I'm your host, Annie Kasparian. And I was really pleased to find that while I was invited on Pierce Morgan show yesterday to discuss that Clancy case in which a woman killed three of her own children, and somehow there are people in the country who think that she shouldn't face any consequences for it. Today, Pierce Morgan luckily had Jake on to talk about something that I should have been invited to talk about. And that was, of course, the Iran and the ongoing nonsense involving Abdul al-Said in Michigan over his Senate seat and the disgusting, phony attacks that he's like now undergoing because of Hassan Piker. Anyway, the other person who was on the panel was Jillian Michaels, who's an expert on nothing other than maybe an exercise routine. Like, I just don't, why is Jillian Michaels getting invited to discuss geopolitics?

The woman knows nothing about geopolitics. But I guess all you need to do is have a name and you'll be invited to talk about literally anything, including things you have no expertise on. Anyway, I had to get that rant out. I just had to get it out. You're going to hear a lot of ranting on the show today because of just how upset. absurd our leadership is, how much trouble they're causing to the American people, but also how much trouble they're causing to the globe. In fact, that topic came up during a meeting with our G20 allies, so we'll talk about that later in the show, give you a little bit of an economic

update. Also, J.D. Vance, I think, has now totally shown us who he really is, which I'm actually very happy about. I couldn't stomach the phony anti-war facade. that people were buying into. The guy, again, is a creation. He was manufactured in a petri dish by Peter Teal. Peter Teal makes money off war, okay? There is no way in hell. J.D. Vance's benefactor is going to,

I mean, the benefactor of Peter Teal is going to allow Jady Vance to go ahead and move toward a anti-war direction, if he were ever elected as president, which God forbid, ever is. Okay, with all that out of the way, with all that ranting out of the way, let's give you an update on the Quagmire War against Iran. The United States of America will not permit the world's most dangerous regimes to threaten us with the world's most destructive weapons. When somebody comes up and says, why are we doing this? Just say because we cannot let them have a nuclear weapon. It's very simple. We know that treacherous history of the regime.

It has waged a war against his neighbors. They did something which was very foolish, very stupid, I would say. They attacked their neighbors. You either with us or you're against us in the fight against terror. And we're telling people either you are with us or against us. President Donald Trump's transformation into a full-blown George W. Bush-like war criminal is now complete, as that montage that CNN put together shows you. And nothing makes that clearer than the fact that we are stuck in a quagmire war against Iran,

a war that Israel dragged us into. And if you were paying attention yesterday, there were some strikes exchange between the United States and Iran, increasing fears that we are now entering yet another round of kinetic warfare. Now, it's been relatively quiet today in the strikes category. But as we know, and what I believe is happening, Trump keeps getting baited into this escalation trap. I don't think that Iran is just kind of sitting around and behaving as haphazardly as our government is or as our military is. What I do know is that the entire globe, including Iran, is fully aware of the fact that the United States has depleted its interceptor missiles. were even running out of offensive weaponry.

And what's better than goading the United States into depleting more of their weaponry as they, as Iran essentially moves closer, in my opinion, to pushing the United States out of the region. That's really the main goal. I mean, I think Iran's goals here are very clear, whereas the United States doesn't really seem to have a clear goal. So let's get into the details of where we're at right now, what happened over the last few days, and what we can expect for the future because the United States did in fact expand some of the strikes that it carried out into southern Iran. And they did end up killing 18 people by doing so. So a U.S. attack hit a wedding in Syrac on Tuesday, killing at least four people, including a child and injuring nearly 100 people, 51 of whom were hospitalized. And that's according to what you are likely to hear on Iranian media reported by the Iran Health Ministry. Now, those killed at the wedding included Muhammad Malahi, a 16-year-old. Unclear how this would help the United States in any way, but okay, let's keep going. Other casualties, other people who lost their lives at that strike

that hit the wedding. Zar Khartouin, Teheri, 50 years old. Kuslum Mulahi, not. John 43 years old. These are all civilians, of course. Amir Mohammed Karimi, another person who died just four years old, four-year-old killed at a wedding. Unsurprisingly, a U.S. spokesperson told CNN that U.S. Central Command sent com denied that the U.S. targets civilians in Iran. But when you start using rhetoric similar to the Israelis who absolutely do target civilians,

When you read in axios that officials within the Trump administration say that they're now implementing a policy of mowing the lawn, that kind of communicates something different, you know, makes you think they're targeting civilians. I mean, how do you bomb a school twice, the Monob School? How do you do that if it wasn't intentional? You just accidentally bombed a wedding? Okay, please. So the U.S. also struck a major southern port city of Bandar Abbas, the city of Jask, and a residential area in the coastal city of Kustak. So several parts of the power grid were also targeted in this attack against Iran. Now, it's obvious that Trump thinks that these strikes are weakening Iran's ability to control the Strait of Hormuz, although that really does remain to be seen. So on Tuesday, the U.S.

announced that it is carrying out a tanker for tanker policy, which will ensure that we all suffer from insanely high gas prices, fuel prices. So here's what we know about this tanker for tanker policy. A U.S. official said the move was part of, you know, this policy approved by Trump to further deter Iranian attacks on tankers that move through the strait. Now remember, Iran is able to produce incredibly affordable drones that we don't have. We actually have to use our now depleted missile interceptors to try to shoot down drones and rockets coming from Iran. But again, we're running out. So the argument that these strikes are weakening Iran's grip on the Strait of Pormuz is, in my opinion, if you're paying close attention, you're doing real analysis here.

Hard to believe. In fact, I don't believe that. So the U.S. military attack two Iranian tankers. The U.S. military attacked two Iranian tankers as part of the round of strikes that were carried out and took place on Tuesday. And this shift is, this is a shift from merely preventing Iranian vessels from transiting through the Strait of Hormuz, which is what the U.S. has done with its blockade. Now they're literally targeting Iranian vessels that are anchored. They're not even trying to transit through the Strait of Hormuz. The Iranian government tankers were anchored off Iran's coast north of the U.S.

naval blockade line. U.S. drones were used to carry out those strikes. And according to the U.S., they hit the engine rooms of these vessels. Now, after Trump carries out this round of strikes, he basically says, like, Iran better not retaliate. Or I'm gonna get them. I'm gonna get him. Iran retaliated. So following the U.S. strikes is what happened. First, let me give you Trump's threats, which are always fun. He says if the failed nation of Iran retaliates for this very justified attack, they will be hit again at a much harder and higher level.

But it will not be the biggest attack of them all that is wading in the wings. And when it is over, there will be very little left of the Islamic Republic. of Iran. So in other words, he's threatening to use nuclear weapons. That's what he's doing. That's what that was. I know some people wanted to be spelled out. They wanted to be very clear. What do you think he's referring to when he says, biggest attack of them all where there will be very little left of Iran? Now, we're going to get back to the discussion of nukes in just a second, But Iran was undeterred. I mean, we're talking about a population of people who after Trump on Easter Sunday threatened to destroy, wipe out their civilization, they decided to take to the streets

and essentially crowd in areas where the U.S. would likely strike, you know, civilian infrastructure, that type of stuff. That's what the Iranian people are. So the idea that they're going to be deterred by Trump's, like, unhinged social media threats is hilarious to me, but Iran did retaliate. They carried out attacks on U.S. bases in Jordan, Bahrain, Kuwait, Iraq, and the UAE. Now, while the United States has been carrying out attacks on residential areas, schools, weddings, if you pay close attention to what Iran strikes when they retaliate, it's, they're never attacking civilians. They're specifically going

after U.S. military bases in Gulf countries or in other countries in the region that carry these bases. Now, according to Dropsite News, Iran claimed it killed several U.S. forces and destroyed several installations and enemy attack helicopters at the base in Jordan, while a U.S. source denied it, told Al Jazeera the attack had not caused any injuries or major damage. So obviously, I do not have the capacity to confirm whether or not Iran is lying here. What I do know, though, from very recent history, is that the United States government has been lying to the American people about American casualties in the region since the start of this war. So one party has a very clear record of being dishonest on this very issue. So with that in mind, I am more inclined. If I had to bet money on it,

I am more inclined to believe what the Iranians are saying, but take that with a grain of salt because I don't know for sure. You're hearing two different stories, and one side has just been a lot more vociferous in their dishonesty. Iran also claimed a successful ballistic missile attack on a helicopter hangar in the Prince Hassan base in Jordan and launched attacks at the city of Marfrock. However, the Jordanian officials deny that it's caused any damage at all. They say that they were able to intercept 10 out of 13 Iranian missiles, but the three missiles they did not intercept caused absolutely no damage. No one is harmed. No one is wounded. You get to decide who you believe here. But unfortunately, the reporting here in the United States, you know, the big news

agencies who actually have the resources to do a little digging, a little investigating to figure out what the truth is, they've decided they're not interested. So we don't know for sure whether or not there are any U.S. casualties as a result of these retaliatory strikes carried out by Iran. Now the real fear was that, okay, now Iran has retaliated. Trump is a lunatic, so maybe we're just now back in it and we're not just going to do these tit for tat strikes. Now we're basically back into full-blown kinetic warfare. However, as I mentioned earlier, today seems to be a little more quiet. So hopefully that won't be the case. Now, Iran also continues to attack oil tankers in the Strait of Hormuz. The IRGC, as Dropsite News reported, said two oil tankers hit sea mines

and were disabled while attempting to transit the Strait of Hormuz on Wednesday. The IRGC claimed that the tankers had attempted to transit through the illegal South-Ures, route with the help of US operatives and that they were forced to disembark their crews. And there is some confirmation of what the Iranians are saying there because CENTCOM did release a statement indicating that many ships had been redirected away from the Strait of Hormuz. So if you're noticing a spike in the price of oil per barrel, that's why. That's why you're seeing that spike. Now, meanwhile, Trump has signaled that he has completely given up on diplomacy. I'm going to read you his hilarious truth social post. I love that we have

a president who is governing through a social media platform that no one really goes on to unless they work in news and have to check and see what Trump is up to. Anyway, he said, I'm not trying to force Iran to the bargaining table as ABC fake news reported. I couldn't care less if they sign a worthless to them agreement. Why would they sign an agreement that's worthless to them, you moron? Okay, but let's continue. I like our position now much better, do you? With almost total control of the Hormu straight, really? And their economy totally collapsing. Well, their economy is suffering.

But you know what's not suffering? They're resolve. And the more we bomb weddings, the more we, pose an existential threat to the Iranians, the more it's going to have a rally around the flag effect, which is what we're seeing in Iran right now. In fact, Trump was like, I don't understand what's going on. Why aren't they taken to the streets? Why isn't there an uprising? Because they see what you're doing. So even the Iranians who might have a problem with the regime, who might want different leadership, a different government, they are not buying what Trump is selling. They know that Trump doesn't care about them.

And so that's why you're seeing this rally around the flag effect. Now, Russia, a nuclear power just affirmed solidarity with Iran. But before I get to that, I do want to just mention as crazy as it sounds when I say that the Trump administration is considering the use of nukes, I want you to hear what our former counterterrorism chief had to say. This is Joe Kent on Tucker Carlson's show, I believe, last week. The evidence suggests that the U.S. is running out of options, and the logic of this escalation gets us to first-use nuclear strike. That's my interpretation of where we are. Do you think that's right?

We're still implying that the Iranian regime, as we know it, must collapse, that there has to be some kind of a total victory. If our goal is to completely and totally, you know, collapse the regime, have the regime crumble or surrender in some way, shape, or form. We've kind of got two options because it's not going to happen through sanctions. It's not going to happen through the limited air campaign that we've done up to this point. The ground option really quickly, you know, that's just not a serious thing. And then we don't have the political will for it.

So then you go back to square one. Our goal is for the regime to totally, you know, be collapsed. And so quickly you arrive at, well, we kind of have to use a weapon of mass destruction or a nuclear weapon of some sort. Let's say that we find ourselves in a scenario in which our government decides to use a nuclear weapon. Now, the real question is, will that accomplish anything? Will that cause the Iranian regime to fall? Every expert I've heard from says, no.

It would make us a pariah state, though. It would make our little bond yield issue where no one, no investor really wants to buy up. U.S. debt, it would make it far worse. And so we would destroy ourselves by dropping a nuke, and we wouldn't even accomplish anything. I don't think the Trump administration has really taken a beat to absorb the geographical reality of Iran, how large it is, what the terrain is like, what is the likelihood that the IRGC falls after a nuke is dropped? But if they do consider it, I guarantee you there will be consequences for us, for the American people, for the United States. So we'll see what happens. But what the Iranians have done is basically create a lose-lose scenario for Trump.

If Trump does nothing and he walks away, which I personally think is the best option, well, Iranians, has control of the Strait of Hormuz, they get to decide what kind of fee they charge. They can block U.S. vessels. And Trump doesn't want that because obviously there are political ramifications to that. There are economic consequences to that. If Trump reengages kinetically, as you just did, well, you're depleting what's left if you're already low stockpile of weaponry, lose lose. But I was led to believe that the Iranians are these unsophistic backwards thinking, you know, barbaric apes who would be easy to beat in two weeks. Didn't work out that way, did it?

Now, Russia is a nuclear power, as we know. By the behavior of our government and some of our Western allies, you wouldn't think Russia is a nuclear power, you know, with all the provocation taking place. But nonetheless, Russia has affirmed its solidarity with Iran. The president of Russia, Vladimir Putin told Iranian president, Massoud Pizze, at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization meeting on Tuesday that Russia stood in solidarity with the Iranian people. Putin also told him that Russia and Iran would maintain their economic and trade relationship, despite U.S. threats against countries that cooperate with Iran. It's kind of like when leftists purge people from the left.

You know what that causes? It causes a group of people who have been ousted, who then start to kind of work together, and they form their own thing. It's actually really counterproductive, really counterproductive. And that's what the US has been doing with its sanctions policies. So when you start implementing sanctions against multiple giant countries like Russia, like Iran, well, they're going to end up forming alliances and that's what we see here. So good job America, you guys are really crushing it. But look guys, that's not the worst of the news I read today.

And when we come back, I'm going to share with you, share with you. what the Israelis are plotting in order to get more Americans to enlist in the military to fight their wars. Their wars. Okay? I try to be as stoic as possible on these panels because I can't stand the like acting that people do when they're not talking to that kind of stuff. It's so lame. Anyway, boomercat dragon says, I believe there is a deeper plan here. 20% of oil stopped means 80% flowing. This is a trumped-up issue. We should be at such a crisis by the numbers. But what do I know? Well, Boomer cat dragon, we've been tapping into our strategic petroleum reserves. So I don't know what happens. when we run out, but that is coming. And to be fair, something that doesn't get reported on enough, there are some tankers that are able to transit through the strait that Iran allows to transit and the U.S. allows to transit. Because I think both parties know if there is a full-blown

blockade where we don't let, by the way, some of those tankers are transiting Iranian oil and the U.S. doesn't attack. And the reason why they don't is because they know we would be in a complete not a disaster if no oil at all was transiting through the straight. So you have a point, but Galfar 71 says they're going to use nuke's argument has been used for the last 75 years. It has become the boy who cried wolf and nobody believes it anymore. Okay, wait, can we build nuclear power plants then? Can we build a lot of nuclear power plants for clean energy? And can every country have a nuclear weapon? I'm not kidding. Like if it's a boy who cried wolf, I'm not worried about nukes at all. Fantastic. Let's give every country a new.

Pakistan should give Iran a nuke so we could end the war. And by the way, that last thing that I just suggested, that wasn't a mental exercise. I actually do think Pakistan should give Iran a nuke so we can just end this. But anyway, let's get to the rest of what I wanted to talk about in the Iran war for the day. Okay, because I'm sure there'll be more news later, but for now, this is what we're talking about. So the Israelis are apparently proposing new ways to increase the number of enlisted American soldiers so they can use our service members for cannon fodder for their wars. So they can expand their borders, build their empire, and then we suffer the burden of that. We lose service members' lives. We spend the money for it. So here's what I'm talking about.

There was an interesting statement by President Donald Trump on social media, truth social. He asked this specifically, when are the Iranian people going to rise up and fight? Meaning, when are the Iranian people going to help us do the regime change that Mossad promised me they would do? He's such an idiot. And here's the thing, even though you don't hear as much rhetoric from the Trump administration about the need for regime change, regime change is still the main objective here. It was never about ensuring that Iran doesn't have nuclear weapons. It was always about regime change.

And Trump, you know, he slipped a little and reminded everyone by making that statement. When are the Iranian people going to rise up and fight? Okay. The opposite has happened in Iran. There is now a rally around the flag effect after the United States illegally attacked Iran. So no one's rising up to overthrow the regime. and everything that the Trump administration has done has been incredibly counterproductive. However, if we want to have an actual conversation about what it would take to do a regime-change war in Iran,

well, I mean, you can't accomplish that through an error campaign, as we've been doing. You can't just do strikes and bomb Iran and expect the regime to fall from simply bombing them. That just doesn't work. And in fact, historically, there isn't a single instance where bombing a country without putting troops on the ground led to regime change. Okay. So there's zero appetite for putting boots on the ground. We all know that. But what Americans desire, what Americans don't want, none of that matters.

I think that's pretty clear for most Americans paying attention. If you don't want to go to war with Iran, doesn't matter. Trump's going to do it anyway. You don't want to send your money to Israel. matter if the US government is going to do it anyway, Democrats and Republicans, they don't care. You don't matter. Your government, if you are an American citizen, your government loathes you. And they tell you, they show you every single day, every day. So whether or not you want boots on the ground doesn't matter. And honestly, I think that there's still a pretty good possibility

that Trump would consider sending troops to Iran. But here's the problem. We don't have enough service members to take on a mission as large as a regime change war in a country of 92 million people where the terrain is far more challenging than what our service members experienced in Iraq, for example. How did Iraq work out for us? Not so great. Not so great. So with all of that in mind, I turned to an op-ed that was written for the Jerusalem Post. It was written by someone named AJ Jaff and buckle up because he is proposing something that the United States should do to essentially do a regime change war on behalf of Israel for Israel. This is for Israel. Don't ever forget that. Don't be gaslit into thinking otherwise. So what is he saying? He says recruitment

numbers are running below what a ground invasion of Iran would require. Estimates for a successful ground campaign against Iran's 31 provinces, commands and its mosaic defense doctrine run between 750,000 and 1.5 million American troops. The current active U.S. Army stands at roughly 425,000 troops. The math does not work, obviously. You're right, AJ. The math doesn't work. sad day for you guys, right? Because this wasn't a war that the U.S. wanted. And I mean the American people. This isn't a war that in any way benefits the American people.

But we got dragged into it anyway. And it looks like we don't have enough troops to do a ground invasion on Israel's behalf. Sad day for you, right? Except he's proposing something. He says, based on American history, however, there is a path forward, not conscription. or a draft in a world war era sense, but enlistment through a debt forgiveness program. You like that? So the loan sharks who have made so much money off usury and have indebted Americans to a pretty

significant amount could now essentially use that to bait Americans who are desperate for loan forgiveness into enlisting into our military to fight a war where they are likely going to die against Iran on behalf of Israel. That's what this is. Let me give you more. He writes, the average American aged 18 to 34, carries more than $40,000 in non-mortgage debt across student loans, credit card balances, auto loans, and personal loans with some estimates going as high as $100,000. This is the cohort the Pentagon, he writes, needs a federally administered debt forgiveness enlistment program that fully discharges student loan, credit card, and loan balances after

24 or 36 months of service and extends the GI bill would produce voluntary enlistment at scale. So our government creates the tuition crisis where tuition costs. where tuition costs go up rapidly based on the way that they've decided to subsidize college loans. Okay. You have banks and credit cards charging outrageous interest rates, which create a cycle of debt, keeps Americans in debt, makes it far more difficult to pay off these loans. And then just when they're desperate, you dangle that little carrot. If you fight Israel's wars for 36 months, we might forgive your loans.

We might forgive your loans. It's disgusting. How about you send your disgusting terrorist IDF soldiers to fight their own damn wars? Oh, but do they have difficulty fighting adults? You know, if it isn't like a fish bowl where civilians are trapped, have no military, no weapons, no means to defend themselves, Israelis are happy to go to war, right? But when it comes to a formidable foe, when it comes to a country as sophisticated and developed as Iran, send the Americans to the slaughterhouse, not the precious Israelis. These people are scumbags.

They're not allies. They're leeches. They leach off our money. They're happy to see our soldiers die on their disgusting behalf, just so they can expand their borders. They're so sick. So anyone, I'm sorry, look, I, I'm not a fan of a lot of the things Hassan says.

That being said, the idea that I would spend days of my life, kvetching about Hassan Piker, as the Israelis are plotting for ways to drag more of our service members, more Americans into their wars.

The Democrats going after Haas over that, they're scumbags, they're enemies to our country. And I mean it, I mean it. They are enemies to our country because they are happy to see actual slaughter of innocence abroad using our bombs, our weapons, our money, they are happy to provide cover for the most heinous war criminals imaginable. Whether it's Benjamin Netanyahu, who they can't wait to pleasure the second he steps foot on our territory.

Whether it's It's Amar Ben-Gavir, Baselow, Smot, Rich, it doesn't matter. Oh, Naftali Bennett. He's not Netanyahu. Netanyahu is the only problem in Israel. No, the whole thing is a problem. The whole thing is a problem. Look at the candidates who are running right now to serve as prime minister. Each one is more unhinged than the other. It's not a Netanyahu problem. It's an Israel problem. And we shouldn't be in bed with them.

We shouldn't be funding them. We shouldn't be sending weapons to them. But they're all over our government occupied, infiltrated, to the point where our government is working against us. Okay? In the op-ed, this piece of crap talks about like, oh, well, the Pentagon is looking for some unique and creative ideas to increase enlistment. Oh, are they? Did they reach out to you guys? Is that what happened? If you hate the government, I just want you to know you don't hate them enough. You don't hate them enough. Anyway, let's move on to this douchebag. Just after the 12-day war of June 2025, I came to the White House with my esteemed colleague and predecessor, Ron Dermmer. It was for a post-war assessment. And before entering the Oval to me with President Trump, we were ushered into the vice president's office.

When I extended my hand to JD, he brushed it aside and instead threw his arms around me and hug me. A hug that came deep from the heart. He then stepped back and said, you guys are amazing. And he happens to be the head of state of the world's superpower. If I was in the cabinet of the Israeli government, I might not be attacking the only powerful ally that I have anywhere left in the entire world. How's that working out for all of us? To Democrats, Trump was a corrupt narcissist who earned

My entire adult lifetime has been shaped by presidents who threw America into unwise wars and failed to win them. So J.D., much like Trump's proponents, is focusing on the fact that in his first term, Trump didn't start any new wars. I mean, He certainly came close by assassinating Qasem Soleimani in Iran. Iranians showed a tremendous amount of restraint after that happened.

They did target a U.S. military base, and I don't think that would have happened if we hadn't of assassinated Qasem Soleimani. But there were other things that he did in his first term that don't strike me as anti-interventionist. For instance, he tried to overthrow Maduro in Venezuela, not once but twice, with the use of that dweeb, Juan Guaido. He carried out, I mean, he's the one who used the mother of all bombs during his first administration. Like, this guy was never a dove. But fast forward to 2026, and Vance, well, his rhetoric sure is a lot different. This is an excerpt from the bombshell New York Times report about how the Trump administration finally decided to go to war against Iran.

In January, when Trump publicly warned Iran to stop killing protesters and promised that help was on the way, Vance had privately, this is what he says in private, encouraged the president to enforce his red line. But what the vice president pushed for, but what the vice president pushed for wars, was a limited putative strike, something. closer to the model of Trump's missile attack against Syria. The vice president thought a regime change war with Iran would be a disaster and it's proven to be. But knowing that Trump was likely to intervene in some fashion, he tried to steer toward more limited action later when it seemed certain that the president was set on a large scale campaign. Vance argued that he should

do so with overwhelming force in the hope of achieving his objectives quickly. So with all that context in mind, let's get to what's new because J.D. Vance is now attempting to pander to the lunatic end times Christian voters. And I just want to be clear, these Christian voters are not representative of Christians in general. The Israeli military left after two or three weeks and the doctors, you know, some of whom I knew went back in there and those six babers were there in the incubators dead. Their bodies rotting. Oh, come on now. And there are many other similar stories like that. The Sky Television Investors to Give Journalist interviewed fellow detainees and did some remarkable investor to give journalism. This is all in public domain and described how this surgeon's mode of torture was being raped to death.

The Israelis started bombing and the massacre happened.

Wherever we go, wherever we are dispatched to or displaced to, there is bombing around us. Where are we supposed to go? Well, Israel cats made clear that mandatory migration, they're working on it. So we're going to watch that next. This is a real video. It has been confirmed. So let's take a look. This is what the Israelis are doing to literal children.

And some of their remains have been, you know, taken from under the rubble, even though it's been incredibly difficult to do.

Israel isn't allowing, you know, certain heavy machinery into the strip so they can get the bodies out. So this next video that you're going to see is going to show you as they're going to Going through the rubble, they're literally taking skulls out from the rubble. Okay, so I'm going to give you that warning. Let's take a look. Let's keep my mic up for this. All right. So that is, those are human remains, skeletons.

In this specific case, they were able to find the remains of an entire family that was slaughtered in an Israeli bombing. Okay, that's what's happening here. And as horrific as this scene is, what you all should know about is the fact that according to a EuroMed Human Rights Monitor report, they put this out in early August, they're raising alarm over Israel, carting off rubble with the remains of Palestinian victims. Here's what they write in this report. This is occurring without any official record of the quantities removed or independent oversight and before international and local investigative committees have had the chance to survey, examine, and document the sites. This risks destroying crucial evidence of genocide and the remains of victims still

unaccounted for under the rubble. But that was the point. That was the point. They killed all the journalists. and they're not allowing international journalists into the Gaza Strip. In the meantime, they're killing more Palestinians in this genocide, and they're doing their best to tamper with the evidence of their crimes against humanity. They're treating the human remains as if it's just part of the rubble.

The debris scattered throughout the Gaza Strip includes possible locations of unlawful killings and bombings that targeted entire families, as well as sites believed to contain mass graves or bodies buried within destroyed homes, hospitals, shelters, and civilian facilities. And then by the way, for me personally, people send me, like you can probably see in the background, like a knitted dragon, someone sent me. There's a dragon book they sent me.

Dragon board games they send me. People have done like custom ironworks making dragon, bottle openers. Like the fans are super invested in diamond art and things like that. And so it's great that they send this stuff. Sometime we're going to have to set up a wall of all of it. But yeah, it's definitely brought the community a lot closer together. The fact that we were no longer in this big studio, I felt a lot more personally attached to people. It felt very immediate. And I know that I personally needed the connection. Anyway, so with that in mind, let's get to the other thing that we're destroying with our government, and that's the global economy. All the time. Profits are the mother's milk of stocks. Profits drive the economy.

Front page of the Wall Street Journal yesterday. They finally ran a profit story. I've been waiting for the business newspaper record. Finally ran it. Front page story. Well, it's more of a features paper now. And it's not the Main Street Journal. I know.

But profits year on year, hang on a second. Profits are up 53% for the S&P 500. Profits per share, 53%. Yeah, I mean, profits are great for a handful of corporations, corporate executives, and wealthy investors. But it's interesting that Scott Bissette brought up Main Street because the op-ed or the, it wasn't even an op-ed, it was a Wall Street journal piece that was just celebrating the wonderful corporate profits that these corporations are experiencing under a pretty terrible economic situation. Main Street isn't doing well. walk around in your business district and tell me how many empty storefronts you're witnessing. But if you want to talk about the real economy, it's a totally different story from what we're seeing in the stock market.

So Treasury Secretary Scott Besant spoke to Larry Kudlow during the G20 meeting that took place this week. So after the meeting with our G20 allies, Besson sits down with him. And, well, they're bragging about how great everything is, which is amazing because by the looks of it, it seems like nothing is going wrong in the economy. The reality is the total antithesis of what they were talking about during that conversation. So first, it's worth noting that Besson used the meeting with our G20 allies to try and make deals for U.S. corporations. He did that. And it is unprecedented. It was a first for a Treasury secretary to do this.

So for the first time ever, just to be clear, a Treasury Secretary of the United States invited American chief executives from industries, including banking and cryptocurrency, Peter Thiel was there, by the way, to sessions with visiting officials, world leaders. That's what he did. Why did you do it? Well, of course, because he wants to forge deals for companies that he's very likely heavily invested in. Scott Bassent looks out for Scott Besant. Everyone in this administration looks out for themselves. Do not be mistaken.

They don't give a damn about you. So it's balzy to do what Besson did, considering how much our foreign policy or Trump's trade wars has actually destroyed the economies of our allies. And that's what this conversation is going to be about. So at several points, representatives from Europe, Canada, and other allies criticized the Trump administration for policies that have hurt their economies. Lars Klingbiel, who is the German vice chancellor, pointed to America's tariff conflicts, including its escalating standoff with Canada, which in my opinion makes absolutely

no sense. He said these tariffs were eroding trust in global trade and would ultimately harm everyone involved. Of course, of course it would harm everyone involved. We're already experiencing the harm that Trump's ham-handed, ridiculous trade war has caused. German economists say that the Iran war and Trump's tariffs on Europe have dampened what otherwise has been the strongest year of German growth since 2022. Quote, the past few months have shown that uncertainty is poison for economic growth. The Iran war, the ongoing tariff disputes with the U.S. and distortions of competition like we are experiencing from China, all of this leads to instability. Well, China is ascendant and China, we're already living in a

multipolar world. The U.S. is not the only superpower. I think it's about time that we both understand that and accept it because it's the truth. And that's why our threats of sanctioning China fell on deaf ears. China ain't afraid of us. China's like, you're not going to take us off the U.S. dollar. We know what we're doing. You guys don't have the leverage. You don't have the cards, as both Trump and Vance told Zelensky during that notorious Oval Office meeting. In fact, our allies are so unhappy with Secretary Besant's surprise decision to sell U.S. holdings of euros to prop up Japan's currency that they actually called him out on it. So European leaders used one of the open discussions to complain that Bessent had not informed them in advance of his plan to use America's holding of euros in an effort to boost the value of Japan's. currency, the yen. By using euros, Bessent pushed down the value of Europe's currency while

protecting the value of the dollar. Now, some of you might think that's fantastic. That's great. I mean, we don't want to lose value on the dollar. So if he's going to do it to the euro, better than than us, right? Except no. These are all manipulative moves that don't actually, first of all, I don't want anyone to suffer. Let me get that out of the way. That's the most important point. But secondly, even if you don't care about the devaluation of the euro, because you're an American, you only care about the dollar, understand that what Secretary Bessent is doing with these bond buybacks and things like that, what he did in propping up the yen, it doesn't address the fundamental issues that weaken the currency to begin with. Just like his moves on the 30-year

bond yield. Doing bond buybacks didn't work. Back in the day, it worked, but now we're 40 trillion dollars in debt. That is the fundamental issue that is leading to the high bond yield. But anyway, you have Joachim Nagel, the head of Germany's central bank. He said he believed that the criticism about the U.S. selling off euros in order to prop a prop up. the yen. He thinks that their criticism of that has resonated and that American officials now understood why Europeans were not really enthusiastic about the fact that there was no prior coordination. But I'm here to tell you, sadly, the criticism did not resonate at all. Because remember, the United States intervened in July of 26 to support the Japanese yen

because the currency had plummeted to a 40-year low. And that not only threatened Japan's import-reliant economy, it also jeopardized the United States because there was real fear that Japan, which is the largest holder of U.S. debt, the largest holder of U.S. treasuries, would then sell U.S. treasuries in order to deal with their own economic issues. And Bessent didn't want that. Bessent didn't want anyone to sell U.S. bonds. So what he did is he sold euros in order to purchase Japanese bonds and help their currency. It's just, what happened was totally amazing. And by the way, that would increase the cost of borrowing for the United States.

If Japan were to sell U.S. treasuries in order to prop up the yen, well, that would obviously hurt the United States. Because when there's a sell-off, that increases the yield on the bond, meaning that, It costs more money for our government to borrow money. Our debt becomes more expensive. So rather than draining dollars, the U.S. funded its yen purchases by selling off euros. And it really doesn't seem like Scott Besant or anyone has learned any lessons from this. It's not going to fix Japan's economic picture or what led to the value of the yen collapsing to 40-year lows. So let's talk a little bit about why Japan is having the problem.

problems that it has. So the Bank of Japan on June 16th raised its benchmark interest rate to 1%, the highest level since the 1990s. But it's still considerably lower than that of the Fed, the Federal Reserve, which in June held its rate steady at a range of 3.5% to 3.75%. Japan had extraordinarily low interest rates, zero to negative, across the 2000. thousands in the 2010s to try to juice the economy and prevent deflation after the country's economy went into severe recession in the 1990s. So Japan also has a ton of debt. There's no question about that. And on top of that, they had increased the money supply so much that it's causing problems. That devalues the yen. That devalues your currency. So in 2024, the BOJ, the Bank of

Japan began raising interest rates as the country began to experience a little bit of inflation above the central bank's target of 2%. But the yen continued to decline as Japan's interest rates remain lower compared to the rest of the world. That is the heart of the problem. But if you listen to what Secretary Besant said in a sit-down interview with Larry Kudlow, the day after the G20 meeting, you would think that Japan is just like rolling in the dough, their economy's doing real well, no problems at all. Take a look. Japan implemented Abinomics in 2012, 2013. And one of the most important aspects of that was the deregatory aspect. Abinomics was a restructuring the economy, reflationary program. And now I think Japan can sit back and enjoy the

benefits of that. Really, are they enjoying the benefits of that? It seems like they're in a lot of trouble so much so that you had to sell euros in order to prop up the yen. But okay, you see, like, the reason why I'm showing you this like complicated technical thing is because I really want you to understand they are lying to you. The economy is not doing well for the vast majority of people. Now, the United States is making all sorts of decisions that do harm our allies, but while we are doing comparably well, the U.S. economy isn't rock solid either. The American economy is growing faster than many of its peers. But the international monetary fund projects that the United States will grow more than twice as fast as the Eurozone or Canada this year.

Yet the IMF noted this summer that the administration's war in Iran had slowed economic growth. And in fact, Besson even acknowledged how the fuel crisis, you know, sometimes he does tell the truth that slips. He acknowledged how the fuel crisis is in fact contributing to poor economic conditions in the United States and across the globe. We are going through an energy shock right now due to both the war in Ukraine, because Ukraine has decided that they want to blow up Russian energy assets and refine products. So that is creating upward price pressure on a global basis, and then the conflict in Iran. And the conflict in Iran will end and price.

This is will come down. Will it? Will the conflict in Iran end? Because every sign points in the direction of a forever war. This is a quagmire. No end in sight. So he's acknowledging that this is causing economic pain. And there is no indication that the war is ending anytime soon.

You know, why were ISIS commanders who got arrested in Syria during the Syrian Civil War found to be Mossad agents? Whitney Webb did great reporting on that, which I wish I had seen at the time. But I've broadened my sources in recent years, and it's been enlightening, to say the least. Whitney Webb, by the way, amazing journalists. We should actually get her on the show. I'm just enamored by the work that she does, and she's fantastic. So look up the work that she's done on the Epstein files,

on Israel's endless wars against their neighbors. She's a goodie. She's a good one. All right, let's get to our next story. Quite simply, I know we have limited time, is that people who sign up to serve the FBI must meet the rigorous, high standards, merits, and physical fitness standards, and those will not be changed. So that will be a priority for you.

Wrong, wrong, didn't turn out to be a priority for Cash Patel at all. Because now we're learning that the FBI, under the Trump administration, which had a lot of strong thoughts about the military lowering standards for women, turns out they're lowering standards for FBI applicants. Don't believe me? I've got the details super juicy. So let's get into what we have learned about the changes in the requirements for FBI applicants, because they are literally thinking about hiring people who have solicited prostitution, which, look, to be clear, I would like to legalize and regulate sex work, not because I think it's a great thing for girls and women women to get involved in.

In fact, I would probably do my best to discourage a woman in my life from doing that. I don't think it's good, okay? I don't think anything bad of sex workers. I just don't think it's a great profession to be in. Let's just put it that way. That being said, I would like to legalize it and regulate it in order to keep people safe, including the sex workers. That should be the top priority.

But putting that aside entirely, right now, sex work, obviously. illegal in most of the country. Nevada has a few exceptions. Soliciting sex work if you're married might make you blackmailable, might make you black mailable, but apparently the FBI doesn't care. So let's get to the details of that. In June, the FBI quietly lowered some of their standards that they use when it comes to, you know, the background checks they conduct on FBI applicants. And according to multiple sources briefed on the matter, the FBI did so to facilitate hiring in some cases, even if candidates acknowledged they engaged in sexually deviant. I don't think I would even call it that, but okay, sexually deviant activities or stole from an employer.

I don't think it is sexually deviant to, you know, to seek out a sex worker. Okay, it is deviant if you cause harm. But listen, some people need that. It is what it is. I don't want to get into the details, but you get the point. Nonetheless, all of a sudden, the FBI is like, all right, well, you did hire a sex worker and maybe that's okay. Now, what does sexually deviant activities actually include? Prostitution was considered one of them or soliciting prostitution. So under specific circumstances now, the FBI is willing to give candidates a pass on prostitution as long as they have not hired sex workers three or more times. Oh, so, okay. So if they hired sex workers twice, it's totally fine. Okay, we're good with it, totally kosher. But you did it three times?

Nah, got to get rid of you. We can't hire you. You hired a sex worker three times, not two times. I just, that's such a, I think that's a dumb rule. The hiring of the sex workers must not have taken place within the last 10 years, several of the sources added. And also one other caveat is the solicitation had to occur in a jurisdiction in which sex work is legal. So as I mentioned earlier, there are a few areas of Nevada that have legalized brothels. So if applicant hired a sex worker in that situation, it would be okay. But if they went to Figueroa in Los Angeles and hired someone off the street, that would be different. That would actually harm their chances of getting hired by the FBI.

But the point that I want to make, and I think this is the most important point, I think the whole reason why this rule against hiring FBI agents who had solicited sex from sex workers, is because you don't want to hire people in the federal Bureau of Investigation who are easy to blackmail. And it is easy to blackmail someone who's married and hired a sex worker and cheated on his wife. I think that's more important than how many times an individual hired a sex worker. You know what I'm saying? So I'm not making a moral claim on whether or not someone hires a sex worker. I'm making a point about why a rule like that existed in the first place.

You don't want your agents to be blackmailed, but okay. So a person who was in a position of trust who solicited sex would still be automatically disqualified from FBI employment, one of the sources with direct knowledge of the changes told CBS News. That includes anyone who has worked in public safety, education, health care, social work, finance, or law. Hold on, wait a say. Finance is a position of trust.

Okay, I guess you could maybe make an argument about that. You're dealing with people's money. But okay, but what if the applicant hired a legal sex worker while married? Again, that's the big question. They could be blackmailed. That is the problem. I feel like we're losing sight of that. But that's not all.

The new standards also specifically address applicants who have engaged in past acts of beastiality or animal cruelty, saying they may still be considered for the Bureau as long as the incidents took place before the age of 18, the sources said. No, the answer is no. The answer is no. They shouldn't do this, but they are doing this. An FBI spokesperson confirmed that some changes to the eligibility requirements have taken place, but claimed they are limited to a narrow set of circumstances, such as in cases where a person was sexually abused with animals as a child. However, sources with knowledge of this change say that there's really no distinction

between those who were coerced and those who were willingly engaging in this, in my opinion, actually deviant behavior. And according to a former FBI agent, James Davidson, he does see this as a problem. Beastiality is clearly a potential indication of a more serious emotional issue. And even in a circumstance where it is not, the pool of candidates should be extensive enough that the criteria should certainly not be eliminated. And I agree with James. James, I think you're right.

But that's not all. The FBI is also willing to hire applicants who stole from an employer as long as the incident occurred three years ago. I think that's a big red flag, no? Like if the applicant is a known thief who stole from his or her own employer, how are you going to make a decision to hire them as a freaking FBI agent? So look, all of this stuff used to be automatic disqualifiers to employment in the FBI. So what changed? They're having a hard time hiring people. So former FBI analyst Philip Field reviewed government personnel data and found that in 2025 alone,

the FBI lost 1,139 special agents with an average tenure of 21.8 years. The FBI says it employs around 13,700 agents. That's a lot of agents. What are you guys up to? You guys foiling any, you know, public assassinations or anything like that before they happen? I don't think so. Patel was already allowing transfers from other agencies to basically bypass the traditional academy system, which, by the way, takes months to complete.

Now all they have to do is a quick nine-week training course. For support staff employees looking to become agents, the Bureau more recently said that it would wait requirements of a written assessment and an interview with a three-member panel of FBI agents meant to measure life experience and judgments. I don't think that we should cut that out of the training program. I think it's a bad idea. But this could lead to the FBI hiring people with questionable backgrounds who might not be great in the positions that they are applying for. But I will say one thing. Some people are thinking what I'm thinking. One retired FBI agent told CBS news, you could be compromised. You can be lured in and trapped and it can be held over your head.

He's worried about blackmail. And he should be. Anyone with a brain should be concerned about that. But I guess that's not much of a concern for Cash Patel, who, by the way, just yesterday was hosting Israeli security agency director general David Zinni at the FBI headquarters. Here you go. That's what that looks like. He says he was honored to host him. He had a great meeting on their shared work together, including counterterrorism efforts. They are the terrorists, but okay. Breaking terrorist financing networks, are you thinking about breaking the government? Our government? Because we finance Israel and they are the terrorists. intelligence sharing, please don't do that, and building our technological capabilities like

counter-UAS training. We'll end on this because I think it's relevant to this story. Did he? No. He said he had all this tough talk for MBS after Jamal Khashoggi was killed. MBS ordered his killing. He was killed, dismembered. What did Biden do after he got elected? Was there any tough talk? Was there any tough action against MBS?

Yeah, they do. They do. They need the water to cool the data centers. And it's driving up water bills in the communities these data centers are built in. And it's also raising energy prices, electric bills in the communities they're built in. That's why people are protesting. I think Americans have had enough. But Donald Trump is trying to persuade the American people, including members of his own base, by the way, to accept the data centers.

Now, what's the persuasive argument that he's making? Get a load of this. The only reason that communities throughout the USA should not want data centers is if they want to end up being backwards and poor. If they want to be successful and rich with far lower taxes and jobs all over the place, let data rain. Well, interestingly enough, Republican Congressman Tim Burchett was asked about this statement. He had a pretty hilarious response. Let's take a look. What do you make of Donald Trump saying that Americans who support data centers are backwards and poor?

Well, I guess I'm that don't support. Yeah, if they don't support the data centers, I guess I'm backwards and poor. That was pretty funny. I guess I'm backwards and poor. Now, Tim Burchett, I don't know if his record is crystal clean or clear when it comes to data centers. In the rest of his statement to the reporter there, he talked about how, well, you know, they're developing data centers now because he does see the water consumption or the water use as a problem. And so he is pointing to how some of these data centers, are trying to model their architecture in a way where it would reuse the water instead of use the water to cool the data center, which then evaporates the water and they can't reuse it.

So I don't know if I believe that that's even possible, but he does seem to be one of the few members of Congress who has been raising alarm about the water usage and electricity usage of these data centers. So good on him for doing that. Now, Trump and Howard Lutnik have both uttered the two main arguments you'll hear from avid defenders of the data centers, namely people who are going to profit off of them, but nonetheless. So one of the arguments that they make is that data centers don't actually guzzle water at all. At all, it's totally made up. That's one of the arguments they make. The other one is that the opposition movement to data centers is really just a Chinese sci-op. Everything's a Chinese sci-op, isn't it?

So those claims are now being parroted by Israel's operatives, but also commentators, including but not limited to Mark Levin. So here's what he said. When the public learns the truth about data centers, including water and electricity use, its support grows. But the degrowth, Marxists and woke right Luddites are hell-bent on sabotaging the new industrial revolution and deceiving the public. You know, a lot of the the people who have been speaking out against these data centers are Republican voters and more power to them. You want to know why? Because they're ordinary Americans just like Democratic voters. It turns out that we have a lot more in common than our media would have us believe,

then our politicians would have us believe. It's almost like those in power have an incentive and a real interest in keeping us divided, right? So let's not fall for that BS. Because let me tell you something, when it comes to the flock cameras, I'm seeing Republicans fight. When it comes to the data centers, I'm seeing Republicans fight. I'm talking about the voters, not the politicians. So on those issues, I see common ground where we absolutely need to build the coalitions necessary to be powerful enough to fight back effectively. So don't buy into the hype that's meant to divide you. Okay, because let me tell you something.

those Republican voters are not Marxists. And when it comes to actual Marxists in the country, like real Marxists, there's like five of them. And I know every one of them. And they're not violent people. They just want to live in a good world. They have different economic views. That's fine. Now, it cannot be overstated how widely unpopular Latinx position is, Levin's position is, Trump's position is, on data centers.

Because three quarters, three quarters of Americans now say that, that they would oppose a new data center being built near where they live. And you know what? We should really ask all the goons promoting these data centers, you know, the ones that live in their nice mansions and gated communities. Can we build one in your neighborhood? Would that be okay? Because my guess is they wouldn't be okay with that. So data centers are 43 points underwater with Republicans, 65 points underwater with independence and 75 points underwater with Democrats, notably, local data centers are 63 points underwater with rural voters, who, by the way, happen to lean conservative Republican. And it's important for you to know that. So now that you've heard the spin, let's actually dive into the facts, because the facts do matter. And it is easy to fall for some of the hyperbole, right? And I don't

want you guys to think, oh, there's a lot of hyperbole out there. I don't know what to believe. Like, look at the data, look at the facts, see how these data centers are built, how they function. And then you'll get your answer. So last year, global data centers used 448 trillion with a T, trillion watt hours of electricity, more than all but 10 countries of the world. That electricity use produced about 208 million tons, 189 million metric tons of carbon dioxide about the same amount as the entire country of Argentina. That's a lot. Per Axios, data centers can need 5 million gallons of water a day for cooling alone.

And that's what the water is used for. It's to cool the data centers. And we should also give you some context because I want to be honest, fair, real. So compared to other industries, data centers use far less water. For instance, the cattle industry, power plants, which also generate power. So I don't know why power plants is included in this. But okay, power plants. Residential water use, golf courses, and steel production all use more water than data centers do today. However, remember, the data centers are still relatively new and we're trying to build more of them.

That's the catch. So data center construction projects are rapidly expanding as we speak and at the rate things are going. Data center water use is projected to grow to 72.6 billion gallons by 2028.

So data center advocates are claiming that they are beginning to implement recycled water models. That's what Tim Burchett was talking about. in the conversation he had with the reporter on Capitol Hill. But again, while they claim that it's more efficient, while they claim that it's working,

I've yet to see any solid evidence of that. And it's really hard to trust these figures when they're simultaneously attempting to bribe our lawmakers into following their demands. So build American AI, which is an advocacy group, linked to the pro-AI super PAC leading the future, is ready to unload a $50 million, war chest to defend data centers in key states starting in Kansas, Ohio, and Wisconsin.

So to the lovely people of Kansas, Ohio, and Wisconsin, you deserve and you have the right to be part of those discussions. And so you need to demand that you're part of those discussions. Because if you're not involved, if you're not engaged, the people who make the decisions are only going to hear from the individuals bribing them. So it is so important for you to get involved locally in order to ensure that there are certain safeguards. If they're insistent on building the data center, that the data center relies on its own electricity,

it has a way of sourcing its own water, so it doesn't mess with the local community. Whatever it is, be part of the discussion. Don't allow your local government, your state and local government to freeze you out of these discussions. Otherwise, you don't get heard. And the people behind the data centers who seek to profit off of it are the only ones who get a say. And that's not all right. That's not how a democracy is supposed to function,
