You're awesome. Thank you.
Welcome to our Trash Revolution.
Beghaugh!
All right, welcome to the young church, Jane Hugo, Jordan Yule with you guys.
Jordan's on Rebel H.U and other TYT channel on YouTube and elsewhere.
We got a lot of heavy stories.
So we have apparently attacked potentially a country.
We're potentially at war with Venezuela.
You probably didn't hear about it, it just happened.
We'll get to that in a second.
And then we're potentially taking over Gaza and turning into the Riviera.
But don't worry, the Palestinians will be able to return later.
Okay, so more sick jokes from the Israeli government.
And a lot more where that came from.
So let's get started.
Take a look at this.
When you come out and when you leave the room, you'll see that,
We just, over the last few minutes, literally shot out a boat, a drug-carrying boat, a lot of drugs in that boat.
And you'll be seeing that, and you'll be reading about that.
It just happened moments ago.
And there's more where that came from.
We have a lot of drugs pouring into our country, coming in for a long time.
And we just, these came out of Venezuela and coming out very heavily from Venezuela.
A lot of things are coming out of Venezuela.
So we took it out.
Donald Trump confirmed earlier today that the U.S. had carried out a strike in the southern Caribbean against a vessel that departed from Venezuela and allegedly was carrying drugs.
It is a massive escalation by the Trump administration against drug cartels.
And now Venezuela is promising not to back down.
So far, we have very little details.
But here's what we do know.
Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on X that the vessel was being operated by a designated
narco-terrorist organization.
The secretary described the operation as a lethal strike.
Rubio later told reporters he believed the drugs that were allegedly carried on the boat
were probably headed toward Trinidad and Tobago or some other country in the Caribbean.
When you're doing things like that, details and specifics don't necessarily make.
matter, do they? Details on the strike, including who operated the vessel and whether it was
carried out in international waters, are still unclear. This escalation comes shortly after the Trump
administration announced plans to boost its military presence in the waters off Venezuela
to combat threats from Latin American drug cartels. Seven U.S. warships, along with one nuclear
powered fast attack submarine, are either in the Southern Caribbean region already or are expected
expected to be there soon. The U.S. has not signaled any planned land incursion by the thousands of personnel being deployed. Still, President Nicholas Maduro's government has responded by deploying troops along Venezuela's coast and border with neighboring Colombia, as well as by urging Venezuelans to enlist in a civilian militia. Maduro on Monday told reporters he would constitutionally declare a Republican arms if his country was attacked by U.S. forces to.
the Caribbean. And I just want to point out, Jank, this also just broke minutes ago. Axios is reporting
that the U.S. killed 11 narco terrorists in this strike. What do you make of this?
Yeah, this is the Israelification of our foreign policy, and it is disastrous. So let's break it down.
First of all, if it turns out that they're in waters that belong to Venezuela, that is an act of war against Venezuela.
Now, you can say, we don't care, we're above the law.
Well, that's exactly what I mean by the Israelification of American foreign policy.
So what does Israel do?
Anyone they don't like, they label a terrorist.
That's step one.
Step two is they murder them.
Step three is they say, we're above the law.
We don't have to follow any international law at all.
That's your territorial waters?
I don't care.
That's your citizens.
I don't care.
Get to murder anyone I like unilaterally.
Okay, so that's a disaster for law.
and order, and yes, international law and order makes a difference because at some point,
someone's going to retaliate. And I know, in case of Israel, they want that. Because the minute
anyone fights back, they go, that's it, we know it, they're all terrorists. Now we bomb the hell
out of them and take their land on top. Here, we have no aspirations to take Venezuela on land.
It doesn't make any sense. That's not the direction we're going. And yeah, in the Middle East,
Israel is so militarily dominant while pretending to be the victim, that there's usually
very little blowback because they've destroyed the militaries of almost all the nations
in the Middle East. But in the rest of the world, militaries exist, and by the way, unexpected
events exist. So I remember, I'm old enough to remember, and this show was old enough
that it was on the air before the Iraq war. And everybody told us the Iraq war was going to
be a cake walk, we're going to win it easily. And we said note of caution, sometimes it doesn't
work that way. Same thing for our expedition in Afghanistan, whatever the hell that was.
And did we win those easily? No, we did not. So just willy-nilly starting wars technically or
otherwise against other countries, because we can because we're big and strong, is not a great
idea, especially when they hit back. And then at some point, someone's going to hit back.
And when they do, America is going to be told that they're terrorists and the day we had nothing
to do with starting it. And oh my God, I don't know why. But
The Venezuelans hate us for our freedom, right?
So what happened to the peace president?
What happened in a Nobel Peace Prize?
No, war as far as the eye can see.
So one more factor that you might not know,
which is that we apparently have a $50 million bounty
on Maduro's head.
Another Israelification thing,
oh, we don't like this foreign leader.
I don't like Maduro either.
I don't wanna kill him for that.
That's not within our purview and not something that would help America.
But America's like, yeah, we don't like them.
So here, anybody who murders him gets $50 million.
What is this?
This is like when Israel over the weekend, they're like, oh, the Houthis are the de facto leaders of Yemen.
Who cares?
Murder them all.
And they murdered their prime minister and their entire cabinet.
And they made their main responses, well, technically they weren't the ruling government.
Technically, there's some randos that have been pushed out almost completely out of the country
that we're calling the real government, so we get to kill all these people. Why?
Because we call them terrorists. So now, the last possibility is that it is not in Venezuelan waters.
It's international waters. So is there protocol for international waters? Yes, there is.
Even if it's a neutral ship, then you're obviously again, it's an act of war.
If it's a neutral ship, so presumably a drug ship would be a neutral ship, right?
We're taking their word for that they had drug country, but lots of it.
But by the way, how are we going to confirm we can because it's in the bottom of the
ocean. And where was it going and was it even headed to America? Well, according to Marco
Rubio, as Jordan just told you, we didn't even know where it was going. Maybe it wasn't headed
to America at all. And it was, oh, so a ship goes from Venezuela to Trinidad and we just get
to kill everyone on board. No, that's not how the law works. So even if you hate the scourge
of drugs in America, that makes sense. You should hate the scourge of drugs. That doesn't
killing these people on a boat makes any sense. Anyway, so what's supposed to be the rule?
At a bare minimum, if you think they're carrying contraband, you're supposed to say, we're going
to board you, and if you are holding contraband, we're going to arrest you. Not, oh, we think
you're holding contraband, we're not really sure where you're going, so we're going to kill you all.
So this is deeply troubling, terrible precedent, and I think it'll lead to disaster.
Well, Jake, I want to point out. So this is under the guise of combating drug flow. Now, CNN has a piece up from yesterday looking at these claims that Venezuela is a drug producer, supplier, exporter. And would it shock you if that data didn't substantiate Trump's claims? So what is the major drug coming from that region? It's cocaine. Coca plants.
do not typically grow in Venezuela.
84% according to this study comes from Colombia.
So doesn't really seem to add up based on where we know drugs come from in that region.
I mean, it could be, but if that's really what this is about, why aren't you zeroing in on Colombia?
Which leads me to the conclusion based on the US's posture toward Venezuela over the last few decades.
But this is not about drugs, this is about oil and toppling the regime in Venezuela.
They've openly sought. People on the right and some on the left have openly supported regime
change, a changing of the guard, trying to install an unelected U.S. allied figure as president
in Venezuela. They're unhappy with the results of the election. People called that into
question the integrity of Maduro's most recent election. It certainly looks a little fissier
than some of his prior elections. But for me, this is all about oil. Venezuela is a major oil
producer, not a cocaine producer. And that's what I think this is ultimately about.
Yeah. So I totally agree with you. And so do our members. Winter scoop wrote in on t.com
saying Trump wants Venezuela in oil, so you, and it makes sense, that's, that's
exactly what the situation in Venezuela is. And guys, you further is realification.
Provoke your enemy by doing something obviously illegal and attacking them and then claim
to be the victim so that you can start a larger war because the oil company, it's not about
America, by the way, guys, you have to understand this. And make sure media never, ever
clarifies this. Even if we were to topple Venezuelan government like we did with Iraq,
we do not get their oil. The only thing that happens is not even just quote unquote American
companies, by the way, there is no such thing. They're all international companies. All the oil
companies across the world will then use the new puppet government we saw in Venezuela for
them to buy the oil cheaper. So this is all in service of not just American, but
international oil companies. We gain nothing from it as the American taxpayer. Nothing at all.
So the whole thing's a misdirection to begin with to try to provoke Venezuela so we can
topple them and basically steal their oil on behalf of oil companies. Oh, you're going to be
shocked to find out one of the top donors to Trump in the campaign was the oil companies.
And drill baby drill and they have $35 billion in subsidies. And Trump added another
$18 billion in subsidies and like he is helping Israel start wars because they're donors to
his campaigns, at least Israeli supporters like the Aedelson family. Now he's helping the oil
companies start wars so that they could get richer. And this is from the so-called peace president.
Stop the wars. What a colossal joke that was.
Well, let's get into our next story. The Trump administration was
dealt a massive blow in court today over the deployment of the National Guard in Los Angeles.
But they could double down anyway. We'll have more on what comes next in a minute. But first,
some details on this ruling. Earlier today, a federal judge ruled that the deployment of the
National Guard in Los Angeles by Trump and Secretary of Defense Pete Hegeseth was illegal.
U.S. District Judge Charles Breyer concluded that Trump's use of thousands of federalized
California National Guard members and U.S. Marines to provide protection to federal agents
during an aggressive immigration crackdown in the Los Angeles area, ran afoul of the Posse
Comitatis Act, a 19th century law that generally prohibits the use for troops of troops
for domestic law enforcement purposes. But this line from Judge Breyer really stood out,
at least for me. President Trump and Secretary Hegeseth have stated their intention
to call National Guard troops into service in other cities across the country.
Breyer wrote in his 52-page opinion, thus creating a national police force with the president
at its chief.
Jank, before we get into what might come next from the Trump administration, what do you make of this?
This episode is brought to you by prize picks.
You and I make decisions every day, but on prize picks, being right can get you paid.
Don't miss any of the excitement this season on prize picks where it's good to be right.
All right, look, the football season is getting underway, and I love it, and I'm locked in on prize picks.
For me, it's the perfect way to test your football knowledge against the projections,
and I love to test my knowledge in politics and in sports.
So I was looking at the app this morning, and it was fun, it was simple.
You're not dealing with complicated spreads.
You're just picking if a player will go more or less on their projected stat.
So if you're looking at Saquan Barclay and they're saying more or less than one rushing touchdown,
well, I like Saquan a lot.
Of course it depends on who's playing, but I got that at more.
You're looking at Joe Burrow more or less than two and a half passing touchdowns?
Oh, I love that one.
I'm going to go more on that too.
But your call and you see how super easy this is.
And if you get it right, you win money, which I also love.
So look, I love this app.
It's so simple.
you just pick two to six player projections.
If you get your picks right, you can cash it.
It's the best way to get action on sports in more than 40 states,
including California, Texas, and Georgia.
Prize Picks puts their users first so all withdrawals are fast, safe, and secure.
Price Picks offers Venmo, Apple Pay, MasterCard,
and more for quick and easy deposits into your accounts this football season.
Prize Picks also offers injury reboots if one of your players leaves the game in the first half and doesn't return.
Price Picks won't count it as a loss.

Yeah so
This is the court's upholing
Yeah
So this is the court's upholding the law
And it is really good news.
So the biggest question is going to be when the Supreme Court agrees with them,
what does Donald Trump do?
Does he ignore court orders or does he go, well, I gave it a shot.
I try to do a military takeover of the streets of America and tread all over your rights.
But wow, the court stopped me.
I mean, I hope so.
I hope that's where this ends.
But if it ends in Trump going, no, I'm above the law.
And I'm going to destroy a rule of law and not listen to the courts,
then it'll be an epic disaster and that'll be one of the most determinative things in the entire
second Trump term. But for now, there's a district court, there's two layers above it, there's
appeals, and then there is, those are the circuit courts, and then there's a supreme court.
So it'll get appealed up today. There's the, is the ruling legally sound unquestionably.
I mean, this is what we said from day one. It's an obvious violation of the posse comitatis law.
And so here's what I want to explain to some of the Trump supporters that they,
honestly, I believe they often struggle with.
So if you don't like a law, you're supposed to change it.
You're supposed to go vote on it in Congress and have it go to the president and sign it.
And then okay, you got rid of the posse commentatus law.
I would disagree with you. I don't think you should get rid of it.
I think it's a it's a wonderful thing that makes us what we are.
We're not a developing country with military and district.
and military occupation, military is trained to target enemies, and what it does is it turns
American citizens into the enemies of the U.S. military, and that is a disastrous idea.
But you could make that case, no, I think it's gonna keep a safer and pass a law getting
rid of the earlier law. But if you don't do that, you do not have a right in America to
just ignore laws. Oh, that law clearly applies here. I don't care is not a legitimate
argument to make in America, in a democracy, and in a country that believes in rule of law as opposed to anarchy.
And I think it's worth pointing out that one of the biggest days of protest over Trump's actions like this, like that deployment, the No Kings protests, which again, one of the single biggest days of protest in U.S. history just announced today, they're doing another one on October 18th.
So that'll be very interesting to watch as that develops, but Trump is just giving people fuel to show up, to participate, to join that movement is despite this ruling.
The Trump administration shows no sign of slowing in its quest to occupy major cities across the country.
On Sunday, DHS secretary Christy Noem said nothing is off the table.
Nome confirmed Sunday while appearing on CBS's face the nation that DHS intends to add more resources to operations being conducted by immigration and customs enforcement, ICE in Illinois and other states, but declined to give details over security concerns for agents and investigators on the ground.
She also claimed that Trump's deployment of the National Guard in L.A. earlier this year prevented the city from burning down and said her agency has arrested 5,000,
individuals in the city and removed them from the U.S.
And then there's the question of what cities would come next?
And to which Noam responded, I would encourage every single city, San Francisco,
Boston, Chicago, whatever they are, if they want to help make their city safer,
more prosperous, they should call us. However, no details are available right now over
any federal involvement or deployment of the National Guard or federal agents to major cities
in red states. Jank, I'm curious what you make of that. Why are they only focusing on blue
states? If they really cared about tackling this issue that they claim is a pervasive one,
why only blue cities? Yeah, in fact, some of the most crime-written cities as a matter of
percentages are in the red states. Some of the top cities that have crime problems are
Oklahoma City, Dallas and New Orleans, and by the way, Jackson, Mississippi as well.
So, but the problem is, if you go into those states that are run by Republicans, then you're
saying the Republicans did something wrong.
And they don't want to say that.
They want to say, oh, my God, the Democrats running these states and cities are terrible,
and they had to be forced us to do a takeover because they're so incompetent.
And the Republicans came to save you from crime.
And that doesn't work as well if the Republicans are saving you from crime from other Republicans.
So that's why this is political in nature and has nothing to do with your actual safety.
So if they wanted to help you on the crime issue, which is a separate issue, they could actually bring in a lot of federal agents, and that might be welcome.
And it is often is welcome in those big cities and all across the country.
So what do I mean by that?
The federal government has a lot of law enforcement at their disposal.
The FBI, the DEA, and so many other agencies, and very often they do work with local police.
In fact, you might remember the story we did in Nevada.
The FBI and local police worked to bust up a ring of potential pedophiles who were trying to sexually abuse
young girls in Las Vegas.
That's the story where they're out of the eight people captured.
One of them was an Israeli government official, and he was allowed to escape back to Israel.
But that's an instance of where the FBI and local law enforcement work together.
And there's nothing wrong with that.
That is not a violation of the law.
The POSA Kamitatis Act talks about how the military cannot police American citizens.
So they can't, for example, cord an off a perimeter.
They can't prevent people from coming into a certain place.
They can't arrest people.
So the law on that is super clear.
And here, A, they're violating it very clearly and brazenly.
And B, they're doing it in a way that is obviously political and not trying to actually
solve the crime issue, which people are legitimately concerned about.
What they're trying to do is create an environment where military rule becomes normal.
So when that military is then ordered by the president as basically military police at
large, now no longer policing the rest of the world, but policing.
the American population, so that is disaster number one. And disaster number two is that once
that begins, you're not, it's all about politicizing this to try to smear Democrats rather than
actually to protect you. So it has no upside and nothing but downside. So the policy is already
terrible, but none of that really matters as much as the fact that it is illegal. So whether
So you agree or disagree with the policy, the courts are right here.
This is brazenly illegal.
And so we'll see if the Supreme Court says laws don't matter anymore.
That would be disaster number one.
Or if the Supreme Court says, yeah, obviously it's against the law, as they should.
And then Trump goes, well, I don't care what the courts say.
So those are your two disaster scenarios.
We haven't hit them yet.
If the courts hold like this, and then Trump is then forced to withdraw from the cities,
and to get back within the law, then that'll be American, America and its system of government
working, which will be, you know, a stress test on America. But if we pass that test, that'll be
great news. Right now, we're in the middle of that test. Yeah, one thing I want to just highlight
here, I'm totally with you. There are bad outcomes potentially here with Trump ignoring that
ruling if it's favor or if it's disfavorable or the Supreme Court greenlighting this but
I want to take a second to talk about the human cost here and I a friend was telling me
over this weekend they live in DC there was ice activity in their neighborhood last week
and there was an incident where that he witnessed a father and his young toddler-aged
daughter were in their car, he was ripped out by agents, stopped, ripped out by agents and
detained, taken away. And they left this child alone in the car, didn't offer to find a safe
place for her to go, just left her there. That is the barbarism inherent in what they are doing.
Members of the community, dozens of people quickly flooded the streets.
And I'm sure there were many good Samaritans there who helped this kid maybe find a relative or somewhere to go.
But that story is not uncommon.
And just seeing how much it shook up my friend from having to witness this, like these are happening.
These stories, these scenarios are happening all over the country.
And they will continue to happen.
And treating this as some like, not saying you're doing this, but the power centers in this country are treating this as some legal exercise or going through the courts as some formality.
And I understand it is important and important tool of keeping the president in check.
I don't have a lot of faith in our institutions to do that.
But I feel like we often lose sight of what these policies and what these operations really look like.
like, that kid is going to be traumatized for the rest of her life because of this.
Yeah, and I have one last thing to say. Look guys, there's a lot of laws that I don't like.
So money in politics is a disaster. It's totally ruined our democracy.
The Supreme Court decisions on it, Citizens United and Balati and Buckley are ridiculous,
they're preposterous talking about how corporations are human beings and have rights to speech
and speeches money so they can give infinite money to our politicians. It's just legalized bribery.
despise it. If one of our allies was president, I wouldn't counsel them, I just ignore it,
dude, we don't like the law. That's not how it works. So that's why we try really hard
through Wolfpack to get an amendment so that we can change that legally, the right way in
a democracy. So, and it is super difficult to do, but that's what you do if you have an unjust
law. You don't just break it. And especially when the people in power break the law, that
sends a disastrous message that we're no longer in a democracy. This is exactly what people
were worried about under Donald Trump. All right, guys, we've got to take a quick break here.
If you thought that story from Jordan about what ISIS done was disastrous, wait till you see
the next one. What are they doing now? I mean, it is preposterous. We'll tell you that when we
come back.

you got more news.
Take a look at this.
Nice.
We got it, guys.
That's all right, tribal members.
Yeah, we got forward by ICE.
It's fucking crazy, dude.
We got members from the tribe of Yuma Tila, Kiyuz, and Walla Walla.
This is crazy, man.
Look at that posted up.
Last Wednesday, ICE launched an immigration race.
on a group of firefighters and two of them were arrested.
You just saw some of what went down and we'll give you all of the details in a moment.
But first, Jank, what is your initial reaction to ICE agents arresting firefighters?
This is the largest fire in the state of Washington.
Are you mental?
What are you doing?
So Jordan's going to give you the details of the story.
Then I'm going to give you three reasons why this is an epic.
This is an epic disaster for the country.
We cannot do this.
So let's tell you the rest of the story.
And then I'll tell you why it's it's going to start breaking down a lot of things that we take for granted in America.
Yeah, well, this raid took place like Jenks said in the state of Washington where firefighters have been going up against the Bayer Gulch fire for nearly two months now.
Two months, the firefighters you saw in the cold open worked for two companies that have come
contracts with the U.S. Forest Service. They were cutting firewood for residents when ICE showed up.
The Department of Homeland Security wrote in a statement, the two contracted work crews questioned on the day of their arrests were not even assigned to actively fight the fire.
They were there in a support role, cutting logs into firewood. The firefighting response remained uninterrupted the entire time.
No active firefighters were even questioned, and U.S. Border Patrol's actions did not prevent or interfere with any personnel actively engaged in fighter fighting efforts.
According to veteran wildland firefighters who spoke to the Washington Post, it is rare for immigration raids that take place while firefighters are on the job, regardless of the capacity.
The firefighters also noted that immigrants make up a large portion of the firefighting workforce.
So now firefighters have to worry about immigration raids on top of the work that they are doing, which is extremely dangerous.
Dale Bosworth, a former chief of the U.S. Forest Service, stated,
firefighting is a difficult, dangerous job, and firefighters need to keep their focus on the fire.
We don't need to have those kinds of distractions.
It's dangerous.
An anonymous former firefighter stated, there are a lot of those crews on contract.
that do employ non-citizens.
This could expand rapidly through the active contract
crews throughout the West.
After the raid, 44 of the firefighters were taken off
premise. Two were arrested on charges of entering
the country illegally. One of the firefighters is
represented by a nonprofit legal group called the
Innovation Law Lab. In a letter to Senator Ron
Widen of Oregon, the group's executive director, Stephen Manning, described the client as a resident
of Kaiser, Oregon, who came to the U.S. nearly two decades ago when he was about four years old.
Manning wrote that the man and his family were victims of a federal crime in Oregon,
and their cooperation with federal law enforcement at the time led to the U.S.
Attorney's Office in Oregon certifying their application for
for a type of visa reserved for crime victims who help law enforcement. The family has been
waiting for the immigration system to process that application since 2018. So Jenk, to me,
there's two things here. There's the cruelty, the barbarism of raiding a firefighting work site.
And then also another reminder that the system is inherently flawed. It is a broken system.
So these cries have just come in the right way fall on deaf ears when you're even generally
familiar with how bad our immigration system is.
What do you think?
Yeah, so the thing I'm most concerned about is the long-term consequences of this.
So let me begin to break it down.
Yes, you're absolutely right about the cruelty and especially against the guy who actually
worked with law enforcement.
So it affects people on a personal level and that's important, right?
But the long-term consequences apply to all of us.
So first of all, you're stopping them in the middle of fighting a fire in general.
So it is the largest fire in the state of Washington.
It's taken a long, long time to battle that fire and it's still not out.
So yes, different crews do different things at different times.
But basically you pulled 44 guys off of assignment on that job and then arrested two.
Okay, so interrupting a firefighting crew in the middle of fighting a fire could affect
All of us certainly can affect the state of Washington.
Those those crews actually saved a whole bunch of cities,
lake homes, forests, and the list goes on and on.
So that's disaster number one.
Disaster number two is now you're gonna have a lot less firefighters.
Not only apparently they were using some undocumented immigrants to fight fires,
probably because undocumented immigrants need work and they're more desperate.
So they're willing to risk their lives to go fight fires.
And remember, everybody has different jobs within a firefighting crew, especially one that gigantic, right?
So now those guys are goners, they're not going to show up, right?
But on top of that, people who are concerned, whether they're Latino, Native American, et cetera,
what if they round me up?
And I'm innocent, like one of the guys that they rounded up in this case.
Well, forget it, I'm not going.
Well, you might not know this, but a lot of, on the West Coast, a lot of the firefighting crews are Latino.
So what if half of them go home? Now what are we going to do? And what if a giant fire breaks out in L.A.? And people go, I'm not going to help to fight the fire. The idiot ICE might come and round us up. Oh, we found a great time right in the middle of a fire. So that's disaster number two. Disaster number three. The firefighters are super pissed at basically law enforcement in this case that showed up. So now you got cops versus firefighters, or in this case, ICE versus firefighters.
What if they're in the middle of fighting the fire?
And the cops are like, oh, stop fighting the fire and come here, and then they have a disagreement.
And now we got a giant mess on our hands because why the federal law enforcement, ICE in this case.
It's like, I'm not gonna work with anyone else.
I don't care about the firefighters, I don't care about fires that might burn down your home or your local community.
Stephen Miller told me to meet a quota and I'm here to meet the quota by hell or high water.
Well, this is hell and soon they'll be hitting high water.
And so they don't care about us.
They care about meeting that stupid quote of Stephen Miller so that Donald Trump can brag that
he deported more people than Barack Obama.
Disaster number four.
So that guy that they rounded up.
He was four years old when they came to the country.
He's been here for a couple of decades.
But most importantly, he and his family worked with law enforcement to stop crime.
So he got a exemption to become a U.S. citizen because he was so helpful, funny enough,
to law enforcement, and here comes law enforcement going, at least some portion of it,
at the federal ice level, going, oh, you worked with us? I don't care. I'm going to violate
the rules, the agreement, the law, and I'm going to round you up and deport you anyway.
Now, think about it, guys. Who's going to want to work with law enforcement?
In fact, your name will then be on the record, and you're on the record as an undocumented
person. That's it. Stephen Miller is going to say, boom, easy way to hit the quota.
So now people are going to be reluctant to fight fires.
We've got interdepartmental battles for no reason, especially in the middle of natural disasters.
And people are going to be afraid to work with law enforcement at all.
So how does this help the average American?
And by the way, when you ask the average American, what do you think?
They say, close the border.
They say deport criminals who are here that are undocumented.
it. Okay, so Trump did that. They gave him credit for it. Then they asked them, do you want
ICE rounding up people in the middle of the country like they're doing now that are just
undocumented but have not committed crimes? And American people resoundingly say, no, we don't
want that, but it doesn't matter because Stephen Miller has to hit a quota and Donald Trump
has to brag about how he deported more people than Obama. So they're going to do all of this
massive long-term damage, let alone the personal short-term damage for at best politics.
And it's dumb politics.
It doesn't even help them.
Yeah, I think that it's important to point out that this is increasingly growing more and more popular,
or more and more unpopular, sorry, the more people hear stories like this, see federal agents
in their cities, in their neighborhoods, hear these horror stories.
And more importantly, the noise that you all watching this make, the outreach you do and
your communities, if federal agents are not in your city, you don't have that immediate
proximity, that threat, sharing, telling your friends, your coworkers, your family, but
what's happening elsewhere? If they're just not paying attention to the news because they
don't like Trump or that's not who they are, it is increasingly growing more and more
unpopular. There is an avenue. It's not the only way to stop this, but that is potentially one
way to inhibit these long term plans. They're saying they have these massive quotas. They're seeking
approval from the Supreme Court. But if their base starts to turn on them, they won't pursue it
to such a great extent, if at all. So there is a lot of power in your hands and helping to prevent
this because you see these types of circumstances. Like the story we talked about in the last
block are now these firefighters, the way it affects human beings who are just trying to go about
their day. We're just trying to live their lives. Like Jenk is saying, it's not just the people
they detain. They're going to scare many people off from even showing up to work. And in a
situation like this where they have been fighting this wildfire for two months, there are ripple
effects. And I want to point one other thing out. Ice has been in Los Angeles now for a few
months. A couple months ago, they came to my neighborhood and just a few streets away harassed
somebody who was out in his front yard, a citizen. My friend and I went over there. We were talking to
and we asked, why do you think they stopped to talk to you? And he said, because I'm Latino and I have
tattoos. That's it. Thankfully, he had proof of citizenship in his house. But if you're fighting a
wildfire or you're on a job site chopping wood, you're not going to be carrying that on you.
If you're fighting a wildfire, you would risk destroying it. Why would you do that? But if that's
the only thing that can prevent them from taking you as they're racially profiling you,
why would anybody show up to work? And again, there are ripple effects here that we need to consider.
But this administration is too barbaric and too reckless, that that's not a factor in their consideration.
Yeah, my last two points is, I mean, think about how ridiculous this is, that if you're a Latino with tattoos, now that is the number one thing it seems like ICE is looking for.
American citizens are allowed to get tattoos and they're allowed to be Latinos.
What is this? What kind of grotesque state is this? So it's one thing to pick up undocumented
people who are criminals and kick him the hell out of the country. It's another thing to say,
oh, what kind of tattoo do you have? What race are you? Okay, okay, let's target them.
Now it's disgusting. Now look guys, but the last thing is, in order to win so that we end
these horrors, you could go after the leaders as we do, call out.
Stephen Miller, call out Donald Trump, etc. But do not attack Trump voters who the polling
indicates are beginning to come to our side on this. The independents are massively on our
side on this. So keep an open mind when you're talking to fellow citizens, don't yell at them,
persuade them. Talk about the things we talked about here, which is why would you want to
stop firefighters in the middle of fighting a fire? Who's going to sign up for this? Who's going to
work with law enforcement now and get them to understand this doesn't help our
community. It hurts our community. All right, we're gonna take quick break here.
When we come back, as usual, unfortunate developments in Gaza and now they are
trying to make this Gaza Riviera come to fruition. And what their plan for the
Palestinians is as usual, outrageous, ridiculous, and on

Take a look at this.
I think the potential in the Gaza Strip is unbelievable.
The Riviera of the Middle East, this could be something that could be so bad.
This could be so magnificent.
Donald's going to set you free, bringing the light for all to see.
No more tunnels, no more fear.
God is finally here.
Do you remember that horrifying AI-generated video that Donald Trump posted on his social media accounts earlier this year?
Well, the Washington Post has discovered that plans for a so-called Gaza Riviera under U.S. control are, in fact, underway within the Trump administration.
Lots of alarming details to get here, but first, Jank, initial thoughts that they are planning something like this.
So look, the most important part of this is this comical idea that don't worry, we're going to remove all the Palestinians from Gaza.
But later, we're going to bring them back, maybe 10 years later.
And America kind of owns it, but not really.
I mean, you have to pay for a lot of it and you've got to rebuild it.
Of course, Israel's not going to spend any money doing that.
Don't be ridiculous.
But later, maybe we'll gift it to America.
Maybe we'll bring the Palestinians back.
No, here's what they're going to do.
They're going to make us clean up their mess and then they're going to keep it.
That's the most obvious thing in the world.
But here, see the details of how they're planning to trick people into thinking, oh, yeah, we're just relocating the Palestinians for their own good.
Yeah, because this current Israeli government looks like they want to help the Palestinians so much.
Yeah, yeah. Well, let's get into some of the details here.
The Washington Post got their hands on the Trump administration's proposal dubbed the Gaza Reconstruction Economic Acceleration.
and transformation trust or great trust the 38 page prospectus envisions at least a temporary
relocation of all of Gaza's more than 2 million population either through what it calls
voluntary departures to another country or into restricted secured zones inside the enclave
during reconstruction and here is how the strip would be governed as outlined in the trust
document, Israel would transfer administrative authorities and responsibilities in Gaza to the
great trust under a U.S. Israel bilateral agreement that would evolve into a formal trusteeship.
The outline foresees eventual investments by Arab and other countries that would turn the
arrangement into a multilateral institution. Israel would maintain overarching rights to
meet its security needs during the first year of the plan, while nearly
all internal security would be provided by unspecified TCN, or third country nationals,
and Western private military contractors. Their role would gradually decrease over a decade as
trained, quote, local police take over. The trust would govern Gaza for a multi-year period,
it estimates will take 10 years until a reformed and de-radicalize Palestinian polity is ready
to step in its shoes. This is just so offensive. The document doesn't make any reference to
eventual Palestinian statehood. And it seems that the Trump administration's ideal world,
Palestinians would just leave the strip altogether. Israel's negotiations with other countries to
take in Palestinian refugees have been in the works for a while now. Netanyahu is
talking to several countries allegedly about taking displaced Gazans including Libya,
Ethiopia, South Sudan, Indonesia, and Somaliland. In their place, a tourism and manufacturing
hub would be installed featuring dynamic in modern cities. Gaza's western waterfront
would be reserved for the Gaza-Trump Riviera boasting, quote, world-class resorts with the possibility
of artificial islands similar to the palm-shaped ones built off the UAE city of Dubai. Here's what
Palestinians would allegedly get out of this plan. Those who own land would be offered
a digital token by the trust in exchange for rights to redevelop their property to be used
to finance a new life elsewhere or eventually redeemed for an apartment in one of six to eight
new AI-powered smart cities to be built in Gaza. Each Palestinian who chooses to leave would be given
five thousands in cash and subsidies to cover four years of rent elsewhere as well as a year of food.
So who is behind this plan? The proposal was developed by some the same Israelis who created the
the Gaza humanitarian foundation where thousands of Palestinians have been gunned down trying to get food.
The document claims that the proposal wouldn't require any U.S. government funding and would
offer significant profit to investors. The trust plan does not rely on donations. The prospectus says
instead it would be financed by private and private sector and public investment and what
it calls mega projects from electric vehicle plants and data
centers to beach resorts and high rise apartments.
Jank, my blood is absolutely boiling, reading all of this.
It is just, it is disgusting, it is offensive.
What do you, what do you make of this?
Okay, first I want to get your guys thoughts on this.
I want to look, I don't think this will be controversial,
certainly in our audience in terms of how you react to it.
But I'm curious to see if anyone believes them.
So we ask on tyt.com, what do you think Israel will do after it relocates the Palestinians
from Gaza? A, give it back to the Palestinians later, as they claim, gifted to America,
because that's implied every once in a while. Trump has said, oh, we're America's going to have it,
or keep it for themselves. Well, it's a pleasure to see that you're all intelligent and educated
people. So obviously the first two got zero votes. Because who is big enough of a sucker to
think, oh yeah, after they remove two million Palestinians and take Gaza, which they've had as part
of greater Israel throughout, they have already voted in their Kinesit that they will never allow
the Palestinians to run Gaza or the West Bank or ever have an independent state. After they
They destroyed 90% on Gaza, after Netanyahu said that he's on a historic mission to create
greater Israel, after Smotrich and others have said, yeah, our job is to not annihilate
the Palestinians in Gaza and take it for ourselves, to think that, oh yeah, they just
want to build it back up on behalf of the Palestinians, and then they'll bring them back.
Only an utter moron would believe that, or one of our corrupt politicians.
who are who's paid by the Israeli lobby to pretend that things they say aren't lies.
Or some in mainstream media who might say, wow, well, Israel says they're that they love the
Palestinians. Israel says, Israel says, that after they remove and ethnically cleanse all the
Palestinians in Gaza after they destroyed all of Gaza and nearly starved the population
to death, not nearly, they've already starved 300 people to death.
And the death toll mounts every single day and two thirds of the people starving are
children, but the beloved Israel, beloved Israel, they always tell the truth.
So I bet it's true.
No, all of this, none of this is gonna happen, not one piece of it is gonna happen.
The whole point is to get authorization to begin the plan.
So what happens when they begin the plan?
Well, the first thing we gotta do is ethnically cleanse these folks.
So, and by the way, we're gonna need America's help because it's two million people,
there's a lot of people.
And I'm hearing a lot of stories from the Israel, that the
IDF is tired. They're reserve soldiers. They're reservists. They're exhausted from killing Palestinians.
And they're like, hey, America, we already have you paying for all this, but you expect us to
evacuate two million Palestinians? No, come here, doggies. Come here, do it. You and your soldiers do it.
We get some private Western forces that they allude to in the prospectus to do it. Us precious
Israelis don't want to do the dirty work of the ethnic cleansing. We're going to force,
America? I mean, we're going to create the Gaza Riviera. Hey, Trump, you moron. Yeah, we're
going to build your buildings and we're going to give it to you. You're going to be super rich,
okay? Okay. By the way, the guy leading this project is Jared Kushner. Jared Kushner,
the guy who said, oh, they have great waterfront property in Gaza could make for a lot of money.
Do you think they're going to give it back to the Palestinians? No. No, this is Israel's
plan to steal Gaza. And that is, that's exactly what it is.
I'm just, you know, Jordan, I'm just tired of debating Israeli liars.
Like they, you know, you know, you go to a debate and Israeli,
truth these days, right? So they'll come in and they'll be like, oh, no, it's a 50-50 issue.
Maybe we're murdering the Palestinians and we're going to take their land as all of our
politicians are saying, or maybe we're going to start a wonderland, a Riviera, and
Oz, and then we're going to give it back to the Palestinians because we've been so pleasant
to them. Now let's debate it. And then at the end, mainstream media will say that at least
50-50, oh, we're not sure which way the Israelis are going to go. But likely they'll say, of course,
bow your heads. And if anyone disagrees with this plan, they're an anti-Semite, right?
So I'm sick of the Israelis. And you know, one other thing, Jordan, it reminds me of 40 acres
in a mule. Like, trust us, yeah. We're later, after we brutalized you, after we enslaved you,
after we did the most horrific, unspeakable things to you, we'll give you 40 acres in a mule.
But in this case, it's not even 40 acres in a mule. It's a digital token.
Come on, it doesn't get any more insulting than this.
These are the sick genocidal Israeli government,
basically insulting the intelligence of the entire world's population.
The only people stupid enough or disgustingly corrupt enough
to give this any kind of credibility is the people in power in Western countries,
both the politicians and the media.
Everyone else was saying the same thing to Israel we've been saying for the last two years.
years. We're not anywhere near as stupid as you think we are that we would ever believe in
this outrageous Israeli lie like this. Yeah, I want to just acknowledge the context that this
reporting is being released within mid reports that the U.S. and Israel are blatantly planning
to ethnically cleanse Palestinians from the strip. The world's biggest academic association
of genocide scholars officially called what's happening in Gaza a genocide.
They passed a resolution saying the legal criteria to establish that Israel is committing
genocide have been met.
86% of those who voted among the 500 member international association of genocide scholars
backed the resolution declaring Israel's policies and actions in Gaza had met the legal
definition set out in Article 2 of the 1948 UN Convention on genocide.
The three page resolution calls on Israel to immediately cease all acts that constitute genocide,
war crimes, and crimes against humanity against Palestinians in Gaza, including deliberate
attacks against and killing of civilians, including children, starvation, deprivation
of humanitarian aid, water, fuel, and other items essential to the survival of the population,
sexual and reproductive violence and forced displacement of the population.
Israel's foreign ministry, of course, called the statement disgraceful and claimed it was entirely based on Hamas' campaign of lies.
Well, Jank, how do you argue with that?
Yeah, here's how I argue with it.
Never vote for an American politician that takes Israeli lobby money.
Because what they're saying is we're going to serve Israel and we're going to co-sign on these preposterous lies.
So we have a petition, t.com slash no more.
And you don't have to vote against your own party.
Just go into a primary.
Find out if anybody, if your incumbent has taken A-PAC money or any candidate in that race or any money from the Israeli lobby, make sure this is a petition to say, yeah, I'm never, ever going to vote for somebody who says,
I'm going to represent a different country because I got bribed, legally bribed by their lobby,
so I don't work for you anymore. I work for, thank you for letting me know.
Of course I'll never vote for you.
TYT.com slash no more will put the link down below.
But the Israeli government on the genocide, well, of course they're going to lie.
That's all they ever do, right?
So this is an overwhelming percentage of the genocide scholars in the world going,
yeah, of course it's a genocide, it's obviously a genocide.
This is a textbook genocide, as we've been telling you.
So in case you don't know, the people committing genocide almost always give the same excuses.
They did it for self-defense.
The rebels, terrorists, insurgents were hiding in the civilian population.
We had to move them for their own good.
So like for the genocide scholars, looking at those excuses is the most normal thing in the world.
That's what every government doing a genocide says.
So there, all it is is propaganda, obvious genocide propaganda, okay?
So when you look at the reality of it, again, 90% of the buildings in Gaza are destroyed.
We have collective punishment where already over 300 people have starved to death.
Their civilian kill ratio is way worse than Hamas's.
Hamas killed 67% civilians on October 7th.
Israel has killed 83% civilians since then.
So they are worse terrorists than Hamas, and they have killed 500 times the number of children, 60 times the number of people overall.
So the Israeli government is not protecting anyone from terrorism.
They are the terrorists.
So obviously they're in the middle of a genocide and all the scholars, not all the scholars, only 86% of genocide scholars agreed.
And I guarantee you that other 14% were Israeli supporters on day one and are Israeli supporters now.
And they go, no, genocide is for everyone else.
But we get to commit any genocide we like and we don't get the label.
No, no, no, no.
We're not allowed to have labels.
No one's allowed to criticize us.
No, you're not beloved Israel.
You don't have a moral army.
You have a disgusting immoral army that is in the middle of committing a genocide now.
And we have disgusting pig politicians in America who go, I'm going to steal money out of your paycheck.
And I'm going to send it over there to help Israel commit a genocide.
We're in the middle of now that all scholars, again, almost all.
scholars have said is obviously ethnic cleansing. And if you noticed, yes, Israel is using
sexual violence against the Palestinians. Everything they said Hamas is doing, well, a lot of which
Hamas actually did do, they've now said, oh yeah, hold our beer. Now they're doing it in spades.
They're doing it worse than Hamas, much worse than Hamas. But if you say that in American
media unless you're on the young Turks. Oh my God, how could you? Just because they're obviously
doing genocide and ethnic cleansing, it doesn't matter. They're beloved Israel. Send them your money
right now. Otherwise you're an anti-Semite. No, no. The people who say send money to murder Palestinians
are disgusting racist and they're bigoted against Muslims. And by the way, Christians
who are also being killed in the occupied territories by Israel.
And also, and Israel says, oh, I get to murder anyone I like.
They just murdered the entire Houthi cabinet and the prime minister.
Those are the de facto rulers of Yemen.
They killed them all.
And they said, well, they killed one Israeli.
One of their rockets got through.
One.
Well, Israel has killed nine Americans just in the last three years.
Should we use Israeli logic on Israel?
No, no, no, no, no, no, no.
Israeli logic is, we get to murder everyone.
You don't ever get to touch any Israeli.
In fact, shut up, you anti-Semite.
Send me another $300 billion.
Be my dog, but don't you say you're my dog.
Just be my dog without saying it.
No, we're tired of Israel's lies and excuses and genocide.
It's one of the most despicable governments on earth today.
So if you don't like that, change the Israeli government.
Go and do whatever you need to do.
If you love Israel, you hate Israel, you're in the middle on Israel.
Do whatever you're going to do, not violently, ever, ever, ever.
Rhetorically, politically, through your blood, sweat, and tears.
Get out there and fight against this genocide to try to help the innocent Palestinian people
from being brutalized by the evil terrorist current government of Israel.
Damn it, we're not out of time, so we can't even tell you about how Israel's planning to let a terrorist go
because he murdered Palestinians.
So they're like, yeah, of course, of course, let him go.
Here, I'll just tell you real quick.
Amir and Popper in 1990, slaughtered seven Palestinians and he got convicted, seven life sentences.
So that's back when Israel had any kind of law at all.
Now what are they doing?
They're like, oh, let's just let him go as a sign that you should murder Palestinians.
Terrorism is awesome if Israel's doing.
Well, at least that would be honest because Israel does mass terrorism, more terrorism than almost any nation on earth.
And their government actually does it, and then their citizens vote for it.
So them releasing a terrorist is actually very, very normal.
Their entire government is filled with terrorists.
Okay, so that's my views on the current government of Israel.
And they are a disaster.
And we need to stop sense, like we're literally now stealing money from American citizens to send it over to murder Palestinians.
I can't stand it.
And if you can't stomach that, there's something wrong with you.
All right, we got to go. Jordan, thank you, brother. Appreciate it.
Of course.
All right. When we come back, Charlemagne holds Democrats accountable,
and then voters are beginning to hold Donald Trump accountable on inflation in the economy.
That's actually a positive story. We'll get to that when we return.
