Welcome to these Fucking Feelings Podcast.
I am Christian.
Be more.
What's up and we uh have with us today the founder and ceo of
minions training um as well as you have a podcast right minions motivation yes sir yes uh certified
fitness trainer yeah just you know mental health mental health guru, just a little bit of everything under his belt. No, just a little bit.
We know you're, like, aspiring to be an NFL player, correct?
Yeah, yeah.
So I just graduated from college last year,
but I have another year of eligibility due to COVID.
So it's like I still got to stay in shape, training,
and run my businesses, and it's a lot.
But, you know, that's what you got to do to make it.
But we're making it.
We are making it.
Yes.
So really quickly, I guess you can start it, but go ahead and tell us a little bit more about yourself.
Yeah, thank you so much.
It's an honor to be on this show.
My name is Dominion.
It's Ichibweze.
So I'm originally from Nigeria.
I was born there, moved to the U.S. when I was six and a half.
And then, you know, just been living life right now.
I'm currently a personal trainer, web developer, social media marketer.
I have a podcast called Media Motivation.
I'm an R&B singer and rapper.
Dominion on all available platforms.
Album coming out in two weeks, May 27th.
So definitely tap into that.
That was a lot of words that went by really fast.
I get used to it.
I get used to it.
Because it's like, you get in a routine.
Like, okay, say this, and say this, and say this.
I know.
I know.
And it's like, you got to just roll through it.
Or, you know.
You got to.
I get it.
Look, it's like at the end of the day, Dominion, Renaissance, man.
We got it.
Appreciate that.
Yeah, it's pretty funny.
Well, to me, it was funny that you used Minion because within our group, I actually am a cancer survivor.
But I have a major chemical imbalance because of it.
And which causes me to
be very very emotional so anytime my emotions are going crazy i always talk about how my minions
my minions are raging because that's exactly what they are it's like these little yellow
joints inside of me doing what the hell they want to do so then uh what i what i checked out your stuff and
it was like minion motivation minion train and i was like dang okay minion apparel
finnis clothing line yeah so why minion um it was just it was easy rolled off the tongue um
and like when you talk from a marketing perspective like when you look at big corporations
big companies big names nike google you know all these you know conglomerates you want something
easy for people to remember and minion is so easy to remember and you know there's a lot of
marketing tactics i can do with just minion and um so it just it just came so naturally and that
was a blessing to have you know that that name that brand and what it is today be so be what it is you know yeah cool well i used it first so
you know he said the album is dropping in two weeks so when he blows up remember be more we
gotta keep track now because when minions start blowing up...
I got you, I got you.
Alright, cool. I mean, I just wanna
advertise a t-shirt or something.
You know, like, just let me be in, like, a magazine
or something.
You gotta just...
This, uh...
Wait, wait, wait. This got your name.
This got your name on it right here.
Let me know where I can send it. I got you.
All right.
Okay.
Let me know where I can send it.
I will definitely email you this once this is over.
So, of course, this is our second year in podcasting.
People know this year we'll focus on mental health.
Last year we kind of did prison reform, which was necessary.
We don't think the world wasn't ready for the conversation we were having.
So, this year we decided to switch platforms
Going to mental health
Basically because we're all crazy
Let's learn from other people's experiences
Somewhere down the line
Oh whatever
You're crazy
You are crazy
I remember one time a man told me
He said does a crazy person know that they're crazy
And I said no And he said of course a crazy person know that they're crazy?
And I said, no.
And he said, of course they don't.
They have much better things to do.
Also true.
Right.
Very true.
So.
Right.
I got better things to do to acknowledge craziness.
Craziness.
But cool.
Let's go into your story a little bit. So know that you talk a lot about um not i guess
being born without not breathing when you were born yeah so um when i was born i was born um
yeah not breathing my alveolus the little balls in your lungs for people who don't know
um was not we're not we're not working properly so immediately i was put on a respirator um and
then you know thank God I'm here.
So, you know, just like off.
Like, I'm a big faith guy, too.
Like, you know, God is in the center of my life.
Everything I do, the music, football, business, everything.
So it's like when I started to grow up and started to mature physically and spiritually,
like, you know, just having that understanding of the devil being after me from just birth, right?
And, like, you know, when you want to tear down a skyscraper, tear down a big building, you send explosives.
You don't throw little-ass rocks, right?
So just having that understanding, like, was, like, the, you know, initial drive to just keep me going on all the shit I'm doing, right?
So that was huge for me, like, when I had that, you know, realization.
But, yeah, I was born dead.
I guess if people could wake up dead that you could be born you know you know so yeah yeah yeah
um so that was that was different experience and um I'm just blessed to be able to use that
experience um to help other people as well like we were talking about mental health and
you know that's like uh I just I just lost two of my friends, you know, two months ago, went to suicide, one got killed by a car accident. So it's like just having, you know, appreciate that, having that understanding, like this life is so temporary, like just like that. And there were young guys, you know, 23, 24, one was in the NFL, Dwayne Haskins. I it's like, you know, it's not like I lost people who were like 95 years old, you know,
who lived a great life.
Like they're in their 20s.
Like we're just starting our lives.
So, you know, for me, it was just like such an eye opener.
Like, you know, not like I was slacking before, but hey, bro, like this, this, this is very
temporary.
You have to keep the foot on the gas at all times in everything you're doing.
And just to be able to help other people see that because most people, they wake up and they just
go through a lot and they cheer, which is fine, like, you know, it's his own. But if you're trying
to get it, if you're trying to be that greatness, be the goat that we all scroll through and
like and retweet, if you want to be that kind of person, I always tell people
there's two kind of people
in this world,
regardless of economic status,
regardless of race, whatever.
There's two different people
in this world.
People who watch
and people who get watched.
People who scroll
all fucking day
and people who are,
who they're scrolling, right?
So it's like you pick
what you want to spend your time.
And again, like, you know,
the things and experiences
God has blessed me with
um i'm able to share that um to touch different kind of people in different kind of perspectives
yeah that's what's up and it's crazy because it's like you're reading my mind a little bit
because we're going we was going to go into the face part next and i was like you let me ask a
question you know what i'm saying like i know you were just tight or whatever but um
yeah y'all tight or whatever but um We just tight Tight tight tight Right Yeah
Y'all tight or whatever
But can we not prophesize
In the middle of this podcast
We got a job to do okay
And
And
That's part of our question
So we're gonna ask it
Like you didn't mention
Nothing about it
Alright okay back
Because I think I had it
Like really cool
So
We're gonna go
Wait that's what
That's what
Oh
About your faith
I lost you
I lost you It It's okay.
No, you can.
You didn't lose me. I was trying to be funny.
It worked.
It did work because I was like, wait.
Well, anyway.
Right.
I know that you're really rooted and grounded
in your faith. Has that always been
that way or is that something new?
No, no, no.
I want to say it's new, but it's like I was raised in a Christian household.
But obviously, you know, I wasn't like following Jesus.
You know, I was just like I believe in God and believe in Jesus, obviously.
But I was, you know, doing my own thing.
Like I grew up very, very treacherously.
Like when we moved here, obviously, from Nigeria to America,
the currency differentiation is completely different.
For every $1 here, it's $1.50 there.
So, like, in my parents' degrees and in transfer,
my dad was a lab scientist for the military, and my mom was a teacher.
So it's like you have to start from scratch.
There were nobody.
Money was, we lived in, you know, church families, basements.
So by the time we got on on our feet we're you know
everybody got a two two bedroom apartment it was like five of us and then um my parents had another
boy uh my other brother so i know my grandmother came so it's like seven of us two bedroom in the
hood you know you can imagine how that went so i was like adjusting to america like i had a thick
accent i was like really short I was really chubby.
They said I smelled funny.
It was just a whole fucking trip.
You know what I'm saying?
So just everything you could imagine, all the bullying, all the bullshit, I experienced it.
That's what I'm saying because as pure as kids can be, they're also purely evil sometimes.
Purely.
Purely because, yeah.
So yeah, that was something else that you had to overcome,
like a lot of bullying and those kind of things.
So much, so much.
I can imagine just being different, you know.
It's like kids don't understand that,
especially back in those days, even though you're only 22.
But still, I feel like it's a lot easier now because of the Internet
to accept people from another culture.
But back then, you know, it was like like go back to africa you know i we used
to hear growing up i was i was originally a new yorker we moved to virginia and people used to
tell me like go back to your country and i'm like i'm puerto rican like this is my country
you know and i know if i heard that and i feel like i'm pale as hell like i could fit in in the
club a little bit um right
then yeah it definitely had to be weird for you so how was that trying to overcome the bullying so
so um i mean so like coming from nigeria right like physically it was it was a very weird dynamic
because physically if so i was we didn't have we don't have police it's a militant government state
so you know military running around with nks all day like you know the town handles shit like if
something happens within the community like the town will handle it you know what i'm saying like
the town will handle it so there's no police and it's like there was like people there like
are different there's no like bullying you're saying it's like if anything people get in a
fight and that's it so coming to america it was
like i was experiencing a lot of emotional abuse at first and i was like i handled that a little
weird right and i'm thinking like like bro you're like you've seen you know you've seen crazy things
like why are you tripping over somebody calling your name you're not having fun but then when i
like started to grow and it became physical like it was like
both these dynamics coming together like these two different avenues coming together and i'm
i'm getting it all at once that's where it was like i was a christian but like i was so focused
on surviving my day just living where we're living first of all just survive like literally
physically surviving and then going to school, surviving there, coming home, getting out.
I used to go to school.
I used to get beat up.
Right.
I used to get bullied.
And like,
when I say beat up,
I like jumped like four or five people.
Right.
Right.
And then I get suspended for fighting.
Right.
Of course.
Of course.
And then go home,
get my ass beat multiple times for getting suspended for fighting.
You know what I'm saying?
And then,
so you just imagine a kid like, what the fuck?
I didn't do nothing wrong.
You know?
There's no way that you can comprehend.
My mind wasn't even like,
you know what I'm saying, at that level to understand
the capacity of what's going on.
And this was like,
this was going on for a while. I went to summer school
not because I was dumb, because I missed so many days of being suspended
from being fucked up in school.
Like, you know what I'm saying?
So it was, you know,
but it was,
and I tell this to everybody,
like, you know,
God gave it to me for a reason.
He knew I could handle that.
You know what I'm saying?
And he knew I could turn that
into three businesses
and all this other shit.
You know what I'm saying?
So it's like,
now I'm grateful for it, obviously.
Right.
Enduring that in the moment,
I wasn't.
So my faith definitely came in high school.
First year, like, when I started playing football,
and I was like, God, I just want to excel at this.
You know, I started getting good,
and it was the first time I was receiving praise,
and people liked me, people wanted to be friends,
and da-da-da, and all that BS.
And I was like, you know, I personally just enjoyed the sport.
I just like fucking people up and not getting trouble for it. You know what I'm saying? Yeah and all that BS. And I was like, you know, I personally just enjoyed the sport. I just like fucking people up and not get in trouble for it.
You know what I'm saying?
Yeah.
That makes sense.
You need something to do with all that anger now.
I needed something.
You got a place to put it.
Yeah.
I got a place to put it.
And, you know, it was like, it was great.
Like, it was like, like I said, the first time I was getting acknowledged, like, I never got acknowledged.
Like, I get home.
You know what I'm saying?
So it was like, first time people were like, you know, good job, bro. Like, you know, good play and whatever. And like first time people like you know good job bro like you know good playing whatever and i'm like wow this was
amazing like started having friends like first time i could say like friends you know what i'm
saying and this is like as a as a kid as a 13 14 year old boy like this is the first time experiencing
like real like happiness and like acceptance like you can just imagine you know all the emotions all
this stuff like so that's when i was like you know really imagine you know all the emotions all the stuff like
so that's when i was like you know really really starting to reach out to christ and
like i want to develop my relationship um and then obviously there's levels and it just
progressed throughout life and throughout different seasons you know so that's how i'm
sorry i get longer than sometimes no no no no it's fine It's fine. It's fine. I do too. So I'm like, Hey, someone else is the one that's talking. We good.
Be more look at me like, okay, shut up. Next question.
So you don't, you don't see that little eye movement. She do, but I see it.
That's why she, that's why she hit what she was in. So she can chill out.
Right. Right. Cause she didn't calm her ass down.
There's her getting her Jesus in her life.
For some reason I am feeling
attacked right now
oh I'm sorry
we just chatting
and that's basically
it's a chat
but look
while we're chatting
so it's
even though it's not today
when people actually
see this video
so the day you're
watching this
it's B-more's birthday
and she is the big
four
zero
damn you looking good for 40 years happy birthday B-more's birthday. She is the big 4-0.
Damn, you looking good from 40-0 up.
Happy birthday.
You got any plans?
B-more, you can go ahead and tell her, girl.
Tell her, I'm old enough to be your mama. Come on, girl.
Tell her.
Hey, my ex was 37.
I don't want to hear that.
I will not.
I don't want to hear that.
Look, I just want to hear her say it. I will not. I will not. Look, I just want to hear her say it.
I will not.
I don't want to be your mama.
I will not.
I will not.
I will not.
I will not.
Look, I'm going to be the friend that says, child, she old enough to be your mama.
Child, I don't give a fuck.
Right, right.
And honestly, it's just joking because she's 40 and i turned 41st so
like she ragged the hell out of me not the hell the big four zeros
it wasn't even that bad wasn't even that bad yeah look now getting back to serious conversation
because we're gonna go from that and i going to ask you about your friend committing suicide. How? I know.
Shut up, B-Boy.
It's so great.
My transition.
Like, you just turned into a whole party pooper, just so you know.
Just so you know.
Just so you know.
Well, it is a mental health podcast.
It is.
You are absolutely right.
You know, it's unfortunate.
I don't know who you're speaking of because when you say NFL, like, no, I don't know anything about sports.
In your speech, though, I finally learned the reason for the NFL and it's to help people control their anger.
So God had a plan when he created the AFL because all that money.
And I'd be like, oh, it's useless.
Sorry to someone who loves the sport.
I mean, and like, you you know a lot of people i just
don't like the camaraderie you know right as well you know building those relationships and those
trusts and you know and it's really like to like like if you look first of all you look at nfl's
80 black and um 95 came from poverty like it yeah it's like it's still modern day slavery that's how
i look at it you know i'm saying right uh captain made a great video of how like you know back in the days
to slaves and how they test us now and it was like i was i seemed like oh i was like oh shit
this is so true but it's like i don't care they're paying me millions of dollars to do this thing i
can take care of my family family families friends friends like you know i'm saying it's not the same
as you know being a regular slave and I'm gay. Right. You know?
So, you know, it's a work in progress.
Everything's a work in progress, especially in this country that we're living in.
Definitely.
As minorities, as a black person, like, we got to take what we can get.
They give us millions of dollars to take some pigskin and run it down the damn field.
You know?
I'll take that for now.
You know what I'm saying?
I'll take that for now.
Exactly. You know, but my issue, too issue too though as i grew up naturally feminine i was just
you you woke up look you was born dead i was born you know with a a natural twitch i don't know it
was something but it was natural so my whole life i've been feminine so i never got invited to play
football and i guess that's where like my little animosity comes in because it's like.
Well, I'm sorry.
Those people were fucked up.
They were assholes.
I would have been like.
Right, right, right.
I feel you.
Trust me.
I never played a lot of sports because, you know, we're talking about me being feminine.
In the, you know, 80s, 90s.
I didn't want to say that.
In the 80s, 90s in New York City.
Yeah, like 90s.
I wasn't getting invited to play no sports you know
and it was funny i went through teasing i didn't really go through bullying which would
it's which sounds weird when people listen to my story because they're like damn people didn't
bully you and i'm like damn that's fucked up you want people to bully me but you know
but i did go i mean i've been you know people called me the fag and you know I went through all that like kind of teasing but you know I never got beat up for it or anything
like that so I guess my little journey has been different um but swinging back around to the
suicide thing and the reason why I say that is you're actually like the third person I spoke to
probably in the last two weeks that has known a young person that's committed suicide. And I guess I wanted to ask, like, what do you think that mind frame is?
Like, why are people, you know, in your opinion,
why are people doing these things?
I don't even know.
It was a shock to me when I found out.
I was just like, I was just getting back from, I had a great day that day.
I remember the day.
I had a phenomenal day.
And I went out.
I don't usually go out, you know what I'm saying?
But I went out that night and came home and then, you know,
so I switched me to chillin' and that's what I'm seeing.
Like, you know, this picture, I play football with him.
So I'm seeing this picture and I'm like, what the fuck going on? I take some of my homeboys like, you know, this picture. I play football with him, so I'm seeing this picture.
I'm like, what the fuck is going on?
I text one of my homeboys, like, yo.
And then he told me the news.
I'm like, yo, don't tell me that.
It's like, he just said he had passed.
I texted my other homeboy, like, what happened?
And then it was a couple minutes, and I got it, you know,
like, how he passed
and then every time i opened the seat at times i just like fell and you know emotionally i couldn't
you know this this and this guy like you know typical like you wouldn't have expected to happen
funny guy always goofing oh my least the group got in the team room and practice like you're saying
like and you know projected to go to nfl like you know he's gonna be set you know what I'm saying? Like, and, you know, projected to go to NFL, like, you know, he's going to be set, you know what I'm saying?
Like, so,
you know, it was like,
this man has all the opportunities,
sit in front of him, like I said, projected to go to NFL,
you know, he's going to be set financially,
family's going to be good,
you know, what could, like, and me just know him,
everybody know him, like, positive
guy, like, just think, like, think of,
like, someone like think of like like something
someone like my energy like just always speaking like funny everything like that's how he was like
didn't be for nobody nobody had problems with this kid always getting invited to parties always
showing up with a smile on his face like and it's like like like you know and what really hit me
was i was just in this he was in charlotte i was just i was just finished recording my album and i was just in charlotte didn't think to hit him up didn't
think to say yo what's up man i'm in your city like i was just i was focused on getting the
album done and some other like i wasn't focused on you know him that's what really got me was that
you know i came home and then i was in the city you know my mind is like yo i could hit him up
and he couldn't buy oh like you know come through mind is like, yo, I could hit him up and he can buy.
Oh, you know, come through.
Yeah.
And I would have came through for sure.
Like, what?
That's my that's my guy.
I would have came through like, you know, you know, show me your place.
So in my mind, I'm thinking like, you know, and that's how because I do what I do to help
people at the end of the day.
Yeah.
You know, I got this business and, you know, we, you know, we're businessmen and women
and we understand, you know, it's a digital game, but we do what we do for for helping people right and i'm like i'm supposed to be
helping people i went down there to help myself didn't think about helping nobody else but myself
i come home i get this fucked up news so my mind i'm like yo the way my mind is operating like you
could have you could have you could have done something.
Because that's what I feel like I was part of the world to do
was help people, particularly in those
kind of situations, like,
fucking motivation, motivate people not to
fucking kill themselves. Right, definitely, definitely.
You know what I'm saying? Here I am. I can't even help
my own friend, you know?
You know what I'm saying?
But you know what? I mean, the
crazy thing about it, though, is that you were doing what was necessary for you, which is okay. You thing about it though Is that you were doing
What was necessary for you
Which is okay
You know
It's okay for you to do
What's necessary for you
But it also goes to show
That we never really know
Ain't nothing else in that glass
We also really know
Well we also never really know
That we don't know
What's going on in people's lives
Like
The behind story because i think about
like now that tiktok trend where they'd be like um show a video of when you were at your lowest
have you guys not seen that okay i literally go on tiktok to post and then get off like i don't
i literally just post and get off okay so you two are people who are getting watched
and I'm a person that's watching.
Okay, damn.
I watch the times, too.
I watch the times.
I ain't gonna flex.
Both y'all could have lied and been like,
oh, yeah, I know that trend.
I mean, I think I did see it somewhere.
Not on TikTok, though.
Right.
I don't even think I logged in. I've committed too many sins today and sunday i'm not
gonna lie you see that shit all right this is something it'd be like that the crazy part is
didn't you just say you woke up so how didn't you just wake up how you commit that many sins
it's 6 40 for me right now p.m it's the same for us too oh shit i mean
because you said you committed too many sins today and it's like you just woke up you said
so how'd you commit all them sins in the 23 minutes that we've been online together
when i say all i probably commit probably I know I committed like Two sins, but for me that's a lot
On a Sabbath day
That's a lot
I try to
Just do nothing this day, chill
Pray and just chill
So for me, one sin is crazy
But two, and one is really bad
One is really bad
No, you ain't side-eyeing
I saw you, girl Okay, we're gonna Oh, no, you ain't side-eyeing, are you?
I saw you, girl.
Okay, we're gonna move on.
We're gonna move on.
Let's move on side-eye.
Where she go?
Where she...
Yo, cameras up in this bitch?
You're right.
Hold on.
Okay.
Don't tap my shit.
Nah, that's...
That was me
reading between the lines,
but trying not to read
between the lines.
Oh, that's how I know
she study scripture.
Uh-huh.
That's... She don't... how I know she studies scripture. Uh-huh.
She don't study no scripture.
Oh, Lord.
Once upon a time.
We're going to move on
because we're not going to have you
sinning no more on the Sabbath. You have to lie
about how you read the scriptures, girl.
Okay?
I wasn't about to lie about that i might have used
to not these particular days though you might say you might say that prayer in between those
tequila shots but um you ain't reading those scriptures i only took one tequila shot last
night okay so just anyway back to this tiktok But, I mean, what I was trying to say is that so many people,
and you see in their videos, they're like at what you would think is the
highlight of their life, but they're posting it and say, you know,
this is when I was at my lowest.
And I guess my question is maybe to both of you guys,
what should people do when they're at that low?
You know, what is something that you do when you're feeling
low to to prevent it for going further from that um well for me it's always praise everything
for me like um you know and like i like i um so every time i talk about my faith
as christians is one of them you the most controversial groups in this fucking world.
I'm not
the Christian that judges or hates.
You know what I'm saying? By the way, I have friends
who do multiple crazy shit. I do crazy shit.
That's why I need Jesus. Because I'm
fucked up. You know what I'm saying?
Let's just get that straight for the record.
Dominion is fucked up.
When I'm at my lowest,
prayer is definitely the foundation to try to talk to God and, you know, ask for assistance.
And then it's just trying to, I try to just make myself laugh.
I try to find something funny, try to treat myself, like, go get a workout or go get some, I'm a chef.
I, you know, make some, you know, something nice, really, really special for myself. Because we all go through these seasons.
There's nobody, whether you've got $0 in the bank or a billionaire,
you're going to go through some fucked up shit.
Right, definitely.
So, you know, and it's like knowing when you're at that point
and knowing how to handle that is very crucial.
But yeah, just for me, me, you know, prayer, music, smoking a smoking a fat j oh my goodness um that part
yeah i mean that's really it i don't need much i'm not i'm not a complicated guy i don't really
need much so now if you met this random person who is just at their lowest and they wanted to know how to connect with god
or how to be introduced to jesus themselves what is your recommendation i would i personally would
pray for them on the spot because we're two or three gathered jesus in the presence right and
especially when it's you know someone new like just just pray for them and let them feel that
holy spirit feel that presence because that shit is real even like I'm talking people don't believe in God in
a circle praying like yo did you feel that I'm like yeah that's the Holy
Spirit you know I'm saying so it's like introducing them to that firsthand not
being scared to you know to share the gospel with them and then after that
prayer like hey you know go get a Bible read that's all you gotta do right when you it's the bible is the only book you read it that shit reads you right the fuck back so um that's true
you can't cap um um yeah so yeah definitely just pray for him and then introduce him to the gospel
and let jesus take the world because that's all i can do i can't i can't force anybody
you know,
to think a certain type of way, believe a certain,
like I said, I'm not those type of Christians.
You believe what you want to believe.
I love you regardless, you know.
I don't have time to hate.
So, you know, pray for everybody.
And sometimes that just helps too,
just telling a person, look, I love you regardless.
That really, literally saying,
I just saw something about somebody was saying that,
like just literally saying the words, I love you,
and having the eye connection with somebody and having them really see like, yo, this person means that can literally change the trajectory of someone's life.
And I think it's so powerful in today's world, especially social media, heavy world.
We don't do that shit.
You know, we're walking down the street like this, driving like this.
We don't have no sort of like um um genuine human
interaction that shit's missing in this world and that's why this world is going away it's
like shitty everywhere everywhere which is definitely that which is definitely that be
more come on now since we're on such a serious subject you think you're gonna be quiet and nod
and give the side eye over there but you know what i've been keeping my side eyes to myself sir um okay no honestly it was i was just over here kind of nodding and things because like what i
just started remembering was you know like i go through my moments where you know i'm either you
know anxious depressed just sad sometimes you know it is what it is so um i was having one of my sad days it's funny like
maybe two weeks ago or so i was coming off of it kind of you know where i started to feel you know
i'm saying on the upswing of things kind of so and i went down to like my old apartment and i found
maggie and so i went and found maggie and i and she's like the my old apartment, and I found Maggie. And so I went and found Maggie.
And she's, like, the one person I would just go and find.
Like, if I want to hug.
And you know how I am, Christian.
Right.
I don't go seek people out and fucking hug people.
I just don't do that.
You know what I'm saying?
Because I don't like people up in my shit.
That's just what it is.
So, B-More is a medical professional, and she just moved from x-ray tech
to... Interventional
radiology. Right.
So, that's when she said her old department.
Sounds like a bunch of smart shit.
Sounds like a bunch of
some nerd glasses
shit in there.
You did have on some
nerd glasses in one of your episodes, didn't you?
Sorry, go ahead.
Continue.
So you went and found Maggie and you got a hug.
Ain't nothing in that glass.
Get you a fork.
The fruit.
Fork.
Look, I don't want to get out.
I'm in tune right now.
At least he ain't in there with his damn tongue up in the glass.
I mean also true
you might as well just start patting the bottom of it
at this point it's so funny
um no
no anyway so
so I went and found Maggie
and it was like I literally I was like
and she was like what
and I literally like sat crawled
in her chair on top of her chair,
and like sat in her lap and just like gave her a hug.
And so, you know, we're just kind of like, you know, talking and just, you know,
you know, sighing and shit.
And then like I got ready to get up and she just like held my hands
and she like looked me dead in my eyes and she was like, I love you.
You are awesome.
Everything is going to be fine.
And she was like, and we're coming over this weekend.
I'm bringing my sister over and we're just going to chill and talk about life.
And I was like, okay, you know what I'm saying?
And so I'm not that person.
Like, I don't know how to be that person, but also I'm glad that I have that type of person that I could just walk up
on.
Listen,
I need a woohoo moment.
So,
right.
Right.
And the moral to the story comes down.
People,
if you're feeling that you're low,
find your person,
find God or even find them both.
If God is not your person right but
you know for some people who that isn't what they want and god isn't what they want there's someone
out there that loves you and will listen because we're having the topic i will put the uh numbers
to the suicide hotline below our episode just know there's people out there to talk to. I don't know what it's like to feel that low.
I've had lows.
Don't know what it's like to feel that low, but I know that people do.
Find help because you're meant to be here.
You should be here.
You're here for a reason.
You can't determine when you need to leave.
I try to tell people, like, think of, of like and this stems from me being more dead like
When you know, literally like sex and like, you know
It's fun like there's like billions of fucking sperm like billions like if billions and you were that one
Right if you really like yeah, and that's little shot whatever it's billions and you were that fucking one that came out
We just really sit down and like oh shit. I beat out a lot of motherfuckers shot whatever it's billions and you were that fucking one that came out and when you really
sit down and like oh shit i beat out a lot of motherfuckers right like and people would like
you've already won like don't like you've won big you've won big so do some shit with it you know
what i'm saying right right and i'm one person that knows that 13 13 year battle with cancer
just and that's just a part of the story you know
life has been so much crazier
than that but just a 13 year battle with cancer
and it's like
what the fuck
stop it B-more
I
bro
I was looking at the camera
I wasn't even looking at y'all
I made sure to keep my eyes focused
on the camera because I saw
the cup go up and then
something else happened.
And then I was like, oh.
In your mind, she's like,
didn't I tell your ass there's nothing in that cup?
Don't pick that damn cup up no more.
Listen, if only she had some
of this fruit and gave it 10 minutes.
She gonna feel that.
Okay. She gonna feel that okay she gonna feel that
that sounded like a pickup line i'm gonna use that one day if only you had some of this fruit
and you see i'm wearing cherries if only you had some of this fruit
no no be more i can't use a matter of fact so we're celebrating her birthday this weekend i'm
gonna walk up to somebody and tell them that.
Why you... Look, if only you had some of this...
Where y'all at?
Where y'all at?
What city y'all at?
We're actually going to be in D.C.
Y'all need to hit me up.
Y'all need to hit me up.
Okay.
That's where I'm at.
Y'all need to take my number and hit me up.
We're supposed to be going to Babylon.
We both live halfway from D.C.
She's in Virginia and I'm in New'm in new york oh yeah oh oh
this is the first time usually i'm talking people are like fucking mississippian shit
honestly for us really like last conversation we had our last podcast we did we were planning to
go to philly and the woman we talked to was in philly rebecca yeah rebecca she was in philly so um cool let's get back on track
here um the bullion when did that stop what did you do to make that stop was there any moment that
it changed for you uh yeah it was i remember remember very vividly because usually
like I said,
I was getting
like,
it was usually
four,
minimum,
maybe,
maybe,
maybe three,
maybe,
because it was
the same group
of guys.
So it's usually
like four,
five guys
getting fucked up
by.
And then I just
remember this one
day,
we're coming
back,
and like
the leader
of the group,
you know,
the guy,
I was just like, I'm going to fuck him up.
And I usually don't fight back because I'm getting fucked up by, you know,
five people.
I just cover up and try not to go back with a messed up face.
And I just remember, like, I was like, yo, I'm tired of your shit, bro.
Like, I want the fair right now.
You know what I'm saying?
And, you know, we shot it, and I fucked him up.
And it was different. and that's it I didn't get
more fights but it was like
it wasn't three guys no more it was usually like
one maybe two like yeah he's gonna fight back now
you know so that was the
that was a really pivotal point in my life
as a youth in my life
alright
his life girl all 22
22 years it's been a long it's been a long one
trust me i did a lot of shit look i could think of like so many things that he wouldn't know what
the hell we were talking about right name one name one you're right you're right look you put
me on the spot damn i'm gonna come back with one because i had i had 22 and as soon as you asked no because
i'm like you know i was thinking i was watching that i was watching that stupid medea movie the
other day yeah and um the homecoming i don't mean to call it stupid people like it but it was at the
part i don't know if anybody's seen it but it was at a part where she claimed she was like
rosa park that she was the reason why rosa park didn't get off the bus has anybody seen that no but and she was like
I took a picture on my iPhone A
or she was like my A phone cause
I had no eye back then and I was just like
oh god
but yeah she said the real reason that
Rosa Parks didn't get off the bus was because
she was gonna whoop her ass
so and it started a whole civil rights
movement it's pretty funny but
no so like
the so the town i was in so i it's in jerry's i don't even know where print their boys um
so it was like growing up i used payphones like it was like we were really like behind
so it was like yeah i was yeah i was i was the age i'm at but i was like did you have a pager
no but i knew people had pagers. I had the fat Bluetooth earpieces.
I did have that.
Do you remember two-way paging where you had to have a separate device to text, two-way paging?
Yeah, I know that.
I know that.
And, like, all the old music, the Marvin Gayes and Max Rose.
I mean, I'm an R&B singer, so I love old school cats.
Right, right, right.
You know know Carl Thomas
All that
Yeah yeah
So
Look once again
A renaissance man
He does it all
We will definitely put
All your information
On this episode
And definitely
You know support your album
And post about it
And talk about it
And make sure that people
Go check it out
So that way
When you become famous
You can give us
Some free tickets or something Look man Y'all got my damn info Look when you become famous you could give us some free tickets or something look man y'all
got my damn info look when you when you open for beyond when you open for beyonce i mean
this summer okay so i may be i may open up a g-car boat it's a little little little little
little plug it but uh so just pray for that to stay in line
And not collapse
Right, right, definitely
I'm not a praying man yet
I'm working on it
It's all good, brother
It's pretty funny
I grew up in a Catholic household
So, you know
We went and did the communions
And the confirmations
Well, my brothers did
I never did because I didn't like You know, we went and did, like, the communions and the confirmations. Well, my brothers did.
I never did because I didn't like the Bible study school classes that you had to go to.
Because I had questions that people didn't ask, you know?
Right, right.
And so because I asked these weird questions, someone could give me answers.
And then they would, like, scold me for asking good questions.
And it's like... That's the problem with the church.
Right, right, right. And that's kind of what happened because it messed me up because it's like how can you want me
to believe in something that you can't tell me everything about or that you can't point me in
the direction to find everything that i need to find that every time i hear something like that
bro like really like honestly like no jokes inside this shit breaks my heart and um that's why i try
to be like i feel like that's part of the reason like why i because i don't if you listen to my music like i talk about that a lot i talk about you know my
less problems with women i talk about a whole bunch of shit and i don't like people ask me
like what do you label like i just label myself r&b singer i don't want to label myself christian
because i don't want to be right in the box like i only have to talk about god no i'm going to talk
about me smoking we're going to talk about life you know what i'm saying so i can relate to people
and they can see like this is a really genuine guy.
And he just, yeah, he believes in God.
But, like, I want them to see the spirit of God in me.
Like, God came here.
Jesus came here to love people.
God is who the fuck you were, what the fuck you do, what the fuck you like.
You know what I'm saying?
At the end of the day, the church is missing that aspect of really being human with people
and, like, not judging people.
I grew up with that shit like
my father so i i generally hate that shit you know what i'm saying right so yeah let's get a drink
but you know what i think that's what kind of like messed me up for like the rest of my life
where like i need concrete you know it's like i couldn't i couldn't put any faith in anything that
i couldn't touch or see you know but it goes beyond the church you know now it's like I couldn't I couldn't put any faith in anything that I couldn't touch or see, you know, but it goes beyond the church.
You know, now it comes to love and friendship and just everything, because if I don't have a concrete representation, then what you're saying ain't true.
You know, but to me, it did start in the church because you talk to me so much about Jesus.
And then it's like everything about Christ was negative you know because you were going to
be punished for your sins you know or you know remember he you know God did this and you know
you have to fear God and you know people didn't explain to me that it should have been a reverence
so you know I'm fearing God like I fear Freddy Krueger you know because that's what they're
telling me I need to have a fear of God you, and it's like sometimes it's just explaining it differently.
Now, when I learned that Jesus was a real person and they can actually prove that he was a real person, my concept of Christ changed.
You know, and he just became this incredible man to me.
Now I'm still on my journey to figure out what happens next you know so it's cool uh uh explaining this or us having this dialect in this conversation because
it's necessary for sure um i know there's people that feel the same way i do like it's like if i
can't see you you know i remember one time telling somebody like i want to have a conversation with
god like come and talk to me you know me and you both but then it's funny because i remember her words to me she said um you're not special enough like what makes you
think that god's gonna come speak to you and i was like is that someone out is that something i
want to serve then because if i'm not special why should i serve and follow you that's fine that's
fine yeah i always tell people this.
We can't see the wind.
You can't see it.
You can't touch that shit, but you can feel that motherfucker.
You know when it's windy outside.
There's multiple metaphors for that same exact circumstance, but there's a lot of things in this world that we cannot see.
We cannot hear.
We cannot touch.
We cannot taste.
None of our senses can operate it right but it's
it's there right so it's it's it's like you said it's how the church brings it about how the church
is communicating christ and they really have to work on that um that's why i never like my father
was a pastor i never wanted that position i never wanted to preach i never wanted to pulpit because
i know myself like i said i'm a sinner i'm fucked up so i never want to be in a position where that's why i love my podcast because i feel like i'm
talking to people as dominion like i'm talking to them on a base level like we're friends like
this where you know we're having a conversation and we're just chatting not where i'm like above
you and i'm you know i i really like something in me just doesn't like that right and i really
appreciate god giving me giving me that spirit
where it's like no i don't want to just talk to you like let's go let's go get a drink and talk
about christ you know let's smoke a j and talk about christ for sure for sure look that's the
time to talk about it because i'm gonna beat this hell like we have any difficulties and shit like
girl i'm telling you i'm telling you like like how is the moon the sun on fire and there's no oxygen in space?
Explain this to me.
I like this guy.
Be more known.
I'll come up with some left.
We know how fast
light travels.
How fast does dark travel?
Why are we not studying this shit?
You know what I'm saying?
Then it's like I think of this shit and it sticks with me because it's so
true and shit right so like i have that high thought yeah and now i'm over here thinking
but dark is only the absence of light so would it actually travel or it don't matter there has
to be a measurement for it though there has to be a measurement for it, though. There has to be a measurement for it. That is true. I've never, like, I used to be really good at science.
We've never talked about any kind of metrical aspect of darkness.
It was only light.
I mean, honestly, you got to think about it.
Because dark is only the absence of light.
So it's not even like a real thing without.
But in a spiritual aspect, darkness is such a negative thing.
Yeah.
You know, people who have darkness People who are dark you know
It's the darkness in them when you see evil spirits
They're dark you know so it's like
Okay explain this to me explain this dark to me
Once again because I'm concrete
But it isn't until I'm high
Oh yeah
That I start thinking about
This shit and I be like
I can sit down be more or no cause she always
Says I'll fuck up her high Because she's trying to like chill on her shit but i'm trying to have like
this deep conversation so so so we need to definitely because i'm i'm i'm like both i can
definitely like if i'm on my low side i can just move and chill out and especially when i need to
relax but i'm my brain operates that way. Like when I make music,
when I do different creative shit,
not that I need a J,
but when I have a J,
everything is clear.
I'm having these lots of internal conversations.
So we can both really have different conversations.
You know what I'm saying?
But you know what?
It's in that state that I started to realize
that I need to find God.
And I felt like it was in that state realizing that it started with me.
You know, if I better understand myself, then I will better understand God.
It's like, stop looking outside.
Start looking within.
Right.
That's fire.
That's fire.
Yeah.
Look, don't get me started.
Go ahead.
Get started.
No, please.
Don't get him started.
She said no. Oh Oh I'm sorry my bad
Was it the side eye
It's okay
You know what
We here you know what I'm saying
I'll tell you about it
You know what that's why I make sure that she is on
These podcasts cause she does keep me like
Back on track she be like okay come on Get back on track. She's like, okay, come on.
Get back on track.
The moral of that story, people, is smoke weed.
It helps.
If you like to,
you should do that.
I was being a bully right there.
I was being a bully.
Don't pressure
anyone to do anything.
If they would like to try it, then as long as you're of age, you should try it.
Right. Absolutely. 100 percent agree.
Or it's so funny. A friend of mine just found out that his 14 year old daughter, like she came home from work smoking and and it's like she probably took some of your shit.
Like you do shit everywhere like if you smoking in front of your kids that much and
yeah like you always say like they should do what i say and not what i do but yeah but no that shit
don't work but then you want us to look it's like lead by example also you know i'm saying right
right if like if that's the example you give me then um i can't be mad when you 14 year old
smoking which is another reason why I ain't having no kids
but because I ain't got time also true I'm well you know what Brandy you actually have really good
kids Melinda is like awesome Brandy has like a teenager now and yeah but her daughter is really
awesome I'm just scared for the moment that she wants to wear
makeup or mini dresses some shit i'm like i cannot wait for that conversation
because you know some shit you don't want in your lifetime okay no i didn't start wearing
inappropriate shit until i was older i was just kind of i was kind of like she was i was in between
every now and again i kind of want to be cute but most of the times it's just about being
you know what I'm saying?
Stylish and comfortable.
I know.
I know.
I'm going to say about 10 years ago, you went through that whole phase.
Yeah.
It was serious.
It was serious.
I'm going to have to show you some pictures.
We're talking about like six inch heels.
Listen, man.
Dresses right below the butt cheek.
Oh, we got a lot
To talk about
This weekend there
Make sure you bring
Some of that
Some of those
Dresses below those
I got you
I got you
We gonna go through
A photo book
I'm gonna be showing
You pictures that look
Like I'm a proud mama
Look at my baby
Oh yeah
Oh yeah
I'm gonna need that
This is
This is Be More Naked
You know
Because you always
Gotta show that
Naked picture
Wait a minute.
Be more comfortable.
Is she coming too?
Is she coming too?
Time out.
So, as a personal trainer, how many clients do you usually have on average?
Wait, hold on. I know your answer.
Not try to get back on subject.
I thought somehow
you was going to tie that shit into what we were talking about.
I did too.
About your whole days?
Something clever.
I knew what y'all wanted to hear, but I won't give y'all what y'all
wanted to hear. She's going to get'all what y'all wanted to hear
alright she's gonna get us back on track
so I guess it's a good question
so usually I try to keep between
three to four in person clients
and then my online platform
is you know infinite
so now do you do one on one
sorry do you do one on one online
also or is it kind of like
I do one on one online and then I haven't had a group session also or is it I do one-on-one online and then I
haven't had a group session a while but I do group sessions yeah right now my
app is being developed so my site you I used to have my programs available on my
site you know you just log in and clean account you have access to my fitness
program and nutrition programs but all that's being migrated to my app that's being developed right now so
my only online service is just like you know one-on-one workouts with group workouts or I
just write people programs oh cool cool yeah I might have to COVID messed me up right I used
to go to the gym all the time all the time and then COVID hit and I stopped going to the gym all the time all the time and then kovit hit and i stopped going to the gym and i
gained like 40 pounds that i can't get rid of now because i have like no energy to like get back
into it it's like i got you i got you i got you get him back into working out and then you know
i decided a year ago that the best thing is funny be more i've been here a year now but i decided a year ago a year you left me a whole year ago now i left her a whole year ago i decided for for my
betterment especially since we talk about mental health i just lived in an environment where i felt
like i was stuck you know i felt like i was dying in a sense you know i kind of experienced a lot
of life went through a lot of hardship and turmoil and all those kind of things that I needed something to change.
So I took all my belongings and everything that could fit into my little Nissan Altima.
I packed it up and drove 10 hours and stopped and decided this is where I'm going to live.
I didn't know anybody.
I didn't have a job, but I knew I'm going to live. I didn't know anybody. I didn't have a job.
But I knew I needed to get away.
So I packed up everything I had, moved,
and it's been like the best thing in my life. And I know, B-More, you hate for me
to say that because I do love and miss
you so much, girl, but I had to do it for me.
Hey, B-More,
I will never change. I will never leave you.
Okay.
I appreciate that.
And neither will Christ.
And neither will Christ.
Look, can't nobody replace me.
You know what I'm saying?
I am one of a kind.
I know.
And since can't nobody replace you, I'm stuck over here all alone.
I told you to move with me. I tried i told you to move with me i tried to get
her to move with me but i know she has look she has entanglements okay time out again hold up
she has entanglements by entanglement she means he means children and their other families that is what i'm children and their other families yeah because be more doesn't do relationships
hold up what the fuck okay okay she she has ships but they don't start with relations Hold up You know what Alright so
That's what we're doing
Okay so cool cool cool
And on that note
It's been a wonderful
Podcast guys
I'm so happy
No no we can't end it
Tell me what we can't do
First of all Okay look We thank you guys for watching No, we can't end it. Okay, we're going to get back on subject. Tell me what we can't do.
First of all, okay, look, we thank you guys for watching.
They're going to be like, these fools just got up here and talked the whole time.
But we did talk about some mental health stuff, so we kind of got it in there.
But let's talk about Dominion, the brand.
How can people reach you?
What should they know about you?
Go ahead and now's the time to promote yourself more and maybe not so quickly like you did last time my fault so people could get it this time yeah so you can find me you're gonna put the words on the screen this stuff usually don't you
yeah yeah i'm gonna have all the links up there but go ahead and give it to the people okay
yeah so my site um minion training.com that's. That's MinionTraining.com. You can access me.
All my social media links are there.
My Facebook, my Instagram, that's all Minion Training.
TikTok, Minion Training.
Pinterest, Minion Training.
For my music, just type in Dominion, all caps, on all available streaming platforms.
Podcast is Minion Motivation and all available podcast platforms. Again, all that is
all on my site. If you just go to MinionTraining.com
you can find basically everything
I do.
That's it. Go to MinionTraining.com
Go to MinionTraining.com and then as
far as your podcast, what's the motivation
for your podcast?
What content
can you expect?
Basically, I talk about mental health and i try to focus on purpose i'm big on purpose um because i feel like
if you don't have purpose you're not living your life um purpose and encapsulates everything about
like living a fulfilled life right like you can see people who are not on purpose yeah they they
may be making millions of dollars and they still end up killing themselves versus people who make
five dollars a day and they have a smile on their face every day.
And they're, you know, constantly giving positive energy into the world.
So I really try to help people find their purpose and, you know, maximize that purpose.
Like, you know, I get told like, oh, like, you know, you're doing all these different things.
Are you sure you don't want to focus on one of them?
Like, no, fuck you.
God didn't give you all the things he's given me.
He's given to me for a reason because i can maximize all these different things and you know spread
more value than somebody who can only do one thing that's not talking down on them that's just the
capacity you're at i'm in a different you know capacity so um yeah that's where that's that's
what i you know talk about my podcast um helping people find their purpose i just talk about my
life i talk about the shit i go through i talk about how it can relate to other people and how people can pull value
and experiences from what I go through.
So they don't have to go through that same shit I did.
So yeah,
all that again,
there's on my site at mini training.com.
You guessed it.
Yeah.
I was like,
Oh yeah,
let me,
I went on Instagram and hit the follow button.
Oh,
you just follow me.
Okay,
cool.
I will follow you back. Look, okay. I had a slow moment and here go my high moment then have one because it's like
dominion minion you get it i just clicked for me it just clicked for me okay
at least it clicked listen when you asked like about um like about how he figured out his name
i was like it's just a shortened version of his name right but i was like oh my god okay maybe you're okay you know
why because i always think of my minions you know i'm saying i always think about my minion so like
okay people it's just a short version of his name. That's it. But, and look,
oh my God, I'm so slow. I was like,
your answer was like nothing special.
And I was like,
why me? And he gave me an answer,
but it was like,
I thought it was going to be deep as shit, right?
Nope, not at all
I thought it would be this deep
Like he was about to like drop some shit
On us
You know what I'm saying
He was about to like
You know
It was gonna be relatable
And I was over here like
Why the fuck did you ask that dumbass question
Yo y'all hilarious right
I don't think I've ever
hit this much on a damn interview
oh my god
you're right
because you know laughter is life
so you know
while we try to work out all these fucking feelings
you know laughter is a really good thing
you guys have to keep it light
I guess really quickly what are some of the things you do to take people on their journey to find their purpose
without giving away any of your trade secrets there's not really many secrets it's just
literally having a conversation with people like for me like what I found is like usually your
purpose is in line with your passion so like what are you passionate what are you like what can't you go a day without thinking of it we're doing like that's that's most like 99 of
time where your purpose is lying is where your passion lies that's how that's what god does like
he puts it where like you can't go without doing like you can't go without helping people get
better or talking about something positive like that's usually you know where your purpose is and your purpose is probably more of a um a deeper topic than you know what your passion
is um but they're definitely heavily connected so that's what i found you know helping people
on that journey by finding their purpose and it has nothing to do with minions people has nothing
to do with absolutely nothing oh my god i feel like i need to go back and like edit
that part of this video no absolutely not you have to leave it absolutely not because i'm over
here thinking right like damn i just thought i just knew the answer was gonna be deep and
he's looking at you looking at me like in the 16th century Right Like back in Nigeria
You know what I'm saying
You was about to get deep on me
You know
Before we migrated
To the US when I was 6
You know like
Come on yo
And then any between you talking
It was like I saw the word as you were speaking.
And it was like Dominion, Minion.
It was when you said all capital.
It was like Dominion, Spotify.
And I was like, Dominion.
Damn.
So anyway, I don't mind being slow for a little bit.
I don't mind being slow for a little bit. I don't mind being slow for a little bit.
It's all good.
You know, but I recently just had one of my low days where I thought I was going to quit my job the other day.
Yeah.
Well, yeah.
That is hilarious.
So my company decided to change computer systems, right?
I work for like a, it's like a largest company.
They made like $5 billion last year profit.
Okay. work for like a it's like a largest company they made like five billion dollars last year profit okay and they changed this computer system that went from being as simple as walking to now like
flying a space shuttle like like that complex you know and i manage transportation so everything
falls back on me if customers don't get their product it's my fault it doesn't matter
that it had to actually go through production they didn't get it because of me so a lot of
things fell on me and i wasn't feeling good and i just had to like leave i just walked like i had
people in my office and i got up out my chair and i walked past everybody and just went outside and
i know they're like where the fuck is he going? I just
needed a moment.
You know? Like we're in the middle
of a meeting and I just had to leave. I needed a moment
with my source. You know?
I needed that Holy Spirit at that time.
Yeah. I went outside
and I yelled and maybe I got it.
Maybe I just don't know that I'm not
recognizing it because it did calm me.
I mean I went outside and yelled and everybody started looking at me like I was crazy.
But it's cool.
It made you feel better, so fuck with it.
It made me feel better.
So, B-Mo, you got any last words for the people?
Because we are, even though we're not right now, we are celebrating your B-Day.
Happy B-Day.
Happy birthday.
Happy 40.
The big 4-0.
4-0 4-0
40 and 5
I know and I accidentally
left my ID at home today
when I went to the store
to try to buy a bottle of wine
and this old ass man
didn't let me buy it
because I didn't have my ID
I was like
you raggedy bitch
you don't give me this bottle of wine
that's the only time
where you want to look your age
the only time you want to look your age
is when you need ID to verify how old you are.
That's crazy.
I was annoyed.
Any last words for the people?
Be more.
What you got for us?
Give us something special.
We talked about a lot of things.
Mental health.
We have talked about a lot of things.
One thing that I will say is that 40-year old me is definitely different than 30 year old me.
And man,
like,
I don't even know.
It's like,
I know I'm a blessed individual,
honestly,
you know,
because I could be like my best friend and didn't make it to 40.
You know what I'm saying?
So,
you know,
it's kind of like Somewhere in between YOLO
You know
Like
Hey
Take that
You're showing you 40 now
Go ahead YOLO
Shut up
I remember that though
See
Look
That's what I'm talking about
You have to remember it
That's how old it is
Go ahead
So yes
YOLO
You only live once Like For the youngsters that don't know that's what it
stands for um anyway so yes uh that and you know go ahead and go see that friend go take that trip
you know what i'm saying those things that sometimes you gotta drag yourself to do
there's a reason you know why you feel like you you gotta drag yourself to do it you know what I'm saying? Those things that sometimes you got to drag yourself to do. There's a reason, you know, why you feel like you, you got to drag yourself to do it. You know
what I'm saying? It's, it's something that's saying, nah, don't do that because you're going
to be missing out on, you know, an opportunity, a, you know, um, what's the word that I'm looking
for? Um, you know, you just never know.
Experience, yeah.
That, you know, you might miss out on.
You know, so, do that shit, yo.
Do that shit, yo.
Do that shit.
You hear that?
Okay, those are the words.
Do that shit, yo.
I'm putting that on your headstone, girl.
Do that shit, yo.
Okay, Dominion, what you got for our listeners?
Closing out.
Shit.
I just want to thank y'all for having me on this podcast.
It's such an honor to be connected with some amazing people.
I can just already tell.
Just, I always tell people, like I said,
you don't know if you're going to die in the next five minutes
or in the next 50 years.
You know what I'm saying?
Shit is really real when that joint hits you.
Like,
and it don't hit you
until it hits you.
So don't,
don't fucking wait.
Don't,
don't wait
when you're in the hospital bed.
You know?
Like I said,
I just,
you know,
went through that.
You know,
losing two people
in the same month.
So,
just,
just,
just do whatever
you want to do.
Just do it.
Except for killing people. Except for anything like terrible. Yeah, yeah don't do that shit though i don't condone it because don't do that go get
go get call of duty and go out if you want to kill people there's like oculus now like you can
experience it and not actually do it but um's true But um No seriously though Like you said
Just don't kill people
Just don't kill people
Don't kill or rape people
That's
It's like we have to say
These things now
Because people actually
It's horrible
Right
And like leave them kids alone
Okay
Leave the kids alone
Um
But yeah just
Whatever you like
If you feel like
You're you know
You're called to sing
If you feel like
You're called to preach
If you feel like
You're called to have a podcast Like you're called To go, if you feel like you're called to preach, if you feel like you're called to have a podcast,
if you're called to go into medicine or build a fucking house,
just do it.
You get one fucking life.
One fucking life that has no time or destination or clock
or when it's going to end or when it's going to be over.
You could die at 16.
You could die at 65.
Real shit.
Do what the fuck you want to do and be great at it.
Be excellent. If it's wiping toilets, be the fucking person i heard something about eric thomas said he had a friend
who used to cut grass and then people used to make fun of him because he used to like put so
much diligence into cutting fucking grass now this motherfucker makes over six figures cutting
fucking grass do what you want to do and do with excellence because there's money out here
and every every fucking industry that's your passion get it done invest your passion get it done there is enough for everybody
no matter what people say there's you know don't let these people fool you there's money out here
telling you we don't have to go into hating or stealing or or taking from somebody else or
trying to take somebody's job and sabotage and manipulation absolutely you know that's the darkness that we don't want to measure right right it's always like let's refrain from all
