So, okay, here's some of the topics we're going to talk about. So Yosemite is being sold off, of course. Because that's the country we live in today, apparently.

We've got now almost all the major cable news networks running ads for Israel inside their content, pretending that it's news. Like, hey, Israel is the greatest country in the world. We just randomly wanted to tell you about it because they're totally unbiased and objective. Milo's been arrested. In the old days, I might have celebrated that. But was he arrested for the right reasons or not? That's a good question, because there aren't plenty of things they arrested for.

But anyways, crypto gains is someone else's crypto losses. How much losses did Donald Trump put on? Well, mainly his fans, but also, of course, the crooks that he released out of prison and all the other dirty deals that he did. So tons of fascinating info to get to today. So you know what, Elliot? Without further ado, let's get started. So this is Lake Ontario in Canada and in the United States. But we're going to make a little change.

We're going to call it something different than Lake Ontario. We're going to call it Lake America. And all it takes is a good pen and some intelligence. So Lake Ontario, that's gone. Lake America. So now we have a lake. And now we have a golf. Come on, man.

You know what my favorite part of that. Other takes is a pen and some intelligence. Now watch me cross it out like a three-year-old and write the words out. I like, that makes it more intelligent. Does it? If you think that's bad, we've got all the details of that for you, but wait till you hear about his plans to sell off Yosemite. Not joking.

Ellie's got the story. Yeah, so Donald Trump is, of course, determined to be as petty as humanly possible as he starts a trade war with Canada. He's going so far now, assigning an executive order, changing the name of Lake Ontario to Lake America because we all remember how successful it was when he changed the name of Gulf of Mexico to Gulf of America. This guy, he loves naming things. Now here's the thing, if, and if, you know, Natalie Harp had Googled this, Trump would know this. But basically, Lake Ontario isn't actually named after Ontario. It's actually the other way around. As Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney

wrote on X, the name Lake Ontario comes from the windot word Ontario, which appropriately means the lake is beautiful. The lake is big. The name is more than 400 years. pre-dating both the Confederation of Canada and the Declaration of Independence of the United States of America. We know that America is changing. They're trading relationships, their foreign policies, their national monuments, their hydrodhems. Canadians also know that naming reality means calling it Lake Ontario then, now and always. Of course, Trump's executive order only changes the name federally.

It absolutely has no authority in countries outside of the US. As Trump continues poking fun at Canada with jabs like this, he also has also, he also has to be able to continues to be blissfully unaware of how terrible his trade war is for us Americans. Not only has Canada issued retaliatory tariffs on $27.6 billion in US goods, including things like steel, aluminum, fish, cheese, Canadian fiber, and more. But things could also get much worse because the Ontario Premier Doug Ford has begun threatening to cut off Canadian power to the US and urging other Canadian officials to do so as well. Everything's on the table, but I can't do it alone.

I'm not the only province that ships electricity down to the US. We need a team Canada approach. Ontario on its own probably would not have that much of an impact, but if more provinces get involved, electricity prices for Americans could go up. In total, Canada supplied less than 1% of the total electricity used in the US last year. However, that's not divided evenly among states, as some in the northern US get a more significant share of their power from the neighboring country.

According to John Parsons, who's a senior lecturer at MIT Sloan School of Management and Research with its Center for Energy and Environmental Policy, if we don't receive the imports from Canada, we have to switch on more expensive plants, and we could get the power from those more expensive plants, but we would then be increasing our CO2 emissions in addition to paying higher costs. Parsons added in a follow-up email to the Hill, exact costs could be difficult to calculate, but estimated that a shut off of Canadian power could end up costing between $300 million and $600 million per year. Canada's action could be a quote relatively small portion of the electric bill but everybody is already up in arms about their electric bill. So everything that adds to it is a problem, Parson said. U.S. electricity costs are already up 4.2% from the

year before. Canada has adopted a pretty defiant attitude with this trade war, so they're prepared to take on any pain that this might cause. This time around, Canada finds itself in a stronger position, having established new economic ties over the last year, including an auto agreement with South Korea, tariff rollbacks with China and a landmark deal to export energy to Germany. Canada also reset diplomatic ties with India, producing a deal to restart uranium exports.

The Canadian government also announced $5 billion in support to help workers and businesses affected by the U.S. tariffs. Of course, there is hope that the two countries will resume talks. Carney told reporters on Monday that Canada would return to the negotiating table only when US officials show up with the right attitude and demonstrate respect for the country's sovereignty. He said last week that the US made unfair last minute demands and that the US signature is sometimes written in pencil. So of course, we'll see what actually happens, but we'll stop right there for a second. Get your thoughts, Jank, what do you think?

Yeah, I mean, this is classic Trump, right? Right, so being petty, wild, out of control policy, we're gonna do these tariffs at the scale and size that no one believes and we're gonna attack our closest ally, no, that's not Israel, it's Canada, and we're gonna start a trade war with them and the tariffs gonna be at 50%. It's just mental all around. So by the time you get to crossing off Lake Ontario and calling it Lake America, we jumped to shark like 12 episodes ago. Right? So this is kind of par for the course at this point. And he's such a simple-minded guy,

of course, is that, oh, I got a great idea for name, Lake. Oh, I know, America, right? Or America. But I'm surprised that he didn't go with his second option. There's only two options, obviously. The second option is Lake Trump. So I don't want to put ideas in his head because they're going to wait, I'm renaming everything, Gulf of Trump, Mr. Trump. Connecticut Trump, Hawaii Trump, right? Like so whatever dude, you're a child, everybody knows you're a child. Remember when he redirected the hurricane with the Sharpie, same exact way. It's a classic.

I mean like when's the whole country gonna realize? It's like, Elliot, I feel like I'm in Groundhog Day, right? Because during Biden, I'm like, the brother's shaking hands with invisible people. He can't finish a sentence. Why are we all pretending that he's perfectly functional? He's clearly not functional. And everybody's like, nope, we're all gonna pretend. We're all gonna pretend.

And with Trump, why are we all pretending that he's not among the bottom 20 IQ people in the whole country? Like, he's one of the dumbest people in public life ever. And I don't mean just politics that we've ever heard of. And he, oh, let's inject bleach into our system. I bet that won't poison us. Like a million of the dumbest things you have ever heard in your life. And we're all like have to, what, pretend that he's got strapped. from time to time and have these absurd debates of like, what do you think his strategy on Iran is?

I think his strategy is he's tired of Netanyahu putting the gag in his mouth and his jaw hurts. So he's like, I don't know, I'll just do whatever Israel says, right? There's no strategy. It's only about me, me, me, me, me. So obviously this is counterproductive, I don't know anybody. Really, is even the dumpster end of MAGA going, God, God, I love that we started a trade war with Canada. stick it to me now I've always been racist against Canada. I don't know, right?

Yeah, yeah. And Israel is our closest ally. Even though Israel gets us into war after war creates endless enemies for us, waste trillions of our money. But Canada is evil. And, oh, Israel, we love them so much. What do you need? What do you need? We'll do anything for you. Why? Okay, and if that's true of our allies, why don't we do anything for Canada? Why are we punching Canada in the face for no reason?

You know, when I think cruel, vindictive, I think Canadians, you know? I mean, that's just always been their reputation. Also, I mean, this was like the first day of Trump's second term, I think, that he renamed the Gulf of Mexico into the Gulf of America. And since then, it seems like pretty much everything has gotten worse. And instead of changing his strategy anyway, he's going, What if we name this other body of water? I do think it's like a little kid who just wants to collect these things and rename it because he likes putting his name on things. If there's one thing we know about Trump, he loves branding.

He is at least in his own mind good at it. And there's also this other body of water called the Strait of Formuz that I don't think he's had as much success with. So maybe this is just a way for him to compensate out of. Oh, you know what we're calling that now, Elliot? I'm glad you reminded me. Straight of a, Merca, okay? And E, R, yeah.

Okay, so yeah, that's exactly right. He's a child, petuline child. Okay, I'm gonna put my name on. If you don't know real quick, why did he have three casinos in Atlantic City? All in the same city, everybody thought it was gonna cannibalize one another and that it would lead to all of them going under. Editor's note, it did. And one of his top executives said he liked to drive around town and seeing on the buildings, Trump, Trump, Trump. That's why he bankrupted himself because he's a child.

Okay. Yeah, okay, so moving on, Trump is also quietly working to give part of Yosemite to a private developer. Yeah, the National Park Service is under pressure to make an unprecedented deal that cedes a quarter mile strip of the park. Since the spring of 2025, the Trump administration has been looking into ways it could seed a roughly quarter mile strip of land inside Yosemite to a company that through a web of limited liability companies is operating. by real estate developer and investment firm Kingsbard Realty Capital. The developers already own an 83 acre plot of land just outside of Yosemite, but Jeff Pori, CEO of Kingsbard, wants to build a road connecting their property to one of Yosemite's central roads.

It's basically just giving them private access to the national park. The property's current access road is more than 10 miles from an entrance to the park and much further from Yosemite's most iconic sites. Without a new road, visitors to the property, whether it be developed into a A hotel, resort, or private residents would need to drive an hour and a half in a circuitous route to reach the popular Yosemite Valley. And in return for this land, park services will, quote, receive land of equal value somewhere in California. So, Jank, what are your thoughts there? Yeah, because we weren't doing enough to destroy the country from within.

So let's just attack everything we hold dear. Oh, Yosemite, everybody loves Yosemite. Let's attack it. Make sure that we take a portion of it and give it to one of our realty construction friends. I'm sure they didn't contribute to Trump at all. I'm sure that they're above board random company, et cetera. And so now we're selling off parts of our national parks. To be fair to Trump, he doesn't know that it's called Yosemite.

You might remember he called it Yosemite. And super randomly, I was in Yosemite when he made that comment. And so like it's spread throughout the whole park. Or did you guys hear Trump's talking about Yosemite? Okay, who doesn't know how to say Yosemite? And this guy's like, oh, I'm like super American. All right, what is that weirdo state you guys have, Rhode Island? Yeller Stani?

No, Yellowstone, what do you talk? Like, these are not hard words. These are like American iconic parks. Well, they were, but now, you know, another realtor friend of Trump is going to get a piece of it. But you know what, Elliot, I'll tell you, a lot of right wingers get pissed off about stuff like this. Because selling off lands for drilling, for realty, realtor projects, etc., etc., etc. Now hunters are running out of land and they're getting pissed off about that. And the thing about our right wing brothers, they might not be into climate change or understand

that, et cetera. But they do understand the idea of conservation overall because they like the outdoors. They like nature. They just like we do, right? And maybe they enjoyed in slightly different ways. But overall, we're united on that. And I've seen the polling on it from his first term. When he tried to sell off a big portion of a national park in Utah, the Republicans hated

it, the voters did, right? So I hope we can rally to save Yosemite or whatever's left of it by the time he's done. Yeah, I grew up around hunters and I generally speaking, they had a massive amount of respect for the land they were on and cared very deeply about it. That doesn't mean they align necessarily politically on everything, but there's a real passion for it. And I think that's important. I just keep getting taken aback by the sheer symbolism of this whole thing. Because in addition to the White House demolishing a part of that and then a green, slime filled reflecting pool and now taking some of our national park and just going, oh, we're just going to sell it off to somebody.

I mean, it's the metaphors just keep coming to the point that it's hard to keep track up. Yeah, but that's the former Yosemite that you're looking at there. That will be Kushner Mount going forward. And then the other one will be, oh, maybe that's the new realtors place. That's what we're carving his face. Yeah, so as soon as they'll say Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump. Okay.

Okay, so look, last thing on this is it does really feel like if you try to tear down all the things we care about in America, this is exactly what you would do, like the last two years, right? Oh, let's take the White House. Oh, smash the East Room. Okay, do you have a plan for what's it going to look like? I mean, this is kind of a big deal to America. I mean, I know he's Liberace, the new coming of it, right? And he's so like, ah, we're going to have gold. It's gotta be fabulous, right?

Okay, but brother, we haven't even seen what it's gonna look like. So now you're gonna build some weird old thing, but it doesn't matter because you're not even building it. All he does is smash, smash, smash, smash. Oh, we're gonna make the reflecting pool fabulous too. Okay, Liberace, but all of a sudden you destroyed it and there's nothing but algae. He's like, he's like wreck it Ralph on a global stage. I'm against one, no more worse. Smash, smash, smash, smash, smash, smash.

What happened? I thought you were, Higgs just told me I look really cool if I see. smash things. So, when is this national nightmare going to be over and how much of the country is going to be left by the time we're done? Yeah, I think we have a long, long ways ahead, I think. The amount of damage is being done anyway. Yep.

We launch project crypto to modernized rules so that our financial markets can move into blockchain technology. Of course, he means for him, not for you guys.

He has made over a billion dollars just last year in these scams. Yeah, I'm calling them scams. We're going to prove that to you in a minute. But, you know, somebody's on the other end of that. And it turns out there's two different groups. One is a bunch of criminals, literally, we'll explain it in a second. And then the others are the guys who got robbed by that criminal, Donald Trump. And so, because if he made the money, a lot of times somebody had to lose the money. And that turns out to be Donald Trump's biggest fans. Oops. Let's tell you the whole story.

Yeah. So a new report from public citizen details how investors have lost at least $4.7 billion on Trump's crypto products since his first term. So you can see on this graph here that according to public citizens, investors lost over $3 billion on Trump's meme coin, at least a billion dollars on the quote, world liberty financial token, and over $9 million on Trump's NFT trading cards, as well as another half a million, give or take, on Trump's media digital assets. So who, of course, is being left to hold the bag? Well, the profit Trump reaps from crypto, however, does not come out. of thin air. It comes from foreign governments. It comes from pardon seekers, corporate interests, and targets of government investigations. It comes from retirement funds. It comes from MAGA, supporters, and other Americans, just looking to make some money and following the advice

of our billionaire president. So while his supporters and investors have gotten screwed, Trump, on the other hand, has made himself at least $1.4 billion off of crypto alone in 2025 according to his latest financial disclosure, which we also have, I believe, a graphic for it. Americans are actually catching on. So in the latest August, Reuters poll, 63% of Americans said it is inappropriate for Trump and his family to earn money from cryptocurrency. Earlier this month, the podcaster Joe Rogan brought up this administration's egregious crypto schemes on this podcast. This government has done some that no government has ever done before. And one of them is the crypto stuff.

The crypto stuff's nuts. Trump has made billions in crypto. Yeah, it's a bad look. Government's so crooked. And then you got his sons and his sons are involved in all these weird business deals where the business deals have to do with some things that Trump put. And then the sons are involved in these businesses. And like there's a lot of money flowing around.

Yeah, and Joe Rogan is right. Now, while Bill Clinton and Barack Obama did build substantial wealth, They did so after leaving office amassing an estimated $120 million and $70 million respectively. Their income came post-presidency through things like book deals and speaking engagement. So, Jank, given all the crypto that's going on, and also I've been wondering how this was all going to pan out when we found out he tripled his net worth after going back into office a second time. But what are your thoughts on that? Yeah, so look, there's a couple of things here. I think the sons could be in real legal trouble.

Trump is Teflon done. Nothing sticks on him, he's already 98 years old. You know, but were there inappropriate things done in those crypto deals? Come on, guys. Half the guys who put the money into the crypto scams were charged with fraud or wanted to deal with the government. And oh, look at that, they were released from prison, their investigations were dropped. They got the deal that they wanted from the government after they, this is, these are literal bribes.

Literal bribes to the president. This is not campaign contributions. These are not legalized bribes. These are just bribe bribes. They're like old school bribes. And well, well, you can't just give it to them. Yes, you can. You can say, oh, I am buying your NFT.

That baseball card of you looking like a jackass is so, so valuable. I would like to pay you a ton of money for that. Oh, I think your media company that produces nothing and loses $700 million a year is an incredibly good investment. Here is money straight into your pocket. Oh, you lost that by giving it to yourself and producing absolutely nothing. This is a legitimate business deal. Is it? Is it?

No, this is scam 101. But that's, at least we get that. Okay, that's a bribe. We understand both sides of the deal are happy. The American people get screwed over because our policy is given away. Criminals are released, et cetera. We get shoddy work because the people that won these contracts don't need to deliver for America.

They just need to deliver for Trump. But we understand. Then there's a second half of people who, I mean, look, I used to go ha ha to these folks, but I do genuinely feel bad for them. Like they really believe in this guy. And they're like, if I buy his NFT baseball card, I'm gonna be rich and everything's gonna be great. And then they buy it a super high price and then come to find out it's worthless and they lose all their money. And by the way, it's not just Trump.

So guys who got in early, all of the connected elites, they all bought low, sold high, and they all knew they were gonna buy low and sell high. And so when you go to sell high, what they know it's a carpet pole. They know that you're the one who's gonna get screwed. And so he's like, oh, a whole bunch of people in the country love me and trust me. Oh, that's such a great opportunity to steal from them because their guard will be down. And that's how con men work. It's called a confidence game. They gain your confidence and then they screw you.

And that's exactly what Trump's doing here. Yeah, it just seems like money laundering. I mean, these are pump and dump schemes and the corruption is I think so common at this point. We can become desensitized to it. But I think like you're saying, Jank, there's a cult of personality thing that's happened here. And while gas prices are going up and the cost of food is going up, and while we're increasingly finding new items of food that we have to be suspicious about, electricity is going up, we have the war in Iran, we have a trade war going on with Canada.

In addition to all of that, there is just this literal taking of money from some of Trump's biggest supporters. And I think that's incredibly sad for them. And yeah, you can make fun of them. But it's also like this is what happens when you have a cult of personality as your political stance and not an actual political agenda. Also, Trump is now pushing the Senate to pass the Clarity Act, which passed the House last summer, which primarily establishes clear jurisdictional roles for the SEC and CFTC over digital currencies and is backed by both Wall Street and the crypto industry. So there's Security Exchange Commission with the Chair Paul Atkins and then, you know, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Both chairs of the SEC and CFTC were personally appointed by Trump and favor pro-c crypto regular.

regulatory frameworks. And Paul Atkins first year as SEC chair, the SEC cryptocurrency enforcement declined to the lowest level since 2017. A pledge to give crypto firms notice of their technical violations before imposing enforcement. And before taking office, Selig worked as a corporate lawyer representing cryptocurrency firms and decentralized prediction markets. Most Senate Democrats also opposed the bill. Here's what Elizabeth Warren had to say.

Donald Trump raked in more than $1.4 billion from cryptocurrency ventures. and this bill does nothing to prevent him from vacuuming up his next $1.4 billion in crypto profits. because back in 2019, Trump wrote on X, formerly Twitter, I am not a fan of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, which are not money and whose value is highly volatile and based on thin air. unregulated crypto assets can facilitate unlawful behavior, including drug trade and other illegal activity. Well, how about that? Jake, any thoughts here? Yeah, I think that was the post that made him change his mind about crypto, because he's like, it can facilitate unlawful behavior. Wait a minute, and it creates money out of thin air. Okay, I'm getting to like this idea. And of course, look, at that point, those were normal bureaucrats, very likely that wrote that post, is probably not even Trump, to be honest. And they're like, oh, this is a real problem.

Don't threaten me with a good time, right? And the minute someone explained to him, hey, the money wants, they can't really give it to you for nothing. And you don't have to make a profit. He's like, I don't have to make a profit. Amazing, I've never made a profit. This is the one business I don't have to make a profit. Went bankrupt six times, made six major bankruptcies. He's a total another loser in the business world.

Guys, the whole thing was a mirage. The apprentice was a giant lie. At that point, he had bankrupted every company he had touched, right? So now he's like, you get paid for bankrupting companies? He's like, this is amazing. And it's an easy and obvious way to funnel him direct money, like literally billions of dollars. Again, for the criminals that he did these scams with, I hope that there's justice one day for everyone involved in those transactions.

And then once a spotlight is put on it, right now, everybody's busy talking about what is Israel need and how do we serve that country and what war should we start for them and how much money should we give them and how many people in America should we arrest on their behalf? We're all so obsessed with that particular donor, right? So we're not paying attention to any of these things, but if you break them down case by case, it's so unbelievably egregious. Guys, he's shut down the fraud departments at almost every major agency in the federal government. Who goes around shutting down all the fraud regulators? Someone who wants to do fraud.

It's so obvious, right? He all drained the swamp. He brought in the worst of the elites to rob the place blind. So the money that they spent bribing him, I hate it because of all the things we discussed. But I kinda hate the robbing the average guy even more, even though they're MAGA guys, even though they were wrong and they got suckered by Trump. And it's so easy to go ha ha. But that's like thousands upon thousands of guys and girls and women who probably lost their life,

their life savings. And now they're totally destroyed because they believe in this con man. And it makes me sick to my stomach. Yeah, I remember when crypto was all the rage a few years ago. And I started getting into it and I was like, oh, this is really cool, it's decentralized, this is gonna be the wave of the future and then you look more into it. And I was like, okay, maybe this isn't as great as it sounds. But the point here I think is that the economy is not doing well.

And when that happens, folks, I think find something really seductive in things like crypto because it offers a kind of upward mobility that they don't see another way to achieve. And so that is like playing into multiple layers of fears, I think. So I don't blame people for wanting to take some kind of a gamble or whatever in that regard. In fact, I blame more so the policies that we've had for like the past 50 years that have driven people to the point that they feel like this is the only way they can make the life that they want for themselves. Yeah, and look guys, it's not binary.

So crypto has a lot of different elements and some are definitely debatable and we should have those debates. But what's not debatable is this particular set of transactions, right? You could say, hey, I love crypto, but say, but it doesn't help crypto if there's a guy at the, a politician at the top taking advantage of it and using it for a robbery or for scams. And so, and by the way, a lot of people caught up with some of the scams like the NFTs were basically giant. scams, they did an analysis and found out that 95% of NFTs real value was market value, zero, absolutely zero. The whole thing was a scam, but that's good, like people caught onto it and nobody

buys the NFTs anymore. So one day they're gonna catch on to all the things that Trump did with these bitcoins, and they're going to be greatly displeased with it. And so I at least look forward to that day so we could fix this mess. All right, so I say we keep going. That's rare doing two stories in one segment these days. Okay, oh, this is about Democrats, drums, let's watch. You are often, I mean, an energy magnet when it comes to voters.

We've seen the turnout that you can produce. Tel Rico might very well need that magnetism. Will you campaign with him? I will be campaigning down ballot. No, she's not going to campaign with him. If you don't know, Jasmine Crocket lost the Tala Rico in a primary. Perfectly normal happens all the time. Vote blue no matter who.

And she's in that crowd. All of a sudden, nah, I'm not even gonna help him. Jasmine Crockett, if you don't know, is an establishment Democrat. And so she loves the donors, she loves A-PAC, and now she's also betraying Democrats in critical state like Texas. Elliot's got the whole story. Yeah, here is more from Crockett. I think that what matters most. Because when we're looking at a state like Texas, we've tried this where we've got one amazing

candidate that's running at the top of the ticket. Beto is a very good example of this, raising all the money, doing all the things, running around the entire state, but it's not enough. So for me, I don't think that it should be a matter of there's just one thing that is getting me to the polls. I think it has to be something a little bit more in a state like Texas. And so for me, I think that making sure that people that maybe are getting overshadowed because it seems like it's only about one big race, I think amplifying them, making sure that I can raise their profiles and introducing them to people, that'll give something more to voters

to make them say, you know what, it may be raining outside, but I got to go get there because I got to go get there for this person and this person, plus I don't like Trump. So after that, the CNN host Laura Coates asked, well, why can't you? Crockett do all of that and also campaign for Tala Rico. And here's what happened next. I understand, but is it an either or either you excite the down ballot or you. I think for me it probably is. I think it probably is only because I am, you know, we've got the firepack that's going. And I'm running all over the country. And Texas is a big state. We're not talking about a small little state to kind of get around. We're talking about a really big state. And so for me, I'm really

invested in a number of candidates that I didn't get to do anything for because I was running my own Senate race candidates that I really do believe can make a difference no matter what happens. Yeah, Crockett has refused to campaign with Talleyico ever since she lost to him. In July, she stated that she lost because of racism. You see, a lot of haters got a lot of things to say about me and my race and how I ran it, but the reality is that there was a lot of racist, not a lot. It was racist. It was It's a racist race, it is what it is, right? But we live in America as y'all are celebrating 250, okay? We know what this country is.

Crocket also said that it is racist to expect her to campaign with Tala Rico. We have never seen anybody, quote unquote, be pressured to jump into a Senate race to help out their opponent that beat them. And it just so happens that it ended up being a high profile black woman. Recently, Crockett stated that she would rather support black candidates instead of Tala rica. In my mind, the best way that I can help the people of Texas is if I go in and I help out on these down ballot races, because typically people rely on the top of the ticket to drag people in. That's the marquee race. That's how you get people to come out. I personally don't feel like the excitement necessarily exists within the black community, right?

Right now, like that's, I don't feel like they're excited, right? But I do have some amazing black candidates that are running for office in some of the largest counties. So if I can introduce black folk to them, that may excite them and get them to the polls. So I'm working backwards. Crockett made headlines originally for her fiery takedowns of Republicans, but when you actually look at her policy positions, that you will find that they're basically the same as any other establishment Democrat. Ironically, Hillary Clinton also just accused progressives of refusing to support establishment candidates. One thing that we haven't yet seen enough of is that when the progressives are left, whatever we want to call candidates on that side of the Democratic Party, when they lose, they often don't support the candidate that has been nominated.

You know, there was a lot of reluctance to support Kamala Harris. There was a lot of reluctance to support me when I got the nomination. So it can't be a one-way street. You know, if we're going to have a fair election as there was in Michigan and somebody comes out ahead, a little bit ahead, but needs to get a huge percentage of the voters that voted for Haley, they're going to have to be willing to, you know, get into a conversation that brings those people over. Yeah, it's a lot of what about us and also what about us. And also I don't recall anybody on the left side of the Democratic Party, at least that I know personally, who didn't end up voting for Kamala in the last election.

I'm sure there were some. But my understanding is that even if you added together the ones that didn't, she still wouldn't have won anyway. But, Shank, what do you think about it? Yeah, I mean, so many angles here. So first, you've got the standard, you know, establishment politicians. You all have to vote for us. Even if we cheat in the primary, okay, even if we totally rigged the rules and do money laundering for Hillary Clinton, you're not allowed to complain. Just shut up and know your role and your roles to serve us forever.

Okay, no problem. You know, Big Ten, the Republicans are worse. Trump is a monster, blah, blah, blah. Okay, great. Now same exact situation. Trump's still in office. Still the same thing. Now you got to support us.

We won the primaries. Nope, I'm not going to do it. We told you they're liars. They never met vote blue, no matter. who, they meant vote for corruption no matter who. And so if the Republican is the more corrupt candidate, we'll back him. If the Democrats, the more corrupt candidate, we'll back them. So that's the establishment of both parties.

So that's the disgusting unit party. So what bothers me about Jasmine Crockett is she pretended to be like this big tough fighter against Republicans, right? So, oh, I'm gonna fight them, I'm gonna fight them. Well, you know where you fight them most is in the elections, because either a Republican's gonna win or a Democrat's going to win in your home state. And she's like, no, I'm not going to fight them there. I was just doing it for clicks and for, you know, to get small grassroots donors and get more ego and money, et cetera.

But when it comes to actually fighting Republicans, no, I'd rather have to Ken Paxton win than Tala Rico. Come on, Jesus. So like the next time you see. But look, Elliot, all of this would be super obvious if we had an objective press. But the press is not anywhere near. To this day, I guarantee you go, morning Joe, MSNBC, anywhere, right? And you say, who's the side of the Democratic Party that doesn't support the Democrats if they lose in a primary? They will all say, everyone on cable news will say, progressives, when it's the exact opposite of the truth.

By the way, I'll say it again, 6% of Bernie's voters didn't vote for Hillary Clinton. that seems like, first of all, those 6% might have been Republicans that were coming over to this side, because they're like, wow, he's got good policies and seems like he really wants change. Whatever, but you could hate that number. Six percent way too high, right? 15% of Hillary Clinton voters refused to vote for Barack Obama in 2008. And they even had, they were known as Puma. It stands for party unity, my ass. So they've been betrayed. Demerring Democratic voters for decades now. And every single time they get their dogs in cable news to lie to you and go, oh, it's the progressives that are the problem.

Hide the fact that the Hillary Clinton voters betrayed Obama and the Democratic Party. Hide the fact that they betray us every single time they lose a primary. And look, there's a million stories. Cara Eastman in Nebraska, within a point and a half of beating Don Bacon, terrible Republicans, Trump supporter, etc. around, the establishment Democrat who lost her the first time around flips over at the end and does an ad for the Republican so that the progressive in the race could lose by a tiny margin. And then the Democrats come around, the corrupt, disgusting establishment Democrats, then come around and go, see, progressives can't win.

Yeah, if you do an ad for the other guy for the Republican in the race, imagine if a progressive had done that. Imagine if Bernie Sanders had cut an ad for Trump. Could you, I mean, their heads would have exploded. The establishment Democrats do it all the time. And the media's like, we don't see anything, we don't hear anything, we certainly won't say anything, protect the establishment at all costs. So in, and Elliot, the last part of it is also, for me a huge issue.

That's the worst kind of identity politics, right? So you want to protect black folks in this country? I'm 200% on your side. You wanna fight against police abuse, you wanna talk about the disparities in treatment, and make sure that we fight to fix those. I love it, and be your top advocate and top champion. But elite black people should win and white people should lose. What?

No, no, no, the average black person, the average Latino, the average person is who we need to help. What's your policies to help them with their wages and their healthcare? Oh no, I don't care about that at all. In fact, my policies are definitely worse than your policies, but in fact, I'm not gonna do anything about it. But elite blacks have to win all the races. Otherwise, there's no representation. Me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, I need to have power. I need it.

And all my friends are also super elite, I'm gonna only help them. But if you're white, I'm gonna say I'm not gonna help you. Well, what is this? What, that's like, again, you got NAAC, You got CARCP, you got all these different organizations that say, hey, let's protect the rights of these groups. Wonderful, that makes perfect sense, saying I'm only gonna help one race and I'm not gonna help the other race, even if that other race is on my side and is agreeing with me.

No, I'm not gonna do it. No, it's disgusting. Yeah, and politics, they're politics because it's based on policies, right? And I think the moment Jasmine Crockett does something like that, it's no longer politics, because she's centering herself. And it's not about what she wants to do to help minorities in any capacity. It's about pointing the finger and making sure that she's, you know, the center of the stage. And I'm not a huge fan of it.

But in terms of what Hillary Clinton said, I think that's also a false binary. Like the stakes are a little higher, I think, when it comes to where progressive stand in this conversation, because we've watched the Overton window shift to the right for year after year after year. And the establishment Democrats have been a massive part of that. And so when progressives aren't getting behind establishment Democrats, it's because they don't want to see the entire Overton window continue to move to the right a little bit more. So this whole like, oh, it's a two-way street. And actually, they should be supporting us too.

I think that's completely assonide. Like the reality is it is an uphill battle to get any kind of progressive policy going, including within the Democratic Party. Yeah. And then lastly, look, this isn't about this issue at all. It's relatively minor in this story, but it's an avatar. It's a symbol for who you can trust and can't trust. She's like an ardent defender of Israel, has taken free trips to Israel. And like, why?

What does that have to do with your district in Texas or the state of Texas? No, it's, she's not like the biggest violator of that principle of like, hey, why don't you care about us instead of a foreign country. But it gives you a sense of the mindset. The mindset is the donors are awesome. and I love them. But oh my God, I'm such a tough fighter against Republicans. Oh, but the minute it, you know, my donors tell me and my bitterness tells me and my racism

tells me, all of a sudden I'm going to abandon the Democrats like Tala Rico and help the Republicans. So, and by the way, please, no one, we didn't even address it because no one's silly enough to believe her excuse, right, that she can't walk and chew. at the same time that she's so busy that she can't even endorse Tala Rico? Well, you can just do it now. It takes one second. You can just say, yeah, I support him.

I definitely think you should vote for him. I'm enthusiastic about him. I'm on the road helping the little guys, et cetera. And that's great. And et cetera, buddy, hey, let's go, Tala Rico. Nope, doesn't say any of it. No, she's bitter. And she doesn't like progressives.

And she doesn't want us to win. She'd rather have Ken Paxton win. It's unbearable. All right, we gotta take a break, guys. When we come back, all right, good. Now we got an internal right wing war. Internal wars everywhere, okay? That when we return.

All right, anyways, let's do the next door. Do you ever feel like they're soft? That's the panic behind a new fear sweeping across America. People are freaked out about surveillance. From our employers, our nanny cams, and our phones watching our every move. And right now, this anxiety is being taken out of electric saws in Kansas. of spray paint on tools used by law enforcement to keep us all safe. The target, loft safety cameras.

And it's like literally Soviet propaganda. You know, if you've got nothing to hide, you've got nothing to fear. As long as your, you know, soul is right with the party. You're okay. Don't worry about the Panopticon. So this is obviously disgusting. It's anti-American. It's totalitarian.

But it's also not that surprising coming from the neocon Oracle known as the free press. Here we go, another mega civil war. So this time it's over flock cameras. All of Israel first says, yay, we love flock cameras. Uh oh. And so the other continues like, I don't know that the right wing position was yay big brother. So we're gonna get into that, but we're also gonna tell you by the way, all the different things flock cameras record that you might not know. and what people have used it for in the real world, which is not for necessarily law enforcement.

So Elliot's got the whole story. All right, yeah, let's start with the anti-Flock commentators. All right, so the government thinks it can spy on us under the guise of safety all the time. Not. On my watch, allow me to introduce you to flock safety. You may have heard about this trash. A specialized security system that uses artificial intelligence, which I hate, to automatically read license plates and track vehicles in real time using the technology to

instantly identify the vehicles make model color and license plate number, which means you. There's some major privacy concerns and potentially unauthorized data sharing that come out of this system with federal agencies obtaining and even using flock surveillance data without a warrant. And it's not just flock. There are dozens of these companies. And a lot of times they're really all co-owned. It's all corporate interlocking directoreships.

The whole thing's a mess. The whole thing is tyranny. The whole thing is Big Brother. The whole thing is social credit score. Enforcement for the lockdowns that they are openly announcing they plan to bring in around the world. And Senator Josh Hawley is also another noteworthy conservative who is anti-Flock. On Wednesday, he announced an investigation into flock cameras. Here's what he wrote to the CEO of Flock Safety.

As chairman of the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime and Counterterrorism, I'm investigating Flock's safety's collection, retention, and dissemination of the data generated by its artificial intelligence surveillance cameras. In a few short years, Flock has assembled an unprecedented national surveillance network. Your company boasts more than 120,000

cameras across 49 states and more than 20 billion vehicle scans every month. The overwhelming majority of the Americans captured in those records did nothing wrong. That brings us to the pro-Flock commentators, because in response to Holly's announcement, announcement, excuse me, Mark Levin wrote, apparently the cameras aren't recording enough Islamist imams declaring the overthrow of our country. And Laura Lumer is another big advocate.

And she says, I want a flock camera outside of every mosque in America. I am pro flock. And then she also said, who am I kidding? I want one inside too. And there's a lot more where that came from. abuse of any system can happen. But if the idea is that having cameras on the roads is somehow a violation of your privacy, I don't think you know what the word privacy means. Online trends do not make an actual problem. And this seems to me an exaggerated problem. Again, I understand these surveillance concerns.

I'm all for decent limitations on the use of the technology. And if the fact that sometimes the law enforcement authorities abuse their power is a shock to you, I recommend that you actually pick up a book. The truth is there are a few things even worse than mass surveillance. Mass demographic replacement is one of those things. So don't let your concerns about mass surveillance, which are totally legitimate, turn you into an unwitting supporter of mass demographic replacement. This technology is tracked to murderers, serial rapists.

Look, then you're going to be grateful that these cameras exist. And by the way, flock, they clean the servers out every 30 days. So, you know, you can sit at home and complain about privacy and I'm just walking down the street. I don't want a camera on me. Well, too bad. Too bad. Mass and mass demographic replacement. Wonder what that is code for.

I know I go to bed every night worried, just terrified for my demographic. There used to be these things, Jen called like third spaces where people could go and hang out with one another. They could hang out with people that were a little different than them and they could do so in a really comfortable environment. And it just seems like there might be a push from some folks. politically to not want that to ever happen and rather keep everybody constantly under surveillance and make it so that the only world in which you feel like you have any kind of privacy is inside your own home. And the moment you step out, everything is, you know, goes put after that.

But what are your thoughts? So there's a couple of different problems here, right? First of all, this is not like the old cameras that got your license plate. And if something went wrong, you can go back and look at the camera and see, hey, oh, it turns out the guy, OJ, before he turned on Bundy, was right here. Okay, like now it records everything at all times and it's super high resolution, so it records everything about the car, not just the license plate, oh, it's got a ding there, it's got a chipped paint over here, et cetera, and everyone on the street.

So it records your faces and what you're doing and where you're going, where's the tracks where the car is going, and it goes into a federal database. I mean, this is literal Big Brother. And so right wing is supposed to be against Big Brother. I remember all the flags that said, don't tread on me. It had a snick on it. Okay. And so now half the right wing, kind of, goes, oh my God, please tread all over me.

Big Brother, I love Big Brother. And it's kind of literal. So I'm going to read you comments from Larry Ellison. That's weird. All of Israel first in a coordinated campaign goes all over media going, flock cameras are great, they're terrific, they're the best, okay? Who's Larry Ellison, founder of Oracle, then the guy who's financing the purchase of TikTok, CBS, and CNN, and the largest contributor in history to the Israeli defense forces?

He just gives them tens of millions of dollars because they're doing such great work, okay? So that brother has said, if there's a problem, AI will report that problem and report it to the appropriate person. We're gonna have supervision. Every police officer is gonna be supervised at all times. A police officer, all right, but he's supervising everyone, but here comes the killer quote. Citizens will be on their best behavior because we're constantly recording and reporting everything

that's going on. Oh, and then they don't even hide it. Like when Lorh Luma or Mark Levin talk about it, they're not like, oh, look, if there's a rapist on the run or a serial killer, we can get them. They're like, no, let's record the Muslims and make sure that anyone who criticizes Israel inside America is tracked on these flock cameras. And we gather all the evidence right or wrong against them. Let's put it inside the houses of worship. And by the way, when they came for the mosque, if you didn't do anything, if you think they're not going to put a flock camera inside a church, To catch any American who might criticize Israel, you got another thought coming to you

because these are going to be everywhere and constantly watching you. And if we thought it was going to keep us a save, and by the way, Tucker Carlson and some of the others made a good point. And he said, so how come they're still rapists? Shouldn't these, wherever these jurisdictions that have flock cameras, shouldn't we have arrested everyone already? Huh, it hasn't affected crime one bit. I wonder if this isn't to fight crime.

I wonder if just to collect information on the citizens, just like Larry Ellison said, so that the people in power can eliminate anyone they like when they need to. Oh, look at that, we caught you doing this or that or otherwise, but we only catch the people who are political problems to us. I mean, isn't this exactly what we worried about with Big Brother? Yeah, I mean, I actually last week randomly turned on the movie Snowden from like 2016, and it's an okay movie, but watching it now, it almost seems kind of, cute because that was like the government doing it.

And now it's the government just taking it and allowing corporations to sell people's information. Also AI, it carries forward the biases of humans. So if you use it for predictive policing, it presents problems to when it comes to getting justice for the people that are wrongfully accused, which will inevitably happen. Because oftentimes the people who have these AI programs don't know what's actually going on inside them either. So that presents a problem for discovery.

It used to be that when you had some sort of bias, you could actually show or that bias was located with like an officer or a criminal record or whatever. You can't do that with this kind of technology. So I think the potential for a disaster is astronomical, but even without that, they're still taking people's everyday actions and selling it to people for a profit that the people, American people, are never going to see. I'm just going to know for the record the casual bigotry too, and not just of Laura Lumer, but of the rest of the media. because she says, I can't wait to put them outside the mosque and inside the mosque and track these Muslims for, now, okay, we're all used to, because we're just used to big a tree against Muslims, we don't even barely note it, right? Now let's flip it and see how it turns out. I love these flock cameras, I can't wait to put them inside the synagogues to find out what the Jews are up to.

Now, if anybody said that, they'd be like, oh, you disavow him, renounce him, denounce him, Everyone who's ever talked to him needs to be denounced and renounced and oh my God, we're all in danger in our lives. They say it about Muslims. They're like, oh, no big deal, who cares? Oh, let's put my camera's in more. That's a good idea, Laura. Yeah, we let's, no one cares. Nobody goes, hey, here's a candidate that's associated with Laura Lumer and we should, we should ask them to denounce Laura Lumer 24-7.

It's almost like the mainstream media has an agenda, and it's almost like they're in favor of the surveillance state and Israel. And it's almost like they're owned by Larry Ellison. Oh, right. It's not almost like that. It is that. Yeah. Yeah, the casual bigotry is absolutely insane. It's the same too.

If Laura Lumer, who I feel like has been screaming at a brick wall for so long, she's starting to look like one. But like if she were to say that about churches or Christians in general, whatever, like I think it gives you kind of a peering into the psyche of these folks when this level of bigotry is so, accepted to the point of even being considered mundane by most people. Like it just sort of our eyes gloss over because of how common it is. It's gross. You know what?

Super last thing, because look guys, we're in this weird Twilight's own thing. Like the right wing used to be our, you know, opponents, enemies, whatever you want to call them. And we fight over everything. And we viewed mainstream media as problematic. We've been talking about for 20 years, all their biases, etc. But like kind of a tiny bit neutral theoretically, they're socially liberal, they're economically, totally pro corporations, et cetera. Now we live in a different world where a third of the right wing has broken off and

is saying all the things that we agree with. We shouldn't go to war, we shouldn't have big brother, we shouldn't serve another country, we should believe in American sovereignty, we don't want to waste this money, we don't want endless wars, right? mainstream media is going, no, no. I mean, Tucker Carlson, Candacea, so was Marjorie Taylor Green at this point are so much more decent and moral towards Muslim Americans than mainstream media. They're like, hey, we shouldn't kill Muslims for no reason, why are we doing that?

Mainstream media is like, they're terrorists, kill them all. How dare you object to Israel, murder more Palestinians. Wait a minute, Jesus Christ, they killed 75 times the number of Palestinians as Israelis. They're 70 times worse than Hamas, right? They're like, shut up, who cares? Stupid Muslims, we don't care about them at all. Well, why don't you ever talk about the Palestinians or are being slaughtered? Who cares about their stupid kids?

They're dirty Muslim, terrorists. But we did the same thing, but 75 times worse, how dare you say anything about Israel? Okay, no, mainstream media is core evil. They are definitely way more immoral than people who we thought were like the worst, right? Now, Tucker Carlson and Marjorie Taylor Green seemed like humanitarian, compared to every cable news anchor who says no big deal if you slaughter Muslims. We love it, we have no objection. It's not even noteworthy.

Not even noteworthy. They've already done on October 7th in the West Bank. Our press is like, shut up, who cares? But there was no attack from the West Bank. You have no October 7th excuse, you have no excuse. Who cares? You're stupid Muslims. We don't care.

slaughter them on behalf of beautiful, wonderful democracy, best democracy, our greatest special ally Israel. So no, no, no, no, no. These people are deeply, deeply disturbed, and they're, and they are driving hatred nonstop. And you want me to trust these sons of bitches, the establishment, politicians, and the establishment media that constantly work together to oppress everyday Americans? No, no, no, they're way more immoral and untrustworthy than Tucker Carls. or Marjorie Taylor Green, and yes, that is a shocking development, but at this point,

it is crystal clear. So yeah, of course, mainstream media will tell you how wonderful Big Brother is, and you should love it when they tread all over you. But real Americans are waking up. The people in charge don't even care about America, they don't care about us at all. So they view flock cameras is a good way to track the cattle to make sure we don't step out of line. What contributions to the progressive cause are you most proud of? I mean, I don't, I don't have super high aspirations for a singular role that I can play in the movement or anything. I just, I try to present myself as what But I think that I am, which is a progressive man who is driven by a, I think, well interrogated and well organized system of values that I try to stay consistent on. And I demonstrate that that's the sort of life that a person can lead. And be successful and be happy and all of that. And that should not need to be done, but there are so many people on the right that are

trying to push men in the opposite direction that I want to be able to do that. Along the way, if I can get people to care about some topics that not, that they wouldn't necessarily care about, or that for some men, they might think that's not a topic that they should be focused on. That's definitely something that I relish doing. And along the way, I mean, we've been able to introduce people to a lot of candidates. That's been a big part of what we've done. You know, not all of them necessarily got in office. Probably most of them did not. And a lot of them, you might not even remember their names. But it was great to to be able to provide people the platform where they had the chance of, you know,

making a difference. Obviously, AOC and all that. But there's been a lot of great people along the way. In the bonus episode for the members, we do some inside baseball. We're going to look at John's desk. Nice little spaceship here. Nerd. But it is kind of look cool.

The one thing that I hate that politicians do, you know, they talk about the people they should be talking to. Do they have any idea that they're their establishment and that they're hated? Or do they not realize that at all? People are so deeply in their little universe. I think it's very easy to not really question what you're doing. Voters have a right to ask questions of any nominee, whether they're independent, Republican, or Democrat. The system is monopoly that suppresses competition. How is it the year 2024?

And we're still like maybe they'll talk about pain medical. How is that like at one level it's like, good, what we're talking about. And you're like, it's 2024. And that's always been the critique, that your critique of us is, well, you guys give good speeches. You put out good tweets, but you're not wielding actual power. Now we're starting to. My favorite news platform by far, it's not even close. It's not a country and a principle.

You know what? I'm going to go to one right now. Milo's been arrested. Elit will give you his last name. I'm not going to do it. Okay, so what do you get arrested for? That's the question. I remember a day when I would have celebrated this, and I'm no fan of Milo at all. In fact, I'm largely his opponent.

But we do have to ask these days, wait, what are you arrested for? Especially when Laura Lumer chimes in and celebrates. Elliot's got the story. Yeah, so the Department of Homeland Security has confirmed that Milo Yanopolis, I think I'm getting that right, is currently being held in ICE custody. On August 27th, ICE arrested Milo Yianopoulos and illegal alien from the United Kingdom at the Louis Louis Armstrong, New Orleans International Airport in Canter, Louisiana. Yonopolis legally entered the country on May 14th, 2019 through New York City, New York.

He chose to overstay his welcome in violation of our nation's laws. Yiannopolis was issued a final order of removal by an immigration judge on July 22nd. After failing to show up for his immigration hearing, he will remain in ICE custody pending removal. Being in detention is a choice. We encourage all illegal aliens to take control of their departure with the CBP Home app. The United States is offering illegal aliens $3,000 and a free flight to self-deport now. We encourage every person here illegally to take advantage of this offer and reserve the chance to come back to the U.S. the right legal way to live the American dream.

If not, you will be arrested and deported without a chance to return. Here's Laura Lumer celebrating the arrest. Breaking, illegal alien, Milo Yanopoulos has been detained by ICE. I was the first person to report on the fact that Milo is in the US illegally where he incited violence against President Trump and worked for Marjorie Taylor Green. Recently, Candace Owens invited this illegal alien into her home. When Milo called for me to be assassinated, I reported him to ICE and the FBI. I told you all that Milo was an illegal alien.

He was detained in Louisiana by ICE. Milo is going to be deported back to the UK, where he can live among the Muslims. is recently chosen to embrace. Today is a great day for America. She can't help herself. Now, Milo was an early Trump supporter back in 2016, famously headlining a gaze for Trump event at the 2016 RNC. He also worked as an intern under Marjorie Taylor Green. Lumer is now calling on the FBI to investigate Green. I'm calling on the DOJ, Todd Blanche, to investigate former congresswoman Marjorie Tate Trader Green for hiring and harboring illegal alien Milo Yianopoulos, who was now in ICE custody after I reported Milo to ICE and the FBI last year,

and in 2024 when he called for me to be assassinated, and he openly supported Hamas and the Ayatollah while on an expired visa. Yonopoulos also orchestrated the controversial November 22 dinner at Mar-a-Lago involving Trump, Yeh, and Nick Fuentes. Since then, Trump and much of the conservative movement have distanced themselves from Milo, amid numerous controversies. So, Jenk, very curious about your thoughts here. Well, I'm torn on this one, right?

So first off, whenever Laura Lumer says, hey, I want that guy arrested for supporting Hamas or the Ayoa, that means he's criticized Israel. America, my servant boys, I want him eliminated. And so when the mighty US government listens to some pipsqueak, you know, Israeli ordering us around and telling us who to arrest, that bothers me deeply. And so they say, of course, it's always a coincidence. So Mahmoud Halil and all the protesters on the college campuses literally arrested for criticizing Israel, never did any violence. They went into court.

There was no evidence ever. Nothing presented. In fact, they worked with Jewish Americans in those peace protests, etc. But if Israel wants someone arrested, you're going to get arrested here in America. By the way, you could criticize America all you want. America all you want, you can criticize the UK or any other country, that's fine. You criticize Israel, oh look at the coincidence, oh he got arrested too, what a while, okay, right?

So that's one end of it, and I'm deeply worried about that. Number two, on the other hand is, well, you gotta show up for your court hearing, and he's apparently been here in it with undocumented status for a long time, and if the court tells you to show up and you don't show up, you get arrested. So like, this is one where don't give them the opportunity. Like when you, they're like, if you remember that woman who was going to Tufts, I think, and wrote the op-ed against Israel, Ostrach, right? Ramesa Osterk. So she's a PhD student. She writes like the most benign op-ed about, hey, maybe not a genocide or whatever, right? And they're like, how dare you?

Well, okay, I don't care if she's left wing, right wing, et cetera. No, you can't arrest somebody for their opinion. On the other hand, you can arrest somebody for not showing up to a court here. Right. And so, and it feels like sometimes, so I got no love for either one of these characters, right? Milo's crazy. Laura's crazy, right? So I'm politically neutral on that.

But then you turn to what Milo has said about undocumented immigrants, and you begin to lose all sympathy. Okay, so I'm going to read that to you guys. So here are some of his past tweets on immigrants. He said, California needs ice checkpoints as supermarket entrances, gas stations, strip malls, intersections, and government buildings with on-the-spotation for anyone who can't prove they are in the U.S. legally. That's what we in the business call, oops. So, brother, that's you. So, I mean, if there's one person in America who doesn't have a like to stand on on this issue. It's Milo, but wait, we're not done. He also said, there's one concrete thing we must insist on in this administration delivering. It matters a lot more

than debts measured in imaginary money. We've got to deport millions and millions and millions of people. Without that, nothing else matters. Well, I guess he assumed, but not white people, don't be ridiculous, right? Or not people who support Trump. Don't be ridiculous. They meant everybody and so Kotkalinsky had a fun tweet about it and he brought up this old Milo quote What is this etiquette if you're going to going about your business and find yourself observing an ice raid? I want to show a little respect and decency Are you allowed to masturbate where you stand in the street or should you find some kind of awning or motor vehicle? So like he loves ice rounding up undocumented immigrants

so much he'd like to pleasure himself to it. Good news, you've got an amazing opportunity right now. Okay, you're in the room with that undocumented immigrant. Have at it, hoss. Okay, so Elliot, what do you make of all this? Yeah, I'm having a hard time taking it seriously. I mean, I think that two things can be true, that, you know, there's something going on. Absolutely, he was critical of Israel at the same time.

I'm sure he got himself into this mess because it's what he does. And he's, you know, provocateur and he's a clown. I think that I'm very curious to know what he's going to say on some podcast at some point when he eventually gets released from ice and whether or not he sees anything he's going to spill the beans on because he does have a reputation for doing that. And he's called other people out and other right wing creators for astro-turfing and that whole drama. And so yeah, I have no love like Jake you're saying for either of these folks.

And I just think it's incredibly funny to kind of pile on. And I don't think it's worth having a lot of psychological energy invested in figures like this because their job is just to be entertaining just to get under your skin. Now when it comes back to bite them, there's a little bit of, I think, poetic justice there, I guess. Yeah. So look, there was like one or two guys throughout all the college campuses that like broke a door or whatever and that's a crime and you could get arrested for that.

The rest of them were just doing freedom of speech, period. And the courts have already adjudicated that, right? They've already said, yeah, they didn't break any laws. In this case, Milo is breaking the law. So like, look, is there an extra burden on people who criticize Israel? Of course, because the Israelis will show up pretending to be Americans, and they'll try to find anything that's wrong in your life, and then because they want to destroy your life. And so, oh, he did jaywalking there, we caught him on a flock camera, arrest him, deport him,

et cetera, right? And then on the other hand, they're like, oh yeah, we just murdered 23,000 kids, but that's no big deal, that's no big deal, right? So I get all that hypocrisy, no question, I get that we have to leave. an infinitely cleaner life. But here's who has not led an infinitely cleaner life, Milo. And so hence, bottom line is he did break the law and it's not really that close a call. Like he's been in violation for years. He said we should apply this law. He's in clear violation of that law. And to me, the part that bothers me the most is no, you gotta show up for your court

hearing, that's not disrespecting that judge or that particular court, it's disrespecting the system. You are, you have overstayed your visa by several years, the government, on behalf of the American people are asking you to show up to a court hearing. If you don't do that, that's disrespecting the whole country, and it's illegal. So at the end of the day, I gotta say right now as things stand and as things look, it makes sense to arrest. Oops. Okay, and look, let's, but hey, look, I look, I've got to say, I have.

I believe in the American justice system. He's got a defense, let him present his defense. Let's see if he's got an interesting one. And then if they start singling out, you know, oh, that undocumented immigrants okay. That guy who doesn't show up to a court hearing is okay. But he criticized Israel and he criticized Israel, okay, then that's gonna be a different story, right? So to me right now, as things stand, Milo is not exactly in that same group as the other peace protesters, et cetera, who didn't do anything wrong and who were actually trying to stop

of genocide and stop wars, whereas Milo clearly seems to be as far as we can say in violation of the law, and that's what you get arrested for. Okay, fair is shown America, nothing we can do about it. Okay, somebody said be on fair, I couldn't do it, I couldn't do it. Okay, so you know what, let's go to the next story, you crazy? Despite the ongoing war in the Middle East, thousands of young adults continue to travel to Israel for the birthright Israel. experience. This year marks the 25th anniversary of the program, which sends participants on a free

10-day trip to Israel. The organization is closing in on one million alumni worldwide who have taken part with many calling it the trip of a lifetime. I came home from that trip feeling a sense of responsibility to help write the next chapter of Jewish history. I came home not only a more informed person, but I also came home feeling like I was better prepared to make the case to my friends and to my family about why the US Israel relationship is vital. So there's a lot of news that MS now and all the cable stations could cover. For example, today Israel murdered three more people in the West Bank, as they do every day. You could talk about the desalination plant that they bombed right before it started.

It was set to be open and what did that do? That took out all the fresh water in Gaza. Monsters do that, terrorists do that, and that's weird. It just ran out of time to cover that story. But they did have time at MS Now, Fox News, and CNBC for all of them to do a free ad for Israel in the middle of their shows in the content. It's not labeled an ad, they're just like, oh my God, birthright, Israel is amazing. Tell us how wonderful Israel is.

Oh, thank God we had time for this giant segment on how amazing. and great and wonderful Israel. In fact, I think you should all go visit Israel and because Israel hasn't done anything wrong. It's the greatest country in the world. What is this BS? What is this obvious, preposterous propaganda for another country? So I'm gonna come back and tell you different examples of what, you know, what if you did this for other countries? It would be so insane.

But all right, Ellie, tell us the whole story. Yeah, so first let's go ahead and hear a little bit more from birthright Israel's CEO Elias Saratowza and his sales pitch to all of the young people totally watching Morning Joe. So for those who don't know what this is, can you just get offers a brief primer as to the origins of this program and what it offers for young people? Sure. Birthright Israel is the largest Jewish educational initiative in modern time. As you mentioned, we've brought over 950,000 participants. The trip changed my life. And our mission is to bring young people to Israel, to educate. them about this very complex situation in the Middle East and to have them come home, being prouder, more confident Jewish young adults to lead on their college campuses and to leave proud Jewish lives. In addition to the knowledge on the Middle East, we also want them to have

a surge in their connection to their Jewish identity, which is more important than ever, given the rise in anti-Semitism right now. So why is MS now promoting this so badly? Well, according to the AP, Israelis across political and religious lines are worried about the weakening connection with younger Jewish Americans who, according to a recent AP Norke poll, tend to consider support for Israel less crucial to their Jewish identity than older adults. They continue, riding amid diplomatic tensions, the role of Jewish Americans who historically lobbied for political, military, and financial support for Israel gains new prominence, Israeli said. And that deepens the concern that many young, progressive Americans, including Jews, now see support. in any way as irreconcilable with their worldview. So for Israelis, having that connection is vital. It's extremely important to us, said Itai Nixon, who leads the diaspora department

or diaspora department for Israel's ministry of diaspora affairs. We're the state of the Jewish people, not just Israelis. To see Israel and meet Israelis is the gold standard. But what will they actually see? Who will they actually meet? Will it be people like this? So this is IDF commander Colonel Nochi Mendel who ordered a drone strike in Gaza back in 2024 that killed seven world central kitchen workers.

And he is not sorry for it at all. According to Australia's ABC, this interview was conducted in October of last year, but it's being released now due to the IDF's decision to not prosecute those involved in the strike. Following the strike, Colonel Nochi Mendel, who was sacked from his role as chief of staff for the Israeli military's Nahal Infantry Brigade, the IDF said the attack was a grave mistake arising from misidentification of the occupants of the convoy as Hamas members due to the presence of armed security. However, the IDF dismissed Colonel Mandel because of what it described as a series of failures

that night, including a violation of the IDF's rules of engagement and standard operating procedure. But in his interview, Mandel stated he did not mean to kill the WCCK workers. However, I'm the commander and I'm the one who gave the order to carry out the operation. I didn't run away from the situation. I said I gave the order. Don't look for anyone else. I'm not sorry for what I did. He went on to say WCCA isn't really an innocent organization because of their connections to Hamas,

which has of course not been proven. It's a matter of it being painful because you're fighting a very complex situation. We came here to win to eradicate this evil for the whole world, not just for ourselves. So, Jank, what are your thoughts here? So just quickly on the colonel, he's a disgusting person. He said, well, you know, before, not when we hit him, but you got to trust me on this, they had a bunch of armed people around them that looked like Hamas. So did you hit them because there was no one armed in the car?

No, we waited for Hamas to leave and then we hit them. Why? Why would you do that? There was no Hamas. He's a giant liar. So I thought maybe I saw a gun. It was a bag. There was no guns at all in the car.

Oh, it doesn't matter because the World Central Kitchen that feeds the poor that we are literally starving to death here in Gaza. They're connected with Hamas. Anyone who we want to murder, we just pretend they're connected to Hamas. So we murder. But good news, Elliot. MS now was all over that this morning. They're like, look at this colonel, he's not even being arrested. And he's like, oh, man, I can't believe I lost my job for murdering seven people, including an American, by the way.

Oh, what, MSN not didn't cover that, that's so weird. And neither did Fox News that did the same birthright citizen ad. Wait a minute, I thought MS Now and Fox News were on opposite sides, but they're both doing giant ads for Israel. Oh my God, look at that. They were also on CNBC. So they're on almost every cable news station, not talking about the murderous colonel who murdered an American citizen, and there's no accountability, he's not arrested, we're not

asking for him to be extradited. They're not talking about the people killed today. They're not, look, we all know October 7th, the worst thing that ever happened since the whole God's, right? Okay, we say, okay, yes. 73 times that in Gaza, they're like, shut up, who cares? One of those since the ceasefire, that makes it the 74th one, meaning over a thousand civilians killed in Gaza since the ceasefire, because Israel keeps murdering and murdering and

murdering, it never stops. But is it on MS now or Fox News or on CNBC? Nope, nope, nope, nothing, nothing. Instead, giant ads for Israel. Is this a coincidence? I mean, the media tells us, oh, it's just a wild coincidence that we're 100% in favor of Israel. And we think that the murder of all of these Palestinians and Lebanese and Muslims and Christians are irrelevant. So we never cover them because we ran out of time giving Israel a giant five minute ad, 10 minute ad, 7 minute ad in the middle of our story. Why? And Ellie, what is this?

If I said, hey, you know what? Morning Joe, I'd like to come on, first of all, already know. Okay, I'd like to come on and talk about birthright, Turkey, and how all the Turkish kids in America should go to Turkey and get a propaganda trip led by the Turkish government. Like, no, we're not gonna have you on to talk about that super weirdo program. Why would we do a promotion for Turkish government propaganda for Turkish American citizens? Why would we care? Why would anybody care? Imagine birthright Indonesia. Oh my God, all the cable news guys. Oh, birthright Indonesia, we got to give them five minute of our times. We got to get the young Indonesia's to go back to Indonesia.

You'd be like, that is the strangest thing I have ever seen. And Indonesia is one of the largest countries in the world. But when it's for Israel, they're like, well, obviously. Obviously, we're here to serve Israeli propaganda. Thank you. That's what I thought. Cable news is nothing but wall to wall Israeli propaganda. It is insane. And you're right, Ellie, the thing that, why are they doing this now? Because this propaganda is not meant for us. This probably, well, generally, of course, like Israel's the greatest, everybody get on your hands and knees for your masters. But on top of that, This was mainly aimed at young Jewish Americans. Yeah, because they found out that they're moral and it's really bothering them.

Like free press article after article, what did we do wrong? Why do our kids care about genocide? Why are they treating all human beings that the same? They should be treating Israelis as gods and demigods and Palestinians as cockroaches and rats to be murdered. What did we do wrong? What did we do wrong? Well, look, I actually think that you taught them Judaism instead of Zionism. So thank you.

You actually did something right, okay? Judaism has tons of beautiful, amazing parts to it, including, by the way, question the rabbi. That means you question authority. You might even question your parents. You might even question Israeli propaganda. And since you taught them those wonderful qualities, they learned that, more than they learned the toxic nationalism called Zionism. So they're freaking out that they're losing Jewish Americans and particularly, you know,

Yeah, I mean, what came to mind for me is the late Michael Brooks, when in a very popular clip that goes around one or twice a year. He was asked about his views on Israel in relation

to Bernie Sanders' views. And he said very bluntly, my Jewish values teach me to oppose apartheid. And then he just stopped talking. And that's a very powerful statement. Now, also when it comes to MS now, I think it's important to remember that their acronym is my source for news opinion in the world, which always just kind of cracks me up because it feels like they took about five minutes to figure out how to rename their channel. And they also seem like if the onion tried to do like serious news, it's like the last dying gasps it feels like of mainstream media. But to your point, Jank, like when it comes to young American Jews, like I remember learning about the birthright or the birthright journeys that they would go on as a young person and being

like, wow, that's really beautiful and really great. And how cool did they do that? But for myself and a lot of other young people for the past few years, that I think, I like to say other young people, maybe not so much, but young people I think have seen for the past few years that that's not tenable with, as they're saying, their worldview. And so they're making that known. And yeah, this seems like a panic situation where they're trying to again convince people that no, no, no, no, this is all great. And we need that bond.

But it's a foreign policy. It's about the bond between two separate countries. And I don't see how it's necessarily at all about the faith. Yeah. So last couple of things on that. So MS now is supposed to be a channel that's on the left. Please clap. That's when you laugh out loud.

I know you did at home. But by the way, I talk to people in TV and in media, and they're like, what do you mean? Aren't they like radical left? Okay, so 80% of Democratic voters disapprove of Israel. Meanwhile, the left-wing channel in Washington is like, Israel, everyone go back to Israel. Israel, our mighty Lord and Savior. Where's the left-wing part of this? And by the way, if I said that to them, they'd be like, well, yeah, you're probably, of course.

We're not talking about the 80% of Democrats who are anti-Semites. They're we shun them. They're all anti-Semites, right? That's all I see on cable news. Look, the only thing that's good news out of any of this garbage is, Elliot, it's like the mask is completely off. At this point, like, yeah, I get it if you're 89 years old and no defense, there's wonderful senior citizens that watch all sorts of different channels, including ours, et cetera. And a lot of older Americans have moved on to online and have opened up their minds.

But we're talking about averages, right? So no one under the age of 35 watches TV at all. It's like close to zero, right? And then above under 50, it's very, very low. So but unfortunately, and I'm in the category above 55 at this point. And so I grew up in that in some ways in that demographic. And I remember being brainwashed by these cable news guys who I thought were real news. And it turns out now when you look back at it, almost everything they said was a lie.

And I actually was an anchor on MSNBC. And I was told basically all the things you're not allowed to say and all the things you're supposed to say. And it wasn't the news. So nobody knows it better than me. I was there. I was a host on there, right? So at this point, I don't think anybody's buying this. anymore other than the 89 year olds that are just never got off of it, right?

That just got stuck there and they're on that same treadmill and they're like, oh, corporations are great. Drill baby drill, wait, this is the Laffling Channel. Student debt shouldn't be. How are you going to pay for that? We shouldn't get health care. We shouldn't get health care. How are you going to pay for that? But Israel should get everything.

They should get more wars. Yeah, we're on the Democrats. We're for endless wars, right? As long as Israel's doing it. We love genocide. Don't wait, wait, I thought we hated genocide. Right? So they're on that treadmill of propaganda.

And unfortunately, if they can't unplug, they're lost because they've been completely brainwashed by these guys. But for everyone under 50 and now tons and tons and tons of people above 50, we're like, oh, okay, we get it. There's no point in being upset anymore. Those mainstream media isn't news, it's propaganda. I mean, you could check in and every once in a while and go, oh, what's the propaganda the government wants us now to believe now?

What direction do they want to hurt all of us in? And by the way, guys, that's not exaggeration. We show you all the time. All the cable news guys, all saying the same thing at the same time. And every talking point is the same. Abdul al-Said went on MS now today. Again, theoretically, left-wing channel, I'll pause for laughter again. And what happened?

They immediately attacked them. And they were like, oh, do what about Hassan Piker? Why don't you denounce him, renounce him? Oh, look at this, Hassan, Pike, Abdul Us, aye. Now remember everybody, don't vote for the Democrat. Vote for Mike Rogers, who's been arguing for war with Iran for 20 years, exact same Israeli talking point. Oh, look at that.

Our anchors have that same talking point and have had it for the last 20 years on every single cable news station, always in favor of giant corporations, always in favor of Israel, and never in favor of the actual average American. So since like I'm getting less angry these things about cable news because most Americans now get it. It's a freaking joke. Those are the people who think that they're so clever and going to keep poisoning the brains of Americans and get us to actually help the powerful folks that are totally screwing us

over. Yeah, and propaganda works primarily through repetition. So I think when you're talking about like a lot of the older demographics, that means that they've heard the same message over and over and over and over again. And once that happens, you have something called the illusory truth effect, and it doesn't matter if you give them information counter to it. That is such a strong effect in the mind, that it's just going to basically be calcified. So I think when they get on the, you know, behind the desk and they start making fun of all

these young people who, oh, they're just so twisted, oh, they're on TikTok and they're getting the wrong information and they're, they're sympathizing with terrorists. I also think it's because they have to return to those same points over and over and over again, because it's the same points they've been hitting for the past however many decades, and they have a TV demographic that is going to sit there and eat it up. And they have to make sure that they never legitimize young people. But I think it makes me incredibly proud of young people, because with all the chaos going on right now, at least we have young folks who are starting to get a little wiser to the game,

it seems. Yeah, super last thing. So Israel has basically 9,000 Palestinian hostages. They never charge them with a crime and they stuff them in prison. And then unfortunately, these reports out from Israeli doctors saying that they've amputated the limbs of an extraordinary number of Palestinians because they're being handcuffed at all times, hand and legs, and it's cutting off the flow of blood. And so they're amputating people every single day.

And then Israeli human rights groups like Betzelma pointed out systemic rape in those Israeli prisons. And that's why they had a segment about the hostages finally on MS down yesterday, no CNN, And you know what it was? The former Israeli hostages. Oh, the current 9,000 Palestinian hostages lower than dirt. They're just Muslims, of course. They're being, Dr. Mangala is sitting there amputating these limbs left and right every single

day and these torture gulags that Israel runs. Instead we're gonna bring on a hostages from a couple of years ago. And he's gonna tell his sob story again. And oh my God, Israel, we're such victims. We're victims. Chop his arms off, chop his legs off. Shut up, cable news anchor. Tell me how great I am and I'm the victim.

Oh, we have a hostage here from Israel. Wait, a monster turned all the hostages, and then Israel was supposed to leave Gaza. Did Israel leave Gaza? No, they have 70% of Gaza. Did you tell your audience on all these cable news stations that they kept 70% of Gaza? They stole that land and are never giving it back and have said they're never giving it back. Nope, I kept that for my audience because then they wouldn't love Israel. Instead, I brought on a hostage from a couple of years ago and the birthright Israel guy

And on top of that, he said for sure that he did not go to a certain country for vaccines, not about vaccines. He's positive of it. Is that how it turned out, or did he maybe lie to Congress? Let's find out. Let's find out together, everybody. So health secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

repeatedly told lawmakers during his confirmation last year that his 2019 trip to Samoa had nothing to do with vaccines. The reason he was asked about this particular trip is because shortly after the current health secretary left Samoa, the country had a massive measles outbreak that by January 2020 had infected over 5,700 people and killed 83 of those people, most of whom were children under the age of five. his January 2025 confirmation hearing, RFK Jr. was asked by Senator Ed Markey. Yesterday under oath, you told my colleagues on the Senate Finance Committee that when you went to Samoa in June 2019, it, quote, had nothing to do with vaccines. Will you confirm again today that the trip had nothing to do with vaccines? To which RFK Jr. replied, my purpose and going down there

had nothing to do with vaccines, which he reiterated multiple times. But documents released yesterday by the AP and the Guardian tell a quite different story in a letter from Kennedy to the then Prime Minister of Samoa, which is less than 300 words, some form of the word vaccine appears eight times. So you can see in the, maybe you can see in the second paragraph, for example, for most of the world, investigation of adverse health events associated with vaccines or any pharmaceutical for that matter is both difficult and time consuming. Then third paragraph, it is, however, known that vaccines vary both lot to lot from specific manufacturers and between manufacturers for a single vaccine type. This makes the likelihood of adverse lot

and manufacturer specific effects higher for smaller nations where all vaccine can be from few or a single lot manufacturer and then also toward the end. I wish to congratulate you and your minister of health for your quick attention to the tragic deaths temporarily associated with MMR vaccines. In response to AP, the Department of Health and Human Services said, any claim or insinuation based on these letters that Secretary Kennedy lied under oath or to Congress, is not only false but outright defamatory. The AP also noted that Kennedy was not under oath during his hearing, but that regardless, lying to Congress is a crime that is punishable with prison time, though it is rarely actually prosecuted. At the time of RFK Jr.'s visit to Samoa,

he was also the head of children's health defense, known for its anti-vaccine activism. And the release of this document comes at the same time as reports of more measles are all popping up all over the country. So earlier this week, the Pennsylvania Health Department announced that one of two measles related deaths was an infant, though the coroner says the cause of death was a ruptured spleen. It is still unclear whether measles played a role in the infant's death. An infection can cause the spleen to enlarge, which raises the risk of rupture, but that could be difficult to detect in an autopsy after a rupture has occurred. Lancaster County coroner Diomontoni, a Republican who has held the elected position since 2008,

said he did not find evidence that the infant's spleen was enlarged. The measles was instead found in the infant's lungs, he added, that he was investigating the death further, saying the infant was born at a birthing center assisted by a lay midwife, who was not certified in midwifery. Secretary Kennedy is, perhaps not surprisingly, not taking any of this very well, writing on ex-formally Twitter, Governor Shapiro's unseemingly rushed to Lancaster County to convene a national press conference and his giddy delight in announcing two measles' deaths was a morose commentary on the contemporary political dialogue. The performance was a replay of the Democrats' COVID playbook, fear-mongering, misinformation, finger-pointing, and the weaponization of infectious disease fears for political game. The announcement appears to have been premature, and the deaths may have even been altogether

fabricated by one of the governor's hopeful staffers. The Lancaster County coroner says that it has no record of any measles deaths. State law requires that all measles deaths can be reported to the coroner. Governor Shapiro's shattered tradition and violated standard public health policy by refusing to share information with the county health department or CDC. Since I have been in office, CDC has had a superb record of cooperation, information sharing, and professionalism with blue and red state governors and health officials. Those collaborations have resulted in effective control of the global measles outbreak in this country. Governor Shapiro got his headlines. He correctly gambled that the slavish mainstream media would dutifully amplify his school.

with any effort to check the facts. And today, the Wayne County Health Department in Ohio reported five confirmed cases of measles, with another 29 cases being susceptible or probable. All of these cases are unvaccinated individuals. These illnesses are entirely preventable with vaccination. It's safe and it works. That is from Nicholas Cascarelli, Wayne County Health Commissioner. Also from Atlanta today, four new cases of measles have been confirmed originating from a daycare center.

While details about the outbreak remain limited, officials say it is, quote, associated with a daycare setting in the Metro Atlanta area and that the children involved were either unvaccinated or not fully vaccinated. So, Jank, what are your thoughts here? Yeah, so look, we're open-minded. I interviewed RFK Jr. here when he was running as an independent. And he talked to a big game about how he's going to go out for big food. and I guess maha exists, does it really exist? And they were gonna go after things like high fructose corn syrup and all the toxic stuff they're putting in our first.

Right, I'm totally open to that. That's actually, and that makes sense, Bobby used to be on the left, right? And so that's a good way to hold corporations accountable, keep us healthy, it sounds good. Then he went into office and he's like, yeah, we're not gonna do any of that. Why? We all know why, because they give a lot of money to the Republican Party. So he was told, shut up and be a good boy, do your stupid vaccine stuff, right? And that riles up the crowd anyway.

Okay, so look, I'm an open-minded guy. I think the chances of 99% of the doctors all being wrong is not high, not high. But all right, I'll hear you out. So you want to make a case for the autism or whatever? This is a perfect time. Your head of health and human services. Give me a real study. Give me a meta study.

Give me proof. Give me evidence. You have access to everything. No more excuses, right? And what does he give us? Nothing. There's no evidence, he's presented nothing that proves anything about his case. And then all of a sudden we're disfavoring vaccines and measles outbreak happens.

Well proofs in the pudding, man. So you can, you know, like once people are dug into a certain position, they never want to get out of it, right? And it takes so, it's so hard to pry him out of that position. But you should care about facts. And so I'm sure that his fans are now like, oh no, no, like no, it's not measles plus, Measles is no big deal. Plus, measles is better than vaccines, plus whatever, right? You can go like that all day long. Now, here's what sucks, measles.

And here's what works at large vaccines. And so like there's this, guys, it's not impossible for the, I tell the left, it's not impossible for the right wing to be right. For example, I'm catching a ton of heat from the left about Fauci, right? Well, so Fauci, I think was right about the vaccines, down the right wing will hate me, right? But so, okay, I'm open-minded. We go into the hearings, and did you do gain of function research? That's a super important question. Where did the virus come from?

Did it come from a lab or did it come from nature? Those are important questions. I take the fifth. And you're telling me that a virus broke out a natural virus right next to the wool. Virohan virology lab? That is a hell of a coincidence. That's like one of the largest coincidences in my lifetime, right? So okay, so if you're telling me that's a problem, we should look into gain of function

research, I'm totally open-minded about that. I think you might be right, I think that's an interesting point. Left goes, boo, no, no, don't be open-minded, you know, like everybody's stay in their lanes, right? No, I'm totally open. But RFK Jr., what is this? This is garbage. This is now we have measles. You didn't prove that the vaccines were wrong in any way, shape or form.

And then, yeah, I got a problem with a liar. So you tell me that you didn't go to Samoa for vaccines. Not only is the entire letter, vaccine, vaccine vaccine, vaccine, but I'm going to read you one more sentence to give you a sense of why he went. He wrote in the letter to evaluate whether or not this has been experienced in Samoa, I would propose my team conduct detailed health informatics. assessment in Samoa of what happened with your MMR vaccines. Literally telling you in the letter, my purpose for coming is to investigate your

MMR vaccine. And in front of Congress, he's like, vaccine, what name so? I don't know that. No, I went to Samoa to go fishing. Oh, was there vaccines? Come on, man. So if you're a giant liar like this and none of your facts line up and now we got measles outbreak, that's on you.

Now it turns out you're 100% wrong. And we were open-minded. We're not like, oh, yeah, no, we just don't like him. Oh, he killed a bear. No, his performance sucks. He hasn't made anybody healthier, and he's now actively making people less healthy. Yeah, I have no problem shaming RFK Jr. Or anyone like that who's in a position of power, because you're in a position of power.

So you're kind of bringing that on yourself a little bit. I think it gets a little murkier when you're talking about folks for whom vaccine, for their, who are very skeptical of a vaccine. Because for a lot of folks, that is an issue that is very personal for them and you can disagree about their stances. And I do regarding the efficacy of vaccines and 100% on the side of being pro vaccine to a degree. It's also okay to question when you're being told by the government to do anything. And I think some kind of healthy skepticism makes sense, especially these days. But at the same time, these individuals have been hearing this and a lot of them have been looking for answers.

And RFK gave them a very simple answer. And that is vaccines are bad, don't do them. And that's what's causing the problem. And that is very attractive and seductive for people. But at the same time, again, I don't think shaming those people is the right way to go about things, because very often they're not coming from a bad faith position. They're coming from a place of really wanting to be able to do the right thing by their kids and by future generations. And I don't think the motives there are at all bad.

When it comes though to RFK, when you got a guy in power, when you're talking about going to a country, leaving it and then there's an explosion of measles where 83 kids die, most of whom under the age of five, then you're in a different kind of territory. And at that point, yeah, I think it's okay to shame RFK a little bit on this one. Yeah, and look, so again, people get upset at me for even having an open mind. But if you said to me there's something wrong with a vaccine, I'm not going to shut that down. If you say to me all vaccines are wrong, that doesn't make any sense. That's overwhelming evidence against you.

Overwhelming, okay, every study that's looked at it. say overall, are there vaccines that are effective? Of course, of course, we've saved millions of lives with those vaccines, right? So, but that doesn't mean every single vaccine is going to be great. And they do have immunity from lawsuits. So when he makes that point, that's when I go, oh, well, that's interesting. I'm a little worried about corporations having immunity because then we won't be able to verify if it's safe or not.

So I'm, okay, I'm listening to that, right? And when you're open-minded, you find, like, you get to situations where it turns out, hey, look, that's unexpected, but the other side was right about X, Y, or Z. So, for example, like, I even said in the middle of COVID, I said, well, why are people driving around? I've seen a bunch of people in a car by themselves with a mascot. I'm like, that doesn't make any sense. And then people were like, how dare you? You know, masks are good in all situations. I'm like, you're in the car by yourself.

Are you gonna give the disease to yourself? You either have it or you don't. It's totally pointless to wear it in the car. This doesn't make any sense at all. And so, but like people get dug in to their, no, no, we're always mask, always vaccine. Never mask, never vaccine. So if you're on the right, can you also open up your mind and go, oh, maybe not all vaccines are evil.

Not all of them have a 5G chip in them or run by Bill Gates or whatever, right? Turns out some of them save kids' lives from measles. And that's a good thing and not a bad thing. So but the bottom line is you've got to actually come with receipts and evidence and facts. So please, if you're on the left or the right, stop digging into what you were told is your ideology, right? And look at the facts and show and see where that leads you, you're gonna be way better off. And by the way, that's how science is done.

You don't make assumptions ahead of time, you test things, and then you see what you get. Yeah, there's also like meta studies. You don't just look at one study and then go, oh, another study says one thing, and so therefore what do you believe? Oh, how does anybody even know? There's a system at place where it's peer review, there's academic consensus, there's meta studies that look at tons of them altogether, they collate the information, and they go from there.

And I think that's an incredibly valuable thing. Also, that would have been really helpful to have been communicated during COVID. I think both administrations, Trump and Biden, really dropped the ball when it came to communicating to the American people what was going on at a time when everybody was kind of freaked out. And when everybody gets freaked out, the natural impulse is to get as bipartisan or partisan as possible and start othering the other group and go, well, we trust the science, so therefore you should be ashamed of yourself. And then, oh, you just trust the science so you blindly believe whatever.

And now we're fighting each other rather than, you know, looking at the people who are in power, who are failing the American people on an almost daily basis. Actually daily, I agree. I'll just double down on one quick thing he said, which is guys, just because you saw one study or kind of study doesn't mean that that's the only study that exists. And I say that to both sides. Look at meta studies, they combine a lot of studies together and are a lot more reliable. And some of the journals don't always get it right, but they get it right way more often

than they get it wrong. So keep an open mind. Okay, we're out of time. So that leaves me only time to say three things. One is I'm gonna take Mike Rogers political head off when we come back.
