into the city for the night and stay the night in the karaoke room. That sounds like a lot of fun.
Starting point is 01:52:00 We did that in New York a few times. Not stay the night, but the private rooms. I always liked that. A lot of pressure to get the song right, though. You want to do that next weekend, Kyle? What? You want to do that next weekend? Karaokey room?
Starting point is 01:52:15 What's a, how does that work? Do you by yourself, like you and your small little... You and your crew. You and your homies. Hmm. That's better? Oh, wow. Is that weird that I would want to do it by myself in a room?
Starting point is 01:52:28 No. I just really hone my craft. I know people think you're joking There's nothing you want to be more than a musician Yeah A touring musician And like a respected one Really respected
Starting point is 01:52:40 I do think that's cooler than athlete Oh yeah Why longevity? Like even if you're just the drummer I even if you're not as famous as an athlete I still think that's cooler Just Like if I had to choose between two
Starting point is 01:52:57 Would you rather be the drummer of the fray Or Kyler Murray Drummer of the Frey no, Kyle Murray for sure, but like back, Kyle, this is a tricky one for you. Okay. That is tough.
Starting point is 01:53:15 You can't start a quarterback. You have to just starting quarterback. When you get the backups. The drummer of the Frey is like, you got like bongos. You're lightly like kind of. But you're the drummer of the Frey. Imagine like every time that your song comes on.
Starting point is 01:53:30 You're like, yeah, that's my band. But the Dr. The Frey doesn't rock. The Frey rocks. You want to. What about drummer of the Frey or Tyson Bayesian? We're not talking about the drummer of Metallica. Metallica drummer. I would not want to be the drummer of Metallica. Why?
Starting point is 01:53:43 It sucks. What? He's a bad drummer. Wait, is it Lars? No. Lars' all right. Yeah, no, he's just a... He's one who took free music away from us.
Starting point is 01:53:53 Yeah. Oh. Yeah, Napster. Killed Napster. Oh. I'll never forget the Frey playing the 2012 national anthem for the national championship. basketball
Starting point is 01:54:05 they had they had like fucking bongo drum TJ pull it I know you can't put in the audio but like find the video of them is bonos they were just like lightly
Starting point is 01:54:17 is that the toughest dragging their hands over the bongos like yeah one of the worst national anthems of all time I think we've talked about this before but like their their old bassist
Starting point is 01:54:29 is now the front man so technically they don't have to say that they have a new front man because he's always been part of the band Oh. It's just totally different. I don't know if it's bongos are like the lamest interest. I think a white guy playing bongo.
Starting point is 01:54:44 Yes. I think that's what it is. Oh, it wasn't bongos. It was like, oh, but he's got one. He looks like he's in the Civil War. Big baby. Oh, it sounds tough. That was terrible.
Starting point is 01:54:58 Oh, God. So when you say drum or the fray, this is what I think. Yeah. I can see where you would choose. That would kill him. They're not even showing them. Is this fucked up to say the national anthem is kind of melodically shitty? It is.
Starting point is 01:55:13 It's difficult, right? It's very difficult. I just don't think you should. Oh, and the way he's like leaning in, too. See, yeah, that's the new frontman. I think it's based off some other song. It's a remix? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:55:28 That was bad. Bad. That's tough. Bad. I can see where you wouldn't forget that. Yeah. Were you in the building for that? No, but very memorable national championship anyway.
Starting point is 01:55:40 Kentucky team that was. Yeah. Anthony Davis? Anthony Davis team, yeah. Ohio State choked against Kansas in the final four. Kansas took our spot. It's supposed to be you. Could have been me.
Starting point is 01:55:51 Could have been. Seeing that live. Must be state choked in the 32 games before that. That's right. I guess it really was the fray. They went into there, didn't they? Where do I go? Don't you have a line to stand in or something?
Starting point is 01:56:10 Where's that wheel at? Am I the bongo drum of the yak? All right, let's see. Let's spin the wheel. Get out of here. What did you say? There's a mincy ticket update. Oh, let's see it.
Starting point is 01:56:20 You'll never guess. The guy couldn't make it. I really won't. Breaking news, Mincy did not get the tickets he paid $400 for. However, the good news is the guy will be making good on the money. Can't believe Dave believed it. Oh. So Dave, yeah.
Starting point is 01:56:35 Dave got fooled. Dave got got got got. Make the graphic. Mm-hmm. White Sox Dave got God. It's definitely making good on the money, too. They will make good on the money. What does that mean? Just giving the money back.
Starting point is 01:56:45 Send the money now. And go. Right now. But that's what he should have said for the tickets. What better time to make it than right now? They didn't have to send the text, really. Just send the money. Ready, set?
Starting point is 01:57:00 I do think Dave's a hero in this because I think that the guy was never going to give the money back until Dave was like, I will ruin him. Well, the guy still might not be giving the money back. Or he's going to rule. Ben Mintz in on this the whole time. He might have been. That's not, he's not capable of that. Oh, Mency.
Starting point is 01:57:17 What will be the end game? Yeah, what if Dave is spent the whole day, probably. There might not be a guy. What if Mincy is conning Dave? Because Dave is like all help you out. Yeah. Oh, my God. That was the most sense.
Starting point is 01:57:31 Oh, my God. Wow. That's big brain thinking, Kyle. Something Mincy does not have. Yeah. If somebody I knew and, like, just shared a weekend with did that, like, I'd be way more upset than he was. Right.
Starting point is 01:57:47 Mincey was fine with it. Something was off. Mincey was like, yeah, it's $400, whatever. And yeah, $400 is... He literally tries to expense, like, an Uber trip across the street for a laundry bag. Did Mincey owe that guy $400? Maybe, yeah. Well, he kept saying to me, I've been around Scalry.
Starting point is 01:58:08 my whole life, a real scammer's not going to do 400. They're going to get to know me way better and get me for way more. I keep saying that and he's just opening himself up. Yeah. So confusing because, like, he knows this guy. He claims he's kind of friends with him. So, that's so weird. Why would he be calling him a scammer like that?
Starting point is 01:58:23 And this guy knows Ben Mintz is going to make this a public story, which he did. Something's not adding up. Oh, my God. Yeah. Scamming and save. He's not adding up. I don't know. All right, spin the wheel.
Starting point is 01:58:38 I can't believe Dave got fooled like that. I said it. You degenerate gamblers. Oh, whoa, Brandon. One more time and it's done. Love you guys. See tomorrow.
Starting point is 01:59:56 Let's go Yankees.
