You're listening to the Young Turks, the online news show.
Make sure to follow and rate our show with not one, not two, not three, not four, but five stars.
You're awesome. Thank you.
Answer the question.
Oh, what a big man you are.
Hey, good.
Jordan, with you guys.
Jordan also hosts an surgeon podcast.
So we got a huge show ahead for you guys today.
So we've got DHS beginning of surveillance program that is going to infiltrate into social media more.
You'll never guess who they're infiltrating and what government they care the most about.
You'll never be able to guess it.
Speaking of that government, their advocates are pushing 100% towards war in Iran.
There's some disturbing details, including ground troops headed over there right now.
We'll get to that in a minute.
And then later in the program, Catholics are apparently not allowed to have their religious beliefs
on a panel about religious freedom or a commission that that Donald Trump put together.
Of course, that commission has nothing new with religious belief.
It is to enforce Israeli law in America and Israeli rule.
We'll get to that later.
And then in the revolution, which is at 8 o'clock, not only do we have American hero,
Lieutenant Colonel Anthony Aguilar, who's now running for Congress and has exposed some of this stuff,
but also fascinating emails about shadow nine of law.
11 commission that Galane Maxwell was asked to attend.
So wait till you see those two emails.
They are unreal.
Okay, with all that being said, Jordan, what do we have first?
Take a look at this.
What's the goal?
Is the goal of regime change?
That's your goal.
It's a Trump's goal?
No, the people's goal is regime change.
That's my goal.
So when Trump was asked about the protesters,
what should they do?
He said, keep protesting, help is on the way.
Now that's going to be the most consequential statement he made,
maybe in his entire presidency.
If we don't follow through what we promise the people of Iran,
it will destroy America's credibility for years to come.
It will make this world less safe.
Senator Lindsey Graham is at the Munich Security Conference doing his favorite thing.
pushing for more war.
In a conversation with Politico, he warned that if President Trump doesn't follow through on his promise to attack Iran, the United States will never be taken seriously again.
Now, he's not the only politician pushing for regime change in Munich.
But before we get to our old friend Nancy Pelosi, Jank, your two cents here.
Yeah, so in this story, I want you to pay attention to how the uniparty unites when it comes to significant politics.
There really isn't that much difference between Republicans and Democrats.
They will do whatever Israel demands.
But more importantly, well, that's very important, but also very important is later in the story,
we're going to talk about are there going to be ground troops?
And when does this war start and what will trigger it and what might be the results of the war?
So there's a lot to get to.
Jordan, tell us the facts first.
Before we get to Pelosi, it's worth watching one more clip from Lindsey Graham.
from Lindsey Graham, because for the second time, he hinted that both the U.S. and Israel are already
carrying out covert operations within Iran.
President Trump said help is on the way, so where's the help?
Well, the help is, we're doing a lot of things you probably don't know about.
Do you want to tell us?
Do you want to tell us today?
Yeah.
Yeah, that's the extra.
You have to pay you extra for that.
We're doing some things, and our friends and Israel are doing something.
We're negotiating.
Fine.
And we actually know for a fact that he's correct.
The Wall Street Journal published this piece yesterday.
The U.S. smuggled thousands of Starlink terminals into Iran after protest crackdown.
Massad has also admitted to embedding themselves within the anti-regime protests.
But it's not just Republicans that are itching for regime change.
While Lindsey Graham egged on a hot war, Nancy Pelosi had a slightly different approach to toppling the Ayatollah that she shared during her
own appearance at the Munich Security Conference.
Is there a way to sort of bring about the regime falling without using American force,
I guess is the question there.
Well, use economic forces.
Use economic.
We use, use, there are ways that cripple their economy, and some of that has been in the works.
It does feel very tenuous, though, the regime there, you know, more than has on a long time.
I agree with you.
I agree with you.
But again, it's not about a threat from war.
it's hopefully it's more about just make their economy, weaken their economy and that weakens the
support they do have, because they do have support in the rural areas and the more conservative
imams and all the rest of that. But we have to make them feel the pain as well.
So make the Iranian people suffer so badly that they force the Ayatollah out.
But that isn't good enough for Senator John Federman, who made it clear in a new interview with Politico,
that he prefers Graham's militaristic approach.
If Iran continues to insist on acquiring, you know, nuclear weapons, I would absolutely support
bomb it again, strike it again. And they want to bring up the Iranian War Powers Act. I'll vote
that down too again. Unfortunately, Donald Trump still appears to be going in the Federman Graham direction.
The U.S. and Iran held indirect talks in Oman last week, and there may be more negotiations coming.
But in the meantime, Trump is sending the USS Gerald R. Ford, the world's largest aircraft carrier, to the Middle East, to join other warships and military assets the U.S. has built up in the region.
His decision to send the USS Gerald Ford was reportedly made shortly after his meeting on Tuesday with Benjamin Netanyahu.
Here's what he told reporters today about why he's building up military assets near Iran.
Do we have a deal? We've been surprised.
It'll be leaving very soon.
We have the answer that just arrived.
If we need it, we won't.
We haven't ready.
A big, a very big story.
How are we going to argue that our negotiations with Iran will be successful?
I think they'll be successful.
And if they're not, it's going to be a bad day for Iran.
It's very big.
All right.
New Year's resolutions. We all make them, but I'm not making any big flashy resolutions that
are going to crash and burn by February. My reset is much simpler. It's about giving myself a break
in the kitchen. Not by eating less, don't be crazy. But let's be honest, thinking about what to eat,
shopping for, cooking it, it's a drain. And when you're drained from cooking, you can't focus
on the work that matters. And that's the work right here. That's where Cook Unity comes in.
It's been my way of cheating. Like I have a personal chef. I'm very fancy that way, please.
But without the insane cost, restaurant quality meals on my schedule.
So I ordered a bunch of things that I love.
So we got the pepperoni non pizza.
I love pepperoni pizza.
I love non.
You put it together.
It's genius.
Golden chicken schnitzel.
It's schnitzel, but it's golden.
This stuff is all so good.
New Orleans shrimp and grits, they have sausage in there too.
Love it.
And that's my point, guys.
These aren't boring and repetitive meals.
These are all-star chefs, food network alum, and James Beard winners.
Handpicking seasonal ingredients and balancing bold flavors with nutrition.
Every meal is a small batch masterpiece.
They're fresh, never frozen.
It makes hitting wellness goals effortless because a nutritious, incredible meal is ready in minutes.
No shopping, no cooking, no cleanup.
You can browse by chef, by cuisine.
Filter macros to the gram.
Not a thing I would do, but you could.
And it's way less than takeout or even grocery store prices.
Plus, their packaging is part of a reusable, eco-friendly program.
You can't ask for more.
Taste comfort and craftsmanship in every bite from the award-winning chefs behind Cook Unity.

That's 50% off your first order by using code TYT or going to cookunity.com slash t-y-t.
Not exactly the most equitable negotiation environment, Jank.
What do you make about this?
Yeah, so much to get to here.
So first of all, are we going to war?
I would say now almost certainly.
So when they bring in not one but two aircraft carriers to the same place, I've never seen
them not use it.
And so it gets worse, they're bringing 150 transport planes, 5,000 troops.
What do we need 5,000 troops from?
to go to war, of course.
Now if you think, well, yeah, Cenk, but we've got negotiations going on in Oman, and Oman,
Oman, we might get a deal.
No, you won't, there's no chance of a deal.
Because the Israeli terms, and of course we are not relevant, we have nothing to do with this
war, we're just doing all of this for Israel, which I'll come back to in a second.
The Israeli terms are no support to Hamas or Hezbollah, in other words, of course, cut off
all help to the Palestinians so we can completely ethnically cleanse them and
steal all of their land.
So that's baked in, okay?
And I don't know that Iran would agree to that, but I get why Israel's asking, and I don't
think that's impossible, although not overly likely, but it doesn't matter at all.
Because the second thing we're asking is now that we got rid of your nuclear program, not
that you had weapons, but you had a program and we got rid of all of it.
So now we're gonna ask you to get rid of all of your ballistic missiles.
What is that?
So you want Iran to completely disarmed in.
entire country of anything and leave it vulnerable to Israel to just annihilate them.
I mean, who would agree to that?
Who would unilaterally disarm their entire country, not have any missiles left?
Nobody's gonna agree to that.
The point of that offer isn't to get a negotiated settlement, it's so that Trump, or
Netanyahu with, you know, his hand up Trump's ass, says, oh, I cannot believe how unreasonable
the Iranians were.
They still have pebbles to throw at us.
Let's murder them!
And regime change.
So why do I say Israel?
Guys, do you really, really, like you're Trump supporter, you're whoever you are, is there
a single one of you out there who thinks Trump's heart breaks for the protesters?
And Lizzie Graham and Mark Levin.
Oh my God, those poor Muslim protesters, they're so broken up about them.
I mean, we murder our own protesters, but oh, democracy in Iran.
Is anyone that naive?
I mean, unless you're of course, you're a national media reporter.
They all believe, of course, they are very concerned about the protesters and democracy.
And then, Israel's like, we want regime change, regime change.
And they were like, wait, wait, wait, I thought you said you wanted to enter a nuclear program.
No, they've always wanted regime change.
Then yeah, it was said it for 20 years.
They're not shy about it.
And they haven't done it.
Oh, why does it?
Okay, wait, wait, wait.
If you're again, if you're new to politics or news, you're thinking, wait, if Israel wants all that, why are we in the middle?
What is Iran's ballistic missile program or even their support for Hamas have anything to do with us?
It has nothing to do with us, nothing, but we don't control our own government.
Israel controls our government.
Look at that.
Lindsay Graham has worked for Israel.
So life is taking millions of dollars from A-PAC and other Israeli lobbies.
Federman works for, oh, they're Republican Democrat, oh, but they all agree.
And then Nancy Pelosi comes in to say, they said maybe we don't have to kill them all.
Maybe we could try to starve the local population.
Yeah, because you care so much about the Iranian protest.
Oh wait, if you cared about the Iranian civilians, maybe you wouldn't be talking about starving
them death.
And by the way, Jordan, I've got more, but you know, for sanctions, they never work against
a dictator and the Ayatollah is a dictator also.
They never work against the entire population.
We've seen that already dozens and dozens of times, but they do work in a very very very
specific case when there is a dispersed power, not a complete dictatorship into and you
affect business interests.
So that's what happened in South Africa.
We hurt their business interests with sanctions and boycotts enough that they relented.
Now the same exact thing could happen in the same scenario does apply to one country
in the region, and that's Israel.
If you did boycotts or sanctions or divestment of Israel, that could really hurt their
business interests, in which case we could maybe stop them from committing another genocide,
or getting pushing us into another war, et cetera.
But of course, if you suggest that here in America,
the American government will take literally,
will take legal action against you.
You will lose your government contracts,
you lose your livelihood.
But all these people, Jordan, they claim,
no, Israel has no influence in America.
That is a wild anti-Semitic conspiracy theory
to say that Israel has any influence.
I mean, you'd really have to be,
I think probably among the dumbest people on planet Earth,
to not see Israel's influence all over this.
And can you think of a single reason why America would lose a single soldier, let alone a single dollar,
to this disastrous potential war in Iran?
You know that moment right before you launched something new, that pitting your stomach?
I remember when I started to IT, I thought to myself, what if no one watches?
What if we run out of money tomorrow?
It was scary. Still think about that every once in a while, but you push through and having the
right tools makes all the difference. Like when we launched ShopT-YT-YT-YT-YT-Fi was
was a lifesaver. We use it and we loved it. If you're starting in business, those what

Well, I think when we talk about sanctions, we should recognize.
And I think the fools in Washington in the Uniparty never seem to view anybody else, and especially people in the Middle East, as fully human or capable of complex thought.
The idea that suddenly their economy might be under a stranglehold and that they couldn't figure out,
who is behind it is assonide. They're going to recognize what's happening. And if anything,
that might lead to them feeling more emboldened, digging their heels in, and throwing their
support behind their government. They're not stupid. We need to stop pretending like they are simply
because there are enemy. And for Nancy Pelosi to sit there, and she's not alone. This is something
that a lot of people in Washington like to wield as some diplomatic solution instead of a hot war.
Sanctions are still barbaric and there was a Lancet study. I just pulled up because I remember
during COVID, the sanctions on Iran that they refused to lift crippled their health care system
at a time where it needed to be fully robust. COVID-19 did not discriminate and didn't bypass
countries by border or because of sanctions. It affected everybody. And that was exacerbated by our
sanctions, but it's not just that. In 1994, our sanctions, just the U.S. and the UN on Iraq,
killed more than a half a million Iraqi children. And our sanctions on Venezuela in 2017 and
2018 killed nearly 40,000 Venezuelans. We're talking about mass wholesale slaughter.
And that is the highbrow, sophisticated international relations response to something.
You are no better than Lindsey Graham who's out there advocating for a hot war.
You just want people to die in an indirect way so you can clean your conscience, but you're still just as guilty.
Yeah. And so a couple more things, guys.
So I'm not opposed to doing anything in Iran. And it's not like they don't care about there any.
civilians, but I do, and I don't want to have them live under the Grand Ayatollah
forever in this Mullah rule that they have, et cetera.
And I believe that, yes, Moussad was definitely in the streets, yes, they agitated, I'd be
shocked if they didn't kill Iranian security officials to try to instigate more violence
and get more people killed.
That's a very normal tactic, not just of Mossad, but the CIA and any of these, you know,
Attempts at doing regime change that our government in Israel is done for decade after decade.
So I'm okay with that because then you're empowering them to be able to communicate with one another and so that the Iranian government can't shut off social media.
That doesn't harm anyone, that doesn't starve anyone, that doesn't bomb anyone.
It just allows them to communicate and have better access to modern tools of communication.
unless I'm missing something, I actively like that we did that.
So there are things we can do to help the Iranian people without starting this disastrous
war for Israel.
And so in, but if so Starlink, yes, but the USS Ford, what are we bringing a second
vulnerable aircraft carrier to the region for?
I know we think we're invincible, but now everybody has thousands and thousands of drones.
What happens when they unleash them on our aircraft carriers?
So I think it's a disastrous idea to bring all those American troops in there and expose them to danger.
Great, great, great danger.
And of course, Israel would be thrilled if some disastrous thing happened to America.
And we lost tons of service members because then they go, now you got to go to full war.
It's a good thing we brought you bringing in the ground troops.
Now you have to pay for a trillion, several trillion dollar war.
You have to lose thousands of men and I don't have to do anything.
Hey, Israel, if you want the war so bad, why don't you fight it?
No, because we're the special ally, in other words, the suckers, they're going to make us pay for everything, which is what they always do.
So those are not conspiracy theories.
We've already given Israel over $300 billion.
We gave them over $30 billion in the middle of a genocide.
And Trump just gave them another, what, 8.6, 3.3, so that's about $12 billion.
Biden gave him 21 billion.
All they ever do is take money from us.
And when we ask legitimate question, why?
Why do we have to give you all this money?
Why do we have to start these wars?
They go anti-Semite.
Okay, and you know, you gotta ruin the career, et cetera.
You gotta shut up any American who ever objects.
And now they've got a nice little side hustle, by the way.
Smaller story is somewhat related to this.
Polymarket has gambling site.
You know me, I'm pro gambling, right?
But some guys, because these are real life events, have started betting a tremendous amount of money on what Israel's going to do next.
And in this case, since it might give away their military strategy, they're a little pissed about it.
But it's apparent, everyone's best guess is it's people inside the Israeli government or the inside the Israeli military or intelligence who are going, oh, well, we know we're going to bomb and murder the Gazans on this date, so why don't I bet on it?
We know we're gonna bomb and murder the Iranians on this date, so why don't I bet on it?
Let's just give you one quick example.
This guy, Rico Suave 666, raked in more than $150,000 in winnings before going dormant for six months.
And he placed bets that shockingly accurate bets on when the 12-day war would begin and end.
And there's a lot more where that came from.
So they're not making side money too, like, oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, I'll take $150,000.
I know exactly who we're going to murder and when.
Oh, but by the way, this is all self-defense.
Okay, if you believe Israel's doing self-defense while they've attacked seven neighbors
and expanded their territory, their imperial empire, while slaughtering over 20,000 kids,
you're either a giant sucker or you're a national media reporter.
Jordan, any last thoughts?
Yeah, I think the proliferation of prediction markets is extremely repulsive.
If you want to do that as a loophole for sports, I don't personally have a problem with it in states that don't allow sports books because that money is just going to go overseas.
I mean, Polly Market is an overseas company, but still, I think for like Robin Hood and Kalsh and all those types of things.
Beading on war, betting on atrocities, there are people who have bet on the fronts.
the war fronts in the Ukraine war, like that is disgusting.
It is a level of degeneracy that I don't even think they have calling.
That don't even think like gambling hotline operators have heard.
That is disgusting.
Of course, there's an insider element there which makes it even more corrupt.
But you're talking about death.
You're betting on death.
You're betting on destruction.
that is that is absolutely sickening.
I hold that company any company that has a market like that that props up a market like that,
I hold them in contempt.
Yeah, that's interesting.
I'm torn on it, brother.
I hear you 100%.
And so like when it comes to more benign things, the government shutdown is not benign, right?
But it's not death and destruction and murder, right?
I do get tempted because you know me.
I love gambling.
Plus, I'm like, well, this is the easiest bets in the world.
These are so easily to predict.
I mean, we could all do it on air together.
We know, you just look at which side has the donors and that's how it's gonna win.
I can keep, like I once did this back in 2012 on elections, went 12 for 12.
These like real life bets are so simple.
So I'm tempted to do it, but Jordan, I do hesitate when it comes to war.
I even thought about the Iran thing and then I was like, well, this is crazy, man.
So no, like I get totally what you're saying.
I think that those markets would exist no matter what.
But but like winning money on the deaths of other people, it's gross.
Yeah, so this is the world we live in.
But most importantly, for God's sake, this do not go to war.
But I tell you guys, but I don't think there's a single one of you.
I don't even think there's a single Republican who want out there who wants to go to war.
with Iran on behalf of Israel.
Literally the only people watching who are like, no, no, go to war, go to war, are Israel first.
I mean, I challenge you to find one American that doesn't care about Israel that says,
my life is going to be materially improved if we go and have a war with Iran.
I can't wait for that war.
I don't think you could find one.
All right, we gotta take a break here, guys.
And when we come back, so, Shephyrana of the Showk,
in Columbus with another devastating investigative report.
Department of Homeland Security has decided to infiltrate groups on social media even more.
How? We'll explain when we return.
All right, let's go to our members on t.yot.com.
T01790 says, ever since Trump got into the presidency, no other nation takes the U.S. seriously.
Well, that's certainly true. Solidarity works says,
Damme, I was about to eat my brunner.
Brother, I don't know that one.
Now you got me interested.
But Lindsay made my appetite go away.
That we can all relate to.
Wang Jun says Netanyahu has his hand so far up Trump's ass that he legally identifies as a Muppet.
Nerd Ferguson says, if only we've had a presidential candidate that ran on a policy of no new wars.
Look, I even the 25% of MAGA that are like Trump, you know, cucks for Trump, and they'll do anything he says.
Really, guys, you think he ran, like, he ran on, if you elect me, I swear to God, I'll start
seven new wars, including a giant one in the Middle East that's four times the size of Iraq.
I mean, nobody can think that unless you're like a verifiable lunatic.
All right, so, well, Adventure Dragon 89 and Twitch says, which people's goals, what credibility?
Yeah, there's nobody, like, the American government has no credibility.
I don't believe a single word the American government says.
And plus, they largely, it's not the American government anyway, it's largely the Israeli government.
Pagan Dragon says, yay, Jorby on my 20 streak, and he's on a 20 stream streak.
Bradshaw crew of one has criticism for me, I know, shocking.
Jank, I saw a video of you hanging out with Benny Johnson, drinking wine, wine time, and he was making jokes about you and Elhan Omar.
My question is, what happened to you?
What happened to me is I became evil.
No, that was an event with left wing and right wing podcasters.
And there were many other names and faces you would recognize at the event, both from the
right and the left.
And I was drinking and Benny asked, hey, do you mind if I shoot a 10 second video of
you drinking?
Because we're talking about how it was so goofy that Israel first was calling me Muslim Brotherhood
and that I was doing some sort of like Muslim mission or something.
So I was like, yeah, and we had a drink.
Okay, and then what happened?
Then what happened?
Okay, I know, I know.
Some of you think if you disagree with them,
and Benny says a lot of terrible things,
and that they're evil and you should never talk to them.
I got it, I know.
We did, like, for those of you who think that way,
we don't agree, God bless, it's okay.
By the way, but if you're in that group or if you're in any group, the upside is if you look at the comments on X that people responded to, a lot more of his followers are pissed and my followers.
Because they're like, he's Muslim. What are you doing, Benny? You betrayed us. Why didn't you punch the Muslim in the face?
So there you go. I did some damage to Benny Johnson's credibility. I don't think, look.
I think we're grownups, but you know, there's folks who aren't grown up, so it is what it is.
All right.
Solo Rick says my favorite YouTube channel by far.
Thank you, brother.
This is on YouTube member section.
And Randall Swanson says, Fatimamemem needs to put on some pants.
I agree with that.
And he had his cell phone checking with Israel the whole time, I think.

All right. What's up, Jordan?
Jenk, we just learned that DHS officers have been permitted to infiltrate social media groups
and friend ordinary Americans using fake social media accounts. Have you made any new friends
online lately? But what are your two cents here? So before we give you all the facts and they are
depressing and will show you how they might infiltrate a group that you're in, so you could be
armed with that knowledge. Let me just tell you that, like, I assume that whenever I'm online,
if anyone suggests something wrong, they're a federal agent. And it turns out I might be right.
So Jordan tell them the facts. Yeah. Well, enemy of the show, Ken Klippenstein just reported on a
new protocol called masked engagement. Under the rules of masked engagement, Homeland Security,
officers may utilize fake social media profiles, friend unsuspecting users, enter private group
chats, and more. DHS agents were previously allowed to use fake profiles, but only for the
purposes of passively monitoring the internet. That practice was known as masked monitoring.
Unlike with masked engagement, agents could not friend real users and enter non-public groups.
according to one of Ken Clippenstein's sources,
masked engagement is already a mass scale operation.
A senior department of Homeland Security official tells me
that over 6,500 field agents and intelligence operatives
can now use the new tool.
The only restriction imposed on masked engagement
is that DHS officers not meet the threshold of substantive engagement,
a term the rules leave conveniently ill-defined.
Masked engagement broadens the scope of what undercover agents can do
without the authorization for a full-on sting, which requires certain clearances.
And these officers are using sophisticated tools to mask their identities.
One is known as silo.
Silo is like a digital mask for federal agents operating on social media.
It allows them to browse the web from an air-gapped remote server,
masking their government IP address and spoofing their hardware profiles.
To a Facebook admin or a signal group moderator, the federal agent appears as a local user with a
standard smartphone. Other programs are called Shadow Dragon, Access, and We Kid You Not,
creepy. All of this begs the question. What is this new capability being used for?
Clippenstein reports. Sources tell me that DHS has already used mass engagement to infiltrate
pro-Palestinian groups in the U.S. and to building databases of potential transnational
criminals amongst Mexican and Mexican-American communities. Jank.
Yeah, there's two different things here. So first off, I'm not at all surprised by this.
And if someone, like I always assume, Jordan, that if I'm in any kind of public group,
even if it's private, but it's not people I directly know, like you, Anna, whatever, right?
I assume that there's always an infiltrator in there.
And I remember being at an Occupy meeting back in 2011, and I kept looking around the room
thinking, which one's the Fed? Which one's the Fed?
Because there's no way that there's not a Fed in here, right?
Because there was enough people in that meeting.
So guys, this is an important lesson for everybody.
So they're not going to care about your rights.
And if you think, oh, no, they haven't infiltrated my group, I'd be surprised.
They might not have infiltrated some of them, or maybe a lot of them.
But you should assume that.
And if anyone proposes violence, they have an excellent chance of being a federal agent,
and you should turn them in, okay?
So that's easy to me.
Should our government be spying in on our social media groups like this?
Of course not, but Big Brothers here, the surveillance state, and it ranges from actions like
this to ice, and almost all of it has been perfected in Gaza, and the surveillance state
has infiltrated everything that the Palestinians do over there, and then they've used some
of the technology to find and kill some Palestinians, including ones that are innocent and
including their family members.
So talked a lot about their program, their words, dad.
It's one of the worst terrorist plots that I've heard.
They wait for this person picked by AI to go home before they kill them, so they kill his entire
family with him.
So well, that kind of surveillance state is coming here.
And so they're going to, as if Israel had not occupied our government enough.
Now if you're new to all of this and you're thinking, well, guys, I mean, you keep saying
Israel, Israel, but like, why does this have anything new with Israel?
Well, look at even in this program, as Jordan just read it to you, right?
The very first thing they do is infiltrate the anti-Israel pro-Palestinian protesters, target them, right?
Yeah, of course, because our government works for Israel.
So they don't care about you guys, they don't care about like, is there going to be violence in Idaho or in South Carolina?
They don't care.
The only thing they care about is let's find Israel's enemies, take away their rights,
and punish them severely.
So I like that they threw in the Mexican cartels in a cute little way as if they care.
But that's what this program is for.
But even if you don't believe me, it doesn't matter.
There's going to be Republicans in charge.
There's going to be Democrats in charge of this program at some point.
And they're going to get to target whoever they don't like politically.
And that's un-American.
Jordan, what do you think?
Yeah, and both Democrats and Republicans will be fine with the DHS going after pro-Palestinian student
activists who are here on a visa.
Let's be clear about that.
So one thing that really just shows how bizarre and absurd this is, that they're just totally okay with it.
You might remember during the last shutdown fight, Republican senators were trying to ram through a provision that would have entitled several of them to up to $500,000 in government compensation, taxpayer-funded compensation because their phone records were subpoenaed in the January 6th investigation.
that they were surveilled as part of the January 6th investigation.
They thought they were entitled to half a million dollars.
But where are they on this?
Where's the small government conservatives on this?
Now they're cheering it on because they love the expansion of DHS.
They love funneling billions and billions of dollars into DHS to turn it into an effective brown shirt brigade
for the Trump administration to deploy and weaponize however it sees fit.
So for them, if they're surveilled as part of their involvement in a literal insurrection,
they think they should get a half a million dollars.
If American citizens who are expressing discontent about foreign policy or immigration policy,
they're expressing that discontent privately among friends.
So they think, nothing to see here, violate those civil liberties.
And it gets back to the core issue of DHS and why it was created.
It was created to violate your civil rights.
That's it.
The entire post-9-11 legal apparatus that was constructed was a power grab and a direct violation of people's individual liberties.
And until we reckon with that fact, all of the stuff downstream of it is going to continue to get worse.
Yeah, one last thing here, guys.
Why does it continue to get worse?
Because before the Israel lobby in this country was able to shut down anyone who criticized
them by calling them an anti-Semite and saying that because of that, they should never
be allowed on air anywhere.
So that was a great way of completely shutting off any criticism of Israel and the American's
ability to hear that.
But that's now failing, it's because they use that one-trick pony way too many times.
So they can't cancel people as effectively anymore when they're doing independent shows,
and they're not part of mainstream media.
So they're going to another way of shutting down dissent within America.
Now if you're gonna run this country and you're gonna occupy this country, you're not gonna
want its meddlesome citizens to keep pointing it out.
So you're gonna need to infiltrate their groups, and especially if they're pro-Palestinian,
I mean, you're pro other human beings, you're not allowed to do that as Americans.
So you must hate who Israel tells you to hate, and you must finance the killing of them
and the stealing of their land.
So now that the word anti-Semite has lost this magical power, they're now going to a more severe
lockdown.
Now we're gonna infiltrate all of your groups, and if any American dares to dissent, well,
we're gonna have the government take care of you.
Okay, so that's the next level.
So if you're on the right or the left and you think this is for you, you're nuts.
You think the people in power care about you? No, they care about themselves. And you could tell the very first thing they did was to protect Israel.
Let's get into our next story starting with this.
This is newly released body camera video. A team of three Border Patrol agents is driving through a Southside Chicago neighborhood to have guns drawn.
Marimar Martinez, an American citizen and school teacher, is driving next to them, honking her horn, warning people.
to the presence of federal immigration enforcement.
Back in October, a Chicago Montessori school teacher named Miramar Martinez
was shot five times by a Border Patrol agent and labeled a domestic terrorist after
attempting to warn others about CBP's presence.
But newly released body cam footage and communications prove who the real aggressor was and how
their aggression is being praised by the administration.
There's a lot more of a jank. First, your two cents.
Yeah, so this combines the worst of two worlds.
You know, on this show we covered for a very long time police abuse stories because they
came in nonstop. And what would they do? They'd fire immediately.
And they'd shoot 12 year old kids, et cetera. And we thought that maybe we're starting to get past
that. And here comes Homeland Security and ICE and all.
of that back with trigger fingers and but this time not just to kill citizens and shoot at our
citizens but also to take away our rights so let's give you the facts
there's a lot to get into so let's watch more of the new body camera footage but be advised
it may be disturbing for some viewers another vehicle is behind the agents also honking the horn
all right it's time to get aggressive to get the out because they're just turn a box this in it all
happens in seconds.
All right, you're fine, man.
All right, out of time.
Be advise, we've been struck, we've been struck.
Get out.
Martinez was shot five times and survived.
In this surveillance video, you can see the front of the agent's SUV come to a stop.
Four seconds later, Martinez's silver Nissan drives off, she says, fearing for her life.
After the incident, DHS and FBI director Cash Patel blamed the incident.
on Martinez, claiming she rammed agents with her car and that the shots were self-defense.
But again, the footage contradicts those claims.
And the lead up to the collision, you hear agents say they are going to collide with Martinez.
We're going to make contact and we're box in.
And just before the moment of impact, it's agent Charles Exam, who sharply turns his steering
wheel in the direction of Martinez, proof, according to her attorney, that,
they hit her vehicle, not the other way around.
And as for the claim of being boxed in, this surveillance video calls that comment into question,
with nothing in the path ahead of the border agent's vehicle.
Now, last week, we reported on the disturbing text messages Charles Exum had sent following the shooting.
Texting his other agent friends, things like, I fired five rounds and she had seven holes. Put that in your book, boys.
Exum wasn't the only one celebrating.
These are some of the text messages Exum received afterwards.
Good job, brother.
Glad you are unharmed and get to live to tell the story.
You are a legend among agents.
You better effing know that.
Beers on me when I see you at training.
That's awesome.
You did real good.
Heartface emoji.
Damn it, man.
Good shooting.
But it wasn't just fellow agents and friends can.
congratulating Exum. Border Patrol official Gregory Bovino also congratulated him and offered to extend his retirement age.
This email here you can see, good afternoon. I'd like to offer you an extended retirement beyond age 57. This will be your second extension.
And we'd like you to consider this if feasible. In light of your excellent service in Chicago, you have much yet left to do.
Joe would
Joe would you have staff work with Mr. Exam to accomplish
this most illustrative
endeavor, thank you.
Additionally, when another agent asked
if they were supportive,
Exum responded saying,
big time. Everyone has been,
including Chief Bovino, Chief Bank,
Secretary Nome, and El Hefe himself,
according to Bovino.
No,
El Hefe is Spanish for,
the boss, so he could be referring to Trump here, but it's unclear.
Martinez was indicted after the shooting for, quote, forcibly assaulting, opposing, impeding,
intimidating, and interfering with an officer of the United States, but the charges
against her were dropped. Of course, DHS never apologized or retracted their statements
regarding Martinez as a domestic terrorist, and that's why we got all this new information.
According to Reuters, the evidence was released by the U.S. Attorney's Office in Chicago on Tuesday after a district court judge argued the government had shown zero concern about Martinez's reputation, even after the case was dropped in November.
And now, Martinez is ready to sue not only the agent, but DHS as well.
But DHS is still trying to defend themselves, writing in response to CNN's Omar Jimenez, who report on this story, are we watching the same video?
video. This is CNN parroting a lawsuit complaint for the sake of getting an emotional exclusive
interview to rile up their 53 viewers. They should just drop the charade and hire the reporter as
co-counsel. Once again, CNN demonstrates a complete aversion to the truth. Border Patrol,
law enforcement officers were ambushed and ran. The officers can be heard identifying the threat. We are
boxed in, attempting to avoid conflict by driving away and then clearly identify when this violent
riot or hit them with their vehicle. We are hit. To which Jimenez responded with,
I appreciate the response, but the agent himself testified, he wouldn't consider this a ramming.
And this is also his vehicle in the highlighted circle of the time of the shooting. Do you assess this
as boxed in? So here we are again, Jenk. The government DHS is demanding that we don't believe
are lying eyes. It is, they've smeared another victim. They've attacked protesters. They
They've shot someone else.
Thankfully, she's even alive to fight for herself, to defend her reputation.
Because we've seen what they'll do if you're dead.
Yeah.
So everything in that story that the officer said, the government said was a lie.
You just saw it on the video, there's no question about it.
They're all boxed in, the road is completely open.
She, we're hit, we're hit, right?
No, you turn the wheel and hit her.
And then they murdered her right afterwards or they tried to.
So how do you defend this?
Look, one of our members on Twitch Road in SM said, to them this is an Afghanistan war zone.
And that's what they're trying to do.
They're trying to turn this in a war zone.
So Exam is a fake tough guy.
He's a loser.
He's a total weakling.
And if he's watching this, he's probably going to want to murder somebody because I said that, right?
Because that's what weak people do.
And it's never with their hands, it's always with a weapon, it's against a woman, she's totally defenseless.
That's what cowards do.
And other cowards then defend them, oh my God, he was afraid for his life.
If you watch that video and you think that weakling was so afraid for his life that he had to go and try to kill a woman to do that?
Oh my God, I mean, how weak are you?
How unbelievably weak are you?
But of course it has nothing to do with that.
He just wanted to kill her.
He just wanted to kill someone because that's what the kind of guy that he is.
And by the way, look at the culture.
And as soon as he does that, all the other guys, oh, thank God, you're a legend, hero,
amazing.
Because that's the culture that they've cultivated inside the government.
Lie about everything, kill anyone you want, and then we'll call you a hero.
And by the way, where did they train to get all these wonderful new tactics?
Not that they're that new for law enforcement, unfortunately, in this country.
Oh, right, they train with the Israelis.
Lie about everything.
Pretend what?
What does Israel always pretend?
And what did this guy pretend?
Self defense.
And what did they ram into you?
They shoot you five, seven times.
And then they go, oh, I'm the victim, self-defense.
So Jordan, I've seen this movie a hundred times, man.
I'm sick of this movie.
And what happened to don't tread on me?
So now they're gonna do this to American citizens, to others, and they're gonna turn our
cities into war zones.
For what?
For what?
What are we gaining out of this?
No, it's meant to divide us.
It's meant to get us to hate each other.
It's meant to take our rights away.
It's meant to do a police state.
So I'm against it.
I'll never be for it.
And ISIS was strong from Minnesota.
We'll have that story for you a little bit later in the show.
Just get them off our streets, man.
And so we, they struggle to deal with Minnesota.
We'll talk more about it later in the show.
And maybe it is, and maybe it isn't.
But the bottom line is, if there's undocumented criminals, turn them into ICE or whoever
you're going to turn them into once they've served their sentence.
I think that should be clear for everyone.
Once you get beyond the criminals and you're in our streets and you're putting these,
you know, guys with trigger fingers that can't wait to murder someone out in the criminal,
the streets in mass acting like thugs, well then we're, then we're in a police state and
it has nothing to do with immigration. If you accept this, you'll accept anything.
We got to go to break, but when we come back, more on the fallout from the Jeffrey Epstein
files. All right, again, members on t.ot.com first. Rebel Dragon says, of course he was unharmed.
he was honking, how was honking her horn going to harm him?
Yeah, I mean, look, I'm tired of it.
Everything's a lie from the government.
And so, like, there's a longer story.
But today I just had no, 9-11 official stories garbage.
I don't believe it anymore.
And people are asking why.
The number one reason is because I don't believe anything the government says anymore.
I think our government is compromised.
I think our government are giant liars.
I don't believe anything they say.
Pseudo Dragon says,
Jank, it's not that I think you shouldn't talk to these people
referring to Benny Johnson and others,
or take yes for an answer.
I'm just worried that you're starting to trust these people
far too much.
So look, that's a legitimate concern.
I hear what you're saying,
but you've got to see, like, show a single instance of it.
So what I mean by that is,
like if I say to you,
look, Tucker agrees with us on Israel,
and war, blah, blah, blah.
He says we should take the rights away from the LGBTQ.
And you know what?
I trust them.
They say, whoa, whoa, whoa, what are you doing?
You're crazy?
Right?
So that's when you go, no, no, no, no, Jake, you're trying.
But guys, so far literally in every single instance, they have come to us.
We have not moved an inch in policy.
And that's because a lot of the independent voters already agreed with us.
They just didn't know, we just had to get past that propaganda wall.
But nothing wrong with being concerned.
or be on the lookout, et cetera.
If you see us changing our policies or going,
oh, don't worry about it, just trust J.D. Vance and vote for,
and go, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, right?
So, but none of that has happened.
So, but always be vigilant.
Nothing wrong with that.
Cray-Cre-souffle says,
wine, I'm still waiting for that beer jink.
And that's part of the reason why I didn't mind doing that 50-second video with Benny.
Because I said I'd have a beer with people,
and I had a beer with them.
Or in that case, it actually wasn't even wine,
some sort of mixtureing.
I know you guys cared about the accuracy of the drink.
And if you're in the camp of like, aha, we got jank and he was lefty and he was having
drinks with Benny Johnson, there were other, a lot of other lefties in that room.
I don't want to break your heart, okay?
Because guys, when you're going to a business summit, what are you going to do,
punch each other in their face?
Just, all right, anyways, eclectic miscellaneous says, I think TYRT should get in on the
the betting mania, we should be able to place bets on how many times Jenk will say super last thing,
or how many minutes past the hour will hour two actually begin, or how badly Jordan will beat
Brett the next time they go golfing.
By the way, I totally agree.
That's part of the reason why I want to do that polymarket deal, because that would be fun
to do those kind of bets, but we never got there, okay?
And obviously it's got its downsides as we talked about earlier in the show.
Hunter writes in political positivity is needing needed on all fronts the trolls
will hide when the rest of us strive to make the world a better place I love that
attitude brother it's just Vegas says it he doesn't even know gun safety
you don't just sit there with your finger on the trigger for F's sake that is also
true all right we'll be right back on TYT Jenkins Jordan with you guys I want to
thank Amber Schoomfner and Cecee bruh or brouha who just
just sent in donations through super chat.
I'll try to read some of your super chats a little bit later in the show.
But I did want to read one comment from a YouTube member.
Kevin Shea wrote in, can we put Israel on the next ballot?
Let the voters decide if they still want their tax dollars going to a foreign government.
Well, look guys, I might ask you guys to finance a poll soon because we ask CNN Main Street Media to do it.
Does America owe Israel any more money?
And of course they're like, we would never ask that.
That's an anti-Semitic question.
Of course you owe Israel all your money, right?
So maybe we'll do a poll on that, but also Operation Consequences.com, because we're
asking to sign pledges saying, hey, if your legislator has voted to give Israel any more
money going forward, make sure that you never vote for them.
Go into your own primaries, whether you're a Democrat or Republican, and if they're taking
Israeli lobby money, vote them out there saying, I'm not serving you, I'm serving Israel.
If they give your hard earned money to Israel to commit more war crimes, obviously you should never vote for them again.
So it's just a pledge to say I'm going to do that, Operation Consequences.com.
All right, Jordan, what's next?
Take a look at this.
Why would your name be redacted if you're not a victim?
Like this is what's crazy about all this.
Like, how come you redact some people and you don't redact other people?
Like, what is this? This is not good.
No, no, this is good for this administration.
It looks terrible.
It looks terrible.
It looks terrible for Trump when he was saying that none of this was real.
This is all a hoax.
This is not a hoax.
Like did you not know?
Maybe he didn't know if you want to be charitable.
But this is definitely not a hoax.
So there's two different problems that Donald Trump has when Joe Rogan started talking about this issue.
Number one is the political damage that is done.
And you're going to see a lot more of that in the case.
clips that we're about to show you. And number two is, my God, the details of these Epstein
files are unbelievable. So there is a torture video that is referenced that Rogan was talking
about. There's missing babies. So Jordan, why don't you tell us more about what Rogan said
recently? So that clip is from yesterday's episode of the Joe Rogan experience. And here's more
of Rogan questioning why the names of powerful figures were redacted while some victims had their
names exposed. It just keeps getting crazier and crazier and crazier and crazier and deeper and deeper.
And so Rokana and Massey just released the names of these guys that had been redacted from the list.
And one of them is Lex Wech. What is his last name?
Les.
Les Wexner.
But these files, just what's come out.
far. And the fact that they redacted men, these like powerful billionaire guys, their names were
redacted. Like there's one of them where there's, where he's talking about pandemic planning.
What?
Where Jeffrey Epstein is talking about pandemic planning to someone named Bill, whose name is redacted.
So, why are you redacting the guy's name that you're talking about planning for a pandemic,
like what to do in response to a pandemic.
Why is his name retracted?
So redacted, rather.
Fair question.
Jank, what do you make of this?
Yeah, so a lot of the victim's names were not redacted,
but the perpetrator's names were redacted.
Hmm.
I wonder who the government works for.
So guys, this is not an open question anymore.
So like don't let mainstream media gaslight you.
So first of all, we know who Epstein was working for.
He did cyber weapons deals for Israel.
He set up a security agreement between Israel and Mongolia, between Israel and other countries.
Every deal was in favor of Israel.
And so why did they not release Les Wexner's name until Rokane and Massey found it?
Well, it turns out the FBI thought he was a co-conspirator.
But remember, this is the other, this guy who owned Victoria's Secret, handed over all of his money to Jeffrey Epstein,
For a while, I thought he was being blackmail since he ended over his money, but no,
he apparently was a willing participant in this scheme.
And also an enormous supporter of, you'll never guess.
Mongolia?
No, it turns out Israel, okay?
And so they, our government has been hiding what Jeffrey Epstein's been doing and Elaine
Maxwell for over 20 years.
CIA knew about, in fact, they made a deal with Epstein in the 1980s in the middle of
the Iran-Contra affair.
So Epstein was one of the most powerful men on earth and every deal he did was on behalf
of Israel.
So why do you think our government is redacting all of the criminals' names and trying to smear
their victims?
Because our government has been helping their government do this spying operation, blackmail
operation inside this country for decades.
I think Jordan, I mean, we're gonna talk about torture videos here in a second and some of the guys
behind it. And by the way, one of the guys is from the United Arab Emirates. And so I wanted to
come back after you give the details and go, like I thought like maybe it's the United Arab Emirates,
right? Because what do I know? I don't know who these crazy secret guys are, right? But I'll tell you
why it's not likely to be them as the main culprit, although this guy they were about to tell you about
was terrible. Yeah, I think just to touch on what Rogan said, I really can't appreciate or
thank Roe Kana and Thomas Massey enough for their leadership on this. A rare bipartisan agreement
that is leading to a monumental moment in our country's history, one for transparency at a time
totally defined by secrecy. So appreciate them and their continued fight for transparency.
I was talking to my wife last night because it just, you watch that Bondi hearing and you see just how
defiant she was. And then you see Massey in there pulling the covers off the names, pulling the,
you know, the paper redactions to show how absurd it was that they tried to hide these people
while leaving the victim's names totally unredacted. That was a deliberate attempt to try to
intimidate these victims. It's disgusting. And I was joking to my wife, like, I'm worried
about Thomas Massey's life.
Like at this point, he is just so defiant.
And the right wing media, I don't know if you saw on Twitter today,
some of the most prominent right wing media figures are zeroing in on this guy.
I don't know, he tweeted out jokingly, maybe half jokingly, I'm not suicidal.
I'm in good health.
I'm a good swimmer.
Like all of this stuff.
Yeah.
There's a part of that worries about his well-being.
So, Jordan, I know.
I know a lot more about that stuff and I've experienced some of that stuff.
So I don't want to get too deep into it.
But first, let me just double down on what you're saying.
Rokana and Tom Massey in this regard are absolute American heroes.
We would not have seen these files if it wasn't for the heroic work of Rokana and Tom Massey.
So Massey is now having millions of millions of dollars being spent against them in a primary.
And you're not going to believe whose supporters are spending those millions of dollars.
The Mongolians.
Oh, no, it's the Israelis.
John Paul, I think it's John Polson, Paul Singer, Mary Madelson.
I think they've already given over $4 million and just pouring money in, defeat the Israel's enemies,
to make sure no one in the American government can ever defy Israel.
So there's an Israeli mafia inside this country.
And that's why, yeah, I've said it too.
I'm not suicidal.
In fact, all fair, I'm the happiest guy you'll ever mean.
Because we're worried.
Weird things keep happening to critics of Israel.
Anyway, let's tell you about, let's diversify a little bit,
tell you about the weird or torture from the United Arab Emirates.
Insane statement, but take a look at this.
the fear of these like literally demonic human beings that are running the world and don't give about human lives and enjoy watching people being tortured enjoy watching people killed participating in ritual sacrifice of people and everybody wants to think thank god that's not happening now but then when you realize like that might have been happening now there was one where this one guy is saying to him thank you for the tortur
torture video. It's literally a part of an email. The actual quote, thank you for the torture
like enjoyed the torture video. Joe Rogan is referring to a 2019 email that Jeffrey Epstein
sent to Sultan Ahmed Ben Saliam. Ben Salim was the CEO of a massive Dubai port operator called
DB World. But today he resigned because it was ties to Epstein. Here's what you need to know.
Epstein's relationship with Saliam went back at least as far as 2006, and they were still friends when Epstein died.
Epstein claimed that his relationship with Salim was so close, quote, he was basically in charge of the port.
Epstein's dealings with Salim helped build a partnership between Israel and the UAE.
And in 2009, he brokered a meeting between Salim and then CEO of J.P. Morgan, Jess Stanley.
Saliam and Epstein weren't just business partners.
They were good friends who went on vacations together,
and we don't know for sure what transpired on those vacations.
All we can do is show you what Ben Salim and Epstein messaged each other.
Epstein wrote to Salim after one enjoyable excursion together in March 2007.
Hope you had fun.
I'm glad to have you as my friend.
You are the only person I have met who is as crazy as me.
And there's more in November 2007.
A few months after his indictment in Florida on sex abuse charges, Epstein mentioned to Saliam hearing a funny story from a woman they both knew.
Saliam replied, yes, after several attempts for several months, we managed to meet in New York.
There was a misunderstanding.
She wanted some business while I only wanted some blank.
But Saliam isn't the only high-profile official who just resigned over their ties to Epstein.
Goldman Sachs General Counsel, Catherine Rumler, just announced that she will step down this June.
She previously served as former President Barack Obama's White House Council.
Like Ben Saliam, Rumler was friends with Epstein up until the very end.
Over the course of their relationship, Epstein gave her all sorts of gifts, including flowers, wine, or maize bag, $10,000 in Bergdorf Goodman cards,
spa time and Apple Watch and a wire payment of 53,750 to a private jet charter company in Rumler's name.
The two had dozens of meetings over the years.
They chatted and joked via email.
Rumler was scheduled to visit Epstein's Island in 2017.
In 2015, Epstein wrote to Rumler on another note,
I would love to see your version of Washington one day.
If possible, CIA or NSA or boy stuff.
In early 2019, Ruhmler gave Epstein tips for how to refute the claim that his 2008 plea deal was a sweetheart deal.
Epstein called Ruhmler the night he was arrested.
For a brief period of time, Ruhmler was listed as a backup executor of Epstein's will.
We'll end with this 2016 email exchange from Epstein and Rumler.
We all set for a day of joy.
And Ruhmler says, best massage ever, but not your kind of massage.
Every time I read these, Jank, I feel like I'm going insane.
They were just so open about it.
And they all knew what was happening.
Many of them seem directly involved in it.
And these are people at the top of the global economy.
And right next to like a heartbeat away from some of the most powerful people in the world.
What are we doing? Why are Republicans and why is this administration trying to hide this?
Yeah, well, again, to be fair, though, all administrations have hid this.
So when I look at it, I feel the same way as you do, but I feel it in particular about the government and the media.
So why do I say that?
Like, all this stuff is super obvious as to now that we have the files and we have the drop site news reporting on emails from Mahout Barak and Larry Ellis.
and all those guys.
And our media goes, I can't tell what's going on.
Nope, no idea.
That's absurd.
I mean, he literally brokered deals to get cyber weapons for Israel.
It's not in question what happened at all.
And so they're like, nope, I don't see it.
Nope, we're not gonna report any of the links at all.
And Catherine Remler, she was in the Obama administration.
Epstein's trying to get something out of the CIA and NSA from her, so apparently it's not CIA.
But the CIA does know about Epstein for decades.
And to me, the most guilty by far is our own government.
They know about this entire thing for decades.
And they're like, yeah, we're good with it.
Oh, yeah, try to infiltrate us, manipulate us, do whatever you want to America, do it for Israel.
That's okay.
We're good with it.
And in fact, we'll cover it up for you.
And the thing that I can't get past Jordan is they knew that the next year they were going to rape even more girls.
And our government said, that's okay, protect them.
Don't out them, don't protect the girls, protect the predators.
So, I mean, I can't abide by it.
I can't stand by it.
So the Salaam guy, why is he so important?
Everything connects back to Epstein and his cohort who are trying to help that same country
we've been talking about.
So how does the UAE given up?
So guys, when I see like, Russia's mentioned in some places, Mongols,
UAE, some African countries, I chase it down because I didn't come in with any assumptions.
And so Mongolia is only mentioned in relationship to Israel.
UAE, if there was like three, eight different things that connect him to UAE, I think maybe
he was working for UAE, right?
Because he's definitely with an ally, that's why our government is protecting him,
and UAE is our ally, theoretically.
But there is no other connection.
So why this particular guy?
Because he was in charge of the ports.
And you go to the drop site news articles and you find out that they were, the Dubai port
was the one that where you didn't have to go through customs.
And that's because this guy was running it.
So one of the few places on earth that you didn't have to register anything in customs.
So you could run your blood diamonds in Africa through it.
You could run almost your weapons through it.
You could do all of your illicit activities through that port in Dubai that this guy who sent
Epstein, the torture video, was running.
So again, was our CIA involved?
Did they run some weapons through that port?
Probably, probably, and maybe that's why they let them rape the American girls.
But what they definitely did, so don't gaslight me that they didn't.
It's literally impossible for them to not have known about Epstein because the government
already had the files.
We just found out about the files.
The government had these files all along.
And they said, yes, let's protect the rapists because of presumably, based on every connection
here, beloved Israel, okay?
And so one last thing about Romler.
So she's working with Obama and she's trying to help F.C. with every single thing.
Jordan, I just like you can't get past all these evil things they did.
And let me just give one quick note too about this.
I mentioned the missing babies earlier and Rogan talked about it just so you know.
The stories about the eating of the babies or anything like that, cannibalism, that's unsubstantiated
one rando guy writing in a tip in 2019, okay?
So don't go off the deep edge and believe that.
But were there missing babies?
That's absolutely shocking, but yes, according to some people we know are survivors.
The 16 year old's baby was taken away and we don't know what happened to it.
And they talk about the sulfuric acid.
And it's true on the day that the FBI noticed Epstein, notified Epstein that he was under investigation.
Epstein bought 330 gallons of sulfuric acid.
Soferic acid can melt bones.
It's one of the very few things that can melt bones and teeth.
And so some enormously dark stuff was happening.
And what I was going to say, Jordan, is the government sees all this.
And they're like, yeah, that's okay, let Obama's people talk to Epstein and give him information.
let him do all the things that he's doing.
So how could I ever, ever trust the American government again?
And how could anybody claim that it's not compromise?
I'm just like, I'm at a loss.
The more we learn from it, and there's still so much more that's coming out.
I just like, you remember when we first started talking about this,
you would raise the Israel connection.
And I would always, I would kind of decline to get in
because I wasn't sure.
I don't know how after everything we've now seen.
all these emails, all these documents,
it seems undeniable at this point.
I mean, even going back to revisit local news coverage from South Florida
before his indictment, or sorry, before his sentence in 2008,
there's a local news story.
Anyone could look this up.
This is out there.
He went to Israel.
He was convicted of felony sex abuse charges and they let him go to Israel.
sorry, you're already convicted, you're waiting for your sentencing, and you're allowed to leave the country and you go to Israel?
In what world is that permissible?
Who else would get that kind of treatment?
Like that alone, not even to mention any of these emails, that fact, that reported fact alone should ring alarm bells for everybody.
And then you add the emails.
What is happening here?
I genuinely feel like the more I read about this and the more that comes out, thanks again to the leadership from Massey and Kana, I feel like I'm going insane.
Like this is stuff that I would in any other circumstance see presented in front of me, but that's a conspiracy theory.
I don't want anything to do with it.
This is fact.
To quote Alex Jones, we've got the documents.
Like going insane, Jank.
Ironically, Alex Jones can't figure out who did it, which I find to be.
Very, very curious, right?
Okay, but the reason why we are so frustrated by Jordan is because it's classic gaslighting.
That's how gas lighting works, right?
And so last things here, Epstein also donated to the IDF.
Gee, I wonder which country.
Robert Maxwell is Galane Maxwell's dad.
Robert Maxwell stole our nuclear secrets.
But that's why I'm not telling you that because of that fact.
I'm telling you because we didn't even arrest Robert Maxwell.
We didn't even try to arrest Robert Maxwell.
When asked the American government said it would have caused an international incident
and embarrassed the Israelis.
Yeah, if you steal our nuclear secrets, the very least thing we could do is embarrass you.
And then his daughter happened to be involved in the Epstein plot.
I'm sure it's a wild coincidence.
Mainstream media tells me that it is a wild, wild coincidence.
In fact, they don't tell me anything because they refuse to ever talk about Israel,
which makes me realize that they're totally compromised as well.
And lastly, if you don't know, there were dozens and dozens of Israeli spies arrested after 9-11.
And what did we do?
We let them go back to Israel.
Who arrests spies of their own country from a foreign government and then lets them go?
Unless that government is in charge of your government.
So yes, all these terrible things did happen.
And the people who plotted it are not complicated.
They're right in front of you.
It's a different government.
Okay, we got to run.
Thank you, Jordan. Appreciate it when we come back. Now, if you speak against Israel, your religious rights will be taken away from you. Of course. Gee, I wonder who runs the government. We'll be right back.
At TYT, our mission is to boldly pursue truth, challenge the establishment, and drive positive change. At a time when corporate capture of our media, our government, and our politics is nearly absolute.
Everyday working people need a champion to fight for them and a push back against the powerful
interests that threaten our democracy itself.
At TYT, we're proudly progressive and call out corruption and duplicity wherever we see it,
from Republicans, Democrats, or anyone else.
And unlike mainstream news media outlets, we're not beholden to corporate advertisers,
to defense contractors, to Wall Street, or to Big Pharma.
We only have to answer to our audience, and for nearly two decades, we've accomplished that
by delivering honest, timely, and insightful perspectives on the day's news without fear or favor
or concern for whose toes we might step on or which powerful elites we might offend.
And while we're super serious about the news, we also manage to do it in a way that is fun
and lighthearted.
We can do this together and serve our audience.
And yes, have fun doing it.
We talk about TYT army being so strong.
Usually they help us run our show.
Now they're going to help us run the country.
Oh.
Like this.
It's time that we reclaim democracy for the people.
We had a huge victory for Wolfpack.
When Lincoln said this was a country by, of and four, he said of the people, not of corporations.
Our representatives don't represent us.
Whoa!
Democracy!
United!
Who's strong?
There's thousands of volunteers, and you can be among them.
When you get the power back,
Oh, that feels good.
This is just the beginning.
Knock knock.
We're coming for them.
Dashpack.com.
Mayweather will knock out Pachiao.
Floyd beats his wife.
Okay, I get it.
You're progressive.
You're looking for other progressive voices.
Why could you want real progress to happen?
You're tired of the why, why, why regular stuff.
You should be checking out the young turks.
Why?
Because who else is going to have killing Mike talking about politics and social issues
in this new TV show, Trigger Warning.
TV, shall trigger warning.
The story of his life.
It's called Originally Young Turk.
It's a book on shoptyt.com.
Part of the story is how I became progressive.
Now, he doesn't write about that per se,
but in his life story, you see, oh my God,
when a community helps one another,
when the government also chips in and gives you a free education,
anything is possible.
He went from an incredibly poor olive farmer
to living the American dream.
We're not going to have.
Pepsi with baby flavoring in it.
I mean, what the hell have we become?
Excuse me.
Chris.
Back on TYYat Jank Hugar, Yasmin Olaecon with you guys.
Yasman's also on Rebel HQ.
Check that out on YouTube or wherever you watch the TYT network.
And she's also the host of the Modern Context podcast.
How you doing, Yas?
I'm good.
I'm very good.
Happy Friday.
Happy Friday the 13th.
Indeed.
It has been quite Friday to 30th.
Okay, let's do the next story.
All right, let's roll the tape.
As you know, I'm a Catholic.
I'm a Catholic, and Catholics do not embrace Zionism, just so you know.
So are all Catholics anti-Semites, according to you?
As I said, anti-Zionism, by denying the right of the Jews to have their own state,
while not saying the same for any other peoples, that is a double standard hypocrisy and anti-Semitism.
So just to be clear, are Catholics anti-Semitism?
Carrie, excuse me, I'm going to interrupt.
So that woman, Carrie Prejean Boler, has been fired from Trump's Religious Liberty Commission,
maybe. We're not really sure because, you know, there's some debate as to whether or not she actually could be fired by the person who tried to fire her.
And that's because she claims, you know, it was my personal Texas lieutenant governor, Dan Patrick, who was trying to remove her from the commission.
Jank, what's your two cents here on what we just saw?
So I want you guys to remember that this is a religious liberty commission.
And they're like, shut up about your stupid religion and what Catholics think.
We're busy here trying to protect Israel.
And you're going to see here, that's exactly what happened.
And then I don't know if Dan Patrick is allowed to fire her, but he tried.
And then she said no.
So what's going to happen next?
I don't know, but let's get all the facts and then figure out, has she been fired or hasn't she?
And is anyone ever allowed to say anything against Israel or will you lose all of your rights?
Your speech rights, your religious rights, and this is from the Religious Liberty Commission.
Yeah, we're going to see exactly what that even means, the religious liberty, which religion.
So the news came in the form of a post on X from Texas Lieutenant Governor, Dan Patrick, who also happens to be the chair of this religious Liberty Commission.
So here's what he wrote on X. He said, Carrie Prejean Boler has been removed from President.
President Trump's religious liberty commission.
No member of the commission has the right to hijack a hearing for their own personal and
political agenda on any issue.
This is clearly without question what happened Monday in our hearing on anti-Semitism in America.
This was my decision.
So he says it was his decision.
Patrick and Israel's defenders are now furious with Prejean because she asserted that anti-Zionism
is not anti-Semitism and she challenged her fellow commission members on it.
Take a look.
What I'll say is that Natant Tiranski says there's three things that you shouldn't do with Israel.
You shouldn't delegitimize it.
You shouldn't demonize it and you shouldn't apply a double standard.
You can abide by those three things.
You're not anti-Semitic.
So by not being a Zionist, does that make you an anti-Semite?
I don't think you need to be a Zionist to support a country that defends itself and is free and religious in a hostile neighborhood.
So is anti-Zionism?
Hold on a second, carry.
Yes.
It is.
It is?
Yes.
Undoubtedly, anti-Zionism is
anti-Semitism.
And undoubtedly,
and one does not have to
support the specific policies
of the government of Israel, but
to not support the right of Israel to
exist, which is what anti-Zionists do,
while not taking that
same stand to the 28
Muslim countries and 13 Christian
countries in this world, is a
double standard, is hypocrisy, and
is absolutely anti-Semitism.
All right, so she also asked some tough questions that made people like Shabbas Kestenbaum look bad.
Since we've mentioned Israel a total of 17 times, are you willing to condemn what Israel has done in Gaza?
No, because a unilaterally reject that it's not a genocide.
The only genocide ever carried out was on October 7th when Hamas tried killing every man, woman, and child they could possibly find.
Hang on, let me refine.
70,000 innocent civilians killed?
Let me respond.
So first of all, you won't condemn that.
You won't condemn that.
And Carrie, just on the record.
No, he's already, excuse me, as chair of the committee.
I think it's important.
We have this discussion.
I agree.
I'm happy to answer.
And Carrie, it is important.
I think we'd be great friends.
Carrie, we have had the discussion.
Good questions, good answers.
This is a commissional of religious liberty.
If there's another commissional, this issue is.
I don't know why we're talking about a foreign country.
So the corporate media, since, including Israel,
widely has now painted her as an anti-Semite.
you can see in this headline from the Times of Israel.
It says former Miss California Elsted from White House Commission following anti-Semitism
row.
Boler initially refused to step down from religious liberty advisory body after derailing
a panel on Jewish hatred with repeated claims that anti-Zionism isn't anti-Semitic.
So as to whether or not she's been fired, she claims that Dan Patrick doesn't actually have the right to boot her from the commission.
And she wrote this lengthy post directed at Dan Patrick explaining why he can't actually do that.
So she wrote this whole thing.
It says I'm writing in response to the claims that Mr. Patrick removed me from the Religious Liberty Commission as a name states.
It's Trump's Religious Liberty Commission, not Dan Patrick's.
You did not appoint me to the commission and you lacked the authority to remove me from it.
This is a gross overstepping of your role and leads me to believe you're acting in alignment with a
Zionist political framework that hijack the hearing rather than in defense of religious liberty.
We serve as equals on this commission.
Just as I can't remove you, you can't remove me.
She goes on to say there's even more.
She says, I recommend you reread the executive order, blah, blah, blah.
I know POTUS cares about religious freedom, which is why you appointed me.
And then she ended her post by declaring this.
She says, I refuse to bend the knee to Israel.
I'm no slave to a foreign nation, but to Christ.
our king, that's who we've got on a commission for our country.
And media organizations like CNN have received confirmation from the White House that she
has actually been fired, but her name is still on the White House website about the commission.
So the end of the story is that no one knows what is the status of this.
But we did see her as some really critical questions of this commission.
And it's like what she was saying at the end there, Jenk.
You know, why are we talking about Israel in this United States Commission?
Yeah, so she says Christ is King. So that's not for me. That's for her. She's a Catholic.
And I thought the commission was about religious liberty. And it turns out no. Like I do are all Catholics anti-Zionists?
Probably not. Do some Catholics view that as a tenet of their faith? Maybe, but I'm not Catholic, so I'm not here to judge that.
But this sister is saying that is my faith and they go shut up about your faith.
You're not allowed to have it.
You just have to bow down to Israel.
So okay, so it's not a religious liberty commission.
Catholics are not allowed to have their faith.
No one's allowed to have their faith.
No one's allowed to have anything.
You're all going to be declared anti-Semites.
And so when I saw those people speaking against them, they total fascists.
So they said, okay, there's three standards for when we're gonna declare you an anti-Semites.
mind when it comes to Israel.
If you delegitimize the state of Israel, so why can't I, is it a legitimate, acting
legitimately?
No, it's committing war crimes.
I'm not demonize the state of Israel.
Who gets to decide if it's critique or demonize?
I tell you what, these fascists that you're looking at right there will tell you that any criticism
of Israel is demonizing Israel.
Literally, very, very literally.
I've never once seen them say, oh, that's a legitimate critique of Israel.
You're right.
Never, everything's anti-Semite, anti-Semite.
You should crush them, shut them up.
Don't let the Christians talk, don't let the Muslims talk,
don't let anybody talking.
And by the way, don't let the Jews talk.
Because there's tons of Jewish Americans who are against the genocide.
They're like self-hating Jews, punish them too.
This isn't about religion.
It's about governments and how the Israeli government is demanding to control everyone here.
And if you dare on a religious liberty commission,
insist on your religious liberty, you will be eliminated.
And so she was eliminated from the commission.
And now they will happily go on, we're gonna eliminate everyone who's
supposed to Israel.
This is about religious liberty.
None of you get any liberty, only us.
What it, double standards for Israel?
What is this?
Guys, think about it this way.
Because the pro-Israel crowd has done a lot of nonsense illusions in this country.
Like, oh, we're a special ally.
Canada's a special ally.
Why didn't we give them $300 billion?
No, it's nonsense, it's total mythology's propaganda 101.
So if you, let's say take, as I always do, take out Israel, put it in a different country.
And I like to pick a random one each time, let's go with Kenya.
Now, or Nigeria, you know what, there's been a bunch of problems in Nigeria recently.
Now if you criticize Nigeria, you go, wait a minute, you've got a lot of killings going on with some of religious extremism in Nigeria.
All that is true, you're demonizing Nigeria, you're canceled forever.
Well, wait, this also happening in Sudan, but you didn't criticize Sudan while you were criticizing Nigeria.
Double standard, that's it, you're eliminated forever.
You no longer have any religious liberty and you're not allowed to talk and you're an anti-Nigerious.
Okay, and we can go on and on.
These are all invented to oppress Americans so they are not allowed to criticize Israel that is controlling our government and apparently our media, which I'm to this day shocked by.
I mean, I would have told you 10 days ago that that wasn't true.
But now we see the Epstein files and the drop site news stories and everything is about protect
Israel.
Everything is about Epstein's trying to help Israel, but getting them cyber weapons, doing
every kind of deal for Israel.
And our entire media is like, I don't see Israel, I don't see it.
You better not talk against Israel.
That's you're demonizing, you're double standard, you're this, you're that, right?
So, okay.
I mean, this is this commission is to say, shut up Americans.
you're not going to have any liberty at all.
And if you dare to stand against mighty Israel, we will destroy you.
So that's what they're saying.
And now if you go along with stuff like this and in Florida, they've got that nonsense
law that we talked about yesterday where they say, okay, you know, now we're going to start
calling you domestic terrorists.
And why do you think I started calling people domestic terrorists?
Because they want to get you, this is the Israelification of America.
Anyone who criticizes beloved Israel is a terrorist.
You take away all their rights, you imprison them, you do whatever.
Certainly don't have your speech rights, you don't have your religious rights, there goes
the First Amendment, there goes the American Constitution, everyone bowed to Israel.
So Carrie Prasjan Boler, I am super proud of you for not bowing.
America wasn't built to bow or to bend in need to another country, and what they're doing
now is super obvious.
If you let these Israel mafia thugs oppress all of us, they'll do it till the end of time,
and we'll all be Palestinians.
Yeah, and you know, if this really is about governance, I mean, it's even more egregious
that Israel is such a focus for this religious liberty commission here in the United States.
And I know that at this point, that's an obvious point, because we've been living in this reality
for years now, decades really, but, and you know, it has been just the last few years.
that the American people have become acutely aware of, you know, as a matter of fact,
of how much Israel is involved in our government at the federal level and even trickling down
to the state and local levels, right? Dan Patrick is my state lieutenant governor. And, you know,
he felt probably that he had the authority to remove Prishan Boler from the commission because,
you know, he does whatever Trump wants him to do and Trump backs him up. That's how it works here in Texas,
Also, as far as Israel and the people who are defending Israel, especially on commissions like this one,
they know that they're losing the PR war.
They know that this is the first time really in American history that the American people have a disapproval rating,
or more Americans disapprove of Israel and its influence here in the United States and ever before, right?
This is the first time that we've seen more Americans support the Palestinians and the people of Gaza than the people of Israel.
And once people are aware or have been made aware of what is really going on over there and how influential Israel is and how it affects so many different facets of life here in the United States, they can't unsee that.
They can't unlearn that information.
And now it's just a matter of like, okay, well, how deep does this go and how much is it affecting me and which of my politicians are bought out by Israel?
And why?
You know, why are we still giving them so much of our money, of our money?
So these are things that are not going to go back into the closet.
You can't put the toothpaste back into the tube.
And that is why we're seeing such radical reactions to someone who's sitting on this commission just asking questions.
Yeah, last couple quick things here.
Number one, he said, it's not a genocide, right?
So okay, now if you call it a genocide, you're gonna be called an anti-Semite, you're gonna be fired like she was.
There's gonna be consequences in America for daring to say things that should.
But wait a minute, almost all the genocide scholars in the world say that it's the genocide.
That's it, all the genocide scholars are anti-Semitic.
They should be fired, canceled, and there should be a heavy punishment against them.
Number two, he said, oh, October 7th, you know, that's the only genocide that happened.
Hamas tried to kill every civilian in Israel.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So they had a, it's true, it's terrible.
They had a 67% kill ratio.
Israel has an 83% kill ratio in Gaza, much bigger terrorist, per kid.
capital murders more civilians on purpose.
There's no question about it.
It's in the stats, and that's from the Israeli press,
straight from the idea.
They've done 70 October 7th.
Oh no, but since you stated that fact, jank,
you're now demonizing Israel anti-Semi,
that's a castle forever, and number three.
The guy said several times, she did a great job of questioning them.
They said, yeah, anti-Zionism, meaning if you criticize
the state of Israel, is anti-Semitism.
And your life will be ruined now.
now by this religious liberty commission, okay?
Has nothing to do with liberty, it's the exact opposite.
It's to take away all of your liberties if you dare defy our overlords.
And that is exactly what's happening now in this country.
All right, we gotta take a break.
When we come back, so finally, ICE is living Minnesota so we can celebrate that.
We'll talk about why, and I hope we get to the story of what a lunatic Christi
gnome is.
All right, we'll be back.
Let's go to super chat.
Cali Millie says, Kamala was asked who's the US adversary in the next four years.
She said, Iran, everyone laughed.
Very clear US military is not part of our democracy.
The only people talking about how Iran is our mortal enemy and we have to attack them are
people who are bought by Israel.
Period.
Period.
There's not one person in the country who wants to go to war with Iran that isn't Israel first.
So okay, Kamlo was a totally useless Israeli puppet.
So like, oh my God, she lost such a tragedy, is it?
So Trump winning is a tragedy.
That's a tragedy.
That's the one we tried to prevent with a much, much better candidate.
But all the Democratic leadership said, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
We don't want a better candidate.
All we want is a candidate that will bow to Israel.
Well, congratulations, you got it.
In either direction, you must be thrilled.
Nick Mon 55 said, Jenk asked earlier, who would disarm their own country so Israel can do whatever it wants.
The answer is US politicians.
They sell us out every day.
Of course, they won't hesitate to do that.
for precious Israel. Yeah, you're absolutely right. Are politicians or, look, I don't want to use
the word traitor because just by itself without telling you that I don't want it to mean anything
physical, I don't want to get into talk of like, oh, what's the penalty for trees and the trade?
I don't, none of that stuff. But are they traitors against America politically, ideologically?
Of course they are. They steal your money and they send it to Israel to commit war crimes and genocide,
Because they got bribe, legally bribed by the Israeli lobby.
That's the most obvious thing in the world.
They've spent billions, maybe even trillions of dollars in propaganda.
No, not trillions.
Because they got to get back to billions.
It wouldn't be a good investment.
So they've spent billions trying to persuade Americans that, no, you should give all your money to Israel.
And of course, you should love a genocide.
Of course, a poor little Israel is the victim and the baby.
They're the baby.
They're the wild, out of control,
fascist government attacking all of its neighbors.
CDN, Norse Dog Dad said,
hashtag, orange blob wants to hashtag war
because he will use that as a hashtag excuse
for hashtag stopping the 2028 election.
But without a war on American soil,
then he can't use that clause.
Well, I'm worried about it.
People are starting to now worry about a false flag operation
that Israel might do inside America.
And go, that's it, emergency.
All Americans are terrorists, anti-Semites,
take away all their freedom.
because they've lost the popularity.
It's gone, it's gone.
No one likes them anymore.
And so they're getting more and more oppressive,
taking all the people that they bribed
and those corrupt, indecent, immoral politicians
and getting them to oppress us on their behalf.
Timi D's writes in, what's next after Iran?
Cuba, the sanctions being placed on the Cuban people
are absolutely suffocating.
It's even worse than Venezuela, all for Rubio.
The donors gotta get what they want, okay?
And so yeah, now he'll start that war from the anti-war president.
Pro Patrick 2026 YouTube member says,
Jake, why is Massey fighting hard on Epstein?
He's a politician.
So tell us his motivations from the political standpoint.
So Massey is a rare guy who actually does care about America.
It doesn't mean he agrees with us.
He votes with Republicans 91% of the time.
I don't agree with that.
I don't agree with the vote he had yesterday, okay?
But is he an actual American patriot?
I believe he is.
And that's why there's only two of him, him and Conneth.
That's it.
All right, back on TYRT, Jank and Yaz's with you guys.
Real quick guys, if you can, ring the bell, okay?
Because that helps to show a lot and it helps to keep up with the show.
So it takes about two seconds, very helpful.
We appreciate it.
All right, yes, what's next?
Yep, backlash in Minnesota.
Let's roll it.
Like I said, and that Operation Metro Surge is ending.
And in the next week, we're going to deploy the officers here in detail, back to the home stations
or other areas that country are needed.
Well, in response to public backlash and protests, Trump borders are Tom Homan has announced
that ICE will be pulling back operations in Minnesota.
He said Thursday that Operation Metro Surge is ending.
Hundreds of agents are being prepared to leave.
However, Homan says that the reduction in force isn't being done in response to the outcry.
He says it's because city and state jails have agreed to increase their cooperation with
So they don't need to be there as much.
Jank, what do you think it really is?
Yeah, no, they lost.
So nice job citizens of Minnesota.
You guys are amazing.
So one of the interesting parts of the story is, was there a deal to get them to leave?
And was that deal a good deal or not?
I actually think whether it was something new or something old, I actually liked the deal
that they struck.
So hang around for that piece of information too, but let's give you all the facts.
Okay, so in Minneapolis, Homan originally said that 700 of the 3,000 officers would be withdrawn,
but protesters and the city fought for even more.
Homan insists that 4,000 Minnesotans have reportedly been detained and that the department had targeted dangerous individuals.
However, information about these detainees has not been made public,
which has been a point of serious contention with Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison,
who had this to say.
Homan's announcement came as Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison testified on the surge before the Senate,
Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee urging Congress to bring an end to the raids and to use its oversight powers to disclose the names of Minnesotans who had been detained and deported.
Ellison also urged senators to require ICE to provide a full account of everyone's stop, detained, arrested, and deported during the surge and to order the federal government to conduct investigations.
in partnership with Minnesota into the shootings of Renee Good and Alex Pretti.
He also asked immigration and border officers to stop concealing their identities and stop masking,
stop racial profiling, stop conducting warrantless searches.
So, Jenk, I mean, this does sound monumental.
It does sound like a victory for the people of Minnesota, but also for the people of this country.
Because ICE, we're going to talk about this a little bit later, but ICE is wildly unpopular across the nation.
right now and this does feel like, I know it's weird to celebrate these days, but it does
feel like a celebration.
No, no, it's definitely a celebration.
Are you kidding me?
The American people won.
So what Donald Trump does is he pushes the envelope and he goes as far as he possibly can.
And he's constantly trying to accumulate more power and wealth.
That's what he's obsessed by it, right?
So in this case, and he did this in his first term, every once in a while, bring out troops
into the streets, hey, did that work?
Did people like it?
Can I keep going?
They didn't like it, but can they tolerate it?
So in this case, he's like, okay, I'll bring in ice and we'll take away their badges,
we'll put them in mass, we'll start a police state, a surveillance state, we'll shoot a couple
of citizens, we'll just, and I'm not saying that Trump's gave the order to shoot citizens,
he just gave the order to unleash the hounds, right?
And the hounds were unleashed, and they were unleashed on the American people.
And the American people said, yeah, we hate it, we don't want it.
So now he's gonna tuck his tail between his legs, and he's going to take his tail between his legs,
and scatter away, which is great.
Like I like that Trump does taco, right?
Yeah, he chickens out on the tariffs.
He chickens out on it.
That's not a bad thing.
Like, he's at least realizing that if he keeps digging,
he's going to wind up at like a zero approval rating.
He's already in the 30s, and this has already cost them big time.
So he's at least backpedaling out of there.
Good, wonderful.
I'm telling you, the folks in Minnesota, you should be so, so proud of what you've done
to protect American rights and to beat back a police state and a surveillance state
that they were trying to set up.
And you got those authoritarian thugs off your streets and we're all super proud of you.
And now to the thing that I mentioned earlier, so Holman claims they got a deal where if there's
criminals who are undocumented, Minnesota will hand them over.
And then he struck that deal with Keith Ellison, who's a wonderful progressive attorney general
of Minnesota. And Minnesota says, no, we already had that deal. I read the back and forth.
There's actually a decent amount of evidence on both sides. And at the end, I decided I don't
really care who's telling the truth. The bottom line is they're both saying, yes, they're going
to turn over undocumented criminals to the federal law enforcement and border patrol,
etc in an organized way so it's not chaotic, it's not in the streets, it's as they're coming
out of jail, federal law enforcement will come and remove them. But that's actually a popular
thing and most Americans are in favor of that. So I consider this a win-win. That's a good policy,
whether they already had it in Minnesota or not. And the ice thugs are off the streets,
win-win. Yeah, and also, you know, credit to where it's due to the people of Minnesota
and to Minneapolis specifically, they had a lot of support from their mayor and from their governor,
Tim Walls and Jacob Frey. And, you know, we've seen Trump try to do these things in places like
Los Angeles, but in Minneapolis it really was the worst. And we saw the deaths and we saw the
entire nation rally around them. And it was a continued concerted and pinpointed effort that we
saw in Minneapolis. And, you know, it did reap something good. And yeah, I'm skeptical.
would be like, ooh, this is a win, but I guess, yeah, I guess it is a win. And you know what?
There are some more wins, okay? So elsewhere in Trump's immigration nightmare that he has created
for himself, a Trump appointed judge issued an emergency restraining order saying that DHS violated
the constitutional rights of non-citizen detainees by blocking their access to lawyers once detained
and denying them confidential communication. All right, so a U.S. District Judge Nancy Brassel, her rule
that policies and practices at Bishop Henry Whipple Federal Building all but extinguish
a detainees' access to counsel mark the 45th time that a judge nominated by President
Trump has ruled against his mass detention agenda per political review.
So that's 45 Trump appointed judges who have now ruled against Trump's detention policy
since July of last year, but 373 judges in total have ruled against his detention policy
And this was in response to a class action suit filed last month against ICE, DHS, and Christy Noem.
So in her ruling, Brassel said that ICE planned to surge into Minneapolis without considering first the constitutional rights of those that it planned to detain.
ICE alleged that to honor those rights would result in chaos.
They're like, it's too much trouble.
So Brassel wrote in her statement, she said,
the Constitution does not permit the government to arrest thousands of individuals and then disregard
their constitutional rights because it would be too challenging to honor those rights.
So inconvenient in its constitutional rights.
So this could be taken as a sign that even Republicans and conservatives are wary now of Trump's
immigration policy.
And we know that that is actually the case because we have polling now that shows us that
52% of Americans either somewhat or strongly disagree with ICE operations.
And you can see we have a graphic here.
Yeah, and most of that, 40% strongly disagree.
Also, 51% of Americans also found ICE tactics to be too forceful.
And slightly more Americans were found to approve of the ICE protests compared to those
who disapproved of this protest.
Additionally, since Trump took office, I saw its approval rating fall 30 points from plus
16 to negative 14.
And there is now more support for abolishing ice prior to, well, I'm sorry, prior to the 2024 election, support for abolishing ice was at just 19%. And it has now jumped up to 42%. So, Jank, you know, these immigration policies, even for the diehard MAGA Trump supporters, this is not what they expected whenever they said that Trump was going to crack down on immigration. And he did. And he said, we're going to have ice out there. We're going to, you know,
take, we're gonna arrest all these gang members and terrorists and criminals and whoever else,
he said, and they believed him. And then whenever they saw their lawn people and, you know,
they're just the people down the street and grandmothers and children, literal children being detained,
they said this isn't what anybody asked for. And, you know, of course, there's still people who
are supporting what Trump is doing and what ICE is doing. But the majority of Americans, you know,
even for us here, you know, I think the difference, Jank, is that when you see children in like
places like Gaza, it's so foreign, it's so far away, we're not seeing it.
But here, whenever we see children being detained and mistreated by our own government,
it's very, very hard to ignore because you like to believe that you are better than that.
You know, we are better than that as a nation.
And they're not seeing that.
And it's very distressing.
And it's turning up in the polls.
And we're seeing Trump having to, you know, Taco Trump is way out of things.
Yeah, guys, and yes, I would say, look, what happened in Minnesota is an absolute tragedy,
but the conclusion of this is kind of wonderful.
Like, this is what I was hoping would happen.
They got into some debates earlier when Trump first got in office about this.
And my thesis was not that Trump wasn't going to do, that Trump was going to do the right thing.
I worked tooth and nail to try to defeat Trump three different times.
And if you remember, my closing argument against Trump was he's going to, he's talked about
terminating the Constitution.
This guy has no respect for our Constitution.
And so we were right about that.
That was never the question.
The question was, how was America going to react?
Would the judges hold?
Would our institutions hold?
Would the American people hold?
Would, for example, independent podcasters and media hold and say, no, you've got to follow
the Constitution and you've got to protect American rights, or would they join in and join in
in the authority and direction that Trump was going? And we have fantastic news. He lost almost
all of the independent podcasters and the independent media. He lost the American people.
The American people stood up in Minnesota in a beautiful, super patriotic way. And at the end,
he lost the judges, too. And so when you go to court, you can't BS your way out of it. You have to have an
actual legal argument and you have to have facts. And even dozens of Trump appointed judges
are saying what they've said every time he goes into court, almost every time he goes into court,
like he did with that nonsense stolen election claims. Rather, you have no evidence and you have
no legal basis for any of these arguments. You must follow American laws and you must follow
the Constitution. They held strong and America won. So it's not over. We still got plenty of time
to go with Trump and we're and that our democracy and our government will be tested again
and again. But as long as you don't get pessimistic, see guys, I don't, part of the reason
why I said that I was optimistic that the American people would win against Donald Trump,
we would hold and we would get to a better place, is because I believe in the people.
I really do. I think that we actually care about these principles. And you did that. So when we get,
when it gets tested again, we're going to hold again, okay? And we're, and we're, we're we're,
And we're getting tested in so many different ways.
So stay true to the Constitution, stay true to this country.
I love what you did and you should take this as an enormous victory.
Yeah, I mean, it is encouraging that somebody like Trump, even though he has gotten away with almost everything, he can't just do everything he wants.
It is a nice reminder.
It is good to see, literally see that even he needs some degree of buy-in from the American people.
I mean, he does a lot of things that we don't approve of.
His overall approval ratings are in the toilet.
And not just his overall approval rating, his approval ratings on individual topics are in the toilet.
And on this one, he does all the backlash from the approval ratings, but also from the protest, the constant protest, all of the legal cases brought against him, everything.
He had to pull back.
And, you know, Minneapolis, Minnesota, other cities across his country are not completely out of the world.
They're going to continue to try this thing. They're going to try to tire people out and just break
things down and, you know, to the point where people get disheartened and discouraged by it.
But, you know, this is something worth celebrating for now, you know.
Yep.
And yeah, I'll concede that. I'll concede to your optimism, Jake.
Thank you for that concession. Let's go optimism. All right. Operation Hope. We'll be right back.
Back on TYT, let's go to YouTube members.
Emily Anna Amanda says, I love you all.
I'm too stoned for this intensity.
I've been watching Jenk and Anna for like three hours happily though.
So man, that is a lot of young turks, so I hear you.
But keep going though on the getting stone business.
All right, Grammy Laura says Stone told us they were watching many years ago.
Did people think they stopped?
Of course they didn't.
So those are YouTube members on Twitch, RSDJ1 said they only released the victim's names in the hope they could make them keep quiet or face law.
Yeah, that's old Alan Dershowitz trick.
Yeah, okay, oh yeah, yeah, say one of the predators' name.
That's it, we're suing you, okay?
So that's Dershowitz, that piece of crap.
Elite Hunter says political positivity is needed on all fronts.
The trolls will hide when the rest of us strive to make the world a better place.
All right, love it.
Let's go to our members on t.com.
Bloded ego says the cover up is always worse than the crimes, and the crimes were horrendous.
They're right about that, threatening her with conditions.
They threatened a lawsuit over the missed deadline for the Epstein files.
Threats without any follow through meaning mean nothing.
It's like the boy who cried wolf.
So in this case, look guys, I mean, I don't think I've mentioned this enough.
I'm shocked that we got the files.
I can't believe we got the files.
I mean, we didn't get all of them.
We apparently didn't get the worst of them.
But we got a lot of ones that were secret that they didn't want released and they've
been released.
So I just can't thank Roe Kana.
Tom Massey enough.
And who's the show that told you that Roe was the guy?
All right, just Jim says, all right, I'm gonna leave it alone.
All right, just Jim says, I'm from Ohio, and it's well known that Wexner gave Epstein
the original money to be laundered for Israel and himself.
Sex was the byproduct.
Look, I don't know if just Jim is right about what, you know, just because people are saying
in Ohio doesn't make it right.
I would say generically, but Jim, in the information we've all seen with our eyes,
That certainly is what it looks like.
So Les Wexner was apparently a co-conspirator.
There are a lot of these things I was surprised by.
I didn't know was the case.
And so he wasn't blackmailed, he was part of the operation, the operations for Israel.
This stuff is, it's a layup.
All you gotta do is lean on any of these guys, but our government goes, no way.
We will never investigate allies of Israel, never.
Night of Mirage Odyssey writes in on Super Chat.
I agree it's not a genocide.
It's a Palestine Holocaust and Israel made Hamas look like the Warsaw ghetto Jewish resistance
from the 1930s.
Imagine if the question was on the same spot.
This Palestine has a right to exist in their ancestral land or it's anti-Semitic.
Yeah, the Israelis and that's the whole country, denies Palestine's right to exist.
So they are by definition anti-Semites, I guess that means everybody who supports Israel,
they should have their rights taken away.
That's their logic, not mine.
Back on TYT, Chen Kenyaz with you guys.
We don't have enough time to do a full segment here.
But I wanted to say a couple things.
First, we're going to talk to American hero,
Lieutenant Colonel Anthony Aguilar in a couple of minutes on the revolution.
He is running for Congress now.
He's the one that was a whistleblower on the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation
and all the people that they killed while trying to get food in Gaza.
So looking forward to hearing from him.
And I want to tell you about two shocking,
emails out of the Epstein files. I mean, in all the shocking stuff, I think this might be the
most shocking. So again, of course, no one's a lot to talk about it, but we're gonna have
the courage to talk about it. They are verified, they're definitely in the files, so that's
gonna come up in a little bit. So yes, in the story we didn't get to about Christy Noem and
Cory Lewandowski and how they're just totally nuts and running Department of Homeland Security
for their own political operation. Looks like she might be on her.
our way out soon.
We'll see how it goes.
But I thought the most interesting part of that story was, and I'm fascinated by guys like this,
so there was two helicopters they were taking and they leave the, Christy knows blanket in
one and they forget to bring it to the second one.
They fire the pilot of the helicopter, which is no business with a blanket, he's the helicopter
pilot, he's got to be paying attention, right?
And they fired him for not bringing the blanket over.
But then they had to rehire him because there was no other pilot to fly them home.
Like who's in charge here?
And also what kind of blanket is this?
It was a very sentimental blanket.
I'm guessing maybe she knitted herself or crocheted herself, something like that, you know.
But the blanket was left behind and she tried to fire someone over it.
And you know, this is just who we have running our country.
This is a secretary in our federal government.
It's insane.
And you know what though, I do hope that she and Corey Lewandowski have a very happy
Valentine's Day together with each other and not with their people who they're still
married to by the way.
So like that's like a whole other thing.
But yeah, it's just, it's a very defunct way to run a department in a federal government.
But that's what we have going on in this country today.
It's a great place for us all to be.
Yeah, I mean, defying someone over the, because you didn't have your blankie, you know,
shows you how vicious and cruel they are.
Rehiring them because you were such a dumbass and didn't know who was going to take you home,
shows you how incompetent they are.
So that's a perfect.
Yeah, I think the rehiring is my favorite part of that story.
It's like you didn't check first before.
Like, it's a pilot, you know?
You don't just like find a helicopter pilot, you know?
You don't just like have one of those in your back pocket.
But, you know, it's just like it's very impulsive.
It's just like low intelligence stuff going on.
Yeah, with Corey Lewandowski and Christy know, my.
It's not overly surprising.
All right, we gotta run.
Yeah, you're awesome.
Thank you.
Everybody check around on Rebel HQ.
That's on YouTube and all of our other platforms.
When we come back, Lieutenant Aguilar, Colonel Aguilar, and also the shocking emails from the Epstein files.
We'll be right back.
