Starting point is 00:00:58 Well, hello. We're Anna Consparen with you guys. Lots of news today, of course, as usual. So Trump's in a lot of trouble, Republicans are in trouble, we're all in trouble, AI's in trouble, the markets are in trouble. You might be in trouble, that suit is too big on you, Yugar. Oh God, who doesn't love to hear that? If you're swimming in it, like it's ridiculous, come on.
Starting point is 00:02:24 Oh my God, thank you for making my day. All right, but we got an important interview for you guys to start with. We sure do. Well, much has been made about the Trump administration's handling of Gaza, which has been atrocious at best. However, Biden created or allowed for a situation to fester, and with the Democrats losing the last presidential election, as you can imagine, that paved the way for Trump to handle Gaza as he pleases, which has been even more genocidal and disgusting. But I think it's important to go back and remember what the Biden administration did. And luckily, joining us today is
Starting point is 00:03:02 Akbar Shahid Ahmed, who is a diplomatic correspondent over at the Washington Sun. And all Also, the author of a book that I'm sure you guys have heard a lot about lately. It's titled Crossing the Red Line, Biden, his advisors, and Israel's War in Gaza. Akbar, thank you so much for joining us. Thank you both for having me. Well, let me just start off by telling you that this is a book that I started reading today. I'm almost done with it because I can't put it down. It is infuriating to say the least and getting this inside look into the internal discussions
Starting point is 00:03:36 taking place with the Biden administration as it pertains to genocide in Gaza is eye-opening, that's for sure. And I'm pretty furious about this. So I want to start off by asking you to discuss with our audience the pure disdain Joe Biden had for the Palestinian people and how he reacted to reports of civilian casualties, including, by the way, on October 31st, 2023, A single Israeli strike killed 126 civilians in the Jabalya refugee camp. And by the way, 23 of those victims happened to be children. They used a 2,000 pound bomb supplied by the United States to do this. How did Biden react to these stories, these cases of mass civilian casualties?
Starting point is 00:04:26 I used almost 175 interviews with people in the administration, people close to the administration, intelligence, diplomatic humanitarian, to try to answer. these questions of what did President Biden know? How did he react? And it's important to remember that while he was, as we now know, in quite serious cognitive decline by that point, on Gaza, he was deeply, deeply involved in the policy. What we know about Biden's approach can be summed up by the fact that he claimed to have seen repeatedly 40 beheaded babies on October 7th after the Hamas led attacks. That was never proven. U.S. intelligence in fact said that was not the case, I asked President Biden's spokesperson as recently as the summer before we went to press if he wanted to take back that claim.
Starting point is 00:05:13 He never did. In my reporting, I found, for instance, that someone quite high up in the administration, not someone working in Gaza policy, but someone just shocked by it, as so many of us were, went to the president and said, look, I can't stop thinking about these children that are being masked by American weapons that we are enabling on a daily basis by our taxpayer dollars, to which Biden's immediate response. was, yes, all I think about are the Israelis killed on October 7th. So President Biden was consistently pretty dismissive of Palestinian pain, the experience. And I think that's where we really need still. There's a lot in my book that that reveals kind of the dynamic between Biden and his top advisors. But given how insular the policymaking was and how much it was controlled by Biden and those
Starting point is 00:06:00 four or five men, we still need answers from those men of how did they take to him these reports of civilian casualties. Jake Sullivan, his national security advisor, a disgrace. He said to me that he did take to Biden the argument that American weapons should be halted. But did he take it to Biden saying, hey, this is an important option. And by the way, as our own experts are saying, violations of American and international law are happening all the time, or did Jake Sullivan say, here are the real options to continue supporting Israel. And by the way, here's a sassad aluney lefty option. He simply won't tell us. Sullivan rejected over two and a half years of interview requests from me and has now been
Starting point is 00:06:38 privately attacking the book because a lot of these Biden needs don't want to shed light on my record and as you say, want to deflect a lot of the blame to Trump when it was them who established the patterns that Trump has worsened. Just a quick note on Jake Sullivan for our audience before I toss over to Jank. Jake Sullivan was so infuriated with your book that ahead of your NPR interview, which I believe took place yesterday, if I'm not mistaken, he called NPR to whine about how he feels your book is unfair to him. By the way, Jake Sullivan based on WikiLeaks, this is an email that he sent to Hillary Clinton, basically told Hillary Clinton that don't worry about Al-Qaeda
Starting point is 00:07:22 in Syria, we were arming them at the time in the middle of the Syrian Civil War. He said, those are our guys. Nice to know. Anyway, back to you, Jank. Yeah, interesting what he means by R as well. So here's my main question, why, right? So the thesis that mainstream media believes is, well, all these guys were born out of the womb as natural born Zionists. Like, the great majority of them are Christian, but they just grew up thinking, God, I love Israeli nationalism.
Starting point is 00:07:55 I can't, oh man, if it's the lives of 23,000 children or Israeli nationalism, I'm going to pick Israeli nationalism every day. And that's how Biden grew up in Scranton, Pennsylvania? Or could it be the far more rational line of inquiry, which is, well, the number one lifetime donor for Joe Biden throughout his career was the Israeli lobby. And that all these people make money from A-PAC, the Israeli lobby, consultants, et cetera, and that there are ghouls and goblins and demons who don't mind a genocide as long as they and their family members get paid off of it.
Starting point is 00:08:31 Does this sound like you? You're lying in bed and suddenly you realize it's 2 a.m. And you've been doom scrolling for hours. That late night doomscroll doesn't just wreck your brain. It spikes your internal temperature. And when you're overheated, your body never hits that deep, restorative sleep. The fix isn't in a new mattress or a renovation. It's your bed temperature. That's where chili pad 2.0 comes in. This water based topper slides right over your current mattress and runs from 50, 25 to 115 degrees. While fans just push hot air around, ChiliPad uses actively chilled water to actually extract heat from your body.
Starting point is 00:09:08 The 2.0 upgrades include a quieter dock with a bigger tank, a premium cover that zips off for washing, and my favorite, the nightstand remote has a sensor that knows when you climb in and fires up your schedule automatically. Dual zones lets you and your partner pick completely different temperatures, and you both win. No subscription, just a two-year warranty and built in the USA. Starting point is 00:09:42 That's www.sleap.m-E-E-P-T. Free shipping, free returns, and a 30-night trial. So you can test it out, dream big, and wake up better. still be there in the morning, you might as well wake up ready for them. So to your question of these motivations, right? President Biden himself, I think there's a mix of that really deep, intense Zionism that he did grow up with in his household. His father in particular was quite obsessed with the Holocaust and the idea that the US should have done more to prevent it, which again is interesting when you think about Biden's
Starting point is 00:10:19 reluctance to intervene in a humanitarian way here, right, as he sees what Israel is doing in Lebanon in Gaza. Biden had attracted a lot of pro-Israel lobbying throughout his career. He repeatedly made statements like, if there was no Israel, America would have to invent one. So there's a real affinity and fixation there. For the officials around him, it is, part of what you're saying. I mean, it's a little finger to the wind more than it is deep Zionism. If you look at the folks who were at the top of this, Brett McGurk, his Middle East coordinator had never previously extensively worked on Israel Palestine. Jake Sullivan, you know, affinity for Israel as any kind of longtime national security Mandarin here in DC has, but not intensely
Starting point is 00:11:06 tied, but they had a sense politically and personally that they could not question or challenge Tel Aviv. Right. And so this becomes a question of the re-election. It becomes a question of Jake Sullivan's own wife running for Congress in this period, raising around $100,000, from hardline pro-Israel donors. And it becomes a question of a real credulousness towards the Israelis that enables these officials to say, well, we couldn't question our challenge Israel, which also, of course, secures their future careers
Starting point is 00:11:39 and doesn't mark them. The number of officials, again, in these nearly 175 intues, who raised the question of, if I'm critical of Israel, will I ever have a job again? Will I be back in the administration? Will I be at a university or think tank? That's a huge factor. And if you look at the people who carried out this policy, they are at Harvard, they're at Columbia.
Starting point is 00:11:59 They are on the Council of Foreign Relations and Cap boards. Yeah, they're the worst among us, self-interested, narcissistic, greedy, selfish individuals, who I'm glad you're calling out in your book because everyone should know what their actual priorities are, which of course is themselves and their racist views of the Palestinian people. But back to you, Jay, go ahead. Yeah, so look, I know that the power structures, including. all the way through Harvard, Colombia, you know, government and mainstream media are deeply racist and deeply bigoted.
Starting point is 00:12:31 And they think nothing of Palestinian or Arab lives. And to them, like, they're constantly asking, are this the highness offended? Are this highness of them? I'm so worried about their feelings. Like, it's absurd. It's absurd. It's vomitous and sickening. So as you can tell, we're, we don't hide our feelings about a genocide.
Starting point is 00:12:49 Whereas Jake Sullivan and Anthony Blinken thinks, no big deal. deal, right? And Joe Biden thinks, what a great thing. So that's what his actions are, because they funded it. They said, great job on the genocide. Here's $21 billion so you could slaughter more Palestinian children. So that gets me, again, back to the question of the donors, because you also write about how much the donors affect things. Now, that's a verboten topic in Washington, because it's so true, and that's why all the media tries to hide it and cover it up and go, don't look at the donors. Don't you're an anti-Semort, you're offending everyone. Don't look at the donors.
Starting point is 00:13:22 Now the reality is they talk to the donors all the time, right? And the donors did tell them that they wanted more genocide and that they better not get in Israel's way. So but I don't want to put words in your mouth. So what did they, what happened? What my reporting found around kind of donors is it's really relevant in periods like, and I suspect we might go here a little later, the DNC of 2024, where there was a huge debate over will you have a Palestinian voice from the stage to talk about what this community
Starting point is 00:13:51 going through what they're experiencing and what they want in terms of change. And what people were repeatedly told was that the people who paid for that stage don't want that voice. So that view of the hardline donors. And by the way, many old school donors, right? These are often people who've been here since the Clinton era holding these very important Democratic Party positions. I'd also add to this just kind of two quick things, which is the view of Jewish American sentiment in the administration was a really interesting theme. that came up in my reporting, because as we know from the polling,
Starting point is 00:14:25 most American Jews do not support what Israel is doing and are increasingly questioning sort of its policies, US support. But the people who the administration consistently treated as representatives of American Jews were the so-called Conference of Presidents, the heads of these major Jewish American organizations who are much more conservative than the vast majority of Jews
Starting point is 00:14:46 and very often, again, tied into that donor class. I have in some of my reporting people, like Cheryl Sandberg, Deborah Messing being really important too. So it just tells you who is kind of valued and then what officials think they can get away with. I mean, this question that you raised of the media helping support a dehumanization of Palestinians. It's it is true. I mean, we unfortunately, I was telling Anna, just before we went on air, literally 20 minutes ago, I got an off-record message from a Biden aide critiquing someone in my book saying, You should have focused on them more and been nicer to this person.
Starting point is 00:15:21 Please. The assumption among the DC elite and the Democratic Party elite that they can treat the media as kind of a campaign arm is really offensive to me and should be offensive to all of us. That's not how this is supposed to work. Oh, it's offensive. It's offensive. But that's what they're used to. That's what they do. Yeah, exactly.
Starting point is 00:15:42 And I remember sitting too with a veteran journalist here in DC. I read about this in the book, this moment where this person looked at these eight some of whom had just come back from Gaza, all their groups had lost colleagues, right? More than more humanitarian workers killed than in any other conflict. And this journalist sitting next to me, 25 years of experience, looks at them and goes, so do you want Hamas to win? It's the echoing of that war on terror with us or against us and that insider culture in DC that also helps produce policies.
Starting point is 00:16:13 Yeah. Like the nightmare we saw in Gaza. I'm just gonna make a quick comment and then kick it over to Anna. Look, I think part of the reason that the Biden administration, Democrats, etc. are so cowed on Israel and so loyally serve the governor of Israel, no matter what they do, is not just because of the donors. It's because they know that mainstream media loves Israel. And if you criticize Israel, mainstream media will take your head off because they're not objective.
Starting point is 00:16:40 They're the exact opposite. Their job is to do Israeli propaganda here. And if you criticize, if Biden had said, I'm cutting off your funding. Main Street media would have lost their minds. They would have been beside themselves and they would have collectively demanded more money for the genocide. So that's a second factor. But Anna, back to you.
Starting point is 00:17:00 Okay, so talk to me about that disgraceful Anthony Blinken individual in the Biden administration. Because for everything that we heard from some Democrats, including Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, who claimed during the Democratic National Convention that the Biden administration was working around the clock to secure a ceasefire. That couldn't be further from the truth. So talk to us about the various moments in which various members, including Anthony Blinken himself within the Biden administration worked against securing a ceasefire. Yeah, what I tried to do in crossing the red line is really highlight that these were
Starting point is 00:17:39 choices, that this was preventable. And in fact, that the Biden administration knew they had leverage over Israel, they had evidence that it worked and chose not to use it primarily. So Tony Blinken, for instance, is someone who, when we look at why Trump era policies were able to get worse, Lincoln is at the center of that story. Right near the end of the Biden administration, the final few months, Secretary Blinken said to state about officials, you know what, these Israelis have come their nose at us. If you remember that Nihahu was essentially making a fool of Biden on the world stage,
Starting point is 00:18:14 Lincoln said, bring me some options. What could we do? And the State Department actually prepared through all their offices, through those really pro-Israel, really cautious bureaucrats, recommendations for sanctions on Israeli units that met the evidentiary and legal standard. And he said to Blinken act on these. Lincoln never once did. It was left on his desk.
Starting point is 00:18:36 And that's part of how the panel of impunity for Israeli forces continues into Trump. Those same forces that were identified under Blinken were then pardoned. by the Israeli government, which dropped the investigation. It's a pattern of impunity that also speaks to not just how the media doesn't ask tough questions here, but how very often American officials see protecting Israel as protecting themselves? I reveal in the book that Pentagon lawyers often said, well, if we find the Israelis liable for this war crime, what if we carry out something like this in the future? We don't want that to be applied to us.
Starting point is 00:19:09 This is all while the US is saying it respects the laws of war and American law. Can I just say there was a moment real quick, this is a comment. There's a moment in your book that I'm never going to be able to forget. And it was when our Secretary of State, Lloyd Austin, Secretary of Defense, I apologize. Lloyd Austin was speaking to Yoav Galant in October of 2023. So this was soon after the attack. And he literally told Yoav Galant, happy hunting. Happy hunting.
Starting point is 00:19:35 Jesus. Yeah, I think the American people deserve to know about that. Because we're all living under this illusion that the Democrats are so much better than the Republicans. When it comes to questions of war and peace, when it comes to questions of life and death, happy hunting. Oh, they hunted. They hunted all right. They killed a lot of innocent people, a lot. Yeah. By the first month of that, you know, war, which is obviously a genocide in Gaza, There were already experts commenting on the civilian casualty rate being far higher in Gaza compared to other wars.
Starting point is 00:20:11 By way, wars that we all engaged in and committed war crimes in. So it's just, go ahead, Jake. So I wanna get to the mindset both back then and actually want to catch up to now, right? So Blinket had an amazing line that I hadn't seen before I got in here. to your book, that apparently he said that October 7th was the equivalent of 10, 9-11s. No, it was the size of one-third of a 9-11. But it really, it speaks to the mindset there, that whatever happens to the Israelis is so much more important than what happens to Americans, let alone Palestinians, let alone
Starting point is 00:20:52 anyone else. My God, 9-11 is nothing compared to what the Israelis have, if they have suffered, That is infinitely more important to the American government than the suffering of actual Americans. And we have to get them their money. We have to allow them and encourage them to do more genocide. So, and again, give them $21 billion gift to do a genocide. That is sick. And so the question then is, do they realize it?
Starting point is 00:21:23 Do they realize that they're servants of Israel and they're doing it on purpose and kind of laugh behind the scenes? Like look at these schmucks. We got the mainstream media in our back pocket. We just do propaganda 24-7 and we get America to serve Israel who we're actually loyal to. And this is a great state of affairs. Or are they genuinely like, what, what? I don't get it.
Starting point is 00:21:46 Aren't we all, don't we all have to serve Israel? Don't we all have to get on our hands and knees and do everything Israel asked for? Like is it, are they really pretending me so unbelievably stupid that it never occurred to them? maybe could just cut their funding and that would give you enormous leverage over the genocide over them. They all act and mainstream media acts like leverage, where would we get to leverage? Well, of course we couldn't cut their funding. Well, that means you are admitting you're a servant of this tiny little foreign nation.
Starting point is 00:22:17 So do they even understand that? Did they understand it back then and they're just deceiving us because they're evil and corrupt? Or do they really think that America must serve Israel, that they don't even have a joy? It's even worse than that. Talk about the Americans that were trapped in the Gaza Strip and how the Biden administration handled that. Yeah, I think this gets to these questions that are really deep about a perversion of the process of how things are supposed to work in terms of prioritizing American lives.
Starting point is 00:22:43 So, you know, and at your point about the Palestinian Americans, many of them who were in Gaza and also the occupied West Bank, you know, where there was a lot of fear, right, about what Israel was going to do post- October 7th. And I reveal in the book that the Biden administration did not pressure the Israeli, it's all the Egyptians, anyone to kind of help those families get out. Some of them still died. We actually don't even know the number of Palestinian Americans killed since October 7th in that area with potentially US help.
Starting point is 00:23:14 That's something that they kind of shunted to the side. This prioritizing of Israeli trauma was a dominant team. So for instance, I report that Secretary Blinken went confronted with evidence. of what 2,000-pound bombs could do in crowded residential neighborhoods. 85% of Gaza was urbanized when this began, right? So as one senior state department official said to me, there was no way to use these bombs in ways that were discriminated and proportionate and therefore legal.
Starting point is 00:23:42 They were obviously only going to be illegal in this person's view. But Lincoln, when his own experts brought that up to him in December 2023, again goes back to this narrative of you don't understand how traumatized these Israelis are. You don't understand. So there's a lot of credulousness, I would say, in terms of giving Israel the benefit of the doubt. And then, of course, there's frustration from officials. So officials will then turn around and say, well, you know, why is that Nihahu treating us like this? We've said we want a brief ceasefire.
Starting point is 00:24:12 We want a hostage release. But of course, you have those same officials, figures like Brett McGirt, Biden's Middle East coordinator, still coming out with their own books and narratives saying it was Hamas that was preventing the ceasefire. when the Americans knew at the time, and news reports told us at the time that it was Netanyahu who was obstinate. So there is that kind of refusal to really be honest about Israel's role that I think people, not just Democrats, but a lot of conservatives now are really frustrated with with the Iran war. This is where I see those patterns from Biden continuing into Netanyahu, really pushing Trump into this Iran war, and the U.S. officials still not really being able
Starting point is 00:24:49 to figure out a way to handle Israel differently. So last thing super quick, if an objective person that isn't involved in American or Israeli politics looks at this, wouldn't they conclude almost inevitably that no, American officials believe they are not allowed to disagree with Israel, that they must do whatever Israel tells them to do? I would say it's worse than that because the cynicism and the careerism that we see here is that they are, for instance, undermining the democratic opposition that is rising. You know, you have even Nancy Pelosi and Morning Joe, Joe, Scarborough, of all people in April 2024 saying it's time to cut off weapons to Israel. The Biden administration very quickly undermines anyone who could work with them while enabling that in Yahoo. So I do think that there's something really distinct and frankly so disappointing. about this particular administration and how they handle these treaties. Others were saying there is room to behave differently, even a Bernie Sanders, even at Chris Van
Starting point is 00:25:52 Holland, really moderate, right? At the center of the Democratic Party. So there is that room that the Biden team again, lead the way for impunity that we've seen continue. Akbar Shahid Ahmed, thank you so much for being generous with your time. Thank you for writing this book. It is fantastic and I highly recommend everyone read it. crossing the red line, Biden, his advisors, and Israel's war in Gaza.
Starting point is 00:26:16 I just can't get enough. Hopefully you'll come back because I have a billion other questions to ask you. Thank you again. Thank you. All right, everybody. We're going to take a brief break. When we come back, we'll get to the news of the day, including Iran's letter to Americans. What does it say? Well, you're going to have to come back to find out. Back on TYT, that line is amazing to me. I'm never not going to be amazed by it, Blinken saying that October 7th was the equivalent of 10, 9-11s. Because to them, the Israeli lives are so much more valuable than American lives. They're like, Americans lost on 9-11.
Starting point is 00:27:30 That's minor, tiny, tiny compared to beloved Israel, beloved Israel, right? God, man, it's sick and it's traitorous. It is. Washington is completely and utterly occupied. You see it in every story that we do. And the people who keep telling you that it's not occupied and that it's forbidden to say that it's occupied, work for Israel. Of course they're going to say it's forbidden to say that Washington is occupied because they're Israeli. Right, and they want Israel to have complete control over Washington.
Starting point is 00:28:04 And so anyways, as the most prophet, L.O.J's trying out the Trump look with that suit. I'm not going to let that happen. Okay, I mean, I love the suit who's too big conversation. But wedge says, Ola, TYT, fam, grabbing my front row seat to the salvation of our otherwise impending destruction. You're here on that wedge. And Mungoose Dragon says Biden, Blink and Sullivan are war criminals. You know, they're definitely racist. They're definitely war criminals.
Starting point is 00:28:34 I mean, they're disgusting. They're genocide enablers. What does that make them? Fascists. TYT. Jank and Anna with you guys. Oh my God. Okay.
Starting point is 00:29:04 Let's go to the next door. I'm gonna lose it. All right. So Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps wrote a letter to us. Wait, us, the young person? No, to all of us, to Americans. And they explained in the letter, we're not chanting death to America against you guys. No, it's the elites in your government that you hate and we hate.
Starting point is 00:29:27 Wait a minute, that's not that bad a point. Not the death part, but the fact that we both hate the elites in our country and we can clearly are not in charge. So more about the letter because it's really interesting. And then I want to analyze it and then say things that are unacceptable in Washington. So the letter touches on a few different themes. Let's begin with their perception of how the war is going. And if you're an honest person in America, you already know how the war is going. But nonetheless, they write that to date, the war has claimed the lives of more than 3,600 Iranians, the vast majority of them civilians, including 400 children, eight universities,
Starting point is 00:30:08 three hospitals and eight schools have been bombed. So we've been basically prosecuting this war in Iran the same way Israel prosecutes, well, every war, which is in a genocidal way, attacking schools, hospitals, you guys get the point. Disgusting. They write, as the first casualty of the endless wars waged by the US government has, without exception been the truth with the American people perpetually receiving the greatest harm as the result of the U.S. government's campaign of deception, we wish to highlight some of the facts that are being withheld from the American public. Now what's interesting is as you read
Starting point is 00:30:45 through this 26 page letter, if you choose to read through the 26 page letter, you'll notice that a lot of the things that they're bringing up because they're under the impression that Americans are unfamiliar with this information because our media does lie to us. You'll notice that this stuff that we've talked about on the show in great detail, right? By showing you the receipts, not simply by regurgitating what anyone says. But nonetheless, they talk about Iran's victory, right? So they say the U.S. military, the largest and costliest military in the history of the world, has scored no wins. And that is all the more humiliating when we consider that it fought the war in collaboration with the Israeli military, which claims to be the world's fourth
Starting point is 00:31:29 largest military power. They write, additionally, Israel and the U.S. have failed to realize what of their ulterior motives in instigating the war, diverting the world's attention from Israel's horrific crimes against Palestinians. Now, you'll also notice that we haven't let up on that issue, and we still do regular updates on the crimes against humanity that Israel commits against the Palestinian people, not just in Gaza, but also in the West Bank. But let me give you some excerpts about US Empire and then I want to hear your thoughts, Jenk, because they write that the U.S. military has been continuously engaged in pointless and fruitless wars for 70 years. The nations of Iran and America are both, each in their own way, victims of the oppression
Starting point is 00:32:15 of the occupants of the White House. They only represent the interests of an elite cohort of powerful Zionist capitalists. I mean, you know that feeling when you're doing everything. Everything you're supposed to be doing, eating healthy, working out, getting sleep, taking supplements, and you still wonder, is any of this actually working? Because doing all the right things doesn't always mean it's working for you. That's why I'm excited about the true age tests from true diagnostic. It uses epigenetics, which may sound complicated, but it's really about tiny chemical tags on your DNA that change in response to sleep, stress, diet, exercise, and your environment.
Starting point is 00:32:56 True age reads those tags to estimate how your body is aging. And unlike many biological age tests, their methods are published in peer-reviewed scientific journals and were developed with researchers at Harvard, Yale, and Duke. You get a clear picture of where you are and where you can improve. Plus, personalized recommendations around nutrition, exercise, sleep, supplements, and lifestyle. The process is simple. At-home finger prick, send it back, get your report online in about three to four weeks. So if you want to optimize your health, true age gives you a much clearer starting point.
Starting point is 00:33:31 So if you're serious about longevity or even just curious whether your body is aging faster or slower than your actual age, this is one of the easiest ways to find out. Right now, go to true diagnostic.com and use code t-y-t for 20% off your entire order. That's truediagnostic.com code t-y-y-t for 20% off. It, where's the lie? Where's the lie? Now, I mean, I would just stop it. Honestly, Zionists.
Starting point is 00:34:03 Like, it doesn't matter what your economic views are. But at the end of the day, who are the most powerful people in the country who are basically directing our foreign policy? It's the donors. And the donors are tremendously wealthy. We're talking about Zionists billionaires who bankroll these, these politicians and ensure that they do as they're told. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:34:22 Yeah, so now there's the traditional way of dealing with a letter like this, and then there's the new way, which is much closer to journalism, right? The traditional way of dealing with this is, no one should even read the letter, this is a bunch of terrorists, and if you even read the letter, we question your loyalty to this guy. Don't worry, we're not reading anything from the Israeli government, so don't, there's no terrorism here. Yeah, so what am I referring to?
Starting point is 00:34:50 For example, bin Laden wrote a letter about why he's. he attacked us on 9-11. Now, when you read the letter, that doesn't mean you agree with it. If a professor reads M.Kin Conf, it doesn't mean he agrees with it, it means he wants to learn from it so we could prevent the next tragedy, right? And so you have to figure out what the motivation is and what is true and untrue. So that's what a normal person would do, a journalist would do, a professor would do someone who's intellectually curious.
Starting point is 00:35:16 But our so-called journalists are a bunch of morons and propagandists, so they go, don't even cover And if you even say anything positive about it, we'll call you a terrorist. Well, that's because you're new propaganda, not news. So now an honest look at the letter says, well, are we killing civilians in the way that they are describing? Yes, that is true. We are, right? Is that reprehensible? Yes, it is reprehensible.
Starting point is 00:35:40 Now, guys, two things can be true at the same time. We could be doing things that are wrong. And that doesn't mean the Iranian regime a bunch of angels, they could be doing a bunch of things that are wrong. We do propaganda, they do propaganda. So our job here is to report on what is true. So if there are parts of this that are untrue or propaganda or unclear, we tell you, right? But are we killing civilians in the way they describe? Yes.
Starting point is 00:36:03 Number two, is Israel using this as a distraction, not just to kill the Palestinians and take more of Gaza, but also to totally obliterate the West Bank and have the settlers begin their ethnic cleansing campaign there. And then even more importantly, southern Lebanon. I think actually the number one reason for the war is Israel cannot tolerate any regional opponents. So they have systematically gotten us to destroy every one of their neighbors, Iraq, Libya, Syria, Iran, et cetera.
Starting point is 00:36:34 So and they figure if there's no other regional power, no one can protect the Palestinians, the Lebanese, the Syrians, as they take more and more land for greater Israel. So that's the number one objective. But the number two objective is take southern land. Lebanon while everyone is distracted by the Iran war. And by the way, it's worked out brilliantly. It really, really helps when all of mainstream media are Zionists who work for Israel, because they purposely don't talk about southern Lebanon.
Starting point is 00:37:03 They go, Iran, Iran, run, look over there, squirrel, squirrel. Lebanon, of course, that's historically Jewish land. God promised it to them, and he also promised them Canada and Greenland, shut up you anti-Semite, right? So the combination of mainstream media and our politicians, working together to make sure we are distracted and trying to obliterate Iran for no reason having nothing to do with us while Israel steals more land is 100% correct, okay? It doesn't matter who the author of that idea is, you can check it with facts on the ground.
Starting point is 00:37:36 Did Israel take southern Lebanon? Yes, do their ministers say that they were going to keep it, including Netanyo? Yes, is our media covering it? No, not at all. And then that leads of course to the third thing that animation there. Is it the elite Zionist who are controlling our government and our media and forcing us into these endless wars in the Middle East? Now that's a super uncomfortable conversation. And I was- I was- I was taught earlier in my life that not only was that not true, but that it was wild,
Starting point is 00:38:08 conspiratorial, and crazy to say that. And I believed it. I did, because I got brainwashed by that same media. My whole life I watched them, I watched meet the press when I was 10 years old, right? And constantly Israel's right about everything. The Palestinians are irrelevant. They should all be killed, they're all terrorists, they're all savages. Thank God for Israel murdering all those terrorists with our money, right?
Starting point is 00:38:29 And Muslims would always be referred to as terrorists. The Palestinians were always savages and they only understood violence and Israel was the big. And so when you look into it, is it true that there are giant Zionist donors that are donating to the Democratic Party and the Republican Party and are oftentimes the top donors? We just had an interview in the segment earlier with someone who talked to 150 Biden officials, and one of his conclusions was yes, they would always check with the donors. Let me ask you something. And the donors would always tell them, you better support Israel, otherwise you're gonna cut off all your money. Well, what is that?
Starting point is 00:39:05 That is Zionist control. Super uncomfortable, super awkward, but also super real. If anybody's telling you that's not true, they're actively lying to you, and then you have to ask them a fair question. Why are you lying to me? There's no question that there are billionaire Zionists who have given a tremendous amount of money to Democratic leaders and Republican leaders. And yes, as we just heard in that interview, all of those so-called American leaders report to the donors and ask them for permission about what to do.
Starting point is 00:39:37 And they never get permission to criticize Israel. The only thing they are ever told is, you better take American taxpayer money and give it to them. And every Zionist in media, which seems like almost every one of them, It's based on their actions, based on their actions. Always say Israel is right and the Muslims and the Arabs and the Christians are always wrong. And you should always kill the Palestinians and they should never be free and Israel should get to do whatever they want.
Starting point is 00:40:01 Well, if that's not Zionist control, I don't know what it is. And you tell me, anybody tell me what that is if that is not complete Zionist control. It's obvious, it's obvious. And honestly, like, I know that most of this country is still uncomfortable having that debate. I'm not even interested in adjudicating it because it's not a lot of it. even a debate, it's not a debate. It's obvious, you're seeing it happen in real time. If you don't want to accept reality, that's your problem, boss, okay? But I accept reality. I see it with my own two eyes, I hear it with my own two ears. I'm not going to pretend
Starting point is 00:40:29 like I don't see it and I don't hear it. But let me ask you something about the so-called savage Palestinians. So when Armenians fled, Christian Armenians fled Armenia in the middle of the Armenian genocide, and some of them, like my maternal side of my family, ends up in Haifa Palestine, how is it that the Christian Armenians didn't have a single problem with the Palestinians? How is it that the Palestinians welcomed Armenian refugees around the same time they, by the way, also welcomed Jewish refugees? How is it that the Israelis had so much of a difficult time with the Palestinians, but Armenian Christians didn't? Could it be that Armenian Christians weren't looking to take their land? Could it be that maybe if rather than
Starting point is 00:41:12 wanting to create an ethno state, the Jewish refugees came and wanted to live side by side in peace with the Palestinians, which obviously they were open to. You want to know something? At one point, the Brits wanted to prevent the Armenians from fleeing Armenian going to Palestine at the time, right? They wanted to prevent it. Palestinian officials fought back against it to allow Armenian refugees to come in. Did you guys know that?
Starting point is 00:41:40 Those are the savages, those are the savages. Yeah. But the difference is Armenians didn't try to steal their land. That's the difference. Yeah, and guys, we've said this a billion times, Zionism is not Judaism. So Zionism at the time was a fascist strain that came out of Europe. And their ideology was we're gonna take land, right? We can't take it in Europe, they're too powerful.
Starting point is 00:42:06 But the Palestinians, they're good people, they invite people in from the, they're Armenian genocide from the Jewish Holocaust in what happened to Jews in Germany. So they're good, kind heart of people, and they have almost no power. So it'll be really easy to steal their land. Now that's not Jews saying, and other Jews at the time were opposed to the Zionists. That's the fascist strain of Zionism that thought, yeah, it'll be easier to impose our will on them. And we come in with the same ideology that the Germans had.
Starting point is 00:42:36 The Germans said, God mit-unz, and the Zionist said, no, God is with us. God me to us means God is with us. And the Germans said we are the superior race. And the Zionists said we are the chosen people. Okay. And now that's not all Jews. It's not anywhere near the majority of Jews in America and across the world. But and the Zionists back then broke an anti-Nazi boycott because they wanted to work with the Nazis to drive more Jews to Israel.
Starting point is 00:43:00 That is that's insane. But please research it. See for your own with your own eyes. because it's true. So Zionism has always been based on the racist ideology of, I'm going to come into your homes and take it. You know, land kind of almost doesn't do it justice because they literally took people's homes that they grew up in.
Starting point is 00:43:25 And they're still doing it today? And they would murder the Palestinians and drag them through the middle of town so that they would run from their homes. And then they would go into their homes and take it and say, I just stole a home, that's awesome. And that was a Zionist mindset. And they were all of their leaders originally were terrorists. These are not hyperbole guys, and you could look up all of these.
Starting point is 00:43:44 Irgun, Hagena, Lehigh, Stern Gang. All terrorist groups did the biggest terrorist attacks of Middle East has ever seen at that time. The King David Hotel was the biggest terrorist act that had happened in modern times at the time, right? And those terrorists won, and they formed a terrorist state. And since then, they have been brutalizing the Palestinians. And why don't we all know about that? Why don't we know the history that is actually totally available online, anywhere in books, et cetera? Because our media, some of my favorite designs on ShopTYT are get caught trying and team joy.
Starting point is 00:44:23 And let me tell you, getting those up on ShopTYTYT quickly and painlessly was all thanks to Shopify. We've been using Shopify to run our merch store at shopty.com. Whether you're selling mugs, shirts, or whatever your big ideas, Shopify gives you everything you need from day one. Starting point is 00:45:23 That's right, start your free trial at Shopify.com slash tYT. That's Shopify.com slash tYT. for a number of different reasons loves Israel and are Zionists. And so since they're Zionists, they say, no, you're not allowed to find out what the Zionists are. You're not allowed to care about Palestinians, you're only supposed to care about Israelis. And if you dare even say free Palestine or have a Palestinian flag, we're gonna call you an anti-Semite. And on behalf of the Zionists who originally were terrorists, we're gonna terrorize you. We're gonna terrorize you here in your own home and demand that you give as much money as possible to our cause.
Starting point is 00:46:07 Now, if they were American journalists, they would never react that way. That's such a weird thing to do, right? Why would you say like, no, you have to give all your money to Peru? And you have to be a Peruvian nationalist. Otherwise, we're going to call you a racist and destroy your life. That is a very bizarre thing to do, unless you're a diehard radical Zionist pretending to be a reporter. Okay, so let's talk about the portion of the letter that addresses the death to America chance. Now look, a lot of American civilians, like people who are not in elected office, people who are not in the military, take that personally.
Starting point is 00:46:44 The point of addressing it in the letter was to tell you, don't take it personally. But to be honest with you, even if it was directed toward all Americans, if you understand the history of what the United States has done to Iran, you would understand. why they would feel that way. But that's not even how they feel, right? So for instance, providing chemical weapons to Iraq so they can deploy those weapons against Iran during the Iran-Iraq war in the 1980s. You know, I would have, I would venture to say that if that happened to Americans, we would be chanting death to whoever did that to us.
Starting point is 00:47:16 But the whole point of them addressing it here is we're not talking about ordinary Americans. Here's what they say. The true meaning of death to America is death to the crimes perpetuated, or perpetrated, I should say perpetrated by the American elite. It is in a word, not an expression of ill will toward the American people. We are certain that if the American people truly understood the reality of the evil their leaders commit in their name, they would disavow their leaders as they gradually are doing and would stand by the people of Iran in indicting their common oppressor.
Starting point is 00:47:49 The only criterion that truly determines who is or is not deemed a terrorist by the US is opposition to or alignment with the Zionist elite, which is undeniably true. The reason that the U.S. and its allies call the IRGC a terrorist organization is that in the past close to five decades, it has foiled all the plots the U.S. government and Israel have undertaken to undermine the Islamic Republic. Then they claim, and I'm going to quote, they say, there is not a single verifiable instance where the IRGC has committed an act of violence against civilians. That's not true.
Starting point is 00:48:30 I want to be clear about that. So we're going to tell you what we agree with, what we disagree with, and provide the receipts. Look, the protests that took place in January were real. They were, in fact, co-opted by Mossad and nefarious figures. So I don't want to discount that. But there were people who in the beginning were protesting for a legitimate reason. They were frustrated by their economic situation. And people did get killed by the IRGC.
Starting point is 00:48:58 We don't know the exact number, but here is, here are some numbers that I do believe, because they're not exaggerating, they're not engaging in hyperbole like Trump has. Trump claimed that they killed 100,000 people at one point. Then he went down to 75,000. At one point he said 40,000. The numbers keep changing, but what are the actual documented numbers? Okay, well, this is the United States-based human rights activist news agency. They say that they have verified 6,872 deaths and is investigating more than 11,000 other
Starting point is 00:49:29 cases. A UN special rapporteur has said the death toll may be higher than 20,000. I don't really care what the rapporteur has to say. I want to know the documented cases. And so far, the HR ANA was able to verify 6,872 deaths. Yeah, so two things can be true at the same time. The protesters could have been perfectly valid. N is a tragedy that they were killed.
Starting point is 00:49:54 But at the same time, Mossad was inside the protest instigating because they said it. They said it publicly. These days, they're at the last stage where they're trying to rub it in, the fact that they have infinite power and are purposely manipulating us. I don't know what round of humiliation were now in, the 12th round, the 15th round, or whatever. But there's no question because they said it publicly. So did Mossad make it worse by instigating violence and got a lot of got a lot of the protesters killed?
Starting point is 00:50:26 Yes. But did the regime kill over 6,800 protesters anyway? Yes. So can we, can the Iranian regime be bad and we still shouldn't invade them? Yes. There are a lot of regimes in the world that don't give their own people enough freedom. But we don't invade all of them. We don't invade North Korea, they're the worst of the worst in terms of taking freedom away.
Starting point is 00:50:50 We don't invade, you know, all the countries who are dictatorial, by the way, including Saudi Arabia and UAE, which are led by dictators. And Israel, which is a fascist country that deeply oppresses five and a half million Palestinians that they keep as their slaves and servants. Thank you for bringing Saudi Arabia up because over the weekend, you know, just for fun, reading for pleasure, leisure if you will. I was curious about like, what's the execution situation like in Saudi Arabia? Does it improve?
Starting point is 00:51:17 Because we're all supposed to be led to believe that Saudi Arabia under MBS really modernizing right? No, not modernizing. Executions have ticked way up in recent years. And they execute people for dumb reasons all the time. But you know, it's interesting when it comes to executions, there's like hyper focus on Iran and I don't agree with them executing people for not wearing a headscarf, for instance, right? I don't agree with that.
Starting point is 00:51:43 And I will always speak out against that. I don't think someone should lose their life over that. Not even close. However, I'm not going to use that as justification to slaughter a bunch of civilians in their country. And if we have such a big problem with the executions in Iran, why are we allied with Saudi Arabia, which is actually far worse when it comes to executing people. So two things about that. So we've criticized Saudi Arabia endless times on this show.
Starting point is 00:52:04 And you know what's interesting? We've never gotten one inch of pushback on that. So even though Saudi Arabia is a deep ally of America, we even let them chop up our journalists and keep on going, right? Right? So the government totally serves Saudi Arabia like they serve Israel. But what's interesting is the media doesn't. The media says, oh, you're criticizing Saudi Arabia. Adah boy, those stupid dirty Muslims, they've had it coming.
Starting point is 00:52:31 Keep going, guys, keep going. When we criticize the Iranian government, keep going, guys, keep going, right? We criticize Hamas Hezbole, keep going. You criticize Israel, they're like, anti-Sem, I cancel him, destroy his life. Okay, then you're Zionist. Then you're radical Zionist pretending to be repulsing. So all of these news organizations are just propaganda outlets. And you could tell you don't need us.
Starting point is 00:52:54 From now on, just look at them. Do they criticize other allies, people in the same bucket, right? Other countries in the Middle East, other allies in the Middle East, in the same way that they criticize Israel? Or does Israel get endless special privileges that they could keep on slaughtering and slaughtering and anyone who objects to them is the bad guy, right? No, it's super obvious. Super obvious. So look, do I like the death to America chant? No, I hate it. I think it's terrible. I'm an American. I don't want any part of it. And it's also deeply counterproductive. But here they are writing a letter, which I, did we ever write a letter to the Vietnamese saying we're not against the Vietnamese civilians? We're against your government. And we never wrote that letter. We just bombed the living crap out of we carpet bombed them. Did we ever write that letter to Cambodia where we drop bombs for no reason in the middle of the Vietnam War? Did we ever write that?
Starting point is 00:53:45 that letter to Iraq? No, but here is Iran writing a letter saying, hey guys, our war is not with you. We have nothing against the American people. So okay, that doesn't mean, oh, we love Iran or Iranian regime and we like that they oppress their people, no, it doesn't mean that, but is that true? Well, they're bothering to write it and Israel's never written anything like that, we've never written anything like that, so I would rate that as a net positive in that in explaining that phenomenon.
Starting point is 00:54:14 Of course, the propagandists pretending to reporters would never call that a positive. Instead they lie about it. Or they would never cover it. You will not see this on cable news anywhere. Yeah, of course not. But anyway, it ends with, let's go to Graphic 11, I'm just going to end on this really quick. Quote, we can live together in peaceful coexistence, remove from power the evil, deceitful, and violent politicians who are responsible for America's current state.
Starting point is 00:54:40 So obviously when a letter like this is addressed to the American people, you should ask yourself, what are they trying to accomplish with this? And so this is their way of weighing in on the upcoming midterm elections, which gives me a sense that even Iran is not fully aware of how broken and corrupt our political system is. Because there is no voting out the bad guys and voting in the good guys. Our political system is rotten to its core. Okay, and these politicians get bought like cheap prostitutes by Zionist interests. It doesn't matter, they come with good intentions, oftentimes they end up being just the same. So unless you get that rot out, it doesn't matter who we vote for, to be honest with you. That's how I feel, because the system
Starting point is 00:55:24 itself is corrupting. Yeah, so I think a slightly different angle to it, but- Does you still have hope in this? No, no, no, no, no, no. Hear me out. So I, but I start with the same premise. I don't think that even the Iranians, even as they write in their letter, you're controlled by scientists, understand how thoroughly we're controlled we are. Because so for example, this letter, if it wasn't for social media, online media, if we're in the bad old days where there was only mainstream media, would only be counterproductive to Iranian interests. Why? Because mainstream media would take a letter like this and go, it looks like they're trying to help Democrats. Make sure you vote for Republicans who support
Starting point is 00:56:02 Israel instead. This is the evil Iranian savage Muslim terrorist telling you to vote Democrat. Make sure you vote for pro-Israel Republicans, right? And that's what they would do. And in fact, they don't want you to read the letter because it's embarrassing because a lot of things in it are true. So they're not talking about it at all. But if they do talk about it, they will definitely tell you you should do the opposite of what Iran says. Because Iran is against Israel. And if you're against Israel, you're against American media.
Starting point is 00:56:33 But we're not Zionists. Well, that doesn't make any sense at all. If you were an American, you would report on the news objectively and you wouldn't be weirdly obsessed with doing marketing for Israel and doing bigotry against all Muslims in the world and constantly telling everyone that they're terrorists for opposing the occupation of their own homes and land. And by the way, well, think about how racist our media is that they keep saying, Israel's the best and only democracy in the Middle East. wait, in order for Israel to be a democracy, that means you have to say that the Palestinians are not human. Because right now they're occupying five and a half million Palestinians who have absolutely no rights at all.
Starting point is 00:57:16 Yeah, they don't. And our media is so deeply racist that they're like, oh, those Palestinians don't even exist. Yeah. Their existence offends me. So of course they're a democracy because Palestinians don't count. That is what every single person in mainstream media has done my entire life. So if you're a mainstream media reporter reporter out there and you still think you're doing journalism, explain to me why you call Israel a democracy.
Starting point is 00:57:42 That means you are definitely saying those five and a half million palisians that they occupy are not human. They don't deserve human rights. They don't deserve freedom. They're just cattle. So Israel's a democracy that happens to have a lot of cattle on it because that's how deeply racist our media is. Yeah, we're bought, by the way, seen as cattle for the Israelis. Now to take a break, when we come back, we'll talk about the terrorism they're committing in the West Bank scenes that look like Nazi lynchings. And I'm not kidding, so get ready for that.
Starting point is 00:58:13 All right, let's go to super chat first. Cool Nelson writes in, no more socialism for Israel, so disgusted that we have to pay for Israel's war crimes. So now I read that sentence to you guys on air here. Is there any chance that anyone on cable news or network television would ever read that sentence? No, they would say if you don't pay for Israel's war crimes, you're a disgusting anti-Semite, and we would never air that filth that is against Israel, but we're not biased in favor of Israel. I mean, it's just over the top, over the top absurd. Marissa Juanita says, enjoy the membership, glad I could help TYT.
Starting point is 00:59:11 Thank you, Marissa, I really do appreciate it, and you guys make this show possible. X, Lavangia says, they've inverted our world whilst gaslighting us into silence. That's exactly what happened. And if you dare to speak up against Israel, it's not the government, it's the media that would take your head off. And even British media is hilarious. If you call it a genocide day, every anchor must jump in and go, no, no, the Israelis don't call it a genocide.
Starting point is 00:59:38 Everybody's not a genocide. The Israelis, I beg you, I beg you, don't fire me, right? What a bunch of losers, propagandas pretending to be reporters. They ought to be humiliated with themselves. What did you get into journalism for? To be another government's bitch, which is what almost all the reporters in Britain and the US are. And I don't mean independent reporters, they're wonderful.
Starting point is 01:00:01 It's mainstream garbage, toxic cancerous mainstream media reporting. Jonathan's assistant says, Trump just stole $1 million of our money for a Republican ad. Yes, we covered that yesterday on the show. It's disgusting and it's a robbery. We'll be back. Some of my favorite designs on ShopTYT are get caught trying and team joy. Next door. So what you're looking at there is hordes of Israeli settlers who raided at West Bank Village of Jalud, setting multiple homes and vehicles on fire. This is obviously terrorism by the Israeli settlers, but it might be far worse than that. And it has the details on what happened. Now let me remind you all that Israel's so-called finance minister, Basilil Smutrich, had just declared war on the Palestinians and the West Bank.
Starting point is 01:03:08 They've done nothing wrong. They haven't attacked Israelis. They haven't attacked Israel. Hamas doesn't govern them. But, you know, at this point, the Israelis are feeling emboldened to just tell you exactly what they are and what they're doing, which is they're in it to steal the land. That's been the plan from the very beginning. That's been the plan in Gaza. That's the plan in southern Lebanon.
Starting point is 01:03:29 That's the plan in Syria. They just want the land. Now, let's get to the details of what happened in Jalud. Now, I got to go back a little bit. Back to July of this year, when repeated harassment from Israeli terrorists for, He forced Mahmoud Tubasi and his family to leave their home. They were forced out of their own home. So far, two of their houses have been criminally stolen by Israeli terrorists, and he made
Starting point is 01:03:58 multiple attempts to reclaim his property through legal means. And if you can believe it or not, it turns out that both Israeli authorities and Palestinian security officials told him, okay, you can return back to your home. We're gonna escort you. So he was escorted by Israeli military officials. So escorted back to, or escorted back by Israeli police and the Israeli military early Tuesday morning, the family passed by the settlers, the terrorists, who had previously taken over the home, now camped in a tent outside.
Starting point is 01:04:37 The house itself was in disarray. So it was just a complete, it was just completely. damaged. So their son, Yel, spoke to Reuters and said that they damaged everything, the doors, the tiles were removed, the stairs were removed, they smashed the bathrooms, doors and windows, they left nothing, everything was broken. Because that's what they do, they're wreckers, they're terrorists. And so soon after, you know, they're finally back in their home. But soon after that, they were attacked again by these terrorists who were joined by a larger group. So they were joined by others. Over 100 terrorists, I wish CNN would call them what they are,
Starting point is 01:05:17 not settlers, terrorists, stormed the house, attacking the family, as well as police officers inside and forcing them to leave. Again, the terrorists then set fire to the building and the family car. Soon after they were, so they were attacked. They're forced out of their homes yet again, according to local sources who spoke to Turkish media and Al Jazeera, Israeli forces provided protection to these scumbag terrorists and sent additional military reinforcements to the area. Israeli forces also compelled members of the Tubasi family to evacuate their homes again. At gunpoint, the sources were quoted as saying. So the IDF actually did release a statement about this and just pay close to
Starting point is 01:06:06 attention of the wording they use. Soldiers and Israel border police forces operated in the area of Jaloo to disperse Israeli rioters, terrorists, and protect the residents of the area as the return of a Palestinian family to their home in the area had been coordinated. Due to the violence, the mission to return the family to their home was not completed. And guess what? Out of the more than 100 terrorists who took part in driving this family out of their home yet again. Only two people were apprehended, arrested by the Israelis. And why were they arrested? Because of the violence they directed toward the Israeli police. Okay. And by the way, the IDF released a statement conceding that point. They say the security establishment strongly condemns
Starting point is 01:06:56 any harm to security personnel while carrying out their duties as well as acts of vandalism and damage to property. Right, right, right. I'm sure you guys are very concerned about these terrorists causing damage to Palestinian property. Now the response from officials was what you would expect. Netanyahu absolutely downplayed these attacks and said there were only a handful of rioters. Let's put that video back up again. No, no, no, it's okay.
Starting point is 01:07:20 Let's put that video from the cold open up again. Because I want you guys to see what Netanyahu claims is the handful of rioters do not represent the law-abiding settler community in Judea and Siberia. Their very existence in the West Bank is a crime because they are living on stolen land that's supposed to belong to Palestinians. What do you think Israeli settlers are? Okay, they're terrorists who stole homes and stole land from the Palestinians who live there. That's what they are. But anyway, Jake, back to you.
Starting point is 01:07:53 Yeah. This is why Israel doesn't allow journalists and murders more journalists than any other, all other countries combined because they don't want any witnesses to their crimes. Because if you see the terrorist settlers burning people's cars and homes and murdering them right in front of your eyes, beating 80-year-old women, beating older men in the streets, which is another thing that happened yesterday, well, then you might think, well, that's a crime. I don't want to support those guys. And Israel thinks, no, we have the right to take their homes and their land and their property.
Starting point is 01:08:30 and treat them as inferior to us and steal everything they have and kill them along the way, but you have no right to complain at all. So okay, now let's look at the letter that they sent. They said, oh well, we couldn't accomplish the mission. You couldn't accomplish the mission of getting the settlers out of the other person's house, the Palestinian house? You guys seem pretty effective at killing Palestinians. Yeah, when it comes to Palestinians, you call terrorists, including
Starting point is 01:09:00 four year old kids, you seem to be excellent at accomplishing the mission of murdering them when they're unarmed and can't help themselves, can't protect themselves. But you couldn't take a couple of settlers out of a house, the mighty IDF? So wait, is the idea so incompetent that the minute they meet any kind of resistance, as long as it's not a baby, like the baby they can murder no problem, right? And they brag about it too, they're like, ha ha, we have murdered, so much. many in Gaza, we're so strong and mighty. All right, then go into Iran.
Starting point is 01:09:35 Oh, no, we're not gonna do that. That's a real army. America, you go fight them. A bunch of cowards. And now you tell me that you can't remove a couple of settlers from a house? No, that's you saying, I don't want to remove them. I love that they're stealing that house because we're Israelis, we steal. We steal everyone's homes.
Starting point is 01:09:55 Guys, it's not just the land, you see that house? People have been living that house for a long, long time. They have childhood memories there, people grew up there. And the settlers go, yeah, who cares will burn you alive and steal your home. And you have to, and I've got American media worshiping me. I've got American government sending me money to murder these people, light them on fire, and steal their homes. Because why?
Starting point is 01:10:22 Because a couple of Zionist billionaires in America, like Robert Kraft and Larry Ellison, bought all of Congress and Miriam Edelson. They gave hundreds of millions of dollars. They purchased your government. American government is totally occupied and is now pro-terrorist. American government is now pro-terrorism. In fact, finances this terrorism. You saw it with your own eyes.
Starting point is 01:10:45 And America goes, Adam, boy, you're Bob and Sally in Missouri. Shut up, you anti-Semites. Give me all your money. Give me all your money. I'm going to send it to those terrorists to terrorize those innocent human beings. And our media goes, Bravo! Yes, yes, Israel, yes. Now the reality is the settlers are by definition racist and terrorists.
Starting point is 01:11:07 Why? Is that just hyperbole? No, they are saying we are the chosen people. This is not all Jews, it's not anywhere near the majority of Jews in America, tiny minority in America, the great majority of American Jews don't believe this. But the Israeli settlers 100% believe they are the chosen people, the superior race, religion, whatever, how are they view themselves. And the God is on their side.
Starting point is 01:11:35 And God told them to murder those people and take their land. In fact, God promised them that land 3,000 years ago. That's why they call it Judea and Samaria. That is their genocidal intent in words. We are planned to move out these 3 million people through terror and murder and theft and steal all of their land. Well, you're racist by definition, because you say that if you're a Palestinian, you don't even deserve the land you already have your own home. You deserve nothing at all. And God
Starting point is 01:12:04 hates you. And God loves the Jewish settlers. So that's why he lets you murder them. I mean, if that's not racist, then racist doesn't have any meaning. Bigot doesn't have any meaning if that's not bigoted towards Muslims. And by the way, Christians that live there. Okay. So in terms of terrorists, well, what do you call? Imagine if the Palestinians were doing that through the Israelis. And guys, this will show you right here and now, right? There's no one that could dispute this. If the Palestinians were going into Haifa and Tel Aviv and lighting the Israelis on fire and murdering them wantonly and just going, shut up, stupid Jew, I'm taking your house. Allah promised it to me.
Starting point is 01:12:43 So I burned you alive and I took all your land and all of your property. What would the American media call them? Terrorists, obviously. Terrorism 101. All of the settlers believe that is justified, all of them. They literally went to the West Bank to steal the West Bank because they, in their lunatic minds, in their lunatic racist minds, God loves them and wants them to do violence on those people and steal all, literally all of the West Bank.
Starting point is 01:13:15 None of those facts are in dispute. It's just that our media gaslights you into supporting those terrorists and financing them. And that's why they attack people like us, but they never question our facts. They only call us names. Mm-hmm. Is it true that the settlers believe they should take all of the West Bank? Yes. If the Palestinians did that to Israel, would they be called terrorists?
Starting point is 01:13:41 Of course they would, literally everyone watching here has to acknowledge, yes, they would obviously be called terrorists. But when Israel does it, since our media works for Israel and their job is to lie to you in mass to make sure you submit to the will of Israel, they go, yeah, of course, no, Israel's allowed to do that type of terrorism. Bravo. In fact, you should pay for it. That's right. All right, we're out of time. We've got to take a break. When we come back, we've got a lot more to get to. I also want to just thank Shaill Ben, I frame. We've had him on the show before. He is an Israeli who's currently living in Los Angeles, and he sheds light on these stories. And I'm very, very grateful that he does that. Do we have the video of the old man that they pushed down? Yeah, we do.
Starting point is 01:14:28 Let's just show that real quick. I want to show it. Yeah, so this is not in the area that we were referring to. This is also, this is in Jerusalem. So this is at the Damascus gate in Jerusalem. And look at this, it's so disgusting. You're about to see, look at what they're doing too. Those Palestinian men and they're chasing them out,
Starting point is 01:14:47 the young settlers, and they're kicking a guy, an older man as he's down. Oh, God. Guys, this is literally how the Nazis acted. This is, this looks like the Gestapo. Imagine just do a role reversal. Imagine that the guys, the older guys they knocked down, and we showed you the 80 year old woman that they were beating. She's on the ground, they keep beating, right?
Starting point is 01:15:08 Imagine if they're Jewish instead of Muslim, and then the people attacking them are either Muslim or German or whatever you want to imagine in your head. Would our media be like, oh, that's perfectly normal, not even gonna cover it? No big deal, yeah, slaughter the Jews, who cares? Yeah, shub down a poor Jewish lady and an old Jewish man and just stomp on them and kick them in the ribs when they're down. Bravo, way to go. No, they would say it's the most heinous evil thing we've ever seen.
Starting point is 01:15:33 Yeah. But when you do it to Muslims, they go, yeah, that's wonderful. Give them more money. By the way, this- Give the Gestapo more money to do their racist terrorism because we're objective reporters. We don't even know, I mean, this isn't Jerusalem. He could have been a Palestinian Christian. It doesn't matter, it doesn't matter.
Starting point is 01:15:50 They spit on the Christians, that's real. They urinate on their churches. That was another video that I saw today. You remember the nun that they pushed down and kicked when she was down? Yeah, and the guy who did that got away with it. Of course, and the guys who killed Americans, 10 Americans dead at a minimum, let alone the Americans dead in Gaza. And we just did an interview earlier in the show.
Starting point is 01:16:11 And that reporter talked to 150 people from the Biden team. They knew that Americans were getting killed by Israelis in Gaza in their bombing campaigns. And they chose not to do anything about it because the Biden team and the Trump team think, You're just Americans. You're so much lower than the Israelis. We don't care about you at all. They have not asked for accountability for a single American murdered by Israel in the last three years. One of Biden's aides asked Biden, can you please just tell, like, ask the Israelis nicely to stop bombing the areas that we know the Americans are in? There was no response at all. Because Biden doesn't care about Americans.
Starting point is 01:16:52 Our government, guys. Our government, yes. Biden is just a microcosm of a deeper issue we have in this country. Our government hates us, okay? This is not a partisan thing. Republican administration, they hate you. Democratic administration, they hate you. These people are not interested in serving you. That is the problem.
Starting point is 01:17:11 And unless we get our heads out of our asses when it comes to, oh, it's my tribe. And I'm going to fight really hard to make sure my tribe is in charge. Your tribe hates you. Just know that. We'll be right back. Hey, Andrew, what's up? Hey, Jake, you ready to make the switch? I guess.
Starting point is 01:17:34 I promise it's easy. Universal, basic, and you get income. Yeah, you keep saying that. But you sure I'm going to have coverage? Of course you will. You think I would have bad service? I'm Andrew Yang. Of course I have good service.
Starting point is 01:17:47 Alright, let's try. But I'm so bad at tech. So, wait. Should I do this thing of the hashtag business? Andrew, you're still on, right? Yep. Oh, I see it. Oh, I see it.
Starting point is 01:18:01 Oh, yeah, I do see it. I actually did not realize that you'd be searching in real time, but I love it. How much do people actually normally say? Yeah, the average American is going to save between $500 and $1,000 a year on Noble. Yeah, no. You know what I'm going to do, Andrew? Are you ready to become a Noble member? The two buttons are do it and go back.
Starting point is 01:18:22 There's no going back. We're doing it. We're doing it. Here we go, Noble Mobile Mobile. Oh, my gosh, I just called you and are you now on Noble and not Verizon? Why didn't you tell me it was going to be super easy? I know, man. Now you just stay away from your phone and watch the money roll in.
Starting point is 01:18:39 I can do that. You got a phone, yeah. Ah, shit. What the fuck? Jank, you still there? Andrew? Oh, well, at least I got an noble moment. It was really just one take.
Starting point is 01:18:53 The whole thing is wild. It's in my shoes. It's in my shoes. Hi, I'm Brett Ehrlich with Breaking News with Brett Ehrlich. This is Breaking News with Brett Ehrlich. Hi. Red Ehrlich here. According to EPA heads,
Starting point is 01:19:06 Scott Pruitt, climate change is not happening. He cited a meme on Facebook you saw. When pressed to back up this source, he said it must be accurate because the watermark said it was made by a scientist. So your move, truth? At TYT, our mission is to boldly pursue truth, challenge the establishment, and drive positive change. At a time when corporate capture of our media, our government, and our politics is nearly
Starting point is 01:19:39 absolute. Everyday working people need a champion a fight for them and a push back against the powerful interests that threaten our democracy itself. At TYT, we're proudly progressive and call out corruption and duplicity wherever we see it from Republicans, Democrats, or anyone else. And unlike mainstream news media outlets, we're not beholden to corporate advertisers, to defense contractors, to Wall Street, or to Big Pharma. We only have to answer to our audience, and for nearly two decades, we've become a couple of people. Accomplish that by delivering honest, timely, and insightful perspectives on the day's news without fear or favor or concern for whose toes we might step on or which powerful elites we might offend. And while we're super serious about the news, we also manage to do it in a way that is fun and lighthearted.
Starting point is 01:20:28 We can do this together and serve our audience. And yes, have fun doing it. People have died for us to have the chance to vote. So there's just the beginning of a much bigger fight over the president's desire to interfere in the midterm elections. He's deploying multiple strategies using every tool available and testing out each one of them. You're damn right. We're going to have ICE surround the polls come November. Stop people from voting. You need proven experts who can execute on what you need right now.

And so we love you guys for backing us up and making sure that we stay strong and we stay on the air. All right. So now let's go to our next story. Michael Burry is one of the famous investors who predicted the big short in 2008 when the housing
Starting point is 01:24:45 bubble burst and he was able to shorter. He was right that it was going to collapse. Well, now he says the AI bubble is going to. to pop and the economy is going to collapse again. So why does he say that and how much trouble are we in? Anna, you got the story. Well, there's a lot to be concerned about when it comes to our economy. And if you take a look at the stock market, you know, you'll hear all of these fantastical
Starting point is 01:25:11 stories about how we're riding this bull market, bull market, everything's great. The stock market's doing really well. But if you dig a little deeper, you'll see that there are some significant problems. Now, I'll outline those problems, but first a little from Michael Burry, who says that he's switching to put options from short positions on key AI stocks. So he says fundamentally, I am moving timelines up. As such, I want more leverage in my short positions. The bubble in AI may burst sooner than later. So he believes there's an AI bubble, which is why he was shorting AI stocks.
Starting point is 01:25:48 However, by engaging in the put option, he believes that, or he's signaling that he believes that that bubble is going to burst sooner rather than later. So he cited recent research from ERIS management that emphasized the precarity of relying on unproven revenue in the AI space structured with demanding legal agreements. So, you know, the revenue aspect of this is really interesting when you consider how over-leverage these AI companies are, how much debt they have taken on in, order to do things like build data centers, for instance. There's also the issue of circular lending or financing within the AI space. Now, he's not the only person to research this and come to the conclusion that we are experiencing an AI bubble. John Higgins, who's the chief economic advisor for financial markets at Capital Economics says, quote, there are plenty of signs that we are now in the late stages of a bubble in AI, James Riley, and, and
Starting point is 01:26:48 capital economics, senior markets economist, Agree says if you look at the rate at which leading AI firms' earnings are expected to grow versus how fast the US economy has been growing, by many measures, they look really stretched, as in this is the dot com bubble all over again. And while we believe AI will be transformative and produce profits, we don't think they'll be as high as analysts are expecting. And just to give you a sense of the spending in the AI space, while in 2026, global capital expenditures on AI-related projects are projected to hit $1 trillion, including $581 billion in the US, and that's according to Goldman Sachs.
Starting point is 01:27:34 And then you look at the stock market overall, which again does look incredibly bullish, but then you dig a little deeper and then you find out, well, not really. Okay, so let me give you the numbers. The S&P 500 is fewer than 100 points from the all time high it's set in mid-August, and on pace to gain 12% heading into the close of the third quarter, the benchmark rose 1.2% last week, while the NASDAQ composite gained 2% after setting a fresh record high only a week ago. Wow, that looks really good. Like everything's going great in the stock market, right?
Starting point is 01:28:13 No wrong, because you're not getting the full pick. Only one S&P 500 sector information technology has risen in the past month. Only four of the 11 sectors have advanced over the past two months. Now what's basically lifting the stock market overall is just five stocks. I'm not kidding. Five stocks in fact have contributed the vast majority an astounding 93% of the S&P 500's gains since late July, all our tech mega caps and Microsoft is leading the pace with 181 points of the benchmarks 330 point advance.
Starting point is 01:28:57 So the other four stocks are meta, Apple, Alphabet, and Navidia, which by the way, just spent $150 billion on stock buybacks. Back to you, Jank. Yeah. So here's the reasons why the AI bubble is gonna burst and then we'll talk about how catastrophic it is. So when most of the growth is from the AI companies, any slight hiccup in the AI companies means that poof overnight all the growth has gone.
Starting point is 01:29:21 And so that has reverberating consequences throughout the markets and throughout the economy. But wait, we haven't gotten to the most important part. The most important part is that all the banks gave hundreds of billions of dollars in loans to the AI companies. So when the AI companies have a problem, all the banks are going to capsize. just like they did in 2008. And that's why Burry's making this bet again against the markets. And he's moved up to timeline saying, well, most certainly going to happen by June of next year.
Starting point is 01:29:55 I think it's going to be much earlier than that. And he's starting to think it's going to be earlier than that. That's why he's moving up his bets and is willing to take greater risk because he thinks this thing's about the blow. Now it might not be tomorrow, it might not be next month. But will they make it a whole year? Seems inconceivable. And so now, let's talk about the triggers. What could trigger a meltdown?
Starting point is 01:30:20 Now, all of the expectations are so overhype right now on Wall Street for these AI and tech companies. One bad quarter and we're already in trouble, right? Because if you're maxing out, let's say, you know, the potential is 100 and a hypothetical, and all the stock market thinks you're at 100, oh my God, you're gonna dominate the world, A company's gonna take over, they're gonna be worth trillions of dollars, et cetera. And then all of a sudden in a quarter you miss earnings, you miss expectations. Normally get punished for that, but if you're already maxing out and everybody thinks your potential is 100 and all of a sudden you came in at 72, that is going to lead to a massive market correction.
Starting point is 01:31:00 And market corrections are what's set off the dominoes. Let alone, as Michael Burry's pointing out, what happens if the revenue models, which are are largely speculative, don't come to fruition, especially in the beginning. Then people are gonna panic and go, oh my God, we thought that they were gonna make a lot of money from, let's make up a hypothetical, from robots who cooked salmon for us, right? That's what guest on our show once said, it's gonna be an amazing future. The robots will cook your salmon, okay? But it turns out they either can't cook the salmon or they do, but people don't wanna buy it.
Starting point is 01:31:35 So they miss their quarterly earnings and maybe buy a lot. Good night, Irene. AI companies are in trouble, the banks capsize, and we have all of our politicians and media talking about bailouts of the bankers again. Well, let's get to the bailouts, shall we? Because Open AI is planning for a government bailout, it seems. Let's go to Graphic 13. It was about a year ago that Sarah Friar, the chief financial officer of Open AI, said one
Starting point is 01:32:04 way the company might sustain its current financial high wire act was, was we're going to with a backstop or guarantee as in a government guarantee that allows the financing to happen. By the way, almost at the exact same time, Sam Altman, the company's chief executive, said this. Given the magnitude of what I expect AI's economic impact to look like, the government should serve the role of insurer of last resort. I am so sick of our government picking our freaking pockets for these losers. No, no. And when I say losers, I mean men of industry, people of industry, right, who play fast and
Starting point is 01:32:46 loose, screw things up, and then expect US taxpayers to bail their asses out. How about no? Guys, what Anna just read you is actually the most disturbing part of the story. Why? Because Sam Altman, the head of Open AI, is already planning to fail. That's why he's looking for the government to be the insurer of last result. What that means is, remember I just told you, the banks took out leverage and bet it all on the AI companies?
Starting point is 01:33:15 When they go under, Altman is saying, no, it's okay, the American government will bail out the banks and will bail out the AI companies. Why the hell would we, the average American, bail out the richest people in the world? Because that's what neoliberalism is. Okay, neoliberalism serves the wealthy, it serves corporations, it doesn't serve. the people. And we live under a neoliberal, you know, system. So here's what they don't understand. They're really not getting it at all. I mean, this is a different kind of bubble, a media bubble that they're in. So when Sam Altman says insurer of last resort, that means he already knows
Starting point is 01:33:54 that they're in trouble. Otherwise, you wouldn't be talking about an insurer of last resort. Why would you be talking about that? When you start a company or the company's doing great, Nobody's talking about like now wait, wait, wait, wait, let's make sure the government bails us out when this thing inevitably crashes. That you wouldn't even have that conversation unless you already knew, right? So and why do you think they want to be regulated? They don't want to be regulated. In fact, they spend money to make sure they're not regulated through the lobbies. No, they want the government to be attached at the hip to them so that the government can bail them out with our money.
Starting point is 01:34:28 You want us to bail out the trillionaires after they destroy our economy? That's gonna happen, guys. So the part they don't understand is, nah, bro, this ain't 2008. And that stuff's not gonna fly, man. It is gonna fly, Jay. No, it's definitely not Anna. So here's what's gonna happen. So yeah, maybe the government and all the media and all the ass kissers and all the liars and
Starting point is 01:34:56 the scum that have occupied Washington will tell us, oh no, you have to bail them out again. And you, oh my God, the precious bankers and the precious AI guys and all that right, they will. They will. That's baked in. Don't be crazy, of course they're gonna see. What are we gonna do? No, that's what I'm worried about, Anna. Like, this is not 2008, they're not gonna be able to contain the American people.
Starting point is 01:35:16 No, there will be riots. There will be riots and it'll be white riots. It's something they haven't seen except January 6th. Like the surveillance state, what do you think they're? like ramping up with the surveillance state floor. No, I know, no, but it's not gonna work, man. This country is heavily, heavily armed. I don't know.
Starting point is 01:35:34 So no, no, no, no. The left is of no concern to them at all. That's why with the left was opposed to the bank bailouts. We were opposed to all these things. And we don't have enough power. I'm super realistic about it, right? But now they're going and messing with the right wing and they're stirring up the hornet nest. And they're going, hey, you guys have 300 million guns?
Starting point is 01:35:55 You pay for them, pay for them. Shut up, you losers, pay for the bankers, pay for the AI guys who put up the data center and ruin your town. You're going to pay for them, right? At some point, the American people, and my guess is mainly the right wing, I was going to say, I don't think so, bro. I think it's going to go in a different direction. And if you don't arrest Sam Altman, okay, and look, so what does that mean, guys? Anna's not wrong. like the government's not going to do that.
Starting point is 01:36:25 The government is a bunch of criminals who work for these guys, right? So, well, I'm worried because Anna's not wrong. At some point, I don't want it. I don't want any violence. I think the surveillance state will come in. They'll arrest a whole heap of people on the right, the left, et cetera. But at some point, an actual rebellion is going to happen. This is going to be the American people versus their occupied government, right?
Starting point is 01:36:53 And they're occupied by all the donors, these guys, the AIPAC guys, the defense contractors, and they've been robbing us for decades. And when this bubble burst, everybody in America, because of online media, is going to know who robbed them. And then the media and the government is going to try to contain that anger in the way they always do. Talk down to you, belittle you, say you owe them, right? Here's another weapons package for Israel that you're paying for. Yeah, that's what they're going to do. And yeah, when you live in a society where the electorate knows that their government is not responsive to their will, they don't bend to our will, they don't serve us, what option do you think people are going to turn to? Yeah, I mean, it's obvious. Now, I don't want that either, and I'm worried about how that's going to turn out and what the government is going to do in response to it. But just, yeah, I see the iceberg. I see us fairly good.
Starting point is 01:37:51 Yeah. And look, the media is a bunch of liars, so they'll flip what we're saying on its head. I don't want any of this. I don't want to hit the iceberg. That's why we've been telling you, move the ship, move the ship, don't hit the icebergs right there, you guys looting things, why we're running right into it? And I don't want the violence, I don't want any of that. But what I'm telling you is what I see, whether I like it or not.
Starting point is 01:38:15 And what I see is these guys are playing with fire, they're playing with their own lives, and they don't realize it. Yeah. I'm not here to hurt them. I'm here to tell them, guys, you gotta turn around because at the end of this, you're in danger. And you're not getting it because of your extreme arrogance. And you think, oh, it's okay, we'll get the government to be the insurer of last reserve. And we'll get all this scum media to lie on our behalf.
Starting point is 01:38:41 And we'll just cover it all up and we'll just steal the American taxpayers' dollars one more time. We'll go in for one giant robbery. But what I'm telling you is that the American people are going to stop that robbery one way or another. And remember, we're $40 trillion in debt already. So bailing them out would just mean- We're not failing anyone out. Adding more to that, a lot more to that debt. Anyway, we gotta take a break.
Starting point is 01:39:05 When we come back, we'll talk a little bit about Trump getting in his feelings over Republican lawmakers, rejecting his offers to campaign with them or help them get reelected. She doesn't like that. So he doesn't like the fact that he's getting rejected. So we'll do that story and more when we come back. Don't miss it. All right. All right, let's go to Super Chat.
Starting point is 01:39:56 Fee, core C-Roids, right, and Jigana, you guys are so underrated. I need you, I need your take the way I need air, get money out of politics, 25th amendment, our government is so corrupt, release the files. Oh, who are you? Yeah, thank you, really, really appreciated. And it's true, and we've been telling you to get money out of politics for 20 straight years. And I mean, progressives in Congress are still like, what's money in politics?
Starting point is 01:40:20 Should we do something about that? Let alone the Democrats who are deeply corrupt. All right, Robert Deguchi, Jenk. And we get a wazikderlan for old times sake. Hey, there it was. Neil Woodington, which is a fun name here. We are in the land of Native Americans. Well, that is also true.
Starting point is 01:40:35 Let's go to YouTube members. Javier Nahar says, conservative damn screwed us. Bernie would have done things differently. That is definitely true. Charlie Thompson's, and by the way, that's why the corrupt scum media love lying corporate Democrats. They love them because they know that they're going to rob you on behalf of the elites. Charlie Thompson says, Kamala would have been just as evil as Trump, just sneakier like Biden.
Starting point is 01:41:01 It's hard to be as evil as Trump. Okay, so I don't think that would have been the case, but she would have driven us crazy. And she would not have been a good person. She would have definitely helped Israel slaughter the Palestinians. Probably wouldn't have gotten into Iran, though. Black Wolf Warrior says Joe Biden apparently said if I were Jew, I'd be a Zionist, Shabbat Shalom, America. He said he didn't need to say if I were Jew. He said he's a Zionist a million times over. Just deeply weird. Back on TYT, just two quick notes from young turst members on TYT.com.
Starting point is 01:42:14 Salty Mama said, I appreciate the balanced coverage of the Iranian letter and dialing it down a bit. No problem. Look, that's our job is to give you the truth. It's not one-sided. It's not black and white. It's always gray. T017.90 said TYT is a good compensation from the horrible education that we got in school. I know, by the way, I'm living about that.
Starting point is 01:42:34 Like, yeah. Because I didn't really realize it. I didn't realize how much we were lied to in our public schools when it came to certain things. I didn't know who was publishing our textbooks when it came to social studies in history. So. Galane Maxwell's dad. Galane Maxwell's dad. Yeah, a Mossad agent.
Starting point is 01:42:53 The same guy who stole our nuclear secrets. Yeah. Printed the books that we all read as kids about how Israel was the victim in 1948 and 67. and how the Palestinians were monsters and the Israelis had to kill them. And they were just such wonderful human beings. Oh, an Israeli Mossad agent wrote that book. Oh, that's so weird. Okay, I don't know if he wrote it, but he published it for sure.
Starting point is 01:43:17 Let me recommend a book written by an Israeli, Victor Ostrovsky, by way of deception. I'm rereading it right now. It is eye opening. So take a look at that. No, tons, look, I've told a story before on the air. Jewish Americans are now literally coming up to me in social media, all the Israeli bots. So like, no, and saying, no, I'm done with Zionism. I didn't know.
Starting point is 01:43:39 I didn't know the history of it. How would I know the history of it, right? All I got taught was this BS. And one guy I told you earlier convinced his 86 year old mom to stop being a Zionist. So it's beautiful. And there's so many Israelis now speaking out and going, no, no, no, no, what are we doing? What are we doing, right? Norm Finkelstein, just an American treasure, number one.
Starting point is 01:44:05 And his like patience with debates, his deep knowledge of history, his willingness to speak out and do the right thing, I will always be grateful to that man. So there are lots of wonderful people, lots of wonderful Jewish Americans who've been speaking out, lots of wonderful, by the way, Israeli academics who have called out the genocide, who are doing the right thing. And Israeli human rights groups and some of the Israeli press. Exactly. So that's just reality.
Starting point is 01:44:31 And unfortunately our press is way more Zionist than this really press. Yeah. Right? And so it's a weird state of affairs. But all right, let's go do the next story. So a lot of the Republicans have decided, I gotta get out of here. So they are now erasing Donald Trump from their websites. They're like, Trump, what name so?
Starting point is 01:44:55 I don't know a guy like that. In fact, I have a specific story that you guys are gonna love in a second. But Anna, tell us the whole story. Yes. Now, last week we covered how, you know, US lawmakers, Republican lawmakers, those who are seeking reelection. And in the case of Byron Donald's, those who are seeking a win in a gubernatorial race in Florida are like, yeah, looks like Trump might be a little bit of a political liability these days.
Starting point is 01:45:23 So let's just quietly scrub them from our websites, right? So just to remind you all, in Florida, his home state, gubernatorial candidate, Byron Donalds, quietly scrubbed most Trump references from his campaign website, while the Congresswoman Maria Salazar ran campaign advertisements openly declaring that federal immigration enforcement had gone too far and asserting that Latino voters feel betrayed. Look, I gotta say, I didn't say this when we originally covered that story. A lot of Cubans in South Florida, and I just know this because I'm married to a Cuban, did support Trump, did vote in favor of Trump. A lot of them had family members who probably should have taken advantage of the amnesty of given to Cubans who, you know, fled Cuba. They didn't and, well, not all of them did. them did. And so a bunch of Cubans got deported or are like languishing and iced detention as we
Starting point is 01:46:22 speak. And they're like, wait a minute. We didn't think he was going to do it to us, right? That's usually. Of course. That's always the answer. Exactly. Okay. But anyway, so Trump doesn't like the fact that Republicans are trying to distance themselves from him. And so he put out a 459 word tirade on truth social, Homeboy is writing up a lot. Like he's, I mean, it's like his favorite thing to do. But okay, let me give you a few excerpts from his lengthy post. So you get the gist of what he's complaining about here. He says, this is the corrupt media outlets trying to demean, right?
Starting point is 01:47:00 This was a fake story with no sources. Just go on to Byron Donald's website. Like, what do you mean? There's no sources. Okay, fake story with no sources. and the only justification for it is they want to stop my ever upward momentum. If Florida thought the story that Byron dropped me was true, he would lose the election, and that would be a terrible thing because he's going to be a fantastic governor.
Starting point is 01:47:28 You know what, I think Trump is right. I think Trump should insist on campaigning with him. He should go to a few rallies with Byron Donalds, hit him up, hit him up, press, hit him up. He also says they are doing everything possible to make my beautiful MAGA hate Republicans when actually MAGA people are smart and it's just driving them closer to us. Is it? It is truly amazing that I have been able to survive for so many years politically getting
Starting point is 01:47:56 actually more votes too big to rigged than I even did in 2016 and 2020 a totally rigged election. Okay, so he did win the popular vote, that's true, and he feels real proud of himself for that. should, except the reason why he got the popular vote is because he claimed he was going to deal with the affordability crisis and he wasn't going to start any new wars and he was going to release the Epstein files. And out of those three things, Jank, how many did he accomplish?
Starting point is 01:48:27 None of them. Zero, zero. I had to do deep research. I asked Claude. You asked Claude? By the way, he also did some retweets on Salazar. So let me give you a few examples. She is nothing but a backstabber.
Starting point is 01:48:43 I'm glad the Latino support hasn't wavered, but it has wavered. People have, okay, anyway. And then the other one that he reposted the guy said, by the way, I think that's a bot. I think, yeah, anyway. So we need a new Republican to replace Salazar. Anyway. Yeah. So Andy Barr is running for a set.
Starting point is 01:49:04 Senate in Kentucky. Obviously. Okay. So he's a current Republican representative. So, you know, I'd say he's deep conservative, but they're not, none of them are conservative, none of them are right wing. They're just criminals, right? Like they're cooks and they serve their donor class. So, so I don't want this, this stench of a guy like Andy Barr on right wingers. I'm fair as show in America. On conservatives. On conservatives. Right. Because like traditional conservatives, if they're honest about their conservatism, if they're genuine about their conservatism, would look at the modern day Republican Party with absolute hatred. They'd find them a disgrace.
Starting point is 01:49:46 Yeah, so Andy Barr, for example, says he's for data centers. People of Kentucky hate data centers, and there's no reason why a conservative would be for data centers. There's no reason why any representative would be for data centers, except you'd be shocked to find out that he gets paid by companies who run data centers. So that's so like, so it gives you a sense of Andy Barr just like almost all the politicians. So why am I bringing him up here? Because a guy as deeply corrupt as Andy Barr, a Trump fan through and through, accolite of Trump, you know, what deep MAGA, whatever is left of MAGA, right? And he has scrubbed his website of Donald Trump. He's running against Charles Booker, progressive black Democrat in Kentucky.
Starting point is 01:50:35 And he's worried about losing. That's crazy. He's worried about losing and he's like scrub, he's up all night. He's like, we gotta get this Trump out. In Kentucky, he's like, no, no, no, Trump, I don't know Trump. Trump, who's Trump? I don't know who, Don Jr.? Eric, who would do, which Trump we're talking about?
Starting point is 01:50:50 Ivanka, I like Ivanka. Okay, like, wow, you're running for Senate in Kentucky. You're panicked about having Trump on your website. Yeah, it is kind of interesting. to see the Republican establishment have, basically they're having to expend their finite resources in states and districts that they otherwise wouldn't have because they are considered safe districts or safe states. Yeah, John Kennedy, Republican Senator from Louisiana was talking about going to Kansas and a bunch of Midwestern states. And he told the reporters, why am I going to these
Starting point is 01:51:24 states? He's like, what kind of trouble are we in where I have to go and try to to help my colleagues in the red estates. So he knows it, they all know it, they're in a world of trouble. And meanwhile, what is Trump doing? Trump's sitting on $400 million that he collected, won't spend any of it because he wants to keep it from- He spent a little bit, I forget which race, but like, I mean, when you consider how much he has raised and how little he's provided to Republicans seeking reelection or seeking
Starting point is 01:51:54 to win in these races, it is just, it's so obvious to me that this guy does not care. about anything other than himself. So he has at least $400 million in those super PACs. And last I saw, he had only spent 10 million and they weren't even sure about that. So 390 is still sitting in the bank. Then on top of that, he robs us, uses US taxpayer money to run ads in these races hyping himself up. But wait a minute, that's not gonna help Andy Barr, that's not gonna help Byron Donald's. Because in the ad that we showed you yesterday, Trump is reminding them, I will, I won't
Starting point is 01:52:29 against the war mongers and the deep state and the elites. Are you? You're reminding everyone of all your broken campaign promises. Those ads are literally counterproductive. They're trying to get Trump off of their websites mentioning him. They don't want anybody thinking about Trump. Meanwhile, Trump is coming in there going, it's all about me. Right.
Starting point is 01:52:52 Me, if you vote for a Republican, you're voting for me. Bro, you're in the 20s in approval rating. But don't worry, Jake, don't worry. Don't worry, because Fox News is here to help. And I wanna tell you how, how is Fox News weighing in, putting their thumb on the scale for the elections? Take a look at this. I wanna start with this caravan that I started hearing wind of about 10 days ago.
Starting point is 01:53:15 It busted through the southern border of Mexico. It seems fairly easily. And I know you all are tracking it, DHS is tracking it, but what will have happened? when they arrive at the border. They'll be immediately turned around or there'll be arrested and prosecuted and deported. Maybe deported to third country, maybe not their home country. Right, right. So the migraine caravans are back.
Starting point is 01:53:44 Let's turn to Marjorie Taylor Green who opined on this story. Here's what she says. We have not seen a caravan headed to the U.S. southern border in several years. Why now? Oh yeah, there's an election coming and the GOP needs to scare you into voting because nothing else is working. Okay, I get a couple of things out of that. First off, caravans, we're back to caravans, hilarious. And even Marjorie Taylor Green's like, come on, this trick is so tired. Okay, but wait a minute, Trump's in charge. So how is this a win for you guys?
Starting point is 01:54:19 Now remember, the one thing that Trump did well was closed the border. Oh no, it's open again, here comes all the caravans, so we've literally done nothing right. Right. Such a good point. Such a good point. Okay. So all right, thanks for letting us know. You want to run ads about that?
Starting point is 01:54:35 And then then this is the trippy part. Wait a minute, is this stuff organized? Because as a person on the left, I always thought that it was like conspiratorial to say that the caravans were organized. It's usually having to do with the economics of the country and the region, etc. But right before the election, and we saw what happened in Moron. So what happened in Morocco, right? Which was very highly organized. Come on.
Starting point is 01:55:00 So but who's organizing it? I mean, do Republicans go to like Latin American countries and go, hey everybody, let's go, let's go. I don't know how do they do it either. But come on. Anna's countered powerfully with, come on. I just, I know that that's not a great counter, but what I've come to realize in almost every case, And this, again, this does not discriminate based on party.
Starting point is 01:55:29 Our politicians would rather work extra hard in these schemes and scams rather than just serve the people. You know what I mean? So it's like, ah, my voters hate me. What should I know? And they just find, like, tricky, pizzicky ways to either scare you into supporting them or whatever. I like, anyway, so that's that's the reality of the situation. Okay, the migrant caravan thing, again, I think Marjorie Taylor Green is totally right. And by the way, she's a Republican insider.
Starting point is 01:56:01 She was part of that party. Yeah. So she would know what they're actually doing here. No, don't get, don't get me wrong, Anna. I think that as people see this, and especially we, in the Morocco case, we tracked how those folks were sent in. And that was organized and there's no question. So now we know that that is a thing that happens. It's documented.
Starting point is 01:56:25 So now here comes right before the election, these guys. So I mean, there's a Pulitzer out there somewhere, I think, I mean, if there's any journalism left for who's organizing these folks and why are they driving them into our country whenever they need a political win? And that is a, that's a hell of a question. And I think that the American people generally agree with you, Anna, when you say, come on. Because like, you're telling me this is organic. They just got up out of nowhere and came right before the election.
Starting point is 01:56:57 Come on. There are dozens of immigrants who have literally died in ICE detention facilities under Trump's watch, okay, under Trump's second term. You're telling me that all of a sudden there's a migrant care. Like a bunch of migrants are like, oh, Trump is so friendly to immigrants. It's like let's go ahead and try to flood the board. Come on. Anyway, we're running out of time.
Starting point is 01:57:20 We gotta cover the story. Yeah, let's go. Go. Oh, okay, yeah, me. Okay, Cash Patel was partying recently. That's not news. The question is, who was he partying with? Well, an Israeli who's pretending to be a US attorney for us in Nevada.
Starting point is 01:57:42 Wait till you see the Israeli terrorists and criminals, she's very. released. I don't know if they tipped their 40 to all the Israelis they've released together, but Anna's got the whole story. Right. And don't forget the pedophiles, the pedophiles as well. Imagine a U.S. attorney protecting pedophiles. Well, that's what we're dealing with here. Now, here's what this story is about. Last year, we shared the case of an Israeli official by the name of Tom Alexandrovich. You might have forgotten about it. I haven't. I've been keeping tabs on this case, he was caught attempting to have sex with a 15 year old girl here in the United States. He was visiting Vegas for a cybersecurity conference known as the Black Hat Conference.
Starting point is 01:58:23 Now in August of 2025, Alexandrovich, who works as the director of Israel Cyber Defense Division, was in Vegas and he was under the impression, he was on a dating app, he was under the impression that he was conversing with a 15 year old girl and the text message exchanges between them. prove that. I'll show you a few snippets of that in just a second. He thought he was talking to a 15 year old girl. Turns out this was an FBI sting and he was talking to a decoy, an actual FBI agent. So he arranges to meet with what he believed was a 15 year old girl to have sex, you know, to have sex with a minor, to have sex with an American minor as an Israeli official who was in our country for a cybersecurity conference in Vegas. Now the decoy told him that she was.
Starting point is 01:59:12 was only 15 years old. And by the way, she also made additional references to how young she is. Let me give you a little sneak peek into their exchange on WhatsApp. So he says, you into show food? She says, I'm too young to get into most places. Why? And then at that point, she says, I'm 15 years old. Here's another one.
Starting point is 01:59:38 She asks, okay, will you promise to just bring condoms? in order to make it abundantly clear that this guy is meeting up with what he believes is a 15 year old girl to have sex with her, which is illegal. Now, when he showed up at the location where he thought he was meeting with a 15 year old girl, that's where the FBI detained him. He was arrested and he did in fact have condoms on him. He was charged with luring a child for a sex act, which is a felony that could carry 10 years in prison if convicted. The sting was part of a two-week operation that actually led to the arrest of seven other individuals, Americans who I would guess are still dealing with the law for what they attempted to do, which is sleep with minors.
Starting point is 02:00:21 But soon after his arrest, we learned that he was allowed to fly back to Israel after just posting $10,000 bail. Then he failed to appear in court for his arraignment, which was supposed to take place on August 27th of 2025. His lawyers said that he had a deal with the district attorney to not have to appear in person, but the judge was totally rejected that and was furious that he was in a foreign country in Israel. And he also held that the DA had no authority to grant such a request, which is true. The judge says this, the DA doesn't have that authority. So who did have the authority? Who did allow this scumbag to fly back to Israel?
Starting point is 02:01:06 Now, nonetheless, I should note that he did finally appear in court via Zoom on September, or in September of last year. But since then, a bunch of his court appearances have been canceled, strangely, weirdly, suspiciously. But again, who signed off on Alexandrovich flying back to Israel? Woman by the name of Siegel Chata, an Israeli-born individual. who is illegally serving as the interim U.S. attorney in Nevada. Why do I say illegally?
Starting point is 02:01:38 Well, because the courts have weighed in on her position. We'll get to that in just a minute. But before we do, Chata was partying it up this past weekend. It was apparently Alina Haba or whatever her name is. It was her wedding, her third wedding, to some rich Turkish guy. And look at that. Chata's the one in the middle. Chata's the one in the middle.
Starting point is 02:01:59 She's the one who allowed a pedophile sex offender to skirt justice. That's what the Israelis do. They really do excel at that. And as you can tell, our FBI director, Cash Patel, is seen partying it up with this loathsome woman. So yeah, Alina Haba's wedding. So she refused, by the way, Segal Chata refused to prosecute Alexandrovich and pass the case off to the DA, which is strange. It's strange to take a federal case that's part of an FBI sting operation and say, you know what, as the U.S. attorney, I'm not going to prosecute.
Starting point is 02:02:39 I'm just going to hand this over to the local district attorney to handle the case. That's strange, isn't it? That's not typically what happens. And that was, by the way, despite the fact that Alexander which was caught in a federal sex sting. And by the way, she also knew the DA would also be unsuccessful in prosecuting him since Chata 11. allowed Alexandrovich to fly back to Israel. Anyway, what's Cash Patel for what is she doing at this wedding? And as our FBI director, what's Cash Patel doing, partying it up with a loathsome woman
Starting point is 02:03:10 who allowed an Israeli pedophile to fly back to Israel in skirt justice? Yeah. Am I supposed to trust this guy? So I want to explain why her appointment is illegal because it's going to be relevant to why she has been forced into that role and why she keeps letting different Israelis go, including terrorists we're gonna tell you about in a second. In a unanimous ruling, the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals said Chita continued leadership of the office violated federal law. It upheld a lower coach's ruling which allowed her to stay pending appeal.
Starting point is 02:03:41 The ruling came about 18 months after Trump appointed her as interim U.S. attorney in Nevada. That limits her to a 180 day term which lapsed a long, long time ago. And the Nevada Independent Independent Expansansans the ruling means Chata, a prominent Nevada conservative who previously served as the state's Republican National Committee woman can no longer oversee federal prosecutions in Nevada. But nevertheless, they will not move her out. And she's firmly entrenched there. Why, apparently Nevada is a vipers nest of Israeli criminals, and she needs to release all
Starting point is 02:04:15 of them as soon as they're caught. So if you think exaggeration, you could look it up yourself, Worry Solomon is another one. So Ori Solomon was running an illegal bio lab in Nevada. Why was he doing that? Super dangerous and a similar bio lab in California had HIV and malaria strains that if released would have killed thousands of people. He was armed to the teeth. So they, a neighbor reported him in, they obviously arrest them.
Starting point is 02:04:45 Very dangerous guy, potential terrorists, immediately released to Israel. No charges, no, you know, putting him in jail, no even asking, hey, why are you? you running a super dangerous bio lab in Nevada? Oh, you're an Israeli terrorist? Right away, get him on a plane. Oh, we're so sorry. We wish he could have done his terrorism here. Israel, I'm so sorry these stupid American cops caught him.
Starting point is 02:05:08 How dare you will fire you later, right? But no, no, no, he's untouchable because he's in Israeli. Now, back to Tom Alexander, if I went to a different country, I'd be worried about breaking the law in even the slightest ways. But this guy comes here and thinks, oh, I'll just rape American kids. Now, why does he think that? Because he knows Israelis in America are above the law. And in Nevada particularly, they literally have an illegal Israeli who is the attorney general,
Starting point is 02:05:39 right? So I'm sorry, US attorney. And so he thinks, oh, I have a get out of jail free card. And he did. And he did, and he was right. The other eight Americans who were caught along with him in that sting are in a lot of trouble. And they're in prison, okay? But Alexander just free as a bird.
Starting point is 02:05:58 And I checked into those cancellations. See, since the press is 100% on Israel's side, they think this is a non-story. Well, of course, he's Israeli. They're allowed to come do sexual tourism here. If you report on it, you're an anti-Semite. They're allowed to rape your kids. How dare you complain? They're allowed to run dangerous biolabs.
Starting point is 02:06:18 They're allowed to be terrorists. And you have, but if you ever criticize them, you're the problem. terrorists, not the child rapists, they come here for sexual tourism because they know they're above the law. And they are. Alexander which not only is in Israel, all of his court appearances have been canceled. Yes, I'll give you an example. So he was scheduled for a jury trial on May 18th, but it was canceled again.
Starting point is 02:06:48 And then he tried to get his indictment thrown out on August 28th of this year, but to her credit, District Judge Tina Talim denied his request. Now, it's unclear what happens next. It is impossible to get the Israelis to ever extradite criminals back to the United States. We would never even try that anyway. But my point is, he's getting away with it. And the reason why he's getting away with it is purely because he's an Israeli. Okay, did you know that we arrested dozens of Israeli spies after 9-11?
Starting point is 02:07:18 That's an interesting thing. Hundreds. We didn't arrest any Norwegian spies or Tajiki spies. He spies, hundreds of Israeli spies. They were all innocent, Jank. They were all innocent. The FBI let them go. So they were all innocent.
Starting point is 02:07:30 I'm sure that they did great investigations, all innocent. Hundreds of them all released. When does a country catch a spy and then go, oh, we'll hand you right back to your home country and not ask for anything in return. When that country is occupied, that's the correct answer. They are above the law here because we're occupied by the Israelis. And the job of the media is to make sure you never find out. That's why they never follow up on stories like this.
Starting point is 02:08:01 And they think it's perfectly normal when we let Israeli spies, terrorists, and pedophiles go. And in fact, if you question why we let them go, they'll attack you. Attack me all you want. Yeah, to speak the truth anyway. Objective reporters. No, Washington is completely occupied by Zionist. That's a super uncomfortable and awkward fact, but it is definitely a. a fact. Okay, and Nevada, you're totally screwed and Israel can do anything they want to you.
Starting point is 02:08:29 And the U.S. attorney will buy them a ticket right back to Israel after they commit crimes against you or your family. They're above the law. You should know your role. Your role is underneath them according to our own government. Those are facts. All right, we'll be back. We're going to do, believe it or not, we're still going to do it. Operation Joy when we come back. I welcome to the back to Operation Joy, Jank Huger, Anna Kisfering with you guys. This is where we try to spread a little bit of happiness in the world. God knows we need it. So you're gonna sense a similar theme here and write in while we do this.
Starting point is 02:11:31 We read your comments as we do this live too. You know, and this happens all the time at t.yt.com slash joy. That's the board where people write these stories in and we pick out some of them and then present it to you guys. But that's a wonderful community. there, a lot of the stories start out bad and then take a turn. Okay, so, so wait for the turn. So we start now with Justicia Loca.
Starting point is 02:11:59 They write in, I'm writing this post so that I can memorize the blessings I just received. Had a hard three years, I broke my leg, husband lost his job and got into trouble with the law. I had surgery last year to remove 13 pins from my legs so each adventure I take means so much to me now. Nirvana is my all time favorite band and my mom prevented me. from seeing them when I was 16. My friend got me a ticket. Kurt died the next year. And I remember coming home from school being told by my half
Starting point is 02:12:26 brother that he died. I went into his room to view the news on his TV. It stung deep, real deep. Ten years ago, I went to the EMF Museum in Seattle and they had an exhibition about Nirvana. People younger than me were crying. I started crying too. Nirvana defined my generation and changed music forever.
Starting point is 02:12:44 It was an end of an era for me, but a darn good one, To get to meet the surviving member of the band, Chris, who started it all with Kurt was beyond, beyond anything I could ever imagine. Especially after how it all happened, such a surprise. It was a definite God coincidence. I don't usually fan girl crazily, except for when I meet Dave Matthews,
Starting point is 02:13:04 but I usually contain it, but this was a huge moment for me. And then she concludes, to see him play and talk to him was just surreal. He's so down to earth and nice and humble. Now I can finally forgive my mom for not letting me go to the show, to the show, LOLL, I hope one day to meet Dave Grohl and Pat Smear, but for now, I'm treasuring this amazing moment. I'll enjoy this high for a long time. Wow, great music taste. Dave Grohl is fantastic. No, I love that story. I love that. And your experiences earlier in life, like with your mom preventing you from going to that concert,
Starting point is 02:13:40 helps you appreciate, you know, the moment that you recently had when you run into someone from the band and, you know, you're excited and you're fan-girling. I think we need to bring grunge back. Like, why does it have an era and then it's over? Like, why can't it come back? You know what I'm saying? Yeah, I do. But that's a funny thing about trends, right? It will. Same with disco. Yeah, but it'll come back like 20, 30 years later, right? Yeah. They always come back. It's just a matter of time. Yeah, I hope, I hope. Because the 90s were great and grunge music was fantastic and it had a message. Like it wasn't just that I like the sound, I like the message behind it. Over the weekend, Christian played a song for me from, I don't know if I was in middle school
Starting point is 02:14:26 or high school when it was really popular, but it's hey man, nice shot by filter, I don't know if you've ever heard it. It's been on repeat. Like music, it has been, man. Music like it not only you like that song too, right? It's so good, it's so good. I gotta listen to it if you haven't. But it takes you back to a different era, but more importantly, like it makes you feel things.
Starting point is 02:14:46 It helps you like better articulate what you're feeling. So that song right now, I feel it. So I got a million and a half stories out of this. You know the song I'm obsessed about lately? And so don't hate me guys, hold on, let me explain the whole thing. Oliver Anthony is Richmond north of Richmond. Yeah, no, it's a great song. Okay, yeah.
Starting point is 02:15:06 So there's a line in the middle about. about like welfare, people cheating welfare that I don't love and people on the left don't love. And that's fair and I think that and it's discordant too because he's hitting the elites and then he randomly hits average Americans. Yeah, I agree, I don't like that one either. But outside of that, that little verse there, a song is so good and it's so powerful, right? And it's about how the average guys getting screwed by the rich men north of Richmond. And it just comes from the soul and I love it.
Starting point is 02:15:40 And so that's the one I've been playing over and over again on my iTunes. I love music so much. Yeah. And so I can relate to your story, not through songs and concerts, but through football. My dad grew up thinking, believing in corporal punishment and believing that that's the thing you should do. And education is the most important thing in the world. And it's, I think, 81. I'm watching the Eagles Raiders Super Bowl.
Starting point is 02:16:08 My dad comes in and I'm an honest kid. He says, oh, did you get all your homework done? And I'm like, no, but I'm gonna get it done after the Super Bowl, okay? And I even told him that I was a day late and that's what triggered him, right? And he's like, no, turn off the TV right now and you're doing it. I'm like, no, no, blah, blah, blah, this is this a Super Bowl. It's like, no, I take it back already. And he's like, no, and he turned it off and he punished me, okay?
Starting point is 02:16:33 That's why they say, hey man, nice shot. Good shot, man. Okay, I don't even know what it means, but it's funny. So, you know what I should do? I should go back to find NFL films and watch the 1981 Super Bowl. You still haven't watched? Because I've never seen it. Wow.
Starting point is 02:16:53 Because once a game happens, that's the thing about sports. You already know the result. So what's the point of watching it? Okay, but except, okay, you're right. I agree with you. ESPN will play old game sometimes and Christian watches them. And I'm like, why are you wasting your time right now? Like it's so finite and you're wasting it.
Starting point is 02:17:16 And he's like, no, it's interesting to see like the formations and the strategy and br-br-br-br-br-br-br- Like I don't get it, but people like it. So maybe you should go, you love football. You love football more than anything in the world. You should go back and watch it. Yeah, no, I might, I might. Who was playing? Eagles and Raiders.
Starting point is 02:17:32 So Ron Jaworski back in the day. Obviously, he was great. Anthony Carmichael, I remember all those guys. Okay, so anyways, but you know what? I forgave my dad, you know why? Number one, he was an awesome dad and it was, you know, one thing isn't gonna, you know, and your life are gonna be okay. And because stuff happens guys, and this is a core part of Operation Joy.
Starting point is 02:17:57 Things go up and down, that's life, roller coaster ride, right? No one has a life that just goes straight up. And by the way, if you have like, oh, somebody's rich and then they get richer, you think they're happy? They're not happy. Okay, in my experience, rich people are like super rich. I don't mean like upper middle class in my, again, just my experience. Upper middle class is the golden place. In America, especially like 80s, 90s, if you're upper middle class, it never got better.
Starting point is 02:18:26 Like that was as good as humanity gets in my opinion, okay? But when you get to the upper class and the super rich, in my experience, nine out of ten of them are miserable. Well, the good news is, we don't have to worry about that, Jank. We're going to experience that. So like I'm not saying money's not important. Of course it is. We've got to pay the bills. I just want to be able to afford my life, right?
Starting point is 02:18:53 And my life is not fancy in any way, shape or form. I just want that peace of mind. I think that's what wealth provides. And anything outside of that, you know, if you're a particularly grateful person, you might see it as cherry on top. But for me, I don't need all that. Like, I just want to be able to be safe, you know? Yeah, yeah, yeah, that's it.
Starting point is 02:19:13 And it sucks that we're not. And so we stress about that just like you guys, right? And I mean, I think most of you guys do. Most humans do, right? Unless they're super rich or they're connected or whatever. And so, but that's okay. that's life and we make our choices and so sometimes you just got to eat the loss and then look for a win in the rest of your life right so and that's kind of what you did eventually okay
Starting point is 02:19:39 it would have been great to see Nirvana but you didn't get that chance and that's one of the bad breaks you caught in life but then you made up for by meeting one of the people who was in Nirvana or founded Nirvana that's amazing right that's way better so I'm so bad with music I think I saw Nirvana but I don't even remember you're so I mean, the 90s were great too, but you grew up in the 80s, which is kind of dope, because you got to experience, like you were aware in the 80s and the 90s. So you got a taste of two pretty decent decades. I feel so bad for people who were born after 9-11, because while America was flawed
Starting point is 02:20:16 before 9-11, I'm not trying to like see it through rose-colored lenses or glasses. The truth is, things got considerably worse after 9-11. So I think older millennials hold on to hope that things will go back. Things are not going to go back. It's over, like it's over. Okay, well, we'll see, but it's definitely gonna get worse before it gets better. But to your point here, I'll tell it's somewhat an appropriate story that I haven't told in a while.
Starting point is 02:20:46 So my favorite concert ever was Guns and Roses and they took three hours before they got on stage. So you might think, well, that sounds miserable, right? Back then, everyone took three hours before they came on, so we knew it, that was baked in. But they did this, and we were in college, we're kids, they did this cam that these days would be highly inappropriate and wrong, but they show women and then women would show their tops, okay? They would flash, yeah. They would flash the crowd.
Starting point is 02:21:13 I think that still happens to some extent. Oh, it still happens? Okay. Look at this grandpa. Right, I don't. Back in my day, the women showed their boobanis at the concerts. They don't do that anymore, these prude women. Two things about that.
Starting point is 02:21:25 Number one, that's literally true about Mardi Gras because the cell phones ruined it. Ah, it's a good point. Okay, and I saw like the very beginning of a Mardi Gras a couple of years ago and everyone had their cell phones and then nobody's doing it because they don't want you to put that up online or porn hub or whatever, right? And so, and the second thing is, come on Anna, you know like three years ago, five years ago, if I told that story, I'd have gotten, you know, canceled. I know, right?
Starting point is 02:21:53 The country was going through some weird stuff back then. Yeah. People got offended by pretty much anything. I hear woke one was crazy. I believe, I know, right? No, no, but like if you as a woman decide to do that, like have at it, Haas, like, who cares, right? Like I don't think there's anything offensive of that. Yeah.
Starting point is 02:22:12 It's offensive if you pull out your cell phone and then immediately try to take pictures of her and like put it all over the internet. That is offensive, but you know. So the crowd was in a rowdy mood to begin with because that stuff was happening for a lot of long time and then this band we hadn't heard of at the time came out and their first song and it was close to Christmas and they're like this song goes out to a friend of ours that's got a birthday coming up Jesus fucking Christ done right and we're like what is this and it turned out it was sound garden yes that must have been amazing yeah it was amazing sound garden blew the place Yeah, yeah, it's one of Christian's favorite bands.
Starting point is 02:22:53 Yeah, and everybody's going nuts and then Guns and Roses comes out, welcome to the jungle. And that that was a concert. That's amazing. Okay, so I hear you and so I'm so glad you got to live that dream a little bit. Yeah. Beautiful. All right, let's go to Magical Trevor. He writes in, I'm not very good at writing, sorry in advance for this mess.
Starting point is 02:23:15 I just got through a rough year, but a $7,000 ER bill for three stitch in a stitches. and a head cat scan so can do that to you. However, during this past year, while I was very angry, I attempted to turn that energy into something. Last winter, when the $7,000 bills showed up in the mail, I reached out to one of the politicians running in the primary and told him my story, simply looking to be heard, and I got a response and understanding.
Starting point is 02:23:40 Thus, I began to convince people around me, just friends and family to vote for him. He didn't win the primary, so back to angry. Angry at the broken healthcare system that we can't fix alone. I'm a teacher. All of us in our town are unionized along with most of the state, but it's not enough. Cut to many gray hairs later, and in August I went to the town hall, the winner of the Democratic primary, the one who beat my guy, and I got a chance to tell him my story.
Starting point is 02:24:05 I went to the big state union meeting and told it again. I wrote, you're not crazy, health insurance is robbing all of us on a sign and held it on a street corner, and only one guy flipped me off. Why would someone flip you off on? About that, right, of all things. Anyway, the sign holding, not my best idea, but I felt seen. The union actually reached out with maybe potential grant opportunities to help teachers get a master's degree, thus bumping our wages. And the politician, while instead of knocking doors for him, the hospital actually helped me with my ER bill.
Starting point is 02:24:36 And it's finally gone. Yay, okay. Okay, excellent. Guys, there are, and it sucks that anyone would even have to do this. We should fix our healthcare system, obviously, but our politicians are bought disgusting. Anyway, whatever, there are programs to help you, right? So if there's like an expensive surgery that you need, talk to your doctor because they might have something that you can apply for and it'll either significantly lower the cost or
Starting point is 02:25:04 maybe even provide you the services that you need for free. But ask because you never know, there could be a program that the hospital is doing or a program that your local government has rolled out that you might not know about. So definitely ask some questions about that. Yeah, so a couple of things out of this one. First of all, man, we just got our health care increase at the company for next year, and it's devastating. So every year it goes up 12 to 20%.
Starting point is 02:25:31 It's going to bankrupt all of us. I mean, how could something go up 15% every single year? It'll consume the entire budget within a matter of years. So there's no end to how expensive this system is while assholes like Jake Tapper say, how are you gonna pay for Medicare for all? Medicare for all saves $1.4 trillion. And that's if we do it poorly. All of the other countries pay half, half of what we pay. The other half goes towards the robbery. Half of all of our healthcare bills go to the the top executives that are giving money as donors to our politicians. No, the robbery is
Starting point is 02:26:19 heartbreaking and it's gonna crush us, it's gonna kill us all. I mean, we can't afford this kind of healthcare. How to hell are we gonna afford 15% increase every year? Yeah. That's impossible, literally impossible to keep up with. So man, do we feel your pain? But I love that you got caught trying, right? You tried a bunch of things, you tried the guy in the primary, you got to try the guy in the general election, you tried the sign, you tried the union. He's magical Trevor, of course he tries. Of course, and guess what Trevor? It worked.
Starting point is 02:26:45 It worked. Get caught trying, right? I love it. I love that attitude. Lastly, you know, Mike Rogers, every once in all calls Abdul al-Said a socialist, even though he's not. Andy Barr calls Charles Booker a socialist in his ads. It's the only thing he's doing.
Starting point is 02:27:01 Because I asked, it was like, what is a Republican in Kentucky running on? You can't run on immigration that's how popular now. You can't run on the economy. It's a disaster. Can't run on war. Yeah. And he's like the only thing he's saying in his ads is that I'm a social. Okay. So I wanted to remind you guys, Mike Rogers and Andy Barr voted to kill capitalism. And this is how you know that our media is so deeply corrupt. Because we're not a lot to negotiate drug prices.
Starting point is 02:27:31 Only country in the world that doesn't allow for that. Killing off negotiation is killing the free market. Literally no one disputes that. I've talked to endless right wingers. They all say, obviously, that's, I mean, it's econ 101. We don't have a free market, we're not allowed to have the market react with supply and demand. It is just the drug companies enforcing their prices on us. And they did that by bribing all of our politicians, including Mike Rogers and Andy Barr. So they literally voted for socialism for corporations, right?
Starting point is 02:28:08 So they're the ones who killed a free market. And our media is like, I don't know anything. Reporting, policies. I'm sorry. I don't know anything. I'm a moron. I'm so I'm gonna, when they do an ad calling the Democrat socialist, I'm gonna keep asking, are you socialists?
Starting point is 02:28:25 Are you socialists? You son of a bitch, are you a socialist? That's what our media does. And you're like, well, that guy killed the free market. They're like, shut up, shut up. Is the donors rule everything? You're not allowed to question them. We killed your free market and then we're gonna call the guys who opposed to it,
Starting point is 02:28:40 the socialist and the communist. That's the disgusting reporters in America. What type of economic system is it called what, when the president of the United States imports foreign meat and then does price controls on it? Forces, forces it to be sold at 25% discounts. It's definitely not called capitalism. That's not what it's called. So the real name for this, as you guys know, is corporatism, okay?
Starting point is 02:29:07 It's actually not socialism or communism. But corporateism is further away from capitalism than socialism is. And why? Because corporatism is all about killing competition and killing free markets. Socialism coexist with free markets. Some things are public, some things are private. Right, a mixed economy. It's a mixed economy.
Starting point is 02:29:27 Socialism is not by definition opposed to capitalism, it interplays with capitalism. Whereas corporatism wants to destroy capitalism. But all the reporters in the country claim they're too stupid to know it and to realize. They might be though, Jay. To be fair, they might be. Yes, that's true. Because like the politicians are picked to be empty vessels, the reporters are similarly picked to be empty vessels.
Starting point is 02:29:51 Yeah. If you know nothing and you're willing to allow yourself to be filled up with our propaganda, you're a perfect reporter in national media. All right, now back to good stuff, back to good stuff. Fural Happy Warrior Rites in, I've had such a tough summer, I've been spiraling since my grandma died. See, a lot of these start out rough. And I lost my job taking care of her, though I loved going to electric force and getting a new job. It's been such a mix this year.
Starting point is 02:30:14 I still blame myself a bit for my grandma's death, but I know she loved me and would be grateful for all the work I put in to keep her safe and happy. I'm gonna come back to that in a sec. And then they say getting a job as a waiter at my favorite restaurant and Abdul El-Said have been my joy this year. But of a stretch for a full year's happiness, but El-Said has given us democracy again. And being a waiter as long as it's your favorite restaurant is family. Fantastic, sometimes joy is appreciating opportunities given and finally breaking through A-PAC will give me happiness through the last breath I take. Rest in peace, Mary Lou Moudar.
Starting point is 02:30:50 So first, you crazy, no, what are you beating yourself up for about your grandmother? Dude, I totally get her. I get her or him. And him. Oh, him, sorry. No, I get it. Family related guilt that doesn't make any sense is totally my vibe. I deal with it literally every day.
Starting point is 02:31:07 And I know that it doesn't make any sense at all. And it doesn't make sense in your case either. You lost your job taking care of your grandmother. Try to be nicer to yourself. I'm trying to be nicer to myself. Because when you really love your family, it always feels like you're not doing enough. You get what I'm saying.
Starting point is 02:31:26 Of course. It's a self-fulfilling prophecy. Not even a self-fulfilling prophecy, because you didn't fail your grandmother. I know it. It's this self-inflicted wound that doesn't make any sense at all. Self-flagellation, yeah, for no reason. That's right, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 02:31:42 And so, so I had this interesting interaction with an Uber driver about a week ago. And he, we got into a conversation where he asked me, should I have kids? Did I tell you this? No, you didn't tell me. Yeah, so, and he said, look, man, I don't know, I'm worried because can I really take care of them and some rough stuff coming? coming up and can we make enough money and I'm worried about AI. It's too late now. Yeah.
Starting point is 02:32:11 Yeah. What's the point of like asking yourself if you regret having you, they're here? No, no, no, no, he didn't have kids yet. Oh. Yeah, he's wondering. No, see, it's a good thing he didn't run into her. Okay, so I told him, look brother, and he, and he was kind of like beating himself up like, can I be a good enough dad, especially in this rough time that's coming up.
Starting point is 02:32:32 And I was like, brother, people who are a bad dad. Don't wonder if they're going to be bad dads. 100% okay. And they have a lot of them by the way. Yeah, they don't even think about it. Only people who are going to be good dads worry about whether they're going to be a good enough dad, right? And he's like, oh, I never thought about it that way. He's like, yeah, that's really good, right?
Starting point is 02:32:55 By the way, I said something earlier in the show that also comes from that same Uber driver. So we got in this interesting conversation, a really smart guy, you knew about Fred Hampton, knew about all the civil rights movement, Bayard Russon, et cetera. And he's black and he's a Democrat, he's on the left, right? And I didn't say anything about what I do. I didn't, I try not to bias them at all, right? Because I want their genuine opinion when I am talking to them. And I said, well, you know, do you see the right breaking from Trump at all?
Starting point is 02:33:28 He's like, well, of course I do. He's like, they're breaking against them all the time, right? And I'm like, oh, that's interesting. So regular guy who isn't like deep into like left wing politics online, but a smart educated guy is like, yeah, obviously they are, right? And then I said, so how do you feel about that? And he's like, oh, it's great, right? And then he says something super interesting.
Starting point is 02:33:51 Okay. He said, look, man, the thing about the right wing and white folks is that they're not afraid. Yeah, yeah, no. And he's like, you need that. Like if we're gonna have an ally, it's nice to have the white right wingers who aren't afraid of shit, right? So like maybe you could bully us and we've been, you know, suffered enough to know the downsides of it, right? And that's why we're a little bit more reluctant, right? But you piss off white, poor, middle class right wingers.
Starting point is 02:34:24 They can come for you, man. I know, I know. I got to say, even if I disagree with them on political issues here and there, on a lot of political, it doesn't matter. Personality-wise, I do vibe with conservative women. I just do, they're fighters, and I love to fight. And I love to fight about the stuff that matters, if you catch my drift. Like, I don't want to fight over language policing.
Starting point is 02:34:51 I don't want to fight over whether or not that lesbian bar, like, you know, is being too mean to their patrons by banning masks. one night of the week or making them voluntary one night of the week. Like, I just, I want the left to be fighters. Okay, like, and I know a lot of- We got fighters here. I know, I know. Anyway, let's move off it, move off it, move off it.
Starting point is 02:35:18 Okay, yeah, yeah. But anyways, look, I love that you look at the upside. And you're not wrong to say, like, it seems like a minor thing for Abdul El-Sai to win or whatever as part of your life. But no, what you're feeling is freedom and the hope that maybe will be free one day. That's why you're that excited about Abdul al-Said and A-Pak losing for the first time, right? So, you know, cross your fingers and work as hard as you can because we've got to win that general election. That is, that's everything.
Starting point is 02:35:46 Okay, Jay Kingsbury writes in, dogs have always brought me draw. I have two and now three. I was driving along a state highway and short distance in front of me was a young dog across the highway. I pulled over and looked out the window and she had turned to look at me and perked up her ears. I got out of the car and slowly approached her. She was cautious but came to me. I let her smell me, but I could tell that the passing traffic was making her nervous. I gently picked her up and she did not resist. I put her in the car and took her home. We have looked for an owner in the area, but none came forward.
Starting point is 02:36:16 She has since become part of the pack and her sweet demeanor brings me joy every time we spend time together. It was clearly meant to be. And here comes the picture. You ready? I love this story, Jay, this is amazing. I want another dog. Yeah. Oh, you do? I do.
Starting point is 02:36:33 So we, I don't want to even say it, but we adopted. We didn't adopt them yet. We're foster parenting. Two cute, so cute, these two orange cats. Look, these foster things, I know. Total scam that I love by it. Keep scamming them. Okay.
Starting point is 02:36:52 Because what are you going to do? You're going to get rid of the kitten. So these two fur balls, right? And they're so cute and they keep rolling around on top of each other. They're so cute. Right? And we're calling them mustard and custard. Yes, I'm so glad you guys settled on those names.
Starting point is 02:37:08 So good. Okay, so they're so freaking cute. The guy who's like the best of us is Michael Short, because he would do things like this and he'd adopt dogs that were hurt or needed help. Older dogs that, you know, had some issues. Yeah. Oh, by the way, Michael and I are doing old school tonight. in about an hour. So we're gonna have great stories for you guys like should you stop a guy who's taking a bullet for you. Okay, what is the first rule of heaven? Okay, so those are things
Starting point is 02:37:37 we're gonna discuss. Okay. Well, wait, what is the, explain that a little bit more. First rule of heaven, like what does that mean? Like, you're gonna find out on old school. Like etiquette, like the whole thing about heaven is there are no rules, right? Like you're at heaven already. What, are there? Okay, so we're gonna find it. So really? That's a really good question, yeah. Okay, so that's tonight for the members. You gotta hit the join button below. You guys get the show and you get to watch it live.
Starting point is 02:38:03 You get to watch it video version. So also t.com slash join and so that's in an hour. Okay, let me finish reading these because I love you guys and these are good stories. I have two more. One true coffee dragon said this week Operation Joy is a double tap, heroes and community. We've had enough of the bad kind of double taps over the last few years. So here's one of the good kind. First off, heroes.
Starting point is 02:38:24 My daughter dropped her handkerchief in the lobby of our apartment building on the way to school. My wife has a classmate from our building. If she could take it to her, she shyly refused so my wife let it go. But my six year old son, Charlie, who remember one true coffee dragon wrote in the story about how they went to see Spider-Man together, how he's a little scared. But did he went anyway, enjoyed it? So Charlie said, I got it, grabbed the handkerchiefs and sprinted 200 meters down the street. They catch up with his sistering, gave it to her.
Starting point is 02:38:52 No joke, I checked Google Maps. His mom told me he was a real hero. He just shrugged and said, with great power comes great responsibility. Yes, Charlie, yes. Charlie's found a real hero, one that helps him be a better person. As adults, I think it's good for us to take a page out of that book. Second, the community. I recently met out with Cloud Dragon, a friend of mine from TYT Discord.
Starting point is 02:39:15 I've known for a couple of years over dinner. It's his third trip to Japan, I asked if we share a photo of us. He agreed, saying he shows that the worldwide. YTYT community is really about what it's really about. Yes, I'm wearing my get caught trying t-shirt. That's perfect. We were meeting up soon so I could introduce him to more of Osaka and the local expat crowd. So this week's challenge, which hero do you still look up to?
Starting point is 02:39:38 And is there somebody that you haven't reached out to lately who could stand to hear from you? Yes, those are great questions. First let's show Charlie. How cute. And he's styling after his heroics there. He's doing himself. He's doing himself. And then here's the two TYT members of the community all the way in Japan, getting together,
Starting point is 02:40:01 getting caught trying, and having the time of their lives. I love it. I love it when you guys are a community. I love it when you teach your kids the right thing and it works, right? So this is beautiful guys. We gotta keep this energy, we gotta keep this feeling because if you get depressed and you're gonna to give up and then things are going to go south. No, no matter what hard times you get.
Starting point is 02:40:25 By the way, look at all these comments. They all start out with rough times and they all get to a good conclusion, okay? So light is born out of the darkness. So as we dip into the darkness here, do not lose hope. Okay, that's what Operation Hope is the most important of all because that ride is eventually going to bring you into the light. Because this system is too entrenched. It's gonna destroy itself and then something new is gonna be born out of it, right?
Starting point is 02:40:53 So you're gonna have to bear through the destruction until we get to the new era, okay? And that's what's gonna happen at the end of 28. So let's all stay together, fight together and enjoy life together. And I'm gonna let, I'm gonna read one last one left over from the show. So this brother wrote in a couple of times and he had other good ones too, but M.G. 2645 is a YouTube member and he said, I went to Hebrew school and had a bot, I'm sorry, a woman, had a bat mitzvah. I never learned about Zionism because it's not a religion.
Starting point is 02:41:27 It's an ideology of fascism, and she capitalized all of these. Preach mama. I'm still working on educating my 76 year old dad about real Israel history. We love you, sister, okay? And we appreciate you. And your spirit is a true spirit of Judaism. So go spread that, spread the good word about your religion and not that. ideology and she wrote in later about how you know folks are beginning to wake up.
Starting point is 02:41:54 I think that's my recollection of what she said. That's my experience too and I love it. So spread the good word throughout the country and the world, get caught trying. We love you guys, we'll see you in an hour and bye bye bye.
