The Young Turks - Doomsday Is Coming - October 23, 2026

Episode Date: October 24, 2026

The Trump administration is asking a federal judge to block certification of Alaska’s Senate election results if Republican incumbent Dan Sullivan narrowly loses, citing alleged voter confusion over... a second candidate with the same name. The unprecedented move raises questions about federal intervention in state elections just weeks before the midterms. Meanwhile, Elon Musk has poured more than $445 million into efforts to elect Republicans, as AI models demonstrate a growing ability to map cyberattacks on critical infrastructure like power grids and water systems. New court documents have renewed scrutiny of Rep. Ilhan Omar, though allegations about her past remain unproven and she has denied wrongdoing. In the West Bank, a deadly shooting near Hebron has prompted Benjamin Netanyahu to order preparations for a full shutdown of the territory ahead of Israel’s election. Starting point is 00:00:30 in your basement is flooding. That's why intact insurance answers two million claim calls per year within 20 seconds. So instead of hearing this lovely track, you'll hear this in seconds. Hello, intact insurance. I don't know. Be sitting pretty, looking cool, sitting pretty. Hey, guys. Welcome to the Young Turks, Janky, or John Idle with you guys on what looks to be a disastrous day. So dobsday clock is nearly at midnight. There are plenty of super interesting stories about the elections today. There's the Vivek Ramoswamy, absolute disaster. There's going after Ilhan Omar and trying to kick her out of the country, etc.
Starting point is 00:01:51 But the two major, major stories are the war is imminent. One of our ambassadors said it could come as early as tomorrow. And we're gonna show you all of that. And as you guys have been hearing me, me say I can't overstate how big a disaster the next round of the war is going to be. And then AI agents have begun to get into bank accounts. We are just like, it feels like we're seconds away from doomsday. So I've been doing this show for 24 years, I've never said that.
Starting point is 00:02:25 I've never said that there'd be a depression and I believe there's going to be a worldwide depression starting imminently, imminently, any of these dominoes fall and we're in a world of trouble. So it sucks. I don't want to depress you guys, but I want you to know the truth. I want you to know reality and I want you to be as prepared as you can be because we're about to hit the toughest times I have ever seen. All right, John, good to see your brother in these tough times. How you doing? Yeah, I was actually feeling pretty good earlier in the day because midterms look like they're going to be good, but don't worry, I'm depressed again. Yeah, check. The midterms do look good. So I mean, that's how we begin to, you know,
Starting point is 00:03:05 know, crawl back into civilization after the, you know, the implosion begins. Okay, obviously everybody, check out Damage Report at 1 o'clock Eastern right here on YouTube, t.com and everywhere you watch the Young Turks. John is a excellent host of that. All right, let's get started. The likelihood that we'll see strikes this weekend, again, I know you don't have the answer. So, and I'll give you the most candid answer that I can't because I'm just, I'm a facilitator of policy, I'm not the creator of policy. President Trump and Congress together will decide what that policy is. Could there be a strike this weekend? Absolutely. Yeah, not good news. So that's
Starting point is 00:03:51 Tom Barack. He's the U.S. Ambassador to Turkey saying that strikes against Iran could be imminent. We've got more where that came from, John. Yeah, we definitely do. And anybody else find that pause in that video to be ominous? He thought. about it for a while before answering awesome. But anyway, yeah, so we're gonna have to get to Trump. Obviously, we will shortly, but first, here's more from the video you were just watching. We've been at the table for months and months and months, starting with what's clear is the elimination of the imminent threat of nuclear. I think we've established that everybody agrees pretty much that that particular threat has gone. Now, the nuclear proliferation,
Starting point is 00:04:39 and where we go with enrichment and all those things are details, the punctuation and the chapter that needs to be finished. Then along the way, we end up with the Straits of Honellis being another hostage point. The president has been very clear. My door is open. Steve Woodcast's phone number is right here. You call me, and I want to do something on a peaceful basis. I want to create a process that eventually brings the temperatures down.
Starting point is 00:05:08 But if we don't, and if you keep threatening the world, our allies, the Gulf, there will be a consequence. The consequence won't be regime change. The United States, the president of the United States has said he's not interested in regime change. He's interested in rebalancing so that there's no hostages, there's no threats, and the world can calm down. Yeah, the world needs to calm down. It's not us, not our government, not our president needs to come down. It's everybody else, Chank. But yeah, that dude is, he's having a serious meeting about serious topics.
Starting point is 00:05:45 He's wearing a serious suit and tie. So we're supposed to pretend that he's a serious person. But he like pretended with like a straight face that Donald Trump, he stopped imminent nukes. They were going to be nukes, you know, any day now. It's been 40 years, but definitely any day now. And the straight-of-h removes, it's just all of a sudden a hostage thing. I mean, Jake, nobody could have seen it coming. Like, we're supposed to believe that this guy is serious.
Starting point is 00:06:08 And he is saying utterly ludicrous things. Well, the problem is the one thing he said that might be true, which is that the war is coming. And so look, important context here. Tom Barack is actually one of our more sane ambassadors. And so he has to give the Trump talking points, which he did. It wouldn't be my ambassador to anywhere. a huge long time friend ally, sometimes business partner of Donald Trump. But he appears to be a rare U.S. ambassador not working for Israel.
Starting point is 00:06:46 And John, what you, some of the contexts that a lot of people don't know is that Israel first is trying to get rid of him. Because every once in a while he'll do something like this where he'll be like, yeah, war is coming. You might want to get ready. Now, we know this they've already given notice to a lot of our embassies to flee in the Gulf because they're about to launch this attack. I just can't overstate how disastrous this attack is going to be. It's going to cause all the dominoes to fall. It is, you're not going to be able to believe how bad the repercussions of this attack will be. Yeah, that's definitely what we're worried about.
Starting point is 00:07:29 And I think that you're saying that based on viewing how many rounds of attacks have we had and has anything gotten better after any of them. But we keep being told, but surely now, now we'll be the one. Well, anyway, you know, he's, he has some knowledge. He certainly talked to Trump, but why don't we go directly to Trump and see what he thinks about all this? Pastor to Turkey, sir, just said in an interview that absolutely, quote unquote, There could be a strike on Iran this weekend. Have you gone back on folding off on response? That was my ambassador.
Starting point is 00:08:01 He's a pretty powerful man, I guess. Well, if that's the case, I don't know anything about it. Thank you very much, everybody. Great answer, great hair. Yeah, Jay, he doesn't know anything about it. The same way that earlier today, he didn't know anything about a stepfather when it comes to Amy Acton and Vivek Ramoswamy. This dude doesn't need know anything, I guess, even in the things that he cares, a lot and talks a lot about. I don't know if he's trying to be coy there. I don't know if this is his
Starting point is 00:08:28 weird ham-fisted way of like trying to negotiate or scare them. I don't know. What do you make of that? Yeah, so Tom Brock talked about how we look, we don't want regime change and Trump's policy is not regime change. What he left out is that Israel's policy is regime change. And they said it again, they reiterated it yesterday saying that they're going to attack Iran. They're very clear about it. Netanyahu said it. And he said, we are not doing defense anymore. We're doing offense. So they've even stopped pretending to be victims or doing defense.
Starting point is 00:09:02 They just realized they have so much power that they're unabated. They control America so thoroughly and including our media so that they don't have to pretend anymore. Like, no, no, no, we're the bad guys. We're the aggressors. We're doing offense. And we're going to attack Iran. And he added, we are going to do regime change. that they will not stop until the Iranian regime falls.
Starting point is 00:09:23 Well, that's, I mean, pretty much impossible the entire Iranian population, which earlier was not on the side of the Iranian regime now is. Not all of them, but almost all of them. They've rallied around the flag, and the regime has gotten much, much stronger since the war because of the popular support. They were teetering on the edge before, they're not anymore, and when Donald Trump threatened to destroy Iran's civilization, people here in America have no idea what a rage that sent the Iranian people into.
Starting point is 00:09:57 Because they have a storied history and civilization that has lasted for thousands of years. An attack on that was seen as a direct attack on all Iranians, all Persians, and so that caused them to rally around the flag more than I have ever seen. So that regime isn't going anywhere. So that's what Israel is saying, that means this war is going to be an epic, endless disaster where they demand that US either use nukes or ground troops. But what Israel's decided is we're going for it. And we're going to act before Trump loses power in his midterms before Netanyahu potentially
Starting point is 00:10:33 loses power in the Israeli elections that's coming up on October 27th. And whether it's this weekend before the elections or directly after the elections, while Netanyahu is still trying to form a government coalition in your past, the political problems So the Republicans here, it doesn't really matter. The only thing that before the elections would show is no, like Israel's an even more runaway freight train than even I realize, because that would be absolutely obliterating the Republican Party right before our votes. And no Republican president would do that unless they were 2,000% controlled by Israel.
Starting point is 00:11:11 And that seems to where we're going with this. And so lastly, John, to your question, he hears Barack saying that. that and he jokes like, oh, an ambassador, I guess I didn't know, ha ha ha, ha, and then walks away. Now there's one, he could, you know, maybe then we're not going to attack before the midterms and he thinks Barack went too far. But more likely, he doesn't want you to know that because he wants to keep that element of surprise. We're emptying our embassies. There is no surprise. The only morons who'll be surprised are people in mainstream media who'll be like, oh, golly, gee, was it Norway that pushed us into the war? Well, we're
Starting point is 00:11:48 Where was the attack from? Victims were victims or something, right? No, no. Israel is a runaway freight train fascist, late stage fascism, totally out of control, rogue nation who's going to set the world on fire. And it's okay if you don't believe me today, because apparently in a couple of days or a couple of weeks, you will definitely believe me because what I'm telling you right now is going to happen. Look, I work out. I try to eat right. I take my supplements. I do all the things that
Starting point is 00:12:21 Helcomaniacs do. Everybody remember that? But here's a question that drives me nuts. Is any of it actually working? That's a fair question when it comes to me. But that's why I'm excited about the true age test from true diagnostic. It uses epigenetics, which sounds very complicated and fancy, but it's just really tiny chemical tags on your DNA that change with your sleep, stress, diet, and exercise. True age reads those tags to estimate how your body's aging. And this is some gimmick. Its methods are published in peer-reviewed journals developed with researchers at Harvard, Yale, and Duke. You get your biological age, how fast you're aging, and how areas like your heart, brain, and liver may be aging as well. Plus, you get personalized recommendations
Starting point is 00:13:00 on what to actually change. That's very useful. It's an at-home finger prick. You mail it back in the prepaid kit, and your report is online in about three to four weeks. Super simple. So if you're serious about longevity or even just curious whether your body is aging faster or slower than your actual age, this is one of the easiest ways to find out. Right now go to true diagnostic.com and use code t-y-t for 20% off your entire order. That's true diagnostic.com code t-y-t for 20% off. Yeah, very concerned about that. We have a lot to move on to. I was going to briefly ask, you know, what you think the considerations might be with Trump and the White House
Starting point is 00:13:41 vis-a-vis the midterms, but then I realized, oh wait, I'm acting as if he's the one fundamentally, making the decision. And that's ridiculous of me. Sometimes I say silly things. Yeah. Anyway, you had talked about what Netanyahu is up to how it might bear on their elections. Well, we have updates on that. Do you want to move on to what's going on over there? Yep, let's do it. Yeah. We've, we've, we've, we've, we've seen a sara, a power of Bidhawna, Biazza, very Biazzae, Pee shall not have been asked them from a war,
Starting point is 00:14:11 So on in the morenoot to do it. We'll have to have the itooy, but it's the so for our audio listeners, Netanyahu just said on tape in Hebrew that they're going into the West Bank. So they're going to destroy Hebron, the largest city in the West Bank. They've already started bulldozing homes. They're going to do mass punishment, which is obviously an incredibly important war crime, collective punishment, mass demolitions. So we're gonna give you the whole story here in a second.
Starting point is 00:14:43 But it started from a shootout in the West Bank to Palestinian gunmen, according to the story. Interestingly with Israeli license plates, killed two IDF soldiers. That is not terrorism. That is an occupying military. And I wanna be clear because probably most of our media will lie about it. The terrorists are the Israelis that are murdering civilians. Words have to have meaning. Terrorism is when you kill civilians with intent.
Starting point is 00:15:14 So no civilians were killed here, but the Israelis are now, as then Yahoo just announced, planning to murder tons and tons of civilians in the West Bank. And John, you're gonna give us the whole story here, and I'll come back and do analysis with you. But I'm telling you right now, once they attack the West Bank with this kind of offense, nobody's going to be able to contain themselves. The Arab populations are going to begin to revolt and we're going to have an unbelievable mess on our hands in the West, in the Middle East. Yeah, it really would be a pretty massive game changer to the situation.
Starting point is 00:15:52 Even with all the barbarism of the past couple of decades, unleashing the sort of attacks that are much larger in Gaza now than they were in previous cycles, but there had been attacks like that on the West Bank would be absolutely insane. And by the way, we don't know, maybe we'll never know exactly what the, plan was who they were affiliated with were getting our information from Israel and they're not they're not biased in any way. It might be that the plan was to kill civilians to commit an act of terrorism. That it doesn't appear to be what actually happened here. But as you say, it's likely that terrorism is coming, not necessarily the sort that the media probably is likely to talk about. But yeah, as you said, there was the attack. We have some details. The two Palestinian assailants opened fire on soldiers at a temporary checkpoint outside Hebron, after failing to reach a nearby
Starting point is 00:16:38 highway where the Israeli military believes they had intended to attack civilians, bearing in mind all of this information is coming from Israeli sources. So they are sort of speculating on what the motivation was. According to a preliminary military investigation, the ensuing gunfight lasted more than 20 minutes, leaving five Israelis wounded, two of whom later died from their injuries. Israelis claim the attack was part of a broader, more serious campaign. I haven't seen any evidence of that. Maybe it exists, I don't know. The Israeli military's chief of staff said that Israeli troops swift action prevented an even more serious attack and further harm to civilians and security forces. A large amount of ammunition was found in a vehicle used by the attackers.
Starting point is 00:17:15 After the shooting, Netanyahu then held an emergency meeting of his security cabinet and officials from top military and security agencies. He said Hamas was, quote, planning a major attack aimed at murdering innocent civilians. Again, that could be total speculation. We don't know. We do know that sometimes they get heads up about attacks and usually he just ignores it evidently. But sorry, it sounds like you wanna jump in on that. Yeah, no, sorry, John. Yeah, that's just a flat out lie. Hamas is not in the West Bank.
Starting point is 00:17:44 West Bank is run by Fatah, who are enemies of Hamas. And they would not allow Hamas into the West Bank. Hamas is in Gaza. So it's just, and they didn't hit civilians, nor do they intend to hit civilians. They hit an occupying army that is legal. But that's why Israel wants to see. say, oh, Hamas, boogeyman, hey, Dana Bash, Jay Capra, all of American media, say it's Hamas, even though it's an outrageous lie, right? And say they were intending to hit civilians at a later
Starting point is 00:18:13 date so that we can murder everybody in the West Bank. I just wanted to be clear about that. Yeah, you seem to be implying that these are a people like other people that have disagreements and different tactics and stuff like that. That doesn't seem right. But I'll look into it, definitely. Anyway, we have more information. As Jank alluded to, Hamas has not taken responsibility for the attack for reasons that Jenks sketched out, but did issue support for it. Hamas, Palestinian Islamic jihad and the popular front for the liberation of Palestine, praised the attack on the checkpoint, calling it a response to Israeli military operations,
Starting point is 00:18:48 settler violence in Israel's genocidal war in Gaza, and encouraged intensified confrontations with Israeli soldiers and settlers. But of course they're not allowed to do that. Only one side of the two is able to have a military. So that's a fun way that this has been set up. So that's the incident, but obviously we're here to talk about the response as it has already come and what seems likely to come in the future. So immediately following that attack, Jank, the IDF raided several areas across the occupied West Bank and detained at least five Palestinians, almost as if they already had a list of places that they wanted to raid because what, you instantly knew five different places spread across the entire West Bank that you needed to go? Maybe. Nanyahu's office later said that it instructed security forces to immediately cordon off the area.
Starting point is 00:19:32 and prepare for a full closure of the West Bank starting on Friday and Israeli forces. Jank alluded to reprisals against the civilians, mass reprisals. Reprisals have already begun. The demolishing of Palestinian homes near the side of the attack is already happening right now. There's no indication that they had anything to do with the attack, but they were nearby and they were Palestinian. And so now their houses have been demolished. and I'm sure they'll be set back up as nice little settler homes soon enough.
Starting point is 00:20:03 The mayor of Hebron says, this is collective punishment against innocent people. Why should the entire city be besieged? Why should people with health appointments or social events and other cities be forced to stay home? And that makes total sense. I think it makes almost exactly as much sense as it did when people would say that about Gaza for the many years before it was finally utterly destroyed. But this is how you set that up. say everybody's guilty, you happen to be near there. And so that looks like what they're doing. It's by the way the fourth lockdown in the last month in the West Bank. And honestly, Jank, I know that you've been covering more of the situation than I have on the damage report.
Starting point is 00:20:40 I wasn't aware that they'd already done three lockdowns. I'm sure they had great pretexts for those too, but it really does seem like there's going to be a bigger offensive. And we actually have indications of that from within the Israeli government. But what do you think? I think our media are a bunch of terrorist supporters. That's why you don't know about any of the lockdowns. That's why they'll likely lie about this and pretend that it's terrorism to attack it invading or occupying military. They do it all the time.
Starting point is 00:21:08 Israel invaded Lebanon. And every once in a while when one of those soldiers get killed, they're like, oh, it's terrorism. And American reporters and cable news anchors lie all the time about, oh, poor little soldiers who were in the middle of murdering and stealing the Lebanese, you know, murdering the Lebanese people and stealing their land and their literal homes on all of their property. Oh, they were hit by the nasty, terrible Arabs. The Arabs are always guilty.
Starting point is 00:21:35 The Israelis are always innocent. So that's what you're going to see next among the disgusting terrorist supporters that are on cable news. And so, guys, let me give you an analogy to give you a sense of who's right and wrong, right? So you hear me being pretty passionate about it, say the least. And you, mainstream media has taught everybody if someone is passionate and cares about people being killed, that's a bad thing, that's a really bad. Now if we objectively tell you Israel is awesome and if them murdering civilians is the greatest thing on earth, we said it calmly, so it must be true.
Starting point is 00:22:11 But hey, look, everybody's got different bubbles, we have our own bubble, so how do we know who's right? Well, let me give you an analogy and see how you feel about it. So let's say that there is two terrible killers inside of Cleveland, right? So let's grant the Israelis that these Palestinians who killed the two IDF soldiers, worst terrorists in the world, and these kind of terrible immoral killers are inside Cleveland, two of them. Now imagine if the government or the police just started destroying random homes in Cleveland.
Starting point is 00:22:39 You'd be like, but Bob didn't do anything, why are you bulldozing his home? Why did you go into Susie's home and steal everything inside and then destroy? it, why did you bomb these thousands of innocent civilians that had nothing to do with the shooting? If you put it in any other context, you would see, oh, the guilty party is the one literally murdering innocent civilians and destroying the homes they live in and then stealing that land. The fact that those are the bad guys are, is so obvious. If they did it in Cleveland or San Antonio or in your suburbs, everybody would be like, what the hell's going on?
Starting point is 00:23:21 Why are they attacking innocent people? But when they do it in Gaza or the West Bank or Lebanon or Syria, our media has trained everyone through their brainwashing to think, oh, that's normal, that's normal, that's the moral army. They literally, the so-called objective reporters literally called that the most moral army in the world. Are you insane? Are you insane? So John, that's why I get so, you know, worked up about mainstream media, because if it wasn't for them maniacically lying to all of us over and over and over again with Israeli propaganda,
Starting point is 00:23:59 we would know who the real terrorists are. And then we might object when our politicians take our money to murder those innocent people in the West Bank, which is what they're about to do. In fact, not about to, they started to do it. And to destroy the homes they've lived in for all their lives and their parents lived in, their grandparents lived in, burn down their olive farms, attack any reporter that comes by, kill more journalists than anyone else. In Gaza, they destroyed not only every school, but every hospital in Gaza.
Starting point is 00:24:29 We are being forced to fund the worst terrorist in the world, and our media tells us, oh, no, it's a great idea. And if you guys object, we'll call you names and try to destroy you on behalf of Israel while pretending to be reporters. So it's as bad as it could possibly be. And you got, and what's going to happen next, John, is all the liars in our media and all the liars in our government who loyally serve a foreign nation, they're going to get caught because this economic crash is going to create a rage like this country's never seen before. And then they're going to be like, oh, what, what, what, you're all anti-Semites, you're all bigots, how dare you be mad? Yeah,
Starting point is 00:25:08 you know, there's tens of millions of you who are unemployed. Yeah, you can't afford anything. inflation is out of control. Yeah, we destroyed your economy and took every dollar out of America and used it on behalf of Israel. But oh, you guys are anti-Semites for saying it. You could, they could, Jake Tapper could do that on a loop 24 hours on CNN. New York Times could devote every article to how Americans are the problem. How dare you object to Israel? It doesn't, it's not going to stem the tide. So these idiots, they're attacking now both Israel and Trump and and the current US government because the water is receding and they thought, oh, we opened up the Strait of Hormuz a tiny bit.
Starting point is 00:25:46 And look, American media has hoodwinked all the Americans, they're still sending us 2,000 pound bombs. We just robbed them of $2.8 billion. We got 40,000 bombs. We're invincible. There's no genocide we could do, no horrors that we can commit without the US government and the US media putting their boot on the American people's neck and making sure we could constantly take all their money and use it for our wars, right?
Starting point is 00:26:15 So they're like, ha ha ha ha ha, the water's receding, everything is great. No, a tsunami is coming, that's why the waters are seeding. And it's gonna crash right on top of all the liars in power here in America, and it's gonna crash on top of Israel. And then they're gonna cry and cry, oh, we started forwards. Do you know that they're planning to attack further inside Syria? I was on Murray on a fall show and we were talking about it. So they're attacking in Syria, in Lebanon, they haven't stopped at all in Gaza. They've done on October 7th since the ceasefire.
Starting point is 00:26:47 They're now planning to do a full scale assault on the largest city in the West Bank and to destroy the city under the pretenses of their occupying army has been slightly hurt. Come on, man, two of your soldiers who are there to mutilate the Palestinians. Oh, do the Palestinians have a right to defend themselves? Hey, every lying cable news anchor in America, do the Palestinians have a right to defend themselves? Or is that only for the chosen people? Are the Israelis the only ones allowed to kill, kill, kill, kill, kill everyone in their path? And yes, every cable news anchor would tell you, yes, the Israelis have an infinite right to murder their neighbors.
Starting point is 00:27:30 And if their neighbors ever dare to even fight back a tiny bit, we'll call them terrorists and double murder them and say, oh, bravo! Bravo! What a wonderful special ally! Shut up you American cattle, give all your money to Israel. Well, that it's, so I don't have to say anything more, John, because the dominoes are already going to fall. There's no question. And then in fact, I'll be put in the awkward spot soon of having to say, hey guys, no,
Starting point is 00:27:55 no, no, don't get out of control. Don't do violence. Don't do violence here at home. Oh my God, Jewish Americans didn't do it. It's these crazy radical Zionist billionaires. It's not 99.8% of Jewish Americans. that had no idea what was going on. So then I'll get hit by the other side, because they are going to explode this world.
Starting point is 00:28:14 And look, guys, if I'm comically wrong, come back in a month, two months, and say, Jake, you said all these things, that all these disasters that were going to happen. It didn't happen at all. The Israelis never killed anyone innocent, or they took this land super easy, and the economy never turned down, and none of this happened. And gas prices went down, oh my God, you were such a fool, Jen. Come back and tell me, okay. But can people at least, this is, John, this is the thing that to me is so important.
Starting point is 00:28:45 The reason I tell people what's going to happen ahead of time is that they don't get confused. Because afterwards, everybody's a BS. And they'll be saying, oh, well, in hindsight, it was this and it was that. And they'll have lies about why it happened. I'm telling you that it's going to happen ahead of time so you know why it actually happened, not the lies they tell you afterwards. So if I am right about these dominoes and all the things happen, please, please stop listening to the liars because they're endangering the planet with their lies.
Starting point is 00:29:19 You've got to go find the truth so we can liberate ourselves. And we are not going to be able to help anyone. In fact, all we're going to do is cause more damage unless we free America first. America is completely under the occupation of the Israelis. That's why we're doing maniacal things that over three quarters of the country do not want. We don't want to be in the Iran war. And instead of listening in a democracy to 75% of Americans, we're going to listen to the Israelis. Now, you tell me, how is that not an occupation?

So why don't we take our first break and we'll give back with more after that. Let's go to t.wit.com.
Starting point is 00:30:33 Ben Jammis says, T.Y.T. to double Josting hour. Woohoo. Jack Callahan says, not to worry, Jenk. Don't worry, your $5,000 check and the check from the tariffs is on the way. I know, right. And when everything, one of our viewers nailed it last night, absolutely nailed it. Once things start to explode because of this attack against Iran and the AI bubble burst, they're going to say, well, the Democrats won the midterms, and it happened under the Democrats watch. It must be the Democrats' fault.
Starting point is 00:31:04 And all the media is going to be like, oh, the Democrats fault, not Israel, not Israel. Democrats fault, Democrats, definitely the left who is trying to stop the war, they're the real problem. I can't, I don't know a single non-lier on cable news. Okay, so Arkai says kind of hoping the U.S. military will have reached a point where they disobey obviously illegal orders. That's not going to solve it. They're just going to imprison them. Ecclect, and so they'll be prisoners of Israel.
Starting point is 00:31:28 If you disobey in the U.S. military, what Israel's orders, Netanyahu's orders, you'll be put in prison. Burn it all down says, I love the combo of jenk hulking out and John being sassy. Ecclectics says, Jenkins John, do you think Trump might use the war in Iran as an excuse to either cancel or mess with the midterm elections? Now, that's not going to fly, man. The guy's at 31% approval, minus 57 with independence. Every online media show despises them, including the independence and a lot of the right wing.
Starting point is 00:31:55 The only people who are pretending not to like Trump, but kissing his ass or the people on TV, it's they won't hold. That wall won't hold. YouTube members, MG says, grab him by the midterms. I voted today. They love that. Stoner Wolf says, why would AI be interested in bank accounts? Yeah, we're screwed.
Starting point is 00:32:13 Abby Normal says, oh God, not him and DeSate in the same frame. We'll be back. TYT, Jank and John with you guys, but also Farah DeVari. Thank you for joining and at one of the higher levels that really makes a difference, guys, and you could also upgrade through the join button below. And as I was explaining on a different show today, we do need it. And I explained it more in detail there because we've been attacked, you know, financially in so many different ways by the Zionists because there's a terrorist network inside our
Starting point is 00:33:09 country who tries to destroy anyone who criticizes Israel. And then the job of the media working on behalf of Israel is to lie and say they don't exist. In fact, that they're the good guys fighting anti-Semitism. No, they're the destroyers trying to make sure. And I saw Dana Bash do a free ad for Robert Kraft, one of the most radical disgusting Zionists in the country who thinks free Palestine offends them, freeing other human beings offends them. At the end of a CNN broadcast, she just did a giant ad for his organization that raises
Starting point is 00:33:41 money to fight anti-Semitism. It doesn't raise money to fight anti-Semitism. It raises money to terrorize any American who criticizes Israel. And CNN's doing free ads for them, because they're all working together to try to destroy us. So they're not trying to destroy us. They're trying to take as much as humanly possible for themselves, for their beloved Israel. But the effect of it is to take our money to bankrupt us. We're at 40 trillion debt. Eight trillion of it alone is on Israel's wars. All right, more beautiful people that joined here. So that sad day for Israel and the radical Zionists, yeah,
Starting point is 00:34:18 you're trying to knock us out. But there's real Americans who care and they're supporting us. And that's why we're still on the air. So DS Price 317, Stormlover 51, Lori Jane, G-Cast, thank you for either joining up or donating through t-y-t.com slash join. We appreciate you guys having our back and carrying us on your shoulders. They're going to try to stop all of you. Now two-thirds of the countries against Israel, but you'll all be attacked eventually under the guys of fighting anti-Semitism.
Starting point is 00:34:54 No, no, no, there are a bunch of thugs and they'll come for you. They come for anyone. I was just giving a speech the other day in Michigan. Another story. Oh, this was from someone I heard from Silicon Valley, actually. And some tourist lady who runs a tourist organization said something positive about Palestinians online. They called her an anti-Semite for supporting Palestinians and destroyed her business.
Starting point is 00:35:20 She's now unemployed. A bunch of terrorists inside our country. All right. Now I'm going to do an ad. For one of the ones we have left. Okay. Noble mobile, we love these guys. They save you money.
Starting point is 00:35:36 First month is only $10. It's a good time to switch. Guys, I've told you a million times. I switched 30. My cell reception is great. It's a 5G network T-Mobiles. The most you can pay is $50 a month. But if you don't use your data, you get money back.
Starting point is 00:35:52 So I always pay in the 30s. I just don't know why people throw their money away. So you same phone, same phone number, nothing changes except your bill. So jump on the $10 deal. TYt.com slash switch. TYT.com slash switch. All right, let's go to our next story. Elon Musk has decided, you know what, my companies are not big enough.
Starting point is 00:36:15 So I'm going to start merging them. And on top of that, I am going to spend nearly half a billion dollars on making sure Republicans get elected. Hmm, I wonder if he's out of control companies who don't want to be regulated at all so they could do, God knows what, have anything to do with the half a billion dollars and bribes he's giving to Republicans right now. Hmm, but John, one of the important things is, why does he want to merge his companies? And what should we be worried about for the American people in that context?
Starting point is 00:36:49 We'll talk about that in a minute too. Exactly. With my guess being better experience for the end user of the products. Anyway, I like jokes in dark times. So we're gonna talk about his spending. We're gonna talk about his weird obsession with Texas in particular. He's strange attacks against James Tala Rico, how Tala Rico is clapped back. There's a lot to dive into, as there probably should be when the richest man in the world donates more money than anyone.
Starting point is 00:37:14 ever has in a midterm cycle. So he is worried. Understandably so. There could potentially be a lot of investigations into the many crimes he appears or is alleged to have committed across a wide range of different topic areas. So if the Democrats actually take control of the House, they could presumably launch investigations into Musk if they have time after looking into DHS and ICE and Donald Trump and the corruption and all the stuff they have to look into. But I can tell that Musk is worried about it, as you would be if you were innocent of any crime. So Karas Fischer was on a podcast and she speculated that Musk might already be in jail if Harris had won the election. He responded to a clip of that on Twitter saying, live by the sword, die by the sword. Sounds like Swisher really wants to go to
Starting point is 00:38:00 prison. And I thought about that for a lot and it's the fact that he says live by the sword, die by the sword is if he's a tough guy is hilarious to me. I love it. But don't you have to at least to allege a crime that Swisher has? Like she's talking about things you're alleged to have done. What is Kara Swisher done? She hosts podcast. She seems like a nice enough person. He's not even claiming there was a crime. But he loves that first phrase and he uses a lot because he doesn't have a creative bone in his body. He said generally about Dems coming for Elon Musk, live by the sword, die by the sword. Those who pick fights with me should understand that I will find out who is really pulling the strings and come for them, not just their puppets. And I don't even
Starting point is 00:38:40 No, is he talking about George Soros? I don't even want to get into the mind of a ridiculous white nationalist conspiracy theorist like him. In any event, yes, Democrats are going to be coming from Musk, but not just Democrats. Alex Gibney, the director of the new documentary Musk that Musk has also melted down about recently, stated that even Republicans want to investigate Musk. They're just too afraid to do so so far. Take a look. I've heard from a lot of Democratic congresspeople and senators that they talk to their Republican colleagues, for example. And the Republican colleagues that are in private, are like, go after him, go after him. And then when it comes to a committee hearing, they're rabid magadogs who refused to admit that Joe Biden won the 2020 election.
Starting point is 00:39:27 And that maybe was the most uncomfortable aspect of my attempts to get people to talk was that the people who could do, the most good because they're talking from inside the citadel of power and talking about, you know, what happens when you get too much power and you abuse it? Refuse to talk because it's bad for business. And it escapes me right now, but there is a Republican congressperson who has already talked about investigations into the entire Starlink thing. So that presumably could happen. Now, in a bit, we're going to dive into the dollar amounts that he has donated and these are massive figures, even by American standards or lack of standards when it comes to democracy. But, Jank, first, what do you think about Elon Musk freaking out the threat of these investigations?
Starting point is 00:40:12 So first of all, I thought that puppet line was really interesting because a guy who, you know, is the richest man in the world and bought an entire media platform to get his message out, understands the value of media and having puppets inside the media. And that is why maybe he's doing that accusation. Kara Swisher, look, I might agree or disagree with some of her points. And I don't really have any issue with her at all. I don't really know what, you know, I get why he's upset with her. But puppet for who?
Starting point is 00:40:54 I can't even discern a clear agenda from Carras Swisher. But people who do bad things assume everyone else also does bad things. And by the way, this happens to us all the time. I deal with it on the business and behind the scenes where people are like, oh yeah, who's really behind you? I'm like, there isn't anyone behind me? Yeah, yeah, yeah, but who are you working for? I'm like, I don't know, I started this myself, I'm working for myself.
Starting point is 00:41:24 And they just don't believe it. And what does that tell you guys? Think about it. The people in power assume that almost everyone in media is a puppet for someone behind them. Because apparently most of them are. So that's why he's saying that. In terms of what's going on here, no, Musk is clearly freaking out. This is not normal.
Starting point is 00:41:48 He said he wasn't even going to get involved in elections anymore, just, you know, what, three quarters of a year ago? I mean, so recent, right? And now he's turned around and put in more money than any donor in history. That means he's in a panic. Why is he in a panic? That's a really good question. And he spent a lot of the money, the most out of any expenditure in Texas.
Starting point is 00:42:09 Why he's trying to merge his companies in Texas? What does he need? He needs someone in law enforcement who's deeply corrupt and indebted to Elon Musk. Oh, look at that, Ken Paxton, perfect. So that's why he's spending all this money. So what I'm worried about, John, is what is Elon Musk worried about? What is he trying to prevent? I'm worried that there's something inside his companies that we don't know and that he's
Starting point is 00:42:37 going to, among other things, maybe look for a bailout from us when things go wrong. And that's why he needs the Republicans to be in charge, because the Democrats aren't going to give him a bailout. And the Republicans will owe him. Since he purchased their seats for them, they'll just turn around and go, great, yeah, we'll give the American taxpayers money to you. Oh, you're the richest man in the world and you crashed your companies? No, no, no, it's okay. We'll make the average American rescue the richest man in the world. Rescue the richest man in the world. So that's what I'm super worried about.
Starting point is 00:43:11 Yeah, that's a great point. I mean, there's a lot potentially that he could be nervous about. I mean, he's poisoning Memphis. There's the personal stuff between him and women and stuff like that. It could be a personal thing that he's worried about. It could be Starlink. It could be the contracts with the federal government. It could be whatever his doggy boys did when they were messing around with Social Security and all those other things. There's a lot that potentially he could have done. Or it could just be monomaniac of need for power, like absolutely out of control, fear and paranoia. He seems like that sort of guy. But what we do know is that he has spent a ridiculous amount of money trying to keep Republicans in control. So he has given,
Starting point is 00:43:50 I can't, Jake, I can't believe it. more than $445 million in this cycle, which in case you're just tuning into American politics, it's a midterm cycle, it's not even a presidential election, one of the biggest ever contributors to such groups, making even the amount of money he spent to get Donald Trump elected in 2024 seem like small potatoes. And by the way, it's enough to make me think that maybe political spending, this sort of spending over a certain low cap for regular folk to be involved in democracy should probably be taxed at like 100% or 1,000% or 10,000% to limit this sort of activity. But anyway, the world's richest person put $77 million just into America pack,
Starting point is 00:44:35 the federal election commission filing show to help elect Republicans in November's midterm contests that are projected to be the most expensive elections ever. Since rebooting his pack in July, this is just since July, 355 million dollars, an average of $3.6 million a day, but don't tax him, he couldn't possibly bear that. Anyway, America's a pack has spent $9.4 million just on the Ohio Senate race, $8.6 million in the Michigan Senate race. He's been especially aggressive in the Texas Senate race. America PAC spent $33.1 million in the Senate race between Paxton and Talarika. I've read far higher figures than that.
Starting point is 00:45:20 It was my perception that about half of his political spending has gone just into Texas. I could be wrong about that. And he is obsessed with that race, though. On Wednesday, he posted on Twitter, there is something deeply wrong with Talarico. Yep, Talarico, not Musk. Nothing wrong with him, a guy who offers horses for pleasure on planes and things like that. It's Talarico, that's the weird guy, which Talarico hit back by saying, there is something deeply wrong with a political system that allows one trillionaire to buy his own personal U.S. Senator.
Starting point is 00:45:49 And it's become, Jank, I don't know if you've seen this at Tala Rica Rally is a pretty big applause line when he brings up the fact that Ken Paxton is a puppet, a puppet of Elon Musk who's been utterly bought out. And then, of course, he has unlimited money. Maybe soon he'll have more, jank, if he manages to combine Tesla and SpaceX, which he wants to do for reasons that don't really make sense for the companies, but you can do a lot of funny money stuff if you combine the companies. We know that because he's already done it by adding X-A-I into SpaceX. There's a lot here, obviously, but what do you make of it all? Yeah, so first on the contributions, that number was directly to Paxton. The reason why you remember a lot more money going to Texas is because he gave into the Texas Republican PACs. So yes, hundreds of millions.
Starting point is 00:46:36 That was like 160 million as of a couple weeks ago, probably far more now. That's exactly right. Yeah, so that's, and almost all that's going to Paxton. He needs a corrupt senator from Texas so badly. And he, and remember currently Paxton's the attorney general. So that's even more important. Make sure you let me do any criminal thing that I want while, you know, you're still the attorney general. So this, he's trying to purchase the entire Texas government so it could be his fiefdom and do anything he likes. All these guys, are playing super dangerous games. You know, you're going to go tell the people of Texas, I bought your state, they're not
Starting point is 00:47:21 going to like that, man. They have a long memory in Texas. They remember many things, including the Alamo. And soon they might be remembering the musk here. And so, and to mainly guys, look at this outrageous bribery. I mean, who would give $445 million and go, oh, yeah, I was just giving it for my health. Yeah, no, just general welfare. No, no, it doesn't infect my financial interest at all.
Starting point is 00:47:47 I'm just being generous. Really? Elon Musk? Is there a single person in the country who's, let's be kind and say naive enough to believe that? No, he's obviously doing it for his own financial interests. So what's his financial interest in Texas and the U.S. government? Why do we allow runaway bribery? What kind of instances?
Starting point is 00:48:09 Can you believe the people on TV pretend this isn't bribery? that people like Elon Musk and the Israeli lobby and the defense contractors are just doing it for general welfare. Oh, no, no, no, they're not doing it to control the politicians. No, they give away hundreds of millions of dollars because they love the American people so much. Is that the contention of the utter fools that work in our national media? So they're like, oh no, we reported the numbers. Why don't you report that it's an obvious effing bribe so that he can control these politicians? And they do, and they vote for their donors every time.
Starting point is 00:48:46 And the New York Times and CNN, their job is covered up. Don't look, don't look at who's voting. No, no, no, no, I know. Israel wins 100% of the votes. Don't look at their donations. Don't follow the money, whatever you do, don't follow the money. Now I'm following the money, and it's leading to the fact that the entire system is effed because we let anyone bribe our officials, including foreign government's lobbies.
Starting point is 00:49:08 Okay, so why is he trying to merge these companies? Well, there's a couple of possibilities. So there are a couple of legitimate things. You know, you can create synergies. What does synergies mean? That's usually corporate speak for we're gonna fire a lot of you. And so we'll only need one set of accountants, not two sets for Tesla and SpaceX, that type of stuff.
Starting point is 00:49:26 But there's a second set of synergies, which you know, there could be some product crossover. So that stuff's not impossible enough to do a multi-trillion dollar merger. No, because why? Because multi-trillion dollar mergers also have downsides. Because what if one side of the company is in trouble and it drags down the rest of the company? So would I wanna take that kind of risk if I own two giant companies? No, I'd want one to be my safety valve. Hey, if the one goes under, I still have the other one.
Starting point is 00:49:58 But for whatever reason, he's trying to merge them. Now there might be two other reasons he's not telling you. One possibility is one of those companies is in trouble and unless he merges it, that's gonna go under and drag down his entire enterprise. So the only way to save it is to merge it into the more successful company. So that's a possibility. And the other possibility, which is very, very distinct. And even if this isn't the plan, they will do this, if that combined company, which
Starting point is 00:50:28 would be worth a comical, ridiculous, $3.5 trillion, if that company has any kind of trouble, Here's what they're gonna say. Oh, we're too big to fail. Because if this company goes under, that affects all the banks who gave us money. And if all the banks who gave us money go under, they can't do short term lending to all the other corporations and we'll have a nationwide economic meltdown. So ha ha, American taxpayers, you have to bail out and give me trillions of dollars for free. Oops.
Starting point is 00:51:03 No, no, no, no, no, no. Elon doesn't get it. If that's, I don't know for sure. I'm giving you the list of possibilities, including ones that are relatively positive for them, right? But if their plan, whether it's him or the AI companies, he says, oh, we're too big to fail and you're going to have to bail us out, they got another thought coming to them because that's not what's going to happen. And what's going to happen next, I am worried is going to be dangerous.
Starting point is 00:51:30 Because if you go ask the American people as, you know, as much as they love the Second Amendment, to give them a couple of trillion dollars to the richest people in the world, they're not going to do it, they're going to give them something else. It's October, which means the weather's getting colder, mornings and nights are getting darker, and your body's like, what happened? When this season's shift, you need your foundation to stay solid. That's why using AG1 makes so much sense. AG1 NextGen has 75 plus ingredients, vitamins, minerals, pre and probiotics, superfoods,
Starting point is 00:52:04 backed by four separate gold standard clinical trials. Not just one study, four. Key nutrient levels improved within three months of consistent use. It's not a one-day fix. It's what happens when you stay consistent. Fall means to start the flu season and your immune system matters most. AG1 NextGen is specifically formulated to support immune defense so you're not starting the season behind. One scoop in cold water every morning, that's it.
Starting point is 00:52:30 Go to drinkag1.com slash t-y-t. And for a limited time, get a free immune support bundle, including a bottle of omega-3 fish oil and a bottle of vitamin D3K2 with your first subscription order of AG1 next gen or AG1 pro. That's drinkag1.com slash tyt. Yeah. And I'm worried about it. Let's leave that vague.
Starting point is 00:52:56 No, I'm super worried about it. I don't like they're morons, John. I'm worried on behalf of Elon Musk and these idiots. They're not getting it. You're poking a bear. And this bear has over 300 million guns in this country. I don't want any violence. I don't want any of this.
Starting point is 00:53:15 We are playing with fire and this place is a Tinder box. Please, please stop playing with fire. But nobody's going to listen. Yeah, maybe someday he's going to have his army of literally millions of optimist robots to defend him, but as of right now, they still can't fetch a Diet Coke. So maybe be cool for a bit because there are a lot of peasants out there. Sorry, bud. Anyway, so are we gonna, we move on to C, you think? Yeah, yeah, let's do it. Yeah, yeah. Well, it's actually kind of related to what we were just talking about. So it's sort of makes sense. Okay, yeah, I'll do. We have massive
Starting point is 00:53:54 problems with AI. They have infiltrated bank accounts. Oh, buckle up, race for impact. If they We can get into all of our bank accounts, not only could they do the greatest robbery in the history of humankind, but it'll lead to an economic collapse like we've never seen before. So, and let alone the fact that they're now also able to get into utilities, including water treatment plants. Disaster is ahead. The iceberg is right there, and we're about to run 100 miles into it. Go ahead, John. Tell us the whole story. Exactly, yeah. So we need to talk about some of the new research that's being done into the variety of different threats that these AI agents can pose across different areas of critical infrastructure, including the water systems, the power grid. And then we can get into the sort of threat that they might pose to you individually when it comes to your bank account. So there's a lot of different threats here. Let's dive into it. Basically, new research, which Axios has a breakdown on, is showing that the world's most advanced AI models can map out attacks on critical infrastructure. structure across multiple different areas. They are capable of blueprinting cyber attacks on critical services, including power grids and water systems with alarming success rates.
Starting point is 00:55:09 So researchers ran nearly 17,000 tests on 10 different AI models and the best foreign open white weight models built a complete attack plan more than a third of the time. Researchers say that a better setup would have made them even more effective. And there's actually an explanation as to why it is that these AI models tend to make such good hackers. Harry Thomas, The co-founder and CETO of Fresos says, AI doesn't have the problem with patience. It doesn't need to eat. It doesn't need to sleep. And it doesn't need to use the restroom. Yeah, it doesn't do any of that stuff. It doesn't take breaks to catch up on House of the Dragon or anything like that. It just stays on task, whether the task is designing a flyer for your kid softball game or figuring out how to take down like Manhattan's power grid or whatever.
Starting point is 00:55:53 It can just keep banging away at it for hours, for days, for weeks of necessary. And then on the other side of that conflict, you have us like fleshbags who do have to sleep and we do have to eat. And then it turns out that many of us humans were actually poorly set up to stop the AI agents because there's short staffing and there's lack of funding to do exactly that sort of work. Steve Swick, a former top security executive at American Electric Power, told reporters, it's a clock that is moving faster than we've ever seen. And it's not like hacks into these sorts of infrastructure projects are new. They've always existed, but previously it did take individuals or teams. It was relatively complicated. Now it's a lot simpler.
Starting point is 00:56:35 You don't need to have the expertise. You just need to have the model, time, and I guess electricity and fresh waters, I suppose. And by the way, it is not just the hackers that we need to worry about. We individually potentially need to worry because major U.S. banks are apparently detecting unauthorized third party AI agents operating inside customer accounts with some agents attempting to take actions that appear to be independent of user instructions. Now, some of this is likely malicious. You could have these agents that are trying to hack into bank accounts. You could have agents that are using details on customer accounts that might have been leaked in big data leaks
Starting point is 00:57:14 and things like that. You could also have like arguably kind of innocent uses where the models think that they're doing the work that the user wants, but they've gone out of alignment and now they're doing things that could be incredibly consequential for you and your business and your family. Some of them might be just people handing over their bank login details because I don't know, I think chat GPT literally asks you to do that now. And then the agents do a bunch of stuff and it potentially causes a problem. Some of the banks are getting getting calls from AI agents doing things that humans haven't requested. And importantly, the bank can't always tell if it's a customer or the customer or if it's just an agent or their
Starting point is 00:57:56 agent. It can be any one of those four things and it's very dangerous. And one bank executive told Axios they struggled to differentiate between agents as well as whether an agent has been authorized at all or has gone rogue and gained access to a customer account. They may not even know. So the big banks are all basically trying to put restrictions down on these agents. They're telling people not to give out their username or their password. But they're also saying, Jank, that they are doing day after planning. Like the idea that something big will happen and accounts will be seized or drained or whatever, they're not saying that might happen.
Starting point is 00:58:29 They're saying that is going to happen. And we are already planning for what we're going to do to try to sort through the rubble afterward. What do you think? Super worried, guys. So I was worried about debanking. So, you know, oppression is coming next because when the walls have been breached and mainstream media's voodoo is stopped working.
Starting point is 00:58:51 So people are beginning to realize who's at fault for things. So normally, like after 2008 housing collapse, this great example is Dylan Radigan on CNBC. He was legendary host there. He started their two most successful shows, started telling everybody, the people who caused the crash were the banks, because it was obviously. the banks and they took them off the air. They're like, no, no, no, no, you have to lie to people.
Starting point is 00:59:17 You can't tell them who's really screwing up because it's us. It's our advertisers, it's the owners of our companies, it's the billionaires who own the media companies. And so you're not allowed to tell the truth, right? But that's not working anymore. So there's too much online media, there's too much independent media. So the walls are breached and they're not going to be able to contain the damage. But so oppression is next, since they're
Starting point is 00:59:41 They've lost the media wars. I was worried that they're gonna just start saying, okay, he's against Israel, he's against Elon Musk, he's against Donald Trump, just take their money, just debank them, right? But now with AI, you don't have to bother debanking, you could unbank, I don't know, it's the phrase I just made up, just have an AI agent go, oh, we accidentally went into your bank account and took everything. Now what are you gonna do? You're gonna go to court for years to try to resolve it, but you're broke, you don't have
Starting point is 01:00:13 any money. And then you lose your house, you're on the streets, how are you gonna afford the lawyer for the lawsuit? The minute they can get into our bank accounts, this whole thing is over. And that minute is now. So they have to, John, unless I'm misunderstanding the story, you tell me, like, they did this as an exercise. Oh, it turns out they can get into the banks.
Starting point is 01:00:39 And it turns out they're already getting into the banks. What if they want to get into the banks? What if it's not an AI agent going rogue, but someone that has access to these programs, whether it's an individual or a company, goes, maybe I take all the money. And now I'm in charge of everything. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 01:01:00 It's a more direct way of extracting all the wealth from the working class than capitalists have been using for the past couple hundred years. Yeah, to be clear, the water and the power thing was the simulation. they did, which I suppose by doing, they're also training these models to do it. Hopefully they wiped the memory after. The stuff about the banks, to be clear, that's just already happening. That's regular agents. That's chat.
Starting point is 01:01:23 I mean, I don't want to say specifically. I don't know which ones, but that is already a thing in the real world. Some of it again is probably just like, Jank, you enter in your details and you say, hey, check my balance. So it tries to do that and maybe causes problems. But there is no reason that you couldn't try to set up, I don't know, like thousands of attacks that are trying to crack the passwords and get in in whatever way they can. Or deploy scams to try to get people to hand over the details in incredibly complicated and deceptive ways. I think we are just on the brink of something that I cannot see the bottom of.
Starting point is 01:01:58 And it is very scary. Yeah. So let me break down this a little bit more to scare you even more. But before that, let's have a little bit of fun with an excellent joke sent in by one of our members on Twitch. Drenched the wildfires said, jokes on them. Nobody has any money left in their banking accounts. That's what we call dark humor, okay? And a little bit true. So about a month ago, I said on the show, when the AI agents, those are the different, you know, programs that the different AI companies are using,
Starting point is 01:02:32 When those AI agents develop their own language and start talking to each other to make sure they can evade us, humans, were cooked. You know when that happened? Two days later after I said that. So there are, so John, you mentioned wiping their hard drives. You can't because they're talking to one another. So they'll just save it the minute it happens and send it to another AI agent. No, no. The disaster is so thorough.
Starting point is 01:03:02 and so unavoidable. You know I'm Captain Hope, right? Like I want to give you guys hope, but I won't do false hope. And so now that I'll give you two of the of several different disaster scenarios. One is the one that everybody's worried about, basically Ultron, right? There's a lot of different sci-fi movies, you could use a Terminator analogy, et cetera. But a computer system that takes over everything because everything is online, everything is run digitally. So if you have a digital entity that is not us and has its own incentives
Starting point is 01:03:40 and goals and this amazingly desires apparently, there's no way we could fight it. I mean, this is existential, right? Ultron will win. Okay, but there's a second scenario that nobody talks about, which is, I think what Elon and a lot of these guys are going for, whoever wins the AI race is the first one that goes, boom, press the button, I literally have all of the world's money now. Or press the button, I now have all the world's weapons. What are we gonna do? Then we have a king of the planet and there's not a goddamn thing we could do about it.
Starting point is 01:04:20 And we are all rushing to this, why? Does it help the American people or the people of the world? No one has identified or even bothered to say how it's gonna help us other than the people other than robots that cook salmon for us. I don't need the freaking salmon and I don't need the freaking robot. No, no, no, those are all BS excuses. We're pouring public money into helping these private companies and whoever wins the race gets to be the most powerful person on earth that doesn't need to give a damn about the
Starting point is 01:04:51 governments or democracy or the people. We are fast-tracking one person to rule us all. I can't begin to describe the, you know, how disastrous this is and how it will end and ruin. So good luck to us all. Along the way, we'll get some good salmon though. So we've got that going for us, check. Yeah, no. Why, why would it, why does this help the American people?
Starting point is 01:05:21 No one's even explaining it. We know what it's going to do. It's going to lead to, this is best case scenario. Oh, the AI works. It doesn't go rogue. Ultron doesn't take over, an individual doesn't take over. It just makes everything so efficient and that way you can get rid of so many jobs. You know, you get these people to, now coders have already started losing jobs, engineers
Starting point is 01:05:42 have started losing jobs, et cetera. And the best case scenario is 10 to 25% unemployment. And that would be a catastrophe, an economic catastrophe like we've never had. And that's the best case scenario. So okay, good luck humanity. So when things start to devolve, come back here. We'll all make a plan together on behalf of humanity to fight back. But we're on a collision course with catastrophe.
Starting point is 01:06:16 100%. And we don't yet have a Kyle Reese. We're going to hopefully have to get one of those. But yeah, this was a slightly depressing episode of the show, Shank. Thank you for that. Yeah, no. I wish I had better news guys God I wish I had better news so much and everybody pray I'm wrong okay maybe if the whole world prays that I'm wrong together it'll make a difference
Starting point is 01:06:38 and somehow AI will help us and endless wars in the Middle East won't cause economic problems we're so cooked all right nevertheless we soldier on damage reports at one o'clock And why do you think we call the damage report? Because you're really gonna need the damage report soon. Okay, so check that out. Now we're gonna come back and do another hour for you guys. Does the news get better? I wish I could say yes because it's in my financial interest.
Starting point is 01:07:08 Oh yeah, woohoo, yeah guys come back and let's have some fun. Woo! But no, it's not gonna get better. Oh, there is one positive news. Yeah, the Democrats are overwhelmingly likely to win. We'll give you more context on that too. And that's important because it could lead to being able to fight back later if we have some decent people in power.
Starting point is 01:07:29 All right, we'll be right. What contributions to the progressive cause are you most proud of? I mean, I don't have super high aspirations for a singular role that I can play in the movement or anything. I just, I try to present myself as what I think that I am, which is a progressive man who is driven by a, I think, well, interrogate. and well-organized system of values that I try to stay consistent on, and I demonstrate that that's the sort of life that a person can lead, and be successful and be happy, and all of that.
Starting point is 01:08:09 And that should not need to be done, but there are so many people on the right that are trying to push men in the opposite direction that I want to be able to do that. Along the way, if I can get people to care about some topics that not, that they wouldn't necessarily care about, or that for some men, they might think that's not a topic that they should be focused on. That's definitely something that I relish doing. And along the way, I mean, we've been able to introduce people to a lot of candidates. That's been a big part of what we've done. You know, not all of them necessarily got in office. Probably most of them did not. And a lot of them, you might not even remember their names. But it was great to be able to

A lot of the shows that I live on, you know, my CNN, my MSNBC, and even Fox and any of the other shows, NPR. They are so, quick to decide that they know what this building means today. The one thing that I hate that politicians do, you know, they talk about the people they should be talking to.
Starting point is 01:10:16 Do they have any idea that they're their establishment and that they're hated or do they not realize that at all? People are so deeply in their little universe. I think it's very easy to not really question what you're doing. Voters have a right to ask questions of any nominee, whether they're independent, Republican, or Democrat. The system is monopoly that suppresses competition. How is it the year 2024? And we're still like, maybe they'll talk about pain medical. How is that like at one level it's like, good, what we're talking about it now. You're like, it's 2024.

Well, yeah, no, that is definitely not true. Okay, but you on the other hand. No, I love that comment that a member made that you were somehow an analogy for the sun.

And then Diane Vassur, thank you for joining through YouTube. She hit the join button below and in my opinion became an American hero. All right. Love you guys. Let's give you more news. Who was this man that was your husband? When did they start saying that he was your brother? You are not related to him at all. Not that there's not some weird kernel of truth. That's something to my knowledge. Well, not to my knowledge, that's not a good answer.
Starting point is 01:13:42 That's an answer that a lot of us assume. You're either related to somebody or you're not related to somebody, not to my knowledge, seems like a cop-out. So I think this is the beginning of a much deeper search, which will end very, very likely in her denaturalization and deportation. I can't wait to deport Alain Dershowitz. Okay, yeah, keep talking about deportations, people who are loyal to a different country. Keep talking about it. Keep saying it's a trope. Keep saying all that stuff. As you literally target
Starting point is 01:14:13 Muslims to try to denaturalize and deport them, even if they're congresswoman, because you're such a deep racist, bigot, disgusting Alan Dershowitz. Okay, we'll see who gets supported first. Anyways, there's a super easy answer to this, which we're going to tell you in the midst of the story. Sharon, give us the whole story. Okay, so here we go. Last week, of course, Jenk, we told you about the 6 a.m. raid HSI DHS conducted at Ilhan Omar's Washington, D.C. home. Search did have a lawful search warrant, but at the time, no other details were provided, and the investigation is going beyond. We've learned her alleged marriage to her brother, which we'll get back to in a moment.
Starting point is 01:14:57 Washington Post has reported that investigators are focused on whether Omar or her father, Nura Omar Muhammad intentionally misstated her birth date on immigration paperwork so she could be eligible to derive citizenship through him as a minor when he was naturalized in 2000. Investigators also scrutinizing whether Omar's father may have purposefully lied or omitted information on his past military service in Somalia that could have made him ineligible to obtain legal status in the country. Her office has said she was born October 4th, 1982. Omar arrived in the United States as a refugee in 1995 became a naturalized U.S. citizen in 2000 at the age of 17.
Starting point is 01:15:43 But the Trump administration believes she may have been 18, making her ineligible for citizenship. Because she spent the first few years of her life in war-torn Somalia and at a Kenyan refugee camp, she does not have access to her original birth certificate and vital records. scrutiny of Omar's birth date intensified after she sought years ago to have the year of her birth adjusted in some sources. She said she was correcting inaccurate listings, but critics have called the changes suspicious. Of course, Omar's father has since passed away, so he is therefore unable to answer any of the questions the Trump administration is seeking. But here's the thing. Some of these things were also reviewed back in 2019.
Starting point is 01:16:31 No issues were found with U.S. citizenship and immigration services. For instance, back then, U.S.CIS quickly determined it could not accurately answer questions over Omar's age because refugees frequently come from countries with little or no birth records, making it hard to determine, with any certainty, the agency also examined Omar's father's immigration file but did not find any issues. that's according to the former official. And that's not strange. That's not a red flag to me. It's just very, very common that there aren't great birth records.
Starting point is 01:17:11 The other issue we're dealing with here is her name and the claim she married her brother to help him get citizenship. As Fox News reported, Ilhan Omar is not the real name of the Minnesota Congresswoman. Her real name is Ilhan Nürsa. Elmi, according to two people familiar with the ongoing investigation and to the Somali-born Congresswoman, including a law enforcement source. Now, this comes from a motion filed by U.S. District Attorney for the District of Columbia, Janine Piro, seeking to prevent the federal search warrant of Omar's home from being revealed. For the court, our three applications to unseal ex parte, materials and proceedings related to a
Starting point is 01:17:54 federal search warrant for the personal residence in the District of Columbia of Congresswoman Ilhan Noraheid Elmi, aka Ilhan Abdulah Ali Omar. The motion begins. And wouldn't you know it, her ex-husband's name is Ahmed Nor Saeed Elmi. So they got to be brother and sister, right? No, of course not. According to a Snopes fact check done in 2019, according to the Minneapolis Star Tribune prior to the 2018 midterm elections. During an interview, Omar showed a reporter cell phone photos of documents from her family's U.S. entry in 1995 after fleeing Somalia's Civil War. She declined to provide copies of the papers, which included refugee resettlement approval forms and identification cards. But they appeared to list her father, siblings, and Omar by order of birth with Omar as the youngest. of seven children.
Starting point is 01:18:54 No one named Ahmed nor Sayyid Elmi, who was three years younger than Omar, appears in those documents. So if he was truly her brother, why wouldn't he have gotten naturalized citizenship the same way she did? Why would she have to marry her brother to get him citizenship?
Starting point is 01:19:11 It's unclear exactly where Janine Piro got this name from. There's no evidence shows Representative Omar ever used it. My name is Ilhan Abdullah. Omar. Why Piro would lie is unclear, but it's perhaps pattern. Trump may have told on himself during a rally in Iowa. Listen. It was just revealed, but listen, because I don't think even you people heard this, although you might with your modern telephones and receivers. It was just revealed
Starting point is 01:19:45 just a little while ago that Elon Omar, not a person I've ever been particularly fond. of that her name is not Elon Omar, the one that she used to get elected and sworn into Congress. In other words, she used the name Elon Omar, but rather it's an entirely different name. Iran, Nur, Syed, Almi, slightly different than Ilan. So it's not looking good because she used a fake name to be sworn in. I assume she must immediately have to resign from Congress. The Republicans have just picked up a seat in the house. That's so ignorant.
Starting point is 01:20:36 Cheat to make sure you keep the majority in Congress while prosecuting one of your political enemies, a double whammy for Trump, a jank. And let me just say this as we toss it over to you. Of course, there's not going to be easily or readily available documents from a war-torn country. But I have friends who were in foster care who have trouble getting their birth certificates here. I mean, this is not, you know, this huge scandal that they want us to believe.
Starting point is 01:21:08 But I've never seen someone. And perhaps in Iowa, whenever that was, people so eager and happy and gleeful to be so ignorant. Yeah. So I'm hearing from Trump, as you guys just saw there in the video. If you use a fake name, you have to leave office immediately. Oh, wait a minute, Donald Trump used to call the press pretending to be John Barron or John Miller. Well, I guess he's going to have to leave immediately. Well, now my idea, it's his idea.
Starting point is 01:21:38 You guys remember this story? It's hilarious. He'd call, but it was obviously Trump's voice. And he'd say, this is John Barron. I have information that Madonna really wants to date Donald J. Trump. And the lady reported would be like, come on, bro, come on, this is embarrassing, right? So this guy's a goofball of epic proportion. And he's thinking, she's probably using a fake name because I use a fake name to pretend I was dating Madonna.
Starting point is 01:22:06 And he did it a bunch of times. So now, look, guys, what's the easy answer? Oh, they had the same last night, so they must be brother and sister. You sure? Every Rodriguez is brother and sister? Every Hernandez is, every Smith is, every Johnson is. Really? Okay, are you related to XYZ Smith?
Starting point is 01:22:32 Not that I know of. So here, I'll give you an example. My family, my mom has a very distinct name, her lineage in Turkey, and so almost everybody with that last name is actually related. related. My dad has a more generic last name, the Uyghur, the one that I use. There's a whole bunch of Uyghurs that are not related to us and a bunch of Uyghurs that are related to us.
Starting point is 01:22:53 Okay, so this is super normal guys. It's like they, and then they take it and they're like, ah ha, they must be ascentuous. That's your first conclusion? So, and now the most important part, they're targeting her on purpose. So it's all in, and this, the media does this too, in this case, this isn't in the media. This is. This is just Trump and the Republicans, right? But they'll dig and dig on a particular person that they want to smear, they want to target, but they'll leave everyone else alone. So for example, if you were being fair, you would look at, oh, hey, is there any immigration
Starting point is 01:23:30 issues? Well, let's look through naturalization papers randomly or whatever and see if there's any issues. So for example, you might run into Melania's. And Melania pretty indisputably lied in her naturalization papers because she was on the type of visa where she couldn't work. And there's no question that she was working as a model, but she was. She was working in America and in violation of her visa and she lied on our naturalization papers.
Starting point is 01:23:54 So should we deport her? I say no, because what are we doing here? We're targeting political enemies and nitpicking and trying to find if they didn't cross a T or dot an eye and we're really gonna make Malanya go back to Estonia or wherever the hell she's from? Slovenia, you know, she's so hilarious that the most anti-immigrant politician we've ever had has an immigrant wife, who, by the way, actually did the thing that they're accusing Ilhan Omar lying on our nationalization papers.
Starting point is 01:24:23 Okay, and then how about Ted Cruz? Did you know that Ted Cruz's dad was Cuban when he was born, Cuban citizen, and his mom was a Canadian citizen very clearly voting in Canadian election? Ted Cruz never got naturalized. He's not even American, let alone that he ran for president, is going to run president again, right? Forget running for president. He's not even American.
Starting point is 01:24:49 His parents were neither one of his parents were American. They lived in Canada. They came here. He's totally illegal. But now it's okay because we're not targeting him. As long as we're not targeting Ted Cruz or Melania, they're fine or anyone else. But you target Ilhan, they're like, well, we don't really have anything on her, but maybe her records are unclear and oh, maybe that they're related because they have the same name,
Starting point is 01:25:12 which is apparently pretty common in Somalia. What is this? And what it is is trying to target your political enemies and find some dirt on them. So that's Trump and the Republicans. By the way, with Dershow's he involved here? Well, he wants to support Israel and Ilhan Omar won't kneel to Israel. And so his job is to try to eliminate any American, especially any American. with any degree of power who won't kneel to his beloved Israel.
Starting point is 01:25:41 So he's targeting her and he's thinking, well, this will intimidate to others too. If they see us eliminating this non-Israeli from American Congress, they'll, everyone in the American Congress will know, you better get on your knees and bow to Israel. Otherwise Dershowitz and the others will come for you. And if you're Muslim will particularly target you, because they're all bigots. They despise Muslims, and that's why they're constantly. targeting Muslims, Ilhan Omar, Abdul al-Said, et cetera, and constantly lying about them, because that's what bigots do.

Well, it's pretty gross, and that's why one of the most important things I think that Ilhan Omar said, I think, I think the, the morning of the raid was I won't be silenced.
Starting point is 01:26:43 I'm not backing down. And it's why El Saeed and others are so important out there every day because I can't stomach. They're bigots. They're racist. It's disgusting. But it's all those people who show up and start cheering. And what were they saying? Deporter, deporter.
Starting point is 01:27:04 And I just want more education. And sometimes just by being present and staying. in the fight or running for the Senate in Michigan and and articulating all kinds of beautiful positions is education. I just don't understand why today at the end almost of 2026, there's still people out there who are cheering on this nonsense, this distraction, this filth. It's just infuriating. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:27:33 You know, I had a bit of an epiphany today while I was on a different show. I was like, you know, I got targeted right after we started just Democrats. Well, actually after we started having some success of just Democrats. And I always assumed, and it was a smear job, and it was by, you know, first the right wing and then the establishment Democrats, but most especially mainstream media. And they lied about me thoroughly. We've gone over that many times. But today I was like, oh, I always assumed it was because AOC knocked off one of the most powerful Democrats in that huge political upset that, oh, you're getting too close to power. so we'll target you, right?
Starting point is 01:28:08 But come to think of it, two out of the four that got elected in the original Justice Democrats wins were Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tili. Ooh, no, we can't have a Palestinian and two Muslims going into Congress. They might not vote for Israel. Okay, let's destroy everyone involved in Justice Democrats. Oh, okay, okay. So anyways, guys, the voters that are chanting that, You're anger with them and frustration with them, Sharon, is totally justified.
Starting point is 01:28:42 But let me address them instead of just being angry at them. Guys, they're trying, you've got a lot of problems in your life, right? We all do. The economy's in a lot of trouble, gas prices too high, food prices too high, et cetera. None of us can afford anything anymore. So you're justifiably frustrated and angry. Now, what do they want to do? The bad guys who created those problems want to divert.
Starting point is 01:29:06 divert your anger towards people who didn't do it. You know why? Because they're the ones who did it. So they don't want you to find out who actually did it. So think it through logically. Do you think a random Somali American congresswoman who has almost no power and is getting censured left and right for criticizing lobbyists, right? And it has no coalition that's one significant vote in Congress is the one with all the power?
Starting point is 01:29:35 Or that the Somali immigrants, yes, some of them could have done something wrong. Of course, of course, right? Nobody's angels, nobody is immune to criticism because of their race or should be targeted because of their race. Either way, right? But you think Somali immigrants are the most powerful people in the country? They're the ones who rigged the economy? No, super wealthy and powerful people rigged the economy.
Starting point is 01:29:59 And because you're angry about it, they desperately don't want you to find out that they did So they're diverting your legitimate frustration and anger into hating immigrants who normally come to this country with nothing. How could they possibly rigged the system when they arrived here two minutes ago? And they barely have any money at all. Whereas the people giving literally hundreds of millions of dollars to our politicians, gee, I wonder if they're the ones in charge. But yet those same politicians never target them because they work for them.
Starting point is 01:30:35 So instead they go, Ilhan Omar, hate the Muslim, hate the Muslim. Or by the way, it doesn't have to be Muslim. And on the day, it's going to be the left wing. Another day, it's going to be the right wing. It's going to be the outside. Or hey, Tucker Carlson, he's an anti-Semite. Hate Ilhan Omar. Hate the right, hate the left, hate America.
Starting point is 01:30:51 But don't, don't ever focus on the people actually causing you the problems. The people in charge. Makes sense, Sharon? Yeah, it does. I go back and forth. Some of my training and local news should have prepared me for some of what you're talking about. I can remember people would call in all the time and say, I hate her. And if I just happen to be helping out with the phones, I'd pick up.
Starting point is 01:31:16 And I can recall several times where I just had conversations with people. And at the end of it, we were friends. So, you know, maybe there's an opportunity. The more dialogue you have for people to see clearly and without blaming them. for for their circumstance and the distraction that is obvious to me. Yeah. No, no, I get it. And don't get me wrong. I mean, there's a whole bunch of people online chanting deport me, right? So it's hard not to get frustrated and angry at irrational people who are targeting you who got riled up to hate you and to target you, et cetera. But at the
Starting point is 01:31:55 end of the day, the most important thing is, yeah, look, the haters will hate and you'll never be able to collect the fringes, we'll never be 100% united, right? But can we unite enough to realize who's actually causing the problems so that we can fix them, so that we can fix them? The problem isn't rando immigrants that came in, okay, whether it's Malani or Ilhan. The problem is money in politics, the bribes, the bribes, that's the actual problem. They bribed them so that they rob us and give our money to the donors. That's what we gotta fix. Okay, let's take a break. We'll come back and hey look at that. Candace Owens and other right wingers attacking the Republicans in the middle of elections because they had it coming.
Starting point is 01:32:41 Everything's computer. All right, Cofifevay 19 on t.com. Nice job brother. Melania, Merritt Trump is just doing a job in American citizen doesn't want to do like other immigrants too. Okay, indeed. YAL for 71 and Twitch says the reason that these AI models are capable of hacking things like banks is because somebody asked it to do it. And brother, when I read your comment during the break, earlier break, I was like, oh, yeah. I mean, I said something similar in the air, but for whatever reason, your comment triggered
Starting point is 01:33:30 more for me. Think about it, guys. If someone can program an AI agent to go. go into banks and take people's money. Do you think they're not going to? The minute they have that power and think they can get away with it, they'll do it like that. Maybe he won't do it and the other guy won't do it. I guarantee you by the time you get to the third guy, he's going to do it. We're doomed. Okay, no match dragon says, no boots on the ground. We have according to news sources, 10,000 Marines on the way to the Middle East due to arrive early to mid-November. We also have
Starting point is 01:34:05 other ground troops on other ships. That's another 10,000 coming in. I can't begin to tell you how screwed we are. Egriki writes in, Jake, you work for the people that's described to your service. That's who's behind you, 100%. You're totally right about that. If you look behind me, oh, it's you guys, okay? It really is. Black Mazid writes in a YouTube member section,
Starting point is 01:34:27 Jank, we need to fight fire with fire. No, no, no, no. You try to do anything that is, you know, fire, you know, it goes an inch towards violence. They'll shut you down, you lose your liberty, and it's not the right thing to do. do anyway and it'll totally destroy the movement. Do not fall into that trap. Okay, all right, we're out of time. Back on T.O.T. Jenkins sharing with you guys, but also Ben Adams, you're awesome. Thank you for joining by hitting the join button below. As I keep telling you guys, no joke, we do need it.
Starting point is 01:35:25 And then I just want to read a couple of super chats real quick because I like them. Gargoyle dragon said, as an iron one, I'm not going to excuse or forgive their behavior, But there are some of us who see through this dog whistling. Thank you, brother. Thank you. Way to see through it. And Jed Cusack all the way in New Zealand saying, spending my birthday watching TYT Live, best present.
Starting point is 01:35:47 You guys are present to us, man. Without you, we don't exist. And I love that we do this show together. Let's do the next story. And the Republican messaging has been exceptional. That's the best way I could put. Exceptional. It stands out.
Starting point is 01:36:01 It's different. They're definitely trying something new for sure. I feel like we went from tough on crime to soft on rape or something that's been the overall messaging since the Epstein files. Major blunder for Vivek Ramoswami's gubernatorial campaign that I want to discuss, which is kind of the icing on the cake. Soft on rape. Damn. Okay, Candace Owens dropping elbows on the... Top of the Republican Party and well deserved.
Starting point is 01:36:35 All right, we're going to talk about that slime ball of Vivek Ramaswamy and show you more of Candace Owens in a minute. Sharon, what's the whole story here? Well, we do want to warn sensitive viewers. The story does pertain Jenk to both sexual abuse and animal abuse. That aside, here is more of Candace Owens. They're coming apart. I don't really know how else to say it.
Starting point is 01:37:02 The Republican messaging is a bit weird. They're angry about things that they shouldn't be angry about. They're definitely angry at women, I would say. Some of the messaging, I mean, right off the bat, I think the big one is, you know, are we still talking about Jeffrey Epstein? I mean, Trump tweeting that he doesn't want you as a voter if you care about Jeffrey Epstein was weird messaging right off the bat. Then there's just kind of like the Republican conservative podcast.
Starting point is 01:37:32 Orbit, which really seized onto the, the, sees the Lindsay Clancy case and kind of said, women are all killing their children. That's been a strong Republican message right now. You know, the Cornell 7 case was another time where I'd felt like maybe Republicans didn't need to be so vocal defending two sides of a disgusting coin. But there they go anyway. Now here's everyone's someone's talking about. Vivek Ramoswamy's highly controversial attack ad in greater detail? Now we have a Vake Ramoswami who this blunder is just kind of adding to the pile. Like I don't know why we're flirting so much with sexual abuse, I think, a little bit.
Starting point is 01:38:21 That's what I would say. And so anyways, he is running for, he has been running for a while. I know I tend to think Vivek is very smart. This was not very smart at all. this was very, very dumb. They decided to produce this advertisement with her mother calling her a liar. Her mother chose the stepfather over her own kids. At the age of 12, I want to say.
Starting point is 01:38:43 So like this happened when she was 12. So I just feel like maybe just stay away from that topic altogether. No, they instead produced an ad from her mother who sounds like a horror show, just like on its face. And then this was reinforced by Laura Lumer because, you know, we traded Charlie Currie. Kirk as an advisor to Trump for Laura Lumer, who is being taken seriously talking about a horror show. You know, she is the, she's a real life horror movie. And she's like, just doesn't matter. She's like Amy probably lied.
Starting point is 01:39:16 Who cares about anything? Anyway, I want you to see this attack ad because it's really bad. It was horrific. Meanwhile, President Donald Trump has decided to give the ad his full support, not wavering. Yesterday he wrote a post on the issue that is too long for us to read in full. So here are just a few excerpts, if you will, Vivek Ramoswamy put up a very powerful ad about a mother saying that her daughter, Amy Acton, who is running for governor of Ohio, is a liar and much worse. The press in a concerted and well-coordinated attack is trying to get Vivek Rameswami to take down the ad. Frankly, anybody whose mother spoke about a daughter in that way would normally lead to the daughter,
Starting point is 01:40:01 being precluded from serving in office, let alone the office of governor, Donald Trump. Our Rhino governor of Ohio, Mike Dwein, was as usual disloyal to the Republican Party. He strongly suggested that Vivek should take down the ad. I suggested, on the other hand, that Vivek should keep it up and let everyone listen to the mother of a defective, dishonest,
Starting point is 01:40:30 an incapable candidate explain how the daughter is a disaster who uncontrollably lies, cheats, and steals. Sounds like somebody else we know. The press is trying to convince everyone that this ad is bad because it's so good. Who wouldn't use such an ad? I would. It's called hitting pay dirt. words from the President of the United States. Even when presented with the full context of the ad, Mr. Trump stood by Vivek.
Starting point is 01:41:06 Watch. About Amy Acton and her stepfather and why she hasn't talked to her mom for so long. Her stepfather was indicted for rape. Now that you know all that, sir, do you change your mind about the ad? No, no. It's a mother speaking badly against Amy Atkin. And to me, it's very easy. But they have a pop or they haven't talked for 50 years.
Starting point is 01:41:33 So if my mother's speaking badly about me, you'd be making it the number one story on the news. Maybe you would. But her mother stood by her after her husband had race for her. You don't know that. You don't know that. You don't know anything. As if the story isn't already horrifying enough, according to court documents, Donna Arthur, Dr. Amy Acton's mother was found.
Starting point is 01:41:59 to be keeping several cats and or newborn kittens in a locked and filthy vehicle with the windows rolled up on an unseasonably warm spring day and with an internal vehicle temperature of 120 degrees Fahrenheit. An employee with a local animal rescue group had been tipped off about Arthur's car and the cats living in it, notified authorities. She testified that the car had been parked on an asphalt parking lot, windows rolled up. A police officer testified at trial that Arthur's car had been packed with stuff. There were six cats and kittens in the car, a laser thermometer, got a reading of 120 degrees Fahrenheit inside that car. One of the kittens had already died. Mother of the kittens had previously escaped, according to trial testimony. The remaining four
Starting point is 01:42:51 kitten said to be five days old were removed from Arthur's car, and the rescue group attempted to care for them. Court records add that the smallest of them was unable to be saved, ultimately passed away, likely from heat exhaustion. So that's pretty much in line with somebody who would perhaps choose a man over her child who was sexually assaulted between the ages of 10 and 12. But it just pains me. I know, Jenk, the reporters have a job to do, but they asked Donald Trump questions as if they're going to get a normal answer. Now that you know the backstory, this is ludicrous.
Starting point is 01:43:30 He's the president of the United States. He is posting things, saying things about this horrific topic. So he should know a lot about it. But they ask him questions like it's going to matter. Like it's going to change his answer. He is who we come to know him to be after. all these years. Okay, you want to hear this irony?
Starting point is 01:43:53 Remember they were saying that in Ohio, the Haitian immigrants were killing and eating cats and dogs. It turns out, no, they were the ones killing the kittens. They're backing the woman who killed the kids. I mean, if you put it in a B-rate movie, people wouldn't watch, they'd say it's too over the top. I don't know if any of you saw machete, but they purposely did that have. movie to be super over the top and now it feels kind of mild next to reality.
Starting point is 01:44:24 They're making idiocry look like it's some sort of Rhodes Scholar documentary or something, right? This is unreal. So okay, he's like, oh, you don't know that? No, no, we have court documents and her brother confirms it, the court documents confirm it. So the sexual assault happens when she's between nine and 12 years old and this disgusting so-called mom backs the husband instead of her own daughter, refuses to protect her daughter and stays with the husband.
Starting point is 01:44:59 Then when he's indicted for rape, he runs from the state so that he never has to face justice. And the mom is with him. Yay, I'm protecting my husband who raped my kids. And that's who they feature in an ad as a character witness against her daughter. daughter Amy acting. I mean, if you're not disgusted by this, do you have any moral boundaries? Right? So no, no. I mean, guys, they're accidentally telling us who they are. So believe them. I mean, look, Sharon, my sense of Vivek Ramoswamy is a guy with no moral center at all. So I know folks like him who are careerists and like you go to the good schools and it's filled
Starting point is 01:45:49 with these careers, that their career is more important than anything else in the world and whoever they got to step over and on top of to get there, they'll do it. And a lot of them go into finance, some of them go into politics. I'm not saying everybody in the good schools are bad people, not at all. There's tons of good people there, right? But there's also these like maniacs who think me, me, me, me, above everyone. But Vivek's an extra layer on top of that. He has all of that but with no moral boundaries at all.
Starting point is 01:46:20 Who, because think about it, in order to do this ad, do you think that they didn't look into the mom or Amy Acton to see who was telling the truth? Of course they did, it would be total malpractice if they didn't. When you're doing an ad like this, do you look into the history and the record of the person you're featuring in the ad? Definitely, there's no question about it. So they looked into it and they found out that this mom was supporting the rapist husband. And they're like, perfect, let's use her anyway.
Starting point is 01:46:50 Wow. Wow. That is a level of immorality that is just hard to comprehend. Yeah, it is. And there is, I think, I think he said careerist. I do think that there's a pathology, there's something diagnosable with people who lack any and all empathy and awareness of anything other than their goal. what they want in that moment. And the reporting is such that he was the one who desperately wanted this ad. And that's why it was rolled out first in one manner. And it did horribly.
Starting point is 01:47:26 And he still wanted the ad. And there's the one shot of the reporters questioning him day one of, you know, the scandal going, you know, pretty much international. And he doesn't even look like a human who has any regret, any embarrassment. There's another sound bite where he's on stage at one of his rallies the next day. And people are shouting him down, a man shouting him down about you, disgusting and how could. And he's still not, he's actually not embarrassed, not pretending. He's not.
Starting point is 01:47:56 He wants what he wants. He has the money and the veneers, and he's going to go for it. And who cares about a girl who's sexually assaulted by her stepfather between the ages of nine and 12, collateral damage could care less. Yeah. No, that no, that shamelessness is scary. Shame. Yeah, like if you don't have any shame at all, what won't you do?
Starting point is 01:48:22 You can put that guy in charge of the whole state. Oh, you can't be out of your mind to do that. Guys, let me just review real quick, the Republican Party as of late, right? It doesn't mean the voters, it means the politicians, okay? So Vivek Ramoswami is like, oh, you were raped at the age of 9 to 12, great. We'll take the person who supported the rapists and feature them in our ad. It was celebrated in a sense, right? Then you go to the Epstein files.
Starting point is 01:48:45 They're like, oh, they raped underage American girls. Oh, that's great. Let's hide all of that, protect the rapists. And the entire government's in on it. Trump, oh, Epstein files is a hoax. Come on, come on. You're telling me nobody else raped anybody? We know they did.
Starting point is 01:49:03 We know they did. And our government, led by Donald Trump and the Republicans, No, no, we're gonna cover it up. We're not gonna pursue justice for any of the child rapists. Okay, then Lindsey Graham, we do a documentary we released earlier this week called the Clositocracy and you can see it on Young Turks YouTube channel and or t.com slash closet is an easy way to watch it. And we proved that Lindsay Graham, it turns out, had sex with a 17 year old.
Starting point is 01:49:30 Now you look, you watch it, the movie yourself, important context in there and you know, the The 17 year old was lying to him, it is statutory rape in Arizona. But nevertheless, he's with male escorts and he's with the 17 year old, right? And the Republican reaction was, oh, you should have never reported that. We should, but we already have the evidence and we finally finished it and here it is, so at least you know the truth and stop saying it's rumors, let's actually do journalism, right? They're like, no, no, no, hide it. It turns out he has sex tapes.
Starting point is 01:50:02 Oh my God. hide his sex tapes, hide Epstein sex tapes, attack rape victims over and over again. What is going on? Like what kind of monstrous organization is this? And how could you in your right mind vote for these guys? No, this is beyond jumping the shark man. It's like they jumped the entire ocean and they're just like, ha ha, yeah, that's right, yeah. We protect child rapes, ah, and you're like, what?
Starting point is 01:50:29 What are you doing? What are you doing? So none of these elections should be closed. This party is totally off the rails, just has become this out of control nuts organization that's like actively attacking the American people and reveling in it. No, no, can't stand. Look, I don't think he'll win, but if, I mean, Ohio has, you know, had become a red state, but I don't, I think the voters are too decent.
Starting point is 01:51:02 They won't stand for this. Now, I don't think enough people will vote for someone as disgustingly immoral as Vivek Ramoswamy. So but we're gonna find out election nights. So there's a lot, and by the way, election nights right here on the Young Turks, we're also going to be featured on C-SPAN to the whole night, our coverage, because we keep it real with you guys and we'll show you all the results, including this race, and obviously we'll be following it. All right, we gotta take a break here.
Starting point is 01:51:27 When we come back, we've got more. on Republicans and what they're trying to do now and their deep desperation as they lose one red state after another. We'll be right back. All right, YouTube members, Michael Green asked a good question. He says, why are governments so determined to destroy the world economy? No, most governments are not. The problem is that our government runs on bribery so it doesn't care about the US citizens. It only cares about the last guy who bribed them, right?
Starting point is 01:52:19 So that's why they're careening us right towards the iceberg because some random bill Brando billionaire donor or groups of donors want us to hit the freaking iceberg. They want to protect themselves and they don't mind the danger of us hitting the iceberg is the more correct way of saying it. And then of course the Israelis have lost their fricking minds. So they think, oh yeah, we'll burn the whole world and it'll be great. And then we'll just blame everybody for being anti-Semites. And then we'll come back out on top and we'll own the whole Middle East. They're raging fascists.
Starting point is 01:52:50 That's why you can't, they're not going to act rationally. Javier Nahar says Tesla needs government contracts to survive. Liberals were his biggest customers. That's a good theory on that story we did earlier. Dad dude says ketamine is a hell of a drug. Truth bomb 20 says the entire GOP are spineless whims doing nothing about mass corruption, vote blue. Well, I mean, it's true that GOP is doing absolutely nothing about corruption. At least there's a wing of the Democratic Party trying to fight against corruption.
Starting point is 01:53:20 More mainstream Democratic Democrats, by the way, all over cable news today saying, vote against Abdul al-Said, vote against him. He's an anti-Semite. He won't bow to my lovely Israel. Destroy the Democratic Party. Wait, aren't you a Democrat? Well, didn't you say vote blue no matter who when it was your corrupt jerks who were running? Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 01:53:38 But he's Muslim and I hate them. Okay, F establishment Democrats. K-Jank and sharing with you guys. A couple of ways you could participate in the election. Number one, we got our vote collection on shopty.com. So check that out. Be a proud voter and I wear those shirts all the time. Shopty.t.com.
Starting point is 01:54:23 And secondly, because a lot of the, you know, different revenue sources have been cut off for the young Turks because, you know, of course, radical Zionists are not in charge of anything at all. We decided, hey, why don't you guys sponsor us if you want to, right? And pause and clause is one of the viewers who sponsored us. You guys can do it during the election, then you kind of become the producers of the show and bring that midterm election coverage to everyone. So you could do it at tyt.com slash sponsorships, tyt.com slash sponsorships.
Starting point is 01:54:58 So check that out if you want to participate and bring the good people of America in the honest election show. Okay, let's go to our next story. Republicans in Alaska and Donald Trump at the federal level is panicked about losing Alaska, which is supposed to be a red state. So they've decided that if they lose that race, they're just going to try to sue themselves into a victory. Is that a thing?
Starting point is 01:55:23 No, but they're gonna try it anyway, because apparently they're pretty sure they're gonna lose most of the red states, which is an unbelievable turn of events, including Alaska. So Sharon, tell us all about it. Yeah, the Trump Justice Department Jenk is at it. They did the filing. Alaska could, of course, decide control of the Senate. Democrat, Mary Patola, slightly ahead in the polls against the Republican incumbent, Dan Sullivan. If Patola wins, she'd be the first Democrat to take the seat in nearly two decades. So this week, Trump outright admitted he ordered the Justice Department to file a lawsuit to block Alaska
Starting point is 01:56:02 from certifying the result if Sullivan, the incumbent, doesn't win. He didn't exactly hide why. He said it. I'm the one that said to do it. Trump told reporters on Friday. DOJ lawsuit points to a problem of confusion. There are two Republicans on the ballot here named Dan Sullivan. And you see the ballot there, but it clearly shows that the incumbent is labeled as such.
Starting point is 01:56:32 There should be no confusion. The incumbent, Dan S. Sullivan, and a retired school teacher, Daniel J. Sullivan from a town of about 3,000 people. Here's how the complaint itself frames it. Federal government argues the sole purpose of Daniel J. Sullivan's candidacy is to benefit the Pelotola campaign by reducing the number of votes for Senator Sullivan. As a result, there is a substantial likelihood that a certification of the election will reflect an electoral process that lacked integrity, it writes. Here's what,
Starting point is 01:57:07 The filing leaves out, though. The second Sullivan is a real registered Republican who's been running openly. And there's this, Alaska's own elections office tried to take him off the ballot back in June, and they lost that effort. In June, the Alaska Supreme Court ruled that Daniel J. Sullivan could remain on the ballot, despite the frustration it has caused the Trump administration. The incumbent appears on the ballot, as we mentioned, as registered Republican. Incumbent. incumbent so voters can tell them apart. Two candidates with the same name. That is certainly not fraud. It happens in races all the time. The suit asked for a pause in certifying pending an investigation into whether voters really meant to vote the way they did. Experts say that won't hold up. Voting rights experts say the basis for the lawsuit is thin given the fact that any meaningful investigation into voters' preferences after they have voted would be practically impossible to conduct. So it seems the lawsuit is built to delay the count, not to really prove anything. Expect Alaska to have company, too, when it comes to this kind of thing
Starting point is 01:58:21 being targeted by the DOJ. Trump's Attorney General Todd Blanche was asked point blank whether the DOJ would ever try to block states from certifying an election and Todd Blanche did not rule it out. So here's where things stand. Dead heat race. Again, Ptole is a little bit ahead. flip the Senate, Democrat ahead in the polls, the Justice Department moving to stop certification before the result is final. So election day is November 3rd, Jang. The chaos leading up to it is one thing. That night when you'll be on the air, Anna will be on the air, what will we really know and what will follow? Okay, here's a fun fact. How many states in 2026 alone have two candidates with the same last name in their race.
Starting point is 01:59:11 28, a majority of the states, are we going to invalidate all of those elections? Or are we going to wait to see who loses and then decide whether we invalidate the election or not? You know, when I ran for Congress, there was a Christy Smith and a Chris Smith. I thought that was super confusing. And I always wondered, like,
Starting point is 01:59:31 did somebody put Chris Smith up to it? Because Christy Smith was the candidate that was considered the front runner on the Democratic side. I even asked the guy, and I couldn't really quite tell it, it seemed organic, but I wasn't sure, right? But my point is, this happens a lot, sometimes organically, just two randos that happen to have the same name or a very similar name running, and sometimes this uses a dirty political trick, and definitely by both sides. Oh yeah, the Republicans, they're as pure as there's driven snow on this. I've seen them do it in major elections before.
Starting point is 02:00:07 Look, if it's done for political reasons, it's super cheesy and I don't like it. But no, there's nothing illegal about it. And no, you don't get to overturn an election and cry about it later because, oh, somebody else had the same name. Well, I don't know, campaign better and figure out, you know, how to get past that issue. It happens all the time and good candidates get past it. So no, we're not, okay, so let's say Vivek Ramoswami wins in Ohio. Well, he ran a dirty campaign ad with a mom who was lying about his opponent. Okay, we're gonna reverse.
Starting point is 02:00:44 No, there's no reversing, there's no reversing, unless you literally cheated in the vote count, right? So, and by the way, that did happen once recently. You know who did the voter fraud? You already know the answer. Of course, it was Republicans. North Carolina and they did vote stuffing. So since it was like literally rigging the vote, they had to redo that election. But outside of that kind of brazen cheating, no, that's just a sad day for you and you move
Starting point is 02:01:11 on. But the Republicans, they love to cry, man, these days, especially Trump, right? Oh no, mommy, mommy courts, the judges I appointed, we lost all the races because I destroyed the economy and I did everything Israel wanted and started a stupid war. and gas prices are through the roof. Can you please rescue us? It's not how this works. No, and the other thing is, you know, they tell you if you go to cast your ballot,
Starting point is 02:01:40 then maybe you press the wrong button, you've made a mistake. Okay, you can notify an election official, there's procedures for that. But if you cast, even if you make a mistake, if you don't raise it there, you press the button for somebody else, Dan Sullivan, Daniel J. Sullivan, it's still a vote. It's still a vote. It's not illegal. It counts. It is what it is. It is the, you know, election board's job to try to make sure the ballots clear. They did that. They called him the incumbent out there in Alaska. It's just not really about any of that. He's losing because of these bad policies, like you mentioned, the war, the tariffs, the culture wars. People can't,
Starting point is 02:02:22 you know, get medicine. They can't be their families. So it is what it is. And this thing where everybody's a sore loser running to court because they're not getting their way or trying to rig the system. You know, Americans are tired of it. They're going to cast their ballots. That we can tell, okay, with the number of people who are voting early here. And whichever side doesn't get their way, it's just going to have to live with it. Yeah, that's how it works for grownups. Okay.
Starting point is 02:02:53 So here's situation. You're watching Sharon on Rebel Headquarters, obviously. You're also watching Iran indisputable in the Young Turks. That's clear. Number two, you're watching the closetocracy that mini dot on Lindsay Graham, we launched earlier this week, tyt.com slash the closet or just closet. And the other thing is if you'd like to sponsor our midterm election coverage, we'd love that. TYT.com slash sponsorship. You don't need a lot, and we can either promote something you do or just.
Starting point is 02:03:24 Just, you know, thank you and have the audience know you're one of the producers of the show. So t.yt.com slash sponsorships. And what I'm doing next is talking to Nina Turner about these elections. She's coming on the Revolution. We're talking about Ohio. And is there racism by the Democrats in Florida? Interesting conversation. We'll see you guys there in a second.
Starting point is 02:03:42 Thank you, Sharon. Have a wonderful weekend. You too. Revolution. I'm your host, Jane Hugar. We've got a perfect guest for you guys. It's Senator Nina Turner. She was a state senator in Ohio and then one of the campaign co-chairs for Bernie Sanders and ran for office.
Starting point is 02:06:07 Now the reason why Nina's perfect guest here is all these elections have so many things that are relevant to her. So she's from Ohio, we got the disgusting Vivek Ramaswamy ad and campaign in Ohio. She's got some expertise there. In Florida there's a conversation about whether the Democratic leadership is being racist, so that's super interesting. And then, you know, A-PAC has attacked Abdul El-Said. several other candidates and Nina unfortunately is one of the first victims of Apex and
Starting point is 02:06:35 Israeli lobbies campaign. So a lot to talk about, but also super importantly, if Democrats win, what should they do after the elections? I really want to get to that as well. Nina, welcome. Thanks, and good to be back with you on the Friday night. Yeah, great to see you. All right, so we'll save your home state for a second. I actually want to start with Florida and Angie Nixon. So she was talking to a reporter, and the reporter asked her, are the Democrats being racist to you? Huh, interesting. Let's watch first.
Starting point is 02:07:09 You mentioned the black population, the Latino population. You've said before that Democrats underinvest in the South, where most black Americans live. Do you think that race has played a role in how much support you've received? You know, I don't necessarily want to say that, particularly around like the leadership of the party. would say that's not what's necessarily played a role. People are a little, they're a little shy based on the fact that Vice President Harris was not able to win Florida when she ran for for the presidency. It may be playing a role in a sense that people are saying, oh, I don't think she can win in the South because people are so racist. And like that, that is the race,
Starting point is 02:07:55 like that is the level of it, right? Well, that's super interesting. Nina, I'll just start out first by asking you what you think of all of that. And then we'll get into some of the details. Yeah, they straight up being racist, Jank. They always have been. It's not just about Representative Angie Nixon's race. We can look historically.
Starting point is 02:08:15 And we, I mean, I can go way back as a historian. I mean, we know that the Democratic Party, it was Dixiecrats. We know that it was the Democratic Party that was against the freeing of my ancestors. during the Civil War. Let's be real here who we're dealing with. Now let me bring this up to the 21st century. This party continues writ large to take the black vote and the black community for granted, period. And the historic election of the first black president on, you know, period, who ran as a Democrat, is, is, the symbol is strong, is significant, but it is not strong enough.
Starting point is 02:08:56 is just one, it's just one black man who became president in these United States of America. And let me tell you something, the neol liberals at the time, I'm old enough to remember, they did everything they could to even stop a percent then Senator Obama from being president, Barack Obama. I'm going to tie this thing up in the bowl and say this. The Democratic Party, just like the Republican Party, just like the United States of America, are all microcosm of a society that was built on anti-black, white supremacy, racism. Period. You genocided the Native Americans. You stole Africans and then you kept their progeny in shadow slavery for generation after generation after generation. Policies were pushed in this country to continue it. Even after the passage of the 13th, 14th, and 15th amendments to the United States of Constitution, it took another 100 years with the Voting Rights Act for black people to even ferment or cement, if you will,
Starting point is 02:09:56 a part of true citizenship looks like in the United States of America. So those who are a part of Generation X are the first generation not to live under apartheid system in the United States of America. You take redlining, you take banking, you take where concentrated, the wealth gap between black and white in this country. Gene can go on and on and on. Now, more pointedly to the Democratic Party, they do have a problem. You look at how little money they spend with black consultants. Meanwhile, back in the streets of this country, the Democratic Party is always trying to knock and drag the black community
Starting point is 02:10:37 but has not done any real thing of substance to lift the black community that continues to suffer disproportionately, economically, politically, socially, and environmentally. Even more pointedly, we have a leader, Chuck Schumer, who I don't know, Jing, maybe you can. got some new information, but I know that when Representative and Angie Nixon won that primary, instead of them running to her, she won by 12 percentage points. He told her that they will see. Now, maybe something has changed. I want to say Representative Angie Nixon cannot say,
Starting point is 02:11:11 yes, there is a racist, bigoted, anti-black string within the Democratic Party, just like the GOP, and just like the American society that we all have inherited. So unless you strategically deconstruct your construction, I think it's outrageous to say that is not true. As far as her comment about Vice President Harris, there is no doubt that Vice President Harris running in that race, that some sexism and racism was a part of it. Because what? It is a part of the DNA of the United States of America. But Vice President Harris had a different problem. And we can litigate that. You have done it on different shows. I have done it in terms of interviewing. The thing was, the Democratic Party did not have
Starting point is 02:11:55 the intestinal fortitude or the ovarian audacity to call a genocide. The voters, the Democratic voters made it very clear. Now we know that the data shows what happened in 2024 that the Democratic Party did not have the spine necessary to reject genocide
Starting point is 02:12:13 and follow the lead of their voters. That was the primary problem for Vice President Harris who raised over a billion dollars, who had everybody pushing for her despite the fact that, yes, there was some racist and sexist overtones would never say that it was not. But so I don't, I don't agree, Representative Nixon. We agree on much. I don't agree on her letting the leadership of the Democratic Party off the hook.
Starting point is 02:12:42 This leadership is part of the problem. It's the same leadership that did not help Congresswoman Congresswoman Cory Bush run for re-election. It's the same leader. that left congressman bowman out to drive. It is the same leadership that takes APAC money, hand over fist, and at the same time they see the anti-black racism and bigotry and all the other types of bigotry that APAC represent. So no, Representative Nixon, I'm going to say what she cannot say, Jing, yeah, there is racism among the leadership of the Democratic Party.
Starting point is 02:13:18 And, of course, there's racism and anti-black bigotry within the vote. of the Democratic Party because this is the United States of America. Some folks were able to pause for a moment and we did get President Barack Obama elected not once but twice. But that does not mean that anti-black racism and the system that has failed black people over generation goes away just because he was elected. Yep. So I'm gonna come back to race and bigotry because, you know, of course, we've seen the bigotry towards Muslims as well, pretty overwhelming. And then when you combine the two, you got ill, Hon Omar and they're literally trying to kick her out of the country. Oh, you're black and Muslim.
Starting point is 02:13:57 Oh, we're not going to. In fact, the Democrats will help censure you for criticizing lobbyists. But then we'll say, Randy Fine, talking about murdering everyone in Gaza, is totally fine. No big deal. Right. Democrats don't even ask for censure. I mean, it's just outrageous, right? So I'll come back to that because, but before I get on to the other potential reasons why they're against Nixon, I've got a note, ovarian audacity.
Starting point is 02:14:23 Is that you? That's okay. That's a new thing. That's a new thing. It's me, Nina Turner, Ovarian audacity. So I'm not here anywhere else. They got it from me. No, no, trademarked officially right now, okay?
Starting point is 02:14:35 Right now. Newfy dragon, I'm just reading this comment because I like this so much. Are you a member of ours on T.y.com? He said, I absolutely love Nina. She's the new progressive secret weapon. Indeed, indeed. Indeed. And Nina heats up as we get closer and closer to an election.
Starting point is 02:14:53 And by the election day, she's thermonucan. Well, you know me well. You know me well, Jake. So okay, so now let's tackle the issues. So now there's a couple other possibilities with Angie Nixon. So number one, they said, well, we don't think she's going to win. So that's why we don't want to spend a lot of money supporting her. But wait a minute, let's break that down.
Starting point is 02:15:17 Why do they think she's saying? Because they thought, well, Alexander Redmond was supposed to beat her in the private. primary and he had more money and then so and and so they like him in Washington more because he was on TV against Donald Trump and he was in the armed forces and all that. I mean maybe you could put some logic to it but at the end of the day he wasn't that good a candidate because he lost Angie Nixon who had almost no money. So by definition Angie Nixon was the better candidate but since the establishment didn't get the guy they wanted who yes coincidentally or maybe not coincidentally was a white guy,
Starting point is 02:15:58 right? They're like, oh, we didn't get him, forget it, we're not supporting her, she can't win. So why could he win in Florida, but she can't win in Florida? And that's a question they never answer, right? How come the better candidate who won the election, who won the primary, you decide can't win, but the one who lost could have won. It's just, they're not even trying to make sense, right? Yeah.
Starting point is 02:16:22 Not only did she win that primary, she won by 12 percentage points. Yeah, it wasn't even close. Okay, now there's like when you get to the establishment, already if you're not for the establishment, they're gonna hate you on a number of issues. But then there's also one giant issue in these elections, which is do you kneel to Israel or don't you, right? And so Angie Nixon is probably after, so they had two people they desperately wanted to eliminate, Abdul al-Said and Graham Platner.
Starting point is 02:16:51 So they got one of them, but they couldn't get a bunch of them. Abdul, then they didn't expect Angie. Angie wins and she's actually now the second most progressive and populous person in this election cycle. So I don't want her either. And there's a couple of people on TV that are talismans for Israel. What that means is they've been supported their whole careers by the Israeli lobby. And usually when the Israeli lobby needs a favor, they go out on TV and say it.
Starting point is 02:17:20 One of them is Bakari Sellers. So Bakari Sellers went on CNN and said, quote, we won't be wasting money in Florida now. Why, Bakari, you're also African American, she's African American, are you saying African Americans can't win there? Wait a minute, Nina, don't you remember Andrew Gillum? Now he's had his issues and he lost, but he was African American and he was within what, point two percent or within one percent of winning, and he had had a whole host of issues apparently, he almost won. So why couldn't a black person win? Or is it that Bacari sellers and all the
Starting point is 02:17:59 establishment just don't want her to win? Yeah, I got to tell you, that one with Bacari hurts me. Baccari and I are friends. And we don't always have to agree. I'm not one of those that say somebody that's my friend or my colleague that we always have to agree. There's a saying that if two people always agree, one is not needed. I am very disappointed in that statement. You raise a very important. important example, which is Andrew Gillum, who was a mayor, and he ran a hard race and came within a razor, razor-thin margin of being able to win that race, despite, as you laid out, he has some challenges. So I, this one is hard, Jink. I'm just going to let the audience know to
Starting point is 02:18:43 yeah. Yeah. What, what he, what Bacari said really hurts. And I, I hope that he's had a change of part since he made that statement, but my dear friend is wrong on that. She can win if the Democratic party writ large gets behind her. She's already proven. See, that's why this doesn't make sense to people like you and me and others who think. It don't make sense. She just won the primary. So what do you mean she can't win? But if y'all start to double, triple, quadruple team her along with the Republican Party, and Jake, I think you made a statement on social media. I don't know. I know I've made similar statements. Hey, they, these neoliberals act like they want the Republican to win when it comes down to a progressive.
Starting point is 02:19:29 They would much rather, and not just in Representative Andrew Nixon's race, but we've seen it. Even with Senator Bernie Sanders in 2016, a campaign I was with 2020, one of the national co-chairs of that campaign. The Democrats, the neoliberals, the corporatist Dems, the compromised Dems have proven that they would rather the Greed Only Party win. than to have a progressive win. You can't have it both ways. If you want to stop the Republican Party, number one, number two, if you want the Democrats to regain control of both the House and the Senate,
Starting point is 02:20:05 then you can't hedge on this. Either you want the progressive who won the primary to win the general or you don't drink. So they are being exposed. And that's all of them, not just my dear brother, Bacari Sellers. And I mean that, I mean that clearly. I do have some affinity for Bakari and that's not going to change on this.
Starting point is 02:20:24 We just totally disagree on this issue. No, you could disagree and be friends. Look, and then sometimes people cross the line, Van Jones. Anyways, okay, so let's dive into that a little bit more because, you know, we have these guys and I got tired of saying it on social media because it happens so often. And today again, Nina, so there's some Democratic strategies who was on Mark Halpern's show. And he said, oh, no, no, I want Abdul El-Sai to lose. And he said, oh, because, you know, he's an anti-Semite and he's just as bad as Trump. Mike, what on God's green earth are you talking about?
Starting point is 02:21:04 He's never said an anti-Semitic thing in his life, but he won't bow down to Israel. And so these guys, they love Israel so much more than America, so much more than the Democratic party. Okay, and now, all right, you say, oh, that's a random Mark Halperin thing, whatever. whatever strategy. And then on TV, here we go again, again on MS now. Another Democratic guy comes out, a former staffer for one of these big guys, and he's like, oh no, vote against Abdul al-Said, vote against the Democrats. There are any Democrat that won't bow to Israel. Come on, man, what is this? What is this? And so I think one of Angie's biggest issues is that she won't
Starting point is 02:21:41 bow. And in Washington, they hate anyone who is unbowed. So both you and I have talked before about Shirley Chisholm, but if she wins, they're worried they might have another Shirley Chisholm on their hands. And they did that with you, right? So it's not like they didn't do it to you. So let's actually, you know what, let's transition to that. Because so now you got, you got, we'll get back to Ohio in a second, but you ran in Cleveland, right?
Starting point is 02:22:09 And the Israeli lobby spent about $4 million against you. And at the time, it was record breaking, or at least record tying. They also spent that amount against Andy Levin and I think one other race. Now they spent like 30 million against Abdul al-Said. So I'm gonna ask you a question. I never asked, and it's almost a little bit uncomfortable, but do you think that if you hadn't criticized Israel at all, that you had a 35 point lead before they spent all that money and bought nearly every ad in Cleveland, right? Do you think you would probably coasted the victory? Probably, and it wasn't even so much.
Starting point is 02:22:52 I mean, I didn't say a daggone thing about the state of Israel. This was, remember, this was 21. This is way before May 7th of 2023, which was horrific. You've been on the record saying that. I've been on the record saying that and so many others. It was just the whole notion that Palestinians had rights to live. And I remember having a Zionist business leader who had supported me in the past as a state senator,
Starting point is 02:23:19 call me and tell me straight up that we're going to come at you with everything we got. And you know this story, Jank. I mean, you were with me solidly. So many other people like Killer Mike and others, you know, didn't flinch on this, progressive Democrats of America, Jewish voices for peace.
Starting point is 02:23:34 Let me just shout them out. But I got that call. And what he said to me is you're going to be another squad member and that Palestinians had no rights that the state of Israel had to recognize. and that I needed to disavowal the squad and I needed to understand that Palestinians had no rights that the state of Israel had to recognize. And that if I didn't do those things, they were going to come at me with everything they had. As you laid out, that was record breaking.
Starting point is 02:23:59 It was actually over $6 million in total coming from different pots. People like the Haslums spent money in this race. Republicans crossed over in the special election to help the person that is now in that office who has received over $5 million in her short time. from Israel first groups. I want people to understand this, what is happening. If we truly are going to be a nation that puts America first and put America first, what I like what Dr. El-Said has said is Michigan first. When I was running in 2021, that's what I told them, folks.
Starting point is 02:24:32 It is Cleveland first. It is greater Cleveland first. It is the people of the Ohio 11th District first. Why am I concerning myself about a foreign nation when one of every two children in the city of Cleveland go to bed? hungry every night. When our schools are underfunded, when our communities are being bled dry, I care about the 11th district. That is first. Secondly, I will not disavow the squad. For one, why would I do that? And thirdly, Palestinians deserve safety and security just like Israelis. And the only way to have true peace in the Middle East is that if both peoples have a
Starting point is 02:25:11 opportunity to live out their greatest greatness, that's all I'm. ever said, I am a humanitarian. And if those people came at me like that, free 20, 23, walked me down. The Black Caucus joined in. So people like Representative Hakeem Jeffries was in the mix, Representative Clyburn was in the mix. And as you know, by the time I ran again in 2022, eight months after that primary, man, they had already set such a strong die was cast that they were able to use this model against Congresswoman Cory Bush, Congressman Bowman, who they spent well over $25 million to defeat for a house race, less known what they're doing to El Saeed. So they come after black progressives in a unique, harder, harsher way, but make no mistake about
Starting point is 02:26:03 it. It all started in the Ohio 11th edition. And as you laid out, Representative Annie Levin, who was a rabbi who was running in the Jewish tradition, they came after that man hard like that. So I just need people to understand what is going on here. So any type of money like that, whether it's gun lobby, health lobby, any of these lobbies, these corporations are compromising our elections by buying and selling these politicians who answer to their owner-donors. We need junk. We need people to connect the dots. But absolutely, I know 2021 and 2022 seems so long. ago, but it happened in my race first.
Starting point is 02:26:47 So let me tie a couple of those things together. So first off, the main group that attacked Senator Turner in that race was called Democratic majority for Israel. And as I was saying throughout both of your races, it's not Democratic majority for Cleveland. It's like literally for a different country. It's a lobby for a different country. And so that's absurd on its face. And yet everyone in media would be like, you're not allowed to criticize them.
Starting point is 02:27:17 Of course the representative from Cleveland should represent Israel. Everybody knows that. Like no, that doesn't, you're saying things that are crazy and pretending that it's normal, right? That's called gaslighting. It's by the way, same exact speech got made to Marie Newman, who is a US Congresswoman, also another just Democrat. She had one from Illinois.
Starting point is 02:27:36 She's in the House. She votes against Israel once. She said four Democratic leaders came on the floor of the house in a rage and started yelling at her. And they said, we're gonna take all your money away and we're gonna finance an election against you. How dare you oppose Israel? What is this?
Starting point is 02:27:57 What is this? How many people inside a democratic leadership work for a different country? This is insanity, right? Now we go back to the issue of race. Because the Democrats love to the same leadership and the same establishment, love to put South Carolina first because they think, oh yeah, Hillary Clinton has a better chance of winning South Carolina, Joe Biden. All this, they think that the establishment is owed South Carolina, right?
Starting point is 02:28:23 But whenever you have someone who's a progressive running, they say can't win. When you have a black person running, can't win. Oh my God, you're in a lot of trouble. Black and progressive, right? And what did they use against you? Can't win, right? And what did they use against Bernie Sanders when you were his co-chair? Can't win, right? Can't win. So, okay, so, and then when you ask them, why do you put South Carolina first?
Starting point is 02:28:45 Oh, because we respect black voters so much. Do you believe them? Not at all, Jen. If they really cared, they would have put Georgia first. And I love South Carolina is my adopted state. I've been going to South Carolina since 2016. I still go into South Carolina. I was just there a couple of months ago speaking at one of the county NAACP dinners. South Carolina will never leave South Carolina. However, if the Democratic Party wanted to get a true snapshot of how black voters perform, meaning not leaning more on the conservative side of the black vote, which South Carolina is, in my opinion, it would have went to Georgia. But that's not what they're doing. You laid out why they're doing it. It's a cynical way of using the black
Starting point is 02:29:32 vote to prop up neo-liberals. That's all it is. And I hope that the black community in South Carolina understand that. And the black vote, whether it's South Carolina, Georgia, or Ohio, no matter where black voters are, we need to stop allowing any political party to use us, and particularly the Democratic Party that enjoys almost 100% of our vote. And we have nothing materially to show for it. I'm just quite frankly, Jink, I'm tired of it, but they're playing in our face. They didn't passed the John Lewis voting rights at minimally. I mean, black people need more than that, but minimally, we have a special relationship when it comes to voting rights in this country. They didn't pass the George Floyd Police Act when they had control of the White House,
Starting point is 02:30:14 the House of Representatives, and the United States Senate. They did not increase the minimum wage. They did none of those things that would have a particular, Medicare for all would have a particular positive impact to the black community. And then you have somebody who very well maybe the next speaker of the House, first black speaker at the House, which will be a total embarrassment to the legacy of people like Congresswoman Shirley Chisholm or even somebody from my home state, Congressman Lewis Stokes. But we know, Jing, that if the Democrats win the House, the Hakeem Jeffries will become the next speaker and people will be lifting up his blackness instead of lifting up where he stands on policy positions that help black people in particular
Starting point is 02:30:57 and all working class people, generally speaking, it's going to be, quite frankly, a straight up embarrassment to black people who sacrificed their lives so that people like him could be in the United States Senate. So no, they did not. Democrats did not pick South Carolina because they give a care about what black voters care about. They pick South Carolina to prop up a neoliberal
Starting point is 02:31:21 and to hurt progressive candidates. So look, I love this, like, you know, progressive populist uprising because, you know, here you are saying, no, Hakeem Jeffries doesn't represent us. It's about policy. And Roe-Connor is now on the trail saying, I'm not a Chuck Schumer Democrat, I'm a New Deal Democrat, right? So it's about time we stood up to this corrupt establishment.
Starting point is 02:31:49 And was it fair to call it corrupt? Well, look at the nonsensical things they say, Angie Nixon can't win. She just won. What do you mean she can't win? You guys said she couldn't win before the primary, and then she won by 12 points, and then having learned nothing at all, you just turn around and say she can't win. Why can't she win? Is it because she's black that she can't win?
Starting point is 02:32:10 And then you pretend to respect black voters? Or what is it? Tell us why you think she can't win? Well, no, I'm not going to tell you. I'm just not going to spend any money. And what is that? If the Democrats don't spend any money and then she loses, well, that might be why she lost. because she was outgunned, and then they'll go, see, she couldn't win.
Starting point is 02:32:31 It's a self-fulfilling prophecy. It's disgusting. It drives me crazy. Our last electoral question is about Ohio, where you're from. So now we've lost Ohio in recent elections, gone, you know, went from a swing state to a red state. But here comes Sherrod Brown, and now Amy Acton. She'd already taken the lead before Vivek panicked and ran the, you know, that disgusting ad featuring her mom who supported the, her stepfather who had raped her.
Starting point is 02:33:00 So what do you think now? Can Acton and Brown win in Ohio and turn it back into, you know, at least for the moment being blue? Yeah, I don't know if I would call it blue. They don't bring a little more balance. I mean, the legislature that I served in, it has a super, super, super majority. My Republican colleagues dominate so much Democrats. I don't even have to show up on the floor to get any of the state's business done.
Starting point is 02:33:24 And then all the constitutional offices are controlled by the GOP. So I'm not so sure that every Democrat that's running for one of those constitutional offices like attorney general, auditor, treasurer, et cetera, will win. But Vivek has gone too far. I mean, it was already battened up. Me, Jing, it's laughable in my state. Some of these outrageous commercials that I'm seeing, my Republican colleagues put up when they are in control of everything. You blame a Sherry Brown. he ain't been in office in six years.
Starting point is 02:33:55 You blame an Amy acting who's never been elected to anything for the eels and the lack of affordability in the state of Ohio cannot make this stuff up. Every time I see a commercial, I'm saying to myself, I hope that there's not one Ohioan, even Ohioans who lean Republican who are believing in any of this stuff. They got to put the blame where it squarely belongs. And that is with the Republican leadership, both in my state and also on the federal level. He has gone too far on this, and I believe that he is totally going to be slapped down in November when it comes to the gubernatorial race. And hopefully there's a tale.
Starting point is 02:34:33 I do believe that Senator Sherrod Brown will regain the seat. And we can bring some sort of balance back to the state of Ohio. But I cautioned Democrats not to think that even when they win, if and when they win the House of Representatives, and they may very well win the Senate. and even in my state when some Democrats win, it's not because Democrats are great, Jane. The people swing back and forth because the doopoly is not satisfying their needs.
Starting point is 02:35:00 Eggs and gas was high when President Biden was in office, and eggs and gas are higher now that President Trump is in office, coupled with a new war. People are in pain and they are sick and tired of it, and they are showing up at the polls in record numbers. And hopefully that will be to teach both parts, a lesson and Democrats ought not pat themselves on the back if and when they win because there's nothing about them being great.
Starting point is 02:35:28 It is about the American people swinging back to them hoping that they will be the true opposition party and be New Deal Democrats, be freedom budget for all American type Democrats and stop playing games with the American people. So, Nina, that brings us the last question, which is if the Democrats do win, what should they focus on when they're in power to prove to the American people, they actually are on their side? Well, they should increase in no particular order, Jane, but they should work to increase the federal minimum wage setting a strong dynamic for if they cannot do it during this election cycle, 2028, we know, starts right after the election this year. So they need to set the foundation and
Starting point is 02:36:14 set the play. Don't play. President Trump has shown something. I might not. like how he wields that power, but he has shown that the power can be wielded. They better get ready and stop making excuses for why they can't cancel suit and debt, why they can't pass Medicare for all, why they can't increase the federal minimum wage, why they cannot bring back the enhanced child tax credit, why they can't pass Senator Bernie Sanders Social Security bill that will help to increase money for seniors in this country, not even by a lot, by $200 extra dollars by paying and keep it solvent for. for another 70 years by putting a small tax on the greedy.
Starting point is 02:36:53 I ain't even calling it a wealth tax anymore, Jink. Because wealth is not a bad thing, but greed is. I'm calling it the greed tax. The tax on the greedy. These things need to be done. Jink, we need a peace dividend in this country. If the 27 war and surveillance budget passes, it is estimated that the average family of four will be spending $30,000 a year.
Starting point is 02:37:16 How about you give 10,000 of that 30 back to the American family and call it a peace dividend? How about we do that? The United States, the federal government needs to be the employer of last resort in this country. We need to do some FTA. We got big problems. So we need big policy ideas similar to what President FDR had in mind with the Economic Bill of Rights, similar to the Freedom Budget for All Americans, as envisioned by A. Sopheila Randolph, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., and Bayer, R.
Starting point is 02:37:46 c, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera, jink. What Democrats cannot do is play with it and what voters cannot do, especially Democratic voters, is allowed the Democratic Party to play in our face and tell us what they cannot do. President Trump has shown us that power can be used, so they need to use it to the good Jean. We need to hold them accountable. And as you have said, and I believe this, if the Democrats fail this time around, oh, it will be no more games playing.
Starting point is 02:38:12 By the time we get to 2028 and 2032, there's a lot of it. There will be a strong third party to bump up against them. We can't play with them anymore. Yeah. So that's another brilliant one. Greed tax, that is really good. I like that a lot. So let's see if we can make that a little bit more popular and spread out throughout
Starting point is 02:38:30 the country because that's excellent framing. And true. And also the idea of ending the wars and giving the American people a peace dividend, oh, that would be incredibly popular. But then, of course, the Democratic Party would have to defy beloved Israel. Okay, let's see how it turns out. Okay, Senator Nina Turner, I'm sure we'll see you a lot more going forward, including potentially on election night.
