You're listening to The Young Turks, the online news show.
Make sure to follow and rate our show with not one, not two, not three, not four, but five stars.
You're awesome. Thank you.
Trash Revolution.
I'm so upset.
Oh my God.
The guy.
Welcome to TYT.
This will be my last solo show of the week.
But I'm very, very excited for Jank to make his return to the show tomorrow.
We've got a jam-pack show, as always, to look forward to today, though.
We will start off with, I think, the clown of the day, right?
I want to say a lighter story because today's rundown is a little bit heavy.
We will be talking about the Pam Bondi hearing that took place before the House Judiciary Committee today.
We're also going to talk a little bit about the latest in the Epstein files.
The latest in regard to Israel, the United States and the likelihood of us going to war against Iran.
and a lot more to get to.
You know, I mean, I could do a tease.
Do I really want to do it?
I don't.
I don't.
I just want to get right to our next story.
I want to get to our first story.
Again, not the top story of the day,
but I thought that we could start off with something,
I guess a little lighter.
Take the look.
The lyrics from what we have seen from Bad Bunny are very disturbing.
You know, I don't speak fluent Spanish, okay?
I know how to ask where the bathroom is,
but these lyrics, if it is true,
what was said on national television, we have a lot of questions for the entities that broadcasts
this, and we'll be talking with Brendan Carr from the SEC about this. This could be much worse
than the Janet Jackson wardrobe malfunction. Let's put it that way. But we saw a booby.
Like we saw an actual booby on television during the Janet Jackson debacle. And honestly,
I'm not mad at it. I'm not mad at boobies. I don't think it's the end of the world.
But like, we're opening an investigation into bad buddies lyrics.
Are we serious right now?
Seems like this one Republican is.
So turns out some Republicans are so up in arms about the Bad Bunny Super Bowl halftime
performance that they are literally demanding investigations.
And it's not an exaggeration, as you just saw from that video.
So you just heard from Representative Mark Alford.
He's saying that, you know, he intends to speak with the FCC chair.
The Federal Communications Commission chair, wow, Brandon Carr about whether rules were broken, okay?
There was too much fun on that stage. Rules were broken. And of course, it has to do with
the type of language that the FCC still regulates, which is, everything just seems like a
joke to me. You guys write in and let me know what you think, right? Because,
Because now that it is just abundantly clear that government is littered with either pedophiles
or individuals who are happy to provide cover for pedophiles, the idea that we have a government
agency regulating whether or not you can use the shortened version of the name Richard, but
to respond to someone's Johnson instead, whether or not that's okay to use on television is
just hilarious to me. I mean, it's just, it's so sweet compared to the real monsters that we're
dealing with in this country and around the world. But nonetheless, Representative Andy Ogles or
Ogles of Tennessee was particularly incensed about this performance, which was the second most
watch halftime show in Super Bowl history. Let me give you a little taste of what he has to say about
this. He writes, last night's halftime show was a disgrace and it mocked American family.
Depicting, wait, what?
Depicting gay pornography on prime time has no place in our culture.
Gay pornography.
Now, obviously there's a community note there that says that there was no gay porn during this halftime show.
He might be referring to two men embracing each other at one point, but it was like a quick flash on the screen.
Interesting that that's what stood out the most to Representative Ogles or Ogles.
Is there ogles or ogles? I don't know. Who cares? The bad money performance is conclusive proof
that Puerto Rico should never be a state. Then how about we let them, we let them go? How about we
let them be their own country? How about we give them freedom rather than have them serve as a colony
to the United States that doesn't have the exact same rights that we do here in mainland US?
I don't know. I mean, I would be happy to do that. Now the question is, is our Congress willing
to do that? Is our government willing to do that? I would venture to say no, it's unlikely.
And now he's demanding an investigation as well.
The Apple Music Super Bowl halftime show was pure smut, brazenly aired on national television for every American family to witness.
Children were forced to endure explicit displays of gay sexual acts, women gyrating provocatively and bad bunny shamelessly grabbing his crotch while try, while try humping the air.
Honestly, representative, I think that your post is it appropriate.
It's a little too descriptive.
It seems a little bit obscene.
What are the kids going to think?
Anyway, he continues.
And if that wasn't outrageous enough, the performances lyrics openly glorified sodomy
and countless other unspeakable depravities.
I thought you guys, first of all, didn't understand anything he was saying because he was
singing in Spanish.
I don't know if he was singing about sodomy or not.
The fact that you guys are hyper focused on this, though, really fascinating.
That is why I am requesting that the energy and commerce committee launch a formal congressional inquiry into the National Football League and NBC immediately.
The federal government is littered with pedophiles and people who provided cover for a pedophile ring headed by Jeffrey Epstein.
How about you investigate that, you piece of crap?
You know that moment right before you launched something new that pit in your stomach?
I remember when I started TYT, I thought to myself, what if no one watches?
What if we run out of money tomorrow?
It was scary.
Still thinking about that every once in a while.
But you push through and having the right tools makes all the difference.
Like when we launched ShopTTYT, Shopify was a lifesaver.
We used it and we loved it.
If you're starting in business, those what ifs can be terrifying and that's where Shopify comes in.
What if I can't build a good looking website?
Shopify has hundreds of templates to build a beautiful online store that.
That actually matches your brand.
What if people haven't heard of my brand?
Shopify helps you to get the word out with easy to run email and social campaigns.
What if I get stuck or have a question in the process?
Their award-winning 24-7 support is there with expert advice.
And the best part, that iconic purple shop pay button.
It's why Shopify has the best converting checkout on the planet.
Less abandoned carts, more sales for you.
It's time to turn those what-ifs into with Shopify today.

And by the way, after watching the House Judiciary Hearing involving Attorney General Pam Bondi today
and how she evaded questions and more importantly, how Republicans couldn't be bothered to ask
actual questions about Epstein and instead focused on anything else.
They use the hearing to detract, to take away from what should be a comprehensive investigation into Epstein and his co-conspirators.
And now you have this Republican talking about tapping the Energy and Commerce Committee to launch a formal congressional inquiry into the NFL and NBC.
Okay.
Brian Krasenstein, who, you know, he's fine, whatever.
He responded to that. I liked his response. I'll say that. He says, girls twerking, smut,
billionaires trafficking 12-year-olds for sex, look the other way. Yeah, I totally agree with that.
That's the vibe right now when it comes to some of our politicians.
Now, the congressman sent a letter to fellow Republican representative Brett Guthrie. He's the chair of the House
Energy and Commerce, I can't believe he's going through with this. So he sends this letter to the chair of the
House Energy and Commerce Committee, okay, in which he specifically cited two of Bad Bunny songs by name,
Sappaera and Yo Pero Sola. Okay, so the congressman argued that the sexual content would be
readily apparent across any language barrier. Okay, then why were you Republicans complaining about how you
couldn't understand what he was singing about. Anyway, he says this. The language barrier did not
mitigate the explicit nature of the material. Rather, it heightened the broadcaster's obligation
to exercise reasonable diligence in reviewing, translating, and evaluating the content prior to airing.
Randy Fine even waited on this. Randy Fine, you know, haven't heard too much from him about the Epstein
files, but he did want to weigh in on Bad Bunny because, you know, that's a real priority here.
He says, you can't say the F word on live TV. Bad Bunny's disgusting half-type show was illegal.
Had he said these lyrics and all of the other disgusting and pornographic filth in English on
live TV, the broadcast would have been pulled down and fines would have been enormous.
Puerto Ricans and Americans and we, Puerto Ricans and Americans and we all live by the
rules. We are sending Brendan Carr from the FCC, of course, a letter calling for dramatic
action. I literally can't believe they're doing this. I can't believe it because it's embarrassing
for them. But apparently they like to embarrass themselves on a regular basis. So he attached
the English translation of some of Bad Bunny songs, many lines of which Bad Bunny didn't even perform.
They might be lyrics in his songs, but he didn't actually perform those lyrics during the Super Bowl halftime show.
So he also never said the F word.
And besides which, are we, are we five?
Are we five?
Can the FCC please just do away with these regulations to begin with?
Like, let's actually recognize this country for what it is.
It is a country governed by pedophiles or pedophile protectors.
And we're going to make a national case over the F word that wasn't even sung during the halftime show.
Anyway, now we're going to have this fun moment where I'm going to read lyrics from Bad Bunny's halftime show.
Okay, so this is from Safayana. He says,
my D is being chased and I want you to.
Okay. All right, all right. I'm being a child, I know.
My D is being chased and I want you to hide it.
Grab it like a bunga.
She took a pill that made her horny.
She Fs in the Audi, not in the Honda.
Aye.
Okay.
All right.
Wow, I'm so scandalized.
But the most explicit lyrics were actually bleeped or bad bunny skipped over them entirely.
And so nonetheless, Fine ended up sending to Brendan Carr.
Brandon Carr, that letter demanding accountability. And it is worth noting that the headline performer
at the Turning Point USA event, you know, the one to give everybody an alternative if they don't want
to watch Bad Bunny, the All-American halftime show, as they called it. Well, that was Kid Rock, right?
And apparently he's known for songs such as Cool, Daddy, Cool, which features the lines,
And I quote, young ladies, young ladies, I like them underage. See? Some say that's statutory, but I say it's mandatory. Well, look, to be fair to the Republicans who are bitching about bad bunny's lyrics while saying nothing about the pedophilic lyrics in kid rock's music, at least they're consistent. At least they're consistent.
and disgusting. And look, to be fair to Kid Rock, he didn't perform that song during the
halftime show, but he did perform, you know, his popular song, Bawita Baba or whatever.
So it includes a verse that shouts out, topless dancers and hookers in Hollywood.
This will be fun. Let's talk about first dates. We've all been there. You're trying to
figure someone out, so you ask the important stuff up front. What are you looking for? What are your
deal breakers, you get right to the point to see if they're the right person for you.

with the smut that you allegedly heard from Bad Bunny,
what about the smut you hear from Kid Rock?
The truth of the case is they don't really care about these lyrics.
And they want to give us all the illusion of doing their jobs,
of governing the country,
and in their minds, engaging in senseless, annoying,
and honestly frustrating culture wars that don't actually do anything
for the American people, that's their bread and butter.
Lawmakers, and I mean lawmakers in general on both sides of the aisle would be happy,
would be happy to go right back to the manufactured culture wars that cause everyone else to fight.
It was a halftime show performance.
We fight about it every single year without fail.
At what point are Americans going to stand up and say, I don't care.
I didn't like it.
I just turned off the TV or I went and grabbed another plate of nach.
and I moved on with my life, like an adult.
Let's be adults.
And you know what adults would do in the face of these types of politicians who want nothing
more than to engage in these ridiculous culture wars?
Give them the middle finger and tell them to actually do their jobs or they'll be voted
out of office.
That's the correct response to all of this.
Anyway, let's move on to other news today.
I wanted to talk a little bit about the warmonger's visit to the White House, which is now
his sixth time meeting with Trump.
Let's get into it.
This meeting between Trump and Netanyahu is closed to the press for now.
Could have changed, as always, with this president.
But two sources tell ABC News that Netanyahu will personally present the latest Israeli intelligence
to the president on Iran's efforts to rebuild its ballistic missile program and nuclear program.
This is the Israeli government pressing their case that not only should that nuclear program be the focus of the talks,
but also there should be other red lines which the U.S. should extract demands from the Iranians on.
namely the ballistic missile program that Israel says Iran has already started to rebuild.
Not only is Israel's intelligence for the United States so worthless that it's not worth the paper is printed on.
Iran's missile capabilities are not of importance to the United States.
They can't reach the United States.
Iran has no interest in actually harming us.
And so I just want to understand why do we care about what Netanyahu or the Israelis have to say about
Iran at all?
And that's not just me saying it.
Here is mega Zionist Robert Greenway from the Heritage Foundation.
If you're unfamiliar with him, he's one of the ghouls who negotiated the Abraham Accords
in order to normalize Israel's depravity with Arab countries.
Here's what he has to say about Iran's missile capabilities.
And certainly Iran does not have the capacity to adequately threaten the United States,
but it's not completely defenseless.
And I think that's why additional assets may be required and may be on their way into the theater.
Midnight Hammer took the nuclear program off the table.
So the ballistic missile program is all that they've got left.
And that, of course, remains a target that both Israel and the United States and frankly,
the region should be interested in eliminating.
And once that happens, Iran is no longer the principal threat in the region and we're in a new Middle East.
And I think that's the horizon that both the president, the prime minister are steering towards.
So Iran's missiles are not a threat to the United States. But as you just heard the gentlemen say, Iran has defense capabilities.
And we should be concerned about that. Why? Why? Why would we be so concerned about that that that we would risk the lives of our soldiers and use
our resources to engage in war with Iran.
Now look, we're not dumb, obviously, right?
We know what's going on here.
We know that war with Iran would happen at the behest of Israel.
That's the whole point here.
That is the reason why Prime Minister Benjamin and Yahoo,
who was supposed to meet with Trump next week,
begged to have his meeting moved up so he could meet with Trump today.
And that's what happened this morning.
He did meet with Trump.
I am assuming to goad him into fighting a war on Israel's behalf.
And since Trump is Israel's bitch, much like previous presidents, Democrats and Republicans,
he'll probably give Beebe what he wants.
Now, nonetheless, you know, the prime minister is back in town.
And here is what I think is really interesting here.
So according to the Jerusalem Post, they write, quote,
I will present Trump with principles for negotiations with Iran that are important,
not only to Israel, but to everyone who wants peace and security.
Netanyahu said while boarding wing of Zion, Israel's state aircraft.
In my opinion, these are important principles for everyone who wants peace and security in the
Middle East.
Peace and security in the Middle East would require Israel to be put in its place.
Israel is the biggest threat to not just peace in the Middle East, but peace on this planet.
So take a good, hard look at yourself, Netanyahu, because you are the biggest obstacle to peace in the Middle East, bar none.
There's no competition at this point.
Now, ahead of Netanyahu's visit, Trump bragged about sending more U.S. military capabilities to the region.
Take a look at that.
We have a massive flotilla right now going over to Iran.
We'll see what happens.
I think they want to make a deal.
I think they'd be foolish if they didn't.
I would say that I'd rather make a deal.
It's got to be a good deal.
No nuclear weapons, no missiles, no this, no that, all the different things that you want.
So in other words, Trump is saying that he intends to send a second carrier strike group to the Middle East in preparation for war with Iran.
And regardless of what Barack Ravid might have to say over at Axios, you know, he wants us all to believe that there's daylight between Trump and Netanyahu.
That's actually not the case at all.
Here is more reporting from the Jerusalem Post.
There are no significant gaps between Israel and the United States on negotiations with Iran.
U.S. ambassador to Israel, Mike Kukubi, told the Jerusalem Post at Ben-Gurian Airport before the Tuesday departure, meaning before Netanyahu left Israel.
on Tuesday to come persuade Trump to spill American blood and use American treasure on behalf of Israel.
So that's the reality of the situation. Now, what do I mean when I say there's no daylight
between the two? Trump likes to talk out of both sides of his mouth. It's the most annoying thing
in the world. But I think the best way to handle that is out of the two things he's saying,
which one is worse, that's the one he actually means. And so when he says,
starts, you know, his tough talk about how he's going to, oh, he's going to crush Iran.
That's what he actually means. Now, remember, this all started with the Israelis pretending
like they were very worried about their safety, very scared about Iran potentially building
nuclear weapons. Obama secures the JCPOA, the Iran nuclear deal, to ensure that Iran
is not building nuclear weapons. Trump comes in in 2018, rips it up. And suddenly,
we're hearing about the Israelis and how they want to move the goalposts. It's not just about
nuclear war anymore that they're worried about. Now they're worried about missiles. Now,
initially, Trump wasn't persuaded that it made sense to go to war with Iran because they have
ballistic missiles. But lately, if you listen carefully to what he says, he does want to, you know,
get Iran to essentially give away their only defensive capability. So what Israel is,
can do whatever it wants in the region. And so the Iranians are like, no, our ballistic missiles are
off the table. Thank you. We want to focus on the nuclear negotiations. And that's what allegedly
took place between Steve Whitkov, Jared Kushner, and the Iranians this past weekend. They didn't
reach a deal. But what's amazing to me is that now it's not just about the nuclear weapons
or the missiles, there's something else the Israelis want the Iranians to give up.
And I'm going to tell you about that in just a minute.
But before we do, I got to show you this video of former U.S. ambassador to the UN,
Nikki Haley, losing it in her pants over the idea of going to war with Iran.
Take a look.
This is a legacy defining moment for President Trump.
Iran has never been weaker than they are right now.
The key at the end of the day is no nuclear enrichment, no more.
ballistic missile or drone activity?
Hmm.
Mm-mm-mm-mm-mm.
You hear that?
Nuclear weapons.
Oh, oh, you signed the JCPOA.
Oh, Israel doesn't want peace. They want to go to war.
They want regime change.
Move the goalpost. Now it's nuclear weapons and missiles.
By the way, Iran has not agreed to do anything
that the West wants in regard to their missiles.
But as you just heard from Nikki Haley, now drones are also included in this matter.
So explain to me if you can take a step back, whatever biases you might have in relation
to the story, put it aside for one second and ask yourself, put yourself in the shoes of the
Iranians.
Would you think that the West is negotiating with you in good faith?
Would you trust the West?
Would you trust the United States?
Because I wouldn't.
Throughout everything that has happened, Iran is still willing to come to the table and try to reach a deal.
I just, I think any good faith that any country might have toward the U.S. is just being destroyed every single day with these gross games that are being played.
So even before meeting with Trump today, the Jerusalem Post reporter that Netanyahu met with Steve Whitkoff and Jared Kushner, okay, plotting, of course,
they don't want peace, guys. I really do think that so far Trump had been saving time because he had
used up so much of our military capabilities in the Caribbean, giving weapons to Ukraine.
Obviously, we've given a massive stockpile of weaponry to Israel as well. I mean, are we ready to go
to war? I doubt it. So I think that there's a lot of buying time taking place right now as we speak.
I think that the war is inevitable. I really do. But I do want to just say one other thing.
Because look, these Israelis always get their way.
They've bought our politicians or blackmail them.
So what happens if we're able to get through that war without too many of our soldiers dying?
If we're able to, we've already done a lot of damage to our debt.
So it'll definitely get worse.
But what happens after that?
Will Israel finally shut the hell up and leave us alone?
And the answer to that is no.
And I turned to Colonel Douglas McGregor, who was actually,
a national, I'm sorry, a foreign policy advisor to Trump in his first term. Obviously, he no longer is.
But nonetheless, here he is talking about what comes next after Iran during his conversation on deep dive with Daniel Davis.
What Americans need to understand, and I think people in the Middle East are beginning to figure out,
is this is not the last step in the march to total and complete security, which equates to
Israeli Jewish supremacy in the region or Israeli hegemony, however you want to put it,
this is not the last step because once you have successfully destroyed Iran,
you will have to turn your attention as to the destruction of Turkey.
Now, Turkey, as they call it now, is standing on the sidelines, but they're not stupid.
They understand what's really happening.
They understand what Israel's goals are.
And they've already concluded, I think, that they are inevitably going to come to blows with Israel.
That is true. And I know it's true because of what I read in Israeli publications.
Because I pay attention to what Israeli politicians say out loud in Hebrew, but it's transcribed and I know what they're saying.
They're already fearmongering about Turkey. And you think Israel is going to go to war with Turkey on its own?
I mean, it can't go to war with the Houthis on its own.
Israel would cease to exist without the U.S. bankrolling that country and providing arms to that country.
So buckle up America.
Unless we defeat this Zionist regime that looks down their noses at us and just uses us as their ATM machines,
we're just going to be in perpetual war on their behalf until there's nothing left in this country.
We're already $38 trillion in debt.
We can't afford this.
We shouldn't do this, but we're going to do it anyway because our system is corrupt.
Our politicians are bought.
And we are not governed by the people that we elected.
We're actually governed by the people who bought them.
That's the reality.
We'll be right back.
Welcome to our social brig.
Asimov's prophet writes in and says,
And everything seems like a joke because sadly, America is a joke now.
Look, let me just emphasize how much I love America.
And when I say I love America, I'm not talking about our government.
I'm talking about our people.
Because I know that overall, the people of this country are good people.
I know they're generous people.
I don't want to live anywhere else.
Maybe later when I'm retired, I mean, like, who doesn't want to live in Italy?
Like it's literally heaven on earth.
However, yeah, what has happened to our institutions is shameful, embarrassing, and we got to do something about it because this can't stand.
It's just, it's terrible.
But like, I don't know how people are functioning after some of the things we've learned from the Epstein files.
Like, how is one of the lawyers for the Obama administration, that Rumler lady?
Like, she's still working at Goldman Sachs, despite the fact that she was giving Epstein all sorts of,
of advice all buddy, buddy with him well after he had been convicted in 2008.
Just horrific, absolutely horrific. And people like keep, like, if I ever tweet anything that's
critical of the Republicans in relation to their handling of Epstein, a bunch of Republican voters
get on my case about like, oh, what about the Democrats? I need you guys to understand something,
okay? I don't give a damn about partisan politics at all, at all. I look at both sides and I'm disgusted by
them, okay? So I have no problem with hidden at Democrats when it matters, when they're doing
something wrong. This is not a partisan issue for me. Spider-Man Dragon says, hey, Mark, how about
those Epstein files? Yeah. Wedge says, what a bunch of spineless, whiny babies. These losers
need to get a life and leave the rest of us the F alone, totally. In Golbis says the smut they
allegedly can't understand. I know, right? Can you imagine? Like, Republican lawmakers
watching the halftime show seething and then spending the rest of the night, like,
Googling the lyrics and doing Google Translate to figure out with what Bad Bundy's saying.
Anyway, let's go over to CDN North Dog Dad 119, who gifted one TYT membership.
Thank you for your support. You do it every day, and it is appreciated.
Oh my gosh, there are so many super chats.
Okay, let me read some of them.
We've got Dav Mill who says,
I'm opposed to regulating speech, even FCC rules.
Yes, here, here.
Like, sometimes I don't want to say booby.
I want to say something else, but I can't.
I'll get in trouble for it.
You know, it's super annoying.
Let the market decide on what's acceptable
and providers choose what demo they target.
I totally agree.
What's up, everyone?
Welcome back to the show.
Real quick update on the Howard Lutnik story that we did earlier.
It was discovered through the Epstein files that Lutnik continued talking with and having a relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.
Epstein well after 2005 when he alleged that he and his wife were so grossed out by him that they never wanted to see him again.
Well, there was a hearing yesterday.
And during that hearing, he confessed that the two continued speaking, that he did in fact,
visit Epstein's Island with his wife and kids in tow, allegedly. That's what he alleges.
These people are immoral. Yes, yes, these people are gross. Anyway, we got to talk about the
Pam Bondi hearing, a lot of different angles and elements to get to here. But why don't we start off
with this? Within 40 minutes, Wexner's name was added back. Within 40 minutes of me catching you red-handed.
Red Hand, there was one redaction out of over 4,700.
And we invited you in.
This guy has Trump derangement syndrome.
Well, the shrieking woman you just heard from is unfortunately our attorney general, Pam Bondi, battling Republican congressman Thomas Massey during today's jaw dropping.
And it was jaw dropping House Judiciary Committee hearing.
Now, before we get to some of the videos and highlights, if you want to call them highlights from this hearing,
I do want to just kind of give you a general summary of what I witnessed today as I was watching the hearing.
So, for instance, when it came to the line of questioning, you had Democrats who were focused on the matter at hand.
They wanted answers about the Jeffrey Epstein investigation, redactions in the files.
There was a lot of focus in their questioning on Donald Trump specifically, which I wish they expanded their horizons a little more.
I'm not saying that because I think Trump is like a goody two shoes and there isn't potentially criminality or wrongdoing in the files.
Just put that aside for a second.
This story has to be treated as something outside the realm of partisan politics.
If our lawmakers are simply using this, they're weaponizing this for their own.
own political purposes, that is a problem because there are plenty of people who are, let's say,
mega donors to the Democrats, like Reid Hoffman, for instance. He is implicated in these files.
So please don't weaponize this as a partisan issue. This is a serious issue. And usually when
something serious gets politicized in this manner, in this manner, it also, unfortunately,
and tragically, in this case, normalizes the predatory behavior.
And I don't want that to happen.
I want our society, or at least I want to live in a society that understands the severity of what's going on here.
Now, let's turn to Republicans because they really demonstrated who they really are today.
Because if they don't want to appear as though they are part of any cover up, they did a poor job today.
They didn't want to ask questions about the Epstein files.
They wanted to ask questions about literally anything else but the Epstein files.
Okay, there was one Republican lawmaker who asked about something that's happening in some small town.
I don't care.
Not that I don't care about that small town.
I don't care about it in the context of a massive pedophile blackmail ring that our government covered up for decades.
That's what I want to hear about.
And Bondi was evasive, combative, unprofessional, and unbelievably embarrassing.
Okay, now, with that out of the way, Epstein survivor Maria, Marina, I should say, Lacerda told the press after the hearing that she was unhappy with how things went down.
She said, quote, we expected more. She really, meaning Pam Bondi, dehumanized us today.
I think she has become a circus act, and I agree. Nothing makes that clearer than some of the exchanges she had.
Why don't we start off with Congressman Thomas Massey who had fought tooth and nail to get these files released.
Now he hammered Bondi for failing to properly redact the names of the Epstein victims.
And in the meantime, of course, the DOJ did a great job redacting the names of the perpetrators or potential perpetrators,
the individuals who are emailing back and forth with Epstein.
So let's take a look at how that interaction.
went down. To my right is an email that was sent by the victim's lawyers to the DOJ. It was a list of names
not to redact or sorry, a list of names not to release. What did the DOJ do with this email?
They released this email in the document production. Literally the worst thing you could do to the
survivors you did. And they're getting phone calls. A lot of these people didn't want to be known.
And we know you touched the document because you redacted one name and you redacted the lawyer's name,
but you left the survivor's name there.
The next document I want to show you, that was in the title, the victim's survivor's names, right?
The title of this one is child sex trafficking, co-conspirators, fully redacted.
So you guys understand the weight of what we're dealing with here.
Okay, we're literally talking about survivors who were preyed upon when they were, when they were children.
Okay. So any effort to deviate from this topic at hand makes the lawmakers engaging in that super suspect.
Now, obviously Thomas Massey doesn't fall in that category. He has been one of the most vociferous fighters on behalf of the survivors here.
And I'm grateful for that. But here's what we're going to be.
went down when Massey asked Bondi about the bungled redactions. Take a look.
I have several questions for you. Who's responsible? Are you able to track who in your
organization that made this massive failure and released the victim's names? Are you able to track
who it was that obscured Les Wexner's name as a co-conspirator in an FBI document?
Do you have that kind of accountability?
I believe Wexner's name was listed more than 4,000 times about I had.
Yeah, I already told you that.
This is where he's listed as a co-conspirator.
Can I finish my answer?
Come on, let me finish my answer.
We corrected that within 40 minutes.
He was already, you're acting like everybody's trying to cover up Wexner's name.
Chairman, may I give my answer on that?
Here's a political joke, and I need to give my answer on that.
We'll let the Attorney General respond, and then the gentleman can move to his next question.
Within 40 minutes, you ask me a question.
Within 40 minutes, Wexner's name was added back.
Within 40 minutes of me catching you red-handed.
That's right.
After Thomas Massey drew attention to it, that's when the name was unredacted.
Les Wexner's name was unredacted.
By the way, I'm past the redactions on redactions.
Like, why is he not detained?
That's what I want to know.
Why isn't that man currently being investigated by our DOJ?
I just, I don't understand.
He's all over the Epstein files in incriminating ways.
Man, I just, it's hard to have faith in the future of this country when we are led by
some of the most depraved, disgusting people imaginable.
What was going on prior to this whole debacle when our,
Attorney General was engaging in this theater where she pretended like she cared about the victims.
What was that about? Was that just meant to entice Trump voters, well-meaning Trump voters who wanted
justice? Was that what it was all about? To entice them to support Trump, to entice them to support
Trump's administration. But when push comes to shove, Bondi is unwilling to do the right
thing and bring these people to justice. I mean, she is busy to be fair, very busy trying to
prosecute Trump's political opponents. That takes a lot of time. But in the meantime, it would be
great if we had maybe a modicum of concern for the survivors here. And more importantly, a modicum of
concern for the future of this country and potential victims that could be victimized as a result of
these disgusting pedophiles being free. There was a lot more from the hearing that we're going to
get to, but I want to, I run a tight ship, okay? We're going to go to break. We're not going to do it
late. And when we come back, we'll get to more of these moments from the hearing. I don't want to
call them highlights because it was an abomination. But nonetheless, we'll be right back.
I got to say, CDN, Norse Dog Dad makes a really good point. And I don't know why I didn't think
about this. So this is in regard to Republican lawmakers freaking out over bad.
Bunny's performance. Really? There were 150 plus Latino women dancing and two guys are the only
thing you noticed. Dude, I think you just need to come out as gay, bro.
I don't know if they're gay. But what I do know is that was a good point. Because
as straight as I am, I noticed the Latinos. They were fire. Absolutely.
fire. All right, let's get to make it make sense. 1988. Are we going to talk about the IRS agents,
how IRS agents are not paying their taxes? Why do they need 10 million rounds of ammo and
AR-15s to collect? Wait, I'm not privy to the story at all. And can, does I mean that we can
just avoid paying taxes then? Like, what? We'll look into the story, but honestly, it's the first
time I'm hearing about it. Cocoa
doll says, Anna, I need to hear you say
gross from yesterday.
It's been in my head and it's the only thing making
me laugh through all of the disgrace.
Love you. Thank you so much. I know.
He sounds like a valley girl,
like a 12-year-old valley girl
when he's talking about how he allegedly cut off
his ties to Epstein.
And of course, that's Howard Love.
Gross.
It's amazing.
Timmy D. says, you can't
negotiate with the U.S. missiles and drones. Just say you want Iran weak so that you can do regime
change once and for all. Exactly. Exactly. Daph Mill writes in and says regulated speech.
Hawaii is concerned about Wolcott before Supreme Court. They're passing a law,
mandating private businesses post their stand on sensitive political issues that would never survive
even in the Ninth Circuit. Okay. How much time do we have?
Okay, I have time. Great. Let's go to Jan Pierre, Jan Pierre, who says, you said on Monday that you didn't understand why they would be mad at Benito singing in Spanish or at the cultural diverse or at the cultural diversity of New York City. It's racism. They're doing a racism. They're being super racist. Man, racist have to be like the most miserable people on the planet. Okay, because like who wants to live? I mean, I know that these people exist. I do.
But who wants to live in a super homogenous society?
Like, that's so boring.
It really is.
I love Armenians.
I'm Armenian.
I like to be around other people too.
It's fun.
I learn a lot.
And they teach me culture.
You know?
Because he's gross.
I'm so upset.
Oh, my God.
Gross.
Listen, everyone.
I know a lot of you,
you've got your day jobs.
You're working real hard,
but you might be looking for a little side hustle, right?
Maybe some of you ladies want to sell preserved flower bouquets.
I didn't make that up.
I actually like to make those bouquets myself, but I don't sell them.
And if you're wondering, how do I get started with the business?
I need a website.

today's hearing with Pam Bondi. To the survivors in the room, if you are willing, please stand.
And if you are willing, please raise your hands if you have still not been able to meet with this
Department of Justice.
Please know for the record that every single
survivor has raised their hand.
Attorney General Bondi,
you apologize to the survivors
in your opening statement for what
they went through at the hands of Jeffrey Epstein.
Will you turn to them now
and apologize for what
your Department of Justice
has put them through
with the absolutely
unacceptable,
of the Epstein files and their information.
Congresswoman, you set before Merritt Garland set in this chair twice.
Attorney General Bondi.
Can I finish my answer?
No, I'm going to reclaim my time.
That was from today's House Judiciary hearing with our attorney general, Pam Bondi.
The topic at hand, of course, was the Epstein files and all of the various ways the Trump
administration has bungled the release of the said files. Now, as you just heard,
Congressman Pramila Jayapal was hoping that Bondi would apologize to the Epstein survivors.
Of course, she's not going to do it. And of course, she's going to pivot to Democrats bad.
And look, if I were in that room, if I were in Jayapal's shoes, I'd be like, yeah, you're right,
Democrats bad. Now answer the question. It's not hard. This isn't a partisan issue, because both parties
have bungled this. The difference between the Democrats and Republicans, I will say, is that,
well, let me just say this. I personally didn't know the extent of this giant, sprawling,
pedophile ring, and I didn't know its connection to foreign intelligence until fairly recently.
Okay? So had I known this while Biden was in office, you better believe I would be on this show
constantly talking about it. I don't care. Like, oh, I'm going to protect Biden. I don't care.
So that's really the only difference. Like Democrats didn't really call for it because it wasn't
really one of their focuses. The Republican Party has been hyper-focused on this Epstein story.
So when you have the candidate who dangled the Epstein-file carrot for constituents,
so they'll vote for him. And when he filled his cabinet with the who's who,
of Epstein commentators, Bonino, Cash Patel, Pam Bondi, yeah, people are going to expect you to do what you said you were going to do.
And the fact that it's been very clear that this administration could not care less about the actual survivors, yeah, that has led to a lot of fury, a lot of anger, a lot of upset.
But here's what's also really fascinating.
We learned during this hearing that Pam Bondi had certain notes, and she wasn't savvy enough to keep those notes under wrap.
So there were reporters, journalists on the scene. They took a picture of her notes.
And you're about to find out what those notes were. Take a look.
Another photograph for you to take a look at. These are notes that the Attorney General brought to the hearing today.
Okay, it was captured by a photographer who was in the room.
And this shows a list of Democratic Congresswoman from really Diapal.
You saw her in some of those clips of her search history.
And this, of course, lawmakers are allowed now to go to a DOJ facility, to sit down at a computer, and to search unredacted files.
We have learned from this photo that the searches that members of Congress are performing are apparently being tracked
and then read by the Department of Justice by the Attorney General.
A little questionable when the Attorney General is more concerned about the Epstein file search history of our lawmakers,
as opposed to, you know, investigating the various co-conspirators who are emailing back and forth all sorts of disgusting garbage with Jeffrey Epstein, you know, before he was finally arrested.
and then very likely murdered in prison.
Very likely.
Although there's some indication that he might not have even been killed.
There's some indication that there was a body, like there was a decoy use.
I mean, these files are outrageous and I wish we had a little more clarity,
a little more of an investigation into what the reality is.
But here's the thing, like you have to realize that these people don't really care to get to the bottom of any.
of anything. Bondi is more concerned about ammo to fight her political opponents. That's the most
important thing in the world. But protecting Americans and especially American children,
not really the most important thing on her mind right now. I mean, they'll pretend they care
about predators whenever they're trying to convince us all that all these people who are in the
country, all these immigrants are all dangerous rapists. But do they really care about rape? Because it
doesn't seem like they care about rape at all. Anyway, so that's what went down between Pam Bondi and
Pramilla Gaiapal during this hearing today. This was again before the House Judiciary Committee.
Now I want to reset and talk a little bit about some of the other antics that we witnessed.
So during today's hearing featuring Attorney General Pam Bondi, this was before.
for the House Judiciary Committee.
They were supposed to ask questions about the Epstein files.
Something really interesting happened between Congressman Jerry Nadler, Democrat.
He asked Bondi how many times Epstein co-conspirators, or how many Epstein co-conspirators,
she is investigating as the top law enforcement official in our land.
Take a look.
How many of Epstein's co-conspirators have you indicted?
How many perpetrators are you even investigating?
First, you showed it. I find it.
How many have you indicted?
Excuse me. I'm going to answer the question.
I answer my question.
No, I'm going to answer the question the way.
I want to answer the question.
You're going to answer the question.
The way I asked it.
Chairman Jordan, I'm not going to get in the gutter with these people.
How many of you?
How many of you invited?
You, Mr. Nadler, were one of the leads on the impeachment.
I was on the other side.
I lived that with you.
During impeachment, you said the president conspired, saw foreign
interference in the 2016 election, Robert Mueller found no evidence, none of foreign interference
in 2016. Have you apologized to President Trump? Have you apologized to President Trump,
all of you who participated in those impeachment hearings against Donald Trump? You all should
be apologizing. Really? We're going to talk about Russiagate in this context. You should
apologize to Trump, the guy who fought tooth and nail to prevent the release of the Epstein
files, that guy? Can we move on to what we're actually supposed to be talking about here?
She never answered the question. And that's the amazing. I'm going to answer the question
by immediately pivoting to Russia gate. Okay. All right. Very cute. Now, that wasn't her only
moment of crashing out. I want to show you another moment where she decided to deviate from the
topic at hand to talk about the Dow. Take a look. He is the most transparent president in the nation's
history. And none of them, none of them, ask Merrick Garland over the last four years, one word
about Jeffrey Epstein. How ironic is that? You know why?
Because Donald Trump, the Dow, the Dow right now is over, the Dow is over $50,000.
I don't know why you're laughing.
You're a great stock trader, as I hear Raskin.
The Dow is over $50,000 right now.
The S&P at almost $7,000 and the NASDAQ smashing records.
Americans 401Ks and retirement savings are booming.
That's what we should be talking about.
Let's not talk about the massive pedophile ring cover up that our country or our government, I should say, engaged in for multiple decades.
We shouldn't talk about the survivors who were raped as children by wealthy, influential elites in this country and across the globe.
We should talk about what really matters to this administration and quite frankly the American government in general.
How's the stock market doing?
Why are we talking about the stock market?
It's disgusting.
Totally disgusting.
She should be ashamed of herself, but I don't think she has the capacity to feel shame.
Now, at one point, Bondi claimed that she had no idea why Epstein's right-hand woman,
Galane Maxwell, was moved to a cushier prison.
I'm sure she has no idea at all, you know, especially when it comes to the influence of the best president in American history,
according to Bondi.
Then she pivoted to the horrific murder of someone who wasn't an Epstein survivor.
It's not relevant to what's being discussed.
It's not supposed to be part of the hearing.
But she moved on to discussion about Irina Zarutka.
And what happened to her was tragic.
The thing is, that's not what we're talking about.
and you guys are in charge and are implementing pretty vicious immigration policies and you guys,
you know, exploit what happened to her as your reason for doing so.
It's just it, these people don't care about justice at all.
I'm going to skip the Irene Zerutska video, but I do want to do the last one because I do
want to end with a Democratic member of Congress literally storming out of the hearing.
Take a look.
Was the president aware of Secretary Lutnik's ties to Epstein when he chose him to lead the Department of Commerce?
Was he aware?
Chris Malin was a Border Patrol agent.
Okay, so I'm going to conclude that the president, in fact, did know about his ties.
I want the record to reflect that, you know, with this anti-Semitic culture right now,
she voted against a resolution condemning.
Oh.
He is Jewish.
Oh.
So you want to go there, Attorney.
I belong to the gentleman talking about anti-Semitism to a woman who lost her grandfather in the hot-hawk-off.
Really?
The committee will be in order.
Talk to Jared Wise about anti-Semitism.
The ranking member knows it.
Can I get like 30 seconds back?
You know.
Based.
Super based.
There you have a Jewish member of Congress who voted against that bill to a
to essentially violate our speech rights, because being critical of Zionism is something that Zionists would like to equate with anti-Semitism.
And I'm really happy to hear. This is the only thing that happened in the hearing that I'm actually very happy about, that the Congresswoman voted against that.
But in the meantime, Bondi is a disgrace and she should resign. But she won't. And we're just going to have to deal with
Yet another administration that has proven to us that they care very little about the safety of the American people.
They care very little about justice for survivors of child predators.
It's gross.
And it should be called out for what it is.
Anyway, that does it for our first hour.
Let's take a break.
And when we come back for hour two, we'll talk a little bit about some crude developments.
when it comes to Venezuela's oil and where we're shipping it to.
We'll be right back.
Come on, let me finish my answer.
I'm so upset.
Oh my God.
What contributions to the progressive cause are you most proud of?
Um, I mean, I don't I don't have super high aspirations for a singular role that I can play in the movement or anything.
I just, I try to present myself as what I think that I am, which is a progressive man who is driven by,
a I think well interrogated and well organized system of values that I try to stay consistent on,
and I demonstrate that that's the sort of life that a person can lead, and be successful and be happy,
and all of that. And that should not need to be done, but there are so many people on the right that are trying to push men in the opposite direction,
that I want to be able to do that. Along the way, if I can get people to care about some topics that not that they wouldn't necessarily care about,
Or that for some men, they might think that's not a topic that they should be focused on.
That's definitely something that I relish doing.
And along the way, I mean, we've been able to introduce people to a lot of candidates.
That's been a big part of what we've done.
You know, not all of them necessarily got in office.
Probably most of them did not.
And a lot of them, you might not even remember their names.
But it was great to be able to provide people the platform where they had the chance of, you know, making a difference.
Obviously, AOC and all that.
But there's been a lot of great people along the way.
In the bonus episode for the members, we do some inside baseball.
We're going to look at John's desk.
Nice little spaceship here.
Nerd.
But it is kind of look cool.
Who has Legos?
Oh, no.
He's taking apart a keyboard.
Who has a mouse pad that's this big?
He's got a dog with a nose that you can hang something like.
You know what this desk screams to me?
Nerd.
And that's how we like him.
We love Johnny Pie.
He's got his own personality like everybody does.
at TYT. Come meet us all in the bonus episodes. TYT.com slash team.
David Soror and Nina Turner.
Is Adam Green Drop by?
Charlamine.
Congressman, great to have you.
It's great to be with you, Chang.
Your show is a great thing.
You're informing people.
A lot of the shows that I live on, you know, my CNN and my MSNBC and even Fox and
any of the other shows, NPR.
They are so quick to decide that they know what this building means today.
The one thing that I hate that politicians do, you know, they talk about the people
they should be talking to.
Do they have any idea?
that they're their establishment and that they're hated or do they not realize that at all?
People are so deeply in their little universe. I think it's very easy to not really question what
you're doing. Voters have a right to ask questions of any nominee whether they're independent,
Republican or Democrat. The system is wrongfully that suppresses competition.
How is it the year 2024 and we're still like maybe they'll talk about pay medical
Same. How is that like at one level, it's like, what we're talking about it now? You're like, it's 2024. And that's always been the critique that your critique of us is, well, you guys give good speeches. You put out good tweets, but you're not wielding actual power. Now we're starting to. My favorite news platform by far. It's not even close. It's about a country and a principal. And that's what you and I both work to achieve. All right, without further ado, let's talk a little bit about the latest developments when it comes to Venezuelan oil.
Because we're starting to get a little more clarity these days.
Turns out that Netanyahu, the Israeli prime minister, was very supportive of the U.S.S.S. well,
US potentially going to war with Venezuela, but more importantly, essentially kidnapping the leader of Venezuela, Nicholas Maduro.
Now, why would he be so excited and happy about that? Well, it turns out that Israel will be receiving
its first crude oil shipment from Venezuela in decades. The last time they did so was 2009.
And this is, of course, following the U.S. kidnapping of former Venezuelan president, Nicholas Maduro.
Now, according to Bloomberg, which broke this story, the cargo is being transported to Bazan Group, Israel's top crude processor, people with knowledge of the deal said, asking not to be identified because the information isn't public.
Now, Bazan or Bazan operates the largest oil refinery in Israel. It is located where my maternal grandmother was born, Haifa, Haifa Palestine, as her birth certificate.
notes. Now, Venezuelan officials are denying the shipment, likely because they're embarrassed,
but there's no indication that Bloomberg reporters are lying about this. Like, why would they lie
about it? That's ridiculous. I totally believe it. Especially when you think about how supportive
Israel was of the U.S. actions against Venezuela earlier. Now, last year, during the 12-day war
between Israel and Iran. The Bazaan facility was constantly targeted by Tehran's missiles.
One of those missiles managed to hit a building within the facility, causing the death of three
employees, later identified as Avraham, Daniel, Igor, Fradkin, and Yuri Levi, or Levi.
And currently, you know, Israel's political leadership is egging on more war with Iran.
So congratulations to the people of Israel.
Now prior to Maduro's capture, much of Venezuelan oil was sold to China.
China, but things have changed.
Following the abduction of Nicholas Maduro, Venezuela is forbidden from exporting its oil to China.
And now it's being sent to India, Spain, the United States, and of course Israel.
And when the cargo arrives, it would mark the first shipment.
First shipment of its kind since 2009, when then President Hugo Chavez severed his ties with Israel.
Now, why did he do that?
Because he saw Israel for what it is, an immoral regime that carries out atrocities, kills innocent people, and steals land.
So Venezuela broke all diplomatic ties with Israel, condemning its actions in the wake of the 2008-208-20s.
2009, Israel-Gaza War.
This was the war before the genocide.
And then on April 27th of 2009, Venezuela's then foreign minister, Nicholas Maduro,
met with the Palestinian National Authority Foreign Affairs Minister in Caracas,
where formal diplomatic relations were established between the Palestinian people and Venezuela.
And as you can imagine, Israel nor like that.
They don't like that. They want the entire globe to think that the Palestinian people are what the
Israeli government is. Vicious, evil, pedophilic in some cases. Now, funds from Venezuela's
oil sales are deposited into a restricted account in Qatar, subject to U.S. approval to
pay public sector salaries and essential services. Last month, Carapas received $500 million
from its first oil sale under the U.S. brokered agreement. So I guess Venezuela is getting
something for their own resources. But the U.S. intervening on behalf of Israel all around the globe
costs money, creates enemies and hostilities toward the United States.
But I guess it's okay as long as precious Israel gets its crude oil.
Moving on to other news today, let's talk a little bit about this.
You can refuse illegal orders.
You can refuse illegal orders.
You can't have a soldier out on the battlefield or conducting a classified order questioning
whether that law, that order is lawful or whether they should follow through.
A person familiar with the proceedings tells MS now that a federal grand jury in Washington, D.C., has declined to indict the six members of Congress, among them, Senator Markelly of Arizona, Senator Lissa Slok into Michigan, on charges of seditious conspiracy today, Tuesday.
President Donald Trump's latest attempt to prosecute his political opponents has failed.
Yet again, after a grand jury, and keep in mind, this is very rare.
A grand jury declined to indict a group of six Democrats that the president's allies refer to as the seditious six.
Turns out they know alliteration. Congratulations.
Now, the whole situation stems from a video that these Democratic lawmakers had uploaded online, directing military personnel to refuse illegal orders from the Trump administration.
And look, honestly, I didn't love the way they carried this out. I thought that it was, first of all, they weren't being specific. Like, okay, you're talking about illegal orders. Be specific about what you mean when you say illegal orders. And defend that. Defend what you're doing.
When you go on to cable news or do the press tour about this, I just felt like they thought they did something and really it just wasn't executed well.
And all it did is attract the ire of Donald Trump who wanted to prosecute them for this literally.
By the way, the military and our soldiers have the right to refuse to carry out illegal orders from the president of the United States.
Hopefully they all know that.
But the video was posted to Democratic Senator Elisa Slotkin's X account, and it featured
Senator Mark Kelly, Representative Chrissy Holahan, Representative Chris DeLuzio, Representative Maggie Goodlander,
and you also had Representative Jason Crow.
Now, all of them had either served in the military or a national spy agency.
either of the CIA, FBI. You get the picture. Take a look.
This administration is pitting our uniform military and intelligence community professionals
against American citizens. Like us, you all swore an oath. To protect and defend this
Constitution. Right now, the threats to our Constitution aren't just coming from abroad,
but from right here at home. Our laws are clear. You can refuse illegal orders.
You can refuse illegal orders. Okay. So again,
I don't necessarily have a problem with them doing this.
It's just that they should have thought it through a little better.
It comes across to me as we want to engage in a little bit of theater.
And I'm honestly tired of theater.
Okay, I want actual strategy.
I want a well thought out plan and I want that to be executed.
That's honestly not what happened here.
But putting that aside, you don't have to agree with the message of the video or how these Democrats went about this.
However, Trump absolutely went off the rails after he saw it, calling their actions seditious and deserving of the death penalty.
Deserving of the death penalty.
If the allegations against Leon Black, a financier from previously Apollo Group, if the allegations that he raped a 16-year-old girl with autism and Down syndrome end up to be true, those are the types of people that should be.
executed. Okay? But anyway, he also wrote on social media, seditious behavior, punishable by death.
And days following the post, the six Democrats disclosed that the FBI had contacted the House and
Senate sergeants at arms requesting interviews with them, indicating that a criminal investigation
was underway. Kelly is also facing a separate investigation by the Pentagon into a,
what military officials described as serious allegations of misconduct.
Okay, now we're learning that there actually won't be criminal investigations for most of these
folks. Now, Mark Kelly is a separate case. We'll get back to him in just a minute.
However, according to the New York Times, the U.S. Attorney's Office in D.C., led by Janine Piro,
of course, authorized prosecutors to approach a grand jury and request an indictment.
And honestly, usually the grand jury abides.
Usually the grand jury will agree to charges, indictments.
But that didn't happen here.
So prosecutors argued that the lawmakers had violated a statute that forbids interfering
with the loyalty, morale, or discipline of the U.S. armed forces.
That's what they claimed the lawmakers were up to.
That's what they claimed they were doing.
But according to four people familiar with the matter, the grand jury,
just forcefully rejected this bid. Keep in mind that, again, these grand jury rejections
are exceedingly rare in part because the grand jury process is designed to favor the prosecutors
significantly. I'm not kidding. So the suspect, for instance, in this case the lawmakers
are not allowed to provide a defense. All you need to show, you don't have to prove anything,
The prosecutors don't have to prove a damn thing.
All you need to show is that there is probable cause.
So that burden of proof that you see in an actual jury trial is not the same burden of proof
that you're going to get when a grand jury is being asked whether or not they should indict suspects.
But since Trump's second term started, this rare move where a grand jury rejects indictments,
It's becoming a little more common.
So the New York Times reported last year in September that ordinary people serving on grand
juries have repeatedly refused in recent days to indict their fellow residents who became entangled
in either the president's immigration crackdown or his more recent show of force.
It has happened in at least seven cases, including three times for the same defendant.
And of course, the number has only increased since last September, right?
Including with this latest case involving these lawmakers.
They add, given the secretive nature of grand juries, it's all but impossible to know precisely why this is happening, right?
Now, honestly, I would hate if we have a situation in which grand juries are solely making decisions based on political alliances or biases.
There's no indication that happened here, by the way.
I mean, I think most reasonable people would look at the allegations made against these lawmakers and roll their eyes.
But I also do not want to live in a world where individuals who are accused of wrongdoing, and there's like significant evidence of wrongdoing, don't end up getting indicted because the grand jury just is more concerned about, you know, partisanship or political alliances.
Now, these persistent rejections suggest that grand jurors may have had enough with prosecutors
seeking politically motivated or politically fueled cases, right?
They're sick of the highly politicized nature of all of this.
But this isn't the end for Mark Kelly, as I mentioned earlier.
So Pete Heggzith, the Secretary of War, as it's called now, issued a formal letter of
censure just last month and is basically seeing or seeking to reduce Kelly's retirement rank
as a Navy captain, just petty stuff. And a federal judge is expected to rule in the case,
which is separate from everything else in the coming days over Kelly's participation in the
video. So there you have it. That is the update on that story. Interesting stuff to say the least,
but I'm sure it will enrage the president who seems a lot more interested in prosecuting his political opponents as opposed to the co-conspirators that we're learning about in the latest tranche of Epstein files.
That's what we're dealing with.
So let me know what you think.
I'm going to read your comments in this next break.
And when we come back, I want to talk a little bit about, let's see.
Oh, I got an update on the Tulsi Gabbard story.
So remember when Fulton County, Georgia's election facility was rated by the FBI,
we've got an update that you don't want to miss.
We'll be right back.
I'm going to answer the question.
Bill writes in and it says, what are the chances of a full public audit of where
all the money went to and why for California's homeless programs. Oh, hold on, let me read this again.
I think there's a typo. Audit of where all the money went and why for California's homeless programs
with the idea of prosecution for fraud. Okay, I know what you mean. Let me just say, I want to be
very clear about this. I do want these nonprofit homeless providers.
to be investigated and anyone convicted a fraud should face severe punishment.
Look, the thing that drives me nuts is like the people who think like, oh, Anna hates
the homeless population because I rail against these nonprofits that steal our money and don't
help the homeless.
Okay.
And I wonder how many of these lefties attacking me either have family members, friends, or
they themselves, okay, are part of that grift of stealing taxpayer money while pretending
like they're helping homeless people because that's a very real problem, very real problem.
I'm sure it's not just in California either.
I'm working on a very lengthy and let me just say journalists are amazing people, like actual
journalists are amazing. The work they do is very difficult. One of the investigative pieces
I'm working on right now out of California has to do with the state's Medi-Cal system,
which is California's version of Medicaid, which obviously I'm very supportive of and I would like to see it funded even more.
However, yeah, there's been a lot of fraud when it comes to that program and I'm furious about it because the state auditor's office has to put out annual or I think it's every two years reports about various state government agencies.
And if they are at high risk for fraud, if they're vulnerable for fraud, they will be added to.
to the state auditor's list.
The Medi-Cal system has been on the state auditor's list since 2007.
2007.
Anyway, you're gonna read my piece when I publish it, okay?
So just get ready for that.
I'm already up to like 3,000 words, which is insane.
But let's get to the rest of the news.
We have Night of Mirage Odyssey who says, this is it,
Bad Bunny in girly lace, shaking his butt to Spanish songs,
Humping Field like crazy, Trump was right.
It's the secret deep state plan.
with 5G mind control and sorrows cash to make kids woke,
Illuminati Maracas,
kid rock and cowboy's shorts now.
Save halftime before they turn us all into pronoun people.
We are in endgame politics.
We are definitely an endgame politics.
That's how I know I love our audience because sometimes they're very naughty.
Okay.
And I love being naughty on the show.
I love saying things that you're not supposed to say
because it's considered uncouth or whatever.
I'm going to read one more super chat here.
Actually, I'm going to read two.
The first one is from November 1775, Jim, who says,
damn, Anna, I know you don't like doing ads,
but you almost maybe want to open a business just to go to Shopify, L.O.L.
Hey, marketing team, put that in your books, okay?
Put that in your books.
I want to raise next year.
All right, let's go to the one that I actually wanted to read here about the naughty take
because I actually agree with it.
Kevin Pilate says, hot take incoming.
Iran should develop nuclear arms, I agree.
The United States has never engaged in direct military action against a nuclear armed country.
MAD or, yeah, MAD or mutually assured destruction assures parity.
It has worked quite well.
Yes.
In fact, I talked about this.
It's a whole political theory.
It's known as the nuclear peace theory.
And it's totally true.
It's, I mean, have we gone to war with North Korea?
North Korea is not the type of state that gets along with the United States.
Are we a worried about North Korea using nuclear weapons against us?
And are we ever going to consider a full-blown hot war with North Korea?
Probably not because they now have nuclear capabilities.
Nuclear warheads serve as a deterrent.
Now look, I would prefer to live in a world where they don't exist at all.
And no country has nuclear weapons, but we don't live in that world.
So if Israel is allowed to have a clandestine nuclear program and is not part of the non-proliferation treaty,
I think it's only fair that every country in the Middle East, not just Iran, also have a nuclear warhead.
So I love your comment.
Thank you for sharing it with our show.
Let's move on to other matters.
When we're looking at this document now, what's pretty clear is that five plus years after the election,
dozens of court cases, more review than any election.
in world history, over a year now of the Trump administration being in total power of the federal
government. And all they could possibly allege in this affidavit, if you take it at its word,
is that there was some human error on a long night working in an election in a middle of a global
pandemic. And that error didn't have any impact on the outcome of the election.
Thanks to newly unsealed search warrant affidavits. We are now learning how the FBI convinced a judge
to let them raid the Fulton County Georgia Elections Office and essentially sees 2020 voting
records. This happened late last month. We covered it on this show. And this is the update.
It turns out that they relied heavily on claims from election deniers that have already
been debunked over and over and over again. So here's what we know so far. And Tulsi Gabbard is part of
this. So just bear with me before we get to that part. In two search warrant affidavits,
authorities said that they were looking for evidence that would determine whether discrepancies
in the Fulton County vote tabulation were the result of intentional wrongdoing that could constitute
a crime. So let's just pause before I give you more. We are still talking about the 2020
election because Trump can't let it go, even though he is the current president of the United
States. Just let that sink in. So the affidavits didn't identify any Fulton County officials as a
target of this probe. It didn't cite any evidence that any specific crime had occurred. But they
got that warrant anyway. Instead, the documents rely on accounts from 11 people, many of whom are
prominent election deniers or members of Georgia's Republican-controlled state election board.
to suggest unknown persons may have purposefully sought to tamper with the countries or the counties, I should say, with the county's 2020 results.
Now, one claim in the affidavit comes from a Georgia resident who said that there were 17,852 missing ballots or I'm sorry, missing ballot images in Fulton County.
What is that?
Missing ballot images?
The images part is important here.
Fulton County officials noted that at the time,
the law did not require them to maintain ballot images,
like a photo of everyone's ballot.
So missing ballot images do not mean ballots are missing.
Gabriel Sterling, a former top election official in Georgia,
noted in 2021, the election officials have all
of the actual ballots that have been counted three times.
Do you guys remember that?
So there was, there were demands that, you know, Georgia do a recount, do a recount,
do a recount.
I mean, the idea that the Trump campaign didn't have their opportunity to investigate and
prove that there was widespread voter fraud is laughable to say the least.
I mean, dozens of times they went before a federal judge and lost because they didn't have a case.
They didn't have evidence. Rudy Giuliani even admitted as much during one of the court cases.
I'm just, this is all about Trump's vanity project. This is what he's focused on.
Anyway, um, so Fulton County officials noted that at the time, the law didn't require them to, uh,
keep images of ballots. Another section of the affidavit talks about pristine ballots that appear to not have any folds or creases in them. They apparently find that very suspicious. They're referring to the fact that absentee ballots have to be folded to fit into an envelope in order to be returned. Now, the presence of those pristine ballots, some in the affidavit claim, is evidence that extra ballots were introduced.
during the counting of absentee ballots.
But as the New York Times explains,
there are multiple reasons that a ballot might not be folded at all.
So some overseas and military ballots can be printed and not folded.
Ballots that are damaged or can't be read electronically sometimes have to be
duplicated, reprinted, and reprocess.
So, you know, people's vote counts.
And those ballots that were reprinted are unlikely to have creases or folds.
And besides which, guys, like, let's say, and this isn't going to happen because they don't
really have a case here.
It's not like Georgia wasn't already investigated like crazy following the 2020 election.
But even if Trump gets his way and they somehow flip that state from Biden to Trump,
what about all the other states he lost?
Like, is this what he's going to spend his second term doing?
he's going to go state by state, engage in these ridiculous tactics, and try to get the states
to overturn the 2020 presidential election from Biden to Trump.
And remember, unfortunately, like, Trump is president now, now.
Like, what are you trying to accomplish with this?
But okay.
Issues like these have repeatedly been explained by county officials, and I'm bored by it.
Honestly, that's why I'm reacting to the story the way that I am.
I'm so bored by the repetition in the news cycle because these egotistical maniacs won't let it go.
You lost. You lost. Okay, you lost. You lost. You bungled COVID. People were angry with you.
You lost. Just get over it and move on to the fact that you're president now, but he can't do it.
The FBI and Justice Department had previously investigated many of the affidavit's claims and interviewed many of the same witnesses and have.
concluded they were not supported by the evidence, according to people familiar with the matter
who spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss details of the investigations.
All right. Now, at least 11 lawsuits challenging the 2020 election results in Georgia have been
filed and none have proved that there was widespread voter fraud.
The errors cited in the affidavits would not have been significant enough errors to even sway the outcome of the election in Georgia.
And that's according to multiple independent reviews. And thanks to the affidavits, we also know more about who's behind this probe.
So the FBI says that the investigation began thanks to a federal, I'm sorry, thanks to a referral, not a federal, a referral that was
sent by Kurt Olson. That's one of the election deniers who was recently appointed to an important
role in the White House because of course, of course he was. Here's more about Olson.
He's an attorney. He has been involved in litigation, fighting what he said was Joe Biden's
false win. So he has long denied the election results of 2020. He also represented Kerry Lake
when she was running for governor and then she did not accept the election results in Arizona.
And at the time, Olson was sanctioned by an Arizona court for false statements that he made related
to that case. He now is overseeing these investigations. The CIA confirmed to me today
that the president has asked Mr. Olson to look at intelligence related to the 2020 election
and the agency, the CIA is ensuring that he has the access necessary to do his work.
Politico is reporting that he has access to sensitive intelligence.
All right, so that's Olson. Great. Really, really happy about this. Now, given how weak the affidavit is, many elections and experts are shocked that a judge even agreed to sign off on the warrant. Remember, when I originally covered this story, I was like, okay, this raid is super fishy, but there was a judicial warrant. And you've got to make a case before a judge in order to get the judge to sign off on this. You know, many of you argued, well, it could be a Trump appointed judge who's super biased, and that was definitely a judge.
possibility. But here's what's going on. David Becker, executive director of the
Nonpartisan Center for Electronic Innovation and Research, is one of the people who was shocked
by the fact that there was a judicial warrant to do this raid. Let's hear a little more from
him, and then I'll fill you in on more. I'll be honest. When I knew this is coming out,
I was expecting a lot more in here to justify the seizure of election records from an election
more than five years ago.
And it's pretty weak, I mean, to be perfectly honest,
in this affidavit signed by an FBI agent,
justifying that they had probable cause to believe that there was evidence
that related to the commission of a federal crime.
They basically admitted there's no intent.
Their own studies that they cited in there said there was no intent to do anything wrong.
An intent is a necessary element of proving any federal crime.
They didn't have any allegations with regard to election theft at all.
In fact, they admit that the ballots were counted three times once entirely by hand and confirmed the results in Atlanta and in Fulton County.
They don't mention anything about foreign interference or foreign nexus, which would have been necessary to invoke any jurisdiction for the Director of National Intelligence.
And she was, of course, inside that room.
So that final point about DNI director Tulsi Gabbard is a very important one and one that I want to focus on a little bit here because she had written in a letter to Congress that the Bureau's investigation into ballots cast during the 2020 presidential election in Georgia was a national security issue.
What a pathetic ghoul this woman is.
Absolutely pathetic.
All the people who are like, oh, she's, oh, she's peaceful.
She doesn't want to go to war.
She would never use national security as an excuse to engage in bad behavior, right?
In abuses of power.
But here we are.
Here we are.
As the U.S. government's top intelligence official,
nothing intelligent about this cult leader,
Gabbard asserted she had robust authority.
to oversee matters involving foreign intelligence and counterintelligence threats. You are a
useless hag, Tulsi. And I mean that in every sense of the word. Useless. All the people who were
excited about you serving in this role because they thought that you would provide, you know,
some protection for the American people so we don't engage in more of these foreign wars. Well,
you failed miserably, didn't you? But in the meantime, you're choking on Trump's. Let's move on.
So the affidavits said nothing at all about possible foreign meddling.
Nothing, nothing at all.
And earlier this week, the New York Times also reported that Trump had told her to investigate the 2020 vote.
You got to do that.
You get it done.
The day after the search, Gabbard arranged a call between Trump and FBI agents in which he praised and thank them for their work on the inquiry.
Now that the affidavits have been released, Senator Mark Warner, the vice chair of the Senate
Intelligence Committee is demanding answers about Tulsi's presence during that FBI rate
at the election facility in Georgia. He says, quote, so why was the director of national
intelligence there? When the nation's top intelligence official inserts herself into a matter
with no connection to a foreign threat,
it's hard to escape the conclusion that the objective was political,
namely getting back into Donald Trump's good graces,
and that her presence was meant to lay the groundwork
for baseless claims of foreign interference.
Bingo.
Bingo.
Tulsi Gabbard showed us who she is a while back,
and people decided to shoot the messenger rather than,
maybe consider what Tulsi's record said about her as a person, what her unwillingness to be interviewed by me when she had previously agreed to do a joint interview with me and Jenk. This was during the 2020 election when she was running in the Democratic primary. When she realized that I had looked at her record, she demanded that I get booted from the joint interview. I wonder why. Seems like a scumbag like her had a lot to hide.
But I just hope that next time I say something that goes against left-wing narrative or any narrative for that matter.
People just maybe consider that I'm acting in good faith.
Maybe take a look at the sources I'm providing, the receipts I'm providing, and then make your decision.
Because I'll tell you something.
If I wanted to be a grifter, I wouldn't be here right now.
I'd be making a lot more money.
We got to take a break.
We will be back for the last segment of the show.
There was a point where I did want to throw hands, but I'm bigger than you.
I know you are, but what am I?
Oh, I love it when you guys like give me a lead.
Okay, so NorCal Girl, thank you for this lead.
Guys, if you don't mind, and I'm talking to my producers here, can you copy and paste this
comment and email it to me because I do want to look into this?
So NorCal Girl says, hi, Anna, I was hoping TYT could look into a story about how the Bay Area
may end up losing most of our BART system.
That's the public transportation system in San Francisco.
Unless we vote for a certain tax measure, it seems hellas-sust to me, can't trust
California leaders.
Is the tax measure you're referring to the wealth tax, the one-time billionaire wealth tax?
I'm really curious, like, which tax you're talking about.
But I will look into this because I'm always looking for California-based stories to investigate.
That's what I'm doing for real clear investigations.
I am their reporter for California.
So and check out my work there.
It's like honestly the hardest work I do because it's not about opinion.
I have to show my work.
I have to conduct interviews, do investigations.
It's very time consuming.
It's very difficult.
I was up till three in the morning last night working on this piece.
But it's so fulfilling.
Like it really, it makes me proud every time I'm able to file something new.
All right.
Michael Codabelli writes in and says,
since the Janet Jackson incident, the Super Bowl performance is on a slight delay so they can bleep or censor any F words or wardrobe malfunctions.
That's it. I thought they would have had that already, but okay, if they started implementing that policy after the nip slip, fine. I mean, I wasn't personally scandalized by it. I've seen my fair share of boobies. And they don't really offend me. But I know that there are people out there were very offended at, uh,
the site of an ariola.
Knight of Mirage Odyssey says Israel really wants that Iran war ASAP right before Trump's own supporters
turn on him and push to impeach his weak sellout self total betrayal.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I think they're going to get the war they want.
By the way, can I just say it was either yesterday or the day before.
I was doing a story on Israel and I said something along the lines of, no, I don't believe in Israel's
right to exist if they don't believe in Palestine's right to exist. Canary Mission clipped out me saying,
I don't believe in Israel's right to exist. And they're like losing their minds about it.
Good, get aft. Lose your mind about it more. I hope you bitches are watching now. I hate you guys.
Loathe you guys. The whole world does. So revel in it. And I'm not going to stop. I'm going to
keep running my mouth because you guys are genocidal freaks. All right, let's go to Timmy Dees,
who says, you can't negotiate.
Oh, I already read that.
Sorry, got to get back to the show.
In Liberty and Guns, we trust.
One of my favorite viewers writes in and says,
I got tons of respect for Massey and Rokana.
This is the kind of unity we need,
just like TYT's alliance with libertarians and conservatives,
hyper magas are annoying AF, America first.
Listen, I love this country.
I want to see our people thrive,
regardless of their political ideology.
And I'm willing to work with anyone
to make that happen. And so there's like a certain freedom and a certain like weight that's lifted
off you once you kind of see the world in our country for what it is. And you understand that like
these efforts to pigeonhole every single one of us under like a label or a political banner,
it's meant to get us to hate each other. And I just, I refuse to do it. I know that I can be very
vicious when it comes to people in positions of power. That includes Trump. You know, when Biden was
in charge when he was president, I was pretty vicious to him. Obviously for justifiable reasons,
right? I explain my rationale for the commentary I provide. For me, though, I try my best,
even if I disagree with an average American, to lead from a place of empathy. Because when you really
look at our political landscape and the options we have, I can't really blame anyone for voting for
anything. Okay, we're trying to make the best out of a pretty devastating situation. We have a
real crisis of leadership in the U.S. So anyway, let's get to our final story. And remember,
we will be having a member's only bonus episode today where I will be discussing a new discovery
of mine, a loathsome woman in the UK who goes by Lady Victoria Hervey.
She had an exchange with Pierce Morgan yesterday that I want to get into.
So t.t.com slash join to become a member so you can watch.
For now, though, let's get into this.
I'm popular and I've done well.
I mean, I think we have the greatest economy actually ever in history.
We broke 50 and we broke 7,000.
They said I wouldn't do that for four years and I did it in one year.
We have to get the word out, okay?
That might be a stretch.
But today, the stock market is certainly liking what Trump is selling.
And prices are up after a January jobs report came in.
Honestly, hotter than anyone expected because we've been seeing headline after headline
about mass layoffs at places like Amazon, for instance.
So what's going on here?
Why is the January jobs report way better than expected?
Well, let's get to the details. Other indexes, by the way, have stated that job growth is grinding to a halt.
However, people's expectations were set even lower when Peter Navarro went on Fox Business.
This is the video we showed you earlier and set everyone's expectations to all-time lows.
Here's what he had to say.
The jobs reports come out tomorrow.
Yeah. We have to revise our expectations down significantly.
for what a monthly job number should look like.
When we were letting in 2 million illegal aliens,
they're coming in, coming in,
we had to produce 200,000 jobs a month for steady state.
And by the way, all of the jobs that we were creating in Biden years
were going to illegals, Americans were going to the unemployment lines.
That's totally reversed.
And now 50,000 a month is going to be more like what we need.
So Wall Street, when this stuff comes in,
out they can't, they can't rain on that parade. They have to adjust for the fact that we're
deporting millions of illegals. That's a good point. Out of our job market. But it sounds like
you're expecting a weak number tomorrow. No, not expecting a week number. I'm just saying that
going forward, when we see a number under 100,000, we don't wring our hands. We say, yeah,
that's going to be steady state. Now, a group of economists surveyed by the Wall Street Journal
predicted that the economy would add 55,000 jobs.
But this morning, the Trump administration claimed that the US added 130,000 jobs in January.
And I just don't believe it.
I think that's inaccurate.
So I'll explain why in just a minute, but Trump immediately called for lower interest rates.
Because remember, the only thing Trump cares about,
The only thing Trump cares about is more money printing, okay?
Give me the money, okay?
Cheaper debt, quantitative easing, it's destroying our economy, it's creating asset bubbles,
it is creating this case-shaped economy, right?
More wealth inequality, just give me the low interest rates.
Here's what he wrote on social media, great jobs numbers, far greater than expected.
The United States of America should be paying much less on its borrowing, meaning it bonds.
We are, again, the strongest country in the world and should therefore be paying the lowest interest rate by far.
Okay, so here he's talking about U.S. bonds, and he wants U.S. bond investors to get a lower return on investment.
That's the argument that he's making here.
Okay.
The January jobs report also stated, we've had enough of him.
Okay.
We've had enough of him.
He's a liar.
We don't need to regurgitate his lies.
So let's get to the reality here because the January jobs report also stated that wages rose by 0.4% and that the unemployment rate fell by 0.1% to 4.3% total. Now, remember, the jobs report doesn't count people who are underemployed. So for instance, if an individual worked literally one hour a week, that person is considered employed. So they are not included in the unemployment numbers. If a person, you know,
and has given up on finding work.
They are not included in the unemployment numbers.
But it's worth digging into these numbers a little more by taking a look at this graph.
Okay.
So even if we take the Trump administration at their word, the net gain of 130,000 jobs is
not all that much when compared to previous years.
Furthermore, almost all of the new jobs were in just two sectors.
health care and social assistance.
Now look, that shouldn't surprise you guys because our population is aging.
And so there is more and more need for health care workers.
So if you happen to be a younger viewer of the audience, you don't know what you want to do with your life.
You just want to find gainful employment.
Turns out that the health care sector is the place for you.
Now, the government didn't just release numbers from last month.
It also changed numbers from previous years, and this is very relevant.
Okay.
So annual revisions to the jobs count benchmarked against census data showed that for the April
2024 through March 2025 period, payrolls or payroll growth was 898,000 jobs lower than initially stated.
Moreover, November's previous estimate fell by 15,000, and December was off 1,000.
For the final six months of 2025, the economy lost a net of 1,000 jobs.
Now, look, I don't know.
That could definitely be true because these revisions happen, right?
So the Bureau of Labor Statistics puts out its jobs report.
And then a month or two later, they revise the numbers because they have more.
more data that will give you an accurate reading of what the job market looks like in the United
States. Now, it's for that reason that I'm not very trusting of what the Bureau of Labor
Statistics is reporting in regard to unemployment in January. But then there's that added layer
of Trump punishing people in his administration who don't carry out his wishes. So,
when the jobs numbers previously didn't look so great, Trump got really upset and he fired the head
of BLS, Bureau of Labor Statistics. So who's to say that the individuals working at the Bureau
of Labor Statistics right now aren't terrified that Trump might fire them and could be reporting
inaccurate numbers? I just don't see, now we're living in this age of, we don't trust our institutions.
I don't know what the truth is. I don't know what the jobs numbers actually look like.
But one thing I know for sure is this report is likely to be revised. And Trump's self-interest,
narcissism, and desire to retaliate against anyone who doesn't do his bidding leads me to distrust
these numbers even more than usual. So in other words, the U.S. government is admitting that
it drastically miscalculated previous job numbers in previous jobs reports. And that's something you should
keep in mind. But, and either that or they lied. Now, that's why economist Peter Schiff has posted
this on social media. The better than expected, 172,000 jobs supposedly created in January are
just as likely to be revised substantially lower as the major downward revisions to prior months
that were also reported today. The government always overestimates job creation.
And I think that's true. So I'm going to take a quick pause here to, okay, so let me move on, actually.
So I'll reset for this next part. While the Trump administration is tooting their own horn over a better than expected jobs report, allegedly, there are some pretty dark issues ahead that we should be considering, especially overseas.
So Heineken, the Dutch beer company, is about to fire 7% of its employees.
So at least some of those layoffs are due to automation.
Automation is real.
People are losing their jobs as a result.
So CEO, Dolf Van Den Brink stated the following.
That's a very big part of our Evergreen 2030 strategy with around 3,000 roles moving to our business services,
where technology, digitization in general, and AI specifically,
will be an important part of ongoing productivity savings.
So look, all of these companies are looking to get rid of the largest expense for their company.
And that's labor.
And they want to maximize profits by getting rid of human beings and replacing them with either robots,
AI technology.
That's what we're dealing with.
So automation has in fact impacted American workers as well.
So in the United States, AI contributed to nearly 55,000 layoffs in the U.S. in 2015 alone.
And that's according to December data from consulting firm Challenger, Gray and Christmas.
And for the American workers who still have jobs, wages have stagnated.
But they know that.
In fact, if you look at the bigger picture, U.S. wages have stagnated since the 1970s.
There was a little bit of a bump in wages, you know, during COVID, but things have reversed to a very dark place yet again.
Meanwhile, the ultra-rich are making out like bandits. There's no question about that.
With mega corporations sitting real pretty. So let's take a look at this data. This is from the Commerce Department, which is headed by a pal of Jeffrey Epstein, Howard Lutnik.
So you're looking at a corporate profits versus labor compensation as a percentage of gross domestic income.
So corporate profits have risen from about 7% in 1980 to about 12% today.
Meanwhile, compensation for labor has decreased from about 58% to about 51%.
In other words, capital is taking more of the economy's rewards, which means laborers are getting less.
So since the 1980s, workers have lost power thanks to outsourcing automation, and also, of course, the decline of labor unions.
And so today, wages are increasing slightly, but they're nowhere near the pace of corporate profits.
Obviously, the wage increases are not keeping up with inflation.
And since the end of 2019, just before the pandemic, workers have basically just kept up.
After inflation, average hourly wages are up 3%.
For workers in aggregate, though, total compensation is up 8%.
Meanwhile, profits have climbed 43%.
And look, I think a big indicator of how much trouble our economy is in for organizing.
Americans is credit card debt because it just keeps breaking records to reach a new highs.
Credit card balances hit a fresh high in the fourth quarter rising by $44 billion to $1.28
trillion, according to a new report on household debt by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
That's a 5.5% jump from a year earlier.
roughly 60% of credit card users carry a balance from one month to the next, according to the
New York Fed.
So, yeah, most Americans who have credit card debt are not paying off their credit cards every
month, which means that they are being charged an outrageous amount in interest, outrageous.
And despite Trump saying that he wanted to do something about usury and the fact that these
credit card rates are too high and should be capped, it's unlikely that anything will be done about
that because Congress isn't interested. Our congressional leaders, our representatives and senators
are all bought by financial services industry lobbyists, credit card companies, banks, Wall Street,
you name it. And if you pay close attention, you'll notice that these moneyed interests
bribe both sides of the political aisle equally. So spare me the lip service when it comes to
capping credit card rates or anything like that. I mean, Trump went from, I want to make housing
affordable to, I want the value of housing to go up, meaning the price of housing. I wanted to go up.
So look, these people aren't serious. They don't really care about us. I think it's about time
that we all accepted that, Democrat, Republican, who gives a damn what you consider yourself? Are lawmakers,
do not represent us.
We are supposed to be the people who decide who are public servants are, and they're not serving
us. So I think it's time to unite and get rid of them.
