Welcome to This Is Important, a production of IHart Radio, the show where we talk about what's obviously most critically, crucially important. Today on This Is Important. I let a dog look at my asshole on television. Come on.
Starting point is 00:02:58 Please look at my asshole. things are better when you do them but naked if you have the guts to do it Oh, that shit's important All right Good back We're back, baby
Starting point is 00:03:27 What's up, my friends? Did you guys know we're feeling good as the walk-up song For Shohei Otani? Yes, I did know that actually I did know that That's a cool walk-up song It's just that's one way to find out He's a fan of the podcast
Starting point is 00:03:41 God damn That'd be sick if we found out Show Hey Otani He was a fan of the podcast, too. Oh, yeah. Because I don't know if he even speaks English. Well, that's kind of his claim. When he kind of got busted for gambling, he's like, I don't actually speak the language.
Starting point is 00:03:57 Yeah, hey, in Japanese, that doesn't mean I'm cheating. Yeah, how do you say, I don't think so in Japanese? Do you know? Well, he knows because that's what he speaks. Yeah. Oh, man! Not damn! And I'm feeling good.
Starting point is 00:04:13 I'm feeling good. I'm feeling. Good Does he pick that song Or does somebody else? Yeah, apparently you pick it You're the one who picks it Oh, Boubley is for sure international
Starting point is 00:04:24 You know he's got like a crazy Yeah, he's got a crazy career in Asia For sure You know he just goes out clean stuff That's like, I heard Kenny G is like massive in China Like he's a god Yeah, okay
Starting point is 00:04:40 Like he just walks around with his dick out And they don't give a fuck bro Yeah, that's what you You're here? Yeah. Yes. He got both clarinets out on stage. I saw, like, this clip of, like, who has the most sex by country? Maybe Todd can try to find this.
Starting point is 00:04:57 But it was who has the most sex by country. It's just Kenny G. Kenny G. In China. And Japan, they have sex, like, 27 times a year or something. The whole collective. The way, the, what is everybody hearing that? What's that?
Starting point is 00:05:12 Bro, Adam, you were just on remit. You were just like, wow, wow, wow. Wow, wow, wow. That was dope, dude. I hope that stays. Yeah. Kumbaya. I'm having a cool, cool internet day.
Starting point is 00:05:22 So you said Japan has sex 27 times per year? It was like kind of a low amount that you're like, that's not that great two times a month with a few extra times. So that's not high. Yeah. No. That's not good. Yeah, with little kids, that's pretty good.
Starting point is 00:05:41 But then America was like. You want to rephrase that? No, not sex with little kids. No, he's saying sex when you have children. When you have little kids. Yeah, not. Yeah, is my internet? Am I chunking here?
Starting point is 00:05:53 What's going on? Yeah, yeah, that's a good claim. Your Honor, I was chunkin. I must be chunkin. I must be chunkin. The internet was acting funny, dude. It wasn't me. Yeah, so.
Starting point is 00:06:03 That's life. But then it said, like, America was like 87 times a year. But then we were on the low end. And then you go to fucking places like Japan. Wait, wait, wait, wait, can we guess? Can we guess what's high? Can we guess what's high? Sorry, Germany, and it was way, way higher.
Starting point is 00:06:19 Todd, please try to find... The numbers. The numbers. Try to find the numbers. Who do you think is fucking the most? I feel like it's France, right? France is... Fuck.
Starting point is 00:06:29 Maybe Thailand. Do you think France is fucking? Maybe Thailand. Yeah, I was going to say, Indonesia or Nigeria must be fucking. I'm going to come. That's just what I imagine. Yes, it's hotter.
Starting point is 00:06:41 Which, to me, when it's super hot, I don't know if I want to fuck it when it's that hot When it's like stanky Swampass hot But I also don't want to have sex When it's too cold either I think that might be worth But here's the thing is that Swampass is like
Starting point is 00:06:58 When you're somewhere where it's not that hot at the time Like and then it is you go ooh swamp ass When it's hot all the time you're just like That's just ass Ass just smells like that Bear your face So he couldn't find And he couldn't find what I was talking about.
Starting point is 00:07:15 Hot, hot, hot, hot, hot. Todd did find which countries are the most promiscuous. Oh, promiscuous girl. Chew it. Clubbanger. What's the... Okay. And who is?
Starting point is 00:07:28 What do we got? Or should we guess? I haven't opened the chat. Like Steve Nash? Yeah, take a guess. We've all been there. Which I think Blake's been to two countries, so this really narrows it down. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:07:40 Holy shit. Dude, I think I... He should be able to guess. It's got to be either Canada or Australia. Yep. That's where you've been? It's Australia? I think those are the two places I've been in my life.
Starting point is 00:07:55 Down under. Yes, Australia. And you've been to Mexico. You came to my wedding. I got married to Mexico. That is true. That is true. That's not shocking, I guess.
Starting point is 00:08:02 That's not shocking about... Yeah. Australia. They're crazy out there. It's a wild place. In the outback? You just drive out. the outback. Even the koalas got
Starting point is 00:08:13 STDs. Oh yeah, they'd be fuchsin, bro. They've chlamydia, right? That's the whole thing? I think so. Yeah, that's the thing. Which, what is the science behind that? Is that a sexually transmitted chlamydia? Bend over them. Yeah. They all just plucked each other and gave each other
Starting point is 00:08:27 chlamydia and they're on like a giant island, essentially, and then they can't get off and they're just spreading. Can't get off. They figured out how to get off. Okay. Yes, points. That's a dad point right there. Very much.
Starting point is 00:08:43 Dude, I had maggots in my garbage today outside. Why? I don't know. Something was funky in there, but, dude, dude, I hate maggots. It has been... All week was hot. Very hot. This is full-on dog days we're dealing with.
Starting point is 00:08:57 Insanely hot. Nuck and Grandma! You know, they weren't as gross as I remember them. Maggots? Yeah. Oh, I find them quite revolting. They were just kind of like little wriggly dudes. Yeah, when I...
Starting point is 00:09:08 When you were brushing... In Charleston, pulled that... When I pulled that... comb out of that disgusting cup and then ran it through my hair and then found maggots in my hair. I found that pretty gross. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. You're just saying like they aren't like... But you don't like swamp ass.
Starting point is 00:09:23 I mean, come out. Yeah, that's true. Ders lives for it, dude. Do I make you horny, baby? They just didn't, I mean, I guess the last, like, when you see him on like a dead animal, it's gnarly, because you're like, you guys enjoying that? When you're eating garbage, you're like, yeah, I guess, I was just eating that, so I guess I get where you're coming from.
Starting point is 00:09:45 But they didn't seem as gnarly. Yeah, what? They were like L.A. maggots. They were just kind of like cool about things, you know? Not slimy. Layed back. Super liberal. Oh, that's cool.
Starting point is 00:09:56 Yeah. That's cool. New all the talking points, though. Progressives? Yeah. I like that, dude. They weren't just like, I'm just here marching. And then when someone says why, they don't know.
Starting point is 00:10:05 They knew. They knew. They knew. Okay. Who they voted for? Bass. If we're getting Polly charged right now. Oh, God, here we go.
Starting point is 00:10:12 Dude, I join this. You know, I live in kind of a fancy highfalutin area. Yeah. Enclave. They call that an enclave. It's a rich enclave. And it'sfalutin. And thefalutin is high around here.
Starting point is 00:10:28 And so I joined this, like, club because it has, like, a nice pool that my son can, like, swim at all the time. And I was like, yeah, this could be cool. That's how I roll. And so they have a nice gym. and I'm working out at the gym and this guy comes up and he's talking to me
Starting point is 00:10:43 and he dropped that my neighbor he like knows where I live which was off putting but he was like it's a small enclave he was like yeah your neighbor's trying to try to sell his house for a crazy amount of money that he probably won't get
Starting point is 00:10:58 but he was like you know he's kind of a fucking lib tard did you know that and he dropped lib tard for real with the hard tea like it with an actual like actually said it. I've only ever heard it as a joke thing.
Starting point is 00:11:14 Or like written out. Not really coming out of someone's mouth. Yes, or I've read it. I don't know if... You mean like in a meme? Yeah, like in comments and like on on X.com. Yeah. Oh, sure, sure, sure.
Starting point is 00:11:26 Yeah, I'm saying I'm saying IRL, Blake, to speak your language. Yes, thank you. Oh, yes, yes, yes, yeah. Yes, in real life. Okay. And it was so weird to me that he doesn't think I'm a Littart, Which like a Hollywood actor coming in this enclave, this highfalutin enclave, I must have been giving, was I wearing a camouflaged hat? Maybe that was giving.
Starting point is 00:11:49 Exactly. You give really blue. And double pierced ears? You give blue comedy or blue collar tour vibes. That's kind of your comedy wheelhouse, I feel. Feels like you're like Jeff Hawthworthy adjacent. I give blue collar. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:12:03 Well, what's your hat? Your hat's like a hunting hat, right? What is that? What are we looking at? It's like from the local saloon. It's just a saloon nearby. And they have a cool, cool camo hat. Camo hats are really on trend right now.
Starting point is 00:12:16 That's a local saloon near you that has that poser-ass hunter's hat. No, it's not poser-ass. It's fucking cool. Well, what does it say? All I see is real camo and then, like, blue. It says Balboa Saloon. Get her done it. Great bar.
Starting point is 00:12:29 Great bar. Great bar. They've got good merch too. Yeah. And do they have the, what's the eggs in the jar? Do I do? What is it again? Pickled eggs?
Starting point is 00:12:39 Devil eggs. Pickled egg. Pickled eggs. Dude. So underrated. I love a pickled egg. Dude, what I also like them, but I'm like, what a insane thing to have in a bar. Okay.
Starting point is 00:12:51 Because. Where did it start? Pirates. Because the fart, the fart game inside of a bar. And maybe that was the bit. Now, the Balboa Saloon, if we're talking about this specific bar, the ceilings are high. It's like 20 feet ceilings. Oh.
Starting point is 00:13:06 So farts can dissipate pretty easily. Mm-hmm. They can carry. But if you're in a low slung bar and the roof is only like 10 feet high and you're dishing out pickled eggs, that is foul. That is absolutely foul. Well, if you own a bar like that, if you own a bar like that, you shouldn't have pickled eggs on deck.
Starting point is 00:13:32 You should have just probably like... Oh, Blake Anderson's in charge of everybody now. I think you should probably just have like Fabriz or something. Uh-huh. Something that will freshen the air. That's when you know it's a good bar when you go in and there's just some dude's praying Fabri. Dude, right out the gate. Wait, we got a customer.
Starting point is 00:13:49 Oh, my God. Get that forbreed. What can I get you? So Isaac's doing some work in the chat and he's saying pickle eggs became a staple bar and pub snack in the 19th century evolving from general food preservation practices that date back to the 17th century year. Oh, damn. Damn, okay. Get them, Europe. Sounds like some lib-dart shit to me.
Starting point is 00:14:11 Yeah, what the hell? I'm pissed now! Dang. You're telling me from Europe? Okay, interesting, interesting. Um, thanks, Isaac. Behind every night spent making the kids' lunches, there's a lot of suspense. Will they finally eat the veggies?
Starting point is 00:14:31 Will the pesto survive the first bite? Will the lunchbox come home empty, half full, or come home at all? Starting point is 00:14:56 So where'd you go from there? Were you kind of like, after the dude dropped the hard libtard, where you got like, yeah, yeah, I get it. Like, did you kind of start to play it off like you were on their side? Like he's such a cuck, dude. I agree. Yeah, I was like, snowflake bitch. Yeah. I was like, just a little pile on.
Starting point is 00:15:16 Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm going to go use the men's bathroom. That's all. Yeah. And it better say men's. It better not say all genders. Yeah, absolutely. Yeah, I really leaned into it.
Starting point is 00:15:28 Good, dude. I like that. No, I don't, I think I just, like, uncomfortably laughed. It's one of those things that you have all kinds of stuff that you think you were going to be like. I don't find that funny or, oh, I'm actually a libtard myself. I'm a bit of a... I'm bit...
Starting point is 00:15:46 Yeah. I'm bit libted. People said I put the tart and lib tart. Yeah. That might actually work with him. He go, that's good. That's funny. Clever?
Starting point is 00:15:56 Yeah, yeah. I wish I would have said something really clever like that. But instead, I just went, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. He's bad. Yeah. Well, better get back to my Bulgarian squats.
Starting point is 00:16:07 All right, whites only. See you at the meeting. Better get back to my split squats. What makes the squats so Bulgarian? What's the Bulgarian about it? You know what a Bulgarian squad is, split squat? I do not know what that is. With that boating?
Starting point is 00:16:23 It's literally just a split squat. I don't know why they call them Bulgarian. Well, the Bulgarians must have started it. Yeah, they started it, I guess. Like, it's like a Romanian deadlift, isn't it? Dude, I mean, that's my goal is to, now that we're, pitching this out, Bulgarian, Romanian, is there a way that I can come up with a workout move
Starting point is 00:16:44 that has not really been done? And then all of a sudden it catches on and people are like, oh, in 20 years, they're like, oh, are you doing the divine? Are you doing the divine to get that booty pop? Right. I feel like it's got to be where you're from. So it's like USA shoulder press.
Starting point is 00:16:59 No, if it's mine. There's an Arnold press. There's an Arnold press. There's like the Smith machine. There's an Arnold press. The Smith machine is like the best. on like the rails or whatever that's just a guy that's a guy came up with it yeah really yeah Arnold presses the move by the what's the Arnold press Arnold presses with like a look
Starting point is 00:17:17 Adam's putting the mic down hey ladies ladies this episode's for you here we go mr. universe hold up oh god damn in here I've been well obviously with dumbbell that I was hoping it was gonna be like and Adam when you do that your face always gets a little smaller yeah you really like you were kind of like were you visualizing weight in your hands You don't even need barbell. To get a body like this, Blake, it's always about, one is about muscle confusion. The muscles have to be fucking confused as to what you're doing next. Who cares?
Starting point is 00:17:48 And then it's the mind muscle connection. You have to only be thinking about the muscles contracting, okay? Let go of that other bullshit in your fucking life. When you enter the Iron Paradise, when you step through those golden gates. I'm beating off now. I'm beating off. You let all the bullshit go. way. You fucking strapping to that
Starting point is 00:18:09 machine and you fucking lift baby. I don't care. You think about nothing but your muscles contracting getting stronger, getting beefy. When is he going to stop? Dude, you got to leave it all at the door. That fight you just had with your wife, leave it at the
Starting point is 00:18:25 door. Leave it at the door. There he goes again. We're lifting now. We're lifting now. That 9 to 5. What would you name your gym if you had a gym? Oh, come on. Like, because you called it like Iron Paradise or whatever, I think that's, that's the rock, right? That was the rocks thing, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:18:43 So what would yours be? Nucky Grandma! It would have to be, it would have to be like something like DeMamp Camp. Yeah. You know. What's the Garden of Eden? Oh, that's kind of cool. Adam, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:18:56 Adam's Garden of Eden. Yeah. Now, that sounds like a place where you like get jerked off. Oh, right. It does. If it's just Adam's Garden of Eating. and it's just a fucking... It's just a beer garden.
Starting point is 00:19:09 This is a kitchen. Garden of eating. Dude, you just... It's just a beer garden with like really tasty pretzels and shit. You can work out or not. I'm gonna be cooking. Now, do you think there is a place
Starting point is 00:19:19 in America, worldwide, you know it exists? But there is a place where you can get a massage and get a happy ending at a gymnasium. At a gym. Oh, every gay gym. Every gay gym. Oh, there we go.
Starting point is 00:19:33 Is that real? Yeah, remember, Kev used to go to the crunch. And he was like, I had to quit because I'd go to take a sauna after working out. And it would just be guys asking me for head or if I wanted it. Oh, he had to quit. 69, dude. And he was like, and after a while, after like five or six blow jobs. I got a dip.
Starting point is 00:19:55 I had to call him. And I got to go. I got to go. I got to. Hey, I didn't want a jaw workout. What are we doing here? Yeah. Hey, oh.
Starting point is 00:20:02 This is the hell of. Yeah. Oh. Yes. Points. I think that he was like, this is like, every time? This is too gay. That seems rad, though.
Starting point is 00:20:13 As long as it stays there, we're all good, dude. It's great. It's the come down. It's great. And you could get a protein shot out of it. So what, down? Okay. Come on, bro.
Starting point is 00:20:23 It's a what down? Immunity boost. Hello. I feel, I'm having my, because this club, the part of the amenities is like the men's clubhouse. You can say country club. The women's. It's not really a country club, it's like a bay club, because it's not, it is a country club, but there's no golf. So it's the, it's water sports.
Starting point is 00:20:44 Thank God. Is it a yacht club? Yes, yeah, essentially. There's just a social club. Yeah, it's a social club. And it's a. Mr. Blue Color comedy, too. Okay, here we go.
Starting point is 00:20:54 Totally blue color comedy. I thought you were libted, bro. Get her done. What the hell? Friendship. But it's my first really experience with like sauna and steam room and that culture. And there are... We just covered that.
Starting point is 00:21:08 Mm. There are really old, rich men that just refuse to put the towel around their waist. Oh, come on. They're just dicks out in their little slides. This is how they got where they are. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:21:24 The whole way. But I will say it's a generational thing because everyone my age, because there's like the older generation and then there's like, the reason we join the club is there's a lot of families with young kids. So I was like, oh, you know, it would be nice to have bow to a place for him to go, make some friends.
Starting point is 00:21:39 And everyone, our generation has a towel around their waist. Yeah. Or wearing like swim trunks or something. But this old generation, they weren't afraid to let it flop. No, no. I mean, come on. It's the greatest generation. But the things feel so much better when you, things feel so much.
Starting point is 00:21:58 All those people are dead. The greatest generation, they're all dead. No, this is my greatest generation. The dudes who sit around, but naked in the sun. Things are better when you do them butt naked if you have the guts to do it. Uh-huh. Like, what's better? What's better?
Starting point is 00:22:11 Swimming in the pool. If you can skinny dip, it feels... I don't like it. It's all wiggily. It feels incredible. It does feel really good. Dude, have you ever just sat in your backyard and fucking just sunbabe butt naked? No.
Starting point is 00:22:24 It feels great, dude. Yeah. And you know what they say it's mad healthy to get sunshine like on your actual butt hole. Like, that's like a movie. They do say that. But you know who... They is? Lib tarts?
Starting point is 00:22:37 It's a libtart. No, actually. I don't think it is. I think it's off the grid tarts. Off the grid tard. But... You know, the people who are like, well, the aliens told me
Starting point is 00:22:47 if I drink a glass of my urine and shine some strobe lights on my asshole, I'm gonna live to 98. That's true. There are like, there is like a specific guy that I see online, but I feel like I've seen it quite a bit on Instagram where there's like...
Starting point is 00:23:00 You still follow Kyle? There's a movement of people who drink their own urine and say it's like, it's a good look. Yeah, it's perineum sunning. Perineum sunning is what they call it. Yeah, and what do they say the advantage of it is? A pridium sunning involves exposing the area of skin
Starting point is 00:23:15 between the genitals and anus to the sunlight. So it's not even really your anus. This is the way. Or your genitals. It's the perinium. Okay. I always called it the gooch or the taint, but... Sure.
Starting point is 00:23:27 This is the fancy word for it. If you're hitting that area with sun, there's probably a pretty good chance that the actual beehole is taken. Well, it depends on how deep your behole is. My beehole is down there, boy. That's true. That's true.
Starting point is 00:23:42 It takes a while to get to yours. I do recall that. Yes, but I mean, there's... Wait, why do you recall that? I've been on set with you where you've been butt naked, and I just... I have a memory of it that will not leave. True, true, true, true.
Starting point is 00:23:55 But I'm assuming you're getting a couple rays of sunshine on your actual hole. Yeah, I would assume. Assume. It does sound fun. But why are they saying that it has any advantage? Like, is it, like, kind of like a solar panel or something? How do they find out?
Starting point is 00:24:13 How do they learn this is my question? That's why it's hard to refute these kind of claims because, like, I don't know. They say there's a long list of health and wellness benefits. The main one is the energy boost. That's what I'm saying. Maybe it's like our solar panel down there. Sunning can stop QI or life force energy leaking from the body. It's science.
Starting point is 00:24:36 So they think it leaks from your asshole. He's leaking. He's leaking. That's the swamp ass of it all. So swamp ass is actually energy leaving the body. Several benefits, including improved sleep. Okay. Which, by the way, if you just get outside for a while and you breathe some fresh air,
Starting point is 00:24:54 you're going to sleep better that night than if you just stayed indoors all day long. So I don't, I think maybe just the going outside is what does it and not, I don't know. You're standing in your backyard with your head at your ankles, shredding your asshole to the sun. Then why don't you do that and we'll do everything else? I have to do this. I'm sorry.
Starting point is 00:25:13 Wait, but is this because like we used to walk around on all fours for however long? Yeah. Or might sound like a little weird on me, bud. Sorry, I'm talking about the thing all evolution. Who did you vote for? Like why the butthole, how do we know that it needs the light? When did it ever get the light? If it never got the light, why do we...
Starting point is 00:25:36 I don't understand. It's a lost art. It's like an ancient secret. I know, but my question is, if we're walking upright... It says it's rooted in Taoism. So Taoism is an ancient Chinese philosophy that means human should live in harmony with Tao or the way. Yeah, I rock with that.
Starting point is 00:25:53 I rock with that. That's my shit. So apparently that comes from... Sunlight has excellent germicidal, and exposure to the sun will help heal, or keep the anal and vaginal areas healthy and free of germs. Okay. So, yeah, I mean, I don't know, dude. I get acupuncture done like several times a month.
Starting point is 00:26:13 Mm-hmm. And so I do believe in some of these ancient Chinese traditions. Oh, they're real, dude. So I might have looped back around, and maybe I might be pointing my asshole to the sun later today. You should. You should. Behind every night spent making the kids' lunches, there's a lot of suspense. Will they finally eat the veggies?
Starting point is 00:26:37 Will the pastos survive the first bite? Will the lunchbox come home empty, half full, or come home at all? On the new podcast Solita, we share the messy reality of traveling alone as a woman.
Starting point is 00:27:06 I can wait four hours for the next bus or this random dude is offering me a ride on his motorcycle. I chose option B. I'm Julie Pinero and I travel by myself because it's a rare space where I can say yes without asking anyone else first. I'm on a mission to reclaim the word Solita, trading the pity for possibility. Every time I tried to be alone, I kept meeting people, and they were like, you smiled at us. Not a lot of people smile around here. It's when you're alone that you're most receptive to the world as it is and not the lies you're sold about it. It can be a time where you push your limits, change your mind, or wake up to a new version of yourself.
Starting point is 00:27:47 So whether you're a solo travel veteran or you're too nervous to book your first trip, I hope you listen to Solita on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. If your bookshelf and your for-you page are equally important to your personality, welcome home. This is Prose Society, the weekly podcast that's part book club, part group chat for thought daughters, pop culture obsesives, and anyone who thinks pride and prejudice and love island deserve the same level of discourse. I'm Eli Rallo and every week we're connecting the dots between books, the internet, and the conversations everyone can't stop having. I'm going to have to look up this story. I'm obsessed. I'm obsessed. From bestselling authors and your favorite book talk creators
Starting point is 00:28:32 to the latest pop culture moments, nothing is off the table. It's like if you can hide some real messages inside compelling characters, then that is a Trojan horse. Whether you're looking for literary deep dives, smart pop culture conversations, or a community of readers
Starting point is 00:28:48 who love to think a little too much, you're in the right place. Listen to pro society on the Iheart radio app Apple Podcasts or wherever you get your podcasts. See you between the pages. Hey guys, it's Adam Devine, Blake Anderson, and Anders Holm from the podcast, this is important. Woo!
Starting point is 00:29:08 Hey y'all, we're here to let you know that on Friday, September 25th at 8 p.m., we will be at the Fallsview Casino Resort in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. You know it. You love it. That's right. We're bringing the chaos and Blake's soundboard across the border. So get your tickets now at T-I-I-I-Tour.com before they sell out. Can't wait to party with you guys. Canadian style. That call was really pivotal for me. Hey, it's Emily Tish Sussman, and this season on She Pivots, the podcast where women share bold career moves and personal turning points that changed everything. I sit down with culture-shifting women who share their pivots like Paralympian, Allie.
Starting point is 00:29:54 Truet. I was like, I'm a month out from a shark attack. There's no way in 11 months I'm making the Paralympics. Advocate Elizabeth Smart. I still feel that drive that I can still make a difference, so I'm going to keep going. Celebrity chef, Carla Hall. Was that scary to walk away from such a stable career after just two years? No, I was more afraid of being unhappy than I was broke and in a dead end job that I didn't enjoy. And feminist legend, Gloria Steinem. All of us were trying to express women's real lives. We need a meeting place of our own. And if I can contribute to that,
Starting point is 00:30:30 I'd like to maintain that and leave this house for that purpose. Listen to She Pivotts on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Look, I'm not doubting that over thousands of years, people have cracked the code on a lot of stuff. I'm just wondering like, I'm crack you. I bet you will. Go ahead.
Starting point is 00:30:50 I run a shot. I'm just like, how do we, what is the thing? Why does sunlight do this to that area? What do you mean? They want an energy boost? They want to feel a little better. They want to, you know, people get really deep into wellness. I'm not saying why do it.
Starting point is 00:31:06 I'm saying, I'm saying what is the mechanism? No, what's the science of it? I think maybe it's like... What do you mean mechanism? Since it's an area that is... Like, this is where the sun don't shine, right? Correct. So maybe that's...
Starting point is 00:31:17 We're talking about where the sun don't shine. Yes. And so what is it about the sun shining there that triggers these things that go into what you're talking about as far as like sleeping better and da-da-da-da-da-da. I think it has something to do with like, you know when you like cut like caffeine out of your diet for like a month? No. And then you go back on caffeine and then it...
Starting point is 00:31:38 It really jolts you up. Sure. I think that maybe that's something like this. Since this area of your body doesn't get sun at all, it completely absorbs the energy of of raw. And it puts you in an energetic state. Interesting. Maybe it's a real wake-up.
Starting point is 00:31:57 So I think that this should be the new thing then. Because it is a viral thing to put sunning your perineum. And if you do it, people take notice. If you post about it online, people are like, oh, my God. Fucking Blake Anderson is sunning his asshole. Like right here, I guess in 2019, Josh Brolin posted a strong warning against the practice. Oh. writing, my pucker hole is crazy burned, and I was going to spend the day shopping with my family.
Starting point is 00:32:24 And instead, I'm icing and using aloe and burn creams because of the severity of the pain. Loose butthole. So apparently Josh Brolin, although he's funny, this might have been a bit. Josh Brolin is, he is sneaky funny. But he's saying to not do it. Is this Galactica himself? But I'm saying, you know how they do the ALS ice bucket challenge for ALS? Sure, of course.
Starting point is 00:32:45 We do. I don't. Go ahead. Well, someone else does that cares. about people with ALS, but... Not me. Go ahead. We know, you don't, but we need to pick a disease that isn't getting a ton of love, and we say,
Starting point is 00:32:59 hey, son, your asshole for pediatric cancer. That's kind of tight. Or we pick a different disease that isn't children. Yeah. But you wanted to be sunny. I think Chad and JT covered this pretty hardcore on their show or whatever they're doing. Oh, they did? They've been sunning their buttholes for a long time. Oh, this is important.
Starting point is 00:33:19 Drew's Legends. Come on, bro. Yeah. Oh. Yeah, I think you're right, Adam. We could pick, what is it? Stiff person's disease? Let's jump on that. Dude, there we go.
Starting point is 00:33:31 I liked it. And then it's like you plank for stiff person syndrome or something. With your butt hole out. Yeah, you plank your asshole towards the sun for stiff person syndrome. Yeah. I really think this is powerful. I'd love to go. Send all your pictures to Blake.
Starting point is 00:33:46 He'll post them. I'd love to go live on Instagram. slide in his DM with all of these photos? I hope it's not something I do, and then I get sort of like I need it. I get like addicted to it, and I'm doing it all the time. And if I don't do it, then my chemical balance is off. I don't want to happen. Do you have other examples of things like that in your life?
Starting point is 00:34:06 Mostly just beer. Yeah. Gotta do that. You're addicted. You are addicted to that. How many beers have you had today, Blake? It is 1 p.m. And it's hot out.
Starting point is 00:34:17 Give them a brand. Zero beers. You've had zero beers. Zero today? What are you talking about? Whoa. It's Monday morning, bro. I don't know, dude.
Starting point is 00:34:26 I just was on a Zoom call with you. Hey, just check it. We got to start a company called Zero Mears. So when somebody asks, have you had any beers you go, I've had zero beers. And then they're like, hey, cool, good. It's called Zero beers, yeah. You've got 30 cans of Zero beers for my shoe. Honey, I've had zero beers.
Starting point is 00:34:43 I've had zero beers. Have you been drinking? I've had zero beers. I've had zero beers. Okay. I believe you? All right. Well, you seem weird.
Starting point is 00:34:54 You might want to sun your asshole for 20 minutes. So you're addicted to drinking. You haven't drunk today yet. Yeah, no, I'm good. Yeah, that's it. I'm chilling. Are you going to drink today, Blake? No.
Starting point is 00:35:06 Wait, I'm not. What is the daily? Hey, Adam, get up his back. He's going to have zero beers. Punk rock. Getting radical. Well, I don't know. I mean, I'm addicted to caffeine.
Starting point is 00:35:16 And there is not a day that I don't. have 800 milligrams of caffeine. I suppose if we're being real, like something that I have to have every day, I do have to drink a cup of coffee. But that to me becomes like habitual, right? Well, that's what I'm wondering, if that's what I'm saying about this.
Starting point is 00:35:34 It's like the best part of waking up is Folgers in your cup. It's just kind of what you do. But I'm talking about like, when you guys used to cup stack when I first met you, sure. Come over and you guys were just...
Starting point is 00:35:46 That wasn't my thing. That was Blake and Kyle's. They were cup stack. Hey, if you don't want to claim it, but that is hardcore. But I didn't say it was my thing. But you guys were really into it. Absolutely.
Starting point is 00:35:59 I'll cup stack right now. And I guess I'm saying, is there anything in your life like that right now? Are you really in there? You can say fatherhood. I'm addicted to being a dad. Tucking my kids in. I'm just being a good father. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:36:13 It does, being a dad does sort of take all of the time for all of those other things. Like I'd like to play a call of duty One game takes 10 minutes Sure, sure So I just do it like a free-for-all game But if you do more than one game I feel an intense guilt If like if my son is around
Starting point is 00:36:32 And I've snuck away to go play He's listening to the end game chat And he's in the room You got involved him No, I'm far away I'm up in my office He's not hearing it Well that's the thing
Starting point is 00:36:44 Adam you've got to give it a little bit But pretty soon Beau's going to be your guy. You guys are going to be on a team going through the levels absolutely scraping. That's going to be the way you bond is in the battlefield. Or they go, deck, can you log off, Dad? But I'm saying is if my thing was cup stacking, I would feel pretty guilty sneaking off and cup stacking for a half hour.
Starting point is 00:37:09 But what if it scratches an itch so that you're not like flying off the handle later? You're like, I just need to do this for a half hour. Yeah. And then I'm ready to join the. fam. Some people are like that with exercise. We're like, they got to get the exercise out of the way or their day's wrecked. That's what, that's how I am. I'm like, I have to work out every day. And Chloe hates it. She's like, I would just prefer you being a fat piece of shit and you're just here.
Starting point is 00:37:32 But I'm like, it's just an hour and a half. Like, let me go freaking to my Iron Paradise. Let me go to Dam camp, baby. Yeah, you got to go sling some metal. I mean, I always, yeah, I got to do some form of sweating. I mean, if you were like, kind of like when I was playing pickleball quite a bit, I started to feel pretty guilty because when you play pickleball, you play for like a couple hours. And it was like, I was doing it like every day and I felt pretty bad. Yeah. This is the knock on lib tarts. Lib tards and regular tarts.
Starting point is 00:38:05 Oh, sir, I don't like it. This is the knock on people that play golf too much and have families. Yeah. I'm like, when they have young kids and they go golfing all the. time, I'm like, oh, you are a bad dad. You might be a bad dad. We played catch when he got back, though. Yeah, absolutely.
Starting point is 00:38:25 Sometimes. Yeah, I'm like, if you play golf, it's one thing if you go golfing every once in a while and, you know, you like golf and it's a thing. But, like, some of these guys that we know are out golfing five days a week. And that takes, what, five, four, five, six hours. That's kind of my main gripe with the. sport is it just takes a little bit too long. I just signed on to a golf trip with some homies down to Arizona. It'll be fun.
Starting point is 00:38:52 That'll be really fun. I go, honey, it's four days. She goes, four days. Yeah, that's how long one game is. And I go, I don't know, is it worth going for one or two or three or four? Like, I don't know. Are you guys going to golf every day, all four days? It depends.
Starting point is 00:39:06 I'm going to start hitting the driving range, like once or twice a week before I go in a couple months. Gear up. And if I'm bad, I'm not going to keep playing. I hate it. I feel like maybe we should go out and just, you know, swing some clubs. I like how this is loop back around to. Maybe we ditch our families and go golf in a little.
Starting point is 00:39:23 Yeah, we golf. We have zero beers on the course. We have a good old time. Come on. We have zero beers. You have a stack of zero beers. Come on. That would be a blast.
Starting point is 00:39:32 Yeah, that being said, let's get really into golf together, you guys. I'm trying. Shout out to any country club in L.A. We know you're listening. Send us the invite. We'll come by. We'll make your club cool. Check out the amenities.
Starting point is 00:39:46 Yeah. Yeah. We'll do some prerineum sunning. You got old guys there? We'd love to see them naked. Dude, I would love to see them naked. Dude, I have never seen this many old men bodies, and they don't care. So is it, you think it's age or generation?
Starting point is 00:40:00 Like, do you think guys our generation in 20 years are still going to be like holding the towel? Like, it's a death grip? I think you're right. I think once you reach a certain age, you kind of just get this fucking. button you're like no i think it's i think it's generational because these guys were the guys that were they were showering in high school in sports and they they were just naked together all the time so it didn't matter as long as there wasn't like girls around and you were just in the locker room it didn't matter if you were naked or not dude then our generation we started drinking that yellow
Starting point is 00:40:37 number five in our dick shrink yeah yeah our dick shrank a little bit you know what dude this kind of remind me of a moment. I finally got my physical, like last week. Oh, good. Thank God. The doctor. He was like, yellow number five. No, you were born this one. He was like, I've never seen T this low. No, he did not say any of that. The doctor, before he, like, started the inspection, he asked if I needed a witness in the room, like if I wanted someone in there with me to watch. To watch. To watch to see if the doctor was going to, like, start. jerking you off or something? I assume, because I was like, I don't think so.
Starting point is 00:41:17 Like, should I? And he's like, it's completely your preference. And I'm like... Did the doctor start, like, licking his lips a little bit? I mean, it's a small room. It could get crowded, but... As soon as I said, no, he started rubbing his hand together. He started rubbing his hands.
Starting point is 00:41:31 Oh, interesting. He's like, don't worry. I'm just making him warm for you. Yeah, he's like... You ever get any sunlight here? Survey says... He just dumps his hand in a fat. He immediately took my legs and put them over my shoulders.
Starting point is 00:41:47 It was just like, I'm going to get, he's like, we're going to have a really good inspection today. You got to cut out carbs. You can't be eating pretzels and he just fucking folds you up. Yeah, but I thought that was kind of wild. Like, it kind of shook me. It was kind of like the same way in like, I don't know, this is kind of Hollywood talk. But when they started to get, what are the intimacy coordinators? Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:42:09 You know, like, which I think is. You've gone on record of hating them. No, no, no. Which I think is fine. But once they start adding that aspect of like, you know, hey, are you all right with it? You do get a little shook like you're like, wait, what is about to happen? Like, I thought this doctor might be. Well, what happened?
Starting point is 00:42:25 You know what you say? You go, no, no one else needs to be here. But obviously, if you try anything, I'm going to fucking beat your ass. Yeah, that's what you say for sure. Doc. Oh, okay. You know what? Let's not have someone in here and see what the fuck happens, Doc.
Starting point is 00:42:40 Oh, you do need a finger in my ass all? You try it, brother. You try it. Did anything happen? I mean, did he have to put his finger in your ass? No, that was what was weird. He asked me all that stuff, and then he didn't touch my dick. What are you paying for?
Starting point is 00:42:56 This is crazy talk. You had a physical, and he didn't touch your dick or your balls. I think they might have taken that out of the curriculum. Because he didn't think you had any. It's probably fine. You're not fucking... You know, this generation... He didn't want to assume your gender?
Starting point is 00:43:10 I think this generation. kind of... Did you go to some Libtar doctor that didn't want to assume your gender? I mean, it was definitely in Hollywood. Yeah. It was definitely in Hollywood. He's like, I don't want to know.
Starting point is 00:43:20 He asked me that question. Say less. I thought for sure he was asking me that question because he's like, basically, I'm going to have your dick out, and I'm going to be touching it. And then we got done with it, and there was no contact in that way.
Starting point is 00:43:32 All he asked me as if I felt like a pressure when I was lifting something heavy in my groin. Yeah. No, not lifting something heavy in my groin. When I lift something heavy. is there like a pressure in my groin? Yeah, yeah. Do you have a, what do they call that?
Starting point is 00:43:46 Hernia? Hernia, yeah. Yeah, but he didn't feel my nuts for like lumps or nothing like that. That is so strange, dude. My doctor's always feeling my nuts. That's weird. Yes. And I feel a little.
Starting point is 00:43:59 I don't think that's weird. I think that's what the doctor... I think you guys are on both ends of the spectrum here. Never and always? And I have a Hollywood. I have a Beverly Hills Hollywood doctor. Well, I mean, I only really go for my once-year physical. And for that physical, we've covered this, but he will, he touches my balls, he touches above.
Starting point is 00:44:20 You know, any pain here, any pain here, touches my nuts, any pain here. He goes, do you feel this? Yeah, and then he spits in his hands, starts stroking, and he's like, does this hurt or what is this? Wake up! No, but then he also... Does it hurt or do you like it? Neither. I thought he was going to put his finger in my asshole.
Starting point is 00:44:38 I thought now I'm in my 40s The fingers go in your asshole That's what I thought I was bracing But they keep kicking that can further down the road They're like, oh, now it's 45 And the finger goes in your asshole And I'm like, oh, and then, you know, is it 50 finger goes in?
Starting point is 00:44:54 So are you, have you started to lie about your age? No, I'm like, I'm 32 That's not what Blake was saying No, I'm saying I'm 50 I'm 50 years old I'm 50 I'm getting up there He walks in full bad grandpa makeup.
Starting point is 00:45:10 Please look at my asshole. Yeah, I'm just wondering if I could get a check. You've got the asshole but it's 42-year-old. Yeah, I'm just wondering. But then he made me bend over the table and then he checks, he spreads my ass cheeks, just looks at my asshole. And goes, oh, yeah, all good. We're good. And that was at.
Starting point is 00:45:35 Yeah, that sucks, man. I didn't get any of that. And you didn't get any of that. No, man. This seems like, is this a real doctor you're going to? This isn't... It's a real doctor.
Starting point is 00:45:43 This isn't like... That lady. You're going to, like, one of the clinics or something. No. That little actor or doctor later? No. This is a UCLA extension. Dr. Paula?
Starting point is 00:45:53 It's got a dog. No, this is a UCLA extension, my friend. This is real deal. Okay. And it's... Sorry, you have extensions? They put the, like, pads on me. EK...
Starting point is 00:46:02 What is it? K-G-G-E-K-G? Yeah, that. The K-G... KGBs. Yeah, they did that. They gave me shots. I did blood work, but there was no, there was no, there's no, there's nothing.
Starting point is 00:46:16 Yeah. Huh. No dick touching. Well, that sucks for you, dude. I'm sorry. Yeah. Yeah. Going to the doctor, it used to be like a whole full service experience.
Starting point is 00:46:24 Did you wear cool underwear? Dude, I showered like twice. I put like baby powder down there. I really didn't want to. No. Baby powder? Stop. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:46:33 No. No, you didn't? For real? Yeah. Yeah. You hit the chalk bag? I did. You showered twice to go to your regular doctor.
Starting point is 00:46:41 Yes. And you put baby powder down there. Dude, you know how hot it's been. I wasn't trying to walk in there with a fucking, just a... He wears gloves. You got to get the seat span on your car. How stinky is your dick? You wash it once.
Starting point is 00:46:57 You wash it once. I don't know. It's got a stink on it, bro. Hey, listen. Does your car have the fan in the seat? It does. It does. This is the ultimate L.A.
Starting point is 00:47:08 I'm going to a meeting game changer. I remember having to, like, walk around in parking lots before going up for meetings back in the day before my car had a fan under the booty. Oh, yeah. A fan under the booty is an absolute game changer. It's a total game. By the way, in Sokow, you don't get to use it enough.
Starting point is 00:47:25 You don't get to use it enough. Come on. It's too cool most of the time. Huh? And then... Toasty! Uh-huh. No, and then this summer has been an absolute
Starting point is 00:47:35 game changer. It's been blazing hip hop and R&B. It's been hot, hot, hot, hot, hot, hot. It's been really, really rough. It's cooled down a little bit, but oh man, it was torturous. It's in the hundreds. Yeah, I live down at the beach. It's never once been 80 degrees in the eight years I've lived down here. Well, you're on the ocean. That's a different animal. Yeah, I'm on the, I'm on the ocean, and it's never been 80 degrees. It has been 85 degrees for like the last week. The world is burning. And so that means up where you guys live in the hellscape that is L.A. Yeah. We're kissing a hondo up here.
Starting point is 00:48:07 It's 130 degrees up there. Damn near it. It's torturous. It's so bad. Dude, I watched the local news. Dallas Raines is saying don't. It's just, he just showed L.A. And it was just skull and crossbones.
Starting point is 00:48:20 I didn't leave the house for like two weeks. It's just like there was no point. There was just no point that. I was going out to grocery stores and just buying hell of like drinks. I was just like raiding the like, this looks good. I was so thirsty. all week, just kept going around to different grocery stores. Yeah, man, we got to quench that third.
Starting point is 00:48:40 What do you guys been up to? Bo almost overheated because he, we were, like, worried about him because we took him to his, like, preschool meet up for the first time where he's going to meet some of the teachers, meet some of the kids that he's going to be classmates, and then they just play in the playground. Bo, we sat him down. He was at a dead sprint from one of, like, one thing to another. did not stop. He was like purple.
Starting point is 00:49:07 This kid was so red. Yeah, he was sweating. And I'm like, here, we gotta get you some liquids. And he's like, no, dad, da, no, no, no, no. This is how I go. I want to play. I want to play. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:49:17 I can't stop playing. Oh, my God. I can't stop playing. Yeah, you got to be careful with that. I remember taking Marth really early in her life to Renaissance Fair, and she would just like melt it out there, dude. It gets so damn hot. Well, you put her in a weird costume.
Starting point is 00:49:34 Yeah, you put her in, you know, she was dressed as a camel. I'm Gandalf and you're Frodo. No, she had to be a dwarf. Come on. You only, you got a rat, please. She's dressed up like Captain Caveman. Yeah. Full armor, full plate, let's go, baby.
Starting point is 00:49:48 Yeah, she's kind of being a little bitch about it. I don't know what the big deal is. Here, let's take a picture next to this fire breeding dragon. Fire's breathing. Extra hot. Sorry. Sorry about it. Look, see, he's hydrated right now.
Starting point is 00:50:03 I got to do it. That's a now. gene bottle, by the way, just to call back to an episode like five months ago. Yeah, these are the things that these are pretty mandatory. Never heard of it. But I think I talked about it, but they said they get so much like disease
Starting point is 00:50:16 on the, on the rim. Now, Blake, when you do that with your finger, that's where the disease is. This is what I wanted the doctor to do. This is what I wanted the doctor to do. By the way, but what are they talking about the, that's where like the diseases you go, you just wash it? You just wash it. Once a week.
Starting point is 00:50:31 I think people don't, I don't, I don't think People wash it. It's a water bottle. You just use it. And then, like, once a week you wash it. I mean, it depends how dirty your lips are. You one of those guys? I get the white stuff in the corner. Yeah, I feel like it's got to go more than once a week.
Starting point is 00:50:46 I feel like you do that once every day or two days. Water? Yeah, I think you should probably wash it at the end of every day. You can't just turn it upside down, empty at night. It's water. Why? Why? Why wash it? Because bacteria for...
Starting point is 00:51:04 Because the germs that are on your lips, then goes on this, then it's sealed, then it festers, then you put it back to your lips, and now it's extra gross. Gotcha, bitch! What is festering bacteria? I don't know, dude. I'm not a fucking scientist, dude. Then why are you saying it? It seems like a thing that should be real. It's science. You're sounding kind of liberal right now, bro.
Starting point is 00:51:24 I don't know. Sometimes I... I don't know. I'm saying the more... Just wash your goddamn dishes, dude. I wash... I'll have, like, those little workout cups. I just run it.
Starting point is 00:51:33 We have a spigot, water spigot that, like, does the hot water for tea. Nice. Uh-huh. Like automatic. Get on. I just rinse it under that. So, like, anything that's festering, I'm cooking them. Oh, that does that work?
Starting point is 00:51:45 You literally have maggots all over your house. Like, what are you talking about? Wash your shit. Out in the alley. Out in the alley. The alley. Maggot alley, baby. Don't say that on the podcast.
Starting point is 00:51:57 I'm sorry. Dude, I kind of do wish that, like, every episode I get real months when we end. All right, fuck it. Just don't. Stop. I talk about my garbage because I think it'd be cool and fun and then you're like,
Starting point is 00:52:10 oh, you got maggots. Yeah, I do, but can we, that's it. I'm fucking done today. It's over. And he takes back? Probably not, you asshole. Nobody's ever walked off the pod.
Starting point is 00:52:19 I've wanted to, but. Walked away from it. Yeah, I've wanted to. I feel like we've all wanted to a pod or two. This is me going. I remember getting pretty mad at Durs when he got mad at me for one.
Starting point is 00:52:33 20 and two rob a bank. Still alive. Oh, you did? Yeah. Oh, yeah. You're a real cop-in-like. You're shitting on my hopes and dreams that are never going to come true.
Starting point is 00:52:43 Yeah, I just wanted to rob a bank, and Ders was like, you're, you fucking suck. I'm like, what? Well, I was like, oh, you want to be a bad person? No, it's not a bad person. They were having fun. I would not, there's no killing. Or when I said, if I had, if I had unlimited amount of money, I would buy a thousand anchor somewhere, fly drone planes, so there's no people on, and then I'd shoot rocket
Starting point is 00:53:07 launchers to take these drones down. And that would be a fun afternoon for me. I'm pissed now. Yeah, he did hard stance on that. And then he said, absolutely not, and I'm an asshole for wanting that. I don't know if I said you're an asshole. I just said, why do you want to do it? And I think that question made you think that I thought you were an asshole because maybe
Starting point is 00:53:26 it needs you an asshole. Todd needs to run those tapes back. Run it back. It's been a while since we've done a lot. little clips from the past. Yeah, it really has. Yeah, that one, that one... You know, I think I wanted to do it because it sounds fucking awesome.
Starting point is 00:53:41 And if you're a real red-blooded American man, you would want to do it too. Okay. Because it would be a fucking blast. Okay. And Adam, for every moment you sat thinking about when you were going to bring this back up and talk about it, I hope it's going as you hoped. Well, there's no seconds. It literally just happened in the moment.
Starting point is 00:54:01 So there's no moments where we were thinking about it. Sure. I mean, it would be cool to shoot a bazooka. That would be pretty fun. That is absolutely right. How much fun would that be? And imagine how much fun it would be if there's a, you have to time it. There's a plane going overhead.
Starting point is 00:54:16 I mean, I guess. There's a plane coming directly over and you have to fucking time it and you have to hit the plane. By the way, there's no people in the plane. I do love the idea of like, and this is, we know this is the plane, right? Yeah, and what if you miss? Where does the bazooka shell go? Blake, lay off him, dude. This is his dream.
Starting point is 00:54:35 Dude, and it lands on one of your thousands of acres. What if someone's over there? It's like planting a garden or something. It's billionaire Adams fucking workers. Well, then they're planting a garden on your property. Well, then they deserve to die. Yeah, they've settled there. They deserve to die.
Starting point is 00:54:53 Maybe they've settled there. Well, then they deserve to die then. Maybe they were partying with you earlier and they passed out over there. they're in the forest. Like, this sounds like a good time. I would have grabbed him and I would have said, well, we're shooting bazookas now. Really? So, yeah.
Starting point is 00:55:08 What if he wanted, what if he wanted privacy to sun his butthole? And then all of a sudden... Hey, don't worry. We're all sending our buttholes while we're shooting bazookas at these planes that are going overhead. Oh, yeah. Hey, Blake was worried. He's like, well, now what was everyone else doing? Yeah, all right.
Starting point is 00:55:26 Well, I'm kind of in. As long as you're checking for me and you make sure I am by your side when you're shooting this bazooka. Absolutely. You'll be near me. Thank you. I can't wait, baby. I'm back.
Starting point is 00:55:36 I'm back in it. That's going to be fucking awesome, dude. Behind every night spent making the kids' lunches, there's a lot of suspense. Will they finally eat the veggies? Will the pesto survive the first bite? Will the lunchbox come home empty, half full, or come home at all? And will you finish episode eight before you're done slicing the cucumbers? On the new podcast, Solita, we share the messy reality of traveling alone as a woman. I can wait four hours for the next bus or this random dude is offering me a ride on his motorcycle. I chose option B. I'm Julie Pinero, and I travel by myself because it's a rare space where I can say yes without asking anyone. else first. I'm on a mission to reclaim the word solita, trading the pity for possibility.
Starting point is 00:56:42 Every time I tried to be alone, I kept meeting people and they were like, you smiled at us. Not a lot of people smile around here. It's when you're alone that you're most receptive to the world as it is and not the lies you're sold about it. It can be a time where you push your limits, change your mind, or wake up to a new version of yourself. So whether you're a solo travel veteran or you're too nervous to book your first trip. I hope you listen to Solita on the IHeart radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Starting point is 00:58:49 Can't wait to party with you guys. Canadian style. That call was really pivotal for me. Hey, it's Emily Tish Sussman. And this season on she pivots, the podcast, where women share bold career moves and personal turning points that changed everything. I sit down with culture-shifting women who share their pivots
Starting point is 00:59:07 like Paraly-Truitt. I was like, I'm a month out from a shark attack. There's no way in 11 months I'm making the Paralympics. Advocate Elizabeth Smart. I still feel that drive that I can still make a difference, so I'm going to keep going.
Starting point is 00:59:19 Celebrity chef, Carla Hall. Was that scary to walk away from such a stable career after just two years? No. I was more afraid of being unhappy. that I was broke in a dead end job that I didn't enjoy. And feminist legend Gloria Steinem.
Starting point is 00:59:35 All of us were trying to express women's real lives. We need a meeting place of our own. And if I can contribute to that, I'd like to maintain that and leave this house for that purpose. Listen to She Pivots on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. To be a kid that grew up in the 80s or end of the, 90s to not want to shoot a bazooka or a rocket launcher at an airplane that's driving flying overhead that's crazy that's crazy yeah with all the the gi joe influence you would hope that you would you would want to shoot a bazooka yeah like come on dude let's do this i still stand by it i still
Starting point is 01:00:17 think it'd be fucking so fun we've covered that i just don't have i don't get charged up yeah you lose man i mean i think you guys have seen me have a good time yeah But, like, things like that, it just after a few moments of it, like, when we were jet skiing, Shark Week, I, like, went out, I went back and I was like, you guys can have it, though. I don't, I really don't need to do this. Because it just doesn't, it doesn't do it for me. You're a good guy to have around. Yeah. Because that means I get two turns, like, I'm...
Starting point is 01:00:48 Then I get more time on the ski. If you're not hyped, I'm hyped to be out there. I think I could be on a jet ski all day. Oh, jet skiing? Imagine. The only thing that I make a jet ski better is if you then had a rocket launcher. Yeah, I knew you were going to say that.
Starting point is 01:01:02 Here we go. And you could go full steam on the jet ski and shoot something from the ski. That's a lot. I think I would rather do Uzi's. Remember how Uzi's were so sick back in the 90s and I feel like they were kind of Miami affiliated? Jet skis and Uzi's just...
Starting point is 01:01:20 That would be pretty fun. Dual wheel. That would be very fun. Yeah, that'd be very fun. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. but nothing explodes when you shoot an Uzi. Well, what happened to Uzi's? Why don't we have UZis anymore?
Starting point is 01:01:32 I think they're really illegal. I think it's a dated, it's just a dated gun. I haven't ever even seen one like in real life and no, at no point. Well, people are still naming themselves after Uzi's. Uzivert. That is true. That is true. Lowell.
Starting point is 01:01:47 He's kind of keeping Uzis in the lexicon, but they used to be very present when we were young. Uzi is a family of Israeli blowback operated submachine guns and machine pistols designed by major UziL Gaul in the late 1940s. So tight. I feel like it was like Uzi's and stealth bombers and like kind of don't see. They both are like great designs and I don't see them anymore. Come to the Rose Bowl. You know, I have a Tommy gun with a pistol grit. That's right.
Starting point is 01:02:19 Well, that's really tight. I have a Tommy gun with the barrel. That's really tight. hold it. And it's really dangerous, dude. It's very dangerous because the barrel will get stuck. And so you just have to hold on until it completely unloads. I think it holds like 40 shots.
Starting point is 01:02:36 That's terrifying. So you just have to hold on. It's like doodoo do do do do do do do. Even though you found out it's someone you know just came around their corner. I'm so sorry. Somebody help me with this thing. It'll stop in a second. It should be done any second.
Starting point is 01:02:52 Yeah, very, very dangerous, but pretty cool. Pretty cool to have. Yeah, there's no doubt. So that was a design flaw which stopped the Tommy gun, but the Uzi, I never heard anything bad about it. Well, I think it killed a lot of people. Remember the little machine gun that was like pistol size that had the long clip? The one from the 80s, they had like the long clip. Isn't that the Uzi?
Starting point is 01:03:12 I think that was an Uzi. Yeah, that's what we're talking about here. The Uzi's this. The Uzi has a clip out of the bottom. Yes. There is a clip, but I'm talking about, I'm talking about a submachine gun. This is cool, dude. This is real G.R. Do.
Starting point is 01:03:25 How do I drag this into the fucking... How do I drag this in here? We've gone full blue collar tour, baby. Let's go. Well, when you see... Wasn't it T.I. who got in trouble for having his... An arsenal. They, like, found his, like, arsenal.
Starting point is 01:03:39 Yeah, he had a lot of weaponry. And I totally get that he doesn't need that. Mm-hmm. But... Doesn't he? It's kind of fun. It is kind of fun to shoot all those guns. and he just has a ton of money.
Starting point is 01:03:54 Yeah. And as long as he didn't murder anyone with it. To our knowledge, yeah. Yeah! I feel like, you know, let him have it. Let a guy have his hobby. Let him have his arsenal. Yeah, well, I think there's just...
Starting point is 01:04:09 Yeah, when is too much? How many guns is too much guns? If you have a room... I think for some people, any amount of guns is too much guns. Nah, come on. I'm not a big... I'm not a gun guy. I'm not a gun guy, but like, if you have a whole, if you have to dedicate a whole room to it,
Starting point is 01:04:27 now you're like the Punisher out of you. Yeah, but you like collecting comic books. Stop it, dude. I think 20. I think 20 is where you backs out. 20 guns is a ton of guns. Yeah, I know, but sometimes you want 20. It's a ton of guns.
Starting point is 01:04:38 But Blake, you like to collect things. Your house is insane looking. Or at least it used to be until your girlfriend cleaned your ass up. But his old house was like walking in. to a Nickelodeon headquarters in 1992. There was just shit everywhere. You're like afraid you're going to get slimed.
Starting point is 01:04:59 It was like stuff covering the walls. It was crazy. Now imagine you had more testosterone. Sure. You're fucking disaster, my guy. So instead of carrying, like buying these little toys
Starting point is 01:05:13 and stuff that you would buy and collect, you collect Uzi's. Weaponry. And bazookas. Well, then I don't think I'm quite as fun of a guy. To me, now I'd be. become a little scary. Maybe you're like, whoa, what if Blake goes off the rail?
Starting point is 01:05:26 What? Why do you become scary? Because why would I need all that if it's not, instead of it being like... You would still wear those exact same glasses, though. Yeah. Of course. Yeah. You get to keep the glasses.
Starting point is 01:05:38 Yeah, these are mandatory. By the way, if you're in the chat, I'd just put a link of an Uzi. And I just want to make sure that you guys, like, remember... I hope you did. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It was up here as well. Yeah. Todd put the same link.
Starting point is 01:05:52 Yeah. No, but I did it. Yeah. Okay. Good work. But I did it. Wait. Yeah, that's the exact same.
Starting point is 01:05:59 But that's a... Sick job. Yeah. Here we go. I don't know which one you're talking about. Something probably with like a banana clip or something. No, not... Oh, I know what you're talking about.
Starting point is 01:06:11 I know what Jordan you're talking about. It was like a more of a square base up top and then it was one that came straight down. And it was in like menace... To society or something. It was like, or boys in the hood. We were fed gun culture like crazy. The fact that I go, remember the one and you're like, yeah, more square, long clip. And I'm like, yeah.
Starting point is 01:06:33 Isn't that wild? Yeah. That was. It was awesome. That was the air. It was awesome. It was. Texas.
Starting point is 01:06:40 No, I, but I'm with you. I'm like, I only have a shotgun for hunting pheasant. And then the Tommy gun that my dad gave me as a gift. that I don't ever use because it's an insane gun and it's crazy dangerous. But, um... I have a 45. But yeah, I mean, but that being said, guns are fucking cool.
Starting point is 01:07:03 And when all the, like, riots and stuff were happening, I was like, yeah, I could see just having a gun, having a gun. Allegedly! Because how scary would it be if someone just kicked in your door and said, I live here now? you're like, what? Please leave. Yeah, that would be a bummer.
Starting point is 01:07:23 I would say, we got our muscle for it. Yeah, that's it. And if you win, we got to play rock paper scissors for it. But I can't just let that happen. I can see that working. I can see that working.
Starting point is 01:07:39 You wouldn't, Adam, you wouldn't just be like, whoa, whoa, whoa. You know the guy. Anything? Anything? I just go, please don't see. stop the music. Please don't stop the music.
Starting point is 01:07:52 Oh man, I was looking for it. Your last words. And you just go, God damn it. Frick to see you. Tight butthole. What about tight buttoe? They stop the music.
Starting point is 01:08:04 Please don't stop the music. God, I can't wait to just be, have my home rated and be like, wait, wait, wait, did you ever watch workaholics with your dad? No. Do you remember? And he goes, I don't have a dad.
Starting point is 01:08:24 Damn. No. They're like, how'd you get this fucking house? And I go, I had a little dog like my asshole on television. Come on. You got to believe me. Come on. You got to believe me.
Starting point is 01:08:36 The people over there, they own oil companies. This guy over here, fucking tech. Go get, I'll get, let's go get them. Give me your gun of hell. I made an R-rated comedy with my friends. Yeah. Yeah, we should get a pass.
Starting point is 01:08:53 We should get a pass. You know, Bill Paxton? You, from Titanic. Yeah. No, he was so, like, there's the story of Titanic, but then there's, like, I don't know if you remember, it cuts back to now. Not now, but, like, then when they were,
Starting point is 01:09:08 and so the lady's telling the story, she's telling it to Bill Paxton. Did you just see the Titanic again, or do you just have that ready? No, but I did watch it like five years ago, And I was like, oh, yeah, there's a whole, like, they're looking for the diamond that she got. Yeah, she tells the story.
Starting point is 01:09:25 The old ladies telling the story. That's right. I didn't realize she was talking to somebody. I felt my first breast in Titanic. Felt my first breast. Right. That's tight, dude. In the theater?
Starting point is 01:09:39 It was awesome, dude. In the theater. Oh, wow. Yeah, she let me go up under her shirt, under her bra. And then I didn't know what to do. So I just held her breast. Yeah, and that's enough. I held it.
Starting point is 01:09:51 You supported it. For two and a half hours. Yeah, yeah. My hand was sweaty. It was sweaty. That's a long-ass movie. It's a long movie. Dude, that was two VHS tapes.
Starting point is 01:10:01 I just held it. It was in the movie theater. We were in the theater. Yeah, I know, but I'm with, but he's using VHS tape, something that no one understands. Okay, dokey. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:10:13 So I didn't know what to do with it, so I just held it. I just held it. Were you like kind of like, sly about it? Sweaty hand. Or were you kind of like... It was this.
Starting point is 01:10:23 It was... She was sitting here. I was sitting here. And I did this. I leaned up. I went up and under like this. And then I just... She was like leaned against me.
Starting point is 01:10:34 And then I just held her breast... Like this. And then was too afraid to move it because I was like, well, if I move it, she might not let me ever touch it again. Right, right, right, right. Yeah, this might be it.
Starting point is 01:10:46 This might be the last time I'm ever touched a breast. And I just sort of held it there for so long that my hand got sweaty. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. Can you imagine like, you're like, all right, what am I doing here? I guess maybe I could like, rub her nipple. But then you do that so long that like it's now she's chafed.
Starting point is 01:11:04 It hurts her. Yeah. Yeah. You didn't, you guys, sorry, we did not know what to do. We didn't know what to do. Now we know. Oh, now we know chicks. Now we know chicks.
Starting point is 01:11:14 It took a lifetime. Like guys have figured it out. Do you remember the first time you guys felt abreast? Do you remember? Was it a seminal moment like watching Titanic? Yeah. Yeah, I didn't have like the sound. I didn't have Celine Dion playing in the background.
Starting point is 01:11:27 That's for Damster. Mm. I wish. I can't remember. I'm trying to remember the, I remember like the first time I saw him, but I don't remember the first time I actually like felt the weight. Well, we all saw our mom's breast, Blake.
Starting point is 01:11:39 Yeah. Well, it counts. It counts. Okay. It freaking counts, dude. Blake's counting being three years old, and your mom's walking around, getting ready for work,
Starting point is 01:11:48 Whoa. Fucking perv. Fucking. Fucking purve, dude. Hey, Mom. Remember that. Hello, dude. Mom.
Starting point is 01:11:56 So I've seen them. Perf. Counting that. That count. Technically, I've seen them. I'm telling John Paul. Count it. I saw a pair.
Starting point is 01:12:13 Saw some boobs today. Whoa. Uh-huh. No big deal. Uh-huh. They're my mom. Where? It was in the kitchen.
Starting point is 01:12:22 I was eating Lucky Charms. And let's just say I had a good breakfast. That is not where I saw my mom's did. It's the kitchen. It's the bathroom, if anything. Come on. In the kitchen. Yeah, bro.
Starting point is 01:12:35 She's just flopping them out in the kitchen. Getting ready for work. Ironing her or steaming her top. Sure. Wow. All right. Yeah. I guess every family's different.
Starting point is 01:12:45 Every family is their own rules. Yeah. It's a little granoli up there. Yeah. Teddy's looking like Nalgy. I walked out on my mom's sunning her butt hole. Whoa. Count it.
Starting point is 01:12:58 Here we go. Oh, John Paul. Guess what I saw today. I'm doing numbers over here. I'm doing numbers over here, brother. Count it. I'm laughing you, bro. Ders, do you remember your first time?
Starting point is 01:13:14 Blake's was his mom. Yeah. Yeah, I do. God rest of her soul. She's alive, I think. Oh, k-dokey. She's alive, I think. Yeah, I remember.
Starting point is 01:13:24 I remember. Anywhere fun? Or was it like a classic, like in a back seat or something? Yeah, basement. That's why you like basement so much. It's part of it. It's part of it. All Midwestern boys love basements.
Starting point is 01:13:36 That's where it goes down. That's a huge part of it. That's where it goes down. You know what's even better? If you can build a basement underneath the basement. Yeah, double basement. Okay, see, that's for this. Yeah, those are, because.
Starting point is 01:13:48 Because if you think you're, I mean, no one, no one knows what happens in those spaces. So many doors. So many doors. Yeah, of course. Those were the days. Wasn't that, wasn't that nice? I think I saw them, too, at the same, the same day. Oh, it was a viewing.
Starting point is 01:14:03 It was a shirt up. That's awesome. That's actually an awesome. It's an awesome combo. Yeah. That's as good as a gift, brother. We are blue collar. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:14:13 I had a friend, I had a friend that she would show them to me. And that's not fair. just from time to time. I don't like that. And she would just be like, here we go. I'd be like, thank you. I like it for you, but it makes me angry. I was awesome.
Starting point is 01:14:26 Yeah. I made me feel good. You're pissing durs off again. I felt because, like, I was the crippled kid. So, like, you got a lot of sympathy, boo? There was no, uh, yeah, it was sympathy. She thought you were blind to. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:14:39 She's like that truck hit the side out. She's walking around the kitchen with her tities out. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, that is nice. Yeah. Okay, any takebacks, any apologies, any epic slams. Just a shout.
Starting point is 01:14:53 Just a shout. Let's just give a little shout out to those firsts for us. Wherever you may be, thanks for showing them. Thanks for growing them. My mom's going to Hawaii. And if you want to be that friend to someone, to someone that you feel needs to see breast. And you feel like this guy maybe hasn't seen breasts in a long time, Dude.
Starting point is 01:15:17 I'm sure he would enjoy that. I'm sure he would enjoy that. Flash somebody in a wheelchair today. This could be our eyes bucket challenge. Uh-huh. Yeah. Here we go. That'd be very helpful, I feel, to some men out there.
Starting point is 01:15:29 Okay. Can you imagine just all these wheelchair deaths start happening? Like, people start losing their fucking focus and they're going down a hill and they're like, oh, nobody. Somebody help me. That's how you want to go. Goodbye. Hey, guys, I have an announcement.
Starting point is 01:15:44 Okay. Oh, of course. Fallsview Casino Resort in beautiful Ontario, Canada. Ooh. What could be happening there? In Niagara Falls area at OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino, Friday, September 25th, 2026. Hey. At 8 p.m.
Starting point is 01:16:04 We haven't been out in a long time in months. Yeah, I'm feeling rowdy. This is important live. We are going to come. We are going to get very rowdy. It's our first show in the Great North, Canada. We're very excited to be there. And this is a boys day out.
Starting point is 01:16:23 So we're going to be getting real wet and wild. It's not official official yet, but we might even have special guests for this pod. I could go for a Molson. I know that. So we're pretty excited about this. Once again, that is Falls View, Casino, and Resort. Friday, September 25th, 2026 at 8 p.m. This is important live.
Starting point is 01:16:51 Be there. Be there. Be there. I stand by everything we said on this podcast. You stand back and stand by. Here we go. Stand back and stand back. All right.
Starting point is 01:17:03 Wasn't that like a coded thing that Trump said? Like stand by? I think he misspoke and everyone's like, nope. He never misspeaks. And I'm like, guys, he can't be a genius. and a fucking idiot at the same time. We got to just agree on one thing. You gotta pick one.
Starting point is 01:17:19 But, yeah, we will be standing back and standing by. Yeah, he said, well, it was the fact that he said proud boys stand back and stand by. That's, yeah, that was the, yeah, that was a little suspect there, Donald Trump. Do not come. And did you mention the name of this tour, the proud guys? We're just proud guys. Everybody's coming. And moderator, Chris Wallace asked Trump if he would condemn white supremacists and militia groups.
Starting point is 01:17:44 and tell them to stand down. And instead, he said, prod boys, stand back and stand by. There we go, baby. Yeah. Not exactly what he was looking for there, Donnie. He probably meant stand aside. Like, anyway, I got to go to my meeting.
Starting point is 01:18:00 Oh, you must be in an enclave. We got to go to Canada and we got to bridge the gap. We got to, there's just a lot of nonsense going on. These damn tariffs are tearing us apart. I know. I don't like the way that Trump. bangs on my boys in Canada. It's not cool. It's not cool. We love Canada.
Starting point is 01:18:19 We're excited to be there. Yeah, those are your boys to bang on. I can't wait to be... You going over the falls in the barrel? I would like to. I would like to. Is that a thing that still happened? So here's the question. I know people have died doing that, but how many people have people
Starting point is 01:18:36 not died doing that? What is the... What's the numbers there on who has died, who hasn't died? Has someone... Didn't we Google this and it was some like rad-ass woman? Yeah, that's right. Yeah, give us a quick Google there, Todd.
Starting point is 01:18:50 Is her name like barrel Barbara or something? Only a small number of daredevils have successfully gone over Niagara Falls in a barrel or similar vessel with historic accounts noting that 9 to 11 people survived this specific barrel capsule depending on how strict the definition is. Of survive?
Starting point is 01:19:10 Okay, yeah. That's life. So here's what I think we could do. So the first recorded person to survive the falls, to go over the falls, was school teacher Annie Edison Taylor, who in 1901, damn, dude, to do it in 1901,
Starting point is 01:19:29 when they don't even have like real penicillin yet, you're wild. See, she successfully completed the stunt inside an oak barrel. And just for everyone out there, when did penicillin come out? I'm assuming later than that. Later that year. That's crazy.
Starting point is 01:19:45 She probably, they thought she was a witch. And then she, like, survived and they're like, JK, she's cool. Okay, so thousands of people have gone over the falls intentionally or accidentally since 1850, resulting in 5,000 deaths. Okay, so... Thousands?
Starting point is 01:20:00 That's suicides. Thousands. That's suicides. Yeah. You're going out on a good one. So 5,000 deaths. So this is death falls. We're going to the ghost capital of the universe.
Starting point is 01:20:10 fucking death falls, man. It's beautiful, but it's deadlet. Yeah, but it's haunted. With all that mist, those are spirits, dude. Ooh, let's go ghost hunting. Spooky. So, going over on a jet ski, what is the likelihood? Now, I would do that.
Starting point is 01:20:25 What if you jet ski off? Jet ski off, you have a parachute. Yes, parachute. That's exactly what I was going to say. You fly off, you're on the jet ski, you let that fucking sail. You know how you don't, like, you don't, like, kick it away? You just fly off and let it separate from me. you.
Starting point is 01:20:40 Yes, yes. And you let it separate from you, and then you, and now you're, and you're catching the wind and the gusts from the, then it's trying to suck you back. You have those two little levers, so you're trying to straighten yourself out. It's getting kind of wet. The mist is clinging. It's collapsing.
Starting point is 01:20:58 Yeah, but then, but then you get far enough out and you just coast right down to safety. And then you land in the parking lot of McDonald's. Fallsview, uh, Fallsview Casino and Resort. You land right in the parking lot. What an entry. What an entry. Yeah, you land right in the parking lot. We unclip and we walk right on the stage.
Starting point is 01:21:18 We're like, okay, we're ready. Is this how we're going to do our entry? We're going to show video of what you just described, created by AI, and then we just walk in with, like, parachutes being pulled behind us. Did I just blow that? That's not a bad idea. That's not a bad idea. That is not a bad idea.
Starting point is 01:21:33 And then hopefully, you know, fingers crossed, we introduce a Canadian legend to come on stage with us, Fingers crossed. Fingers crossed. They won't call Isaac back, but... Could we get somebody who's gone over in a barrel? Is somebody still around? Like somebody who's done it? Oh, that would be kind of cool.
Starting point is 01:21:50 Yeah, that's worth asking. Let's look in a little interview, Isaac. I don't like you guys telling me to show my tits. Let's check it out. I'm thinking like a kit cloud kicker situation from a tailspin. You just fucking whip that little thing out and then, Adam, were you two, we're not a tailspin guy? No, sorry, I'm reading the insane amount of shit that Isaac just sent.
Starting point is 01:22:14 It's like, Isaac figured out how to work, chatypte is what's happening. And then now he's all over the place with it. And it's always good to have paragraphs and paragraphs to read while we're doing the podcast. Yeah. We're going to circle back on this one. But it seems like a lot of people are still doing it. Still alive and kicking it. And by the way, maybe we do something like that at Fallsview, Casino.
Starting point is 01:22:38 and resort September 25. Get your tickets now. Get your tickets now, baby. Can't wait. And I think that was another episode of This is important. On the new podcast Solita, we share the messy reality of traveling alone as a woman.
