Starting point is 00:00:00 Thank you. things they expect to or don't expect to happen. The funny thing is they actually expect Joe Biden to bring up Donald Trump's age, which seems pretty risky, but that seems like or actually I'd hit that back. I think it's the other way around. We're going to go through the odds. You'll see. You'll see. I think actually they don't expect him to, but they actually are giving fairly decent odds that he might. I think that's what I that's what I mean. So we'll talk about that. Plus, we got a bunch of other really big, crazy for you it appears that the united states will be deploying boots on the ground in gaza in one of the most insane stories i've ever heard the u.s will be building a temporary port in gaza for delivering aid which basically means that the u.s is providing funding
Starting point is 00:00:59 to israel as israel engages in a ground offensive against hamas in Gaza. And then the U.S. will be building a port in Gaza for what? Delivering goods? Let's be real. It's not temporary. This is the U.S. basically putting its boot down. It's a foothold in Gaza. This may be, I think this is well beyond just humanitarian aid. Boots on the ground is massive.
Starting point is 00:01:22 So we'll talk about that. Then we got some really crazy stories about tiktok the the committee that's proposed the bill to ban tiktok voted unanimously to advance this bill the company behind tiktok will have to divest from its chinese uh counterparts if they want to keep operating the u.s unanimous support in the house tiktok then put out this this call to action on the app saying call congress don't let them ban tiktok and now there are reports that teenagers are threatening to kill themselves if the app gets banned so we'll talk about that a bunch of other news as we wait for the state of the union address at nine before we get started my friends head over to castbrew.com
Starting point is 00:02:03 and buy some coffee. Castbrew is our coffee company. We sponsor ourselves. If you want to support the show and support our work, go to castbrew.com, pick up your coffee. Everybody loves Appalachian Nights, but we cannot stock it fast enough, which is crazy, because the last time it sold out, we reordered a ton. We're like, we got to re-up the order by 30%, 40%, And then it sold out. And now it's also, this is amazing. So unfortunately, it sold out.
Starting point is 00:02:28 But Stand Your Grounds is comparable. So I definitely recommend you guys buy Stand Your Grounds. And if you like a light roast, rise with Alberto Jr. When you buy Casper Coffee, you can also buy Alex Stein's blend. We sponsor his show. We're big fans. You are also supporting our physical locations. We're going to be doing live events in Martinsburg, West Virginia for members only once per month. And when you buy Casper Coffee, you're supporting it. Why? It's at the Casper Coffee shop building. First floor is
Starting point is 00:02:50 currently under construction awaiting permits. Second and third floor are where we hold the events. We had one a couple of days ago. It was a lot of fun. Tonight, we will not be having a members only show. Well, it really depends on whether or not Joe Biden cuts the stadium short. If he goes the amount of time we expect him to, which is typically around 70 minutes, we're not going to do a members only. We'll, we'll, we'll grab some super chats and they'll probably wrap by like 10, 20 or 10 30. But, uh, if for some reason, and they do have betting odds on this, Biden goes short, which
Starting point is 00:03:17 he might, because the man is on the verge of death. He's very old. If he pulls this state of the union very short, then we will have that members only. So we'll see how it goes. There is some speculation that Biden will not even make it 60 minutes. And that would be nuts if by like 950 it's over because that's like unprecedented. So we'll talk about all that. Smash the like button.
Starting point is 00:03:38 Subscribe to this channel. Share the show with your friends. Joining us tonight to talk about this and enjoy the gentle musings of Joe Biden. We've got Valentina Gomez. Good evening, guys. Thank you for having me. Today, I get to be here, join you guys, look at what's happening with the state of delusion from Joe Biden. It could have been an email, but that's okay. We'll get to assess it, talk about it, and make America great again. And who are you? What do you do? I'm Valentina Gomez. I am running to become Missouri's 41st Secretary of State. And if you guys have seen my video, go to my Instagram, Valentina for Missouri, flamethrower video where I triggered all of the pedophiles because this is a war against evil.
Starting point is 00:04:17 So thank you so much for having me. We're going to talk about it. Thanks for hanging out. Should be fun. We've got Hannah Clare hanging out. Hey, I'm Hannah Clare Brimelow. I'm a writer for SCNR.com. It's Scanner News.
Starting point is 00:04:26 I'm glad to be back. I can't wait to see what Joe Biden comes up with. It's going to be probably boring. Ian's here. I'm excited.
Starting point is 00:04:33 I worked myself up. I can't wait to find out. Last time he waited until the very end of the speech. He was like, so in conclusion, what is the
Starting point is 00:04:39 state of the union? State of the union is strong. State of the union is great. He just wants you to believe it. So I wonder if he'll even mention the words State of the Union and what the betting odds are on that.
Starting point is 00:04:49 We'll find out tonight, I guess. Hi, everyone. Let's do this. Yep, I'm Serge. I think it'll be.net now. I don't know. .net, we'll see. Hard to pin down, Serge.
Starting point is 00:05:00 Yeah. All right, let's get it. We've got this from betus.com.pa. I just Google searched State of the Union betting odds. My friends, the State of the Union address will be in about 55 minutes. We do have a bunch of news to cover, but of course, everyone's wondering what's going on. And I think as we await this statement, the speech from the president, we'll take a look at what the expectations are. Politicals, politics, futures.
Starting point is 00:05:24 I want to say politicals politics futures check this out all right so bet us says they they say under 65 minutes and you will actually uh your your bet is uh uh it's ev minus okay so minus that means uh you make less money right what how do i always get this confused if it's ev plus you make more money right right okay so they're expecting it to be under 65 minutes okay yeah so if you bet a hundred dollars you actually what do you get i i suck at the math on the minus if it was plus you'd win 140 so it's minus that you win like 70 or 80 bucks i don't know you guys in the chat you can tell me how this works i'm not a big sports betting guy. I can tell you
Starting point is 00:06:06 about like craps and blackjack. Check it out. State of the Union to be said by Joe Biden during the address. Right. So if it's minus, they're expecting it to happen. Will he say Israel? You bet. $100 is minus $2,500. So those are like terrible odds, but it's still a really
Starting point is 00:06:22 good bet. I got to be honest. Like any amount of money you want. If someone said bet $100 and you could win 10 cents that's a good bet he's going to say israel no question either way yeah he's gonna say israel palestine i don't know so much and they're expecting this to be under uh just under 65 minutes it it looks like the odds have it as it will be under 65 minutes or it's it's light minus 140 is not that big of a swing but they're basically saying it will probably be under 65 which would be shorter than he did last year which is interesting i mean typically joe biden's been speaking for shorter and shorter amount of times constantly i feel like every speech that he's done has been
Starting point is 00:06:58 he can't handle it he can't handle it so they're commenting on his age there um i i think it's interesting up before they said that he they think he's likely to mention insulin, which again is probably a healthcare thing. Why? Is there something going on with insulin? They probably pump him. Insulin is minus 750, which means they expect it to happen. You will not get paid a lot of money because he will likely say insulin.
Starting point is 00:07:20 I offer my resignation. It's plus 5,000. Okay, so that i get that a one hundred dollar bet will win you five thousand dollars if he says i offer my resignation the problem is even if he was going to resign he would say today i tender my resignation and you don't win the money right that's why it has to be exact yeah that's why it's a stupid bet if it said he resigns so he says chinese proverb it's so he has to say the phrase there's a chinese proverb no that's why it's a stupid bet if it said he resigns so he says chinese proverb it's so he has to say the phrase there's a chinese proverb no that's the weird thing right or are they saying that if he
Starting point is 00:07:51 says a chinese proverb it it says uh to be said by joe biden chinese proverb i mean they got to clarify these because i offer my resignation is a specific statement. If it said Joe Biden resigns in any way, then I'd be like, oh, okay, we get what that means. Too bad, Nikki. That's a phrase. Taylor Swift. If he says Taylor Swift, it's plus 1500. I gotta be honest.
Starting point is 00:08:14 That seems like a good bet. Or no, wait, Taylor Swift is bigger than that, right? No, no, wait, wait. 1500. Yeah, 1500. I think there's a chance that he actually says Taylor Swift. I think he won't say it only because it doesn't seem clear that she's going to publicly endorse him this time she did last time so
Starting point is 00:08:30 drawing attention to that fact that he doesn't have the secured endorsement might might kind of encourage people to look at why she's not endorsing him the fact that people don't feel as confident in him that he's losing support among young voters. That would be my only guess on why he would. Katie Britt stating your response word bingo. So Katie Britt's giving the response. Yeah, she's from Alabama. So let's see. Mexico is expected to be said cognitive and radical Islam.
Starting point is 00:08:57 That's EV. So that's, you know, it's neutral. No edge. Sleepy, communist, senile, senility, ility dementia woke mind virus how do they how do they determine these odds for something like this you know what i mean the internet's a wild place and math has just never been my strong suit i will say they missed christian nationalism that's true you think she'll say it or you think biden will say i think biden will say it also mega republicans isn't on there and i think he's gonna say or you think Biden will say it? I think Biden will say it. Also, mega Republicans isn't on there.
Starting point is 00:09:26 And I think he's going to say that a lot. I think he's going to say the word extremist. Power of danger to the United States. If he confuses Nikki Haley with anyone else, it's plus 2,000. So a $100 bet would make you two grand. What if he calls her Nimrata Haley? That's what Vivek kept doing. That's her name.
Starting point is 00:09:41 To misname a foreign leader or country. I kind of feel like if you took out a bet on every one of these, you'd win one of them. I don't know if you'd make money, though, to confuse Trump with Obama. I mean, directly mention Trump. He's definitely going to do that. Right. For sure. This has been his whole campaign since.
Starting point is 00:09:59 Yeah, but it's quote. It's quote Trump because he might say the other guy or the former president. But he has to say specifically. It's in quotes. I think might say the other guy or the former president. But he has to say specifically his name. It's in quotes. I think he will say his name specifically. And he'll say, when he says Obama, he'll say Barack, too. He likes to make it personal. Okay, look, look, look.
Starting point is 00:10:14 Make sure you know that they're friends, yeah. It says to have a five-second brain freeze is plus 500. Wait, I just want to stress, plus 500 is not that great of odds. Like, it's good. You know, a $100 bet will make you 500 bucks, like five to one. But it's like, it's crazy because there are crazier odds on a game of blackjack. A side bet like Lucky Ladies is harder to hit than what they're claiming right now. That Joe Biden will freeze mid-St state of the union for five seconds.
Starting point is 00:10:50 That's crazy. It's kind of sad. If you were sitting at a table at a casino and they said, which would you rather bet on that? You hit a blackjack right now or that Joe Biden during a state of the union address freezes for five seconds. You'd be like, oh, Joe Biden freezing. No question. Better odds. I'll make more money.
Starting point is 00:11:07 The thing is, if he does freeze five seconds, 10 seconds, whatever, the other side is going to say, no, he's just pausing for dramatic effect. You're not letting him speak. He's just performing. Or the fake applauses as well. There's Mike Throw,
Starting point is 00:11:19 some fake applauses from the audience. I would love to see bets on that. If there's going to be heckling, if anyone walks out, things like that like the other part of the state of the union it's always interesting is the sort of theater of it like do you remember that uh trump gave um oh my gosh why is his name slipping my head the radio host um you'll know this no you won't which one come back to me i'll get it there was there's a conservative radio host who got an aggressive form of brain cancer every what an aggressive
Starting point is 00:11:50 form of cancer and uh trump gave him um progressive radio conservative sorry rush limbaugh rush limbaugh right you didn't know rush limbaugh's name i just forgot it for a minute i didn't grow up listening to the radio do we do we kick her out no you're all fired stop doing this to me i'm making a good point here i'm just stumbling over every word okay so rush limbaugh got cancer and trump presented him melania presented him uh the presidential medal medal freedom right at the state of the union and it's always like trump has been saying for or biden's been saying for months months now that I think it's one of the Uvalde moms is going to be a guest at his stadium. I mean, this is something they they do kind of see what points they're going to make based on who they're saying is going to sit with them, which I always find really interesting. Should be interesting.
Starting point is 00:12:38 If he says eleven and a half non facts. So the money line is the same on both. Whatever. It's minus. That's weird. I like this. the money line's the same on both. Whatever. It's minus. That's weird. I like this. Where is it? He says, too bad, Nikki.
Starting point is 00:12:51 Too bad, Nikki. What does that mean? I don't know. I think he's going to be sympathetic to Nikki. He's going to be like, man, she is a lady. I supported her. She is a lady. She's a great woman.
Starting point is 00:13:02 She's trying hard. A patriot. And the Trump crazy whoever has just ruined her life. Let's play this ad from the MAGA war room. It says everything that needs to be said. Oh, we want to face the audio.
Starting point is 00:13:22 I guess I should clear my mind here a little bit. We can all see Joe Biden's weakness. If Biden wins, can he even survive till 2029? Nope. The real question is, can we make America Great Again Inc. as responsible for the content of this advertising? Yeah, that's a good commercial. It's the can survive. But I mean, the guys.
Starting point is 00:13:53 Okay, hold on. What if Joe Biden has a medical episode and they put his brain and face on a robot body? Oh, would you then respect him more? Or would you? No. And they put his brain and face on a robot body. Oh. Would you then respect him more? Or would you? No. I'd respect him a little less. A little less.
Starting point is 00:14:12 A little. Significantly less. A traitor. I want to meet Joe and be like, Joe, just get through to him. You know, the real Joe. The guy from like 15 years ago. If you tried to get through to the real Joe, he would start groping you and he'd push you into the corner of the room.
Starting point is 00:14:26 You'd be like, not this Joe. You're nothing to me anymore. And he'd be like, this is what I'm like behind closed doors. That's the real Joe. The fake Joe is the guy on TV going, come on, man, you know, corn pop. And then as soon as the door closes,
Starting point is 00:14:38 it's actually, you know, you know what I imagine? It's that scene in Watchmen where you guys ever seen Watchmen? Oh yeah. Yeah, it's when the comedian punches that woman in Watchmen where you guys ever seen Watchmen? Oh, yeah. Yeah. It's when the comedian punches that woman in the face and tries to rape her. Like, take away the physical strength.
Starting point is 00:14:51 And that's like Joe Biden behind closed doors. The Tara Reid thing is absolutely insane. And I'm surprised the media. I'm not surprised the ABC and NBC don't pick up the story. The Tara Reid sexual assault allegations. But, you know, according to Tara Reid, Biden pushed her up against a wall when she was staffing for him or working for him and tried and then did did untoward yeah actually did assault her and then uh when she said no no stop or whatever she said me too ended he was like you're dead you're no you're nothing to me he looked her in the eyes
Starting point is 00:15:18 that's according to her she said that he told her right nothing to me and then walked away when she came out went to the pub went public with this it was the day that me too died all of a sudden it was like you know all the liberals were like we don't know if we care about me too anymore in that way it's just absolutely just right now at this moment we're uh we're over and then she fled to russia because her life wasn't felt her life was that's crazy but i mean aside from that you have all the videos of joe biden groping kids and stuff so it's like you know joe biden behind closed doors is just not a thing you'd want to see ever it would be scary yeah very scary i wouldn't want to be there i mean these days sad creepy and sad you know creepy uncle joe but he's mostly just napping these days so yeah he's maybe lost a little bit of his um to creep on women, especially young girls.
Starting point is 00:16:05 But I just think that this is not going to be his best moment. You know, I mean, he is really slowing down. He's got slurred speech. I just don't know that this kind of all eyes address is going to make him look like a strong candidate going into the next year or next election cycle. Oh, he's very strong. Let's jump to the story from The Guardian. What to expect from the State of the Union?
Starting point is 00:16:30 Well, Biden is supposedly going to announce the U.S. will build a port on the Gaza shore for large scale aid delivery. Ladies and gentlemen, Biden is expected to announce the State of the Union, the U.S. will deploy troops on the ground in Gaza in what must be the most psychotic thing I have ever heard a president plan to say at a State of the Union. Biden has been freaking out over the far left pro-Palestinian activists. And so now you've got members of the Biden administration saying things like we want a ceasefire.
Starting point is 00:17:04 You know, we what did Kamala Harris say? We want to cease fire and Israel should do everything they can to get the hostages back. And it's like you're talking out both sides of your mouth. They know that if they don't get the pro Gaza leftists, they cannot win. So what is Biden doing? This is a mistake. We should not be setting boots on the ground for one thing. This is an attempt to appease the far left. It won't work because he's saying we are going to colonize Gaza. That's wild.
Starting point is 00:17:34 This is World War III. Sadly, and more U.S. service members are about to get killed. Strong men and women, the ones that should be here protecting us our border they're exactly at least our border but they're being sent to foreign nations foreign nations to fight for this proxy war i want to see the odds on that biden deploying troops to the border
Starting point is 00:17:56 next to nothing that's never gonna happen it's oh that would be like 10 000 yeah plus a million a hundred dollar bet wins you a million bucks. Does this article say how, because what they'll do is they'll say, we're just sending in peacekeepers right now or advisors or like merchants
Starting point is 00:18:11 or something. I thought that it's like a temporary port. They call it a port temporary. Temporary. That's what they did in Vietnam. They sent advisors first. Yes.
Starting point is 00:18:17 It was like 10,000 dudes or however many. For aid. Yeah, yeah. 10,000 armed advisors. To advise the locals on how to. And then, of course. And that's how also COVID started.
Starting point is 00:18:27 It was temporary. You stayed home for three, five days, but then it was for the next two, three years. I just realized Ian's 51st state may be becoming true finally. Yeah. It's funny because what's going to happen is the history books are going to be alike.
Starting point is 00:18:42 In the year 2023, Joe Biden was watching tim kess irl when ian crossland mentioned making gaza the 51st state i openly oppose this i want everyone turned to kamala harris and said this guy's on to something perfect a year later a colony was established next year it's not on irl because he's an advisor in the white house i'll be the first governor of this is a conquering this is the end of Gaza. It's not funny. If the U.S. builds a port in Gaza while Israel is engaged in a ground military campaign invasion, it's simple.
Starting point is 00:19:16 This is the beginning of the end of the Gaza Strip. They'll start shipping people out into the United States. This is like just mass immigration. Yeah. It's not good. Yeah, we have about 20 more. I would say more by the end of 2024. 20 plus illegal immigrants in our nation.
Starting point is 00:19:32 Guess what's going to happen with those people from Gaza? They're going to be coming here. And don't forget that those people hate the United States of America. The majority of them. Yeah, they don't want our way of life. Exactly.
Starting point is 00:19:41 I think what's hard about this situation for Biden's team, I can imagine, is that there's absolutely no good solution. There is no way for him to navigate this international crisis in a way that appeases both sides of his base. Because let's be honest, I really don't think Joe Biden truly cares
Starting point is 00:19:56 about anyone from Israel, anyone from Gaza. He is trying to get reelected. His, in a weird warped way, his attention is on American voters, only progressive ones that he's hoping will will go to the go to the ballot for him and or go to the voting booth for him and i think this is a polarizing issue i know it can be among conservative circles too but definitely among uh older people who would consider themselves democrats and younger people who consider
Starting point is 00:20:20 themselves democrats you know this is wild someone drove up on the sidewalk at dc revving the engine at pro-palestine protesters yeah they arrested him there's like wild video of the cops like throwing the driver to the ground he's wearing like a purple button-up shirt and they towed his car yeah it's wild yeah but but pro uh gaza protesters have been pretty vocal about the fact that they're frustrated with biden i mean there was a rally earlier this year that they were throwing like smoke bombs and stuff towards the White House. It's something they feel strongly about. And again, I don't know that there is a way that Biden is ever going to be able to negotiate a like, look, I have worked out a compromise.
Starting point is 00:20:57 I'm helping both sides solution that makes anyone happy. I mean, in any compromise here, both sides will feel like they lose. And that is support taken away from Biden. I think if he really does. I mean, the news is reporting that this is what he's going to announce. He announces this. I think he can't win. Like no legitimate path to victory. And I don't even know if his old allies from 2020 will help him cheat.
Starting point is 00:21:19 Like there's no argument. There's no procedural path. You do this. And this is Joeiden saying we are standing against israel yeah he builds the port yeah yeah it's like him saying we can't we're there's still our allies we can't stop them but we're going to do our best for damage control if he sells that to the farm we are going to give money to israel for defense and then also provide aid and comfort and resources to the people they're at war with.
Starting point is 00:21:47 It is quite literally Biden announcing they will stand against Israel. It's a war. There's two sides. You can't provide aid and comfort to the enemy of one side. And that's this is the impossible situation that he's in. I mean, I don't feel bad for him, but he is trying to say yes to both sides. He is actually probably considering and we know he's done this a couple of times, funding both sides of this war so he can stay in office.
Starting point is 00:22:08 And I don't think that's... Obviously, I think that we should put American troops on the border before we send them abroad. I think that should be a bigger national security priority for us. But also, Biden can literally not make anyone happy in this scenario, and it's going to cost him. Or even sending money to foreign nations before helping our own states. Look at what happened in Lahaina, in Hawaii, Flint, Michigan, in our border.
Starting point is 00:22:34 Yeah. So there's money for other nations, but there's no money for U.S. Americans. They got money for war, but they can't feed the poor. Exactly. Who was that? Who said that? Tupac, I think. Was it Tupac? I think you're right.
Starting point is 00:22:44 I think it was Tupac. Tupac Shak tupac kids and your pop culture references how fun no but it's funny because i'm i'm i'm not one you know when these leftists are like you know there are more empty houses than homeless people we could solve the homeless problem overnight i'm like that doesn't solve the problem but now we're looking at them taking illegal immigrants and putting them in apartment buildings and it's like well there was a solution to the homeless problem they could have just paid off these luxury hotels to take the homeless people in effectively creating very nice shelters they didn't care about the homeless people in america nope they care about the homeless people outside of america they don't care about the veterans either the veterans are in the street look at new york city look at these mayors eric
Starting point is 00:23:21 adams also charlotte jones San Luis, Newsom, the governor of California. These are all useless, worthless elected officials that have driven cities to the ground. And they're just claiming their DEI card. That's what they're doing right now. They're playing the victim card. And it doesn't work anymore. The American people are fed up. They're fed up. And it is sad that we have seen these cities get torn to the ground because of these policies. So it is up to us to actually fight back and get our guns ready, you know? Because it has come to that point. It has come to the point that we have to defend ourselves.
Starting point is 00:23:59 Women are getting killed and raped. How many more women have to get killed and raped until we do something about it? You've got to get training you've got to uh fight to change the laws to defend the second amendment because you end up with stories like lake and riley who was this you know presumably this illegal immigrant who i believe had been arrested before was trying to rape her and she was unable to protect herself from a rapist who then crushed her skull. I was just last night thinking about gun control, actually being able to control your gun, being able to control your weapon, and training with it,
Starting point is 00:24:31 and how a lot of people probably haven't yet trained with guns, and I think that they should if they're American and it's legal and they have the opportunity. It's like big boy shit. It's time to grow up and do the real stuff in life, which is learn how to control weapons. And make sure legal. I recommend there's firearm insurance.
Starting point is 00:24:48 So in the event you have to defend yourself from a very serious threat, you don't have to worry about very serious legal issues after the fact. And so these things exist. And I know a lot of people who are trained advocates for a Second Amendment have this. But always just be careful because you've got to keep it legal.
Starting point is 00:25:03 And we are winning the constitutional carry argument, I think, just the other day. I'm going to someone fact check this because someone super chatted that Louisiana was going constitutional carry. But we got to be careful, too. So I certainly have a big, big proponent of people having guns. And the Second Amendment, especially when we're dealing with the crime spree, that's brought us to the point where, you know, I, I, I'll say it like this, you know, we're sitting here being like, guys, you need to have guns. Okay. Is your second amendment, right? You need to be trained with it. You need to understand the laws of your jurisdiction because the last thing we want are good law abiding citizens going to jail.
Starting point is 00:25:38 But look at what's going on in New York with the national guard. It's the crime has gotten to the point where a conductor, they reached their heads out of the window to check to make sure everyone's on the train before closing the doors. And someone walked up and slit his throat. This happened in New York. And so and this is their fault. You can't defend yourself in this state. And so I would not if you live in New York, man, to the people in New York who are fighting the legal fight to get guns legalized and they're winning. You know, good on them. But it's gotten so bad, they've deployed National Guard.
Starting point is 00:26:11 With guns. With guns. With very powerful guns into the subways and 250 state law enforcement. This is a problem. I'll tell you this. You know what? I got to be honest.
Starting point is 00:26:21 I don't want anybody to have guns. I don't want anybody. I don't want anyone to have them. You know, you get to the point where no one's walking around with guns. You get better security, law enforcement, policing, secure your borders, reinvigorate your community and your culture. But when you have in these cities, criminals being let go and the recidivism rates being through the roof, innocent people are being victimized and killed. And what could, what more what what do you say to that at that point at that point it's how many more lake and riley stories do i have to have
Starting point is 00:26:49 she's not even the first story that anyone's ever talked about and the frustrating thing to me about the lake and riley story is that we had there uh i i can't remember the woman's name in san francisco do you remember this one a few years ago i do know know her. I'll hold on. I'll pull it. I can't remember. Huge story. The point is all of these stories all the time of innocent law abiding people being killed by criminals, by illegal immigrants. And the illegal immigration is an issue because the crime could have been prevented if the laws were enforced. We should not have to live in a in a country where people need to be armed all the time. But there's a reason why the founding fathers recognized the right to keep and bear arms was paramount. For one, we had just had a war, so they were really concerned. What was her name?
Starting point is 00:27:32 Katie Steinle, and also you were right about Louisiana. It was the 28th state. Well, it was someone super chatted us that. I just looked it up. Fox has a report. So definitely get armed, get trained, make sure everything you're doing is within the law and legal and be very careful because even in the instance where you're defending yourself, you face very serious legal exposure. That's a big part of tactical training that they teach you is, yes, you are. Even if you're the one defending yourself, unfortunately, a lot of times the courts don't care or won't care and that you need to be ready for that.
Starting point is 00:28:01 So a lot of they actually offer insurance through the tactical training, this one that I've been using. And they're like, it's not super expensive and you've got lawyers that understand the law, self-defense law that you can contact in the instance that something were to happen. And I think the idea, like our culture will shift dramatically
Starting point is 00:28:20 when everyone realizes you have to be on guard for your own safety. I mean, there are people who talk about, you know, when I was growing up, I could leave my door unlocked where I grew up when I, you know, I could leave my car unlocked. And now I can't do that, do that in this town, people feel the shift when crime is when crime is on the doorstep. And people will choose to live differently, whether it be carry a weapon, whether it be to move out of cities, it will have a profound effect on our country. And I think maybe that's good because people will be more aware, self-aware. On the other hand, it will make people feel more stressed and more hopeless. They will feel like they can't
Starting point is 00:28:54 trust people around them. We had something happen a year ago where someone broke into one of our properties and they were armed and shots were fired. And were it not for uh i'll keep it very simple our security we don't know what these guys would have done and it was it's three guys but you know our our security being armed was able to prevent something much much more serious and so look man this the i'm gonna i'm gonna i'll wrap this up very, very simply. It has gotten so bad in New York. They've deployed the National Guard. We cannot live like this.
Starting point is 00:29:31 And as the left comes out and says people shouldn't have guns. I'm like, right. The answer is we need better security. We need better, better law enforcement. We I agree. We need to fix the prison system. This is not solving the problem. But what New York did did they created this problem and now they've made everything worse from everybody
Starting point is 00:29:50 we shouldn't have to live like that but uh without you know going on beating a dead horse let's jump to this next story well let me uh backtrack over there uh because tim bad guys with guns are stopped with good guys with guns and the second amendment is the only amendment that's going to guarantee the first one and countries that ban rifles guns or even flamethrowers are weak and gay because you should be ashamed of yourself if you cannot defend your family or your community or yourself let's jump to this this story uh we have this from cnn house panel unanimously approves bill that could ban tiktok this is getting crazy i think tiktok should be i'll be careful here because there are grounds by which tiktok should be restricted or banned that i think is fair we ban things all the time we ban lots of drugs i don't think all drugs should be legal i'm not a big fan of the prison system or the war on drugs. I think TikTok and social media is addictive, manipulative. And what they're
Starting point is 00:30:49 saying about TikTok is effectively a casino slot machine for children. And these kids can't develop resistances to the manipulation. And that's why we say you can't gamble or drink or do these things until you're a certain age when you're past the point where it could rewire your brain tiktok is so dangerous you know what man tiktok played themselves let me uh let me show you what's going on our good friend ed krasenstein says tikt uh tick this is really happening tiktok is sending people this notification tiktok is at risk of being shut down in the u.s. Call your representative now. TikTok is sending these notifications. Guess what?
Starting point is 00:31:28 They play themselves. I want to show you this. This is from Matthew Foldy, political reporter for The Spectator. A kid called a house office threatening suicide if the bill passes. TikTok is destroying our kids' brains for someone to say this even as a joke. He then we have another one here. Another office is reporting to me that they've gotten suicide threats by American children who called to try to prevent TikTok from being owned by an American company. If TikTok has driven these kids to this point, then I'm all in favor of saying shut it down.
Starting point is 00:32:06 I know. I agree with that 100%. TikTok is brainwashing kids. And they're using their algorithm, their agenda, to turn them against the United States. We should just send them to the military. These are pampered, weak kids
Starting point is 00:32:20 that shouldn't be watching TikTok whatsoever. They should be in school, but sadly in school but sadly in school in school you get indoctrinated so the military should be the there was the compulsory compulsory service i would say like a two week two week training for them because these weeks these kids are so weak they're so ungrateful to me well the issue with this is they're going on tiktok and their brains are locked into a slot machine it's just swiping swiping swiping and they're getting
Starting point is 00:32:50 it's addictive well the crazy thing is it's fractured reality they're not watching an hour-long podcast where they're getting point a to point b where our conversation is had where you can develop neurons around certain concepts they're watching a video of a dog doing a backflip then they swipe and there's a picture of a cat jumping over a rabbit, then they swipe. Then there's an old lady doing a jigsaw puzzle, then they swipe. Then there's a guy swinging a stripper pole
Starting point is 00:33:14 or something like this. But it's all completely random. Yeah, it is. And what's interesting is we know that social media has basically shortened kids' attention spans, that they're, you know, as the advent of YouTube or whatever else, that they are looking for basically a dopamine hit from the video faster and faster and faster. And that's what TikTok wants. That's what TikTok rewards.
Starting point is 00:33:37 And ultimately, I think that this is not the direction as a culture we'd want, right? We want to develop critical analysis critical thinking we want kids to want to have to go in depth and really think about their values their issues uh and instead the majority of of tiktok's daily user are young american teenagers who are being basically being rewarded for swiping faster and faster and longer and longer all day long tiktok wanted people to call their reps to stop them from shutting this down and it's backfired they all unanimously voted in favor of it people to call their reps to stop them from shutting this down and it's backfired they all unanimously voted in favor of it i think it was 50 to 0 on the committee or whatever i don't know someone someone you want to fact check me on that one but now you've got kids
Starting point is 00:34:15 calling in threatening suicide reinforcing the the the call to action that tiktok needs to be needs to be stopped this clearly shows that shows that TikTok is weaponized against America. Plain and simple. And this bill was brought by a bipartisan effort from the House Select Committee on China. I mean, this is something that both sides of the aisle see as an issue to the young people in their demographics and their care.
Starting point is 00:34:41 They're so easy to mold. Right. They're malleable. Right. And we can all say, oh, parents should step in and say, don't be on TikTok or whatever else. But if you're a teenager, you're going to find a workaround. That's fine. And also, we know that there are concerns about the terms of service that come with TikTok. I mean, this is one of the reasons you saw this wave of of administrators and governors in states saying,
Starting point is 00:35:03 if you work on our Wi-Fi or if you use our devices, you cannot have TikTok because we don't know what data it's accessing because its terms of service are so broad. And that's something that we have increasingly saw concerns. But when that wave, one of these efforts to ban TikTok came up last year, TikTok CEO came and was interviewed by Congress. And he was like, well, if you do this, you'll hurt all of these small businesses that depend on us.
Starting point is 00:35:27 Right. I mean, TikTok itself is is pulling out all the stops to say prevent America from banning us because they're using sort of emotional arguments. But ultimately, TikTok wants to stay influential in the U.S. because they are the dominant platform controlling how young Americans are spending their time and spending their money. Does you guys know what this bill actually does? It would force TikTok to divest from Chinese companies. Away from ByteDance? Yeah. So ByteDance, the owner, so ByteDance would have to sell TikTok to an American company? Right.
Starting point is 00:35:56 And it would also give the president, it would designate TikTok and ByteDance, apps controlled by a foreign adversary, and it would give the president future power to say, you know, like, that another app is also controlled by a foreign adversary, and therefore we need to separate it from US youth. This is a horrible idea. Now, this is a terrible way to get this thing under control.
Starting point is 00:36:19 You're going to give it to an American company so that they can manipulate your kids instead, and then you're going to give one guy the power to ban apps all across the planet no congress is giving the ability to ban one you just said that you're giving future presidents the authority to declare something a foreign thing and then that's called an act of congress and which requires a check from the president which is exactly how the system is supposed to operate you're saying that congress has you just said the president has the authority there's a check about congress passes a bill
Starting point is 00:36:44 meaning they have to vote on it after it's voted on the president can do it alone. There's a check and bail. Congress passes a bill, meaning they have to vote on it. After it's voted on, the president can choose to activate it. That's two different branches that have to be in agreement. That's two out of three. That is an excellent system. Okay, so this doesn't... You're saying that this bill does not give the future presidents the authority to ban social media apps. One app.
Starting point is 00:37:03 This app. TikTok. Hannah Clare just said that a future president would also have the authority to ban social media apps one app this app tiktok and hannah clare just said that a future president would also she said it would declare this app a foreign app of a foreign adversary or whatever yes it is foreign but then they're gonna have to sell it to an american company good in the future a president could say this this app should also be considered why do we allow foreign corporations in the United States anyway? Serious question. Because of global trade. Great. They can operate as a subsidiary.
Starting point is 00:37:27 I think Brazil, tons of countries do not allow you to have an independent foreign operation. You have to be underneath an existing national operation in that country. It reminds me of the laws that have come out
Starting point is 00:37:40 in the last couple of years of saying that we shouldn't let foreign nationals who have no claim to the u.s buy farmland right like there are tons of i mean in this case it's it's chinese groups that are buying farmland across the u.s and control tens of thousands of acres like that is of a concern right you don't have any tie to this country but you literally own huge chunks of land let The United States is the only country in the world that allows China to buy elected officials, to buy farmland,
Starting point is 00:38:10 and now to control the minds of their children. That's not true. But the United States does let them do that, but China does that way more in many other countries. They're buying parts of Africa and South America. Missouri. And huge numbers. And they're buying land everywhere.
Starting point is 00:38:23 China's effectively colonizing the planet right now. That shouldn't be allowed whatsoever the u.s should not allow it at all i want to read this from bricktop he says uh for your information tiktok has the most truth on it only behind x i promise it's not 10 as bad as your will as you're all making it seem do you even use it marketing professional here uh we do use it and tiktok is the most censorious app we we use we get it's it's insane the degree to which they ban censor and remove content on tiktok you know we go on youtube youtube is nowhere near as bad as people make it out to be youtube is pretty bad facebook is probably uh facebook i would say this this, TikTok's the worst. Facebook, Instagram, and all their platforms are second, are second to worst.
Starting point is 00:39:10 Then YouTube, then, then X. And actually, to be fair, I think like X and Rumble are fairly comparable. But Rumble's probably the best in terms of letting you say what you want to say and give your opinion. You know, X brought back the misgendering policy. So clearly it's not perfect, But TikTok is 100% the worst. And I can tell you this, as a company that produces social media on every single platform, and it's wild when I get a message saying, we got banned on TikTok again. I'm like, for what?
Starting point is 00:39:35 We were reading something about economics and someone made a reference to a politician or something. I honestly, I have no idea. I think it may be that someone said someone was stupid. And I'm like, they don't. What happened? We had one that was on dating. idea i think it may be that someone said someone was stupid and i'm like they don't what happened we had one that was on dating we had one one clip on tiktok that was about dating and it was from i can't remember what it was from it was nowhere near bad i think the clip was something like
Starting point is 00:39:56 well you know women tend to prefer like you know this or that and men it wasn't like women are dumb it wasn't insulting women in any way. Just talking about differences between. And then they were like violation removed. And then we got the, the original Tim cast IRL account was banned outright with no strikes and no warnings. And they didn't tell us why. And then we've since then had numerous clips. So,
Starting point is 00:40:19 so understand this. We know that Tik TOK is the most censorious social media platform. So we intentionally avoid things that we deem spicy. So we're like, we can't upload a TikTok. There's no point. So we'll only upload the ones that are like economics and voting. And we'll talk about the border a little bit, but we'll be very careful. Not controversial whatsoever.
Starting point is 00:40:40 Yeah. Well, I mean, you know, it's a little bit, it's politics, but we will definitely avoid anything related to like leftists or gender ideology nope and then we're like this one was totally safe and banned so common sense is not allowed it's it's it's control of political thought and opinion tiktok they they'll allow you to to like x doesn't allow this if you get banned and x you can't make a new account you can and if they catch you they ban you again tiktok doesn't seem to care you get can't make a new account. You can. And if they catch you, they ban you again. TikTok doesn't seem to care.
Starting point is 00:41:07 You get banned, me make a new account. That's what everyone does. I got banned. Didn't go back. Yeah. I think TikTok is the absolute worst platform. I think they absolutely manipulate young people and are intentionally making them psychotic. I think that at the very least, if you think it should be allowed that a mass media corporation can operate
Starting point is 00:41:25 united states under a foreign country no algorithm allowed you say fine or reverse chronological only or like open the algorithm not even open you got to be able to see what it's well if you can verify that it's a clean algorithm then you can use it i i don't i don't care yeah you can't define just because it's german there's no there's no clean algorithm well if you can verify that the algorithm is not like actively sending you more of a certain type of thing because your age or the targeting but that's what it does well some algorithms do that some will just give you like a timeline feed that's an algorithm too it's just so what you're really saying is you would allow certain algorithms yes yes i think there's ethical algorithms like and then most recently posted
Starting point is 00:42:02 that'll be the top of your feed that's it you would have to you the algorithm would have to be created it would have to fall under a specific category be regulated and implemented yeah yeah we would need people in congress that are algorithm literate that's why i don't like the whole banning thing at face value it can't be done too heavy handed it's impossible what what it's it would be what you're describing is not possible of making them open their code to function making an algorithm that would be like if if if they were to say okay the algorithm can like what are the criteria by which an algorithm would be allowed to promote content well like mines is um you got your your what is it time it's like a timeline that's an algorithm like whatever most recently got posted is going to be at the top of your feed that's a basic algorithm that's called reverse
Starting point is 00:42:42 chronological reverse chronological order is algorithm that's right but we're not talking ethical one we're talking about selective promotion quite literally what i said was it would only be reverse chronological if you can you can opt into algorithms like you can build your own algorithm we do that on minds a little bit what criteria do you think would make an ethical algorithm that anything that would be illegal for kids should not be promoted to kids so gender ideology communism so you're saying it should be because you're allowed to talk to kids about communism you're allowed to even indoctrinate so what you're saying is it should be legal for tiktok to use addictive social media tools to then force extremist ideology to them and that should be i
Starting point is 00:43:24 think that's the one I'm trying to avoid. And how we do it, I mean, I don't know if I can come up with it on the spot and tell you exactly all the little yeses and nos. Well, I mean, that's what Congress is for, to debate that kind of stuff. It's not possible because they've all tried it for 20 years and it can't be done.
Starting point is 00:43:38 I don't think anyone's trying it. Every time they've tried to make a simple algorithm for promoting content people like, it's been exploited by someone else to do something bad so the answer seems to be reverse chronological only yeah or or at least in addition to you also have your reverse chronological hey you know what the best system was subscribers you'd go on youtube you'd say i subscribe and if you did it would show you the content and it would show you the content and it would show you the kind of you subscribe to in reverse chronological order. That should be the end of it.
Starting point is 00:44:07 Now what's happening is TikTok is saying we're going to show people what they like. The only problem is people get addicted to insane things. And then you end up with kids calling Congress threatening suicide because they're addicted. That's that's an insane level of addiction. You don't need TikTok to live. You don't need it to function. It's not air. It it to function. It's not air. It's not water. It's not food to threaten to kill yourself is insane. And that's exactly
Starting point is 00:44:30 the problem. Yeah, I think that's the biggest concern for me that it's negatively affecting the young people in this country. And we know at least I've heard that, you know, the equivalent in China operates differently. It suggests, you know you know different more academic subjects to its its young users uh and i it bothers me that we that i i understand the concerned i i would worry about you know turning government control over a censorship but i think with the american youth we know that they're hopeless we know that they're depressed we know that social media is addictive and so the idea that like we would just let them be manipulated at the hands of a company that's for profit that's based in a different country that hates us that hates us that doesn't like our way of life it seems like it it seems like a moral failing to not do something i think letting
Starting point is 00:45:22 any corporation control that power is unethical whether they're a foreign country i don't think any corporation has the best interest of your kids yeah but if a company doesn't doesn't do it then like these public ones government do it and i don't know i want the government no i think the people should do it that's why i want the code opened so that the people have to verify it on their own to know if it's going to be safe or not dane our social media guy's hitting me, telling me what happened. He said, fresh and fit, read a statistic about the happiest group of women and the saddest group were working females.
Starting point is 00:45:50 TikTok banned us. Pop culture crisis got banned because Mary Morgan was criticizing the, the show mean girls and TikTok users mass flagged mass reported the clip and got it removed. I guess TikTok is the worst platform there is literally no reason to try and utilize it for your business and we you know we talked about it a while ago like yeah there's there's issues there but it's you want to you want to fight this indoctrination fight on their platform and then it was just like at a certain point we give up we get censored it's
Starting point is 00:46:23 useless we should put this clip on TikTok, by the way, and just see what happens. It'll get removed. Why? See how long it takes before it gets taken off. No, put it on some new account. See how long it takes before this conversation gets cut. So the math we have to do is,
Starting point is 00:46:36 if the best we can get is some clips on TikTok, we'll take it because we are trying to win that ideological fight. I mean, it's CCP spyware. We can't put this clip on. Yeah. It's junkware. I don't understand's just it's just addictive where that's the problem man yeah we got to get it out of the hands of kids but like you take something away from an addict if they might go into delirium tremens and die like you take alcohol away from an alcoholic
Starting point is 00:46:57 they can die so you got to ease people like cutting everything off is not the way are you seeing the reports that uh joe biden might be late because pro-palestine protesters are blocking his motorcade the left well we have uh we goes after we the left always eats their own you know we have a c-span pulled up right now and uh we're just waiting good old c-span waiting for the state union address and bernie sanders it'll be late but you know what I think? I bet it'll be late on purpose. To make it seem like it went longer.
Starting point is 00:47:29 So that Joe Biden can go short. I wonder what they're going to do with the applause. Oh, that's so smart. So do you think the pro-Palestine protesters, they're like, yeah, come on, step in the street. They make this harder for us to get there. No, I think the guy who organized the pro-Palestine protest is like, tell me when, guys.
Starting point is 00:47:44 And then, you know. It's like BLM and Antifa, you know, with the riots and the burning down of cities. I wonder if they'll use applause strategically to lengthen the speech to make it seem like... Because, you know, I prefer no applause. I just want to hear the converts straight through. But I wonder what they're going to do.
Starting point is 00:48:02 No, they normally have applause during it. Not during debates, but during speeches. Because Biden needs a break so he can sit there for a moment and think about what's happening next. He's got to clear his mind. That's such a great statement. I love that clip now. For the next statement. Well, I suppose while we wait, we can talk a little about what we expect
Starting point is 00:48:18 to hear from Joe Biden. We've got 10 more minutes, but we have this story from the Daily Mail. Joe Biden will target super rich in corporate America in tonight's State of the Union address with sweeping tax rises. from the Daily Mail. Joe Biden will target super rich in corporate America in tonight's State of the Union address with sweeping tax rises. Thanks, Daily Mail. Raises, rises to include hiking minimum corporate tax from 21 to 25% and a minimum 25% tax for billionaires.
Starting point is 00:48:37 I don't care for the billionaire stuff. I actually really don't mind raising the corporate tax rate on its face because you know what that does? The corporation, they'll just spend more money. So, whatever. The left is going to come out and they're going to scream. They'll be like, yeah, tax the rich.
Starting point is 00:48:55 The funny thing is, this is the funny thing about arguing with leftists. They're like, shouldn't we tax the rich? And then we get into the surface level argument of like, where would the taxes go? When the real argument is, if you tax the rich, the rich will spend their money. That's all. They will amass more wealth and riches and they will expand their control. That's it. And if you don't tax them, they'll do the same thing.
Starting point is 00:49:18 If you don't tax them, they'll buy assets, hard assets and store their. If you tax the corporations at low rates then they put that money away if you tax them at high rates they spend that money as fast as they can the purpose of taxing corporations is to speed up the economy not to generate money from the government because the government doesn't need tax money to operate because they print money yeah print money backed by more printing of money don't forget that the rich companies and who's gonna face those prices those increased prices when we go to the store us the american people yeah middle america hard-working americans are gonna be putting this bill there's this funny video i haven't pulled up
Starting point is 00:49:57 actually bloomberg opinion if you look at the data biden is quietly having a good presidency the question is will it matter against trump all, who wants to have their time wasted? Let's play a clip. Evaluate the success of a president. But if you look at the numbers, there's a lot of ways to evaluate the success of a president. But if you look at the numbers, Biden's quietly having a good presidency. We looked at 10 metrics of US success over the past three years, and each data point tells an important story.
Starting point is 00:50:22 So first, jobs. We added 14.8 million jobs and the unemployment rate remained below 4%. But there were rolling recessions in tech and finance. Wages were also stagnant for a long time before ticking up in 2023 and continuing to grow. And of course, people are still feeling the pressure cooker impact of inflation.
Starting point is 00:50:41 But inflation has fallen too. Cost of living is also continuing to fall. There's even more good news. Income inequality has continued to narrow, with most wage gains going toward lower income workers. And household wealth has grown tremendously while debt burdens are at record lows. The stock market is not the economy, but it's been raging the whole time. The S&P 500 has returned 45% to double the return to the rest of the world, but not quite as high as Trump or Obama's full-term performance. In terms of violence, overall homicide rates are falling, with overall violent crime at its lowest since 1969.
Starting point is 00:51:16 And it's so low, in fact, that they only had to call in 750 National Guardsmen into New York City. I love this video because these are the liberal elites who are like, I looked at a data point in a newspaper and they said everything's good. So it must be good. And then you get these from MSNBC when they're like, why are Virginians caring about immigration? I mean, what's that all about? I got another video for you.
Starting point is 00:51:38 Here's a different video of a regular person. We cannot keep doing this. My husband and I got a notice yesterday that our mortgage payment is going up almost $200 between taxes and insurance. On top of that, my car insurance has gone up. My health insurance has gone up with less coverage. My health insurance now barely covers anything, but the premiums are higher. And daycare costs insane. Daycare cost. I know I know colleges that are cheaper than daycare. So while we have this young woman
Starting point is 00:52:14 working at Bloomberg being like, hey, we looked at the data and Biden's doing great. The economy is doing really well. I mean, people are feeling the heat, but it's getting so good. You get all of these videos endlessly of people being like, I can't live this way. Yeah, it's interesting to see the cross. And especially since the Bloomberg video, they're showing these graphs. So they're like, look, look, but the graphs say everything's fine. But there's no way to actually verify the data. There's no way to say like, oh, I'll click on the study and I'll see what's being reported.
Starting point is 00:52:40 Is that metric saying that there are fewer people being arrested for violent crimes? Are you saying there are fewer convictions for violent crimes. They're just like, no, here are some general terms. And believe me, because I have graphs. I'm speaking with authority. Anyone can make up all of these graphs so that we can. Or misinterpret the data. Out of context, like inflation is down, I think she said.
Starting point is 00:52:58 But what they don't tell you is it used to be at one. That was at 50. Now it's at 49. So we're good to go. Inflation's down. From what? What's the reference? We don one. That was at 50. Now it's at 49. So we're good to go. Inflation's down. From what? What's the reference? We don't, that's, and oh, one of the things that really annoys me is all those cuts.
Starting point is 00:53:12 We're like, she'll talk for three seconds and then the thing will cut and she'll talk for four more seconds and then the thing will cut and she'll say another statement. But that's the TikTok style, right? And like, yo, learn how to speak for 10 minutes straight without stopping. Like learn how to know what you're talking about before you start i get so annoying to watch that that style it just started in the last decade no i think it started in the last like four years 2008 oh really popular yeah i associate that with being like a very specific it was like iphones brought it in like you'd be able to or a certain iphone generation came out where you're able to get like clips of video one
Starting point is 00:53:43 after the other and then all of a sudden it started populating the internet and makes people seem like they're smart because they'll say really articulate things and then there'll be a cut and they'll say another really but they're like memorizing the thing before they hit record and then they stop and then they memorize the next thing then they say stop and it's okay I gotta say something um I didn't do my morning show this morning because I was not feeling very well and I wanted to make sure I was here for the State of the Union oh okay what's going on something's happening let me
Starting point is 00:54:11 gentlemen from New York Mr. Jeffries a gentleman from Massachusetts alright something's happening we'll get that I guess a gentleman from California Mr. Aguilar a gentleman from California Mr. Lou okay I don't care about roll call. So I'll tell you the story.
Starting point is 00:54:26 Look, I wasn't feeling very well, but I knew that if I was going to do the State of the Union show, I had to take the morning off and just relax all day and I'm still not feeling very well. And now these pro-Palestinian protesters are going to make me stay awake
Starting point is 00:54:36 for 20 minutes extra when I got to go to bed. You know? They're doing it to target you. I am personally saying that. They're coming after you. They don't, they're doing it to me. You know, they're sitting. They're coming after you. They're doing it to me. They're sitting there being like,
Starting point is 00:54:46 we're going to make Tim Pool stay awake. I want to know what this, who's wearing white, what we're mad about right now. That's what Democrats do. Do you remember this? Oh, with AOC. They've done it a couple of times.
Starting point is 00:54:55 They're like, we're wearing white because something bad has happened to women. Maybe something with Gaza. I don't know. From now on, wearing white is a symbol of gun rights. What is kamala saying everybody wear wear white to symbolize the right to keep and bear arms okay so they're just doing
Starting point is 00:55:11 roll call for everybody or something well i hope they're having a great time dude congress is like the worst worst thing ever just ever it's like take a committee meeting from your workplace and then just have it go nonstop for 200 years. And like, it just turns into this. It is the most pretentious, fake, you know, it is like the Mexican standoff of negotiations. Everyone's pretending. Everyone hates each other. Nothing's going to get done. It's just the worst thing imaginable.
Starting point is 00:55:51 It is theater. All of these old people. At least theater's entertaining. Like if Congress was just like newsies, I'd be like, okay, that's not so bad. They broke into song and dance every once in a while. I would be like, okay, fine. You guys are keeping us entertained.
Starting point is 00:56:06 That'd be awesome. Instead, they do nothing. Oh, we got Massey and Gates. Oh, they're hanging out. Hanging out. That's a good sign. Oh, look at this. Our future identity ticket.
Starting point is 00:56:16 Mansion Romney. Remember when Mansion was asked? He's like, yeah, I would consider picking Romney as a VP. They are teeing up to run together. It's so funny. Jamie Raskin is a second worst only to Adam Schiff.
Starting point is 00:56:35 I loved it when Michael Tracy was ragging on Adam Schiff. That was hilarious. He was like, it says a lot that one of the most egregious liars of our generation is about to win the Senate seat in California. Did you see that Annapolina Luna is going to skip this? And she said, I can't be part of this puppet show. We're investigating Biden and we know that he's corrupt. And so he's just going to stand there and spin for two hours. So I'm not even going to be
Starting point is 00:56:56 there. Yeah. I want to hear, is Mike Johnson talking to him? Who's that guy? They're doing roll call. No, that's not Kamala's voice. Do you hear the deflation in their voices? Is their morale down? I want to hear Mike Johnson, see if he's up or down about this. He'll stay neutral, I bet. He's pretty neutral. Where's Trump doing his live commentary? We should comment on Trump's commentary.
Starting point is 00:57:19 All we need is Trump's face in a box in the corner talking to a camera as this is happening. I hope he pulls it off. He's got to do it, dude. He's like, look at Rob D. These are a bunch. I just got to pause it right here. That's what I wanted to do for the debates, too. Trump live commenting on anything is going to be hilarious.
Starting point is 00:57:37 Oh, I know. Like Snoop kind of parlayed into that kind of career. You know, he just streaming now. Oh, this is where the guy with the horns was briefly the president, right? Jacob Chansley? Is this where he was when he became president for about 20 minutes? That's where he sat in the speakers?
Starting point is 00:57:57 No, this is the representatives. He was in the Senate chamber, I think. I know that guy. He's really cool, actually. Yeah, Jacob is awesome. I met him in Arizona, and I've been with him on a few spaces, on X, and loves America. He's trying to become a congressman as well in Arizona. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:58:15 He has my full endorsement. And, you know, insurrectionists don't come with banners and selfie sticks. They come fully armored. Yeah. I think his presence on that day as the shaman actually de-escalated things. Like, that could have been horrific. I was talking to my dad.
Starting point is 00:58:32 He was like, they could have opened fire on the crowd. I mean, we skated by with very little real damage. And I think Jacob's a big part of that because he kept people calm, singing. So they're bringing in Skotis. This is the worst thing ever. What a bunch of corrupt politicians. With all their crappy posture.
Starting point is 00:58:51 This is why I hate government because I wouldn't want to be in this pretense. Yeah. Like the theater of it? Yeah. I'd be wearing this. I mean,
Starting point is 00:59:00 do they have a dress code? You know what I like about the private sector? Yeah, there is a dress code in Hollywood. In the private sector, I can go into? You know what I like about the private sector? Yeah, there is a dress code in Hong Kong. In the private sector, I can go into someone's office, I can put my feet on their table, and tell them to shut up, because I don't respect
Starting point is 00:59:12 them, and they're bad people. Everyone here is like, yes, yes, we're all clapping for the other people. It's like, dude. Fake nice to one another. Say one thing and stop, then stop the American people in the back. Is that Biden's motorcade on the right? Finally got through.
Starting point is 00:59:33 The Supreme Court justices have to show up wearing robes. It's funny because everyone is sort of like, so what are we doing? We're just waiting. I feel like that whole protest would have just been set up to slow down in order to make Biden's speech shorter. They've been set that up for 48 hours at least. There's no way that, oh, we just, we broke and they beat us this time, guys.
Starting point is 00:59:53 Oh, we screwed up. It just, like, gives me, like, jigsaw. Yeah, I don't believe that they could allow a handful of just random leftists to block the president's motorcade. I was in L.A.cade i was in la and obama was driving through and all of wilshire was shut down yeah i couldn't even get a bus especially since the protesters have been there for like several hours at this point you don't think anyone at any point was like hey they might be a problem we should come up with another route or something yeah for real no i wasn't i was in the same thing happened with joe biden in hollywood
Starting point is 01:00:20 for me i was just trying to get to one place but they locked up like city blocks yeah it took me like three hours to get home. It took me like 45 minutes. Everything is coordinated. Everything is pre-planned. This protest, there's no way. Somebody's footing the bill, and that's somebody that supports Biden. Yeah, so that speech is short as possible.
Starting point is 01:00:38 Well, if Biden's like, we're going to have to go short because got jammed up by these protesters, I'd be like, great, I'm going to bed. $10. $10. I think... Do you think Kevin McCarthy is like really angry right now?
Starting point is 01:00:53 Why? Because he's supposed to be right there. Well, I mean, I think that's why he left, right? He was like, I'm out of here. I'm not even going to watch this happen. They do have um someone who had their first child through ivf sitting in jill biden's box so he'll probably drop he'll reference the frozen embryos decision but didn't the didn't they just protect ivf yeah i mean i think IVF thing is interesting, but it's definitely going to be weaponized. I mean, Hillary Clinton came out and was like, next, they're coming for birth control. Like, this is something the Dems are trying to say in a post-Roe world.
Starting point is 01:01:34 Anything is something that conservatives can attack. But all of the legislation in Alabama that they used to protect the thing they were concerned about was proposed by Republicans, from what I could find. There's a couple of cool guys right there. Really? Byron? Corey Mills and Byron. They are both very based. I really like Corey. He is also based.
Starting point is 01:01:52 He's great. I actually saw President, I think he might be the President one day, Corey Mills. That guy's a legit, brilliant dude. There he is! Biden hath arrived. I hope you guys are ready for a riveting speech. Biden! I am excited to bask in the sweet whimsy of Joe Biden.
Starting point is 01:02:13 You look tall, guy. I think he's going to crack jokes. I think it's going to be like a stand-up comedy routine. Finally, the mask is off. He pulls off that skin-tight face mask that he's had on. He's been Hunter the whole time. Mask is off. He pulls off that skin-tight face mask that he's had on. He's been Hunter the whole time. The Prime Minister of Sweden is in Joe Biden's box tonight.
Starting point is 01:02:31 What? Yeah, because Sweden just joined NATO today. It became official today, and he is in the U.S. visiting. So he's going to hang out and watch Joe Biden. Sweden is the largest weapons manufacturer per capita. Yeah, really? Yeah. You think he'd want to be with his own country when they join NATO, yes?
Starting point is 01:02:51 Or is he just admitting that he's over and he doesn't care about Sweden? I would go to the U.S. If I got invited to the U.S., I would go if I was a foreign state. But you think you would go on the day you get to join NATO? Like, wouldn't you want to be with your own country? Kind of. It's already all done. I think it's fine. He's like, Sweden's over.
Starting point is 01:03:04 Who cares about them? We need the work. Sweden's over. Who cares about them? It's over. We're all a subsidiary of NATO now. Yeah, it's just coming into effect now. So I think it's different now. There he is. It's him. Oh, he is there.
Starting point is 01:03:15 George Sands. Hey, he made it. Wow. Is he still in Congress? No. Is he still in the government? No. He's someone's guest tonight, right?
Starting point is 01:03:22 Oh, cool. Yeah, gee. We've got to get him on the show, man. My favorite ex-Congressman. Bro. I love that guy. He's funny as hell. Who's that second girl?
Starting point is 01:03:36 The judge. Which one? The one with the glasses. Sonia Sotomayor. Where's Clarence? Yeah. I'm looking for him. I like Clarence.
Starting point is 01:03:52 Lindsey Graham. Another rhino. Is that his wife? I'm kidding. What do you think is the best case scenario for Biden right now? That he talks for 50 minutes. Gavin Newsom runs up and saves his life as he collapses on stage. He doesn't stall for too long.
Starting point is 01:04:14 Is Bob Menendez here tonight? Oh, yeah. I don't know. That's interesting. He just announced that he's not seeking re-election, right? Earlier today. You know what would be really awesome? If, like, while Biden was speaking, behind him, this, like, crack started to appear. And then a rift in the time-space continuum opened up, swallowing the entirety of D.C. all at once.
Starting point is 01:04:41 And all that was left was a gigantic crater. And we were all left wondering for the rest of time what happened. We don't know. It's gone. I'm kidding. That would be World War III right away. If DC just disappeared. Plus there are a lot of good people right there. You know, we were shouting out Byron and Corey Mills.
Starting point is 01:04:58 Do you guys know Marco Rubio at all? I've never met him before and I hear a lot about him. I've been hearing about him for a decade. 15 years or so. We'll turn down the chatter because the chatter is pointless. I think he ran for president a couple times, Marco. Yeah, he ran for president. He's out of Florida. I saw when Mitch McConnell stepped down,
Starting point is 01:05:14 there was a Marco Rubio should be next speaker. I don't know. I don't think he will be, though. Yo, Fetterman. What a heel turn, that guy. He came from nothing. And now he's something. I kind of like John Federman.
Starting point is 01:05:30 Yep. Oh, dramatic lighting. Here we go. I hope they do the Darth. No, I think he's just standing. Do we think that Kamal Harris really regrets signing on as VP? Or do you think she's happy? I think they told her she's not allowed to upstage Joe as the president,
Starting point is 01:05:47 so she has to talk like a moron. She's like, it'll be fine because then I get to be president. No one's asked the question, why is it that she didn't sound this stupid 10 years ago as she does now? And it's because they were like, look, Joe's broken, but you can't upstage the president. You have to look broken as well. Wow, that's a tough job.
Starting point is 01:06:04 To be honest, I'd rather watch Thomas Massey and Matt Gaetz talk you can't upstage the president. You have to look broken as well. Wow, that's a tough job. Tough gig. To be honest, I'd rather watch Thomas Massey and Matt Gaetz talk and not hear what they're saying than watch any of this other crap. I'd rather just watch those guys, their body language as they're communicating through this. Like, yeah! Are you guys listening at C-SPAN?
Starting point is 01:06:19 Do this more. These guys are awesome. This is the future of our country, man. People like this. It's true. I wonder if Mike Johnson is going to rip up the papers like Pelosi did. Is that Boebert? Who's sitting next to Gates?
Starting point is 01:06:31 I think it's Boebert sitting next to Gates. And who's on the end? Massey? No, no, other side. I don't know. His face is familiar, but I can't place him. We just had him, didn't we? He was on the show.
Starting point is 01:06:41 No, Thomas Massey is on the other side of Boebert, but who's on the other side of Gates? Yeah, Boebert was between Massey and the other guy that looked like Massey. Yeah, where's Clarence? On the other end. Are you just saying all white men with gray hair look the same? I'm a racist, I guess. It's part of my problem. You're actually calling older white men?
Starting point is 01:06:55 That's rude. Everyone looks the same to me. I don't see color. You're just facially blind? Yeah, everyone. I don't see shade or tint or any of that stuff. It's a classic Joe Biden event where it's just like waiting and waiting and waiting. Yeah. I thought you were supposed to start at nine, sir.
Starting point is 01:07:12 Yo, you guys at C-SPAN, nice job. I like this camera coverage. Okay, Bernie. Sandman. Now, there's one evil guy. He got the boot. He's the guy in 2016 where I was like this dnc there's something really really wrong to me the boot and you just swallowed it yeah except being like licking it
Starting point is 01:07:31 dude like going into his time in government peaked at at um joe biden's inauguration when he became the meme because he's had his arms crossed with his mittens on do you remember that like that was like the last i saw bernie and then it was just and he was gone even though he's technically still here. So the question is, is there a dress code for the State of the Union? I think there's always a dress code in Congress. What kind of robe? I'd wear a robe like a justice.
Starting point is 01:07:55 Yeah, that'd be cool. Can you wear a crown? You should have a gold crown, too, with a scepter and a robe. Just do the whole classic Asian. But the robe, it's like everybody's wearing a suit. And if you have to dress up, then I choose to be outside of the norm and put on a robe. Yeah. Would you wear a white wig?
Starting point is 01:08:13 A powdered wig? No, I'd just wear a robe. I'd wear a robe. Because what if they were like, you can't wear the beanie? Well, I'd just wear a robe. What do you mean? Because the white powdered wig would look good on you. Oh, okay.
Starting point is 01:08:21 They discriminate against Fetterman saying you can't wear a beanie. That's mean. That's mean. It's rude. Any time that you pull off a hat and another hat is on is going to be awesome. That's a joke from Teen Titans Go. Oh, really? And it's probably just a repetitive joke used over and over again. Looney Tunes.
Starting point is 01:08:38 Oh, and they pull off Robin's mask. He's wearing another mask underneath. Yeah, true. Well, Biden's got me chomping at the bit. Congratulations, Joe. He's late. Yeah, true. Well, Biden's got me chomping at the bit. Congratulations, Joe. He's late. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 01:08:49 Okay, I swear, if he walks out in sunglasses with a leather jacket on, I'm going to be like, okay. What if presidents, when they did the State of Union,
Starting point is 01:08:56 had a walkout song like they do in the UFC? What would Joe Biden's walkout song be? Eye of the Tiger? No. You got the touch. You Got the Touch? You got the touch!
Starting point is 01:09:06 You know that song? You got the power! Yeah, that's it right there. That's from Boogie Nights. Okay, now I'm not accepting any other answers. Good to know! You got the touch!
Starting point is 01:09:16 That song's awesome. What if he walks out to Taylor Swift? Oh, he walks out to Taylor Swift and she has to issue a statement being like, I am not affiliated
Starting point is 01:09:22 with Joe Biden? No, he walks out to the song and then he looks down at Kagan in the front row and winks and licks his lips. Yeah, he walks up to an edited version of Taylor Swift's song. He's not feeling 22. I'm bored. Trouble.
Starting point is 01:09:34 Yeah, yeah. Feeling 1922, dude. Feeling 1922. Jeez, man. Boom, roasted. Seamus. That'd be crazy. That's one for Seamus.
Starting point is 01:09:44 Feeling 1922. Yeah, Joe Biden was... This is 10 minutes on, man. What are you doing, dude? He was eligible to be president back then. Eligible? Yeah. The thing is, anybody who's listening to this, not as the video, but just like on a podcast
Starting point is 01:10:00 platform, must be skipping ahead over this, being like, come on, guys, let's get to the State of the Union. Hey, don't blame us. Blame Joe Biden. He's late. I'm be skipping ahead over this, being like, come on, guys, let's get to the State of the Union. Hey, don't blame us. Blame Joe Biden. He's late. I'm also skipping ahead. 10-minute push is like, whoa, dude. 9 o'clock is supposed to start.
Starting point is 01:10:12 What's that thing you say about college classes? If your professor's 15 minutes late, you can leave. If he's late enough, can Congress just bounce? The meme is grade schoolers saying, if the teacher has 10 minutes late legally, you're allowed to leave. Maybe this is like a meta speech where Biden's like, you want to know what the state of the union is?
Starting point is 01:10:29 It's that there's no one in charge. No one's here. No one's present. Or he's like, I got you all to communicate. This is the state of the union. There's no one in charge. Oh, wow. That's true.
Starting point is 01:10:38 Ian nailed it. That was a 20 right there, Ian. You got the touch and there's no leader. Two 20s back to back. Kamala says we have to applaud now. Double 20, dude. It's Dr. Jill. Oh, man.
Starting point is 01:10:52 I love Jay. I love how a doctor and education is just worthless. Yeah, Jill Biden is pretty worthless. I'm really good at teaching people how to teach. That means nothing. You got the touch. Biden's walkout song. I just feel like there should be a walkout song.
Starting point is 01:11:17 It's perfect. I was trying to think of something like Hansy or Gropey or something. Oh yeah, you got the touch. I didn't even think of that part. You didn't even realize. Stan part. I didn't even realize. Stan Bush. Here we go.
Starting point is 01:11:34 The greatest president of our time. The most votes in American history. 81 million votes. It's the fellowship. The fellowship of the ring. There's Frodo. Lloyd Austin is free to attend this event. He made it. He's the fellowship. The fellowship of the ring. There's Frodo. Lloyd Austin is free to attend this event. He made it. He brought the ring.
Starting point is 01:11:52 He'll be disposing of it tonight. Hey, yellow. Wow, she's little. Janet. Yeah, she's very small. That's Gimli. Oh, yes. Okay, all right. I think this dressing in white thing is weird because I don't know what they're mad about. They're always mad about something. They're like pledging a sorority in white or something.
Starting point is 01:12:15 They're mad about gun control. Are you sure? I already declared it. I thought it was Roe v. Wade. I declared wearing white as a protest in gun control. I thought it was about illegal immigration. Oh, right. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:12:25 I thought they were just wearing their early uniforms. Yeah, they are wearing white as a protest in gun control. I thought it was about illegal immigration. Oh, right. Yeah. Yeah. I thought they were just wearing their uniforms. Yeah, they are wearing white because they want to have more guns and fewer illegal immigrants in the country. It's nice of them to do that. All right. Is something happening yet? Did Biden show up? I don't know.
Starting point is 01:12:35 No, the cabinet's just taking their sweet time. Come on, guys. We're behind schedule. There it goes. Washington, D.C. is the highest concentration of talentless people who want to feel important. What is she carrying? A water bottle? A fire extinguisher?
Starting point is 01:12:49 That's what I thought. So is there going to be a fire? I saw Mallorca's right there. Yeah. What if Trump crashed the party? You know what I read today? I just saw Pete Buttigieg. It just made me think about this.
Starting point is 01:13:04 Mitch McConnell's wife was the Secretary of Transportation under Trump, and then she resigned after all of January 6th, though. I forgot that. You know what should have happened? Someone should have invited Trump to be their guest, and Trump should have come. Would have been great. He's the one booing from the corner. No, no, he just watches. He just sits there
Starting point is 01:13:19 and claps. I think it would have gotten under Joe Biden's skin. Yeah, he'd freak out. I think it would have gotten under Joe Biden's skin. Yeah, he'd freak out. I think it would have been a great move. I just think this is insane. Yeah. It's insane. Every once in a while it would have cut to like a really old person. Oh, there's our friend Mayorkas. Like no vitality. Yeah, it's like a
Starting point is 01:13:41 senior center mingling party or mingling event. It's wild. They won't be saying anything. They'll just be alone. Who's the best member of Biden's cabinet if you had to pick one? Buttigieg. Austin. Really?
Starting point is 01:13:53 Why? Because he just disappeared for a while. Yeah, he just left. I guess, well, Buttigieg. That was rough. Buttigieg would have disappeared longer. Yeah, I haven't seen him in like a year. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:14:01 But he told everyone he was going out. But I mean like the one that's not there, you know what I mean? Like they do the least year. Yeah. But he told everyone he was going out. But I mean like the one that's not there, you know what I mean? Like they do the least damage. Yeah. Except for the fact that we were facing international skirmishes. No, no.
Starting point is 01:14:10 I was sort of a little nervous about that. It's just like you go to the dentist or whatever it is you're doing. I don't care. I mean we're about to He's in the ICU.
Starting point is 01:14:19 The dentist. Whatever. He was at the dentist for two weeks. Yeah, you know, whatever. Whatever keeps him out of the white house they all belong in a nursing home man i think about like age having like age limits just because of that like at some point the body fails you need strength you need vitality
Starting point is 01:14:38 fortitude willpower to be able to lead something and also like a future. If you don't have a future to worry about, then why would you care about the present except for your kids and stuff, obviously. They're just here because they need to keep purchasing bigger homes, nicer cars. They have nothing else to offer. Once they leave, they don't have a job.
Starting point is 01:14:59 What kind of value do they bring to society? Nothing. They've never had a job. It's always been run for office. You'll get rich. Trade some stocks. That's how you're going to do it. And that's immoral.
Starting point is 01:15:10 Do you want to place bets on when Biden's going to take the stage here? Yes. 17 minutes late. I'm going to say in seven minutes. 9.22 is my guess. I heard that if Biden doesn't show up within 15 minutes, I'm legally allowed to turn the show off. Yeah. Go to bed. Imagine everyone just leaves Congress.
Starting point is 01:15:27 Well, 15 minutes is up, so... I'm out. 15 minutes is crazy, though. If Trump would have done this, if he would have made everyone wait, what, 15 minutes, he would have gotten trashed. Every headline would be like, he's not capable of leading. He's
Starting point is 01:15:43 insane. He probably... something. But with Biden, it doesn't work that way. I wonder if he's not capable of leading. He's insane. He probably something. But with Biden, it doesn't work that way. I wonder if he's going to address why he was late. Biden. No. You don't think so? No, definitely not. Okay, hold on.
Starting point is 01:15:52 Pre-written speech. We don't have bank cards, but let's take some gentlemen's bets. How many of you think he's going to say some kind of gibberish word tonight? Oh, that always happens. Everybody? Absolutely. Yeah. One for each.
Starting point is 01:16:04 Everyone agreed. So all gibberish. All, that always happens. Everybody? Absolutely. Everyone agreed, so all gibberish. All gibberish. Okay. Maybe Kamala jumps in and just starts laughing like a maniac. Kamala laughing? He slurred several times last year. I think he will pause
Starting point is 01:16:17 for punchlines. He does do that. He'll be like, look around after he made a joke. Pick applause. He's known for his comedic timing. He's very good at it. What if someone just walked up and said, ladies and gentlemen, the president is missing. And then we start a new show on USA Network
Starting point is 01:16:32 where we search for the president. Then Gavin just sidles on by. Just sidles in. Don't worry. Sneaks in from the shadows. You know what I was thinking earlier? What if they come in and they're like, Biden's tired.
Starting point is 01:16:43 He doesn't want to do this. And they'll never go home. You know what I was thinking earlier? I was leaving my house and I saw tired he doesn't want to do this and never go home you know what i was thinking earlier i was leaving my house and i saw a plane in the sky and then i thought to myself i wonder throughout history how many people wished upon an alien spaceship on accident true you know the aliens are like probing the minds of all humans and they're like oh that one's asking us for a wish again and they they're like, yeah. The psychic aliens that mask themselves as shooting stars to receive your wishes. Or aliens created
Starting point is 01:17:10 the idea of wishing on a shooting star so that humans would direct their thoughts to the spaceship so they could track human desires. Know thine enemy. We've inadvertently fed them the sum of summation of human knowledge. Of human desire. Uh oh. Joe Biden. Joe, Joe, Joe. Here he is. Here he is, desire. Uh-oh. Joe Biden.
Starting point is 01:17:25 Joe, Joe, Joe. Here he is. Here he is, dude. I was wrong. The biggest traitor of America. The president of the United States. What a joke. Maybe he falls.
Starting point is 01:17:40 We'll see. He is so old compared to even 10 years ago. That guy is aged. There's Matt Gaetz. There's no worries. Joe. Who's that guy? That's not Matt Gaetz.
Starting point is 01:17:55 What if, like, Gaetz just gives him a big hug? Yeah, that's what he's got to do. I really love Matt. I know. Whoever is shaking his hand, he cannot be in Congress. Whoever he is, in power. That guy on the left? All of those guys shaking his hand.
Starting point is 01:18:20 Corrupt politicians. Sellouts. Chuck Schumer, not surprised. Like, they're just speaking to the authority. If he wasn't the president, no one would be giving him the time of day. He belongs in a nursing home. Same with Chuck.
Starting point is 01:18:39 Also, sir, you're almost 20 minutes late. Like, hustle to the podium here a little bit. Yeah, right. He's going gonna forget in speech with all the what if he just like shaking turns around and leaves like well i think this is right like he's he's dragging out for as long as possible so if he only speaks for 30 minutes it can still be like and he ended at 10 o'clock which is about normal so those those best so go through also he still looks lost. Under 30 minutes.
Starting point is 01:19:06 Sub 30 minutes. I think Chuk. The power behind him is like getting impatient with how slow this is going. Yeah, I think Chuk is just there to guide him to the podium. Because then Kamala has to do her job. People are just telling him, you can do it, Joe. You can do it. Come on, just a couple more months, Joe. We got you.
Starting point is 01:19:23 It's all right. He looks corroded. Somebody said thank you. Thank you for what? For wars? Yeah, make America great again. That's right. I got fist bump.
Starting point is 01:19:40 Maybe she gets a handshake. Bump those fists, baby. Look, Trump 2020 right in the bottom. One America. That's Marjorie. Yeah. Yes, Marjorie. That's right.
Starting point is 01:19:56 He's hugging the Democrat side of the aisle so intensely. It's going on the gram. It's so weird to see them all dressed in white It looks hella cold This is so fake They just really believe in gun rights This is why we're no longer respected Why we're no longer feared Because these politicians are so useless
Starting point is 01:20:15 I would think like if I was in The Republican Party or something I would go up to Joe and be like One America baby And like still be good On good terms I would go out of my way to like one America, baby, and still be good on good terms. I would go out of my way to be on good terms with the people on the other side on purpose.
Starting point is 01:20:31 Coalition building. Abe Lincoln, that kind of mentality. He's groped a bunch of kids on camera and sexually assaulted a woman, but you want to shake his hand. He likes to sniff little pits.
Starting point is 01:20:45 Look at Marjorie. Oh, what's she saying? Marjorie's saying something wrong. He ignored her. It would have been awesome if Marjorie just looked him dead in the eyes and was like, we're going to win. We will be big. I don't know if he ignored her. He probably couldn't understand what she was saying.
Starting point is 01:21:05 You know what this reminds me of? Like, we do live events, and it'll be like, okay, we're live in five, and then when our guest is coming on, everyone's hounding him, and I'm like, like, just pull him in. The security's got to go and drag him in, because this is never going to get going. But he doesn't care. Get a selfie.
Starting point is 01:21:22 Get a selfie real quick. I don't want to take a picture with him. That's my question. Does the president usually walk through the entire crowd from the front of the house to the other side? He has to. That's how he enters, always. It's just that not everyone is drawing it out.
Starting point is 01:21:34 They don't even do selfies like this. I think this is all coordinated because they want to make him look like he's loved, like he's respected. That's the show. That's their show. He's late, and then he's just soaking up the attention. Like, what does that communicate to the American voters, right? This is actually about Joe's ego.
Starting point is 01:21:50 It's not about delivering a message. It's not about speaking to the people. If he really was trying to talk to the people, wouldn't he just book it to the podium here? Or start a YouTube channel. Yes. Or something. A Joe Biden YouTube channel. Anything.
Starting point is 01:22:02 Give me the State of the Union. Like 10 minutes of applause. I don't know if you guys noticed that. What's that? It's just not. Soviet applause. I think it is going to take him almost 10 minutes to get to the podium. This looks like a swearing in ceremony.
Starting point is 01:22:14 All of these people taking pictures. Shaking their hands. Also, he's not walking with confidence. It's like he's sort of meandering down the aisle. You know what I mean? This is so cool's sort of meandering down the aisle. You know what I mean? I used to watch those videos of people crying and clapping for dictators and stuff. I don't know how ridiculous it was that they just kept clapping.
Starting point is 01:22:39 Yeah, that's what it feels like. That's what it looks like. Gross, dude. Disgusting. That's what it looks like. Yeah, Chuck Schumer is definitely there to guide him, you know, to push him to the podium. 30 minutes. I say sub-30 minutes. I say he hits the stage at like 35 and then pushes sub-30. It's going to take minimum 10 minutes for him to get to the podium. Sub-30 minute speech. Everyone's for gibberish. The Kamala laughing.
Starting point is 01:23:11 Biden tripping. Can the Republicans just sit down? Like, let's get this show on the road. Four more years of what? Of wars. Of inflation. Did she just give him a kiss? Yeah, she kissed the side of his lips. Like that crack part where the saliva gets out.
Starting point is 01:23:29 While Jill was in the room. No respect. I think she got his lips. I couldn't tell. Four more years. Only these corrupt Democrats are the only ones saying that. Okay, you guys get four more years and then that's it. That's it.
Starting point is 01:23:43 That's it. Four more years and then that's it. We're done. That's it. Four more years and then that's it. We're done. We're no longer trying to. You know, like, what if he just goes up there and he's just brutally honest on everything? Like, you know, I went to the doctor and he lied to everybody and said I was fine, but I'm not. I don't even want to be here right now.
Starting point is 01:23:56 I got two plates in my brain. I'm 81. I don't know how much more time I've got left. Talking hurts. I want to go to sleep. I would love Joe if he just pulled the rug out from underneath everything and just lights it on fire. I'm tired of this shit. If he did that, I'd be like, okay, that was good.
Starting point is 01:24:12 You'd be the greatest hero in American history. Seriously. Just vote for Trump. I don't want to do this anymore. I'm tired of acting sick anyway. I'm out of here. I would go make a Joe Biden t-shirt tomorrow. He's like, you want to know what I was trying to do on Saturday morning?
Starting point is 01:24:25 I was trying to have a muffin and there weren't enough blueberries in it. And I just thought to myself, I do all of this every day. Everyone hates me and I can't even get a goddamn blueberry. What am I doing? I'd be like, I hear you, man. I feel you, Joe. People would be like, yeah, some good points, Joe. Makes himself more relatable by just admitting
Starting point is 01:24:46 that this is the worst does it always start at nine 20 minute schmooze fest and then he talks yeah it's usually like right before nine he's walking in yes he starts at nine well i can actually i can pull up the old uh last year's i don't see Clarence Thomas. Oh, man. I have not seen him since. Yeah. Why? I love it when he gets grueling, when he gets activated, you know?
Starting point is 01:25:16 I just heard him talk for the first time on a video, like, last week. He was complaining. He said something to somebody. A bunch of people laughed. He seemed very friendly. Do you know him? Not personally. Hopefully, I will in the future.
Starting point is 01:25:30 He's right there. He just needs to walk like 12 more feet, and then finally we'll hear from Joe Biden. It is great to be here, folks. They just all gestured to him, like, come on, this way. Oh, man, we're pushing like, will you? That was wild. Joe, you did it. Made it to the podium.
Starting point is 01:25:50 Your lifetime of service has finally paid off. Maybe Mike. I'm pretty sure last year he started very promptly. Yeah, because everyone was doubting his factors. I went a little bit over. Is Mike going to rip up the papers like Pelosi did? Is he strong enough to do it? Doesn't he just look not confident in his body language?
Starting point is 01:26:10 It is 926. I'm going to start my sub 30. And finally. Yeah, if he raps by 10, wow. Sub 30. I'm calling it. I'm calling it. What if he's just like, the State of the Union is pretty good,
Starting point is 01:26:24 and thank you for coming. I wish. This like, the State of the Union is pretty good and thank you for coming. I wish. This year the State of the Union is Tennessee. And then he has a thing like State of the Union. This year's State of the Union. This State of the Union could have been an email.
Starting point is 01:26:41 Could have been an email. Same as Nikki Haley's campaign. Wow, the applause didn't stop for 10 minutes. That's crazy. Started my stopwatches, ladies and gentlemen. Here we go. Good evening. If I were smart, I'd go home now.
Starting point is 01:27:00 Yes. Wow. Whoa, what was that? What a way to start a speaker. That was weird. Sounds like a jump cut. Yeah. Madam Vice President, members of Congress, my fellow Americans. There it was. In January 1941, Franklin Roosevelt came to this chamber to speak to the nation.
Starting point is 01:27:22 And he said, I address you at a moment unprecedented in history of the Union. Hitler was on the march. War was raging in Europe. Can you tally his slurs Serge? Yeah. How many is that? Like 16 already? Wow. But this was no ordinary time. I'll give him like three. Well I think it was just one so far.
Starting point is 01:27:41 Free the democracy. We're under assault in the world. Tonight, I come to this same chamber to address the nation. Now it's we who face unprecedented moment in the history of the Union. And yes, my purpose tonight is to wake up the Congress and alert the American people that
Starting point is 01:27:59 this is no ordinary moment either. Not since President Lincoln and the Civil War have freedom and democracy been under assault at home, as they are today. What makes our moment rare is that freedom and democracy are under attack both at home and overseas at the very same time.
Starting point is 01:28:20 Overseas, Putin of Russia is on the march, invading Ukraine and sowing chaos throughout Europe and beyond. If anybody in this room thinks Putin will stop at Ukraine, I assure you he will not. Why is that a good thing? It's the pausing for applause that bothers me. Just watch Kamala's reaction. That's all that I'm here for. Just to see her try and keep her straight face. She's thinking about the applause light that they show to the audience.
Starting point is 01:28:51 Ukraine can stop Putin if we stand with Ukraine and provide the weapons. More funding. More billions. Kamala's going to stand up and clap because everyone else did. War is good. Yes yes we need to wake up and fund more that is all ukraine is asking they're not asking for american soldiers in fact there are no american soldiers war in ukraine and i'm determined to keep it that way pretty sure that's not true unless they recently got out assistance The existence of Ukraine is being blocked by those who want to walk away from our world leadership. There's another one.
Starting point is 01:29:30 It wasn't long ago when a Republican president named Ronald Reagan thundered, Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall. Now. I mean, like 40 years. That's not long ago to him. Just half his life.
Starting point is 01:29:49 Yesterday, Ukraine has gotten more money than the entire Marine Corps. That's a quote. That's actually not a quote. Also say his name, dude. I think it's outrageous, it's dangerous, and it's unacceptable. Uh-oh, it's a campaign speech. Oh, Mitt Romney stood up for that one.
Starting point is 01:30:19 America is a founding member of NATO. The military alliance of democratic nations created after World War II to prevent war and keep the peace. World War II prevent. Today, we've made NATO stronger than ever. We welcomed Finland to the alliance last year. Oh, I thought he was going to mess it up. Me too.
Starting point is 01:30:40 He's getting nervous. Sweden officially joined and their minister is here tonight. Can I stand up? He's getting nervous. He's not even saying his name. He couldn't remember. He couldn't remember his name. Their minister. That guy who I had lunch with today. Whoever is sitting next to my wife. He's saying that it's okay to go to war to continue the funding for Ukraine. And they know how to fight. Mr. Prime Minister, welcome to NATO.
Starting point is 01:31:09 He's saying that it's okay to go to war to continue the funding for Ukraine. I say this to Congress. We have to stand up to Putin. Send me a bipartisan national security bill. History is literally watching. History is watching. If the United States walks away, it will put Ukraine at risk. Europe is at risk. The free world will be at risk,
Starting point is 01:31:34 emboldening others to do what they wish to do us harm. My message to President Putin, who I've known for a long time, is simple. We will not walk away. President Trump is the only one that can disperse. So far, it's going to count as like 10 squats for Kamala Harris. So if she's getting her exercise in. Yeah, she's just standing up, sitting down nonstop. Well, she has her serious face on.
Starting point is 01:31:58 I will not bow down. In a literal sense, history is watching. History is watching history is watching just like history watched three years ago on january 6th of course how far are we into this two minutes just over five minutes darkest of days, dude. Insurrectionists don't come with selfie sticks and banners. Oh, wait, someone's heckling. You're right, over, stern, down.
Starting point is 01:32:43 There's another one. It was Entrapment Day. a great, gravest threat to U.S. democracy since the Civil War. But they failed. It was Entrapment Day. That's what it was. America stood strong and democracy prevailed. He should be giving his speech from Kiev, from Ukraine, not from here. My predecessor and some of you here seek to bury the truth about January 6th.
Starting point is 01:33:13 I will not do that. This is the moment to speak the truth and to bury the lies. Here's the simple truth. You can't love your country only when you win. Yeah. Oh, is he talking to Hillary Clinton? You should, you should. Is he talking to the Democratic Party, who every single election, as long as I've been alive, they've challenged? Yeah. Mm-hmm. As I've done ever since being elected to office, I ask all of you without regard to party to join together and defend democracy.
Starting point is 01:33:50 No. Remember your oath of office is defending us all threats, foreign and domestic. Respect. Respect free and fair elections. Restore trust in our institutions. And make clear political violence has absolutely no place, no place in America, zero place. Look at all the Democrats who supported Antifa clapping for this.
Starting point is 01:34:14 The burning down of cities all across the country. It's not hyperbole to suggest history is watching or watching. Your children and grandchildren will read about this day and what we do. Not Democrats. They don't have any. They've aborted them all.
Starting point is 01:34:33 I think the white women, the women dressed in white is the Hamas caucus. I think it's abortion. Yeah, isn't it? That's what it was last time. Murderers then. She scheduled treatments to have that second child.
Starting point is 01:34:46 They're on a big Roe v. Wade kick. Oh, IVF? Shut down IVF treatments across the state. Unleashed by a Supreme Court decision overturning Roe v. Wade. She was told her dream would have to wait. No, it had nothing to do with Roe v. Wade. It had nothing to do with Roe v. Wade. Unless Congress acts, it could happen again.
Starting point is 01:35:02 So tonight, let's stand up for families like hers to my friends across the aisle don't keep this waiting any longer congress this elvis supreme court said embryos that you make with the intention of children should count as children seems reasonable We should watch a few minutes of an Obama State of the Union after this at some point Please no I don't want to do that He's an incredible leader defending reproductive freedom
Starting point is 01:35:37 And so much more He's just doing campaign speech Defending murder He's just doing campaign speech. He's defending murder. And he did it. What chaos? 86,000 babies saved. What? We got him!
Starting point is 01:36:21 Clip it! Clip it, ladies and gentlemen. It happens. Within six minutes. Yeah. Say his name. Say his name. their states to get the treatment they need. Many of you in this chamber and my predecessor are promising to pass a national ban on reproductive freedom. Say his name. Say his name. My God, what freedom else would you take away? Look. Do you understand the word, bro? It's a decision to overturn Roe v. Wade. The Supreme Court majority wrote the following, and with all due respect, justices, women are not
Starting point is 01:37:01 without electoral power. So what? Also, that's not what Roe v. Wade said. You're about to realize just how much you get right about that. What is it that he said? He's muttered. He didn't even say anything. You're about to realize. He's saying that women are going to come out and vote for him because they're mad about Roe v. Wade.
Starting point is 01:37:20 That's their big push this year. If they can say abortion, abortion, abortion, abortion, abortion, that that will save them. Those bragging about overturning Roe v. Wade have no clue about the power of women. But they found out when reproductive freedom was on the ballot, we won in 2022 and 2020, and we'll win again in 2024.
Starting point is 01:37:45 Wait, they didn't win in 2022. They lost. It was tied in the Senate and Republicans won. Look, not even the liberal justices are clapping. We need to have more babies. That's what we need to do. If you, the American people, send me a Congress that supports the right to choose, I promise you, I'll restore Roe v. Wade as the law of the land again. Lie. They've said that every time. We will codify Roe and they never do.
Starting point is 01:38:13 Because they need the wedge issue. Folks, America cannot go back. I'm here tonight to show what I believe in the way forward. I'm going to talk down. Because I know how far we've come. Four years ago next week, before I came to office, the country was hit by the worst pandemic and the worst economic crisis in a century.
Starting point is 01:38:37 Remember the fear? COVID was a sigh of. Record losses. Remember the spikes in crime and the murder-raging virus? That's actually been debunked. It took more than one million American lives. The spike in crime and the murder rate raging virus that's actually been debunked more than one million american lives the spiking crime from some yeah there's no there's no spiking crime mental health crisis of isolation that's why the national guard is not being deployed in new york presidential duty that he owes to american people the duty to care
Starting point is 01:39:01 i think that's unforgivable. Somebody said liar. I came to office determined to get us through one of the toughest periods in the nation's history. We have. It doesn't make news in a thousand cities and towns. American people are writing the greatest comeback story never told.
Starting point is 01:39:21 Give me a limo. Give me a limo. Next time we should have a button you can click and it adds the counter on the screen. Yeah, add a counter. Let me see if I can. Tell it here and now. America's comeback is building the future
Starting point is 01:39:34 of American possibilities. Building an economy from the middle out and the bottom up, not the top down. He said it. Investing in all America, in all Americans, to make sure everyone has a fair shot we leave no one behind the pandemic no longer controls our lives
Starting point is 01:39:51 the vaccines that saved us from COVID are now being used to set back in the comeback that's what America does that's what America does the vaccine did you just say the vaccine developed for COVID That's what America does. That's what America does. Man. The vaccine, did he just say the vaccine developed for COVID is now being used to beat back cancer?
Starting point is 01:40:12 The MRA technology. Our inherited economy is on the brink. Now our economy is literally the envy of the world. A record. A record. Wait, wait. Is he talking about 10 million illegal immigrants wanting to come here? Dude. We all laugh.
Starting point is 01:40:28 What? Printing an insane amount of money for other countries. Where do you live, dude? Record 16 million Americans are starting small businesses, and each one is a literal act of hope. Oh, I thought you were going to say an act of terrorism. Historic jobs opened for small business girls, black bad. Hispanics and Asian Americans. 800,000 new manufacturing jobs in America and counting. Where is it written we can't be the manufacturing capital of the world?
Starting point is 01:40:55 We are and we will. We just send all our manufacturing jobs to China first. More people have health insurance today than ever before. Because you have to. The racial wealth gap is as small as it's been in 20 years. Wages keep going up.
Starting point is 01:41:10 Inflation keeps coming down. Lines. Inflation has dropped from 9% to 3%. The lowest in the world and tending lower. Tending lower? I think you need to say
Starting point is 01:41:20 trending lower. That's a slur. That's a slur. Mark it down. The landing is and will be soft. And now... I got to see it here for an hour.
Starting point is 01:41:28 ...importing foreign products... You will make it. ...and exporting American jobs... I think we're almost done. ...or exporting American products and creating American jobs. Did he say exporting jobs? Exporting American jobs. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:41:39 He said that. It does. It says exporting American jobs on the screen. So he said the quiet part out loud. It said it in the closed caption. And we're importing American products. Consumer studies show consumer confidence is soaring. Buy America has been the law of the land since the 1930s.
Starting point is 01:41:57 Buy America? Past administrations, including my predecessor. It's Buy American. Including some Democrats as well in the past. Failed to Buy American. Yeah, that was a slur. He's only acknowledged three of the 20 guests that were invited
Starting point is 01:42:21 to sit with Joe Biden. So all those new American workers just came across the border the other day. And don't forget that Bahena Citizens received this. The United States is investing more in research and development than ever before. During the pandemic, a shortage of semiconductors, chips, that drove up the price of everything from cell phones to automobiles. And by the way, we invented those chips right here in America. We just make them in Taiwan.
Starting point is 01:42:49 Well, instead of having to import them, private companies are now investing millions of dollars to build new chip factories here in America, creating tens of thousands of jobs, many of those jobs paying $100,000 a year and don't require a college degree. So is that going to the illegal immigrants? My policies have attracted $650 billion in private sector investment. I thought he was going to say $650 billion people. Yeah, I was looking at the... Creating tens of thousands of jobs
Starting point is 01:43:25 here in America. Second cough. And thanks to our bipartisan infrastructure law, 46,000 new projects have been announced all across your communities. And by the way, I noticed some of you strongly voted against it. They're cheering on that money coming in.
Starting point is 01:43:50 Yeah, they're getting paid off. I'm with you. I'm with you. If any of you don't want that money in your district, just let me know. Fractional Reserve Banking is really awesome. Print as much as you want. Removing poisonous lead pipes so every child can drink clean water without risk of brain damage. Maybe Lahaina gets reconstructed.
Starting point is 01:44:20 Providing affordable high speed internet for American, no matter where you live, urban, suburban, or rural communities, in red states and blue states, record investments in tribal communities because of my investment in a family farm. For legal immigrants. Look at how happy they make me feel. Because of my investment in a family farm led by my secretary of agriculture who knows more about this. Whoa, whoa, whoa. Right there.
Starting point is 01:44:47 Secretary of Agriculture. He slurred that one. Remember when he was like only subsidized farm loans for people of color. No white farmers can have them. Isn't that racist? Before I came to office, the plant was on its way to shutting down. Thousands of workers feared for their livelihoods. Hope was fading.
Starting point is 01:45:11 Then I was elected to office, and we raised the Belvedere repeatedly with auto companies, knowing unions would make all the difference. The UAW worked like hell to keep the plant open and get these jobs back, and together we succeeded. Instead of auto factories shutting down, auto factories reopening, a new state-of-the-art battery factory is being built to power those cars.
Starting point is 01:45:33 Sit down, Kamala, we get it. I guess he's giving us a State of the Union. I just don't know if it's true. Well, and like, all these jobs are coming back, but do you remember how many people lost their jobs because we froze the economy? Instead of your town being left behind, your community is moving forward again, because instead of watching all those jobs of the future go overseas, 4,000 union jobs
Starting point is 01:45:57 with higher wages are building the future in Belvedere right here in America. Oh, is she going to stand up again? I think she did a good workout. Just do the come on hair. I'm saying she's like 20 squats.
Starting point is 01:46:13 Is UAW President Sean Fain a great friend and a great labor leader? Sean, where are you? That was a slur. A great labor digger? Yeah, labor digger. A great friend and a great labor digger. He's getting paid off. Labor leader, that's what it said. There's that power. And Dawn Simms, a third-generation worker, UAW worker at Belvedere.
Starting point is 01:46:37 Sean, I was proud to be the first president to stand on the picket line, and today Dawn has a good job in her hometown, providing stability for her family and pride and dignity as well. Showing once again, Wall Street didn't build America. They're not bad guys. They didn't build it, though. The middle class built the country and unions built the middle class. And factories, but they're no longer in the United States. I saw a documentary called Men Who Built America, and it was about Rockefeller and Rothschild and definitely the big banks. Maybe that is tongue-in-cheek.
Starting point is 01:47:10 Maybe they weren't really the ones. I say to the American people, when America gets knocked down, we get back up. Except for me and the stairs. We keep going. No, he's right. Look at Kamala. She keeps getting back up.
Starting point is 01:47:23 She's setting an example. That's you, the American people. Look at Kamala. She keeps getting back up. She's setting an example. That's you, the American people. Is that lady crying? It's because of you America's coming back. It's because of you our future is brighter. It's because of you that tonight we can proudly say the state of our union is strong and getting stronger. Oh, it's strong again.
Starting point is 01:47:42 It was strong last year too. Sub 30. What if it was like the State of the Union? Is that the end of his speech? He's got like 10 more people in that box to acknowledge. He just passed 21 minutes from what I can tell. It'd be so amazing if he was like, alright, I'm out.
Starting point is 01:47:56 Well, that's normally how they close for more years. Oh, sorry. You're fired. All the Democrats are champions. That we can build together a future where the days of trickle-down economics are over and the wealthy and the biggest corporations no longer get to allow the tax breaks. There you go.
Starting point is 01:48:16 I understand corporations. There's so many. There's so many. Corporations invested in every one of your states in the United States combined. I don't know what you said there. Those two. How many do so far i'm not uh over 20 do you know the whole number 25 27 economics that's more than one per minute i probably missed a couple right there that's why i determined to turn things around so middle class does well when they do well the poor of a way up and the wealthy still do very well we all do well And there's more to do to make sure
Starting point is 01:48:45 you're feeling the benefits of all we're doing. Americans pay more for prescription drugs than anywhere in the world. It's wrong, and I'm ending it. What if he was like, there's this thing called communism, and once it's in place, your medicine will be free. It hasn't been tried yet.
Starting point is 01:49:05 But we won't build the wall. With the wall? Oh. Well, I propose and sign. Not one of you Republican buddies voted for it. We finally beat Big Pharma. Instead of paying $400 a month or thereabouts for insulin with diabetes, it only costs $10 to make.
Starting point is 01:49:25 They only get paid $35 a month now and still make healthy profit. And I want to... What to do next? I want to cap the cost of insulin $35 a month for every American in Egypt. Everyone. You just justified. You're not lauded, son. For years, people have talked about it,
Starting point is 01:49:50 but finally we got it done and gave Medicare the power to negotiate lower prices on prescription drugs, just like the VA is able to do for veterans. Oh, yeah, I've heard a lot of good things about the VA. Yes, that government subsidized health care is great. I've heard a lot of good things about the VA. We cut that government subsidized healthcare is great. I've heard a lot of good things about the VA. We cut the federal deficit by $160 billion.
Starting point is 01:50:07 Bernie's with a mask. Is he on COVID or what? And he wasn't wearing a mask before. Oh, no. He was sitting the whole time without it. It's all theater, all facade. C-SPAN was airing this before the speech started. Somebody told him, put up a mask.
Starting point is 01:50:21 COVID is coming back, election year. Put the mask on when it opens. Maybe the person next to him has BPL or something. All right, put up a mask. COVID is coming back, election year. Put the mask on. Maybe the person next to him has BPO or something. All right, let's get it. It's now time to go further and give Medicare the power to negotiate lower prices for 500 different drugs over the next decade. We're making a lot of money, guys. From heart disease to arthritis? She's also making a lot of money from the war. And it will still be extremely profitable.
Starting point is 01:50:46 It will not only save lives, it will save taxpayers another $200 billion. $200 billion that I have been sent to Ukraine. Starting next year, the same law caps total prescription drug costs for seniors on Medicare at $2,000 a year. Even for expensive cancer drugs that cost $10,000, $12,000, $15,000 a year. Even for expensive cancer drugs, it costs $10,000, $12,000, $15,000. I want a cap prescription drug cost of $2,000 a year for everyone. Across the board, huh?
Starting point is 01:51:20 I'm going to get in trouble for saying that, but if you want to get in the Air Force, why don't you fly to Toronto, Berlin, Moscow, I mean, excuse me, well, even Moscow, probably. I'm gonna get in trouble for saying that but if you want to get in Air Force one with me and fly to Toronto Berlin Moscow I mean, she's me and it will even Moscow probably And bring your prescription with you and I promise you I'll get it for you for 40% the cost you're paying now Same company same drug same place Toronto, Berlin big guys the big I can pull it off guys Affordable Care Act the old Obamacare. It's still a very big deal.
Starting point is 01:51:49 He just told people to go to Moscow. What did he say? What did he even say right there, dude? He said, if you go to Moscow with me, I'll get your drug for cheaper. I know this guy named Putin. He'll help us out. I thought Putin was the enemy. Over 100 million of you
Starting point is 01:52:05 can no longer be denied health insurance because of pre-existing condition. For my predecessor, many in this chamber want to take their prescription drug away by repealing the Affordable Care Act. I'm not going to let that happen. We stopped you 50 times before we'll stop you again.
Starting point is 01:52:31 In fact, I'm not only protecting it, I'm expanding it. We enacted tax credits of $800 per person per year, reduce health care costs for millions of working families. That tax credit expires next year. I want to make that savings permanent. What's the opposite of clapping? Can we do something that's like signifying disdain? What if we clap backwards?
Starting point is 01:52:58 It's going to be obvious. Women are more than half our population. My high school used to put up newspapers when they were announcing their team's players. Maybe they should do that. You could do this. That's why we're launching the first ever web application on women's health research. It's like a vacuum.
Starting point is 01:53:10 Instead of smacking. Doing an incredible job as first lady. Big doctor, Jill Biden. Schwarzenegger's ex is with us. Who is it? Maria Shriver. She's going to be married to Arnold Schwarzenegger. Why is she there?
Starting point is 01:53:27 We'll find out. We'll feel it. Maybe VP? Arnold? He's third cough. mortgage rates will come down as well and the fed acknowledges that but i'm not waiting i want to provide an annual tax credit that will give americans four hundred dollars a month for the next two years oh my god mortgage rates come down buying boats when they buy their first home or trade up for a little more space i just want to contrast this with the energy that trump has
Starting point is 01:54:03 while speaking i would like to get back to those State of the Union. One where the person is like breathing life into the room instead of whatever this is. Suck me out of it. The administration is also eliminating title insurance on federally backed mortgages. What about homeless veterans? When you federally finance your home, you can save $1,000 or more as a consequence for millions of renters for cracking down on big landlords who use antitrust law, who break antitrust law. He doesn't remember what he's doing about the antitrust law. We've cut red tape so builders can get federally financing, which is already helping builders.
Starting point is 01:54:44 Federally financing? 1.7 million new housing units nationwide. That's a five-way point in about two minutes. He's buying boats over here, guys. And renovate two million affordable homes
Starting point is 01:54:58 and bring those rents down. To remain the strongest economy in the world, we need to have the best education system in the world. Indoctrinating children. You just passed my M.I. 30, M'm like... He's not gonna reference immigration at all. Wanna give a child, every child, a good start by providing access to preschool for 3 and 4 years old. You know... Give me your kids EARLIER!
Starting point is 01:55:37 So that way I can inductinate them with all my groomers. And we're doing year-round school so your kid can never escape. For every child on earth. Three years old. The children coming from broken homes where there's no books, not read to, not spoken to very often. No fathers. That's true.
Starting point is 01:55:53 Start school, kindergarten or first grade hearing, having heard a million fewer words spoken. Well, studies show that children who go to preschool are nearly 50% more likely to finish high school, go on to earn a two and and four-year degree, no matter what their background is. And now pumping themselves with hormones and mutilating themselves. All I heard was kids who go to preschool are more likely to take out a federally-backed college loan and be in debt when they start as adults. But that sounds good.
Starting point is 01:56:19 A year and a half ago, the leaders of the business roundtable, they were mad that I was angry. Oh, that's another one. Discussing. Another one. That was, that was. It's like three. Why I wanted to spend money on education.
Starting point is 01:56:31 I pointed out to them, as vice president, I met with over, I think it was 182 of those folks. Don't hold me to the exact number. I won't. And I asked them what they need most, the CEOs. And you've had the same experience on both sides now. They say a better educated workforce, right? So I looked at them, and I say, I come from Delaware.
Starting point is 01:56:54 DuPont used to be the eighth largest corporation in the world. And every new enterprise they bought, they educated the workforce to that enterprise. But none of you do that anymore. Why are you angry with me providing you the opportunity for the best educated workforce in the world? And they all looked at me and said, I think you're right. I want to expand high quality tutoring. I'll believe that story. And summer learning to see that every child learns to read by third grade. Third grade?
Starting point is 01:57:26 That has everyone sit up and clap their eyes. I think that was late. Yeah, that was very late. I'm also connecting local businesses and high schools. I have to look it up. So students get hands-on experience and a path to a good-paying job, whether or not they go to college. Yes, send the kids to work.
Starting point is 01:57:44 And I want to make sure the college is more affordable. Yeah, it's first grade. So he's saying send them to companies, but then... You see, relax the standards. First grade seems like it. At HBCU. I'm sorry, I could maybe take it to you a little late, but guys, that's not for Taylor.
Starting point is 01:58:00 They're watching TikTok right now, all the kids. TikTok has captions. They can read those, right? I was told I couldn't universally just change the way in which we dealt with student loans. I fixed two student loan programs that already existed. I was told I couldn't be a dictator. To reduce the burden of student debt for nearly 4 million Americans, including nurses, firefighters, and others in public service.
Starting point is 01:58:23 It is not up to the government to pay off the debt of other people. Apparently, Truth Social crashed when Trump was doing his live commentary. Keenan, thank you. He's educated hundreds of students so they can go to college. Now he's able to help, after debt forgiveness, get his own daughter to college. After debt forgiveness. So Trump is live he is although i heard truth social just crashed ripping apart i hope definitely not a coincidence for the economy because folks are now able to buy a home start a business start a family where
Starting point is 01:59:00 if they take out federal money if they take out money from the government, they can do it. Trump's real-time tweeting on truth. It would have been more amusing if he were live video commenting. Yeah, it would be huge. By the way, the first couple of years, we cut the deficit. Now, let me speak to the question of fundamental fairness for all Americans. I've been delivering real results in fiscally responsible ways. We've already cut the federal deficit. We've already cut the federal deficit over a trillion dollars.
Starting point is 01:59:37 Oh, that was a bad one. I signed the bipartisan deal to cut another trillion dollars in the next decade. It's my goal to cut the federal deficit another three trillion by making big corporations very wealthy finally beginning
Starting point is 01:59:52 to pay their fair share. That's my credit. Do you hear that, Hunter? He's coming for your money. Look, I'm a capitalist. If you want to make or can make a million or millions of bucks, that's great.
Starting point is 02:00:07 Just pay your fair share in taxes. Define fair share. Is Hunter going to pay his fair share? A fair tax? It's how we invest things to make this country great. Healthcare, education, defense, and so much more. But here's the deal. The last administration enacted a $2 trillion
Starting point is 02:00:25 tax cut, overwhelmingly benefit the top in 1% topping 1% biggest corporation and exploded the federal deficit. They added more than any presidential term in American history. Check the numbers. Folks at home, does anybody really think the tax code is fair? You ever see that guy? It's your tax code. Yes. I know you do. What plan? Plans to drive us into economic collapse? You better keep fighting like hell to make it fair. Under my plan, nobody earning less than $400,000 will pay additional penny in federal taxes.
Starting point is 02:01:08 Nobody not one penny. And they haven't yet. In fact, the child tax credit I passed during the pandemic cut taxes for millions of working families. So the pandemic was good, says Biden.
Starting point is 02:01:25 Child poverty? Restore that child tax credit. Child tax credit. No child should go hungry in this country. What about our homeless veterans? The tax code fair is to make big corporations and the very wealthy begin to pay their fair share. Remember in 2020,
Starting point is 02:01:48 55 of the biggest companies in America made $40 billion and paid zero in federal income tax. Zero. Not anymore. Thanks to the law I wrote and we signed, big companies have to pay a minimum of 15%. But that's still less than working people paying federal taxes. It's time to raise corporate minimum tax to at least 21%. So every big corporation finally begins to pay their fair share.
Starting point is 02:02:20 Or move their headquarters out of the country. That's what they're going to do. China, Mexico. Just past 10 o'clock. those billionaires? No. They're making great sacrifices. 8.2%. That's far less than the vast majority of Americans pay. No billionaire should pay a lower federal tax rate than a I propose a minimum tax for billionaires of 25%, just 25%. Is that just wealth tax?
Starting point is 02:03:15 You know what that would raise? That would raise $500 billion over the next 10 years. That's nothing! Imagine what that could do for America. Imagine a future with affordable child care. Millions of families can get they need to go to work
Starting point is 02:03:30 to help grow the economy. Imagine a future with paid leave because no one should have to choose between working and taking care of their sick family member. Imagine imagine the future of home care and elder care and people living with disabilities.
Starting point is 02:03:47 He's looking at Joe. Elder care, Joe, imagine. Get the pay they deserve. Tonight, let's all agree once again to stand up for seniors. Many of my friends on the other side of the aisle want to put Social Security on the chopping block. If anyone here tries to cut Social Security and Medicare or raise the retirement age, Guys, a bunch of companies are going to be leaving the United States based on this. Economic collapse. If anyone here tries to cut Social Security or Medicare or raise the retirement age, I will stop you. The retirement age?
Starting point is 02:04:16 That seems a little personal, Joe. The working people. The working people who built this country pay more into Social Security than millionaires and billionaires do. It's not fair. We have two ways to go. Republicans can cut Social Security and give more tax breaks to the wealthy. That's the proposal.
Starting point is 02:04:38 Oh, no. You guys don't want another $2 trillion tax cut? I kind of thought that's what your plan was. I really like this back and forth, no. You guys don't want another $2 trillion tax cut? I kind of thought that's what your plan was. I really like this back and forth, actually. Well, that's good to hear. You're not going to cut another $2 trillion to the super wealth? That's good to hear. I'll protect and strengthen Social Security and make the wealthy pay their fair share. There you are.
Starting point is 02:05:03 Look. Too many corporations raise prices to pad their profits, charging more and more for less and less. That's why we're cracking down on corporations that engage in price gouging and deceptive pricing. See that pen going to mark it down. From food to health healthcare to housing. In fact, the snack companies think you won't notice
Starting point is 02:05:29 if they change the size of the bag and put a hell of a lot fewer Is he going to mention Lakin-Riley? Put fewer chips in it. Why are we zooming in on this guy? It's called shrink-facing. Pass Bobby Casey's bill. He just learned about shrink-facing.
Starting point is 02:05:45 That's probably Bobby Casey's bill and stop it. He just learned about shrink-facing. He just learned about this. That's probably Bobby Casey. There we go. So CNN, C-SPAN has a copy of this speech. They're like, cut to him. They're cutting all the weird, like, half statements he makes. They probably all saw that commercial on Snickers bars. You get charged the same amount, and you got about, I don't know, 10% fewer Snickers bars. You get charged the same amount
Starting point is 02:06:05 and you got about, I don't know, 10% fewer Snickers in it. Biodynamics? I'm also getting rid of junk fees. Those hidden fees. That's a good one. They're there without your knowledge. My administration announced we're cutting
Starting point is 02:06:20 credit card late fees from $32 to $8. This is his final State of the Union during this term. I feel like you can just say all kinds of stuff, make all kinds of promises. This is why you need me to stay. To charge what it costs them to instigate the collection. Two of them are there. And that's more a hell of a lot like $8 and $30-some dollars.
Starting point is 02:06:42 I don't know what that means, dude. They don't like it. Credit card companies don't like it. But I'm saving American families $20 billion a year with all the junk fees I'm eliminating. Great. You're just spending $20 billion a year. Folks at home,
Starting point is 02:06:57 that's why the banks are so mad, is $20 billion in profit. I'm not stopping there. My administration has proposed rules to make cable, travel, utilities, and online ticket sellers tell you the total price up front so there are no surprises. It matters. In November, time and money on this. In November, my team began serious negotiations with a bipartisan group of senators. The result was a bipartisan bill with the toughest set of border security reforms we've ever seen. That's a lie. What a lie, dude.
Starting point is 02:07:38 That was just a lie, Conor. You should take a look at New York, Chicago. That conservatives got together and said it was a good bill? No, they didn't. Boo. I'll be darned. That's amazing. That bipartisan bill would hire 1,500 more security agents and officers,
Starting point is 02:07:56 100 more immigration judges to help tackle the backload of two-minute cases, 4,300 more asylum officers, and new policies so they can resolve cases in six months instead of six years now. And 20 million illegal immigrants. If you were serious, you would send troops to the border. Or have a mass deportation. 100 more high-tech drug detection machines to significantly increase the ability to screen and stop vehicles smuggling fentanyl into America.
Starting point is 02:08:28 How about you don't let any vehicle into, like, through the border? Right, because they bring it through the legal loopholes. You're right, Joe. It comes through the checkpoints. You're right, Joe. You're also getting me and any new president new emergency authority to temporarily shut down the border. But you wouldn't.
Starting point is 02:08:43 The number of migrants at the borders over wide open I went to a troll. I went there doors. I know The Federal Chamber of Commerce isn't yeah. Yeah, you're saying low look at the facts Yeah, he's not looking at the facts how to read. These are lies. I believe that given the opportunity for a majority in the House and Senate would endorse the bill as well. A majority right now.
Starting point is 02:09:14 But unfortunately, politics has derailed this bill so far. I'm told my predecessor called members of Congress in the Senate to demand they block the bill. It makes him seem more cowardly the fact that he's not saying Trump's name. To me, at least. He's a coward.
Starting point is 02:09:31 It's not about me. It's about us. I'd be a winner. Not really. What? Clip. What? Clip.
Starting point is 02:09:41 Wow, that was the best part of the night. We've got to watch that. Whoa, whoa, whoa. Luke Kamala's face. Lincoln. Lincoln Riley. That is the clip of the night. An innocent young woman who was killed by an illegal.
Starting point is 02:09:56 Whoa. That's right. Lincoln Riley? But how many thousands of people being killed by legals? To her parents, I say, my heart goes out to you, having lost children myself. I understand. But look, if we change the dynamic at the border, people pay people, people pay these smugglers 8,000 bucks to get across the border. Because they know if they get by, if they get by and let into the country, it's six to eight years before they have a hearing. And it's worth taking the chance of the $8,000.
Starting point is 02:10:27 But if it's only six months, six weeks, the idea is it's highly unlikely that people will pay that money and come all that way knowing that they'll be able to be kicked out quickly. Or just don't let them in. I would respectfully suggest my Republican friends owe it to the American people. out quickly or just don't let them just don't let them in what are we talking about to suggest my friend my republican friends owe to the american people get this bill done we need to act now start mass deportations it's literally your fault the lie if they knew they would not get an appointment if they could not come across where they would not get to wait in america they wouldn't come they wouldn't risk paying several thousand dollars they don't respect what he's not telling you is that six months to adjudicate could be approvals not rejections and pressuring members
Starting point is 02:11:13 of congress to block the bill join me and telling the congress to pass it we can do it together he's saying he wants to legalize illegal border crossings. The bill that said, well, five, what was it? Several thousand. 8,500. We come across today. And infant children. 17 words. Or anyone who claims to be under 17. Separate families.
Starting point is 02:11:35 Separate families. I will not ban people because of their faith. Unlike my predecessor on my first day in office, I introduced a comprehensive bill to fix our immigration system. Take a look at it as all these... Take a look at our immigration system right now. To buy the pathway to citizenship for DREAMers
Starting point is 02:11:53 and so much more. But unlike my predecessor... Nearly 7 million people have come under. I know, but this talent's crazy. We're the only nation in the world with a heart and soul that draws from old and new. Home to Native Americans who have been here for thousands of years.
Starting point is 02:12:10 What's the full number? Home to people from every place on earth. They came freely. Some came in chains. Some came when families struck with my ancestral family in Ireland. Some to flee persecution. To chase dreams that are impossible anywhere but here in America. Rapists. That's America. Some to flee persecution, to chase dreams that are impossible anywhere but here in America. Rapists.
Starting point is 02:12:28 That's America. Criminals. And we all come from somewhere. But we're all Americans. We all come from somewhere. Oh, now they're calling them Americans. The illegal immigrants are now Americans. This coffee is getting real deep.
Starting point is 02:12:40 Normalizing illegal immigration. Where's Newsom? Look, folks. Not there. We have a simple choice. We can fight about fixing the border, or we can fix it. Give them amnesty.
Starting point is 02:12:51 You could have fixed it. I do. He could have fixed this a long time ago. What is he talking about? Why is the border czar just like, yeah, I never went there? I'm ready to fix it now, but not before. Before it was wide open.
Starting point is 02:13:03 Still open today. Are those Democrats? They're trying to fix it., but not before. Before it was wide open. Still open today. Are those Democrats? That's crazy. That's crazy. A moment in history. Happened 58, 59 years ago today in Selma, Alabama. Hundreds of foot soldiers for justice marched across the Edmund Pettus Bridge, named after the Grand Dragon of the Ku Klux Klan, to claim their fundamental right to vote. They were beaten, they were bloody, and left for dead.
Starting point is 02:13:30 Our late friend and former colleague John Lewis was on that march. We miss him. He's about to say that it took him to give voting rights to illegal immigrants. Joining us tonight, our other marchers. She loves to be there. Over the gallery and on the floor, including Betty Mae Fikes, known as the voice of Selma, the daughter of gospel singers and preachers. She sang songs of prayer and protest on that bloody Sunday to help shake the nation's conscience.
Starting point is 02:14:08 Five months later, the Voting Rights Act passed and was signed into law. Thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Identity politics over here. Hey, we're unified at least. But 59 years later,
Starting point is 02:14:39 their force has taken us back in time. Voter suppression, election subversion, unlimited dark money, extreme gerrymandering. John Lewis is a great friend to many of us here. But if you truly want to honor him and all the heroes of March with him, then it's time to do more than talk. Pass the Freedom to Vote Act. The John Lewis voting right act. It's like half of the people are just sitting there. It's so weird how bifurcated it is. That's the Republicans.
Starting point is 02:15:12 Guys, DHS, ICE, and FEMA sites are down as he's speaking about illegal immigration. Stop denying another core value of America. Our diversity across American life. Banning books. it's wrong. Instead of erasing history, I want to protect fundamental rights.
Starting point is 02:15:33 Pass the Equality Act. Am I missing the transgender Americans? What rights do transgender people don't have? We have. Pass the PRO Act for workers' rights. PRO Act. Raise the federal minimum wage, because every worker has a right to a decent living more than $8.7 an hour. And there's going to be more jobless Americans.
Starting point is 02:16:00 We're also making history by confronting the climate crisis, not denying it. I don't think any of you think there's no longer a climate crisis. At least I hope you don't. I'm taking the most significant action ever on climate in the history of the world. I'm cutting our carbon emissions by 20-30. I'm only buying one beachfront property. Creating tens of thousands of clean energy jobs. Let's say by 2030.
Starting point is 02:16:26 500,000 electric vehicle charging stations. Our electric grid cannot withstand EVs. It's too tenuous. And that's when it's working. Well, that's how they control us. Taking action on environmental justice, fence-lined communities smothered by the legacy of pollution. And patterned after the Peace Corps and America Corps,
Starting point is 02:16:51 I launched the Climate Corps to put 20,000 young people to work in the forefront of our clean energy future. I'll triple that number in a decade. The legacy's very gummy. To state the obvious, all Americans deserve the freedom to be safe.
Starting point is 02:17:18 And America is safer today than when I took office. Disagree. The year before I took office, murder rates went up 30%. 30% they went up. What did they do? The biggest
Starting point is 02:17:31 increase in history. What is this? The Marines. The Marines that died in Afghanistan. Through my American Rescue Plan, which every American voted against, I'm mad at. We made the largest investment in public safety ever. Last year, the murder rates made the largest investment in public safety ever. Last year,
Starting point is 02:17:45 the murder rate saw the soppest decrease in history. The what? That's what he says. The soppest? The safest city in the world. What did he say?
Starting point is 02:17:52 Soppest? But we have more to do. Soppest. We have to help cities invest in more community police officers, more mental health workers, more community violence
Starting point is 02:18:00 in the neighborhood. Interesting. Give communities the tool to crack down on gun crime, retail crime, and carjacking. Keep building trust, as they've been doing by taking executive action on police reform
Starting point is 02:18:13 and calling for it to be the law of the land. Mental health workers to cut down on retail crime? Directing my cabinet to review the federal classification of marijuana and expunging thousands of convictions for the mere possession because no one should be jailed for simply using or having it on their record. And that's a lie because it's basically no one. Look at the DA that sentenced all those people to jail for possession of marijuana.
Starting point is 02:18:34 Right, right, clapping. Cheering them. Just so everyone remembers. I'm wrapping up the federal enforcement of the Violence Against Women Act that I proudly wrote when I was a senator. Say what? So it can finally, finally end the scourge against women in America.
Starting point is 02:18:51 Finally, finally end the scourge. There are other forms of violence I want to stop. He's talking about the Lich King and its zombie horde going after women. Tonight is Jasmine, whose nine-year-old sister Jackie was murdered with 21 classmates and teachers in an elementary school in Uvalde, Texas. Very soon whose nine-year-old sister Jackie was murdered with 21 classmates and teachers in elementary
Starting point is 02:19:05 school in Uvalde, Texas. Very soon after that happened, Jill and I went to Uvalde for a couple of days. We spent hours and hours with each of the families. We heard their message. So everyone in this room, in this chamber could hear the same message. The constant refrain, and I was there for hours meeting with every family they said do something protect do something it's actually a border agent's best performance going to the school and the police wouldn't help me daddy protect the government meanwhile oh Ian's had enough. Every single Democrat voted to defund the police. It's the gun control argument. Ian just couldn't take it.
Starting point is 02:19:50 He's gone. There's been no mention of graphene. Ian's out of here. My predecessor told the NRA he's proud he did nothing on guns when he was president. He banned bump stocks. That's not true. After another shooting in Iowa recently, he said, when asked what to do about it,
Starting point is 02:20:08 he said, just get over it. I don't believe that. And also, who committed the shooting in Iowa, though? The trans-identifying student? Mentally ill. Joe's scary. He's got a dementia-scary yell. Top number six.
Starting point is 02:20:26 I'm proud we beat the NRA when I signed most significant gun safety law in nearly 30 years because of this Congress. We now must beat the NRA again. I'm demanding a ban on assault weapons and high-capacity magazines. The Second Amendment is the only one that's going to go into the first. He demands. who demands. So particularly partisan speech, don't you think? Yeah, it is. I taught the Second Amendment for 12 years.
Starting point is 02:20:53 None of this violates the Second Amendment. That sounds like a lie. Or vilifies responsible gun owners. Of course it does, dude. You know, as we manage challenges at home, we're also managing crisis abroad, including in the Middle East. We are managing crisis at home. We're managing he says. I know the last five months have been gut-wrenching for so many people, for the Israeli people, for the Palestinian people, and so many here in America.
Starting point is 02:21:14 Does that count as saying Israel and Palestine? This crisis began on October 7th with the massacre by a terrorist group called Hamas, as you all know. 1,200 innocent people, women and girls, men and boys, slaughtered after enduring sexual violence. The deadliest day for the Jewish people since the Holocaust. And 250 hostages taken. Here in this chamber tonight are families whose loved ones are still being held by Hamas, I pledge to all the families that we will not rest until we bring every one of your loved ones home. What a hypocrite. We will also work around the clock to bring home Evan and Paul, Americans being unjustly detained by the Russians and others around the world.
Starting point is 02:22:19 Israel has a right to go after Hamas. Hamas ended this conflict by releasing hostages laying down arms. Could end it by releasing the hostages, laying down arms and surrendering those responsible. Oh, that was two? But Israel has a... Excuse me. Israel has...
Starting point is 02:22:37 Is that three or four? That was three in a row. There's two right there. The mouse hides and operates among the civilian population like cowards, under hospitals, daycare centers, and all the like. Israel also has a fundamental responsibility, though, to protect innocent civilians in Gaza. What about the United States citizens? This war? Listen, they got white privilege. They got white privilege.
Starting point is 02:23:03 Hold on. Has taken a greater toll on innocent civilians than all previous wars in Gaza combined. More than 30,000 Palestinians have been killed, most of whom are not Hamas. Thousands and thousands of innocents, women and children, girls and boys, also orphaned. Nearly 2 million more Palestinians under bombardment or displacement. Homes destroyed, neighbors in rubble, cities in ruin, families without food, water, medicine. It's heartbreaking. I've been working non-stop to establish immediate ceasefire that would last for six weeks to get all the prisoners released, all the hostages released. To get the hostages home
Starting point is 02:23:45 and ease the intolerable humanitarian crisis and build toward an enduring, something more enduring. The United States is the leading international to give more humanitarian assistance to Gaza. Tonight, I'm directing the U.S. military to lead an emergency mission to establish a temporary pier in the Mediterranean
Starting point is 02:24:06 on the coast of Gaza. It can receive large shipments carrying food, water, medicine and temporary shelters. No U.S. boots will be on the ground. A temporary pier will enable a massive increase in the amount of humanitarian assistance. Opening a temporary pier but we're not sending any troops, says Biden. Sounds colonial to me. No boots will be
Starting point is 02:24:28 on the ground because they'll be on the boats. Sounds very, very colonizing. Under Trump, there were no wars. Israel must allow more aid in the Gaza and ensure humanitarian workers aren't caught in the crossfire. They're announcing they're going to
Starting point is 02:24:44 There are no boots on the ground. They'll be wearing flip-flops. The leadership of the Tisraelite savings... Yeah, okay. Did you get that one? Humanitarian assistance cannot be a secondary consideration or a bargaining chip. Protecting and saving innocent lives has to be a priority. As we look to the future, the only real solution to the situation is a two-state solution over time. Oh, that's good.
Starting point is 02:25:09 I don't think that's true. It's one of those compromises that make no one happy. Joe, I know your friends here are not going to like that statement. As a lifelong supporter of Israel, my entire career, no one has a stronger record with Israel than I do. I challenge anything. Require? Oh, yeah. I'm the only American I do. I challenge anything. Oh, rec queer? Oh, yeah. I'm the only American president to visit Israel in wartime.
Starting point is 02:25:28 Oh, that's another one. But there is no other path that guarantees Israel's security and democracy. That was another one. It's weird. There's no other path that guarantees that a Palestinian can live in peace with peace and dignity. There's no other path that guarantees peace between Israel and all of its neighbors, including Saudi Arabia, with whom I'm talking. Credits to the building of the base also means containing the threat posed by Iran.
Starting point is 02:25:57 That's why I built a coalition of more than a dozen countries to defend international shipping and freedom of navigation in the Red Sea. I've ordered strikes to degrade the Houthi capability and defend U.S. forces in the region. As commander-in-chief, I will not hesitate to direct further measures against the Houthi people and our military personnel. Can I go to bed now? That's how I feel.
Starting point is 02:26:23 I've heard many of my Republican and Democratic friends. Well, he made it. That's actually what Joe is saying, too, in his mind. He just wants to go to sleep. And America's falling behind. They've got it backwards. I've been saying it for over four years, even when I wasn't president. America's rising.
Starting point is 02:26:41 We have the best economy in the world. And since I've come to office, our GTP is up. Our trade deficit is down to the lowest point in over a decade. And we're standing up against China's unfair economic practice. We're standing up against China, says Joe Biden. Did you see his meeting
Starting point is 02:26:58 with Xi Jinping? No. She's Jinping. India, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Pacific Islands. I've made sure that the most advanced American technologies
Starting point is 02:27:13 can't be used in China, not allowing to trade them there. Frankly, tough talk on China. It never occurred to my predecessor to do any of that. Nope, that's not true either. I want competition with China, not conflict. And we're in a stronger position to win the conflict of the 21st century against China
Starting point is 02:27:33 than anyone else for that matter, than any time as well. What? Here at home, I've signed over 400 bipartisan bills. We got over 30,000 military-age men from China in the United States. Strengthen penalties on fentanyl trafficking. You don't want to do that, huh? Pass bipartisan privacy laws to protect our children online. Mark it down.
Starting point is 02:27:58 These are all things they have called for, and then you guys slip all sorts of random things in. To protect us from peril. Ban AI voice impersonations and more. Whoa. Wow. Holy shit. It's a sacred obligation to train and equip those who sin in the harm's way and care for
Starting point is 02:28:17 them and their families when they come home and when they don't. That's why the song Support and Help of Dennis and the VA, I signed the PACT Act. One of the most significant laws ever. Helping millions of veterans exposed to toxins who now
Starting point is 02:28:44 are battling more than 100 different cancers. Many of them don't come home, but we owe them and their families support. We owe it to ourselves to keep supporting our new health research agency called ARPA-H. And remind us, remind us that we can do big things like end cancer as we know it and we will maybe we end this war
Starting point is 02:29:12 but that won't happen we just need to end cancer Joe Biden is a cancer to all of us let me close with this yes let us close cancer to all of us. Let me close with this. You're like, yes, let us close.
Starting point is 02:29:28 He's like, yeah, I'm excited too. I don't have to do it anymore. I did a good job, guys. I know you don't want to hear anymore, Lindsay, but I got to say a few more things. Do you have to? I know it may not look like it, but I've been around a while. He doesn't talk about the Marines that were killing Afghanistan. When you get to be my age,
Starting point is 02:29:44 certain things become clearer than ever. I know the American story. Again and again, I've seen the contest between competing forces and the battle for the soul of our nation. Between those who want to pull America back to the past and those who want to move America into the future. My lifetime has taught me to embrace freedom and democracy, a future based on core values that have defined America — honesty, decency, dignity, equality, to
Starting point is 02:30:14 respect everyone, to give everyone a fair shot, to give hate no safe harbor. Now other people my age see it differently. The American story of resentment, revenge, and retribution, that's not me. I was born in mid-World War II when America stood for the freedom of the world. I grew up in Scranton, Pennsylvania, in Claymont, Delaware, among working class people who built this country. I am relatable. I watched in horror as two of my heroes, like many of you did, Dr. King and Bobby Cunningham, were assassinated, and their legacies inspired me to pursue a career in service. Is that like three?
Starting point is 02:30:56 I became a public defender because my city of Wilmington was the only city in America occupied by the National Guard after Dr. King was assassinated because of the riots. And I became a county councilman almost by accident. I got elected to the United States Senate when I had no intention of running at age 29. Then vice president of our first black president. Now president to the first women vice president. First women vice president. Does he know what a woman is? Apparently she has multiple personalities. First women.
Starting point is 02:31:31 First women vice president. He didn't even look at her. He's not even looking at her. That girl over there. That woman over there. He can't bring himself to do it. He's like, you're not looking. He doesn't even define what a woman is. First man guy. I've been told I was too young
Starting point is 02:31:45 by the way they didn't let me on ascended elevators for votes sometimes not a joke and I've been told I'm too old he brought up his age that's a big win whether young or old I've always been known I've always known what endures I've known our North Star the very idea of America
Starting point is 02:32:06 is that we're all created equal. It deserves to be treated equally throughout our lives. We've never fully lived up to that idea. But we've never walked away from it either. And I won't walk away from it now. I'm optimistic. Why does she clap like that?
Starting point is 02:32:24 I really am. I'm optimistic. Why does she clap like that? I really am. I'm optimistic, Nancy. Nancy Pelosi. Why are you talking to Nancy Pelosi? From the stock market. Because he loves her. And if Jill wasn't around, she would be the one. Four more years of torturing my generation. Thanks, guys.
Starting point is 02:32:38 65 minutes. Thanks. We appreciate it. Isn't how old we are. It's how old our ideas. What? Hate, anger, revenge, ret it's how old our ideas. What? Hate, anger, revenge, retribution are the oldest of ideas. But you can't lead America with ancient ideas that only take us back.
Starting point is 02:32:54 You lead America, the land of possibilities. You need a vision for the future and what can and should be done. Of common ancient possibilities. I don't know, constitution? Tonight you've heard mine. I see a future where defending democracy, you don't diminish it. I see a future where we restore the right to choose and protect our freedoms, not take them away.
Starting point is 02:33:16 Selective freedoms, interesting. I see a future where the middle class finally has a fair shot and the wealthy have to pay their fair share in taxes. More companies are driven out. I see a future where we save the planet from the climate crisis and our country from gun violence. It's a combo. He said climate.
Starting point is 02:33:39 Above all, I see a future for all Americans. Crime and the environment. I see a country for all Americans. above all protecting us from whether underground crime and the environment I see a country for all Americans and I will always be president for all Americans because I believe in America I believe in you the American people you're the reason we've never been
Starting point is 02:34:00 more optimistic about our future than I am now so let's build the future together. Let's remember who we are. We are the United States of America. And there is nothing, nothing beyond our capacity when we act together. God bless you all, and may God protect our troops. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Starting point is 02:34:24 So he mentioned the troops at the end. So what's the total counter at? Over 100. 110, 113. 113 in 67 minutes. It kind of depends what you want to count. I just learned that Akira Toriyama passed away, which is sad news.
Starting point is 02:34:40 Oh, wow. Who is that? That's actual news, I feel like. Akira Toriyama is the guy that wrote Dragon Ball Z. Oh. So rest in peace, Akira Toriyama. That's actual news, I feel like. Akira Toriyama is the guy that wrote Dragon Ball Z. So rest in peace, Akira Toriyama. That's crazy. And Biden even mentioned it. That's so rude of him.
Starting point is 02:34:53 I thought that the word fair was overused. They say free and fair elections and pay your fair share. This word fair is becoming abused. Also, the $400 a month to all people that he wants to pay. Basic income. Communism.
Starting point is 02:35:07 No, that was a tax credit for families. That's how you buy boats. He was saying it's a tax credit for people, for families. But how are they going to buy a house when interest rates are at 7, 8%? Yeah, I like the child tax credit stuff, though. I think we should be like, if you have a kid, it should be if you have at least three kids, you pay no income tax. I agree.
Starting point is 02:35:28 We need to have more babies. Because they do that in Hungary, I think. Is it Hungary? Hungary does it. There's a couple of Eastern European countries that have similar things. I like the idea of incentivizing families. I just think a lot of stuff he said is like,
Starting point is 02:35:39 oh, I'm going to get rid of this. And it's like, you're doing that through federal subsidization. Like, fundamentally, on the surface, it sounds good. But fundamentally, the way you go about getting rid of this and it's like you're doing that through federal subsidization like fundamentally on the surface it sounds good but fundamentally the way you go about getting rid of debt is not the way i would want it i don't want more government intervention i don't believe in federal government subsidies to cancel out loans the federal government already issued like that's how uh forgiving college loans works right now let's just summarize it with he lied about what trump claims to have done what trump wants to do he took trump out of context but it's politics he's using this as an opportunity for uh
Starting point is 02:36:10 a campaign speech we get it we get it and i just i'm so sick of all of this like i get it the republicans aren't gonna clap and the democrats are gonna stand up every five seconds biden's gonna lie about what his side is doing and has done. He's talking about how good things are. And we have these videos of people screaming and begging because they can't afford to eat. Bernie took his mask off. So he had his mask off before the show. He put it on during the show.
Starting point is 02:36:36 These people are full of it. Look, Bernie's mask is off right there. There's Bernie right there with no mask on. That is a crazy photo op they got to hit with the mask. All right, well, look. That is weird. I'm going to keep it blunt and keep it simple. I was under the weather today,
Starting point is 02:36:51 and I want to make sure I'm able to work tomorrow. So we'll just wind things down now. Become a member at TimCast.com. We're not going to have a members-only show tonight, but we will be back tomorrow on the Culture War podcast. We're going to be hanging out at 10 a.m on tenant media check it out because we're going to be talking inside baseball with dc hill staffers former staffers three people who worked on the hill and i'm going to ask about
Starting point is 02:37:16 the orgies and that's really what i want to know about and i'm willing to bet they're gonna be like yes like madison carthorne is not wrong why well like that video came out so it's but then they investigated and said nothing bad had happened so don't worry so uh we'll wind things up uh wrap things up there you can follow me personally at timcast follow me on instagram we've got a new challenge uh there's a ten thousand dollar challenge that's up if you so the um the new freedomistan skate park is just about complete and we have an 11 foot vert wall with a 5 foot transition and it's probably stupid of me to do
Starting point is 02:37:50 but there is a preliminary offer of a $10,000 prize to drop in from the roof of the top floor of the building into the 5 foot transition I don't believe it's physically possible there will be qualifiers before you're allowed to try it so there's going to be like a threshold
Starting point is 02:38:05 before you are allowed to even make an attempt. And I don't think it's physically possible. So I don't think anyone will ever win that money. But I figured, I don't know, $10,000 is a safe bet because no one's going to be able to do it. And we'll see. But that's about my Instagram. You can see the image if you want to take a look at what I'm talking about. And you're going to be like, yeah, it's not possible.
Starting point is 02:38:22 So maybe it's all for nothing. But we'll figure out more challenges. And that's going to be a big component we're doing over at boonies hq on instagram the new skate park will be done this saturday on my birthday and we're going to have an opening session to check it out and then what we're going to do is we're going to create challenges so follow at boonies hq uh that's b-o-o-n-i-e-s hq and uh at timcast irl everywhere else val Valentina, do you want to shout anything out? Of course.
Starting point is 02:38:46 Thank you for having me, Tim. President Trump clearly after this is the only hope for Western civilization. This guy is just spewing lies. He's going to drive us into deeper destruction, into more wars. And it is up to the American people to make a decision. Do you want to support wars?
Starting point is 02:39:03 Do you want to be pro AmericaAmerica or anti-America? We have illegal immigrants, over 20 million. 20 million. There's going to be more attacks happening in the coming months. We're already seeing it. Lake and Riley. How many more are we going to have? How many more?
