Starting point is 00:00:01 Chocolate time, by the way, everyone. It's chocolate time. Sweets are on the table. They weren't, and now they are. Do you have more? I got one. I got it from there. It was here for years.
Starting point is 00:00:27 It was chocolate time. Zipper says chocolate time, thumbs up. Zippers taking part in chocolate time. You at home as well, if you're listening. Guys, enjoy chocolate time. One rule for chocolate time, and I'm sorry. This is why these guys don't have any. You need to do 20 pull-up.
Starting point is 00:00:42 In a row? Pull up in a row. Then you get chocolate time. I can't do 20 pull-ups in a row. Guess what you don't get then. Chocolate time. Chocolate time. Is this when you did it like a couple weeks ago?
Starting point is 00:00:51 I did it yesterday too. Yeah. I get like, in my fucking house. 10 pull-ups? Can I do like sour time? I get something a little sour. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:00:59 That's a better time. 20 chocolate. No. Y'all, it's not. It's a way worse time. Oh, no, it's worth. We fucking hate. We hate gummies.
Starting point is 00:01:07 Maybe even sour. It's sour could be five. You know how there's shoshito peppers and like one in 10 are hot. Yeah. like sour candies but you don't know if they're sour or not. Like you bite in and it releases sour juice and it's either like
Starting point is 00:01:20 fuck you! I would just hate, I hate this. Alex got to this first. They're called little bastards and you don't know if they're going to be sour normal. Was that what he said? Or spicy and the spicy one is 36 Carolina Rapers.
Starting point is 00:01:40 I genuinely think if you are out there and you want it to be a millionaire but you can't think of a good idea. You should just listen to Alex and then just take it because he'll never do it. Yeah. He's the ideas guy. He really is the ideas guy. I like how he also seems to have developed every sour idea. Yeah. It really is his arena?
Starting point is 00:01:59 No, no, no, hold up. That's just what he's doing now. Like, you know, if you look back at the movies that Robert Pattinson was doing when he was a teenager, like, is different. But he's not still the Twilight guy. Are you saying that Alex isn't his Twilight era right now? His Twilight era is right now, and it's the Sauer era. And his ideas when he's going to be fucking doing the Batman, like his Batman level ideas and his Odyssey level ideas are going to be crazy.
Starting point is 00:02:21 But to be clear, we're not there yet. No. And well, are you team sour? Are you team 36 Carolina Reapers? Do you guys remember Lopez tonight? It was George Lopez's talk show that was very short-lived. And it aired, and the first guest he had was Taylor Lautner. And that was like the big deal.
Starting point is 00:02:40 Like, we're going to have Taylor Lawtoner on an eye. I'm George Lopez. It perfectly dates when the show happened, too. Yes. Because it's like a big deal, and obviously Taylor-Loddner is not an interesting thing at all right now ever. Well, he has one thing interesting. What? He married someone named Taylor.
Starting point is 00:02:53 He did. Yeah, and they're both Taylor-Lotner. And they're both Taylor-Lowder. And he also dated Taylor Swift. No, he didn't. Vinge. I don't. Do you think it's coincidence when this happens?
Starting point is 00:03:04 When a Taylor dates a Taylor? No, like, example. In high school, my best friend was dating a girl. His name was Noah. He was dating a girl. she she cheated on him with a guy named Noah. Damn. And then broke up with that guy.
Starting point is 00:03:19 No. And the third guy she dated was Noah. And I'm saying, is there? What are we doing? I think, I do think people look for connections and things that don't exist. That's like you ever, you ever talk to a friend who's, you know, an Asian girl. And she does the, she does the audit? She looks at.
Starting point is 00:03:36 Wait, does she have a cat named Mochi? She might, she may or may not. Okay. Wow, nice keyboard. And then she's, she's seen a new guy. Do you play any other agents? Okay, let's end that one right now.
Starting point is 00:03:50 She's seen a new guy, and maybe he's white. And she'll go through his dating history. He's like, oh, the last guy. The previous girl was Asian. And it's like, it could be a chance. Is what it is. But then looks at the girl before that. Also Asian.
Starting point is 00:04:05 And then they're like, you know, how many Asian girlfriends in your dating history is too many? probably more percentage base. It's a percentage base. Yeah. But maybe it's not percentage based like, because if you dated enough women, that's also a problem. How many dating women is too many? That's also. If you're 23 and you've dated 100 women. Yeah. Something's going wrong. If you're a jiggle-old, the hundred first woman to be like, okay, I'm not doing this. Well, I think what if, it's a genuine question to our viewers right now, if you're a jigolo, sound off.
Starting point is 00:04:39 Because what's that like? There's gonna be like one guy like Are those the guys I was a jigolo? No, that's a lusciador. Oh no. Jabalwaukee.
Starting point is 00:04:49 Jabalwatra. What? I genuinely thought he was trying to find luchador there. If you're a jigolo sound off, it's a male prostitute. Really?
Starting point is 00:05:00 Yeah. Duce Bigelow. Male jigolo. I remember Deuce Bigelow, but I didn't know the second part to this. He was a male jiggolo. He was a male jiggolo.
Starting point is 00:05:07 I know. I only know the first part. What's the word? I'm dead ass. I thought in my head, Jigolo was the word for the fans of insane clown bossy. Juggalo. Juggalo. Fair enough.
Starting point is 00:05:16 Jigolo. That's when they have kids. I got two digelos in my trailer. I work in Spencer. I went to a Spencer yesterday. Did you buy a big vibrator? No, for your butt.
Starting point is 00:05:28 Yeah. No, I did. It was volleyball? It was full, though. It was packed. Really? I was at the mall in Vegas. And,
Starting point is 00:05:36 and I, had not seen them all so it was like a thing it was 110 it was a hundred 10 it was a hundred is ever look up the weather in Vegas oh in the desert it was a hundred 10 yeah but you were in Vegas I was in Vegas visiting cutie's family that's why I messaged him I was like what the fuck right now I'm sitting at my computer right now I'm sitting at my computer I don't care shut up I watched that one too shut up it was a little dry that's why you were so responsive oh I got so happy yeah he didn't yeah I was just because I wasn't working yes I wasn't working so I was responding all it gets bored
Starting point is 00:06:07 I'm not bored. You message me like you're out of reels. It's funny that I just have free time. He scrolls so many reels. He starts checking. If you scroll long enough on YouTube shorts, it goes to my Dio. Look, and it's something I need from you. To your credit, I was so bored and I didn't want to scroll, so I went through my email.
Starting point is 00:06:28 Oh, my God. Just scraping the resin. You coughed to it. Did you use the Apple email or did you open the Gmail app? No, no, I have that. I don't use the Apple. map. You don't use the Apple email. You, something's wrong. I, I, I, I,
Starting point is 00:06:41 gross. Something might be wrong. It puts all my emails in one place. Even then on Google ones. Dude, the only time I open it is when I hit the mail button and it opens it up for me. And I find my shitty I cloud email I've never used in my life. I think that's part of it. You get to see this like this, this ruined capital of all like your life 15 years ago. And you're like, I don't want to look at that. Like there's like spam emails from fucking t-shirt websites that don't exist anymore. Yeah, dick pills. Uh, yeah. It's a scary graveyard. I like those shoes. How long did you get them? How long did I get them? How long did you get them? I've had this forever. Really? He has had them for a lot. What was the last time you got
Starting point is 00:07:19 cleaned? Come on. Dirty? No, I'm just saying I got hit with this exact thing twice at the mall. Oh, I got a shoestiner. Yes, and both times I go, wow, um, like a year ago. And I didn't realize they were fucking sales pitching me. Wait, so your shoe, you got your shoes cleaned a year ago? No, no. He's like, what he was, he actually, he asked when, when did you get him? Oh, okay. And I was the first question.
Starting point is 00:07:44 And I was like, I was like a year ago. And then, and then he's like, he's like, they don't look, they don't look new. Like, they could use a little buff. Wow. I always fucking got fucking got. And then I got indignant about it. Is it getting got if this is, this has happened to me. Did you do it?
Starting point is 00:07:59 Yeah, I, he, he washed, he washed the shoe with the product that he was selling. And then I bought the product. and then I use it. You use a product? Yeah. I'm just such an ancient thing. Do you also join the Mormon church? Are we going to Shen Yun after this or what?
Starting point is 00:08:17 I mean, yeah, with clean shoes. We're going to look great. I don't like the shoe shine thing. Like I think in Burbank Airport, there's like a shoe shine platform. They shouldn't be at the airport. It just reminds me of like slaves. Like it's weird. Like, you know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:08:32 Like, there's a human being like cleaning the bottom of your. your feet for money. I think they should be over there. I think you just don't like being faced with it, but like you're okay with DoorDash as a concept. Whoa. Yeah, because it's out of sight,
Starting point is 00:08:45 out of mind. Yes, exactly. It's absurd. If I don't, if I don't have to look at it. No, I think it's then. No, no,
Starting point is 00:08:51 it's entirely, it's entirely the form that it takes while it happens. You have to sit on a high throne. Sure. That's like a leather, reclining, comfy seat with a cup holder
Starting point is 00:09:01 and then they're below you. Yeah, and they're like looking up like this. That's kind of what for a bust. If like, if DoorDash instead was a guy coming out of like a little
Starting point is 00:09:12 latch in the ground, like, here you go, here's your burger. And I'm like, shut up. And I'm like, you know, step on his fingers.
Starting point is 00:09:19 And then I snatch the burgers from him and I say, the old set in the attic, like the only way you can receive DoorDash is if someone comes up through a hole like that. That's the only way you can get it. They move the big square
Starting point is 00:09:32 and they hand you it. So, yeah, it's the physicality of a shoe shine. It's also the idea, we don't really need shoe shines. I don't know. If your shoes are dirty, like, I don't know. It's weird.
Starting point is 00:09:42 I feel like it's supposed to be reserved. Why, it's funny to me that Aden did it is because I feel like it's preserved for business people. Like they have their leather dress shoes on. Yes. And they get scuffed. Especially walking at the airport. It's like, oh, let me buff out that, whatever. That's what clean, easy thing to clean.
Starting point is 00:09:55 My red bono is red. And he wears the nameless ones. This guy, this guy was. The brandless ones. And he's like, yeah, you want to clean these shoes for me or essentially Amazon fodder? He was extremely careful. charismatic and he was like let me hello you know your white sneakies are looking a little they're looking a little dirty sure what if I show you how easy it is to clean them real quick wow right cleans free
Starting point is 00:10:17 does the clean and I'm like fucking that worked great that seemed easy let me buy that and then I can wash the shoe what was the last time you used it yourself at home probably like six weeks ago that's kind of recent I saw that well when did you meet the guy uh what like when did that interaction Like two and a half years ago? Oh, wow. That's amazing. Yeah. That's amazing.
Starting point is 00:10:39 Because if you were going to say 10 weeks ago you saw the guy, yeah. Then it would be bad. No, it was like over two years ago. Wow. So it's that easy to have an influence in your simple mind and your simple life. I think it was like a very, it's like, oh my God,
Starting point is 00:10:51 this is an easy solution to a real problem I have and it's not that expensive. You would have gotten one shot to buy infomercials, bro. Oh my God. They would have fucked you. You would have silicon baking mats like all over here. Do you buy Instagram ads? No, I don't browse Instagram. Oh, I guess he doesn't.
Starting point is 00:11:06 So only physical marketing can work on him. Billboard's what's go crazy. I actually think that you don't entrap him with the digital marketing ad. I think you need a physical interaction. Yeah. I think the novelty of meeting a person for him is enough to be like, yeah, I'll give you money.
Starting point is 00:11:20 Part of it was how nice and charming he was, for sure. Well, it's sales. It's sales, yeah. It's charmed. It's B to C sales. I would rather pay a guy not to shine shoes. I would be like, like, you want to shine his shoes? No, man, here's some money.
Starting point is 00:11:34 I got it on me I got it on my I think It was weird My mind is moving against me Because earlier this week I had a dream And it was like
Starting point is 00:11:46 It was like an infomercial In my head I had a dream about Wizards of the Coast Star Wars miniatures Which they discontinued in 2010 Very rare And I used to collect them
Starting point is 00:11:57 When I was a kid Like in I think I had to be in like Fifth grade What did they have? Did they have like characters? Yeah It's like fully painted Star Wars, like figurines that you play like a game with. Okay.
Starting point is 00:12:09 And, uh... They have chewy. They definitely got chewy. They have... They have chewy. They have one chewy like this. Oh, they have one chew like this. Oh, did you go?
Starting point is 00:12:22 Wow! Yeah, these. Wow. So they are... Dude looks fucked up. And they're... These might be the new ones, actually. Which I realized once I looked it up the next day.
Starting point is 00:12:32 But I had such a strong. inclination of my dream to like reclaim these miniatures and buy them that I've been browsing and purchasing this week. You've been doing it. Yeah, this is the Neurolink. You literally got like Neurolink and this is how ads will work in like 10 years. I think so. They infiltrated well Elon, Elon put Star Wars back into my brain and I'm buying it on eBay. What marketing works on you guys? Marketing. He's weak to physical man in dream. I will say my candy ads. What are you talking about? Yeah, more. than once I've been shown a candy ad and been like, yeah, I want to try that. I've bought it
Starting point is 00:13:08 online. Can I ask what a candy ad is? Like, what does it look like? Um, it's not twigs. It's like a rare candy, right? Um, yeah, no, I'm not buying like Skittles. Yes. Instagram. But like, you get like an Instagram ad and it's just like, you know, this is fucked up sour. You remember? Do you remember there was this era Nick had in the old house where he, you brought in these like blue sour strips. Yeah, they're everywhere now. They're so good. I found them on Instagram and we all tried one. Yeah, I have seen sour candy ads on hindsight
Starting point is 00:13:40 but I don't get them a lot. And there's that once, I think I told you, I told you, this is probably on the show, but there was that one time I ordered sour candy and it wasn't very sour, but they marketed it as like super legitness sour. And I left a review.
Starting point is 00:13:53 Right. That's an angry review on the website because I noticed all the reviews get posted like their website front page. I left like a scathing review. Not misleading shit. Extremely misleading. Dude, did you guys see?
Starting point is 00:14:04 in the break room on the counter they're creatine gummies but they're called cunnies. Yes. I bought these. Can I have some cunnies? Dude. They're cuddies and they do low-key look if you're fucking going
Starting point is 00:14:18 quickly like cummies. It's such a dirty, dirty little word. It's an influencer made creatine gummy. Oh, God. What influencer? Trend twins? It's not a huge one. I don't remember their name. Oh, that's what? Because you were trying out a YouTuber products. Yeah, I was trying out YouTube products.
Starting point is 00:14:33 I was like, why do we have that unwell drink that is named terribly because I was trying YouTube a product it's called unwell yeah yeah it's like a drink just called like gross shit and Red Bull and Red Bull's better yeah Red Bull's better because it doesn't say gross
Starting point is 00:14:48 shit poop poop drink and it's like drink my poop drink it's ironic we get the new shipment six months from now it's some red Bull's poop zero just poop zero would be sick it's a brown crush your I prefer the poop sugar I get a full sugar poop
Starting point is 00:15:03 I had a Coke Zero for the first time How did you feel? It's a lot better than diet. I get the Coke Zia. Because the Diet Coke phrase, or not phase, what's the word I'm looking for? The craze,
Starting point is 00:15:15 I don't understand. I think it tastes pretty bad. Dude, Coke Zero, that stuff's delicious. I get the Diet Coke ads. I find them embarrassing. What do you mean?
Starting point is 00:15:24 Let me get a fridge cigarette. It's a shirt for every fucking person. Yeah. Those are Diet Coke ads? Yeah, yeah. It'll basically just be Diet Coke merch. And it's like, Let me get a fridge cigarette and then it shows a fridge full of Diet Coke.
Starting point is 00:15:36 This can't be an actual Coke campaign. No, no, no. This is like shirts that go hard. I see it. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. But the fact that it exists, the craze is to, they're lying to themselves. Yeah. It's how you feel about One Piece fans.
Starting point is 00:15:52 I feel it about Diet Coke fans. I don't feel, no, no, no, do not do this to me. Do not put me in this horrible reading again. I don't think about One Piece fans. I feel a strong urge to come to Slime. defense right now. You just said something so ridiculous. What did I say that's ridiculous? That one, that one piece is, the one piece fans are the same as the Diet Coke fans. Yeah, his interpretation of one piece fans. I'll fight with you. I'll fight with you. They are similar.
Starting point is 00:16:17 Yeah, they are. I'm saying the way, because one piece fans think One Piece is amazing and it is. and other people are like just no way it's that great. The value proposition, the value proposition of Diet Coke is so simple and positive and straightforward, I feel like. But, and, and the first 100 episodes of One Piece are terrible. They, they're not terrible. Or a long Park isn't terrible. You just don't like art. I like what you like. I like what you like. Yeah, I like when... How are the first hundred terrible? I like listening to Usap wine for 15 episodes. It was awesome. It was awesome. The voice actor, I love the... He somehow hit an octave higher than my voice. Surab Village is a good arc. And also, are you watching dubbed or subbed? Are you watching dubbed or subbed?
Starting point is 00:16:58 I watched Subbed. So what's what's wrong with the range? I, Usop. I, who's up? I, who'sop. voice sounds like if you put my hand through the meat cleaver at Jimmy John. Wow. Usop Rock. Wow. Did you even watch a first 100? Why the first hundred back? Sorry, I watched it. I lied. I exaggerated. I watched the first 85 episodes. That 806 is where it really picks up. And said, you know what? I really enjoyed the first 250 chapters of the manga, but the anime is not for me. I'm in an educated decision. Why didn't you like Arlong Park? Because the pacing of the show is bad. It is a bad television show. Bam, bam, bam, bam.
Starting point is 00:17:35 What's that? Then he puts a hat on Nami. It's fucking annoying. And in the manga, I just go, flip, flip. Well, yeah, this is, this is. Is it ethical goons? Real question. Is it ethical goons to watch something like One Piece on 1.5x or faster?
Starting point is 00:17:53 Whoa. Because we thought, we talk about this a lot where it is ethical goons, where it's not. I think first watched, the answer is no. Well, they developed. They developed. I think it would be yes because they literally developed OnePace, which cuts out. One Pace solves this, but what if you watch those One Pace selected episodes? 1.5, now you're getting greedy.
Starting point is 00:18:12 You think so? Yeah, I think you're getting greedy. Okay. If you're watching OG 1.5, I'm like, okay. If you're watching One Pace 1.5, it's like, relax. You already cut the corner. You don't have to fucking recut it. Rapid Fire, ignorant anime questions.
Starting point is 00:18:24 Was the manga just as long? The manga is, what do you mean? It's still going. Don't say was. Oh, is it? Oh, it's still going alongside the animated show. Yes, it's ahead. The manga leads the charge.
Starting point is 00:18:35 Oh, usually how the case is. Whoa. I thought it was like one was made a long, long time ago and one is developed actively. The issue is that the amount. Oh, my goodness. It's crazy, bro. 111,189 chapters. But the volumes, the books are the volumes, right?
Starting point is 00:18:52 So it's 115 books themselves, like physical. Yeah, yeah, yeah. The issue, Nick, is that they're not consistent with the amount of pages. that they use from the manga, like in translation to the amount of like frames or like minutes that they The manga is not a storyboard. There's more.
Starting point is 00:19:08 The manga is not coming out fast enough to make the show paste well because they've been... No, that's not right. That's true. It's not right. Because we have to wait 20 seconds for Luffy. We look at Luffy
Starting point is 00:19:21 and look at the backside of Luffy's arm and Arlong standing in a park for about 15 minutes longer than we need to. This existed in the first 100 episodes and there was a lot of, lot of manga then and they caught up but it's just uh oh it's crazy so the tv guys were bad at their job well i think most i think most agree that toy animation hasn't done an amazing job which is why there's a map of remake to begin to begin with i'm actually excited about that and i i genuinely hope that you lose
Starting point is 00:19:47 vision before it comes out like it goes blind to like from a disease yes or like an accident yes he would be insufferable as a blind person yeah it would be pretty get some sort of sonar device that's loud for everyone else yeah and then he would be he would be insufferable as a blind person yeah And then he would just sit there with it on. TTS on his computer, but it's on a speaker. Yeah, it would be on a speaker. Yeah. You would make me not feel sympathy for you.
Starting point is 00:20:11 I would start standing down all the fucking bumps we have to installed in the office so you don't know where you are. What, I'm fucking blind. I'm blind. I need the sonar. Oh my God, your girlfriend would come in. She'd be rolling her eyes and you wouldn't be able to tell. Yeah. In the office.
Starting point is 00:20:24 She barely knows when his eyes are open. You know what? You know what? That bitch. Whoa. What did you do, bro? What'd she do, bro? She threw me under the butt.
Starting point is 00:20:32 You know what I found out last week? What did that bitch do? You know what I fucking found out? Yeah, you know what? This is fun. What's the love of your life do? You're going to think that. You're going to think that for real.
Starting point is 00:20:39 Because you know what happened? You know what I found out? What, dude? It wasn't me who left the door open when Ders got lost that time. It wasn't me. She listened to last week's episode. And you know what she tells me? And she's like, I think I'm pretty sure that was me.
Starting point is 00:20:56 What? It was like a whole thing after. And, and I was like, you know what? That makes sense. Because I had so much fucking autism about closing that door when I left the house that I would drive halfway through a neighborhood, be like,
Starting point is 00:21:10 did I lock the door? And then drive back and then make sure the door was closed. And I was like, I just don't think it's something I would do. And then she listens to the episode. And she's like, I think that was me. You Loki brought her in the house though. That bitch. You are responsible for the guests that you bring
Starting point is 00:21:26 ultimately, which is true, which is true. But still, and she hates animals she didn't take the fall either no because we didn't know well she's taking the fall right now but she's also this like abstract antagonistic force
Starting point is 00:21:41 to everyone else while Aiden is right here and I think the statute of limitations is past not for Aiden though but like for the crime like we can't be mad at all but like we like shit on Aiden we literally shit on him so the statute of limitations exist sometimes well I think I think the rule
Starting point is 00:21:56 the rule holds I'm ultimately accountable for my guess Look. Yeah. Look who you almost killed. I know that little, but I love that little guy too. Dude, he's evil as fuck.
Starting point is 00:22:05 I love that low guy. I don't hear some shit. He's not evil. He literally hissed at me the other day. What are we doing? You know what I'm about to do? I got scratched. It's gone now.
Starting point is 00:22:13 Yeah, because it wasn't that bad. No, it was gaping. I had to get stitches. It wasn't gaping you to not. Have you ever gotten stitches ever one time ever? I have. For what? When I,
Starting point is 00:22:21 when I, you know, on my front tooth fake? Yeah. That's because I broke out the escapework. But you, how you don't stitch a tooth, though. My tooth, when that shattered it went through here. Went through his lip.
Starting point is 00:22:31 And all this pulled open and I got, that's why I have a line. You should have a stick-ass deal. I think I think I'm having a Christian, no? Piercing. What? I think Christian is playing fucking street hockey one time and smash his whole fucking row of teeth. Chomp right through his mouth. You do Christian dirty on those damn streamer you picks, bro. You keep taking pictures from the back
Starting point is 00:22:47 of his head. He's balding. Dude, I I, I honest to God think you obsess over this. I don't obsess over it. I'm just seeing a balding man who has to deal with that. You think of men's hair so much more. than I think most people. No, I just think of when I see a balding pattern, I like to attack it.
Starting point is 00:23:03 Yes. Feels good to do. Yes. I don't even do this anymore. Huh? I don't do this. I don't look at it. I just,
Starting point is 00:23:10 when I see it, I always comment on it. Like, I look at Nick's hair. I don't care about Nick's hair. And yours. Right? This is the point. But to say that I'm obsessed with hair in general,
Starting point is 00:23:23 I think is a misnomer. You're obsessed with the bald. You're obsessed with balding hair. balding hair. And I'm obsessed with noticing the pattern. And I think you're also obsessed with keeping it hidden or having them go bald and join your clan. I'm obsessed with them at least knowing what's going on. But I don't want, here's the thing.
Starting point is 00:23:42 I don't want Christian to walk through life like an asshole thinking it's all good. I want him to know on the back of his head, which is the most solvable part of the whole puzzle, the back of the head. That's a good one. You can fix this if you want. But if he doesn't know, it's childish. Do you think he doesn't know? I don't know. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:24:02 Can you want me to ask him? Sure, go ahead and ask him. It seems like you want to ask him. He's, he did it. Dude, he did the gibbon run. His arms went like a gibbon. He's like, he's like, I like how he's like, do you want me to tell him? Like, brother, you want to.
Starting point is 00:24:18 He's like one of those guys going around helping like homeless drug addicts with Narcan. Yeah. But he like has like finasteride. Oh God, you're balding. your body, hold on, I got this. I'm doing community service. He's laughing in there. The interaction is going swell.
Starting point is 00:24:34 Getting a haircut. Does he know? Does he know? Because slime acts like it's a booger on your face that they can't tell us there. Um, no, he acts like, he acts like it's a swastika tattoo.
Starting point is 00:24:50 You should get covered. That's being covered by a dog's made. It's more like your hair is in the shape of a swastika. And you don't know what that is. So I go up to Christian. This is heaven just now. Yeah. Like I'm out of breath.
Starting point is 00:25:03 It's because they sprang up. Yeah. He's literally four feet away. Yeah, very close. And I'm like, Christian, do you know that you're going bald on the back of your head? He turns around and smile. I've never seated. Sort of like a coy, like, give me a sec.
Starting point is 00:25:15 Yeah. And he says, it's just my haircut. And I said. And so I have my hat on. And I take it off. And I say, I. I say hat in hand. And he's interrupts me again.
Starting point is 00:25:28 He's like, I saw the picture you put or I saw the tweet that you replied to. And my hair looks like shit. Let me get a haircut. Let me prove that it's not that. And you know what I said? Okay. Yeah. That's okay.
Starting point is 00:25:44 Let's see the haircut. I'm not trying to force this issue. But once he gets the haircut, then we can go from there and be like, well, we have the haircut now. Maybe we'll look at the physicality of this hair. Right. and how it's maybe thin and not growing as strong as the rest of your head, which looks great. You look great.
Starting point is 00:26:01 Jack fuck chisel, abs chiseling. He's chiseled. And so. All that testosterone occurs. I think I just proved myself correct that he doesn't know. He's in code. He's in denial. Which is totally fine.
Starting point is 00:26:13 I'm here to tell you, do you want to get on that? I know the solution. And that's your man's. So you're up with him. You know what? You're actually a fucking, and I take back everything I said, you're actually a public servant. Thank you.
Starting point is 00:26:24 Who is, who is, being aggressive and mean. In the same way I was to my students, like, you're like, you're like, you should fucking fix it now. I just want you to be aware of the problems that you have. I don't mind this. You don't have a bad YouTube channel. I don't mind this. Let's fix this channel.
Starting point is 00:26:38 Now I understand you. But you are me for bald. It's been a long time. I've been this way for a long time. Fuck yes. It really locked in. That's what respect does. I understand what he does now. You can't say it, by the way. They what?
Starting point is 00:26:51 You joined in. I can't say bald? He said he was talking about. about how he's gonna find out. You said he's gonna find out because that's not a haircut. You can't say that. Why not?
Starting point is 00:27:00 Because I... It's pushed, just punching down. But we're both sides of the spectrum, you know? In his ideal world, he'd turn into me. Yeah. So I have to be around
Starting point is 00:27:11 to be like, look what could happen. You have to exist as a sort of, yes, some sort of example. Yeah, but like you don't speak. Yeah, but yeah, no speaking role. Like I bring a Mr. Beast's channel, but Mr. Beast doesn't get to fucking chime in.
Starting point is 00:27:24 Is this? Nick Christian? Kind of like that. Are you going to address the allegations? One of the allegations. You've been taking voice lessons? I have not been taking voice lessons. People have been investigating this.
Starting point is 00:27:33 It just became shockingly good. It didn't take voice lessons. You can just admit. I didn't. You can just say it. That's disgust to me, man, because I pop out, I pop out with something I don't even realize.
Starting point is 00:27:45 I'm literally Kyle in the laundry room, right? Yeah. I don't even realize I sound good. It was just expressing myself. Yeah. And you guys are like, Kyle, it's amazing. Yeah. And I'm meant to work.
Starting point is 00:27:54 what, feel bad about it now because I'm secretly taking lessons. It's just we would just want to know. How it suddenly became that way. Because it wasn't always this way. Yeah. Because you've expressed yourself in the past. Yeah. Because you know, it's like how you, it's like,
Starting point is 00:28:07 what? I don't know, I don't think it's that like good. No. It sounds good. Sounds great. Nick's amazing. I was shocked. Dick Kyle, it's amazing.
Starting point is 00:28:18 No, I've not been taking lessons. That's a really funny gag. I wish I thought of that. And I wish I had done that. But I didn't do it. that. Okay. All right. I just wanted the allegations address. I think I you know what it is. I think I I think I found my range. Ooh, that's actually like ford as an example, right, like rockathon. I wouldn't say I was, it's a lot more vulnerable to like really try to sing in front
Starting point is 00:28:40 of an audience that. Right. Right. So you're kind of more like the way you play rock band with your friends singing where you're kind of just like yelling. I sing like I'm part of the band simple plan. Yeah. That's my cop out. Yeah. So I don't have to genuinely try. Because it's like You add a tinge of funny to it. Yes. So, like, as a shield to your ego. I'm not bad at this thing or that I'm not coming off. It's like cringe.
Starting point is 00:29:00 But in private with my friends, a little high effort, little vocal run. Rock band, but we're trying really hard. Please be nice in the comments. And we get mad at each other if the score is low. Rock band, but we can't progress to the next song unless we get a 90. Also, singing well in rock band does not help. That's a part of it's a different skill. The singing is the worst part of rock band for sure.
Starting point is 00:29:21 Because you don't, I don't know what the word is in music, but like, you don't have to be at the right pitch, I think. You feel like you almost have to be in the right volume. Yeah, it's kind of like a volume thing. Like the louder you are, it'll always max out. You can't go really loud and have it be low. Right. Yeah. I mean, I was playing guitar and singing in the rock band thing and the songs I really liked.
Starting point is 00:29:43 And that was the most fun in the world. And I didn't even need to look at the thing. I think I got a bad score on it. Did you see? How about your allegations? Oh. Yeah. The allegations with the cows.
Starting point is 00:29:53 And they're coming from me. Because he went to his fucking his fuck-ass F-slur, which is his group of friends, not a person, you know? First time guy listened to this podcast. First time ever. You know, eight and one-on-one.
Starting point is 00:30:07 You went to your fuck-ass other body friends. We did our weekly. And you were like, you guys want to play the entire track list of rock band dressed up? Yeah. What? He did that? He said that to them.
Starting point is 00:30:19 Man, that's wonderful. I didn't. First off, I didn't have dressed up. I did say the entirety of rock band. We've talked about doing a second one. You said dressed up. It's been shot down. Do I?
Starting point is 00:30:28 Yes. I don't think I did. What if you did? What will you do for me? On God, what I would do? If you showed me evidence right now, I would go, eh. Okay, let's talk about it. Let's not find it then.
Starting point is 00:30:40 Yeah. Let's sit in the universe where we disagree. But can we come fine with that? But I know you said it. I didn't say it, but moving on. Right. We talked about doing another rock band. We did.
Starting point is 00:30:51 The consensus was no. No, that's not true. We just got lazy and never did it. No, no, no, no, we talked about doing another, because I think there was, uh, we talked about the, we, we disagreed on which charity. A year. There's desire after a year.
Starting point is 00:31:03 And, and then I, the consensus was like, oh, don't run into the ground. Like, is this magic in a bottle? We shouldn't. No, this conversation, it didn't happen like this. No, there was an idea that I think, I think maybe Mekong came up with that was fighting, fighting, fighting, fighting ice with fire.
Starting point is 00:31:19 Yeah. First we fought fire. Now we're fighting ice with fire. fire or something like that. Fighting ice. I don't know. It was the opposite of fire. There's an idea of like finding a good cause. While like ice was like the biggest thing we were talking about, we didn't do like an anti-ice.
Starting point is 00:31:31 They're still on my block by. They're still around kind of being rapists in the country. They can still be fought with fire. They can. Yes. We could still do it. But we're just lazy. I think really the issue is like the fire was like a cause that's happening right now. Right. We can be impactful with right now. Sure.
Starting point is 00:31:49 Whereas like and there are causes, but it's a little more nebulous. We have to like kind of pick one and like Because it's not gonna, You can't do a non-charity thing, but And then it becomes like a thing. It's like, dude, that'd be fun. It's like, what are we doing this year for AGDQ? And it's like, then there's this.
Starting point is 00:32:02 What about on insolment? Rock band for profit. Now we are taking. But we, instead of the game, like real instruments. We play real instruments for money. This could work. In front of a crowd. In front of a tour.
Starting point is 00:32:16 And we sell tickets. We sell. We go to different physical locations. So that way we get more. audience members who haven't seen it. Yeah. And then the songs that we play, we actually record versions of them that can be listened to any time on your device or your phone or your car.
Starting point is 00:32:31 Ideally, the notoriety of the music becomes so large that we are more known for that than maybe the other things we may have done before it? I mean, I don't know if I want that. There's a lead singer like this. What's Ludwig then? I'm lead singer? I mean, it's...
Starting point is 00:32:48 You guys have like a sing-off and we figure it out. But someone's got to be it. What am I doing? I'm beating my dick. I don't know. Can I be the singing bassist? You know what a band I have the singing bassist sometimes? I think Rose Hill Drive did that because they were a three piece and you had to do that.
Starting point is 00:33:03 But we're a four piece. No, some bands do it. And they have like a full. They're singing drummers. Is it a Treu? What band is a singing drummer? Dave Grohl's done singing drumming. It's possible.
Starting point is 00:33:12 Singing drummers exist. They're not very common for some reason. Everest did singing drumming? They do the background vocals, I feel like a lot. Phil Collins is great at it. Um, Ludd, I have a question for you. Yeah. You just did a secret face.
Starting point is 00:33:26 Archie will have to cut to it just for a moment while you do it. You did your face when you like lose the easiest valent around of all time and you really needed to win it. Yeah. What happened on your phone? What did you see? It must be streamer games related. It has to be. It must be someone trying to drop out or someone did drop out.
Starting point is 00:33:39 And they are from France. Yes. Oh! I'd like to solve. Sherlock Holmes. You've nailed it. Wow. Does that mean?
Starting point is 00:33:50 Finally, but the chaos. I can take a place and scum of games. Oh, please, bro, please. Let me do this. Let him do it, bro. I just want to be respectful to my country force. And you can punish all of France with this, right? Because you can be like, look what happens when you do.
Starting point is 00:34:03 We make fun of your country. We don't come to the event. Gentlemen, it is me. It is me. Well, I am here for this. I'm a sexual game. I don't. Please, bro.
Starting point is 00:34:13 Do you, why don't you, you haven't said anything? Well, I, uh, I, I, I, fuck. I am bad. You know, that's fine. You have a solution right here. I speak on my mouth because I am excited. I can't. I can't in good conscience.
Starting point is 00:34:30 Yes, you can. Now you can, in good conscience. You got bailout. Add slime. Why not? On the French. Why not?
Starting point is 00:34:36 Because I think it would make the experience for the other French players who haven't bailed worse. Let me tell you. Let me ask you a question. Do I not have a stellar pristine record of meeting people and forging connections with them
Starting point is 00:34:52 and having them walk away being like, I like that guy. I agree with you, this is true, but there's one big issue here is that they're going to be speaking French. I can speak French? Can we? Okay, you enjoy what?
Starting point is 00:35:07 Because he's for partage the game, and more, it's for two games solo. I like to be more to be... Two or one, something on his career. Well, two days. Yeah, I can do it. it for two days. What?
Starting point is 00:35:23 Can you tell me right here right now that you won't have me as a French man and just break my heart and break it for good? I think just tell him what do you mean
Starting point is 00:35:30 break it for good? There's never a chance to begin with. There's never a chance. No, that's not true. Yes. Zero. Zero.
Starting point is 00:35:37 I would say in the past two weeks, in the past two weeks, you've kind of been warm to it on the show. Have I? Yeah. You've been warm to have a consideration.
Starting point is 00:35:46 You didn't say any words that indicated you support it. I'll give you that. Hey, you turned down fucking Sanchovies, bro, and he's fluent in French. Yes, because the goal was to have people who are, you know, French. What culturally French? But when you said, he said, he can't do it. Why?
Starting point is 00:36:00 Because they speak French. That's what your reason. Also, they probably speak a little English. They do speak a little English. I speak a little France. We can do this. With girls. I think it's their accent. So you've got to find up a replacement. If you can translate this phrase, okay, I can get you.
Starting point is 00:36:17 In real time? Yes. Right now? Yes. And it's going to be three words. Okay. It'll be easy. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:36:23 I'll give it you again. I'll give it you again. I don't know what. My... My... My coffee's cold. Is it your white? That's life.
Starting point is 00:36:39 Okay, it's I run fast. Oh, it's I. Yeah. Not mine. The worst thing, I'm a pill. Well, it's a core. Cor is a cognate. Coor.
Starting point is 00:36:50 is run in Spanish. See, this is easy. You didn't get there. I can learn, I can say. You weren't close. What's your name? Menombre is slange. Oh my God.
Starting point is 00:37:04 Are you, Gourvite? Are you done being Professor L? Yeah, I'm done. Yeah, I'm trying. It's all wrapped. Well, actually, I did get a few interesting offers
Starting point is 00:37:12 from different professors. What? Real professors, huh? Yeah, real professors are trying to get me to become guest lectures. Dude, someone in the art Discord said,
Starting point is 00:37:20 Cal Poly Pomona, My own mater, they are doing a podcast class. Oh, God. Wow. And I'm like, I gotta be gone
Starting point is 00:37:27 to your alumni, right? I mean, yeah. It's like, wait, if they call you up, you go, surely.
Starting point is 00:37:34 Of course, I would have to do that. That would be awesome. I don't, looking at the curriculum, and I don't know they'd want me. I'll check out the class
Starting point is 00:37:43 I don't do they'd want me. Man, those classes like that are meant to pump out like the, you know, the ice coffee hours of the world.
Starting point is 00:37:49 I don't think, I don't even think you're meant to do that. I think they're meant to pump out like managers of creators or podcasters or like sales associates. The teacher looks good. Okay, well, we don't have to comment on their looks. What are you talking about? It looks like a like a good class.
Starting point is 00:38:05 Yeah. I just don't think it would be a good fit for me. Whatever, dude. You have been, you did your little seminar on Tuesday. Is it, is it? His face, bro. What happened?
Starting point is 00:38:19 What is happened? It looks like you're looking at gore videos. What is happening? This looks bad. Yeah, it does look really bad. This is so much longer than last time. Your pained expression. What happened?
Starting point is 00:38:29 Tell the class. Come on, kiddo. It's kind of nice to seem like this. Because this is how I feel. It's agonizing for him, and I love it. I take pleasure. Because for once. I think he doesn't, you know, I feel like you don't get stressed like this very often.
Starting point is 00:38:44 Yeah, but dude, like this is the worst part of my job bar none. What happened? I just have people dropping And like now Like just Just like flies Like flies in So what?
Starting point is 00:38:58 Miser friends people? What is this? Will you punish them in your Ludwig way? Yeah Dude it's just like Is it Revealed?
Starting point is 00:39:11 I'm not gonna reveal Because that's not my style I'll punish them in my Ludwig way You're probably gonna go live Which team? Talk about them honestly But you someone else's
Starting point is 00:39:19 name that we do know. But then they're just going to see who dropped. I look ultimately, okay, there's a Marcus Aurelius quote for this. Oh, okay. Please. Zipper pull it up. Spell the alphabet. Zippur pull it up. What do you say?
Starting point is 00:39:35 Zippoor pull of the Marcus Aurelius quote for me. The one. Okay, wait. It's about fools. Do you want to share with the class or do you want us to carry up? I got no fucking clue what it is off top. You got a cover for me for a moment. Okay. Well, when uh
Starting point is 00:39:56 oh you actually were looking for it because other people are fools must you be so too these not these foolish are those who have no I don't know how foolish is it then to puff yourself up with pride
Starting point is 00:40:07 or berate yourself with worry foolish gamer is live any why do you say that I don't like I never liked how his name was foolish gamers because it's plural
Starting point is 00:40:20 he's one man well I kind of like that was there a plan to be a group maybe and he just couldn't get anyone in. Yeah, it was going to be John Tron. And then they just whole thing fell apart. He said that shit about
Starting point is 00:40:31 immigrants and wasn't really good. And Noah wouldn't stand for it. So he went solo, but kept the bar. Is that foolish's name? Yeah. I didn't know that. Wait, that's public, right? I don't know.
Starting point is 00:40:43 I don't know his name. He should get a top knot. What do you think? Yeah, 100%. He'd look awesome. Can we all vote on this? It might be a bit. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:40:49 It might be a bit. Ja. He should get as big as big as. Sam Sulek. Yes. Oh, he would look good. He would look good. He would look good if he got that big.
Starting point is 00:40:59 And we'll get some acutane pumping through his blood. Mm-hmm. Make the counteract. No, he doesn't have acting now, but he will if he gets on everything that Sam Suu looks on. A top knot, about 110 pounds of muscle. A sword. A sword.
Starting point is 00:41:12 A samurai sword. He'd look great. He'd look great. We can really whip this kid in the shape, make him do something with his damn life for once. I was at the coffee shop the other day, and it's embarrassing to say. but I needed upies
Starting point is 00:41:25 You needed upies? Yeah From the barista? I needed upies There was a man in the coffee shop line Who was very large And I needed upies And I asked him
Starting point is 00:41:35 And then he said Well do you have cash up And he's guy always wants Fucking cash in his hand Well no he asks He's like do you have cash up And I was like no I don't have cash up You didn't have it?
Starting point is 00:41:45 You didn't have it And I didn't get upies I didn't I go to the same coffee shop as you did And he asked me for cash And I taught him what cash up was Because I didn't have it So I see what happened here
Starting point is 00:41:55 But it was so easy This makes so much sense Because I've been trying to make some extra money on the side Yeah I've been going to coffee shops Offering upies And I don't accept cash app I don't accept cash app
Starting point is 00:42:05 Because I didn't know why that was an option And nobody has cash anymore Yeah, when he said it as an option I said that is such a simple, easy way to do things I don't know how to do it still And he was like I don't want to use that Because I like using my card Yeah, I got to explain to him
Starting point is 00:42:17 That there's a cash app card plus security And with cash app if you spend over $500 a month You get higher borrow limits cashback offers offers an overdraft protection and I've been buying about three, four thousand dollars worth of upies every time I'm in the shop. I can, Christ, that's really good for my business. Dude, are you getting, is that a lot? Is this like, is, are you getting like three to four bespoke uppies?
Starting point is 00:42:38 No, it's really expensive. It's about one upy a trip. That you're, one four thousand dollar out of the register. I just need up use to see over the car. I think you're overpaying for upees, but that's a different conversation. I'm paying at most you 35. Cash app is a financial service. services platform, not a bank. Banking services provided by
Starting point is 00:42:57 Cashap's bank partners. Prepaid debit cards issued by Sutton Bank. Member FDIC, Cashap Visa, debit flex cards issued by Sutton Bank. Member FDIC and the Bank Bank, N.A. Pursuant to a license from Visa USA, Inc. See terms and conditions for the
Starting point is 00:43:16 Sutton Free Bank Card. Sutton debit Flex Card and Bank Court debit debit flex card. Cash App Green features savings direct deposit roundups overdraft coverage and discounts provided by cash app a block ink brand visit cash dot app
Starting point is 00:43:32 slash legal slash podcast for full disclosures. I think it's a good price for upies I think you should keep paying it and I tell me where you get your coffee and I'll tell you guys at home that the new cash shop customers can earn $10 if they use code cash app 10 in their profile out sign up and send $5 to a friend within 14 days. Oh you should do that
Starting point is 00:43:51 and send me $5 and then I can go get a like maybe like one 50th of an upbeat. Like barely any other. Like maybe it just what's the name of the coffee place? Cause I want to go. It's called the big counter. You ever seen those those videos about how like in video games characters will unsheat their sword off their back.
Starting point is 00:44:11 But this isn't like physically possible. What do you mean? Like there's tons of video games where like a character has their sheath on their back like link for example. And then the animation is they unsheat it like this. But the animation always click. clips through the sheath because your arm is not longer than the length of the sword leaving the sheath. So they always cheat it.
Starting point is 00:44:31 So like in video games, they'll either have it clip out and you just, whatever, I just don't notice it. Or they'll change the animation to where the character like, like, just materializes it in their hand instead. Sure. Skip the physical impossibility of this. Because if you actually have a sword is here. Well, with Cloud Sword from Final Fantasy 7. Yeah, look. Can you read?
Starting point is 00:44:52 Go to the very beginning. It just fucking disappears inside of it. It just comes out of it. Wow. And this is like every game with a sword on the back. It's funny because it's not even like it goes up the sheath most of the way. It's just literally clipped straight out of it. People have like tested.
Starting point is 00:45:05 Like can you do it without like changing your body to like cheat or like throwing it or like whatever? You can't. So mean the swords long. In 5 Fantasy 7, so Cloud has that giant fucking sword on his back right? It's like as long as a man. Yeah, yeah. But in the in the original game there wasn't a graphical fidelity to like show how he has it on him. But in the newer gate, in the remakes, it's basically a big magnet.
Starting point is 00:45:27 He's got like this pad on his back on like the clothes he wears and it just goes, bink. Yeah, the thing I watched about this addressed that exactly. I'll like sometimes they'll get around having a sheath by just saying it just sticks to the back. Yeah. With nothing, it's funny because it's like, it's a sword as long as a guy. And it's also, like, I think we have a buster sword here that's smaller than the real buster sword. And it's like impossible. It's so big.
Starting point is 00:45:54 In this scenario, he would also have to be strong enough to rip it off the magnet. Yes, every time. And it also has to be strong enough to stay on his back when he's running and doing awesome things. You're a fellow gizmos and gadget guy, Aidan. You got a steam machine like I did. You've been playing it? No. Really?
Starting point is 00:46:11 You've been playing it? Not. Okay. I'm your bigger brother. I've used it for about 20 minutes. Uh-oh, our uncle's coming. I need a place to sleep. I'm going to be here for a couple weeks.
Starting point is 00:46:26 What do you guys? What do you kids do with your time nowadays? Uncle Tommy's here. I got my machine though. I got a little machine. Yeah. I got my little box. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:46:36 That's what I asked. I thought you meant the fucking deck. Did I say deck? Yeah. You didn't. I might have. I don't know. I have been confusing those recently and saying them, but I thought I said machine.
Starting point is 00:46:48 It doesn't matter. I meant have you been playing your machine? Oh. I mean, yeah, I've only had it for a week, but I have played my machine twice. Dude. I've had my machine for a week and a half. What do you play on it?
Starting point is 00:46:58 Overcooked? Resident Evil 2. Oh, okay. And I am getting over my fear of scary games. It's hard for me to play scary games, man. You have fear of scary games. You're so hard for me. You just play on stream.
Starting point is 00:47:09 That'd be hilarious, bro. I know, I'm a terrified little guy, though. I guess that's what people would want to watch. People watch me. We watch people to see emotions. Yeah. We should have you play in here and turn all the lights off. Every once in a while we like bang on the inside of the house.
Starting point is 00:47:23 I think I need the lights on when I buy it. I don't like it in the dark. It's not your therapy, bro. Is this scary? Resident Evil? Yeah. It's messed up, yes.
Starting point is 00:47:33 Look, I didn't think it was like scary like the way like scary games are scary. Zombies will jump out at you and then the hat man also come. Like Left for Dead 2 is not scary. I don't even really like playing Luigi's Mansion in the dark. You don't like Luigi's Mansion? I don't like playing Luigi's Mansion in the dark. That's hilarious.
Starting point is 00:47:50 because boo's are very cute. The, they come for you, dude. And when you're alone, and then Luigi goes, yeah. That's pretty good. I don't like it. Lefer dead two is scary. The first time I ever saw a witch, I was scared. Lefferedette 2 is not scared.
Starting point is 00:48:07 I was like, oh, she's so fucking horrifying. And she starts clawing your face in the sound. I think the problem with Lefford dead is that it's just, like, the first time you see a witch is scary. And then the second time, it's like, oh, I'm going to deal with a witch. now. And that's kind of like, but Resident Evil is like meant to be, you're in the dark, there's a flashlight,
Starting point is 00:48:25 the Hatman comes, you can't hurt the Hatman, which is kind of cool. That's the big stomping guy, right? I haven't even caught to him, yeah. Oh, he's fucked up because he'll just show up. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:48:34 That's the fun part of the game. Like, oh, the Hatman's down the hall. I'm fucking, this sucks for me. Yeah. Really cool. But, uh, it sounds like a six hour game. Bro, close your eyes.
Starting point is 00:48:44 Yeah, but you literally can't be scared. The zombie eat me. I'm with you. I don't play scary games. I will say, I, I, I, I, I, we tried the first night. Me and girlfriend played the game together and I give the controller to her because I just want to see.
Starting point is 00:48:58 I know the beginning of Resident Evil 2 is this like very straightforward scenario in like a gas station that introduces you to the controls. You encounter like two zombies and then you leave and then the actual game starts. But she's never played a game that isn't that is like controlled with sticks. like she like the like the like 3D space every aspect of like
Starting point is 00:49:21 controlling a 3D character in 3D space is like challenging for her right and I watch her fail the gas station run like five times in a row wow
Starting point is 00:49:32 like and for you to die at that stage in the game you need to get bitten by the zombie like six times you need to just not be touching your controller yeah and and so we're going to keep trying
Starting point is 00:49:43 and I'm kind of enamored by it Like, it's so interesting to watch the way she navigates the game. Is she mad? Is she mad? Is she getting mad when she fails? Yes. That's good. I mean she cares.
Starting point is 00:49:57 Oh, God. She gets stressed out. And then she, you know, she's got sweaty hands. She's got hyperhydrosis. So, think about Aiden's girlfriend. Bless her goddamn heart. She's really sweaty. Dude, that's probably why she couldn't close the door.
Starting point is 00:50:13 Yeah, it probably slipped through her fingers. She has a condition. Hyper hydrosis. We had a Big Bear, she's like, touch my hand. And I was like, okay. And it was like when SpongeBob walks. Yeah. Oh.
Starting point is 00:50:25 I was like, dude, sometimes she'll hold it up and it's like a pool. It's like when they do the zoom in in SpongeBob and you see like the detail and it looks like super moist and gross. I know you're like, I know people listening are like, what's the big deal with a sweaty hand? It's like, no, no, it's a really sweaty hand. It's like I think one time she did this in front of me and a drop came out. Yeah, she can squeeze something out. get dropped out of it. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:50:47 Like a David Blaine magic trick. She's like an ex-man with a power that doesn't really help saving the planet. She goes to sky high and gets a sign sidekick. Yes, yeah. She's like, you turn into a giddy big, I squeeze water out of my hands from nothing. That's cool.
Starting point is 00:51:04 Bless her damn heart. Well, I hope she learns how to play video games. And I hope that maybe I can be one day considered to be drafted for the nation of friends. Dude. Honestly. We don't know. With the text I just got.
Starting point is 00:51:18 Is it another person from Team France? A second French has hit the fucking DMs. Who even is going for Team France? That's a great fucking question. Bro, can you just put one person on blast? No, bro. Please, bro. Use your fucking fame for something awesome.
Starting point is 00:51:34 Because it's not their fault that they said the comms were bad, even though I sent on the Google form July 7th and all the comms are through email. If they just fill the form out, they would have gotten the email. to get the information, but they never filled out the form. Yesterday.
Starting point is 00:51:48 They never filled out the form. And then I bumped them, hit the form. They said, I'll fill out the form soon, but they never filled that out? And then they go, where's the info? And I go, well, where are you supposed to get the info from the form? The form. Oh, my God. Maybe I think, honestly, this is on you.
Starting point is 00:52:00 You should have been on the ball a little bit more. Yeah, probably right. Oh, oh. A notification, top of my notifications from Slack right now. This is before we started recording today. Liza, French team complete. All players. Oh my God.
Starting point is 00:52:16 Nope. Well, let's think of a solution right here right now. Okay, uh, French team wiped off the map. Who cares? And then... I would fucking unfucked sisters globally. I found it, by the way. I found it.
Starting point is 00:52:29 I found it. When you wake up in the morning... Feeling. Tell yourself the people I deal with today will be meddling. Ungrateful, arrogant, dishonest, jealous in surly. But they're like this because they can't tell good from evil. Wow. You wouldn't blame them no more than a dog for eating food off the table.
Starting point is 00:52:50 Of course. For they know not. They don't know better. Yeah, he's just doing like everyone is an MPC posting. You also don't feel like you're following his guidance. You seem mad. I'm not mad. Oh, you're not mad?
Starting point is 00:53:03 You're not mad? Oh, great. Why would I be mad? What are you then? Happy? I am understanding of why the dog bit me. And I'll pet it. I'll pet it anyway.
Starting point is 00:53:16 And I don't put down the dog. No, you're going to teach the dog. It doesn't know. I'm not going to teach the dog. I'll just move on. From the dog. You're going to leave the dog. I will clean my wound and move on.
Starting point is 00:53:27 Will you punish them in your loving way? There's no need to punish the dog. They didn't know better. But next streamer games, you need France again. And you got to invite some people. Are you getting them invites? Yeah. But I'm going to send them through a B-52 over the whole nation.
Starting point is 00:53:42 Yeah. And it will rain down. upon the nation. The invite is for those who remain. Okay, here's an idea. It's team L cancel. We get some of the most prominent SoCal melee players to comprise the team. We get Taybourne, Salami, fiction.
Starting point is 00:54:01 Well, this is a banger team. It's a banger team. It's a banger team. It's the, it's Colonel underdogs, right? The people that, you know, the people that time forgot. This is not, first off, there's still French people coming. Why? Wait, wait, wait, wait.
Starting point is 00:54:18 This is easy then. Just put fiction on the French team. I think I am considering the experience of the French people are coming. And so if the French people are coming and I give them slime. Fiction speaks French. If I give them slime and fiction, then they'll feel like, oh, this was a bit lame. But they only have their molesting cohorts to blame. Well, yeah, but that's.
Starting point is 00:54:42 that's easy for me to say, but it doesn't mean they'll have a good time. It's like, imagine if, you know, I was doing the F4 event in France and then they were like, Michael can't go because Michael fucked it up or whatever. And then I show up and they're like, yeah, we paired you with Gisbon. He does not speak any French or English, but Gibon
Starting point is 00:54:58 is very cool. He plays Brawlha. This would be kind of sick. Am I crazy? He only speaks, he only... You wouldn't be insulted. This is one of my D&D characters. Jimbo. I wouldn't be, I wouldn't be insulted. but I'd be like, wow, I'm having a tough time
Starting point is 00:55:14 because he only speaks Catalan. He speaks Catalonian. Wow. I don't, I don't, it's your fucking event. And I don't know what to do is G-Bone. All I can say is, all I do is offer solutions to you. You shoot them down, like using a fucking awesome rifle, and then you're left with no solutions.
Starting point is 00:55:29 I guess they have to make SimC. You could have Team Yard. Could have Team Yard. Didn't even cross this fucking mind, did it? No, of course not. Nasty, buddy. Well, it was because you were up for. for team France for a while, so I don't know.
Starting point is 00:55:44 We couldn't really count on team yard. We had to keep a reserve for the French team. Do we get a team yard, Josh hit 10K? Whoa! Wow! This is big. I got place too. I got, I got place.
Starting point is 00:55:56 What are you at? What are you at? 20K, baby. Oh, that's bad. I haven't played at all. I haven't played it all. Why is that bad? I'm unranked.
Starting point is 00:56:01 Because that means we're going to have to go from 20K up. Oh, that is bad. Because I'm not going to, you know what I mean? Like, whatever you're at, like, like, Josh hit his peak rank. You're at 20. that means they're going to have to go way above their peak. I was actually so happy about my placement until right now.
Starting point is 00:56:16 Yeah, yeah, yeah. And I realized what it's right. Because it means I have to go to 25. Yes. Or no, not 25. We don't know what my rank is yet. Oh, yeah, yeah, you might think you're going to place into 14 or 15. That was who your peak was, right?
Starting point is 00:56:32 Should we just announce, have we announced that we're doing this? Yeah, yeah, I leaked it. We've talked about it. We're confirming it in August. How many days is it? Five days? Five days. Five men. Five some. Yeah. And yeah, we're going to play Counterstrike for five days straight and sleep in a big Willy Wonka bed. Um, they achieve some sort of arbitrary goal that is determined later. Uh, I'll be the vibes guy. I don't know. We're getting Ludwig
Starting point is 00:56:57 to 60K. I would be the top frag. What will you be? Um, I'll be drinks and snacks. Okay. I love that. Elixirs. Oh, you will. Elixir, the elixir guy. He's always the elixir guy. Dude, we should have to take a break to go do a fast food. Doug Doug challenge. We only get to eat in this challenge. If the other person in front of us ordered it. Josh, we're doing that anyway. Just doing it until you get the order you want.
Starting point is 00:57:18 Every morning. Every morning, we stream breakfast in the kitchen. Yeah, yeah, yeah. This is already in the books. Otherwise, we stream nothing. I do like you coming to this idea. It's like, well, we would. Everyone's in charge of breakfast a different day because there's five days, five people.
Starting point is 00:57:35 Why don't we make it together? Well, because not everyone's get up. It's going to be group project. You never have too many Cook and Kuddin? Too many cook. Three? You could have three. You could have three. I feel like three. I'm not playing a lick of counterstrike
Starting point is 00:57:50 until this stream. Me neither. I want to place into $1,300,000. Oh, I don't think not playing will lower your rank. But if I play more now, I will rank up. Potentially, is what I'm saying. Potentially, yes. I think it's going to be hard. Should you place before we start?
Starting point is 00:58:09 Yeah, yeah, yeah. Because otherwise it could be very underwhelming. Also, it would be harder to make our goal. I mean, you can't win, well, we guess we could. We probably will not win 10 games in our first day. No. But he has to win 10 games to get his rank. To get placed, yeah.
Starting point is 00:58:26 So if you don't get your rank, we're spending more than a day on just getting your rank. Right. You have to get your rank. No, I have to get my rank. What are you bringing? What are you bringing? He's nice and vibes. Your vibes?
Starting point is 00:58:37 Yeah, I'm elixirs and snacks. You're going to need to be listening if I'm giving vibes. I was counting on being the vibes guy and maybe decimating them on occasion. No, you're IGL who we blame for everything. I'm a real IGL. He makes a backup call. IGL who's blamed real IGL. What's Josh?
Starting point is 00:58:53 Guy who tries to teach you something every two rounds about Counterstrike, despite being brand new to the game and you knowing everything he's saying already. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Can you dispel the mythos? Because I've already been accused by Squeaks that this is a boosting session. shoot no no no no this is harder
Starting point is 00:59:08 this is the opposite of boosting we are taking the road the hardest path we are taking the road less traveled yeah it's gonna be tough I think
Starting point is 00:59:18 but why explain to the squeakses of the world well because I'm not very good and Josh isn't very good and then I think Aiden himself is going to be
Starting point is 00:59:30 it'll be a 50-50 like in I think his normal counterstrike games where whether or not he is going to hold it together or not. And that's pretty tough. I think Nick's going to be a rock
Starting point is 00:59:39 and I think Ludwig's going to throw for content. I've been electric recently. I believe you. But I think I've seen you at your worst. Yeah. And I'll give it to you. It's bad. It's bad.
Starting point is 00:59:49 My worst. It's terrible. My worst's pretty bad too. But when I'm like a lower skilled player in a group of people, I tend to shut up really fast. I'm not there to tell people how to play. I believe in hierarchies.
Starting point is 01:00:00 So. It's not a boosting session because my Slate Aspire two hours is approaching my counterintecher strike hours. That's why. Yeah, you've not had a lot of counter strike recently. In general, I didn't play go that much. Right.
Starting point is 01:00:15 I played Valorin. That's where I cut my teeth. I played like, I don't even know so many hours of Valoran, but I didn't play that much counter strike. I watched Valor for one of the first times in like what feels like years because I watched Ludwig the other day.
Starting point is 01:00:27 And I'm like, this game is pretty much the same. Just sometimes there's a guy in there that you don't know what they do. Dude. He was miserable. Dude, it is. Hold up. I played great.
Starting point is 01:00:35 No, you played great, but you were miserable. Oh, yeah. I mean, the game is generally... I like how you automatically thought I was... Compared to Counterstrike, I would say Valerant has changed quite a bit. Compared to, like, other games that have patches, it hasn't changed much. But when I played, I played, like, one game recently, and I was just like, dude, I don't know half of the agents.
Starting point is 01:00:54 Like half. I literally don't know half of them. Anything after Harbor, I don't know. There's a lot of new ones. I watched a round in your tournament. It was after you guys waited 45 minutes for a round to get reset because, like, SageRoy's didn't work, which was... Wow, that was awesome, man.
Starting point is 01:01:07 That was crazy. And then in one of the following rounds, the enemy team resed twice. Like somebody Klove-alted to get back into the round and somebody sage-alted to get somebody else back into the round. And I'm like, this game's not for me. This is fucking stupid. This is a fucking bad game.
Starting point is 01:01:26 Like, that's how I feel. There are some crazy, like, Teo's crazy. I think there's the guy that sucks the U-Til now. What? You can suck? Yeah, you can like, I was like, can I KJL? He's like, no.
Starting point is 01:01:41 You cannot KJL. No, he'll suck the alt. He'll suck the alt. I was like, what you fucking needle suck the old? Yeah, the game gets crazy. And it's, I think the meta is always built around which agent is the most busted, uh,
Starting point is 01:01:56 or at least who's proven it. And then people just all run the same comp. That's, you know, the proven one. I think solo cue in that game is just so at, people default towards the most busted but also the most selfish
Starting point is 01:02:08 agents. Solo Q's more selfish in Valour yeah because you can pick the agent and in CS2 you can always buy the fucking smoke you can't always be that guy. You have to be the 1V5 man you can't select the 1v5 man yeah you know
Starting point is 01:02:23 just kind of cool and also your util's sort of based off where you spawn to to some degree so it's like okay you're probably not gonna buy a flash if you have a spawned I'm gonna Yes. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:02:35 And so, but it's, and it's determined. Yeah. But in Valor, it's like, oh, my agent is this guy.
Starting point is 01:02:40 I can never, ever be the guy who buys flashes or the guy who buys smokes ever. Yeah. My role is to do this. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:02:46 I do it every round. So it makes it much more rigid, I think. But no, I am, I'm happy I'm going back to C S2. Are you? I like that.
Starting point is 01:02:56 Dude, I like to hear that. Do you're killjoy? I don't know, I don't know what you're doing. On Killjoy. Let's get you on race. Because that killjoy is not it.
Starting point is 01:03:04 What are you talking about? Bro, you only have how you... How many times you put down a turret and then played somewhere past it? The point is that the turret looks for you. The turret is your eye. He's not watched. And then he gets jet dashed on, shot.
Starting point is 01:03:20 Turret never even takes a shot. Oh, look, there's a dog eating food on the table. Could I get mad at it? It was just, he literally, he'd throw, he'd throw... No, why would I get mad at the ground? And then he'd never pop it because someone would come on site and kill him. Because he's killed joy and he's not hiding.
Starting point is 01:03:33 There's no, there's no. reason to be mad at the dog. Yeah. There's no reason. I wonder though, because this is like LaGababan gamer. Squeaks is the prime example. Yeah. Half-Life 1 and 2 is fucking awesome.
Starting point is 01:03:49 CS2's better than Valerant. Bring Tones the portal voice. The last one is Dota's better than League. Is Dota better than League? Are you asking? You're asking? I'm asking because I started with Valerant and now I've accepted CS2's better than Valerant. Okay. He's the best guy to answer this question. By a
Starting point is 01:04:04 And I'm wondering is Dota actually better than the league? Because this is the, this is the Gabon promise. Well, I think you're better because you've played too much league. Yeah, I mean, I've played both the games now for enough hours. But I haven't played Dota in a very long time, even though it's kind of, it's pretty much the same thing. But I think, I think Dota is a, it's just what you want. League is a better solo cue game that you just sit and smash the fucking grinding queue.
Starting point is 01:04:28 And for some, for a lot of people, that's just what they want. They just want to hit click accept and go and go and go. for years. Dota's different because you can just play it in so many ways and you can send a guy here, you can send a guy here, you can play in the jungle, you can not even be in your lane. You can leave one guy in a lane. It's very flexible and there's a beauty in that and it's a more dynamic game. League is a game where they put you on rails. That is a subjective feeling. Do you like being on rails? I don't think it's necessarily bad to like being on rails, even though it sounds bad. I feel like I'm so close to saying Dota is better if they just removed the turn radius thing.
Starting point is 01:05:04 The turn rate. Yeah. What does that mean? It's, when your character turns in Dota, there's like... You have to actually turn before you walk the other way. Yeah, it's slow, right? In League, when you turn around, it's really snappy. I don't know if it's a mechanic.
Starting point is 01:05:17 Yeah, yeah, yeah. And Dota, you have to turn around and then walk that way. Imagine this zipper. It stays in the game, but you can half the time by clicking the L on your keyboard. There we go. Every time you turn. Ah. And we turn it into a real mechanic.
Starting point is 01:05:30 I like that. L is pretty far over there, too. What's going on? with him. Dude, this is, I mean, he's in he's in crisis mode. He's bad, dude. He's fucking bad, dude. This week, he's doing his little, he's doing his seminar for, I think it's like OCR, it's
Starting point is 01:05:49 Arki and Yugi's like stream group. Dude, I literally don't know what that shit's called. And I keep forgetting what the acronym is, but I It probably means like over, over, the only thing I know it for, I'll jump in, the only thing I know it for is Archie made a tweet like a few months ago that was like doing a doing a OSC fucking hell. OECR? Whatever it is. Doing a counterstrike tournament, like who should I invite? And I replied to it. I was like, I was playing a lot of counterstrike.
Starting point is 01:06:15 I was like, this is my time. They just never did it. He was like, we're doing it in a week. Oh. It never happened. He replied to no one in the thread. They're trying to fix that. I like that. I think they're, so their group, their group, who's all very nice, they come to the office. They're taking classes with Professor L. Oh, they're actually in the office. Yeah, so this was recorded and offline and he did like a whole presentation with I think like the eight of them that were there and during the presentation
Starting point is 01:06:40 me Cam and Yingling are sitting in the back of the room and Ludwig starts going on this spiel about how like you guys you gotta respect the time that you said every week you gotta show up on time there's no staying up late and then missing it
Starting point is 01:06:56 the next day audibly like a late start time there's no showing up you are fucking kidding he's doing this there's no hold There's no showing up late. You can't show up late because it's disrespectful to everybody's time. I think, you know, and then he calls out one of the members of the group who is late. He was like, they do that two, three times in a row. You think about kicking them.
Starting point is 01:07:15 And me, yingling and Cam are like vibrating in the back of the room. Well, did he mention the airport clause? Did he mention that if it's within 24 hours, you can cancel because of airports? You can't cancel anything and then you can't kick them out of the crew. Did he talk about that? Because I feel like the person that was late to this meeting should know the airport clause that he invented. Did he teach them how to make an excuse every single time and only to start apologizing for things in the past like year? Did he teach them that?
Starting point is 01:07:47 Did he maybe teach them that? It's weird because these are good questions. He skipped over all of that. No. He just didn't even mention that part. Did he mention getting a lot better at apologizing when you only went to the chief? to tell them bad news, then realize you never replied to the thing that you meant to say sorry for. So then you say sorry there.
Starting point is 01:08:09 And then you follow up with also. Also, I actually can't record tomorrow like I said I could. And that's the only reason you apologize because you had to say that next. Yeah. Was that in the class? Was that in the class that part? It was more, it was honestly, it was a really strict accountability. It was stressing with all of them.
Starting point is 01:08:25 It was like, it's just really important to show up on time, get your editors involved in the meeting. and not tolerate anybody who consistently dogs that. That is so interesting. Yeah. God, why did Arkey leave OSCS? OSCS. He left? This is July.
Starting point is 01:08:46 Wait, no, he's definitely still in it. No, he, I remember this tweet. I think it didn't happen. Oh, it stands for on some chill shit. On some chill shit. Are we awesome? I like that. I like that.
Starting point is 01:08:59 I like it. I thought it was stupid until I figured out what it's Stifford. Because I thought it would be something like... He said, I left on some chill shit. That's what he said, literally what he's saying. Yeah. But usually groups like that, like core, it's like creator organized, like...
Starting point is 01:09:12 Revolutionize electricity. It's like, it's like banks made a fucking other thing, but it's an acronym for like hustle omics or something stupid. Awesome chill shit is a great. It is very hustle culture, yeah. But they're trying to make it a real thing. They're trying to be successful and they're learning from Professor L who's just, he's dropping knowledge.
Starting point is 01:09:29 bomb. Yeah, but he doesn't follow his own knowledge bombs. Like how all the advice that like, not that he didn't do a great job, a great job, but like all the advice is like, yeah, just like do stuff you actually want to do and, you know, pay people well and like be on time. The things we were taught in school. You know, like all the things we were told by every teacher we've ever had, our whole lives. It's kind of like when you start like working out or something, you're getting fit and you just realize like, yep, it's diet and exercise. Yep. Yeah. Oh, fucking time.
Starting point is 01:09:59 And that is important. Turning to a class of 30 people like above the age of teen and being like of the 18 holy, I'm having a stroke. Get there, man. He and just told them you gotta have respect for others.
Starting point is 01:10:13 And they're like, they're like, Professor L just dropped another nuke. Professor L just dropped the knowledge nuke on your fucking head. Do you even realize? Be nice to cameramen. Yeah. And that tweet got 50,000 lines.
Starting point is 01:10:26 And if you say the N word, fire a camera. guy. That's what I was saying. Jason didn't like that boy was rolling. He was rolling at the soccer game. Can't be rolling on that. Yep, fired him. That was, that was time to say, part of ways. He fired him, but that's, he didn't say that's why.
Starting point is 01:10:41 But I like to think that it's hilarious that he got fired after he was rolling at the soccer game. I'm learning. I'm learning from this situation. I'm growing. I've gotten rid of the cameraman who showed you that I said. It's not just that the camera guy was filming, it's that he made an
Starting point is 01:10:57 audible reactive noise. proving that's what he said. If he would have been quiet, he could have got away with like, no, I said something else it sounded like that. But he made like a like a, oh shit. Yeah. And also the guy, are you talking about the guy in frame? No.
Starting point is 01:11:10 Yeah. So in addition to that, the guy who is Jason is talking to is like, and he looks at the camera like Jim from the office. And the audacity. I'm too woke now, I guess. I don't know. But the audacity to be like, yep, actually I didn't say that. Also I'm DMCAing these clips.
Starting point is 01:11:27 It's just like, okay, bro. I play basketball. I play pickup basketball. And, you know, there's... Black guys say the other end word all the time. There's Latino. I get mad on the court. No. There's a lot of, at this basketball court,
Starting point is 01:11:40 it's mostly people who are not what. It's like probably, I would say 90% not white people. It's mostly Latino. Lowell. And there's black people. In your low-year-lobys. The Latino people, the Latino people be saying it in front of the, in front of black people.
Starting point is 01:11:59 and I'm the white bystandard. It's like this is none of my business. It isn't. It's not of my business. Because I know I'm not saying it. It's like it'll never be. But I'm not going to say, I'm not going to be the guy who says that guy can't say it.
Starting point is 01:12:16 You know, there's a very real conversation, but a very tricky one to be had of the hierarchy of when it's worse to say it based on who you are. If you have a podcast out there and maybe person of color, have the conversation.
Starting point is 01:12:30 So I can listen to it. So I can listen to it. And I can pretty much just say that valid. But I can pretty much just say you nailed it. I know. And that's it. My job is to shut up and listen to that Latino man say the answer. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:12:45 Yeah. Dude, I was at my girlfriend's place this morning. And she has neighbors that yell at each other. They're always screaming. And it's this, it's this woman named like Tori or something. And she's always just drunk and yelling. And it's like 10 in the morning. and I was like, oh, is that Tori?
Starting point is 01:13:01 And she's just screaming. He's like, yeah, that's her boyfriend. And she's like, her boyfriend, these are two white people. Her boyfriend calls her the N-word all the time. And I'm like, what? And she's like, yeah. And then Tori will call it back to him.
Starting point is 01:13:15 And I'm like, this is fucking crazy. What the fuck's going on? What can just, what happened to like, sweetie? Well, they're mad at each other. Oh, that makes it work? What I'm saying is like they're not going to say sweetie in that situation. They're going to say something to hurt each other.
Starting point is 01:13:34 You can put some heat behind sweetie. Yeah. I don't think they're calling each other the N-word lovingly. I really hope not. I think it's worse than saying it with hate. It's all so crazy. But yeah, these two like drunk like trailer trash people are just screaming at each other. And these are the, this is their word choice.
Starting point is 01:13:53 But my, you know, but why kind of brought up the basketball thing is like, he did that shit. and then went to streamer you like two weeks later. Oh yeah, and he's going to streamer games. It's not, it's not my place. You're not going to stay over school.
Starting point is 01:14:09 Like I don't think I'd if I could say this lawyer and not have to go to school I would have said it at age nine. I would have learned by age nine that's how I get out of going to class. It's how I get the things I want. I guess I'll do that.
Starting point is 01:14:21 Yeah, but I don't know. I get the, I have the luxury of being someone who gets to be like, and laugh and critique that and not have. have to deal with anything else about it. That's awesome.
Starting point is 01:14:32 The beauty of being a social commentator on The Yard podcast. Say whatever we want. There's this story that my girlfriend told me this week. I thought it was insane. She is out at like a coffee shop. And this woman comes up to her and says like, oh, I really like that drink. Like, is it good? Should I order one?
Starting point is 01:14:53 Should I order one? Kind of a weird start. and she offers, as soon as she's going to go inside to order, she's like, actually, I'm having a hard time. Can I, can I sit down with you? And my girlfriend's like, yeah, yeah, sure. And she's like, this woman's like 60 years old. She's like, having a hard time.
Starting point is 01:15:12 I'm depressed, suicidal. Oh, my God. So she's treating your girlfriend like she's a streamer and this woman is in Twitch chat. Yeah. She met a whale. And my girlfriend's like, oh my God, that's awful. Like, what's been going on? And she's like, I got banned from Quince.
Starting point is 01:15:34 And I'm having a really hard time. Quince is like a closed shopping site. What? We didn't ad read for them. Oh, Quince is like bed sheets and clothes and stuff, right? Yeah, I do know Quince. She's like, I got banned from Quince and it's like, it's really, it's really affecting me. Was she bending?
Starting point is 01:15:51 What did? Yeah. Was she punching? No, was she punching? And she begins to explain that she spends a ton of money there. Like in November of last year, she spent $50,000 on quince. This is a Tim Robinson character. This is not a real person.
Starting point is 01:16:12 Wow. I have the exact same thought. I was like, this is like a sketch. I am like, and she spent, she spends literally tens of thousands of dollars. And they have a really generous return policy. So she spends the money and does keep a lot of it, but she'll return like half of what she buys. Yeah. But you have to consider that half of what she buys is like an insane amount of shit.
Starting point is 01:16:37 And then that goes into like their, what do you call it, refurb stock? And because she has emailed Quince support so much. She's like moving. She had been moving this year and like was explaining that she doesn't have like a permanent address during like this time period but still wanted to order and return these clothes. Quinn's support wasn't having it anymore. And they just banned her account. She's apparently like too much to deal with.
Starting point is 01:17:02 And she's explaining how traumatic this is to my girlfriend because all she does, she only buys clothes on quince. It's like how people like watch TV. She just buys clothes. That's her. This is her thing. That's her YouTube like watching time. Yes.
Starting point is 01:17:18 Yes. Actually. And then my girlfriend's like, okay, well, maybe this is an opportune time to like maybe move on, like find other things. you enjoy or other places to buy clothes. Like, do you ever buy clothes from anywhere else? And she's like, well, I used to go to Paris. And I would buy clothes when I was in Paris?
Starting point is 01:17:36 And she's like, I used to. Like, when's the last time you went? She's like, probably a couple years ago. But I don't go to Paris anymore. I know where it's going. I know where it's going. She's like, I don't know. What?
Starting point is 01:17:48 Because on my last trip, on my last trip, they kicked me out of Delta One. They kicked me. out, I'm banned from Delta. What? And my girlfriend's like, what? Why? What happened? And she's like, I don't know. They just, they, they, they weren't being very accommodating. And I, I stood up and they made a whole scene in front of the whole plane about kicking me off the plane. And, and, and now I can't use Delta one anymore. So I, I,
Starting point is 01:18:15 I don't go to Paris anymore. I don't go. And, and my girlfriend's like, what's the fucking? This is crazy. And she's like, and I'm, I'm just so sad. and I don't know what else to do right now. And she's beginning to like, we're repeating the steps of like, of different like stages of her, of her life and like how everything, how everything is kind of like out to get her.
Starting point is 01:18:42 And the only way she really has any reprieve is like through buying clothes. And then what was the, there was like one more thing. It was crazy. She, I thought she was even more racist. You think so?
Starting point is 01:18:54 I had no idea where I thought that was going to go where I thought that was going to go when she said a racist thing got banned from Paris Paris the city yeah
Starting point is 01:19:02 but she can't go because she was too racist plenty of racism yeah I think Paris got the market cornered for and my girlfriend is like okay
Starting point is 01:19:10 okay well we got to find a new place that you can go to that you can like find comfort in maybe buy things still and and then the woman is like
Starting point is 01:19:20 well I liked Costco I did like Costco a lot No. And dude, she got banned from Costco. What the fuck is this? She got banned from Costco. She has like three different stages of like, I don't know what keeps happening to me.
Starting point is 01:19:36 I don't know. I don't know why. It's like nobody will work with me. They've taken my Costco membership away. I can't book Delta anymore. And I've been banned from quince, even though I spend tens of thousands of dollars. It sounds like a person with some sort of condition. Some sort of like, I don't even know. This woman is apparently a doctor. Assessive compulsive. Yeah, yeah, something obsessive.
Starting point is 01:19:56 And probably a liar. And probably. I don't believe she's a doctor. Well, baby. I, I, she pulls off her mask. It's BabyTron. She does have budget. She's going to parish a bunch.
Starting point is 01:20:08 She's like buying $50,000 with a quince. She might be a doctor. That's so crazy. That's fucked up. So, well, how did this end? She, to, uh, uh, zipper three ends up. Like, she's, she's been trapped in the conversation for like 25, 30 minutes.
Starting point is 01:20:24 and she's supposed to go and meet another friend and she uses the app because this woman won't leave her alone and it's a very like talk to you don't talk to me sort of conversation it's mostly spilling that like I'm in an awful place please help me
Starting point is 01:20:39 here's all the institutions I've been banned from and also do you have a boyfriend it's really good to have a boyfriend and I have a new one yeah okay cool okay this is good you go on and then she uses the friend the friend out
Starting point is 01:20:52 like I asked to go see my friend I have to take this call, which was real. Bless her heart sat there for 30 minutes and then eventually takes a real call from her friend. Yeah, and then she's recounting all of this and I had the exact same response that you did.
Starting point is 01:21:07 I was like, this is like a woman if I made them up on the show. The woman who spends $50,000 a month on Quince. I think, I will say if you go up to another random human being and be like, I'm suicidal, I feel like there's a high chance. chance you are because you're finally you're doing like you're like don't care anymore you're like
Starting point is 01:21:28 i'm just putting that out yeah like this is my hand yeah if you play cards a stranger that it sounds pretty likely and so i think i think it's like if anyone says that you're kind of duty bound as another person to sit and listen but as the story goes on it's like well you're banned from cost co i don't know i don't know there's a common denominator it's tricky because those businesses have nothing to do with one another. So they came to the same opinion. That's bad for you. Delta, Costco, and Quince are all shaking hands about this.
Starting point is 01:22:02 That's, so it starts to feel like maybe it's not, it's not, maybe it's your fault. Wow. She's shutting out her numbers. She stayed in touch. We could have called her. I don't know if you guys will find this as funny as I do. I was also a coffee shop and
Starting point is 01:22:18 there's a three construction workers came in on their break and they ordered like food and coffee at this place. And then one of them was just like didn't order anything he was just like with the group and the other guy brought his food over he brings over just a completely tinfoiled wrap like like tin foil wrapped piece of food you've like what what is inside of it is a complete mystery because it just wrapped in tinfoil and this friend looks at it and goes damn that looks good and it i've been laughing about it for because he no i think it's not had to be their thing he just cannot see what it is at all
Starting point is 01:22:49 like no one can tell what this food no no okay no i fuck with this guy because pulling out the tinfoil sometimes, like usually there's treasures in there. Like, usually it fucking is good. I love about it all ways. Like, damn, that looks good. It was just small talk. That's how it read. So he couldn't see what was in it though. No. That is crazy.
Starting point is 01:23:07 And you can also tell the vibe of this group is that they don't, like, they're just at the place closest to their drop site. It was kind of like a fancier coffee shop. They don't go places like this normally and they don't know what they serve here. When you told me it was tinfoil wrapped when you started, when you said that the first time, I immediately started thinking of delicious
Starting point is 01:23:23 things that would be inside of. So I actually understand this guy. It's so convinced. It's so, it's just funny. Because, like, he didn't say- Yeah, that looks good. He didn't say, what did you get? Nine times a 10, that looks good. So funny.
Starting point is 01:23:37 And then it's like deep-fried, like, people's balls. It could be. You could just say, who, you got something good in there? You got something good? That's the actual small talk line. Yeah, you would ask what it is.
Starting point is 01:23:49 Yeah, but he didn't ask. And that looks good. I like that. And next door to this place. There's a pokey place that I'm meeting at. And look, we go out, we go out and stuff. We don't get recognized very often. There's a pokey place I've been to maybe six times now.
Starting point is 01:24:02 100% of the time there's been a yard fan, every single time. Wow. At this pokey place. I don't know what it is. This guy posted on the subreddit that he met you at rock climbing and he said I met zipper as well. Weird. You look like shit in that picture too. But it couldn't have been because you didn't go climbing with zipper.
Starting point is 01:24:18 Dipper two. He's just a loose fan. Oh. Doesn't notice it was zipper too. Have you guys noticed? This is the guy who is a student of melee player PhD's nuts, probably. Yeah, yeah. Hey, yeah.
Starting point is 01:24:33 Your hair looks really good. What happened? It looks nice, man. Dude, that is... You look like the chihuahua with the wig? Yeah, yeah, like, I think it has long nails. I've never, I've never seen you this stress. Can you find chihuahua with hair picture?
Starting point is 01:24:50 So, stress that your hair looks like this. episode of Friends where Ross is like a different guy Looks like him Yes bro, that one Wait, there's another one like this That's what you look like Okay, sorry
Starting point is 01:25:03 I didn't mean to kick you while you're down What happened? I'm sorry Nothing Nothing Nothing? Nothing, the dog just ate some food on the table The dog ate food on the table
Starting point is 01:25:11 But this time it hurts No Why does it hurt? Were you hungry? Bro, tell us about it bro Yeah, why won't you tell us? Because it just, I just gotta do some work
Starting point is 01:25:19 Just gotta do some work, that's all Aiden was telling us that you held class for a on some on some chill shit and that you told them to do all this shit that you don't yourself you don't do it all yeah aden's an idiot i didn't i didn't i didn't say that he's a genuine idiot okay okay well you told them the importance of showing up on time not making excuses not pushing not pushing times because you slept in yeah and and that if you did do this often enough you would just probably kick him from the group yeah but if you're the six million subscriber YouTuber, then you can do whatever you want.
Starting point is 01:25:53 Was there a part in that seminar where you say that? He didn't say that part. No one is that. So you're saying right now for them, it's a bit of a free for all. It's a free for all. But if one of them in the group was Robert Pattinson or Justin Timberlake, you get a little more room. Because that's the value you bring.
Starting point is 01:26:09 You get a little more wiggle room if you're Justin Timberlake and NSYN. There is an element of this relationship you have with us on the show specifically where to fire you from it, we could probably still do the show at a huge level of success at this point and at a point that was actually pretty early in the show we still could have done it and we still can but there is an idea of trapping you in
Starting point is 01:26:33 this show just like to free you from it would be too sweet of a death. I would be a blessing and that that is part of it. By the way do the research because I have this label attached to me that I don't show up if you go over the last year And you go through Yard, Primo, and your D&D. Uh-huh. I crush you guys.
Starting point is 01:26:57 You don't crush me. I am the show up guy. Yes, you are, you are, you, so don't say, well,
Starting point is 01:27:01 I missed a whole episode, but whatever. Wait, you crush us? There's no, there's a, there's a, there's a,
Starting point is 01:27:07 there's a, someone made a sheet on the, the subreddit about attendance, I crushed, Ludwig was second. Yes.
Starting point is 01:27:14 I literally, I know. I literally show up more than both of you. That's, there's not true. For Primos, was it was really bad.
Starting point is 01:27:21 That's not bad. We're talking about, I'm saying just the last year. Also, just the last year. Just the last year. I was the last person to miss an episode.
Starting point is 01:27:29 I didn't miss an episode for like three and a half years. That's cool. Yeah, you started doing it. So I don't know. You're like, cool.
Starting point is 01:27:37 I got to go to this sheet. Look, let's see what LeBron did now. You know what I'm talking about? We can talk about the sheet. Who cares about what he won in 2020? We're not talking about,
Starting point is 01:27:44 we're talking about we're talking about showing up late to the ones that you say you're going to be at. Who? Who made that sheet if you could update it and repost the updated findings? We would love to look at them to solve a very petty argument. Person who made the sheet?
Starting point is 01:27:57 I'll add you to the personal group chat and then you can do a, you can do an audit of whose legs. Oh, what happened? Boy, what is it? Uh, trope bien to solve my V. Who is attending this? Uh, thank you for saving me. Yeah! Who's doing it, bro?
Starting point is 01:28:17 No one yet. What? She's just checking. that's the amount of elation I got from somebody checking to see if they can do it you're desperate I have you don't know how many
Starting point is 01:28:26 I'm a bad place I'm not lying to you have asked 25 French people to do this he's he's in a bad spot because there's a big French event the same weekend they're all going on it's not a big French event it's EWC the fucking
Starting point is 01:28:37 French pigs selling out to fucking Saudi Saudi Corp fuck oh we are French we are so well we love our socialism oh but oh you're fucking sweet oil money fucking piggy And the fucking jizz comes out like trunky.
Starting point is 01:28:52 I want to make all the fucking mullah. It's true. All this is he's saying is this is true very much. If you want to see the bonus episode where we all speak French the whole time together. If you want to hear how I really fucking feel. Yeah, dude, drop fucking truth on them in the primo, bro. You know, I want to hear it really fucking feel.
Starting point is 01:29:11 You're not going to drive down the truth. He drops a real truth in that office on the couch. And you guys will never see it. Even there, I'll be talking about the dogs and now I can't be mad at them. Yeah. I can be mad at the dog for eating its shit. Well, speaking of.
Starting point is 01:29:27 Oh, no. Oh, okay. Bye, I see you in the premium on Patreon. You, that's, I know that's awesome. That was, like, wet. I know that's going to smell. That's how you clear a room. That's how you get people to do what you want.
