You're listening to The Young Turks, the online news show.
Make sure to follow and rate our show with not one, not two, not three, not four, but five stars.
You're awesome. Thank you.
All righty, welcome to the Young Turks, Jane Cougar, Sharon, read with you guys.
Sharon's, of course, on Rebel headquarters.
Everybody checking her out there.
Sharon, how you doing today?
You know what I'm hanging in there?
See what's going on in the world today.
today. See what hope there is. We'll see. Yeah. Well, if you came looking for hope,
well, normally you'd be in the right place, the home of Operation Hope. But today, today we've got
some bad news. So in the second hour, I got a story on, that's the Rosetta Stone. Do not miss
that story. It explains to you exactly what's happening within Democratic circles right now
and what is not happening. You do not want to miss that story. But throughout the show,
Unfortunately, we have a number of stories of Elon Musk totally out of control.
That crash is imminent.
Look, I shouldn't say imminent, but it is near certain.
The only question is when.
So we'll take you through that as we go.
But first, we start with a crash that's even more epic potentially, and that's Donald Trump.
So tell us all about that, Sharon.
All right, we're calling this one Napoleon complex, Jank.
fears that Donald Trump would see himself as above the law were certainly bolstered over the weekend when
he posted a quote attributed to the French dictator Napoleon over the weekend. It's quite a thing
when the president's looking at such a little guy. But here's the quote. We'll show it to you
right now. Donald Trump there, he who saves his country does not violate any law. So we see
where this is going. The quote is a version of a phrase attributed to Napoleon. Translates to
who saves his country violates no law. Pullian declared himself French emperor in the early
1800s installed a military dictatorship. Does that sound familiar? Pullian has a similar
quote here who saves a nation violates no law. It's said by actor Rod Steiger playing
Napoleon in the 1970 movie Waterloo. So getting into the mind of
Donald Trump, is anything original?
It doesn't see himself, right?
He just kind of reaches back in history and co-ops it for himself.
After Trump himself posted the quote, the official White House account reposted it with
Trump's presidential portrait attached.
Oh my, is that the mugshot or the official portrait?
That's the mugshot.
Then it's the mugshot, right?
And that is what they're going there.
This is where we are, America.
Look at your life.
Trump doubled down again in response to a judge ruling that the Trump administration had defied a court order to release billions of dollars in grant money.
A conservative posted an image of the quote, emblazoned on top of Napoleon Bonaparte on horseback.
And Trump reposted that.
This is pretty incredible.
Post only amplified fears that Trump sees himself as being above the law.
Former Vice President Mike Pence posted an article he wrote in 2010.
about the importance of adhering to the Constitution in response.
I don't know that I want to hear much from Mike Pence anymore.
Ironically, one of the things Napoleon did right was expand and improve France's government-run educational system,
which Donald Trump is promising to dismantle.
Of course, he got support from the usual suspects, including his partner in crime,
co-president Elon Musk, who quote, tweeted him with a bunch of American flags.
These two and their bromance.
It's just on and on for now.
Right wing activist Jack Sobiak posted this.
America will be saved.
What must be done will be done.
In an interview over the weekend, former RNC chair,
Rens Prebis, who was Trump's first chief of staff in his first term,
downplayed the president's words.
Remember, we're not really supposed to take him at face value.
It's not what we're doing.
here. Listen to this. What does that mean? But is it, it's catnip for the media. It's entertainment
for Trump. It's a distraction. He's the President of the United States. This is the statement from
the President of the United States. I have lived through this. In good times, in bad times,
the President enjoys taking a grenade out on a Saturday afternoon, throwing it on the floor
and watching everybody react.
Now, could it be a distraction?
Could it be a diversion?
Could it be just pure entertainment?
This is what the president does.
So he's not saying the president's off the law.
And there's no downside.
When will that stop?
You know, Jen, seeing and listening to Rents Previs there,
I think of him, picture him on the Titanic in the hours as the massive ship was in trouble.
People were panicking and saying, we've got to do something now.
He was the one saying it's good. Just relax. There's nothing to see here.
Yeah. So I'm going to explain the whole trolling thing because it actually has a huge part
in how they conduct their affairs. And it has an enormously nefarious component that people
are not aware of that I want to explain. So first, a whole bunch of clarifications.
My producers tell me that that actually is as official White House photo that not
his mug shot that we showed you, it looks exactly like his mug shot and his mug shot is
featured in the White House. So, and I thought I saw that they did that related to this
story, as in ha ha, we'll break any laws we like. But hey, that one apparently is his official
photo. All right, now second clarification is when he reposted the Napoleon quote on true
social, it's important that you realize that underneath it, it said judge, judge rules Trump
administration defying court order to release billion in grants. So he's saying that in relationship
to I'm not listening to the judges. But remember the quote, he who saves this country does
not violate any law. What that means is if that person violates the law, it's okay because
he's saving the country. So that's why Napoleon said it. It's okay. It looks like I'm a dictator
and I'm violating all the laws, but I save the country, so it doesn't count.
That's so and that's what he's saying here. Oh, right, I am saving country so I can
break any law I like, I don't have to listen to the courts. So if you're a right winger,
which apparently Elon Musk is not Jack Psobiak, as in most tons and tons and tons of
people who follow Donald Trump are not actually conservatives or right wingers, they're
authoritarian, you know, I can add a lot of adjectives there, but they want an authoritarian form
of government and this is part of how they tested out. So I'm going to get to that in this
sec. But if you say, well, it's the American thing to do. And here, I want to get to go back
to Posobiac's tweet because there's two things that I want to note here. Elon must did all the
flags. Then Posobiac says America will be saved. What must be done will be done. So if you're making
excuses for them and you're saying, well, they don't mean that they're going to violate it.
Oh, then why is what needs to be done will be done? Why have the quote in the first place?
Why have it as a reference to Napoleon who used it for dictatorship? Specifically, that quote
was to use to justify dictatorship. And then Trump puts Napoleon's picture and the quote.
So you can make a thousand excuses. And if you're like in a cult in either direction, you will.
Joe Biden's young and dynamic. And Donald Trump saying over and over again, I intend to break the law,
and I intend not to follow court orders.
Oh, ha ha ha ha ha, ha, I'm trolling.
You're getting hyped up for no reason.
Oh, look, there's me ignoring court orders, actually doing the thing that I'm, you're claiming
I'm trolling about, but who cares?
Dictatorship is so much fun, authoritarian government is so much fun.
And in the Posobiac tweet, if you notice, Elon Musk responds and says, yes.
So yes, to breaking the laws, yes to trashing the American system of government, yes to ignoring the courts.
So if you're a right winger and you say, I want it's a big deal, man, we got to save the country.
Yeah, Elon, our donors are great.
Soros, terrible donor, terrible donor.
Elon Musk, what a lovely angel donor.
Give access to all the IRS information and the treasury information.
Let him rob a spline.
I mean, I mean, I'm sure he has our best interest in mind.
He's not in a competition with Jeff Bezos to see who's the richest man.
He would never do anything in his own behalf, said the same exact quotes I heard from Democrats
about George Soros and they're good billionaires.
So if you say, well, what's the big deal about ignoring the courts?
Okay, Democratic president is in charge.
And he goes, oh, you want your Second Amendment rights?
Well, I did an executive order.
Well, the courts ruled it unconstitutional because of the Second Amendment.
Who cares?
Now I don't have to listen to the courts.
Now I'm rounding up all your guns.
Now I'm rounding you up.
Now I'm right.
Who cares?
I don't have to listen to the courts.
You said that he who saves this country does not violate any law.
Well, how did the Democrats save the country?
You think they're going to tell you?
You think that they're going to be like, you're going to prove the case to you?
Has Donald Trump proved the case that he saved the country?
No, the politician just says it.
I saved the country, so I don't have to listen to the courts, and I don't have to follow the
constitution and I don't have to follow the law. So what is he doing with this trolling?
And Sharon, this is the most important part. So Ryan's previous claim is, oh, he's just
thrown in a live hand grenade. By the way, it sounds like a really responsible thing to do,
even if it's a metaphor for the president of the United States. Like he's a child and he's playing
around with hand grenades. He's like, yeah, I rolled a hand grenade. I might not follow any of the laws.
That's your fun trolling.
That's like, that's, you think that's like what the commander in chief should do?
Okay, in the best case scenario, Ryan's previous is right and our president is a juvenile
wannabe dictator buffoon.
So, okay, great, congratulations on that one.
But the reality is, no, they're A, B, testing authoritarianism.
They're going out there and doing it in a way where they have plausible deniability.
Because the minute they say trolling, I know MAGA, I know it's upsides and I know it's downsides.
The minute you say trolling, 90% of MAGA goes to, oh yeah, man, it's a big deal, man, we're just trolling, we're just trolling.
It's no big deal. He didn't do it. He didn't do it. He's no big deal.
You guys are getting all hypers. TDS, TDS, you all have termed arrangements.
You're so hysterical. We're just trolling, right? First of all, don't troll if you're the president. You want to get into office.
You want to be in social media. You want to be on X. You want to have fun.
Troll all day night. I don't care, right? If you're the president, your words,
something. But second of all, it's not, it's done so that they can gauge the reaction.
And if the reaction is, God damn right, of course you could, who cares about the courts?
Don't listen to any stupid courts or the stupid rule of law. We already defunded the police
for white collar crime at the SEC, CFPB, all the different agencies that were guarding the
hen house. Now the Wall Street bankers can go nuts or the donors are in charge 100%.
Elon Musk is running domestic policy, Mary Madelson is running foreign policy, we fired all the cops on the beat, and we're testing to see if we have to follow the courts or any laws at all.
So if MAGA and the people who voted for them, including the independence, go, oh, yeah, who cares about the Constitution, who care about the courts, then they're going to go, oh, green light, okay, then go ahead, do it, ignore them.
If everyone, including portions of MAGA, slam on the brakes and go, dude, we elected you to get control over the border and inflation.
and stop the annoying language policing of the left.
We didn't elect you to shred the freaking constitution and say you're not going to follow any of the laws.
Then they slam on the brakes, potentially, hopefully, and then they go, oh, we were just trolling.
We're just trolling, right?
So trolling is done in his case for plausible deniability as he tests how far he can go.
So from my point of view, I've now told you guys many times where I go, okay, I agree around the edges.
or I agree that that's anti-war.
I'd love to cut the Pentagon.
And the left has screamed at me in unison.
No, don't ever agree with them.
No, we just yelled, et cetera, at them.
So now I'm telling you, I was fair on all those things because being fair, being objective,
being truthful is the right way to go no matter what.
Now I'm telling you with honesty and truth and all of those things.
Ignoring the courts is a disaster.
It is actually a constitutional crisis and will lead to absolute ruin.
And I don't care if it's a Republican in charge or a Democrat in charge or it's, oh, no, it's okay.
It's my cult leader.
So it's he, we can trust him to shred the constitution.
No way.
Terrible idea.
The worst idea.
And by the way, if you're a MAGA, way to prove the Democrats right.
They said you guys were going to do an authoritarian takeover.
If you like Jack Posobiac and Elon Musk are now cheering for ignoring the courts and
doing an authoritarian takeover, turns out Kamala Harris was right, Joe Biden was right,
Nancy Pelosi was right, every anchor on mainstream media was right, every left wing host
you know and hate was right.
All of them were right, you guys actually just wanted to have power and you hated our
Constitution. So Maga, which one is it? Which one is it? Now you get to decide.
some get your ticket to more with the new bemo v i porter master card and get up to

All right, sure.
Yeah, and make up your mind quick, because you're absolutely right.
This isn't an experiment.
You know, it's a proof positive that this thing called democracy, it's up here.
It's a belief.
It's this ideal.
And the minute we abandon this and allow Trump as he pushes and pushes and pushes and
co-president Musk, it's over.
Like this really could, this is a constitutional crisis because the courts, this is the last stance.
And then, then what? Wow.
Yeah, and Sharon, let me just two quick things about that.
And then what is the abyss?
There is no way of getting it back if the executive stops listening to the courts.
Because what do you do?
Oh, well, you didn't listen to Congress.
Congress told you to spend the money on that or don't spend the money on that.
Well, how do you adjudicate that?
you go to the courts. Well, you're not listening to the courts. Oh, that that makes you
king. There's literally no one who could stop you. Congress can't stop you. And the courts can't
stop you. And all the laws mean nothing. That's it. That's a dictatorship. Full stop.
Full stop. There is no democracy where the executive branch doesn't listen to the courts.
By the way, again, on the fairness issue, this is why I went nuts when Obama was in charge.
And he said, oh, we don't have to check with the judiciary to murder American citizens abroad
because I called that guy a terrorist.
I didn't have any evidence.
I didn't state any evidence.
I didn't go to the courts.
I didn't get a warrant.
I didn't get anything.
I just murdered him.
By the way, later, his son and his daughter, American citizens all in three separate
incidents, oh, golly, gee, just trust me.
No, Eric Holder and Barack Obama were despicable when they did that.
And every Democrat who said, oh, it's okay, they're the good guys.
You were 100% wrong and you enable this kind of grotesquery.
And now Trump comes in and goes, oh, is that door slightly open?
Let me totally open it.
And then guys, once you agree to that, you can't fight back.
Because what if they then jail you?
Well, I'm going to go to the court.
Oh, right, he's not listening to the courts.
And you think they're just going to stop at left wing critics or independent critics or media critics?
It looks and you're gonna see it later in the program.
Elon Musk catches feelings over the slightest thing.
You do a tiny criticism of him and he said today that the 60 minutes reporters should
be in prison.
Over the weekend, Tom Hoban talked about how AOC should be in prison.
Who else are we putting in prison?
Which other media critics?
Which other politicians?
So Maga, again, Trump and Musk have stated their intention.
Ha ha, we're kidding, but we'd love a dictator.
Now Maga has to decide are you on board for that and are you going to enable that or you're going to get him to do his goddamn job the thing you elected him for.
Control the border, get inflation down, serve the average American and you're supposed to be, if you, he's already forgotten these two giant things.
You're supposed to be anti-war and not pushing to help Israel do more war in Gaza and the Middle East and you're supposed to be anti-corruption, not give me, give me, and if anybody criticizes, we fire,
fire, fire and in prison. It's disgusting. So okay, they came out of the gate so fast and so
authoritarian. And so the response has to be equally quick. We like we need allies here. We need
American citizens who actually care about the country and are not blinded by their partisanship,
whether it's Democrat or Republican.
And if we can't muster that, and then it's just the left screaming at him,
they'll do it. And then right wing, be careful what you wish for.
Yeah, more million dollar flights to Guantanamo Bay, perhaps. It's open for business.
It's a power trip, a jank. We'll move on to this one. The first buddy is that we're calling
him, Elon Musk announced today that despite his previous advocacy for free speech,
He thinks that the team behind 60 minutes, as Jenk mentioned, should be given a long prison sentence.
These are investigative journalists, and he thinks they should go to prison.
Jenk question, do you think Musk can keep getting away with insanity like that?
It's insanity, but after what you just laid out, it seems the possibility is more real than ever.
They're at least going to have their, their selves audited.
Yeah, so he's going to crash.
This is totally reckless.
It's beyond reckless.
His polling numbers are already crashing and they're going to crash much harder.
And what happened of free speech absolutist?
Now you want to arrest and imprison take away their freedom of any reporters you think
didn't represent the report in the way that you would like.
Oh, is that right political figure?
largest donor in the country.
You'd like to imprison any reporters who challenge you.
I'm sure George Soros has thought of that one.
You guys can get together and be like, oh, really?
Why don't you imprison everybody from the left
and I'll imprison everybody from the right?
And then the donors will get to control everything
as long as all the media are in prison,
if they dare to disagree with us.
Free speech absolutists?
All right, I got a lot more where that came from.
Sharon, why don't you tell us the rest?
Wow.
Well, we saw the post, we'll put it up there that set Musk off 60 minutes.
President Trump says U.S.AID is rife with fraud.
But Andrew Natios, a Republican former administrator of USAID, calls that utter nonsense.
Natsios says USAID is the most accountable aid agency in the world.
Now that post linked to a 60 minutes interview with Natios in it, he said that does not believe Trump has
the authority to shut down USAID.
Doesn't seem like it matters whether he has the authority or not.
He also fought back allegations of fraud at the agency, stating this.
The most accountable aid agency in the world is USAID.
I've written widely on this subject.
40% of the staff are accountants and lawyers and people trying to make sure no money is stolen.
We've created systems to monitor that.
What they did was they went back 20 years to try to find things.
If you have to go back 20 years to find abuse, that means there isn't that much abuse.
Natio's telling 60 minutes, there is waste and occasional fraud like in any big agency.
But he said the money is watched by the Office of Management and Budget,
the State Department Office of Foreign Assistance and Congressional Oversight Committees.
In response, here is what Musk posted.
60 Minutes are the biggest liars in the world.
They engaged in deliberate deception to interfere with the last election.
They deserve a long prison sentence.
And his post must link to the now infamous 60 Minutes interview with Kamala Harris,
which we've covered extensively on the show.
Trump has sued CBS over that interview and has called for 60 minutes to be terminated,
whatever that means.
All of this is especially ironic when you consider what Vice President J.D. Vance thought.
was a great comeback to Medi Hassan regarding a story about the Associated Press's exile from the White House.
Hassan wrote this, hey, J.D. Vans, I know you're busy lecturing the Europeans on free speech, but have you seen this?
And in response, here is your vice president. Yes, dummy. I think there's a difference between not giving a reporter a seat in the White House press briefing room and jailing people for dissenting views.
The latter is a threat to free speech.
The former is not.
Hope that helps.
Apparently, Elon Musk did not get that free speech memo.
So you have even those who are either plain conservative,
Jenk, or who actually are,
who are all twisted in a pretzel over what's going on in this administration.
What say you about all of this?
Okay, so in the earlier segment in the show, I said, you think they're just going to come for the left wing critics?
No, they'll come for the right wing critics too.
And they'll boom, right there.
The next story, Natsios, a Republican.
It doesn't matter.
He disagrees with Elon Musk on USAID.
Okay, even if it's not him, says, oh, you let him say that about USAID on television.
That's it.
I'm arresting the reporters who allowed it.
Okay, if you're Elon Stan and you think he can do no wrong and you've lent out your brain,
even without neuralink to Elon Musk, what part of this is free speech absolutism?
Well, no, but if he hurts his feelings, but then you get to arrest the guy and take away his freedom.
And that's not canceling him.
It's just canceling his life and his freedom because, I mean, the dear leader's feelings are slightly hurt.
He said USAID is not, you know, evil.
And the dear leader says it's evil.
So we arrest him and take away all of his freedom because we're against tyranny.
Doesn't seem like it.
Okay, now I know what they're going to say.
No, no way.
They're lying and it's election interference.
Okay, first of all.
So we're going to trust politicians and political figures on who's lying and who's not.
Who gets to decide if they're lying?
If it's defamation, you take it to the courts and they decide if they're lying or not.
Lying about what?
Like, so this whole thing of like, oh, I decided that I'm offended, but I'll call it a lie.
I'll just call it a lie and you have to trust me.
You don't, I'm because I'm putting you in prison.
You're putting me in prison over what you think is a lie.
The New York Times lied about me.
They made up, as they said I was anti-Muslim when I'm Muslim, they said that I brought on
David Duke to be anti-semitic when I called him an anti-Semite. So the New York Times brazenly,
horrifically lied about me. Do I want them in prison? No, that's not how it works. You don't
get to put journalists in prison, even if they do something terrible that you really, really
don't like, even if it's a lie about you. You take into court over defamation if that's what
you want. I didn't even do that because I know that protecting journalism is more important
than my feelings or even them lying about me.
But that's because I'm strong and not a weakling coward who's like,
criticism, arrest them, arrest them.
Hey, free speech absolutist police.
Come here.
I want you to arrest that man who offended my feelings.
Oh, no, offended is not good enough.
He lied about me.
Okay, who decides?
I decide because I'm the king.
I'm the king donor, Elon Musk.
I'm the number one donor I gave nearly $300 million to Donald Trump.
So I run this place.
You arrest anyone I tell you to arrest.
Okay, so now you see it.
Mask is totally off.
No, this is total authoritarian tendencies and there's nothing funny about it.
There's no, you see, he's not joking.
It's not anything.
Finally, election interference.
Guys, if you say that someone lying during a campaign is election interferes, whether
a politician or a media, first of the one,
What you're doing is saying whoever one gets arrest everybody.
Because you think the politicians aren't going to say you were lying?
Oh, Joe Biden is old and has dementia.
Yeah, no, you never proved dementia.
You never proved dementia.
You're lying.
You're in prison.
He's young and dynamic.
Say he's young and dynamic.
Otherwise you're going to prison.
That's it.
That's a lie.
Nope, you didn't prove senility.
Do you have a doctor's note proving senility?
Nope, lying in prison, in prison, in prison, right?
you're gonna open that door and when you said you were for free speech and against cancel
culture. Okay, you can, but you just have to give up all of your ideology. And you have to say,
you have to raise your hand and say, I'm a hypocrite. I never meant a word of anything I said.
I hate freedom. I love cancel culture as long as we're doing it. You say that. I'll say,
okay, at least he's being honest. Wow. I will say this, that we're still getting the Trump
administration still getting its sea legs when it comes to this whole dictatorship thing.
Because if you look at somebody like Putin or Kim Jong-un, they're speaking with one voice.
And here you have the co-president over here saying this because this person offended him.
And then you have J.D. Vance clapping back in a way that is at odds with the administration
and they're authoritarian way of doing business. So I think it's dangerous, but there's still a lot
that they have to kind of get the ebb and flow of dictatorship together.
Yeah, that's exactly what I'm worried about.
And as I've said a million times now, I'll say one last time in the context of this story.
The left knows where it stands on this.
The middle knows where it stands on this.
MAGA has to make up their mind on where they stand on this.
And if they stand on the side of we arrest anyone who hurts Elon Musk or Donald Trump's feelings
and we call it whatever excuse we want lies, election interference.
And by the way, Donald Trump's like holding these guys up for ransom payments.
He increased the settlement that he wants from CBS from $100 million, which is already insanity,
to $200 million for the most normal editing job in the world.
He's going around collecting checks from these.
Why? Why is CBS giving into them?
Because their parent company, Paramount, needs a merger approved by who?
Oh, right, the federal government.
So he's saying either you're going to make your billions of dollars from that merger,
which is perfectly legal.
I mean, I hate you, I'm not a big fan of the mergers, but they are legal.
But I'm going to block it.
I'm going to block it unless you pay me a ransom.
And he's the president of the United States.
Oh, because you had a slight edit where the answer was identical either way.
Oh, she had word salads.
She has infinite word salads.
So you're going to sue everyone who edited Kamala Harris's word salads.
That's literally everyone in the media.
Okay, all right.
So never meant any of it, apparently.
This is all a giant enterprise to make Donald Trump and Elon Musk richer.
Wow, that sounds real populace, guys.
Good luck with that venture.
I want no part of it.
All right, let's take a break.
We'll come right back.
All right back on TYT, Jank and Sharon, with you guys also, Brittany Harmer.
Brittany asked a question about the invasion of Canada, but I think I just handled that in the social break.
But Brittany, thanks for being one of us now.
All right, Sharon, what's next?
Well, we're calling it idiot bigot.
It could be both or pick one, whichever fits.
A Jewish man in Miami has been charged with two counts of attempted murder after firing 17 shots at who he believed were two Palestinian men.
It happened on Saturday night, but there is an ironic twist to this you'll want to stick around for.
But we'll tell you, here's what happened.
Mordecai, Braffman, age 27, arrested in charge with two counts of attempted murder after he shot.
shot at the car 17 times with a semi-automatic handgun on Saturday, Times of Israel with the
reporting. The victim said he pulled up alongside them, rolled down his window, opened fire as they
tried to drive away. Brathman kept firing. After Bradman drove to his home a few minutes away
where he was apprehended, you can still see the bullet holes that are in the car in this video
posted to Facebook. This was an assassination attempt.
if you will. And according to the arrest sheet,
Braffman said that while he was driving his truck,
he saw two Palestinians and shot and killed both.
Well, he was wrong about two things. For one,
the victims luckily were not killed.
One man was shot in the left shoulder.
The other's left forearm was grazed by a bullet.
Second, they weren't Palestinian.
Police said the victims were actually two Jewish Israelis visiting the U.S., the victims, Ari Rabbe, and his father initially thought they were being targeted in an anti-Semitic attack.
That wasn't the case.
Ironically, the assailant has previously seemed to espouse a very different philosophy.
We'll tell you about that a year ago.
He was interviewed by local media after vandalism to a bagel store on Miami Beach that had
displayed an Israeli flag. Hebrew, Hebrew, rather, media reported at the time Braffin called for more unity and less conflict between people.
And now he's facing 15 years in prison. Again, I say, Jack, this is just where we are, where it's just, I feel like everyone has their own little militia going.
And they're just doing as they wish and could care less about you or your rights or even getting initial.
acts right. Yeah, so I'm furious about this story for a couple of reasons. Number one,
political violence is always stupid, told you. I mean, thick guy, it doesn't get any double
than this. Oh, I'm going to get those Palestinians. Oops, they're not only not Palestinians. They're
not only Jewish, they're Israeli, the exact opposite of what you were trying to do. I give you
things, I'm going to add this example to my list now. I always give you the example of in after the
2008 crash, Greeks are furious with austerity.
and a bunch of idiots decided they're going to go into a bank and kill the,
they killed the bank teller.
Like an average worker, they didn't get any executives.
And besides you're getting the executives wouldn't have helped either.
You don't even know what the point of view of the executives are.
Maybe it was someone who was actually trying to help.
Oh, right, maybe don't murder people as a way of resolving issues.
Secondly, look, in Israel, there is now in the settlements.
I don't know about Israel proper, okay, but there's a feeling of we're above the law.
We can kill anyone we like.
There's no consequences at all.
So the IDF can kill anyone they like.
They get a kangaroo court says 99% of the time that they're innocent, absurd.
The settlers can kill anyone they like, always innocent, blah, blah, blah.
So, oh, I thought they were Palestinians.
So I murdered them or tried to murder them, kind of a normal thought in Gaza and the West Bank.
Well, this is not Gaza or West Bank. This is not occupied territory. This is not a settlement.
You don't get to murder anyone you like here in America. And oh, I thought there were Palestinians
is not an excuse that's actually will add to your sentence. That's a hate crime. And look,
I've never understood. I've told you guys a million times I'm conservative legally. And one of the
things that that means is I don't understand the difference between attempted murder and murder.
Now that you try to shoot those two poor people in the head and you missed, I'm not going
to reward you missing, life sentence.
I think he said obvious life sentence.
If you don't do that, then we're all going to start shooting each other and go, well,
I thought he was an Arab, I thought he was a Jew, I thought he was a Christian, I thought
he was this, I thought I had a right to murder people.
No, you do not have that right, life freaking sentence, not close, okay?
Now the third point is even more important, stop hating each other.
The problem isn't Israel and it's certainly not Gaza, okay?
The problem is the idea of hating one another.
Why do we have that mess?
Because even though the Israelis and the Palestinians look nearly identical,
act nearly identical, or genetically nearly identical,
no, that side's called Palestinian and that side's called Israeli or Jewish,
and so we have to hate each other.
Oh, the Jews, they have the real problem, attack, attack,
By the way, you think that's not happening?
In Australia, a bunch of lunatic nurses talking about how they don't treat someone if they're
Jewish because of Israel.
First of all, don't do that if they're an Israeli citizen.
That's the, what you're trying to prevent is, theoretically, I thought you would try to prevent the deaths in Gaza.
How does killing Israelis help?
That it doesn't, it's counterproductive, it's immoral, so worst thing in the world.
Plus, they're not Israelis, they're Jews, plus that shouldn't matter, plus what are you doing?
It's the hatred. That's the problem. So if you get, if you see this story, and what you get out of it is I can't believe what the Jews are doing, then you missed the whole point of the story. That's your, in fact, you got the exact opposite point. Stop hating one another, especially in America. Look, we can't, apparently we're not allowed to disagree with the Israeli government and we have to send them all our money. Even if we.
Like we have power over them, we have leverage over them, but we refuse to use it.
But even if we were to use it, right, and say, well, and then it didn't work.
Okay, I get it because they're a foreign government.
They're not us.
They're a foreign government.
We try to get Turkey or Saudi Arabia or Germany or whatever to do what we want.
Sometimes we succeed, sometimes we don't because they're not us.
They're a foreign government.
And especially all the terrorists, why don't we get them to do what we want?
Because they won't listen to us.
They're terrorists, right?
So we can scream all we want at those folks.
And we should, we should use our leverage, we should use whatever we have to try to get people to do the right thing.
But here at home in America, we're not Jews, we're not Muslims, we're not Israelis, we're not Palestinians, we're not Palestinians, we're not Chinese, we're not any of those things. We're Americans.
So if we start shooting each other because the hatred is boiled over, then then we lose the country and we lose our identity. We lose who we are.
And then you have chaos and not the place that people love.
I feel like we're already there, right?
There's still an opportunity, but when you break it down like that and the stupidity of this hatred, you know, I feel like we're already there.
Yeah.
And so one last thing about it, look, as I look at these poor folks who almost got killed, and it's all the hysteria, right?
Both sides have it, and I don't mean hysteria to minimize it.
But so in Australia, those nurses, et cetera, and there's other cases, but that's the most
flagrant one, potentially killing people because of their identity, okay?
Here we have another guy.
So he sees that kind of anti-Semitism, and he sees the bagel shop thing, and those are real,
and those are real anti-Semitism.
So it gets all riled up, and then he wants to shoot someone because he gave into that hatred,
that he thought there's hatred this way.
I'm gonna push back with hatred my way, there's violence or whatever I perceive.
I'm gonna push back with violence, right?
And then the guys getting shot at are also Jewish, so they think, okay, here we go again with anti-Semitism.
So then they get it, and they do videos in the beginning before they realize who was shooting at them.
And so now they're riling everybody up, anti-Semitism, anti-Semitism,
make sure you go first, go first, don't, that's what I'm asking both sides.
Don't shoot first, don't go first.
Ask questions first.
get to know each other first.
And if you say, well, you know, I don't want to get to know Hamas.
Well, not every Palestinian is Hamas.
Come on, come on, come on, stop thinking in such ridiculous, simplistic ways.
It's an excuse for you to be able to kill them.
Oh, they're all Hamas.
They're all Hamas.
That's a way of saying, I don't care that I'm slaughting Palestinian children.
I already have an excuse, right?
And then the other side, that's how the Jews are.
No, that's how they, that's the kind of thinking that leads to them going, you know, that's how the Palestinians are.
So all of this is maddening and all it's doing is spiraling us into more and more hatred and violence.
You cannot get out of these wars that way.
You will not be able to hate Jews enough to get Israel to stop.
That's not a thing.
That's not how it works.
Last thing, Martin Luther King said it.
I didn't understand it when I was younger.
I understand it now.
If I could just get everybody to understand this.
He said, hate does not drive out hate.
Only love can drive out hate.
As long as you hate Jewish people, you're never going to get to peace with them.
As long as you hate Palestinians or Muslim people, you're never going to get to peace with
them or peace for yourself.
The only way you drive out that hatred and to get to peace is by beginning to talk to one
another and realize the other side is human. They're not the scary Jews that control everything.
They're not the evil, savage terrorists that are trying to kill you and your family.
They're other human beings. For God's sake, go in the other direction and try love and peace instead.
All right. Wow. And when you kill people and you hurt decent, good people, my view is you just radicalize.
You make good honest people say, you know what, I wasn't part of Hamas.
Maybe I will be now.
I have nothing else, nothing else to keep me on the sidelines.
And that's, you know, anywhere.
We got a lot more show.
So stay with us.
Much more to come.
All right, back on TYAT, Jank.
I'm sharing with you guys, Shailish Upena.
Shailish, thanks for joining us.
We appreciate it.
Sharon, what's next?
Maybe this will send some shockwaves amongst Americans because it's a system, another
one they're attacking, Jenk, that is affecting all of us.
Everybody pays taxes.
This IRS invasion, major shakeups at the IRS could soon impact every American taxpayer.
Thousands of employees bracing for layoffs.
in a move that raises serious privacy concerns.
Elon Musk's Doge team is now pushing for access to the IRS's highly protected system.
One that holds sensitive financial information, all of the data of every taxpayer business and nonprofit in the country.
The Washington Post with the reporting on this one, Trump administration, is expected to begin laying off thousands of employees at the IRS, six people brief.
On the matter said, as the billionaire, Elon Musk's team begins to target tax collection.
Treasury officials have discussed laying off roughly 9,000 employees still in their probationary period as part of broader dismissals across the government of recently hired workers.
Layoffs are likely targeting tax collection.
Several of the people briefed on the matter said, indeed associates of Musk's team are beginning to meet with high-ranking IRS officials about what could prove dramatic.
changes to the tax agency.
Under White House pressure, the IRS may grant Doge broad access to its systems,
including the integrated data retrieval system IDRS, which holds taxpayer IDs, bank
details, and allows data adjustments and document generation.
IDRS access is extremely limited.
Taxpayers who have had their information wrongfully disclosed or even inspected are
entitled by law to monetary damages. And the requests for Doge access has raised deep concern
within the IRS, according to three people familiar with internal agency deliberations.
Now, the IRS runs an outdated system, like a lot of government systems. Some dating back to
the 60s, Doge aims to modernize its technology. In a statement, White House spokesman
Harrison Fields told the post this, waste, fraud, and abuse have been deeply
entrenched in our broken system for far too long.
It takes direct access to the system to identify and fix it.
Doge will continue to shine a light on the fraud they uncover as the American people deserve to know what their government has been spending their hard earned tax dollars on.
I mean, when you put it that way, Jang, sounds like this is a wonderful thing.
We want fraud and waste to go away.
We want our tax dollars put to good use, honest use.
But they're not transparent, and they're going about things in a very devious way and allowing
unbedded people access to all of our information.
Yeah, five alarm, fire.
This is not a small thing.
It's totally unnecessary.
And by the way, it will greatly hurt the cause of fighting corruption, fraud, waste, and abuse.
So let me explain why.
They already have all the budgets.
If you want to see what programs are wasteful, you could just look at the budget.
You don't need to break into the IRS, get the most secret information our government has.
And then for what?
How is knowing all of our bank account information going to help you weed out fraud, waste, and abuse when you already have the entire budget?
How would knowing Bob's bank account number at Bank of America help you?
I know how it could hurt.
I know how that information can be misused.
Okay, but they're not just getting access to individuals and you might say, why would
they care about Bob?
Unless of course Bob criticized Elon and we just did a story for you guys about how Elon wants
reporters at 60 minutes arrested because he didn't like their coverage of USAID.
Is he going to look at their tax information?
Is he going to look at their social security number?
Is he going to look at their bank account?
Well, he can't.
If this goes through, there will be nothing that can stop them from that.
But even if you're not worried about random people, you're not worried about the media and
oh ha ha, let's go, let's screw over the Democrats and get their private information and
use the government for evil, okay, I don't know how that helps, but okay, how about the businesses?
Oh right, Elon would then have all of the financial information on all of his competitors.
What the hell do you need that for?
What do you need that for?
No, this isn't waste, fraud, and abuse.
He's using it as an excuse to go get private information both through the Treasury and now through the IRS that he has no business accessing.
If he has no business, no one else has any business, you know, you know, we already have national security clearance.
No, this has nothing to do with that.
For this, you need bigger clearance.
Political appointments cannot get this kind of clearance.
Because this is the do not touch.
This is everyone's private info.
You'll get all of their information.
One of the, you know that if they get this access,
the one they're asking for,
they can also change the information in there.
They can change transaction data.
No, are you insane?
I wouldn't put my mom in charge of that.
to that. I wouldn't put anyone in charge of that that is political in any way, shape or form,
let alone the president's top donor. If Biden said, hey, yeah, guys, let's be fair. George Soros gave
me $300 million, as Elon Musk gave nearly $300 million to Donald Trump's campaign. Soros gave me
300 million. So I'm letting him give access to your bank account information, your taxes, and
every private financial data you have. Who would they sit there and go, oh yeah, that's okay.
That's fair.
That's fair because Soros is a good guy.
And I'm sure the Soros won't use it against his competitors.
He won't use it against his political enemies.
He'll just be a saint about it and we should just trust them.
That is identical to what Musk is saying.
Not an analogy, not a little bit different, no, identical.
So if you say no, trust the donors, let them have access to all this information.
You're a giant sucker and we're all gonna pay the price.
And then by the way, Musk and his cronies that are asking for information they don't need.
The only reason you ask for information you don't need is if you're going to use it in the wrong ways.
You do that and you're not going to have to deal with our fury.
You're going to have to deal with Magus Fury because you steal from the American taxpayers.
I don't know what they're doing.
But there's no goddamn reason for this.
None, zero.
You use it in the wrong ways and people are going to be more mad than you have any of.
idea about and you can't arrest your way out of that and you can't troll your way out of
that so everyone should be very careful what they do next they giving them access to
this would be mental they shouldn't be within a country mile of this information
It's just stunning when you think about it.
I think of all the hit list across, you know, they're using the Justice Department.
They're threatening to put people in prison.
When it comes to this specialized data on every taxpayer, that to me is how you can control
everything.
And you've raised some things, Jenk, that I wasn't even thinking about.
I knew it was dangerous, but I wasn't even thinking about.
all the layers and the possibilities and the ways.
Yeah. Well, yeah. So on that one more thing. If you care about corruption as I do,
and here, go ahead, left, get super mad at me. But I believe that a lot of MAGA genuinely care
and certainly the independence care about corruption. Guys, you would find the actual corrupt
programs, the actual programs that are fraud or abuse or waste. And there's like a million of
them inside the government and then you would pull out those examples and you go look at
this one we were limited in this one and this one and then you would gain popularity and
the American people would like you because they don't want waste fraud and
abuse if you go in there and go give me access to all the information I don't need
but I can access everybody's info and maybe use it against them and or you go and
you chop all these things like cancer treatment and AIDS treatment like a
moron then people are going to think
cutting waste fraud and abuse is cutting cancer treatment and age treatment and giving billionaires
access to private financial information about Americans.
And then people will hate the idea of cutting waste, fraud, and abuse.
What are you doing?
Super counterproductive.
That's counterproductive if that's your actual goal, which I think it is the actual goal of the voters.
But if you're a billionaire donor and you have a different goal, well, then I get it.
And that's what I'm worried about.
It would seem to me that Elon Musk wouldn't have much time on his hands with all of the procreation going on.
He's got more mama drama.
Musk has regained his lead over Nick Cannon, we've learned, in their unofficial competition to see who can father more children.
Friday, conservative influencer and former star Ashley St. Clair claimed in an ex post that
She gave birth to Elon Musk's 13th child in secret.
That was five months ago.
He's a former TPSA star.
Now here's a statement posted on Valentine's Day.
St. Clair wrote this.
Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world.
Elon Musk is the father.
I've not previously disclosed this to protect our child's privacy and safety,
but in recent days has become clear that tabloid media intends to do so,
regardless of the harm it will cause.
I intend to allow our child to grow in a normal and safe environment.
For that reason, I ask that the media honor our child's privacy and refrain from invasive reporting.
What's unclear is which media companies tried to gain access about the child from St. Clair.
Over in an interview with the New York Post, she stated she was forced to make the statement due to prying tabloid reporters.
But here's more.
It is very hard to understate how much I am processing right now.
I am sad that my hand was forced by the media to do this now.
But there is also a sense of relief because I've been forced to live in secrecy for almost a year of my life.
Now, according to St. Clair, the two began to cross paths in May of 2023, mainly through DM conversations on X.
So it's believed he slid into her DMs.
However, they took things to the next level, apparently after she was asked to fly to San Francisco to interview Musk for the babylon Bee.
After that, the alleged romance started, but took a turn when she became pregnant.
I was told to keep it secret. I was being asked to keep it secret forever.
Claim St. Clair, declining to provide a reason for the confidentiality or any material proof that Musk is the biological father.
However, text viewed by the post between St. Clair and Jared Birchall, Musk's money manager,
here to show that she complied with the billionaire's wish to be left off the birth certificate
to preserve privacy, security, and confidentiality.
I was completely isolated during my pregnancy, every part of my career and everything I used to do.
I couldn't do anymore.
I was told not to tell anybody.
I cannot explain the kind of primary pain.
you feel as a mother and you're talking to people and they ask you about the one kid and
you have to lie and carry this burden in secret. You have to lie to people you love.
Almost every relationship in my life would be bastardized and disingenuous because I couldn't
tell them what was going on. My son has never taken a walk outside in five months. I've
never been able to take my baby for a walk. I was terrified that someone would see I had a baby
And it would get out.
Do you, and it's probably an unfair question, but do you buy the trauma, the turmoil?
Ms. St. Clair says she's in as a result of being forced to live a secret life in some ways with Elon Musk.
Yeah. So I'm just happy that this is a story I don't have to be outraged about.
Like mainly their bone business, it seems to me that Ashley Sinclair kind of wanted the
information out there, the way that she's saying, I was told to keep it a secret forever.
The forever was kind of gratuitous in there.
And I couldn't go outside, et cetera.
That seems like mainly complaints about Elon Musk while pretending to complain about the tabloids
and the reporters.
And the media is a convenient foil to have everybody get mad at them for trying to reveal this
or something, but it seemed like perhaps she wanted to reveal it.
That's my reading of it.
And I don't know, look, I don't know their personal lives and I don't care about their
personal lives.
So I don't know why Elon didn't want that to get out.
There might be a good reason for it.
But, I mean, he's super proud of having like a billion kids.
So, you know, number 13 should be the, you know, another mark for him as like, oh,
I'm super manly.
I don't know if he knows, but we could all do it.
We could all have 84 kids if we want.
I don't know that that's what proves anything.
But anyway, that's his life philosophy.
And I don't care about his life philosophy.
So if he wants to have 88 kids, go and have as many kids as you want with as many different women as you want.
And the good news is we all know you can afford it.
So you're not bothering anyone else.
And for her, okay, you wanted to slide into his DMs.
And then the more sliding happened.
And then now you got a kid and you'll be rich the rest of your life.
Okay, God bless. Have at it, Oz. What am I going to do?
Yeah, there's individual freedoms to do as you wish.
I'd say leave us out of it. But there's a little bit more, Jen,
how did Elon, who has been very open about wanting to have as many kids as possible,
respond to the news coming out? He didn't. He didn't respond.
St. Clair stated that despite notifying his team about the post,
he ignored it.
He was busy getting your financial information.
So far, he's only briefly commented on the situation after Milo Unopoulos.
I know I always mispronounce it, tweeted Ashley St. Clair plotted for half a decade two and snare Elon Musk,
who also included a photo of her previous tweet she made in 2020.
Took her that long.
Elon responded with this, whoa, in a sense, deleted reply.
St. Clair wrote, Elon, we've been trying to communicate.
the past several days and you've not responded?
When are you going to reply to us instead of publicly responding to smears from an individual
who just posted photos of me in underwear at 15 years old?
According to the DailyV, St. Clair is referring to the fact that
Ginopoulos has been working hard to dig up dirt on St. Clair since the news broke,
going so far as to share screenshots from her old social media accounts,
including photos of her as a teenager.
St. Clair's spokesperson also released a statement on her behalf, Saturday, stating Ashley and Elon have been privately working towards the creation of an agreement about raising their child for some time.
It's disappointing that a tabloid reporter who repeatedly ambushed Ashley and her family made it impossible to complete that process confidentially.
We are waiting for Elon to publicly acknowledge his parental role with Ashley to end unwarranted speculation.
And Ashley trusts that Elon intends to finish their agreement quickly in the best interest of the well-being and security of the child they share.
And Musk has 12 other children with three other women.
It's not clear whether or not he's currently in a relationship or was when he was involved with St. Clair.
Ironically, as he's reportedly being a neglectful father, he's judging people who say having children is just too expensive.
And you see it here.
So,
Jenk, I guess
according to the Washington Examiner,
we should mention St. Clair was fired
as a brand ambassador
for TPUSA in 2019, after
photos surfaced of St. Clair attending a dinner with
white nationalist and anti-Semitic content
creators, including Nick Fuentes,
Tim baked Alaska,
Jeanette, Paul,
Neeland, I mean, you get the picture here.
But there's just so many twists and turns and so many rules about being associated with these people.
Is it okay to be viewed in the company dining with anti-Semites?
Is it okay to have babies out of wedlock?
Is it okay to be a gold digger?
I'm not calling her one.
I'm just saying that if I could just have the rules, that would be good.
They just seem to kind of pivot depending on the circumstance.
Yeah. So, I mean, I was told that reporters who probably should be imprisoned or something earlier by Elon Musk.
Now, in this case, he seems more upset with her than the reporters.
And she clearly said there, hey, I've been trying to negotiate with you and you won't ask her.
So obviously feelings have been caught.
But everybody comes across terrible in this story.
I mean, look, in the old days, getting kicked out of TPSA for being too extreme, two anti-Semiticants or,
you know, hanging out with anti semis like Nick Fuentes, et cetera, that would have been like
a giant warning sign. But these days for Elon, he might be like, ooh, okay, you did, did you?
And to be fair, I don't mean to be fair to any of them. Just the context of it is Donald Trump
dined with Nick Fuentes and Kanye West, both big fans of Adolf Hitler. So like, I don't know.
So that used to be enough for Ashley St. Clear to get fired earlier, but now the president's doing it left and right.
I don't know. Anyways, I don't know and I don't care about their standards.
Elon tweeting about how it was so easy to have kids 300,000 years ago, most of them died, knucklehead.
And yeah, it's easy for you to have infinite kids because you have infinite money.
Really, do you not understand that other people don't? Is that a complicated riddle for you?
And then when they go to attack her for no reason, that old quote that you were referring to,
the tweet, well, actually is seven, this from 2020, well, actually has seven kids and goes through
women pretty fast.
How is that planning to ensnare him five years ago?
Just a random comment about him.
She didn't say he goes through a woman pretty fast.
So I can't be, I can't wait to be the next on the assembly line.
She didn't say that.
So, okay, you guys want to tear each other apart?
these weirdo random personal attacks have added Haas.
But to me, Elon gets to have as many kids as he wants.
Ashley St. Clair gets the announcer kid publicly or keep it private any way she wants.
And so it's just another piece of the soap opera.
Luckily, this one's not important.
And the same rules apply for Nick Cannon, might I say.
Yes. And to your point though, Sharon, you know, all these right ringers said all the time,
where are the dads when it comes to the African America?
American community. Where are the dads? Where are the dads? Well, here we are. I mean, Ashley Sinclair
seems to be asking, where's this dad? So if you're gonna have 13 kids, you better be busy
taking care of them. That's the right wing ideology. That's conservative ideology, okay? So, but I
know you do have a government to run and five other giant companies. So good luck. Okay.
I mean involved father, involved father. All right. Everybody check out Shannon on Rebel headquarters.
She's great as you can tell. We're gonna come back. And this is the story you do not want to
miss, the Rosetta Stone that tells you exactly what's happening inside the Democratic Party
right now. And none of it is good. So don't miss this one. We'll be right back.
