Like I always say, ma'am, as a country, we have to look at some of our ethnic groups and how they have been treated. Because I believe their history is our country's future. Black history is our country's future. You know, black history is white people's future. Black history is American future. And I feel the same way about Native Americans and their flight,

Starting point is 00:07:14 in particular the treatment, how they got in North Dakota. And a lot of people aren't taking a look at because, you know, I did a whole, I did videos on it about the cops that they were sending there to deal with these peaceful protesters and how these cops are you know you know my grandparent was a cop my grandfather was a cop my I have two cousins that work in the law enforcement world and so I know there's a lot of good cops out there. But I also know there's some psychopaths, okay? And these guys have chosen to be storm troopers for the powerful lead. I kind of just go on there and speak the truth that comes out of my heart and what I'm meant to share. And kind of what I'm going through, it revolves a lot around Christ and his words. His words are so very important in the times we live in right now,

Starting point is 00:09:10 especially because they're coming to past. And the words being present, they can literally be used in any moment, at any time. I, I, I, I, I figure out if it was on Rogin the other day or somebody was talking about how Jesus Christ was the any time. These powerful forces from long ago, taking out people that have connected to the masses and are spreading love.

Starting point is 00:09:42 There's always some discussion of, you know, whether it's Julius Caesar, Gandhi, you know, Malcolm X, Martin Luther King, you know, these are people who started to galvanize the masses, and they had to be taken out. You are, you want to talk, Nick from, we are changed, connected us and said, you know, you got to talk, Nick from We Are Change, connected us and said, you know, you got to talk to this guy, he's a very spiritual man, and he's got a lot to talk about, in particular about the Standing Rock,

Starting point is 00:10:16 and the treatment of those people. And something you had sent me when we talked about little, some notes about what we want to go on. You had mentioned something I find very interesting and that is the black snake prophecy. What is the black snake prophecy? Well it's basically a prophecy that came to pass and it actually hasn't come completely to pass. So according to this prophecy, there was going to be a snake that was going

Starting point is 00:10:47 to come through the rivers and through the land and poison the people. When we make it present day, the snake represents a pipeline. So these people, the seventh generation, the youth, who are going to rise and fight against this black snake and before it caused havoc or before it spills, right? Because this pipeline is going through rivers where millions of people drink water. So in this prophecy, the people, the natives, they need help and the rainbow people come and help them, the rainbow children, which the rainbow people are in other prophecies as well. Well that happened also when a lot of people from all over the world,

Starting point is 00:11:44 conjugated in this land, came together in this land in the Great Sioux Nation. And at the time, they kicked us out and they used militarized police, so the black snake actually was completed. But at the end of this prophecy, it says that the head of the black snake will be chopped off. And that is a soon will come to past. Very interesting stuff. I mean, it is kind of crazy. Like I've talked to him, you know, we've done shows with my friend from high school. He talked about prophecies from the Bible, stuff that

Starting point is 00:12:24 he told me very early in the Bible, stuff that he told me very early, in the early 90s of stuff that would come to pass in the late 90s, the 2000s, and as we're speaking now, and so it's a very interesting, the Bible's a very interesting thing, and I know they are speaking of stuff that isn't in the Bible, but holy books, it's just, it's a very interesting thing. What a lot of people don't realize is that, you know, these Native Americans, very peaceful Native Americans, who are trying to stop a pipeline. And what they were saying was that this pipeline was going to leak and ruin the land,

Starting point is 00:12:59 and what happens instantly, the pipeline links. Oil is everywhere and they're already dealing with it. And it's just, you know, that was a prophecy that came to pass. And I really want people to focus on this because you can compartmentalize this as, oh, it's their problem, these Nave Americans in North Dakota, and it's their problem, but it's really not the problem because what the response to those protesters represents is straight up military law.

Starting point is 00:13:35 What we are seeing is the militarization of police, and the response with blunt force. Not, like, everybody loves Obama, man, but nobody realizes what that guy did and what that guy allowed to happen. And then after he told everybody it ended, it still kept going. And what they were doing, I was talking, you know, I did Jimmy Doar one time and at this time and Jimmy Dor was talking about about not only were they having police come down but they were rotating the police in. Different groups would come in and train on how to handle a riot

Starting point is 00:14:17 or a revolt and it was all with with drones, uh, drones, uh, force, you know, weapon tree. And this was the- It was freezing out there and they were throwing water on them. Yeah. Water, sheer gas, everything. You name it, the dogs, remember the dogs, they were making them hurt the dogs. And these people, people, they don't want to hurt no dogs. And they're like kind of stabbing at them just to hold th th th th, and th, and th, and th, and th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th. And, th. And, th. And, th. So they did, there was a call out for people to come and the veterans kind of put it on their backs to go and help. And that was December, around mid-December when the easement, when they stopped the easement with Obama, like you said. And everything kind of calmed down for a little while. Starting point is 00:15:38 You know, 99% of the time it was peaceful. So I remember that I was watching this video and it was around Thanksgiving and it was when XG said that they were they were spraying people down, right? And to me I'm watching this and it's I'm not exactly sure if it was on Thanksgiving Day but it was deja vu for me because it's like continue, the powers that be or this country, whatever, continues to do the same thing to the same people. That's why there's nothing new under the sun. So when I saw this, it really hurt me to see people being hurt in a peaceful way.

Starting point is 00:16:27 And that's when later on that week I saw a video in the middle of the night and something just told me you're going to go and fast forward it. Now can I ask you, when you said they called the veterans, are you a veteran? No, I'm not. So why did that resonate with you? Because that was a turning point. Because when, here's the whole thing, too. There are psychopaths in every profession.

Starting point is 00:16:57 I'm a stand-up comedian. And trust me, there's a ton of psychopaths. And they are a win at all cost people. Starting point is 00:17:36 possible. And I guarantee you they were like, oh, you're too nice to do this. We can't have you do this. And now, he this. Starting point is 00:17:59 I just wonder if these guys. Hey, Ricardo, how far did you travel? Because a lot of people were coming from South America, Peru, Aastic mines. It was, every person would just come and get it. That's crazy. Yeah, there was many indigenous tribes that would go all throughout the whole time. Because it wasn't, it was, I think it was like eight months or so. I was there think it was like eight months or so.

Starting point is 00:18:25 I was there the last two months. I travel from Cali. I'm actually in San Bernardino, California right now. I went from here, it was about a 24-hour drive with me and a few of my buddies. The call-out wasn't actually a call-out to veteran. It was just a haulout. But, you know, the patriotism that sometimes and the sense of entitlement that we have at times, I feel as if these veterans kind of just put it on their back and said we're

Starting point is 00:18:56 going to help, even though from my knowledge, they, the natives of the land, the Sioux Nation, never asked for it. And actually, they kind of, kind of didn't want th th the natives of the land, the Sioux Nation, never asked for it. And actually they kind of didn't want it because we had, we were briefed. Oh, and just to go back, the only reason I went with the veterans was because they were coming from Southern California, a branch of them, so we kind of just went with them. But we were, we had nothing to do, or I had nothing to do with them. But anyway, so I was saying, so they briefed us, and then the elders came and basically told everyone to do nothing.

Starting point is 00:19:38 They said, do nothing. Just if you're going to do anything, just pray. We don't want any of you guys in the front lines. So these police officers, these militarized police, they're looking for any excuse to come in the camp.

Starting point is 00:20:03 They're looking for any excuse to use force because they're trained to use force on people that are not calm and peaceful. So these people on our side, the campside, the prayer camps, they're peaceful people. So they have no justification to go in and use force. And they want that. They want a reason to where even there was this man that infiltrated the camp prior, I want to say September, August of 2016 and he actually took a automatic weapon in the camp. But luckily someone saw this man and his gun.

Starting point is 00:20:50 Oh my God. Yes, so that's like, and he actually came out, this man actually came out later on after the camp and admitted that he was paid by the North Dakota Police Department to go in there with a gun. So now you see a gun on the opposite side, you will come in now and you will infiltrate the camp and now you have a reason to shut it all down. It's unbelievable to me. We hear this all the time. You remember in Seattle when they were protesting?

Starting point is 00:21:25 I think it was protest, what was it a protest of Wall Street or the World Bank? It was the 1% that they kept protesting and they were let me. But there was something in Seattle that was going on at the same time, and they found out that undercover cops were the ones causing all the trouble. And we see us all the time, controlled opposition, agent provocateurs they're they are they are they are they are their they are their they are their their their they are their their their the ones causing all the trouble. And we see us all the time. Controlled opposition, agent provocateurs are called. They're called into cause chaos so that law enforcement can come in and do something. On a different scale or a larger scale, we see that with ISIS, Al Qaeda, Hamas, these are all paid agents of chaos.

Starting point is 00:22:12 They go in and their job is to disrupt so that the powerful military people can come in and give the populace an excuse to bring hellfire on the masses. And it's done over and over again. And we consistently see people selling out their own in order to get a buck and allowing chaos to happen to their people. I mean, on a different scale,

Starting point is 00:22:38 I talked about the other day on the Patreon. You know, it's like Ruud Paul doing thatthat stupid a Netflix show where she's a trans who's a guardian angel of a child. That is that that's there to just piss off Christian. It's just there to get everybody to fight with each other. And the same thing with this kid, this man with the gun. He's simply there to provoke a response of violence from the police. Johnny, did you want to say so? No, I was going to, you're totally right.

Starting point is 00:23:08 I mean, that's the whole argument for nonviolence, right? Because the system only knows how to deal with you once you become violent. Then you're on their terms. You're playing on their terms. You're playing on the most part I mean there are arguments for certain violent protests yeah they don't know what the fuck to do with you they just can't handle it it used to drive fucking Nixon crazy and it drives every president crazy these non-violent protests but well you saw that in Virginia right where

Starting point is 00:23:37 you saw in Virginia where the protest about the Second Amendment and they were they were filming like random guys that didn't fit in in it it it it it it it it it it in in in in in in in in in in in in in in in in in it it it the the the the the the the th they they they they they they they they they the they they the the the the the the the the the the the the about the Second Amendment, and they were filming like random guys that didn't fit in, starting to say how they're gonna shoot and kill everybody, and they're all like, whoa, dude, that is not what this is about. You're here to cause trouble, you're here to make us look bad, and you're here to provoke a response.

And, you know, we were having a great time and the spirit kept us warm, man. And it was beautiful to see people help each other. It was beautiful to see people that don't know each other, give each other a hug, and to know why we were all there for the same reason. I didn't, there was drones. I didn't see any, I can't say they were like armed. But in the middle of the night, they would fly over us over camp with airplanes. But these airplanes would fly over with their lights off. So all you heard was airplanes and they weren't they weren't high. And a lot of the times too, when we would go to the front lines, I remember this time where we went to the front lines,

Starting point is 00:40:39 and there was a helicopter that was maybe hovering 20 to 30 feet from the sky, from the ground, basically terrorizing the people. So they did a lot of warfare, mental warfare to suppress the people. They were obviously dropping a lot of chemicals like mercury and heavy metals. People... Well, yeah, they were spraying you as well. That's what I had heard, that they were spraying the skies. Spraying the skies.

Starting point is 00:41:11 Some people took samples from the snow. There's one woman that I met that lived in Standing Rock, she was a standing rock suit. She said that she was there when they were spraying. And she actually got asthma and then she she the clothes she wore that day they took them for testing and they found out there was mercury in the water that they were using to spray people. So what you're saying right here is that the government of the United States military was using chemical weapons against their own people.

Starting point is 00:41:52 Is that what you're talking about? Yes. So what we invade other countries under false pretenses for, that we tell the masses and all the blue checkmarked stupid people, run around and yell we got to save these people, we got to save these people because Assad and all them are using chemical weapons when it turns out that's not true because the weapons that were being used were not those that Assad had, but more, more closely connected to the actual chemicals that were rated out of Libya's or Qaddafi's war chest of chemical weapons.

Starting point is 00:42:36 So you're telling us me that the government once again, just like in Vietnam, when they did Agent Orange, is spraying its own people using chemical weapons against their own people. Yeah, and they used that and I mean they used smoke grenades, different kind of smoke grenades. There was a point where I got really, really sick, where I thought I was gonna die. I was in bed for days, good and he, I lost a lot of weight. You know, I'm already thin as it is. You know, luckily I'm still here and a lot of people were getting sick.

Starting point is 00:43:17 Were you, did, was there a hospital? Was there any medical people in the protest? Or what were, did you guys just try to ride it through? Yeah, that was the beauty of it is that everyone that was led from their heart to go and be a part of this, there was medics. Not one single person died from the whole time. Yeah, there was medics. There was cooks, whatever your calling was to go and serve. There's people that just split wood all day. You know, that's where I love, got my love for splitting.

Starting point is 00:43:54 Great meditation for me. So everybody kind of just played the role. People helped each other out. It went back to, for me, it went back to actually take care of your neighbor like you would yourself because we're all going through this. Starting point is 00:44:18 So it kind of was like that. It was actually just like that. What was the most- What's that? How long were you arrested for when... Yeah, what was the arrest like? Take us through that being arrested right there. What was that like? Well, before, right before that video started,

Starting point is 00:44:40 the rest of us that stayed, because that was February 23rd, I think that video said. So the 26th, the 22nd, the day before there was an eviction notice, right? But there was still people there that were, that was their land. There were sues that stayed that said, I'm staying, and anybody that wants to stay is welcome, because they have no right to tell us to leave from our own land. So most of the people left and the day and that day when people were leaving it was actually chaotic. People were setting their structures on fire.

Starting point is 00:45:22 And I know there were a I know a few of them actually were paid to do these things. Even some, some natives that were there. Kids, like teenagers, were burning things up to where even propane tanks were being blown up. Oh, my God, man. Yeah, it was like a war zone. Inside jobs all the time. We just sell our own out all. Oh my God, man. It was like a war zone. Inside jobs all the time. We just sell our own out all the time for a dollar. It was a, it was very sad at one point because these native boys, they actually turned on the gas in one of the structures.

Starting point is 00:46:07 And this young lady, well, she was a teen, and her little brother actually got burned because of it. And she got third degree burns in her face. And my partner at the time, she witnessed that. So there was a lot of fear going on there that day. So all the fear that was there and the chaos left that day. And then the next day, the rest of us that were there actually came together and we wanted to start rebuilding.

Starting point is 00:46:42 We had breakfast, you know, we had our little speeches And then right after that then we see these Humvees come in. Oh my God So these Humvees are coming in and all I can remember is running to the front lines in that video that you saw and I'm standing there and I'm and I'm seeing They're moving the snow out of the way, those bulldozers, right? And I'm giving some words to one of the police officers there. I'm telling them, you know, why are you doing this? You know, I'm speaking to him from my heart because at the end of the day, why am I going to speak hate to him? And I think that comes down to people were quitting man. People

Starting point is 00:48:46 were quitting. People sign it. Most people sign up to beat cops for two reasons. One, a job, two, to protect their neighborhood. And then somewhere along the way there becomes a corruption, whether it's they start making shady deals behind or they just start cracking skulls. And a lot of times people say there's a fine line between cop and criminal. And yeah, that picture right there. That picture right there, man. Be that guy, be that guy, man.

Starting point is 00:49:14 Don't put your arms up. Be that guy. Look at everybody else is thrown in Howl Hitler. And these people are all brainwashed. You know, the Germans were all brainwashed. That's a result of fascism. They started hating the Jews because they're told by the people oppressing them that they're the bad guy. These cops want to crack your skull because the powers of being told them you were a threat to their country and it's not true at all. It's always the same people they're pulling this. And I'm telling you, there's something I was thinking about this the other day. How like nobody's working right now, money's all gone. What's going to have two options. You're either going to commit some crime to make some money, to pay your bills, to feed your family,

Starting point is 00:50:30 or what's the other option? Join the military. And guess what? Nobody's been doing. Joing the military. Nobody's been joining the military. Their numbers are down. They can't give enough enough money away. Wow. Guess, guess what? Now you don't have any jobs. So now, guess what we got? We got jobs, who wants a job? And it's the same people, man. It's my theme on the show constantly.

Starting point is 00:50:56 It's not the groups that are the problem. It is the top elites. They're all the same people, Ricardo, the same people. So when you went to jail, what was that like? Well, before that, you know, like you said, it's the same people. And at the end of the day, we can blame and play the blame game. But at the end of the day, we have to take responsibility for ourselves. Just like the police officer that arrested me, you know, I didn't hate him. You know, actually I told them I loved them as soon as they attacked them. Was it all violent? Was it all violently? Was the, how did they push on the floor type?

Starting point is 00:51:35 Well, it's right in the beginning of that video. That's what they did. We were calm, you know, as calm as we can be right while somebody tacklingtackling you and pushing you and pushing your face on the dirt. For the most part, they were pretty gentle, but the reason why they were gentle is because we used no force. We were peaceful. So they don't know how to go against peaceful people. They are only trained to use force when force is needed. So this police officer arrests me, right?

Starting point is 00:52:12 And I'm talking to him and I'm having a conversation with him. And then, you know, I asked him, why are you doing this? And then he says, it's my job. And I said, well, you know what? I said, the Nazis were doing their job too. And that's the thing, we're all going to have to answer to our, for our actions. There won't be no excuse of, I'm just doing my job. That's not going to fly anymore. And we're coming to that time where people are going to have to choose.

Starting point is 00:52:57 So I went to jail, right? We went to Moran County, Moran County Sheriff's Department. And they had us in these cages, kind of like dog kennels. And... Really? Yeah. And, um, um, they, um, um... kind of like dog kennels and really yeah and we from there a majority of us they put us on a bus and drove us four to five hours northern north more north of that place and I was only there for about maybe two. I did like a hard 14 hours, you know. And they bailed us out because there was like this law team that was there. And they actually paid out our bail. Oh, that's nice. Yeah, we had volunteers come and pick us up,

Starting point is 00:53:45 five hours away to drive us back. So, you know, everything was, everything happened the way it was supposed to happen. And there was a point, a very important point that I saw and I witnessed, and that was as soon as they arrested me and took down the camp. So for a second I told myself we lost, because before I went there, from the bottom of my heart, I believed that we were going to stop it.

Starting point is 00:54:22 So then after I was in the van and, you know, they were taking us away, I realized that we won. And why I say that we won is because the truth was seen because they hated us without a cause. Starting point is 00:55:37 Well the reason that they're killed is because they're speaking truth. The reason why they're killed is because they're speaking love and forgiveness and mercy and grace and and oneness. So they're being killed. The truth is being killed because this is not the world of the truth. The truth after a certain while, it keeps getting killed all the time. It says, you guys want to look it up, Standing Rock, Sue Tribe wins a victory in Dakota Access Pipeline case. What would they get? Are they stopping the pipeline? Or they, did they get, because people were talking about how some of the people arrested were still up for charges and we're looking at mass jail time. Yeah. Yeah, I definitely, I know some people from there and they try to, they pressed charges on me that said that I was,

Starting point is 01:09:49 I was disrupting government function is what they said. According to the, like I was in the way, even though I wasn't in their land, or I was in Sue Nation territory. But it's interesting because I challenged, and I learned about challenging jurisdiction over subject matter. So my case is actually still in limbo because I didn't give him a plea.

Starting point is 01:10:18 That's a great thing to do, because once you plea dude, you're done. You have no legal recourse after that. And, you know, it's just like once you say, yeah, I'll admit to it. And that. The ruling by the United States District Judge James Boesbosburg found that that the pipeline the pipeline the of the human environment are likely going to be highly controversial and that the federal government had not done an adequate job of studying the risks of a major spill or whether the pipelines leak detection system was adequate and he ordered the Army Corps of Engineers which granted permits for the pipeline to conduct a more extensive environmental impact statement. Which doesn't mean they're going to stop the pipeline. So now that's a legal victory, that there has to be something done to make sure it's like...

Starting point is 01:11:33 This is what happens when you're on a barbaric system like oil. I mean, we have people that could run cars on solar, on air. Starting point is 01:12:07 I've kind of, that was the only real protest I did because I was led to do it. Right now I'm just kind of just witnessing of what's going on in the world, but I have I don't really have much information of protests that are going on right now. But the thing that really kind of grind in my gears and really showed me the state of humanity was when people decided to choose oil, which is death, over water. So they chose death over life. And that really shows how comfortable we've gotten

Starting point is 01:12:53 in this world because we want our food and, you know, our cars and our clothes and our mansions and this and that.
