I always got the, I always got the's what they give you at the bank. Thumbdumbs. No, they give you money. I know that dumb dumb. I always got the flat lollipops. Safety pops. Safety pops.
Starting point is 00:01:49 Safety pops. Safety pops. Safety pops. Safety pops. Safety pops. Safety pops. Safety pops have a loop for a stick so that you don't hurt yourself and choke and like stab the stick into your book.
Starting point is 00:02:01 What? Look. Have a loop. I've never heard such a thing. I'm gonna turn around. Oh, there's nothing on the screen. You guys, the one time he turns around. You got one time. It's me, how?
Starting point is 00:02:11 You're all, it's got to look at it. I'm not gonna look at it. You got to look at it. You got to look at it. And look, what's right next to it? A dumb dumb. All right, I'll turn around. Here I go.
Starting point is 00:02:21 Oh, okay. It would have been funnier if you had taken it all over your brain. Why are you not clicking on them, Kevin? You're just hovering over them. They didn't load and you got pain. Oh, okay. It would have been funnier, Kevin, if you had taken it all over your head. Why are you not clicking on them, Kevin? You're just hovering over them. They didn't load and you got pants. This is smarter. Why would you not want a loop instead of a stick?
Starting point is 00:02:33 And you could hold it with your one fingie. Yeah, safety pops. Safty pops, really. Safty, yeah, Brian Safty pops. Were that many people puncturing themselves with the whole? I mean, I have to say I never liked the stick I Didn't like eating it. This is for you Scott. Okay. Lauren's passing out on valoops. These are beautiful little cars. Given to us and labeled to each of us. What is a picture of a fox? What does this fox say? What does the fox say? All right, we're all opening it up. I think I got it. Oh, these are blank cards of weak and huge.
Starting point is 00:03:31 Oh, they're all weak and huge. Maybe the orange is sent them and they sent stickers. Wow. I hope so. These are beautiful. These are really good. That's beautiful. My anniversary's coming up.
Starting point is 00:03:39 I'm just gonna repurpose this. Oh yeah, 9-11. Oh, 9-13. No, 9-13. You say it. And then spray it. Fache de rocher. That's a thank you. Fache de rocher. This one's like an ice cream cone, but the ice cream is the world. So you can eat the world like Jimmy.
Starting point is 00:04:07 Jimmy, Jimmy, do you like the world? Jimmy eat world? Jimmy. Jimmy, Jimmy do eat world. Jimmy do eat world. I have to admit. Lauren, you were telling me before the show. Oh, let's, let me say this.
Starting point is 00:04:24 I wanna apologize to you guys. On my, I was 50 minutes late to record today. Five zero in case people heard one, five. Bapapapapa, that's how late I was. Oh wait, I wanna tell you a little bit. I'm very sorry. I'm very sorry. I'm sorry.
Starting point is 00:04:43 I'm sorry, Fajida Roche also said that they were making it.. They'll be making I don't care. I don't want your apology And we're gonna hear it. I feel like we should not do this Do what have an apology? No do the show I think seem bad Everything's good. No Lauren's good. I just want you to know that That this person is gonna make art of us and then at some point. Well, then why didn't they? Because they're going to do it later. It says links for Lauren Lapques, Fox for Paul of Tompkins, Wolf first got thank you for coming here. Wolf. Oh, that's nice. Thank you for co-funding your watch.
Starting point is 00:05:18 You Dimache. I hope Jeff over it got one too. What were you saying? I had a story to tell. Well, you were telling me beforehand that you had it. What were you saying that I had a story to tell? You would know if you have a story to tell Lauren. I do. It's about, uh, it's about yesterday. Oh, well, hit us with it. Do you mean the movie?
Starting point is 00:05:38 Oh, and this artist also sent us a book, okay. Okay. I'm done now. It's not about, it's about yesterday, the movie, no. It's about a- Did you see yesterday, the movie? Because maybe you would want to tell a story about it if you saw it because it was very good.
Starting point is 00:05:50 My story might be about it, I don't even know because I've never seen it. Oh, this is interesting. Yeah, let's see if it's- Okay, this is a good rule of thumb. Hold on, if there's a movie you haven't seen, any story you tell could potentially be about it. It's true.
Starting point is 00:06:03 So let's vote at the end of her story whether it's about the movie yesterday. Absolutely. Okay, so yesterday I had this experience happen. She said yesterday, so leaning towards it. Meade, a hit song that I had never heard before. I think she's doing it. She's doing it.
Starting point is 00:06:19 And the first time out of the box, it goes a little something like, good. I'll never go to give you a nose and turn in love. I'm going to rip roll you, but I have to slow it. By the way, congrats to brushy one string. Yes. Completing his Kickstarter. Thank you to everyone who's donated. Can I make a confession? I had I kept saying I kept saying I was gonna sign up for the jingle tier. And I kept making like- I think you said you did sign up for this.
Starting point is 00:06:54 I kept making notes for myself. Well, I said it like it was a done deal. Yeah. I couldn't get that deal together. No, I kept making reminders for myself. And they kept falling through the cracks. They kept falling through the cracks. And then on Monday after it closed,
Starting point is 00:07:08 I was like, fuck, I forgot to do it. So can I still do it? Yes, he's still accepting, I believe. He's still accepting? Because he's going over the 10,000. I guess I could have accepted. Let's into that myself. You really want to donate.
Starting point is 00:07:20 I do. I do want to. No, of course. He thinks it does on his page. Yes. And we want to thank all of you. If you are a freedom listener and you don't need it to be because of us, because you heard him on our show or we recommended it,
Starting point is 00:07:31 then we were very grateful. I thought it was so cool. It felt so good that we were all able to do it together. I really, like my heart is warmed. Like this guy wants to make this thing. And it wasn't gaining traction fast enough and a lot of time. And we just came through. Let's do it for Scottie McCreeery. No, we're good. And the doors and the doors and the doors and the light.
Starting point is 00:07:51 And around. All right, so. So the story I was gonna tell was that I went to a workout, like I went to a place I'd never been for an exercise class. A gymnasium. It's a boutique Pilates studio. And I don't want to name the place because I don't want to drag them, but I also don't want to do that. Give us a cross-street, though. No, studio and I don't want to name the place because I don't want to drag them
Starting point is 00:08:05 But I also don't want to give us a cross-treets though. No, but I also don't want it But I also feel that the name is really essential because it's a huge part of the theme of the place Oh, well can you describe what the like essentially what Donald's play place? Yeah, it's a big Donald's play place and you do whatever you do whatever you want in there Okay, it is a place that is like can you describe the feeling you get when you they want you to think you're in Europe. Oh, okay, it's a European kind of and you're not. Okay, okay, and you're not. Got it. You're not. It's continental. It's. It's decorated. Okay, so I saw it. I use an app sometimes to work out in different studios.
Starting point is 00:08:45 You pay like a monthly fee and then you can- And you can just go into these studios. Can you, okay, and this is not an ad for them, but can you, do you have to go in just on one day or is it that month you can go to this place? Or is it just- Oh no, you can go to any place. You can go to any place.
Starting point is 00:09:00 You can go to any of them. Oh, interesting. This is great. It's great. I mean, I could say what it is, should I? They don't sponsor us. Yeah, why not? Class pass.
Starting point is 00:09:08 I really like it. I used it in other cities when I'm traveling, so I can find a place to work out. There used to be in, when I was going to school in Santa Maria, there was a gym that you could pay a daily rate to, like if you ever went, and I loved it. And then I went to, when I moved back here, I went to Gold's gym and I was like,
Starting point is 00:09:23 couldn't I do what they did over there? And they're like, no. Because their whole business model is getting you to pay for something you're never doing. Right. So this place, I had been... You said right like you were patronizing me. I think she just wanted you to stop talking.
Starting point is 00:09:36 Oh, okay, got it. That's how it read to me. Okay, done. So I've seen this place pop up a handful of times and it's new and it's like felt like special compared to the other places I go and I was like, okay, I'm gonna try this one today. Let me tell you I mean, it's a commitment for me to try it because it was like a 40-minute drive to get 40 minutes in the morning. That's less than what Paul took to get here.
Starting point is 00:10:01 The class is 50 minutes, which is how many minutes do we're left? Oh, right. But that's a 90 minute commitment there. And then 40 on the way back, we're talking like an over two hour. It was like 30 on the way back, but it was like 30 on the way back. It's a lot of time coming to do a exercise class when I could go somewhere closer. So already, I know I'm getting really flustered. You're heated about this.
Starting point is 00:10:25 Already, I'm like, but I'm kind of excited. Yeah. I can't tell it's over. And I am immediately upset because I immediately know I'm in the wrong. I should not be here. It's not meant for me. My personality.
Starting point is 00:10:40 Meaning this reality. Yes, should not be participating in this environment. The employees are wearing these uniforms, which I posted on my Instagram story, which are a pink dress and a pink beret, a small, hard hat, a hot beret. A hard beret?
Starting point is 00:10:57 It's more like a fashion beret. I didn't even know that. Like a safety beret. It's attached to a headband. This is a bowl. Might have been a bowl. It has a well. It's like a thick little nipple on the top. Was it a boot?
Starting point is 00:11:09 It was a tit. And I was immediately like, oh, please. Like I really was like, this is so corny. Like I can't even corny. That's where that's so corny. It made me a horny. Don't be for a Lorny. We're going to Borny. It made me a horny. Don't be for a Lorny. We're going to Borny.
Starting point is 00:11:25 Yeah, it's pretty boring. And I really was, I was kind of like, oh, Lord. And then they're like, you know, the place is really like chicly decked out where it's kind of like a, it felt like a nice hotel. Like it was trendy and had like lamps like light fixtures. So is it trying too hard? Is that why you don't like it? I already I was like, you're trying way too hard. I'm like, I also feel like no one here has ever been to the country you're trying to make it seem like light fixtures. So is it trying too hard? Is that why you don't like it? But as I was there. I go, already I was like, you're trying way too hard. I'm like, I also feel like no one here has ever been to the country you're trying to make it seem like
Starting point is 00:11:49 you are in right now. And then all the women came in. Oh, mama. Yeah, this is right to me. They were not my people. Okay. Who were the women, meaning the women taking the class? Yeah, and they were really, how are they dressed?
Starting point is 00:12:05 They were all when they're matching sets and all their, you know, they're like matching broad top in the pants. And like, I own shit like that, but okay. But it's like not the point of working out to me is not about how I am. Yes. It becomes clear that it matters
Starting point is 00:12:19 because we get into the room, then I meet the teacher who gives me the limpest hand check I've ever felt. It's literally like, it was like, I don't understand people shake hands if they aren't gonna put anything into it. I don't know. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:12:30 I don't know if she took her hand away, it stayed that way. Yeah, I much prefer that to the hard hand check that I've been getting from people lately. I would. Like where they're squeezing my hand and I go out. Like I literally might get out. Well, there's a middle ground, but like, I don't like, oh, a normal hand check.
Starting point is 00:12:44 It made me feel like I'm like a woman going I'm a woman and she was like I'm a real woman like it was like I'm gonna dainty I'm gonna dainty the fuck out. Yeah, and so I didn't like that and then I Didn't like the conversation the women were having because they were like one one was in Germany and then the other one was like Germany's just like a Mara Colleague It's like it's just like America with more pretzels. Like you could be in Washington for all, you know, like it's just like nature. I mean, she's like pretty, pretty much she's trying to make up for it because the other
Starting point is 00:13:11 woman had just been there. Oh, yeah. And was like, she's basically negating the person going, I went to Germany. I loved it. Oh, yeah, it sucks. Yeah. And then we get in the exercise class and they start filming them. Rooms is this.
Starting point is 00:13:22 If you like, you've been traveling from anti-room to anti-room. No, it's true. And then we get in the room and they start Instagramming. Rooms is this. If you've been traveling from anti-room to anti-room. No, it's true. And then we get in the room and they start Instagramming. What are we waiting to start? And it's just me, three women who are together and then some other woman who like doesn't speak the whole time and it's probably more on my page of how this sucks. But they were like filming, like we're here, we're working.
Starting point is 00:13:39 I couldn't believe it. I know that everyone does that on their stories, but I've never really watched someone go into it when it's like you're in an environment where this is unnatural. You've seen the result of it. Yes. Are they all lifestyle influencers?
Starting point is 00:13:53 They might as well, like they have a lifestyle brand or whatever. Or are they trying to be? Yeah, that's what it's like. I kind of thought they were, like one girl just got her MBA. So I was like, this, she's doing something cool, but like, but she was filming herself
Starting point is 00:14:03 working out in the mirror. And I was like, why? So then they're but she was filming herself working out in the mirror. And I was like, why? So then they're doing that. Then I'm definitely in the background, like grumbling. Should we call it a WMBA? That's why I'm saying. WMBA?
Starting point is 00:14:12 No, I said WMBA. Oh, you did, I thought you did. Because I said NBA, and I thought you corrected the key to the WMBA. No, I didn't, Scott, I didn't correct anyone. Listen to her. I'm just telling you what I thought. I'm not accusing you.
Starting point is 00:14:21 I'm just saying this. You were accusing me. I don't like it. I'm trying, I was like, I am accusing you of being late. Okay, and then they're filming me. They're filming you? They're not filming you on purpose, but I'm definitely being caught in the background.
Starting point is 00:14:33 You're not having a shot. It's a small space and I'm not happy looking. So you're like a background artist. I did a great background work. And then there would be the class. Then this woman starts filming herself in these big mirrors they have that are definitely like, I kept hitting my foot on the mirror.
Starting point is 00:14:47 Like, first of all, that was the only thing. I'm too tall. When the mirror was so big, you kept hitting your foot. It was an angle. It was like a gold framed mirror at an angle leaned against the wall. Oh, okay. And my machine was really close to it.
Starting point is 00:14:57 And I'm tall, which is also they should have been taking to consideration when they placed me there. Like, it was a whole thing. And I was too tall for the machine, which I've gone to many Pilates classes and they will give you extenders and like different things that makes the machine work for you. Oh, really?
Starting point is 00:15:10 Yeah. But I kept not being able to do things and the woman thought I was not capable. And I was like, I'm too tall. And then she would be like, not just lean forward. And I know my legs can't go further. Whatever.
Starting point is 00:15:20 The teacher was horrible. Then the woman starts filming herself in the mirror. And the teacher goes, do you want me to film you for you? And it's like easier that way. I'll just like shoot it for you. And then the teacher takes the phone and goes, and one, two, three, she's continuing to lead the class
Starting point is 00:15:32 while filming me. Filming someone. Everyone. For this woman's story or whatever. This doesn't feel like a serious workout. It was horrible. I was so mad. And I almost left.
Starting point is 00:15:43 The second the else started filming before we started, I almost went, you know what? I'm just gonna drive, I'm gonna cut my losses and leave because I'm was so mad and I almost left. The second the ulcerated filming before we started, I almost went, you know what? I'm just gonna drive my losses and leave because I'm so mad. But I was like, I drove all the way here and like, I want to work out. So I'm what if you ran home? That would have been worth it. Hmm. But anyway, really bothered me. I was so LA. Yeah, I can. I don't I just can't imagine filming myself when I work out because usually I look like shit I don't want to see myself on a camera
Starting point is 00:16:09 And then I start working out you hate being seen in wet clothes. I know this yeah, I do Scott's thing as long as I've known when you go back a long way My clothes are wet half the time Scott is just don't take pictures of me is my closure. What will you please tell me? I have wet blindness. Have you ever like witnessed that? Like we all do stories and dumb shit and that's fine, whatever, but like, have you ever witnessed it in a moment like that where you were like, oh wow, that was totally unnatural
Starting point is 00:16:39 or like it just came out nowhere. I have no where I have. And I'm surprised that I haven't actually. I mean, I've seen people taking selfies and stuff, but I haven't seen anyone narrating themselves in that way in the wide. Yeah. I do think it's funny when you're driving
Starting point is 00:16:52 and the person behind you, if you're looking in the rearview mirror, or the person next to you or whatever, is just has a normal face. And then suddenly they get selfie face and they start going, oh yeah. I need one. People take selfie. And then the minute it clicks, it just drops.
Starting point is 00:17:09 And they look so sad and they just look like, Oh God, now life is. It's sad, but it's also like I get it and I do all the same shit, but like there's something about it that made me feel really yuck. And then I also had a moment, the other day, where this was like a positive version of it,
Starting point is 00:17:26 where I was driving up Beachwood Canyon, where you could see the Hollywood sign really well and a lot of people take photos there. And it's filled with people thinking you can get to the Hollywood sign from there. So if you're walking along that street, tourists of various countries are constantly stopping and going, excuse me, excuse me,
Starting point is 00:17:43 how do you get up to the sign? Yeah, and it doesn't go directly to it. But I started crying because I was so happy for all these people taking a photo in front of Hollywood sign. And I was like, this is just sweet. Like it's so nice. They came here, they're posing with their friends.
Starting point is 00:17:58 Oh, yeah, I think it was cool. I saw you're a lunatic. Yeah, I'm crazy. I know there's no rammer reason to have my feelings about anything. I used to live on Beachwood and people would get in the middle of the street to take a picture. Where's your living room? I lived, I can't remember the address,
Starting point is 00:18:14 but for a time, James and I lived. Kitty cornered from each other, me out. Really? Did you know each other? Yeah, we were dating. What? What? Yeah, it was so great.
Starting point is 00:18:24 For her to keep an eye on you, you slide. Oh, well, you know, I'm different now. But it was, yeah, it was great. It was great. We can walk to each other's homes. That's cool. And when you're first dating, you can go home and change clothes and take a shale.
Starting point is 00:18:41 Take a shale. Oh, you guys. This is what I deserve. I almost, I almost moved to V2hood. What stopped you? That scared of the beach. Oh, that's what she's doing. Too many people stopping me to ask about the Hollywood stuff.
Starting point is 00:18:59 Wait, but you were going to say people take pictures in front of the middle of the street. Well, because the street curves around. It's dangerous. It's extremely dangerous. It's a pretty busy street. Well, because the street curves around. It's dangerous. It's extremely dangerous. And it's a pretty busy street. Yes, it is. And people drive to niche talking about a particular street
Starting point is 00:19:10 and less handicurment. No, but even like David Spade posts a lot of stories that people in Beverly Hills getting in the middle of the street to take a picture with palm trees. Like it's not even like there's something you can see. Yeah. These nuts to get in the middle of a busy street. Well, you have like when you go to another country and I had in the middle of it, busy street. Well, you have like, when you go to another country,
Starting point is 00:19:27 and I had a little bit of it. Which I do. I had a little bit of it. Which I love to do and do often. Of course, in England I have this. You have like, other country in vulnerability. Oh yeah. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:19:38 Where you go like, well nothing's gonna happen to me because it's like, almost the opposite of what maybe my mom would have. Where it's like, oh go on, everything is scary. You have such a coward. She is so afraid. She is so spineless. No, but you know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:19:53 You have just started this thing of like, I'm on vacation. Of course, I'm gonna die in my home state. Yeah, everyone knows that I'm on vacation. Yeah, everyone knows I'm on vacation? Nothing will happen. I'm going to die in my deathbed. I would die in the United States. Yes, of course. I'm not a England dire. Yeah. God, that would be so awful to die outside of America. No one. And your last breath
Starting point is 00:20:17 are of non-American air. No, but just that your family would have to deal with that. It sounds really complicated. Yeah. No, they fly you back family would have to deal with that. It sounds really complicated. Yeah. No, they fly you back on a plane or whatever. They're a problem. Yeah, you get a big deal. You get to fly back on a plane, you get to fly with the luggage. You get to meet the pilot.
Starting point is 00:20:34 That's fun. You get to meet the pilot. Well, the pilot meets you. Meet the parents. Yeah, they put wings on your, on your corpse. Can you milk me, Greg? Oh boy. Get in your milk.
Starting point is 00:20:42 You get to meet the fuckers. Me, you get to meet the little fuckers. The little fuckers. Me to meet the little fuckers. You get to meet Joe black. What was part of the meet the fuckers universe? I would like that. Me Joe black. Yeah. If all the meet the movies like meet the stupid.
Starting point is 00:20:57 They're all in the same universe. I'd like that. That would be great. Yeah. By the way, we have to vote on what? On her story. It's over. That's right. Oh, what do you
Starting point is 00:21:05 I've got? Whether it's not no, no, whether it's part of whether it was about the movie yesterday. Oh, yeah. Okay. Lauren, could you take your headphones off for just a take your headphones off? I I haven't seen the movie yesterday. Oh, okay. But you know what I saw? I but I know when did you say it yesterday? I feel like I know the synopsis of the film. Yeah. And what, the story that she told, I don't think lines up and not-
Starting point is 00:21:32 Blind up exactly. One to one with the movie. There were some words that were very similar. She used the- For sure. She used a- Those have to be in the movie. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:21:40 So, somewhere in the trailer. I think that part of her story was definitely about the movie, where she said the- Oh, she where she said, and I think it's, I think it's, you know, I think she dipped in and out though because then she would follow it up by saying like, Jim, and I don't think there was a Jim in the movie. I think it's parallel thinking that other stuff. I don't know. I don't know. I think it seemed like a rip off to me.
Starting point is 00:22:00 It seemed like she was, wow, we might have a hung jury here. You know what you would me. I'm gonna say Whip him out ball whip Emma whip Emma. I'm gonna say hello. My name is whip Emma I'm gonna say that her story was not about the movie yesterday This is a tough one for me because I've seen the movie Mm-hmm This is a tough one for me because I've seen the movie. I watched every single minute of it. I never dipped out to go pee. So I know pretty much I could answer any question
Starting point is 00:22:35 that you have about the movie in your full detail. You have zero questions? Good. That works out. But I think that when I saw the movie, it was about everything that she talked about. So you're saying the movie was about her story. She was in it too. But you're not, but that's different than her story being about the movie. Do you see? Yeah. And come to think of it, I actually was just following her around and watching her.
Starting point is 00:23:05 I didn't go see a movie. I think that's what you're thinking. Yeah, guys, guys, guys. Hi. Are you almost done? Lauren, yes. No, I think we're ready to vote. Oh, yeah, we are ready to vote.
Starting point is 00:23:13 Oh, you haven't even voted yet. I vote that your story was not about the movie yesterday. I concur it was not about the movie yesterday. It was supposed to be. Starting point is 00:23:47 That's what you want me to do. Maybe I'll turn them lies down. No. Maybe I'll turn them lies down. Hello. You want to lock them doors and turn them away so much? No! All right, we have to take a break.
Starting point is 00:23:56 We'll be right back. We're back. What is the region where people, when they pronounce a word ending in I.N.G. They make it like, in instead. In. Like what? Like talking. We were talking about talking, you know, yeah.
Starting point is 00:24:23 Where is that? I was walking somewhere. Walking, walking Phoenix. I don't know, where is that? I think when I was a kid, I thought it was a California thing because the first person I remember being aware that did it was John Ritter on Frees company. Is he from California? I don't know, but he lived there.
Starting point is 00:24:42 I assumed you was because I was a child. Siri, where is John Ritter? But when you grew up, you put aside such childish things. I don't know but he lived there. I assumed you as because I was a child Where is John Ritter when you grew up you put aside such childish things I didn't realize he was from Born in burp. Oh that's right cuz his dad was text-ritter. Oh I don't know that yeah, they're very famous Generation showbiz John Ritter was great. South North is middle name was John Ritter is one of the first celebrities that I cried when they died. I love to. Really. I love for how long? Five hours. No, I was for a long. No,
Starting point is 00:25:18 but it was so shocking and horrible. And then they did a really like a beautiful tribute to it on the show that he was on to that time. Do you cry? 20 tears. Yeah. Oh, yeah. He was on 8 million ways to say goodbye to my daughter. 8 simple rules. Come on.
Starting point is 00:25:35 That's just 8 million ways to say. You got it. You got to stop. You guys stop pulling it. They're pulling the strings. You got to stop pulling all the strings. Scott. You're right. I'll stop pulling all the strings. I'm sorry stop pulling all the strings, Scott. You're right.
Starting point is 00:25:45 I'll stop pulling all the strings. I'm sorry, guys. Why was I pulling all those strings? See, you got to ask yourself that. Now you got to ask. But Tex, Texriter was a cowboy singer. Yeah, what, okay. A cowboy singer.
Starting point is 00:25:57 Yeah. Romanist enough. What were some of the songs that he said? Oh, he said, oh, you beat me to it. Oh, yeah. Who, what, okay, celebrity deaths that have affected you the most go. That's one. Oh my God.
Starting point is 00:26:12 Phil Hartman was a big one. Oh, yeah, because he was so grim and we were at Mr. Show when it, when it happened and so many people knew him. Yeah. And just the circumstances of it were so depressing. Oh, it's nothing but horrible. Yeah. John Candy was another one.
Starting point is 00:26:28 I was really upset with John Candy. For some reason, I didn't affect me all that as much as I really liked him and love SETV and all that. For some reason, I was just like, yeah. Princess Diana was a crazy one. I feel like I might have told this story before, but I got to meet her. Mm-hmm. I don't know this story.
Starting point is 00:26:43 I might have told Kevin. You told me. I know the story. I don't know the story. I'm a told Kevin you told me I know the story. I don't don't look at Paul doesn't bring a ball for just look at me. For Kevin. But I feel like we talked about it on a podcast, but it was not this podcast. Yeah, I probably said it somewhere. I can't think maybe I'm sponsored.
Starting point is 00:26:57 Tell me tell me tell me. Where did you meet her? I met her right near my house. What was 10? Oh, in Chicago. Yeah, she came to meet with the president of Northwestern I met her right near my house. What? I was 10. Oh, in Chicago. Yeah, she came to meet with the president of Northwestern University, which is in Evanston, and she happened to be stopping.
Starting point is 00:27:13 I don't even know. We knew she was going to be at the certain location. So we all, like a swarm of probably 25 people were there. I was 10 or 11. Were you into princesses at the time or the idea of princesses? 25 people were there. I was 10 or 11. And- Were you into princesses at the time or the idea of princesses? Well, I definitely loved her
Starting point is 00:27:29 and everyone, at the time, everyone like thought she was the coolest person. They thought she was the bomb.co. She was so cool. And I admired the world family and it was like a big deal to go. So my friend and I went and we waited outside and she came around and shook everyone's hand. And I took pictures of her with a disposable camera, which I'm not in. I have the photos
Starting point is 00:27:48 of her, which is cool. I was thinking, everybody, amazing if I was in the photo. Yeah, how crazy would that have been? But so it's like no proof that I was there. But I always remember what she wore. And you could even Google it. She was wearing a mint green, like, you know, suit and skirt. You could put in Northwestern University. Are your pictures online of this? No. Other people's pictures.
Starting point is 00:28:11 Oh, but she wore a lot of Northwestern stuff. But there she is, bottom right. There she is. She is wearing a mint green suit. Oh, what, her own. Someone wrote an article called, why was it so strange that I met Princess Diana? Is this about me?
Starting point is 00:28:24 Is this about yesterday? Why was it so strange that I met Princess Diana? Is this about me? Is this about yesterday? Why was it so strange? What a weird headline. All right. And then it's a pinion piece. When she, when she died, I was at E rustic in on a hill, earth, which is a, which is a divy bar in, uh, in Los
Starting point is 00:28:43 feelas. And I remember it came with that they had a TV in the corner of the bar. Um, what was it called? E rustic. Oh, yeah, that was yeah. And when it came on the news, they interrupted whatever to say that she died. They were showing the news in a bar. No, they were showing whatever the TV show was. And they interrupted. Oh, I see. To show it on the news. Got it. Does that make sense? I thought you were saying they were showing the news and they interrupted the news. Sorry news. Oh, I see. To show it on the news. Got it. Does that make sense?
Starting point is 00:29:05 I thought you were saying they were showing the news and they interrupted the news. Sorry news. Different news. We have different news. What if I was in a BBC interrupted NBC news? You guys, what if I was in one of these photos? Like, there's pictures of crowds behind it. Oh, there you are.
Starting point is 00:29:18 But it was like a smaller crowd than that in my memory, but maybe it's you. No. It would be fun to see 10 year old Lauren. Is that you? She's the same 10 year old Lauren. Is that you? She's the same height that you said you. If honestly, it's possible there could be a picture of that, isn't there? It's possible. It could be. I mean, you're in this line somewhere. Oh, this is nuts to think about. Okay. I'm going to research that later. Okay. so it comes on the TV. This dude at a table nearby jumps up, falls to his knees, and says, oh my God, no!
Starting point is 00:29:53 Wow. As a joke or? No. He was completely serious. Wow. Okay. And he says, what? He said, why is it always the good ones?
Starting point is 00:30:02 Wow. I like him. Then he sat back down with his friends, and he was like, anyway. Yeah. Well, pretty much because he instantly, he was like, oh, and that dirty fat. He was a good kid.
Starting point is 00:30:14 He was Lebanese, you know. Then I hear him saying, there's got to be like, top three celebrity deaths of all time. Well, he's already ranking it. Yeah. Of like how surprising it is or He's already ranking it. Yeah. Of like how surprising it is or how like unfair it is. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:30:30 Wow. That was a horrible death though because it's so avoidable. Anything like that. Oh, another, yeah, another extremely grim. Yeah. Yeah. Happening. I was in San Luis Obispo when that happened and went kind of went, oh, okay.
Starting point is 00:30:43 Were you visiting the Richard Nixon presidential library? Of course I was. Now he's in your Belinda. Oh sure. Yeah. Does he have some connection to San Luis Obispo? I don't think so. I'm going there soon for the first time.
Starting point is 00:30:54 Oh, let me tell you all about it. Louis? Yeah, you can say it either way. Oh, I don't know. I've never said it out. I guess I've said it out in the play wrong. Go to Gum Alley. Gum Alley?
Starting point is 00:31:04 Oh, that's there. And spend 30 seconds in it. What's gum alley? I think it's an alley where everyone just sticks their gum on the side. Oh, are you fucking kidding me? Yeah. No, I'm not. Is that a real thing?
Starting point is 00:31:16 We don't know. I'm looking forward to it. No, get that off the screen. That's fucking disgusting. I'm going there. I think it's cool. Oh, no, we're looking at each other. I'm gonna add to it. Ew. I think it's cool. No, we're gonna hit it. I'm gonna add to it.
Starting point is 00:31:25 Ew. That's horrible. You're gonna take gum off of it and put it in your mouth and put it back on. Maybe see that makes the best kind, babe. What if the bottom of a table was a wall? Are you going to it? Are you going to hurt castle?
Starting point is 00:31:38 What are you doing? Are you going to Medonion? Stay at the Medonion? I'm not. I'm seeing it. Well, you know what? Stupid. I'm not gonna say when and where I'm saying. Yeah, yeah, don't say it.
Starting point is 00:31:46 But it looks nice. And I'm excited. And someone will show up just like you did the princess Diana. Yeah, I think that was legal. Lauren is business or pleasure. No, I use to be. Let's talk offline all about it. I'll tell you all to put you know, if you have any recommendations, I don't know anything about that area. I just kind of have heard from Oprah that it's the happiest city on earth. Who? Oprah wins for Oprah Winfrey. Yes. The TV host formerly known as Orpa. No, she's from
Starting point is 00:32:13 our birth difference. Wrinkling time. A wrinkling die. You know, she's in a wrinkling time. But I watched it at some point. Oprah Winfrey, she's wrink where she's everyone was so happy there. We'll find out why. I think for the break. For me, one of the weirdest, or okay, so the first celebrity
Starting point is 00:32:34 death where I didn't feel like. Yes, because you remember him. Adam and Eve were still alive and was watching. No, Abel died. He was the one that got Cain's slew. Yes, forgive me. Sorry, Cain. He slew him. He slew him. watching no able able died he was the one that can't do able yes Forgive me sorry can you He's losing him is that the past tense of yes, it is king slave King slave able on Lucifer I played cane and
Starting point is 00:32:58 Abel trapped in a woman's body came right. Yeah, please watch my episode Lucifer buddy came to that book. That's fucking right. Yeah. Please watch my episode of Lucifer. We have to watch it. Like, I'm thinking. He's like, I'm thinking. He's such a creep that no wonder he got murdered.
Starting point is 00:33:09 Yeah, and it was like, so horny. I'm a horny man. Horny. Corny man. I'm a horny. I'm a corny. I'm a corny. I'm a going to Barney.
Starting point is 00:33:19 Oh, man. The first death, celebrity death that where I didn't think like, well, yeah, of course, they're because every celebrity death, including John Lennon, even though I love the Beatles as a kid, they all seem so much older than me. Yeah, it's harder to understand. That even though John Lennon was 40, wasn't he? That I just was like, um, oh, yeah, old people die, you know, so but then the first one that I remember affecting me at all was Roy Orbison, because I got really into Roy Orbison and I had just seen him play, like a few weeks earlier maybe. And so that one was was very shocking. Just like, I was just next to him.
Starting point is 00:33:58 Because you thought maybe we're going to start friendship. Yeah, I tried. I made the first move. I went to a show. I dressed like a pretty woman. I walked on by. Lauren is now so not interested. She's back on her way. Well, it's almost, it's actually almost urgent because my mom was about to buy tickets for our show that we're doing in show. Oh, Trish!
Starting point is 00:34:17 Well, we could use it. No, no, no, no. Trish, I Trish. I Trish. I say how to, every time I never hear any word about this, she hears me. We'll find out. And then I come on. Don't be withholding. The next one that I felt affected by cut two, six years later.
Starting point is 00:34:33 I hope there's 10 of these. And then cut two. They canceled Barney. I'm just going to talk about celebrity cancellation that affected us. By the way, it's canceled. Put a pit in this motherfucker because speaking of cancellations that affected us, we're not far from the Netflix building. And there are people protesting the cancellation of the OA. Oh, come on.
Starting point is 00:35:04 Shut up. And I on, come on. Shut up. And I, on the way here, or shut up, later as I was, at the stoplight, I managed to, you were carried to pick it up. I know, I snapped, I snapped a photo. Oh, wait. That's why I was like, I was out there. Oh, it must go.
Starting point is 00:35:17 Yeah, I did a counter protest. Oh, wait, must go, wait. Keep it canceled, keep it canceled. Follow what they want. Follow what they want. I saw one person with a sign. She's looking at her phone. She had a sign over her shoulder. Boulder that said, save the OA, hunger strike day nine. That's only affecting news. We need this doesn't make sense. Let go protest something real. You're going to spend your day outside.
Starting point is 00:35:46 There's so many things right now. I mean, everything is bad. There's so many things. A show being canceled is nothing to do. Hopes off the WGA thing. Go go go go there. Go to the big agencies. The big five.
Starting point is 00:35:56 Go protest the thing. Go protest something real. Go protest the restaurants are using beyond meat now. Oh, bro, this is restaurants. We use a gun. The. We use a car. No. We are. So what kind of way are we protesting them for using beyond me?
Starting point is 00:36:11 Yes. Can the cows. All right. So the next celebrity death that I was affected by was the chick for Lake hell. Who's the one on the billboard? No, Kerko Bayon when I was 24, mainly because I had, it wasn't like John Lennon where he existed before I existed. And so it was another one. Yeah, you didn't care about it.
Starting point is 00:36:40 It was someone who exists after you've existed. Yes. And we were around the same age and height of fame and the fact that he did it himself too. All of that combined was just like, oh, God. I moved to Los Angeles the day that they found him. Whoa. I heard the news on the radio. You kind of like caused it. I heard it on the car.
Starting point is 00:37:04 Hey, man, did I make room? Were you in a hurry? I was on the radio. You've been in like, caused it. I heard it on the car rate. Hey man, did it make room? Were you in a hurry? I was in the car and I heard it on the radio on the way to the airport. Wow. Yeah, I was there. I feel like that's that happened to you that we were talking about in the car or something
Starting point is 00:37:17 on this tour. I feel like there was some death or some or big event that happened right when you moved. You got married. Maybe I'm mixing up with some. Like right when you moved. You got married. Maybe I'm mixing up with my wife. Like right when you move. I feel like, yeah, I don't remember. I mean, I was a big event for the rest of the world.
Starting point is 00:37:31 I was in, You got married and everyone had to accept their fate. That's right. Sorry. Sorry everybody, but you're not married to me. I am married to someone who's married to me. Wow, that really worked out. I feel like it was a thing where didn't they find them in the morning?
Starting point is 00:37:47 Because I feel like I was listening to K. Rock here in Kevin and Bean and it was everyone was very somber. And then I had to go to work. Both Kevin and Bean? Yeah, they were both somber. And then I went to work at Olive Garden in Cypress, California where I was working. And they would let us listen to the radio in the kitchen and they were just playing like continual Nirvana songs. But the one time that they were playing the radio
Starting point is 00:38:10 in the kitchen was the OJ Chase went right by us. And so, yeah, yeah. So we were like, it went by us on the 91 freeway. And so we were listening like, oh my God, he's coming, he's gonna be, can we see him? Is he gonna drive through the kitchen? Yeah, he's gonna murder all of us as well. Who's next?
Starting point is 00:38:27 On his spree. So Lauren and he celebrity deaths that you were. I told you a couple. Who do you, well you said, Princess Diane, who's that happened shortly after I met her. Right. And then John Ritter and who else? I'm not sure.
Starting point is 00:38:49 I feel like those have been some of the ones where I felt really, it was also I was like a little younger and like realizing what it, same thing as you, that like someone could just die or something. Right, someone who's like, well, John Ritter, yeah, John Ritter and Princess Di have the same thing where it's like, oh, they could have lasted another 40 years.
Starting point is 00:39:07 Three young people. Yeah. I, my favorite actor was Peter O'Toole. And when he died, I met him once. Yeah, what was the story about that? And I'm a book signing. He released an autobiography that he was going to do three, three installments of.
Starting point is 00:39:25 And the first one was about his... Thank you, 99. That's right. The first one was about his childhood. And when that came out, I was still living in Philly, and I went and stood in a long line to meet him and have him sign the book. And, you know, like after about 10 minutes,
Starting point is 00:39:43 they, you know, the bookstore people came to tell everyone online, he's getting tired, so he's not gonna have time to personalize all the books. I was like, I gotta get this guy to personalize my fucking book, I'm right here. So I at the time would occasionally do an impression of him on stage if my closer did not get a laugh. Then I would do this impression
Starting point is 00:40:02 because it was a big shouty thing. And it would, you know, it was like, anything where you shout or do a poem or a laugh. But I would do this impression because it was a big shouty thing. And it would, oh, you know, it was like anything where you shout or do a poem or, yeah, yeah, yeah. A poem. Yeah. Exactly. So I wanted to get him. The impression was him reciting the It's a Bitsy spider.
Starting point is 00:40:15 And so I was like, I have to get part of that. I have to get him to write some of that in this book. And so when I got up to him in the line, I lied and said, my father used to do an impression of him. He's passed away, but we were kids. He used to do this. Freshly that always made his laugh. And so he signed part of, he signed like, up comes the sun.
Starting point is 00:40:36 Wow. Up comes the sun. Up comes the sun. And the best part to pick. That was also the loudest part. Oh, wow. The sun. Up comes the sun.
Starting point is 00:40:45 It sounds so meaningful out of context. Yeah, absolutely. And then it got printed in the newspaper the next day. They did a story because it was the biggest signing in, you know, but borders history or whatever bookstore it was. The interview you for it. They did not interview me, but they, they were a section that said the,
Starting point is 00:41:04 the fans, uh, uh, they were a section that said the the fans remarks were moving and they're obvious in their obvious sincerity. And I was like the third person quoted. My father used to my father's dead nights. Wow. That's your father. He didn't go, hey, what the fuck is this? I don't know. I don't know if you ever did. Maybe.
Starting point is 00:41:19 Who knows what was going on with that guy? Yeah, right. Hey, dad, you see that quote in the paper for me? Oh, let me check this out. I'm dead. I used your hypothetical death, dude. That's my own aims. That's great.
Starting point is 00:41:31 Do you still have the book? Oh, yeah. And when he died, I wrote online, a post-it online about meeting him and all that. And lying to him. And lying to him. Yeah, no, I told the old story. And then a year later or a couple of years later,
Starting point is 00:41:49 Jamie texted me, Oh no, honey, Peter O'Tool died. And I was like, oh no, this is terrible. And I was like, it took me, hold on. It took me like an hour. I was like, wait a minute. Didn't he already know? He's already dead.
Starting point is 00:42:08 And I looked up my own fucking story and I was like, oh my God, I wrote this whole thing. I have forgotten that people have done. What, wait, why did she text that to you? Because she saw some, you know, this happens a lot online, which is where it's like how I get that fucking cake boss story. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. Every six months or something. Every six months someone goes, cake boss was arrested. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And it's like how I get that fucking cake boss story. Every six months or something. Every six months or something.
Starting point is 00:42:26 Everyone goes, cake boss was arrested. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And it's from 2014. Yeah, right. So she just read something about the hero. This thing got back in the loop, like in a bitch wearing a back in the loop or something. And you were like, am I making this up? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:42:38 That would be funny though, if like she, it was in her text drafts or something. She just like sounded. Oh, I never said this. But I had the same exact feeling as I did when it first happened. Right. Yeah. But it was very weird. Isn't it weird though that it meant so much to you, but yet you forgot that he was
Starting point is 00:42:58 even dead. Gone and forgot. Yeah. Yeah. What does that mean? It's not like he was super active. Well, yeah. It was a big part of your life.
Starting point is 00:43:08 He was not a big part of my life. We only met the one time. Yeah. And he died well after we met. You mean it, yeah. Yeah, and well after him even doing any movie roles or any, he had retired. I think he had done a couple movies.
Starting point is 00:43:22 Like indie movies though that one. Yeah, he wasn't Spider-Man. Was he? Venus, he was supposed to be. The Venus was probably the last big movie that he did. Venus, what is Venus? Venus was a May December romance story where he was the December. Oh, that was sort of May December's pretty generous.
Starting point is 00:43:39 It's like this. Oh yeah, yeah. It's always like February, New Year's Eve. Right. Am I right, folks? Like you would call it. I think it's always like February. Yeah, New Year's Eve. Right. Am I right, folks? But you could. I think it's more of a... Okay.
Starting point is 00:43:51 Yeah, you're right. All right, look, let's take a break. Welcome back. We're back again. It's time for a threacher. I think so. This one was sent in by ad Derek underscore mart's. It's called dead celebrities. It's right on track with what we're talking about.
Starting point is 00:44:15 Oh, good fine. Shevon. Shevon, good boy. What a bit of synchronicity. How beautiful. Synchronicity one. Like that. How beautiful. Each of you will be different dead celebrities. And from. Synchronicity one like that. How beautiful.
Starting point is 00:44:25 Each of you will be different dead celebrities and from your conversation, you have to figure out who you are without asking direct questions. Each of us, not you, the listener. Yeah, you're not being this kind of... We have to figure it out. Wait, I refuse to let them play.
Starting point is 00:44:36 Do we have to figure out who... Each of us... I think we should each know who we are and we talk to each other and then we go... And then if we ever figure it out, we say, Oh! This is a twist. That's how I understood it initially. So what I'm saying is, is like, if we ever figure out your princess die, we say, okay,
Starting point is 00:44:52 princess die. And then, and then I die and fly off like an angel. Yeah, you're finally released from your earthly balance. Maybe turn them. I always get the run. Maybe lock them doors and turn them in the night. Maybe turn them lights and lock them doors and then they'll know what. You'll play games, Roads.
Starting point is 00:45:10 All right. So let's all take a second to think of somebody. Okay, okay, okay. I'm okay. Got it. And by the way, we're not going to do impressions because that would give it away. Yes. We're going to talk like ourselves that would give it away. Yes. We're gonna talk like ourselves and just give it away via the question.
Starting point is 00:45:27 Give it away, give it away, give it away now. Give it away now. The conversation give it away, give it away now. Give it away now. Okay, I'm ready. I'm not, I'm not. You're only thinking of live people. I'm only thinking of living celebrities
Starting point is 00:45:40 and the people that we mentioned already. Yeah, I know. It's tough. Tough to do to think of anyone who's dead, I have mine. There's a lot of work I got learned at. I got one. Okay. Okay.
Starting point is 00:45:53 Hey. Hi. Nice to meet you guys. How funny that we're all here. Yeah. Wow, what an interesting situation. I don't know. I can't remember if we've ever met before.
Starting point is 00:46:02 Where would we have met? Well, don't ask questions, right? Okay, I feel like, no, isn't that what? Well, it's not don't ask direct questions, but I don't even know what that means. That was a pretty direct question. Where would we have met? Tell me your biography.
Starting point is 00:46:13 I was extremely direct. I think it should be. How do I know who you are? Tell me a little something by yourself. Hey, how are you? Tell me a little something by yourself. No. Do you look familiar to me?
Starting point is 00:46:25 I do. I feel that I look, it kind of depends on how old you are, how familiar I look. Right. Well, I am in my 40s, I'm gonna say. I'm a little bit older than you. Yeah, I'm about to say directly because. I think I'm a little older.
Starting point is 00:46:43 I don't wanna say directly there because I just don't want to say directly because I don't want to say directly there because I'm just don't want to share that okay. I'm You know, I'm like 85 or 90 or so so after you've passed or that was how oh my god You did we're all dead aren't we sorry? Wait are we? Yes, this is okay. Okay. Okay Knowing that I thought it was a cloud themed club So you're 40. I would say older than that.
Starting point is 00:47:09 And you've written some books. I think I have. I think I have. I bet I have. Yeah. Yeah. I might have a book here. I would say, I would say,
Starting point is 00:47:19 but if I, I bet if I put it on a book, there's probably a lot of pictures in there. I think if I put it on a book, there's probably a lot of pictures in there. I tell you this. I think if I put it on a book, it would have a lot to do with my life story and maybe an animal or two and- Okay, Jane Goodall. No. Damn it.
Starting point is 00:47:37 I tell you this place is- If you have a book out, you can share that. You can share that. Yeah, we like to talk about books here. I don't really like to read all that much. Have never been much of a reader. This is something that is known about you. Yeah, I'm not growing up.
Starting point is 00:47:56 My proclivities lie elsewhere. I tell you, this place is not like Jilly's at all. Jilly's. Yeah. Jilly's cafe. No, it's just a place I liked at my own place. Okay, quick complaining Frank Sinatra. Oh, okay, okay. No, not reader.
Starting point is 00:48:12 Is that true? I doubt it. Okay, well you could keep. I doubt he ever did. You could keep guessing, right? Yeah, yeah, yeah. So, do you, I mean, there's a stage out there if you wanna go get on it. No, no, no, yeah. So, do you, I mean, there's a stage out there if you want to go get on it.
Starting point is 00:48:28 No, no, no, no, no. You couldn't do that. I mean, I like, I, you know, I'm a custom to be in front of people but not in that way. Oh, okay. So you're not juicing. No, I sure am not. You might make a speech or two.
Starting point is 00:48:40 I mean, I have, but it's not the main thrust of what I do. Right, right. I like, I like to be outside. Are any of your animals here, by the way? Oh, did you bring animals? Are they dead, too? Definitely by now. I'm very interested in animals.
Starting point is 00:48:54 I have one animal that's pretty unique as a pet. Really? Yeah. Like a snake. No, it has hair. Most people don't have this as a pet. Is it pop-belly pig a pet. Is it pop belly pig? No.
Starting point is 00:49:06 Is it a dog? No, everyone has that. Oh, okay. I'm Frank Sinatra. I don't know what normal people have. Oh, okay. This is true. You're mobilized himself.
Starting point is 00:49:16 I never sang any song about any dog. So... And you can quote me on that jack. Me? Yeah, and one of your books about. Oh, I don't know, I don't really write a lot of books. I just mean I probably have a book. And there are definitely books written about me.
Starting point is 00:49:30 A lot of books are written about me. Well, do you want to get on that stage then? Yeah, I do. It's what I was born to. Okay, Barbara Streisand. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,, not live. Starting point is 00:49:49 No, not live. No, not live. No, not live. No, not live. No, not live. No, not live. No, not live. No, not live.
Starting point is 00:49:57 No, not live. No, not live. No, not live. No, not live. No, not live. No, not live. No, not live. No, not live. No, not live. No, not live. No time on film? No, no, no, no. On camera, sure, but not on film.
Starting point is 00:50:05 On camera, really? On like television interviews and stuff? I've been interviewed, yeah, but I've been on television a lot. You've been on television, oh, but you've written books as well. What an interesting thing. I don't quote me on that. I think I probably have. Okay. I think we got off track with all this book talk. I want to ask if you have anything to do with the news. No, I've been in it. Have you ever interrupted the news?
Starting point is 00:50:27 Other news? I personally have not interrupted the news. I don't think I have. I think I was very important and I interrupted the news, at least with my death. Really? What about your pet's death? I don't really know when that happened and so I can't speak to that. So after you were alive? I don't know. What's your, what's your pet in elephant?
Starting point is 00:50:51 Well, it's probably a monkey, right, Michael Jackson? It is, yes. I thought you were gonna be him too. He, he, he. You should have said he, he, he. Oh my god, he. More times. Okay, so Michael, you and I were great friends down on Earth.
Starting point is 00:51:03 That's right, you guys were the best friends. Me and Bono, Jack. We sang a song together, Jack. So you might go on stage, but you don't only care for it. It's not your main thing. You've written books probably. I'm not performed on stage. A television actor.
Starting point is 00:51:17 Are you an actor? I don't think so. Are you a radio person? Are you Walter Cronkite? No. No. You've never interrupted the do I look like Walter Cronkite? No, I know. You've never interrupted the I look like Walter cronkite. You don't think anything to me. I you know, I honestly don't know if I
Starting point is 00:51:30 interrupted the news, but maybe when I died, some people got their news interrupted. I don't know. And you're in your 40s or 50s. Yeah. Did you like it when news was interrupted when you were alive? I feel like that's a very direct question. I'm sorry, I was sitting there. I was sitting there, I was sitting there, I was sitting there, I was sitting there, I was sitting there, I was sitting there, I was sitting there, I was sitting there, I was sitting there, I was sitting there, I was sitting there,
Starting point is 00:51:51 I was sitting there, I was sitting there, I was sitting there, I'm trying to learn more about you, man, Jack, sorry, Jack. Oh, how about your wife? Is she around? I believe so, yeah, and my daughter. She's here in heaven? No. Oh, okay.
Starting point is 00:52:04 I'm sorry, but around her earth, I should say. Oh, oh, okay, really? Do my daughter ain't on proud. I'm proud that my daughter. She's here in heaven? No. Oh, okay. I'm sorry. But around earth, I should say. Oh, oh, okay. Really? My daughter, you know, I'm proud. I'm proud that my daughter is following in my footsteps. Are you Joe Biden? Wait, he didn't die. Are you John Ridder? Are you John McCain? I'm not John Ridder. I'm not John McCain. You're not in politics. No, not. Are you a famous John? No, I am not. So not Hugh Grant then. Anyway. Remember when he was on J. Leno? Did you see that? He's also alive. Yeah, I was alive for that. I was alive for that. Sure.
Starting point is 00:52:37 It was a big deal. It's when J. Leno took the lead in the late night war. Why don't you tell us a little more about yourself? Well, like you, I had a great affinity for animals. I would say more so in my life. Hmm. Are you Jane Goodall? No, I'm not, man. Are you, wait, are you that crocodile? No, that's Steve. Steve Irwin. Yes. Wait, are you that crocodile? No, Steve. Steve Irwin. Yes, sir. Oh!
Starting point is 00:53:08 Really good. You're turning the table. That's a good one. Bindi. Bindi Irwin. That's she's engaged. That's great. Wow.
Starting point is 00:53:18 That brings us to the end of another creature. You don't want to play it again? It's funny. It's funny. One more time. Okay. Okay, I got to think of somebody. Okay, I got to think of somebody. I got to think of somebody too. Can we do... Okay.
Starting point is 00:53:33 Why don't we all... Wait, don't ask you really want to do yours. Why don't we all do movie characters who died? Or is that too hard? Oh, died in the movies. Oh. Is that too hard? That might be too hard.
Starting point is 00:53:46 Okay, it probably is. Yeah. Okay, I got to think it's muddy. I like it though. I like it too, but I feel like our interests might not. That's rubbing another movie. Our moving knowledge might not overlap. Right, right.
Starting point is 00:53:54 Okay, I got mine. I got mine. I don't have mine yet. All right. I hope we can get yours. Okay. Yeah, should we get started? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:54:06 Hey everyone. Hey. Oh, this is funny. Oh. I don't do that. You don't do that? I probably don't. All right, a clue.
Starting point is 00:54:17 How are you? I do, but you think I wouldn't. Huh. Branks and not dry. Cool. I love this place. I love this place. I love this place, but I'm rather from the music plane.
Starting point is 00:54:28 Well, I'd rather music be a little more upbeat. How about you? Oh, I would love it loud. I love it loud, loud music. I love music. It's not my style of music. You know, maybe I'm too, maybe I'm a little older than this style of music.
Starting point is 00:54:43 I love the style of music. And I always imagine when I got up here, what would you than this style of music. Hmm. I love the style of music. And I was imagined when I got up here. What would you call the style of music? Rock and roll, buddy. Yeah. And I was imagined when I got up here that I'd be on guitar, playing in the heavenly band. And your turk co-bein.
Starting point is 00:54:58 No, I'm, who the fuck is that? Oh, you don't even know who that is. What, weird. Is that your guitar? Yeah. What happened to it? Oh, it's yeah. What do you mean the brown marks on it? Yeah. Oh, I don't, I'm embarrassed. I don't want to say. Did you set it on fire? Yeah. All right. Jimmy. Wow. He's always the lead guitarist in the heaven band. No one, no guitarist, but he also have been able to supplant him. He also hopes to be the guitarist.
Starting point is 00:55:32 He hopes, yeah, which he was famous for saying. So anyway, how are you? You, you, you, I would like the music more upbeat. I would like it a little happier. I feel that's what people want. Happy music, huh? Yeah, happy music's cool. Happy music is nice.
Starting point is 00:55:46 I've had some tragedy in my life. Have you? Yeah, but I've had ups and downs. You know what I mean? Are you Frank Lloyd Wright? No. Because you know what happened to him. Interesting.
Starting point is 00:55:58 No one happened to him. So he... This is what I was watching this documentary on Frank Lloyd, right? And you are Scott Jimmy Hendrix. Okay. And so I'm watching this, this story about how Frank Lloyd write, he like builds his house.
Starting point is 00:56:15 Yeah. And and he gets married and he has kids. And then very calmly, the documentary and the narrator says, and then tragedy struck. I'm like, oh, I they got Rubella and I'll die or whatever. A native American person that worked for him set the entire house on fire and when his wife and kids all crashed out the windows
Starting point is 00:56:41 and started crawling out of them, took an axe and chopped them all to pieces. What? You know, I heard this from someone else on a podcast once. I've never heard this. But I've never heard from Jimmy Hendrick before this period. This is fascinating. Well, it must be thrilling for you.
Starting point is 00:56:54 I mean, look, we work in temporary. Now let me play this. It doesn't mean that much to me who you are. What, that's really? I don't know. Why not? Did you die before? I... Let me find out.
Starting point is 00:57:07 Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha. All right. Yeah, I died before you were a big girl. What about me? Um, did you die before you was a big deal? No, I was around for Jimmy. You were around for me? Yeah, I left you.
Starting point is 00:57:19 Sorry. What do you think? Well, I thought it was, I thought you were interesting. But not your cup of tea. Certainly your rendition of the national anthem. Oh, is that you are your big patron? Are you a patriot? I think so, but it certainly would have raised eyebrows with my former in-laws.
Starting point is 00:57:39 Oh, your former in-laws were not from this country. No, they raised that. when you say raised eyebrows, meaning they did not like it. Were you related to the Kennedy family? Well, yes I was. All right, Jay, I'm K. Jean here. No. Carolyn, this is.

Starting point is 00:58:25 Did you know I actually probably did it for the 1960s? Did you know me as Jacqueline Boogie Kennedy? I might have just started learning about you and then I quickly died. Okay, so you know, not because of the information. I was so that I would have had a chance to do it. Sixties. And what and you like peppy upbeat music? I was so that I would have had a chance to do it. 60s. And what, and you like peppy upbeat music? Did you, I think happy music, I think just being happy
Starting point is 00:58:51 is one of the most important things. And you feel like you would have a chance with my husband? No, no, no, not at all. I'm joking. I would never be a man. Well, you can imagine how hilarious those jokes are to me. Of course.
Starting point is 00:59:02 Do you joke like that all the time? No, no, no, no,, I'm a very, very nice sense of humor and I would never engage in homosexual acts, I'm sure. And I wonder why she brought that up. No, I was married to my wife. But I actually valued someone a little more. I had someone that I considered more my spouse than.
Starting point is 00:59:28 Okay, Cole Porter. No, and it wasn't a human being and. Okay, Michael Jackson. No. I create really great memories for people. You're a, you create really great memories for people? Oh, wait, are you Norman Rockwell? No. Are you? Ansel Adams? No. Fuck. But you were married. I yes. But you were

You create art really? art really sorry you a painter. I Don't not really I would think pencil is more what I would use and Colors we don't say that anymore I know you're from a different time but colored mark. I don't know what the thing are called But anyway, something magic markers. No, I didn't use magic markers, but I do love magic. Okay. You seem really cool. I'm mostly cool. I probably have a couple bad opinions. I think maybe you do. And I think one of those opinions was that mice are not pests, but they're supposed to be revered in some special way.
