Starting point is 00:01:26 No, no, no. It did not. It got canceled Friday. You're starting off on the wrong foot, Gianni, right? And you're also talking when I haven't even fucking introduced you. That's not how it works here. You asked me to... This is not...
Starting point is 00:01:40 I don't care. This is not Theo Vaughn. I know you worked with Theo last weekend or whatever. Big numbers. Big numbers and you guys are killing it now, selling out in Australia and like, you know, knee deep and pussy, but dude, I know you got this fucking guy over here who's got fucking combination between Michael Shannon and some other gladiator warrior. UFC fighter.
Starting point is 00:02:05 Yeah. You just have a good face of your structure. Like you're a statue. That's what it is. That's what it is, right? Yeah. Like if I was a statue maker, whatever. What do you call them?
Starting point is 00:02:18 Sculptors. Sculptors. Statue maker. Statue maker. I'm a statue maker. I think you'd say statue maker. That would make one of you. But let's start.
Starting point is 00:02:26 Let's do it proper. Okay. One, two, three, four. This guy talked. It just drives me crazy that people don't even listen to my fucking rules. Start over. Yeah. Five, four, three.
Starting point is 00:02:37 I mean, he's all handsome. These two white dudes come in here. This is the most white dudes you've had in the room. They throw their white heat around like it's fucking some sort of plantation. Yeah. Yeah. We're not making rice here. We're not on a rice plantation.
Starting point is 00:02:52 I'm not making you rice, bro. We're not making you rice, dude, and we're not picking rice for you. Do you understand what I'm saying? Start. Five, four, three, two. Welcome to another app. I'm tired of this shit. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:03:04 I'm tired of being oppressed. Mm-hmm. I really am. Me too. Since 1971, I was born. And since I was been born, I've been oppressed by white people telling me to pick the fucking rice faster. Yep.
Starting point is 00:03:16 And go into the, you know, we're back in the day in the old West, what you guys used to do. You, you're, you could build a railroad and you have dynamite duty. Yeah. And they're like, use more back. You guys lit the dynamite and then you guys run a mile to the, to the, you know, to that cliff to open up. The quarry.
Starting point is 00:03:33 But then you already lit it. So now I'm going to die. Why bro? Those stories. This is a lot of what you're, what you're, you're on their side, Bryce. There we go. Here we go. Start from the five.
Starting point is 00:03:47 Five, four, three, two. Welcome to that. That. That. That. That. That. That.
Starting point is 00:03:55 That was a yes. And that's right. Okay. So welcome to another episode of tiger belly. I am your, first of all, I'm Bobby Lee. That's first of all slept king. And yes, my show got canceled. You know, may you ask, ask many, ask comics, your comic friends.
Starting point is 00:04:16 Don't answer. Cause I haven't, but to ask all the guests that you, how many shows have they been on? You know, sure, splitting up together was no road rules. Right. True. Right. It's not the same. It's not road rules.
Starting point is 00:04:33 Not the same level. It's not the same level. You know, road rules, you know, it's got a young demographic. It's for good looking people. Yeah. MTV. MTV. It's a different thing.
Starting point is 00:04:44 Right. But it's not road rules. But you know what? It was still a network TV job and you don't have to humiliate me. Yeah. Okay. You don't. All right.
Starting point is 00:04:58 So, um, let's begin here. Let's introduce people in the room. Let's start there. Bobby, I love splitting up together. I spoke. Oh, that's the second time you did this. Didn't say your name, didn't say your name, cheeks, white chisel cheeks with your fucking Michael Shannon eyes, fucking statue over there, statue over there.
Starting point is 00:05:18 Yeah. So, we got people in the room. We got Gilbert. Big fan. Thank you. Never seen anything. Okay. But big fan.
Starting point is 00:05:26 Love it. Um, George. George. Unfuckable. Right. Let's be honest and let, let's be honest because we got good looking white people here and you're blushing. No, you're blushing right now, George and I feel it's a truth.
Starting point is 00:05:47 How about today be truth day? What is today? What's the day today? I think it's truth day. It's truth day today. Truth o'clock. Yeah. Cinco de Mayo.
Starting point is 00:05:56 But today's fucking truth day. All right. And the truth of the matter is this, right? Out of the people in this room, right? You're the most unfuckable. Oh, I feel so bad. I feel so bad. I know.
Starting point is 00:06:07 I feel so bad. You're fuckable. I'm sorry. Yeah. Sorry. You're right. Let's redo truth. Yeah, let's do truth day next week.
Starting point is 00:06:19 Yeah, next week. Let's be false. It's false day. It's false day. George is so fuckable. You're the hottest guy in Hollywood right now. Yeah. It's false day.
Starting point is 00:06:28 Yeah. Right. And let me say something. When you look in the mirror, say to yourself, Brad Pitt, I'm Brad Pitt because that's what you are. It's false day, right? You do, right? You've got charisma.
Starting point is 00:06:41 For days. You should do. Right? Yes. A one-man show. And you don't have to write it. You're fucking charisma and your energy right now, dude. Do you back him up?
Starting point is 00:06:52 Yeah. Yeah. I'm backing you up for sure, right? Yeah. Yeah. Remember truth days next week, Bryce. So I wake up today and I'm depressed because, as you know, the show got canceled Friday. I'm still in a depression.
Starting point is 00:07:06 Me and my ticket numbers, I don't know what they're like in Tempe this weekend, but they weren't great. You know, so I wake up today and I'm going, you know what I'm going to do today? I'm going to fucking just relax. I'm not going to even leave the bed. The animals came in, my dogs, my cats, I put them in like a little ball in the sheets, right? We played these bike games that I play with my cats, right?
Starting point is 00:07:29 And then all of a sudden I hear my dogs going crazy, okay? And I go, what's going on? And I hear George and Bryce come to the door. They go, we're here, I go, why are you here? It's a Tuesday, right? And they go, we have to do a podcast, it's Tuesday, right? They go, Gianni. I go, who?
Starting point is 00:07:57 Gianni Sanchez. I go, Gianni Sanchez. Yeah, that's what I said. I said, Gianni Sanchez, right? And they go, they go, no Gianni. I go, who? And they go, then the Theo Vaughn and this and that, and I go, yeah, I know that guy. So then, you know, I got up and I'm here, it's a surprise, but it's not a bad thing.
Starting point is 00:08:19 It's a good thing. Okay. I'm excited. So Gianni, what's your last name again? Paolo. That's right. But you said it, Parlo with the ruined ones. That's right, Parlo.
Starting point is 00:08:30 Yeah. Oh, you're the connection. You are the connection. You know, I definitely addressed that before we start this episode. Okay. So tell me what your resentment is. Okay. So, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:08:39 Get it all out. Yeah. You came on this past weekend. I think it was around the, like maybe a month before they went on, on Tiger Belly. So you came on this past weekend and George and I were outside and we were talking shop and working on guests and stuff like that together. And I played the ruined brothers and I was like, yeah, these, I used to work at a restaurant with them back in the day.
Starting point is 00:09:01 And like they are my favorite, wait, wait, you used to work with the ruined brothers at a restaurant? Yeah. Where? In West Hollywood. Well, they lived in West Hollywood. The ruined brothers. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:09:12 They used to live in Los Angeles like three years ago. They moved to New York. They moved to New York. Oh, wait, wait, wait. So when they got signed and they did their album, was that after you worked with them? They had already done the album with Rick Rubin and then they moved to, and then they were in LA and like they had a whole debacle with their management and then they like were strapped. So then they came and they just worked at a restaurant for like six months.
Starting point is 00:09:34 I did not know that they worked at a restaurant with you guys. Yeah. And we just became so close. Oh, wow. Yeah. Wow. And then they, once they got a residency at the hotel in New York, they moved there because then they didn't have to work at a restaurant.
Starting point is 00:09:48 Wow. They were so talented. I love those guys. I know. But so then what was, so you think that you're introduced to me? No, no, no, no, I don't, I don't, it was just a coincidence because I show, I like showed them to George and I was like, you know, I think they'd be great cause you do like the new music thing.
Starting point is 00:10:05 Like, don't you put like new songs in or at the end or you talk about it sometimes of musicians that you like. You like new age music? I like new age, but what the fuck is he talking about? Anyway, so what's the deal? So I told, so I told, I was like telling George and I explained them and then like a week later you, uh, Kalilah said on the podcast, she was like, yeah, I was listening to these new guys called the Ruin Brothers and me and Bobby love them.
Starting point is 00:10:29 And I was like, oh, no way, like I got them on tiger belly. So I was like, oh, excited. And then I texted them and I was like, Hey guys, like just like, you know, like, um, they mentioned you on tiger belly. And then he's like, yeah, we just talked to them. Like we're going to go on the podcast and I was like, oh, no fucking way. Like this is awesome. Like, I thought you did it.
Starting point is 00:10:45 I thought I did. But you didn't. Okay. But I didn't. I know. But here's what it is. What's the truth day now? It's true.
Starting point is 00:10:53 Now we're, now we're going to truth day. Okay. Again. All right. You didn't though. You did. I thought I did. I was really excited.
Starting point is 00:11:01 Cool. I know. And then, and then I'm listening to the episode and I was like, I'm so excited. And then Bobby's like, fuck Johnny Parlo. I didn't, he didn't fucking get on here because everyone else. Right. I was like, oh, like Bobby Lee, one of my idols. Like just one of my Asian idols.
Starting point is 00:11:14 We're peers. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. We're peers. And I want to say this. Okay. Regardless if you did or didn't. All right. We did it.
Starting point is 00:11:23 Okay. We got them on. You think we did it together. You want to be a dream. You're dreaming. You're dreaming. Wings. He's dreaming.
Starting point is 00:11:32 Wings. Yeah. Yeah. I said, he's a dream weaver. I was dreaming. Wings. Take that down. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:11:41 Don't take it down. Keep it up. Keep it up. Yeah. Dreaming. Wings. Dreaming. Wings.
Starting point is 00:11:49 That's a good. Write that down. That's my second special. Dreaming. Wings. And my first one's fat and wild. Okay. So you're in a movie.
Starting point is 00:11:58 I am. Correct. And you're starring in it. Mm-hmm. Is it a real movie? Yes. It'll be in theaters everywhere on May 31st. What studio is doing it?
Starting point is 00:12:07 It's Universal and Blumhouse. Never heard of it. You had Jordan. Hey, hey, hey. Hey, hey, hey. Hey, hey, hey. Blumhouse, yeah. Blumhouse.
Starting point is 00:12:15 So it's a horror movie. Yeah. Because Blumhouse does horror movies. Mm-hmm. And what do you play in it? So I play a high schooler. Wow. And it's basically, so it is a Octavia Spencer.
Starting point is 00:12:25 She plays an older woman that starts buying alcohol for us when, you know, you're in high school and, you know, you have a place to hang out and you're partying. So she starts buying alcohol for all of us and it starts getting like super creepy. Like she starts getting obsessive. So and then. She's an older lady in it. She is. She is.
Starting point is 00:12:43 She wants to fuck or want to slam in it or want to smash him in. You're going to have to see when the movie comes out. All right. So it's a horror movie, but it's more of a stalkery kind of a thing. Yeah. But it is psychological. It does have a lot of elements of get out in it. It does.
Starting point is 00:12:56 Yeah. It's very like. So there's some paranormal stuff in it or what? No, not so much paranormal, but so much more of that. It's like, it's just like psychological. Like it's all. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:13:06 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Get out is not really paranormal. Yeah. It's more operation. What is it?
Starting point is 00:13:14 Thriller? Is it just the thriller? No. Yeah. How do they get the, how do they go into the black people again? Is it through their brain? Through their brain. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:13:22 So who else is in it? Juliette Lewis. Wow. I love her. She's great. Luke Evans, Missy Pyle. I love Missy. Missy is the best.
Starting point is 00:13:30 I will try to get Missy. Write her down. Oh, I can get Missy. Did you want Missy? She's my friend too. He wants the drink. No, I'm not Missy. I love you.
Starting point is 00:13:38 Bobby, I want to get people on Tiger Mary. Who else is in it? Who do I not know that's in it? I don't know. But you probably couldn't get what's her name, right? No. Not Missy, but Juliette Lewis. Juliette's going to do this past weekend.
Starting point is 00:13:50 I talked to her last night. And then, I mean, I would love for her to come on here. Like to, I mean, Well, tell her this, write this down, right? Tell her that I'm very good friends. I'm going to write this down. I'm being real. All right.
Starting point is 00:14:02 I'm very good friends with Ted Newsome. Okay. Okay. Ted Newsome. I'm going to write it down. Ted Newsome. They're very good friends. Because I remember one night I was at the 101 and Ted Newsome was eating dinner with her.
Starting point is 00:14:18 And then he told me to scram. Because I wasn't there to meet him. Yeah. I walked by and I go, Ted. Yeah. And he goes, hi, this is my friend Juliette. And I go, hi. And he goes, scram.
Starting point is 00:14:28 So, yeah. So you guys are great friends. He just said to scram. Bobby, you know what? What does that mean? I laughed. I laughed. I am sad that I like, I want to go back to this.
Starting point is 00:14:39 Like I really did love splitting up together. And I want you to know that I think you are a great actor. And you always talk about on this podcast because I listened to it. I love this podcast. You always talk about how you don't think you're a good actor. No, no, no. That's not okay. Let me reframe that.
Starting point is 00:14:55 Yeah. Okay. Obviously, obviously I can act. Yeah. Because I've done movies and TV shows. I understand what it is. I understand how to listen and, you know, be in the moment. But, you know, am I Daniel Day-Lewis?
Starting point is 00:15:14 That's what I mean. For me, you know, acting is like really good actors are very impressive. And I'm not that. So then when I say that, I mean that I can act like Steve Renazizi or I can, I'm as good as Trista Leah. Okay. You know what I mean? Or, you know, Eric Griffin, I can do those.
Starting point is 00:15:36 But like in terms of like real dudes that are like Meisner or they're like, you know, some sort of, you know. But why do you think you can't do that? I just think it's more, if you're in the moment and you're listening and you're responding. It's like, I mean, you could be that. I don't understand why you don't think that. I'm so curious.
Starting point is 00:15:54 Because I always listen to your stories about acting. I'm like, I think Bobby's great. No, I'm fine. Don't break him. Whoa. He's trying to break me, huh? I think so. Jehovah is trying to break Daddy.
Starting point is 00:16:10 Right? Daddy? Yeah. Don't break daddy. I won't. I'm sorry, Bobby. You got a girl? I do.
Starting point is 00:16:18 Yeah, I'm seeing someone right now. The way you're doing it's so cute. So you don't like talking about it? No, I just don't like, I don't, don't want that to be in like, in, I mean, I'm not saying I'm in the news, but like, I don't want that to be a part of anything, you know what I mean? No, I don't know what you're mean. So explain yourself.
Starting point is 00:16:37 I don't, I just don't want like people to talk about my personal life in news outlets and stuff like that. Yeah, yeah. If they're not gonna. And I also want people to think. They're not gonna. I'll tell you why, because this is just a podcast. That's fair.
Starting point is 00:16:51 Yeah. This is not mainstream media. This is underground. This is for the people and the people want to know. So who's your tweeding? I am seeing this girl. What's her name? Her name's Lizzie.
Starting point is 00:17:08 How did you meet her? I met her through a couple mutual friends. She's a, um, she's a PA on a show. And I just. Oh, you don't have to tell me the PA. The show. Okay. Her name is Lizzie.
Starting point is 00:17:19 Uh-huh. She's a PA on a show. Uh-huh. You were introduced to her by friends. Uh-huh. And, um. How long have you been dating her? Uh, probably about five months now.
Starting point is 00:17:27 Is it good? Yeah, it's great. Yeah. Yeah. You guys, uh. Yeah. You have? Mm-hmm.
Starting point is 00:17:35 Condom? No condom. Oh, no condom. There we go. No, I always wear condom. I always wear condom. Um, it feels good without, though, huh? A little bit.
Starting point is 00:17:45 Or raise your hand if you like it without. Not that I don't know. Yeah. No, yeah. You wouldn't know George. Also, look at George's hair. He should be working for this past weekend with that hair. Why?
Starting point is 00:17:54 George, turn to the, cause it's a mullet. He's got a mullet. Yeah. Well, he's very heavily influenced by Theo Vaughn. Yeah? Oh, yeah. You're a big Theo Vaughn. Let's talk about your, is he your, no, it's Theo Vaughn, your boss.
Starting point is 00:18:03 He is, yes. All right. So can we talk about your boss? Mm-hmm. Okay. Oh, I love, yeah, come over here when you hear about Theo. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:18:14 I'm going to talk tons of shit. Yeah. No, don't talk. It's just, um, I've been talking to some friends that are, that know Theo and he's, I love him. You know that, right? Yeah. Theo, I love Theo, but, um, there is a vibe out there that he is now getting to the next
Starting point is 00:18:29 level. Okay. I would agree with that. And then he's, um, he's been a little distant. Mm-hmm. Do you think he's changed? Nick? He doesn't handle pressure well.
Starting point is 00:18:43 I will say that. You don't want to produce their answer. Wow. Love it. Because you produce the show, right? Yeah. Yeah. And nothing I'm saying, or will say is stuff we don't talk about in the pod, or he's, he's
Starting point is 00:18:54 very open with himself. He's an open book. And I'm an open book as well. And that's why I love him. But you know, since some of this heat, he's gotten some heat, right? I think ever since Australia, has he done Australia yet? He's, he just left for Bali yesterday and he's, then he's in Australia for two weeks. Right.
Starting point is 00:19:14 So now he's so rich that he's vacationing in Bali. That's the obon right now. Wow. Yeah. And when it went to Bali, did he bring a woman? He went by himself. I think it's kind of a reset for him from the, the crazy life changing 12 to 18 months he's had.
Starting point is 00:19:32 So he's just going there, trying to, he's doing some yoga, just trying to reset. That's two, that right there in itself is fucking weird that he does yoga. Right. Yeah. He's a redneck from the woods. And now he's doing yoga. Wow. So has his attitude changed those since the, since his success?
Starting point is 00:19:54 No, I think he's definitely like, I would, if I put the same like days together, like when I first met him and then today it's, he's the same exact person. Like he did not change at all. To you, to, I mean, I feel like to anyone, I just feel like now he just has less time to do everything. Yeah. So he's just like always stressed out and he's like, okay, like I can't do that. I can't do that.
Starting point is 00:20:14 So the last time I saw him, I just want to say this, the last time I saw him, he said this, what's up B and that's it. And walked by you. Walk by you. Yeah. Walk by me. Well, he's always talking about how Chris DeLea is putting, you know, money under tables that are wobbly.
Starting point is 00:20:29 Like deal, deal is going to be getting there. Right. Okay. That's going to be deal. Yeah. Okay. I could put money under tables. I didn't say you couldn't.
Starting point is 00:20:38 You have a beautiful apartment. But that, let me. You said apartment. Oh, condominium. Yeah. This is, okay. I just bought a house by the way. Oh, nice.
Starting point is 00:20:46 Yeah. And we're moving. Right. So you don't have to fucking shame me. All right. And, and, and, and I'll be honest with you. What's going on there? I don't know.
Starting point is 00:20:56 Put some money there to fucking. Yeah. Let's put some of that Ridge wallet. Right. Yeah. Let me say something to you. Okay. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:21:04 Yeah. Tiger belly. Like I said, isn't, you know, maybe Delia's or even at the level of Theo Vaughn's, but we're on the map. You know, we just had some pretty good guests too. You know, Bobby, this is my favorite podcast. You can get Howie Mandel. You can get Howie Mandel.
Starting point is 00:21:19 I get it. Why are you? Why are you talking to me like I, this is not my favorite podcast because we get the lead singer of Interpol. We got Craig, Craig Ferguson and we've gotten some someone at Oscar stone street. Yeah. Jordan Peele. Jordan Peele.
Starting point is 00:21:34 I don't think you did. No. And I don't think he would drive to Century City. We're not in Century City. Whatever you are. Where are you guys at? We're in Playa Vista, but we're moving to Encino. Encino, yeah.
Starting point is 00:21:44 Actually. You are? Yeah. We're moving to a huge city. Where was that place where Brian and. Yeah. That's what. Playa Vista.
Starting point is 00:21:52 That's close to Century City though. Yeah. I would say. Yeah. How many minutes? 20 minutes. That's 20 minutes from Century City. Oh, wow.
Starting point is 00:22:00 I don't think it's that far, but. Yeah. Yeah. And Encino. Yeah. Why? Because we just saw where H3 does their podcast. We have like a different studio over there, and there's like three or four podcast studio
Starting point is 00:22:12 rooms. No, no, no, no. We were just. We were just talking about Theo. We need to fill. We need to. We're just talking about Theo. That's why.
Starting point is 00:22:20 Yeah. Thank you. They were great. This is Kalilah. You guys know each other? You guys know each other? Yes. We have met.
Starting point is 00:22:28 Just in case. Just in case. And she's my girl. Yes. Yeah. But through you, Bobby. Yeah. Through me.
Starting point is 00:22:36 All right. And I'm not threatened by you. Yeah. So let's just throw out that. Let's throw that out there, right? Not. Bobby's being really passive aggressive. I'm not being passive.
Starting point is 00:22:44 I don't even know what that word means. What does that mean? I started off the podcast by asking if splitting to get splitting up together was, uh, was got picked up and he got really upset. And he's been. But did you already know the answer? I didn't know. I really love the show and I didn't know the answer because like the past four days have
Starting point is 00:22:58 been crazy. It was a bad question to open up with. Yeah. So you rolled the dice there. Yeah. I love the show though. Yeah. Like if it's any consolation, like I love the show and I love Bobby.
Starting point is 00:23:06 Okay. Um, it is a consolation. And I want to say this, it's not about you. It's not about you. It's not about you. It's not about you. Okay. But, um, I took it on Friday when I heard the news, I took it kind of hard, but I as
Starting point is 00:23:22 days go by, I'm taking it harder and harder. I'm getting really depressed over it. Really? Yeah. It's really affected me. When people go, people go, oh, you'll find something else or, you know, oh, your day is coming. Right?
Starting point is 00:23:36 Maybe not. You will. A hundred percent. There's so much stuff out there now. You are going to book something like you're going to get offered something. Yeah. But I'm not getting any phone calls. Okay.
Starting point is 00:23:47 Pile season yet. You just, you just like skipped out on three auditions last week. What the fuck? Bobby? What the fuck? Auditions isn't a real job. That's, um, of course it is. No, it's not.
Starting point is 00:23:59 Why not? Auditions. I'll tell you why. Are you offer only? No. Did I get split up together to audition for that? No. You didn't?
Starting point is 00:24:07 Okay. Right. Auditions is, hey, try out. Yeah. It's tryouts. Yeah. Right. So for me, tryouts isn't real.
Starting point is 00:24:15 It's, it's, you're competing against a thousand other people or wherever they have. Okay. But you are already so much ahead of everybody else. You have to look at it that like, look at it. I don't look at it that way. Why not? They don't treat me like, they don't, when I go in there, they don't treat me like, you know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:24:29 I'm ahead. They treat everyone the same. If I'm in a different room and they give me like sparkling water, right? Hey, you, you want a massage? That's one thing. Yeah. But you're in a hallway. Uh huh.
Starting point is 00:24:41 Right. With like these chairs. What do they call them? The folding chair. The folding chair. With there's tons of A-listers that are still audition for things. Like that's what I'm saying. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:24:52 So, but I know, but do they like it? I'm just saying. That, you know, getting auditions, which is, I've always gotten. Yeah. And being on a real thing are two different things. Okay. Okay. So just let me throw that out there.
Starting point is 00:25:06 I'm, I know what you're doing and I like it. I think you're a positive white dude and I think that. His life crushed you yet? Not yet. No. But you can see it on your face. Yeah. No.
Starting point is 00:25:19 I'm glad you said that, Dave. He's five months in a relationship. Yeah. Oh yeah. So life and love hasn't crushed you yet. Yeah. Yeah. This is my like my first relationship too.
Starting point is 00:25:27 Like, yeah. Wow. And I'm 22. Longest? Yeah. Longest. So what have your relationships with women before been like? One night stands, I guess.
Starting point is 00:25:36 Like, Oh, so you've just been casually. Yeah. Well, just cause I was, I mean, when I moved out to LA, like I was so poor and I slept on like a popped air mattress and I was like, I'm not going to bring a girl back here and like a girl that I'm dating. You know what I mean? Does anybody know how to play the violin?
Starting point is 00:25:50 That would be perfect. If you could play the violin. You know, Bryce looks like he could play the violin. Oh God. We don't have a violin. All right. I want to hear it. Anyone have a violin?
Starting point is 00:25:59 Yes. No, no. So that was just basically what, um, what it was and I just didn't have time. Like I was doing so much to try and get my career where I wanted to be and I just didn't have time. Yeah. Um, but now I guess I'm. You're killing it.
Starting point is 00:26:14 I'm trying. Life is good. Yeah. How old are you? I'm 22. Oh. Fuck. Oh my God.
Starting point is 00:26:23 Oh, he's living the dream. Oh, it makes a lot so much sense. It's like, what does it, what does it feel like to be in a 22 year old relationship? Well, she's 27. So. Oh. Milf. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:26:36 27. Milfhunter.com. To be after 22 year old. Who am I? Rose from Titanic? Yeah. Yeah. You're, yeah.
Starting point is 00:26:45 You're like Jessica Tandy to me. I'm like fucking Helen Mirren. Yeah. Who is also a gorgeous babe. Yeah. Yeah. That's good. It's Jessica Tandy still alive.
Starting point is 00:26:55 Let's check. Yeah. I don't think she is. See if she's still alive. Thanks. But, um, you're, see it's so funny. You're a baby baby. You might be the youngest guest we've ever had.
Starting point is 00:27:03 Am I? She died in 94. Oh my God, Bobby. You're kind of off man. I'm a big fan. You're off almost. Big, I'm a big fan of Jessica Tandy. Oh my, she died.
Starting point is 00:27:13 Oh, you know who else died? No. Tim Conway. Oh, that was the one. Yeah. That was a real sad one for me. I loved Tim Conway. What was the saddest celebrity death ever to you?
Starting point is 00:27:26 Brody Stevens. Brody Stevens. Oh, true. Yeah. Yeah. But was he a celebrity even? Yes. I think so, yeah.
Starting point is 00:27:34 He's so beloved by everyone. Yeah. He's like more B-list though, like me. Um, so yeah, him, but then someone I didn't know. I'm asking him terrible questions. No, I love it. This is what I love the stuff, stuff. Um, but let me see who, somebody that died.
Starting point is 00:27:46 That's what, like more musician acting. What is it? I guess in general, like someone you didn't know, like someone you didn't know that like hit you hard. Well, obviously like when Lou Reed or Bowie and those kind of people die, it shatters me a bit, you know, because, um, I just grew, that's my childhood growing up listening to that music. But, um, some, down the street when I was, yeah, when I was, um, a kid, 17, I chased him
Starting point is 00:28:09 down in LA, San Diego. Oh, nice. He was doing a poetry reading downtown. And you went to it. And I wore my, um, velvet underground, um, the banana album, um, shirt. And then I sat in the front row and I was like grinding my teeth. I mean, I don't know what it is. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:28:28 Were you on drugs? No, I just was grinding it because I just fucking love this guy. And I, and he, and then he got out the back and I, my friend, I suppose I'm never supposed to say his name. Oh, you said it. Yeah. My friend Dave and I went around the back in the alleyway and he was like going to his car, his car, it was further down and we started chasing and he speed walked to his
Starting point is 00:28:53 car and he got in and just drove away. Can I break your heart? Well, he was missing a blow job because I would have, that's what I would have done. You know what I mean? He was missing. That's something great. Also Bobby, to be honest, you are the only person that I've, the only straight man that I've ever heard admit that he's given a blow job to someone.
Starting point is 00:29:10 And I honestly like, I think it's. I wouldn't say straight. I think it's a little bends. I love it of a crooked line there. Oh fuck. Why would you say that? Babe, can I say something to you? All right.
Starting point is 00:29:22 And let me make this clear. Let me make this. I don't think you're gay. I'm not gay. But on the Kinsey scale, you're not, you know, you're, you definitely lean a little bit to 100% heterosexuality. Yeah. I couldn't see Bobby being gay.
Starting point is 00:29:38 Thank you. Like when he, when he tells a story on the podcast, like every episode that he's done it, I literally am, I cannot picture that. I can't picture it. Thank you. I picture it all the time. So vividly. I'm like, yeah, that actually makes sense.
Starting point is 00:29:54 I also want to rile Kalilah up. Cause when I pulled up today, I was like looking for the house. I was like, what's, what's one's the house that fucking put? Oh, the dot post there. Oh yeah. Yeah. Oh, is there, is there new news? Oh yeah.
Starting point is 00:30:07 Like yesterday or? Bobby put me to task and he said, I need to know everything about this girl. And I was like, are you sure? Because if you're going to ask me to dig, I'm going to dig too deep. Yeah. And he's like, yes, I need to know. Sweet dog. No, you didn't, don't we, you don't get credit in this.
Starting point is 00:30:28 Bobby Slatt, let's say there's an archeologist. Right. And he's like famous where he's got his ground crew. Right. So he doesn't actually do the digging. Right. He just tells his team. Right.
Starting point is 00:30:42 In this area, there's a fucking goblet of fire. Oh, whatever they, whatever archeology, archeology. Jerry Potter items. No, but not the goblet of wisdom. The wisdom, the, the, the shard, the wisdom shard. The wisdom shard. I heard that the wisdom shard. Right.
Starting point is 00:30:59 Was buried in this area, this cliff area. Right. So go at it. So his team goes out and they take the chisels and they go deep. And then they find, they find a tomb. Yeah. Right. With an old man in there and in the mouth of the old man is the wisdom shard.
Starting point is 00:31:16 Yeah. Right. But then I'm going to claim that I found it, even though I didn't actually find it. I told my team to do it. So that's what I'm saying. So you're the, you're the head archeologist and I'm just a peasant digger. An excavator. No, you're a part of the.
Starting point is 00:31:31 You're a white CEO, Bobby is what you are. You're a white CEO. Yeah. So I do the dirty work and he gets to be when, when the journal, when it comes out in like the New England Journal of Medicine, he gets the credit. He's like John Hammond from Jurassic Park. Right. Right.
Starting point is 00:31:49 Laura Dern. Oh, no, I'm not even Laura Dern. I don't even have a name. The better, the better, the better reference would be the movie, the core. Oh, his favorite. One of my favorite. Have you seen the core? It's the worst movie.
Starting point is 00:32:01 It's one of the best disaster movies ever made. And it basically got just to what the core is. The core is the center of the earth. Right. In this, the premise of the, this movie, the core starts spinning. Right. So then, you know, it causes natural disasters around the planet. And Aaron Eckhart's in it.
Starting point is 00:32:21 Okay. And Stanley Tucci. Hillary Swank. Hillary Swank. And they build a, they build a ship that goes to the center of the earth and to get the core spinning again. So they, they plant these like nuclear devices to get this molten steel lava, you know, what the core is.
Starting point is 00:32:38 Sounds good. Right. But in this movie, right, um, Delroy Lindo and there's a little storyline where Delroy Lindo and Stanley Tucci 20 years ago created like had a theory or a book and Stanley Tucci stole it all of it. Right. He took all the credit. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:32:59 And then Delroy Lindo now is living in the desert. So it kind of went off the rails at the end. But it sounded like a good movie. That's the core. That's the core. That's the core. Okay. What was your parallel?
Starting point is 00:33:11 Like what were you, you were saying a better example is the core. And so what's that example of? I just gave you the example. He just wanted to tell you about the core. No, no, no, no. That's not why. He just gave us like a Wikipedia. Check it on voodoo.com.
Starting point is 00:33:20 The point is, is that, no, it's just that like, you know, you did the research, right? Right. But I'm taking the credit. Delroy Lindo. No, I'm Delroy. No, you're Delroy Lindo and I'm Stanley Tucci. Okay. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:33:35 I went a long way to get that. You might have to fucking cut that off. That was long and the andering and it really never went anywhere. But, um, but that's what shut up George. You know, sometimes you throw it out there and sometimes you fail. But I think my. And you just said that sometimes you go and you fail and you're talking about how you don't want to audition.
Starting point is 00:33:57 That's literally a parallel right there. What did we learn from Bernay Brown yesterday? A lot. Courage over comfort. Did you watch the Netflix? I did. I also watched the Daring Greatly. I love Brienne Brown.
Starting point is 00:34:07 I'm sorry. Not Daring, the book Daring Greatly. Daring Greatly. But, um, we anyways about the neighbor girl. We happened. Oh, you have it too? I'm trying to do it. He got the audio book.
Starting point is 00:34:19 I got the audio book. I'm going to listen to it when I'm in Phoenix. What is it? What is it? What is it? What is it? What is it? What is it?
Starting point is 00:34:29 What is it? What is it? That's racist. Okay. What I just did. Yeah. It's racist. You're in a movie coming up.
Starting point is 00:34:37 Congratulations. What's it called? Thank you so much. It's called Ma. What's it called? It's called Ma. Ma. Is the trailer out?
Starting point is 00:34:45 Yeah. I'm going to look at the trailer in front of you? Yeah. We'll also put it on the video. I want to see it now live. We need a live reaction from Bobby. He's going to judge it in front of Johnnie. And I want to tell you, be honest.
Starting point is 00:34:57 I want to tell you the trailer. Are you in the trailer? I'm in the trailer like four or five times, not much because my character is more of like the one that swears all the time and has drugs on me. I have a movie coming out that's out right now. I don't know what's it called. Oh it's called Extra Curricular Activity. I'm in a movie called extra curricular activities. Look at that YouTube. Um, I did it nine years ago, and they just
Starting point is 00:35:18 They're releasing it now. I don't know why would you actually have a lot of good people on that film? Yeah, Ellie That guy from VEEP. Yeah, that guy from the wall. She's the same. I'm not Matt Walsh Tony Oh, they're the I love Matt Walsh. They're really annoying guy from the president's office. The tall skinny one What's his name? Oh All right, here we go Okay, okay, we got the gist. Yeah, it's a good trailer. Yeah, I Was at a party once and that black lady she's it works a lot right? What's her name? Okay, that's heavy a Spencer. Mm-hmm. She just didn't say hi to me. That's fine
Starting point is 00:36:04 She is the sweetest human being in the world. Not to me. No What part who's party were you at? I forgot it was like Maria Munoz or something like that, but um, oh, wow But the shoes she's on fire. Yeah, look, you know, you look cute in it Mm-hmm. Um, I like the premise of it. Yeah, it's I've never seen anything like exactly the writer of it Um, he wrote workaholics his name's Scotty Landis. I don't know Scotty love Scotty. Yeah, do you don't know? He's friends are like, he knows Adam Ray and Eric Griffin and those guys and Scotty Scotty Yes, you don't know I love them What color is he white? Okay?
Starting point is 00:36:41 Fuck I didn't have a follow Color is I've never met a black guy named Scotty. That's true. That's fair. Have you Scotty Pippin? Yeah, come on That's have you met him? No, I've never met him. Yeah Yeah, no Scotty Pippin's real shooting these to play him on the NFL the NH what ever And and he one time he was right about a fact on this podcast where he played for Portland for the Blazers Yeah, yeah, and then all of us were like, no, we didn't The Bulls, yeah, yeah, but he played for the Blazers Blazers a blazer blazer
Starting point is 00:37:19 What are they called the Portland Blazers blazers, babe? Oh, oh, so somebody dug up. Did you see that Gordy Howe Stan McKita? Yes, so for for for a long time I've been saying that I did a commercial with Gordy Howe and Stan McKita I saw it and um, but then somebody dug it up. They're hot. Whenever. Yeah, yeah, whatever that my whole life growing up I know yeah, you know Dino Cicerelli. I do not you know that is no who is legend to yeah The Minnesota North Stars nice. Oh, yeah, so you grew up in a diner, right? Is that where you grew up? That's like a legendary hockey town What G willy what?
Starting point is 00:37:58 Don't don't why people say that a lot G willy no I've never said no, my doctor says gee whiz. Oh gee whiz. Yeah, that's right. I got it wrong What do you will occurs you know what G will occurs is look at Bryce's face What is G will price? Have you heard of G will occurs? Never? Yeah, bro, I Want to say this When you say said G will occurs it put a shiver down my spine of Complete fear. Did you feel it? It was like a blum house. Oh, yeah, well that was just like mom
Starting point is 00:38:38 Yeah, there's mom part two right there mom Does she so she it's kind of like um That it's does she capture you guys as lady, I I don't want to give any all right That's true, but it does she does start to get crazy and then as you can see towards the end The trailer like we're we're chained up. Oh I see yeah, why so you kind of live there at her at ma's house or in a dungeon or something possibly right? What an interesting premise and it's also um I Like it because it's I don't I can't think of
Starting point is 00:39:19 Anything in the past that it's original. Yeah, do you ever have do you have a if you would ever make a thriller or a horror movie? and someone said here here's a 50 million dollars what would be the plot of your Thriller or a movie Bobby mine. Yeah I've never even thought about it because I just never thought about but it would be I Would probably do a sequel Like yeah, what's it called? Centipede
Starting point is 00:39:52 You'd be part four. Okay, right word Johnny are I would lead in it. I would lead it. I would be your second head You'd so you'd be behind him. You'd that's not a good spot Do the soundtrack right and what it is. Yeah, what it is is this is but the German surgeon, right? What he does is he? He sews your mouth under my dick Right Remember I said I didn't think you were gay I'm not because it would just be I would love to come to work every day, right?
Starting point is 00:40:25 With giggle while they're doing the actual prosthetics and the apparatus, but you but you're paying me so well I'm like yeah, yeah, you have to do it, dude, right? Fat Asian guy on your dick. Yeah, yeah, and I would like put flavors on my suit. It wouldn't be Yeah, you know, you would look like you run a noodle or something, right? No, no, no, no There's no lives though. You have no lines because your your dick your mouth is on my dick Right, but his mouth is on your dick. You're a mouth is on his I need lines I have monologue I'm an extra. Basically is what you're saying. No because in the beginning of lines. Okay, right? So, you know. I'm gonna act first act the first act is like I'm your
Starting point is 00:41:03 Big brother right you were like yeah, yeah, you were a kid you were an orphan You didn't have like right and I have a program I'm a part of a program and I take you to baseball games and this and that right and then I'm gonna I tell you Yeah, I have a older brother, too Like I have somebody that because I went through the same program. Yeah, but it's a German surgeon Right. Yeah, but you know and then the German surgeon goes crazy and they heat so is your mouth onto my dick and So we have to walk around right walk around with your mouth, right? Yeah, and then you're gonna go you're gonna go
Starting point is 00:41:40 Those are your lines. Are you gonna give him the puppy porn eyes? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, the head look Yeah, yeah, and I'm gonna go. Yeah, that's right. It's watermelon Because I put watermelon. Yeah, no, I got that part I would go and see that. I don't think that would cost 50 million to make though. We can do that now I mean, that's a hundred thousand dollar budget. Yeah, at most maybe that's not gonna work that show I just threw it out there. I had a premise where I'm a Long time ago I had this premise where There was a woman a lady and she's a Midwestern mom
Starting point is 00:42:19 Okay, and she has kids and she has a great life. She's a Midwestern regular woman, right and then Um She starts um Getting pains in her eyes Like not like almost not glaucoma, but just like this pressure Right, and then she starts having these dreams of like Open space Like an open field. No, just what do you mean space? Oh space in like the galaxy. Yeah, that's it. No, that's at the end
Starting point is 00:42:50 That's how the movie ends. That's it Bobby. No, and then um and Then she has visions of like It's I forgot what it was but here's what happens is she's washing the dishes and outside her window She sees like this Nigerian man walk by. Okay, right? This is real. I'm on board. This is really something. This is really I thought about Yeah, yeah, basically what it was was because I forget what it was sounds a lot like get out Bobby No, I'm gonna tell you what it is though. Basically what it is is that um, she's not really um She's not really human. Okay. Basically. What happened was 40 years ago, right?
Starting point is 00:43:30 This alien race Just hear me out. Let's hear me out this alien race, right? What they do is they go to They go to planets and they they They either want to suck the resources off this planet or not But the only way they do that is they need to plant their own people to live human lives To go through human experiences To go back to 40 years later go back to the main Alien ship and tell them if this these people are worth, you know, I mean
Starting point is 00:44:05 destroying or Or winning them flourish, right, right? So this woman really is this lady or an alien She's an alien. She doesn't know it. No, but they all so there's one in Africa. There's one the Nigerian guy Oh, that's right. Okay, but there's a guy from Tokyo and they're all really just aliens and they lived Different lives, but one of the guys Right one. Yeah, keep going. What you don't like it. I'm on board. So I'm trying to follow it, right So there's like sleeper cells. They don't know they don't know that they're aliens. They live these experiences Yeah, and um, all of them have to go back to this main ship and go um
Starting point is 00:44:46 And go the other we got to save these people because it's right. I'm on board except for one the one had a bad life What are these alien right which one we don't know? I don't know. I don't remember which one it was but he goes back to tell them, right now Are they here as babies or are they put on as adults? No, they were they're raised here as babies They have regular human lives and experiences, but when they're 40 They wake up and then they there's different signs to make them realize that that they are Really actually aliens and they have to go back to this mother ship to tell them that this Planet is worth saving except one of them has a bad experience
Starting point is 00:45:31 Right. It's you know, it was the guy from Tokyo. Was it baby? You got to work on that pitch a little I see it though No, but I here's the thing I know that which will work on the pitch, but I haven't thought of that idea in 25 years I think it's a good one, right? So I was just what I was talking. I was trying to remember like what it was Yeah, yeah, and there's more to it, but I just forget that's a good twist ending. Yeah Yeah, so that's what it is. I just threw it out there and you know, I don't need to be shamed for it You know, I threw out the human centipede one with the dick. You're right didn't like that one this second one seems more 50 million Yeah, yeah, the 50 million I threw that one out you guys like if you got to work on it
Starting point is 00:46:10 Why don't you just remake the core? Why don't you just do that? That'd be kind of cool. Yeah The core just came out 10 years ago. You can't just remake a fucking movie that just came out It bombed in the box office now. I have a question when something gets like 2% on rotten tomatoes. Can you make? The same movie but better like three years later. You probably could but I don't think that they transformers tried every single time Yeah, but still made money in the box office. No one would fund it probably I think like what got a zero percent like Nick Swartzen's Movie, which one Bucky? Oh Bucky Larson that got zero percent. Yeah. Oh my god But didn't make money though
Starting point is 00:46:49 I don't know but if I did Bucky to or remade Bucky. Yeah, and it did better. Mm-hmm. That's not cool He nicks my friend. Yeah. Yeah, right. So what am I only doing that to show him up? Like I got five percent Yeah, yeah, right and then he's like, why'd you do that? I don't know bitch I just want to see if I can go above zero percent You know, I don't like a world with Bobby Lee with a shit ton of money because it kind of scares me to be honest Cuz you I feel like you would be like really fucking spiteful like that. You know what I mean? You know, it's funny that you say that Because I believe that God didn't if I do believe I kind of do believe in God. I believe it that well, you know
Starting point is 00:47:33 You know, I think to myself What would have been like if I was a gigantic multi-multi-million dollar super star? Yeah, and I think you're I think you got I think God's give me enough to stay humble I don't think we'd be together Why would he was a millionaire? I think that he wouldn't be at I don't think he would be grounded or a check wouldn't Like a philosopher after I I I like I like when I met Bobby
Starting point is 00:48:03 He still had the he still had dreams and he had you know, sort of like this downtrodden vibe about him Yeah, and I like that he was grounded and he wouldn't have been that way with just you know a shit ton of money I don't think I feel like every billboard in LA would just be like a picture of Bobby If he had money It would be beyond that. Yeah, you just buy all the billboards. Yeah, it would just be Bobby You just like I Mean human trafficking would be a thing
Starting point is 00:48:38 No, no, no, no, I would have a meerkat ranch Right, I would have like things that people don't have Yeah, yeah, I would make prosthetic eyeballs out of acorns That's a cabin. Yeah, I would carve them. That's kind of good. That's recycling. Yeah acorns. Yeah Yeah, the nut the nut. Yeah, you're repurposing. Would you would you donate to charity or now? The acorn not eyes. Yeah, that's it. Yeah, the carved eyes. Yeah, but everyone's gonna want them because they're gonna be like a million dollars apiece Are they just like a glass eye? Yeah, but they're made out of acorn and I carved them out of like
Starting point is 00:49:15 with toothpicks Like I use toothpicks and it's a whole thing by hand. Yeah by hand. Yeah All right, but I have that and I would have like houses made out of sh just vikin and I've said that before, you know Just houses. What is made out of this? You know, so you don't think you would be sober if you had a shit ton of money I didn't say I licked the walls I'm assuming you have a house of vikin in that you're not sober, but if my back hurt, I'd lick the wall Okay, right, right Oh my back hurt to the lick. Oh, it's the paint's gone. It's like Willy Wonka. Yeah, how easy is that?
Starting point is 00:49:47 Why don't you know the way I think? Fuck you Elon Musk. Mm-hmm. You mean the way I think is good, too Hey, wait for an eyeball the way I think right The way I think is good, too, and I'm worth it and I I deserve it You know, I think we all deserve it. We're here together If you're listening right now, you deserve it. Look in the mirror right now and go point and go you deserve it the world Everything. Okay now serial killer is listening to this. Yeah about to eat his like I always human arm And he's like, yeah, you deserve it. I always think of that like when people post like you are loved
Starting point is 00:50:24 You are like all that stuff. I'm like, no like not everyone. You know what I mean? Like don't you always think that? Yeah, I mean you can't go to that down that road. I know but it's it's like Like someone could be reading that it's like about to kill someone. They're like, I don't know I hate myself and then like, you know what I mean? My favorite one be yourself. Yeah, yeah What if yourself is just a horrendous human? You like child porn? Yeah, yeah, it's like Bobby Lee posted to be myself Yeah, some kids. Yeah, exactly. I kind of want to put a sign up in front of that woman's house Oh, I want to know what happened
Starting point is 00:51:02 Don't yeah, Bobby started talking about the core and we never figure out what happens. What it means Digger number two You know uncovered Yeah, I don't remember the reason we got to the core station because we were talking about the girl And what I uncovered about what did we uncover about the girl? We never talked about it. What girl? Oh my god, who girl your neighbor remember we're talking about excavating. Oh, yeah We took a huge tangent. Oh, that's right. That's right. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Sorry 40 minutes. It's 40 minutes. Sorry
Starting point is 00:51:41 But the um, we learned about the girl We're not gonna be specific. It's mine. Oh wait, hold on. So you deliver the information because I'm just a digger, right? Yes, I'm delroy. You're delroy lindo. I don't want you to skew my findings. I am seriously interested in the story. I love it. I'm like But um, she she has The name that we got wasn't her real name Correct. So I had tracked her down and I found her name and I also found out that that's actually Um, she took the name of her ex-husband to mask her past Yeah, but I dug up that pass and I plugged in her real name
Starting point is 00:52:18 Yeah, and uh, that this is a messy bitch. We're dealing with. Yeah, there's some seedy shit. She does like what seedy seedy seedy Everything from like amateur No, we can't yeah, so I could put a flyer too. Yeah, I have a picture in mind of what kind of flyer I could make a flyer. I'm not at the porn. Yeah, I know Maybe but I would maybe but I would do a flyer too and I'd pace that around town to see how she feels about it You know, it's like hey tricky Hey tricky plus Hey tricky plus can I call there?
Starting point is 00:52:51 Was that in your findings yet? That is wild. Don't fuck around tricky. Yeah, because licks will get did she so she knew you had a massive podcast now She tagged her Why would she even get involved? I don't know. I don't know. I don't know why she would you know what she should have done is Said because this is she approached me first. Yeah, and she said You shoot your dogs in my fucking house. Yeah. Yeah, and I said, I don't really remember doing it But if I did I'm sorry. Well, I'll never do it again. You remember doing it 50% stats 50% stats
Starting point is 00:53:30 But I I literally when I said I won't do it again, but she wouldn't let it go She wouldn't she wouldn't let it go and she did the flyer on the whole that arrived And then so I'm gonna let it go now, but you know, they were flyers like a mile up I know I heard I listened to the to the episode that was released. It's Johnny or Gianni. Yeah. Yeah Where you guys were we got the you're at like the 101 or something and I was like I heard plates in the background I was like, I feel like I'm there with them I'm like, I want to fucking order something right now. Oh, you listen to the oh, yeah, we're in korea town. We're in korea town Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah the food court the korea town. Yeah, which I want to go there tonight
Starting point is 00:54:04 But but after digging up what I dug up. I don't think it is wise to retaliate because Yes, we could I could end her in many different ways But she has a young child that she doesn't have custody of and I think that she's going through a lot in her life I'm just throwing it out there to let her know that you did that We're not gonna respond to it We're not gonna get revenge snooped her because we are healthy. Have you seen her since the whole thing? Yeah, I saw her this morning and I had a standoff where I stood in front of her house with my dog And I just stared at her fumbling her keys trying to get in her home
Starting point is 00:54:48 She's like One of these like like what do you want and I just like blankly stared at her holding my dog It was like a fucking like it was like um, um us. Yeah Yeah Because if you want to give out my address on a flyer And and shame me in that way Um, we too can play that game. Yeah, but I'm not going to But I'm letting you know lady. All right
Starting point is 00:55:16 You sloppy gash You know know that Know that that you have a sloppy gash. I've asked the worst question today Right right or no, right Right, right, right, right, right, but um, right says one again that we're letting it go, but you know Let that be a warning Oh I'm like splitting up together. How about the

I don't want to spoil anything. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah Wait, did you guys already cover how you know, um, the ruin brothers? Yeah, a little bit. Yeah, we met him at a At a restaurant. They are they really are. I love it. I love both of those guys and we don't like making new friends Ever yeah, but they're guys they're when we met them. We were like, oh, we actually want to be friends with you I know and if you're in music and you and you're a star
Starting point is 00:57:36 You want to do tiger Bella come we've had now the ruin brothers. We've had Dave Navarro. We've had Paul banks from Interpol. Um, we're working on Anthony Kitas and You know, I'm trying to get Billy Joel. Have you counted of them yet from green day? Put that name down your name put that name down on the thing All right Our missy pile. Good. Thank you. Um, but you know But let me say something. Um, there might be a time where we might need your help

Yeah, we go you pick me you sit in the back of the front You sit in the back. He's a back guy. So you're in the back and I'm just in the front and I'm driving you like an uber Yeah, okay, cool. Are you gonna come Clio? Are you gonna be in the back as well? Yeah, okay great No, that's not over. I said you pick up three years three hours before the movie And then you're gonna take me to a dinner. Okay, where would you like to go? Gwen? Maybe? Starting point is 00:59:34 Uh-huh. I'll buy popcorn. Okay. You pay for the ticket. I'll get you a beverage as well. Okay, and uh, smaller large Okay Small popcorn no candy But I sit in the audience right Gilbert and I'll watch I'll keep my eyes open even if I have to do that. Um What's that? Um, I fuck um clockwork orange. Oh when you have to do that Yeah, when they have to pry my open up with that mechanism, right? Yeah, even if I have to do that, I'll do it Right because you're gonna be scared or no because if the movie is bad, I fall asleep That's the test. Yeah, that's the test
Starting point is 01:00:13 So if you know, they put that little mechanism in my eye and I'm forced to launch it like this, I'll watch it Okay, okay. Yeah, and then after the movie you'll take the mechanism I'll close it and I'll close my eyes. I'll go that was terrible To you and then drive me home. I'll drive you home. It's a it's a silent car ride on the way home Yeah, okay, but do you think that's gonna happen? You think you're gonna buy me dinner and you think you're gonna pick me up and you think I would do that. I would do that. We should have vlog it too. Okay, cool. We'll do a joint vlog All right, why don't we do joint things with you guys anymore? I don't know if you should have a tiger belly this past weekend live show collab
Starting point is 01:00:46 Yes, I would love to do that. Where would you be? And I'll you're not into it. I could just sell your face. You're not into it What I learned is nick and brice have the same energy. They just look off into the distance while things are happening Oh, yeah I know you do brice. I know you do brice, right? You stare at me like you stared at my brother Why don't we ever collab you're you never want to do anything? He doesn't want to really drive places. Yeah, that's the thing Delia showed up to to when we did this the april fools thing. Did you invite me? No, I'm just saying like he drove
Starting point is 01:01:22 Delia showed up. I wasn't invited to your april fools thing. Okay Why did you bring that? I'm sorry. I'm bringing up the worst thing as well. Wait, wait, wait, wait, let me ask you something Let me ask you something Yeah, yeah, let me ask you something Let me ask you something. All right You thought that I should show up That's not what I meant like to an event Right that I wasn't even invited to that. I wasn't even aware of that's not what I meant, Bobby
Starting point is 01:01:51 That's you did you go? How come you didn't show up to this 4th of july when it's april fools event with chris delia What'd you say then I call isa said he doesn't want to drive places and I said that's the thing delilah showed Delia showed up You're right. Yeah, and I would have too if I was invited. Okay Well, maybe we'll do something right. We did a valentine's day episode for you guys. You did. Yeah. That was my idea I was right. Was that there? Did I go? Yeah, yeah We felt really Bummed when we did that episode because we didn't think we did very well
Starting point is 01:02:25 We loved it when we did theos We actually thought because we went when we left you were like fucked. We botched that one. No, I thought was good No, you didn't think that at all I loved it No, but I know bobby loves theo deep down because when I never forget when we went downstairs after the episode And I was walking bobby out. He looked at me and he's like take care of theo He's gonna be like a star like take care of him. And so I know that bobby truly does care about theo even though He does a lot. I got him an agent. I know. Yeah
Starting point is 01:02:54 Um Wow, let's do um what we do at the end Now where does this being released may 31st? Oh, he wow, so it comes out in two weeks. Oh, you're talking about the movie No, this this podcast This coming one day So we don't do one this monday. No, we don't want monday. They'll release it on wednesday Yes, sweetie. We just just trust us. It's okay. We got we got it on this extra. Yeah, it's an extra. Okay, go ahead We're doing two now. Do it. Yeah
Starting point is 01:03:24 I'm helpful advice with bobby kalayla at giati Hi, tagger belly I'm a 19 year old girl from portland, oregon and I've been in a relationship with the man 30 years older than me for almost two years Whoa, when we first started our relationship 19 the guys 50 he's 50 Uh, wait, wait, is this dang cooks girlfriend? Oh, that was a slam cut that out cut it out Write it out. No the time. No the time
Starting point is 01:03:51 No, no the time. I'm sorry, dane That's out. That's out, dane. Wait, but that is the reality. Yeah, baby. Baby. Baby. Baby cut this whole part. Yeah The time really ain't it. I don't know. Don't cut it out. Dane cooks our favorite and he's the best and he's not passive aggressive and He's healthy one oh five. Yeah. Yeah. One of five. One of five. Okay. There we go. There we go Uh, so when we first started our relationship it was purely supposed to be a short term No feelings all fun uh fun type of relationship But as time went on we both developed feelings for each other and now we're talking about having a future together While I'm deeply in love with him
Starting point is 01:04:20 I never intended for us to go this far and I struggle with the idea of spending my life with someone who is older than my parents Now I feel trapped. I don't know if I should go with my feelings and stay in the relationship or cut it off and start New how devastating would it be for both of us? Thanks for reading the sotros papaya or I talked to a man Okay, so I worked with a man a couple of weeks ago I want to tell you who he is because I want him on the podcast, but I talked to this man. Everyone knows who he is um, he's uh in the 60 60 And I was sitting there
Starting point is 01:04:52 talking to him because we're working and I go um Wow, you did great in that one movie because I'm a big fan of him based on one movie He goes, oh, yeah. Thanks, man. I go. Um, were you married? What's what's your story? And he goes well, I just broke up with my girlfriend from six years. We've been dating and she was 20 when I was 50 when I met her right same situation And um, he goes, you know after now she's like almost she's 27 or whatever
Starting point is 01:05:21 And you know, she's still young and she's out You know, I just think that if you can you can spend the next 10 years because she's 19, right? And then break out with them. Yeah I also in the Other answer. Yeah. Yeah. You know, I'm a product of a 36 seer age gap between my parents And suppose it does work out between you and he is your person Even if all things go correctly, you marry you have children you have to anticipate that As they get older and as he gets older, you will be dealing with what I dealt with
Starting point is 01:05:59 Which was a very painful teenage year seeing my dad wither and die Um, and he lived into his 70s, you know, like he didn't die young and also him Um, allowing my mom her youth and having sort of an open relationship But then me feeling very confused about their understanding So I was very very conflicted So you you have to take into a lot a lot into consideration a lot of things that might not seem um Like a big issue now
Starting point is 01:06:32 But if you plan to have a family later, but I am without that there's a lot of confusion there But without without those two you would have never been born. Yeah. I I loved I loved what my mom and dad had in retrospect I didn't understand it when I was in the throes of it all because I was young and immature And I didn't know what was happening really and he was really old, right? And I really couldn't connect with him because the man was born in 1924 I just didn't have it sounds very similar to theo, right? Theo and I have very um, yeah, very similar in that way where even though I had so much respect
Starting point is 01:07:07 I was always in all of this man I couldn't connect with him because there was such a massive judgment. How old was he when you were born? He was in the 60s. Yeah. Theo's dad was 70 when he was born. Right, right We've talked about this. Yeah, him and I and it is something which which you know, they say You know when the older guy, right? It causes if there's too old It causes, you know, I mean the baby to have Oh, yeah, they're they're like mental, you know, I mean retardation. Okay Are you saying that theo and your girlfriend?
Starting point is 01:07:36 Yeah No, basically not in the 60s, but more in the 70s. Yeah, so I that makes No, it really does. There's something they call it something. It's like paleo paleo. It's called retardation in the mind Right, okay, and that's what you know your boss. Yeah. Anyway, my boss. Yeah But what was he's not normal? Yeah, admit that he's not normal. Does he pursue it? He is he is very um, He's one of a kind which what Juliette Lewis said to me yesterday. She's like I love your friend Theo because we all went to dinner last night and she um, she's like, I love your friend Theo He's so uh, he's just his own person. He's just like I've never seen anything like him and no one will ever see anything like him
Starting point is 01:08:15 Again, but George is here. Yeah, that's true. Yeah. Yeah, but so anyway, do we answer? Yeah, do touch cut it off for this relationship. Does she cut it off or keep it? Keep it Yeah, see it through until you know, let the record play. Gianni. I'd say I'd say go another couple years and then see how you feel Yeah, I wouldn't just cut it off. That's when you get into your ratchet years. Yeah, what you just said right there I love it. What let the record play That's beautiful. I honestly babe Why you laughing because I love you too. Like you guys are my favorite couple but that right there, right? That's what this podcast will be called. Let the record play. Yeah, I love that
Starting point is 01:08:53 I'm kidding. I'm honestly like tearing up because you loved it so much and you never say anything nicely I honestly Love that. I love everything you say even when you said my comedy special. What's it called fat and wild? Yeah, did you did you film it yet? No, we're gonna do it. And what's the seven months? What's the second special? We said it earlier. Sweet beef. Oh, no, we uh, we've dreaming. Yeah, what is it dream? We've we've dreaming. Yeah, we've dreaming Yeah, no, it wasn't that but um dream Yeah, we've got how to say it. I only have one thing written down. It's Ted Newsom. So
Starting point is 01:09:32 Dream Weaver Dream Weaver. Yeah, that's a good one, babe. Thank you. Thank you. Compliments Bobby You're gonna get a show. I promise you you're gonna get a show. Okay, let me work it out And we're gonna come back to this podcast and I'm gonna tell you what are you putting on it? I will put I will put $3,000 down that you will get a show in the next year And if he doesn't you have to put your mouth on his day. I'm with you Gianni. I I feel the same exact way You are so one of a kind like you will 100% get a show Bobby. You know people talk about this uh This asian movement going on, you know, like Asian all these people, right?
Starting point is 01:10:07 And um, and I've had people come up to me and go. Oh, this is your time, right? Yeah, you guys are killing it right now Asians Yeah, I'm not They all everyone else is what do you mean? Everyone's got deals. You are the 0.1 percent You are on a sitcom you were on a sitcom for two seasons which is which is better than most people here could say you Sell out shows like it's it blows my mind Bobby. Oh, that's what it is. Yes Oh Speaking of asian did you hear about the Constance Wu debacle? Oh
Starting point is 01:10:39 Chris delia. Do you like her rep turn you on but I wasn't I was curious Wait, I want to know I want to know Constance Wu on Twitter when her show got picked up. She said I'll find the yeah fresh off the boat got picked up and she tweeted basically Fuck I hate this. I'm so sad Then people were saying congratulations and she was running. No, this sucks Yeah, because she wanted to do another project another project, but it just looks terrible And then the bad thing is she did a re she kind of like uh traded back backpedaled And was like, oh, I meant like, you know, I can feel both type of things
Starting point is 01:11:07 Yeah, no, no, no, and then ended it with believe all women she tried to attach the whole Me to the meeting women to her post. Oh my god So basically We're left to feel as though something is happening on set that she's not comfortable with no, no, no But she was basically saying this is what I meant. I meant that I creatively. I wanted to do a different show I hope you believe me and believe all women. No meaning like I hope you just believe that this was my here's the truth It was a weird way. I want to tell you the truth. Okay, and I don't give you because I don't know her I don't know. I don't know her. Okay
Starting point is 01:11:44 But here's the truth. I know this I know that there have been people several people that Didn't want to work with her because her of a reputation really she's nightmarish And I'm not I'm not the only one. This is common knowledge. Yeah, this isn't something that I'm making up out of thin air It's like it reminds me of when I first moved to LA and hearing stories about Bill Cosby Oh, I mean, you should not put his name on par
Starting point is 01:12:15 Constance wool. That's probably a little different. No, I don't always upset that her show didn't get She didn't fucking put koi ludes in No, no, no, no, no not in the not in the means of the actual act Right the act are two different separate things very different But in terms of like, you know, I mean whispers in the night, you know So you heard the whole Bill Cosby stuff before. Yeah, I love whispers in the night And that's my third special Bob, you have a lot of yeah, I love specials, right?
Starting point is 01:12:44 um, but um Yeah, I've always heard that about her. But you know, let that be me. You know what? I don't care You know what I mean? Um, you should wait. What did dillie say about it? He's like, you're just a asshole Yeah, she doesn't she here's the thing is is that um I know I'm not I'm not no, let me just make finish this point is um
Starting point is 01:13:15 I know people that Were in show business when they were young Like hit it hard in their teams Right and then later when it all disappears. They don't know how to adapt. Yeah, right For me You know, I did every job in the book. I did construction coffee shops restaurants And those things that I did were so valuable at the time you don't think that
Starting point is 01:13:45 You know what it's like to clock in at a restaurant and be slammed, right? And then like at a gay bar Wow You and the rune brother me and the rune brothers worked at a gay party, right? So you're slammed, you know, I imagine the rune brothers are like delivering food But they had they just did an album with rick ruven, right? And they're thinking themselves. But you know those things Put hair on your balls and put it makes you you know, so that when I'm Actually on a set like splitting up together. You're grateful. I can I you know ask her I touched the set Mm-hmm with my hands and I go. Thank you. This is great. Yeah, right. I'm so blessed
Starting point is 01:14:25 I'm so blessed I think that her even though she's allowed to feel like she wants to pursue other projects I think there is a sense of ingratitude and I think that's probably what people are Especially the fans of that show like you know what I mean because fans are or the writers that she works with Or all these people that are now employed because there's a new season And here's a lead of a show saying fuck. I wish that's not that wasn't happening It it seems if if even if you if you hate it, you don't have to express such ingratitude Twitter on twitter. Yeah, just do your season
Starting point is 01:14:57 Like we get paid hundreds of thousands of dollars and just show up and say your lines like Yeah, but she thinks that everything she touches is gold. He's gold, right because she's there It really is it sounds a little bit out of touch. It's an out of touchness thing, right, but um Um What's that girl that was in knocked up Catherine Catherine high go people were saying that people were like they should Reach out to Catherine high go Catherine high girl, right? It was another one with that same whispers in the night
Starting point is 01:15:26 Yeah, yeah Right when you come into la you hear what you hear about You heard about bill consby, right? And then you also heard about they also heard about Travolta, but that he was gay whispers in the night that he was gay. No, I No, I know I had Aussie. Yeah, I said that way too excited You're in No, I'm kidding. Um, what's his what's his number? Yeah But they're called whispers in the night and they might not be true
Starting point is 01:15:54 But these are I feel like you hear that about everyone though. James franke, ozak effron like there's always whispers in the night No, no, no not like that. Yeah, no hanks doesn't have whispers in the night. That's true. Yeah That's true, you know I had a girlfriend who said yeah when I was in high school james franco Used to pull up at my house. I used to sneak out and give him a blowjob in his car Yeah, yeah, and he didn't like know her name. He would just like I don't know if he knew her name, right? That's pretty normal, right? I mean, actually that's colander's consent. She actually drove wrong. What's wrong with that? They're whispers in the night James franke are gonna blowjob everyone
Starting point is 01:16:32 Um, I'll be honest with you when I woke up today and I found out that you were gonna do this You were not happy This the second you walked into this room. I was like, Bobby's not happy It's not just happy. That was just distraught Okay, right confused distraught Rageful johnny sanchez not he johnny sanchez is in here I saw that guy do stand up one time like four years ago when I first came to la. Do you like him? Okay, okay. All right. All right. Well, he's a friend. So, um, great. Yeah, put that part out
Starting point is 01:17:07 Write it down. Mark that mark that one. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. This thing's gonna be three minutes long. No, it's not. No, it's not We're not cutting anything out, but um, but I'll be honest with you. Uh, and it's hard for me to say this but It was In terms of feeling the way I felt about the flow of it Uh-huh. Mm-hmm was probably the best one so far this year What are the best ones so far this year? You missed the beginning too. It was fun There was a fluidity and a and funness and and um, lie heartedness about it
Starting point is 01:17:41 and you also, um You know that I don't know how to pronounce certain words Or I say things wrong And yet you don't ridicule me or look at me all confused. I do the same thing. It's okay, right But no, you do that. Do you do an unset a lot? Do you fuck up like that? Oh, yeah, I'm the worst Can we do it again? Yeah. Yeah, right. Yeah 90th time, Bob Yeah Overtime already. Yeah, but I really enjoyed you a lot and I want people to watch the movie maw
Starting point is 01:18:11 And um, I would you know what let's just give them a round of applause. I guess We're gonna do that. We're gonna do that vlog and I'll take you out and yeah, I better get a small popcorn You will but I better go to bestia or a nice restaurant. Okay. Yeah anything else your handles your handles At Gianni V. Paolo is my instagram. Yeah, I didn't have twitter because I want a career Ah, yes. Good idea. Yeah, what do you mean? I just don't want like, I mean, do you ever get pissed off? You're like, fuck. I'm gonna tweet this and then you're like, uh, You know, but you know what the key is what I just don't tweet. I know that's what I'm saying That's why I don't have a twitter. Yeah. Yeah, I just like reading when people like tag me and things
Starting point is 01:18:53 You know, and I don't get a lot of followers. I don't even have 200 What do I have like not even 100 100,000. That's it. Whatever. Yeah, you know, twitter is pretty pretty dangerous Somebody who acts on emotions and you are 22. So I don't know what kind of impulse control you have. Yeah When you got hot angry fingers, I know I go off sometimes. I'm like the delete delete delete um But I really enjoyed you a lot and um, I didn't when even they said your name.
