Look at my photos, look at my text.
Just do not look at my chat GPT history because it goes real deep.
It's weird in there.
It's freaky.
Garbage in, garbage out.
You have to put in accurate data for you to actually get accurate outcomes.
So like you want to build that dump truck or you want to, you know, improve your posture.
Whatever your goal might be, I tell the AI tool and I'm like, help me create a plan over the next few weeks and help me track my progress.
I think I know what Shere's goals are for 2026.
Build that dump truck.
Build that dump truck.
I don't know why I keep saying that.
Sorry, guys.
I'm Gene.
I'm Sheree.
And we're the Tiger Sisters.
We are your Wall Street and Silicon Valley Big Sisters.
And we're a top 10 business podcast bringing late night sister talk meets boardroom strategy.
Is it embarrassing to admit that I literally use AI every single day of my life?
Is everyone else doing that or is it just me?
I mean, you are using it a lot.
Yeah.
I use it for my like cooking recipes, my day.
daily like workflow, like exercise routines, everything. It's basically replaced like every single one
of my Google search goes into like an AI search. I mean, I feel like I kind of do the same thing too now.
So there's like so many platforms out there today. There's chat cheap BT. There's Gemini. There's
there's Claude. There's Grock. I hope you're not using GROC, but there's so many that you can
choose from today. And the people who know how to use it to their advantage are the people who are getting
ahead. I mean, I'd rather have someone read all of my texts before they look at my chat GPT search
history. Same. Look at my photos. Look at my text. Just do not look at my chat GPT history because it goes
real deep. It's weird in there. It's freaky. Oh. How freaky. Business freaky. Okay.
Which brings us to the topic de jour, our episode is how to use AI to be happier, healthier,
and hotter. Wait, hotter?
You heard what I said?
She said what she said, ladies and gentlemen, hotter.
So today we're going to go through the blueprint and after you watch this episode,
there's like extremely tactical things you can take away and we're excited to get into it.
There's so many frameworks and action items for you to do in this episode that you can do them
right after this episode or you can pull up your favorite AI tool and even do it while you're watching.
Yeah, like what if you like put them side by side like tiger sisters next to your AI tool and tried
it like live while we're telling you guys about it?
Like I feel like, what if?
What if?
What if you guys did that?
Imagine a world.
Yes.
But we do have to give you a quick disclaimer because it is about AI and AI is so fast moving
these days.
It is a tool.
AI is a tool and not a doctor or a sentient advisor.
So make sure to double check anything that's high stakes.
Take what AI says with a grain of salt and realize that things need to be fact checked,
which we will get into at the end of this episode, but want to do a quick disclaimer up front.
Today's episode is presented by SoFi, the all-in-one finance app that helps you bank, borrow, and invest your money in one place.
Okay, so the first part of this episode, we're going to talk about how to use AI to become healthier.
But before we dive in, I want to give you guys this stat, and it honestly makes me so mad.
So I just want to point out that a recent Harvard study found that women were 25% less likely to use generative AI than men.
What's going on there, ladies?
What are we waiting for?
What are we waiting for?
Like, we can't create this gender gap and we can't let it happen.
They've been waiting for this episode.
They've been waiting for ways to use AI to make you healthier, happier, and hotter.
Yeah.
And one more thing that I want to share before we get into all the details is that the number
one axiom when it comes to using AI is the same thing we always say when we're actually
building the AI tools or training the AI models, which is garbage in, garbage out.
So you have to put in accurate data for you to actually get accurate outcomes.
So that's just why like all of these AI companies are out there trying to acquire all these data sources
and they're spending all this money to like train up their LLMs.
But that's a whole other conversation.
That's a whole other episode.
For now, let's get started.
Sheree, how do you use AI to get healthier?
So I love using AI tools as like workout planning slash personal training because let's be real.
Personal training and like doing anything like that is quite expensive.
And this is like semi low stakes where you can talk to.
an AI tool and get ideas of like your next workout. So something that I do, so I have a fitness tracker.
I actually have one on me right now. And I'm like very much into whether you have like a whoop or an
or a garment, Apple Watch, whatever it is, I usually track my workouts. And something that I like to do is I
like to take screenshots of the output. Like when I'm done, it'll say I burned this many calories.
I worked out for this long, my like strain. All this information. It's a lot of data. And it's kind
of hard to parse through it on your own.
Like, I'm not a personal trainer.
So then I take these screenshots and I put it into chat cheapy T and it helps me analyze my
workout and then I ask the AI tool how I should be thinking about my future workouts.
I tell them my goals.
So like my goal, if you want to build that dump truck or you want to, you know, improve your posture,
whatever your goal might be, I tell the AI tool and I'm like, help me create a plan over the
next few weeks and help me track my progress. So that's something that I like to do when it comes to
like workout and personal training. Another example is that I started swimming recently. This is a very
new sport for me. I swam in like middle school and high school, but it's been a while. And I don't
remember any of like the workout plans that we had. So I've been going to this lap pool in the morning.
And I'm kind of just like swimming laps like leisurely, like back and forth and I'm like kind of aimlessly.
And I'm like la la la, like, you know, freestyle. But then after my workout, I took a screenshot.
shot of, you know, the results.
And I asked my A.
From your trainer.
From your tracker.
Yes.
From my tracker.
The results from my tracker.
And I asked the AI tool.
I'm like, how do I get better at swimming?
I'm just like kind of swimming back and forth in this pool.
And it literally gave me a workout plan because I don't know too much about like swimming
workout plans.
But they're like do four laps as a warm up, 30 second break, you know, in between.
Then do eight at like medium intensity.
I'm like, oh, this makes so much more sense.
Like that's what like a workout coach.
would do if I had a swim coach. So I'm really loving this way to be healthier because it's pretty low stakes. I can tune it up. I can dial it down
depending on like what I want to do. And so I find like I have a plan that I can follow. Yeah. I could imagine you can
even like in the moment like let's say you're really tired that morning. You could be like hey like I usually do this but can
you dial it down? Like I'm actually a little bit low energy today. So give me a better version of this for my current state.
Or like, oh, I hurt my hip, so I don't want to put too much pressure on my hip.
That actually happened to me recently.
Remember, I strained my groin when I was in Hawaii?
Okay, I literally, okay, I strained my groin.
I went to yoga three days in a row.
It was not a good idea.
I pushed myself.
And obviously, it's so me to literally get hurt while in Hawaii doing like the most relaxing
thing ever.
I know.
And then, okay, the next day I was like, come snorkeling with me.
And she was like, I can't.
I strain my groin.
Well, also.
It was so lame.
But I also asked our AI tool.
I'm like, I strained my groin.
Should I snorkel?
And it's like, no.
Like you should, you know, try to rest and recover.
But like point being, you can like dial it up or tune it down based off of like, hey,
last night I got, you know, four hours of sleep.
Should I still do an intense workout today?
Right.
So you can kind of.
Right, right.
Personalize it.
Right.
And then just really quickly, one sort of like expert level tip if you want to take it to the
next level is if you have access to.
on one of those in-body scanners at your gym or if you go somewhere that you can kind of scan
your body, you can take all those results and then also upload those into chat chbt.
So you can have a better idea of if you wanted to do something really specific, like body
recomposition or something like that, because those scans tell you the percentage of muscle
and fat in like every part of your body.
Like it shows you percentage in your left arm, your right arm.
And so you can do something way more detailed and complicated that way.
But the reason I bring it up is because of what I said earlier, right?
The idea of like garbage in garbage out, the more accurate information you put in there,
the sort of better and more personalized your recommendations can be from the AI tool.
Yeah. And Gene and I have both gotten our own in-body scans before.
And it's basically like it gives you all this data.
And similar to like my health tracker, you can take a screenshot of it and upload it.
As long as you feel comfortable putting your personal data into these AI tools,
this is also part disclaimer.
Is that like, no one really knows what's happening to the data that you put in the AI tools,
even if you're like, please do not use my data for, you know, other purposes.
Like, who the heck knows?
I don't know.
So like, you know, only put information that you feel comfortable that like if it were leaked,
like, you know, are you comfortable with that data?
So I wouldn't put sensitive things in there.
Yeah, yeah.
Like sensitive, like data regarding your health or even if you want to blur out your name and like
other things, like consider that.
Yeah.
I'm wary.
I'm like, I love using these AI tools, but you have to be skeptical and wary because, like, I don't know.
It's so new and it's moving really quickly.
Good disclaimer.
Okay, also we promise you guys some specific prompts.
So here are some examples that I'll read out loud.
One, you could say, act is my certified personal trainer.
And then you tell it what your goals are.
Like Cherie said she wanted to build that dump truck or build that dump truck.
I think they'll probably understand that actually.
Yeah, probably.
Okay.
Another one is ask me 10 questions.
then build a four-week exercise workout program,
include warm-ups, form cues, and modifications.
And that one is good because it has specificity in it.
The previous one had role play in it.
So these are all kind of good things to lean into
when you're doing your prompt engineering.
Okay.
And then the third one is,
I have 25 minutes, or however much time you have,
three times a week,
and do not work out before 9 a.m. or after 8 p.m.
That's me.
My work hours are blank.
build a plan that maximizes my time, avoid super heavy lifting, and prioritizes glutes and posture.
So this is an example of where you have a lot more refining and then you also give it constraints.
So again, specificity.
I love these.
I especially love the role play one too because just in general, I know we're saying roleplaying like
certified personal trainer, but you can role play like a lot of things.
Like role play, like you are a life coach to me.
Roll play, you are a social media manager and I need help doing XYZ.
Like I think just this role play, like you are this, help me with this is a really good thing to keep in mind.
I also love the time constraints.
I use that one all the time.
I'm like, I have 45 minutes at the gym, create a booty gains plan for me.
And what can I do?
I think I know what Shere's goals are for 2026.
Build that dump truck.
Build that dump truck.
I don't know why I keep saying that.
Sorry, guys.
But it's true.
And so the other reason why we are sort of preaching all this.
specificity and like building it into the prompt engineering is because there are already some studies.
There's a 2024 study from the journal J.MIR medical education that found that AI generated exercise
were about 90% accurate, but only about 40% comprehensive. So unless you, you know, do the full
in body scan and load in all of your data, just know that some of these feedback or like
information that you're going to get from these AI tools are going to be fairly cookie cutter.
So again, use your discretion, use your, you know,
comprehension skills in order to decide what works and what doesn't work for you.
Totally.
I think you're going to hear us say the same thing throughout this episode where like we
love using these AI tools for certain things.
But definitely take the responses with a grain of salt, still apply critical thinking
and reading comprehension because, you know, it is something to be wary of.
The second way that we love using AI to get healthier is by using it to generate nutrition plans
that can be specified based on your budget and your preferences.
Okay, Sheree, can you give us some examples of how you do this?
Okay, so this is what I do every week, guys.
So a couple of things.
Like one, I'll go at it from both directions.
So one, I'll look in the fridge and being like, okay, I have an orange, a lemon, a pasta,
some leftover sauce, some parsley.
like what can I make here?
A bell pepper.
Just like the most random ingredients.
Okay, that doesn't sound that random.
But I have like a lot more random ingredients.
I have chocolate milk.
Okay, that's too random.
But there's just a bunch of random ingredients in the fridge that I want to use.
Oftentimes a lot of it is like produce that I don't want to go to waste.
And I know that there is a really yummy way to put it all together.
But I just don't know what that is.
And it's often like quite specific so that it's not really like a Google searchable thing.
It's more like I need a new.
idea completely for a meal that I'm going to make with these novel ingredients. And so I'll look into
the fridge and I'll be like, what should I make? And then chat GPT will literally give me like a recipe.
And it's like preheat the oven at this. You know, do this with the chicken using the lemon and the
oranges. So I love doing that because it's actually generating like a new recipe entirely.
And if I am missing an ingredient, the AI tool will be like you can substitute flaxseed,
if you don't have any egg whites, that type of thing.
So the other direction that I actually go in is like sometimes I'll be at the grocery store
already and I'll be like, I have no idea what I'm going to make, but I need to help me meal prep
for this week.
And I want to eat something healthy and that's easy.
That won't take me a long time to make.
And that needs to last in the fridge for the next like four days.
Help me create a recipe for like three different meals.
That's a good prompt.
It'll tell me what to buy.
I like that.
I like the part where you add it. It has to last in the fridge for four days. Yeah, because I feel like
there's a lot of recipes I find online. I'm like, after day like two or three, it becomes like bleh or
mushy. It doesn't taste good anymore. So you want things that are like last in the fridge. So you can
either look at your fridge, create something, or already be at the grocery store and then create something
from there. Yeah. I've also heard you in the kitchen when I'm in the other room. I've heard her
talking to the AI tools while she's cooking. I don't really know, I don't know exactly what you're
saying to them, to they them, but. Well, there's different things you can do. Okay. Number one,
I, this is just separate from like the cooking, but oftentimes I like to dictate. Okay.
To the AI tool. So I'll use word like dictation tool. So like I'll say something and then like
the words will pop up on screen. Okay. That's one thing. And that that just helps when your hands,
it helps you be hands free. Because you.
you're cooking.
Exactly.
With your hands.
Yeah.
So I don't really cook guys.
Sheree is the one that cooks in case you can't tell from this conversation.
Well, so then I'll dictate something on the phone and then it'll like, then I'll read the
response.
There's another thing that you can do in a lot of these AI tools is that you can turn on voice
mode where you're literally talking to the AI tool and it responds in a voice as well.
And so when you need to be hands free, I'm like kind of talking back and forth with it.
Yeah.
But what are you talking to it about while you're cooking?
Is it about cooking or other?
thing. Yeah. Oh, I realize I don't have any parsley. Like, what is a good alternative? And I'm like,
you can use cilantro. It's a British man that actually talks to me, which is why I use that
voice. Okay. It just seems more authoritative. Okay. So you use it in the moment for when you need
Yeah. Replacements or something. Substitutions. Or I'm just like, can you remind me like what
temperature? Like, since I'm like using my hands, like I can't like scroll all the way up. I'm like,
what temperature should I preheat the oven to? Or like, how long am I supposed to boil the eggs for? Okay.
For a soft, for a soft, jammy egg.
Exactly.
Okay.
Wow.
So you're really bossing this AI tool around.
Exactly.
In the kitchen.
She has her, some people have a sous chef.
Sheree has AI tool.
Guys, I have an example too of how to use AI to be healthier when it comes to nutrition.
So I know some people who instead of using calorie trackers, they use AI to take a photo of their food and they say, estimate the macros in this.
So the protein, the amount of sugar.
sugar, the amount of carbs, et cetera. And they use that to sort of keep on top of their nutrition
goals. Yeah. I actually should do that. That might be the next thing that I try to do because I've
tried to estimate my macros using like my fitness pal and like whatever. And I'm like,
how much protein does a single egg have? Oh, six grams of protein? Like that's literally me,
like trying to remember every single thing. So it's probably better if I use an AI tool for that.
Yeah. I feel like it could be a really good version of a food diary. If you just take a photo every time,
and keep it in one thread and then just have it tally it up throughout the day and then be like,
okay, now count all the ones through the week. Now count all the ones through the month.
And then recommend. That's like putting your own data and you're like training the AI model
on like your eating habits for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It can do all of the tracking for you
and be like, hey, you know what I like to eat now. Create a, you know, nutrition plan for me.
if my goal is to gain muscle and lose fat.
In one specific area of my body in 2026.
I don't think muscle or fat works that way actually.
Yeah, no.
Unfortunately.
Yeah.
But actually that could be really helpful if you are like, oh, I want to cut sodium
or even to understand.
I think I ingest a lot of sodium.
So that could be helpful for me.
Actually, that would be kind of good.
Or like sodium or whatever you're trying to cut out
or like have like less sugar in your diet.
You're like, this is what I've been eating for the last week.
you don't even have to take photos. You can also like just tell one of these AI tools what you're
for the last week. And like I'm trying to be more conscious on my sodium intake or my sugar intake
because I'm pre-diabetic or something. Like what are simple ways I can remove sugar from my diet?
I feel like that's like a very natural conversation that you can have with an AI tool.
And it's like I think it would be accurate enough.
So Shari, how do you think about your checkings and savings account? Because for me,
checkings is money that I need to use in the next three to four.
four months and then savings is everything after that, like long term. And because of that,
I feel like most of us don't think about the interest that we could be earning on those accounts.
Well, the problem is most banks give you next to nothing, like a fraction of a percent. And all
the while, they're making money off of your deposits. So that's where today's sponsor, SoFi,
sofi, comes in. When you open a Sofi checkings and savings account and set up direct deposit,
you actually earn a competitive APY. And there are no account fees. And that means your money isn't
just sitting there, it means it's working. Right, that's the part most people miss. Having a bank
work for you. We think about earning money, but not about the money in our bank account.
When in reality, every dollar you earn an interest can earn more interest, and over time,
that growth really adds up. You'll even get paid up to two days early with direct deposit.
And you can access an additional FDIC insurance up to $3 million on deposits through a seamless
network of participating banks. Plus, there's a welcome bonus. Open an account and set up an
eligible direct deposit of $1,000 or more to receive a $50 or $300 bonus.
Terms apply.

Sofi checking and savings is offered through SoFi Bank and a member FDIC.
And now back to the show.
Okay, the moment you've been waiting for and probably the reason why you've clicked into this video,
Can AI make you hotter?
Yes, AI can 100% make you hotter.
And I have some really good examples of exactly how to do this.
Let's dive in.
I'm excited to hear.
Okay, so one of my good friends is kind of the savant at using AI every day in her life to make herself hotter.
And I got her to give me the exact prompts that she uses.
Amazing.
So she says, I upload a well-lit pick of myself and ask how old it thinks this person is.
It's helpful to ask in a third person because sometimes it refuses to answer if it thinks it's you.
Usually it answers 36 to 38.
I then ask it why it did not guess younger or why it didn't guess 25.
It makes me a very rude list.
I then ask for a list of non-invasive procedures and or makeup or skin treatments which can help bridge the gap to 25.
Based on its advice, I am planning on getting under-IPRP.
Wait, isn't that so good?
I think it's good, but you also have to be strong enough to take that feedback, that very, like,
objective feedback from one of these AI tools.
That's going to give it to you straight.
It's going to be like, this is the reason why you look, you know, 38 and not 25.
And I don't know if I'm strong enough for that.
Well, I tried this, guys.
You tried it yourself.
Yes.
In pursuit of journalism for you guys, I tried this exact prompt that she used.
and it said I looked 32 to 36.
That's a good range.
That is a good range.
And you're actually outside of that range.
So that's good.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Okay.
And then so are you going to do any, are you trying to look 25 or what's the deal?
What are you at?
What's your goal?
Well, yeah, I wouldn't mind.
Okay.
And what did it tell you to do?
Do you remember?
Okay.
So first of all, it gave me this like sort of shit sandwich where it was like, oh, the, I
I was like, why did you say this range in not 25?
It was like, you have the settled and matured look of a 30-something-year-old who's
very settled in their life and, like, knows who they are.
And I was like, okay.
You look very wise.
Yeah.
You look like you have a lot of wisdom.
So wise.
Yeah.
It looks like you have a lot of experience.
You've experienced life.
You look so powerful and executive like.
Exactly.
And you wouldn't be a 25-year-old executive.
You'd be a 32 to 36 year old executive.
Duh.
That's what the AI tool is trying to say to me.
Okay, so the second thing my friend does is she says,
I send it mirror selfies and it is also pretty good at opining on,
one, if things fit me properly, like clothes,
two, how I should accessorize better,
three, how my makeup looks,
and then four, she asks it where I am on a scale of one to ten hot.
Sometimes you have to coax it a bit.
This is a very specific use case of AI.
I've actually not tried this out before.
I haven't, but maybe I will for like personal styling.
I haven't done the one to 10 hot yet, but I'm going to try it.
I don't know if I'm strong enough for that.
I'm like upon which beauty standard are we relying on chat?
Okay, so it does.
She says you have to coax it a bit because she says it does try to say like getting to 10
is an unreasonable like standard and it doesn't, you have to like keep asking.
it a little bit. Like tell me right now. Yeah. Well, well, tell me right now where I'm pulling the
subscription. Well, no, because then she says it'll give you an answer. And if it says, you are
seven, and then she'll say, well, how do I get to 10 out of 10? And then first,
you'll say, well, getting to 10 out of 10 is an unreasonable standard, you know, by society.
And she'll be like, no, but really. So try it out. I feel like this is kind of a fun
experience. If you're strong enough, actually. If you're mentally strong enough. And if you're
not like me, that's also okay, too. I guess you can also give it instructions to be
like don't be so brash in your responses.
You could be like, you know, make the responses palatable.
Be nice.
Be nice.
Okay, that's super interesting.
And I also have another funny example from one of my friends on how she uses, you know,
AI tools to become hotter.
She does this silly thing, but I don't even think it's silly.
She says it's silly.
I think it's actually genius where she'll basically input what her commitments are for the
week, like what are the plans that she has.
and she has to figure out what she should do differently in terms of workouts based off of how sweaty
she gets and when she should wash and or do her hair, which I think is pretty genius.
This is genius.
Because everyone knows there is a hair wash schedule for women.
And if you're doing your hair or like getting it blown out, it's a whole thing.
And so if you can figure out what the schedule is with AI tools, why not?
If you can use a machine to optimize your schedule, why not?
Why not?
I love that.
So the last example of how to use AI to get hotter that you can actually do today or tonight or tomorrow morning is one of my friends will do her entire makeup routine.
And then she'll snap a photo and upload it into her AI tool.
And she'll say, how can I improve my makeup to make myself look hotter, but only with very little effort?
So she gives it like these really specific constraints and so that she can just do something right in the moment to improve her look.
without having to do too much work.
I feel like that's like a very advanced and specific use case.
But honestly,
you and I this weekend,
we are going to like an in-person makeup class.
That's true.
You and I are not good at doing makeup.
And so I feel like our in-person makeup class plus using AI in this way
could be a really good way for us to learn more about how to use these beauty tools that like
I'm not particularly good at doing makeup.
I'm getting better.
But I'm like,
yeah,
in this way to become hotter if I can.
By beauty tools, you mean like mascara?
No, by like doing like different layers of foundation and contour and like blush placement
and like cool tones versus like warm tones.
I think it gets in pretty deep.
There's like a total science behind it, which is why we're going to a makeup beauty class.
Okay, wait, you just reminded me.
I did have one more way that I personally use AI to be hotter, which is that I did a
color analysis class with a bunch of my girlfriends at my friend's bachelorette and it determined or she
determined that I am a warm spring. So now when I'm shopping a lot of times I if I have to pick a color
out of the available options for a piece of clothing or a dress or something, I'll take a screenshot
of all the different available colors and I'll upload it into the AI tool and I say I am warm
string which of these colors is best suited for me. So that's actually been a
really helpful. Yeah. And you do that like every time you're shopping basically. Not every single time,
but a lot of times. Yeah. Like if you have a question about a color. Yeah. And this has been a huge
unlock for me just dressing in my season. And so using the AI tool helps me stick to, I guess,
stick to the regimen of the color season. Of the color palette. Of the color palette that is most
flattering. Well, this was actually really inspiring, especially the special.
specificity of all of it. I feel like for each of these examples, it's something that I can do like
later tonight or tomorrow or next time I, you know, I beat my face with makeup and have like a well-lit
photo and upload it because I think these are very easy ways to kind of up level and also win back
your time because like as long as you learn these things, you can apply it to the next time that
I'm like doing your makeup. Yeah. And also it's kind of all in good fun, right? I think part of it is to not
take it too seriously. Was I offended by the age range that this AI tool assigned to me? Yes.
But did I get over it in the next two to three hours? Yes. Also, yes. But why were you offended?
It gave you a younger age range than you actually are. Well, I don't know. I was like, I thought it
would say 30 or something. Oh, girl. But don't worry. I'll keep working on. Yes.
Okay. Next, we'll move on to how to use AI to be happier. And I'm really excited to dive into this
section because there are really good nuggets in here that I'll actually reduce your stress.
Yeah, I feel like this is the perfect follow-up on our episode about male loneliness where we talked
about a lot of people don't have a person to talk to or that's just not in their everyday
sort of repertoire to be sharing their feelings and thoughts. So I think in a lot of cases,
using AI tools is a really good place to start. And there's some great articles about this.
There's this one prompt that I really like that I saw in a Forbes article that I will just read out loud so it's easy for
everyone to use. So you could say, act as an expert life coach and come up with ways for me to
overcome my procrastination habits. Ask me questions one at a time to get the information you need for
this task. Don't ask for any personally identifiable information. When you have enough info,
give me a list of five actionable strategies for helping me procrastinate less. So that's specific,
obviously to procrastinating, which I think most people do, or I just assume most people do
because I do it. But you can apply it to anything, right? So like me, maybe I would say to overcome
my late night sleeping habits. I like this because this is also using role play, right?
This is just like act like a coach and help me in this way. Another thing that I really like
is that I know a lot of people are trying to get into journaling. And it's something that I know
both of us have done a lot over the years. But, you know, sometimes you are sort of more into it or
not more into it. Like sometimes you're on and off with it. And I think for a lot of people, there's like
a cold start problem. They're like, I don't know what to write about when I'm journaling.
Like this feels like awkward. Like what am I going to write? So here's a good one. You can actually
work with an AI tool and you can write this. Help me keep a journal of my self-improvement and
personal development journey. When I tell you I want to make an entry, ask me to answer a question,
in a way that will involve journaling about my day, but will also explore my progress towards
hitting self-improvement and personal development goals. Yeah, I like it. It's really specific.
It can help you get started on something if it feels really difficult to do on your own.
I like using like AI tools in this way because it helps with a cold start problem.
I also have a friend who told me that she uses chat GPT to give her affirmations that would
make her more confident and also help her step into her power as a startup.
founder. I love that because again, it's specific so that you're getting affirmations that are
like specifically for the role that she's in and that she wants to improve in. The same person,
but also different topic. She also says, I work with AI to brainstorm creative gifts that I want to
make for some of my friends, like someone who just got engaged in like the redwoods or I want to make
them some pottery. Like I think this is a really good and specific example because like gift giving can be
really hard. But chat chvety or any AI tool has like endless ideas of how to make something
creative for a person if you just feed it the right information. You're like my friend just got
engaged in the woods. Like what's something cute I can give them? They really love skateboarding,
but also the beach. And like if you give them the parameters, I know these AI tools will dream up
something like amazing and be like, oh, I only want to spend like $100 on this. You can also ask it to
ask you questions to give it more perimeter.
So you could be like, ask me whatever questions you need for increased specificity to make
this the best possible gift or something.
Yeah, I'll often use AI tools and ask it what I'm missing.
I'm like, what else should I be thinking about or what else should you be asking me?
Yeah. Yeah.
So I kind of turned it on its head in that way.
It's like when you have an interview and they're like, what question didn't I ask?
Why shouldn't I join this company?
Okay, I have another one that I love that I got from my friend.
So this is for people who are already in the habit of journaling.
So what he does is he will take screenshots or he'll take photos of his journal entries that he
handwrites and he'll upload them into his AI tool.
And then he'll ask, I just wrote this journal entry.
What are some behaviors or actions that I should think about further?
And it usually gives me a few thought starters, he says.
Wait, isn't that so good?
Yeah, it's like using these AI tools.
as a way to help you process through things.
Yeah.
And it's not, so he already sees a therapist.
So he already has a practice where he's working with a professional.
Love.
Love that for him.
But so this is more of a like a supplementary tool that he uses.
I was like, wait, that's so, that's really cool.
Like I've never thought about doing that.
Yeah.
I think also it's kind of, it's like important to have like, if you have the time and
ability to go see a therapist, it's good to have that in person contact.
And like in the time.
in between, you could also use this as a place to get started as well. Yeah, or you can use it as a
place to better understand yourself so you're almost like more prepared for your therapy sessions
so that you're like, oh, I already did this pre-work on my own with my friend, Chachy Petit, or Gemini,
or whoever it may be. And this is what we have discovered. This is what we're bringing to the session.
Yeah. Yeah. That's so interesting. Yeah. Well, I have another example of how AI tools make me happier
as someone who doesn't really like conflict.
So we all get into disputes.
Right.
Like at some point or another,
there's a dispute,
whether it's worth an airline,
your flight was delayed,
or your luggage is gone,
or you talk to customer service
because your package derived late
from this place that you bought stuff from.
So, of course,
there's always going to be some sort of disputes.
Those emails, number one,
are pretty cookie cutter.
Like, they're not like something super specific.
So you can use,
AI tools for that. Number two, it's kind of awkward when you're like complaining about something,
but you also want to be polite. So you're kind of like, you're like really pissed off that your like
flight was delayed like eight hours and you have nowhere to stay, but you need to write an email to
like United or Delta. And so I've used AI tools to do this. And actually, I feel like I was one of
the first people. Guys, this is her low key claim to fame. Lour. I was one of the first people who
used chat GPT to write a customer service email to,
I think it was Hawaiian Airlines in 2022 or
2003 when my friends and I had like an eight hour
delay for our flight and were trapped in the Maui
airport were sitting on the floor. I made a TikTok
about this guys. It went viral, viral, viral,
like millions of views around the world of us,
of like me, my screenshot video of me like typing
into chat, GPD. And then all these reporters reached out
to Sheree to report on this instance. And the article,
the titles of the articles are so funny. They're like,
woman uses chat GPT to complain to airline or something.
And there's like actual articles.
If you look this up.
If you look at up,
there are articles from like the New Zealand Herald or like the India Times.
Like I don't even know.
Like international publications that are reporting on this.
You know, this was back when like, you know,
ChatGPT was like first taking off.
International woman.
Yeah, exactly.
So I think for those like disputes where kind of like for me,
it like sucks the life out of me just a little bit to write those.
emails, you can really lean on customer service emails in that way. All right, guys, y'all are out
there doing the most because you are using chatypte and AI tools and Gemini for everything under the
sun. And when I say under the sun, I really mean under the astrological sun because one of my friends
told me that they upload issues or problems that they're having with their romantic partners or
people that they're dating. And they say, please help me interpret this based on their astrological
sign. They are a Leo or something like that. I mean, I've definitely done a Google search. I'm like,
like, Aries and Leo compatibility, like love or like Leo and cancer love compatibility. You know, I will do
those. I haven't put it into one of an AI tool yet, but I can see that happening. Yeah. And also like
sometimes it's just fun to do these things. And not to get that seriously. Yeah, you don't have to take it so
seriously. But it is helpful to, so they actually said that I like just being pushed to think about a
and an astrological lens is helpful to see what feels right and what doesn't.
And AI is totally equipped to throw something at me to react to, which I like that framing.
They're saying like, hey, I just want a third perspective.
I want a third POV.
I'm not necessarily taking this as advice, but it's just something for me, I use AI to help
me reframe something so that I can think about it in a different way.
I like that a lot.
Yeah.
It's like silly, but it's actually so smart.
Well, just because it throws the prompts back at you.
Be like, okay, so if this person meant this, how would you feel about that?
Quick pause.

And now back to the show.
Okay, so before we wrap up,
Sheree, do you have any closing thoughts for us on this topic?
I love this episode.
I love this topic.
Clearly, you know, these AI tools are part of my every day, your every day for work,
for life, for love, all of the above.
I do want to say, I have a couple of disclaimers that I want to put out there.
Listen, we love these AI tools, clearly, but you have to take it with a grain of salt.
And I wrote down some of these disclaimers that came to mind for me.
First of all, guys, I have a confession to make.
I have a net worth of $2.8 billion, according to Google AI.
Sike, that's not true.
That's not true at all.
And this is really freaky because, okay, so the other day, one of my friends has a
Wikipedia page and it was newly created.
And so, like, in my mind, I was like, maybe there's a Wikipedia page about me.
Like, there's definitely no Wikipedia page about me.
Okay, but you guys can make it.
Yeah, you guys can feel free if someone's going to write nice and accurate stuff.
But so I like Googled myself because as one does.
So like Shri Brooklu and the like the searches were like Shri Brooklu sister, Shri
Brooklu, Stanford, Shri Brooklu like husband, Shri Brooklu net worth.
And then I saw that and I was just like net worth.
I was like, what does Google know about my net worth?
You know?
And so I clicked into that.
And then like Google AI was just like Shri Brooklu has an estimated net worth of $2.8 billion
as like registered or like confirmed.
affirmed by Forbes. And I was like, the hell? That's news to me. She sent it to me. And I was like,
dude, why are you living with me? I was like, news to me. She literally, like, I sent Jane a screenshot of that.
And I heard her from the other room, literally go, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha. Okay. Well, well, okay,
can a girl laugh in her own house? Well, the point being, can a woman laugh in her own residence?
No. So, I mean, this is lies, right? It's like a funny story. And we have like the screenshot. And maybe we can
like put it up here, but like obviously this is not true.
I don't have $2.8 billion.
Wish I did, though.
She's holding out on me.
Yes.
So the next disclaimer is, you know,
Gene and I talked about taking screenshots of your own data,
uploading it into these AI tools.
Just be discerning.
Figure out what you're comfortable putting into these AI machines
and what you want to leave out because, you know,
you don't know how your personal data is being used.
I don't know how it's being used.
So something to be thoughtful about.
Next, especially if you're using AI,
as a journaling tool or a prompt or a pseudo therapist.
AI is not a therapist, right?
Like they're not licensed.
They didn't go to college.
They didn't get a degree.
So I think AI can be quite sycophantic in a way where they completely agree with you all
the time, not necessarily push back on you in a way that like a human therapist might.
And so be very careful of AI agreeing with you all the time, especially if we get in our
head and we have like crazy ideas.
Yeah.
That's a really good call out because there are, I have seen friends send screenshots to me
where the AI is just agreeing with whatever they say, even though it's not the best ideas.
Exactly.
It's just like, should I completely ice out this man in my life?
And like, AI will be like, yes, queen.
Yes, queen.
I see him out, never talked to him again.
And then you know, you talk to a real life therapist.
And they're like, you should work on confronting this person in a healthy.
way. You know what I mean? So that's just like one example. I think, you know, a lot of times I'm
hearing about the scary uses of AI in terms of over-relying on it too much in a personal way,
AI boyfriends, AI girlfriends, I don't know if we're moving into that world. I'm very, very
wary about it. I think human connections right now are the healthiest way to go about it. So just be
careful on relying on it too much. And I know a lot of these AI companies are being
more careful on how AI is used by children and teens. There's a lot of like mental health stuff
going on there too and definitely a disclaimer we want to share. Yeah. I mean, I think that's also why
throughout this episode we have referred to it as an AI tool because that is exactly what it is. It's a
tool. It's something to help you sort of progress towards your goals, but you need to have a pretty
clear understanding of what your goals are and how to use a tool. Right. Like if you're using a hammer the right
way, then you can hang up a painting. But if you're using it the wrong way, you can really hurt
yourself and hurt other people. Oh. Whoa. That was off the top of the dome. That was
T. Facts. Okay, the last thing I'll say, she just woke up. The last thing I'll say is that a lot of
chat, cheapy T, Claude, Gemini, it requires human intervention. You wouldn't just copy and paste,
you know, an answer that one of these AI tools just give you and like put it into a text message.
Would you?
Or use it for, you know, an email.
Would you?
I think it's a good way to get started.
But a lot of things sound crazy AI these days and you can hear it.
You can recognize the patterns.
And it's a complete turnoff.
Like if you read, you know, your 10th LinkedIn post and it sounds exactly the freaking same
where it's just like the formatting and you're like, I'm tired of this.
I don't want to read, you know, this AI slop or a text message written by someone that is like
clearly chat GPTed.
Okay.
I can totally tell now when a like a short form video or a LinkedIn or a caption.
Yeah.
Is written by AI because it's a certain tenor.
It's a certain tempo.
It's a voice.
It's a certain voice where they say not this but that or they like list things out in
threes and then they try to like be sort of contradictory but then.
also like refer back to it. It's just once you've read enough of it, you can really clock it very easily.
Yeah. The takeaway, you know what I mean? A lot of these like chat GPT posts are like asking like
questions that then they answer themselves in the next sentence. I hear it as well. Yeah. Don't just
use it willy-nilly without reading it first and seeing if it feels like it's your own voice as well.
Absolutely. Yeah. I think I've done a good job of training my AI.
tools to try and sound like me, but it doesn't sound like me 100% of the time. Honestly, what I write
is better than what like chat Sh pt writes, but that's why you need human intervention, where
chat Shepti can get you like 63% of the way, and then I need to carry us to the finish line.
All right, thanks guys for joining us for this episode. This was a really fun one to do, and I'm dying to
know if you guys actually try some of these prompts, especially the one where you ask it how old
you are because that's the one that I did. I want to know what your answers are and how it goes for you.
Yeah. And if we missed any prompts or there's any other creative ways that you're using AI that we
haven't talked about, we'd love to hear from you, especially because like we love learning about
what you guys are doing and how you're being creative with AI. So let us know in the comments.
We read every single comment and we'll try to respond to all of them. Thank you guys so much for
tuning in to this episode of the Tiger Sisters podcast. We'll see you next time. Bye.
