Starting point is 00:00:31 Young Turks, I'm yours, Jake Huger. And joining me today is treat a. Parsi, he's gonna be with us for the first hour. He's executive vice president of the Quincy Institute, and we have major news for you guys in a minute. First, let me just tell you guys what's happening today. We've got Donald Trump and Netanyahu exchanging endorsements, which is going to lead to part of the reason that I'm going to have a prediction for you guys today, and it's, you can write
Starting point is 00:01:46 this one down in stone. There's no question about it. We'll get to that prediction in a second. about the war and about the series of dominoes that will definitely fall and the disasters that will definitely follow. So Trudez stories today actually had a huge impact on where I think the war and the situation in Iran is going. We'll get to that in a minute.
Starting point is 00:02:10 And then Elon Musk is back and he's trying to influence the elections. Tala Rico has a good theory about it, by the way. Looking forward to sharing that with you guys, Mike Huckabee and his corruption, of course. But we do have significant news on the war, so let's get started right there. Okay, so Israel and America are going to restart the war with Iran on a much, much larger scale. That is my conclusion based on the reporting that I have seen, including devastating quotes we're going to give you guys here from Netanyahu himself saying that he does not need
Starting point is 00:02:46 our permission and we'll restart the war. an explanation of not just American and Israeli interests, but Iranian interests, that lead me to conclude that the war is about to get much worse. And so first, before we get to Trita Parcy, who wrote about this, I want to give you a little bit of context here. Iran once believed that Trump was a rational actor, it was a foolish belief, and they are now been disabused of that, and that has had ramifications. We'll touch on in a second.
Starting point is 00:03:20 And now Trump is planning to use a MOAB apparently. Trump referred to it as, it's like a tiny nuclear bomb. The mother of all bombs is one big bomb, but it's not nuclear. Usual nonsensical conversation from Donald Trump talking about how they might use it on Pickax Mountain and how somehow that might lead to regime change, which is absolutely mental and not remotely true. Now, let me save the Netanyahu's comments and bring in Trita now. And we'll get to Israel's portion of this, which I think is actually the most important.
Starting point is 00:03:58 But Trita, tell us what you're hearing in regards to Iran and their beliefs about Trump, Israel, and this war. Great to be with you, Seng. So I wrote a piece yesterday on my substack. I was looking at the conditions that led to the MOU being able to be seen. signed and how many of those conditions have not only changed, it has essentially been eliminated and leads me to the same conclusion as you that, you know, the likelihood of a deal is now increasingly diminished and the likelihood of a major escalation is growing. One of the key things
Starting point is 00:04:36 in all of this is that the Iranian conclusion has been that they no longer see Trump. It's not just whether he's rational or not. He doesn't have the maturity needed to. to be able to go through a negotiation and get a deal. And then he doesn't have the discipline and the strength to be able to keep a deal. Combined with their experience, how they see it right or wrong, that the only times Trump actually has backed off is when Iran has made it's the cost of Trump's policy intolerable to Trump himself, not to the US, not to the region, but to Trump himself. The two combined leads to a scenario in which the Iranians are very unlikely to give the type
Starting point is 00:05:19 of nuclear concessions that Trump is looking for. Because why would you give a nuclear concession, particularly one that likely is irreversible, meaning you lost it, you're not going to get that thing back if Trump doesn't have the maturity to get a deal or the discipline to keep a deal. And at the same time only tends to respond to pressure from the Iranian side rather than invitations, incentives, or even face saving exits. All of this has made me much, much more negative and pessimistic about the likelihood of getting a deal. And then of course, there's tons of other signs out there that also then shows that the movement towards military action is really picking up at this point.
Starting point is 00:06:03 Yeah, so I think that there's a number of mistakes that the Iranians are making there. I'll get to those in a second. But let's talk about some of the specifics here, because in the memorandum of understanding, they were supposed to get sanctions relief, and they were supposed to have the blockade removed. They were supposed to have Israel leave southern Lebanon. They were supposed to have control the Strait of Hormuz, but then we opened up a lane by Oman, which then led to more hostilities. So they didn't get any of the things they were looking for.
Starting point is 00:06:39 Now Donald Trump believes that he has the Strait of Hormuz and that Iran has no leverage. So they're not likely to come within a country mile of any of those concessions anymore. So tell us a little bit more about how Iran in their view needs those things and that, you know, am I right that that right now they have no chance of getting them? Well, the Iranians absolutely need sanctions relief. Their economy is under tremendous amount of pressure. But the willingness to give concessions to get sanctions relief will simply not exist if your perception is that Trump will not respond to those concessions.
Starting point is 00:07:22 And that even if he offers sanctions relief, he cannot sustain it. So, for instance, in the MOU, Trump actually, through one single executive order, legalized the sale of Iranian oil from a U.S. standpoint. meaning that the US lifted its sanctions on Ivanian oil sales. However, that executive order was essentially withdrawn within 16 days because the problems within the MUU emerge and eventually it collapsed. That actually made matters worse because it reinforced the perception on the Iranian side that yes, Trump may be far more willing than other presidents in actually offering real sanctions relief.
Starting point is 00:08:01 And I think that is a fair assessment. He's not a huge fan of sanctions. But if he can reimpose them willy-nilly, then what's the value of those sanctions reliefs, those lifting of those sanctions, particularly if on the other side of the ledger, the concessions the Iranians give are concessions that are irreversible. The Iranians will not be able to get back to 60% in rich uranium, for instance, if they allow, if they agree to ship it out. So Trump can lift sanctions and then quickly reimpose them, whereas,
Starting point is 00:08:33 as if the Iranians give their end of the bargain, they will not get those things back. So all of this has just contributed to the skepticism in Iran right now for a final deal. I do think that there's still a likelihood, not a huge one, that they will agree to these smaller tactical deals that just lowers the temperature, but never actually manages to graduate to the level in which they actually have serious conversations and serious exchanges of concessions on the nuclear front. And as you remember, the MOU was supposed to get. to the nuclear issue, it never did because he got stuck on the straight. And he never moved
Starting point is 00:09:08 beyond that. So from Trump's perspective, the key thing he wanted to achieve, which was nuclear concession, never even came because they never got to that point. So now he's insisting, despite his own terrible performance, that the Iranians have to give nuclear concessions up front. Yeah. And they may get sanctions relief, but again, as I explained, the stability of that sanctions relief is highly questionable. And all of this. This is just creating such a distance between the two sides that is really difficult to see a diplomatic solution, unless something dramatic changes. Yeah, so as I was reading your articles on your subsection, which are really brilliant and really important information. Thank you.
Starting point is 00:09:51 You know, I saw how unrealistic any deal is given all the details of what Iran wants, what the U.S. wants, what Israel wants. It just doesn't match and it's not gonna match. In fact, you have it at 10% that there could be some sort of deal, which is very pessimistic. I have it at zero percent. And I'll explain why in a second. But before we get to Israel, putting aside the details, it seems like what you're saying is Taco Tuesday is killing us. The fact that Trump constantly changes his opinion, changes his stance, changes.
Starting point is 00:10:29 changes his policies, never ever sticks to a deal, which by the way is not a new development for Donald Trump and not a political development for Donald Trump. That's how he's been his whole life. That's why he went through six major bankruptcies. Oh yeah, of course, give me a lot of money, I'll pay you back. Just kidding, I'm never gonna pay you back. And he never pays anybody back, he's always lying, he's always double dealing. And so, the Iranians have basically concluded there's no deal to be had with this guy.
Starting point is 00:10:57 Because even if he agrees to it, and as you're pointing out, the thing they want is long term, and the thing we want is short term. The minute they give us the short term wins that we want, everyone on planet Earth knows that Trump's gonna betray them and not give them what they want. And I'm kind of am amused that they figured that out kind of late in the game, which leads to this question, Trita, like, how out of touch are the Iranians with the West and America? I have heard from my sources that the hardliners believe that Israel is not in charge, that Trump is in charge.
Starting point is 00:11:30 And to me, that's the biggest mistake of all. I can't believe that they think that. Look, I work out. I try to eat, right? I take my supplements. I do all the things that Helcoveniacs do. Everybody remember that? But here's a question that drives me nuts.
Starting point is 00:11:43 Is any of it actually working? That's a fair question when it comes to me. But that's why I'm excited about the true age test from true diagnostic. It uses epigenetics, which sounds very complicated and fancy, but it's just. It's just really tiny chemical tags on your DNA that change with your sleep, stress, diet, and exercise. True Age reads those tags to estimate how your body's aging. And this is some gimmick.
Starting point is 00:12:05 Its methods are published in peer-reviewed journals developed with researchers at Harvard, Yale, and Duke. You get your biological age, how fast you're aging, and how areas like your heart, brain, and liver may be aging as well. Plus, you get personalized recommendations on what to actually change. That's very useful. It's an at-home finger prick. Mail it back in the prepaid kit and your report is online in about three to four weeks.
Starting point is 00:12:28 Super simple. So if you're serious about longevity or even just curious whether your body is aging faster or slower than your actual age, this is one of the easiest ways to find out. Right now go to true diagnostic.com and use code tYT for 20% off your entire order. That's true diagnostic.com code tYT for 20% off. So a couple of things, Jake. So first, let me just make one clarification or variation of what you said. I think the Iranians have reached a point in which they have lost faith in a final long-term deal.
Starting point is 00:13:06 That does not mean, however, that it is rational for them or useful for them not to engage in diplomacy. Because as I said earlier on, there can still be utility tactically for both sides to have these smaller deals that reduces the tensions, create certain pauses, even though neither side believes in the likelihood of a final deal. Because if you don't do that, then you're essentially going, okay, there's just going to be all out war. And I don't think the Iranians in any way, shape, or form want that. They are increasingly convinced that this is what they likely get, but that doesn't mean that they're desiring it. On the issue as to why they thought Trump would make a deal and that he would give, in retrospect, yes, I think it's fair to say that it looked
Starting point is 00:13:49 A bit naive, particularly when you take into account Trump's history as a person in the business field. But if you also put yourself in the shoes of the Iranians having dealt with democratic presidents, particularly dealing with the Biden administration, they dealt with Obama. They managed to get a deal. Unfortunately, the deal came late. So by the time the deal was struck, it was only about a year left of Obama's presidency. So a lot of the implementation of it were supposed to take place afterwards. Trump walks out of the deal, imposes sanctions. Biden comes back in, does not go back into the deal.
Starting point is 00:14:27 Neither this deal nor the Obama deal on Cuba is restored by Biden, even though he easily could have done so. Instead, he wants to renegotiate using Trump's sanctions as leverage. And this just reinforced the perception on the Iranian side that Biden was the norm. Obama was the aberration and that making a deal with the Democrats, unless you have some figure like Obama, which was a very unlikely president that did not come out of D.C., unlike Biden who spent the last 50 years in D.C., that is just going to be very difficult to make a deal with them. And then come Trumps, and he's unconventional in every sense. And he loves the idea of having a handshake with Kim Jong-un. And, you know, he, you know, lifts sanctions on the former head of Al-Qaeda in Syria, for instance, who's now running the country. So I don't think it's completely implausible to see that the Iranians, given the other options they had,
Starting point is 00:15:24 thought that, well, Trump is more interested in the business side. He might be more willing to make a deal and more inclined to lift sanctions. He's not in love with the sanctions in the way that the Biden administration was and were more afraid of lifting the sanctions and actually using the sanctions. as a leverage to get concessions. But that didn't take into account a lot of other factors, such as Trump's tremendous immaturity, inability to focus,
Starting point is 00:15:52 inability to hold the line and stick to something, and the manner in which he's very easily influenced by others and then can change his mind on a dime very quickly, including on deals that he already has struck. I mean, today, the Iranians themselves say that they know that Trump hates the end. MOU. In the proposal the Iranians sent to the U.S. side a couple of weeks ago during the UNGA meeting, they avoided the term MOU. They avoided the term Islamabad agreement because they know
Starting point is 00:16:21 that Trump hated it. Trump signed this happily, proudly in the Versailles sitting next to Macron. And a couple of weeks later, he hates it. When someone has this ability to just shift so dramatically on a major agreement in such a short period of time, that instability ultimately does not bode well for any long term reliable agreement. Yeah, so the Iranians are right that you can't make a deal with a guy that unstable because he has shown you a billion times over that he's going to defy the deal. But nevertheless, I think we're talking about the wrong guy because I don't think Trump is in charge at all.
Starting point is 00:16:56 So let's move to the Israelis and what they've been saying. And I'll give one more piece of evidence as to why I think that they're firmly, firmly in charge in a minute. But first, let me tell you what they're up to. So Netanyahu just spoke and he said, we are prepared to take the initiative. He gave the speech on Sunday just a couple of days ago. We must prevent the enemy from delivering the first blow. That means we are going to attack first.
Starting point is 00:17:23 But he makes it even clearer as Israel Haim reports, it's part of the Israeli press. The objectives I said do not depend on American approval. That's an open-handed slap to America, okay? And he says, I always seek it and we have also reached extraordinary understandings that people never believe were possible, but it has never been a precondition. That's America's approval, he says, is not a precondition to anything Israel is going to do. They're going to act unilaterally whether we like it or we don't.
Starting point is 00:17:54 And of course, we still owe them our money and our military and our servitude and everything that they demand. But Nan Yahoo knows something that others don't know, that he can, in my opinion, he controls Trump and hence America 100%. That is why he could say these flagrant things like, I don't need America's approval. Give me your military, give me your soul, don't die for Israel, give me all your money.
Starting point is 00:18:19 I don't need your stupid approval. I mean, what kind of a person can order the greatest military, the biggest country, the number one economic power in the world around like that, especially when they're the size of Papua New Guinea. No, he clearly knows something that others don't know. And he continues. And by the way, he's clearly saying here, we are definitely going to attack Iran.
Starting point is 00:18:40 And you heard Marco Rubio say the first time around in the second war, when we first started it, he said, yeah, Israel was going to attack Iran, so we didn't have a choice. We had to do it with them and first and otherwise we would be left on prepared. So basically, Rubio admitting, whatever Israel does, we must follow. We don't have a choice. We have to do what Israel says. That is fascinating, yet our media completely ignores that Israel's obviously in control. Our own officials say it over and over again.
Starting point is 00:19:12 I've got more on that in a second. But now let's go to back to Israel Haim's reporting. They say in outlining his security doctrine, Netanyahu emphasized a shift away from containment and defensive measures toward offensive operations and preemptive strikes. First of all, they never were doing defense in the first place, but what that is is Netanyahu dropping the pretense of defense and saying, oh, no, no, no, we're gonna attack, we're gonna invade, we're the aggressors, and we're proud of it. That shows you, he thinks not only do I have the American government 100% under control, so I don't have to pretend to be doing defense anymore,
Starting point is 00:19:55 but I also have the American media 100% under control. That's why they'll still tell the American audience, oh yeah, yeah, Israel's the victim, Israel's doing defense, the Muslims and Iranians are the terrorists. And then he knows, they're my dogs and servants. They will do exactly as they are ordered by Israel. So you don't say these kind of outrageous, flagrant things, unless you know that you have America in your back pocket. So now, he's not the only one. And oh, if Netanyahu loses, it'll be different. No, it won't. Their entire government isn't a sick, So let me show you Israeli defense minister, Israel Katz, and how he's promised to target Iranian energy infrastructure, which would be catastrophic for the world economy. I'm going to explain that in a second, but let's hear him first.
Starting point is 00:20:44 Thank you. If Iran, because of lexasksing, penimies and things other, to scoff at Israel, we're arrohushed, unashmai, is arroch, discof at Iran in all the power. And at the time, even all mattoes the energy, matter of energy, is a thing a very critical, get to be on 40-shan-mhocer, the time of the river and the event. Okay. All the maturals of these, we want to show that to you just so you're absolutely
Starting point is 00:21:14 sure that it happened. These guys are say it wantonly on air. Obviously we'll translate for our audio listening audience, get our podcast everywhere. There's podcasts. He said, we've announced that if Iran will stand up to Israel, like no one is allowed to stand up to Israel. If you stand up to Israel, they will murder you. They will attack you. They'll murder your school children. They'll murder all of your leaders. And he's saying it here, we've announced that if Iran will stand up to Israel, we are definitely overdue to attack
Starting point is 00:21:43 Iran with all our might, and this time all its energy targets as well. Energy targets are a critical factor in bringing it back. 40 years to the dark and stone age, he said. And by the way, Israel Katsimazim Netanyahu met with Secretary of War Pete Hegesith just a short while ago. So, Trita, before we get to the control part of the conversation, clearly Israel is declaring unequivocally there's going to be a much bigger war and we're going to start. Yes, I think it's very difficult to interpret what the Israelis are saying there differently. Now, of course, the Israelis have said a lot of things in the past. This is now taking place in a context in which the expectation in the region really is that
Starting point is 00:22:34 there is going to be a third round. And the question is only when will it start and who will take the first step? Will it happen before the US midterms? Will it happen before the Israeli elections or will it happen after all of that? Will the Iranians take the first step because they know that the US is going to attack them and it's going to deprive them of the luxury of choosing the timing? Or will the US actually preempt the Iranian preemption to get? with Israel, which is essentially what the Israelis are saying, that they will make this strike
Starting point is 00:23:02 first with the U.S. most likely, and the Israeli elections are a week from now. So if that statement and how we're interpreting it is correct, we're talking about something happening in the next couple of days. Israeli analysts I've spoken to have already a month ago warned that they were fearful that Netanyahu may want to start another round before the Israeli elections, either to make sure that it helps him in the elections and it defeats his rivals or to postpone the elections altogether, which is what a senior Israeli military official warn could lead to could be the result if the war starts before the Israeli elections. So I think, and one thing that is very critical
Starting point is 00:23:47 in what Katz said and is indicative as to where Trump's mind is growing is that he said this time around, we will definitely strike at Ivan's critical infrastructure, oil facilities, desalination plants. In the first round of this war, the Israelis wanted to do that, but the U.S. did not. The Israelis were the ones who attacked the refinery outside of Tehran that caused massive amount of smoke so people couldn't breathe in that city for two days. These Israelis were the ones who struck the Keshm Island desalination plant. They were going beyond what the U.S. was willing to accept. This is part of the reason why the U.S. kept Israel out of the second run, because the American side did not trust that the Israelis would stick to the plan.
Starting point is 00:24:37 And as a result, decided to have them outside of this war altogether. Because back then, Trump was worried about a massive escalation out of a fear that this would then further destabilized the oil, the energy markets and would be devastating for him in the midterms. He's now reaching a point in which he doesn't care about this any longer. The midterms are going to be passed this very soon anyways. And the White House's calculation is that whoever has already turned against the U.S., against Trump or the Republicans over his issue has already done so. It doesn't matter what happens. The impact of whatever happens at this point is not going to be significant. But after the midterms, or if it happens right now, in Trump's mind, the only thing he has now tried in this war,
Starting point is 00:25:23 The only thing that has been left on the table is an all-out water goes after Iran's critical infrastructure. He's tried this other war in this context, limited war. He's tried the sanctions. He's tried an MOU that he's very unhappy with. What he hasn't tried is this. And this is also the Israeli argument with Trump. And even publicly in Israel, they've been complaining that it's Trump's fault. He held Israel back in the first round.
Starting point is 00:25:53 Israel could have done much, much more damage. Yeah. But now the Israelis and Trump are aligned because now Trump wants to try this thing. He believes that he doesn't have the same restrictions as before. And the Israelis wanted to do this from the outset. So now we're moving towards a situation in which they're on the same page about this, which then dramatically increases the like you that not only will this happen, it will happen in that manner.
Starting point is 00:26:16 And if the U.S. goes down this path, the Iranis already made clear what they will do. They will take out all of the oil infrastructure throughout the region. And we will no longer have a problem that essentially is a bottleneck problem in the Strait of Hormuz. The oil is being pumped out of the ground, but it's stuck in the Persian Gulf because the straight is closed. No, we will have a problem in which the oil will not be able to be pumped out of the ground at all. Yeah. Because of the fact that they're destroyed. And that's going to create a much longer term energy crisis, much higher oil prices, and most likely a global depression.
Starting point is 00:26:49 Yeah, I'll guarantee a global depression. They will, if they hit the energy infrastructure, and now it's no, in my opinion, it's no longer an if, they will hit the Iranian energy infrastructure. The Israeli defense minister just told you they're going to do it. And when Israel tells you they're going to do something, they're definitely going to do it, especially when it's an aggressive military strike. Except when they say they're going to investigate their own settlers and others who are killing American journalists. No, no, I mean anything that's aggressive and offensive.
Starting point is 00:27:17 If they're pretending they didn't do something, it's a giant lie. And so since they're going to do that, the Iranians will strike back in the Gulf countries. And those things will take five to ten years to rebuild. We're utterly screwed. It will definitely lead to a massive spike in oil prices, fuel prices, fertilizers block food prices. We're already seeing riots in France, Italy, Belgium. Now it'll be all over the world.
Starting point is 00:27:42 Riots will happen in Europe, Asia, and just, and places you don't even. expect because how did the Arab Spring come about? Because the price of bread was too high. That's what leads the riots and revolution. So Israel is dooming the whole planet and they know it and they don't care. They're basically saying let it all burn as long as we get to take more land and dominate our neighbors. So one of the most important questions here that I don't have an answer to, Trita, is now I'm a little surprised that they'd act before their elections.
Starting point is 00:28:17 Unless of course, Netanyahu thinks he's losing, in which case he'll do anything. And in this case, he's going to literally burn the world to make sure that he benefits and he wins. But my question is, and I don't know the technical answer to this, if it's after the elections, but before they form a different government, can he still order a strike or no? It's October, which means election seasons right around the corner. And for a lot of people, that can mean sleepless nights. stressing about our country's future. All that stress has a physical cost too. It raises your

And in fact, there's a scenario in which you have a situation in which the elections are more or less inconclusive. This has happened several times in Israel, just a recent memory.
Starting point is 00:30:20 I mean, we had a period in which what they had, like three elections in a row within a year because they just couldn't form a coalition. As you know, it's a parliamentary system. And you have a scenario in which the elections end up being inconclusive. The opposition does not succeed in building a winning coalition that has a majority in the Knesset. Neither does Netanyahu. And in that context, starting a war may be something that Netanyahu calculates will help him. There will be new elections, and in those elections, he will be better off, or in other ways that it would actually manage to get him the type of a coalition that he wants.
Starting point is 00:30:58 Remember, the Iran war on the Israeli side, is not unpopular. There is anger because they believe that this war has failed. They do deem that the previous war last summer was a success, which I think is an erroneous read of that war. But they believe that this war has failed, but they're not against it. They wanted to succeed, unlike the American public, that overwhelmingly is opposed to it, regardless of whether it's succeeding or failing. So going in that direction, it's understandable that Netanyahu's calculation very well may be that this will help him build the coalition and get people to his side so that he can continue to govern. And Trump essentially, I mean, with the endorsement that he's made at this point is, is doing what he can to push things in that direction as well, despite all rumors and talk about tremendous amount of tensions between the two, which I don't think is false, but nevertheless, clearly has not turned out to be decisive.
Starting point is 00:31:57 Yeah. Well, you can have friction between the two and have one be the master and the other one be the servant anyway. That's going to lead to a natural friction, especially when the servant is the person who's supposed to be well. more powerful, but isn't. So I want the producers to pull a video from a segment we're gonna do later on the show about Trump's endorsement of Netanyahu. I wanna show people what Trump said on Thursday, that's the first video in that story, and then what he did on Sunday, because that's going to show you why I think Trump is completely under the control of Netanyahu and Israel. But before we get there, I wanted to make one other statement that I think is important
Starting point is 00:32:38 for the audience to know, Nan Yahoo also said on Sunday that before the military used to have a big say in Israeli local decisions, their national decisions, right? And he said now the military is no longer in control, and he is, and he can completely ignore the advice of the military. Now that to me says a couple of things, number one, the military saying, brother, are you sure we're gonna win this war? We have very little defensive missiles left, and they could buy. us to oblivion, what, I mean, what are you doing here?
Starting point is 00:33:14 And Netanyahu's saying, shut up, my elections are coming up, my power is more important than even the lives of the Israeli citizens. And on October 7th, he proved that. He got ample warnings many, many times by, like a great number of his neighbors saying they are definitely going to attack you. And he moved troops away from the Gaza border and towards the West Bank. And obviously, at a bare minimum, was not prepared. So he doesn't even care about the Israeli civilians.
Starting point is 00:33:41 So only one person he cares about, and that's Netanyahu, and also the greater Israel project. In his lunatic mind, he wants to set up the Fourth Reich in the Middle East, led by Israel. So now, if we got that video pulled up, let me show you what Trump said on Thursday about backing Netanyahu much. Benjamin Netanyahu is running for re-election very soon. I know that you and he have been close. Do you plan on being involved in that at all, that process? Well, they'd like me to be. Yeah, they'd like me to be.
Starting point is 00:34:10 Look, I've had a very good relationship with him. We've had good success together. We took out the number one sponsor, as they call it, state sponsor of terror, Iran. We had a very successful partnership, you know, in terms of a military partnership. The people of Israel, they say if I ran for prime minister, I get 99% of the- Do you trust Netanyahu? I don't trust anybody, honestly. I don't trust anybody.
Starting point is 00:34:36 Kimberly Gilfoy. In the world, the politics, I don't trust anybody. So he says that on Thursday, very clear. I don't trust Netanyahu. On Sunday, just a couple of days later, he said, please let this letter, he wrote a letter to Israel, let this letter serve to represent my complete and total endorsement of Bibi Netanyahu in his upcoming race for real. election as Prime Minister of Israel, and then in all caps, Bebe Netanyahu will never let you down.
Starting point is 00:35:04 What happened to two days ago you didn't trust them? So I know that Washington and the rest of media find this a scandalous opinion, treata, but I believe that the Israelis and Netanyahu specifically has blackmail over Donald Trump. That's why Trump constantly is like, I got to get out of the war, memorandum of understanding, let's get a deal, let's get out of here. This is destroying my presidency. I don't trust Bibi Netanyahu. Every time he says that, Nanjahou, you know, has a conversation with Trump, just grabs him by the ear and goes, you want me to release, my opinion, my opinion, you want me to release the tapes? And whatever it is, whether it's tape or blackmail or whatever, Trita, there's no arguing that Trump constantly wants to get out
Starting point is 00:35:47 of the war, wants to get out of Israel's control, but is pulled right back in and then serves Israel and Netanyahu loyally 100%, even though you just saw him on tape, and this happens over and over again, not wanting to do it, but then doing it with great fervor just a little while later. I don't know if there's a second theory as to why he does that, but no matter what the theory, it appears that he, no matter how hard he wants to get out of Netanyahu and Israel's control, he can't, and he will serve them 100%. That's my thought on it.
Starting point is 00:36:21 I'm curious what your take on it is. Look, I think you're pointing to a reality in which it is extremely difficult to explain why Trump would make decisions that he says that he doesn't want to make, break promises that were steadfast promises of his campaign, starting no new wars, etc. And as a result, you're looking at a potential explanation, which is, as you pointed out, that Netanyahu has something on him. And I don't think that is implausible. I mean, remember for how long people thought that Putin had something on Trump and the reason why he was not gung-ho about the Ukraine war was that reason. I do think that there are other potential explanations. For instance, if the Israelis were at that level or if Netanyahu was at that level of control that you described, Chank, I don't think we would ever have seen the MOU being signed. They were dead set against it.
Starting point is 00:37:21 They were trying to do everything they could to stop it. And they couldn't. Now, afterwards, for other reasons, it did collapse. I suspect that they contribute to it, at least one aspect of it, they played a key role in, which was to get the United States to push on the Lebanese government and agreement that completely contradicted the MOU. And had the MOU not blown up over the strait, it would have blown up on the Lebanese front. So, you know, I see them as an entity that has a...
Starting point is 00:37:49 a tremendous amount of influence that is constantly using every level that the lever that they have, including significant donors in the United States. They win often, they don't win all the time. But unlike an American president that has a lot of other potential things that he or she should be concerned about, the Israelis are singularly focused on this. They can use all of their energy for that issue alone. And as a result, end up having far more influence than otherwise would be the case over a president that oftentimes doesn't even care that much about these issues, wants to focus on other things, and as a result oftentimes ends up giving in on these issues because it's not important enough and they have focus elsewhere. But that is a huge mistake
Starting point is 00:38:33 because the Israelis have for a very long time had a long-term goal of dragging the United States into a larger war with Iran in order to establish a balance in the region that is much more favorable towards Israel, that Israel alone cannot establish or sustain. Only the United States could do this. And most presidents have been aware of this, and even Trump in his first term, resisted it. This time around, he didn't. And now the entire world is paying the price for that. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:39:00 Treata, I respect you so much. And I think you're one of the clearest voices in Washington on this. I think even you're underestimating Israel's control. I mean, look at the two examples you gave. They were dead set against the MOU. And what do we talk about earlier in the conversation? Within 16 days, the MOU was utterly destroyed. That's what happens when Israel is completely opposed to something.
Starting point is 00:39:23 We said, and you wrote in your blog post on substang, that in the MOU, Lebanon was mentioned three times in the opening paragraph. And Israel said, no, you're not the boss of us. We're the boss of you, and we will not move one inch off of Lebanon. And we said, sorry, sir, absolutely, sir. And did Israel move? No, did Israel get its way? Yes. Did we ever get our way? No, we never get our way. Israel always gets this way. Yeah, but when you say we get our way, Schenck, you're kind of assuming that Trump is
Starting point is 00:39:55 really dedicated to this other path. And Trump may have been at points. No, no, but Trita, hold on, I don't think, I don't think Rubio ever watch. No. Rubio stepped in very quickly. He's the one who got the GCC states to sign that statement that essentially also undermined the MOU and declared that there could be no other change to the status of the strait compared to what it was on February 27th. And then immediately flew to Israel and Lebanon and pushed the Lebanese government to sign that agreement. So I think there are other elements inside the government that are officially working for Trump. But I think their history shows that they have a much, much stronger neoconservative bent. And they have been very effective in maneuvering within the government.
Starting point is 00:40:40 And you know, Rubio is also very, very close to Miriam Edelson. And they managed to do these things. Is that Israel? Is it Rubio? Is it a combination? I think it's, you know, it's a little bit more complex. I don't think we- I don't think I don't think I didn't see any evidence. I totally disagree with you. Rubio has been getting paid millions of dollars by people like Larry Ellison and Miriam Edelson. His entire career is a fabrication and he would have nothing without these pro-Israel donors.
Starting point is 00:41:05 Every single thing he's ever done is to serve Israel, not American interest. Same thing with Pete Hegesith, and same thing with honestly an enormous percentage of our politicians, and an even larger percentage of the Trump administration. And you've yet to show me a single thing that Trump or his administration has done, you know, that defies Israel for longer than 16 days. And then they're dragged right back into following them 100%. This is not how normal people act. And in terms of Trump's motivations, I don't think that he has the motivations of the American people.
Starting point is 00:41:38 Oh my God, I really care about them. Don't get me wrong, I'm not naive like that. But it has destroyed his own presidency, his own approval ratings, his own image and reputation, his own base. And he knows it's being utterly destroyed. He's not unaware of that. And he's doing it anyway. He's acting like a man who has absolutely no choice but to follow the orders of Netanyahu. But again, two points on this, check.
Starting point is 00:42:04 And I think this is a very valuable conversation to have. One, I know you made an amendment because you said nothing longer than 16 days. But I think those 16 days were very important because Israelis were trying to do everything they could to prevent that MOU from being signed. And it was signed. And you saw the language of the administration immediately afterwards, at least in the first couple of days when they were fighting for the MOU, changed dramatically. I mean, J.D. Vance said that, you know, the Israelis cannot kill themselves out of every problem. Trump himself went out and said that the Israelis are being excessive and why are they taking down an entire building just to shoot to kill one, Hezbollah operative, etc. So I think there
Starting point is 00:42:41 were moments in which they were pushing back. I think, you know, you definitely make a point. It didn't work out at the end of the day. I'm not so entirely sure that it's all just because of the Israelis. There were many other factors involved in all of this. But I do want to say one thing. Now, I know you've said mostly this about Trump, but there are others who say, hey, you know, these Israelis are just controlling everything. The reason I'm a little bit skeptical about that, because I do think it's more complex, but also because it's extremely disempowering. If you believe that is the case, it also means that there's nothing you can do about it.
Starting point is 00:43:13 That essentially the game is up right away. But I do think that there's things that can be done about it. Otherwise, I mean, you know, we can all just retire and let them have whatever they're seeking to have. So I think it's important to make sure that, you know, you identify the pathways in which they can be pushed back against that agenda, which I think is a very dangerous agenda. It's very dangerous for the United States, very dangerous for the region. And if they go towards this third round, as you pointed out, it would be dangerous to the entire world.
Starting point is 00:43:40 Yeah, no, Trita, I want to be clear. Look, we even do a segment called Operation Hope here. I'm one of the most optimistic guys you'll ever find. But I don't give out false hope, and I'm also very practical. So I'll tell you what you can and can't do. You cannot get the Trump administration to not follow Israel's orders. They will definitely, to the very bitter end, follow Israel's orders 100%. So now what you can do is after these midterm elections and the results that come from that,
Starting point is 00:44:12 if the Democrats have enough votes in the House and the Senate, that's a little bit of a check, but we all know secretly that Democrats also work for Israel, or at least the majority of the Democrats do. But that's the beginning, if that was all, you still couldn't overtake the power of Israel in this country. But then we will have the global depression that I'm now guaranteeing, because I'm guaranteeing that this war gets massive and destroys our economy because of the attacks on the energy infrastructure. It'll drag us into the most disastrous war of our lifetimes. And yes, I'm including the Iraq war. And I don't mean in terms of the number of people killed and how long it lasts, et cetera. But the immediate impact, the economic catastrophe that will come from it, will be shocking to people.
Starting point is 00:45:05 And so once all that happens, everyone in Congress is going to worry that if they even say one positive thing about Israel, that they're going to be removed from office. That could make a difference in 2028. And obviously the American people have to select a non-Israeli president and someone who won't be a servant of the Israelis. If that happens, then we could be, we could free America and then we could free the world. But until that happens, which is about two years from now when we have the 2028 elections treat up, it's October, which means the weather's getting colder, mornings and nights are getting darker, and your body's like, what happened?
Starting point is 00:45:41 When the seasons shift, you need your foundation to stay solid. That's why using AG1 makes so much sense. AG1 NextGen has 75 plus ingredients, vitamins, minerals, pre and probiotics, superfoods, backed by four separate gold standard clinical trials. Not just one study, four. Key nutrient levels improved within three months of consistent use. It's not a one day fix, it's what happens when you stay consistent. Fall means to start the flu season and your immune system matters most.

And for a limited time, get a free immune support bundle, including a bottle of omega-3 fish oil and a bottle of vitamin D3K2 with your first subscription order of AG1 NextGen or AG1 Pro. That's drinkag1.com slash t-y-t. No matter how disastrous and terrible and awful it gets, Trump and this administration will never turn around. They will follow Israel's orders 100%.
Starting point is 00:46:54 I'm on tape right here saying it on air. And 100% is a hell of a thing to say. And I know that in Washington, it's like, oh my God, you can't say Israel controls America. That's wrong. You can say Russia does. You can say other people do, It's just not allowed to say it about Israel.
Starting point is 00:47:10 I'm saying it and I want to be held accountable to it. I'm positive. They control us, they will drive us further into this war, it will lead to a global depression, and it is all Israel's fault. Yeah, sure, of course, Trump, Rubio, and all of our media work for them. So it is massively their fault as well, but the people driving it is Israel. So I don't think it's complicated or complex at all. Normally things are complicated and complex and there's a lot of different factors.
Starting point is 00:47:35 you have somebody on tape with a 13 year old, then things becomes crystal clear. There's no complexity at all. You will do exactly as you're ordered. Otherwise, we will destroy you completely. So that, okay, let's see if I'm right or wrong. But Trita, remember this? Well, I mean, look, I think we all have to hope that you're wrong because the only pathway you see is for there to be that disaster, first of all. And, you know, the round three and the global depression. And I think everyone, including you, would hope that there is a different pathway that we can actually make sure that the United States pursues its own interest, is not intervening in countries left and right, is not destabilizing the region, is not following
Starting point is 00:48:16 Israel without having to go through this absolute disaster in global depression. Yep. Let's all hope and even pray that I'm wrong. Okay, and I join that prayer. I join that hope, But I know that I'm not. And so please everyone out there prepare. Things are going to get super tough economically. So there's not much you could do at this point because you're almost out of time. We're almost all out of time. The attack is either right before or right after the election and our election is only two weeks away.
Starting point is 00:48:50 So please take care of your family because super hard times are coming. and a disastrous war and a global economic collapse is imminent. That's my thought on it. Let's take a quick break here. Come back with another story. I don't trust anybody. All right, let me read a super chat, or it's not even read. Colby Coburn, thank you for the super chat.
Starting point is 00:49:31 We appreciate it. Just gave a donation there. John Thomas O'Hale loves the young Turks. Thank you, John. Love you back. Katie writes in, in Albania, we're protesting against our corrupted government, who sold our land to Israel. Katie, that's awesome.
Starting point is 00:49:46 Loved Albanians for doing that. Meanwhile, everybody all across the world is protesting Israel except here. Why is there no giant protests in the streets? Because the protests are usually organized in Washington. And Washington is 100% occupied by Israel. So there's nobody organizing protests against Israel. Because you'd be fired immediately from any organization, any nonprofit, any NGO, any political organization.
Starting point is 00:50:10 you try to organize a protest against Israel, that's it. Your career is done in Washington. So you show me the protests. Where are they? Where are the great organizers in Washington? Where are they? Where are the great left-wing groups, the peace groups? Where are they?
Starting point is 00:50:26 Nowhere to be found because everyone must bow to Israel in Washington. It's uncomfortable, guys. That's why other people don't say it. It's awkward, it's uncomfortable, and they know they'll be fired if they say it. We're supported by you guys, so we're allowed to say. You allow us to say it, otherwise nobody's gonna say it. Even though it's obviously true, you'll see it with your own eyes. And by the way, it's not like you see you didn't see it earlier.
Starting point is 00:50:49 I predicted all the things that have happened so far. And it happened exactly as I said it would. So, but I know, oh, Israel, beloved Israel. Anyway, MG 2645 says, Mr. Trita Parsley is my favorite. And William Ross says the MOU was straightforward. I agree with both of those. So we'll be right back. Politics, I don't just anybody.
Starting point is 00:51:25 Back on TYT, Jank Uygoor Treated Parsi with you guys. He's from the Quincy Institute and he's got a great substack, make sure you're reading it. One of the people in D.C. with the best information on the war, bar none. And I want to thank all these folks who have just joined us. Color Me, Indigo, T.J. and Law Albrow. You guys are awesome for joining. Thank you for hitting the join button below. and tyt.com slash join is another way to go.
Starting point is 00:51:58 And in fact, somebody just made a contribution there through tyt.com slash join. Look, we're supported by you guys. The reason why no one else in Washington or in media is a lot to say the things that I say is because they're supported by super wealthy people. We're represented by you guys and supported by you guys at five bucks, ten bucks at a time. They can't undercut us. They do, they attack us in a thousand ways financially.
Starting point is 00:52:20 But because you guys have our back, they can't knock us out. and it's driving them crazy. All right, so let's go to the next story. So Mike Huckabee is the US ambassador, serves Israel loyally, acts like their ambassador, doesn't care that our citizens are murdered, never asked for justice, is despicable in every way. But on top of that, he's now profiting off of, and it turns out has been profiting for a long time off of his connection to Israel. So before I give the details of the story, Trita, I'm curious you're taking on the Huckabee.
Starting point is 00:52:51 We've had a lot of ambassadors, in my opinion. to Israel who have really served Israel. I've never seen an American ambassador say that Israel was wrong. They always come out hat in hand. Of course, we serve Israel loyally, et cetera. But Huckabee is taking it to a whole different level. I've never seen this kind of servitude for any other country from our so-called ambassador. Am I over exaggerating that, or is it a bit shocking how Huckabee has been loyal to Israel over America?
Starting point is 00:53:20 No, on this one, I have to agree with you fully. It's absolutely stunning to see the manner in which Huckabee is behaving here. And really is protecting Israel, even when the Israelis are killing Americans or hurting Americans. We've seen a lot of terrible things from previous ambassadors, particularly Trump's previous ambassador, Friedman, who did a lot of things that clearly were much more in the Israeli interest than the American interest. We also saw it under Biden's ambassador, remember, Jack Liu played a critical role in covering up for Israel and pushing Biden further to support and enable the genocide. But what Huckabee is doing really goes beyond anything we've seen before. And on top of that, this open corruption and making money off of it on top of all of this is just absolutely. stunning and I'm frankly stunned that we're not seeing what will be interesting to see if next
Starting point is 00:54:24 year in the new Congress if Democrats will drag the ambassador to Congress to testify and account for a lot of these different things. I'm not holding my breath, perhaps it will happen. But in a system that actually is working as it should be, there would be accountability, there would be oversight. We're not seeing any of that at all at this point. And this is of the reason why this just keeps on getting worse and worse. It would be shocking if the Democrats held a Huckabee accountable because he's serving Israel. So that would be like defying their own boss. Now, for the Democrats, it's not universal.
Starting point is 00:55:01 For the Republicans, unfortunately, now that Massey has lost, it is universal. For the Democrats, there's at least a Rokana wing and the Abdul El-Said wing. Let's see how that turns out on the election time, of course, that say, no, maybe, maybe we should represent America just a smidge. I know that's made a lot of Democrats in one. Washington, furious, how dare you not serve Israel? But let's get to the corruption that we're talking about with Huckabee. So Premtaker with a terrific reporter Zateau explaining this.
Starting point is 00:55:27 Self-proclaimed unapologetic, unreformed Zionist has said that God, quote, gave Abraham the title deed to all of Israel. He has said the word Palestinian meant nothing. It was instead a term co-opted by a former Palestinian liberation organization leader Yasser Arafat. And Huckabee has said in 2017, citing the biblical term, used. to by the Israelis to describe what's known as actually the occupied West Bank. He said, I think Israel has titled deed to Judea and Samaria.
Starting point is 00:55:59 I think that's a lunatic thing to say, but I'm going to get stuck on that. I want to talk about how he's made money off of it. So when Trump appointed Huckabee, Ambassador to Israel in 2025, Huckabee said his appointment was, quote, a calling from God himself. He added that support for Israel was a divine position. Now is that really what his motivation is? He's just like he read the Schofield Bible and thought, oh, yeah, it says, oh, look, this guy Schofield, who was paid by Zionist literally edited the Bible to say we should serve Israel.
Starting point is 00:56:35 I believe that with all my heart. I'm a moron. I believe that. Or is Israel motivation money? So, well, let's find out. Huckabee's family has a travel company. that's been bringing people to Israel, a great profit to them since 1981.
Starting point is 00:56:51 Huh, interesting. It's called the Israel experience. He's brought thousands of people to Israel on excursions that have come to cost over $5,000, including airfare, accommodations, meal, transportation, and possible run-ins with Prime Minister Benjamin Nanyahu. These trips have continued,
Starting point is 00:57:09 despite Huckabee's position within the White House. Of course. The Huckabee family trips to Israel are operated by their company, Blue Diamond travel in the months after the Trump nominated them. Blue Diamond marketed a trip with the soon to be ambassador, the Israel experience with Governor Huckabee set for February 22nd to March 4th, 2025. I mean, they're just brazen. Oh, I'm the ambassador, who cares? Let me make a buck off of this. And there's been at least two other trips to Israel in 2026. Here's an ad from their trip
Starting point is 00:57:39 from past June saying, Israel experienced, experienced firsthand, the land of the Old Testament, in the Gospels for believers, a visit to Israel more than just a trip to a fascinating foreign countries and opportunity, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Miracles of the Bible. In other words, give me your money, and I'll tell you how great Israel is. Huckabee said that he would divest from the company when he got into the position that he's in. You want to guess whether he did or not?
Starting point is 00:58:06 Of course he didn't, of course not. And David Huckabee's son, David Huckabee, remains the CEO of both Blue Diamond Travel and Blue Diamond Media. Blue Diamond Media owns a subset called the Huckabee Post, which brought in $465,000 in 2024. And God knows what they're getting paid by the Israelis to do all of this and have been getting paid since 1981. Huckabee, when he graduated from school, said that a very wealthy friend of his, who he wouldn't name, took him to Israel and taught him all of these things. I bet he did. I bet he did. Huckabee also was promised to shut down his political action committee HuckPack, if you were confirmed as ambassador to Israel, as Zetao reports,
Starting point is 00:58:48 this is not what happened. The PAC changed its name to HuckPack for America. Just add this, and it'll be perfect, the Hucksters Pack for America. Anyway, and kept collecting money over the past few years, it has raised more than $4.5 million. Gee, I wonder who he raised it from. All right, so Trita, this is yet another wrinkle. Not only has how could be said basically, I don't care if the Israelis even murder our citizens. I'm never gonna ask for accountability.
Starting point is 00:59:18 And I'll have secret meetings with a traitor Jonathan Pollard inside the embassy and I won't even tell the CIA or the president, I'll betray America in every way, but I'm also going to profit off of this personally. I mean, I'll ask you an obvious question, but does that make him a little less trustworthy as our ambassador to Israel? I cannot see why he is still in his position. If there was the slightest concern about US interest, this person would be fired and replaced.
Starting point is 00:59:49 Now, again, we do have a terrible track record in massive pressure from special interest to make sure that the person that gets appointed to become ambassador to Israel is of the orientation, perhaps not as excessive as Huckabee has proven himself to be, but is of that orientation. So this is a major problem. So the disentanglement of the United States and Israel is it cannot be a piecemeal thing.
Starting point is 01:00:16 It has to be really profound in order for us not to any longer be in this type of a situation. And I think you mentioned earlier on the shift. You mentioned that Netanyahu was now openly talking about preemption, et cetera. I wrote on the substack about this document, this article that was written by the head of one of the Israel's main think tax that was describing but opposing, but describing what essentially has become the principles of Israel's new strategic doctrine. And in that, he doesn't use the word preemption.
Starting point is 01:00:53 He uses the more accurate word prevention, which preemption at the end of the day is when someone is about to attack you, you can in international law. It's called anticipatory self-defense strike first if it's imminent. Prevention has nothing to do with that. That means that essentially some country, five years down the road, potentially could pose a threat to you, and then you attack them now to prevent that future eventuality.
Starting point is 01:01:19 That is the direction Israel is going. That document also listed that Israel's approach at this point is to treat war as a foundational state. And that peace no longer is the goal. It's just the means toward other objectives, but that peace cannot. secure the interest of Israel, but it essentially has to be a foundational state of war. And within that war, premium has to be given to preemptive attacks rather than defensive attacks. If Israel, now many would say correctly that Israel already has behaved like this for quite
Starting point is 01:01:54 some time. But this is taking it several step further and it's making much more open and public and explicit. If that's the direction Israel goes and if the United States continues to be disentangled With Israel, that bodes very, very badly for the US's own standing, its own interests and its own conduct going forward. Yeah. So look, this is now my opinion, not treatise, but again, American media covers up all of this on behalf of Israel. There are radical Zionists that have purchased a whole heap of people in the American government's infrastructure. So if Huckabee is making a small fortune off of Israel, that's one way to purchase them. They've given campaign contributions to 94% of Congress.
Starting point is 01:02:41 They're the number one donor to all our presidents. But on top of that, recently read about how 98 former generals, U.S. generals, are getting paid by the Israelis. And when they're in office and they're supposed to be our generals, they know they're going to get a huge paycheck from Israel. if they do as they're told while they're in office. So is this, are these facts? Yes. Are these facts covered by mainstream media? No, because they say, well, then, you know, that would hurt Israel's interest.
Starting point is 01:03:07 Who cares? Why are you, why would an objective news reporter in America care about Israeli interests? And buried relevant information about how radical Zionists in this country have purchased an enormous number of the people in power and have them serve Israel instead? for money. No, no, you're not allowed to say the facts. Otherwise, you'll be canceled, which shows you are not the victim. You are in control. That is my opinion. Treata Parsi, thank you for your expertise. We appreciate it. Thanks so much for having me check. Really appreciate it. Yep, executive VP of the Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft.
Starting point is 01:03:44 He's giving you the facts. I'm giving you the analysis and opinion in this case. And check out a substack as well for more facts. Thank you so much, Trita. Thank you. Great to be with you. All right. When we return, We have more where that came from. David Milstein, who's number two in charge of our embassy in Israel. Apparently got a letter from Trump that Mark Levin read at his wedding. All right, wait till you see more of the sickening subservience to a foreign nation. We'll do that when we return. Starting point is 01:06:38 At TYT, our mission is to boldly pursue truth, challenge the establishment, and drive positive change. At a time when corporate capture of our media, our government, and our politics is nearly absolute. Everyday working people need a champion of fight for them and a pushback against the powerful interests that threaten our democracy itself. At TYT, we're proudly progressive and call out corruption and duplicity wherever we see it from Republicans, Democrats, or anyone else. And unlike mainstream news media outlets, we're not beholden to corporate advertisers to defense contractors, to Wall Street, or to Big Pharma. We only have to answer to our audience, and for nearly two decades, we've accomplished that by delivering honest, timely, and insightful perspectives on the day's news without fear or favor
Starting point is 01:07:26 or concern for whose toes we might step on or which powerful elites we might offend. And while we're super serious about the news, we also manage to do it in a moment. way that is fun and lighthearted. We can do this together and serve our audience. And yes, have fun doing it. People have died for us to have the chance to vote. So there's just the beginning of a much bigger fight over the president's desire to interfere in the midterm elections. He's deploying multiple strategies using every tool available and testing out each one of them. And you're damn right. We're going to have ice surround the polls come November.

Yeah, I love you so much, you guys are the best. All right, so and I want to thank John 0801 who just joined by hitting that beautiful join button below the video on YouTube. Thank you to everybody who's joining through t.com slash join as well. All right, so now let's go to our next start. So David Milstein is the number two person in charge of our embassy in Israel.
Starting point is 01:09:46 in Israel and of course because of that he serves Israel loyally. Now that's not just hyperbole, there was recently a story that we covered for you guys with incontrovertible evidence that he was actually doctoring the reports written by agents and diplomats inside the embassy to make them more favorable to Israel. So he was making sure that the wires that the American government officials got back in DC were false. that they made Israel seem better than it is. Now remember, David Milstein's theoretically an American and theoretically serving the American
Starting point is 01:10:23 government as he makes sure that the American government is deceived on behalf of Israel. So, and as it turns out, he happens to be related to Mark Levin. And also, of course, number two under Mike Huckabee. These are two of the most radical Zionists on the planet. So as Milstein was getting married, Mark Levin is there because Milstein's his stepson, right? And Levin pulls out a letter that he claims Trump wrote to Milstein, especially because of that controversy that I just alluded to. Let me show you what Levin claims happen. And one of the most beautiful letters I've ever seen, the President of the United States, sent to me to read at
Starting point is 01:11:11 his wedding last Monday. So listen to this, please. David, thank you for your steadfast efforts to strengthen the enduring bond between the United States and Israel. The heart of service you continue to share in support of one another is truly admirable, and your beautiful relationship is rooted in your commitment to faith, family, and community. Know that my administration will never waver in our support of the Jewish people. May your hearts grow fonder and your love deeper each day.
Starting point is 01:11:43 And may the almighty continue to bless you and your life together. Donald J. Trump. Okay, let me be clear. Donald Trump did not write that letter. May your hearts grow fonder is not a statement Donald Trump makes. Okay. So, all right, but that doesn't really matter, guys. I don't want you to think like, oh, but Trump doesn't support Milstein and Levin.
Starting point is 01:12:03 No, he does. So I'm sure he authorized the letter. And then had somebody probably Mark Levin write it. And then it was read at Milstein's wedding. So now before I get to the wedding invitation, which was hilarious and frightening and, you know, should scare all of us about what's going to happen next, I want to bring Sharon in. All right. So Sharon, you've got this outrageous controversy where the in Trump finds out the information he's
Starting point is 01:12:33 receiving from our own embassy is false. And it's been doctored by Milstein to present Israel in a better light. And then he sends them, or at least authorizes a letter going, oh, you're like the greatest dude ever, man. Oh, keep on going. So one, do you think Trump actually wrote the letter? And two, whether he wrote it or not, how disturbing is it that our president says, yeah, doctor the reports, I don't need the real information.
Starting point is 01:13:01 Well, no, he didn't write the letter. And it didn't say thank you for your attention to this matter. So I mean, that's another clue. And it's horrific. What we're talking about here is treason. What we're talking about here is someone who just is authorized to put lies in front of our president. And he's acting on him or not. It just depends on who's in the room last.
Starting point is 01:13:26 I mean, this whole thing is, this is not a game. Lives are at stake. and our president is engaged in this buffoonery. This is every day, it seems like there's another report that one ups the last one. And the one yesterday and the day before that, those were nutty too. So now we didn't write the letter. Yeah. And it's just amazing that they've all right in front of our eyes telling us,
Starting point is 01:13:55 we're going to cheat on behalf of Israel, not on behalf of America. And we're gonna rub your face in it and we don't care what you think and and we'll brag about it at our wedding We'll have the president say it's okay to doctor our own reports and by the way on that Mark live-in broadcast that we just played a small clip for you about He went on and on about how Trump is the greatest leader for Israel and Israel is the kind of talking about And then he kept talking about how Netanyahu and Trump have to do more war and more war and more war against Iran and they have to serve Israel's interests. And Trump is the best president of America's ever had because he serves Israel loyally. I mean, they're just saying it, man.
Starting point is 01:14:40 They're rubbing it in our face. You don't have any control at all. We totally own your country, your government. They certainly don't own the people and the people are very mad about what's happening now. Clear majority of Americans disapprove of Israel. Six and ten Americans don't want to send them any more money. They don't want to send them any more weapons. They do not approve of Israel.
Starting point is 01:15:04 And within Democratic Party, it's eight out of ten, but it doesn't matter. Our leaders go, yeah, yeah, but you didn't bribe us, the Israelis did. So now let me go to the wedding invitation. Now again, remember, Milstein is theoretically an American, but as unheard writes, Milstein sent out an online wedding invitation, including an illustration of the Temple Mount with the Al-Aksa Mosque seemingly removed that solicited cash gifts in either US dollars or Israeli shekels. Unlock unlimited free grocery delivery with PC Express Pass. Shop online and get the same low
Starting point is 01:15:45 No Frills prices delivered. Get your first year of PC Express Pass for just $2.50 a month. Learn more at no frills.ca. Well, I like that he's being honest about the, oh yeah, you can give it to me Israeli shekels. When I, you know, stay here so I don't get prosecuted in America when we have a new president. It was obvious that I betrayed America. I could use the shekels. But that's not the disturbing part. The disturbing part, Sharon, is that if they remove the Alaksa mosque and they build a temple, a Jewish temple on the temple mount, well, that is potentially World War III. So that is one of the holiest sites in Islam. It will enrage all of the Muslim populations across the Middle East, but not just the Middle East.
Starting point is 01:16:35 People have no idea. The largest Muslim countries are Indonesia, Pakistan, India, and Nigeria. So there are literally billions of Muslims in the world. That is one of their holiest sites. And our ambassador that is supposed to serve American interests in his wedding invitation, is basically saying, why don't we light the world on fire on behalf of Israel and do something absolutely maniacal that only serves Israeli interests, absolutely pulverizes American interests and world interests.
Starting point is 01:17:06 And of course, as usual, our press goes ho-hum and Trump goes, ah-da boy. And as a Trump official privately says, of course, not on the record, they'd be fired immediately. It says if this was any, if this were any other government employee with a clearance who was soliciting money like this, they would have their clearance to suspect. They would have likely been put on administrative leave. So there's those two different issues, Sharon. One is, hey, I'm getting married, and I represent Israel while pretending to represent America. Hey, Israelis, I will take all of your money in Israeli shekels, bribe me at my own wedding,
Starting point is 01:17:41 so I'll serve you instead. That is unreal. And then, oh, by the way, if you do, we'll destroy the Ahlaksa Mosque and start World War III on your behalf. Yeah. Yeah, and it's necessary to make a reference point to what is normal. They'd be on administrative leave and all that if someone would even try this kind of thing. But it's also the point is this, there are no rules.
Starting point is 01:18:05 They're gonna do whatever they want, light the world on fire, no problem, as long as it's serving Israel. That is just the mission. And I don't know that there's a full understanding of the worldwide, the global Muslim community, Because I don't think they give a damn. They don't really care what you think, feel, who you pray to, as long as Israel comes first and is the only way. So it is what it is. There are no rules and stop reminding them because they just don't care. So to give you guys just an inkling of the disasters that will ensue if they try to destroy the Alaksa mosque. So India is the largest Hindu nation.
Starting point is 01:18:47 They have over a billion Hindu folks there, but this is the third largest Muslim nation as well, because they have 200 million Muslims within India. Then there's more Muslims over 250 million in Pakistan. So what's going to happen if those Muslims are super angry at Israel, but the Indian government says, no, bow your heads? Well, there's gonna be massive turmoil, within India. And then there's going to be massive turmoil between India and Pakistan.
Starting point is 01:19:17 I'm just giving you one of the dozens of consequences that will happen if they try to do what Milstein wants them to do on behalf of Israel. So then India and Pakistan both have nuclear weapons. We're lighting the world on fire so that Israel could be take more land, can destroy other people's holy sites and just dominate the region with their new fascist empire. And guys, look, you'll see with your own eyes. Some people think, oh, Jank, you know, you're obsessed with Israel or you talk about it too much. And I hear you guys, I talk about it a lot. But what you'll see with your own eyes soon, unfortunately, is why I talked about it so much.
Starting point is 01:20:07 because as we covered in the first hour, Israel's about to attack Iran again and drag us into a much bigger war in Iran, where the energy infrastructure in the region will be destroyed. A global depression is next because of this war, and people are going to be enraged at what has happened, and we're going to keep on assisting. We must follow Israel's orders. Look, our top two people inside our own embassy work for Israel, Huckabee and Milsit. And brazenly so, Huckabee, most things boss, met with Jonathan Pollard at our embassy. That man's should have never darkened our doors in this country at all. The U.S. Embassy is American soil. The greatest traitor in American history is Jonathan Pollitt.
Starting point is 01:20:59 Huckabee, without telling our government or the CIA or the president, met with that traitor. And my guess is he took orders from that traitor to betray America and serve Israel. So you have two traders who are working for Israel as our theoretical ambassadors and second in charge. So guys, the subservience our government has to a foreign nation is unprecedented. I've never seen anything like it. And the subservience of our media is unprecedented. I've never seen anything like it. These stories are out in the open, bracing, and you have to hear about them from unheard, Young Turks, T.Y. Zetao, Guardian, et cetera, dropside news. Mainstream media is like, we know it's true, but we will never cover it for you.
Starting point is 01:21:48 Well, why? That is an incredibly strange thing to do. And the reason is obvious. They're not serving our country. They're serving a different country. And all of this is going to come to a head very soon. And there'll be no more hiding for the radical Zionists who demanded that America's service, No more hiding at all. We'll all know who they were and we'll all know what they did.
Starting point is 01:22:09 My answer is a political answer. We must get all of them out of our government and we must recapture the government in 2028 and free America. You know, free Palestine is a beautiful, wonderful thing and I dream about it. So those poor people can be free after all of the decades of oppression. But we got to free America first. This is our country. And so we shouldn't serve any other nation. I don't care what religion they're from Jewish, Muslim, Christian, it doesn't matter.
Starting point is 01:22:41 I don't care what their ethnicity is. We're supposed to be proud Americans and serve us instead of others. All right, we gotta take a break here. When we come back, France is already on fire. And why? Because of the war and fuel prices, but the people who work for Israel inside America are pretending it's the Muslims who did it. So we'll show you that when we return.
Starting point is 01:23:04 I don't trust anybody. I like tacos. Simon Moody writes in on the YouTube member section. Imagine if Obama sent that letter to a senior US diplomat in Canada, the right would have gone nuts. But Canada's another country, why are you being so nice to them forever promising? Yeah, if anybody even served our actual greatest ally Canada, they have their heads taken off. But if you serve Israel, the media will give you a standing ovation.
Starting point is 01:23:41 Way to serve Israel. Everybody else is an anti-Semite. I got it, I got it. Enter Tom and says, please, Jane, do the Mark Levine impression. Okay, I got to get, like, if I try to do it, anyways, we'll do it when it's natural. But I appreciate you wanting it. Secret Cyrillus says, yes, Sharon, my favorite sunshine smile. Thank you for existing.
Starting point is 01:24:06 That's a strong compliment. Mr. Tacticus, killgoer, says to find out who's really in charge of you. Simply look at those you cannot criticize. Guys, that's such a great point. Just think about it for a second. During slavery and during Jim Crow, could African Americans criticize white people, powerful white people in the South? No, they'd be killed. They'd be lynched, right?
Starting point is 01:24:27 They were the victims. Could white people criticize black people? Oh my God, in the most vicious ways imaginable. And who was in charge? white people were, right? Now, American media wants to deceive you and say, no, the people you can't criticize are the victims. The people you can criticize and bash all the time, they're in charge. Really? Then why did they let you bash them? So it's absurdities. I'm a damn lib on Super Chat says, you say it when no one else dares to do so. The facts support you,
Starting point is 01:24:58 and I do too. Thank you. Appreciate it. And Adam Evans says, Americans are waking up to the We stand with Israel delusion. You and Anna deserve a huge amount of credit for this. Thank you for what you do for us. Thank you. All right, back on TYT, Jane and sharing with you guys. All right, let me tell you about our sponsor. By the way, this came from somebody in the audience and I love that, right?
Starting point is 01:25:34 And they're trying to look out for cute little kittens and dogs and stuff. So look, I got to start with a tragic piece first. Broke Anna's heart the other day. But in New Jersey alone, nine cats and dogs get put down every single day. It's totally heartbreaking. And so thankfully today's sponsors do something about it, the Paws and Clause Society. Their philosophy is prevention.
Starting point is 01:25:58 They provide free spaying and neutering, free vaccinations, parasite treatment, and disease testing. Nobody there takes a salary, not one person that's all volunteers. So your donation goes straight to an animal in need. If you're in around New Jersey, save a life and adopt a pet from pause and claws, or send a donation to help them provide services to other animals in need. In order to send a donation, you don't have to be anywhere near New Jersey, you could do that QR code or go to go.t.com slash pause and clause, go.
Starting point is 01:26:28 dot t.com slash pause and clause. By the way, so there, from our audience, I told you because of the, you know, folks who are not happy with our coverage, tons of different things have been shut off to us, including some sponsors and advertisers. So a beautiful thing started. to happen, people in the audience are saying, I'll be your Huckleberry. I don't have a lot, but I'll do my best, and they're starting to sponsor us. I love you guys for that and for everything else. And in fact, some folks are going to sponsor our midterm election coverage. You can do likewise if you're interested.
Starting point is 01:27:08 TYT.com slash sponsorships. And guys, you just put a positive message in the world if that's all you want to sponsor. But if you have a small business, et cetera, normally we couldn't take that because we're national show, but these days, you know, we need all the help and support that we can get because all the other taps have been turned off. But remember, they have no control. They're just poor little innocent victims. Anyways, drive them crazy by go to tyt.com slash sponsorships and making sure that, you know, we could still serve you guys. All right, let's go to the next door. If you want to see what is at stake in this election, just look at what's happening in France.
Starting point is 01:27:49 once great nation that is being conquered, looted, and burned to the ground by migrants, jihadists and communists who hate Christianity, and they hate, frankly, the Western civilization itself. And as we're seeing in Europe, globalist, left-wing politicians have treasonously imported millions and millions of third world migrants who are totally incompatible with West, and they are incompatible with Western values. They despise everything about France, and they're destroying that country. Now, you're not going to be surprised to find out that everything he said is a lie. It was the French people who rose up.
Starting point is 01:28:35 You can actually get that from French press. You can get it from any reputable source of news. Their main concern was fuel prices and high inflation, high prices on everything. originating from the high fuel prices. And why is that? Because the war, and they know that the war that America and Israel dragged the whole world into is causing a giant problem in all these different countries. And it's not just in France, it's also in Italy and Belgium.
Starting point is 01:29:01 But instead of telling the truth, they want to use it for their own political purposes and go, remember, you should hate all immigrants, but you should especially hate Muslims. Because that's a two-for. We demagogue on that to try to win elections here, and it helps us serve Israel better, Because if you hate Muslims, you'll help finance their wars against all their Muslim neighbors. So that's why you're seeing that sick demagoguery from Donald Trump. But wait, there's a lot more when the Israelis tell us to do propaganda here, not just Trump. Everybody jumps and says, how high Mr. Netanyahu?
Starting point is 01:29:36 We're here to serve you and smear all Muslims and make up anything you like. So Sharon tells us about. Yeah, the ultimate puppet master for weeks, Jen, Frank, France has said, massive protests, hundreds of thousands in the street, some of it has turned into rioting, which of course no one is defending. So how to Trump and the Republicans describe it as the fall of Western civilization? What actually set off the violence in France? Well, an overall life decline for everyday people, which many Americans of course can empathize with. Started with high school students over crumbling schools, blew up into a nationwide movement over the cost
Starting point is 01:30:14 of living, sound familiar. Fox and Brian Kill Me, don't want to get into any of that, of course, nothing about the truth, they're sticking with. It's an immigrant riot. And that didn't stop Representative Roecona, though, from fact-checking the situation. Listen. First of all, let me just unequivocally condemn rioting and vandalism and violence. But look, here's what happened. Macron cut taxes for the wealthy. He cut both corporate taxes, taxes and he cut wealth taxes on real estate. And students have lost funding for schools. Their schools are crumbling. They're less teachers. They're overcrowded. And they took to the streets. Now for Vice President Vance to say that this is somehow immigrants doing this, I mean, does he understand France?
Starting point is 01:31:02 Francis had a history of protesting since the French Revolution. It's the most French thing to do. To wreck a city, I'm pretty sure I haven't really seen this often. Fox News reporting that 54 organizations and movements identified as part of nationwide protests led to the 2,500 rest. Only 16 of which are kids in high schools. And did you know that France is spending 57% of its budget on education? 57%. So because your schools are as good as you want them to be, you're saying that this is driven by schools? It used to be spending 57%, but Macron made significant cuts because he cut,
Starting point is 01:31:42 He cut taxes for the wealthy. And if you talk to students there, they will tell you that the schools are falling apart in certain places. They're telling you teachers are not being paid. In some cases, they don't have enough teachers. And that's what this about. Sir O'Connor correcting the record, he laid out the real causes. Macron cutting corporate and wealth taxes while schools crumble, as the Congressman said, cost of living crunch made worse by their on war. He condemned the writing every single time.
Starting point is 01:32:14 And Brian Kilmead kept pushing anyway. Did you see the flag, Congressman? Did you see the hammer and sickle flags? You see the Palestinian flags? What does it have to do with the school curriculum or lack of teachers or the days being too long? Well, first of all, there are many people, young people who are upset about what happened in Gaza.
Starting point is 01:32:36 And that's not just immigrants, that's many people who grew up in France and including immigrants. You see a discontent from young people in our own country. Why? Because they're saying wealth is accumulating in the hands of a few. You've got 989 billionaires, many in my district. They've got 22% of the economy. They are getting all the gains. One third of the wealth sits in my district in Silicon Valley. And young people are saying, I can't get a job. I can't buy a house. When I have to go drive to go on a date, it costs over 100 bucks to fill my gas tag. I've got all these loans with student debt. With a school I went to doesn't have enough teachers. I love this country. I'm grateful for this country. This country allowed me, my family to live the American dream.
Starting point is 01:33:19 No, I want this country to work for the kids in Pennsylvania I grew up with, not just for the Silicon Valley burners. So even Macron, no leftist, says the demonstrators have legitimate demands here and pointed to fuel prices spiking from the war in Iran. But vice president, J.D. Vance, posted that Western liberals imported the third world into France and called it the future congressional Democrats seek for your country. Notice the move. Students protesting school cuts, gas prices, becomes migrants and jihadists and communists. It is a red scare through and through, an immigration scare bolted together, aimed squarely at the midterm. So, Jenk, given the same anger driving the these French kids into the streets, unaffordable rent, gas too high, system rigged for the top
Starting point is 01:34:15 is alive here too. Isn't this a dangerous play for these desperate Republicans? Well, there's two different things here, Sharon. So first, there's the panic about the elections and the kind of pathetic strategy they're going with. Oh, you should vote for Trump, even though he's destroyed their economy and did the nonsense tariffs and betrayed all of his promises, started an endless war in the Middle East, just the exact opposite of what he said. He's America last and said America first. But you should ignore all of that. You should ignore all the prices you're paying here.
Starting point is 01:34:51 The same thing you're mad about is what the French are mad about, but ignore all of that. Muslims. And Abdul al-Said, Muslim brother, did you know what he's great? You know, mom said in the 1970s, he doesn't even know his mom he did. It doesn't matter, oh, Muslim brother, Muslim, Muslim. And then that wasn't enough. So they're like, oh, Talariko, oh, yeah, maybe he's gay. Oh, yeah, yeah, oh, boy could be.
Starting point is 01:35:12 Oh, meanwhile, the vice president's going around with eyeliner. Okay, whatever, I don't judge, right? But, and then Ted Cruz said that the Democrats are transgender witches. Pathetic, pathetic. Pathetic. People have real problems in their lives. And yeah, that stuff worked in the past, but they're like trying to play a song, from the 1940s and going, how, what do you think?
Starting point is 01:35:39 It was a hit in the 40s. I tell you, everybody loved this back of the day. You still like it? Hey, mister, you like this song? No, no, just because we liked it 80 years ago. It doesn't mean we like it now. And so as people have real problems in their lives, all of this blame someone else and get them to hate someone else.
Starting point is 01:36:00 And if they hate them enough, they might vote for you despite the fact that you've done destroyed their economic situation in their lives and have betrayed every promise you made them. I don't think it's going to work. I think it's a very poor strategy. And then there's the second part, Sharon, which is blame the Muslims. So yesterday we showed Ben Shapiro, but it's all over American media. Once Israel gives a talking point, and yes, of course it's from Israel. Hey, and how do you know it's from Israel?
Starting point is 01:36:29 Ben Shapiro and Mark Levin are the first ones to say it, right? Right? Yeah, these Muslims are trying to destroy the Western world. That's what they're doing. It's all the Muslims. That's, of course, Mark Levin. And then Shapiro comes in with the eyebrows. I mean, I say that with these eyebrows.
Starting point is 01:36:46 So anyways, and he's like, oh yeah, yeah, so they're destroying, trying to destroy the Western world. What are you talking about? No, by starting this war, Israel is causing massive economic problems in the Western world. And they're saying, no, no, we demand your militaries, we demand your money, we demand this war, and if it destroys your affordability and all your prices and you suffer because of it, who cares? As long as Israel gets what it wants, we're very happy to light the Western world on fire.
Starting point is 01:37:21 Oh, but a cute little trick at the end is we'll blame the Muslims for our problems and then tell you, you gotta kill more of them, you gotta give us money in your military to kill more Muslims. See, in order to protect the Western world. Deeply, deeply deceptive. So Sharon, what do you think? You know, this, to be fair to them, this kind of demagoguery has worked many, many times. That's why they're going back to that well.
Starting point is 01:37:48 So what do you think? Is it gonna work or no? No, I don't think it's gonna work, but I do wonder about this. You have the audience there at Foxy Spoon fed this propaganda day in and day out. And then, and I commend Rochana for Shay. showing up there having the conversation with Kill Mead and continuing to just spit out facts to counter it. But I do wonder if that audience in particular, if he's really able to reach, even just a small number of them to let them know, hey, it's a big world out here.
Starting point is 01:38:19 And this isn't true, this is propaganda, it's designed to hurt you. So I'm just curious what you think about that. Again, I like that he goes on there and tells the truth and has a civilized conversation in the middle of swimming through all these lies with Brian Kilmead and his colleagues. But I just wonder people who are that embedded and indoctrinated will actually be able to hear the truth. Yeah, look, I love going on to enemy territory and making your case. And so, and now there's a wide spectrum and there's some people who used to be enemies and we disagree on some things, but all of a sudden, huge agreements. But then there's the Fox News crew, which is nothing but enemies, right?
Starting point is 01:39:04 And nothing but, you know, deceptive talking points. But no, I'm with you, Sharon. I think it makes a big difference when, whether it's Tala Rico or Bernie Sanders or Rokana that goes on and makes our case for us. And sometimes what it'll do is it'll trigger the Fox anchor to accidentally support what we're saying by attacking it. And he said, well, how could it support you by attack? Because I've seen Sean Han do this many times.
Starting point is 01:39:33 All these liberals, these left wing communists, they want to give you universal health care and higher wages and stop all the wars. And everybody in the home audience is like, well, that sounds amazing. Right? And by the way, totally doable done in other countries, it costs less than here, et cetera. So in this case, Brian Kilmead was saying at the end there, and, you know, and, you know, and end there, you know, you say you love this country, but you want to change it. Bro, the hats say make America great again.
Starting point is 01:40:06 Like you'd like to change the country to make it great again because you don't think it's great now. And when Biden was in charge, did Brian kill me not want to touch a thing? Oh, no, no, America's great. Don't change a thing. No, it's obvious propaganda. It's obvious lies. And so, yeah, go ahead. Oh, sorry, you think. Kilmade also chastised Roe Kana for, you know, how dare you, you know, Elon Musk has created all these jobs. He's done more for this kind.
Starting point is 01:40:35 You know, he did that whole thing too. So when you talk about sometimes they occasionally make a mistake, there's not many people who are siding with Elon Musk and the things that he's been up to over the last couple of years. So I, again, I think you're right that it can break through for some people the messaging and get it in some ears that wouldn't necessarily receive it. Yeah, look, man, it's, I hope the Abdullah Saeeds and the Tahriricos, et cetera, win, because then you'll have more fighters joining Ro Khanna and Bernie Sanders. But outside of those two, man, it is slim pickings in Washington. So, you know, there's over 200 Democratic congressmen, let alone the centers, 250 overall. And how many of them do you ever see on TV fighting for us, whether it's on Fox News or friendly?
Starting point is 01:41:24 channel. You almost never see any of them. And in this election cycle, I hope somebody doesn't count at the end. But I believe there have been more Democrats on cable news attacking Democratic candidates than attacking Republican candidates. So we have to fight against the Democratic Party, the Republican Party, all of mainstream media. So what if El-Said and Troy Jackson, Angie Nixon, et cetera, when despite all that, that gives you a sense of who's got momentum and who's been right all along. And I think the country owes, look, I've supported Roecona for a while now. And why?
Starting point is 01:42:06 Because he's doing all the right things. So if he wasn't doing the right things, I wouldn't want any piece of it, right? But every time he goes on air, he does something amazing. These days, he's even more active than Bernie Sanders. So that's a powerful one-two punch. I'm glad somebody's out there representing us. All right, we've got to take a break here. When we come back, unfortunately, more problems with the economy.
Starting point is 01:42:27 This one has to do with AI. We'll be right back. All right. Huh, that's so interesting. All right, let me do this criticism first. Make it make sense says on Super Chat, Jenk, don't guess like this. I won't unsee the genocide of Israel,
Starting point is 01:42:58 and I won't unsee the fact that there are very few French people in these riots. I won't deny what's being streamed in 4K. Look at Poland. Brother, man, just you're getting it from American sources, new sources. Go look at French sources. Look at what the French presidents said. We had it on the show yesterday. So by the time he gets here, it goes through an Israeli filter.
Starting point is 01:43:21 So I'm not saying there was no Muslims in the protests. That's because there's Muslims in France, right? But was it majority Muslims and majority driven? No, it was driven by fuel prices. Macron is in favor of the Burka ban. He's there's no, it's got no love for Muslims in general. He's not been a great ally to say the least, et cetera. And he's not saying anything about that.
Starting point is 01:43:47 So but okay, look around, see what you find. I think that in the end, you'll see that we were right about it. Mitch and Mama says, Aloha from Hawaii, love the TYT crew, thank you for saying that. that. So Mr. Tacticus Kilgore on YouTube member section says illegal immigrants do not protest date because they don't want to be deported. Now I don't know, you know, what situation with immigrants is in France. So in America, that would be largely true. I don't know if it's true in France. One of you guys I read earlier, Entertainment wanted me to do the Mark Levine impression. That's why I did it in the last segment.
Starting point is 01:44:28 Damn it, I'm out of time. All right, we'll be right back. Back on TYAT, Shank, Sharon and Musratah Ahmed. So everybody who joins is part of the Young Turks. Starting point is 01:45:18 Cabbage wrote, if the son was a person, it'd be Sharon. Wow. Wow. So that is an awesome compliment. Yeah, it's very nice. Yeah, but I see it. I see it. All right. Okay, all right. Now let's do the next door. So as fears grow that AI is about to end the world, only a 10% chance we're all going to die. And people are worried about the AI bubble and what it could do to the economy if it possible. People are worried about AI unemployment. Well, Elon Musk is here today, is saved the day along with the leader of Anthropic.
Starting point is 01:46:01 How? By new public investment initiatives where you're going to get to own some of their company. Now, do they have something positive in mind here? Or is there a secret agenda behind that? Wait till you hear about the possibility of that agenda before you make up your mind. Sharon has the whole story. Sounds lucrative, Jen. lucrative, Jang. On Sunday, Anthropic announced the new Anthropic Public Benefit Fund.
Starting point is 01:46:27 Today, we're committing a portion of Anthropics shares to the Anthropic Public Benefit Fund, new entity with a structure that increases the stake as the company grows, subject to stockholder approval. 5% of Anthropics shares will be committed today with an additional 2% added at the board's discretion for every 50% increase in the company's value above a set baseline. So the financing of this fund is dependent on the equity of the company and the continued growth of the AI industry overall. Now, if Anthropic managed to debut at a $2 trillion valuation, the 5% equity stake earmarked
Starting point is 01:47:07 for the public benefit fund could be worth around $100 billion. Anthropic described the fund as a way to help society grapple with AI-related economic disruption, that thing they said wouldn't happen. But where the fund money will be spent is, well, conveniently vague. The Anthropic Public Benefit Fund will have increased flexibility and scale, enabling us to pursue our mission in new ways. For example, we might explore large donations to traditional non-profits or direct distributions to specific populations. We could, of course, just properly tax these companies, that might be a lot simpler. And billionaire moguls to actually control where the money is spent, but for now they'll police themselves. This announcement also comes
Starting point is 01:48:00 before Anthropics IPO plan for November right around the corner. Anthropic and its investors are targeting evaluation over $2 trillion. Dverting 5% of shares to this new fund removes these shares from the float in Anthropics IPO filing, which could artificially do. drive up the trading price on IPO day. A float in an IPO filing refers to the total number of shares that are freely tradable on the public stock market after the company goes public. Elon Musk responded to Anthropics announcement on X this way. I recommend giving the shares directly to the public. There it is.
Starting point is 01:48:40 Followed with his own pledge, next year I will give one of my space X shares to every kid in America. This will be the first of many. Trump celebrated the announcement on Truth Social, specified that these shares would be given through the Trump accounts. Yeah, that works. It's all in concert. A big thank you to our legendary friend Elon Musk for this incredible generosity in giving SpaceX stock to millions of American children through Trump accounts. This is exactly what was envisioned when we created Trump accounts, bringing together the great private sector, Elon, and so many more to invest in our children by far our greatest and most important asset and give every American child a piece of the American dream. Thank you, Elon, President Donald J. Trump. So the Trump accounts are new child savings accounts that a parent can open for any child before the age of 18.
Starting point is 01:49:39 Trump accounts were part of the 2025, one big beautiful bill act. But Musk's history of empty promises like the president, it's well documented, even in the philanthropic space. The Musk Foundation has more than 14 billion assets at the end of last year, but over the past four years has failed to give away the minimum amount required by law. If Musk were to give away that many shares, which are currently about $148 each, the donation would be worth around 10.5 billion at Space X's latest stock price. Now, despite Trump claiming that these Trump accounts are an easy way out of poverty,
Starting point is 01:50:19 the efficacy of Trump accounts is dubious. Michelle Singletary, finance columnist for the Washington Post said, Trump accounts, put it this way. If you're a family living paycheck to paycheck, finding an extra $400 a month to look away, to lock away, rather, is a fantasy. The issue has never been a lack of account types. The obstacle for many families is a lack of surplus cash. By relying on families to invest up to $5,000 annually to see meaningful growth,
Starting point is 01:50:49 Trump accounts do not solve the fundamental problem of poverty. So smoke and mirrors, I don't know, Jenk, if just these announcements are enough to get a weary public, a dialed in public, excited. A lot of double talk here, a lot of dangling. here, but the proof is in the pudding and I don't know if it'll overcome. What say you? Yeah, there's a couple of different problems here. So first, you're very right to point out the squishy promises.
Starting point is 01:51:20 We're gonna give it to you kind of. So what do you mean explore large donations to traditional nonprofits? Which traditional nonprofits? There's a lot of nonprofits I don't agree with. There's a lot of nonprofits you guys don't agree with. don't agree with. Can I, you know, offer up a guess? Maybe it's a nonprofit that they like, and that serves their interests. I mean, they're not going to give to a nonprofit they don't agree with. So, and some of these nonprofits are used to affect, and I would argue, manipulate the American
Starting point is 01:51:56 people for the benefit of these guys. So that's already a huge issue. And, oh, we're going to give 5% of the company to you guys. Well, just kidding. not to you guys, but to a bunch of connected executives at these nonprofits that totally serve us. Okay, it's a giant asterisk. Secondly, or direct distributions, oh, that sounds better to specific populations. Which specific populations? What, I don't even know what that means. Specific populations, certain ethnic groups, certain religious groups, certain what groups?
Starting point is 01:52:33 What? bizarre. Now we get to a smaller second problem here, which is that as Sharon pointed out at the end there, you know, they make these grand announcements and then they never, you know, actually delivered. Donald Trump claimed to run a Trump charity and he used it to pay his bills. They pay his legal bills, to pay other bills. Twice he bought giant portraits of himself. and he claimed that he was going to help kids with cancer, all that stuff, never give it to any of them. Eventually, he had to pay a $25 million fine for running a fake charity. It's amazing, man.
Starting point is 01:53:14 How do we elect that guy president, knowing that he ran a fake charity, let alone a fake university, let alone everything else? Okay, now Elon, oh, he gets huge headlines. Elon going to give away his shares. Oh, my God, Elon shares to the average American. And then on page 827, you'll find out in the New York Times, he's never given anything. He doesn't even give him the bare minimum, right? Okay, now, to be fair, the New York Times reported it, and this is not one of those issues where they're overly friendly to Elon Musk or anything like that.
Starting point is 01:53:43 So I don't think that it's like institutional bias in this case. I think it's just that, you know, they know how to manipulate the system. They know that if they say something spectacular, it's going to get huge headlines. And they know when they don't deliver, it's going to get tiny headlines. And so that's a disparity that they're powerful take advantage of all the time, knowing the media's proclivities. Okay, now we get to the major problem. Guys, the reason why they are trying to make it seem like, we're your friends, we're here to help you.
Starting point is 01:54:17 Oh, we are going to share some of our wealth with you. Now, by the way, if they did that, that would actually be a smart move. because what the mob used to do is after they robbed all the store owners and everybody else, when they'd had festivals and stuff, they'd throw money in the streets. And they'd give money to some of the families that needed it so that they seemed generous. But they're being generous with a tiny portion of the proceeds that they stole from others, right? So if you play that game that's already disastrous, but at least hey, it's going to some of the needy, right? But Sharon, I don't think that's the game that's being played at all here.
Starting point is 01:54:53 I think what's happening is they're saying, now remember, if we do well, you guys will get some of the benefits. So we're all in this together. As we've shown you in past stories, there's now a movement within AI executives where they're saying, now remember, the government should be one of a resort of last insurance. What does that mean? Well, that means if we go under, you need to bail us out. And what they'll say, Sharon, is, oh, well, I know we went under, but you know, if you rescue us, remember, you're gonna get one share of SpaceX, and you're gonna kind of get 5% of Anthropic that goes to specific populations.
Starting point is 01:55:42 So that's why you should bail us out, we're in this together. I mean, before we went bankrupt, we told you how much we cared about you and we're going to serve you. So since you already kind of, kind of own a share or something, you should help us by rescuing us out because they know they're going to crash. Yeah, it's coming and perhaps sooner than anybody thinks. But it's this beautiful, nasty thing that they do, making everyday people who already locked out and left behind in this whole AI boom think that they're really part of something. Or there's an inkling that now this late in the game, you can get something out of this. And you're never going to get anything except the headache, more debt, higher utility bills, and perhaps death. So it's just part of the play. Once you know your history, perhaps you don't
Starting point is 01:56:34 have to repeat it if you just take some of the power back. But it's just really, it's just horrible. It's horrible what's going on. Agreed. So by the way, if they don't go bust and they actually give you the money, you should come back and say, Jake, I can't believe you assume that. It turns out they were lovely people and they were just looking out for us and they shared their wealth with us. How amazing they were. Okay. Beautiful.
Starting point is 01:56:57 American dream. Yeah, I would love to be proven wrong on that. But if it turns out they go under and then they ask for a bailout, you might want to remember this too. Okay, because they knew ahead of time. That's the important part. Okay, now let's do one more story. I'm embarrassed to make this video, but it is what it is at this point.
Starting point is 01:57:18 I was in the middle of a Doordage, a Dollar General, and the car that I was driving was repossessed in the park of life. Good afternoon, everybody. This message is from your local repo man to all the people that's missing car payments. I'm here to tell you that we're coming from. This guy's got four repos. He's a 479. It's past due on current bills, $46,000. Well, you might have seen a video like that in your feed.
Starting point is 01:57:42 Why? because the auto loan market is about to go bust. If you think that's bad, wait until you see what it triggers. Sharon tells us the whole story. Yeah, last week, Reuters published the following report, Jang. The 1.7 trillion auto loan market is headed for a crash, according to that report. Here's the argument. First, buying a new car has gotten much harder since the pre-pandemic years.
Starting point is 01:58:10 average new car prices reached $50,089 in September. That's up from $38,550 in February 2020, according to data from Kelly Blue Book. As of the middle this year, the average payment on U.S. auto loans for new cars has risen to $765 a month, up from 550 in the middle of 2019, according to Experian. Now, use car prices are off their peak, but are still nearly 30. higher than they were in December 2019. That's according to the US Bureau of Labor statistics. And to compensate for high car prices, Americans are buying older cars and they're taking out longer loans.
Starting point is 01:58:56 In the second quarter of this year, the average car purchase for between 15,000 and 20,000 was six years old, up from a bit over three years old in the middle of 2019, industry watcher Edmonds reckons. Over the same time, loan lengths for used cars have grown to an average of 67.9 months up from 64.7 months, according to Experian. Now, the tactic lowers monthly payments but leaves household stuck in debt on autos that are both costlier to maintain. And then, of course, they're going to be harder to resell. Part of the issue has to do with loans given out during the early 2020s.
Starting point is 01:59:37 And here's how Reuters explains that. Pandemic era government assistance along with student debt, holidays, foreclosure, moratoriums briefly improved many households budgets. In turn, the median consumer's credit score jumped 20%. And when COVID-era spending ended, this improvement proved to be a mirage. Auto loans that were made in 2021 and 2022 ended up in arrears, as much higher rates than historical averages. That's according to a trans union. Today, Americans are attempting to pay for cars that they might not be able to
Starting point is 02:00:14 afford, used car buyers with negative equity in 2026 and borrowed on average 5,114 more than what their car was even worth up from 3,774 at the beginning of 2020 per Edmonds. For new car buyers, the figure has risen to $7,023 from $5,483. over the same period. And more than 30% of loans to subprime borrowers originated in the first half of this year or not scheduled to be paid off until their cars are more than 12 years old. That is up from just 7% at the end of 2019. So why is this important?
Starting point is 02:00:56 Well, because Americans borrow more money to pay for cars than any other category except for their mortgages. And as we mentioned earlier, the U.S. auto loan market has an estimated value of almost two trillion dollars. We'll end with this one, this excerpt from the Reuters report that will ring a bell if you remember what set off the financial crisis. Many of us do. This is also a problem for the asset managers, insurers, pension funds who invest in this debt after it has been carved up into asset back securities. Fitch ratings measure of the share of subprime loans backing such ABS deals that are 60 days or more past due.
Starting point is 02:01:37 has risen to historic highs now hovering around 6%. It's a colossal market, 127 billion of securitized issuance last year, according to SMP Global Intelligence. I mean, this is, there's so much that's going on junk that's scary out there. But seeing this report, it just puts knots in my stomach. And I suspect many other Americans, because there's certain things that you just need to in order to survive. And when those things go away or become much more difficult to get, it's already was difficult for so many people, it's another gut punch and you wonder like, well, how
Starting point is 02:02:18 much more can you sustain? Yeah, so there are two catastrophes here, and they both have their own set of dominoes. So first off, 40% of the country cannot survive an unexpected $400 bill, 40% of the country. So I did the math on it, now these prices are $215 more per month for your car. As Sharon read you the numbers. So if you extrapolate that over a year, that's $2,500 every year more just for your car. Well, 40% of you couldn't afford $400, how are you gonna afford $2,500 extra bill? So that doesn't even include the gas prices, that doesn't include all the other prices going up.
Starting point is 02:03:03 So that's a personal catastrophe for people. But then at some point, if because of that, you lose your car, well, now you have no way of getting to your job. Oh my God, that's an even bigger catastrophe. And the catastrophes roll on, right? Now, that's not a personal level. Now, on the economic level for all of us, if the auto loan industry capsizes, it's, as Sharon just told you, multi-trillion dollar industry, they have taken loans from the banks. When the banks then can't get their money back, that creates a giant problem for the banks. Just like the home loan industry caused the collapse in 2008, the trigger was the home loans,
Starting point is 02:03:47 but the gun was the leverage that the banks had used. And on other shows, we've told you how much leverage the banks have these days, which is very significant. So if that industry goes under, it might set off the banks going under. the banks give short term loans to all of the corporations. And if the banks go under, then all the corporations can't get their money. And they are in trouble. And that's why in 2008 they said, no, no, you don't understand. We have to bail them out.
Starting point is 02:04:16 Otherwise, the entire world economy collapses. So all we need is one trigger to set off those dominoes. Is it going to be the auto loan industry? I don't know. Could it be sure? But any trigger sets off the dominoes. So then you have a personal and national and international economic catastrophes. I hate to depress you, but those are the stakes at hand here.
Starting point is 02:04:41 We're in a world of trouble and no one else is telling you about it. You've got to get prepared. Things are going to, I'm super worried things are going to get very dark very soon. All right, on that depressing note, we go to Operation Joy next. We'll see you there. Welcome back to TYT. We're doing Operation Joy, Jen Kish. with you guys. Sharon, you ready for some joy?
Starting point is 02:07:58 I could use some joy big time, Jay. Okay, good. Well, as a lot of our viewers say, you're a ray of sunshine. One even said you were the entire sun. They don't know me at 8 in the morning, but okay. I'll take it. So you bring them joy, I love it. All right, guys, if you have comments about anything that happened to you
Starting point is 02:08:20 that was positive in your life that you want to share, we love it, and it helps everyone to be in a better move, I always asked for questions, but I almost never get one about how to be happier, et cetera. And as always, I'll acknowledge, like, if you're in bad times, which a lot of folks are, this could seem annoying. But we're not telling you, and you've heard me say this many times on Operation Joe, if you watch regularly, to go around like, hello, I am so happy. Like this weird smile on your face, pretending everything in the world is rosing. No, no, no, we're trying to look for pockets of happiness, right, and expand them one a little bit at a time.
Starting point is 02:09:00 We're giving ourselves permission to find joy in the world, even when times are tough, right? And so we acknowledge all the issues in the world, believe me, that's, we got a lot of them as we talk about on the young Turks. But let's try to brighten the world not just through politics, but in our personal lives. So having said that, let's go to our beautiful, and brilliant audience, CK Progressive wrote in on t.com slash joy.
Starting point is 02:09:30 I keep forgetting to make this post, but with Jenkinanna going to Dearborn this week, it reminded me that if you ever want to spite the haters, which gives me joy, we can talk about how Deerborn is as American as apple pie. One place that proves that is, one place that proves that is the Henry Ford Museum, which in my opinion is one of the best museums in the country.
Starting point is 02:09:52 Or let me pause there, he's going to explain why in a sec. But Dearborn, Michigan, of course, home to the largest percentage of Arabs and Muslims in the country for any city. About 41% of the city is Arab. And so it's become known as kind of an epicenter of Arabs and Muslims within the country. And hence gets attacked by the right-wing media and, of course, Zionists in the media, which is pretty much all the media. No, to be fair actually, mainstream media doesn't attack Dearborn that much.
Starting point is 02:10:23 It's more the radical Zionists like Levin and Shapiro, etc. Does make sure media defend Dearborn? Hey, those are just American citizens, not too much, but I don't see them attacking in too directly, just trying to be fair, right? But that's why it's the epicenter of so-called controversies brought to you by right-wing media in this case more often. So he's trying to explain, you should know what Dearborn now. actually is. So CK progressive continues. They have the car that JFK was shot in at that museum,
Starting point is 02:10:56 the chair from Ford's theater that Lincoln was shot in, and the bus that Rosa Parks was in when she was arrested for not giving up her seat and triggering the Montgomery bus boycott in 1955. Additionally, their outdoor living museum called Greenfield Village just recently acquired and opened their exhibit of the Jackson home. Oh, that's really cool. So, okay, yeah, I finally they understood what they meant by the Jackson home. That's the Jackson 5 and Michael Jackson, et cetera. This was the home where MLK and other civil rights leader had stayed at, or maybe I'm wrong. Wait, did I just get that wrong?
Starting point is 02:11:33 Okay, anyways, let's list the person who actually knows what they're talking about, C.K. Progressive. This was the home where MLK and other civil rights leaders had stayed at and drew up their plans to pressure the government to pass the Voting Rights Act in 1965. This is not a replica. Okay, man, was I wrong? Okay, they literally moved a home from its original location in Selma, Alabama. You could find the video on YouTube and on how they did it.
Starting point is 02:11:57 Overall, the museum is a great hidden gem of the Metro Detroit area, and I recommend anyone visiting whenever they have travel plans to Detroit, or you can see a few pictures below. P.S. Abdullah and Mike Rogers are debating Wednesday night too, so we'll all get to enjoy another stellar debate performance as well. And then they showed the picture of the home. That's so cool. By the way, CK Progressive, you're awesome because I didn't know any of that.
Starting point is 02:12:22 And I've been to Dearborn a couple of times and didn't go. Now we're going in, at least me, I'm going in real quick and coming back out because I'm doing today's show and I'm doing Thursday's show. I don't want to miss too many shows for you guys, so I take red eyes and try to come right back. And so I don't know if I'll have time to go this time, but I'm really glad you told me because I definitely want to see that. All the things you mentioned are kind of awesome.
Starting point is 02:12:45 What are we going in for? Well, on Wednesday, not only do they have that debate in Michigan, but the Arab American Civil Rights League has invited Anna and I to be there. So it's a party, y'all. So everybody up in Michigan tomorrow. So making sure you're checking all of that out if you can. Sharon, did you know that they had this amazing museum in Dearborn? I didn't. And I want to thank C.K. Progressive, because this is right up my alley. I will go on YouTube. but I will look up how they moved that home there because that's just kind of girl that I am. But I feel like when you and Anna go there, you'll be not just rock stars, but you'll be like running on adrenaline. I'm so jealous because, you know, it's going to be huge, the debate, the community there is progressive and have a lot to say.
Starting point is 02:13:35 And I just think that this is the place to be. I wish I was going to Dearborn with you guys. And this music jam is definitely a place that I would take my daughter and want to learn more about. Yeah, last time I went to Dearborn, Michigan, it was another Arab American event. And that place was a rocket. Okay, I mean, it was thunderous. I was there, Medea San was there, Bassem Yusuf was there, and the place was going nuts. It was a good time. Look, when you go to these events, the great thing about it is it's such a community
Starting point is 02:14:11 feeling and everybody feels like it's a safe space in there. Because what a lot of people don't realize, Sharon, and there's no reason anybody would if you're not Arab or Muslim, that those folks feel besieged 24-7. And I've been told, like literally dozens, maybe hundreds of times at these events by different people that have come up to me, you know, I said something in favor of Arabs or Muslims or Palestinians and I got fired. And so I'm super worried about saying anything positive about our community or anything negative
Starting point is 02:14:47 about Israel. And the media keeps attacking us and keeps saying, oh, the Deerborn is a problem. And people don't know, and it's not just people in Deerborn, but especially the people in Dearborn. Every once in a while, Fox News will do a segment and then some wacko right wingers will show up and cause trouble. And then they have been taught this propaganda that Muslims are about to take over the country. I mean, you would have to be single digits in IQ to think that Muslims are so strong in America
Starting point is 02:15:21 that we're about to take over the country. I mean, that is, and it's hilarious projection from, because that propaganda comes from radical Zionists who have taken over the country. And they're like, yeah, those guys with no power, they're the ones who are about to take over the country. Don't look at the billionaires like me who already own all of your politicians. and half your media, three quarters of your media at least. Anyways, so since they feel besieged, when they get to a safe space like that,
Starting point is 02:15:48 they just, I sense the relief in the room when, you know, when they, and Sharon, one last thing about that before we move on. You know, I don't know to what degree you've experienced that in the African American community in your lifetime, but I kind of feel like, like when I go, you know, when I go, to those places, it's almost like the civil rights movement in the early 1960s. Like where it's besieged, but we're trying to get our rights and we're being attacked at all times, but there's a sense of community and belonging at least in that room. Yeah, no, it sounds like it's just so special. But as you were talking about it, it reminded
Starting point is 02:16:33 me when you said they just feel like they're besieged and under attack all the time. Because that's the reality. You know, I love that that Tommy and El Sayyad back and forth was allowed to take place, but when I looked at the room and that guy stood up and asked that Muslim Brotherhood nonsense question, it's not that people were not with El Sayyad, but it's not like anyone was surprised or a gas, you know, it just was because that's every day, that's normal. You know, There are so many people who actually still look at the Arab community, the Muslim community is just something other, something less than something to feel threatened by and not as human beings. And even today, and it's just so strange. So I get it. And definitely as an African
Starting point is 02:17:22 American woman, I get that when you're around other people who just is that conversation where you don't have to speak everything out loud, you can make that eye contact and you you all kind of get it. Yeah, you know, I have this in a lot of the speeches I give at these places about how, and I got it from someone who gave a speech here at Kare L.A., Hussein Ayloosh, he's a great guy. And he gave this speech at a mosque, I'll tell you about it right now. And I forget if I ever said this on air or not, but it's, it moved me, I'll tell you that. I mean, it moved me so much.
Starting point is 02:18:03 I put it in like 20 speeches, right? So he said, go thank an African American today at a mosque that I attended back when I was running in 2020, right? And I was like, huh, I like it, but why, right? And he said, because the rights we have now as Muslim Americans that protect us were given to us because African Americans fought for them during the civil rights era. And they risk their lives and they risk everything to fight for those rights. So go thank an African American today because you wouldn't have the rights and protections you have if they didn't do that. And so and I tell the audience, now it's our term, right?
Starting point is 02:18:47 If you're Muslim American, you're Arab American, now we gotta stand up not just for our rights, but for everyone's rights so that they could be more real and maybe one day they can thank a Muslim American for protecting those constitutional rights. But you know what, Jake, that's that's also why, and I know this is about joy, but I just, I keep going back to that same MS now voter, whatever that crap was, where they had a sampling of black of Michiganers, and they were talking about, you know, how they just could not bring themselves to vote for El-Sahed. It was like this, I'm still trying to figure out what what is that about?
Starting point is 02:19:31 What's the there there when these are two communities that as you describe should have their arms wrapped around each other in solidarity? I just, it just seems like the biggest lie to me and I'm just so offended that this continues to be perpetuated throughout the mainstream media. I just I cannot put my finger on what is the great offense here. Yeah, so let me just touch on that and then we'll move on. You're right, Sharon. I think about that same focus group where they cherry-picked 10 Democratic black voters and then another 10 Democratic Jewish voters all against Abdul al-Said. And even though the overwhelming majority of African-Americans are going to support Abdul,
Starting point is 02:20:15 in case you don't know where it comes from. So what they did was they wanted to defeat Abdul in the primary. So an APAC is famously, the Israeli lobby spent over $30 million, $62 million, I believe, overall spent against Abdullah al-Said. But since the message of, oh, I can't believe he's against Israel, he should follow all of Israel's orders is not very popular. They didn't run those ads. Instead, the Israeli lobby ran ads pretending that Abdul al-Said was against African Americans
Starting point is 02:20:46 and Haley Stevens was their savior, right? And they had Obama saying something nice about Haley Stevens in the ad. So it seemed like Obama was endorsing Haley Stevens, even though he didn't. Obama actually, he didn't endorse anyone in the primary and now has endorsed Abdul El-Said in the general election. And so that was an Israeli lobby talking point created to divide Democratic voters and to get black voters to turn on the progressive candidate, the populist candidate. Honestly, the candidate that would serve them a lot better. And so it was a dirty trick by a particular lobby. But since mainstream media is nearly indistinguishable from the Israeli lobby, they're like, perfect.
Starting point is 02:21:26 Even though the primary is over, we could use this to attack Abdul al-Said and make him seem like he's against black people and against Jewish people. And we'll put it on the left-wing channel so that it'll seem like, look, even the liberals agree. I mean, he's obviously an anti-Semite and a racist. that's totally made up, totally utterly fabricated by the Israeli lobby, but greatly amplified by all of media and particularly the controlled opposition, the channel pretending to be on the left, but that actually attacks the left the most. So those are the tricks. And you know what, though guys, remember, and I tell this to the Muslim audiences too, which is, yeah, but the freedom Riders would get out of a boss in the middle of the night in the middle of Mississippi
Starting point is 02:22:18 and knowing that they were going to get their bones broken and maybe killed. And some of them did get killed. And they did it anyway. They knew they were going to have hot coffee thrown in their face. They did it anyway. Martin Luther King knew that his house was going to be firebombed and they did it anyway. So their courage was so tremendous that we bask in the shade of that courage in the shadow of that courage. So let's, we've got to have enough courage to be able to fight back today,
Starting point is 02:22:47 whether we're Muslim American or any kind of American. So, and if we have to do it against all the government and all the media, then that's what we'll do. Okay, well, end on me being wildly and hilariously wrong. So people say, oh, yeah, you know, you'll love to say when you're right. Well, first of all, who doesn't like to say when they're right? Okay, let's keep it real, right? And, and, and I swear to you guys, it's so that you'll know when there's And I tell you good things or bad things are coming that it's true. So that's why I'm telling you right now, I wish it wasn't true, but bad things are coming, right?
Starting point is 02:23:20 And please don't listen to the corrupt, et cetera. So but I also tell you when I'm wrong, okay, that should, I hope that gives you some sense of us being relatively. This one's a layup, but easy. You saw me being wrong here. But Craig reminded me that the Jackson 5 home is in Gary, Indiana, not in Selma, Alabama. Okay, so hilariously and preposterously wrong in the middle of reading that. The Jackson home, of course, is the historic civil rights home that CK.
Starting point is 02:23:48 Progressively explained. Okay, so now let's go on Dana Booker. They write in, hi, TYT family, I love you guys. I watch you every day religiously, and I'm an atheist. And as fire, Jenk is an earthquake, and John is a breath of fresh air. I'm having a really hard time right now, trying to get people around me to understand how bad the genocide is in Palestine. The way you guys talk about it makes it sound like everyone knows. but in my life, a lot of people don't care.
Starting point is 02:24:12 I'm heartbroken and sick and I don't understand how anyone can go about their day without thinking about them. I donate to Oxfam and I hope that helps. I feel the same way that Anna does. I feel useless in a time of great need. Canadian to American, we need to come back together to make this world better. F the billionaires, love you guys. All right, so look, here's what I'd say about that, Dana. So yeah, it could feel super frustrating because it feels like a Sisyphian task. We keep pushing the boulder up to hell and at night, ABC and CNN push it back, right? And Ted Cruz and Donald Trump push it back.
Starting point is 02:24:52 And so, I mean, look, I've got a million examples and they're not just related to the genocide. There's so many things that happen we can't even get to. ProPublica broke a story about how like Susan Collins took bribes from that company and gave a defense company and gave them contracts in return. We reported that story for you guys before in the Young Turks. Turns out that James Clyburn and Lindsey Graham did the same thing. And so ProPublica with a great piece on it and the rest of the media is like, I don't see it.
Starting point is 02:25:27 Nope, not gonna talk about it. No, James Clyburn, legendary Democrat, Lizzie Graham, legendary Republican, we don't talk about corruption. So, yeah, of course, it's super frustrating. You seem to get frustrated on air a million times over, probably too frustrated, too often, right? But A, we could only do the best we can, and you should, and in the context of Operation Joy, you should not put pressure on yourself that you somehow miraculously have to change the whole world, No, you just have to take positive steps forward. And if enough people take one step forward, let alone two, three, or eight steps forward,
Starting point is 02:26:12 then the world will move. It's not gonna move overnight, it's not gonna move magically. But as you'll see, here, I'll give you an example, light is born out of the darkness, and so we are gonna go into darkness soon. And we're already in bad shape, but we're gonna get in much worse shape. Again, I hope to God I'm wrong. But once that happens, there is going to be enough anger and frustration, but also an urgency to move and to act, that will change ways in, that will change things in dramatic ways.
Starting point is 02:26:47 So I think by the time we get to 2029, this country will look nothing like it does today. We'll have already gone through a couple of years of extreme pain, but we also will have gone through dramatic change. I don't think that the American people after the crash will tolerate any of this nonsense. American media can do 200% of the propaganda they do now. Nobody's going to listen. At the same time, I know your frustration. Believe me, brother.
Starting point is 02:27:15 I mean, I tell Anna all the time way too much about, you know, how angry I get at mainstream media and that most people don't know that the cable news guys and the New York Times, et cetera, are lying to you. And she sometimes says back, change, they know. And we're talking about two different sets of people. She's talking about you guys, our audience knows. But Dana's right, in the general population, you know, tons of people know, but tons of people have no idea. I know in my personal life, oodles and oodles of people, if you told them CNN is full of crap, they're framing things in a way that's helpful to the status quo, the system, the donor class, Israel, etc. They'd be like, outrageous, that's crazy. That's not even remotely true.
Starting point is 02:28:02 They don't know at all, right? But one step at a time, one step at a time. And part of the reason I do predictions is that it's one thing to be a Monday morning quarterback. Anybody can do that. But if you, we told you guys what's going to happen ahead of time, then you might, and you guys already see it, but you might be able to tell your friends and neighbors, et cetera, share and like the videos and the streams and all that stuff. Well, just tell them yourself, look guys, there is a pattern to this. There is an answer. There's a reason why these things happen.
Starting point is 02:28:35 These guys aren't telling you, but these guys are not just us, but any show that does. And once people find out what's actually happening and what the potential solutions are, then we all take a step forward. And so, and I think that once the crash happens, we'll take a lot of steps backwards, but then we'll take a ton of steps forward to get to the right answer. because we won't be able to tolerate the wrong answers. So am I being too hopeful there, Sharon? No, I like your hope and it gives me hope a lot of times.
Starting point is 02:29:05 What I wonder about is the last part about what Dana Booker said about a lot of people don't care. And when you talked about whether people come 2029 will be willing to put up with even a small measure of what they were putting up with now, does it matter to you? Does it matter to you about why they've evolved? Because I don't think that you can necessarily make people care. And I really have an aversion to people who start to care because it kind of something comes and hits their life. And so now they can see it and they can empathize, oh, well, now my money's messed up, or now they're coming for me instead of what I hope.
Starting point is 02:29:51 I mean, we all have life experiences, but I hope I'm, I'm not that way. I can see a child who doesn't look like my child suffering and find it unacceptable, just because, even if I never had that suffering in my life. So I don't know if I'm even making sense, but it just bothers me. Yeah, but Shana, I'd say two things about that. One is, look, that's why you're here. And so this is the place for people with open minds and open hearts.
Starting point is 02:30:21 And we're trying to do some good in the world, you know, maybe we're misdirection. at the times, maybe you don't always agree, but we're earnestly trying to do some good in the world. And there needs to be a place like that, and there needs to be an effort like that. But at the same time, I don't judge people as harshly if they don't act until it affects them. No, you don't. You don't. You never do. Everybody's different.
Starting point is 02:30:44 And so, but what I do know is once it affects them personally, then let's say that there's a spectrum of humanity with, you know, of empathy, right? And so Sharon's on this end of extreme empathy. So if something bad happens to someone else, she's going to take action anyway. And a lot of the young turks audience is on this end of empathy. And so, but once you have a crash that affects everyone, well, then you're going to move along the spectrum because now it's also affecting these people, even if they didn't have a lot of empathy for others. And remember the people in the middle do have empathy, maybe they're not driven to make that a part, like a huge part of their life, but they would like to help. And then at the end of the spectrum, you have people with no empathy
Starting point is 02:31:28 at all, right? But, you know, it's okay when change happens, it's maybe led by the people at the end of the empathy spectrum in a positive way, but you need enough momentum from the rest of the spectrum to get going, right, and to actually make a difference. So I just take the world as it is and think, okay, you know, but when the moment comes and it affects them personally, well then let's help them find the right direction. So, you know, with the Republicans, like what I've seen throughout my life, you know, it got a little bit better than it got worse, right? But is that unless their own kids are gay, they're not going to move, right?
Starting point is 02:32:14 But then, you know, if one of their kids is gay, then all of a sudden they're like, oh my God. Do you know how hard it is for gay people in America? Yeah, Dick, that's what we've been telling you this entire time as you were passing hateful laws against them, right? But then when they get there, they're like, oh, no, no, no, yeah, yeah, I want gay rights and gay marriage now that it affects me. And there's many other examples like that. But let's be ready to lead when we've got more people on our side.
Starting point is 02:32:42 So that's my positive spin on it. You convince me in the moment I'm convinced. I want to welcome back MAGA people who said, do you know what? I now get it, even though other times I'm really pissed. And I don't get how you didn't get it, okay? He said how ugly he was going to be. But remember, but remember everybody's in different bubbles with different media telling them different stories.
Starting point is 02:33:08 So they believed a story that wasn't true. And now that they're out of that bubble, so many of them go, oh my God, I had no idea they They diluted me. By the way, I have tremendous sympathy for that. One, because I used to believe mainstream media, and as you can tell, I'm super pissed that they tricked me, right? And number two, I used to be a Republican, and partly because of mainstream media telling me Reagan was this beautiful cowboy who was guarding a shining city on a hill.
Starting point is 02:33:35 I'm like, oh my God, I like that, I like shining cities, I like cowboys. So, and I was told this fairy tale. So I get it, man. Oh, by the way, the other thing is I grow up with Turkish propaganda. And so I get that too. It is propaganda all around this. Don't judge yourself too harshly if you bought into that propaganda early. If you've kind of the light now, great, you're much better off than most people.
Starting point is 02:34:01 All right, I gotta hurry through the rest of these, because there's a lot of great comments here. Dragon with a flag in, already an awesome handle, said, found this picture of my grandmother on the left and Great Aunt Helen on the right, modeling the grass skirts that their brother, who served in the Pacific sent them around 1945. So let's take a look. So that's grandma on the left and the great aunt on the right. No, I love that.
Starting point is 02:34:24 And I love that it brought you joy and I love that you shared it with us because, yeah, sometimes when I see pictures of my grandmother when she was 18, I'm like, whoa, she was like a real person, not a grandmother. Like she had her dreams and hopes and aspirations and she liked to have fun and You see pictures of her and my great aunt dressed up, not in the Hawaiian outfit, but in the outfits back in the day. And you know, Sharon, what's hilarious is they grow up in Turkey, obviously. But Turkey back then when they were growing up in the 1920s was super modern and secular.
Starting point is 02:35:03 So they all had like skirts on and short skirts and having the time of their lives, it's kind of trippy. Yeah, you make me think of pictures I've seen of my mom and, and, you know, and, you know, and, you It's just weird to kind of think about your parents or your grandparents as, you know, these youthful beings with the whole world in front of them. But that was a great picture to see and kind of captures the essence of, I think who we all are at one point, one snapshot in time. Yeah, yeah, no, I love that. All right, last most pessimistic progressive.
Starting point is 02:35:35 They wrote in, hello, TYT family. I watch both TYT and breaking points for my news. And something that's been bringing me joy lately is the friendly back and forth between Sager and Ryan as a complete competing, membership during their free trial month. It's been genuinely fun to watch and Sugga recently announced a membership goal with a meet and greet with Ryan as the prize. First of all, I don't know what we're doing with breaking points of membership. Join here, t.com slash join. Okay, that's true, but we love breaking points.
Starting point is 02:36:00 They're a great show, so I'm happy to read this. We try to help other shows. Not always rewarded, okay, but breaking points is great and we have a great relationship with them. All right, seeing this got me thinking about TYT's past community events and you're designed to do more of them. I'd love to see TYT trying something similar. Maybe you get a membership goal with a studio tour as a prize or randomly select a few members from different active membership 10 years, new members, zero to five years, five 10 years and 10 plus years for a tour and small get together at the office. A virtual event could also be an
Starting point is 02:36:37 option for those who can't travel. I think it would be a fun way to encourage new membership while giving long time support of something special too. And honestly seeing TYT do do something like this would bring me a lot of joy, what do you think? Take care. Look, I love the idea and we've done many things along those lines in the past. But we're now in a chicken and egg situation. That's why I'm telling you guys, we could use the support because once you don't have enough resources, you can't hire a person who would be in charge of that membership drive, right? And the games and the fun things that we could do, for example, we used to have somebody here who ran the TYT city competition.
Starting point is 02:37:13 So this is a long time ago and it was awesome. Some of the cities, there was one in Europe that was a huge participant, I think, came in third. And then Detroit in Chicago were number one and two. And people put up giant billboards of TYT. They got us up on the, what is it, something, Tron, why am I blanking on it? Jombotron. Thank you. Jesus today.
Starting point is 02:37:41 Anyway, the Jumbo Tron and the Detroit Tigers game, it was amazing, but you need a person to do that, you need to hire that person, and that's not the situation we're in right now. So, and then ironically, if you did and you had more members, then you could hire a second person to do another fun thing and a third person to do another fun and awesome thing that helps, but you gotta get on a virtual cycle first. So it is what it is, man, you know, and I'll end on this. You know, somebody was asking me, well, what if, you know, they get you, you know, and and you can't keep going? Well, you know, so we showed that video that kids in Gaza the other day and how they were thanking Anna for being their hope.
Starting point is 02:38:29 I was like, I'm good with it, you know. Young tourist has been around 24 years. We tried to do the best we can. And guys, don't get depressed. You know, we're going to be okay. We're too tough not to be okay. We're too strong not to be okay. But that's because we're okay with you.
Starting point is 02:38:43 And we're in a community here, right? And we have each other's back in hard times. But it is definitely hard times. But if something tragic were to happen in terms of us not being around, I'd like to think we did a lot of good in the world. And if I'm punished for trying to represent the voiceless, I'll take it. I could live with that. So we're not going to get there.
Starting point is 02:39:12 Instead, we're going to fight back and we're going to win. But even if we were to get those consequences, at least we had this beautiful time together and we did some good in the world together. And I'm super proud of that. All right, Sharon, last thoughts. Yeah, I'm super proud of you and what you built here. And I love this family, this network, this community. I do think that, you know, I love news, I love current event, I love it all.
Starting point is 02:39:41 But this is the first time in my career that there's a purpose that that just fits and a community and a very knowledgeable in touch community. And I just love it. I love what you guys do here. I will always be supportive. Thank you, Sharon. You're awesome. We love you too.
